00:00:01.000 Big Brother.
00:00:07.000 Mainstream media.
00:00:09.000 Government cover-ups.
00:00:11.000 You want answers?
00:00:12.000 Well, so does he.
00:00:14.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.
00:00:18.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.
00:00:23.000 Welcome back into the second hour.
00:00:29.000 We're going to go to your calls, and we also have guests lined up for later.
00:00:34.000 There's so much news here, but for those who just joined us, I mean, look at this news.
00:00:38.000 First-graders suspended for sexual harassment.
00:00:40.000 District attorney contacted.
00:00:42.000 They may have some criminal charges, though they're saying at this time they're not doing that.
00:00:46.000 Dodgeball tag being banned now.
00:00:49.000 Everywhere it was banned, just in some areas, now it's almost nationwide.
00:00:53.000 Just Total Control England banning knives.
00:00:56.000 This is how prisoners and slaves live.
00:00:59.000 Let's go ahead and go to, uh, oh my, who's up next here?
00:01:05.000 Brian in Pennsylvania, you're on the air, thanks for holding.
00:01:08.000 Alex, how you doing?
00:01:09.000 Uh, question, there was something in the local, uh, newspaper out by me that the state of New Jersey is going to be expanding their DNA database, uh, research.
00:01:18.000 And as you read, they, you know, seem to, um, want to, you know, convict the criminals that have to be.
00:01:25.000 and then done at a quicker pace, and then the ones that are innocent, they're let go.
00:01:28.000 But the lie of it is that they say that they take them out of the database computer when really they don't.
00:01:34.000 And there's been numerous cases of that where they say one thing and really you're not out of the database.
00:01:41.000 That's the big lie of it.
00:01:42.000 In every state in the United States, and also in England, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia, what I call the Eshelan group of countries that all are in lockstep, basically British Commonwealth countries, and we are back under that now, since 33 years ago.
00:01:57.000 Anyone 33 years old or younger who was born in a hospital had your blood sent to a federal database?
00:02:04.000 I've had U.S.
00:02:05.000 Congressmen on admitting it.
00:02:06.000 Question.
00:02:07.000 I was born in 72, so would that mean that, you know, I'm 33 going 34, so that would mean that my... Alex, you were right at the point where it was starting.
00:02:17.000 Wow.
00:02:18.000 And the databases, the main suppositories, or depositories, is in Michigan, North Carolina, and I believe L.A.
00:02:30.000 Wow.
00:02:30.000 I never knew that.
00:02:32.000 It's all freeze-dried.
00:02:34.000 Yeah.
00:02:35.000 Your baby's blood, if you've had a child in the hospital, is in this freeze-dried.
00:02:41.000 Unbelievable.
00:02:42.000 It keeps going on and on.
00:02:44.000 Now, in some cases it's not fair because they allow the biotech companies, there was a federal court ruling three years ago on this, they own the blood and they buy it from the government database, and then they find certain properties and certain unique blood samples that they then try to synthesize different proteins and then they find certain properties and certain unique blood samples that And if they find a really good blood sample, they will end up using all the blood sample and then will exhaust your blood sample.
00:03:11.000 So they're also mining it and doing weird things with it genetically.
00:03:14.000 Yeah, and the one last thing is it also correlates with the other information you were given about these private agencies collecting data on American citizens, and then what they do is they collect the data, and then the federal government comes and buys the information and, like, enriches these small database collecting and then the federal government comes and buys the information and, Which are then political buddies of the politicians who paid them massive campaign contributions.
00:03:38.000 Or more often, there's only a few of these companies.
00:03:40.000 One of them is in Kansas City.
00:03:43.000 What they'll do is, excuse me, St.
00:03:44.000 Louis, but it was an article out of Kansas City where you order the pizza and it instantly runs you through a database to see if you have a, it was in USA Today, to see if you have a warrant.
00:03:53.000 But they have these nexus companies and they call it a matrix system.
00:04:00.000 That was the name of the particular system in Florida, where they grab all the data, they then get it because they're quote private, then they sell it to the government, but the people owning the companies are former NSA or CIA officers.
00:04:13.000 Yeah, they want to hire somebody with a lot of experience, just as a homeland... Well, it's an evolving door.
00:04:13.000 Right.
00:04:18.000 I mean, they go serve CIA for 20 years, do all the evil stuff, and then when they get out, when they're 55 or 60, they then get to go run a big company, and it's really still CIA.
00:04:28.000 Right.
00:04:30.000 Really interesting.
00:04:32.000 Total control, Greg.
00:04:33.000 It's called fascism, brother.
00:04:34.000 I hear you.
00:04:36.000 Thanks a lot, Alex.
00:04:37.000 You bet.
00:04:37.000 Good talking to you.
00:04:38.000 I appreciate your call.
00:04:39.000 Tons of news coming up.
00:04:39.000 More calls.
00:04:41.000 And I know I move fast.
00:04:42.000 It's because there's so many facets.
00:04:44.000 So much information to cover.
00:04:47.000 All right, folks.
00:04:47.000 Alex Jones here out here at the rifle range.
00:04:49.000 We'll be right back in the middle of our ballistic testing after this quick break.
00:04:52.000 Stay with us.
00:04:52.000 this we're live.
00:04:56.000 There is a secret that holds the world's destiny in its grasp.
00:05:05.000 Hello my friends, Alex Jones here.
00:05:07.000 Learn that secret with my new film, Martial Law 9-11 Rise of the Police State.
00:05:12.000 Martial Law plumbs the depths of the New World Order's ideology, their philosophy, out of the ashes of the September 11th tragedy.
00:05:19.000 A dark empire of war and tyranny has risen.
00:05:21.000 The Constitution has been shredded, and America is now a police state.
00:05:24.000 This film exposes not just who was behind the 9-11 attacks, but the roots and history of its orchestrators.
00:05:29.000 Martial law is a blazing spotlight piercing the electronic Berlin Wall of controlled corporate media.
00:05:34.000 Plumb the depths of the elite's minds, their ideology, their driving philosophy.
00:05:37.000 And uncover the power-mad cult of death that has sworn to turn the Earth into a prison planet.
00:05:41.000 Discover the documentary for yourself before it's too late.

00:06:05.000 You know, if you were to throw 100 ball bearings at a magnet, most would bounce off.
00:06:09.000 But, if you placed them on the magnet, all would stick.
00:06:12.000 The same principle applies in water filtration.
00:06:15.000 Most filtration systems force water through the filter at 60 to 90 PSI, causing water molecules to race through the filter in less than a second.
00:06:23.000 The Brooklyn Light is different.
00:06:25.000 Water molecules take 5 to 10 minutes to pass through the torturous path of the self-sterilizing filters.
00:06:31.000 This allows the proprietary media formulation to remove and reduce pathogenic bacteria, cysts, chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, organic solvents, foul tastes, odors, heavy metals, and nitrates.
00:06:43.000 It is so powerful it purifies raw, untreated water from remote lakes, streams, and stagnant ponds.

00:08:02.000 From his Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.
00:08:09.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.
00:08:15.000 All right, folks.
00:08:19.000 All right.
00:08:20.000 Again, I promised everyone yesterday, and I'm calling from the Hill Country Rifle Range up in the mountains, up in the hills, just outside Austin, Texas.
00:08:27.000 We just have almost conducted our tests.
00:08:29.000 We've been out here for almost three hours doing these tests of the ballistics, and it proved what we already knew.
00:08:34.000 We even had a degreed engineer, contractor who worked with NASA.
00:08:38.000 We even have, of course, somebody who's worked as a police officer and in the military.
00:08:42.000 Uh, here overseeing, and we got tape measures, everything.
00:08:45.000 We shot a watermelon, a dead chicken, we bought at the store, uh, targets.
00:08:49.000 We've got the pattern down.
00:08:51.000 Chaney had to shoot Whittington, according to their story, from anywhere from 15 to 18 feet, not the 90 feet they claim.
00:08:58.000 Uh, because at 90 feet, it was almost an 8-foot pattern.
00:09:01.000 I kept saying it'd be a 6-foot pattern.
00:09:03.000 It was around an 8-foot pattern, and we have it all videotaped and measured on big pieces of cardboard.
00:09:09.000 And at the same time, then we have the ballistics.
00:09:12.000 The deepest appellate went in the watermelon with 3 millimeters.
00:09:15.000 The deepest it went in the Cornish game hen chicken was 3 millimeters.
00:09:22.000 Oh, and by the way, we had one of those kickboxing big dummies out here with the soft latex rubber.
00:09:29.000 And we put two shirts on it, not the three shirts.
00:09:31.000 The shirt, the larger jacket, and then of course his safety vest.
00:09:37.000 Just with two shirts, a lot of the pellets wouldn't even go through the shirts.
00:09:41.000 Or they would just go through the shirts and then just be right on the edge of the rubber.
00:09:44.000 So just unbelievable evidence here from so many different angles that this is a fraud.
00:09:49.000 But anybody who's been hunting knows, you shoot birds at 30 yards, half the time the shot knocks them out of the air like a slug, but doesn't even penetrate their feathers or their meat.
00:09:58.000 And so when you get there, you have to break their neck.
00:10:00.000 Sorry for those who don't like hunting.
00:10:01.000 That's just how it works.
00:10:02.000 Here's Kevin Smith.
00:10:04.000 One of the crew was out here today and Kevin you just witnessed all this.
00:10:08.000 I'm about to fire for the final time into the Cornish Game Am.
00:10:11.000 Then I'm going to get back in the car, drive back to the studio 30 minutes away.
00:10:14.000 You'll get to hear the Cynthia McKinney interview.
00:10:15.000 Then I'll be live in the second and third hour.
00:10:19.000 But Kevin Smith, tell folks what you witnessed today.
00:10:22.000 Well, Alex, it's like any hunter really knows.
00:10:25.000 Everything you've indicated so far is true.
00:10:28.000 We've had a NASA contract engineer out here to make sure all our geometry and measurements were correct.
00:10:35.000 We've got a former Army Ranger, police, and now Alex is shooting the Cornish game hen for the last time.
00:10:43.000 I hope there's something left for dinner.
00:10:45.000 And that is it.
00:10:47.000 And it's just like we indicated.
00:10:49.000 90 feet is a fraud.
00:10:51.000 It looks like more 15 to 18 feet.
00:10:55.000 So, other than that, why?
00:10:57.000 What are the indications?
00:10:58.000 Why are they lying?
00:11:00.000 Was there alcohol involved?
00:11:01.000 Why was there a delay?
00:11:02.000 So those are the questions we've got to ask.
00:11:04.000 We know they're lying.
00:11:06.000 And the next thing for someone to do is to figure out why they're lying.
00:11:10.000 And we would pray for Mr. Whittington.
00:11:12.000 We hope he comes through this okay.
00:11:14.000 And we hope he's okay now.
00:11:15.000 And that's all I've got.
00:11:17.000 We'll be back in Austin in about 30 minutes and here comes Alex Jones.
00:11:20.000 And I believe Cynthia McKinney from the tape from last Thursday came up right about this time so go ahead and say it over to her and we'll get back in the cars and caravan back.
00:11:27.000 We'll see you in Austin.
00:11:28.000 Take care folks.
00:11:30.000 She's the only Congresswoman that will talk about the toxins in the vaccines and just a host of other issues.
00:11:36.000 The murder of Martin Luther King by the FBI and the CIA, which I've even interviewed Special Forces officers who they tried to hire to kill him.
00:11:45.000 And by the way, the Special Forces Association sued dangerous Dan Marvin, the Colonel, and he just beat them in court last week.
00:11:53.000 So, by the way, that's not been proven in court.
00:11:55.000 So she's just Other than Ron Paul, there's no one with more courage.
00:12:00.000 And frankly, I haven't heard Ron Paul talking about the jail kidnapping rings that have been government protected.
00:12:05.000 And I've been trying to get her on for a long time.
00:12:07.000 She's very busy and I'm going to keep her as long as we can.
00:12:10.000 We have literally bugged the daylights out of her staff.
00:12:13.000 I know how busy she is.
00:12:15.000 Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney, thank you so much for joining us.
00:12:19.000 Thank you for the invitation to join you.
00:12:22.000 Of course, I remember Yes, with great fondness actually.
00:12:29.000 The time that we spent at Project Centered and the interview, and of course you were getting an award, so you didn't say that, but one of your stories was one of the most Censored stories in 2004 and was being honored by Project Censored.
00:12:49.000 So I guess birds of a feather kind of flock together.
00:12:53.000 Absolutely.
00:12:54.000 Of course, you were going to be on yesterday, but you got caught up in flights because you were there for the funeral of Mrs. King.
00:13:02.000 Yes, I was.
00:13:03.000 And I'm glad you mentioned that.
00:13:06.000 I wanted to bring that up.
00:13:08.000 Um, it was an incredible, phenomenal moment to see the four presidents all together.
00:13:16.000 Um, at the same time, you know, many people commented about how it would take someone of the caliber of Coretta's King, Coretta Scott King, to bring these four presidents together.
00:13:31.000 But then we had our current president, um, Reading his remarks quite well.
00:13:40.000 Very unusual.
00:13:43.000 But then the show stoppers were President Carter and Reverend Joseph Lowry.
00:13:52.000 Because Reverend Lowry just put it out there and said we're in this war and there's billions for war but they say there's no money for the poor.
00:14:04.000 He said, will the promises and the words of today be acted out in the deeds of tomorrow?
00:14:12.000 Well, it was phenomenal seeing him put Lord Bush on the hot seat, and if more people did that, Bush wouldn't be openly announcing when he's got dictator powers.
00:14:20.000 And Cynthia, I wanted to bring that up to you, first Congresswoman today.
00:14:26.000 His chief White House counsel, now Attorney General, says he's above the law.
00:14:30.000 They can torture people to death.
00:14:31.000 In his own memo, John Yoo, another White House counsel, said they can, quote, torture children and crush their genitalia.
00:14:38.000 I don't know if you saw that in the Chicago papers.
00:14:41.000 Bush says that he can spy on people without warrants if he wants to, even if it is a crime.
00:14:46.000 Can you comment on the open announcement that Bush is saying that he has dictator powers?
00:14:54.000 Well, remember the comment that he also is supposed to have made about, you know, it's okay to have a dictatorship as long as he's the dictator.
00:15:04.000 Guys, find that.
00:15:04.000 We have that clip.
00:15:05.000 Go ahead.
00:15:06.000 So, all of this is a pattern, and I'm shocked That he can find so many people who will go along with him.
00:15:16.000 I was just reviewing that there were judges who were told, there were members of Congress who were told, and you know at the end of the day the bottom line on all of this is that I have co-sponsored John Conyers' impeachment study legislation because I think that By far, we have too many examples of high crimes and more than misdemeanors.
00:15:46.000 By the way, that's going to be Mr. Oberman's main news piece tonight.
00:15:52.000 Can Bush be impeached?
00:15:53.000 How would it happen?
00:15:54.000 So that's going to be MSNBC tonight.
00:15:56.000 Oh, well, you know, really all it takes is the American people expressing their will in a very public way.
00:16:06.000 We have to have the 218 votes in the House and we have to have 51 votes in the Senate, but we can get that if the people Desire to have this administration, which quite frankly, was stolen in 2000, and was stolen again in 2004.
00:16:30.000 Now there are not many people who will talk about that or who want to talk about that.
00:16:35.000 Congressman Ron Paul, one of your colleagues a month ago on this broadcast, said that he believes Bush is actually trying to set up a dictatorship and may start putting American citizens in camps.
00:16:45.000 I mean, Ron Paul's never gone that far.
00:16:47.000 Well, um, I mean, I'm looking at the host of articles, news, the news articles that will appear one time in one publication and then you don't hear anything more about it.
00:17:03.000 Well, Halliburton, Halliburton just got contracts to build camps in America.
00:17:07.000 That's exactly right.
00:17:08.000 That's exactly right.
00:17:09.000 And so, now we have to look at not just each one of these single headlines that appears in one place at one time.
00:17:20.000 In isolation, we have to look at the pattern and practice of this administration.
00:17:26.000 And if they had the guts and the gall to steal the election, and I want to bring to your attention the Uh, the, um, movie, the film, a documentary film by the name of American Blackout.
00:17:47.000 Now, while this film focuses somewhat on my political career, it also explains in the clearest of detail so that there is no doubt by anyone How the election was stolen in 2000, and again, how the election was stolen in 2004.
00:18:09.000 It's clearly depicted in the film, American Blackout.
00:18:14.000 Well, we'll have to talk about that, and we're about to break.
00:18:16.000 I want to come back and get into Dime Corps, because last year in March, during the Defense Armed Services Committee budgetary meetings, we have a clip we're going to play later, You brought up three key points.
00:18:28.000 Dyncor and the child kidnapping rings.
00:18:30.000 You brought up the drills on 9-11.
00:18:33.000 And you brought up trillions missing from the Pentagon.
00:18:36.000 And we still haven't gotten answers on any of this, and I don't know if you're aware of it, but the Chicago Tribune ran an article three weeks ago, two articles, admitting that there aren't just lobbyists out there, but there are lobbyists for Dying Corps and Halliburton, who are both involved in human trafficking, to keep it going.
00:18:56.000 And we actually have modern slavery going on.
00:18:58.000 And now, finally, the governor of Illinois has called the White House about this.
00:19:02.000 So I want to get your take on that, Cynthia, because I don't think a lot of people realize just how evil this is out in the open.
00:19:08.000 Okay, I would love very much to hear what you have.
00:19:13.000 And, of course, more details about the film Blackout.
00:19:16.000 We're about to break here, and we'll come right back and get into that with Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney.

