00:00:00.000 Big Brother.
00:00:07.000 Mainstream media.
00:00:08.000 Government cover-ups.
00:00:10.000 You want answers?
00:00:12.000 Well, so does he.
00:00:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.
00:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.
00:00:25.000 Welcome, ladies and gentlemen.
00:00:26.000 Welcome.
00:00:29.000 It is Wednesday, the 13th day of June, 2007, and we're going to be live here for the next three hours.
00:00:41.000 Coming up later in the broadcast, we only had him on for about 10 minutes yesterday.
00:00:44.000 I didn't want to cut him short.
00:00:45.000 We're having the gentleman on who's successfully beaten the police when they arrested him for trying to tape record them while they were interrogating his daughter.
00:00:55.000 And they're now claiming that you cannot have cameras anywhere in the United States.
00:00:59.000 You cannot videotape police.
00:01:00.000 Of course, this is fraud on its face.
00:01:03.000 Wiretapping is when you hide a microphone or camera or both in somebody's house or tap into their phone line illegally, unlawfully, without a warrant.
00:01:15.000 That's what Bush has been doing illegally.
00:01:20.000 But when you go out on the street corner and start videotaping people, or you go to a football game and start videotaping people, or a cop pulls you over and you start videotaping them, even secretly, it's not wiretapping because there is no reasonable expectation of privacy.
00:01:39.000 But this is the same thing with the police, their penchant for beating you up.
00:01:44.000 On video, and then using the video of them beating you up as evidence to charge you with assaulting an officer, assaulting a god.
00:01:50.000 And I see it all the time, and they'll just go, oh yeah, that's an assault.
00:01:54.000 Yeah, I slammed your face in the concrete, that's an assault.
00:01:57.000 I want to send you to prison for five years on top of it.
00:01:59.000 And you'll go, but it isn't an assault.
00:02:02.000 And everybody that takes it to trial is found not guilty.
00:02:06.000 I mean, I've had several of my listeners send me videos, and they're about to plea bargain, and I say, no, take it to trial.
00:02:12.000 The jury says, well, they didn't touch the officer or the officers, but they still try to send you to prison.
00:02:18.000 And that's what blows me away, is that you would take people to jail for doing nothing, and try to put them in prison, and feel good about it.
00:02:26.000 I mean, that is one of the Ten Commandments, boys and girls.
00:02:30.000 I mean, that is, even if you don't believe in God, that is mooey bad.
00:02:35.000 To lie about people?
00:02:38.000 To get them in trouble?
00:02:39.000 But you just do it all day long!
00:02:43.000 It feels good!
00:02:44.000 Of course then, if they don't like what you're doing in your own cop system, they'll set you up too, then you'll learn about how it works real fast.
00:02:54.000 Now we still got a lot of good police left, but I gotta tell ya, the higher in the ranks you go, statistically the worse they get.
00:03:00.000 And then Adam, uh, Coish, he's a Marine, Got national attention a few weeks ago when he wore his uniform in an anti-war march and he's in trouble so we'll be going over that.
00:03:14.000 Also we'll talk about Denver and several other U.S.
00:03:18.000 cities are calling for taxing everything.
00:03:21.000 They are calling for all sorts of regulation, all sorts of control and this is the new carbon tax and it's a tax on living.
00:03:30.000 Once they've introduced the false idea that carbon dioxide is a deadly poison Once they've introduced that, then they can start taxing our literal respiration.
00:03:41.000 And that's not just me saying that.
00:03:43.000 The Boston Globe has had headlines, you know, taxing you for breathing.
00:03:46.000 But then they go on to say it's good.
00:03:49.000 And that's all this is, is a brave new world of taxation.
00:03:52.000 But also a wholly brave new world of just general transportation taxes on driving and on the toll roads.
00:03:58.000 And I heard Gary Brownhill talking about a news story today.
00:04:05.000 Where this woman went into court and she had to wait five hours because the illegal aliens all got to go first and they were given $35 fines for no insurance, no nothing because the judge knew he couldn't do anything, he just would get them to pay cash around the spot and then she for one ticket got $250.
00:04:22.000 And she got mad about it and you know got told sit down and shut up.
00:04:27.000 In fact, Trey, will you call Brownfield's people because they leave pretty quick.
00:04:31.000 I forgot to tell you about that.
00:04:33.000 Call Brownfield's people and I want to get that lady and get that story they were talking about.
00:04:37.000 I want to get that on here because I've already experienced that personally with the illegal aliens getting preferential treatment.
00:04:43.000 And Brownfield finally got it right.
00:04:44.000 I'm not saying he didn't have it right in the past, but I mean other people aren't getting this.
00:04:48.000 This is war against the people.
00:04:50.000 This is economic war by the elite against the middle class.
00:04:52.000 Alright, I got a bunch of news I haven't even gotten to.
00:04:54.000 Tony Blair has called for Chinese-style net controls in the UK.
00:04:58.000 Cover that first.
00:04:59.000 It's here, after a year in production and traveling to distant lands.
00:05:08.000 My new film, Terror Storm, is complete.
00:05:10.000 Shocking declassified government documents prove that Western governments are orchestrating terror attacks against their own populations as a pretext to enslave them.
00:05:18.000 Terror Storm proves that not only was 9-11 an inside job, but the attacks of 7-7 in London were carried out by British intelligence.
00:05:26.000 Terror Storm chronicles the lies that took us to war in Iraq, the White House program to disseminate fake news, NSA spying, secret police torture, the latest 9-11 information, and much, much more.
00:05:37.000 Terror Storm is the definitive guide to the history of government-sponsored terrorism.
00:05:41.000 It's an anthology of government crimes.
00:05:44.000 Terror Storm is a film that everyone who wants to be truly informed must see.

00:07:05.000 But every time I get a pedicure my feet look great.
00:07:09.000 For a while anyway.
00:07:10.000 Then I have to go right back again because they get dry so quickly.
00:07:14.000 Listen, haven't you heard about Cal-X ointment?
00:07:17.000 I use it regularly on my heels and they stay looking great.
00:07:21.000 And my feet feel as good as they look.
00:07:23.000 What's the name again?
00:07:24.000 Wait, I'm getting my pen out.
00:07:26.000 It's Calex.
00:07:27.000 C-A-L-E-X.
00:07:30.000 What makes Calex ointment so different?

00:07:55.000 Hey, there's a drug store!
00:07:56.000 I'll be right back.
00:07:57.000 I'm getting some Cal-X.
00:08:02.000 From his Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.
00:08:09.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.
00:08:12.000 We're doing the best job we can to defend what's left of this country and to try to rally people throughout the society.
00:08:26.000 See you. .
00:08:28.000 The private sector and government everywhere, black, white, old, young, it doesn't matter, to realize the public plan to set up world government and take away our liberties and freedoms and get rid of most of the private wealth in this country as a tool of greater control.
00:08:44.000 And every day, the illustration has just become that much more obvious.
00:08:50.000 In fact, we have too much evidence of the facts that we have and I tend to not focus in on enough detail on each little facet.
00:08:59.000 Let me get into this right now.
00:09:01.000 Steve Watson wrote an article last night, he said until two in the morning, London time, to write this article for you.
00:09:09.000 It's titled, Blair Calls for Chinese-Style Net Controls in the UK.
00:09:16.000 He declares war on pernicious conspiracy theories and media coverage.
00:09:21.000 Now, he declared war on conspiracy theory websites and said that it may bring down the government.
00:09:28.000 You can actually go read the, it's got to be what, ten page long speech.
00:09:34.000 I haven't found the video of it yet.
00:09:35.000 He gave it at a Reuters news conference, a Reuters convention.
00:09:47.000 Reuters being the largest news wire in the world, and by the way, the shocking news here is that the London Guardian and other major publications called for net censorship and said they think it's wonderful.
00:10:02.000 Shut down the alternative websites, shut down free speech.
00:10:06.000 And ladies and gentlemen, we don't even need to read Steve's article.
00:10:10.000 Steve gives you a bigger picture into the calls for shutting down net neutrality.
00:10:16.000 Maine, by the way, is now passing the end of net neutrality to let them start stopping some of the peer-to-peer and really killing the infrastructure of the web that literally will just cripple it when Cogent and Level 3, two big backbone providers, a couple years ago had a fight and shut off their transfers to each other.
00:10:34.000 About a third of the web was down.
00:10:36.000 Remember that for web heads out there that will remember that.
00:10:39.000 A lot of you just probably remember that a lot of stuff didn't work, a lot of sites weren't up, which is you couldn't get to them, including InfoWars.com.
00:10:50.000 Well, see, I'm already digressing.
00:10:52.000 It's happening.
00:10:53.000 You know, the New York Times three weeks ago Came out with a headline saying the end of the web.
00:11:01.000 And they said that the federal government was lobbied 150 plus mil last year to shut down the web.
00:11:06.000 They said it.
00:11:08.000 And to tax it.
00:11:08.000 They said it.
00:11:10.000 And to put a huge tax per email and to shut down the free web.
00:11:14.000 Where there'll still be thousands of sites, but it'll just be like cable TV.
00:11:17.000 It'll be who is allowed to get on the web, who's allowed to be on the main backbone.
00:11:23.000 And Internet folks have become a little arrogant.
00:11:27.000 You've become a little comfortable.
00:11:29.000 You can't imagine losing it.
00:11:31.000 And I'm here to tell you, you're gravely mistaken.
00:11:34.000 Now, they can't ever completely shut it down, but they're in the process of crippling it right now on a hundred fronts.
00:11:42.000 Let's say you're listening on shortwave, or an AM or FM station right now, or satellite, and you're saying, I don't care about the web, I don't go on the web, or the most I do is go buy baseball tickets on the web.
00:11:54.000 I don't care if they shut it down.
00:11:55.000 You better care, because the web, the internet, is their tool for surveillance and control.
00:12:02.000 That's what they thought it would be, but it's backfired on them, and they are literally panicking right now.
00:12:09.000 Newspaper circulation is down by over 60% in the last 11 years now.
00:12:13.000 It's fallen by about 5% on average, some even more, every year.
00:12:18.000 It's continually dropping.
00:12:22.000 Some newspapers are dropping by 20-30%.
00:12:24.000 I mean, you can go pull the numbers up on newspaper circulation being down.
00:12:27.000 It's no secret.
00:12:29.000 They're in literal freefall.
00:12:32.000 And that's twofold, because people are in the instant news cycle now, A. But B, B, and this is what is the biggest thing, people know they're a pack of liars and spinners now.
00:12:47.000 And so, to see European and even American media, U.S.
00:12:52.000 media, weighing in on Tony Blair's speech a day ago, and saying, yeah, you know, This is going to be called censorship by the tinfoil hat brigade, but this is reasonable.
00:13:07.000 We need to regulate news.
00:13:09.000 You see, that's because they're jealous.
00:13:11.000 They've got to go shit every day in front of an editor.
00:13:14.000 They've got to be told what to write, when to write it.
00:13:17.000 They've got to be totally controlled.
00:13:18.000 They've got to do whatever the cops tell them.
00:13:20.000 They've got to do whatever the bureaucracy gives them a press release.
00:13:23.000 They've got to repeat it and reprint it verbatim.
00:13:26.000 And there's no real freedom there.
00:13:28.000 A hundred years ago there was, because there were thousands of family-owned newspapers.
00:13:32.000 Now there's maybe a couple hundred family-owned.
00:13:34.000 They're all basically globalist and five main companies own over 90% of the media.
00:13:40.000 And so they're all getting together now.
00:13:43.000 Because they can't play fair, because we're kicking their hind ends, and they're calling for it.
00:13:48.000 And this isn't Albania.
00:13:50.000 This isn't Russia, where Putin shot down every independent newspaper.
00:13:54.000 This isn't Communist China.
00:13:56.000 This is England, the birthplace of the Magna Carta, the birthplace of the Parliament, the birthplace of the jurisprudence and the system that we have in this country.
00:14:07.000 Remember, when Blair first got in office, he announced, quote, the end of the Magna Carta.
00:14:12.000 He announced, he gave a speech, he said, we're going to end the Magna Carta.
00:14:15.000 We're going to get rid of juries.
00:14:17.000 And they pretty much have done that.
00:14:19.000 And we're going to put up millions of cameras.
00:14:21.000 And when you're out in England and you stop anywhere on the street and talk to somebody, police run up and say, you're not allowed to do that.
00:14:27.000 You're not allowed to hand out flyers.
00:14:29.000 I need to fill out a form on who your name is.
00:14:31.000 We're putting you in a terror database.
00:14:33.000 See, that was the first phase.
00:14:34.000 Now they're arresting you in most areas.
00:14:37.000 See, this is how it works.
00:14:39.000 The same thing here.
00:14:40.000 Last Thursday, I'm on a city sidewalk, there at the Omni, protesting the Governor, Rick Perry, who was on the roster as being there, on the program, and the police walk up and they say, look, leave or we're going to arrest you.
00:14:55.000 And I said, you know what?
00:14:57.000 I don't want to be arrested, but I have to stay now.
00:14:59.000 We're planning to leave, because I can't let you violate the First Amendment and set that precedent.
00:15:04.000 I said, and the cops started laughing, and I said, you know, it's not funny.
00:15:08.000 I said, a lot of veterans fought and died for that First Amendment, and he laughed at that.
00:15:14.000 See, it's funny!
00:15:16.000 You stupid twit!
00:15:17.000 Your bank account's only safe because of liberty.
00:15:19.000 I know that's all you care about.
00:15:21.000 Your property rights are only safe because of people who are willing to put their lives on the line.
00:15:26.000 Every one of those amendments, people fought and died for.
00:15:30.000 Most places people are slaves and so there's no freedom.
00:15:33.000 The free market creates literal milk and honey.
00:15:36.000 It creates an atmosphere where you can work and feel secure and you want to go out and work hard and build things because you get to keep it.
00:15:43.000 But you get a system like Russia under communism.
00:15:45.000 People just start laying around because why should you work when some fat-bellied commissar in a uniform takes it from you?
00:15:54.000 Or if you don't hand your good-looking wife over to them, you and her go to a labor camp.
00:15:57.000 You know, that was in Russia and in Nazi Germany.
00:16:00.000 That was incredibly common.
00:16:03.000 Just a local Nazi in your town literally would just go up to you at a party, even if you were a well-known business owner in the town, middle class, and would say, I want your wife.
00:16:14.000 And if you don't give her to me, and the wife would, she'd go, okay, let's go, let's go in the back room right now.
00:16:18.000 People knew, they just, I want your daughter, boom, hand her right over.
00:16:22.000 I'm not gonna live like that while a bunch of scum rules over me.
00:16:27.000 By the way, I see articles every day where cops are making women have sex with them on the side of the road.
00:16:31.000 I've had enough of it.
00:16:34.000 Okay?
00:16:35.000 I've had enough of the way you're acting, and I've had enough of you making excuses for yourselves.
00:16:40.000 This country's gone bad, and I want to turn it around.
00:16:45.000 And then that cop wasn't done.
00:16:47.000 We've been so busy on Endgame, we haven't even put that video up yet.
00:16:50.000 We've got him lying.
00:16:51.000 Well, first we've got him saying he's going to have me arrested, all of us arrested, and we don't leave, and they have the paddy wagons and riot police massing.
00:16:57.000 Then he goes over and tells reporters that I'm a liar, and I didn't say it, because I get on the bullhorn and say, okay, folks, he's told us he's going to arrest us if we don't leave.
00:17:04.000 About half of our hundred people left at that point.
00:17:07.000 Fifty stayed.
00:17:08.000 That's fine.
00:17:09.000 I made the announcement.
00:17:11.000 And then they started celebrating going, one cop we got him on tape going, see it made him leave, keep it up!
00:17:18.000 I did review the tapes Saturday night up here, it was Thursday, but until Saturday night I got a chance to review them.
00:17:25.000 And then it wasn't enough for him, I bullhorned and said that so some reporters run over and say, is that true?
00:17:29.000 And he goes, no, he's not true, he's a liar.
00:17:33.000 And a reporter runs over, one of them, and believed I was lying.
00:17:36.000 You can see it in his face.
00:17:39.000 Oh, like he caught me with my hand in some cookie jar.
00:17:44.000 And said, and said, oh, you, uh, he says, he didn't say that.
00:17:50.000 I just blew up.
00:17:55.000 Because, folks, if you can't stand on a street corner and protest where you want, when you want, there is no America, okay?
00:18:01.000 And you can't do it in most areas of this country.
00:18:04.000 Now, a couple years ago, you couldn't do it anywhere because they were trying to enforce this new level of tyranny, but lawsuits were filed coast to coast, so they backed off everywhere but New York.
00:18:13.000 You can spontaneously demonstrate in LA, you can do it in Chicago, I've done it.
00:18:19.000 But you do it in New York, man, they come over and they say, I'm going to say you got a bomb.
00:18:24.000 Get out of here.
00:18:26.000 But I don't have a bomb.
00:18:28.000 Well, we know you don't have a bomb, but we're going to say you do.
00:18:31.000 You see, it's one inch, there's one degree of separation from a police officer saying to me, leave or I'm going to have you all arrested.
00:18:43.000 And trying to kill the First Amendment, there's one degree of separation from that, and we're going to say you got bombed, you're going to go to a labor camp.
00:18:53.000 By the way, they tried to pass a law in Oregon a few years ago where if you have a gun illegally, if you download music illegally, Life in prison in a forced labor camp.
00:19:02.000 I've read articles about it.
00:19:03.000 Go pull it up for yourself.
00:19:07.000 You see, they're now writing bills.
00:19:08.000 It didn't pass.
00:19:09.000 It failed by two votes.
00:19:11.000 And it said, Forest Labor Camp for Life.
00:19:15.000 You see, they're not... Remember two years ago, the governor of Rhode Island, it was in the news, it said, have you criticized the government?
00:19:24.000 It's the Sedition Act.
00:19:25.000 They were trying to pass it at the state level.
00:19:27.000 He said Homeland Security told him to do it.
00:19:28.000 And it said if you criticize the government, you would get life in prison.
00:19:32.000 Remember that?
00:19:34.000 They want to do it!
00:19:37.000 But these little cowardly bastards have got to sell you on it first.
00:19:42.000 Let's beat them together.
00:19:44.000 Let's admit how bad things are.
00:19:46.000 You know, I saw the postings on the message board on this story yesterday Steve put out and people couldn't believe it.
00:19:54.000 When we get back, they've announced they want to start shutting down free speech in England.
00:19:59.000 That means here.
00:20:02.000 Do you know the truth about cancer treatments?
00:20:05.000 Do you realize that with all presently accepted methods, you are not correctly attacking the cancer, and you are mostly fighting to survive the treatment?
00:20:14.000 Do you realize that mutilating surgery, burning, and the poisoning of your entire system are totally unnecessary?

00:22:00.000 Introducing the most efficient and gravity filter available.
00:22:05.000 You know, if you were to throw 100 ball bearings at a magnet, most would bounce off.
00:22:09.000 But, if you placed them on the magnet, all would stick.
00:22:11.000 The same principle applies in water filtration.
00:22:14.000 Most filtration systems force water through the filter at 60 to 90 PSI, causing water molecules to race through the filter in less than a second.
00:22:22.000 The brookie light is different.
00:22:24.000 Water molecules take 5 to 10 minutes to pass through the torturous path of the self-sterilizing filters.

