00:07:01.000 Now live from Austin, Texas, here's Alex Jones.
00:07:08.000 Alright folks, we are live.
00:07:10.000 I'm not Alex Jones, I'm Jason Burmas sitting in.
00:07:13.000 And folks, if you missed the news this week, there's so much to discuss over at InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.tv right now.
00:07:20.000 We have made a big issue out of this EMT assault by a police officer.
00:07:26.000 We're going to be playing that audio clip for you.
00:07:28.000 Yes, that's right, an EMT Assaulted by a police officer with a patient in the back.
00:07:35.000 Yeah, it's not good enough you're an ambulance and you're escorting a woman who has heat stroke with her family to the hospital.
00:07:41.000 Now the police can pull you over like thugs.
00:07:44.000 They do more than threaten to arrest him.
00:07:46.000 They really clearly assault him because of a state law.
00:07:50.000 The scuffle stops for a moment and of course no charges were brought against the EMT who was trying to diffuse the situation as best he could.
00:07:59.000 Well I turn on the TV on Friday night and I'm watching the national news and what is on the national news?
00:08:05.000 Oh!
00:08:07.000 72 year old woman in Austin Tasered!
00:08:10.000 How lovely and delicious.
00:08:12.000 We're going to be playing that clip coming up.
00:08:13.000 Yeah, the big bad officer couldn't stop the woman and lo and behold, we just can't have the dash cam.
00:08:19.000 By the way, the dash cam not being made available in the EMT case either.
00:08:24.000 And then on top of that, the police officer that pulled over this ambulance.
00:08:28.000 Has priors of this.
00:08:29.000 He pulled over an ambulance with a pregnant woman in it.
00:08:32.000 And you're asking, well, Jason, how do you know all this stuff?
00:08:34.000 We had the local CBS affiliate, I believe his name was David Jordan on, who broke this story and is following it up.
00:08:44.000 And not only that, the guy's got connections in the good old boy network.
00:08:47.000 He's close to one of the town judges.
00:08:50.000 They're not releasing the video, because it's okay to assault EMT workers.
00:08:55.000 It's okay to taser 72-year-old women.
00:08:59.000 You know, outside of the police state news, it's really time to talk about this Sonia Sotomayor.
00:09:05.000 Because, you know, the false right, like Hannity and Limbaugh, oh, they'll tell you about the racist comment she made about being able to decide better than a white man.
00:09:14.000 And let's just read that off the bat.
00:09:16.000 And people are arguing, oh, this isn't really a racist comment.
00:09:20.000 Well, let's read it and put it into context with who she is and what she stands for.
00:09:25.000 I would hope that a wise Latina woman, with the richness of her experiences, see, glossing it over, everything gets glossed over and pampered, with the richness of her experiences, would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn't lived that life.
00:09:42.000 Now again, you base your judgments by the content of someone's character, not the color of their skin.
00:09:49.000 But here she's making it a racial issue.
00:09:52.000 Then, what the media won't tell you, what they won't talk about outside of Lou Dobbs, is that she is a council member for La Raza.
00:10:00.000 She is a Bush 1 appointee in New York.
00:10:04.000 And she is vehemently opposed to the Second Amendment.
00:10:07.000 Let me explain.
00:10:08.000 The woman actually penned a book ...called Deadly Obsession, the American gun culture, in which she states that the Second Amendment actually makes guns illegal, let me repeat that, illegal for most U.S.
00:10:22.000 citizens.
00:10:24.000 How crazy is that?
00:10:25.000 She says that, no, it makes it legal for military and other personnel.
00:10:29.000 But guns have really been illegal for us for quite some time.
00:10:32.000 This is the woman we want on the Supreme Court.
00:10:34.000 This is the woman that's going to be here to usher in a North American Union.
00:10:39.000 Amnesty for illegal aliens.
00:10:41.000 It doesn't really matter.
00:10:42.000 The Supreme Court is bought, sold, and paid for by the elites.
00:10:45.000 And that is really apparent with their latest decision this Tuesday.
00:10:49.000 Five to four to basically rule out your Miranda rights.
00:10:53.000 Jason, what are you talking about?
00:10:54.000 I didn't hear about this on the mainstream media.
00:10:56.000 My Miranda rights can't be gone.
00:10:58.000 Well, in a way they're not, but they are.
00:11:00.000 In a way they're not, but they are.
00:11:01.000 Very Orwell.
00:11:03.000 Let me read it right out of Reuters right here.
00:11:05.000 Supreme Court rules police can initiate suspects questioning.
00:11:09.000 The U.S.
00:11:09.000 Supreme Court ruled on Tuesday that police under certain circumstances, remember it's only certain circumstances, but the police will just lie like they always have when they want a confession out of somebody.
00:11:20.000 Only under certain circumstances can initiate an interrogation of a suspect without the defendant's lawyer being present.
00:11:28.000 By a 5-4 vote.
00:11:30.000 5-4 always.
00:11:30.000 Remember, it's always very close when they take away your civil liberties.
00:11:33.000 It's never 9-0, it's never 7-2, it's never 6-3, it's 5-4.
00:11:38.000 To give you that appearance, oh, we were so close to saving our rights!
00:11:42.000 So close to saving this country.
00:11:45.000 By a 5-4 vote, the conservative majority overruled a 23-year-old Supreme Court decision that barred the police from initiating questioning after a defendant asserted the right to an attorney at an arraignment Or similar proceeding.
00:11:59.000 So right there it tells you that they overturned the decision.
00:12:01.000 Now here's where it gets really Orwellian.
00:12:05.000 The ruling was the latest in a recent string by conservative justices expanding the power of police to question suspects.
00:12:10.000 But it does not change the landmark 1966 ruling barring the police from questioning a suspect who invoked their right to remain silent or have a lawyer present.
00:12:20.000 But in the previous paragraph, it said it did just that.
00:12:22.000 But then they say it's just under certain circumstances.
00:12:25.000 Listen, it's under any circumstance they want if they want to put you behind bars.
00:12:30.000 If they want to fine you.
00:12:31.000 The police are always right.
00:12:33.000 They are our authorities.
00:12:34.000 They are our lords.
00:12:35.000 They are our gods.
00:12:36.000 That's why they're tasering 72-year-old women in Austin.
00:12:41.000 Right here, folks.
00:12:42.000 It's not somewhere else.
00:12:43.000 It's not fairytales and unicorns.
00:12:45.000 It is right here, they're tasering 72-year-old grandmas.
00:12:51.000 Right here, where you eat and breathe.
00:12:54.000 Okay?
00:12:55.000 And with this Supreme Court decision, I mean, oh my God!
00:13:00.000 What is it going to take for us to start kicking and screaming and saying, no!
00:13:06.000 We do have a right to an attorney.
00:13:08.000 We do still have our Bill of Rights and Constitution.
00:13:12.000 No, the Second Amendment made it so I could own a firearm to protect me and my family and my persons and property and against the tyrannical government, which we can just see.
00:13:21.000 If you don't have the blinders on, folks, it's right here.
00:13:24.000 We had Barack Obama this week.
00:13:25.000 I believe it was Friday morning.
00:13:28.000 Announce a new cyber security coordinator and a new office of bureaucracy in which they will kill and slay the internet.