00:23:51.000 By the way, Bush has said two separate times things would be a heck of a lot easier if this was a dictatorship, just so long as I'm the dictator.
00:24:15.000 And Congresswoman had mentioned that earlier.
00:24:17.000 Let's go ahead and roll that short clip.
00:24:18.000 Here it is.
00:24:20.000 I hope they've got my sense of optimism about the possible and enthusiasm about the job.
00:24:30.000 I've told all four that there are going to be some times where we don't agree with each other, but that's okay.
00:24:38.000 If this were a dictatorship, it'd be a heck of a lot easier.
00:24:42.000 Just so long as I'm the dictator.
00:24:44.000 And that was during the campaign on a live discussion on CNN at a town hall meeting.
00:24:51.000 Congresswoman, there's that clip.
00:24:53.000 That's incredible.
00:24:54.000 But, I mean, you know, and the things that we have to beware of the things that George W. Bush Jokes about because they're not jokes at all.
00:25:04.000 In fact, they may indeed be jokes on the American people.
00:25:08.000 Right now, I'm looking at the financial health of our country and I'm wondering why, obviously, someone's purposes are served by having these tremendous deficits and the national debt.
00:25:29.000 We just raised the debt ceiling from 7.9 around trillion to 8 trillion.
00:25:40.000 And I'm trying to figure out what is it that-- who is being served by this?
00:25:47.000 Obviously the American people aren't being served by this.
00:25:49.000 Well the big central banks that own and run this country, and by the way that 8 plus trillion is almost what we currently owe, what we've signed on to our obligations according to the Dallas Morning News is 70 plus trillion and that was two years ago they reported that.
00:26:06.000 Now obviously you've done a whole lot of research on this and I'm gonna have to do a little bit more because it's incredible to me that the American people will allow this kind of financial stewardship to be done to their country.
00:26:24.000 But it's conservative to spend more money than all previous presidents combined.
00:26:28.000 Well that's what they say they are but obviously they're serving some purpose, some Some authority higher than, other than, the American people.
00:26:39.000 Boy, you said it.
00:26:40.000 And who do you think that is?
00:26:41.000 Well, I don't know, but also I have to question about the war.
00:26:46.000 So I'm trying to read up now on the Federal Reserve, and I'm really trying to understand and learn.
00:26:53.000 And then, of course, we come to the war.
00:26:57.000 And whose purpose is being served by this war?
00:27:00.000 It certainly, again, is not the American people.
00:27:03.000 And I'm going to get my quadrennial defense review.
00:27:07.000 I've got that.
00:27:08.000 I brought that so that I could get my head around what it is that Rumsfeld and the Pentagon boys are actually telling us about this long war.
00:27:21.000 And I'm still trying to figure out who the enemy is.
00:27:25.000 By the way, Bush has said it's going to last a hundred years.
00:27:27.000 Cheney said three generations.
00:27:30.000 And meanwhile, there's steam rolling towards a conflagration with Iran.
00:27:36.000 Give us your take on the Iran situation, Congresswoman.
00:27:39.000 There is no way that I can sanction more war because we don't even have justification of the one that we're in.
00:27:50.000 And I'm anxiously awaiting the outcome of the investigations from Patrick Fitzgerald and also McNulty on the fabrication of the The so-called intelligence that said that Saddam and all of that.
00:28:11.000 Saddam was our guy.
00:28:13.000 I shouldn't say our.
00:28:15.000 But he was America's boy.
00:28:17.000 Those authorities installed Saddam in power.
00:28:20.000 Have you heard about the new...
00:28:22.000 White House memo, not the Downing Street memo, that the White House admits is real, where Bush talks about painting up U.S. planes like U.N. planes and trying to get them shot down.
00:28:30.000 I mean, that's provocateur.
00:28:31.000 That's terrorism.
00:28:32.000 And then how they're going to have an informant defect and claim he saw WMDs.
00:28:39.000 That's a smoking gun right there.
00:28:40.000 He should be impeached for that right there, Congresswoman.
00:28:42.000 Well, I mean, we can go all the way back to 2001.
00:28:48.000 The failure to protect the American people ends on September 11th.
00:28:53.000 That's the first high crime and more than misdemeanor.
00:28:58.000 What about the 9-11 truth scholars?
00:28:59.000 Professors and doctors and demolition experts are saying the official story is a fraud.
00:29:07.000 Well, I've seen those reports.
00:29:10.000 I mean, well, the more people who say it's... I mean, it's clear that Something was terribly amiss on that day with our people who were in charge, and then they didn't do anything.
00:29:25.000 They didn't even follow standard operating procedures.
00:29:27.000 They stood down, didn't they?
00:29:29.000 Yes.
00:29:31.000 Congresswoman, stay there.
00:29:32.000 We've got plenty of time when we get back.
00:29:33.000 She's with us for the whole hour, the whole rest of the hour, lavishing us with her time.
00:29:39.000 We're so honored to have her.
00:29:40.000 We're going to get into 9-11, we're going to get into the dying corps behavior that she has exposed, and so much more after this quick break.
00:29:46.000 All right, stay with us.

00:34:04.000 It's about ten minutes long.
00:34:05.000 I'm only going to air about two minutes of it.
00:34:07.000 This is last March.
00:34:09.000 We're going to put you right back on hold.
00:34:10.000 This is when you imagine being a few feet, she's on the bottom row, a few feet from Rumsfeld, the Dark Lord himself, Darth Sidious, And she's there exposing him and Myers and all these other people and Dr. Chu and the rest of them that are sitting there and she brings forward documented, hardcore questions that no one dare ask.
00:34:31.000 Listen to this.
00:34:33.000 I have just one question.
00:34:37.000 Who are we and who's responsible for what we've become?
00:34:44.000 As I survey the landscape of the changes that have taken place literally before my eyes, over the course of my lifetime, I have to wonder, where did we go wrong?
00:34:55.000 George W. Smirks, Dick Cheney sneers, Rumsfeld jokes, Powell blusters, Rice lies, Enron and WorldCom steal, DynCorp vaccinate, Halliburton Feeds and feeds and feeds and feeds.
00:35:17.000 Americans hurt.
00:35:19.000 And in Iraq, Americans die.
00:35:22.000 Our national leaders insult our allies, create more foes, reward their friends, increase our insecurity through their own policies, and plunge the American people into the deepest economic abyss of a generation.
00:35:40.000 Now, we've sent him so many clips of Congresswoman McKinney.
00:35:42.000 That is from her speech at the Project Sensual Awards.
00:35:45.000 We'll put a little two-minute clip later, but that was a good clip to play of her confronting Rumsfeld.
00:35:50.000 So that's also on the computer.
00:35:52.000 Scott, we must have mislabeled that when we emailed it to you.
00:35:55.000 They're up in Minnesota.
00:35:56.000 I'm down here in Austin, Texas at our studios here.
00:35:58.000 So we'll get that clip.
00:36:00.000 But, Congresswoman, you confronted Rumsfeld.
00:36:04.000 Can you tell people about what you said to him and the issue of DynCorp and now Halliburton?
00:36:10.000 Well, yeah, I mean, that's one incredible moment.
00:36:16.000 And I've had a lot of people say to me, well, you know, he just hasn't been around enough black people because he wouldn't know that black women were taught like that.
00:36:26.000 And, um, but, you know, I just asked him about the war games.
00:36:30.000 I asked him about DynCorp and, um, why weren't they ever, he said that, you know, companies get inside the penalty box.
00:36:38.000 Well, they were never in the penalty box.
00:36:40.000 And, um, it's my understanding that not only is it DynCorp, but it's Halliburton, too, that's engaging in this sexual slave trade of women and little girls.
00:36:51.000 And not only in Eastern Europe, but in Iraq today.
00:36:55.000 And so, who in the end is actually going to care?
00:37:01.000 Who cares?
00:37:03.000 And we've got 535 members of Congress.
00:37:06.000 Who cares?
00:37:08.000 Who cares?
00:37:09.000 We all have to care.
00:37:10.000 The American people have to care.
00:37:12.000 Nearly 300 million of us.
00:37:15.000 We have to care and we cannot allow people to get away with stealing elections and they steal elections with the same ease that they steal women and little girls.
00:37:27.000 One of the questions that I asked was how come the Pentagon is such an egregious offender when the time comes for auditing its resources that are given to it by Congress.
00:37:45.000 And one of the responses is that their computers don't talk to each other.
00:37:49.000 So I asked, well, who's got the contracts?
00:37:51.000 And Madam Comptroller of the Pentagon, Jonas, is sitting there and she refuses to tell me who's got the contracts.
00:38:01.000 to make the computer talk to each other.
00:38:03.000 Now, of course, imagine if some private company had billions of dollars, and in this case it's trillions, now 3.6 plus trillion, that's Associated Press, missing over the last eight years.
00:38:12.000 Now, imagine bringing this up and then they just say, oh, our computers don't communicate.
00:38:17.000 So when the IRS is auditing you over a few thousand dollars, folks, you say, oh, I'm sorry, my computers don't communicate, and then a few years later you won't get in any trouble.
00:38:27.000 I mean, obviously there is massive fraud going on when they can't account for trillions of dollars.
00:38:33.000 That's exactly right, which leads me, well now, her response was twenty billion dollars has been spent already trying to make the computers talk to each other.
00:38:46.000 Twenty billion!
00:38:47.000 How many Computer programmers and software experts and these companies that we have that could do so much more than whatever the company is.
00:39:01.000 It's got this 20 billion dollars worth of contracts and they've done nothing!
00:39:06.000 They're saying we should just trust them.
00:39:07.000 In fact, we now have that clip.
00:39:09.000 Here's the little clip.
00:39:10.000 Go ahead and roll it.
00:39:12.000 A lady from Georgia, Ms.
00:39:13.000 McKinney.
00:39:15.000 Oh, thank you, Mr. Chairman.
00:39:20.000 I watched President Bush deliver a moving speech at the United Nations in September 2003, in which he mentioned the crisis of the sex trade.
00:39:32.000 The President called for the punishment of those involved in this horrible business.
00:39:36.000 But at the very moment of that speech, DynCorp was exposed for having been involved in the buying and selling of young women and children.
00:39:46.000 While all of this was going on, DynCorp kept the Pentagon contract to administer the smallpox and anthrax vaccines, and is now working on a plague vaccine through the Joint Vaccine Acquisition Program.
00:40:00.000 Mr. Secretary, is it policy of the U.S.
00:40:02.000 government to reward companies that traffic in women and little girls?
00:40:06.000 That's my first question.
00:40:07.000 My second question, Mr. Secretary, according to the Comptroller General of the United States, There are serious financial management problems at the Pentagon, to which Mr. Cooper alluded.
00:40:19.000 Fiscal year 1999, $2.3 trillion missing.
00:40:23.000 Fiscal year 2000, $1.1 trillion missing.
00:40:27.000 And DOD is the number one reason why the government can't balance its checkbook.
00:40:33.000 The Pentagon has claimed, year after year, that the reason it can't account for the money is because its computers don't communicate with each other.
00:40:41.000 My second question, Mr. Secretary, is who has the contracts today to make those systems communicate with each other?
00:40:48.000 How long have they had those contracts?
00:40:52.000 And how much have the taxpayers paid for them?
00:40:55.000 Finally, Mr. Secretary, after the last hearing, I thought that my office was promised a written response to my question regarding the four war games on September 11th.
00:41:06.000 I have not yet received that response, but would like for you to respond to the questions that I've put to you today, and then I do expect the written response to my previous question, hopefully by the end of the week.
00:41:21.000 Thank you, Representative.
00:41:24.000 First, the answer to your first question is no, absolutely not.
00:41:29.000 The policy of the United States government is clear, unambiguous, and opposed to the activities that you described.
00:41:39.000 The second question.
00:41:43.000 Well, how do you explain the fact that Dyncor and its successor companies have received and continue to receive government contracts?
00:41:52.000 I would have to go and find the facts, but there are laws and rules and regulations with respect to government contracts, and there are times that corporations do things they should not do, in which case they tend to be suspended for some period.
00:42:09.000 There are times then that under the laws and the rules and regulations passed by the Congress and implemented by the executive branch, that corporations can get off of out of the penalty box, if you will, and be permitted to engage in contracts with the government.
00:42:28.000 They're generally not barred in perpetuity.
00:42:31.000 This contract, this company was never in the penalty box.
00:42:36.000 If you could proceed to...
00:42:36.000 Okay, that's enough.
00:42:38.000 It goes on and on.
00:42:39.000 It gets even worse.
00:42:39.000 But see, there's no denial of this.
00:42:41.000 It's been BBC, London Telegraph, Agency French Press, Le Figaro, Der Spiegel, 200,000 women and children flown out to different hellholes around the world as slave laborers, sex slaves, sold into these sweat houses, these sweat shops.
00:43:00.000 This is all admitted.
00:43:01.000 Now the Chicago Tribune comes out.
00:43:04.000 In a two-part series a few weeks ago, and says that DynCorp, and Halliburton's involved now too, actually has lobbyists there to lobby to have the Pentagon not stop them.
00:43:15.000 This is hell on earth, right out in the open, Congresswoman, and you have boldly exposed it, and you've researched it.
00:43:21.000 A year later, nothing's been done about this, it's still going on, and I guess next time somebody kidnaps a kid in America, they can just say, hey, put me in the penalty box!
00:43:34.000 I mean, it's incredible.
00:43:36.000 At one point I said that a criminal syndicate had taken over Washington, D.C.
00:43:45.000 You know, upon reflection, I said, well, maybe I was hard on this administration.
00:43:49.000 But now, what are we, five years later?
00:43:54.000 That doesn't hardly describe what we've got going on.
00:44:00.000 It is as if our treasury is being looted.
00:44:03.000 Which is another area that we need to pay attention to.
00:44:10.000 What's happening to our economy?
00:44:12.000 It appears to me that our country is literally being hollowed out in very much the same way that the city of New Orleans has been hollowed out of its people.
00:44:24.000 It seems that our economy is being hollowed out.
00:44:29.000 The American people, I don't know what is financially in store for the average American person.
00:44:36.000 Now, in addition to this discussion about long war and us being in war for the next generation or several next generations, we have to also pay attention to how we are treating our young men and women, and not so young now because they're Telling people that they've got to report for service in Iraq and they're age 40.
00:45:01.000 63 years old with cancer.
00:45:03.000 Yes.
00:45:04.000 And then now when you get your body shattered, your body armor blown to pieces, they cut it off of you in the emergency field hospital and then charge you 700 bucks for it and four dollars a day for your meals.
00:45:15.000 That's exactly right.
00:45:16.000 But now at least, I mean, you know, we had reports Right after, in 2001, about Halliburton Food making our men and women sick over in Afghanistan.
00:45:31.000 And then a group protested it in Houston to the employees, warning them, and the Pentagon Army troops spied on them, but Bush says he's not spying on Americans.
00:45:40.000 Now, if my phone is going in and out Because I only hear like every other word you're saying when I'm lucky.
00:45:49.000 And that's because that's what my phone does all the time.
00:45:52.000 So I would apologize to the audience if I am even going in and out if not someone calling me.
00:46:00.000 But it's the condition of my phone line and it always does that no matter who I'm talking to.
00:46:07.000 I do want to take this opportunity to mention also the case of Kevin Benderman.
00:46:13.000 I don't know if you have talked about Kevin Benderman.
00:46:16.000 Yes.
00:46:17.000 In prison because he is a conscientious objector.
00:46:23.000 Tell us about it.
00:46:25.000 Well, um, we were contacted, um, I guess maybe a year ago because, uh, Sergeant Benjamin had been to Iraq one time.
00:46:35.000 He had been, he had seen the, the, the senseless killing, the killing of civilians, the killing of women, the killing of children, and he said, I am not going to go back and participate in this kind of behavior.
00:46:49.000 This behavior is not me.
00:46:52.000 And so he filed a request for consideration as a conscientious objector.
00:47:04.000 And it was denied.
00:47:06.000 And so now he's in prison near Seattle, Washington because he didn't want to go kill people anymore.
00:47:15.000 Now you know, you of all people, Alex, remember that what Certain areas of our government have always wanted is to be able to produce a killing machine that was devoid of remorse.
00:47:33.000 And so that's why it's important for the MKUltra program and other programs of the past that we're trying to do this kind of killing without remorse to turn our soldiers And by the way, for those who don't know, right in front of the Baghdad Hotel, about six months into the occupation, they'd machine-gunned a bunch of little kids that were throwing rocks.
00:48:01.000 be in prison because he doesn't want to kill innocent women and little children and by the way for those who don't know right in front of the baghdad hotel uh...
00:48:09.000 about six months into the occupation they machine gunned a bunch of little kids that were throwing rocks and a big british reporter yelled at the marines and said how dare you do this and the marines yelled back we love killing them and we're going to kill more And there have been London Telegraph articles about troops just shooting, snipers just shooting women, walking with their kids down the road for fun and going, look at me blow that bitch's head off.
00:48:35.000 That's the quote and laughing about it.
00:48:37.000 I mean, some of the troops have been turned into psychopathic killing machines.
00:48:41.000 Well, you know, that's very sad because they will come home.
00:48:46.000 And will they continue to be those kinds of killing machines when they come home?
00:48:50.000 We already had the incident at Fort Bragg with the people coming back.
00:48:55.000 One unit and four of them come home, three of them kill their wives, and the other one tries to kill his wife in one week.
00:49:01.000 I mean, what's going on there?
00:49:03.000 That's exactly right.
00:49:04.000 So, we also have to be careful about one of the questions I ask Any young man or woman that I see in uniform, I ask them, did you take those shots?
00:49:15.000 Because we don't know what those shots are.
00:49:17.000 We don't know what they're doing to our young people.
00:49:19.000 Well, we know the first anthrax shot, they got shot down because it was full of poison.
00:49:22.000 That's admitted.
00:49:25.000 Well, then all the more that they not take these shots.
00:49:28.000 We don't know, we have no idea what these young people What their lives are going to be like five years, ten years from now?
00:49:38.000 Yeah, that's not normal.
00:49:39.000 Why would one unit, would four of them come back and kill their families?
00:49:44.000 Well, we don't know, but we certainly need to know.
00:49:49.000 We certainly need to know so we can not do that.
00:49:51.000 Speaking of that, Wired Magazine two years ago had a big article about the head futurist at the Pentagon, Dr. Marshall, and he said we're selectively giving the troops aggression drugs and then giving them amnesiacs afterwards.
00:50:04.000 So he admitted they're mind controlling some of the troops.
00:50:07.000 Well, that goes back to MKUltra.
00:50:10.000 Now the third instance, That this administration has amply demonstrated not just to the American people but to the world that it doesn't, it is not able to or it doesn't care about protecting the American people and that's in the instance of Hurricane Katrina.
00:50:30.000 And I've been very active Um, on this Katrina panel so that we can get to the root of what happened and we all saw what didn't happen, but why it didn't happen.
00:50:43.000 We've got a break.
00:50:44.000 One more segment coming up.
00:50:45.000 Tell us all about Katrina when we get back.
00:50:47.000 I also want to ask you about the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King and your research into that because we have someone joining us tomorrow in studio who you know, Dr. King's murder will be exposed.
00:50:58.000 We'll be right back.
00:50:59.000 Stay with us.

