02:12:16.000Are you seeing that people in Little Rock are starting to wake up a little bit, or are they just buying the whole agenda?
02:12:21.000Well, I want to start off by saying I spent three years in the 82nd Airborne Division out at Fort Bratton, North Carolina, and I was in a combat unit, and I would like to consider myself a patriot, and I very carefully read over the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, and it's just... I don't want to be pessimistic, but you can't protect your rights unless you know what your rights are.
02:12:47.000And a lot of people need to be educated about what their constitutional rights are.
02:13:01.000But, you know, I hate to say it almost, but it almost looks like it's getting to the point to where it's just going to be like the Declaration of Independence and we're going to have to take up arms and overthrow the government.

02:13:19.000Well, I mean, it's not radical when you've got Paul Craig Roberts saying Nazis run the government.
02:13:24.000They can carry out terror attacks when... I mean, look at how many... Ron Paul said they may declare martial law, set up Nazi Germany, and come for our guns.
02:13:43.000And I'm not going to go into what unit, but I'm a member of the military and I just hate the way that, you know, Bush gets out of a jet, you know, he hot dogs in front of everybody.
02:14:48.000But we have hundreds of members of Congress and, you know, not one of them has a son or daughter in Iraq.

02:15:09.000They'll enforce some petty marijuana law on your 12-year-old who's got caught with marijuana the first time they smoked it, but they won't enforce felony laws on Halliburton.
02:15:20.000Well, the thing is, in the Oath of Enlistment, the first thing that an enlisted soldier says is, he says, I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the United States Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
02:15:36.000Okay, and then it goes into, I will obey the orders of my superior officers and the President of the United States.
02:15:42.000And what a lot of soldiers don't realize is that, that first statement, I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States, that's paramount.

02:15:53.000If it's the President, if it's different... Well, you know, they changed the oath before.
02:15:57.000It didn't have that little line about the President.
02:16:00.000So, that's been altered over time, but now we're hearing, if you support the troops, don't criticize the President.