00:13:38.000 You had to know this was coming with Jay Rockefeller putting out the Cyber Security Act trying to get that bill through.
00:13:43.000 Totally draconian, totally out of control, banning free speech on the web, going after operations like InfoWars and Prison Planet.
00:13:51.000 You can guarantee it.
00:13:53.000 And then, they put out the Cyber Bullying Act, which is even worse!
00:13:57.000 And they piggybacked on this adult who, in poor taste, made a false MySpace account, started clowning on a young girl after she pretended to be a boy who liked her, and the girl ended up killing herself.
00:14:08.000 Does something need to happen to that woman?
00:14:10.000 Sure.
00:14:10.000 But does free speech Need to be taken away on the internet?
00:14:14.000 Absolutely not!
00:14:15.000 And now they have Hannah Montana!
00:14:17.000 That's right, your kid's idol.
00:14:19.000 You know, the songs you have to hear 136 times every day because your preteen is obsessed with them.
00:14:26.000 This young girl, this movie star, this, you know, Disney accolade.
00:14:31.000 Is now saying, oh, I'm for the cyberbullying act.
00:14:35.000 It's so mean when people call me fat online.
00:14:38.000 And she can't even spell fat.
00:14:40.000 She puts a little asterisk.
00:14:41.000 A little star has to be cute.
00:14:42.000 A little smiley face.
00:14:43.000 Oh, it's not funny.
00:14:44.000 I'm sorry.
00:14:45.000 I mean, am I the only one that has to come out and say, hey, we can't ban free speech on the Internet because Miley Cyrus is being called fat by some loser?
00:14:55.000 I mean, seriously.
00:14:57.000 First of all, you're in the public eye, you have platinum selling albums, you have hundred million dollar movies, young girl.
00:15:03.000 But the government loves her.
00:15:05.000 They love that she's promoting this.
00:15:07.000 They would love to take away your freedom or what's left of it on the Internet.
00:15:10.000 They've been trying to put into Internet 2, and let me explain what Internet 2 is going to mean for you.
00:15:14.000 For quite some time, they've been promoting it, saying, oh, the old web is going to die, it can't handle the bandwidth, cyber terrorists are everywhere.
00:15:23.000 I had to hear Obama actually say that Russia snuck attack Georgia again last summer when that is the furthest from the truth.
00:15:31.000 Let's go over it again for those that don't know what happened, that don't read the papers in page 13A in the back where they tell you what the real story is.
00:15:42.000 The only mainline guy I know that came out and did tell the true story of this was Pat Buchanan.
00:15:49.000 So what did happen there?
00:15:51.000 Georgia starts running all these drills on the South Ossetia border.
00:15:54.000 Oh, here comes Israel, here comes the United States, here comes private forces.
00:15:58.000 Then all of a sudden, Russia starts running drills on their end too, expecting that there might be a sneak attack present.
00:16:04.000 Georgia then goes into South Ossetia, starts murdering people, and Russia comes in to stop it.
00:16:11.000 And then Russia snuck attack!
00:16:13.000 Russia snuck attack!
00:16:14.000 Then Sakisvili, the leader of Georgia, gives it away.
00:16:18.000 I'm Glenn Beck when he says this is about a new world order, Glenn.
00:16:22.000 Well, it sure is.
00:16:23.000 We'll be back after this.
00:16:24.000 It's the Alex Jones Show.

00:20:40.000 All right, we are back.
00:20:49.000 I am Jason Bermas, sitting in, and we're going to go to your calls in just a moment.
00:20:53.000 But first, I'm going to play, to start out, this 72-year-old woman on the local Fox affiliate here in Austin, being tasered by an out-of-control cop, and the officer doesn't come on camera, but his representative does, another officer, and he says, everything's fine, it's okay to taser a grandma, and she was getting out of control, but again, they won't release the dash cam.
00:21:16.000 Hit the clip.
00:21:18.000 A 22-year-old woman pulled over for speeding is tasered and then sent to jail.
00:21:23.000 The arresting officer says she was threatening him and using profanity.
00:21:27.000 The woman sat down with Fox 7's Carrie Bellicosa.
00:21:30.000 She went out and spoke with her today.
00:21:32.000 Carrie, standing by with more.
00:21:36.000 And Mike, the 72-year-old great-grandmother, tells us she's never been to jail until she was pulled over for speeding in a work zone and found herself being tasered before she was handcuffed.
00:21:47.000 Officers say they did all of this for a reason.
00:21:51.000 72-year-old Kathryn Winkfein says she drives to Austin about twice a month to do her shopping.
00:21:57.000 But on a Monday afternoon, a Travis County Constable deputy pulled her over on her way back to Granite Shoals.
00:22:03.000 Due to it being a construction zone and workers being present, it was 45.
00:22:07.000 And she was doing 60.
00:22:08.000 Winkvine admits she was speeding in the dangerous strip of Highway 71 and Bee Creek.
00:22:14.000 But what happened next?
00:22:15.000 The stories differ.
00:22:16.000 Explain to her.
00:22:17.000 Explain to her that she's trying to take it.
00:22:19.000 It's not a mission to kill.
00:22:20.000 It's a promise to appear in court.
00:22:22.000 She didn't want to.
00:22:23.000 She said, take me to jail.
00:22:25.000 That's when the officer says Wink Fine exited her vehicle and did not cooperate.
00:22:30.000 She refused to get away from the side of the road, more toward the bar ditch.
00:22:34.000 And that's when he asked her, well, ma'am, you're under arrest.
00:22:38.000 You know, she'd use some profanity.
00:22:39.000 Constable McCain goes on to tell Fox 7 she also got violent.
00:22:43.000 That's when the officer used a taser on her.
00:22:46.000 Here and here.
00:22:47.000 Two places.
00:22:48.000 How did that feel?
00:22:52.000 Unreal.
00:22:52.000 It's like a wicked shock.
00:22:54.000 A shock Winkvine believes she didn't deserve.
00:22:57.000 I wasn't argumentative, I was not combative, okay?
00:23:01.000 All of this is a lie.
00:23:04.000 Oh, every bit of this is a lie.
00:23:05.000 I pulled away from him.
00:23:06.000 I did not.
00:23:06.000 The great-grandmother was taken to the Travis County Jail where she was booked for resisting arrest and detention.
00:23:13.000 She was released shortly after.
00:23:15.000 Now she's hired attorneys to protect her rights.
00:23:18.000 Was it appropriate for your officer to use a taser?
00:23:21.000 Yes.
00:23:21.000 Yes, it's appropriate for me to tase a 72-year-old.
00:23:25.000 What happened before tasers, police?
00:23:27.000 I mean, was the 72-year-old woman so bad that you had to call backup and three other jackbooted thugs to come run up on her?
00:23:34.000 She's 72!
00:23:36.000 Okay?
00:23:37.000 If you had to put her arms behind her back and put her in cuffs, that's a whole different story from tasering her.
00:23:44.000 From tasering her.
00:23:46.000 Tasering a 72-year-old great-grandmother!
00:23:50.000 I mean, can I reiterate this any better?
00:23:53.000 I mean, out of control!
00:23:55.000 And now we're going to play the EMS clip.
00:23:57.000 We're going to go back to back for you.
00:23:59.000 See how out of control these cops are.