00:54:02.000 I was talking to the Congresswoman during the break.
00:54:11.000 She's going to stay with us a little bit in the next hour.
00:54:13.000 Very gracious.
00:54:14.000 About how, when I heard her talking about DynCorp, I was told through two different sources to shut up about it.
00:54:20.000 And I asked her, have you ever been told to shut up?
00:54:22.000 And she laughed and said, yeah, you got to ask me that on air.
00:54:25.000 So I'll ask that right now, then we'll get into New Orleans.
00:54:27.000 Congresswoman?
00:54:28.000 Well, let me just say, I couldn't withhold the laughter because I've been told to be quiet so many times in so many different ways.
00:54:37.000 But, you know, when you're made of this kind of stuff, you're not intimidated.
00:54:43.000 But I have an outstanding warrant right now against a gentleman who called all over America, but interestingly had access to My telephone records at my campaign.
00:55:00.000 And now he had access to my telephone records and was able to call people that we called in the campaign and tell them that my life was in danger.
00:55:10.000 So this was quite a warning and now it continues with irregular visits To people who are friends of mine, to their homes.
00:55:25.000 So, you know, all I have to do is take this in stride.
00:55:30.000 My telephone, everybody, my mother's phone, we just live with this.
00:55:37.000 And, um, my father was in the Civil Rights Movement, so we're accustomed to it.
00:55:41.000 Well, I was about to say, Bush says, oh, don't worry, it's not for you, but there's articles where the military and the CIA are watching bike-riding groups and, you know, innocuous peace groups, innocuous conservative groups.
00:55:53.000 Here in Georgia, our very small, innocuous Georgia peace group was spied on!
00:56:02.000 So, no!
00:56:02.000 It's amazing!
00:56:04.000 They will tell us anything.
00:56:06.000 Our responsibility is to not believe them and to do what Ronald Reagan told us to do.
00:56:13.000 That's right.
00:56:13.000 Verify!
00:56:14.000 Trust but verify.
00:56:15.000 And I want to talk about Katrina when we get back in this last segment.
00:56:18.000 But right now, Dr. Martin Luther King Clearly murdered.
00:56:21.000 The evidence shows it.
00:56:23.000 Clearly a government op.
00:56:24.000 And now so many witnesses have come forward.
00:56:26.000 I've interviewed a special forces colonel who's won this case in court when they were saying stuff he was saying wasn't true.
00:56:31.000 That was just last week.
00:56:34.000 That was Colonel Marvin.
00:56:36.000 Where they even tried to hire him to get involved in all of this.
00:56:40.000 Can you comment on the murder of Dr. Martin Luther King?
00:56:43.000 We have introduced the Martin Luther King Records Act, which will establish in very much the same way that there was a record that established to release the papers of President Kennedy.
00:56:55.000 We want all of the papers, everything, Um, release pertaining to the life, surveillance, and murder of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
00:57:05.000 as well.
00:57:06.000 So, we've got 53 co-sponsors on that bill.
00:57:09.000 We're gonna go, uh, continue to, um, accumulate co-sponsors, to actively go after co-sponsors.
00:57:16.000 And, um, we want release of the information because, of course, on April 4th, I was at the Lorraine Motel.
00:57:25.000 And it's interesting that having been there and knowing what I know, that when they have the picture, not the picture, but the actual rifle, and they label it as the murder weapon, well Judge Joe Brown told us it is not the murder weapon.
00:57:42.000 So why is this lie being perpetrated on the American people who go to this Lorraine Motel to visit and think that they're seeing the truth about what happened with Dr. King?
00:57:54.000 And why is this important?
00:57:55.000 Bottom line, who killed Martin Luther King?
00:57:59.000 Well, a jury said in 1999 that it was a U.S.
00:58:03.000 government conspiracy, including the highest individuals, certain individuals, and the highest levels of the United States government.
00:58:14.000 I have no reason to disbelieve them.
00:58:16.000 And why was the previous statement important?
00:58:18.000 I interrupted.
00:58:20.000 Well, the reason this is important, because if they would do that then to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., at a stage where we have legislation in law now that defines enemy combatants, we all could be enemy combatants just by dissenting from what this administration does.
00:58:36.000 I agree, we gotta break.
00:58:37.000 And they do the same thing to us.
00:58:39.000 Exactly.
00:58:41.000 If you would like a copy of this show, come to GCNlive.com and reserve it today.
00:58:45.000 or call toll free 877-376-45.
00:58:49.000 Big Brother.
00:58:59.000 Mainstream media.
00:59:01.000 Government cover-ups.
00:59:02.000 You want answers?
00:59:04.000 Well, so does he.
00:59:05.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.
00:59:10.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.
00:59:14.000 If you go online to FOWars.com, you can link through to Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney's sub-page at House.gov.
00:59:26.000 Gov, be sure and support her.
00:59:28.000 She has been targeted by the RNC and even the Democrats to some extent.
00:59:33.000 Just like Ron Paul has by his own party with the Republicans.
00:59:36.000 Anybody who stands up for the people.
00:59:38.000 And she's just an amazing individual and we're almost out of time with her.
00:59:41.000 Congresswoman?
00:59:42.000 I wanted to get you to spend a few minutes talking about what happened in New Orleans.
00:59:48.000 We know that FEMA jammed police communications as the storm hit.
00:59:52.000 We know that they cut police lines, wouldn't let aid in for five days to get a starvation riot.
00:59:58.000 a dehydration riot going because they knew there was a big disaster.
01:00:03.000 They could then spin it and get a lot more funding and powers.
01:00:06.000 That kind of blew up in their face though.
01:00:08.000 Then they tried to blame the locals.
01:00:09.000 When I have articles admitting that in the Times Pick and Youn that New Orleans was a federalized city in 2003, it's admitted that FEMA blocked the rescue and it's just unbelievable.
01:00:21.000 Comment on that because you've researched it.
01:00:22.000 Well I saw, I could only hear, then it was really bad You went out on me.
01:00:28.000 But I get the gist of what you're saying.
01:00:30.000 And the bottom line is that you're absolutely right.
01:00:33.000 The American people were once again abandoned.
01:00:36.000 They were abandoned by their own government.
01:00:38.000 And Secretary Michael Chertoff has gotten off scot-free on this.
01:00:43.000 But he has the authority, had the authority, As soon as the state of emergency was declared, he had the authority to move all of the supplies and everything that was needed by the people into place.
01:00:59.000 Instead, just as one of the survivors said, They needed food and water and instead they were sent men with guns.
01:01:08.000 And the Blackwater mercenaries were hired to patrol the streets of New Orleans.
01:01:14.000 This is a crime, this is criminal!
01:01:17.000 How can we have mercenaries patrolling the streets of America?
01:01:20.000 Well, what about all the gun confiscation?
01:01:22.000 Instead of letting the local police in and firemen to give people food and water, for five days they ran around confiscating people's guns.
01:01:31.000 It was totally insane.
01:01:33.000 And my point is that they clearly stood down on purpose and blocked aid from getting in even emergency managers couldn't get in and get their mamas out of uh out of nursing homes and they died so my question is do you believe they stood down on purpose to have it fall apart so bush could hand out 200 billion to haliburton and others you know i i really don't know the answer to that question but it's clear it is absolutely clear
01:02:02.000 um that you had bush on vacation yet cheney fly fishing you had rums fell at a san diego padres game you had uh secretary of state condoleezza rice buying seven thousand dollars worth of ferragamo shoes and hitting the tennis ball with monica felis I mean, you had an administration that was away, they were AWOL.
01:02:25.000 And they have the nerve to bring other folks up on criminal charges for either being conscientious objector or one family made the wrong bet and about twenty people in their care died.
01:02:40.000 They're being brought up on charges.
01:02:43.000 But Congresswoman, here's what I'm saying.
01:02:44.000 We know that FEMA blocked the police from getting in for at least five days.
01:02:48.000 That's got to be premeditated.
01:02:50.000 Yes, well, you know, I don't want to say that yet.
01:02:58.000 I do want to say that their actions, their behavior speaks for itself.
01:03:03.000 And the fact that you had a local sheriff had to go with his armed people and turn the communication back on is indicative of what the situation was there that FEMA cut communications.
01:03:22.000 And we don't have answers to those questions.
01:03:25.000 Well, if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, it's a duck.
01:03:28.000 Congresswoman, I want to be able to get you on a few times a year.
01:03:31.000 Will you join us again?
01:03:34.000 I'd love to.
01:03:35.000 Well, I want to thank you and your staff so much, and I want to thank you for standing up for all the children that the government and others have been kidnapping.
01:03:41.000 And God bless you, and I hope everybody prays for you.
01:03:43.000 Thank you.
01:03:44.000 I need those prayers.
01:03:45.000 Well, thank you, and we'll talk to you soon.
01:03:47.000 Bye-bye.
01:03:48.000 All right, we'll come back, take your calls, cover masses of news.
01:03:48.000 Godspeed.

01:06:52.000 While you were sleeping, they came and took it all away.
01:07:03.000 The names and the letters, the places where you used to play.
01:07:15.000 It was an inside joke.
01:07:20.000 Found it well-connected.
01:07:23.000 You're a sinner so dead.
01:07:28.000 So merrily rejected.
01:07:30.000 It was an inside joke.
01:07:34.000 Like it always is.
01:07:38.000 Chalk it up to business as usual.
01:07:43.000 While you were dreaming This little island disappears
01:08:03.000 While you were looking the other way They'll take your right to own your own ideas And if an entire job favors diligence, your trusted servants have left you a prediction.
01:08:29.000 With an entire job, Just chalk it up to business as usual.
01:08:40.000 You think you're just a fudge, but you don't have a piece of proof.
01:08:45.000 The rules, what's up there?
01:08:48.000 The business towers are doing to me and you.
01:08:52.000 And they'll keep doing it, doing it, doing it, doing it, doing it, doing it, doing it, doing it.
01:08:58.000 And here we are.
01:09:00.000 Wake up, wake up, wake up, wake up, wake up.
01:09:03.000 I know what I've done wrong with.
01:09:32.000 I am acquainted with the night.
01:09:35.000 I know how hard it is to always walk out in the light.
01:09:41.000 And it's an inside job to learn about forgiving.
01:09:46.000 It's an inside job to hang on to the joy of living.
01:09:53.000 They know the road by which you came.
01:09:56.000 They know your mother's name's name.
01:09:58.000 And what you had for breakfast.
01:10:01.000 What you had to miss a message.
01:10:04.000 It's sex politics.
01:10:07.000 It's different.
01:10:09.000 Think about it.
01:10:14.000 What the men did to the towers, they're doing to us.
01:10:17.000 It's an inside job.
01:10:18.000 They know your mother's maiden name.
01:10:20.000 They know what's hidden under your mattress.
01:10:22.000 It's an inside job.
01:10:23.000 It's the government that attacked you on 9-11.
01:10:27.000 Getting pretty mainstream these days.
01:10:31.000 We're now 11 minutes into the second hour.
01:10:33.000 As you know, the first hour was predominantly a rebroadcast from last week with Cynthia McKinney.
01:10:38.000 I promised today to go do the test.
01:10:40.000 I promised to do it this morning.
01:10:42.000 I bought the 28-gauge shotgun, similar to what Cheney used.
01:10:46.000 Used the exact same shot he used, two and three-quarter inch shells.
01:10:51.000 Fired from the same length and choke barrel, and fired it into paper targets, cardboard targets, a watermelon, a chicken, fired it into a kickboxing dummy, fired it into just a whole bunch of other stuff, and we're going to try to slam the video together in no longer than about a 15-20 minute report by later this afternoon after the broadcast.
01:11:13.000 It'll be up there this evening with what we did this morning.
01:11:18.000 And right now, Ryan Slickheisen, who ran one of the cameras, so did Kevin Smith, but Ryan is in there right now on the G5 computer, the quad processor.
01:11:26.000 He is in there trying to dump the tape off the three different cameras, and then we got about an hour of tape on each camera, and try to cut that down to 20 minutes for you so you can see it for yourself.
01:11:39.000 See it for yourself.
01:11:40.000 In fact, just about What was it?
01:11:43.000 About 52 minutes ago we were wrapping up the test and Kevin was on the crackly windblown cell phone as I was firing the shotgun two final times into a Cornish game hen.
01:11:56.000 So we'll be getting into that.
01:11:58.000 I have a big guest coming up here in about 15 minutes.
01:12:01.000 You knew it was coming.
01:12:02.000 Houston Police Chief wants surveillance cameras in private homes.
01:12:07.000 We said it was a matter of time, but we tried to ban knives in England.
01:12:09.000 Now they've banned them.
01:12:10.000 And right here, a Houston police chief wants cameras in homes.
01:12:14.000 He wants to be part of building permits.
01:12:16.000 You want to build a new house or apartment complex or anything, you've got to have the cameras watching you.
01:12:20.000 Why?
01:12:20.000 It'll save the children.
01:12:22.000 Cameras watching.
01:12:23.000 We've got cameras in school bathrooms.
01:12:24.000 They're training the kids how to live in an Orwellian hell.
01:12:28.000 And the U.N.
01:12:29.000 is coming out and calling for Guantanamo closure, but that's the pot calling the kettle black.
01:12:33.000 I want to go over some of the mass murder the U.N.
01:12:36.000 is engaged in, of course, with the United States full support.
01:12:40.000 I want to go back to Rwanda, back from April to July of 1994, where our government actually asked the U.N.
01:12:46.000 to let the mass murder go on, let it happen.
01:12:49.000 The U.N.
01:12:49.000 would actually, openly it's admitted, hand over entire villages to then be hacked up with large machetes.
01:12:56.000 Taking small children and hacking them up, and women and children, and cutting people's hands off so they can bleed to death.
01:13:02.000 And between, even the U.N.
01:13:03.000 admits, between half a million and three quarters of a million.
01:13:05.000 No one's really sure.
01:13:07.000 Again, it's all part of the globalist controlling the U.N.
01:13:10.000 and our government, and then both, they act like they're fighting with each other, but that's just theater to make one side or the other look good, to make you think you have a choice.
01:13:19.000 There's also the hidden history of U.S.
01:13:20.000 germ testing.
01:13:21.000 I thought I'd cover that article.
01:13:23.000 And Patriot Act headed for permanent renewal.
01:13:26.000 Iraq death squads caught in the act.
01:13:29.000 Groups may win release of NSA spying documents.
01:13:33.000 And much, much more coming up.
01:13:36.000 In 15 minutes, we have a guest joining us, documentary maker caught in the crossfire, the untold story of Fallujah.
01:13:44.000 Filmmaker Mark Manning bravely journeyed to the epicenter of hell to film his documentary, and he's been all over the Middle East and Central Asia, Afghanistan, you name it.
01:13:55.000 He'll be joining us to talk about his eyewitness accounts of mass murder and carnage there.
01:14:01.000 Coming up, he'll be with us for about 45 minutes, then of course we'll have open phones and cover all the other news that I was just mentioning.
01:14:08.000 Ah yes, Houston Police Chief wants surveillance cameras in private homes.
01:14:13.000 Speaking of Houston, I was driving along the road early this morning and I heard local ABC news on a station.
01:14:23.000 And there they were discussing how a high school in Houston was going to call its new football team, its new high school, 1836 for Texas Independence.
01:14:33.000 And they're now retracting the name, they're apologizing.
01:14:37.000 Some of the Hispanic students said, this is Mexico, and they're offended by this even being Texas, and so it's being removed.
01:14:44.000 So, cameras in Houston to go, I guess, in your houses.
01:14:47.000 And then, of course, you better not even talk about Texas Independence.
01:14:52.000 Because that offends the Larican cases.
01:14:55.000 I did go find an article on that.
01:14:56.000 We're going to get some guts on concerning that little issue.
01:15:01.000 Well, there have been a lot of discussions about what happened with Dick Cheney.
01:15:05.000 Now they're admitting that he's saying, yeah, he drank a beer earlier that day and the neocons are on radio going, drank a single beer, what's the big deal?
01:15:12.000 You really think he drank a single beer?
01:15:14.000 You see, we don't know because they violated federal and state law and ordered the Sheriff's Department not to question Cheney and not to see the crime scene and not to even visit with Mr. Whittington.
01:15:25.000 It's just, we're the government, we're God, back off.
01:15:28.000 And then, more than 12 hours later, what, 13 and a half hours later, the next day, they let the Sheriff's Department talk to the Vice President.
01:15:37.000 And by then, the truth had been covered up, whatever the truth is.
01:15:40.000 How do we know we're being lied to?
01:15:42.000 Dick Cheney says at 90 feet, 30 yards, he shot Mr. Whittington, that's the Secret Service's own statement, and that it then shot through his vest, His safety vest, his bright orange vest, then through his jacket, because they put in the press what he was wearing, and then through a t-shirt, an undershirt under that.
01:16:03.000 Well, today we went out and shot just two articles of clothing, just two thin pullover, you know, the type of thin long-sleeve shirts.
01:16:12.000 And most of the shot didn't even go through both layers.
01:16:16.000 It would stick in the second layer.
01:16:18.000 I just reached into my closet and got two thin, long-sleeved shirts.
01:16:21.000 Well, I should have gotten, I guess, short-sleeved, but those were shirts I could wear ten years ago when I was skinny, so they're pretty much worthless to me.
01:16:28.000 So I took those out and put them on this big, soft, latex dummy called Bob that is used for kickboxing.
01:16:36.000 That I never seem to use, and no one else in my family seems to use.
01:16:39.000 Because we're always so busy fighting the New World Order.
01:16:42.000 And so we drug it out there, and we had, what, five different paper targets that we shot at different distances to show the spread pattern.
01:16:49.000 You see, we know that the pattern, depending on the shotgun, but it's, I kept saying anywhere from four to six feet.
01:16:56.000 I was wrong.
01:16:56.000 We had, of course, a, well let's just get down to brass tacks.
01:17:00.000 We didn't show them on video.
01:17:01.000 We had a police officer out there with police officer and military training.
01:17:08.000 And on top of it we have a engineer, of course, who worked on the Apollo program himself.
01:17:14.000 A contract engineer for NASA with an engineering degree.
01:17:17.000 And he was actually conducting and telling me where to stand and where to shoot.
01:17:21.000 He had the tape measure out there and we have all that on video.
01:17:23.000 And so at 90 feet, most of the shot wouldn't even go through both sides of the shirts.
01:17:30.000 And then the shot itself, some of the shot then would be stuck in the soft latex, soft rubber.
01:17:38.000 Just barely indented into it and then some of it did go one millimeter in.
01:17:44.000 We have video of all of this and the tweezers.
01:17:46.000 Then, you may say latex, soft rubber latex is the same, so we shot a Cornish game hen and the deepest, most of the pellets bounced off.
01:17:56.000 There'd be little lead spots where they'd hit and they would bounce off.
01:17:59.000 My experience shooting birds, folks, a few of the pellets did go in a millimeter.
01:18:04.000 One pellet did go in, ladies and gentlemen, three millimeters.
01:18:09.000 We then also shot, from 90 feet, a watermelon.
01:18:13.000 And most of the shot was sticking right out of the surface.
01:18:17.000 And one of the shots did go in three millimeters again.
01:18:21.000 So the maximum is three millimeters.
01:18:25.000 Three millimeters.
01:18:29.000 Exactly what we thought we would discover.
01:18:32.000 So we will, uh... I'll come back and just basically sum up what happened.
01:18:39.000 And then you can see it all on video tonight if you're online at InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.com.
01:18:46.000 And this is big news!
01:18:47.000 We're gonna put a press release out on it.
01:18:49.000 We did this scientifically with the same gauge and same load shotgun.
01:18:53.000 What causes foods to spoil?
01:18:55.000 All produce produces a natural gas which causes ripening.
01:18:59.000 In addition, foods like onions and garlic emit odors, causing foods to lose their freshness and flavor.
01:19:04.000 Now there's Forever Fresh for the fridge, a revolutionary new product proven to eliminate refrigerator odors, and guaranteed to keep produce fresh at least twice as long as normal.
01:19:14.000 Nancy McKimpson of Jacksonville, Florida says, Since I started using Forever Fresh, everything stays fresh much longer.
01:19:20.000 Like strawberries, which now last a couple of weeks instead of just a few days.
01:19:24.000 Jane Burke of New Jersey says... You know, we eat a lot of salads.
01:19:28.000 I used to throw out the leftovers because they'd turn brown and they'd shrivel up.
01:19:31.000 I'm really amazed.
01:19:33.000 Since I started using Forever Fresh, all my produce stays fresher longer, including the leftovers.
01:19:39.000 Now I just couldn't get along without Forever Fresh.

