00:00:00.000 Because there's a war on for your mind.
00:00:28.000 Hello, ladies and gentlemen.
00:00:29.000 Hello, and thank you for joining us.
00:00:30.000 We're live at PrisonPlanet.tv for the next hour and 51 minutes.
00:00:36.000 We've got Peter Schiff coming up joining us, President and CEO of Europe Pacific Capital, to talk about what's happening with the economy here in the United States and around the world in about 20 minutes.
00:00:48.000 I also want to go to some of your phone calls right now.
00:00:51.000 For those of you that have been holding patiently, it is December 22nd,
00:00:59.000 and eight and we are a little more than two hours into the regularly scheduled radio show and then uh... every day of the last hour with some days even more uh... we go out live at prison planet dot tv we're also developing this studio another studio uh... to uh... put a once a week tv program on national cable slash dish network direct tv we've now moved into our new offices and set up one of the studios that's phase one
00:01:28.000 Now Phase 2 is getting it on television, but it's all live right now at PrisonPlanet.TV.
00:01:36.000 Now, before I go to Eric, Tracy, Don, Paul, and others that are patiently holding, I did briefly want to tell you about a couple of sponsors that make this broadcast possible.
00:01:54.000 One of those sponsors is eFoodsDirect.com.
00:01:57.000 eFoodsDirect is the longest continually operating storable foods company in the nation.
00:02:04.000 Bottom line, you'll never need to stand in a bread line if you have your own bread.
00:02:10.000 And with as corrupt as this elite is, with the depression that they've been engineering so they can consolidate power and bring in their world government, it is more important than ever to have firearms, to have precious metals, to have water filters, and, of course, to have durable foods.
00:02:22.000 And this is the place to get them, eFoodsDirect.com or 800-409-5633.
00:02:27.000 If you give them a call, they can send you a free brochure or audio CD about their materials.
00:02:32.000 Or if you go online to eFoodsDirect.com, they have a bunch of videos up there which describe their fine products, their line of products, and what they have to offer.
00:02:39.000 I hope you'll check out eFoodsDirect.com, the best horrible foods company out there, the best prices bar none.
00:02:47.000 800-409-5633.
00:02:48.000 Another one of the sponsors that makes this transmission possible is Acola Blue.
00:02:54.000 And Acola Blue is an atmospheric water filter.
00:03:00.000 You know, they're trying to put meters on wells, they're trying to ban people having wells on their own property, they're trying to tax them, restrict them.
00:03:06.000 Well, this way, it's a little unit plugs into your house or plugs into a solar panel and via condensation gets around seven and a half gallons a day.
00:03:13.000 Some areas more, some areas less, depending on your humidity in your area.
00:03:17.000 And you can find out more at Ecolablue.com.
00:03:19.000 E-C-O-L-O-B-L-U-E dot com.
00:03:21.000 Ecolablue.com or give them a call at 866-585-4844.
00:03:26.000 Great tasting pure H2O exactly the way nature makes it.
00:03:29.000 No chemicals, pollutants, or toxins.
00:03:32.000 Neutral pH.
00:03:33.000 And then it goes through five filtration systems.
00:03:36.000 And then one of the filters has multiple filters, so technically seven, but we'll just say five here.
00:03:41.000 Passes through an activated carbon filter, then a silver impregnated carbon filter, then a reverse osmosis system, then a taste and odor removal filter, and a stored and illuminated tank by an antibacterial fungal UV light.
00:03:53.000 Again, 866-585-4044 or colablow.com.
00:03:56.000 Okay, that said, ladies and gentlemen, let's go ahead and go to your phone calls.
00:04:04.000 Let's talk to Eric in Connecticut.
00:04:07.000 Eric, you're on the air.
00:04:08.000 Thanks for holding.
00:04:09.000 Thanks for taking my call, and greetings from the frigid Northeast.
00:04:09.000 Hi, Alex.
00:04:14.000 I'm getting myself a Christmas present this year, a Berkey Light.
00:04:18.000 That's a great system.
00:04:19.000 You know, how are you doing with the horrible global warming up there?
00:04:23.000 Is it tropical in Connecticut right now, or are you experiencing the coldest temperatures in more than 20 years?
00:04:30.000 I was looking forward to being able to open my pool up in January but I can't do that because it's like 20 degrees outside.
00:04:36.000 Well listen, don't worry about all the GMO food killing everybody and don't worry about the bad drug interactions killing 300,000 a year and don't worry about all the toxic waste and all the real environmental problems.
00:04:47.000 You can just pay a bunch of taxes to private bankers, carbon indulgences, and then everything will be okay.
00:04:53.000 How's that sound?
00:04:54.000 You know Alex, that sounds great and I think if I can pay them the more I'll be able to sleep a little better at night because they work so hard trying to get us under their thumb.
00:05:06.000 Well, even if you believe that man-made carbon dioxide and methane from cows' flatulence is destroying the ozone layer...
00:05:14.000 I was going to say, Alex, if you read their studies, I mean, people don't believe it when I tell them at work.
00:05:18.000 Why moving it to China and India, where they have no restrictions, and actually increasing the level of carbon dioxide, how is that actually going to cool the earth down?
00:05:27.000 I mean, even if we believe their official story, how is it?
00:05:31.000 I was going to say, Alex, if you read their studies, I mean, people don't believe it when I tell them at work.
00:05:37.000 I say, all you need to do is go and research and read what these elites are saying they're going to do.
00:05:42.000 I mean, basically they come right out, but they're counting on the average American citizen to basically just sit down and watch TV and not even pay attention.
00:05:50.000 Well, that's because they knew people were lazy.
00:05:52.000 They told them in the fifties, you don't have to worry about government anymore.
00:05:55.000 You don't have to be involved anymore.
00:05:57.000 Trust the elites.
00:05:58.000 There's no such thing as corruption.
00:06:00.000 It doesn't exist.
00:06:01.000 It's like telling somebody there's no such thing as cancer.
00:06:04.000 Go ahead and smoke five packs of cigarettes a day.
00:06:07.000 And then now we've got cancer, and they're going, but there's no such thing!
00:06:11.000 And you're like, no there is, pal!
00:06:14.000 And they're like, no!
00:06:15.000 I heard Al Qaeda talks like that!
00:06:17.000 I heard Al Qaeda said, hold on!
00:06:20.000 Hold on!
00:06:21.000 You know, it's, shut up!
00:06:22.000 I mean, basically, if you think that there's any corruption in our government, you're with Al Qaeda!
00:06:28.000 I mean, imagine what the government's done!
00:06:30.000 Oh, and denial is their greatest ally.
00:06:33.000 And that's what people need to realize, that denial is their best friend, because it prevents people from researching, it prevents people from taking action, it prevents people from waking up, and they can, the elites can just sit back and rub their hands together, and you even see it on TV.
00:06:49.000 I remember back in the 90s and earlier, you had shows that would portray the government as questionable, corrupt, dubious, evil.
00:06:57.000 Now you look at a lot of these programs, I saw a preview for this program where I see nothing but these These heroes, quote-unquote, running around in their little ninja outfits, busting door downs.
00:07:06.000 It's a program called Homeland Security.
00:07:09.000 You could have knocked me over with a feather when I saw that one.
00:07:12.000 Homeland Security USA!
00:07:14.000 Yeah, these shows are... It's with the USA!
00:07:16.000 You're not against the USA, are you?
00:07:19.000 Yeah, and I'm hearing, you know, um, uh, I like the way, um, Alan Stang puts it.
00:07:24.000 Shallow Sean Hannitwit.
00:07:25.000 They're talking about these concerts they go to where everybody has a tear in his eye because they're singing about The war on terror and everything else with all these country stars, well, don't they realize that greed has replaced common sense in this country?
00:07:39.000 We've lost our way in large part.
00:07:40.000 Well, no, I hear you and I appreciate your call.
00:07:42.000 What's happened is, people have bought into the delusion.
00:07:45.000 They've bought into the Republican, the Democratic illusion.
00:07:48.000 They've bought into that we're the good guys, and we're going to kill some Arabs, and it's good, and we're going to take our liberties so Al Qaeda doesn't get them.
00:07:58.000 And they have no idea they've been completely set up.
00:08:02.000 Oh yeah, Hannity has these Pentagon worshipping events.
00:08:07.000 And then meanwhile the Pentagon is a foreign alien group destroying America.
00:08:11.000 It's like the main seat of the cancer for the Federal Reserve.
00:08:15.000 It's taking over the United States, overthrowing our nation like some third world country.
00:08:20.000 And then meanwhile there's country stars, everybody crying, playing, you know, proud to be an American.
00:08:26.000 At least I know I'm free.
00:08:29.000 And then they talk about how they're giving the money to children who lost their family members in Iraq.
00:08:33.000 How about don't send them to Iraq?
00:08:35.000 How about don't kill a million and a half Iraqis in the last five and a half years?
00:08:41.000 It doesn't matter.
00:08:45.000 All these illusional people, their time's running out.
00:08:48.000 They're going to find out what they've helped the New World Order do.
00:08:49.000 Don in Alabama.
00:08:51.000 No, no, actually Tracy's next.
00:08:52.000 Tracy in New Mexico, you're on the air.
00:08:54.000 Hello, Alex.
00:08:57.000 Alex, the last time I spoke with you was about seven years ago.
00:09:01.000 I've been listening to you since you were on shortwave.
00:09:06.000 And one thing that has always remained the same with you, listening to you, talking about this, is you bring us wonderful information, information we couldn't get anywhere else unless we spent all our time doing it, which we can't.
00:09:23.000 But you've never told us Where we can go, who we can talk to, what we can do to bring this to a halt.
00:09:36.000 Because everything you suggested so far doesn't work.
00:09:40.000 It's not gonna work.
00:09:41.000 It's not designed to work.
00:09:43.000 They've got us by the you-know-what.
00:09:46.000 And the only box left is the cartridge box.
00:09:49.000 I want to know if there's any groups anywhere that are preparing for this to stand up and defend themselves.
00:09:57.000 If they are, I'd like to join.
00:09:59.000 And the time for talking is over.
00:10:03.000 The time for listening is over, and the time for waking idiots up is over.
00:10:08.000 It's time for us to do something.
00:10:10.000 It has been for years.
00:10:13.000 Those are my thoughts.
00:10:16.000 What are yours?
00:10:19.000 Well, look, as things get worse, more people are going to wake up and listen to what we have to say.
00:10:29.000 And it's during the greatest crisis that it's the time for talking.
00:10:33.000 I mean, that's why the establishment pays tens of billions of dollars a year alone, domestically, for fake newscasts, disinformation, fake bloggers.
00:10:43.000 So 90% of a war, according to the Pentagon, is info war.
00:10:47.000 They use deception and lies and deceit and fake patriotism.
00:10:50.000 We use the truth and true patriotism to counter them.
00:10:53.000 By number one, pointing out they're not American, they're anti-American, they work for offshore banks, who've stolen 8.5 trillion.
00:11:00.000 People say that now is not the time for talking.
00:11:02.000 Well, that's because you've been awake for decades, probably.
00:11:06.000 And unfortunately, so many people that know what's going on have decided to just pull their antenna in and not wake people up, not be involved anymore.
00:11:19.000 And so I see the establishment staging terror attacks all the time to try to say that we're violent so they have a pretext to crack down on the public.
00:11:27.000 So I don't think violence is the answer.
00:11:29.000 The people I hear on the radio talking about violence, they never seem to get in trouble for calling for that.
00:11:34.000 That's because they're feds.
00:11:36.000 If I called for that, I'd be arrested very, very quickly.
00:11:40.000 So no, we need to hear a lot more talk and a lot louder.
00:11:43.000 And we need to hear it right now.
00:11:45.000 Does that answer your question?
00:11:46.000 So, your answer to my question is you think I'm a fit?
00:11:50.000 No, that's not what I just said.
00:11:51.000 I said on the radio, sir.
00:11:52.000 Stay there.
00:11:53.000 I'll talk to you when we get back.