00:24:01.000 I mean, it's not enough that a couple of weeks ago, when I did this show, three or four weeks ago, we have to report on the fact that this young girl calls 911 for her father, who had had a brain aneurysm in the weeks before and started having a seizure.
00:24:16.000 And what happens?
00:24:17.000 The cop hangs up on her three times because she used a naughty word.
00:24:22.000 Oh, she used the F word while my father was having a seizure that made a take in his life.
00:24:28.000 And then on top of that, she goes because the cop station is only a few blocks down and she doesn't realize the jackass police officer that just hung up on her three separate times without even finding out what was going on is the one working there.
00:24:41.000 So she goes there, guess what she gets?
00:24:43.000 Arrested!
00:24:44.000 That's the country we live in!
00:24:47.000 And now it's cops attacking EMTs and trying to arrest them for helping old women hit it.
00:24:54.000 That man telling you not to get involved, that's the guy that gets attacked in a moment.
00:25:01.000 Continue.
00:25:04.000 And the person taping this whole thing, getting the evidence, is the son of the woman that just cannot believe this is even happening.
00:25:10.000 Yes, sir.
00:25:10.000 I've been going hot over here to help the county out.
00:25:12.000 Do you understand?
00:25:12.000 Do it at the moment.
00:25:13.000 And right now the driver has his head down.
00:25:15.000 He can't believe he's being ridiculed by this jackboot thug officer.
00:25:19.000 But he's going to give in.
00:25:21.000 He's going to put his head down.
00:25:22.000 Okay, I'm ready.
00:25:23.000 Now here's where it gets out of control, folks.
00:25:25.000 Do it for moment.
00:25:29.000 Walks around.
00:25:33.000 You are under arrest.
00:25:36.000 You are under arrest.
00:25:37.000 See, this guy's smart.
00:25:40.000 He doesn't just go under arrest.
00:25:46.000 He knows there's a state law against this.
00:25:49.000 Right now, the cop's hands are just right around his throat and he's choking him.
00:25:55.000 Thank God this guy stood up for himself.
00:25:58.000 Otherwise, he would have gone to jail.
00:26:00.000 And this woman would have been unattended, unattended in the back of an EMS van.
00:26:05.000 Alright, I'm going to take some callers.
00:26:08.000 But on the other side of the next break, we're really going to talk about this new cyber security coordinator, what that means for you, what internet 2 is.
00:26:16.000 Total slavery.
00:26:18.000 I mean, worse than China, worse than what Australia is doing to censor the internet.
00:26:21.000 And this is going to be global, that's what they want.
00:26:24.000 They want full control.
00:26:26.000 Chris in Florida, you're on the line, sir.
00:26:30.000 Hey, isn't Sotomayor, isn't she a member of an organization that would just do anything for blacks, just give the shirt off their backs for blacks, LaRosa?
00:26:39.000 Well, I would say that it's even worse than that.
00:26:41.000 She's a council member of LaRosa and it's not to me that she would do, you know, things for blacks.
00:26:47.000 La Raza means of the race, or for the race.
00:26:49.000 I mean, this woman, this woman is somebody who is going to grant amnesty to everybody, who is going to bring in a North American Union, who is obviously anti-gun, and La Raza is a racial organization.
00:27:01.000 She, you know, this reverse racism nonsense, there's nothing reverse about it.
00:27:06.000 People of all colors can be racists.
00:27:09.000 And, you know, this woman, to me, with her statements and her council membership, a la Raza is an obvious racist, sir.
00:27:15.000 Well, I'm talking right.
00:27:16.000 I'm talking about La Raza.
00:27:17.000 They are very anti-black, anti-anybody, either Hispanic or outlaw, you know, or ethnicity, according to them.
00:27:25.000 And it's just funny, you know, another anti-black move on Obama's part.
00:27:30.000 But I'm talking about that paramedic.
00:27:31.000 I saw that video.
00:27:33.000 And in the story, the footage does not show the paramedic assaulting the trooper like the trooper claimed, and when the paramedic is under arrest, you can see he just becomes aware that he's dealing with a bully, not a police officer, and he sees that the officer just sends fear, so he's trying to evoke more fear, and the paramedic points out How unnecessary it is to be restrained by the neck.
00:27:56.000 He keeps saying hello, hello, pointing at his neck like I'm speaking here, and you don't need to do this, and just demonstrating how well restrained he was.
00:28:04.000 But the other trooper, the backup officer, should have intervened, so he's also civilly liable for civil rights.
00:28:11.000 But thanks very much for stating the good name of police.
00:28:14.000 Alright, you got it, my friend.
00:28:16.000 And you know, again, it's not all cops, folks, but really, I mean, when 72-year-old women are being tasered, and this one cop is completely out of control, because the other cop, you can tell, he can't believe that this guy is doing this.
00:28:29.000 You know, he is not happy with his partner.
00:28:31.000 But that's okay, because this guy's under internal investigation.
00:28:34.000 He pulls over ambulances with pregnant women.
00:28:37.000 Everything's just fine in this country, folks.
00:28:39.000 Let's go to Ken in Dallas.
00:28:41.000 Ken, you're online.
00:28:43.000 Hey, Jason, how's it going?
00:28:45.000 Good.
00:28:46.000 Hey, good to talk to you.
00:28:47.000 I just haven't heard much on the radio lately about the Chemtrail issue.
00:28:52.000 I know Alex said he was going to do a film on that coming up.
00:28:55.000 I don't know if he's talked about it.
00:28:57.000 Well, yeah, he's still working on it, but right now he's Obama 2 right now.
00:29:00.000 I mean, although the Chemtrail one is Coming up and we're trying to get a hold of Rosalynn Peterson and go out to California to get a good interview with her.
00:29:08.000 Right now the focus is the second Obama deception picture.
00:29:11.000 Fall of the Republic.
00:29:12.000 I believe I hear the bumper music, my friend.
00:29:14.000 Listen, we'll come back to you on the other side.
00:29:17.000 Take more calls and then get into what Obama's coming out party for Internet 2.0 and a cyber security, you know, office and coordinator really means.
00:29:27.000 We'll be back after this.

00:32:35.000 A wise man once said, if a dog ain't biting, dogs don't bite.
00:32:39.000 This means most people don't really believe a disaster will hit them until it does.

00:33:40.000 Great talk radio starts here.
00:33:42.000 Alright folks, we are back at the Alex Jones Show and joining us now via telephone is Alex Jones.
00:33:52.000 Alex, how are ya?
00:33:55.000 I'm down on I-37, back from the beach with the family on the Texas coast.
00:34:00.000 Jason, I appreciate you sitting in for me.
00:34:02.000 How's my cell phone coming in?
00:34:03.000 It's coming in well, Alex.
00:34:05.000 Oh yeah, I'm just going to make a quick point.
00:34:07.000 When you get back to news and this whole declaring war on free speech globally, that's what this cyber security announcement is.
00:34:13.000 Like the phony war on terror, phony war on drugs, war on illiteracy.
00:34:17.000 There'll be more drugs, more terror, and more dumb people.
00:34:20.000 And zero freedom on the internet.
00:34:24.000 Look, the issue here is we know the police are bad in North Korea.
00:34:27.000 We know the police are bad in Communist China.
