00:02:19.000 And, lo and behold, all of a sudden, in the third segment, after he's been talking to Glenn Beck for, uh, you know, twenty or so minutes, he's like, you gotta understand, Russia is against all this stuff.

00:03:53.000 Well, a 12 year old girl from San Francisco gets on Fox News It says that she's in South Ossetia.

00:04:05.000 They had to spend the night in her grandfather's basement.

00:04:09.000 And then the next day, the Russian troops are the ones that got her out of the country, into Russia, and onto a plane into the United States, and they cut her off!

00:04:15.000 That accompanied with Sokovsvili's little New World Order slip-up.

00:04:21.000 You know, make me about 99.999999 percent certain that Russia, in this case, is not the aggressor.

00:11:34.000 Fighting among themselves in order to undermine the Bush regime propaganda that our troops are necessary there to prevent a bloodbath.

00:11:47.000 So, having already cleansed each other from their neighborhoods, the Sunnis and Shiites, they've decided, hey, we're stopping this.

00:12:00.000 Al-Sadr was told by the Iranians To stand down his militias and to create the absence of the kind of conflict that the Bush administration was using to justify its continued presence.

00:12:19.000 So that is the policy, and we can see that our puppet present there is less and less a puppet, more and more a spokesman for the Shiites and for Iraq, and is insisting on the time schedule withdrawal.

00:12:37.000 And so I think if we try to stay there this opposition, that the war will start over.

00:12:48.000 And this time, most of the fighting will not be the Shiites and the Sunnis killing each other, but they will both jump on us, and we will be driven out.

00:13:00.000 The only reason we weren't driven out is that we never had to deal with more than a few thousand insurgents, because Iraqis were mainly fighting each other, cleansing other of neighborhoods, and gave us very little attention.

00:13:19.000 So you think our policy of divide and conquer is eventually going to fail, and that these people are going to unify and really try to drive us out?

00:13:26.000 But, I mean, when do you think that could happen?

00:13:27.000 We just keep pushing the date back.

00:13:35.000 We said it was going to be a six-week war.

00:14:07.000 And the Shiites are now unified with Iranian advice and backing to stop the conflict so that it deprives Bush or the Americans in general of the propaganda that if we aren't there, there'll be a bloodshed, there'll be a bloodletting and so on and so on.

00:14:31.000 So, as long as that is the situation, there's no excuse for the American troops to be there.

00:14:41.000 And therefore, if we try to stay and stay and stay, I think we'll see that the Iraqi government and the Shiites will turn against us.

00:14:53.000 And we never were faced with much opposition from the Shiites, because That's the vast majority of them.

00:15:02.000 And they didn't really oppose us because they knew they were going to inherit the power from the Sunnis, from our presence.

00:15:12.000 And they have.

00:15:15.000 And essentially, we have ended the check on Iran that the Sunni secular government of Iraq presented.

00:15:25.000 And we've now put Iraq in the hands of the Well, where is Iran right now in this grand chess board?

00:15:45.000 I mean, obviously focus has kind of shifted away with this conflict out in Russia, but I mean, we had Cheney, it just came out with Hirsch about a month ago, saying that he was prepared to Yes, we're still trying to provoke a war

00:16:18.000 with Iran, but now I think they're more interested in provoking Russia.

00:16:28.000 Because the Russians have rejected the attempt by the Americans and the Israelis to exercise hegemony over them in Georgia.

00:16:41.000 And they've made it quite clear that they've rejected this, and they've now recognized the two separatist provinces.

00:16:51.000 There's nothing we can do about it.

00:16:54.000 And what we will attempt to do is to proceed with putting missile bases in Poland and Czechoslovakia and Kosovo and the Ukraine.

00:17:06.000 And we will now take the efforts that were defeated by the Russians in Georgia to them into an American puppet state with missile bases on Russia's border.

00:17:22.000 And the Russians are probably not going to put up with that either.

00:17:25.000 And so what we have is a very belligerent, aggressive American toward Russia, which has thousands of nuclear weapons, and has already made it clear that they don't have the smart weapons and electronic warfare of the Americans.

00:17:59.000 Those are nuclear-capable missiles.

00:18:03.000 So the American government, with its insane policy that somehow it has to have a hedge enemy over Russia and boss Russia around, is Borrowing a course of action is going to provoke a nuclear confrontation with Russia.

01:09:04.000 Well, starting in 2002, I began to realize that there was persistent jet contrails showing up in the skies over Mendocino County in Northern California, where I live.

01:09:18.000 And starting from that period on, I began to really become interested because my background is in agriculture.

01:09:28.000 And I worked for the Mendocino County Department of Agriculture.

01:09:33.000 I grew up and was born and raised on a working farm where we had fruits and vegetables and walnuts, different types of crops.

01:09:42.000 And so then I went to work for the United States Department of Agriculture in California at the Farm Service Agency as a certified agricultural crop loss adjuster.

01:09:56.000 So I traveled all over the state looking at crop losses and making determinations about those for a period of time where I traveled about 50,000 miles a year.

01:10:11.000 So that was quite interesting for me.

01:10:14.000 And then when I realized that the skies were beginning to have man-made clouds, which according to NASA is when persistent jet contrails persist, they turn into man-made clouds, and that these man-made clouds, according to NASA, were exacerbating global warming.