00:24:23.000 But just as fast, I felt brand new.
00:24:27.000 For you.
00:24:29.000 I look at you.
00:24:32.000 If I made a pass at you.
00:24:37.000 But would you say that we were through?
00:24:40.000 Oh, well.
00:24:41.000 Thank you, Jimmy Vaughn, for that introduction.
00:24:48.000 Blair Bax, new online journalism regulator.
00:24:54.000 Now, that's the London Telegraph.
00:24:57.000 That is not Steve Watson's headline.
00:25:00.000 Blair calls for Chinese-style net controls in the UK.
00:25:05.000 China has threatened to attack the U.S.
00:25:07.000 again, as usual.
00:25:08.000 We'll be getting into that.
00:25:09.000 But they're not a threat.
00:25:10.000 It's all Iran.
00:25:13.000 But you know what?
00:25:14.000 Instead of even reading Steve's article, Steve gives you more.
00:25:16.000 Steve gives you the big picture.
00:25:17.000 But people are in denial, so let me just read the London Telegraph for you.
00:25:22.000 How's that sound?
00:25:25.000 Let's just read the Telegraph.
00:25:28.000 Blair Back's new online journalism regulator, and then there's a key link right under George Jones, political editor of Story, Full text of Blair's speech on politics and media.
00:25:39.000 You'll want to do what I did last night.
00:25:40.000 You'll want to read very slowly, if you have any brain in your head, which I'm sure you do.
00:25:46.000 You'll want to read that, because it's a lot worse than even what's in Steve's article or what's here.
00:25:51.000 I mean, it's bad.
00:25:52.000 Now, everything he said he would do, everything he ever shot his mouth off about, they did, other than getting England fully into the European Union, which they're now doing by fiat anyways.
00:26:05.000 But he hasn't gotten that completely done.
00:26:06.000 It's kind of like England's heart is still barely beating, just like the US.
00:26:11.000 Hard to kill.
00:26:13.000 Tony Blair hinted today at new restrictions on internet journalism, saying online news coverage had become more pernicious and less balanced than traditional political reporting.
00:26:25.000 In a farewell lecture on Public Live, he said that much of the British media behaved like a feral beast Just tearing people and reputations to bits.
00:26:36.000 That means that you're losing control.
00:26:39.000 By feral, that's true.
00:26:40.000 We need a feral media.
00:26:42.000 But I am feral.
00:26:43.000 I am not tamed.
00:26:44.000 I am not domesticated.
00:26:46.000 I am a wild man.
00:26:49.000 That's what liberty looks like.
00:26:53.000 But he had particular harsh words for non-traditional media outlets, particularly the internet.
00:26:58.000 It used to be thought, and I include this myself, that help was on the horizon, he said.
00:27:04.000 New forms of communication would provide new outlets to bypass the increasingly shrill tenor of traditional media.
00:27:11.000 He said he always implied, oh I was for that new thing, but now, see I was open-minded, but now it's bad.
00:27:15.000 Problem, reaction, solution.
00:27:17.000 New forms of communication will provide new outlets, bypassing increasingly shrill tenor of the traditional media.
00:27:25.000 In fact, the new forms can be even more pernicious, less balanced, more intent on the latest conspiracy theory multiplied by five.
00:27:39.000 Multiplied by five.
00:27:44.000 And then he goes on to say that the internet-based 24-hour news cycle is giving rise to an even faster cycle and it's terrible.
00:27:50.000 Yeah, because you're spin doctors and you're liars.
00:27:52.000 I mean, we go out and find out you guys carried out 7-7.
00:27:55.000 We find out you ran drills, the exact same targets being hit, and then when the Americans get caught four days ago trying to sneak plastic bombs in, plastic explosive bombs into the G8, and it comes out in a German newspaper, we pick it up and make it international news.
00:28:13.000 And then they said, oh, it's just a drill.
00:28:15.000 It's always a drill.
00:28:16.000 When Putin gets caught blowing up buildings, it's a drill.
00:28:19.000 On 9-11, you're running drills.
00:28:21.000 It's always a drill, Blair.
00:28:23.000 You're a murderer.
00:28:24.000 You're a hardcore killer.
00:28:28.000 And it really upsets you that we kind of create aggregates, we aggretize all your devil worship news.
00:28:35.000 We go find, I don't know, 15, 20 different articles, mainstream news, about you flopping around in convulsions, channeling spirits, and worshipping Lucifer, and your wife being a witch, and you going into secret grottos, and being reborn at Aztec temples, and flying around to different sacred sites around the world, like some Dungeons and Dragons game.
00:28:54.000 And we put it all together, and everybody knows you're a complete fruitcake.
00:28:59.000 And there's no denying us, we have you!
00:29:03.000 There's no denying us.
00:29:05.000 We're beating you and we're going to go on beating you.
00:29:09.000 And as Steve Watson said at the end of his article, you go ahead and try to shut the web down.
00:29:13.000 You go ahead and you try to call us out.
00:29:15.000 You go ahead and you try to kill a few of us or put a few of us in prison to scare us away.
00:29:19.000 You can't stop what's in motion now.
00:29:23.000 You can't stop us and you know it.
00:29:27.000 There's nothing you can do.
00:29:28.000 You can't win.
00:29:32.000 And the people are now realizing that your propaganda about how we can't win is the reverse of the reality.
00:29:41.000 I see this as a major victory.
00:29:44.000 He's literally flouncing around in the water.
00:29:48.000 He's a drowning man.
00:29:52.000 We're on the march.
00:29:53.000 The Empire's on the run.

00:32:01.000 JLS Research, the makers of all natural and very effective Novio deodorant, has now discovered very unique research that indicates those who have body odor may be deficient in a certain dietary component.
00:32:13.000 Their new product, the First Responder, supplies the body with the missing link so that it can respond to the symptom called body odor.
00:32:19.000 By using organics and enzymes to step up the body's ability to absorb more freely, the body begins to respond by taking in the missing nutrient.
00:32:27.000 As it responds, Body odor will then no longer be an issue.
00:32:31.000 First Responder is the first of its kind, comprised of only four organics.
00:32:34.000 Grape seed skin, grape seed, grapefruit seed, and garlic.
00:32:38.000 It's so effective, you need only one organic capsule per day to keep the odor away.
00:32:43.000 First Responder is 100% guaranteed.

00:32:57.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk.
00:33:04.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.
00:33:07.000 Alright, your calls are coming up at 1-800-259-9231.
00:33:13.000 Ann and Daniel and others are going to go to you in a minute.
00:33:20.000 Blair Back's new online journalism regulator.
00:33:23.000 That's the mainstream headline.
00:33:26.000 Now, they already have D notices over there, and they've had these for, really, since World War II.
00:33:31.000 So that's how it starts.
00:33:33.000 Oh, if the government, just for a limited time, the British would never have put up with that.
00:33:38.000 Voracious readers, you know, the center of the newspaper world.
00:33:42.000 Literally, it was like 30-something daily newspapers just in London alone, a hundred years ago.
00:33:47.000 Made New York look like a joke.
00:33:49.000 I mean, no one would tell you what to put in the newspaper and what to not.
00:33:52.000 But, oh, since we're fighting Hitler, just for a limited time, That, of course, the British Royal's funded, but then set up.
00:34:00.000 Just for a limited time, we are going to have to screen everything you write, if it's war-related, so that something doesn't slip out, about munitions or troop movements.
00:34:11.000 Oh, that sounds reasonable!
00:34:13.000 And then now you write a story about Tony Blair taking huge cash gifts for lordships, and handing out patronages, baronages, Patriotism?
00:34:23.000 I know it's a baronage when they hand out a barony, but what's the proper term for when they hand out those little royal minion titles?
00:34:34.000 It doesn't matter.
00:34:35.000 The point is Parliament supposedly, and the Prime Ministership hands those out now, you know, the Queen recommends it and then they hand it out, but it's a public bribe.
00:34:47.000 But you're getting paid off for that, Saudi princes buying people off, all sorts of corruption, murders, all this stuff is in their news.
00:34:57.000 And all the time now, we'll see articles in the British news, we'll link to them, and we save them so that we have a record.
00:35:04.000 That's why we save these articles.
00:35:06.000 We love nothing more than to link directly to them because people see it saved on our site and don't believe it.
00:35:11.000 But the reason we save them is because routinely, I mean every few weeks, we link to some article about Uh, prostitutes and payoffs being used by British Petroleum to get deals in Tajikistan and it will be de-noticed and taken down and when it's de-noticed you don't even know.
00:35:29.000 It's just the story's gone.
00:35:32.000 And the government comes in and there's no free speech in England already.
00:35:35.000 And so the web's gotten away from them.
00:35:37.000 It's become the dominant means.
00:35:39.000 They can't cover stuff up anymore when they blow up some buses or blow up some trains or do whatever it is they do.
00:35:46.000 And so they've got to regulate it.
00:35:48.000 They've got to shut it down.
00:35:49.000 But you would expect the mainline media to be against regulation, but no, no, no.
00:35:55.000 They're already under it, and so they're jealous and envious and angry.
00:36:00.000 And so he wants a new federal agency in England to allow and regulate and control any news sites.
00:36:09.000 I wonder if Steve Watson and Paul Watson are going to have to move here to Austin, Texas, or to New York.
00:36:14.000 They've already been invited.
00:36:15.000 With the exchange rate, they're insane to stay over there.
00:36:18.000 They can barely live on what I pay them, but I don't blame them.
00:36:21.000 It's where they live.
00:36:22.000 I don't want to leave Texas.
00:36:25.000 But, I mean, it's serious.
00:36:26.000 But they're talking about it here, too.
00:36:28.000 They're talking about regulating the web.
00:36:30.000 They've talked about it in Congress.
00:36:31.000 But, see, they're doing something better.
00:36:33.000 They're going in and saying they're going to tax bandwidth.
00:36:36.000 You already paid for it with your connection.
00:36:38.000 They say they're going, and it's hugely profitable.
00:36:41.000 One of the few sectors still growing in this country since 2000.
00:36:43.000 Late 2000.
00:36:43.000 2000, late 2000, they are going after everything.
00:36:50.000 They are going to tax email.
00:36:52.000 That's been proposed.
00:36:53.000 The states are lobbying.
00:36:54.000 States are doing it by themselves.
00:36:56.000 Maine just voted to do it.
00:36:58.000 They are doing a host of things to shut down the web and we're in deep trouble.
00:37:08.000 We're in deep trouble When it comes to free speech, and we need to first get people to recognize that this is happening.
00:37:16.000 It's like yesterday, we put out an article that was a compilation of all these mainstream reports where the Pentagon, admittedly, is lobbying for Bush's amnesty bill.
00:37:34.000 But just like a military tactic, like everything else they do, They are saying that this is not an amnesty bill.
00:37:42.000 They also said again today the bill is dead again.
00:37:45.000 They're going to keep saying that because we want to be lazy.
00:37:49.000 I do too.
00:37:49.000 I want to quit worrying about this.
00:37:51.000 I want to be able to think we beat this.
00:37:54.000 And they know.
00:37:54.000 They just keep crying wolf every day.
00:37:58.000 Every single day they say the bill is dead, the bill is dead, the bill is dead.
00:38:01.000 And then, oh, the bill is back.
00:38:04.000 And that's meant to knock down opposition.
00:38:06.000 That's meant to stop the phone calls, and stop the angry talk show calls, and to get the talk shows to shut up.
00:38:12.000 I remember when they passed campaign finance reform.
00:38:16.000 This is how they engage in deception.
00:38:21.000 Just one of the many tactics they use.
00:38:22.000 But it's semantical word manipulation.
00:38:24.000 Word smithing.
00:38:26.000 They said, it's campaign finance reform.
00:38:29.000 You want to get dirty money out of politics, don't you?
00:38:32.000 Then let us reform.
00:38:34.000 So when you hear that word, reform, that's a cover word.
00:38:37.000 And then I saw 700 Club last night.
00:38:39.000 He was saying, hey, we need this reform.
00:38:42.000 They need to get something done up there.
00:38:45.000 People are mad, Pat Robertson said.
00:38:47.000 They're not getting something done.
00:38:49.000 So all the public hears is, the public is mad.
00:38:53.000 And when you hear that, that's meant to shift on sheep thinking, like, oh, everybody's mad, I better be mad.
00:39:00.000 I don't know any of the facts, but people are mad.
00:39:04.000 People are upset.
00:39:05.000 See, when you see Pat Robertson doing that, or you see J.C.
00:39:09.000 Watts doing that on Wolf Blitzer Show, or you see that Bush saying that, or Harry Reid saying that, they're all in unison pushing the con.
00:39:19.000 These are just basic tactics.
00:39:21.000 I ought to write up a manual on this for the web.
00:39:25.000 There's so much I wish I could do.
00:39:26.000 There's not enough of us.
00:39:27.000 Maybe you could take the points I'm making and write it up.
00:39:30.000 I can't do it all anymore.
00:39:31.000 I literally get frustrated that I was here until 2 last night.
00:39:34.000 I'm not whining.
00:39:35.000 I'm just letting you know that... Let me just go through the tactics here.
00:39:39.000 In fact, let's just microcosm this right now, then I'll go to your calls.
00:39:44.000 A, they keep saying the bill is dead on a daily basis to each time confuse people, create a fog of war, a camouflage, so enough of you buy into the fact that, oh, that bill's dead, I don't have to worry about it.
00:39:57.000 Okay?
00:39:58.000 They did that with campaign finance reform.
00:40:00.000 But then the name of it, it's like immigration reform.
00:40:04.000 It is not a reform in the way you've been conditioned to believe reform means.
00:40:10.000 Reform just means to change.
00:40:12.000 If you take Play-Doh and change it from a sphere to an elephant, you know, there was your children, you have reformed the Play-Doh.
00:40:23.000 Okay?
00:40:24.000 You could reform it into the form of a goblin.
00:40:26.000 It doesn't make it good or bad, it just means you've reformed it.
00:40:29.000 But semantically, they've taught us in the last generation, it's word manipulation, that reform means good.
00:40:37.000 No, if you're hit by an 18-wheeler going 80 miles an hour in the interstate and you are knocked into four or five pieces and literally you're smeared all over the road, you have been reformed.
00:40:47.000 Now is that good?
00:40:49.000 Is that a good reform?
00:40:51.000 Depends on what position you're from.
00:40:53.000 From some fire ants that are going to eat some bits of your meat?
00:40:56.000 From a buzzard that might, the cops might not find a finger that got knocked off in the bushes, but a buzzard is, that is a good reform.
00:41:05.000 For you personally, it's not a good reform.
00:41:08.000 See, everything is deception, and it's so deep.
00:41:12.000 And this is how my brain works, and I've learned all their tactics and all their semantical tactics.
00:41:16.000 That's why I'm so frustrated, because just every sentence they say would take a 10-hour treatise just to describe the level.
00:41:24.000 And they're trained, paid liars.
00:41:26.000 These congressmen make millions and millions a year in their payoffs and business deals and influence peddling for being good liars.
00:41:32.000 They become lawyers, they become city council members, they sell out their local city, then the globalists say, hey good job, like Kirk Watson here in Austin, you're going to be a state senator, you get to be on all these boards, and you get to make tens of millions off the people.
00:41:45.000 How's that sound?
00:41:46.000 And all they want is a big fancy house and a mistress and Let's see, Kirk Watson has one, but, you know, hypothetically.
00:41:51.000 You know, he's a politician.
00:41:53.000 And to them, that's just winning.
00:41:57.000 To a yuppie, that's how it's done.
00:41:58.000 Just, well, yeah, I'll sell everybody out.
00:42:00.000 At least I'll be on the winning team.
00:42:02.000 It's a no-brainer, folks.
00:42:04.000 That's how cops become corrupt.
00:42:05.000 It's just, well, I just do, in the social club, with peer pressure, what makes me popular with the commanders.
00:42:11.000 And that's not to say anything when you see the drug dealing going on, or you see the commander pull the topless dancer over and have sex with her in the back of the cruiser, or you know, whatever you do.
00:42:19.000 I mean, this is how you operate.
00:42:23.000 This is how you go about.
00:42:24.000 But pretty soon, you guys just all start behaving however you want, and everything falls apart.
00:42:31.000 I mean, even if you're not a good moral person, you should be for rule of law, because things degenerate, and we turn into Nigeria.
00:42:39.000 Are we turning to Mexico?
00:42:41.000 And you don't come back from it, by the way.
00:42:46.000 99 plus percent of the time, countries are tyrannical, empathetic, and third world.
00:42:53.000 Okay, let me go back and just walk through the statement you're hearing from all of them, and it's this.
00:43:02.000 Well, the American people are angry at us that we can't work and we can't get anything done.
00:43:07.000 And we can't get this reform done.
00:43:11.000 So A, they're installing groupthink and saying that the mass wants this.
00:43:17.000 Now that's groupthink and sheepthink in and of itself, and it's a lie, because even though they're trying to use sheepthink, on this their lie has been exposed, and 91% in major Gallup polls, and I use Gallup because it's even higher in some polls, but Gallup is very respected, that's scientific, are against it.
00:43:33.000 Plus or minus 3 points.
00:43:34.000 So it could be 88, it could be 94.
00:43:37.000 But not anyone.
00:43:40.000 Okay, so see, just in that one word, or in those two words, in that one part of the sentence, the American people want it.
00:43:50.000 They want it.
00:43:51.000 They're angry.
00:43:52.000 There's lie after lie.
00:43:53.000 Not just they're trying to put you into sheep think that everybody's mad that they won't pass this, but then there's also the lie that the people don't want this passed.
00:44:03.000 And almost unanimously don't want it.
00:44:04.000 So see, there's a lie there.
00:44:07.000 Let's continue.
00:44:07.000 This may take hours.
00:44:09.000 I may have to cancel all the calls and everybody actually, but I'm just going to walk through just in a couple sentences just to break down the lies, you see.
00:44:17.000 And then people, and I'll go to your calls, I'm just joking.
00:44:21.000 But see, that's how it's inculcated.
00:44:22.000 The average news reporter isn't a government agent, isn't evil.
00:44:25.000 They're inculcated.
00:44:26.000 They've been watching TV, they've been working at the newspaper, they've been living with their friends, they've been... They're inculcated with false semantical meanings for words.
00:44:35.000 You literally, like George Orwell wrote, can't communicate with them.
00:44:41.000 He was a BBC propagandist, folks, in the war.
00:44:44.000 He did so many things.
00:44:45.000 He had such a well-rounded life, been in so many positions, that he was able to write that book.
00:44:49.000 And you only understand what a masterpiece it is.
00:44:53.000 That's why Hillary says it's her favorite book.
00:44:56.000 And Clinton has said that too.
00:44:57.000 Because for them, it's an evil handbook.
00:45:00.000 For them, it's like, yeah, this guy gets it.
00:45:02.000 He puts down in a context what they're doing.
00:45:05.000 But I'm digressing again.
00:45:09.000 Harry Reid, George Bush, Pat Robertson, J.C.
00:45:13.000 Watts, this is just who I saw yesterday.
00:45:15.000 And I watched probably 30 minutes of TV flipping around.
00:45:20.000 Everyone must be saying it.
00:45:22.000 I heard it on talk radio this morning.
00:45:24.000 The American people are angry that we can't reform this and fix it and get something done and that Congress is ineffectual and pathetic.
00:45:33.000 As if Congress is supposed to just pass things all day.
00:45:35.000 No, it's a deliberative body.
00:45:37.000 You have a separation of powers within the Congress itself so that you don't get things ramrodded, so that things are slow, so that you don't get millions of laws.
00:45:47.000 It's to stop dictatorship.
00:45:49.000 The whole three branches of government and the sub-separations within the judicial and legislative are meant to stop a man on a white horse, a Napoleon Bonaparte, a Hitler, a Stalin, a Mao, from taking over.
00:46:04.000 So, see, that's a lie, too.
00:46:06.000 That it's all about the government, you know, because when you go into some city council meeting and they're passing some land grab, they'll go, well, we got a consensus, we got to keep moving, we got to move the ball down the field, we got to, okay, we heard what you said, we agree with you, now we're past, but you don't agree with me.
00:46:19.000 Well, I say I agree with you.
00:46:21.000 See, it's all tactics.
00:46:23.000 They're using tactics on you.
00:46:25.000 And they get better and better.
00:46:26.000 It's like the, it's like the, uh, Minor leagues at your city council and then you go up to the mid-level leagues at the state level and then you're on the big leagues and then you're at the federal level and you're an international superstar in the all-star game when you're at the international level.
00:46:49.000 That's all it is.
00:46:52.000 And they love that you're so dumb.
00:46:54.000 They love that they can con you.
00:46:56.000 They love that you buy into all of this.
00:46:57.000 And they're just laughing all the way to the bank.
00:47:00.000 And it's getting worse and worse and worse and worse and worse.
00:47:04.000 And by the way, Blair says that alternative media is destroying confidence.
00:47:07.000 No, you destroyed confidence by being a criminal, George Bush, Hillary Clinton, Tony Blair.
00:47:13.000 You destroyed the confidence by the fact that you lied all these times without us ever exposing you.
00:47:18.000 And then we just accentuated it so that you can hopefully go to prison where you deserve to be so we can hopefully reverse this trend of corruption at least a little bit so everything doesn't go off the edge and the whole society fall apart.
00:47:30.000 As much as I don't like this fraudulent fiat society, I don't even want it to fall apart.
00:47:34.000 Like Ron Paul says, we've got to slowly get out of this thing.
00:47:37.000 I mean, I'm trying to stop... You know, they tell cops, we've got to take people's rights and violate rights, because we're minding the society.
00:47:43.000 We're keeping it together.
00:47:45.000 Bull.
00:47:46.000 Bull.
00:47:47.000 It's your masters destroying it, so they can consolidate.
00:47:52.000 Ruthlessly.
00:47:55.000 So, continuing.
00:47:57.000 Everything there is a lie.
00:48:01.000 I shouldn't even be talking about this, it'll teach cops and low-level people how to lie even better and then the tactics their bosses are using in wordsmithing.
00:48:09.000 So, going through all of this, going through the statement, the American people are angry, they want something to be done, they want this reform.
00:48:24.000 Then you look at the amnesty itself and the word reform.
00:48:27.000 It is complete total capitulation, complete absolute legalization of felons, aggravated felons, and you find out the military is lobbying and paying money and defense contractors are, and they're literally sending generals down to Capitol Hill to tell them we need more illegal aliens in our military.
00:48:47.000 I mean, it's already 20 plus percent of the army.
00:48:50.000 A large percentage, over 10%, close to 15% of the Marines.
00:48:53.000 It's not going to stop there.
00:48:55.000 And as Americans, you can't figure out, or anybody else for that matter...
00:49:00.000 Let's say you're Romanian, or you're Russian, or you're Chinese.
00:49:03.000 I mean, can you imagine having large portions of your domestic military being foreigners?
00:49:09.000 Predominantly from a country that says the Southwest belongs to them, and who openly fly their flag with two animals killing each other on the front of it, the Mexican flag.
00:49:18.000 What a bizarre flag.
00:49:19.000 Shang, this is their country.
00:49:21.000 Financed by our own government.
00:49:23.000 Merging our nations.
00:49:24.000 I mean, what is it when your military starts lobbying your government?
00:49:28.000 If the military lobbied the government in any way, that's a violation of the separation of powers, and that is dangerous, and that's illegal, and that's treason.
00:49:39.000 But when they start lobbying to end the borders, and to integrate, and to push for the amnesty plan, it's high treason.
00:49:46.000 And I'm serious, I want state grand juries To go and indict.
00:49:51.000 And they're in the news.
00:49:52.000 They got generals in there testifying yesterday and the day before that we need open borders.
00:49:56.000 I mean, I want them arrested.
00:49:58.000 I want them indicted.
00:50:00.000 And you're like, ooh, that's a little hardcore!
00:50:05.000 That is treason!
00:50:06.000 That is THE definition!
00:50:08.000 Ending the country!
00:50:10.000 What is it you don't get about this, you stupid military, and you stupid police, and you stupid yuppies, and you stupid Mexicans, and the stupid black people, and the stupid everybody?
00:50:21.000 All part of your little group, all thinking you know it all, all sitting there, waving your yuppie flag, waving your Mexican flag, waving your rebel flag, and you're all in your own little groups, and you don't realize that we're all under attack by the same New World Order being played off against each other.
00:50:44.000 Alright, I promise, we're going to go to Ann and Daryl and others when we get back.
00:50:49.000 We've got tons of other news, folks.
00:50:52.000 British government wants to start restricting free speech.
00:50:55.000 That's because we're beating their hind end, folks.
00:50:58.000 It's here, after a year in production and traveling to distant lands.
00:51:08.000 My new film, Terror Storm, is complete.
00:51:10.000 Shocking declassified government documents prove that western governments are orchestrating terror attacks against their own populations as a pretext to enslave them.
00:51:19.000 Terror Storm proves that not only was 9-11 an inside job, but the attacks of 7-7 in London were carried out by British intelligence.
00:51:26.000 Terror Storm chronicles the lies that took us to war in Iran, the White House program to disseminate fake news, NSA spying, secret police torture, the latest 9-11 information, and much, much more.
00:51:38.000 Terror Storm is the definitive guide to the history of government-sponsored terrorism.
00:51:42.000 It's an anthology of government crimes.
00:51:44.000 Terror Storm is a film that everyone who wants to be truly informed must see.