00:12:53.000 A day unlike any other in the long course of American history, a terrorist act of war against this country.
00:13:01.000 The enemy struck America on September 11th.
00:13:03.000 But who is the enemy?
00:13:05.000 Bin Laden.
00:13:06.000 This is his ammo.
00:13:06.000 We have to look to the Middle East.
00:13:08.000 We have to look to Osama Bin Laden.
00:13:10.000 Fabled Enemies is the first 9-11 film to take a close look at the terrorist ties to intelligence networks inside the United States.
00:13:17.000 Some U.S.
00:13:17.000 investigators believe that there are Israelis again very much engaged in spying in and on the U.S.
00:13:24.000 I'm aware that some Israeli citizens have been detained.
00:13:27.000 Bin Laden's connections to the CIA, the hijackers' ties to the FBI, the Saudi Arabian connection, the Israeli Intelligence Network, Warnings and War Games, the shadow government, and much, much more.
00:13:38.000 Fabled Enemies.

00:14:52.000 Phase one of the insider's plan for a one world government has been initiated with the recent bailout.
00:14:58.000 International bankers and power brokers have engineered the current crisis to create a new currency and a new World Bank to act as savior.
00:15:06.000 But we've only seen the beginning.
00:15:08.000 Their next engineered crisis will be on a scale never before seen in modern times.
00:15:12.000 Shortages and empty shelves will spread fear and panic across the land.
00:15:16.000 The Insiders have discovered that they must control two things to seize total power.
00:15:20.000 One is a one world currency, which we are currently being prepared to accept.
00:15:24.000 Phase two of their insidious plan is.

00:15:53.000 Waging war on corruption.
00:16:01.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.
00:16:07.000 Look, what I said, Tracy from New Mexico, was the people on the air always calling for physical war to kill judges.
00:16:19.000 One of them is Hal Turner.
00:16:20.000 Turned out he is an FBI informant.
00:16:24.000 You know, they catch these white supremacists all the time, run by feds.
00:16:29.000 So what I said was, and this is what's not fair with the audience, is people don't take what I say, they take what they want to hear me say.
00:16:36.000 Okay?
00:16:37.000 I didn't call you a fed.
00:16:39.000 What I said is, to communicate with me, you had to call in and say, I think the time for talking is over.
00:16:46.000 And don't worry, the time for talking may come soon enough, and then it'll be time for people that have done all this talking about how they're not going to talk, to actually get in a shooting war.
00:16:57.000 I'm not going to a FEMA camp, I'm not turning my firearms in, I'm not going along with the New World Order.
00:17:07.000 But, I mean, I'm a radio host, and it's not my job to charge off like George Washington and get into a shooting war with the Feds.
00:17:16.000 And I'm not saying you're doing this, I'm saying I'm criticized a lot by people for being all talk.
00:17:22.000 Well, our talk has defeated hundreds and hundreds of bad pieces of legislation.
00:17:26.000 Our talk has exposed a lot of bad things.
00:17:30.000 Talk, a few weeks ago, shot down, at least for now, a constitutional convention.
00:17:38.000 Is Tracy still there?
00:17:40.000 Yeah, we're still in the shape we're in.
00:17:43.000 We're still facing what we're facing.
00:17:45.000 Nothing's changed.
00:17:46.000 Okay, well you're the commander then.
00:17:47.000 I mean, Tracy, who are you going to shoot?
00:17:49.000 Stop, stop.
00:17:51.000 Okay, who is Tracy in New Mexico going to go out and blast?
00:17:57.000 I'm not exactly sure.
00:17:59.000 Well, don't look for me to tell you who to go shoot.
00:18:02.000 Waking up people isn't stopping this.
00:18:05.000 They don't care if we're awake.
00:18:07.000 They don't care if we're watching them as long as we don't try to stop them.
00:18:13.000 They'll continue to do what they're doing as long as all we do is talk about it, find out things.
00:18:20.000 Let me throw something out here to you.
00:18:20.000 Let me throw something out here to you.
00:18:23.000 The police arrested about 3,000 people, actually a little bit more than 3,000 people in New York in 2004 at the RNC.
00:18:34.000 Peaceful people.
00:18:35.000 AP reporters, radio reporters, spectator reporters, you know, even conservatives.
00:18:42.000 They put them in a FEMA camp, Pier 57.
00:18:46.000 I had the police come over and threaten to arrest me for just videotaping and across the street.
00:18:50.000 Now, nobody got in a shooting war with the police.
00:18:53.000 Lawsuits were filed.
00:18:54.000 They lost over a thousand lawsuits, hundreds of millions of dollars, and now the New York police don't claim you need a permit to march.
00:19:02.000 Now they don't claim there's free speech zones.
00:19:05.000 And all over the country, take Austin.
00:19:07.000 Austin police would arrest you back a decade ago if you protested anywhere without a permit.
00:19:12.000 Now they don't because they lost a bunch of lawsuits.
00:19:16.000 Now, I mean, that example right there, are you saying it would have been better for people just to blast the police?
00:19:21.000 I mean, I'm trying to understand this.
00:19:24.000 Well, I'm trying to understand it myself.
00:19:27.000 After you've done all this...
00:19:29.000 But you're saying nothing's better.
00:19:32.000 Sir, sir, they're being forced to admit there's world government now.
00:19:36.000 Congress has a 9% approval rating right now.
00:19:39.000 The lowest it's ever been.
00:19:40.000 And so in a way you're right, you're right.
00:19:43.000 The people are awake, but still they go forward.
00:19:46.000 But they go forward with less and less support.
00:19:48.000 More and more leaks.
00:19:49.000 When Dick Cheney wanted to blow up US ships and blame it on Iran, the Admiral resigned and then suddenly it was leaked.
00:19:57.000 Well, I guess all this talking and all this waking up is going to stop them from doing what they're doing.
00:20:03.000 Randomly go pick some innocent cop out who's parked in a donut place's parking lot and walk up and shoot him in the head three times.
00:20:13.000 Well, I guess all this talking and all this waking up is going to stop them from doing what they're doing.
00:20:21.000 They're going to be afraid that we've found them out.
00:20:26.000 No, sir.
00:20:27.000 When it comes to the... Listen, listen.
00:20:29.000 Violence is probably inevitable down the road, like you see in Greece and other places, but on a much wider scale.
00:20:35.000 But we need to have as many people awake as we can before it comes to that.
00:20:42.000 Well, I'll agree with you on that.
00:20:43.000 I mean, certainly understand my position and my job is to hope we wake up the police and military so they don't come to our houses to take us to FEMA camps, is to wake up people that go to their churches so that they find out their preachers are secretly paid by FEMA and are spies so they can expose that in their church and hand out flyers in the parking is to wake up people that go to their churches so that they find out their preachers are secretly paid by FEMA and are spies so they can Look, the solution is in the mirror.
00:21:09.000 And all I'm saying is, yes, they're arrogant.
00:21:13.000 Yes, they're stupid.
00:21:13.000 Yes, they're brutal.
00:21:14.000 Yes, they want a physical fight.
00:21:16.000 And don't worry, man, they're gonna get one.
00:21:19.000 You ever killed anybody?
00:21:19.000 Let me ask you a question.
00:21:20.000 Nope.
00:21:23.000 I mean, you ever... Look, my whole point is, sir, you don't want to get into this position.
00:21:29.000 You don't want to get into a hot war with these people.
00:21:32.000 And they don't want to get into a hot war with us either.
00:21:35.000 It's like that Appleseed fella said, mutually assured destruction.
00:21:41.000 We'll be right back.

00:22:59.000 9-11 was an inside job.
00:23:02.000 Do you like being a puppet, sir?
00:23:03.000 Do you like being a puppet for the New World Order?
00:23:04.000 How do the American people know that 9-11 was a state?
00:23:07.000 was engineered by you, David Rockefeller, the Trilateral Commission, the CFR.
00:23:11.000 The day that we stop asking questions is the day that we have allowed the seeds of despotism to grow at our own door.
00:23:20.000 Seven years after the attacks of September 11th, a global awakening has taken place.
00:23:26.000 Inside, go!
00:23:27.000 An inside job.
00:23:29.000 How dare you?
00:23:32.000 If you know that there's treason going on, you can be held accountable for treason yourself.
00:23:37.000 All hell is breaking loose on 6th Avenue.
00:23:40.000 And if the government has not told the truth in five years, we will be here on the 10th anniversary of... Truth Rises.

00:23:58.000 Whether you know it or not, red light and speed cameras are everywhere ready to snap a photo of your license plate.

00:24:12.000 Fight back with Photoblocker.
00:24:13.000 Simply spray your plate once and you're done.

00:24:21.000 See the newscast showing just how Photoblocker works against traffic cameras.
00:24:25.000 Christmas is here and the economy is in bad enough shape without spending hundreds of dollars in fees that can be avoided with one simple application of Photoblocker.