00:34:29.000 We know the police are bad in Soviet Russia.
00:34:31.000 We know the police are the bad guys in Communist Cuba today.
00:34:36.000 We know the police are bad in Nazi Germany or Soviet Eastern Germany.
00:34:41.000 We know the police are bad in Mexico.
00:34:43.000 We know the police are bad in Guatemala.
00:34:45.000 We know that tyranny comes to your door in a uniform historically.
00:34:48.000 So those that go, don't bash the police, how dare you?
00:34:52.000 Police are rarely upright and rarely good in history.
00:34:56.000 It almost always turns into tyranny.
00:34:59.000 Criminals take control of the government.
00:35:01.000 And abuse the police as their tools of oppression.
00:35:03.000 We're trying to follow the Bill of Rights and Constitution.
00:35:06.000 Now, Jason, you've been nice to the police on this.
00:35:10.000 You haven't told 1-100 because of the interest of time what happened.
00:35:15.000 It's on record now, and the police report, the state police report is up.
00:35:20.000 It's what the EMPs, emergency medical technicians, and the paramedics originally said, and the police tried to lie and say, oh the video doesn't show him assaulting the cop.
00:35:32.000 That's where the cops have seen the video.
00:35:33.000 The assault is when they're pushing him and choking him and grabbing his arm.
00:35:38.000 He pulls his arm away once.
00:35:40.000 So that's why they're saying they're going to charge the paramedic in the back of the car.
00:35:44.000 So what happened is this ambulance wouldn't get out of the way of the police.
00:35:49.000 They were trying to go around them in traffic.
00:35:51.000 And the police now admit this.
00:35:52.000 The EMTs couldn't.
00:35:54.000 You know they had their lights on with a lady that they thought was having a heart attack.
00:35:57.000 It turned out she had heat exhaustion.
00:36:00.000 Which mimics heart attacks.
00:36:01.000 She was an older woman and her son was smaller at the hospital.
00:36:06.000 So they run up and start screaming at the EMTs.
00:36:09.000 They turn their lights on, pull them over, and you see them yelling at the driver.
00:36:12.000 And the guy puts his head down, grovels, you know, eventually says, yes, I'm a slave.
00:36:17.000 Yes, I live in the Soviet Union.
00:36:19.000 Yes, I'm not supposed to, you know, I'm supposed to ram other cars to get them out of the way.
00:36:23.000 You're God.
00:36:24.000 So he bows to the power trip of the police, you know, where they're taught, everybody must follow your orders.
00:36:29.000 Well, there's a threat continuum of first orders, then tasers, and firearms to the head.
00:36:34.000 You will kill old women of mental follow orders.
00:36:36.000 You will kill children.
00:36:38.000 We are the Marine Corps of America.
00:36:40.000 We rule the country for foreign banks.
00:36:42.000 This is how Nazi Germany happened, and it has happened.
00:36:42.000 We rule.
00:36:47.000 And they're given the federal training that veterans and gunners are terrorists.
00:36:50.000 Just remember that police are being federalized.
00:36:52.000 Permits, am I coming in clear?
00:36:53.000 You are, you are.
00:36:54.000 Okay, continuing here.
00:36:56.000 So, it has now come out that...
00:37:01.000 What I originally said watching the tape three days ago, it is confirmed.
00:37:08.000 What the tape originally showed, what the EMPs told our office, what we're scared to come on the show, what they told local news.
00:37:13.000 And you interviewed, of course, local news stations in Oklahoma Friday, or Thursday.
00:37:18.000 So we've been all over this story.
00:37:19.000 For those that don't know, this is a microcosm, not just of what the police did, but their response to all of this and the attempted cover-up.
00:37:29.000 This ambulance in traffic wouldn't get out of the way because cars were across all lanes.
00:37:33.000 The police car began to almost run into the ambulance with lights on.
00:37:41.000 The police drive on the shoulder around, go to their traffic call, and then chase down the ambulance minutes later.
00:37:49.000 Reportedly about 15 minutes later.
00:37:52.000 Basically almost running it off the road.
00:37:55.000 Uh, the U.T.
00:37:56.000 staff said, what's the problem?
00:37:57.000 The cops jump in their face, flip out.
00:37:59.000 Now, it turns out this officer has some type of mental problem.
00:38:02.000 He has been written up for going crazy on an ambulance before.
00:38:06.000 He can't stand that they're God-level like him.
00:38:09.000 You see, this is government battling government.
00:38:11.000 To him, they are below him on the God-level dictatorship hierarchy, and I mean that when I say it.
00:38:18.000 So he has this fetish This obsession with ambulances and the fact that they don't get out of his way.
00:38:22.000 Now, they're following state and federal law.
00:38:24.000 They're not supposed to.
00:38:25.000 They are above the godlike police.
00:38:28.000 Yes, there is someone actually above you.
00:38:30.000 No one's supposed to stop them when they're doing their job.
00:38:32.000 So, when they've got their lights on.
00:38:35.000 So then the black officer in the back, who they haven't even seen, not the driver, he gets out and starts going to the back with equipment to help the woman who they believe is having a heart attack.
00:38:48.000 Turned out later it was she collapsed from sunstroke, heat exhaustion, which mimics heart attack, couldn't breathe.
00:38:54.000 The cops run up and say, stop what you're doing.
00:38:56.000 And he says, on the video, if you watch it, there's a lot of screaming in the background.
00:39:00.000 If you listen like six, seven times like I've done, he is saying, look, I'm trying to do my job.
00:39:07.000 And he's being pretty nice.
00:39:08.000 He's going, I'm trying to do my job.
00:39:09.000 Is this some kind of joke?
00:39:10.000 You've already stopped us.
00:39:11.000 Now I'm trying to help the woman in the back.
00:39:13.000 And the cop says, you're under arrest.
00:39:15.000 The guy says, I'm under arrest.
00:39:17.000 I'm trying to help a woman here.
00:39:19.000 You pulled us over, but I'm gonna help her.
00:39:22.000 But the control freak and the religion of control freakness has got a fetish for some kind of a weird obsession with ambulances.
00:39:29.000 It's like a bird dog that gets mad because, you know, he chases cars or something.
00:39:35.000 And it got completely out of his mind, in my opinion.
00:39:37.000 But he's been written up for this before.
00:39:40.000 And so they start pushing and grabbing on him, and the EMT just pulls his arm back.
00:39:46.000 Well, then they start choking him, and the EMT goes, wait a minute.
00:39:49.000 These people are nuts.
00:39:51.000 So he controls himself, goes into that place of control while they're choking him, and he's calmly going, you're choking me.
00:39:57.000 It's choking me.
00:39:58.000 What's wrong with you?
00:39:59.000 And they're choking him, getting off on it, looking like total demonic lunatics.
00:40:04.000 Like a Nazi in a death camp shooting somebody in the back of the head.
00:40:06.000 I mean, that's the same, you know, Jeffrey Dahmer type, getting off on it.
00:40:10.000 Crazy men.
00:40:11.000 It's up on InfoWars.com, folks.
00:40:13.000 Watch the cell phone video up close.
00:40:14.000 I mean, they are on a power trip with their Marine Corps hats on and their drill sergeant hats.
00:40:20.000 And then finally the cop choking him because the guy didn't resist.
