00:09:48.000 The coal was being carried out in Hishan County of Liang Province where the outbreak confirmed on Thursday as the deadly H5N1 strain of bird flu has killed nearly 9,000 chickens in six villages.

00:10:05.000 Other cities and provinces were meanwhile stepping up precautions.

00:10:09.000 The central province of Hunan was banning the mixing and raising of animals.

00:10:16.000 Beijing was ordering all animals, including pets, to be vaccinated.

00:10:24.000 It's the last five years everybody here rushes out to get the flu shot and they even admit the shot they're giving right now doesn't cover this flu.

00:10:40.000 The outbreak in Liaoning, in China's fourth in just over two weeks, with migratory birds the most likely culprits, the agriculture ministry said all the poultry in the region must be slaughtered by zero hour midnight on Sunday.

00:10:57.000 Xinhun News Agency said, quoting local officials, "The People's Armed Police, a unit of China's People's Liberation Army, has been dispatched to Hishan County to help experts carry out the slaughter.

00:11:11.000 Covered head to toe in hooded army outfits and latex gloves, the soldiers were shown in newspapers grabbing chickens by the necks, one at a time, from rows of cages in the farms and stuffing them into bags." As of Sunday morning, more than one million poultry had been slaughtered, the China News Service quoted officials as saying.

01:24:23.000 A group of guys got together, they bought up all the little mom and pop elections businesses in the U.S., consolidated them into just one or two big group, big elections firms.

01:24:35.000 Then they started developing software to count the votes.

01:24:38.000 So that, you know, we all think, well, we will vote on a ballot and that ballot is our vote.

01:24:42.000 Well, not anymore.

01:24:44.000 You vote on a ballot and the ballot, if there even is one, now in Austin, Texas, most of you don't even have a ballot.

01:24:50.000 You just vote by pushing a button on the screen and you hope it was recorded right.

01:24:54.000 But even in the places that have a ballot, that ballot is not counted.

01:24:58.000 It is put through a machine which interprets, using a private, proprietary, secret software code, what is on the ballot.

01:25:08.000 And so basically you have software that's controlling the election, not your ballot controlling the election.

01:25:15.000 So I went to look a few years ago to see who owns this software, who developed it.

01:25:21.000 Is it any good?

01:25:22.000 Does it do what it's supposed to do?

01:25:24.000 And all of the answers came out wrong.

01:25:27.000 We found that vested interests owned it.

01:25:29.000 They were keeping it very secret, but I got my hands on some of the software, and the software was appalling!

01:25:36.000 It seems to have been designed for people to be able to use it to manipulate the votes without getting caught.

01:25:46.000 I mean, world-renowned leaders in it, and they've said on record, this was designed for fraud.

01:25:54.000 And one of the people, we brought a fellow over who's a computer expert from Europe because we found so many of the scientists in this country were dependent on government grants for their work that they knew there was a problem but they were afraid to say it.

01:33:39.000 But obviously the biggest area is the election fraud, and just so many places they've been caught cheating, so many places they've been caught hacking, so many places they've been caught with known felons running the computer systems for Diebold.

01:33:56.000 Bev, going back though to this key point in time where you caught them throwing away these big bags of trash full of the computer tapes and full of the real ballots, inside printing up fake records You know, then as their backup.

01:34:09.000 Tell us specifically about what happened there and then what that led you to and then I want to play a little two minute clip of the confrontation where these big men are standing over you trying to grab the trash bags away from you.

01:34:25.000 The real ballots were not in the trash.

01:34:27.000 It was computer records and the evidence that they were manufacturing ballots was in the trash.

01:34:32.000 Sure, it was kind of like the ballot sheets.

01:34:35.000 Yeah, it was their master copies and some of the ones that they had actually printed in there.

01:34:40.000 And of course, that's illegal.

01:34:41.000 At any rate, yes, what happened is we looked at the type of computer record that we pulled out and when we first saw it we couldn't quite figure out what they were doing with this.

01:34:50.000 And so that's why we brought in this computer expert.

01:34:53.000 What made you think to hide out behind there?

01:34:57.000 Well, you know, they told us, here's the rule of thumb investigating anything.

01:35:02.000 If they tell you not to go someplace and they tell you not to look, that's exactly where you go and that's exactly where you look.

01:35:07.000 We were told not to go there and that nothing was there to be seen.

01:35:10.000 So we went there and saw that.

01:35:12.000 Tell them again where this is located.

01:35:16.000 This is in Volusia County, Florida, which is sort of like Mayberry RFD.

01:35:19.000 It's not a real central location, but it was clearly a control spot for some things that were going on in the 2004 election.

01:35:29.000 There's some very important people that showed up there.

01:35:31.000 In fact, we videotaped the license plates.