00:24:56.000 Man thinks, cause he rules the earth.
00:24:59.000 He can do it as he please.
00:25:03.000 And if things don't change soon, he will.
00:25:11.000 Oh, man has invented his doom.
00:25:13.000 First step was touching the moon.
00:25:17.000 Now there's a woman on my block.
00:25:21.000 All right, for the next 30 minutes, we're joined by Peter Schiff, President and Chief Global Strategist for Euro-Pacific Capitals.
00:25:29.000 We'll link up to that up on InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.com.
00:25:36.000 Especially lately, he's been on TV, national and international TV quite a bit over the years, but he really doesn't need any introduction these days.
00:25:42.000 He's on television and Mainline Radio constantly because so many of his predictions have come true.
00:25:48.000 He's also one of the chief advisors to Congressman Ron Paul when he was running for president.
00:25:52.000 Ron Paul gets a lot of his financial advice from Peter Schiff.
00:25:56.000 So I wanted to get Peter Schiff here on the show before we run out, before the year is over.
00:26:01.000 Mr. Schiff, thanks for coming on with us.
00:26:03.000 Well, thanks for having me.
00:26:04.000 In the limited time we've got in this 30 minutes, let's get right into it.
00:26:09.000 I mean, what we've seen with the banker takeover bill, they're given almost omnipotent power, and then the San Francisco Chronicle reports two weeks ago $8.5 trillion is missing.
00:26:20.000 Bloomberg is told that the Federal Reserve won't tell them where several trillion, two trillion of that has gone, and now we have the AFP reporting The head of the private Spanish central bank saying world economic meltdown, total meltdown, worse than the Great Depression.
00:26:42.000 We have the Prime Minister of Canada saying similar things.
00:26:47.000 What's really happening here and are these guys trying to cause a world depression?
00:26:54.000 Well, I don't think they're trying to.
00:26:56.000 I think it's going to happen, although not necessarily worldwide.
00:26:59.000 I certainly think there's going to be an inflationary depression in the United States.
00:27:03.000 Hopefully the rest of the world will have the good sense not to follow us down that path, because it certainly, you know, it doesn't have to be.
00:27:11.000 But, you know, I think it's interesting, too, you're talking about all the wars being ceded to the government, to the Federal Reserve, as if they didn't do enough damage with the powers that they already had.
00:27:22.000 The problem that we're facing right now is a result of government.
00:27:25.000 Government interference in the free market, government manipulation of interest rates, government attempts to artificially stimulate the economy by using monetary and fiscal policy, by interfering, by guaranteeing certain debts to encourage risk-taking in certain areas.
00:27:43.000 We have been micromanaging the economy into this gigantic bubble that has now burst.
00:27:48.000 And now what we're supposedly learned from all this is that we need even more government.
00:27:52.000 That we need government doing even more than it did before.
00:27:55.000 More decisions need to be turned over to government.
00:27:58.000 More resources need to be allocated.
00:28:00.000 Government should be picking the winners and losers and reallocating wealth.
00:28:00.000 More government.
00:28:04.000 And this is going to lead to a complete disaster, much greater than anything we're trying to deal with now.
00:28:10.000 So a completely controlled economy, and the mainstream media has really been involved in a huge hoax.
00:28:15.000 I'd like you to speak to that, Mr. Schiff.
00:28:17.000 Saying that the free market did this, when really this was crony capitalism.
00:28:21.000 This was groups of regulators and revolving doors between government and select brokerage firms and banks.
00:28:30.000 I mean, take the Madoff situation, where the SEC was told about what he was doing, but didn't enforce the rules they had.
00:28:37.000 Yeah, look, this is certainly not a creature of capitalism.
00:28:41.000 We would not be in this mess were we more of a capitalistic economy.
00:28:45.000 It's only because a government was allowed to permeate into so much of our economy, particularly the Federal Reserve being the cheap culprit there.
00:28:53.000 None of this would have happened.
00:28:54.000 The bubbles wouldn't have been inflated, and so there would be no deflation of a bubble had it never been inflated in the first place.
00:29:01.000 And remember, what's happening right now, at least what the public perceives as being a problem, which is falling home prices, people losing their jobs, credit no longer flowing, none of this is the problem.
00:29:14.000 This is all the consequence of the problem.
00:29:16.000 The problem is all the reckless borrowing and spending in the years that preceded the collapse.
00:29:21.000 And why did all that take place?
00:29:22.000 That all took place because of the Federal Reserve, because of the monetary policies it pursued that led to all this irresponsible borrowing, both on Wall Street to finance speculation, and on Main Street to speculate, to finance consumption and speculation.
00:29:37.000 And all these bad decisions are coming back to bite us.
00:29:41.000 You've got a great telephone.
00:29:42.000 It's overdriving.
00:29:43.000 Can you back off of it a bit?
00:29:44.000 Sure, sure.
00:29:45.000 Fantastic.
00:29:47.000 We're hearing you loud and clear, which is over-driving.
00:29:48.000 Thank you.
00:29:49.000 Specifically though, we see hyperinflation in certain areas continuing and we see trillions of dollars being issued out into the world economy just by the Federal Reserve and the Treasury here alone.
00:30:04.000 And so there's talk of hyperinflation rearing its head in the next couple years.
00:30:09.000 So don't we really just have A depression within the real Main Street economy, but then when it goes into the Wall Street economy, that it's actually generating a competing force of inflation, and how do you see those two things playing out?
00:30:27.000 Well, I mean, all these problems are a consequence of inflation.
00:30:30.000 The government has been too easy and has created too much money.
00:30:33.000 For a while, the inflation, the cheap money went into stocks and it went into real estate, And distorted the economy and distorted our decision-making process, our consumption and savings decisions.
00:30:45.000 And the economy is way out of balance.
00:30:48.000 But right now, as the market is trying to correct the imbalances brought about by all the inflation government created, they're creating even more inflation.
00:30:56.000 And people don't understand how dangerous this inflation is going to be.
00:31:01.000 It is going to show up in consumer prices almost exclusively and in commodity prices.
00:31:06.000 Right now, The effect of all that inflation on prices is being hidden based on some of the shorter-term effects, downward pressures being put on prices that are the result of de-leveraging and bankruptcies and things like that.
00:31:23.000 But these are short-term factors.
00:31:25.000 The factors that are pushing prices down are temporary and they will go away soon, whereas the factors that are going to be sending prices through the roof are simply gaining momentum as we speak.
00:31:35.000 How bad is this going to get?
00:31:38.000 Very, very bad.
00:31:39.000 It's unfortunate, because the worse it gets, the more the government is going to interfere to try to save us.
00:31:46.000 And so the more the government interferes, the more they try to stimulate the economy, the more they try to revive it, the more they're going to stifle it.
00:31:55.000 Basically, there's a fire, and the only way the government knows to put it out is with gasoline.
00:32:01.000 And the bigger the fire grows, the more gasoline they throw on it.
00:32:05.000 And they don't make the connection between the bigger fire and the gasoline, because the only thing they know about a fire is throw gas on it.
00:32:13.000 And so it's going to be a raging wildfire that's going to consume everything, because the government is going to keep feeding it.
00:32:21.000 Well, don't the government bureaucrats also like the power they get by selectively handing out trillions of dollars?
00:32:27.000 Of course!
00:32:29.000 There's a reason for this, too.
00:32:31.000 It's kind of a self-perpetuating loop.
00:32:34.000 Where the government likes the idea that they need more power, and the worse the economy gets, the more they can justify the power grab, and the more likely citizens are to give up their rights and to give more power to government because they're convinced that the government's going to use that power benevolently.
00:32:52.000 for their benefit.
00:32:53.000 But, of course, we all know that power corrupts.
00:32:55.000 And when you give the government absolute power, it will corrupt absolutely.
00:32:58.000 And that is basically what we're doing.
00:33:00.000 Peter Schiff, I mean, you've been very successful in investments, investing in over a billion dollars, getting great returns for folks.
00:33:07.000 Your predictions are what have been even more stunningly accurate out there.
00:33:12.000 Where do you see the United States in six months, a year, two years?
00:33:15.000 Give us a forecast of, you know, not where you'd like us to go or where different decisions of you or Ron Paul were running the Treasury, but where you think they're taking us.
00:33:26.000 Well, they're taking us in the wrong direction.
00:33:28.000 I mean, you know, what we need in this country is we need to address the root causes of these imbalances, our lack of savings Why is it that we're not saving enough money?
00:33:39.000 Well, interest rates are too low.
00:33:41.000 They need to be much higher.
00:33:42.000 People need to be rewarded for saving, and we need to make it expensive to borrow.
00:33:48.000 We need to produce more.
00:33:49.000 We need to make more stuff, not consume more stuff.
00:33:52.000 And in order to do that, we need more capital.
00:33:55.000 And again, we need more savings to get more capital, but we also need capital to be efficient, which means we need less regulations.
00:34:02.000 We need fewer regulations, not more regulations.
00:34:04.000 We need a smaller government because we're going to get more capital if we have lower taxes, but we can't get lower taxes unless we get a smaller government.
00:34:13.000 But right now, everything we're doing, we're getting more regulation, bigger government, more expensive government, more onerous regulation.
00:34:20.000 We're trying to force-feed more credit into the American economy.
00:34:24.000 We're keeping interest rates much too low.
00:34:26.000 We're encouraging all of the wrong behavior and we're punishing all the right behavior.
00:34:31.000 We're bailing out companies that should be failing, that should be going bankrupt.
00:34:35.000 And we're taxing or taking money away from the companies that are successful and that we need to expand.
00:34:41.000 And we can't have a successful economy where you take all the free market forces and cage them and instead uh... out resources are allocated companies fail and succeed based on the whims of politicians and you know it's not a function of you know how how who you are how good you can do something but who you know and when what from the political connections you have and and that's not how to run the economy well let's take uh...
00:35:07.000 the case of bernard made off I mean, we've got this guy where they're saying $50 to $100 billion.
00:35:15.000 No one seems to know.
00:35:16.000 Big banks involved with him.
00:35:18.000 Big brokerage firms involved investing with him.
00:35:20.000 And he's now claiming that he alone ran this whole scam, generated the spreadsheets, what was mailed out to investors, that no one, including his sons, didn't know.
00:35:30.000 Sounds like he's taken the fall for a bunch of other people.
00:35:33.000 Well, it sounds like he is.
00:35:34.000 I mean, he's 70 years old.
00:35:36.000 He probably figures, you know, how bad is a life sentence for him?
00:35:39.000 He's probably... I'm sure that other people knew.
00:35:42.000 I just can't believe that he could have orchestrated the whole thing and not a single other person in his organization knew that these trades weren't being made, that the returns were phony.
00:35:52.000 But, you know, the bigger issue here, and I think there's two issues, number one is, theoretically, all of this happened under the watchful eye of the SEC and, to a lesser extent, FINRA.
00:36:03.000 The companies that regulate broker-dealers and investment managers.
00:36:08.000 And if they couldn't catch that, I mean, that's kind of ridiculous that they couldn't catch it.
00:36:13.000 But I think that a lot of people, one of the reasons that so many people just kind of accepted that it was true was because they assumed that the government was regulating it all, and assumed that government regulators were on the job protecting the fraud.
00:36:27.000 And I think, in general, Government regulation does more harm than good, for no other reason than it breeds complacency.
00:36:35.000 I think the public would have been a lot more skeptical of a MADOC had there been no SEC, had there been no FINRA, had people realized that there are dishonest people, they might have done a better job, the free market might have done a much better job of policing this than the government did.
00:36:55.000 But also, I think the bigger lesson here Is that Ponzi schemes don't work.
00:37:01.000 And they don't work when a private citizen tries it, but they also don't work when the government does it.
00:37:06.000 Which means Social Security is going to meet the same fate as Madoff.
00:37:11.000 That was my next point.
00:37:12.000 But instead, the Ponzi scheme has gotten so big with thousands of quadrillions or whatever globally, that when does that Ponzi scheme come due?
00:37:23.000 Are we seeing the Ponzi scheme fall?
00:37:25.000 Yeah, I think we are.
00:37:26.000 I mean, first of all, remember, there's a lot of naturally occurring Ponzi schemes in the market.
00:37:30.000 The housing bubble was a Ponzi scheme.
00:37:32.000 The stock market bubble was a Ponzi scheme.
00:37:34.000 The whole idea was that you have a greater fool.
00:37:37.000 The investment returns not come from the investment, but from cashing out to a greater fool.
00:37:41.000 That's all Ponzi dynamic.
00:37:43.000 Think about the way the United States operates its budget.
00:37:47.000 We borrow money forever.
00:37:48.000 The national debt always gets bigger.
00:37:50.000 It never gets smaller.
00:37:52.000 Whenever The debt's mature.
00:37:54.000 We have to go borrow more money to pay it off.
00:37:56.000 But the final equation is... And whenever we have to make an interest payment, we have to go deeper into debt.
00:38:00.000 But in the final equation, that's what Dick Cheney says.
00:38:02.000 He says, we have the nukes, and we can nuke the whole planet.
00:38:05.000 You know, he said that Sunday on Fox News.
00:38:08.000 He did?
00:38:09.000 I mean, he said, the President is all-powerful.
00:38:12.000 You can't question the President's power.
00:38:15.000 After all, he's got the nuclear football.
00:38:18.000 So what does he mean by that?
00:38:19.000 That if people don't want to buy our bonds, we're going to nuke them?
00:38:22.000 I don't know what that means.
00:38:23.000 Every time he gives a speech now or talks, he just says the President's above the law, no one can question him.
00:38:29.000 I can play you the clip if you want to hear it.
00:38:31.000 The point is... I mean, that's just nonsense, and it's very frightening that somebody is even saying that, and we're just allowing it.
00:38:39.000 But I mean, I think that's the delusional megalomania.
00:38:42.000 And I mean, now Obama's coming in promising to give people millions of jobs and more taxes.
00:38:48.000 I know, I like the way he changed his mind.
00:38:49.000 He said, you know, he's changing.
00:38:51.000 He's not going to do 2 million jobs, but 3 million jobs.
00:38:53.000 So why not 5 million jobs?
00:38:54.000 Why not 10 million jobs?
00:38:56.000 I mean, like, he can just create jobs that however many he decides that's how many he's going to create.
00:39:00.000 Mr. Schiff, he's not stupid.
00:39:02.000 He may not be as smart as an economist or investor as you are, but they know that raising taxes is going to hurt the economy.
00:39:09.000 Well, they're not even planning on raising, except they might raise taxes on employers, you know.
00:39:13.000 But, you know, they're not talking about big tax hike increases.
00:39:17.000 They're just talking about printing money.
00:39:19.000 See, the problem is they think that printing money And spending it is as good as actually earning it.
00:39:26.000 Or, you know, that wealth can come from a printing press.
00:39:30.000 And they don't understand how legitimate wealth is created.
00:39:33.000 So where is this going?
00:39:34.000 I mean, how bad?
00:39:35.000 I mean, you say it's going to get very bad.
00:39:36.000 What is very bad?
00:39:37.000 You know, 24 months from now, what's the United States look like?
00:39:41.000 Very bad is runaway inflation.
00:39:43.000 Very bad is shortages of basic goods, food and energy products that we now take for granted.
00:39:51.000 Becoming prohibitively expensive and hard to come by, because of government price controls, because of distribution problems.
00:40:00.000 What we're looking at is sky-high interest rates for everybody but the government.
00:40:05.000 The only people that are going to be able to borrow is going to be the government, and all they're going to be able to do is give us money that doesn't buy anything.
00:40:10.000 I mean, we're talking about a situation where instead of worrying about Mexicans coming across the border, we're going to be worrying about Americans going in the other direction.
00:40:21.000 Well, that's already happening with a lot of wealthy people that see the writing on the wall.
00:40:24.000 Yeah, but wait until it's not just wealthy people.
00:40:26.000 Wait until it's young people who are looking for opportunities and know they don't find any here, because the government has stifled them all.
00:40:32.000 Well, that's my next issue.
00:40:33.000 And when people have immigrated, you know, second-generation Americans start going back to their home country, you know, where their parents came from, because there's more opportunities outside the United States than within.
00:40:44.000 That's where we're headed.
00:40:45.000 Because the bureaucrats, like a horde of locusts, came to the United States and basically ate it down to the bone.
00:40:53.000 I want to come back and talk about solutions, a way to avert this, if it can be averted, or ways to individually protect ourselves in a final short segment with Peter Schiff.
00:41:03.000 We'll tell you about his website and more of the information he has, also his radio show that he does.
00:41:07.000 But speaking of government solutions, you know they've announced 20,000 battle-hardened troops for Homeland Security for North America under NORTHCOM.
00:41:17.000 The Army War College now says they are preparing to engage militarily the American people, that the people try to remove the government in Washington in the spirit of 1776, that the military will engage us.
00:41:30.000 Where do you see that going?
00:41:32.000 Excuse me, what did you say again?
00:41:33.000 I thought I was going to a break.
00:41:34.000 No, no, I mean, we're going to go to a break and then we're going to come back.
00:41:37.000 But I was asking you briefly, you've heard about the plan, well they're already doing it, to put 20,000 U.S.
00:41:42.000 troops on the streets to engage the American people?
00:41:46.000 No, I hadn't heard about that.
00:41:47.000 Really, you haven't heard about that?
00:41:49.000 No.
00:41:50.000 But I mean, I wouldn't be surprised if, I mean, ultimately, as I said, I've been forecasting There would be civil unrest and rioting in response to government-created shortages and lack of opportunity.
00:42:02.000 A lot of people are going to be losing their jobs in the next several years, and because of government policy, they're not going to find new jobs.
00:42:07.000 And I think unemployed people who are hungry I get very frustrated, and I thought maybe the government knows that this is going to happen.
00:42:13.000 They're trying to get the troops on the streets in advance.
00:42:17.000 But I mean, they've been quietly setting this up for decades, but now they announced NORTHCOM, Homeland Security is for the American people.
00:42:25.000 That's quite a totalitarian shift, isn't it?
00:42:27.000 Yeah, but it's a shift in the wrong direction, and we're headed there fast.
00:42:34.000 Okay, sir, there's several websites.
00:42:36.000 Which one should we plug here on air?
00:42:38.000 On my website, www.europaq.net.
00:42:42.000 Yep, europaq.net.

