00:09:25.000 I'm glad that the Associated Press sources their research off of Corsi's article, which itself is sourced to direct U.S.

02:07:37.000 And to come upon this agreement that was signed in Waco, Texas on March 23rd, 2005, with Bush, Vincente Fox, and Canada's Paul Martin, their Prime Minister then, and it's to form the Security and Prosperity Partnership.

02:07:50.000 Well, that sounds innocuous, until you look and see that here's SPP.gov, formed in the Department of Commerce, and you've got the Council on Foreign Relations report that comes out two months later in May 2005, The plan here is to create a North American Union, which is a government, and it'll have its own parliament, it'll have its own court, its own executive, and of course it'll be supreme.

02:08:14.000 And let me just add, even the AP now admits that the CFR plan developed out of this is being implemented by these agencies.

02:08:22.000 That's right, and you know, I've documented that, and things I've been writing in Human Events Online and WorldNetDaily by just taking what this Council on Foreign Relations called for and said, There's a committee in SPP.gov doing it.

02:22:31.000 Well, Alex, I'm not I'm not an expert on who at the top levels are behind this, but I can tell you within the state of Texas, it is definitely the governor.

02:22:42.000 Rick Perry has made this his crusade for his entire time as governor.

02:22:48.000 It looks like he may be the longest standing governor in Texas.

02:22:52.000 He has done some unprecedented things.

02:22:54.000 He has completely Cut out any legislative oversight, any local participation by local government in matters of local transportation and state transportation that are unheard of and unprecedented.

02:23:06.000 He has shepherded in an era of secrecy at the state level that is unlike any we've seen.

02:23:12.000 There are changes to the law that have occurred in the last few years that condone activities that before that would have been considered commercial bribery.

02:23:21.000 Never before did you have concessionaires coming to the state and based on how much money they put on the table, able to get contracts with the state.

02:23:28.000 Here's an example, I've got to add this.

02:23:31.000 The head of Texas-Mexico border relations and relations period is a registered Mexican lobbyist, a citizen of Mexico.

02:23:40.000 The Houston Chronicle had an article on it.

02:23:42.000 Then the writer got threatened in all these weird governmental calls we had her on.

02:23:45.000 I mean, that's how bad this is.

02:23:47.000 Go ahead.

02:23:48.000 Yeah, absolutely.

02:23:49.000 And as a matter of fact, there's another angle altogether.

02:23:52.000 We're planning this massive corridor that stretches from Mexico into Oklahoma and that was launched and approved and set into place without a single conversation with the state of Oklahoma because that doesn't count.

02:24:10.000 On the other hand, we have three memorandums of understanding with three Mexican states.

02:24:15.000 We have agreements between the governor's office and Mexican states, the governors of Mexican states, to extend utilities across the border to and from Mexico.

02:24:24.000 Alright, let's get Jerome Corsi's take on who's behind this and how we stop them.

02:24:28.000 Well, there's just, you know, huge pools of international capital.

02:24:31.000 I mean, just take a look at the roads that are going to be built in Texas.

02:24:35.000 They say it's going to be $184 billion to build this system out.

02:24:39.000 We can multiply that by four or five before they're done.

02:24:43.000 With that kind of money being spent just in Texas, think of how many people are going to get paid.

02:24:48.000 How many politicians are going to get paid.

02:24:50.000 How many people are going to get paid to look the other way.

02:24:53.000 There's a huge amount of money involved.

02:24:56.000 And I'm convinced that these hearings that are going to be started next month by the Department of Transportation in Texas are basically not going to accomplish anything that people think they are.

02:25:07.000 Money has already changed hands between Citra and the state of Texas.

02:25:12.000 And we've looked at it, so much of this is illegal, this makes the Enron scams look pale.

02:25:17.000 Well, this is, I mean, the amount of money involved in turning the United States into the North American Union, into beating the Union, there's never been a better plan than this globalism, or creating a North American Union to beat unions since the 1930s.

02:25:31.000 I mean, if some of those union busters had thought about this back in the 1930s, we'd already be a North American Union.

02:25:38.000 It's one of the best schemes ever.

02:25:41.000 And the American people are just not aware of it.

02:32:27.000 The money that they've been using predominantly in North America to date, this same organization, is coming out of Australia.

02:32:41.000 We're not opposed to investment, but we are opposed to giving away Texas land and Texas infrastructure for someone, some foreign entity of foreign banking interest.

02:32:55.000 Well, of course, the primary solution is political.

02:32:59.000 We have to make changes that the politicians will take seriously.

02:33:04.000 We're no longer effective at a local level.

02:33:06.000 The local politicians, county judges, county commissioners, are completely sidelined on this where they used to have sway.

02:33:13.000 Now we're discovering the state legislators who enacted the laws that enabled this are being marginalized and we need to We need to make sure that they understand what the threat is and that they take some action.

02:33:25.000 Most importantly, we need a governor who will not carry the flag for this foreign invasion of Texas.

02:33:34.000 In 1913, the private bank again receives control.

02:33:36.000 And over the next 80 to 90 years, they use the power to print the money to buy up the media, the military, the universities, to fund the chairs, to fund the departments.

02:36:01.000 Are they starting to get concerned when 2,000 people show up to these meetings here in Austin and literally are stomping so loud the whole building is shaking?

02:36:14.000 And they're arrogantly thumbing their nose at people like the Mayor of Fort Worth.

02:36:18.000 And a hundred community leaders and elected officials went from the Dallas-Fort Worth area to Austin to express their concerns about the Trans-Texas Corridor and that it's going to have a negative impact on the Metroplex.

02:36:31.000 And they were pretty much told to sit down and shut up.

02:36:33.000 And in a follow-up meeting that occurred in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, the Chairman of the Transportation Commission stomped out in a huff.

02:36:44.000 They have their marching orders that come out of the Governor's office.

02:36:49.000 You know, the Legislative Affairs Director in the Governor's office was the lobbyist for Centra, which happens to be the concessionaire on this project.

02:37:00.000 Well, the people, the Constitution, common sense is on our side, but we just have to get the average yuppie out there who just thinks everything's wonderful to wake up.