00:40:24.000 realizes he looks like a complete lunatic, and says, okay, I'm sorry, and pats him on the back and lets him leave.
00:40:30.000 So, at least the cop had a soul.
00:40:33.000 But the point is, they're nuts!
00:40:35.000 They're nuts!
00:40:36.000 They're nuts!
00:40:37.000 I mean, yeah, when I was 15 years old, I'd blow up and, you know, go off the handle and people would get in fights for no reason.
00:40:43.000 You can't do that when you're 35 and a police officer with a firearm and going crazy on ambulances.
00:40:50.000 But it's just like in Oakland where they shot the guy in the back On the ground in handcuffs.
00:40:54.000 They lied and said he'd attacked police.
00:40:56.000 They seized all the cell phone cameras.
00:40:59.000 Claimed that the subway video cameras had malfunctioned.
00:41:03.000 But thank God a train was driving by and it stopped on the other side of the platform, videotaped that he didn't resist.
00:41:09.000 He was on the ground in handcuffs when they're executing.
00:41:11.000 Then the cop beats him up as the guy's dying.
00:41:15.000 As he's in handcuffs bleeding to death, the cop slams him around and kind of does like a gorilla attack on him like an insane demon.
00:41:21.000 Police, it happens everywhere.
00:41:23.000 He's gone like North Korea and China and Germany.
00:41:26.000 The Republic is falling.
00:41:28.000 Offshore banks seized us.
00:41:30.000 You've been told to act like thugs and that it's normal so they can help bring down America.
00:41:34.000 Break the spell of tyranny.
00:41:36.000 Stand with George Washington and Liberty.
00:41:38.000 Don't stand with the New World Order.
00:41:39.000 Now get into cybersecurity and take calls, my friend.
00:41:42.000 I'm listening to you on 590.
00:41:43.000 It goes all the way down to the coast.
00:41:45.000 And God bless you.
00:41:46.000 I'll be back live tomorrow.
00:41:47.000 Jason Burmess.
00:41:48.000 Alright, thank you so much, Alex.
00:41:50.000 We're going to jump back to Ken in a moment, but when he talks about this, you have to see the video to really appreciate how insane this whole thing is, and like he said, this guy's done it before.
00:42:01.000 He pulled over an ambulance With a pregnant woman in it!
00:42:04.000 There is an internal investigation going on!
00:42:07.000 I don't know why this cop hasn't lost his job without pay yet, but for some reason, with his internal connections, and this is according to the CBS affiliate journalist we had on on Friday, he has connections to the local judge.
00:42:18.000 So you don't think there are good old boy networks?
00:42:21.000 You don't think the cops will cover for each other?
00:42:23.000 You don't think they suppress videos when they shoot a guy?
00:42:26.000 They do!
00:42:27.000 It's on record!
00:42:28.000 Open your eyes!
00:42:29.000 Alright, back to Ken in Dallas.
00:42:30.000 Ken, what's up?
00:42:33.000 Yes, sir.
00:42:34.000 Did he drop?
00:42:35.000 Alright, let's go to Rodney in Texas.
00:42:37.000 Oh, we got him?
00:42:38.000 Ken, go ahead.
00:42:39.000 Yeah, are you there?
00:42:40.000 That cop should definitely lose his job.
00:42:40.000 Yes.
00:42:42.000 I just don't understand how they can't control an older woman like that.
00:42:45.000 I mean, what are they, wimps or something?
00:42:47.000 If she did something wrong, they don't need to taser her, for God's sake.
00:42:52.000 He's a killer woman!
00:42:53.000 Listen, we had that kid who was 16 years old, half retarded, Jumps out of a car on a traffic stop last week and he gets tasered and he ends up dying and the cops are lords so nothing happens to them.
00:43:05.000 That could be deadly force.
00:43:07.000 Taser is the second to last option that a police officer should use.
00:43:12.000 Go ahead, Ken.
00:43:13.000 And they just seem to be using it easier and easier.
00:43:15.000 It's just getting worse.
00:43:17.000 It's becoming more and more commonplace.
00:43:19.000 Look, I'm going to have to hold you over yet again.
00:43:20.000 We're going to continue to take callers and we're really going to get into this cyber security on the other side.
00:43:25.000 It's the Alex Jones Show.

00:47:36.000 Search no more.
00:47:38.000 We are the GCN Radio Network.
00:47:45.000 We're going to get heavy into cyber security in a moment.
00:47:48.000 I mean, people have to realize the guy that they were setting up for this job, he was the chief of cyber security.
00:47:53.000 There had not been a czar created and there had not been an office created.
00:47:56.000 That was all just announced this Friday.
00:48:00.000 But the guy that they were going to give the job to resigned with a blunt letter to Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano.
00:48:07.000 We're going to get into that big time coming up.
00:48:09.000 Rod Beckstrom said, no, this is against the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
00:48:12.000 I'm not going to spy on everybody.
00:48:13.000 And they're already doing that.
00:48:15.000 And that's why when Obama tells you at the end of his speech, don't worry, we're not going to surveil the American public.
00:48:21.000 Everyone's going to have their privacy.
00:48:23.000 You don't have your privacy right now.
00:48:25.000 Everything you do on your Internet and your cell phone right now, folk, Yeah, I'm sorry.
00:48:33.000 I know you've got another caller, so I'm going to try to make this real quick.
00:48:43.000 I just had a little point about the chemtrails to think about.
00:48:46.000 I've been studying it for about a year.
00:48:48.000 And if you look at the Globalist's own documents and the government patents, they say in them that they're putting reflectivity materials up there in the upper levels of the atmosphere.
00:48:58.000 To reflect the heat and whether global warming is true or not.
00:49:02.000 Apparently they believe that it is true.
00:49:04.000 They're putting it up there and my idea kind of goes like this.
00:49:07.000 George Bush comes into office and he is against global warming.
00:49:11.000 He says it doesn't exist because he's got friends, the oil buddies that are into it.
00:49:16.000 So he has a private meeting with them and they decide through NATO to spray all the nations.
00:49:22.000 To medicate global warming... You see, here's what I've got to disagree with you, Ken, and I thank you for the call.
00:49:27.000 Just because they admit, and they do admit, the Obama administration has come out and said, oh, to combat global warming, we may shoot pollutants into the upper atmosphere to reflect the sun's rays.
00:49:37.000 That's not what it's for.
00:49:39.000 Okay?
00:49:39.000 It's not to combat global warming.
00:49:41.000 Surely it is reflecting the sun's rays, giving us less vitamin D, less sunlight, the essence of life on all of Earth.
00:49:49.000 into our bodies.
00:49:50.000 That's for sure.
00:49:51.000 But then you look at what's in there and it's aluminum oxide, it's barium, it's other heavy metals.
00:49:57.000 Yes, it is, you know, I guess the ingredients, if you will, of what they use for weather modification.
00:50:03.000 But just the fact that they won't tell you what it's really for, that it's part of some quote unquote secret NASA program and that, you know, the same things we hear from the CFR on this from the 90s into the 2000s into a report last year is exactly what this administration is now parroting.
00:50:21.000 Should let you know that this has nothing to do with global warming.
00:50:25.000 This has to do with the illusion that you need to pay a carbon tax.