00:43:53.000 A day unlike any other in the long course of American history, a terrorist act of war against this country.
00:44:01.000 The enemy struck America on September 11th.
00:44:04.000 But who is the enemy?
00:44:05.000 Bin Laden.
00:44:06.000 This is his ammo.
00:44:07.000 We have to look to the Middle East.

00:44:18.000 investigators believe that there are Israelis again very much engaged in spying in and on the U.S.
00:44:18.000 Some U.S.
00:44:24.000 I'm aware that some Israeli citizens have been detained.
00:44:28.000 In Laden's connections to the CIA, the hijackers' ties to the FBI, the Saudi Arabian connection, the Israeli intelligence network, Warnings and War Games, the shadow government, and much, much more.

00:46:01.000 The Little Book of Bull Moves and Bear Markets is his latest bestseller.
00:46:06.000 Another...
00:46:07.000 Jim Rogers calls it a must-read book.
00:46:10.000 Ron Paul says everybody needs to read it.
00:46:13.000 Anyone wishing to know why the economy is in trouble should read this book.
00:46:18.000 So you can check those out simply by googling Peter Schiff, or go to his website we have up on screen right now at PrisonPlanet.tv.
00:46:28.000 Don't forget my websites are InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.com.
00:46:36.000 Okay, in the four minutes we have left with you, if we could fix government, what would be the good moves there to fix this?
00:46:42.000 But obviously that's not going to happen.
00:46:45.000 Secondarily, what can we do individually from your educated opinion, sir?
00:46:50.000 Well, individually is about the only thing we can do.
00:46:52.000 I mean, we could try to influence the politicians, but it doesn't look like that's going to work.
00:46:56.000 I mean, they've got us on this course.
00:46:58.000 They're going to drive this bus right over the edge of a cliff.
00:47:02.000 And, you know, we can try to scream and get them to change course, but the bottom line is we're probably going to go over that cliff.
00:47:07.000 So the best thing that we can do is try to get off the bus ourselves.
00:47:12.000 And that's what I'm helping people do with their investments, with trying to understand that it's the dollar that's going to be the big casualty here, the value of our money.
00:47:20.000 And that if people want to protect their wealth, if they don't want to be stuck footing the bill for all the bailouts and all the stimulus packages, they need to get their money out of U.S.
00:47:28.000 assets.
00:47:28.000 They need to be out of dollars completely, out of U.S.
00:47:31.000 currency.
00:47:31.000 That means out of money markets, CDs, bonds.
00:47:34.000 If you can, out of U.S.
00:47:35.000 real estate, I think out of most U.S.
00:47:37.000 stocks.
00:47:38.000 And move your money abroad.
00:47:39.000 I mean, be it foreign currencies, be it foreign government bonds, corporate bonds, foreign stocks around the world, owning assets that earn their revenues and pay their dividends.
00:47:47.000 What about gold and silver?
00:47:49.000 And certainly owning precious metals, owning gold, owning silver, having some physical gold in your possession, having more gold outside the United States where it might be even safer, investing in mining companies.
00:48:03.000 People have to understand and plan for what's going to happen.
00:48:07.000 As bad as it's going to be, we can at least plan for it.
00:48:10.000 We can at least try to minimize the impact on our own lives and our own finances, although in many respects You know, the way it's going to play out in our personal lives may way overshadow any success we might have.
00:48:25.000 I was about to say, I mean, crime is already exploding.
00:48:28.000 How bad do you think it's going to get?
00:48:30.000 Look, I certainly think it's going to get worse as economic conditions worsen.
00:48:34.000 And I don't think we're a civilized society.
00:48:36.000 I mean, maybe I'm wrong here, but I don't think we're as civil as our grandparents were during the 1930s.
00:48:41.000 I don't think that the type of hardship that we're going to have It's going to be greeted the way it was.
00:48:47.000 I think we have an entire generation of dependency in this country of people who think they're entitled to something.
00:48:51.000 Well, sir, I think it's worse than that.
00:48:52.000 And I think a lot of people are going to react very differently than the way our grandparents did.
00:48:57.000 I think it's worse than that.
00:48:58.000 I mean, I agree with you.
00:49:00.000 If 90% of our forebears were agrarian, and now we're 90% urban, even if they were nice people socially, how are they going to feed themselves?
00:49:10.000 I mean, as I said, it's going to be difficult.
00:49:10.000 Oh, yeah.
00:49:13.000 And it's already amazing in a nation.
00:49:15.000 It's supposedly so abundant, right, when it comes to food.
00:49:18.000 You know, 90% of our seafood is imported.
00:49:22.000 You know, I mean, it's crazy.
00:49:23.000 We have all these oceans, two oceans, we have all these lakes, yet we import 90% of our fish.
00:49:28.000 Now when the dollar collapses and that fish isn't coming in, you know, it's not going to be there.
00:49:33.000 And it's not, you know, it's not like we've got a bunch of boats and fishermen ready to go, you know, to pick up the slack.
00:49:38.000 No, you're absolutely right.
00:49:39.000 Well, I mean, take global warming in closing.
00:49:41.000 Even if you believe that our breath, our breathing, and our cars and cow flatulence is killing the earth, moving everything to China and India, where they have no standards, is going to boost the level of those gases.
00:49:54.000 So it's the same thing.
00:49:55.000 Government is literally killing our economy.
00:49:58.000 Well, that's it.
00:49:58.000 I mean, what we've got to do is kill government before it kills us.
00:50:01.000 They're like a cancer.
00:50:03.000 And, you know, the cancer keeps getting bigger and bigger and bigger, and we're feeding the cancer as opposed to trying to fight it off.
00:50:10.000 Alright, have a great Christmas and have a great New Year, and I look forward to talking to you coming up next year as this unfolds.
00:50:19.000 Thank you so much, Peter Schiff.