01:22:54.000 By the way, obviously Kevin Smith, Big Hunter, went out there with us today.
01:23:03.000 And one of our associates, I'm just going to call him Carl, because he's helped us with a lot of info in the past.
01:23:08.000 He's been in the Army infantry, then of course a military policeman, then a police officer, and we'll just leave it at that.
01:23:15.000 He was out there with us today, and then of course Raymond, and Raymond doesn't mind me saying his full name, but I'm just leaving these guys out of it.
01:23:22.000 Raymond of course is retired and did most of his work with NASA, and then of course before that with the Air Force, and that was highly classified, so I'm not going to He tested the ballistics of missiles, but he was out there.
01:23:35.000 We actually had a rocket scientist, literally, out there with us today.
01:23:40.000 But Carl, I want to drag you in here just for a few minutes.
01:23:42.000 I know you've got to get back to work with your shift coming up.
01:23:46.000 But just what you saw from the test today compared to the official story we're hearing from Dick Cheney.
01:23:52.000 Carl, tell us about it.
01:23:54.000 Well, Alex, it confirmed everything that we already knew.
01:23:56.000 How shotguns operated, their ballistics and shot patterns and everything else.
01:24:02.000 It was just another confirmation of experience through hunting, firing on the ranges, and General knowledge of firearms, and it was a pretty amazing test.
01:24:15.000 I mean, to sit there and actually watch it and know that what you knew is fact.
01:24:20.000 It's now fact.
01:24:21.000 It's not something we can kind of guess about or say this is a general thing with shotguns now.
01:24:28.000 We actually know.
01:24:29.000 We've done it.
01:24:30.000 We've seen it.
01:24:31.000 I'm a total believer and didn't have doubts before, but now I have concrete evidence for anybody that does have these doubts.
01:24:38.000 Well, in fact, you were there, and I was saying that from what I've read online that shotguns, the average shotgun, depending on what type, would spread between four and six feet, and you said, no Alex, it's an inch for every foot after it leaves the muzzle, and then we were doing measurements with six different targets at different ranges, and we have that all on video, and your number was correct from what I've read on law enforcement magazines.
01:25:01.000 Your number was actually dead on compared to what I've read in law enforcement publications.
01:25:05.000 Can you comment on that?
01:25:07.000 Yeah.
01:25:08.000 Everything that I've ever been taught in the military or in law enforcement dealing with shotguns was that general rule of thumb.
01:25:16.000 And it's a general rule because every shotgun is different.
01:25:20.000 They each have their own personality.
01:25:21.000 They'll like certain loads over others, certain brands of ammunition over others.
01:25:26.000 So they'll act differently.
01:25:27.000 But as a general rule, there was one inch for every foot of spread that you'd get.
01:25:31.000 And that's with buckshot, birdshot, anything that's going to spread.
01:25:34.000 Anything, your sabos or your slugs, obviously that's a single projectile.
01:25:39.000 And to go out on the range and actually measure it out, fire it, patterned it, measured it, it looks like the general rule will start.
01:25:39.000 It's not going to do that.
01:25:48.000 Now, there's two different ballistic situations we're talking about.
01:25:52.000 There's the trajectory of the shot.
01:25:54.000 Shotgun again, folks, shoots out a bunch of BBs or what you'd like to call pellets.
01:25:57.000 Some call them pellets.
01:25:58.000 And at 30 yards, 90 feet, the Cheney claims he shot him.
01:26:03.000 I mean, it was more than six feet.
01:26:04.000 It was just huge.
01:26:05.000 The dust up behind it was coming up.
01:26:07.000 Most of it was even missing the target that was about two and a half feet wide, about three or four feet tall.
01:26:14.000 It'll be in the documentary that's coming up this afternoon.
01:26:14.000 We have it all measured.
01:26:17.000 And so we have that proving he was up much closer.
01:26:21.000 The numbers we got were between 15 and 18 feet.
01:26:23.000 I've been saying 10 to 15.
01:26:24.000 No, the test showed 15 to 18 feet.
01:26:27.000 We were getting different results depending on each load.
01:26:29.000 We were shooting the two and three quarter inch shells, seven and a half, according to Kripsour News Service and Cheney's Press, released the exact same cartridges, shotgun loads, and shot from the same barrel length, 28 gauge shotgun that I purchased yesterday.
01:26:45.000 So in summation, what do you think this test shows about Dick Cheney's story?
01:26:51.000 And does that show us why he was keeping the police out for more than 12 hours?
01:26:56.000 Wasn't there, but from what we're seeing coming out of the news, it's not what happened.
01:27:03.000 It's impossible.
01:27:04.000 He was either closer, than the thirty yards.
01:27:10.000 He was firing something other than a .
01:27:11.000 .
01:27:11.000 .
01:27:12.000 something had to change.
01:27:13.000 The distance is wrong.
01:27:14.000 The caliber is wrong.
01:27:15.000 The circumstances are wrong.
01:27:17.000 Maybe it fell.
01:27:18.000 It dropped.
01:27:19.000 We don't know.
01:27:20.000 We weren't there, but the official story, we just put holes in it.
01:27:25.000 Pun intended.
01:27:26.000 Most of the shots would bounce off.
01:27:29.000 Some of them would get more, I guess, purchased.
01:27:31.000 More powder behind them would go into maximum.
01:27:33.000 We got three millimeters on a watermelon and three millimeters on a chicken.
01:27:38.000 Even the kickboxing dummy that was out there to see that it didn't even go through a t-shirt.
01:27:38.000 Right.
01:27:45.000 Some of them were stuck in the fabric of the t-shirt and as you move the t-shirt they just fall out.
01:27:50.000 I mean I would feel perfectly safe standing 30 yards away from somebody and allowing them to shoot at me with a 28 gauge shotgun with the same loads that we were using.
01:27:59.000 It didn't look like a person would sustain really anything other than maybe some bruising and a couple penetrations that are Bake the skin and probably not even go any deeper than a few millimeters.
01:28:11.000 But that's what we already knew, because you shoot birds at 20 yards, or 30 yards, a lot of times it doesn't even penetrate, just the pressure knocks them out of the air.
01:28:20.000 Carl, I want to thank you for coming on with us, and thank you for helping us with the test today.
01:28:23.000 No problem.
01:28:24.000 Thank you, Alex.
01:28:24.000 You bet.
01:28:25.000 God bless.