00:50:28.000 Okay?
00:50:28.000 And that's spinning out of control.
00:50:30.000 Nancy Pelosi over in China just this week Let me read you the quote, and it was all about climate change, because everybody on Earth has to do their part, and you're going to pay your carbon tax, and what do you think the emission standards mean?
00:50:43.000 I had somebody call into my show on Thursday or Friday from Harley-Davidson saying, you know, every Harley-Davidson on the road is now street illegal.
00:50:51.000 And it will cost literally, you know, thousands if not tens of thousands to fix that, and it's not cost effective for the bikes.
00:50:59.000 So what are they going to do?
00:50:59.000 Put Harley Davidson and others out of business?
00:51:02.000 It's out of control.
00:51:02.000 Pelosi said, we have so much room for improvement.
00:51:06.000 Every aspect of our lives must be subjugated to inventory.
00:51:11.000 Meanwhile, in this speech, Barack Obama says that all of our medical records are going to be digitized.
00:51:18.000 That's what this smart grid he talks about, this Satan grid, is for.
00:51:24.000 It's to track, trace, and database us further, but really build the infrastructure so that human beings' eyes are on a lot more of this data.
00:51:33.000 See, right now they take it all, and we're going to represent that in a minute.
00:51:36.000 It came out on Keith Olbermann.
00:51:38.000 The court case, which is still being heard, is Hepting vs. AT&T.
00:51:44.000 Hepting vs. AT&T.
00:51:46.000 And he says, oh, don't worry, we're not going to track anything.
00:51:49.000 They're already doing it.
00:51:50.000 But now they're going to have people to actually go through and look at the information.
00:51:53.000 See, before it would go through Promise software or Carnivore software, look for keywords and phrases and put you into certain categories.
00:52:01.000 But they don't have the manpower to literally look and spy on everybody.
00:52:05.000 But that's what they're trying to build.
00:52:07.000 All right, let's go to Rodney in Texas.
00:52:09.000 Rodney, you're online.
00:52:10.000 Yes, how are you doing, Jason?
00:52:12.000 Good.
00:52:12.000 Yeah, you know, this is kind of in harmony.
00:52:15.000 It was what Alex called in about the control freakishness of the police officers.
00:52:22.000 I was just looking at an article in the newspaper and it was talking about the astronomical numbers of police officers who were actually killing each other via friendly fire.
00:52:34.000 That's what they call it.
00:52:36.000 And Alex had talked about this about three or four years ago, but I guess now it's just starting.
00:52:42.000 You know, with the Internet, you know, the exposure starting to make a lot of newspapers, particularly in New York.
00:52:50.000 I mean, they've had a rash of police officers.
00:52:54.000 Well, that happens a lot in New York because there's an extent, whenever you have a big city like New York or Los Angeles or, you know, even Austin, Texas, you're going to have a certain amount of corruption and cops that think they are above the law, they're going to help with the drug running, they're going to help with the kickbacks, and when one lone cop says, hey, I'm going to blow the whistle, they blow the back of his head off.
00:53:14.000 Yeah, as a matter of fact, let me ask you this.
00:53:20.000 The Boston Herald newspaper, the mayor of Boston, said no to the issuance of M-16s to all the police officers there.
00:53:31.000 And he's saying that he doesn't think it's a good idea.
00:53:35.000 And I agree with him because, I mean, the officers can't control, you know, shooting their normal firearms there.
00:53:43.000 Why would you want to take and put an M-16?
00:53:45.000 Meanwhile, many of them are already being outfitted in Boston in the subway stations at the train stations.
00:53:51.000 We had another caller this week complaining about that and saying he couldn't believe how much it had been militarized since he'd been to New York.
00:53:58.000 Remember, he didn't have this right after 9-11 like we did in New York.
00:54:01.000 It's been incremental and he said, you know, it got worse and worse and worse and now it's just unbelievable.
00:54:06.000 It is literally cops in black uniforms with machine guns, automatic weapons.
00:54:12.000 I thank you for the call, Rodney.
00:54:13.000 And before I forget, About three hours ago, when I was driving down East Ben White Boulevard, there must have been some training exercise going down, but there were six Black Hawk helicopters riding pretty low.
00:54:25.000 I mean, enough so, not only did I notice them, but they were low enough where it was maybe two, three hundred feet in the air.
00:54:31.000 And I know, oh, it doesn't exist, Jason!
00:54:34.000 They told me black helicopters don't exist!
00:54:35.000 Then they admit to them.
00:54:36.000 Now they just don't exist when I see them.
00:54:39.000 See, they could be running a training exercise and they do exist, but when I talk about them, black helicopters, they don't exist.
00:54:45.000 I must have had some kind of schizophrenic paranoia trip when I was driving down the highway.
00:54:50.000 But I'm sure if there was anybody out there today, remember about 150, I saw these going right over 290, 71 there.
00:54:57.000 You couldn't miss it.
00:54:58.000 It was over before the Montopolis and Burleson Road exits.
00:55:02.000 And it was just unbelievable to me!
00:55:04.000 I'm thinking to myself, well, is this a military training exercise?
00:55:07.000 I kept watching them as they went, looked like they were lowering down and maybe circling.
00:55:11.000 I don't know.
00:55:12.000 But I'm just not comfortable with cops in black uniforms and automatic weapons and black helicopters, you know, flying around the area.
00:55:21.000 It looks a little too much like the Eminem video, Mosh, of a complete and total police state here at home for my liking.
00:55:27.000 Let's go to Issa in New York City.
00:55:28.000 Issa, you're on the line.
00:55:30.000 Y'all Burmese, we love you in New York City, man.
00:55:33.000 I think you're the best thing to slice bread straight up.
00:55:37.000 My girlfriend loves you more than AJ.
00:55:38.000 I'm a big AJ fan now.
00:55:40.000 And y'all, man, we just love y'all.
00:55:42.000 I wanted to tell you a story.
00:55:43.000 My friend was walking home.
00:55:45.000 My girlfriend didn't notice the plainclothes.
00:55:49.000 I guess I'll... Issa, I want to take your call, but you're breaking up too much, man.
00:55:54.000 It sounded like a good one.
00:55:56.000 Talking about something with plainclothes officers.
00:55:58.000 That's about all I could...
00:56:00.000 Here, coming up in the next hour, we're going to play this other clip.
00:56:04.000 Again, out of Austin.
00:56:05.000 This is making national news.
00:56:06.000 Of this woman.
00:56:07.000 Well, she just can't afford health insurance for her kids anymore.
00:56:09.000 She's a realtor.
00:56:10.000 Things aren't selling.
00:56:12.000 She's living in one of her homes.
00:56:13.000 One of the ones she's trying to sell.
00:56:15.000 And she just had to give up the medical benefits for the children.
00:56:19.000 Don't worry!
00:56:19.000 Well, what happens?
00:56:20.000 It's the government medical vans with funky colors on the outside to help!
00:56:25.000 And this is where you're going to have your mobile vaccination center.
00:56:28.000 This is where they're going to put your children on Ritalin.
00:56:30.000 This is where they're going to really drug the masses as they can't pay for it.
00:56:34.000 And they'll act like, oh, we're helping you, there'll be a big drive out there, you're gonna wanna go, just like you're gonna wanna go to the FEMA camps because they're gonna have nice little play centers and a baseball field.