00:51:49.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.
00:51:52.000 We have April Gallup's lawyer, Bill Veal, on the line with us. - on the line with us. - Our listeners, five, six months ago, raised money with April Gallup here on the show to be able to file suit against George Bush and Dick Cheney for the 9-11 attacks.
00:52:22.000 In this lawsuit, they're going to get discovery, unless they declare national security, which should be very, very interesting.
00:52:27.000 That should be revealing in and of itself.
00:52:31.000 The ex-GI plaintiff alleges she has been denied government support since then because she raised painful questions about the inexplicable failure of military defense at the Pentagon that day.
00:52:42.000 The suit charges that Cheney, Rumsfeld, and Myers conducted a conspiracy to facilitate the attacks and alleges that other unnamed individuals had foreknowledge.
00:52:49.000 She was there smelling the explosives.
00:52:51.000 She was right in the zone when the supposed aircraft hit.
00:52:54.000 You know, cutting cleanly through the walls, no airplane wreckage found.
00:52:58.000 And then they showed up at the hospital telling her what she did see and basically threatening her.
00:53:03.000 That's when she started asking questions.
00:53:04.000 She brought her baby to work that day, which she'd been authorized to do.
00:53:08.000 They were then claiming that, you know, she shouldn't have done that, as if she could go into the building without them knowing she had her baby.
00:53:14.000 Just an amazing story with April Gallup.
00:53:18.000 And so I wanted to get her lawyer on to first recap what happened to her, and then why he's chosen to take this case, and where the case is going.
00:53:28.000 This is a landmark, obviously, landmark case in its importance, and if it goes anywhere, extremely important, historical.
00:53:36.000 So thank you.
00:53:37.000 Thanks for coming on, sir.
00:53:38.000 No, you bet.
00:53:40.000 Short segment now, just recap what happened to April, why she's suing, and then let's get into the details of the suit itself.
00:53:47.000 Well, you know, she was, it was her first day back from maternity leave, and she showed up at the Pentagon, and she was going to take her kid to daycare, and they said, no, we want you to go in there and finish up some job that had to be done.
00:54:04.000 At the computer and they say you can take a kid to daycare if you get finished at.
00:54:08.000 So she went in and basically sat down and turned the computer on and you know the place just blew up.
00:54:18.000 There were enormous explosions and she was knocked unconscious and you know came to after some period of time and she really doesn't know how long that was and managed to gather Herself and her child, a two-month-old, up and she and other people who were in a similar position managed to struggle out through the dust and the smoke and what fire there was.
00:54:47.000 There wouldn't have been much fire at that point.
00:54:49.000 And, you know, stepping over all kinds of debris and probably people.
00:54:58.000 All that jet fuel and hardly any fire?
00:55:01.000 Yeah, well, I mean there were fires coming out of the computers that she remembers, but her primary focus and her memory of getting out of there was just through smoke and dust.
00:55:16.000 And then she saw light and people were kind of helping her and she struggled out onto the On the lawn there, she stepped over the last barrier of the wall and basically collapsed out on the lawn there.
00:55:32.000 And next thing she knew, she was in the hospital.
00:55:35.000 I mean, it's just a horrendous moment of anybody's life.
00:55:40.000 But she is an inspiring character in so many ways.
00:55:46.000 And, you know, you just can't let her be courageous by herself.
00:55:51.000 She inspires you in that way.
00:55:54.000 The only people with the ability to find justice under these circumstances are lawyers.
00:56:02.000 And I happen to be one.
00:56:03.000 Well, Bill, that was the next thing I was going to say to Bill Veal here.
00:56:06.000 You are courageous.
00:56:07.000 You have a lot of courage.
00:56:09.000 They clearly, a lot of evidence shows they just whacked a guy, you know, involved with Karl Rove for exposing some things.
00:56:14.000 And we know they kill people every day.
00:56:16.000 You know, they kill 3,000 on 9-11, so they'll stoop to anything.
00:56:19.000 So we'll be praying for you here.
00:56:22.000 And when we come back, specifically why you decided to take the case, What her standing is and what it's alleging, where this is going.
00:56:31.000 I mean, imagine folks, we have a plaintiff who clearly has the standing because she was a victim of the attack and they're going forward with a suit.
00:56:41.000 We'll tell you exactly why when we get back with our guest.
00:56:44.000 Again, I'm Alex Jones.

00:59:58.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.
01:00:01.000 We are back live, ladies and gentlemen, and our guest is attorney Bill Beal.
01:00:12.000 Home. .
01:00:14.000 Bill, tell us a little bit about yourself.
01:00:16.000 I know you're involved with 9-11 Truth.
01:00:18.000 Specifically, Now, White, you've decided to take this on.
01:00:24.000 And then let's get into the suit itself, because it is bringing out a lot of really powerful information.
01:00:32.000 Well, I did 30-some years as a public defender.
01:00:39.000 I retired as Chief Justice in Contra Costa County a couple of years ago.
01:00:43.000 And at that point, I was pretty much like normal, average Americans.
01:00:51.000 You know, unbelieving.
01:00:53.000 And I didn't have any particular suspicions about 9-11.
01:00:57.000 And, you know, a colleague of mine threw a book at me one day and I started reading.
01:01:04.000 And, you know, I was inspired by, you know, at the time I was inspired by the enormity of the atrocity that had taken place, no matter who did it.
01:01:14.000 But after you do the reading and you do the research and you learn about what went on, Then you become inspired by the stunning, breathtaking, colossal sense of the nature of the crime itself and the overwhelming arrogance of the people who were engaged in it, the most powerful people in the world.
01:01:41.000 And they thought that they could get away, basically, with what they did.
01:01:46.000 Well, they think they can get away with stealing $8.5 trillion with the banker takeover.
01:01:52.000 I mean, arrogance.
01:01:54.000 Who would think they would write up memos saying, we can torture children in front of their parents, and then being questioned about it and saying, yes, the president has that power.
01:02:03.000 But I'm sorry, I interrupt.
01:02:04.000 Go ahead.
01:02:06.000 So, I'm inspired by the enormity of their crime, I'm inspired by their arrogance, and I'm inspired by the courage of April Galt.
01:02:14.000 And so, I decided that if nobody else was going to do it, I mean, you know, in a perfect world, for God's sake, there would have been some U.S.
01:02:22.000 attorney someplace who would have said, gee whiz, this smells a little funny to me, I think maybe we ought to look into it.
01:02:29.000 And they would have sent out some investigators.
01:02:32.000 You know, you don't have to look that hard to find something to latch on to that leads you to another place, that leads you to another place.
01:02:38.000 And then, you know, if you keep your eyes open and your ears open, you learn what's going on here.
01:02:43.000 This is not hard.
01:02:45.000 This is not really a closed case.
01:02:48.000 And so, you know, you would have thought there would have been somebody along those lines, some law enforcement person in this country, a lawyer who would have taken on the job.
01:02:59.000 Uh, that didn't happen, so it's left to the private citizens.
01:03:03.000 And, um, you know.
01:03:06.000 There I am, and I've got a friend who is a veteran civil rights lawyer, Dennis Cunningham.
01:03:12.000 The two of us decided that this was something that had to be done.
01:03:15.000 Okay, so Dennis Cunningham has signed his name onto this declaration against tyranny as well.
01:03:22.000 You know, reading from the suit itself, by helping the attack succeed, defendants and their cohorts created a basis for the seizure of extraordinary power, a pretext for launching the so-called global war on terror, in the guise of which they were free to pursue plans for military conquest, full-spectrum dominance in the guise of which they were free to pursue plans for military conquest, full-spectrum dominance As they have done, reads the lawsuit.
01:03:45.000 And so you go into motive, everything.
01:03:48.000 Walk us through the basics of the suit and what her standing is and where you think this will go, what courts it's going to be heard in.
01:03:56.000 Yeah, well, you know, You know, April was, she was hurt.
01:04:01.000 It's as simple as that.
01:04:03.000 You know, if you assault somebody, they have a cause of action against you.
01:04:07.000 So that's, we're playing this on the simplest and most basic level.
01:04:11.000 She was hurt by these people.
01:04:13.000 And so she has standing to sue.
01:04:17.000 The Congress of the United States decided very shortly after 9-11, with very little thought, as far as I can see, that everything Every claim that there would be made, that would be made throughout the country, that had anything to do with 9-11, the jurisdiction for that claim would be in the Southern District of New York, in the Federal Court.
01:04:39.000 So that's where we filed the lawsuit.
01:04:43.000 And we believe that it's going to be a hard fight here, because these guys have got power that's pretty hard to really conceive of.
01:04:55.000 So, we make the claim that there was a conspiracy.
01:05:01.000 It included the highest people in the government, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Myers, and lots of other people, too, that we did not name.
01:05:10.000 We named them as John Does, as you do in federal court.
01:05:14.000 And we believe that they got together and decided that this was a moment that was required by American history, that a sleeping nation basically needed to be awakened from its Torper made to understand the dangers of the 21st century and how we needed to project our power around the world so that we could run things as were required by those who we know best, those who have the power in this country.
01:05:42.000 So they left enough evidence behind that we could see what they had done.
01:05:49.000 We don't know the precise uh... mechanisms in many instances uh... but we don't have to and so uh... that's right we know the official story has been a a disproven fairy tale hoax of fraud a sham a giant uh... cockamamie uh... fraud and uh... this has to be done and now specifically did you guys file the suit right as uh...
01:06:16.000 Bush is leaving office, hoping that during the transition, someone in the establishment might not be able to block or slow the suit down as fast as they might have been able to.
01:06:26.000 No, it's taken us this long to get it together to the point where we thought we were comfortable to go ahead with it.
01:06:36.000 It's an enormous amount of work, and we had a lot of research to do.
01:06:41.000 There's an enormous amount of material that's been written.
01:06:44.000 And we had to get on top of it as much as we could in order to have the lawsuit make sense, and then make claims that we thought we could back up, and that's what we've done.
01:06:54.000 And so, you know, we filed it when we got it ready, and as soon as we could do it.
01:07:02.000 And there was no particular hope that... I don't think things are going to change that much, you know, with the new administration.
01:07:09.000 No, I agree with you.
01:07:11.000 I was just saying...
01:07:12.000 I mean, you know, people with different attitudes will be in positions where they could affect things, but those people have been in a position to...
01:07:21.000 To speak out so long before this, and nothing's been said, so I don't... No, no, I agree.
01:07:27.000 I mean, if there was any questions about Obama, all of his appointments should leave, and his announcements should leave.
01:07:34.000 No questions about where he is going.
01:07:37.000 Well, I would disagree with you there.
01:07:39.000 I've got great hope, as a matter of fact, for him in many respects, but I think that this is simply an issue that is too big for anybody with that kind of access to speak on at this point.
01:07:51.000 Maybe at some point or another, you know...
01:07:54.000 It'll be put in a position where they will have to say something.
01:07:57.000 That's kind of what we're doing.
01:07:58.000 Listen, you're a smart guy, Mr. Veal.
01:08:00.000 Look, you've got... I mean, seriously, you've got over... I mean, you can figure out 9-11, you can figure this out.
01:08:06.000 You've got Bush setting up the military to police the American people, and then Obama is cheerleading it, ready to get all this new power, and he's keeping Gates in.
01:08:15.000 I mean, they are passing the baton.
01:08:18.000 They are in unison like it's an Olympic relay team here.
01:08:22.000 Well, you know, I think, you know, your points are well taken and I'm a hopeful person.
01:08:29.000 I filed this lawsuit because I'm a hopeful person and I'm going to wait and let those people who have the pain power disappoint me.
01:08:40.000 How do you see them?
01:08:41.000 I'm going to maintain my hope.
01:08:44.000 Sure.
01:08:44.000 How do you see them coming at you or trying to block it?
01:08:46.000 Oh, I don't think...
01:08:49.000 You know, they've got, you know, these people don't have lawyers, they have law firms.
01:08:55.000 It's going to be enormous.
01:08:56.000 I like how you go after them for covering up the attack.
01:09:02.000 That's one of the points in the suit.
01:09:04.000 This is a very detailed suit.
01:09:05.000 Please continue.
01:09:07.000 Well, you know, the important thing about this Well, I don't know, it's not the most important thing, but one of the reasons why we're in a position where we are is the cover-up basically was conceived before the crime was conceived.
01:09:25.000 That's right.
01:09:27.000 Everything had to be done with the thought that, okay, there is going to be at some point or another somebody looking in this direction, so we need to misdirect you at that point.
01:09:37.000 And then they make you look over here, and they misdirect you at that point.
01:09:40.000 Exactly!
01:09:41.000 The cover-up is the evidence of the crime.
01:09:43.000 I mean, I would say, you know, admission A, or the piece of evidence being brought in A, is that two months before, they changed the shoot-down powers from the generals and admirals, or their designates, to only Dick Cheney or Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld.
01:10:00.000 I mean, that was the first time since 57 they'd done that, or then... I'm sorry, go ahead.
01:10:08.000 Yeah, no, well, you know, if you look at some of the stuff that's come out, you know, and the investigations have been done by, you know, normal people, people who are not in the business of doing these kinds of investigations, have produced enormous effects.
01:10:28.000 The pilots who managed to get the NTFB flight simulation data, the black box data, and it conflicts on a very basic level with that produced by the 9-11 Commission.
01:10:44.000 So we have these two entities of the United States government disagreeing with each other about where the airplane went.
01:10:52.000 And the evidence that they gave us from the NTSB to the pilots, through the pilots for 9-11 Truth, shows that the airplane that was flying there was too high to hit the building.
01:11:04.000 That's right.
01:11:05.000 There are all kinds, in each place you look, there is... Yeah, the key here is there's many official stories.
01:11:11.000 There's many official fables, and by doing this suit you're going to get that, or hopefully get that discovery.
01:11:18.000 Well, that will be the point.
01:11:21.000 We're going to be telling the judge that we have said enough here to say, okay, now we begin the lawsuit.
01:11:29.000 Now we begin the fact-finding process.
01:11:31.000 And that gives us subpoena power.
01:11:34.000 We get to say, okay, let's have these people come in, sit down, and we'll take their depositions and see what they have to say.
01:11:40.000 You know, when Norman Mineta was testifying before the 9-11 Commission.
01:11:44.000 Stay there.
01:11:45.000 Stay there.