01:31:51.000 All right, I did the ballistic testing with a literal rocket science engineer I did the ballistic testing with a literal rocket science engineer who's worked with Well, in the Apollo program and right through with the Air Force in missile testing and missile tracking.
01:32:17.000 He was there telling us how to conduct the test, what range, duplicating the same shotgun, same rounds, same shot.
01:32:26.000 And Chaney is a complete absolute liar.
01:32:28.000 He shot Mr. Whittington from a 15 to 18 feet, depending on our test results, it was in that range.
01:32:36.000 Looks like about 15, but on the outside 18 feet versus 90 feet he claims.
01:32:43.000 And of course, it didn't penetrate anywhere near enough to get into the chest cavity or into the heart.
01:32:50.000 The maximum penetration we got, and most of them bounced right off of different things we were shooting out there that were flesh.
01:32:56.000 Chickens, raw chickens, plucked chickens, of course watermelons, silicon, dummies, So much more.
01:33:05.000 I mean, we really did this test properly, and most of the pellets wouldn't even shoot through two t-shirts.
01:33:12.000 So, the evidence is overwhelming, and that video will be going up this afternoon at InfoWars.com, and we'll be taking your calls coming up in the next hour.
01:33:19.000 I appreciate our next guest joining us and letting us back him off 30 minutes, because I wasn't even in studio yet, because the test took a lot longer, even if we got out there early in the morning at the local rifle range in the Austin Hill Country.
01:33:32.000 Filmmaker Mark Manning, this guy's got a lot of bravery, bravely journeyed to the epicenter of hell to film his documentary, Caught in the Crossfire, The Untold Story of Fallujah.
01:33:45.000 Fallujah will go down in history as a cauldron of chaos.
01:33:48.000 On March 31st, 2004, four American contractors were killed and dragged from their cars near the bridge spanning the Euphrates River.
01:33:56.000 The assembled crowd then burned their bodies and hacked them to pieces, hoisted their blackened body parts into the air for the whole world to see.
01:34:04.000 The U.S.
01:34:05.000 military reacted with two separate sieges of the city of Fallujah, one in April and a second more deadly attack in November labeled Operation Phantom Fury.
01:34:16.000 Why don't they get mad when our troops get killed like they did about these Blackwater Mercs?
01:34:21.000 And it goes on, caught in the crossfire, the untold story of Fallujah.
01:34:25.000 Independent filmmaker Mark Manning turns his lens on Fallujah and drives a stake through the heart of the administration's assertion that America is not at war with the Iraqi people.
01:34:34.000 Caught in the crossfire brings to light the most compelling story of the Iraq war, the plight of civilians suffering due to U.S.
01:34:41.000 military operations in Iraq.
01:34:42.000 And the write-up on this goes on for many other jam-packed pages.
01:34:46.000 We have a link to a video clip that's online at Infowars.com and he's authorized us to air a short little clip.
01:34:52.000 Obviously, radio can't do justice to this brutal video, but we've... Scott, do you have that clip ready?
01:35:00.000 Go ahead and roll just a short clip of that and we'll go to Mr. Manning.
01:35:03.000 Go ahead and roll it.
01:35:05.000 Fallujah has a population estimated to be over 250,000 civilians.
01:35:14.000 On November 8, 2004, The city was attacked by an American-led operation called Phantom Fury.
01:35:23.000 Phantom Fury was the most intense urban fighting of the U.S. world.
01:35:38.000 war in Iraq.
01:35:39.000 All right.
01:35:55.000 And we're honored to have him join us.
01:35:58.000 Mr. Manning, thank you for coming on with us today.
01:36:00.000 Thanks for having me.
01:36:01.000 You bet.
01:36:02.000 Tell us a little bit about yourself.
01:36:04.000 I admire you.
01:36:05.000 I mean, you've got more nerve than I've got to go into not just one of the most dangerous countries in the world, one of the most dangerous guerrilla warfare zones in modern history, but into the eye of the storm itself, Fallujah, which admittedly has seen Some of the most vicious fighting of the war, if not the most vicious, and you were there for it, in the middle of it.
01:36:23.000 So please tell us about yourself, how you got into this, why you went there, and what you witnessed.
01:36:28.000 Sure.
01:36:30.000 I was actually working on a different film when I was in Jordan, shooting a short film about Nadia McCaffrey and how she had gone to the Middle East to try to meet... She's a gold star mother who had lost a son in Iraq.
01:36:44.000 I went there to film her, and she was trying to meet some Iraqi women who had lost their children.
01:36:48.000 They were meeting in Jordan.
01:36:50.000 And while I was there, I met some people who had came to translate for the Iraqis, and they had just come from Fallujah, working as humanitarian aid workers, Iraqis, working inside the battle, trying to get aid to the civilians, trying to get some of the civilians out that were stuck in the city.
01:37:08.000 And they started telling us some really horrific stories about it.
01:37:12.000 And at that point in time, very honestly, I was leery of believing what they were telling me.
01:37:18.000 It was so horrendous, the stories about the civilian casualties.
01:37:23.000 And they asked me if I wanted to come with them back into Fallujah and witness it for myself, unembedded, outside of any corporate control or outside of the military.
01:37:34.000 Not in bed with the war machine, pun intended.
01:37:38.000 Exactly.
01:37:39.000 And you know, that's why they trusted me, because I wasn't independent, I had financed my own thing, I was over there without any ties, and so I did.
01:37:48.000 I went with them into Iraq, and then we went into Fallujah, and I went as an Iraqi, pretty much.
01:37:56.000 I had a beard and wore the headdress and the clothes of the area.
01:38:03.000 We went into Fallujah and it was an absolute horrific catastrophe.
01:38:09.000 So it's safe to say you were undercover?
01:38:13.000 Under the radar, I think is a better way to put it.
01:38:16.000 You were in their garb?
01:38:18.000 You're right.
01:38:19.000 I pretty much was living like an Iraqi.
01:38:21.000 I was living with the Iraqis.
01:38:23.000 By the way, you know it's not a rumor that the Pentagon said on the eve of the war they would kill unembedded reporters if they got in the way.
01:38:30.000 And that has now been declassified and they have been targeting reporters and killing them.
01:38:33.000 So you weren't just in the middle of a war, you were being targeted.
01:38:37.000 Were you aware of that?
01:38:39.000 Well, the Iraqis are aware of that, and I was aware of that through them.
01:38:43.000 They have a word over there that filming and journalism is forbidden outside of the embedded... By the way, a guy just wrote some news articles for a major newspaper, got 30 years because it wasn't a controlled paper.
01:38:53.000 They told us it's free papers over here.
01:38:55.000 None of them are free.
01:38:56.000 It's all written in the Pentagon and by think tanks.
01:38:59.000 Right here in the U.S., it's all totally fake.
01:39:01.000 And that's official.
01:39:02.000 I thought I'd just add that.
01:39:03.000 Go ahead.
01:39:04.000 Okay.
01:39:05.000 So we were aware that filming was forbidden and we had to sneak our cameras in there.
01:39:10.000 We were taking medical supplies into Fallujah, into Fallujah General Hospital and that's how we got in there.
01:39:17.000 And then the filming we did under the radar also without anybody seeing us film.
01:39:24.000 And we got the perspective of the Iraqi people, specifically the Fallujans that were in the way of this military operation.
01:39:32.000 And basically, there were 250,000 civilians in Fallujah who have been forced, evacuated out of the city with very little time.
01:39:40.000 Now, the city was hit twice by two major sieges and invasions, if I'm correct.
01:39:44.000 When did you get there on that timeline?
01:39:46.000 Yeah, the first siege was in April, and the second siege was in November, and we got in after the siege was over, theoretically, it's still going on, in December.
01:39:58.000 And they had sealed off the city and they were just starting to let local people back in to pick up the bodies of their relatives.
01:40:07.000 I have an NBC News report where Tom Brokaw, before he retired, says that if you didn't have your ID card properly displayed and you didn't have one, you would be shot on sight.
01:40:17.000 I have NBC saying that.
01:40:19.000 Were you aware of that?
01:40:20.000 Well, we had to get those ID cards to get into the city.
01:40:24.000 We had to get retina scanned, as every Fallujah now has to get retina scanned and given a barcode.
01:40:30.000 Ten-finger printed retina scan and given a barcode.
01:40:32.000 And then they're registered as a resident of Fallujah.
01:40:35.000 And that pretty much registers them now as a insurgent or a terrorist in our vocabulary.
01:40:41.000 And they have no rights.
01:40:42.000 They're easily detained now.
01:40:44.000 But were you aware that the Pentagon reported that they would kill anyone who didn't have those IDs?
01:40:49.000 Uh, yeah, I wouldn't doubt it.
01:40:50.000 I wasn't aware of that, but, you know, it's still, during the siege it was a live fire zone.
01:40:57.000 Anybody in Fallujah was going to get killed whether they had a card or not.
01:41:01.000 Afterwards, when the siege was over, You know, there's a series of checkpoints set up to get into the city, and then in the city itself, there's checkpoints almost on every third block.
01:41:11.000 By the way, and I want to go through this with you, Mark Manning, I want to go through all that in detail, but the Pentagon bragged in MIT Magazine last year that this is going to be the model for America with the thumb scanners in the grocery stores and the colleges, and with the new national ID cards for the new, quote, fair tax, the sales tax.
01:41:27.000 It'll actually track everything we do, everywhere we go.
01:41:29.000 So most Americans are already going through these biometrics as well, and under the Real ID Act passed last year by 2008, all state driver's licenses will be under the same system, and it is actually a Pentagon-developed program that they call a control grid.
01:41:43.000 Were you aware of that?
01:41:45.000 No, but I've lived it, and I tell you... Well, tell us about it.
01:41:48.000 Tell us about the checkpoints, the retina scans.
01:41:50.000 Tell us about it, because I'm not joking, America.
01:41:52.000 You're going to be living under this very soon.
01:41:54.000 Go ahead.
01:41:55.000 Well, one thing that's really interesting for me when I got into Iraq, as an Iraqi, I got to experience the feeling of what they feel.
01:42:03.000 You know, the occupation, as they call it.
01:42:05.000 And it's very intense.
01:42:08.000 You know, you're required to carry this ID card where you've been written and scanned a fingerprint and put on a system as a part of Fallujah.
01:42:16.000 The checkpoints you have to go through are all live fire zones.
01:42:19.000 You make a false move, deadly force is authorized, and a lot of times used.
01:42:23.000 People are on hair trigger.
01:42:25.000 The Iraqi National Guard is the front protection, pretty much the body shield.
01:42:30.000 Former Baathists, torturers, and murderers.
01:42:33.000 And enemies of the Sunnis, and occupying those checkpoints in Sunni-controlled areas where the Sunnis live, creating really this adversity and violence.
01:42:43.000 But everybody's on hair trigger.
01:42:45.000 There's a lot of confusion sometimes in these checkpoints with people screaming and yelling, somebody making a wrong move, they're open fire on.
01:42:52.000 It's a very, very tense thing.
01:42:55.000 You know, a lot of sickos on American radio while you were there were saying, kill them, nuke them, kill them all.
01:43:02.000 I like to see them walk up to the little toddlers and blow their heads off themselves.
01:43:06.000 I'm sick of these fat-bellied possums that sit around in their easy chairs watching Fallujah burn and be saturation bombed and white phosphorus being dropped on it while they sit around giggling and enjoying it like it's some type of a video game spectacle.
01:43:20.000 Would you like to say something to those scumbags?
01:43:23.000 Well, I think people that feel that way have never experienced war, and they've never probably had a family member of theirs killed.
01:43:29.000 You know, the interesting thing about Fallujah is the average family has six to eight children.
01:43:35.000 So the 80 to 60 percent of the population of Fallujah is children.
01:43:41.000 I was aware of that.
01:43:42.000 Tell us about it.
01:43:47.000 It's an amazing thing to experience that amount of destruction that's been rained down on a population center by your own country.
01:43:54.000 And then to have to look in the eyes of the children there and have them ask you, why?
01:43:59.000 Why have you done this to us?
01:44:01.000 And to not have an answer to that, you know?
01:44:05.000 Because somebody killed some contractors.
01:44:08.000 You know, that'd be like in Austin, Texas, of a million people metro.
01:44:11.000 If four people got murdered, would the U.S.
01:44:14.000 government surround the city and start carpet bombing it?
01:44:17.000 See, that's how normal this is.
01:44:18.000 This is sick!
01:44:20.000 Yeah, and I think the American people really don't know what happened there.
01:44:23.000 You know, and that's the point of my work.
01:44:24.000 Tell us what happened.
01:44:25.000 Your film's dynamic for those that haven't seen or haven't seen clips of it.
01:44:25.000 Yes, sir.
01:44:29.000 Tell us.
01:44:30.000 What my film does is it lays out what one of these military operations is like for the civilians.
01:44:35.000 I'm focusing on the civilians, and that's why it's called The Untold Story.
01:44:40.000 Two hundred and fifty thousand of them were forced out of the city with no time, seven days, in the middle of winter and nowhere to go.
01:44:47.000 No aid was given, no humanitarian supplies were given, no housing.
01:44:51.000 They were just forced out of their city, a city that's surrounded by desert.
01:44:56.000 Then the city was declared a live fire zone.
01:44:58.000 The Pentagon estimates that up to 20% of the civilians were trapped in the city.
01:45:03.000 That's, if you do the math, up to 50,000 people.
01:45:06.000 And then Fallujah was declared a live fire zone.
01:45:08.000 That's a key point.
01:45:10.000 You have people already at starvation level.
01:45:13.000 Six plus months into the wonderful occupation, almost a year.
01:45:18.000 Or is it even longer?
01:45:19.000 And, and, and, they don't have cars, money, they're already starving, and they're out in the middle of the rocky, uh, high mountain desert, and they tell them, just leave, just, just, we don't care where you go, uh, you've got to leave and go through the checkpoints where they were already machine-gunning people, as you said, the checkpoints to even get out.
01:45:36.000 Please continue.
01:45:37.000 Yeah, so the civilians, you know, Fallujah, it's an ancient city, it's 5,000 years old or more.
01:45:42.000 These people, uh, are, are Living an older type of lifestyle than we are here, you know, it's more of a simple life and a lot of them have never even left the city.
01:45:53.000 They invented mathematics and this is what they get for it.
01:45:57.000 And the city is completely surrounded by what they consider to be an invading and hostile army and then they were forced out and told to leave.
01:46:06.000 So a lot of them were very confused and very scared.
01:46:08.000 When we got there, there were people living in chicken coops, in cars, They dug holes in the ground.
01:46:15.000 Well, it's just like New Orleans.
01:46:16.000 People didn't want to leave.
01:46:17.000 They can't leave.
01:46:18.000 They're scared.
01:46:19.000 You know, when people get scared, you're not thinking clearly, and they have a lot to be scared of.
01:46:23.000 And then, as I said, we gave them no place to go.
01:46:26.000 It's not like we went in there and built a refugee center for 250,000 people.
01:46:32.000 We told 250,000 people just get out or die.
01:46:35.000 And, you know, to this day, no rebuilding has happened in Fallujah, and Fallujah is still... So what really happened there?
01:46:42.000 I mean, boil it down, and what does the city look like?
01:46:45.000 I would say 80% of the city has been destroyed.
01:46:48.000 It was an intense battle with a week prior of aerial bombardment to soften the city up.
01:46:56.000 And then some Some of the most intense urban warfare that this country has ever been involved in happened in the city itself.
01:47:03.000 And almost every structure has some sort of damage.
01:47:06.000 Most of them have been completely destroyed.
01:47:08.000 A lot of the buildings have been burned from the inside.
01:47:10.000 Now is it right to say from the press reports that we saw in the foreign press and even in our domestic press that they would just kill anyone building to building, everyone was an insurgent, and then of course we have the video of them just shooting unarmed people?
01:47:23.000 Yeah, everything but that last part.
01:47:25.000 I don't know about shooting unarmed people, but I do know that... Well, you know the video of the guy laying on the ground?
01:47:29.000 Oh, yeah, right, yeah.
01:47:30.000 Already bleeding to death.
01:47:31.000 They walk over and go, F you and bop him.
01:47:33.000 Yeah, it was a very intense fight, you know, and what I'm trying to show to the American people is this is what the byproduct is of this war.
01:47:41.000 We are sending our soldiers and troops and Marines over to fight an urban conflict, and this is what urban conflict is, you know, and for the Marines, What had to happen in there, they had to do their job.
01:47:55.000 They had to go in there and fight that kind of fight.
01:47:57.000 This is a policy decision that I disagree with.
01:48:00.000 Serious mount fighting.
01:48:03.000 Serious what?
01:48:04.000 Urban warfare mount.
01:48:06.000 Yes, it's intense.
01:48:08.000 And if you have civilians in the way, they're going to die.
01:48:10.000 I'm not saying that Americans are purposely targeting civilians.
01:48:13.000 I'm saying that our administration's policy is so inept that The obvious result is going to be civilian casualties.
01:48:20.000 How many children and women died, or non-combatant men?
01:48:24.000 Well, you know, this is the problem.
01:48:26.000 When we first started this war, our administration leaders said, we do not count Iraqi deaths.
01:48:32.000 And that meant, to the Iraqi people, Iraqi deaths do not count.
01:48:37.000 And since then, we really haven't been keeping track of, there's no way to know how many people were killed and polluted.
01:48:43.000 If the Pentagon says that up to 50,000 people were left in that city, I've walked those streets, and I can tell you, I doubt that they survived.
01:48:53.000 Well, I know that they said that only a few thousand Iraqis would die in the whole war, and now the official number is well over 100,000.
01:48:58.000 Yeah, and in Fallujah alone, you know, nobody knows.
01:49:02.000 I know I've been to the mass graves there.
01:49:04.000 There are nine mass graves from that battle.
01:49:07.000 A lot of them have well over a thousand people in them.
01:49:10.000 It's, uh, you know, there's a lot of rubble and it's hard to tell what happened there.
01:49:16.000 But it was a live fire zone.
01:49:18.000 And then the humanitarian disaster to the hundreds of thousands, hundreds of thousands of civilians we displaced without giving any aid to.
01:49:26.000 Has caused a lot of death and injuries and sicknesses also.
01:49:29.000 Those people are still sick.
01:49:31.000 Stay there, stay there Mr. Manning.
01:49:33.000 One of the first things the occupation did when it took over back in 2003 was stop the statistic gathering of the dead or diseased and it's unbelievable.
01:49:43.000 We know a million plus Iraqis died during the 12 years of sanctions.
01:49:47.000 We'll be right back with our valiant guest.
01:49:49.000 Stay with us.