00:54:09.000 Let's talk to Anna, Indiana.
00:54:17.000 Ann, you're on the air.
00:54:18.000 Welcome.
00:54:19.000 Yeah, hi Alex.
00:54:21.000 I've had a similar thing happen to me in court with the illegal aliens.
00:54:28.000 Yeah, we're going to do an article on this.
00:54:30.000 I heard Brownfield talking about some news story about it, but I've witnessed it myself about how they get preferential treatment.
00:54:34.000 Sure, go ahead.
00:54:36.000 Oh, yeah.
00:54:37.000 I was in for the same thing they were.
00:54:39.000 No license, no insurance.
00:54:41.000 I was in four different times fighting this.
00:54:43.000 Every time I was in, the courtroom was full of illegal aliens.
00:54:47.000 And they get a $65 fine and we're told to, you know, go back on the street.
00:54:53.000 She did ask every one of them if they could get a license.
00:54:58.000 And they said no and she said don't drop again and send him back on the street.
00:55:02.000 I get a $350 fine and lose my license for a year.
00:55:06.000 And then next time you'll go to jail.
00:55:08.000 But listen, I had somebody that does work for me arrested in the parking lot.
00:55:13.000 He pulled in.
00:55:14.000 The cops thought it looked suspicious.
00:55:16.000 You know, that person's scared of me.
00:55:17.000 He pulled in.
00:55:18.000 No, that's where he works.
00:55:20.000 And, uh, expired license, jail.
00:55:23.000 And the cops laughed and said, yeah, we're told really don't arrest illegals because the judges let them go.
00:55:27.000 They said, yeah, we just follow orders.
00:55:29.000 We don't like it.
00:55:30.000 I mean, what is wrong with this picture?
00:55:32.000 Again, Americans are the dumb idiots, myself included.
00:55:36.000 We've got to realize how pathetic we are and stop acting like it.
00:55:40.000 I mean, we are seen as the mark.
00:55:42.000 We'll put up with anything.
00:55:44.000 We will go along with anything.
00:55:46.000 It is open season on us.
00:55:48.000 The illegals, listen, I've told this story, and I'll tell it again, about four Christmases, three Christmases ago, a good family friend of mine, it's friends with my parents, I've known her since I was three years old, but I don't know why I always tell that part, but the point is, she manages one of the biggest apartment complexes in the, well, the biggest in Austin, and she went to the big management national meeting of managers in Dallas.
00:56:12.000 Right before Christmas, a few years ago, they told her, they said, listen, we're in a secret deal with the federal government to support the illegal aliens, they said, the immigrants, we want you to roll out all the red carpet, we're getting federal funds for them, but you're not supposed to tell the other tenants this, and if a citizen Has anybody there staying for more than a week?
00:56:31.000 You find them, you kick them out.
00:56:33.000 But let them stay 10 to a one-person apartment?
00:56:36.000 I mean, actually, and no one understood why.
00:56:38.000 They just said, listen, we're getting funds to do this.
00:56:40.000 The government is covertly funding apartment complexes.
00:56:45.000 This is military.
00:56:46.000 Do you understand that?
00:56:49.000 You know, Sam?
00:56:51.000 Well, no, not really.
00:56:52.000 But there was one other thing.
00:56:54.000 When the aliens say they have a right to our country, We legally purchased Texas, California, and New Mexico.
00:57:03.000 So, you know, you can just tell them if you want it, you better buy it back.
00:57:08.000 Well, let's be clear.
00:57:09.000 There were a couple thousand per territory, what you'd call, you know, Mexican citizens here.
00:57:15.000 They couldn't hold it from the Indians, from the Comanche, the Arapaho, the Blackfoot, the Apache, all of them.
00:57:23.000 And so, the Mexican government, even after Spain left, said, in 1822, said, please come here.
00:57:26.000 Please.
00:57:30.000 And then, Santa Ana took over and said, no, I want the land now.
00:57:35.000 And over a third of the people that fought for Texas independence were Hispanic.
00:57:39.000 The media doesn't want you to know that.
00:57:40.000 The New World Order hates Texas, hates America.
00:57:43.000 And so, that's why there's the six flags of Texas.
00:57:46.000 France had this land, Spain had it, the Russians had California.
00:57:52.000 Mexico had never, look, by the way, about a third of southern Mexico belonged to Guatemala before.
00:57:58.000 So they don't even have dibs on that.
00:58:00.000 Okay?
00:58:01.000 It's just delusional.
00:58:02.000 They just tell them that and it feels good and they believe it and they see skyscrapers and swimming pools and think that's all ours and it was stolen and it's just mindless propaganda.
00:58:12.000 But it works quite nicely.
00:58:15.000 Anything else?
00:58:15.000 No, sir.
00:58:17.000 And did you say anything to the judge?
00:58:18.000 Like, why do I get 300 and something bucks and they get 65?
00:58:22.000 No, but I wanted to.
00:58:24.000 I was kind of sick after she gave me the $350 fine.
00:58:26.000 Oh, she gave me two months in jail suspended also.
00:58:32.000 Oh, excuse me.
00:58:33.000 Stay there for one minute.
00:58:34.000 I want to come back.
00:58:35.000 Everybody emails with their stories.
00:58:37.000 We're going to do an article on this.
00:58:38.000 Stay there.
00:58:41.000 This broadcast is available on MP3 CD format at GCNlive.com or call toll free 877-300-7645.
00:58:48.000 Blackbird. Music.
00:58:54.000 The End Big Brother.
00:58:59.000 Mainstream media.
00:59:00.000 Government cover-ups.
00:59:02.000 You want answers?
00:59:04.000 Well, so does he.
00:59:05.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.
00:59:10.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.
00:59:14.000 He's just gonna be with us for one segment, so you know you're right.
00:59:18.000 So we cut him short yesterday.
00:59:21.000 Kevin Wood, they arrested him for wiretapping the police for publicly recording them.
00:59:26.000 They're doing it coast to coast now, and so I want you to know how you can sue them and get their badge when they violate America and stab the country in the heart.
00:59:35.000 That's what it is.
00:59:35.000 That's why I get mad about it.
00:59:37.000 And if you're good, cops are good.
00:59:38.000 We'll support you.
00:59:39.000 We do support the police, by the way, when they do a good job.
00:59:41.000 But when you act like traitor or scum of America, we fight back against you.
00:59:46.000 Uh, Ann, Daryl, Ted, Tom, Paul, we're gonna get to everybody.
00:59:49.000 Uh, Ann, And tell us where you live specifically, because I've seen this in the news, I've seen it myself in court.
00:59:55.000 The illegal aliens on average get about a $35 fine for drunk driving, for no license, no insurance, for wrecks.
01:00:03.000 I've had an illegal hit me, and the cops just say, let him go, doesn't matter.
01:00:07.000 Again, for those who just joined us, I've had an employee arrested for an expired license, and the cops laughed and said, yeah, if he was illegal, we'd be told not to arrest him.
01:00:15.000 You know, we can if we want, but, you know, it's discouraged because they just let him go.
01:00:19.000 So you got a $360 fine, and then she gave you two months suspended in jail.
01:00:25.000 Next time, of course, it'll be real.
01:00:27.000 Of course, that's discrimination, but they don't care.
01:00:29.000 See, that's all selective.
01:00:31.000 Mexico's allowed to control seven Texas towns and fly the Mexican flag for at least ten years.
01:00:35.000 I'm going to go down to El Cenizo and shoot video of that, the one big town.
01:00:42.000 Where is this?
01:00:43.000 What did she say?
01:00:44.000 What was it like to watch this happen?
01:00:46.000 It was in northern Indiana.
01:00:48.000 And, uh, you want the town?
01:00:51.000 Yeah, we want it all.
01:00:52.000 We're gonna do an article on this.
01:00:53.000 Okay, it was in Nappanee, Indiana.
01:00:55.000 Nappanee?
01:00:57.000 Nappanee.
01:00:58.000 How do you spell that?
01:01:00.000 You got me.
01:01:00.000 Oh, boy.
01:01:01.000 N-A-P-P, um... Oh, boy, uh... It's fine.
01:01:08.000 What's a town close to it?
01:01:11.000 Oh, uh, Elkhart.
01:01:12.000 Elkhart, okay.
01:01:14.000 Please continue.
01:01:16.000 Okay, well it was interesting.
01:01:19.000 I'd sit there and there would be one alien after another and they would go up and they would have somebody translate for them.
01:01:27.000 And then, you know, I was sitting there listening to everything and they just gave me a $65 fine.
01:01:33.000 And, uh, you know, slap the wrist and tell them to go.
01:01:36.000 That was that.
01:01:37.000 She just told them not to drive again.
01:01:38.000 And you didn't say to the god creature, the judge in her black masonic robe, you didn't tell her that, uh, hey, uh, why are you doing that for them?
01:01:47.000 She probably would have screamed and said, CONTEMPT!
01:01:49.000 Oh, God, my slave is revolting.
01:01:52.000 You will learn to serve us, scum!
01:01:54.000 I mean, what did she say?
01:01:55.000 Oh, I didn't say anything.
01:01:58.000 I just figured I'd go to jail, but, uh... Oh, you're right.
01:02:01.000 She would have ground her teeth and gone, Yeah.
01:02:05.000 No, I've actually seen judges literally shut their teeth and go, ehhh!
01:02:08.000 I mean, Ian McDermott performances, but go ahead.
01:02:13.000 Well, that's about it, Alex.
01:02:15.000 It wasn't just one time.
01:02:16.000 I was there four different times writing that ticket, and every time I was there, there were illegal aliens in the courtroom every time, and every one of them got a $65 fine, and they were just sent out on the street just like that.
01:02:29.000 Boom.
01:02:29.000 Gone.
01:02:31.000 And I get to lose my driver's license.
01:02:36.000 Let me tell you something, the police are being trained, and I appreciate your call, the police are being trained to selectively enforce.
01:02:46.000 Well, they literally go door to door.
01:02:47.000 Well, I'm just supposed to arrest this family and put them in an army truck.
01:02:50.000 It's what I do.
01:02:51.000 It's what I do for America.
01:02:56.000 I mean, a cop will pull you over, man.
01:02:59.000 They'll act like five miles over the speed limit was like a murder.
01:03:02.000 They'll get all real sneaky.
01:03:04.000 Get out!
01:03:05.000 Need to search!
01:03:08.000 And boy, the illegal aliens can do whatever they want.
01:03:11.000 Because again, we are seen literally like fat hogs to them.
01:03:15.000 And they're like barbecue masters.
01:03:17.000 And they just go, that looks like a fat juicy hog right there.
01:03:20.000 That's the hogs that have been trained.
01:03:22.000 They think they're free.
01:03:24.000 See, you take people to the land of the free and home of the brave, and you turn them into the land of the slaves, land of the scum.
01:03:29.000 Land of the abortion.
01:03:30.000 Land of the open borders.
01:03:32.000 Land of the decadent.
01:03:33.000 Land of the obese.
01:03:35.000 You just have your way with us.
01:03:38.000 But I got good news for all the people that love the system.
01:03:41.000 It's all getting ready to crash in on itself.
01:03:44.000 You'll see how much your masters love you, won't you?
01:03:47.000 We'll be right back.
01:03:48.000 More than 700 chemicals have been found in our drinking water.
01:03:56.000 And did you know that you can have greater exposure to these chemicals by taking hot showers than when you drink the water?
01:04:02.000 That's because many chemicals are inhaled when they evaporate and others are absorbed through the skin.
01:04:06.000 The KDF shower filter is designed to reduce chlorine, lead, mercury and iron and it inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold, algae and fungus in your shower.
01:04:15.000 The media is non-toxic, environmentally sound and is recyclable.
01:04:19.000 The KDF shower filter will typically last 10,000 gallons or one year, whichever comes first.
01:04:25.000 Hospitals, restaurants, and water treatment facilities use this media to reduce chlorine, iron, heavy metals, and bacteria.
01:04:32.000 What about you?

01:04:59.000 My new film, Terror Storm, is complete.
01:05:02.000 Shocking declassified government documents prove that western governments are orchestrating terror attacks against their own populations as a pretext to enslave them.
01:05:10.000 Terror Storm proves that not only was 9-11 an inside job, but the attacks of 7-7 in London were carried out by British intelligence.
01:05:17.000 Terror Storm chronicles the lies that took us to war in Iran, the White House program to disseminate fake news, NSA spying, secret police torture, the latest 9-11 information, and much, much more.
01:05:29.000 Terror Storm is the definitive guide to the history of government-sponsored terrorism.
01:05:33.000 It's an anthology of government crimes.
01:05:35.000 Terror Storm is a film that everyone who wants to be truly informed must see.

01:07:01.000 Well, Tony Blair has called for regulating and shutting down the free press in England.
01:07:05.000 Mainstream news.
01:07:08.000 We've got big news on the fake environmental movements who want to have global carbon tax.
01:07:12.000 Now they've started in Montreal, Denver, Colorado.
01:07:16.000 It's happening everywhere we're getting into that.
01:07:17.000 I know we've got Ted and Tom and Paul and Chris and Steve, Daniel hung up.
01:07:22.000 We're going to get to everybody, but I do want to just briefly remind the listeners.
01:07:26.000 I didn't even plug my videos last hour.
01:07:28.000 We're trying to really focus on news here.
01:07:30.000 But the films are a big part of the solution in the fight against the New World Order.
01:07:33.000 And I've made 15 films.
01:07:35.000 And my Police State Trilogy is now on DVD.
01:07:37.000 45% off.
01:07:38.000 It's a 3 DVD box set.

01:07:40.000 45% off, it's only $34.95 for all three of the films.
01:07:44.000 Terror Storm is sold out, we've got like 20 copies left now.
01:07:49.000 So it's sold out in the individual sales to get the history of government sponsored terror by itself, but you can get it in some of the combo deals, like the Alex Jones Everything Special or the 9/11 Combo Special.
01:08:02.000 You can still get them discounted, by the way.
01:08:03.000 There's like 20 of them left.
01:08:05.000 I think it'll last maybe a day or two more.
01:08:08.000 And that's it.
01:08:10.000 Terror Storm is going to be sold out.
01:08:13.000 So if you want the original and all those that are going out, I'm signing.
01:08:17.000 And, uh, they're available at InfoWars.com right now.
01:08:20.000 In fact, I'll even, uh, well, then I couldn't keep track of it.
01:08:24.000 I could even sign that it's the last 20 going out, but then that might get hard to do.
01:08:29.000 We're going to be offering, within the next two days, pre-orders on the second edition of Terror Storm, which has 17 minutes of new footage, new music, new video, remastered.