01:17:04.000 Yeah, let's go through the key points, I mean the bullet points.
01:17:08.000 We wrote a story at PrisonPlanet.com.
01:17:10.000 Where do you go from there?
01:17:11.000 Army Officer Suze Chaney Rumsfeld for 9-11 complicity, but at the end of the article we post your suit, and everybody should go read this because it reads as a who's who of the evidence of an inside job.
01:17:23.000 And they're going to have a hard time rejecting this, but if they do, where do you go from there?
01:17:28.000 Where do you go from there?
01:17:32.000 After you lost, you mean?
01:17:34.000 I mean, you'd appeal it, right?
01:17:35.000 Well, yeah.
01:17:36.000 No, I mean, we expect, frankly, to be in the appellate courts.
01:17:40.000 Um, uh, I mean, I'm sorry to have a kind of a negative view, but, you know, the history is that these people of power are able to manipulate things in such a way that, you know, they get to run out the spring for as long as anybody can imagine in the appellate courts.
01:18:01.000 And so I expect that they will find some argument that they can make.
01:18:06.000 That the judge will say, okay, well, I think that's right.
01:18:10.000 And then we will have to appeal that judgment.
01:18:14.000 And that's what we'll do.
01:18:16.000 We'll take it wherever we have to take it.
01:18:19.000 And each time a judge rules against us, it'll be an opportunity for the media in this country to see whether or not there's duplicity going on here, whether people are being honest about themselves.
01:18:31.000 And if the judge rules in a dishonest way, then that's a time for everybody to watch the unmasking that's going on.
01:18:40.000 I think that our facts are unassailable, and we've got the law.
01:18:45.000 I think that the judge is going to have a very hard time saying, oh no, this isn't a lawsuit.
01:18:51.000 I think they're going to have a very hard time doing that, but if they do, we'll pursue them.
01:18:57.000 in your suit that I may have missed, it may be in there but I didn't see it, is a predisposition or a history.
01:19:04.000 They admit the USS Liberty was staged now, they admit the Gulf of Tonkin was staged, they admit Operation Ajax with Iran was staged.
01:19:11.000 Over 200 declassified, admitted examples of the U.S.
01:19:15.000 government staging terror attacks against its own installations or against friends who they then want to basically sic on their enemies.
01:19:25.000 So with this long history of false flag terror, don't you think that's an important piece of evidence that, hey, the people who were charging with this have done this over and over again?
01:19:34.000 It's extremely important.
01:19:36.000 It's not the kind of thing that we needed to put in the complaint, because the history by itself is not going to be enough to get you over.
01:19:46.000 But when the time comes for the trial, Boy, the history's going to be really important there, because what we have, one of the large problems we have in this situation is, you know, there's been this fortress of denial erected by each of us, each human being.
01:20:03.000 Fortress of denial!
01:20:04.000 I'm going to steal that term!
01:20:06.000 Well, and it's really, it's an enormous fortress, it's strong.
01:20:12.000 And you can't really get there.
01:20:15.000 You can't fight against it in a massive way.
01:20:19.000 You have to kind of chip around.
01:20:21.000 And one of the things that seems to me that's helpful trying to besiege that fortress is by alerting people to the fact of the false flag operation and its history and our history with it.
01:20:36.000 It's been their callous examples.
01:20:38.000 Not callous, but they are many examples.
01:20:41.000 Important examples of beginning wars with the false flag.
01:20:45.000 And the idea that the United States is somehow, you know, is above that or something or different from other nations and wouldn't use that sort of strategy is just preposterous.
01:20:58.000 And so the people of the United States need to think, okay, well, wait a minute.
01:21:03.000 What is about us?
01:21:05.000 What is it about our history in the last 70 years, just for example, That means that we are incapable of these things.
01:21:13.000 And when you start to ask those questions, then the answer is there is nothing about us that makes us incapable.
01:21:19.000 And then you have motive, and then you have the people running things.
01:21:22.000 This is one of their favorite tools.
01:21:24.000 I bet you're going to try to bring Northwoods into the trial.
01:21:27.000 Well, I would think so.
01:21:28.000 I mean, it's right there in black and white.
01:21:31.000 Uh, North, you know, but if you ask me, you know, can you imagine, for example, the Soviet Union or Russia?
01:21:38.000 Hold on, stay there, stay there, final segment, stay there Bill, we'll be right back to you.
01:21:44.000 We're on the march, the empire's on the run.