01:10:32.000 And when I realized that we were on a drumbeat across the nation and around the world to do something about global warming, I was wondering why we didn't step up to the plate and stop these persistent jet contrails, because they were becoming more and more problematic in NASA studies over the past several years.

01:10:56.000 So that basically led you to believe that these were not really there to help us.

01:11:01.000 In other words, this wasn't really there to help humanity, but it has some ulterior motive.

01:11:06.000 Well, I think it's an experiment.

01:11:10.000 In other words, in weather modification, because NASA even says that these man-made clouds change our climate.

01:11:19.000 They will negatively impact natural resources now and in the future, according to their studies, which you can go on the NASA website and just take a look.

01:11:35.000 And what I'm thinking is that when you add that these change our climate, that contrails are warming us up, they begin to keep direct sunlight from hitting the ground, which means that we're going to have a lack of vitamin D, which is critical for human health, and we're going to have a lack of photosynthesis.

01:14:13.000 And people don't want their weather modified and their crops disrupted from weather modification programs.

01:14:21.000 Even in Southern California, there's going to be a new one.

01:14:25.000 The City Council of Los Angeles voted to put in a new weather modification program in the San Bernardino Mountains.

01:14:32.000 And when I raised the question about how this would impact surrounding states, and also the agricultural crop production that's in that area, and in surrounding areas, dead silence.

01:14:47.000 Because they don't want to talk about it.

01:14:49.000 But KTVU, John Fowler had a program that aired on July 28th that was talking about all the weather modification programs in California and that private companies, private individuals, anyone can modify the weather in your state or your county without your consent, without any prior notification.

01:15:14.000 The National Weather Service never tells you that your weather is being modified by these programs, and the listings are available of over 60 of them that are ongoing every year, and each state, each of the western states is increasing the number that they do each year.

01:15:31.000 So the programs are there.

01:15:38.000 Excellent. But if we, if we start to look at Weather modification and know that there's no government oversight.

01:15:51.000 If they pay a company, a weather modification company to modify your weather, they can just go do it.

01:15:57.000 And if it disrupts your agriculture or puts you in a drought, well, so what?

01:16:05.000 There's no U.S. Congress Bills that say that anyone has to get permission or notify anyone about these programs.

01:16:13.000 Um, there are, uh, one regulation says that you have to tell NOAA, but I don't believe that the states and everyone that's, and private individuals that are doing these programs are notifying NOAA because there's a lot missing from their records.

01:16:27.000 So, um, this is what's going on, and it's no secret.

01:16:32.000 You can look at the, um, John Fowler program on KTVU by going in and clicking on ktvu.com and then go just put in John Fowler weather modification and the program will come right up.

01:16:48.000 Do you think that we're going to see a lot more of these weather modification programs in the future and do you think that they'll eventually be revealed to the public or do you think that we're just in such a stupor they're probably going to be able to get away with doing whatever they like Like you said, you know, a private corporation modifying the weather wherever because there's no law against it.

01:17:05.000 Do you think that we're just going to see that over the next 15 to 20 years, just complete denial?

01:17:10.000 Or do you think it's just going to be revealed, yeah, we're doing it, no big deal?

01:17:18.000 And so the problem is that agriculture, water supplies, watersheds, everything is suffering the impacts of these programs.

01:17:26.000 And so we do know about it already, and if we don't say no, Senator Kay Bailey-Hutchinson's bill, U.S. Senate Bill 1807 or U.S. House Bill 3445, will pass this year, and then they're really going to add military weather modifications.

01:17:48.000 You can read the bill, it's real simple to read, and you can go to GovTrack.us and just put in U.S. Senate number 1807, it will come right up.

01:18:01.000 And then there's U.S. Senate Bill 3036, which is Senator Barbara Boxer's Climate Security Act, but it's not a Climate Security Act.

01:18:10.000 It's got weather modification in that bill and weather mitigation in that bill and no public oversight.

01:18:18.000 No congressional oversight, and anyone that wants to start experimenting can go right ahead.

01:18:24.000 So, Senator Lieberman's bill, U.S. Senate Bill 2191, they only need five votes to pass them, and that legislation will be damaging to us, because it's even going to gut the Clean Water Act.

01:34:44.000 In the last few years in Lake County, 15,000 ducks just dropped out of the sky for no reason in one day, and they quickly buried them, pulled them out of the Clear Lake and buried them because they didn't know what else to do with them, and then said that all these birds dropped out of the sky in one day alive, and then were killed by some virus, which is absolutely impossible because viruses don't kill.

01:44:16.000 So when you put up a lot, you realize that we're dimming the amount of sunlight and making man-made clouds all over the United States.

02:34:22.000 but he actually says that, well, I'm really not qualified to be the head of the CIA, I don't even know how to run email, I can barely use the internet, I really don't have the today skills that the head of the CIA would need to be, and then Of course, he gets named head of the CIA, so Moore plays that clip on Jay Leno.

02:34:42.000 Well, I think that he spent his early years with the agency in Central and South America working against Cuba.

02:35:12.000 And as you know, the Iran-Contra episode was drugs for guns.

02:37:19.000 And when you can see things that are developing like you referred to just Now in relation to what Paul Craig Roberts had to say in your program and when he and I were on recently and that is what is happening today in regard to Russia is extraordinarily important.