01:08:43.000 We have it in stock, but can't ship because the distributor doesn't put it in stores until next month, late next month.

01:08:51.000 About 20 copies left available right now at InfoWars.com by calling toll-free 888-253-3139.
01:09:00.000 888-253-3139.
01:09:01.000 All the other great books and videos we carry.
01:09:05.000 Alright, I had Kevin Wood on yesterday for about five minutes.
01:09:08.000 We ran out of time because of new developments with the Brown siege in New Hampshire.
01:09:12.000 We've got more on that coming out too today for you.
01:09:16.000 But, um, Here's the headline, Motion to Dismiss in the State of Florida vs. Kevin Wood Case.
01:09:23.000 ACLU took this and won this.
01:09:25.000 It's a famous case.
01:09:26.000 It's been used in some other cases.
01:09:29.000 And so he's really an expert on this.
01:09:31.000 Now, he knew more than I knew.
01:09:32.000 But just from what I know, being in media for 13 years and having to go to different lawyer functions and being made to go to different seminars for different media outlets I've worked for, they make you go learn the basics of this stuff.
01:09:45.000 And you can video... that's why news doesn't have to... when a news camera's out on the street, you're out at the bar district or the restaurant district or the... or you're at Disney World or you're at a football game or you're walking down your street, there's not a reasonable expectation of privacy.
01:10:03.000 Now, you got a privacy fence and somebody climbs up in a tree and starts videotaping you in your backyard while you're drinking whiskey, let's say, And you're a private citizen, you might have some type of civil action.
01:10:18.000 If you're a public person, you don't have that expectation.
01:10:23.000 There's nothing you can do.
01:10:24.000 You can, I guess, do a nuisance lawsuit back on.
01:10:27.000 Okay, now if you climb under somebody's house and drill a hole in the floor and stick a microphone in because you're a pervert, and I see that every few weeks in the news around the country, Now, you can get, we're talking, depending on the state, you can get ten years in prison to a couple years in prison, and I think you should.
01:10:42.000 That's eavesdropping.
01:10:43.000 When the government does it, they should get seven years on average in prison.
01:10:47.000 Now, this guy from Pennsylvania is facing seven years in prison, though, because the cops pulled him over, started yelling at him, and they pulled the camera out, and the cops said, get out of the car, I'm taping you, but I'm allowed to, this is in the news, and you're going to jail.
01:11:00.000 So, it's the reasonable expectation of privacy.
01:11:04.000 Now, It's a false charge, it's official oppression, and it's criminal.
01:11:09.000 The police officer that did this, it's clear, falsely charged this young man, and now the Deputy District Attorney is going ahead with it.
01:11:17.000 That District Attorney certainly knows.
01:11:19.000 The cop may not be a criminal.
01:11:21.000 He may falsely believe this.
01:11:24.000 But the Deputy District Attorney is a criminal.
01:11:27.000 And I'll say it right now, he's a crook.
01:11:29.000 He's not stupid.
01:11:31.000 He's got a law degree.
01:11:32.000 He works in the city and he knows that's a false charge.
01:11:34.000 And I take it very serious trying to put somebody in jail for seven years.
01:11:39.000 Now this happens all over the country.
01:11:41.000 Remember the woman two months ago?
01:11:43.000 The police were speeding up and down the road.
01:11:46.000 And so they put a camera out and then she called the department and said, look, I got video.
01:11:50.000 Your officer's speeding.
01:11:51.000 I'd like to give it to you.
01:11:52.000 I'd like him to stop.
01:11:53.000 And she'd called him personally and he hadn't called back.
01:11:57.000 Well, they showed up at their house and arrested him.
01:12:00.000 So this is the new arrogant attitude.
01:12:01.000 Don't like me speeding, lady.
01:12:03.000 Well, yeah, she says she has a five-year-old and two-year-old.
01:12:06.000 She said, they play in the yard.
01:12:07.000 I don't like you going 20 miles over the speed limit.
01:12:10.000 They said, how about we come and arrest you?
01:12:13.000 The cops will beat people up in their front yards, then they'll go ahead and arrest them on top of it for having a surveillance camera on their house.
01:12:20.000 I got surveillance cameras on my house.
01:12:21.000 I got surveillance cameras on my business.
01:12:24.000 I mean, don't come around here and act like crooks and then freak out when I got you on video.
01:12:29.000 They caught the BATF a few years ago in a small town outside of, uh, it's not Phoenix, what's the other big, Tucson, and I'm not, the famous tape's on the web, and the BATF comes in and starts, after they arrest this guy, a lawful gun owner, but see, they, they, they quietly changed, I'm gonna go to our guest in a minute, they quietly changed a city law that he was in, that he didn't know, saying that gun shops are now under pawn shop rules.
01:13:00.000 And so he was supposed to register and pay a couple hundred dollar fee.
01:13:02.000 He didn't know.
01:13:03.000 So then they called the BATF and they come in.
01:13:05.000 They got these big trash cans and they're going, I don't want this junk and throwing it in to break it.
01:13:11.000 I don't want that junk.
01:13:12.000 And they're going, look at this.
01:13:13.000 This is probably worth 10,000 or more.
01:13:16.000 I'm going to keep that.
01:13:17.000 And the commander's sitting there and they're divvying up what they're going to steal.
01:13:20.000 He had a hidden camera for crooks.
01:13:23.000 Now he had a public decoy camera.
01:13:26.000 But then he had a 24-hour VCR recording continual audio, but just like every second, a snapshot.
01:13:32.000 They're great systems.
01:13:34.000 I like to go low-tech.
01:13:35.000 I got low-tech and high-tech wireless out of the building.
01:13:38.000 But they had this hidden in the wall, and so they got them.
01:13:45.000 Alright, I'm going to shut up.
01:13:46.000 It's just that's the power of this.
01:13:48.000 They want to put cameras in the school bathrooms, and cameras in rest areas, and where you should have the presumption of privacy.
01:13:55.000 They want to do all this to us, and then track everything we're doing, and track us with RFID chips and inspection stickers, but you stick a camera, and I've had cops walk up and go, that's wiretapping, turn it off.
01:14:05.000 I go, go ahead and arrest me, I'm going to sue you.
01:14:07.000 Don't you try to false charge me, buddy.
01:14:09.000 Well, what's your problem?
01:14:10.000 You got a problem with police?
01:14:11.000 Uh, yeah, I got a problem with it.
01:14:14.000 Well, don't get upset.
01:14:14.000 You're right.
01:14:15.000 I go, don't try those tactics of claiming I'm upset.
01:14:18.000 I have every right to be upset, you goon.
01:14:20.000 I tell them they're a goon.
01:14:22.000 Now, if you're nice and don't violate the moral rights and are a guardian of the people, I'll offer to buy you a cup of coffee.
01:14:29.000 But you get in my face, you're lucky if I don't throw up on you, because you make me sick.
01:14:34.000 You're destroying my country.
01:14:37.000 Kevin Wood, thank you for joining us.
01:14:39.000 Oh, am I online?
01:14:40.000 You are, sir.
01:14:41.000 In a nutshell, for those that missed your story yesterday, tell us your story and then the basic facts, because it's not just the presumption of privacy, or the reasonable presumption of privacy, it's also that wiretapping means intercepting a private communique.
01:14:54.000 Please tell us about it.
01:14:56.000 Absolutely, and of course I sent an email to Trey and to Aaron, We're going to get it posted in with Steve's article.
01:15:03.000 Go ahead.
01:15:03.000 Right.
01:15:04.000 Because there's a clear distinction drawn between the act of intercepting a communication and the act of recording a communication.
01:15:11.000 You know, as the Tenth Circuit has ruled, and our Eleventh Circuit down here has adopted the Harple decision.
01:15:18.000 And, you know, intercept, you know, when you go back to the Latin definition, it means to take or seize between the point of origin And the ending point of the communication.
01:15:28.000 Just like intercepting an aircraft that's going to be attacking a military base.
01:15:33.000 Well, it's like intercepting when the quarterback throws to his receiver.
01:15:37.000 You got it.
01:15:38.000 And a tied-in interception.
01:15:42.000 There is no interception if the person doesn't catch the ball between the sender and the receiver of the football.
01:15:48.000 And there's no interception when a sender or a receiver of a communication merely records the communication.
01:15:54.000 Merely recording a lawfully acquired communication does not convert a lawful acquisition into an illegal interception.
01:16:02.000 Well, my analogy is this would be like the cops showing up, putting you in handcuffs, you're in your backyard with a spatula, the kids are running around playing in the blow-up pool, you know, the little baby pool, and you're sitting there and the dog's barking at them and you go, why are you arresting me?
01:16:17.000 And they say, this was arson.
01:16:19.000 You burned down the Capitol and you've got three hamburgers cooking on a grill.
01:16:23.000 I mean, it's a false charge.
01:16:24.000 You're not involved in arson for cooking hamburgers.
01:16:27.000 Yeah, and as I mentioned yesterday, you know, I recorded a conversation where my daughters were being interrogated in a McDonald's restaurant by law enforcement and they arrested me when they told me to turn off the tape recorder and I refused.
01:16:37.000 And later on, of course, the state attorney very quickly dropped the charge because it's not illegal to do so.
01:16:43.000 We have a First Amendment right to record what public officials do on public property.
01:16:47.000 Did you file a complaint on that?
01:16:49.000 He'll probably get promoted for that.
01:16:50.000 Or did you personally sue him for official oppression?
01:16:53.000 Well, the problem is that...
01:16:56.000 There is little futility in filing complaints against police officers when they do this because... You have the wrong lawyer.
01:17:02.000 You notice I know.
01:17:03.000 You've been to the case.
01:17:04.000 You notice I know the law.
01:17:05.000 I'm not bragging here, but I mean, you notice I'm informed about what you're doing.
01:17:08.000 I'm informed on this as well.
01:17:10.000 That's not... It comes down to the issue of immunity and qualifying.
01:17:12.000 You have to show that they were acting outside the law.
01:17:15.000 Right.
01:17:16.000 And you've just got to find a lawyer that will file the suit, or you can do it personally.
01:17:20.000 Right, and then getting the ACLU involved is real difficult unless it's really a major issue.
01:17:24.000 And I think with Brian Kelly's arrest, I think the ACLU needs to get involved.
01:17:29.000 Because they're going ahead with it.
01:17:30.000 They're not dropping it.
01:17:31.000 They say, we want seven years in prison for this young man.
01:17:34.000 Yeah, as a matter of fact, I called Judge Jessica Brubaker's office, who is the presiding judge in the Kelly case.
01:17:41.000 He's scheduled for another hearing on July 18th.
01:17:44.000 And he is now applying for a public defender.
01:17:48.000 Is that good news?
01:17:49.000 I don't think so, because public defenders are not constitutional attorneys, and the first thing they do is seek a plea bargain.
01:17:54.000 And they're going to get this 18-year-old kid probably to plead to a plea bargain, because the kid's terrified.
01:18:00.000 And he'll lose his Second Amendment rights, another victim of the New World Order.
01:18:04.000 Videotape some thug.
01:18:06.000 I mean, folks, this is like China when they start arresting you for cameras.
01:18:11.000 It's happening.
01:18:11.000 You see?
01:18:13.000 I have a different background than Mr. Kelly and I'm 53 years old.
01:18:17.000 I have some experience and maybe some guts that sometimes get me in trouble.
01:18:21.000 We need to talk to Mr. Kelly.
01:18:24.000 He lives with his parents.
01:18:26.000 We need to talk to his daddy.
01:18:28.000 We need to get in touch with his attorney.
01:18:29.000 Stay there.
01:18:30.000 One more segment with you.
01:18:30.000 Stay there.

01:23:00.000 There's a scene you ought to catch.
01:23:01.000 Look out your window, babe.
01:23:06.000 I've seen you like to catch.
01:23:08.000 Band is playing Dixie.
01:23:10.000 Man at his hand outstrip.
01:23:14.000 Could be the fueler, could be the local breeze.
01:23:19.000 Well, there's sometimes season.
01:23:25.000 You know, we come as a man of peace.
01:23:28.000 Welcome back.
01:23:29.000 Hey, guys, we get the.
01:23:34.000 Kevin Wood, where does it go?
01:23:46.000 I'm getting into the mindset.
01:23:48.000 I mean, I know you beat this in court and they dropped it.
01:23:50.000 I've seen all the state and other cases.
01:23:53.000 There's no doubt that this is a joke.
01:23:56.000 But they've got to be telling police this now nationwide because they're... I mean, I see these stories every few days where they're arresting somebody.
01:24:02.000 I mean, they'll come to your house, and you'll have a surveillance camera, and they'll get mad as a way to seize it, and just rip the VCR off the wall and take you to jail for that.
01:24:09.000 I mean, now they're coming to private places and saying you can't have security of them.
01:24:14.000 So I guess somewhere, nationally, the National Association of Police Chiefs or something, is telling them this, and it's complete fraud.
01:24:21.000 Do you think the cops believe this when they arrest people who have video cameras on the street?
01:24:25.000 Do you think they really believe in America?
01:24:27.000 You can't have cameras, but they can festoon every light pole with their own cameras?
01:24:32.000 If you're engaged in misconduct as a law enforcement, do you want to be recorded?
01:24:36.000 Of course not!
01:24:37.000 So they're going to come up with any excuse they can.
01:24:40.000 To intimidate and chill the exercise of our First Amendment or due process or Equal Protection Rights to make those recordings get evidence in order to protect ourselves.
01:24:48.000 And that's why this is so bad.
01:24:49.000 They know they're chilling and they know this young man didn't do a thing.
01:24:52.000 And I take it very serious trying to put him in prison for seven years for nothing.
01:24:58.000 Absolutely.
01:24:59.000 You know, they tried to do the same thing to me.
01:25:00.000 I spent over a month in jail.
01:25:03.000 Waiting for hearings, in my case.
01:25:05.000 But eventually it was overturned on appeal.
01:25:07.000 The governor appointed a special prosecutor.
01:25:09.000 When you saw the officer in court, or did you ever see him, was he pleased?
01:25:13.000 I mean, ruin lives is fun?
01:25:16.000 Oh, they don't care.
01:25:17.000 That's the bottom line.
01:25:17.000 They don't give a crap.
01:25:19.000 Excuse my language.
01:25:20.000 You know, it's a system of protectionism.
01:25:24.000 It's a system of brotherhood.
01:25:26.000 And, you know, if they engage in misconduct, you know, they're going to do everything they can to keep us from documenting that.
01:25:31.000 Now, but don't they know how bad luck that is?
01:25:33.000 I mean, they don't believe in God.
01:25:35.000 I mean, I've found in life, man, you do bad stuff, it comes back on you.
01:25:38.000 Yeah, well, for a decade I've been fighting this issue.
01:25:41.000 And I've won over and over again.
01:25:43.000 I've made many recordings.
01:25:44.000 I've used those recordings.
01:25:46.000 And the bottom line here is that the Pennsylvania law, quite ironically, I just got a copy of the law faxed to me by the library folk up in Pennsylvania because Pennsylvania is the only state in the country that doesn't put their code online.
01:26:01.000 So nobody can be aware of what the law is to know what they're violating to begin with.
01:26:05.000 And I just got it faxed right before I went on the air today.
01:26:08.000 And I'm reviewing it, and it is exactly the same law we have here in Florida.
01:26:12.000 And here I am in Florida, I repeatedly make recordings down here of public officials or other folk that are used in court proceedings.
01:26:20.000 But yet, this guy, Kelly, Brian Kelly, is being persecuted up in Pennsylvania under the same law that I have beat over and over again down here in Florida.
01:26:30.000 ACLU needs to get involved right now.
01:26:33.000 Before anything else happens.
01:26:35.000 Well, I mean, have you called them?
01:26:36.000 Not yet.
01:26:38.000 I found what they do is they win a few cases, but then they also drop the ball and create bad precedent.
01:26:44.000 I think some of their branches are very suspect.
01:26:46.000 I agree with you also, but also they have indeed advocated for me on a couple of cases.
01:26:53.000 They can do a good job if they get the emphasis and the encouragement to do so.
01:26:58.000 You should contact ACLU directly on Brian Kelly's behalf and say, what are you going to do about this?
01:27:03.000 Do you have Kelly's number?
01:27:05.000 Because we have it.
01:27:06.000 No, no, I've been trying to find out myself.
01:27:08.000 I've got the case number to his case.
01:27:10.000 Listen, I'll have my producer call you with it during this next break, or I'll go get it and give it to you.
01:27:16.000 But I've left messages, and they're not calling us back, or at least we haven't gotten to that message yet.
01:27:21.000 You've got a terrified kid, you know, that's going to want to get out of this as easy as possible.
01:27:27.000 The public defender's going to get a sign, he's going to do a plea bargain, and the state's going to make this case go away.
01:27:33.000 That's wrong.
01:27:33.000 It shouldn't happen.
01:27:34.000 His parents need to be informed as to why his rights have been violated.
01:27:39.000 ACLU needs to step in and provide free legal service to Brian Kelly.
01:27:43.000 to finally fight this issue once and for all.
01:27:46.000 Did you know that in Newcastle, did you know in Newcastle, the AP reported years ago, it was an incredible case, the guy's in a shopping mall parking lot, there's a police cruiser, the window's down, the cop's gone.
01:27:57.000 A killer German Shepherd's in there, and the dog lunges out, that has happened to me, but like with a poodle, and I still yell, and you know, like that shock, ahhh!
01:28:07.000 And the dog lunges, almost bites him, and he screams at it, he screams, didn't even scream a cuss word it said, And the cop came out and said, that's it, you assaulted an officer verbally, and he spent two years in prison.
01:28:20.000 Now talking back to their dogs.
01:28:22.000 Yeah, among many other examples.
01:28:24.000 Well, I just can't believe how far we've slipped as a country.
01:28:27.000 Land of the free, home of the brave, give me a break.
01:28:30.000 Uh, Kevin Wood, anything else you need to add?
01:28:32.000 I'd rather say, this time, Brian Kelly needs our help to get him legitimate constitutional representation.

01:30:53.000 People who use Cartabite know about the pollutants in our body and want them out.
01:30:57.000 For over five years, Cartabite has proven itself time-tested.
01:31:01.000 Here's Dr. Matson, a naturopathic doctor's thoughts on Cartabite.
01:31:05.000 In our mind, there isn't such a great big mystery to disease anymore.
01:31:08.000 This basic tenet of yeast in the gut and metals in the liver covers at least 70-80% of the diseases that we see.
01:31:13.000 When we do our program, you know, in herbal formulas like cardivite and you see someone who could barely walk up a hill now going for regular jobs a few months later, we know we're doing something right.
01:31:23.000 It's a well thought out formula.
01:31:24.000 I mean, the idea of it working on yeast and metals both at the same time and liver function is dead on.
01:31:30.000 You'll find I think that it'll work more than just on heart problems and circulation problems.
01:31:35.000 It'll work on other problems as well.