01:26:25.000 That's how Bill Vieth woke up, was someone giving him a book about 9-11 being an inside job.
01:26:29.000 I was aware of the history, that's why I was warning about the attacks in the World Trade Center.
01:26:33.000 Because I know the Feds had bombed it unsuccessfully in 1993.
01:26:37.000 That's why I was on air saying, call the White House, tell Bush don't blow up the World Trade Center.
01:26:41.000 Two months before it happened, well really years before it happened, I was saying they were going to stage large terror attacks, but we could see the preparation for what was happening there.
01:26:49.000 Bill, before we finish up with you, and hopefully you and April back on in the near future as this unfolds.
01:26:55.000 Fire out your website or a P.O.
01:26:57.000 Box for anybody that wants to financially support with the suit against George Bush and Dick Cheney for carrying out or aiding in the crimes of 9-11.
01:27:05.000 Well, I can be contacted at the Center for 9-11 Justice at gmail.com and I'd be glad to contact, discuss it or talk to anybody about how they can support us.
01:27:19.000 But if anybody wanted to send some money, I mean, honest to God, this is going to be an enormous enterprise.
01:27:25.000 And it's going to be carried out thanks to, you know, just normal citizens.
01:27:30.000 Send in five bucks, fifty bucks, whatever they can do.
01:27:33.000 And the address is 2033 North Main Street, Walnut Creek, California.
01:27:42.000 94596.
01:27:44.000 That's the address and we'll take anything that anybody can give us because this is going to be a fight.
01:27:50.000 Give that address out one more time.
01:27:52.000 Yeah, 2033.
01:27:54.000 North Main Street, Walnut Creek, California, 94596.
01:28:01.000 All right.
01:28:04.000 In fact, guys, if I give you that address again, can my TV crew get that up on screen?
01:28:08.000 Give that address out one more time.
01:28:10.000 Okay.
01:28:12.000 2033 North Main Street, Walnut Creek, California, 94596.
01:28:19.000 And address those checks to who?
01:28:23.000 Well, just to the Center for 9-11 Justice.
01:28:29.000 Say that again?
01:28:30.000 Center for 9-11 Justice.
01:28:32.000 Center for 9-11 Justice and the website's Center for 9-11 Justice at... Well, there is no... We're lawyers and we're not... We haven't gotten as far as the website yet.
01:28:41.000 I understand.
01:28:42.000 Give your email out again.
01:28:43.000 The email address is Center for 9-11 Justice.
01:28:47.000 All right, well, people ask me for solutions all day.
01:28:51.000 All I can do is have every courageous, good group on that's fighting tyranny on a hundred different subjects a week.
01:28:58.000 And this is one of the most important I can think of.
01:29:00.000 And I want to thank the listeners for previously supporting you guys and for them doing it now.
01:29:04.000 And I hope that they will.
01:29:05.000 We'll put that up on screen.
01:29:06.000 We've only got about six, seven minutes left with you, sir, and I appreciate your time.
01:29:09.000 Recapping and then getting into more key areas of the case, I also interrupted you when you were getting up to the part of people can't believe our government would do this, though it just came out that they killed General Patton, as we already knew, but now it's declassified, because he wanted to get our troops out of a Soviet gulag that they'd taken from the Germans.
01:29:28.000 So, oh, you want to get 12,000 U.S.
01:29:30.000 troops away from the Soviets?
01:29:32.000 Well, U.S.
01:29:32.000 troops will just kill you.
01:29:34.000 So, I mean, people need to come to grips with the military mind, the mind of the elite we have.
01:29:38.000 Please continue.
01:29:40.000 Well, I just think if you turn it around a little bit and say, alright, you talk to a normal citizen, do you think that the Soviet Union or Russia now is capable of, for example, bombing apartment buildings and claiming that it's Chechen rebels who are doing it?
01:29:59.000 Do you think that they're capable of that?
01:30:01.000 Most people would say, well, certainly.
01:30:02.000 Those sorts of people do that kind of thing all the time.
01:30:07.000 What about the Japanese in 1931 at the Mukden Bridge?
01:30:12.000 Were they capable of massacring their own troops and then claiming it was the Chinese who did it?
01:30:19.000 Well, I would say certainly.
01:30:21.000 I think that's quite possible.
01:30:22.000 Those kind of people.
01:30:23.000 Other people.
01:30:24.000 Not the United States.
01:30:26.000 Well, think about it.
01:30:28.000 What really does differentiate us from other countries?
01:30:31.000 Why are we incapable of that kind of Look at the history, and it turns out we've been using that technique plenty of times to start various things, or if we didn't do it ourselves, we managed to implement a propaganda exercise which, in essence, claimed that somebody else had done it.
01:30:52.000 Yeah, one of their favorites is to hire a proxy group to do it.
01:30:57.000 Clearly.
01:30:57.000 And then how to frame Patsy's is also included in things like Northwood's.
01:31:02.000 What are some of the other areas you're going into in the suit?
01:31:06.000 And what is the suit seeking?
01:31:09.000 Well, the suit will seek damages for pain and suffering and all that sort of thing, but punitive damages.
01:31:18.000 This is going to be an opportunity, if we get to trial, which I hope we will, for the American people literally to say, okay, what is the penalty for something like this?
01:31:29.000 And then they can, you know, the only thing that you can do is put zeros up.
01:31:34.000 But that's basically where we are, since nobody in the justice system decided these people needed to be investigated on a criminal basis.
01:31:43.000 It's been left to the civil law.
01:31:45.000 And so we brought the suit and allege that they've committed these crimes through a conspiracy.
01:31:51.000 We're talking about Cheney, Rumsfeld and Myers.
01:31:53.000 This is a common law conspiracy to cause death and great bodily harm and certainly hurt her and her child and a lot of other people killed some folks as well.
01:32:02.000 Well, it's all right, but it's also a civil rights action for, you know, Denial of civil rights, and it's also a claim that they have retaliated against her for opening her mouth about what she saw and what she knew.
01:32:16.000 And so these are various causes of action under the common law, indeed, and under the Bivens case, which is the famous federal civil rights case.
01:32:26.000 We've said you have denied her her federal civil rights, and so therefore you deserve Justice, she deserves justice and you have to pay for her denial of those rights.
01:32:38.000 Denial of her rights.
01:32:39.000 So, that's how you put it when the time comes.
01:32:43.000 But we will be, you know, making the arguments in court.
01:32:46.000 And the wonderful thing about this case, if there is anything wonderful about it, is the fact that there is, it's across this enormous panoply of evidence.
01:32:57.000 We have every single kind of evidence that exists.
01:33:02.000 It's incredible.
01:33:03.000 Well, people always say something this big, they would be caught doing it.
01:33:06.000 They do get caught.
01:33:07.000 It's just they've always controlled the mainstream media so they keep that information from getting out of the public.
01:33:12.000 Well, they control the media and that's extremely important.
01:33:15.000 Obviously, we wouldn't be anywhere near where we are today if it weren't for the complicity, either knowing or unwitting complicity, of the media.
01:33:23.000 I think the most stunning example of that Jim Dwyer of the New York Times was the person who, on behalf of the New York Times, sued the state of New York and the city of New York to get the firefighters' stories, you know, from that day, and wrote in an email to me when we were having correspondence, saying there's nothing from a personal, there's no human evidence, there's no human testimony,
01:33:53.000 Uh, that supports the idea of controlled demolition, for example, of the Twin Towers.
01:33:57.000 And then all over the tapes, it's there!
01:34:00.000 But, you know, what is the level of denial that can exist that allows a person who actually goes to the extent of filing a lawsuit, gets them the 500 stories of the firefighters and the EMTs, which include a hundred and some examples of people talking about the explosions that went off in those buildings.
01:34:23.000 How do you get to say that doesn't exist?
01:34:26.000 So, you know, I don't know, frankly.
01:34:29.000 It's a fascinating subject to plumb the depths of the denial that goes on here, and to ask people the question whether or not they're actually acting honestly.
01:34:39.000 Hey, listen, listen.
01:34:40.000 There are people in denial that the Federal Reserve is private.
01:34:43.000 There are people in denial that they've stolen $8.5 trillion, and that's what we know of.
01:34:48.000 The number's growing.
01:34:49.000 People are in denial.
01:34:51.000 Neocons on the radio still say that WMDs were found in Iraq.
01:34:56.000 So there is a religion of denial.
01:35:00.000 Sir, I want to get you back up in the near future as this develops and as this unfolds and to get more into this landmark case.
01:35:08.000 Bill, thank you so much for the time you've spent with us today.
01:35:12.000 And sir, thank you for your work.
01:35:13.000 I appreciate it.
01:35:14.000 You bet.
01:35:15.000 You know, in the new year or as this progresses... One last question.
01:35:19.000 Specifically, I mean, I have the filings here.
01:35:21.000 This is going into a court where?
01:35:23.000 Well, it's in the Southern District of New York.
01:35:26.000 The federal court in the Southern District of New York.
01:35:29.000 Okay, and how long until we get some answers on this?
01:35:33.000 Who knows?
01:35:36.000 It's going to be months anyway.
01:35:38.000 Alright, well we'll watch this as it develops.
01:35:40.000 Is April Gallup excited that you took her case and are doing this?
01:35:44.000 Well, nobody's excited about this.
01:35:47.000 She's a courageous woman.
01:35:48.000 It's just an inspiration, frankly, to know her.
01:35:52.000 Well, I mean, by excited, I mean, when you almost fly off a cliff in a car, it's exciting.
01:35:55.000 I mean, is she fired up, though?
01:36:00.000 Oh, no, she's a soldier, and she wants this done.
01:36:05.000 That's right.
01:36:05.000 I mean, she's, I guess, excited would be a word that you could use, but she's made the decision.
01:36:13.000 We're going forward here, and let's do it.
01:36:15.000 I think the right word is she's committed.
01:36:17.000 Oh, there's no doubt about that.
01:36:19.000 There's no doubt about that.
01:36:20.000 Well, we appreciate your commitment, Bill.
01:36:22.000 I can't imagine how much work and time and energy and also the courage it takes, Bill Veal, for you to do this and your colleague, the other lawyer that's involved.
01:36:32.000 But our prayers go out to you.
01:36:33.000 Dennis Cunningham, yes.
01:36:34.000 Thank you.
01:36:35.000 I appreciate it.
01:36:35.000 So, Vaya con Dios.
01:36:37.000 Okay.
01:36:37.000 Thank you, sir.
01:36:38.000 Take care.
01:36:38.000 Good to talk to you.
01:36:40.000 On a lighter note, I'm going to come back and take a few final calls in the last segment, but on a lighter note, we have some really serious world news.
01:36:46.000 The world faces total financial meltdown.
01:36:49.000 The bank head of the private bank in Spain has to say, and we have the Madoff guy stealing more than $100 billion and saying he did it all alone.
01:36:59.000 This is par for the course in Wall Street.
01:37:01.000 How do we protect ourselves from the bankers in uncertain times?
01:37:04.000 with our little leprechaun Ted Anderson and here is his theme song I want the gold.
01:37:32.000 Give me the gold.
01:37:33.000 I want the gold.
01:37:37.000 Give me the gold.
01:37:38.000 I want the gold.
01:37:39.000 I want the gold.
01:37:41.000 Give me the gold.
01:37:41.000 I want the gold.
01:37:42.000 Give me the gold.
01:37:43.000 I want the gold.
01:37:46.000 Left cut.
01:37:47.000 Left cut.
01:37:48.000 I don't want to know where to go.
01:37:49.000 I don't want to know where to go.
01:37:52.000 Give me the gold.
01:37:52.000 I don't want to know where to go.
01:37:54.000 I don't want to know where to go.
01:37:56.000 Give me the gold.
01:37:57.000 Absolutely, ladies and gentlemen.
01:38:15.000 And now, the Swedish Leprechaun.
01:38:17.000 He's an exchange student from the Emerald Isle.
01:38:21.000 The Swedish Leprechaun, Ted Anderson, 30 years in the gold and silver business, joins us.
01:38:26.000 Ted, good to have you here popping in with us on the 22nd of December, 2008.
01:38:30.000 Hey, it's a great day to be here, too, Alex.
01:38:32.000 Of course, you know, the auto manufacturer... Oh, I can't even think of it.
01:38:39.000 Do you like your little intro song?
01:38:41.000 Yeah, I like that.
01:38:42.000 That's cute.
01:38:43.000 I was laughing.
01:38:44.000 That's why I can't think of...
01:38:45.000 Toyota, of course, posting billion-dollar losses, first time since they've been in business, that they've had to post losses on their auto sales.
01:38:53.000 I mean, the market is really turning... I bet they want to know where the gold at.
01:38:55.000 Yeah, well... You know, we just had Peter Schiff on, talking about how people need gold and silver, and he's not a gold or silver broker, and, you know, talking about total depression, total collapse.
01:39:05.000 I had Gerald Cilente on.
01:39:09.000 I mean, I've got bank heads, prime ministers saying this, People have to get out of dollars, and they have to get out of them now.
01:39:16.000 And the reason we've got you here today, Ted, is so people can protect themselves from Wall Street run by a bunch of made-offs who will and have stolen your pension funds dry.
01:39:27.000 People need to convert a large portion into silver or gold.
01:39:30.000 They need to get a good place to physically hold it.
01:39:32.000 Who do you trust?
01:39:33.000 Trust yourselves, ladies and gentlemen, to physically hold it.
01:39:36.000 And Ted bought gold a week and a half ago.
01:39:39.000 When it was $7.70, it's $8.50 something today.
01:39:42.000 It's up today.
01:39:44.000 Move now.
01:39:45.000 Buy it at $7.70 because Ted bought it early.
01:39:48.000 He's almost sold out of that new position.
01:39:51.000 Remember when it was $700 and it was $820 and Ted was selling it from $700 levels?
01:39:56.000 Now it's $7.70 that he bought it at and it's $8.50.
01:39:59.000 Don't wait again while it goes up and up and up.
01:40:01.000 Use it as a buying opportunity.
01:40:03.000 Ted, tell people how they protect themselves from Madoff.
01:40:06.000 Well, here's the thing.
01:40:07.000 I mean, they do, they should take gold and they should get it in their own physical position, in their own physical possession.
01:40:13.000 I mean, when it comes down to the point where if you're hungry, you don't want a pitcher of a can of beans, you want the beans on the table.
01:40:18.000 And that's the same thing with the gold.
01:40:20.000 When the economy fails, everything falls apart, you don't want to have your gold stored at some brokerage firm in New York City or wherever.
01:40:29.000 You want it in your hands.
01:40:31.000 Does a leprechaun have it in his hand or in a foreign bank?
01:40:36.000 No, they don't have it in foreign banks, I'm sure.
01:40:38.000 But I can tell you right now... He got the gold in his hand!
01:40:41.000 Yeah, you better believe it.
01:40:42.000 But if you want to protect yourself from the kind of economy that we're facing right now, you do not want to have your gold stored at some place or buy some shares of some stock, anything like that.
01:40:54.000 You need to have it physically in your possession.
01:40:56.000 And so, in your possession.
01:40:58.000 Right now, like you said Alex, $2.03 for the francs, that's the same price That's the same price that I was offering them when gold was down there at the price of $7.70.
01:41:09.000 So the gold prices have gone up.
01:41:12.000 They're up again today.
01:41:14.000 British sovereigns, like I said on those British sovereigns, I've been getting them out of Belgium and at first everything was circulated that I was getting.
01:41:22.000 Now I'm getting brand new coins.
01:41:24.000 They're obviously dipping into the reserves that are new.
01:41:27.000 They want to get rid of their junk first and now they're getting rid of their good stuff.
01:41:31.000 Not as if gold coins are junk.
01:41:34.000 That's a term in industry for circulated.
01:41:36.000 I've got up on PrisonPlanet.tv, MinusResources.com, with the number 800-686-2237.
01:41:42.000 Now Ted, at that $7.70 price, you've got what?
01:41:46.000 The British Sovereigns?
01:41:48.000 The Franks?
01:41:49.000 The European Franks?
01:41:50.000 Are those uncirculated as well?
01:41:51.000 Yeah, well, the European francs are coming in.
01:41:53.000 A lot of them are uncirculated, but the British Sovereign... Ok, so super deal there.
01:41:56.000 What else do you have at the $7.70 level?
01:41:57.000 Well, that British Sovereign at $2.52.
01:42:00.000 I also have silver right now.
01:42:02.000 Silver Walking Liberty halves at $8.40.
01:42:04.000 Now, mind you, silver is at $11 an ounce, and it was at $9.00.
01:42:06.000 That's a $2.00 increase.
01:42:11.000 Plus, there's a huge premium on all gold and silver out there.
01:42:14.000 Instead of paying a premium to get it because everybody's buying it up, you're paying below what the market is because Ted buys when it's low and is selling it right now while it's high and passing all those savings on to you.
01:42:25.000 800-686-2237. 800-686-2237.
01:42:25.000 800-686-2237.
01:42:25.000 800-686-2237.
01:42:31.000 Ted, how long can you hold this deal?
01:42:33.000 Well, for sure until midnight.
01:42:34.000 And I'm watching the market, too, and I've got to see how many people are going to be ordering.
01:42:37.000 But I do order supply when the prices dip.
01:42:41.000 It doesn't take a rocket scientist to watch what's going on in this economy.
01:42:44.000 But you are running out of the 770 position?
01:42:47.000 You bet, that's starting to sell out.
01:42:49.000 We sold an awful lot of it last week.
01:42:51.000 Hold on, Ted, hold on, hold on.