00:56:45.000 And it's gonna be a place where they give you food and rations and coddle you.
00:56:49.000 Oh, so lovely.
00:56:51.000 But it's disgusting and sick!
00:56:53.000 That's what it is!
00:56:53.000 It's getting Americans and the world to accept less and less.
00:56:58.000 And you know, we had this story last week.
00:56:59.000 Lower CO2 emissions Actually happening because of the bad economy, and that's a good thing.
00:57:05.000 Mother Earth is safer now that the economy is bad.
00:57:08.000 And that's what they want you to do.
00:57:09.000 They want you to feel guilt.
00:57:11.000 Feel guilt for driving a car, having a barbecue, owning a big home.
00:57:17.000 You know, I mean, having children.
00:57:19.000 That's a big one.
00:57:20.000 Having children.
00:57:21.000 They don't want you to have two or three or four kids.
00:57:23.000 One-child policies in China are right up their alleys.
00:57:27.000 They love it.
00:57:29.000 They love it.
00:57:30.000 And now they're going to track and trace everything you do.
00:57:32.000 It's going to be a lot easier for them to implement such policies.
00:57:38.000 Alright, so Rod Beckstrom.
00:57:40.000 He resigns about two months ago.
00:57:43.000 This is on March 6th.
00:57:45.000 As the Cyber Security Chief.
00:57:46.000 He was probably the guy that they were going to go to as the coordinator in this new organization.
00:57:51.000 It's off MSNBC.
00:57:51.000 Let me read this.
00:57:54.000 In a blunt letter to Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, Beckstrom complained about a shortage of money for the center and a clash over whether the National Security Agency should control cyber efforts.
00:58:07.000 The role of the NSA in protecting domestic computer networks has triggered debate, particularly among privacy and civil liberties groups.
00:58:14.000 We'll be back after this.
00:58:16.000 It's the Alex Jones Show.
00:58:17.000 I'm Jason Burma, sitting in.

00:58:52.000 We the people grow cotton, weave fabric, engrave ink, embed strips and fibers to protect from counterfeit, then carting to a private bank, having it led back at interest, forcing taxes to service debt.
00:59:01.000 This capitalism?
00:59:02.000 Or was Jefferson correct when stating a central bank issuing the public currency is a greater menace to the liberties of the people than a standing army?
00:59:08.000 Hi, Ted Anderson.

01:00:46.000 A State Department official says Cuba has agreed to resume talks on the legal immigration of Cubans to the United States, talks that were suspended during the George W. Bush administration.
01:00:55.000 As the United States responds to North Korea's continued nuclear defiance, analysts warn that the case of two imprisoned American journalists may limit U.S.

01:01:02.000 The two women are set to go to trial this week on charges that could land them in a North Korean labor camp.
01:01:07.000 A South Korean professor says it leaves Washington with, quote, very little maneuvering room.

01:02:38.000 Soldiers, emergency crews, and civilians are taking part in the biggest civil defense drill in Israel's history.

01:02:55.000 Israel believes Iran is developing nuclear weapons and has not ruled out a military strike.
01:03:00.000 Iran says its nuclear program is peaceful.
01:03:02.000 Israeli leaders have played down any connection between recent tensions and this week's exercise.
01:03:07.000 Defense officials say the exercises are designed to implement lessons learned from the 2006 war with Hezbollah when thousands of rockets were fired at Israel.
01:03:15.000 A Kansas doctor who is at the center of the nation's abortion debate has been shot and killed at church.

01:07:08.000 We are back.
01:07:09.000 Alex Jones taking some much deserved time off.
01:07:11.000 I am Jason Burmas sitting in.
01:07:12.000 We're talking cyber security as a coordinator and new agency is announced as they really try to deal the death blow.
01:07:22.000 To the free internet, what has really enriched our lives over the past 10 to 15 years.
01:07:26.000 They want to kill, they want to cut its throat, they want to bleed it out.
01:07:29.000 And they want to resurrect it in their image of a complete cashless society control grid.
01:07:36.000 Their smart grid, if you will.
01:07:38.000 That's why the census workers are GPSing everybody's home in this country 40 feet to their doorstep.
01:07:46.000 It's a reality.
01:07:46.000 We need to own up to that.
01:07:48.000 That's why he openly stated that all of your medical records will be digitized.
01:07:54.000 That's why he invoked the threat of Al-Qaeda on the internet and the cyber attacks!
01:07:59.000 That's why you're hearing all this hacker talk.
01:08:01.000 That's why hacktivists and alternative media are in the new domestic extremism lexicons out of the DHS, which is being swallowed up and amalgamated into the National Security Agency.
01:08:15.000 And to a large extent, it already had been.
01:08:17.000 They just felt like they needed more and more bureaucracies.
01:08:21.000 So that they could suck you into the system.
01:08:23.000 Okay, and now they're just announcing it's part of the national security apparatus.
01:08:27.000 No kidding.
01:08:28.000 All the while, they are indoctrinating the youth into City Year and AmeriCorps and I Am Change.
01:08:34.000 Yeah, I'm gonna be like Gandhi and Mother Teresa, but it'll be in a military formation and I'll wear a fascist jacket with the colors of red, white and black.
01:08:46.000 Give me a break.
01:08:47.000 And again, The first cyber security chief just resigned a few months ago with his concerns particularly among privacy and civil liberty groups who oppose giving such control to US spying agencies.
01:09:01.000 However, intelligence officials argue that they must be involved in order to defend the country and its networks adequately.
01:09:08.000 Folks, we're playing the clip right now, okay?
01:09:11.000 They track, trace, and database everything you do with your cell phone and everything you do on the internet.
01:09:15.000 That's every search you've ever done, every webpage you've ever visited.
01:09:19.000 And it's right here on Olbermann.
01:09:21.000 And let me read you a little backup before we go to the clip.
01:09:24.000 Because the judges still have not even ruled on this yet.
01:09:28.000 Okay?
01:09:29.000 Let me repeat that.
01:09:30.000 The judges still haven't even ruled on this.
01:09:31.000 Well, when was it filed?
01:09:33.000 January 2006.
01:09:36.000 This was Hepti vs. AT&T in a United States class action lawsuit by the Electronic Frontier Foundation against the telecommunications company AT&T.
01:09:46.000 But AT&T is just the tip of the iceberg.
01:09:49.000 It's basically every telecom company that's major in this country.
01:09:52.000 More than 99% of them.
01:09:54.000 In which EFF alleges that AT&T permitted and assisted the National Security Agency in unlawfully monitoring the communications of the United States, including AT&T customers, businesses, and third parties whose communications were routed through AT&T's network, as well as voice over IP telephone calls routed via the internet.
01:10:14.000 So to an extent, all of your phone conversations, all of your text messages, and again, everything you've ever done on the net!
01:10:23.000 The case is separate from, but related to, the NSA warrantless surveillance controversy in which the federal government agency bypassed the courts to monitor U.S.
01:10:32.000 phone calls without warrants.
01:10:33.000 Hepting vs. AT&T does not include the federal government as a party.
01:10:38.000 Now let me just say that the reason that this was thrown out initially and is now in appellate court is because the Bush administration illegally granted themselves retroactive immunity.