01:31:52.000 Tony Blair has called for banning free speech, shutting down the web in England.
01:32:16.000 Mainstream news, ladies and gentlemen.
01:32:20.000 They're getting ready to start shutting down the web here.
01:32:22.000 That's the New York Times, not me saying that.
01:32:25.000 End of the web, the headline.
01:32:27.000 They're moving on us right now.
01:32:30.000 And cops are putting people in prison for no reason everywhere and feeling good about it.
01:32:34.000 Where they get raped and get AIDS and hepatitis, they don't care.
01:32:37.000 If you talk about having a cursed life, you police have no idea what you've done.
01:32:45.000 You don't have to worry about us coming after you.
01:32:49.000 You don't know about the law of the universe, do you?
01:32:54.000 We're about to go to your calls to get into the whole environmental global law system with the new global tax, hitting Denver, Colorado, hitting Montreal, Canada.
01:33:04.000 Right now I'm going back to Kevin Wood who successfully beat these guys.
01:33:06.000 He spent a month in jail.
01:33:09.000 Did you argue with him after they arrested you and say, hey man, it's a public place, I'm recording you, you want to interrogate my daughter?
01:33:15.000 I mean, do they have a little celebration laugh, or that'll show you, boy?
01:33:19.000 But, I mean, after you were found not guilty, did they apologize to you, or what happened?
01:33:23.000 Well, they were most courteous and put me in the back seat of a car while I saw my daughter standing over there being interrogated by a cop outside of my presence.
01:33:31.000 Took me down to the jail.
01:33:34.000 And then, of course, the state attorney dropped the charges real quick within a few days after that.
01:33:38.000 You know, why don't you... Who cares about money?
01:33:40.000 See, I don't care.
01:33:40.000 Why don't you just sue them?
01:33:42.000 Sue them.
01:33:42.000 It doesn't even matter if they beat it.
01:33:44.000 You can't sue them, that's the point.
01:33:46.000 No, you don't have to hire a lawyer.
01:33:47.000 You can sue police all day long.
01:33:49.000 But the qualified immunity thing, all I gotta do is just show to the local courts that they had probable cause to arrest you.
01:33:56.000 Even if there was no basis for the arrest.
01:33:58.000 All I gotta do is show an arguable premise of probable cause and then they're entitled to qualified immunity.
01:34:05.000 And that's something that needs to be addressed.
01:34:07.000 We need to eliminate... No, you file in federal court civil rights.
01:34:12.000 Do what?
01:34:13.000 You file a civil rights violation on them in federal court.
01:34:16.000 Yeah, but in North Florida down here, our judges in the Florida North District are not exactly... No, I know, but let me just tell you, they can beat the rap, they can't beat the ride.
01:34:26.000 Right.
01:34:27.000 Eventually, no.
01:34:28.000 But then they cost money.
01:34:29.000 It doesn't matter.
01:34:30.000 That's what this is all about.
01:34:31.000 See, we don't want to get violent physically.
01:34:34.000 So, the courts, as you know, are a form of war.
01:34:37.000 And you just let them know, you're going to pay for what you did.
01:34:40.000 You're going to have to get a lawyer personally.
01:34:42.000 The local force isn't going to pay for the federal lawsuit.
01:34:45.000 And I'm going to spend 20 grand, and you are too, Bubba.
01:34:47.000 And I told the local cops this last week, they said, we're arresting you.
01:34:50.000 You're not allowed to protest in America anymore.
01:34:53.000 And they publicly said it and laughed about it.
01:34:55.000 And I said, let me tell you something.
01:34:56.000 I know you claim you've got immunity.
01:34:57.000 I'm going to sue you personally.
01:34:59.000 It's going to cost you $20,000.
01:35:00.000 Now I'm telling you right now, you look in my eye.
01:35:02.000 I'm going to sue you.
01:35:03.000 I told the commander that.
01:35:05.000 And I said, you just think about that.
01:35:06.000 And they backed off.
01:35:07.000 And that's good!
01:35:08.000 They didn't kill America with one more little death by a thousand stabs.
01:35:13.000 They did the right thing.
01:35:14.000 They backed off.
01:35:15.000 And it can be done, but it is extremely difficult to do so.
01:35:18.000 And a person needs some intestinal fortitude, as well as money, in order to pursue the process.
01:35:22.000 Well, the point is, you just gotta go ahead and stand up to them.
01:35:25.000 They can beat the rap, you can't beat the ride.
01:35:28.000 Right.
01:35:28.000 The key is, I'm going to drag you through the mud.
01:35:31.000 You think it's funny to take me to jail?
01:35:32.000 You think it's real funny to ruin my life?
01:35:34.000 You don't care about me.
01:35:36.000 You don't care about anybody but yourself.
01:35:38.000 It's why you're a drug addict.
01:35:39.000 It's why your wife left you.
01:35:40.000 It's why you're miserable.
01:35:42.000 It's why you're unhappy.
01:35:43.000 Because you're not a good person, scumbag.
01:35:45.000 Well, let me tell you something.
01:35:46.000 I'm going to sue you.
01:35:47.000 And that's the way it is.
01:35:49.000 And again, I've had many, many successes.
01:35:52.000 I've recorded many, many conversations.
01:35:54.000 Those conversations have been used in official proceedings, and I have not been successfully prosecuted for a single one of them.
01:36:00.000 And the law in Florida is the same as it is in Pennsylvania.
01:36:04.000 And Brian Kelly should get the same equal treatment that I got in Florida.
01:36:08.000 What other cases have you been through?
01:36:11.000 Well, I've recorded a county commissioner that threatened me on the telephone.
01:36:16.000 I turned the tape over to law enforcement.
01:36:18.000 He didn't get prosecuted for the threat, but I didn't get prosecuted for the tape either.
01:36:22.000 I had a tenant in a rental unit who had committed criminal mischief.
01:36:25.000 I got evidence of that criminal mischief in a telephone conversation I recorded.
01:36:30.000 I turned it over to law enforcement.
01:36:31.000 They turned it over to state attorney's office.
01:36:33.000 He was convicted of criminal mischief.
01:36:36.000 I've recorded an ex-wife who committed perjury in custody proceedings.
01:36:39.000 She was eventually prosecuted for perjury under an executive order by Governor Childs.
01:36:44.000 I've made many recordings, you know, and for Brian Kelly to get nailed on this one little thing in his case is outrageous because it was out on a public street involving a public officer performing his public functions in a public place.
01:36:58.000 And the 11th Circuit has ruled that we have a First Amendment right to record what public officials do in the City of Cummings case.
01:37:05.000 And that's one of the things I emailed to your guys up there, the case citation.
01:37:10.000 And, you know, we need to, again, the bottom line is Brian Kelly needs an ACLU attorney to step up to the plate and fight the constitutional issues in this case, and don't let the state or the courts bully him into taking a plea bargain in this case.
01:37:26.000 Absolutely.
01:37:27.000 When you talk, you've been calling the local public servants, now known as officials, authorities in Pennsylvania, what's their attitude when you talk to them?
01:37:36.000 Oh, they're hostile.
01:37:38.000 Especially the state attorney's office up there.
01:37:40.000 They wouldn't give me a case number, they wouldn't do anything.
01:37:43.000 So finally I did get through to somebody that gave me the offense tracking number of the case, L353119-4, and then that led me to Judge Jessica Brubaker.
01:37:54.000 The focus needs to be put on Judge Brubaker in Cumberland County of Pennsylvania.
01:38:00.000 She is the one who is going to have a preliminary hearing in this case on July 18th.
01:38:05.000 Did you talk to the judge?
01:38:06.000 I didn't talk to the judge, but an assistant and her staff.
01:38:08.000 Well, let me tell you a brief story, then I'm going to let you go into the calls, and I appreciate all your time, sir.
01:38:12.000 Sure.
01:38:13.000 This was four years ago.
01:38:15.000 Kelly Rushing calls the show, and he says, I just got out of jail.
01:38:19.000 I was in there for a couple days.
01:38:21.000 They've charged me with terroristic threats.
01:38:25.000 Uh, on the state police.
01:38:27.000 And I said, what did you do?
01:38:28.000 He goes, I gave them a Ron Paul video.
01:38:30.000 On the front of the video is a Ron Paul C-Span speech called Neocon.
01:38:33.000 This is C-Span.
01:38:35.000 And after that is your film Road to Tyranny.
01:38:37.000 And they're charging me with two counts for each video.
01:38:40.000 Ron Paul speech and yours.
01:38:42.000 And the guy sounded credible.
01:38:43.000 You know, I've learned to hear a voice and hear what they sound like.
01:38:47.000 Uh, but I did never trust that.
01:38:48.000 But I'm just 90% sure.
01:38:51.000 And I said, okay, and then he goes, well, let me fax you a news article.
01:38:55.000 Well, it was in the front page of the paper.
01:38:58.000 And it said, the state police say that he gave them a video and that they didn't like it and that they thought it was threatening and that he's going to face three years per count of terroristic threat on a state police officer.
01:39:10.000 And he just gave the state police officer the video and said, you ought to watch this.
01:39:13.000 And he pulled him over and then he put him in the back and he laughed at him and called his wife and said, I got the videotape bandit in the back.
01:39:18.000 And it's funny!
01:39:19.000 See, just some guy about to lose his whole life.
01:39:22.000 It's real funny.
01:39:23.000 And then I said, let me check and make sure Kelly Rushin's a good guy.
01:39:27.000 So I called people randomly in Lyon County, Kentucky.
01:39:31.000 And I said, it's a small town.
01:39:32.000 I said, you know Kelly Rushin?
01:39:33.000 Oh yeah, the Rushin's a great family.
01:39:35.000 Kelly owns a business.
01:39:36.000 Very good Christian man.
01:39:37.000 He's a deacon, blah, blah, blah.
01:39:39.000 And I said, well, that's what I thought.
01:39:40.000 And I called two or three numbers.
01:39:41.000 And I called the judge up on Sunday.
01:39:43.000 And I was very careful about it.
01:39:45.000 I didn't record him.
01:39:46.000 I had my wife there on speakerphone as a witness, because, you know, a lot of judges just make stuff up.
01:39:51.000 And I said, plus I've been so busy I didn't have recording equipment at that time.
01:39:55.000 Now I do.
01:39:55.000 And I said to him, I said, listen, Kelly Rush is charged in your court with terroristic threats.
01:40:02.000 He's facing three years per count.
01:40:04.000 And I said, forgiven videotapes.
01:40:05.000 I said, is that the case?
01:40:06.000 He goes, well, I'm not going to talk about the case, but it's been in the paper, Mr. Jones.
01:40:09.000 And yes, the prosecution is going ahead next week.
01:40:13.000 And I said, well, you ought to really reconsider that, Judge.
01:40:16.000 I said, you know, the guy just gave him a Ron Paul video.
01:40:19.000 And he said, look, I'm not going to talk about the case.
01:40:21.000 Thank you very much, Mr. Jones.
01:40:22.000 He was very polite, sounded very dignified and gentlemanly, by the way, and hung up on me.
01:40:28.000 And folks, I had court watchers on.
01:40:29.000 I had Kelly Rushing on.
01:40:30.000 They went to trial.
01:40:32.000 And it was a one-day trial, and the jury found him not guilty of terroristic threats.
01:40:39.000 Uh, and uh, and then, and Kelly was such a great human, and I told him don't do this, but he went up and apologized to the cop.
01:40:46.000 And said, you know, I'm real sorry about all this, and tried to shake his hand.
01:40:49.000 State police officer wouldn't do it.
01:40:51.000 And I said, Kelly, you made a big mistake when he called on the cell phone from outside the courtroom.
01:40:55.000 I said, you're going to be harassed now.
01:40:56.000 He goes, no, no, hopefully they're going to be nice now.
01:40:59.000 I'm just glad this is all over.
01:41:00.000 They tried to pull him over every day, harassing him.
01:41:03.000 It never stopped.
01:41:05.000 So, I mean, folks, that's why I get so mad at them.
01:41:09.000 I mean, you want to comment on what I just said?
01:41:13.000 Well, basically, again, you know, there is no sorrow on the part of officials when they do things against them.
01:41:23.000 And again, in the Kelly case, I would highly recommend that you focus on Judge Jessica Brubaker and put pressure on her to do the right thing.
01:41:30.000 But it's not even cold-blooded!
01:41:32.000 They enjoy it!
01:41:34.000 Oh, they do.
01:41:34.000 They do.
01:41:35.000 And it's part of the culture.
01:41:39.000 But how do you enjoy sending innocent people to prison?
01:41:44.000 Well, you know, power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
01:41:47.000 And when you get the power of a badge, you know, that's what happens.
01:41:51.000 And even some of the best people tend to cross over the line.
01:41:54.000 And then when the corruption occurs, then they protect their fellow police officers in the Brotherhood of Protection.
01:41:59.000 Well, you know, police officers have the highest level of suicide.
01:42:03.000 You're right.
01:42:04.000 And by the way, I looked into this, 50 years ago it wasn't like this, because the police weren't like... People liked the cops.
01:42:09.000 I mean, I've talked to my dad, I've talked to other people.
01:42:12.000 You know, you'd feel good when you saw them, you waved at them.
01:42:14.000 Uh-huh.
01:42:15.000 They were really helpful, and there's still some like them, but by and large, man, they're steroid head guys with shaved heads and tats all over them, and they're nuts, man.
01:42:24.000 Let me add in there that I have police officers down here that are good friends of mine, are supporters of what I do.
01:42:29.000 I have others that would like to see me end up dead in a ditch.
01:42:32.000 You know, and you gotta, it's just like Martin Luther King said, you gotta judge a person by the content of their character.
01:42:38.000 You know, not because they're a cop.
01:42:40.000 Not because they're black.
01:42:41.000 You know, and each cop behaves differently as to his responsibility.
01:42:45.000 But the system has gone bad.
01:42:47.000 It is, because we've lost accountability.
01:42:52.000 And also we've lost training.
01:42:53.000 You know, our cops are not trained in the interception laws, the federal and the state interception laws.
01:42:58.000 It's like the statute up in Pennsylvania says nothing about it being illegal to record a conversation.
01:43:04.000 It only says that it's illegal to intercept the communication.
01:43:07.000 And interception and recording are clearly distinguished by the federal courts.
01:43:12.000 And a Pennsylvania statute like the Florida statute was patterned after the federal statute.
01:43:17.000 Well, it's also a public place.
01:43:19.000 Now, I don't want to give the cop's idea.
01:43:20.000 The cop could claim that he was interfering in a police officer's duties, but I don't know if they're smart enough to do that.
01:43:27.000 I mean, there's a few things you could claim were on the line there, but then it gets into free speech and everything else you mentioned.
01:43:32.000 Well, I commend you.
01:43:33.000 We're going to get in touch with him, Kevin, and we're going to call you back and give you the number we've got for Kelly, and we appreciate you.
01:43:39.000 I appreciate it.
01:43:40.000 Read the emails that I sent to you.
01:43:42.000 I've got them, and we're going to be posting them.
01:43:44.000 And look at the coming case out of the 11th Circuit, you know, as far as the First Amendment right to record what cops do on public property.
01:43:51.000 All right, good job.
01:43:52.000 Okay, and thank you very much for letting me be heard.
01:43:54.000 No, thank you, sir, for contacting us.
01:43:56.000 And last thing, please help Brian Kelly.
01:43:59.000 Absolutely.
01:44:00.000 Well, we're trying to get in touch with him, but Daddy's probably, I mean, you know, Daddy told the newspaper he's going to fight it, but Daddy probably doesn't know how corrupt the system is.
01:44:08.000 I appreciate you joining us.
01:44:10.000 Send me his telephone number.
01:44:11.000 I will.
01:44:12.000 Because that's what this really comes down to, is people don't know, they don't know yet how corrupt it is.
01:44:18.000 Remember the guy in Tennessee?
01:44:19.000 Owned the big lumber yard, pillar of the community, no criminal record.
01:44:24.000 Owned a million dollar business in the town.
01:44:27.000 He put a sign up saying our court system is a joke.
01:44:32.000 Because the court gave his children to the ex-wife who had the drug convictions.
01:44:38.000 He put a sign up saying our system's a joke.
01:44:40.000 He's outside the judge's jurisdiction.
01:44:42.000 The judge sends police out of jurisdiction to arrest him.
01:44:46.000 And of course, the judge got in trouble last time I heard.
01:44:49.000 They'd been removed.
01:44:50.000 But the point is, is that judge told the newspaper that, well, you're not allowed to talk bad about me.
01:44:55.000 You people are nuts!
01:44:57.000 You're nuts!
01:44:58.000 You're nuts!
01:45:00.000 And I'm really upset.
01:45:01.000 I went to the police in Austin.
01:45:03.000 I lost sleep.
01:45:04.000 You may giggle and snicker, and that's why I lost sleep.
01:45:06.000 Because, man, I'm scared for this country.
01:45:09.000 When the rule of law goes, folks, it all goes.
01:45:12.000 And then I had police come up to me and just point blank, say, look, if you don't leave, we're going to arrest you.
01:45:16.000 And I said, officer, very soft voice, I said, we're not blocking anything.
01:45:20.000 We're here on the sidewalk.
01:45:22.000 It was the First Amendment.
01:45:23.000 He said, no, we're going to arrest you if you don't go.
01:45:25.000 I'm asking you.
01:45:27.000 Go.
01:45:28.000 And I said, yeah, you're asking me because there's no law.
01:45:30.000 And I said, I can't believe you said that.
01:45:32.000 And then he went to the media and said we were lying.
01:45:35.000 Not only did you lie and try to violate my rights, and our rights are sacred rights.
01:45:40.000 I mean, what do you think the red, white, and blue is all about?
01:45:44.000 What do you think this country is all about?
01:45:45.000 Why is it different?
01:45:46.000 Because everywhere else the people, the police act like you.
01:45:49.000 Now I gotta be honest, folks.
01:45:53.000 I've been to some other third world countries and they don't even act as bad as you.
01:45:58.000 You don't care though, I know.
01:45:59.000 It's all funny, and it's cute, and It's all real cute.
01:46:04.000 It's not cute.
01:46:06.000 Let's go ahead and talk to... I know I haven't gone to the calls like I should.
01:46:10.000 Ted, where are you calling us from today?
01:46:13.000 Hello?
01:46:14.000 Yes, Ted, go ahead.
01:46:16.000 Yeah, I'm from Las Vegas.
01:46:17.000 I was wondering, you talk a lot on the show about preparedness and things of that nature.
01:46:25.000 You know, storing food and water and that sort of thing.
01:46:27.000 I was wondering if you've heard of The paper was written by John R. Moore.
01:46:32.000 It's called No Need for Panic.
01:46:35.000 Yeah, I think we've interviewed John Moore.
01:46:37.000 He's a former Green Beret police officer, now a private detective.
01:46:41.000 Yeah, okay.
01:46:42.000 Yeah, and I got his paper and it shows on there a map of the United States after this alleged natural disaster is supposed to take place, where a lot of the East Coast and the Well, I think John's got really great information on preparation and investigation.
01:47:02.000 I don't agree with him on some of the tectonic things that are supposed to happen.
01:47:09.000 Oh, okay.
01:47:10.000 Well, what is your take on that sort of thing?
01:47:16.000 Some of your advertisers talk about prudent places.
01:47:20.000 You know, where is a good place to live in the United States?
01:47:24.000 Or is it all the same?
01:47:25.000 Sure, the Bruton Place DVD that New Millennium Concept sells, the big Berkey folks, you can get it free when you get a Berkey, shows where nuclear power plants are, where really big cities are.
01:47:39.000 Number one, you don't want to be in New York Chicago, Miami, Houston, L.A.
01:47:46.000 Mega cities are very dangerous.
01:47:48.000 Some have like the fires and the earthquakes and the little reconquistas, so it's even worse than, say, L.A.
01:47:55.000 Statistically.
01:47:58.000 Being in a town like Austin isn't bad because there's so much rural areas right around it, but it's already starting to get too big.
01:48:04.000 It's at least good to live on the edge of town.
01:48:06.000 And yeah, I mean, for the type of things we see happening, and terror attacks, manufactured, whatever, there are prudent places.
01:48:16.000 Okay, I understand.
01:48:17.000 And Vegas, what do you think?
01:48:20.000 What's your take on that?
01:48:22.000 I think Vegas is a major terror attack point.
01:48:25.000 Bad place?
01:48:26.000 I think Las Vegas is a very bad place.
01:48:29.000 It's not as bad as some others, but I'd say it's in the top 20 bad places to be.
01:48:33.000 Wow.
01:48:34.000 Okay.
01:48:36.000 Okay, yeah, well that pretty much sums it up.
01:48:40.000 And why?
01:48:40.000 Why do you think that?
01:48:43.000 Because that's the type of place the globalists would carry out an attack, though they don't want to end all their money laundering and prostitution and the rest of it the government runs there.
01:48:53.000 It's just talking to a lot of experts and where it's located, some type of event.
01:48:59.000 It's not as bad as L.A.
01:49:00.000 I mean L.A.
01:49:01.000 I think L.A., San Francisco, New York's about as bad as it gets.
01:49:05.000 Right, so they're not going to lose anything really by losing Las Vegas.
01:49:10.000 Yeah, it's just out in the middle of nowhere.
01:49:12.000 Right.
01:49:13.000 It's not a key infrastructure point.
01:49:15.000 Sure, so they can mess with it and no big deal.
01:49:17.000 But I think areas in the Midwest, Indiana, places like that, I think they're prime targets too.
01:49:23.000 Yeah, they can grow food.
01:49:25.000 Farmers and stuff.
01:49:26.000 Absolutely.
01:49:27.000 Thanks for the call.
01:49:28.000 It's good questions.
01:49:30.000 I want to come back and talk to Paul, Chris, Steve and others.
01:49:32.000 And we got another guest coming up about 10-15 minutes into the next hour.
01:49:37.000 I gotta get into the global warming taxation.
01:49:40.000 Because they are really pulling out all the stops right now.
01:49:45.000 Hey, but why should yuppies and cops care?
01:49:47.000 They can just giggle about it and pay their tax.
01:49:48.000 Who cares?
01:49:49.000 We'll be right back.
01:49:50.000 It's here after a year in production and traveling to distant lands.
01:50:00.000 My new film, Terror Storm, is complete.
01:50:02.000 Shocking declassified government documents prove that western governments are orchestrating terror attacks against their own populations as a pretext to enslave them.
01:50:11.000 Terror Storm proves that not only was 9-11 an inside job, but the attacks of 7-7 in London were carried out by British intelligence.
01:50:18.000 Terror Storm chronicles the lies that took us to war in Iran, a White House program to disseminate fake news, NSA spying, secret police torture, the latest 9-11 information, and much, much more.
01:50:30.000 Terror Storm is the definitive guide to the history of government-sponsored terrorism.
01:50:34.000 It's an anthology of government crimes.
01:50:36.000 Terror Storm is a film that everyone who wants to be truly informed must see.