01:45:41.000 That's 888-212-8871.
01:45:43.000 Or order online at NutriMedical.com.
01:45:45.000 That's N-U-T-R-I-Medical.com.
01:45:48.000 NutriMedical.com, your source for the most powerful nutraceuticals and wellness protocols.
01:45:52.000 From a doctor you can trust.
01:45:53.000 .
01:45:56.000 You know, there was a lot of stuff I meant to get to in the show, we ran out of time today.
01:46:00.000 One of them was, I knew in California they threw out most of the red light cameras, because there wasn't a police officer riding the ticket, which is a citation that he has to swear to.
01:46:10.000 Instead it was Lockheed Martin in the case of San Diego, so it was thrown out.
01:46:15.000 And in Texas, and most other states, you have to be registered as a private detective if you're gathering data for the state, and there's a bunch of special licenses for that.
01:46:23.000 In Texas, from Dallas to Austin, they've raised hundreds of millions of dollars with these illegal red light cameras, and when the Texas Supreme Court and others said, you can't do this anymore, this is illegal, Austin, of all the cities, said, we don't care if it breaks the law, we're keeping them all there.
01:46:41.000 I mean, the government is out of control, and I want to take one final call, who's been holding the longest here in just a moment, John in New Jersey, but before we do that, Ted Anderson, when everything's going to hell in a handbasket, and you can't trust the system, you need gold, you need silver, you need firearms, you need guts, you need God, and you need water filters, you need to be self-sufficient.
01:47:01.000 That's a great deal on gold and silver, people aren't going to find a better deal.
01:47:04.000 I can't explain to them that you buy gold at the $770 level, it's $850 plus right now, they'd be crazy!
01:47:11.000 To not take advantage of this deal.
01:47:12.000 Don't they understand there's huge premiums everywhere else?
01:47:15.000 Most places can't even get gold and silver, but you can?
01:47:18.000 Well, that's the thing.
01:47:18.000 I mean, the premiums are going up like crazy, and that's why I try to buy at the lower prices.
01:47:23.000 When the gold and silver shoots up, it gives the customers, the listeners a break, a chance to buy it at a better price.
01:47:31.000 You know, yeah, if I go back in the marketplace and just try to repurchase what I'm offering for you today, you know, it's going to be $20, $30 higher a coin.
01:47:41.000 That's how much it's gone up, and it'll happen like that anyways, because with Toyota melting down and all of Detroit being shut down... Yeah, bottom line, don't trust in the government.
01:47:54.000 They want you dependent.
01:47:55.000 Do the opposite and become independent.
01:47:57.000 People say, well, why gold or silver?
01:47:59.000 Because that's one of the few real currencies.
01:48:01.000 Gold and silver have been used for more than 6,000 years.
01:48:04.000 It is the basis of society.
01:48:06.000 It will always have intrinsic value, and it's portable.
01:48:09.000 It's portable.
01:48:10.000 They can put a property tax on your land and take it away from you.
01:48:13.000 They can kick you out of your house.
01:48:15.000 They can even confiscate gold, but it's hard to find.
01:48:18.000 And so, bottom line, 800-686-2237.
01:48:20.000 Ted, thanks for coming on with us.
01:48:23.000 Yeah, thanks for having me up, Alex.
01:48:24.000 You bet.
01:48:25.000 And the brokers will hold this deal through tonight, correct?
01:48:27.000 Right through tonight, right up into midnight.
01:48:29.000 Okay, and they were there the other day.
01:48:31.000 You said at 2 a.m.
01:48:31.000 taking calls, right?
01:48:32.000 2 a.m.
01:48:32.000 They're still doing it at 2.
01:48:33.000 So if you're listening at 2 a.m., go ahead and try 800-686-2237, 800-686-237.
01:48:38.000 And I told you on other deals, folks, this will go away.
01:48:43.000 That's not some tactic I'm telling you.
01:48:44.000 It's the truth.
01:48:45.000 800-686-2237.
01:48:46.000 Okay, last two minutes of the show.
01:48:50.000 Nice guy, John, up in New Jersey, a New Jersey detective, a 9-11 first responder.
01:48:56.000 I know he's had Richard Gage in to speak to his group and others.
01:48:58.000 We appreciate him.
01:48:59.000 He's been holding for about an hour, so I'm going to let him have a little bit of time here at the end.
01:49:03.000 John, go ahead.
01:49:04.000 Sorry to keep you holding.
01:49:06.000 Absolutely, Alex.
01:49:07.000 I really appreciate it.
01:49:08.000 We're almost out of time.
01:49:09.000 Go ahead.
01:49:10.000 Yeah, what I'm asking of yourself and your audience, what I want to do is Pretty much refused to go to work anymore.
01:49:23.000 My level was an inside job.
01:49:24.000 I've solicited my superiors, my supervisors I should say, and they refused to even address it.
01:49:32.000 The blind sheet that was in Journal Square up in Drury City, the storage, that's back in 93, Mallory Avenue, that's where they stored most of the explosives.
01:49:43.000 We have premise to it.
01:49:44.000 We have legal premise to further investigate this.
01:49:47.000 They simply won't address it.
01:49:49.000 I'm a 15-year-old guy.
01:49:51.000 I have all the bells and whistles.
01:49:53.000 I got all the awards.
01:49:54.000 You're approachable.
01:49:55.000 Hold on, let me do this.
01:49:56.000 Let me have you on the show as a proper guest tomorrow.
01:49:59.000 We don't screen calls, so I didn't know what you were calling in about.
01:50:02.000 I just recognized your name.
01:50:05.000 Let me set you up for the show tomorrow.
01:50:06.000 Can we do that right now?
01:50:08.000 Absolutely.
01:50:09.000 Okay, give... I mean, I've got your full name, but give your number to John right now when the show ends, and then I'm gonna call you up right now, okay?
01:50:16.000 All right, Alex.
01:50:18.000 Okay, go ahead and get that, John.
01:50:19.000 Thank you.
01:50:21.000 Um... I've still got a cold here.
01:50:23.000 I'm about to cough.
01:50:24.000 Rebroadcast starts now, one place, InfoWars.com here in the InfoWar.
01:50:29.000 And we had Peter Schiff on, a bunch of other people today.
01:50:32.000 It all starts on the streams, InfoWars.com.
01:50:36.000 You are listening to GCN.