01:53:00.000 because there's a war on for your mind.
01:53:03.000 Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen. - Oh.
01:53:13.000 This is real journalism.
01:53:15.000 Imagine, he's over there making another documentary, and then he hears about the horrors, doesn't believe it, goes there and witnesses it.
01:53:21.000 I mean, can you give us, I know it's in your film, but personal examples, talking to the widows, talking to people that have lost children, you know, what you witnessed there being inside the city?
01:53:33.000 You know, there's so many stories that come to my mind.
01:53:35.000 I was living with the refugees of Fallujah in a one-room house with 60 people and being fed by them, you know, and the little bit of food that they had and they were growing a local farm around there.
01:53:48.000 You know, I interviewed a mother who, four days earlier, had lost her four-year-old child.
01:53:54.000 I've interviewed women who had watched their whole family be killed in a home raid during the siege.
01:54:01.000 Fathers who were wandering the streets looking for their sons.
01:54:04.000 Mothers who were wandering the streets looking for their sons.
01:54:08.000 Children walking around, four or five years old, on their own.
01:54:17.000 And zeroing in on, say, the family who, quote, most of the family died in a raid.
01:54:22.000 I mean, what happened?
01:54:23.000 Did they resist or did the Marines come in and just spray them?
01:54:29.000 You know, these raids happen a lot of times at night.
01:54:32.000 They happen in a live fire zone.
01:54:36.000 She was upstairs hiding under the bed.
01:54:39.000 They blew open the door and they came in.
01:54:40.000 There was a lot of gunfire and her family was killed, including her mother.
01:54:45.000 I don't know what happened in there.
01:54:46.000 You know, this is more of a byproduct of a nasty war.
01:54:51.000 Well, I collate data.
01:54:57.000 You were there, but I go off of the other journalists and what was reported.
01:55:01.000 And, I mean, the troops, there's video of them bragging, they're just aiming howitzers into entire apartment blocks.
01:55:06.000 Tanks driving around, hellfire missiles, helicopters, jets, bombing, and just slaughtering anything that moved.
01:55:14.000 I mean, I've got, you know, there's London Telegraph articles where they go, watch me blow this bleeper's head off, and just, they shoot a woman and blow her head off, and she falls away from the three-year-old that's in, you know, that's holding her hand.
01:55:25.000 I mean, those are confirmed reports, and I, I've shown people to realize just how bloodthirsty and sick this is.
01:55:30.000 And again, I'm not even trying to attack our military either.
01:55:32.000 This is what's going on, and I'm just zeroing in.
01:55:35.000 Have you witnessed any of that?
01:55:37.000 No, I didn't witness any troops firing on civilians.
01:55:40.000 What I did witness was, and this is a fine distinction, but I think an important one, we are conducting war now in civilian population centers.
01:55:49.000 And I think that, you know, to attack the troops for hitting civilians is, I think we're getting off of base.
01:55:56.000 I think what we really need to do is hold our commanders and our administration responsible for this, for this is being a natural byproduct of their policy.
01:56:05.000 And when we send our awesome military machine into urban centers to conduct warfare, civilians are going to die.
01:56:12.000 Well, when the British finally started doing that against the Americans in the 1770s and 1780s, that's when they started losing.
01:56:18.000 I mean, everybody knows you don't win doing this.
01:56:21.000 No, and this is a great point you're making because Fallujah now It's a battle cry of anti-American sentiment throughout the whole Middle East.
01:56:29.000 There are folk songs being written about it.
01:56:31.000 People are naming their daughters.
01:56:32.000 Yeah, it's like the Alamo.
01:56:34.000 Let's just admit what it is.
01:56:37.000 We've lost our moral standing in the world.
01:56:39.000 It is.
01:56:39.000 I mean, it's a few ragtag bands of people defending their families with the biggest military in the world attacking them.
01:56:44.000 It's pathetic and it makes me ashamed.
01:56:47.000 Well, we definitely have lost a lot of our respect.
01:56:51.000 Nobody likes bullies.
01:56:55.000 No, and nobody, nobody, and we don't even know.
01:56:58.000 That's the thing here in this country.
01:56:59.000 The American citizens don't really understand what's happening over there, and we really need better information.
01:57:06.000 Well, I've been chomping at the bit here.
01:57:07.000 Stay with us, sir.
01:57:08.000 I want to give you about 20 minutes to the next hour.
01:57:09.000 I'm going to, I'm going to try to bridle myself here, actually stick a rag in my mouth, and I just want you to go through whatever you think is most important.
01:57:15.000 Give us your website right now before this hour ends.
01:57:18.000 Yeah, people can find out more about this at conceptionmedia.net.
01:57:21.000 C-O-N-C-E-P-C-I-O-N media.
01:57:24.000 conceptionmedia.net.
01:57:25.000 And we're going to have gigantic links to you, my friend, on infowars.com.
01:57:30.000 In fact, they're there right now.
01:57:31.000 Stay with us.
01:57:33.000 If you would like a copy of this show, come to gcnlive.com and reserve it today.
01:57:37.000 Or call toll-free 877-376-45.
01:57:38.000 877-376-45 Hello Big Brother Mainstream media.
01:57:52.000 Government cover-ups.
01:57:54.000 You want answers?
01:57:56.000 Well, so does he.
01:57:57.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.
01:58:01.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.
01:58:07.000 Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
01:58:13.000 We are now into the third and final hour of this Thursday worldwide broadcast.
01:58:18.000 We did the ballistic testing this morning with Cheney's shotgun.
01:58:23.000 Same type of shotgun, same load, and of course, their official story is complete cover-up and live.
01:58:28.000 Pretty obvious when they keep the cops out for more than 12 hours and the public for 22 hours.
01:58:32.000 That's coming up later.
01:58:33.000 For the next 20 minutes or so, we're joined by an amazing individual who you've absolutely got to check out his website.
01:58:39.000 We've got a link to it on Infowars.com, conceptionmedia.net.
01:58:44.000 And he is Mark Manning, a documentary filmmaker who went to Fallujah right after the major siege when the war was still going on there, or still going on there today, and witnessed the carnage and destruction.
01:58:56.000 And we're about to break here in about four minutes again, and we'll come back in the final long segment in about 15 minutes with him.
01:59:02.000 But Mark, please continue with any other key areas of this that we need to be made aware of, some of the things you witnessed.
01:59:07.000 And then when you get time, tell us the personal story of the one woman you interviewed who lost her four-year-old.
01:59:13.000 Yeah, you know, I think what we haven't known here is Fallujah is a huge thing in the world.
01:59:19.000 American people have been blacked out on it.
01:59:21.000 We said we were going to go in there, theoretically, to break the back of the resistance.
01:59:26.000 The Pentagon says there was around 4,000 to 5,000 resistance fighters in Iraq before Fallujah, and it exploded.
01:59:33.000 The policy was so insane and so wrong that it exploded after Fallujah.
01:59:38.000 The resistance now is estimated to be well over 100,000.
01:59:40.000 A lot of people think they outnumber the American troops, and the number of American troops that have been killed has exploded after Fallujah, and that's all a direct result of this insane policy of taking out a major urban center in Iraq And a historical holy city.
01:59:57.000 I got three words.
01:59:58.000 Remember the Alamo.
01:59:59.000 You got 183 people with 6,000 troops come in and kill them and then bayonet the few survivors and shoot them.
02:00:06.000 I mean, that then became the battle cry and massive support for the Texians.
02:00:11.000 And this always happens.
02:00:13.000 The Pentagon had to know what was going to happen when they bragged scorched earth, we're going to kill them.
02:00:17.000 I mean, they had to know what this would do.
02:00:20.000 You know, you would think.
02:00:21.000 I can't put myself in the mind of that, but just in human behavior, when you wipe out civilians, when you decimate population centers and destroy culturally significant and religiously important sites, you're not winning the hearts and minds of the people that you're theoretically there to help.
02:00:40.000 And I think a lot of Americans have died as a direct result of our policy in pollution.
02:00:46.000 And it's an attitude of bring them on by a Silver Spoon boy who's never been in combat, and I guess they are bringing it on now.
02:00:55.000 Yeah, they are, you know, and the civilians are still suffering, and these battles that are going on in western Iraq and all these places, the civilians are in the way.
02:01:05.000 There's civilians everywhere, there's kids everywhere, and this is an urban war we're fighting, and we are not taking care of the civilian population.
02:01:13.000 That's a crime against humanity that all of us are committing.
02:01:18.000 By being here and being apathetic and ignorant about what's going on in Iraq, I just don't think that removes our responsibility for what's happening over there.
02:01:27.000 Well, I heartily agree with you and...
02:01:31.000 So many people see Iraqis as just the enemy.
02:01:35.000 They don't know there's four or five different groups, factions within those subgroups, that we were really popular over there before 1990, 1991, and before 2003.
02:01:44.000 And now today, it was a very free country compared to most Middle Eastern countries with more women graduating from college than men as doctors and lawyers and rock and roll music on the radio.
02:01:57.000 And I'm not saying it's a good thing, but Playboy for sale in the shops.
02:02:00.000 And now it's all going to radical Islam, the extreme of that.
02:02:04.000 And boy, this is sick!
02:02:08.000 It was very, very common for me to hear people say, you know, we did not like Saddam Hussein, but it has never been this bad.
02:02:15.000 And this is many, many times worse.
02:02:17.000 And now I fear for my children's future, and I never did that before.
02:02:21.000 And women are afraid to leave their house, and they have ceremonies for men when they leave, if they happen to have a job, because men may never come home.
02:02:28.000 We have created a terrible situation for the people we said were going to go help.
02:02:32.000 They're being exterminated.
02:02:34.000 It's systematic genocide.
02:02:35.000 It's not an accident, boys and girls.
02:02:38.000 Stay there.
02:02:39.000 Mark Manning, a final segment with you on the other side.
02:02:41.000 I want to talk more about your documentary.
02:02:43.000 We'll be right back.

02:03:43.000 Hello, folks.
02:03:46.000 Alex Jones here.
02:03:47.000 You know Berkey water filters have been removing pathogenic bacteria for years.
02:03:52.000 But what about those unhealthy chemicals and heavy metals in your water?
02:03:54.000 The powerful black Berkey purification elements fit most gravity filters and dramatically increase their power to extract waterborne contaminants.
02:04:01.000 Best of all, they filter much faster than ordinary gravity elements.
02:04:05.000 This means it takes much less time to filter your water.
02:04:07.000 Like murky elements, not only remove pathogenic bacteria, cysts and parasites, but also remove trihalomethanes and volatile organic elements such as atrazine, benzene, chloride and chloroform.
02:04:17.000 MTBE, Radon-222, foul taste and obnoxious odors like sulfur, even nitrates, and unwanted heavy metals such as lead, mercury, and aluminum aren't extracted.
02:04:27.000 Supercharge your gravity filter today and order a 2-pack of black murky purification elements for only $96 or a 4-pack for only $175 by calling New Millennium at 888-803-4438.

02:04:43.000 Hey, folks, this is Ted Anderson.
02:04:47.000 You've all heard me on the radio talking about the importance of investing in precious metals.
02:04:51.000 I feel it's time for me to talk about the importance of investing in your health.
02:04:55.000 I was presented with the opportunity to try Tri-Vibes from TriVortex.
02:04:59.000 I was a bit hesitant of the idea of absorbing vitamins by wearing them rather than ingesting them.
02:05:04.000 After conducting one of the tests found at TriVortex.com, I was convinced that the product might actually work.
02:05:10.000 I now wear my TriVibes bands daily, and I'm feeling better than ever.

02:05:43.000 Big Brother.
02:05:51.000 Mainstream media.
02:05:53.000 Government cover-ups.
02:05:54.000 You want answers?
02:05:56.000 Well, so does he.
02:05:57.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.
02:06:02.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.
02:06:07.000 Fighting the globalists at point-blank range for 12 years, making documentaries for 10, And interviewing some of the best and brightest freedom lovers on the planet.
02:06:17.000 I'm honored and humbled to be your host and have so many millions of you tuning in to be on so many AM and FM stations, shortwave, internet, satellite.
02:06:24.000 We are honored to have you joining us and I am honored and blessed to be able to interview great Americans like Mark Manning who has made the documentary film Caught in the Crossfire.
02:06:37.000 You can link through to his website at conceptionmedia.net.
02:06:40.000 Went to Pelugia to witness and videotape and interview people and get all the carnage.
02:06:45.000 And if you just join us, what he's really brought forward is this is an attack on areas with civilian populations, and that's against every international treaty and our own rules of war.
02:06:58.000 And it is killing over 100-plus thousand now in Iraq and getting all of our own troops killed.
02:07:05.000 And before Fallujah, there was about four to five thousand estimated insurgents.
02:07:09.000 Now it's over a hundred thousand and ballooning.
02:07:12.000 Iraq is a civil war.
02:07:14.000 Our troops are now bivouacked inside citadels and keeps and armored compounds.
02:07:21.000 And it's the Iraqis that are dying in mass, and it's much worse than it was.
02:07:24.000 Please continue, sir.
02:07:25.000 Tell me about your film and the experience you had, and where you see the Iraq war going now, because of Fallujah being this member of the Alamo battle cry throughout the Islamic world.
02:07:36.000 I think it's... What I'm trying to do, and I think it's really important, is the American people have to get engaged, and they have to become aware of what our foreign policy is doing to people.
02:07:49.000 And I think, you know, not knowing and not caring certainly doesn't remove our responsibilities here.
02:07:56.000 And this is now becoming our legacy as Americans, what we're doing to other people.
02:08:01.000 And Fallujah is a major example of that.
02:08:04.000 And it has turned the course of world settlement against the United States.
02:08:09.000 I think that as far as a hopeful thing, it's an amazing thing that I experienced in Fallujah, living with these people, most of them who had lost a member of their family, Most of them have lost their homes, everything that they've ever had, their clothes, their dishes, their history, their culture, their mosque, everything.
02:08:25.000 They still were telling me that, please, take this video to make this movie, take it home to the American people, and we trust in the American people.
02:08:36.000 We really believe if they can see what's happening to us here, they will stop it.
02:08:41.000 Because they see the difference between The United States government and the American people.
02:08:46.000 And they have a lot of faith and hope in us over here.
02:08:49.000 Yeah, they're a lot more sophisticated, I have to say, than the average American.
02:08:52.000 Americans 50, 100 years ago, 200 years ago, were the smartest, most informed, savvy people.
02:08:58.000 And folks in the Middle East who've lived through war, they're a lot more savvy because reality will do that to you.
02:09:03.000 And I've met a lot of them over here.
02:09:05.000 Talk to people who have family over there.
02:09:07.000 And they really are informed.
02:09:08.000 They really are well-versed.
02:09:10.000 They understand three-dimensional politics.
02:09:13.000 They understand tyranny and empire.
02:09:15.000 And they're very sophisticated, I found.
02:09:17.000 Did you find that?
02:09:18.000 I did, and I found that they're very well informed about how uninformed we are here.
02:09:25.000 You know, another thing they have that I've experienced there is they're not all caught up in the materialism and in the status drive that we are here.
02:09:34.000 And they're very well tied into humanity and their culture.
02:09:39.000 Yeah, they're what we used to be, to a great extent.
02:09:42.000 And that's why, you know, they were able to trust me, because it wasn't just this major distrust of everybody.
02:09:42.000 It's very sad.
02:09:49.000 They met me, they looked at me, they sized me up, and they said, this man is honest, he's here to tell the truth, and they let me in.
02:09:56.000 And that's something that I think we've lost.
02:09:58.000 You know, when two of our buildings came down and 3,000 of our people, we attacked really the rest of the world.
02:10:04.000 And we've lost discernment.
02:10:05.000 That's the key.
02:10:06.000 Americans do not have discernment.
02:10:09.000 You just hit the nail on the head.
02:10:12.000 And they do.
02:10:12.000 You know, I mean, even though we had taken out their whole city, much less two buildings, and most of them have had a family member killed, They still were feeding me and protecting me.
02:10:23.000 Yeah, we claim that they have this image.
02:10:26.000 Exactly, we claim there's this wild image of this guy in a turban running around screaming, yelling Allah Akbar, when in reality it's the complete opposite.
02:10:34.000 The average American just, kill everyone of them, A-Reds!
02:10:37.000 Nuke the whole place, kill everyone of them!
02:10:40.000 Meanwhile, they're not saying that about us.
02:10:41.000 No, and that's the amazing thing that struck me so deeply.
02:10:45.000 And to a man, woman, and child, really.
02:10:48.000 I never experienced this hatred of the Americans.
02:10:52.000 You know, they hate the American policy, and they certainly hate the American government for doing what they've done.
02:10:59.000 But they're hoping that the American people will stand up.
02:11:03.000 And I think we have to, or we're going to lose everything that we ever thought that we stood for.
02:11:09.000 We're going from being the most loved, the most honored.
02:11:13.000 I mean, we have been loved people, Since our founding, the whole world said, wow, look, free people!
02:11:19.000 We weren't perfect, but freer than any other system.
02:11:21.000 And now we are seen as the vicious, dark, lying empire.
02:11:25.000 And folks, it's true!
02:11:26.000 It is true, and you know, the common language changes when you get over there, which is really interesting, that when you get into the Middle East, there is no insurgency, there's a resistance.
02:11:37.000 And freedom fighters.
02:11:38.000 There are no terrorists.
02:11:39.000 It's the Mujahideen.
02:11:41.000 It's the people fighting for the freedom of Iraq.
02:11:43.000 There is no coalition or forces that went to liberate.
02:11:48.000 There's an occupation and an invasion.
02:11:50.000 And the only time I ever heard the word terrorist was when it was leveled against the Americans.
02:11:56.000 So I think we have a lot to learn here.
02:11:58.000 And I think that if we don't stand up and start taking responsibility to what's happening to the civilians in Iraq, and we can Soldiers glibly say here, well, that's what war looks like, or we're just going to go do this thing, but none of us have seen it.
02:12:12.000 And the media has blocked it out.
02:12:15.000 The phenomenal thing to me is that Fallujah is an hour drive from the Green Zone.
02:12:20.000 I mean, all of the corporate media heads are in Iraq, in the Green Zone.
02:12:25.000 They get in a car and drive an hour, you're in Fallujah, and we haven't had this story here on our mainstream media.
02:12:31.000 And I just can't understand how that could be.
02:12:34.000 Yes, it's dangerous.
02:12:36.000 To go there.
02:12:37.000 Yes.
02:12:38.000 But you know, isn't there a responsibility to cover this story?
02:12:43.000 I think it's one of the major stories of the century.
02:12:45.000 And the reporters aren't going there.
02:12:48.000 Well, a listener sent me the video of it.
02:12:50.000 I heard about it, saw the transcript, couldn't believe it.
02:12:52.000 And one day in the mail, a year or so ago after this happened, It came, and I've never even done anything with it.
02:12:59.000 I've got to get it, I guess, put on the web or something.
02:13:01.000 And they said, if your papers aren't in order, you're killed on the spot.
02:13:05.000 And Tom Brokaw was smiling.
02:13:06.000 It's a very, very dangerous thing to be unembedded now, and unfortunately, the Iraqi people no longer trust American journalists.
02:13:15.000 And it's because they've seen the reporting.
02:13:17.000 You know, in the beginning, reporters were moving around freely, and they did not cover the story of the suffering of the Iraqi people.
02:13:26.000 And we were reported here that the Iraqis were loving us, and they were happy we were there, and that's really all we got.
02:13:34.000 And they saw that, you know, and now there is no trust for American journalists over there at all.
02:13:39.000 That's right, that's what's different about 1990-1991.
02:13:42.000 Now, every village, every little corner of a neighborhood has that satellite dish.
02:13:48.000 Right.
02:13:49.000 And they're watching our news.
02:13:51.000 The Iraqis love us, everything's fine.
02:13:54.000 I actually did that with them.
02:13:56.000 They don't watch CNN because it's an American channel, but I had them bring it on and translate for them what was being said, and they were... I filmed it.
02:14:07.000 It was pretty amazing, their responses.
02:14:09.000 They just could not believe that this was what is passing for as news, and that was actually international CNN, which is a lot more liberal and honest than the national CNN.
02:14:21.000 Yeah, different brand of propaganda.
02:14:23.000 Now give us some other little tidbits of what you witnessed, what you picked up while you were in the eye of the hurricane.
02:14:30.000 You know, other than the fact that it was an amazing experience to be with these people, I think what bothered me the most is this entire, it's hard to put into words, you have to see the film on conceptmedia.net, that is this entire city that's been destroyed.
02:14:46.000 And when I got back here, I thought, OK, I've got an exclusive on a major story.
02:14:51.000 And what I actually found out is that I got an exclusive on a story that nobody knows about.
02:14:56.000 And it really frightened me that we, as a country, could take out an entire city, again, the size of Cincinnati, and as important in Iraq as any other city.
02:15:07.000 And this is a holy city called the City of Mosque, and important throughout the whole Middle East.
02:15:14.000 Because the Sunni tribe goes out through the whole Middle East.
02:15:18.000 And there was no news here.
02:15:20.000 And I was really concerned that now we're going to start replicating this.
02:15:24.000 If we can get away with this, with a city beside the Cincinnati, what are we doing in Western Iraq, in Haditha, in Rawat, in Al Qaim, in these smaller cities of only 60,000 and 40,000?
02:15:33.000 And unfortunately now, we are replicating this policy of going and forcing a mass exodus Creating a live fire zone, going in and wiping out... Yeah, it's relocation, it's destroying cultures, it's engineered genocide, the most ancient form of siege that is being carried out, salting the earth with depleted uranium.
02:15:54.000 Are the Iraqis aware now how deadly DU is?
02:15:58.000 Yes, and they think that they're calling for an investigation.
02:16:03.000 You know, the people of Fallujah are calling for an international investigation on what type of weapons were used there, Were there chemical weapons used by the American military?
02:16:13.000 Was depleted uranium used by the American military?
02:16:15.000 When we went in, they gave us cards that said, they were given to all Iraqis, that said, do not eat any of the food or drink, any of the water that was left in the city.
02:16:27.000 Dump trucks full of dirt were pulling out of the city and water trucks were going and washing down a lot of the buildings and a lot of the streets.
02:16:38.000 I don't know what that was about, but it was an ominous sign.
02:16:41.000 And the people there are demanding and requesting... Well, you've certainly seen the reports now that there were chemical weapons used.
02:16:48.000 Well, if you're talking about phosphorus, yeah, but the people that were in the city during the siege say that chemical weapons were used.
02:16:54.000 They're talking about... I don't know, I'm not a... You know, I was going to let you go right now, but can you do five more minutes with us?
02:17:00.000 Because I want you to come back and talk about this.
02:17:02.000 And again, people, you can go to his website and watch the video online there.
02:17:06.000 How do folks get a hard copy of it?
02:17:08.000 They can go to conceptionmedia.net and buy it right off the internet.
02:17:11.000 conceptionmedia.net Well, I tell ya, it's something I might want to carry in my video and bookstore at infowars.com.
02:17:18.000 But folks, you should go there and get it.