01:53:19.000 Very important article we'll be covering coming up in the next hour.
01:53:24.000 Right now let's go ahead and go to Paul in New Mexico.
01:53:28.000 Thanks for holding.
01:53:30.000 Hello Alex, how are you?
01:53:31.000 Good sir, welcome.
01:53:33.000 Okay, first of all, I just wanted to let you know that you and I have a mutual friend by the name of David Estrada.
01:53:40.000 He's an actor and he was the first one that let me know about 9-1-1 Road to Tyranny and he let me watch his video.
01:53:49.000 Yes.
01:53:50.000 Okay, and something that happened with me about 17 years ago works in play with everything you've been talking about today.
01:53:56.000 I was working out at the Johnson Space Center in Houston And I was working as a cafeteria worker.
01:54:05.000 I ended up mentioning an idea that I was working on called the Electromagnetic Vortex Reactor.
01:54:13.000 And when I mentioned it to an engineer within three weeks after I started working there, or after I was working there, and within three weeks I was fired.
01:54:24.000 The claim was later on, and I heard this from a friend of mine, that I was talking about sensitive compartmentalized information dealing with a It's a system that the government, the Air Force and NASA were working on in secret.
01:54:38.000 They had me surveyed.
01:54:41.000 They had me watched.
01:54:43.000 Especially with the FBI at that time.
01:54:43.000 Quite closely.
01:54:47.000 Okay, are you still there sir?
01:54:50.000 Yeah, I'm listening.
01:54:51.000 Okay.
01:54:53.000 And this was all prior to the Ruby Ridge incident and to Waco.
01:55:01.000 And what I'd like to inform your customers, not your customers, but your listeners, in fact, is that we've been living, as you've reported quite a bit in your videos, in a draconian society for a long time, but people never knew it.
01:55:15.000 I hear you and I appreciate your call, sir.
01:55:17.000 Send me some info on your case if you'd like.
01:55:20.000 Now let's go ahead and go back to the calls now.
01:55:22.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Chris in Florida.
01:55:24.000 Chris, you're on the air.
01:55:26.000 Alex, this is Chris Steiner in Florida.
01:55:29.000 I called you before about what I did in court about ten years ago in Pinellas County.
01:55:36.000 And there are two laws that people can use to apply when they go to discharge their obligation when it comes to, say, a traffic ticket or a code violation or anything like that.
01:55:48.000 You mentioned the illegal aliens who get off so lightly.
01:55:51.000 I just had to call in again.
01:55:52.000 And I want to know if other people who have tried this have had success.
01:55:57.000 The two laws that I used are the Title 12 of the U.S.
01:56:01.000 Code, Section 152.
01:56:02.000 It says, the terms lawful money and lawful money of the United States shall be construed to mean gold and silver coin of the United States.
01:56:11.000 And when I went to offer that to the clerk of the court, of course operating under the de facto government rather than the de jure government, which we should be under, Uh, she refused that.
01:56:22.000 And so then I used, uh, the Uniform Commercial Code, Section 3603.
01:56:28.000 Truly is uniform because it's, uh, codified throughout all the state statutes.
01:56:33.000 Uh, and, uh, and in whatever state you're in, the, uh, statute will end in 3603.
01:56:39.000 Where it says that by the Clerk of Court's intentional voluntary act of refusing tender of the coins, which is lawful money, that she discharged my obligation.
01:56:52.000 Now I went through about six or seven court hearings, and the state attorney claimed that the UCC does not apply, but when I asked him to make his argument on what principle he based that, he remained silent.
01:57:05.000 And at the last hearing, they put on a big show with the state attorney, they called on the county attorney, the county clerk, the city clerk, saying how now they can deposit the money into their bank account.
01:57:18.000 But still they can't, because I had my brothers try the same thing.
01:57:22.000 Sure, sure.
01:57:23.000 So you were successful?
01:57:24.000 Did they drop it?
01:57:25.000 That's right.
01:57:26.000 The judge finally ruled.
01:57:27.000 Good, good.
01:57:28.000 And of course that is still in the code.
01:57:29.000 They've got to pay with lawful money.
01:57:30.000 All right, we'll be right back.
01:57:33.000 Order a copy of this show for your friends and family at GCNlive.com or call 877-300-7645.
01:57:40.000 Big Brother.
01:57:51.000 Mainstream media.
01:57:53.000 Government cover-ups.
01:57:54.000 You want answers?
01:57:56.000 Well, so does he.
01:57:57.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.
01:58:01.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.
01:58:06.000 Welcome, ladies and gentlemen.
01:58:24.000 Already the third and final hour.
01:58:26.000 I promise to take more calls in this hour and I will, but we do have a guest coming up for one segment.
01:58:31.000 A Marine, a former Marine who marched in a, was a current Marine, marched in an anti-war parade and is in deep water.
01:58:40.000 That's coming up in the next segment.
01:58:43.000 I've got a whole host of other Hey, what's up?
01:58:46.000 Just calling from Orem, Utah.
01:58:53.000 This is Steve.
01:58:56.000 What's on your mind, Steve?
01:59:00.000 First off, I'd like to talk about when someone is, you know, their rights are violated and they're jailed or whatever.
01:59:08.000 You know, they need some kind of lawyer, some kind of defense.
01:59:11.000 How do we go about getting funds to try and keep this government in check, or the states in check?
01:59:16.000 Well, number one, most lawyers are part of the same good ol' boy club, and so they're there to plea bargain.
01:59:22.000 They bring you in, they take your money, and then they plea bargain.
01:59:25.000 Yeah, they know the judges and, you know, they... Sure, well, let me tell you.
01:59:29.000 I mean, do you want me to tell you?
01:59:31.000 Are you asking a question or are you just saying stuff?
01:59:34.000 No, I'm just kind of saying something.
01:59:36.000 Hey, we need to figure out where do we go when our rights have been violated and we need some attorneys or we need something or funds to go and file a, you know... Well, thanks for the call.
01:59:51.000 Let me try to break this down for you, okay?
01:59:54.000 The system is corrupt.
01:59:56.000 The money system is based on a fraud.
01:59:58.000 The Federal Reserve is a fraud.
01:59:59.000 The country isn't even run by the people.
02:00:01.000 It's totally bought and paid for by foreign corporations.
02:00:05.000 Okay?
02:00:06.000 You can get family lawyers that are friends of the family.
02:00:08.000 That's the best thing.
02:00:09.000 Fighting lawyers are good too.
02:00:11.000 There are real lawyers, generally lawyers from outside your jurisdiction.
02:00:16.000 That's why you need to work extra jobs so you've got money to sue people or defend yourself if you need to.
02:00:22.000 Also, that's why you don't want to be into subcultures.
02:00:24.000 You don't want to smoke pot.
02:00:26.000 You don't want to use any of the drugs they ship in.
02:00:29.000 It's all real funny and cool until they get you in their snares.
02:00:34.000 We are in under enemy military occupation, sir.
02:00:38.000 That's why, nothing against long hair, nothing against, you know, nose rings and all that, but MTV culture tells you to wear that.
02:00:46.000 That's literally a uniform they've showed the police and told them that's an enemy uniform.
02:00:50.000 They, like attack dogs, have been trained to alert on that.
02:00:53.000 When you wear the gang member pants hanging down around your, you know, your hind end, that is police alert on that.
02:01:02.000 I mean, look, I don't care if you got a blue mohawk, folks.
02:01:05.000 I could care less, okay?
02:01:06.000 I don't care.
02:01:07.000 You want to look like a reef fish and have some pretty colors and, you know, it attracts females to you?
02:01:13.000 I care less.
02:01:15.000 It doesn't shock me you're blue or you're green thing or you're, you know, whatever.
02:01:19.000 I don't care.
02:01:21.000 The point is you are identifying yourself as a subculture to be fed on.
02:01:28.000 See, they tell you it's cruel so you will regale yourself in it so they can then feed on you.
02:01:34.000 You're literally saying I'm the type of fish you eat shark.
02:01:38.000 And then they get you to put on the stripes of what the blue shark likes to eat.
02:01:44.000 I mean, it's really that simple.
02:01:45.000 Me, I'm the type of fish that's got colorings on me that says, you better leave me alone.
02:01:50.000 I don't taste good and I got poison spines sticking out all over the place.
02:01:55.000 Okay, I'm not a little fat little juicy mackerel for you.
02:01:59.000 Do you understand comprende?
02:02:02.000 Leave me alone.
02:02:03.000 I'm like a moray eel.
02:02:04.000 I want to be left alone in my little cave.
02:02:08.000 And when more of us start acting like that, and when more of us sue them, I mean, of course they tell you there's no amnesty.
02:02:14.000 And they tell you, oh, you can't sue cops.
02:02:15.000 Of course you can't.
02:02:17.000 And they just tell you all this.
02:02:19.000 They just tell you that.
02:02:21.000 But the number one thing is to stay out of their system.
02:02:25.000 Number two is you need to have family that sticks together.
02:02:27.000 You may be poor, but 10 or 15 of you can take care of each other.
02:02:33.000 Number one, know where you come from, know who your people are.
02:02:35.000 Family is where it all starts.
02:02:37.000 I'm gonna leave you.
02:02:39.000 It's here.
02:02:49.000 After a year in production and traveling to distant lands, my new film, Terror Storm, is complete.
02:02:54.000 Shocking declassified government documents prove that western governments are orchestrating terror attacks against their own populations as a pretext to enslave them.
02:03:02.000 Terror Storm proves that not only was 9-11 an inside job, but the attacks of 7-7 in London were carried out by British intelligence.
02:03:10.000 Terror Storm chronicles the lies that took us to war in Iran, the White House program to disseminate fake news, NSA spying, secret police torture, the latest 9-11 information, and much, much more.
02:03:22.000 Terror Storm is the definitive guide to the history of government-sponsored terrorism.
02:03:26.000 It's an anthology of government crimes.
02:03:28.000 Terror Storm is a film that everyone who wants to be truly informed must see.

02:03:44.000 Nuclear reactors provide economical energy, but would you be prepared during an accident?
02:03:50.000 During nuclear disasters, great amounts of radioactive iodine are released into the atmosphere, which are then readily absorbed into the body.
02:03:59.000 Medical course potassium iodate gives you virtually complete protection from the most feared consequence of a nuclear accident.
02:04:06.000 Radioactive poisoning.
02:04:07.000 Potassium iodate can protect against radioactive poisoning by filling the thyroid with good iodine.
02:04:14.000 This shields the thyroid and prevents it from absorbing the harmful radioactive iodine.
02:04:19.000 Potassium iodate is better than the iodide form because it is not as likely to cause upset stomachs in children, the elderly, the sick, and pets.
02:04:28.000 Order the official potassium iodate for only $24 and save $5.