01:35:33.000 Believe it or not, we're in the middle of a swamp, in the piney woods, in the middle of backwoods of nowhere, at 8 o'clock in the morning, and the parking lot, which is mud basically, was filled with trucks with out-of-state plates.

01:35:44.000 And we videotaped that, and I will tell you that There was very intensive efforts and really kind of aggressive efforts to get that videotape.

01:35:52.000 We have still not released the one that has the license plates on it.

01:35:55.000 I just want to see who they were.

01:35:58.000 That's all folks that were in there.

01:36:01.000 But they weren't all Florida folks.

01:36:04.000 But at any rate, we wanted to know why they would take this particular type of computer record and ditch it.

01:36:11.000 And in the course of investigating that, We came to what's really in the voting machines.

01:36:17.000 Among other things, the... And I won't... It's technical, and this is a fairly complicated thing.

01:36:23.000 Not only folks, this is our elections, but we the people aren't allowed to look in the machines.

01:36:29.000 It's a black box.

01:36:30.000 It's a magic box.

01:36:32.000 It's just trust us because it's proprietary.

01:36:36.000 Right.

01:36:36.000 And we wanted to see why they would think that they needed to hide this one.

01:36:40.000 Well, what we found is that there was a program inside these computers.

01:36:47.000 Really, the only way to describe it, it was put in there to manipulate elections.

01:36:52.000 It's exceptionally flexible and easy to use.

01:36:56.000 All you have to do is switch something, just swap something that's the size of a credit card, anywhere throughout the system, and they use hundreds of these little credit card-sized memory cards.

01:37:08.000 You get control of the election, basically.

01:37:10.000 It was an absolutely amazing find that they had this program on these cards that one person could alter.

01:37:20.000 When we did it, we actually did this in a county where we proved it could be done with the permission of the Supervisor of Elections.

01:37:28.000 And it cost us about $300.

01:37:30.000 We bought a card reader off the internet and reprogrammed it, stuck it in there, and had complete control.

01:37:37.000 Complete control of the election.

01:37:40.000 In fact, it printed out bogus everything.

01:37:43.000 All the little audit records.

01:37:44.000 So we knew we really had a problem, but what was a bigger problem with this is it showed... Now, supposedly these things are certified, right?

01:37:52.000 They're supposedly tested at the national level and they're federally examined.

01:37:58.000 So next we started going, who examined this?

01:38:00.000 Because this was an obvious problem.

01:38:05.000 Who examined it and what's their excuse for certifying something that has something this bad in it?

01:38:11.000 And it was actually against the law.

01:38:13.000 There were specific laws from the Federal Election Commission prohibiting this type of thing, and it was in there.

01:38:19.000 And by the way, not just in Florida, but this particular program was used in about 800 election jurisdictions in 30 states.

01:38:27.000 It counted about one-third of our national election.

01:38:31.000 And so we are now finding that out.

01:38:33.000 The lead story on our website, which is blackboxvoting.org, describes the fact that now two Florida elections officials have resigned.

01:38:41.000 It happened last week.

01:38:42.000 The Secretary of State resigned.

01:38:44.000 And the state elections voting machine examiner for the state of Florida has now resigned.

01:38:50.000 But he's not just for the state of Florida.

01:38:51.000 He's one of the ones to put this system through for the United States of America.

01:38:57.000 And, of course, what he's trying to do is set up his own consulting business so that any future looking into voting machines, his business will test it, but I don't think so.

01:39:06.000 But what I put in the article, I really believe the rats are starting to desert the ship.

01:39:17.000 There's going to be an investigation at some point.

01:43:10.000 To simplify, to go to that bottom card in that house of cards, we go to who authorized these systems, who tested them, and signed their name and said they were okay.

01:43:26.000 You can't get him on murder and racketeering, so you get him on income tax.

02:13:07.000 Well, basically, if you understand, if you go to a bank, and let's say you want to borrow money for a car, and you want to finance this car, you sign as the lender and the borrower.

02:13:20.000 Now, how can you be the creditor and the debtor, or the lender and the borrower at the same time?

02:13:25.000 And I started scratching my head, and I went to my banker, and he's pretty honest, and he's a good friend of the family, and I said, you know, well, I'm not going to mention his name, but I said, you know, Joe, What do you do when I borrow money and I sign it?

02:13:38.000 He said, what we do is we lend out 90% on this money.

02:13:42.000 So in other words, you borrow $10,000 on a car, they can lend out 90% on that.

02:13:46.000 And they basically take your certificate and put it on a deposit and lend out 90% on that money that you just created out of thin air.

02:14:45.000 You, you, you buy a house, you buy a hotel, you, you know, you, you go to jail, you, you're out of jail.

02:15:34.000 So, you can either raise the level or you can lower the level, and the river flowing in is the amount of money that's printed and put in circulation, whether it's electronic money or printed money, And the river flowing out is called the IRS, and really it doesn't fund the government at all.