02:18:48.000 Have you ever wondered why banks, stockbrokers, investment advisors won't talk about gold for your IRA?
02:18:54.000 That's right.
02:18:55.000 Gold has been available to be placed in IRAs since 1986.
02:18:58.000 Yet still, the financial industry refuses to recognize the value of real hard assets for your retirement.
02:19:06.000 The truth be told, gold and silver has outperformed paper investments like stocks, bonds and CDs, yet no word about IRAs.
02:19:14.000 Perhaps the financial institutions want to maintain control of your assets by keeping you in paper.

02:21:59.000 Final segment with Mark Manning, who's made the documentary Caught in the Crossfire, the untold story of Fallujah, and he's put a large portion of it up on his Website, you can go there and watch it.
02:22:08.000 We have a link on Infowars.com.
02:22:10.000 And I suggest you buy a copy of it on DVD and show it to your friends and family.
02:22:13.000 You know, humanize these people.
02:22:14.000 Most of these idiots saying, kill all them Iraqers.
02:22:17.000 Can't even say Iraqis.
02:22:19.000 They don't even know the history of it.
02:22:20.000 They don't even know what's going on.
02:22:21.000 They don't even know what's happening.
02:22:23.000 You need to force them to personalize it.
02:22:26.000 Make them look at all the photos out there of all the dead babies.
02:22:30.000 Make them look at it.
02:22:31.000 And Iraq didn't attack us on 9-11.
02:22:34.000 I mean, even Bush admits that, but still the neocons say that he did.
02:22:38.000 Does that make you sick to see them still just basically, oh, they're subhuman, we can kill all of them, but at the same time, Mark, oh, but we're saving them?
02:22:48.000 Yeah, I think, you know, any more of the argument that we're saving Iraqis is coming out of ignorance, and I think people really need to Understand what's happening to the civilians and understand, like there's a phrase now in Arabic, but what it translates to in Fallujah is to be sick is to be dead.
02:23:07.000 The medical infrastructure is completely destroyed.
02:23:09.000 You know, the babies are being born with deformities.
02:23:15.000 The children are sick from the water, from the food, and there's no medical care.
02:23:21.000 A lot of the doctors, I mean, it goes on and on and on.
02:23:24.000 This whole policy is just created.
02:23:26.000 uh... situation where you know the civilians are suffering and such a large scale due to due to the american policy With that fact, you can't really say where they're helping the Iraqi people anymore.
02:23:39.000 Two final questions.
02:23:41.000 Finishing up on the chemical weapon situation, what they said, whatever it was, was doing, and then you saw the trucks and the water and the sand trucks there doing something, covering something up, washing something away, and then where do you see Iraq going?
02:23:54.000 What do you think, from your first-hand experience, is going to end up happening in your crystal ball?
02:23:59.000 Well, I think the first question is that everybody that I've talked to says that the United States Used chemical weapons.
02:24:07.000 Now that doesn't make it true, but what they are calling for is an investigation.
02:24:11.000 I certainly wasn't able to do that there.
02:24:12.000 There are many mass grave sites that can be exhumed.
02:24:16.000 Tissue samples can be taken.
02:24:17.000 Soil samples can be taken.
02:24:18.000 Water samples can be taken.
02:24:20.000 I saw a lot of bodies that had no trauma.
02:24:22.000 A lot of dead cows, dead chickens, dead cats, dogs with no trauma wounds.
02:24:29.000 So I think that rumor is now spreading throughout the Middle East and there's a huge number of people, and I'm talking about millions, Who now believe the United States is using chemical weapons against civilians in Iraq, and that's the main thing we said Saddam had done.
02:24:42.000 So, I think that needs to be investigated.
02:24:45.000 And where Iraq is going from here, you know, as long as we're there creating chaos and hatred, we are not helping.
02:24:53.000 And I think that when we start focusing on helping people and not creating this mass catastrophe for the humans there, the people, the civilians, It's just going to keep getting worse.
02:25:06.000 See Mark, you're not an evil person, so you don't understand it and you haven't gotten your mind around the evil mindset.
02:25:12.000 Did you know there's Pentagon documents that say they want to have it break down and have civil war and break it into three or four regions?
02:25:18.000 It's called P-2-O-G, it's public.
02:25:20.000 AP, UPI has reported on it three years ago, even before the war, three and a half.
02:25:24.000 And did you know that the defense contractors make more money if they're there 10 years than if they're there a year, and they have to have things go bad to be able to stay there to build the permanent bases to then go into Iran and Syria.
02:25:36.000 Comment.
02:25:37.000 I think that that's fairly easy to believe when you're there because it's hard to believe that any policy could be this incompetent.
02:25:45.000 And what you're talking about is planned chaos.
02:25:48.000 And the Iraqis believe that.
02:25:50.000 Uh, and when you're on the ground there and you see the horrific conditions, uh, from our policy, it's hard to believe that anybody is that incompetent.
02:25:59.000 Every time a general says, we're getting the water back on, we're getting the power back on, we can do it in a month, boom, you're fired.
02:26:05.000 Every time a general actually tries to do something, he's fired.
02:26:08.000 That's why the average general spends, what, four months in control.
02:26:12.000 Yeah, and you know, one of the things I kept hearing from people is these are stories we're going to tell for generations.
02:26:18.000 And what the stories are, is our legacy.
02:26:22.000 And I think in our lifetime, we have to solve this, and we have to solve it by changing the leaders, and then going in there and helping the people.
02:26:32.000 Mark Manning, I agree with you.
02:26:33.000 Finally, in the last minute we've got left, back to the chemical weapons.
02:26:36.000 So you're saying you saw, though, trucks spraying things off with water, dump trucks of sand, or are you saying others saw that?
02:26:42.000 No, others saw that.
02:26:43.000 I've actually seen the piles of dirt out in the desert.
02:26:48.000 Almost everybody I talked to before they allowed people to come back in, from the families that were left in there that I talked to, said they saw trucks coming in, scraping out all the dirt that were in the open areas and then coming through and hosing off the houses.
02:27:03.000 What I saw was bodies without trauma wounds.
02:27:07.000 I talked to a lot of doctors there.
02:27:09.000 I would not comment, but believe, as everybody else did, that chemical weapons were used, and they want an investigation.
02:27:18.000 Alright, Mark Manning, we've got links to your website at InfoWars.com.
02:27:21.000 I hope folks check it out and get your film.
02:27:23.000 God bless you, sir.
02:27:24.000 We'll talk to you again in the near future.
02:27:26.000 Okay, it's been good.
02:27:27.000 Thank you.
02:27:28.000 You bet.
02:27:29.000 Wow, a lot of courage.
02:27:30.000 Appreciate him joining us.

02:27:45.000 People who use Cartabite know about the pollutants in our body and want them out.
02:27:49.000 For over five years, Cartabite has proven itself time-tested.
02:27:53.000 Here's Dr. Mattson, a naturopathic doctor's thoughts on Cartabite.
02:27:57.000 In our mind, there isn't such a great big mystery to disease anymore.
02:28:00.000 This basic tenet of yeast in the gut and metals in the liver covers at least 70-80% of the diseases that we see.
02:28:06.000 When we do our program, you know, in herbal formulas like cardivite and you see someone who could barely walk up a hill now going for regular jog a few months later, we know we're doing something right.
02:28:15.000 It's a well thought out formula.
02:28:17.000 I mean, the idea of it working on yeast and metals both at the same time and liver function is dead on.
02:28:22.000 If you'll find I think that it'll work more than just on heart problems and circulation problems.
02:28:27.000 It'll work on other problems as well.