02:05:45.000 The Genesis Communications Radio Network proudly presents the Alex Jones Show.
02:05:50.000 Because there's a war on for your mind.
02:05:53.000 I'm gonna get into how they're pushing a global tax that has nothing to do with the environment.
02:06:02.000 And I always mention on air, I say, the government dumped millions of gallons of nerve gas off the Carolina coast.
02:06:10.000 Well, I happened to come across a new article about it.
02:06:12.000 I'm sorry.
02:06:13.000 63 million gallons of nerve gas.
02:06:18.000 I'm sorry.
02:06:19.000 It's always far worse than I say.
02:06:21.000 I tend to underestimate, you know what, I'm going from memory.
02:06:23.000 People always email me and go, I can't, it's just made up.
02:06:28.000 My point is we have genetic engineering, unbridled, wildly open-air pollination, planted chimeras.
02:06:34.000 We have toxic waste dumping everywhere, major environmental problems.
02:06:37.000 I'm not saying that humans can't and don't hurt the earth and that we shouldn't try to clean things up.
02:06:42.000 We hurt ourselves, by the way.
02:06:43.000 We're biological, too.
02:06:44.000 I don't want my children dying.
02:06:45.000 I don't want to breathe dirty air.
02:06:47.000 I don't want to drink dirty water.
02:06:49.000 But everything you see in the modern environmental movement is pure bull.
02:06:53.000 And it's all meant to take all your environmental concerns and put it into global government and global taxation with carbon dioxide that is a life accelerant and makes plants grow faster and put off more oxygen.
02:07:03.000 It's a 101 basic simple thing.
02:07:07.000 And now they're going to implement it.
02:07:08.000 They're talking about doing it in Austin.
02:07:10.000 They're doing it in Denver.
02:07:10.000 The carbon tax, folks, it's a breathing tax.
02:07:14.000 Like space balls, you know, the president says they're going to tax the air.
02:07:19.000 I mean, this isn't a joke.
02:07:23.000 And I'm just so tired of watching everybody get shammed.
02:07:26.000 And I have all these friends that are environmentalists, they go, yeah, but aren't you for the earth?
02:07:30.000 And I go, listen to me, don't you get it through your head?
02:07:32.000 I've actually studied this!
02:07:38.000 Or do you just like feeling good?
02:07:42.000 Just like we told you in 2001 that they were going to go into Iraq because we had leaks from the White House and we had public Pentagon battle plans.
02:07:49.000 And just like we told you in 2002 they were going to attack in 2003, not 2002 because we had Bilderberg inside Intel.
02:07:56.000 Jim Tucker told you three days before that Bush was going to capitulate to Kyoto and he now did it, didn't he?
02:08:01.000 Because we have the sources.
02:08:04.000 And we told you on the Iraq War We told you repeatedly, because we have our own documents, that they were going to go there and stay there permanently, as Cheney has said, for 100 years.
02:08:13.000 And that they were going to build permanent bases.
02:08:17.000 And we had Ray McGovern, former top CIA morning briefing analysis from Ronald Reagan and Bush Sr., saying that our government clearly was involved blowing up that mosque.
02:08:26.000 Well, that wasn't enough to get the Shiites and Sunnis killing each other.
02:08:28.000 Now it looks like they've blown up both the minarets yesterday.
02:08:35.000 The obelisks, the little towers that were left.
02:08:37.000 We'll get them going again.
02:08:39.000 They want to stay.
02:08:40.000 The war is a success.
02:08:42.000 Not a success in bringing democracy and freedom, as you heard, but in building permanent bases, bringing it down into total bedlam, shutting off the oil supply, which then artificially jacks up oil prices.
02:08:54.000 What were they mad at Saddam in 1990?
02:08:56.000 Over-pumping, over-selling.
02:08:58.000 Pull it up for yourself.
02:08:59.000 If there's any real journalists listening, you'll want to check out what I say instead of just poo-pooing it.
02:09:04.000 And now all across this country people are being arrested for their free speech.
02:09:07.000 Free speech is being banned.
02:09:09.000 Now they claim people who are in the military don't have that free speech.
02:09:11.000 And joining us is Adam Kokesh.
02:09:14.000 And if I'm pronouncing that right, Adam made national news last week.
02:09:17.000 He was in an anti-war march and somebody noticed him and now he's gotten a bunch of trouble over it and we're trying to support him.
02:09:23.000 Adam, thanks for coming on with us.
02:09:25.000 Thank you, sir.
02:09:25.000 It's an honor.
02:09:27.000 Just a ballpark, nutshell, sketch, whatever.
02:09:30.000 Tell us about yourself, what you saw in the military, why you've gone public, what you saw in Iraq, and then what's happened to you.
02:09:39.000 Well, I joined the Marine Corps at age 17 in 1999, right after my junior year of high school, and I went to boot camp in June of 2000.
02:09:50.000 And I joined out of patriotism.
02:09:51.000 I said that I wanted to be a part of the National Defense.
02:09:53.000 And it meant something to me to be in the Marines, to have a combat MOS, be among the first to fight, and even in the Reserves, to be a part, you know, to have my life on the line for my country.
02:10:03.000 For whatever small part of the National Defense I was, for whatever short period of time, that really meant something to me.
02:10:09.000 And that was in 1999.
02:10:12.000 I wrote that on the form at the Military Entrance Processing Station.
02:10:15.000 And I had college paid for.
02:10:17.000 I was ready.
02:10:17.000 My parents could afford to send me to college, and I joined because I wanted to serve.
02:10:21.000 And so I joined the Reserves.
02:10:22.000 Basically, you were 17 and you wanted to be a warrior like every young man wants to be.
02:10:27.000 Well, that was part of it, but it was a lot more than that.
02:10:29.000 It was definitely a lot more than that.
02:10:31.000 I really wanted to serve my country.
02:10:32.000 I really wanted to be a part of the defense.
02:10:34.000 No, I mean, I believe you, but consciously, that's all of people's reasons, but deep down... No, absolutely.
02:10:40.000 I acknowledge that, but for me, it was a secondary reason.
02:10:45.000 I admit, I wanted to face the ultimate test of manhood, you know?
02:10:49.000 I understand, who doesn't want to, who's got their head halfway screwed on straight and got something between their legs, but I mean, tell us the story.
02:10:57.000 Well, I was going to college, I was in the reserves, and when I saw that the Iraq war was kicking off, I was definitely against it.
02:11:05.000 I'm a non-interventionist.
02:11:07.000 I could see that it wasn't going to be worth it.
02:11:09.000 I was thinking more in terms of resources.
02:11:12.000 The war, you know, we'd be able to steamroll Iraq, which we pretty much did.
02:11:15.000 We had very low casualties during the war itself.
02:11:18.000 Of course, the occupation, as you know, has been a little bit different.
02:11:22.000 And I still thought it wasn't going to be worth it.
02:11:24.000 And I went to the one-day-a-student walkouts on campus and found myself surrounded by hippies.
02:11:29.000 And I was like, that was the extent of my protest activities at that point.
02:11:35.000 Then the war happened and I found out in December 2003 that my unit was not going to be deploying because we were reserve artillery, relatively low priority at that point, but that the Marine Corps was looking for volunteers to go with the 3rd Civil Affairs Group.
02:11:48.000 And in Civil Affairs, what I learned in the two weeks between the time I was activated and the time we actually got on a plane to go to Iraq, I learned that what we were doing was rebuilding, like really The meat of it, you know, is the working with local Iraqi contractors, building schools, mosques, clinics, things of that nature.
02:12:11.000 And, you know, I saw that what President Bush was saying we were doing on TV was exactly what we were going to be doing, and we were the tip of the spear.
02:12:18.000 And frankly, I was really excited about that.
02:12:20.000 I actually really believed in that mission.
02:12:22.000 Even having been against the war, I thought that what we were doing at that point was cleaning up our mess and was really responsible for our policy, and I was proud to be a part of it at the time.
02:12:31.000 But when I was in Iraq, I realized the futility of what we were doing, and that even though our small teams, our six-man civil affairs teams, were able to do some good on a very small level, compared to the problems we were creating by imposing martial law on this country, it wasn't worth it.
02:12:50.000 And that became clear to me there, but I didn't really realize the implications of that.
02:12:55.000 But I did get a sense of the futility, and I had a rationalization for it.
02:13:01.000 And, you know, everybody has something that they tell themselves to justify being in Iraq, when they're there.
02:13:07.000 You know, and sometimes that's, the mission is really just.
02:13:11.000 But for me, it was, at least we're keeping the fight off American soil.
02:13:16.000 And I know now that that's an absolute fallacy, because for every insurgent we kill today, there's two to kill tomorrow, and we piss off so many people in the process.
02:13:25.000 That's wonderful for the actual war planners because that expands the war.
02:13:30.000 Are you aware of the P-2-O-G six million dollar a year Pentagon program to actually create insurgents so they have an excuse to expand the war?
02:13:39.000 I'm not aware of any programs with that intent, but I'm very, very much aware that that's what's actually happening.
02:13:45.000 Well, no, I just told you.
02:13:46.000 I'm saying our military's not incompetent.
02:13:48.000 They're doing exactly what the real mission is, with precision, and that's chew up our troops, give a bunch of Halliburton contracts to the foreign Dubai company, and to keep the oil from flowing.
02:14:02.000 See, people always say it's not about oil.
02:14:03.000 It is about oil.
02:14:04.000 It's just about not letting that oil flow.
02:14:06.000 They've been doing a splendid job.
02:14:10.000 Well, from the sick position of the globalists, sir.
02:14:12.000 Yes, sir.
02:14:13.000 Absolutely.
02:14:14.000 I understand where you're coming from.
02:14:16.000 I hear you.
02:14:16.000 And it's just one of the reasons why I feel that I have a moral imperative at this point to share my experience and to speak out against the opposition.
02:14:25.000 Well, tell us about a few of the experiences you had, because you're a window into what's happening in Iraq.
02:14:31.000 I've interviewed Corey Rowe, who's with the Loose Change crew.
02:14:34.000 He was in Afghanistan, then in Iraq, and the story's about You mean repeatedly?
02:14:39.000 You know, just, he worked at the hospital and he was in firefights and there'd be cases where somebody just fired and they just machine gunned whole, you know, highways of cars and just, I mean, what type of stuff did you see in Iraq?
02:14:51.000 Well, I don't want to tell any blood stories, you know, I mean, my job when I was there was to be the good guy.
02:14:57.000 And now this demonstration question, I'm only going to go into this to bring it back to a story, a personal story from Iraq.
02:15:03.000 But the demonstration in question that I'm in trouble for was called Operation First Casualty, and it's called that because the first casualty of war is the truth, and the purpose was to bring a part of the truth of the occupation home to the American people, who have largely forgotten that they are ambassadors of their country, running around with guns, imposing martial law on a foreign country.
02:15:23.000 And so we conducted a mock combat patrol through D.C.
02:15:26.000 with civilians playing affected peoples, not Iraqis, they weren't Speaking Arabic, or pretending to speak Arabic, or anything like that.
02:15:34.000 But we treated them as we treat Iraqis on a daily basis, and they were randomly accosted, and, uh, zip-cuffed, and had sandbags put over their heads.
02:15:43.000 And, you know, generally screamed at and harassed.
02:15:45.000 And people say, you know, oh, well, that doesn't happen in Iraq, but, you know, it wasn't even my job to do this, but I was at my checkpoint one day at our Civil Military Operations Center, and this was in June, when the fighting in Fallujah flared up because our car was there, And if you recall, we bombed the building that he was staying in, and it knocked him down, but it didn't kill him.
02:16:07.000 And he got into a car, a black Opel, and apparently a helicopter saw this happen, and they lost him.
02:16:13.000 They were trying to follow him, and they lost him.
02:16:15.000 And my checkpoint was on the main freeway between Fallujah and Baghdad, and so I get a call on my radio, Hey Cartman, Cartman, this is Keister over.
02:16:24.000 Yeah, go ahead, get on the hard line.
02:16:26.000 So I had to get on, like, we had a hard line from my checkpoint back inside of the building, supposed to be secure, calm, and I pick up the telephone handle, and I go, hey, what's going on?
02:16:35.000 And he says, Carmen, this is Keyster, I need you to get out on the road and stop any Black Opal that comes your way.
02:16:42.000 And I was like, uh, why?
02:16:46.000 And he said he couldn't tell me, even over the secure channel.
02:16:49.000 So, I had one Marine with me in my checkpoint, I had two Marines on a machine gun overwatch, And so I went out and laid down by the side of the road, pointing my rifle down the freeway.
02:16:59.000 Now, there's like he-waves coming off.
02:17:01.000 It's a mile and a half from the city of Fallujah, and there's cars coming down the road, mostly going like 50 miles an hour.
02:17:07.000 So, I see this black blur coming towards me, and I'm like, well shit.
02:17:11.000 Maybe that's an Opel.
02:17:12.000 So I get up and stand on the side of the road, and I tell this Marine who's behind there, hey man, cover me.
02:17:17.000 And he's like, Okay, so I stand up on the side of the road and I'm pointing my rifle all the way down the freeway and I put my hand up and I start yelling, stop, stop, at this car that's going 50 miles an hour towards me.
02:17:28.000 Probably can't even see me because I'm wearing camouflage.
02:17:30.000 Stay there, let's finish the story on the other side.
02:17:32.000 We've got a break.
02:17:33.000 We're talking to our guest who got in trouble for wearing his uniform.
02:17:39.000 We'll be right back, ladies and gentlemen.
02:17:41.000 And we'll also take more of your calls later and get into all that news I mentioned.
02:17:47.000 Did you ever wonder how an opera singer that hits a high note is able to shatter a wine glass?
02:17:52.000 Well, the glass has a natural resonance.
02:17:54.000 If the resonant frequency force making the glass vibrate is big enough, the size of the vibration will become so large that the glass shatters.
02:18:00.000 Using this similar principle, Royal Raymond Rife discovered that diseased organisms can be destroyed using different resonant frequencies.
02:18:07.000 The BioSolutions Frequency Instrument uses the same technology for relief for elimination of pain and disease conditions with no side effects.
02:18:14.000 The 2006 BioSolutions Plus is the easiest to operate frequency instrument ever developed.

02:21:43.000 Adam Kokesh is our guest.
02:21:56.000 He's a Marine who dared walk around in D.C.
02:21:58.000 with his uniform on during a protest.
02:22:04.000 Honorably discharged Marine, Adam Kokesh, faces his honorable hearing.
02:22:08.000 It also made USA Today the front page.
02:22:12.000 Where is all this now going, Adam?
02:22:14.000 Right now, the case is... Actually, I have some breaking news for you.
02:22:19.000 This is going to be in the Associated... They're going out on the AP wire tomorrow.
02:22:24.000 The recommendation of my separation board, which convened last Monday, the three officer panel recommended that I be separated from the inactive reserve with a general discharge, which means that they basically wimped out on taking a stand on the issue, because they did say that the UCMJ, the Uniform Code of Military Justice, is not supposed to apply to members of the inactive reserve, but still decided to downgrade my discharge from an honorable to a general.
02:22:50.000 That recommendation went to the Convening General, Brigadier General Moore of Marine Corps Normalization Command, who I also told off in a scathing email, concluding by telling him to go F himself, because he offered me a plea bargain that was basically a load of crap.
02:23:06.000 And he passed the issue on to Lieutenant General Bergman, I believe, who approved the recommendation to the board.
02:23:14.000 So now we're having another hearing in D.C.
02:23:17.000 Hopefully, we should be filing the paperwork tomorrow as soon as we get this in hand and it goes before a review board.
02:23:25.000 But regardless, the final step in this process is to take the case to Congress and file a fraud, waste, and abuse claim to demonstrate that thousands and thousands of dollars of Marine Corps resources were wasted for really no end because I'm going to be out of the Inactive Reserve in two weeks anyways.
02:23:45.000 And this attempt to downgrade my discharge won't even stand.
02:23:48.000 Well, let's go back to the story you were telling for those.
02:23:51.000 I got the rest of it during the break.
02:23:53.000 Basically, they were looking for a so-called high-profile terrorist.
02:23:56.000 They just had you guys out randomly pulling over people with their families and their children, and you were just pointing out how you were there to supposedly be rebuilding, but this is what they had you doing.
02:24:04.000 But then I said, I asked you for some other stories.
02:24:06.000 You talked about learning about some friendly fire that got covered up.
02:24:09.000 That's big news.
02:24:10.000 Tell us about that.
02:24:11.000 Well, this was during the Siege of Fallujah in April.
02:24:14.000 We were attached to Gulf 2-1 and we were on the peninsula and our infantry company was responsible for the blockade of the two bridges.
02:24:24.000 We called them the Washington Bridge and the Brooklyn Bridge.
02:24:28.000 And we had the city surrounded and most of the fighting in that battle in April was relegated to the borders of the city.
02:24:37.000 You know, there wasn't a whole lot within, but we had enough
02:24:42.000 uh... enough but i'm not really we had enough going on and we have a lot of bombing of the city going on we have uh... he went there to specter gunships and things are kind of get quiet when the things were fine overhead they basically are able to drop artillery shells from the air uh... with you know laser-guided precision yeah i love the magic dragon yeah these things are these things are good so that you know quiet fighting quieted down when they were in the air and because of our i guess the way we were set up in the city
02:25:11.000 On the peninsula there, we had a lot of Marines on the northern side of the city.
02:25:16.000 We ended up getting some mortar fire in our perimeter, and I don't know how covered up it was.
02:25:21.000 I haven't really researched it, but when we were there, we had about half a dozen Marines that were severely injured as a result of these mortar attacks, and they were evacuated by air and everything sort of went according to plan.
02:25:38.000 And then we were sitting around afterwards, and I found out From our Major, who would happen to be at the Command Operations Center, talking with the Infantry Commander, the Captain, and he had known that this was a friendly fire incident, that it was American mortars that had landed, that had come from the Marines to the north of the city, and... But let me guess, when it hit the news, Al-Qaeda had done it?
02:26:01.000 Well, I don't know if this particular attack ever hit the news, but it...
02:26:07.000 It was something they never told the truth, right there at least.
02:26:09.000 Well, another thing is they keep calling Shiites Al-Qaeda.
02:26:12.000 Anybody who fights back is called Al-Qaeda.
02:26:15.000 Can you speak to that?
02:26:17.000 Well, if they want to redefine Al-Qaeda that way, then they're really doing a good job for their recruiting and growing their organization.
02:26:25.000 But it's gotten to the point where just our presence has caused 90% of Iraqi civilians to think that it's okay to kill Americans in Iraq.
02:26:33.000 And from what I saw, and from the attitude of Americans towards Iraq, it doesn't surprise me at all.
02:26:38.000 And if anything, we're pushing them right into the arms of Al-Qaeda.
02:26:43.000 That's the whole plan, and it blows up even bigger.
02:26:44.000 It's a great plan for the Pentagon.
02:26:46.000 Where do you see this going?
02:26:47.000 Do you think they'll be able to hold on in Iraq, or do you think it will collapse?
02:26:51.000 That's a good question.
02:26:55.000 People ask me often, you know, what do you think is going to happen?
02:26:57.000 Because we advocate an immediate withdrawal of all occupying forces.
02:27:01.000 What happens when we pull out?
02:27:03.000 I'm like, well, what is the Pentagon saying right now?
02:27:06.000 What's Bush saying right now?
02:27:07.000 They're saying if we pull out now, it'll be really bad.
02:27:10.000 Well, a year ago, they said if we pulled out, it would be bad.
02:27:14.000 I have a feeling that if we pull out a year from now, it'll be really, really, really bad.
02:27:18.000 Look, over 90%... Let's do five more minutes.
02:27:22.000 Look, almost all the major analysts, the serious ones, say our presence there makes it worse.
02:27:27.000 And the Pentagon knows that.
02:27:29.000 That's the operational plan.
02:27:30.000 They want it to be bad.
02:27:36.000 We're on the march.
02:27:37.000 The Empire's on the run.
02:27:40.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

02:27:55.000 But the truth is, we don't live in such a world.
02:27:57.000 These toxins enter our bodies.
02:27:59.000 And the organ in our body that works hard to eliminate these toxins is the liver.

02:29:05.000 But without the wisdom of God, this is impossible.
02:29:08.000 2 Peter says, We have a more sure word of prophecy, and you do well if you take heed.