02:30:50.000 They railed against the crown with another red tag band declaring independence The facts are the facts.
02:31:08.000 It isn't just people's opinion.
02:31:12.000 The war is going wonderfully.
02:31:14.000 A lot of Americans are dying.
02:31:15.000 They're breathing D.U.
02:31:16.000 The globalists love that.
02:31:17.000 They'll make a lot of money off of them.
02:31:19.000 In the medical system, they're getting the test vaccines on them.
02:31:22.000 The numbers from the first Gulf War, this is the official U.S.
02:31:25.000 government numbers, tripled the birth deformities of any other population.
02:31:29.000 Even higher than people living right around Chernobyl.
02:31:33.000 And now that we have numbers, we're coming up on three years since the invasion here in just a few months, in March, and it's looking like higher than a quadrupling right now in birth defects, and most of the water systems are broken, the people don't even have water filters, and they are dying in mass, and over a million plus Iraqis died in the first twelve years, and now only a hundred and twenty-something thousand, our government says, in the war,
02:32:01.000 Well, the government says, what is it, 30,000, but internationally it's well over 100,000.
02:32:05.000 But that's not counting all of the people dying from dysentery and all the rest of it.
02:32:09.000 And hey, you know, they wouldn't let Saddam have medical equipment, so they had 60-minute specials going, oh look, he's got warehouses full of dental chairs!
02:32:19.000 But they weren't allowed to then have the tubing and the equipment that went with the dental chairs.
02:32:25.000 Well, they'll show you all of this, Okay, well Saddam's gone now.
02:32:29.000 Why isn't there medical care?
02:32:30.000 Why isn't this happening?
02:32:32.000 And I've talked to a lot of reporters, even embeds, here in the U.S.
02:32:36.000 have been, obviously, on this broadcast.
02:32:37.000 You've heard them, and they say it's really bad.
02:32:40.000 But if you don't tow most of the line and put out the propaganda, you don't get to be embedded, and then you don't get to stay in the Green Zone or one of the other citadels, one of the other fortresses, and you get killed.
02:32:51.000 And then we've caught British SAS dressed up like Muslims, running around with fake beards, bombing and shooting people to keep things stirred up, going and killing Iraqi policemen that are quote, on our side.
02:33:02.000 Do the globalists make more money if they'd have been there for six months, got the power back on, had an election and left?
02:33:07.000 Or do they get more money in the oil and the power if they're there forever?
02:33:09.000 It has to fail.
02:33:10.000 The drug war.
02:33:11.000 More drugs than ever, more people in prison.
02:33:13.000 Drug wars are a great success.
02:33:15.000 The government ships it in.
02:33:16.000 Private corporations make the money.
02:33:17.000 Then they make money owning the prisons they put your kids in.
02:33:20.000 I mean, this is how they do it.
02:33:22.000 Created a crisis, as our guest said.
02:33:26.000 I'm sorry it's gotten to this point.
02:33:28.000 I'm sorry it's this horrible.
02:33:29.000 I'm sorry this is going on.
02:33:31.000 Here's a story out of the Associated Press, and Paul Joseph Watson had his own little comment about it.
02:33:37.000 Houston police chief wants surveillance cameras in private homes.
02:33:41.000 Orwellian telescreens will monitor your behavior.
02:33:43.000 The age of the telescreen is upon us, and surveillance cameras that postpone our street shopping malls and airports are now moving into our private homes as the Penoptagon prison is erected.
02:33:54.000 And the article goes on.
02:33:55.000 Associated Press.
02:33:56.000 Houston.
02:33:56.000 Houston's police chief is suggesting putting surveillance cameras in apartment complexes, downtown streets, and even private homes.
02:34:02.000 That's AP, not us.
02:34:04.000 Chief Howard Hurt today said it's another way of combating crime amid... Now listen to this.
02:34:11.000 Shortage of officers.
02:34:14.000 Scott Henson with the American Civil Liberties Union calls Hertz's proposal to require surveillance cameras as part of home building permits, radical and extreme.
02:34:22.000 In the meantime, Homeland Security grants are being used to blanket major cities with even small, sleepy communities with arsenals of spy cameras.
02:34:31.000 All over the United States, Canada, and Britain, surveillance camera systems are being installed on street corners and public bathrooms, you heard that, in residential neighborhoods and even in parks and forests.
02:34:42.000 And it goes on and on.
02:34:45.000 Again, Mayor Daley says, I am ordering almost all the businesses, restaurants, bars, laundromats, most of the businesses, if you want your business permit, you've got to put cameras in, and then you get a tax rebate if you hook those cameras in to these new fiber optics we've laid.
02:35:01.000 So you've got to put them in by law, and then we'll pay for them with a grant if you hook it into our grid.
02:35:08.000 I mean, this is creepy!
02:35:11.000 And the Pentagon said that in Fallujah, and in Baghdad, and in all these cities, and in Basra, that they are, quote, putting in a control grid, a surveillance system for security, and they brag, we put the same system in in America, we're gonna put it in, and again, MIT Magazine, Pentagon Press releases, I have the articles, it's PENTAGON!
02:35:30.000 PENTAGON!
02:35:32.000 PENTAGON!
02:35:32.000 MARSHALL LAW, CONTROL GRID!
02:35:38.000 Heaven help us!
02:35:39.000 Meanwhile, we've got this obviously drunk Vice President, now admitting he was drinking beer, but not too much, and holding the police back for almost 14 hours, the citizens for 22 hours, Bush for 3 hours, taking Whittington to a hospital further away, clearly shooting him from right around 15 feet, maybe a few more feet, 15 to 18 feet.
02:35:57.000 We did the ballistic test today.
02:36:00.000 Clearly, at the maximum it could penetrate 3 millimeters, most of the shot bounced off.
02:36:05.000 Of cardboard, and other targets, and a chicken we had out there.
02:36:12.000 The video of that's all going up.
02:36:14.000 I hope you'll help spread this all over the web tonight.
02:36:17.000 I'm going to take some calls and cover some other news, but I've got to commend the people here on my team.
02:36:24.000 We quit working last night, and I don't make people do this.
02:36:27.000 I say, we need to do it, and we're trying to hire more people and make more money so we can.
02:36:31.000 I say, do you want to do this?
02:36:33.000 And they, yes, we want to do this.
02:36:34.000 And by the way, when I hire people, I don't even tell them it's Alex Jones.
02:36:37.000 Because I don't, you know, I don't want like a fan or something.
02:36:41.000 We put ads in the paper.
02:36:42.000 We interview like a hundred people.
02:36:44.000 And then we tell them it's Alex Jones and a few of them freak out and don't want the job.
02:36:48.000 Others freak out and want the job.
02:36:49.000 They usually don't get it.
02:36:51.000 I'm not saying it's some great job either.
02:36:53.000 I'm just saying these are people I just hired off of thinking they were good, hardworking, smart people and that they would learn what was happening with the NWO and would want to work as hard as I do.
02:37:01.000 In some cases, harder.
02:37:03.000 So I got done working last night at 9.30, which is really an early night for me most nights.
02:37:09.000 And other members of my team got done at 8 o'clock last night.
02:37:12.000 Ryan Schlickheisen and the rest of the folks were here at 7.30 this morning.
02:37:17.000 And we drove out to the Hill Country Rifle Range and we did our ballistics test out there at the old area where Travis County did its SWAT training.
02:37:27.000 We went out there and did all that on that range and with our resident rocket scientist, she is literally a NASA engineer, And then we also had a former MP military police and of course police officer now there as well Working with us doing it all with tape measures and the same shotgun same same same load same ballistics
02:37:51.000 And doing our test, and I just said, well, Ryan, I'd like to get this video edited and out by tonight, while the story's still really big, so we can get it out to as many people as possible.
02:38:00.000 I said, are you willing to work?
02:38:01.000 And so he may be here at 8 o'clock tonight.
02:38:03.000 He's in there feverishly, eating his lunch while he's editing, not even having a lunch, because he wants to get this out to you tonight.
02:38:12.000 We literally are scrambling around in here.
02:38:14.000 And other folks are in their packaging videos.
02:38:16.000 We ship them out to you.
02:38:17.000 Other folks are working on websites.
02:38:18.000 Other folks are writing news articles.
02:38:20.000 But how can we not be scrabbling?
02:38:22.000 Cameras going in school bathrooms and in road stops, rest areas all over the country, colleges putting thumb scanners in.
02:38:30.000 No cash allowed now in many of them.
02:38:33.000 Thumb scanners going in to get your library books or to pick your kids up at school.
02:38:37.000 Barbed wire fences going up.
02:38:38.000 Police in black uniforms stomping around everywhere.
02:38:41.000 Cameras going up everywhere.
02:38:43.000 The government saying, if there's another terror attack, we're going to have martial law on the presidents above the law.
02:38:47.000 We're going to get rid of the posse commentatus federal law and put troops on the streets running our lives.
02:38:51.000 But the border's going to stay wide open.
02:38:53.000 And Halliburton building FEMA camps for your safety, of course.
02:38:56.000 I mean, we better all be scrabbling and scrambling.
02:38:56.000 All of this.
02:39:00.000 And scurrying around.
02:39:01.000 I mean, that's what we're doing.
02:39:02.000 Scurrying around.
02:39:04.000 Trying to literally... Look at that enemy attack!
02:39:06.000 Oh my gosh!
02:39:07.000 It's happening over here!
02:39:08.000 Look what they're doing right there!
02:39:09.000 Look at that!
02:39:09.000 Unbelievable!
02:39:10.000 Look at this!
02:39:10.000 Look at this!
02:39:11.000 Look at that!
02:39:12.000 I mean, it's just like... It's just all evil!
02:39:15.000 I mean, it's just... We're dealing with a government that kidnaps women and children for sex slaves, and it's in the Chicago Tribune, and they don't get in trouble for it!
02:39:24.000 You think Cheney's above the law being able to tell the cops' buzz off when he shoots somebody and lies about it?
02:39:30.000 That's something that the American dumbed-down public can grasp!
02:39:30.000 That's nothing!
02:39:36.000 I mean, I just pray to the Lord above to wake people up before it's too late.
02:39:41.000 I mean, we're about to go into World War III with Iran.
02:39:43.000 It could happen any time.
02:39:44.000 It's insane!
02:39:46.000 There's no reason for any of this!
02:39:50.000 We got a government that carries out terror attacks.
02:39:53.000 It's run by crooks.
02:39:58.000 Who's up first here?
02:40:01.000 Rarus in Connecticut.
02:40:02.000 You're on the air.
02:40:03.000 Go ahead.
02:40:04.000 Alex, I don't have the means to do my own test, but I'm kind of going through... That's fine, sir.
02:40:14.000 What's on your mind?
02:40:16.000 You've said a couple times You said either it was yards or feet.
02:40:22.000 I'm a little confused.
02:40:24.000 Well, I translate that.
02:40:25.000 30 yards is 90 feet.
02:40:27.000 And he says he shot Mr. Whittington at 30 yards, which is 90 feet.
02:40:27.000 Right.
02:40:33.000 Right, because I've been looking at a bunch of sites and forums, and even if you just do the math, it just doesn't add up.
02:40:43.000 No, no, I mean we had official law enforcement magazines and publications and online journals showing the ballistic gelatin that mirrors human flesh, but without the bone, which obviously is much harder to go through.
02:40:56.000 Shooting it with a 12-gauge at 3 feet, it goes in 4 1⁄2 inches with a much more powerful shotgun and a number 4 or 5 load, much larger BBs.
02:41:04.000 With a little 28-gauge pop gun we went out there.
02:41:08.000 But I did learn the ballistics on this where it actually did go out with more force and fury than I thought, because it is a focused shotgun, but still, at maximum 3 millimeters, most of them bounce right off.
02:41:18.000 Because you don't get an even penetration with a shotgun.
02:41:21.000 One pellet's going one speed, another's going another speed.
02:41:23.000 But I mean, we had them bouncing off of shirts!
02:41:27.000 I mean, seriously!
02:41:29.000 You know, the soft cardboard behind it, it wasn't just like it was bouncing off something below that.
02:41:33.000 So we're talking 18 feet, not 18 yards?
02:41:41.000 Yes sir.
02:41:42.000 I will say feet.
02:41:44.000 See, it's all going to be on video.
02:41:47.000 See, we not only tried to ascertain if Chaney really shot him at 30 yards, translated 90 feet of yards, 3 feet.
02:41:56.000 We're not only translating that, we're also finding out the penetration of the number seven and a half birdshot fired through this same length shotgun with the same choke, the same modification.
02:42:11.000 What was the choke?
02:42:13.000 I've got it all, it's all on the website sir.
02:42:16.000 I've been looking at the choke, even at ten yards it's already two and some feet spread.
02:42:26.000 Yeah, exactly.
02:42:28.000 So out at 30 yards, 90 feet, it's over 6 feet.
02:42:33.000 I kept guesstimating 4 to 6 feet and it's really well over 6 feet.
02:42:37.000 It turned out to be, we actually calculated it all out there.
02:42:40.000 We had an engineer there, I mean a degreed engineer there.
02:42:44.000 He calculated it all out on paper and it was 8 feet 4 inches if you really want to get specific.
02:42:50.000 The spread was 8 feet 4 inches at...
02:42:55.000 Listen, I appreciate your call, but let me try to go through this.
02:42:58.000 I have to take a few more calls and hit a few other news items.
02:43:01.000 Let me try to explain this.
02:43:02.000 Because I know I was rattling it off earlier.
02:43:05.000 Then we wanted to ascertain how close Dick Cheney really was.
02:43:10.000 And so with fresh targets, we moved from 90 feet, which is 30 yards, To 30 feet, to 15 feet, and then to 10 feet.
02:43:21.000 And now we have the man-sized targets all set up beside each other and shot video of that, and that's going to be in the news piece.
02:43:29.000 So, we didn't just prove by the spread of the distance that he was closer than he said.
02:43:35.000 We then actually got up to the point where it fit the spread that hit Whittington from the Texas Parks and Wildlife
02:43:43.000 medical report that was put out showing where it was and I looked at it closer it is actually under 12 inches about 11 inches and I said you know 12-14 I try to add extra on when I was guesstimating on the air yesterday we've all gone and tested it so the pattern was actually smaller than I guesstimated that hit Whittington and then the spread at 30 yards was actually larger than I thought it would be
02:44:11.000 Okay, all I know is, but it proved what we're saying in spades and then some.
02:44:15.000 All I know is, I've shot a lot of birds at 30 yards.
02:44:19.000 And the pellets hit them, and it hurts them, doesn't penetrate, and it knocks them out of the air, and then they'll hit the ground and take off and fly off and be fine, or if the dog gets it, or if you don't have a dog, you go over and grab it, and you look at it, and you break its neck so it's not in pain, very easy to do, just snap with your thumb, and then you look, and you can pluck it, and there's no BB in it.
02:44:41.000 There's no BB in it.
02:44:43.000 You can even pluck them down to their skin and see the bruises where it hit them.
02:44:46.000 It's like shooting somebody who's wearing a bulletproof jacket.
02:44:48.000 These BBs slow down so fast by the time it hits the bird.
02:44:52.000 Please don't tell me I'm evil because I've hunted birds when I have time.
02:44:56.000 I mean you go through and get a hamburger and you have no idea what the cow went through or what even happened.
02:45:00.000 It's normal and natural to want to go out hunting.
02:45:03.000 A lot of the anti-gunners are having a heyday with this, and I don't appreciate Dick Cheney helping do that as well.
02:45:09.000 Gil in Texas, go ahead Gil.
02:45:11.000 Happy Fight the New World Order Year.
02:45:13.000 Yes.
02:45:13.000 That's the magic shotgun pellet, you know, like I said, the magic bullet out of the Kennedy.
02:45:19.000 That's the magic shotgun pellet that I've been talking about.
02:45:23.000 But that's not at all what I want to talk about.
02:45:25.000 You said something about they're going to be monitoring us all around.
02:45:29.000 I got a letter from the Texas Workforce Commission that I'm on I think I'm going to ask them, I want a surveillance job, and see what kind of surveillance job, and let you know what they give me.
02:45:45.000 Are you near Houston?
02:45:48.000 Yeah.
02:45:49.000 This is supposedly on TV down there, it's in the Associated Press, are people excited to hear that the new homes and the police chief wants cameras on them?
02:45:56.000 Somebody has to do the surveillance, somebody has to sit there and watch that, right?
02:46:00.000 Yeah, and I guess you'll say, hey, you know, I'm going to go to the workforce.
02:46:05.000 I have to go to the workforce here next week.
02:46:07.000 I'm going to say I want a surveillance job.
02:46:09.000 I'm going to see if they have any available, because apparently someone has to do it.
02:46:12.000 What do you make of this report ABC has of the Saddam tape?
02:46:18.000 Oh yeah, for Nightline.
02:46:20.000 We get a White House memo saying we need to stage a fine of WMDs or we need to fine Bin Laden or we're cooked and then suddenly everything they call for starts happening.
02:46:31.000 We have the White House memo, admitted by the White House, where Bush is saying we can paint planes up and try to get them shot down or we can have one of our defectors claim he saw WMDs.
02:46:41.000 Well this Nightline thing is pure propaganda.
02:46:45.000 Well, I've got a sneaking suspicion that, I mean, 98% chance it is and 2% chance it is.
02:46:52.000 I mean, so what?
02:46:53.000 I mean, so they've got Saddam talking about what WMDs could do if he had them.
02:46:57.000 Two final questions.
02:46:59.000 First of all is, if you had an hour of airtime on national television, what would you do with it?
02:47:05.000 I would go to the history of government-sponsored terror.
02:47:08.000 Uh, for about 30 minutes, and then I'll expose the Federal Reserve System for another 30 minutes and show how we don't really have a free market economy at the highest levels, how it's modern mercantilism and neo-feudalism.
02:47:18.000 If you had a dream interview, who, that you could just corner them and have them there, make them sit there for an hour and answer your questions, who would it be?
02:47:25.000 Probably George Bush or the Queen of England.
02:47:28.000 Probably the Queen of England, actually.
02:47:29.000 Ooh, I'd love to see that, or the Queen of England.
02:47:32.000 Yeah, that'd be wonderful.
02:47:34.000 But see, Bush, she'd probably... You'd have to tell me more about what you would ask her, because I know what you'd ask Bush about what's going on here.
02:47:40.000 I'd actually like Cheney, though.
02:47:41.000 He'd probably physically assault me.
02:47:43.000 See, these people can't be questioned.
02:47:45.000 Because they're gun-grabbing trash.
02:47:49.000 You think he actually shot that man intentionally?
02:47:52.000 Hell, man, you've got to be right up on somebody with that kind of gun.
02:47:54.000 You're saying to get some penetration, huh?
02:47:57.000 He probably fell over or something.
02:47:58.000 People think it's a big on-purpose distraction.
02:48:00.000 I don't really agree with that.
02:48:01.000 This makes him look like an idiot.
02:48:03.000 So they're out there drunk and this guy got shot accidentally because it was right up on him with a shotgun.
02:48:08.000 Well, I mean, it's easy to trip and that's why you walk around with a gun broke.
02:48:12.000 Either it's an over-under or side-by-side.
02:48:14.000 Every time I was out there shooting, one was unloaded.
02:48:17.000 I mean, I broke it.
02:48:18.000 And by breaking it, the shotgun's open up.
02:48:21.000 Yeah, you can't shoot it.
02:48:22.000 They're very safe.
02:48:24.000 I mean, it's just second nature for me.
02:48:25.000 I mean, growing up... It was almost point blank range he shot him at to get that... No, no, no.
02:48:31.000 It's 15 to 18 feet.
02:48:33.000 But that's not 90 feet.
02:48:34.000 A lot closer than what they're saying.
02:48:36.000 Yes.
02:48:36.000 Okay.
02:48:38.000 I say 15 to 18 because we got different results a couple of times.
02:48:38.000 Thank you.
02:48:43.000 18 on the outside, 15 is what it looks like.
02:48:45.000 Hey folks, Alex Jones here.
02:48:47.000 And the behavior of our police is a reflection of our government.
02:48:50.000 One look in the mirror and we know our country is entering a high-tech police state.
02:48:54.000 Here's just a sample from my documentary film, Police State 2 The Takeover.
02:48:59.000 In downtown Seattle today, the First Amendment ended.
02:49:03.000 A civil emergency was created by the police.
02:49:05.000 A riot police attacked people on the streets indiscriminately.
02:49:08.000 The medical bills!
02:49:11.000 Are going to be enormous for me.
02:49:13.000 You see them here with their hands cupped behind their backs.
02:49:16.000 They are being let into the Sandpoint Brig.
02:49:19.000 The neighbors in that area of Sandpoint Naval Air Station were shocked to hear that the old brig was being reopened.

02:53:21.000 You're on the air.
02:53:21.000 Go ahead, Jason.
02:53:22.000 Thanks, Alex.
02:53:23.000 I called you the other day about Bill Cooper, the book that he wrote, Behold a Pale Horse, and I was wondering if you could comment on anything that you know about federal databases that specifically compile Okay, let me try to answer that.
02:53:45.000 I appreciate your call.
02:53:47.000 monitoring of Patriot websites or newspaper okay let me try to answer that I appreciate your call I don't know what that has to do with Cooper or what your question is about Bill Cooper who was killed by a SWAT team I'll say this.
02:54:02.000 Who cares if they're monitoring us?
02:54:04.000 Good, I'm glad they are.
02:54:05.000 If we give in and say, oh my gosh, I'll get on the list, it's over, they've won.
02:54:08.000 We're the good guys, they're the ones that have to hide, they're the ones that are all secretive.
02:54:12.000 By the way, most people in government, most, are now waking up and joining us.
02:54:15.000 Because they now know it's real, see?
02:54:17.000 It's coming down to brass tacks, it's coming down to the wire.
02:54:20.000 I mean, this is when people are finally going, yeah man, this stuff's real, I ain't for it.
02:54:25.000 So, yes, they've got all kinds of databases, but again, they're useless because if they try to come out and use them, it'll all blow up in their face.
02:54:35.000 They're going to fail.
02:54:36.000 They statistically abuse those that actually serve them who are gullible and dumb.
02:54:40.000 That's what predators target is the weak and stupid.
02:54:43.000 Don't be a little gazelle.
02:54:45.000 Be a tiger, folks.
02:54:46.000 Be an elephant.
02:54:48.000 Let these jackals know, let these hyenas know, you'll stomp them.
02:54:51.000 And then they run off, okay?
02:54:54.000 And we've got to be men willing to defend our tribe and charge head-on into these people.
02:54:59.000 I mean, so what if they're big and bad?
02:55:00.000 Some of them aren't big and bad, if you want to use the ancient analogy of animals.
02:55:04.000 Let's just rock and roll.
02:55:05.000 It's better to just get in a fight than live on your knees and let them tear your guts out.
02:55:09.000 You ever seen a sheep just lay over and let a wolf just rip its guts out?
02:55:13.000 It doesn't fight.
02:55:13.000 I'm not going to lay over.
02:55:14.000 Wolf tries to rip my guts out, I'm going to stomp its guts out.
02:55:17.000 It's going to get its guts stomped.
02:55:19.000 Gil in Nebraska, last caller, go ahead.
02:55:22.000 I'm sorry, it's not Gil, it's Bill.
02:55:24.000 Okay, he told me Gil.
02:55:25.000 Go ahead, Bill.
02:55:26.000 Well, that's okay.
02:55:27.000 I guess the first thing I was going to say, Alex, is I guess that the Vice President will go down in Guinness Book of World Records because he's the first Vice President to shoot somebody since Alexander Hamilton's days.
02:55:39.000 Well, and Hamilton got shot.
02:55:40.000 He wasn't shooting.
02:55:41.000 Yeah.
02:55:42.000 Okay.
02:55:43.000 Hamilton shot into the ground.
02:55:45.000 Okay, the other question I had though was, I was listening to Coast to Coast the other day, I got in on the tail end of a conversation about Chinese buying six U.S.
02:55:54.000 ports.
02:55:54.000 Have you heard about that?
02:55:55.000 No, it's not the Chinese, it's United Arab Emirates.
02:55:58.000 Oh yeah, okay.
02:55:59.000 And they bought them, yeah.
02:56:01.000 Can you elaborate on that?
02:56:02.000 Sure, it's been in the Miami Herald, it's been in the World Tribune, it's all over our websites and people are still saying I'm making it up, so.
02:56:10.000 That's the popular thing to do.
02:56:13.000 But yeah, six more ports.
02:56:15.000 The Chinese, they got Long Beach years ago.
02:56:18.000 Alright, we're out of time.
02:56:19.000 Get out there and take on the New World Order.
02:56:20.000 God bless you all.
02:56:21.000 Check out the ballistics report coming out tonight.