02:31:08.000 Like a dog without a bone, an actor out on loan, writers on the store.
02:31:16.000 There's a killer on the road.
02:31:18.000 There's a tutor on the road.
02:31:22.000 His brain is squirming like a toad.
02:31:27.000 Take a long holiday.
02:31:30.000 Welcome back!
02:31:31.000 Adam Krakash is our guest.
02:31:36.000 Adam, all the troops I've talked to, I mean, like, it's gotta be 19 out of 20 say it's a disaster, it's horrible, they hated even people that were gung-ho a few years ago and bought the propaganda.
02:31:48.000 But I do still see a few on the news that buy into it, mainly officers, because they're just trying to climb up a social pegging order to get defense contractor jobs later when they retire.
02:31:57.000 I mean, the morale of the military, how many of the people are still buying the propaganda?
02:32:04.000 Well, I don't want to try to speak for everyone, but the one statistic that really gets to me is from a Zogby poll that was conducted recently of troops on the ground in Iraq, and 70% of them think we should be out within a year.
02:32:16.000 That poll's already a year old.
02:32:19.000 Oh, and 29% of them thought we should be out immediately.
02:32:22.000 So, if 70% of them thought that a year ago we should be out within a year, It really makes you wonder what we're still doing there.
02:32:29.000 Yeah, you're right.
02:32:30.000 If 70% think we should be out in a year and 29% think we should be out immediately, that's 99% won out.
02:32:40.000 Remember Bush lying and saying, I promise you'll be home by Christmas?
02:32:44.000 I mean, but then we have the Pentagon plans.
02:32:46.000 If you're not aware of them, I'll send them to you.
02:32:48.000 There's defense contracts through 2015 already.
02:32:52.000 Yeah, they're never leaving, folks.
02:32:53.000 And then they just lie and tell you they are.
02:32:56.000 That just underscores the importance, like you said, of officers that are more concerned about their careers than telling the truth.
02:33:04.000 This really underscores the importance of the veterans' voices, the ones that are out, and the retired generals, as we're already seeing.
02:33:10.000 But when a general gets on the ground in Iraq, everybody takes his word as gold for what's going on there.
02:33:18.000 But really, he wants to say, hey, everything in my area of responsibility is just peachy.
02:33:23.000 Everything's been getting better.
02:33:24.000 You know, and then they have like a week-long turnover with the next general coming in.
02:33:28.000 He goes, oh, well, everything just turned to hell on that last week.
02:33:32.000 Now we're going to make it better.
02:33:33.000 Well, they're also lying, saying things have gotten better since the surge, but all that did was put more troops in exposed positions, and the actual troop numbers of deaths have gone up significantly.
02:33:45.000 Well, that's not true.
02:33:46.000 It also put a lot more money into Hal Verne's pockets, I think.
02:33:50.000 Oh, but that's okay.
02:33:51.000 They're an American company.
02:33:52.000 Oh, wait, they moved to Dubai.
02:33:53.000 Oh, yeah.
02:33:54.000 So much for that idea.
02:33:55.000 Listen, I really appreciate you coming on with us.
02:33:57.000 Is there any websites we can check out?
02:33:59.000 Yeah, absolutely.
02:34:00.000 Iraq Veterans Against the War has a website at IVW.org.
02:34:05.000 We appreciate all the support we can get.
02:34:06.000 I'm still trying to raise money for my legal defense fund so that we can keep fighting this and establish a proper precedent so that members of the inactive reserve are able to speak out without fear of reprimand or misapplication of military justice.
02:34:20.000 And I also have a blog at kokesh.blogspot.com.
02:34:27.000 But hey, let me tell you a joke, Alex.
02:34:28.000 You might appreciate this.
02:34:29.000 How many vets does it take to screw in a light bulb?
02:34:32.000 Nothing profane.
02:34:33.000 It's not profane, is it?
02:34:35.000 You don't know.
02:34:36.000 You weren't there, man.
02:34:40.000 You're funny.
02:34:41.000 That's good.
02:34:43.000 Listen, I appreciate you joining us.
02:34:45.000 Thank you, sir.
02:34:46.000 Take care.
02:34:48.000 How many vets does it take to screw on a light bulb?
02:34:51.000 You don't know, you weren't there.
02:34:52.000 That is funny.
02:34:55.000 I know I got loaded phones here, and I wanted to get into the environment news today.
02:34:59.000 But I mean, what am I supposed to say?
02:35:02.000 Let me just dig it out of the stack here.
02:35:07.000 Frankly, I'm getting to the point where my head's spinning.
02:35:09.000 What happens is, when I'm off air, is I voraciously can't stop studying what the New World Order is doing.
02:35:16.000 And then I get on air, you know, your brain moves a lot faster, you can read a lot faster, and you can put it in words or talk.
02:35:22.000 It's two separate brain functions, really.
02:35:24.000 And then I just get up here on air and I'm just like, ah, China's threatening us again.
02:35:30.000 The Feds have said they are going to go in on the Browns.
02:35:34.000 That's all up on PrisonPlanet.com and Infowars.net.
02:35:39.000 The dollar's continuing to plunge.
02:35:41.000 I'm completely freaked out about that.
02:35:42.000 I just can't believe it.
02:35:47.000 I can't believe that all of this is happening.
02:35:52.000 Paul Joseph Watson wrote an article, China threatens war escalation over Bush handshake.
02:35:57.000 Top news story in China, ignored in US, Beijing furious about warning of American-Taiwanese relations.
02:36:05.000 And I wonder why Paul can report on what's happening inside China.
02:36:09.000 I wonder where Paul is.
02:36:14.000 Anyways, in an astounding development that has completely failed to register any attention amongst mainstream U.S.
02:36:23.000 media, China promised to escalate preparations for war in advance of potential conflict after President Bush shook hands with Taiwanese government officials yesterday.
02:36:34.000 Now, they threaten to nuke us on a monthly basis, but that even caused national headlines, and he's got links to it.
02:36:39.000 Bush shook hands and met with Taiwanese representatives of the United States, Joseph Wu on Tuesday, during a commemoration for victims of communism in Washington, D.C.
02:36:49.000 Yeah, they did kill 60 mil.
02:36:51.000 By the way, the Chinese government admits 60 mil.
02:36:53.000 That's a conservative.
02:36:55.000 60 mil yuppies, 60 mil soft cops, 60 mil liberals, 60 mil fake conservatives.
02:37:05.000 This is the type of... By the way, they are the world model.
02:37:08.000 Their internet censoring model is being adopted by Google, Yahoo, MSN, AOL.
02:37:16.000 The British government is trying to adopt it.
02:37:18.000 You understand, our governments, everything you see in China, where they already have the human tax, where they already have a one-child tax, they already have an environment tax on more than one child.
02:37:27.000 That's what they call it.
02:37:27.000 They don't call it one child.
02:37:29.000 Denver's announcing all that.
02:37:31.000 Montreal's doing it.
02:37:32.000 Quebec.
02:37:35.000 You understand, folks?
02:37:36.000 This is happening.
02:37:37.000 This isn't a game.
02:37:38.000 This isn't a joke!
02:37:44.000 I only want the military and police to have good lives.
02:37:49.000 I know I get mad at you.
02:37:50.000 I yell and scream at you.
02:37:51.000 It's because you scare the hell out of me because you're so stupid.
02:37:55.000 And you scare me into this country.
02:37:56.000 You're a different type of fear.
02:37:57.000 Not a knee-knocking fear.
02:37:59.000 But you scare me to let me know that, man, it's really coming down.
02:38:02.000 And you don't know who your friends are.
02:38:05.000 You don't realize how bad things are right now.
02:38:09.000 You don't know who your friends are.
02:38:12.000 You don't know how you're literally cutting your nose off to spite your face.
02:38:15.000 You know that old saying?
02:38:17.000 Cut your nose off to spite your face.
02:38:19.000 Cut your nose off to be mean to your face.
02:38:23.000 You don't know who you're being used, you've been brainwashed.
02:38:26.000 The stuff we talk about is real, everything we warn you about.
02:38:29.000 The North American Union, Bilderberg, it's all news now.
02:38:33.000 The mercury and the vaccines, it's news now, all of it.
02:38:36.000 I don't, I just, it's hard for me to believe the government runs giant child kidnapping rings, but it's real.
02:38:43.000 You could find it out in five minutes online, mainstream news, but it never made national news.
02:38:48.000 You can find out it's so bad I can't even, I don't have words and then you guys are running around giggling and laughing and trying to violate people's rights and it's real funny.
02:38:58.000 It isn't funny!
02:38:59.000 This stuff isn't funny!
02:39:02.000 We're all in danger you fools!
02:39:05.000 They killed 60 million in China!
02:39:10.000 That's not a game, that's not a joke.
02:39:12.000 I want you to picture.
02:39:16.000 Let me do the dividing here.
02:39:18.000 Using calculators so long I can hardly do basic math.
02:39:22.000 60 million.
02:39:24.000 60 million.
02:39:27.000 How many times can you divide 100,000 into 60 million?
02:39:37.000 That's how many Super Bowl Stadium size I can't do it and talk on the show.
02:39:47.000 John, do that.
02:39:47.000 How many times does $100,000 divide into $60,000,000?
02:39:55.000 Murdered by the government.
02:39:56.000 In China alone.
02:39:57.000 The world model.
02:39:59.000 Where they're testing it all.
02:40:00.000 The big laboratory.
02:40:03.000 How many times does... How many sports stadiums is that?
02:40:07.000 Because Stalin said, one man dies, it's just... One man dies, it's a tragedy.
02:40:11.000 Ten thousand die.
02:40:13.000 It's a statistic.
02:40:14.000 And it's true.
02:40:17.000 Sixty million people killed in one country.
02:40:22.000 Fifty million under the Communists in Russia.
02:40:25.000 Well over twenty million with Hitler.
02:40:30.000 Never hear about all the people that died there.
02:40:32.000 All the Poles and all the Germans and all the other groups.
02:40:35.000 In fact, governments, admittedly, last century, this is an official number.
02:40:45.000 You can pull them up between 200 and 250 million.
02:40:47.000 Conservatives about 200 million.
02:40:49.000 Governments killed 200 million.
02:40:52.000 How many times does 100,000 divide into that?
02:40:55.000 Into 200 million.
02:40:58.000 And each one of those is a sports stadium.
02:41:02.000 A jam-packed stadium.
02:41:04.000 Next time you look at a sports stadium, that's what I think of when I look at sports stadiums.
02:41:07.000 I think, my God, the numbers that government has killed!
02:41:13.000 And that's why when I see some hippie or yuppie wearing a commie star, I just want to slug them!
02:41:18.000 Because that star, that symbol, flew over the murder of a lot more than Hitler ever killed.
02:41:25.000 I mean, it's upsetting to me.
02:41:27.000 me.
02:41:28.000 Did you do the math on that, John?
02:41:34.000 So, yes, 60 million divided by 100,000.
02:41:39.000 How many, uh, 600 sports stadiums with 100,000 apiece.
02:41:46.000 600, 100,000 jam-packed, full, going down, going under.
02:41:53.000 But you watch a movie about the Titanic and you cry with a few 800 or something dying.
02:41:59.000 Or they have Amber Alerts for some kid that's kidnapped.
02:42:01.000 And the government's all around you, and it's killed.
02:42:05.000 Over 200 million.
02:42:08.000 What is that?
02:42:08.000 We've killed, in the whole process, over 3 million Iraqis in the 16 years of liberation.
02:42:14.000 That's not even counted into that 200 million.
02:42:16.000 What is 100,000 divided into 200 million?
02:42:17.000 I should be able to do that just in my... Kind of like a math block, though, when I'm on air.
02:42:26.000 Maybe I should just repeat the word 200 million over and over again.
02:42:30.000 I mean, to really let this burn into you.
02:42:33.000 That's how it always starts.
02:42:34.000 Giggling cops that like authority.
02:42:36.000 Corrupt politicians feeding off the trough.
02:42:39.000 Oh, it's no big deal.
02:42:40.000 It can just grow and grow.
02:42:40.000 And then, the people up top just start going nuts.
02:42:43.000 They go, I need more.
02:42:44.000 I want more.
02:42:45.000 Just get rid of those people.
02:42:46.000 Just do whatever you want with them.
02:42:47.000 Just line them up.
02:42:48.000 Just put them in a slave camp.
02:42:50.000 Why do I care?
02:42:50.000 Some of the elite's all drunken on drugs with hundreds of women apiece and there's little thug cops everywhere running around in their uniforms and they're all well taken care of and who cares?
02:43:03.000 And see, it's just a few degrees of separation from coming up to somebody on the street corner and going, you can't demonstrate, we're going to arrest you.
02:43:11.000 It's like an inch.
02:43:12.000 You're one inch away from the very pit.
02:43:14.000 It's like a cliff.
02:43:15.000 You jump off the cliff, you're going to fall to the bottom.
02:43:18.000 See, we've already jumped off the cliff and we're falling now.
02:43:21.000 Think of it as a small thing.
02:43:24.000 You think it's manly to be able to just not care and go, ah, it's just the way it is, ah, whatever, that guy's, you know, whatever.
02:43:31.000 So go ahead and enforce it.
02:43:32.000 Go ahead.
02:43:33.000 Just remember later.
02:43:35.000 Remember when you're destitute.
02:43:37.000 Remember when you hear about some cousin in another state getting grabbed.
02:43:39.000 You kind of keep quiet if you don't want to get grabbed.
02:43:44.000 Or when something happens to your child when they're in college.
02:43:48.000 Or you know, with your ex-wife in another state.
02:43:51.000 Just remember.
02:43:52.000 Just remember it was your system.
02:43:54.000 It was what you wanted.
02:43:56.000 And people warned you about it.
02:44:01.000 People tried to reach out to you in every way they could.
02:44:04.000 I mean, Tony Blair calls for Chinese-style net controls in the UK.
02:44:12.000 Mainstream news, ladies and gentlemen.
02:44:14.000 Manchester schools probe controversial field trip.
02:44:18.000 This is out of Manchester, New Hampshire, in the Live Freeride Outstate.
02:44:21.000 The city school board, early this morning, voted for an investigation into last week's field trip that brought middle school students to a Planned Parenthood office in Manchester, where they told them about abortions and handed out condoms.
02:44:33.000 Folks, that is nothing.
02:44:35.000 We've seen cases en masse.
02:44:38.000 I'm not even going to repeat what they teach them there.
02:44:40.000 They teach them hardcore stuff I didn't know about until I was like 20 years old.
02:44:46.000 I mean, they teach them, and they teach them, it's fine.
02:44:49.000 Stuff I can't even mention on air.
02:44:52.000 I mean, they take children, and it's hardcore.
02:44:58.000 The school board instructed school administrators to investigate the matter, recommended any changes needed to school policies, and decided if any disciplinary action needs to be taken.
02:45:05.000 It needs to happen immediately, Mark.
02:45:08.000 Goodyear said during investigation, he said it shouldn't take more than a few days.
02:45:12.000 The vote took place in the early morning hour for school board members adopted the 2008 budget.
02:45:16.000 On Wednesday, students in the STAY program, a program for at-risk middle school students that is operated by the YMCA, visited the Planned Parenthood offices as part of a field trip to social service agencies throughout the city.
02:45:30.000 See, when you're at risk, but now they're saying all children under New Freedom are going to get, starting at age four, three CPS visits a year, England's already starting it every month for all children, and it's about getting you in the system.
02:45:43.000 Oh, you're at risk!
02:45:44.000 Remember the headlines about convicting children before they're born, in the womb, drugging them in the womb, mainstream news?
02:45:50.000 See, this is eugenics, that's all it is.
02:45:54.000 And you gotta see the local Hispanic groups, they're all into their Raza and their race and everything, but they don't complain about the death mills the Feds pay for in their cities that the liberals tell them are a treat.
02:46:05.000 Margaret Sanger gave awards to Hitler, got awards from him.
02:46:08.000 Literally a Nazi.
02:46:09.000 Our whole society's set up along these lines.
02:46:14.000 We're gonna take you kids in and teach you how to get an abortion.
02:46:17.000 And don't worry, your black and Hispanic leaders aren't gonna tell you how to do it.
02:46:21.000 They're just going to let you wave a Mexican flag and tell you that's how you stand up for your Raza, but you don't actually stand up for your people.
02:46:27.000 See?
02:46:29.000 They were confronted by pro-life groups who normally picket the agency.
02:46:33.000 That was a big mistake.
02:46:34.000 See, thank God they were there.
02:46:36.000 School board member Doug Kruse yesterday said the field trip violated the trust of parents.
02:46:42.000 Oh, because it was secret, by the way.
02:46:43.000 They didn't tell them.
02:46:44.000 The stay program must go ahead.
02:46:46.000 They have not demonstrated Must go, because they have not demonstrated they are reasonable and responsible for our children.
02:46:53.000 He also pointed out that Dawn Mitchen, the principal at Parkstown Middle School, told the New Hampshire Union leader that she was aware of the visit, but told her supervisor she had no knowledge of the stop.
02:47:05.000 Somebody doesn't have the story straight.
02:47:06.000 Well, it's all part of lying, sir.
02:47:08.000 Mr. Kruse, I'm glad you think this is a big deal to lie, because once you start lying, folks, people start dying.
02:47:15.000 Bad things happen.
02:47:17.000 Lies have an effect.
02:47:20.000 It's not cute.
02:47:22.000 Assistant Superintendent Frank Bass said, mentioned was flustered by a call from a reporter who was not sure what was happening.
02:47:30.000 Eh, a bunch of crooks.
02:47:33.000 They are, man.
02:47:33.000 Taking children without parents now into some death mill?
02:47:36.000 They always are trying to pass laws, most states have got them, where your child as young as 11 can go have their baby cut out and not even tell you?
02:47:43.000 See, the state wants to separate the family.
02:47:45.000 They want to cut the family off.
02:47:47.000 They want to get control of the family.
02:47:53.000 Some good news.
02:47:54.000 Court strikes down Bush Power Grab, claiming unusual authority to designate and hold individuals who are thought to be enemy combatants.
02:48:03.000 The Bush administration exercised power that has unnerved many constitutional scholars.
02:48:07.000 Now a federal appeals court has ruled such power exceeds the bounds of the Constitution.
02:48:12.000 Follow this link to the source.
02:48:13.000 Judge says U.S.
02:48:14.000 can't hold man as combatant.
02:48:17.000 On June 11, the third three-judge panel in Richmond, Virginia ruled 2-1 that President Bush does not have the power to declare a civilian living in the United States an enemy combatant and turn him over to the military for indefinite incarceration.
02:48:29.000 Good news.
02:48:31.000 Okay, should I come back and take these loaded calls from George and Jim and Tony and Peggy and Davey?
02:48:38.000 Or should I cover the global tax?
02:48:41.000 We'll find out on the other side.
02:48:42.000 It's here after a year in production and traveling to distant lands.
02:48:52.000 My new film, Terror Storm, is complete.
02:48:54.000 Shocking declassified government documents prove that western governments are orchestrating terror attacks against their own populations as a pretext to enslave them.
02:49:03.000 Terror Storm proves that not only was 9-11 an inside job, but the attacks of 7-7 in London were carried out by British intelligence.
02:49:10.000 Terror Storm chronicles the lies that took us to war in Iran, the White House program to disseminate fake news, NSA spying, secret police torture, the latest 9-11 information, and much, much more.
02:49:22.000 Terror Storm is the definitive guide to the history of government-sponsored terrorism.
02:49:26.000 It's an anthology of government crimes.
02:49:28.000 Terror Storm is a film that everyone who wants to be truly informed must see.

02:49:44.000 Nuclear reactors provide economical energy, but would you be prepared during an accident?
02:49:51.000 During nuclear disasters, great amounts of radioactive iodine are released into the atmosphere, which are then readily absorbed into the body.
02:49:59.000 Medical course potassium iodate gives you virtually complete protection from the most feared consequence of a nuclear accident.
02:50:06.000 Radioactive poisoning.
02:50:08.000 Potassium iodate can protect against radioactive poisoning by filling the thyroid with good iodine.
02:50:14.000 This shields the thyroid and prevents it from absorbing the harmful radioactive iodine.
02:50:19.000 Potassium iodate is better than the iodide form because it is not as likely to cause upset stomachs in children, the elderly, the sick, and pets.
02:50:28.000 Order the official potassium iodate for only $24 and save $5 by calling New Millennium at 888-803-4438.

02:51:56.000 You know, I really feel bad for George and Jim and Tony and Peggy and Danny.
02:52:01.000 I just can't have time to take your calls.
02:52:03.000 Call me tomorrow.
02:52:04.000 You go to the head of the line.
02:52:05.000 I promise, those five callers, you're in the first in line.
02:52:08.000 You call back tomorrow, you get first dibs.
02:52:10.000 By the way, I told my producer no guests tomorrow, so we can open the phones up.
02:52:14.000 There's just so much happening.
02:52:15.000 I haven't even really plugged my video today or anything else because I'm so busy covering the news.
02:52:20.000 I just, uh, that's just the way it is some days.
02:52:24.000 It seems like three hours just goes by in 20 seconds.
02:52:28.000 By the way, it's simple math.
02:52:29.000 I just could look at, I guess, look at the decimal place there.
02:52:33.000 Yeah, it's 2,100 person, 100,000 person.
02:52:34.000 100,000, 100,000 person, imagine 2,000 sports stadiums filled with 100,000 people apiece.
02:52:45.000 It's even hard to say that, it's so big.
02:52:48.000 Now, picture.
02:52:49.000 Picture 2,000 sports stadiums filled with 100,000 people per sports stadium.
02:52:54.000 2,000 of those.
02:52:55.000 And then they're just gone.
02:52:58.000 Murdered.
02:52:58.000 Killed.
02:52:59.000 Oh no, the government won't hurt us.
02:53:01.000 The New World Order wouldn't do 9-11.
02:53:03.000 I mean, I've gotten emails before and I talk about the government dumping nerve gas in the ocean.
02:53:07.000 They go, I just heard you say that.
02:53:08.000 What's your proof?
02:53:09.000 My God, it's in the news every few months.
02:53:11.000 They still do it.
02:53:11.000 They just take it right out off the coast and dump it.
02:53:14.000 In barrels or in big tanker.
02:53:16.000 They dumped it in the Delaware River and it killed everything in the river.
02:53:18.000 It's just a minor footnote in the news.
02:53:20.000 But, oh my God, we've got to stop carbon dioxide.
02:53:23.000 We've got to have a global tax.
02:53:27.000 You know, and then all these guys go join the local hippie group to pick girls up, pick chicks up.
02:53:31.000 And they all just sit around drinking tea, going, oh, the Earth has got to restrict everything.
02:53:36.000 Oh my goodness.
02:53:38.000 Let's go watch The Day After Tomorrow.
02:53:41.000 They'll be playing it locally.
02:53:42.000 Oh my goodness.
02:53:45.000 Meanwhile, they're dumping toxic waste everywhere, across PCs, Chimera, all sorts of serious stuff, folks.
02:53:53.000 You know what that does to the ocean?
02:53:54.000 I've got this report, all the dead dolphins and stuff, and when we eat all this seafood that's got it, Sixty-three million gallons in the latest dumping.
02:54:04.000 Pop on prisonplanet.com.
02:54:06.000 Mainstream.
02:54:07.000 Sixty-three million gallons.
02:54:10.000 When the stuff's sold, they just take it and dump it in the ocean.
02:54:13.000 The military does.
02:54:15.000 Oh my God, we've got... We've got carbon dioxide!
02:54:19.000 It's deadly!
02:54:21.000 The plants will die if they breathe it!
02:54:24.000 It's just so sick.
02:54:28.000 It's so sick.
02:54:30.000 Just everybody totally gullible.
02:54:33.000 The military's lobbying for open borders.
02:54:35.000 Total traitors.
02:54:37.000 Total enemies of America.
02:54:39.000 It's not our military.
02:54:41.000 They don't belong to us anymore.
02:54:45.000 They're killing the country!
02:54:48.000 Denver's Green Plan proposal called Looney after hitting the web, Rocky Mountain News, People around the country, here's Denver Monday, embracing a crap-pot scheme to fight global warming, have the city plan to rewrite for attention on the Internet.
02:55:03.000 And it goes into the actual plan here.
02:55:07.000 It doesn't matter.
02:55:11.000 They're just going to have lots of rock concerts.
02:55:14.000 Again, that's how you pick up the chicks.
02:55:19.000 And I've got good friends of mine who I explain this to.
02:55:21.000 I go, listen, it's a scam.
02:55:22.000 Let me explain.
02:55:26.000 No, it's, it's for the Earth.
02:55:28.000 Oh yeah, it's for the Earth, alright.
02:55:32.000 Denver targets citizens in global warming fight.
02:55:35.000 Denver is gearing up to fight global warming and residents may soon be asked to make personal sacrifices to help save the planet.
02:55:42.000 A special tax you need to pay.
02:55:44.000 The new plan is aimed at making Denver a national leader in reducing gas emissions.
02:55:47.000 See, they don't like to say carbon dioxide, they call it gas emissions.
02:55:52.000 Oh, gas!
02:55:54.000 They have been linked to global warming.
02:55:56.000 Have been linked!
02:55:57.000 Giving a major push to alternative energy, stepping up recycling, and changing building codes to encourage energy conversation.
02:56:04.000 And it says they're going to have new taxes on the trash, and new taxes on everything.
02:56:07.000 It's just a new tax is all it is, but a micromanaged tax.
02:56:11.000 Enviro-police.