01:10:49.000 Say it with me now.
01:10:51.000 Retroactive immunity.
01:10:52.000 That means you can't prosecute me for all the crimes I've done and I made it into law because I'm your Lord God, the government.
01:11:00.000 That's what they did.
01:11:01.000 In July 2006, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, in which the suit was filed, rejected a federal government motion to dismiss the case.
01:11:10.000 The motion to dismiss, which invoked the state's secret privilege.
01:11:14.000 See, they tried to get rid of it.
01:11:15.000 They said, because of state secrets, this has to go.
01:11:18.000 Had argued that any court review of the alleged partnership between the federal government and AT&T would harm national security.
01:11:25.000 Let's just invoke national security.
01:11:26.000 You want to be safe, don't you?
01:11:28.000 Remember, Obama talked about security and prosperity in his speech.
01:11:33.000 In fact, you want to see the whole speech.
01:11:35.000 It's over at theinfowarrior.com right now, with this clip we're about to play.
01:11:40.000 The case was immediately appealed to the 9th Circuit, where it has been argued and still awaits a decision.
01:11:46.000 Three and a half years later, We are awaiting a decision on whether it is unconstitutional for the government to track, trace, and database everything we do!
01:11:56.000 Are you out of your mind?
01:11:57.000 Of course it's unconstitutional!
01:11:58.000 Of course it needs to stop!
01:12:00.000 But the government loves you, and they will just come out more and more for this, more outward with the Cybersecurity Act, with the Cyberbullying Act, with now a Cybersecurity Coordinator, a new bureaucracy.
01:12:12.000 But remember, Here it is, right here.
01:12:15.000 They're already doing it.
01:12:16.000 They're already spying on you.
01:12:18.000 Hit the clip.
01:12:19.000 To the Dirksen building in Washington tomorrow, the Senate Judiciary Committee will consider whether to protect some of America's most powerful corporate executives from the legal consequences of having spied on the rest of us in this country.
01:12:31.000 On our third story tonight, an AT&T whistleblower today told members of Congress much more than that is at stake with the secret crimes that took place at room 641A of AT&T's Folsom Street facility in San Francisco, and potentially at others across the country.
01:12:46.000 Specifically, retired 22-year AT&T technician Mark Klein says that despite Mr. Bush's claims, the U.S.
01:12:52.000 government used AT&T's cooperation Despite not only on overseas communications, but to vacuum up virtually all of America's use of the internet for years.
01:13:02.000 Email, Googling, web surfing, you name it.
01:13:05.000 Thanks to AT&T secure rooms like 641A in San Francisco.
01:13:09.000 Cisco accessible only to those cleared by the NSA.
01:13:12.000 Client obtaining AT&T schematics showing how the company used splitters to send SecureRoom 641A, a duplicate of every fiber optic signal, routed through its facilities and involved not just AT&T customers but virtually every internet and telecommunications company and virtually all email and web traffic in the country without a warrant, without any mechanism for separating domestic from overseas, without separating suspect from citizen.
01:13:38.000 We welcome now former AT&T technician Mark Klein, whose documentation and claims are now part of a class action lawsuit against AT&T, one of 38 telecom spy lawsuits AT&T so far declining to comment on the specifics of these allegations.
01:13:51.000 Mr. Klein, great thanks for speaking out tonight.
01:13:53.000 Thanks for inviting me.
01:13:54.000 The Senate is considering granting the telecom executives immunity.
01:13:58.000 You lobbied Congress today not to do so.
01:14:00.000 How come?
01:14:02.000 Well, if they give them immunity, it would probably shut down the lawsuit that I'm a witness for, and then the American people won't find out what's really going on.
01:14:11.000 And so, that's why I'm here, to stop immunity.
01:14:14.000 Congress should let the judicial process go forward.
01:14:18.000 Two-parter here.
01:14:19.000 First, can you explain to those of us who can use the internet but would not be able to tell the difference between its physical form and, you know, a box full of guitar strings, exactly what happened in that secure room or secret room 6418?
01:14:32.000 I don't know what goes on in the secret room because I didn't have security clearance, but I know what went on outside because my job, I worked in the internet room, my job was to connect circuits into the splitter device Which was hardwired to the secret room.
01:14:49.000 And effectively, the Splitter copied the entire data stream of those internet cables into the secret room.
01:14:57.000 And we're talking about phone conversations, email, web browsing, everything that goes across the internet.
01:15:04.000 And that device, the Splitters, is a dumb device.
01:15:06.000 It doesn't do any selection at all.
01:15:09.000 And the follow-up to that, as you mentioned, you didn't have the security, the NSA clearance.
01:15:13.000 So give us an idea how you know all this, in addition, obviously, to your expertise as a technician.
01:15:17.000 Well, as a technician, I had the engineering wiring documents, which told me how the splitter was wired to the secret room.
01:15:25.000 And so I had to know that in order to do my job.
01:15:29.000 And so I know that whatever went across those cables was copied.
01:15:35.000 The entire data stream was copied into the secret room.
01:15:40.000 The splitter device has no selective capability.
01:15:43.000 It just copies everything.
01:15:45.000 We're talking about domestic traffic as well as international traffic.
01:15:49.000 And that's what got me upset to begin with.
01:15:51.000 Yeah, I was just going to say, Mr. Cronin... Alright, let's pull the clip.
01:15:54.000 I mean, it's pretty obvious what's going on.
01:15:56.000 Alright, and again, this has gone on for at least three plus years.
01:16:02.000 It's probably been going on long before that, folks.
01:16:05.000 If you don't think that they have a mechanism out there, To literally database everything you do, you're not paying attention.
01:16:14.000 And now they want to regulate what websites you can go to, what you can visit, the information on those sites, what you can say.
01:16:20.000 Don't hurt anybody's feelings.
01:16:21.000 You'll be charged with cyberbullying.
01:16:23.000 We'll be back after this.

01:18:05.000 Is this capitalism, or was Jefferson correct when he said, a central bank issuing a public currency is a greater menace to the liberties of the people than a standing army?

01:20:35.000 The Genesis Communications Radio Network.
01:20:40.000 The Genesis Communications Radio Network.
01:20:48.000 We are back live this final day of May talking cyber security and, you know, Obama worked in all the slickest of tricks into his speech.
01:20:56.000 Oh, it's to protect you from Al-Qaeda.
01:20:58.000 Don't you remember when Russia attacked Georgia?
01:21:00.000 It's gonna be good, good when all the medical records are digitized and we have our smart grid.
01:21:06.000 And don't worry, we would never spy on the American public.
01:21:10.000 Meanwhile, they've been doing it through the past administration, and this administration is really just an extension of the Bush administration, making things much, much worse.
01:21:19.000 The same agenda goes forward.
01:21:21.000 Alex Jones on the line to discuss it with us.
01:21:23.000 Alex?
01:21:24.000 Yes, yes, from San Antonio now, calling into my own show here.
01:21:29.000 Jason Hellman coming in via AT&T iPhone spy device, which they admit under 1996 telecommunications law is designed It's coming in rather well.
01:21:38.000 without a warrant, even if my phone is off as an actual listening device, not just tapping my phone.
01:21:44.000 How is my call coming in on my slave identification tracker system?
01:21:49.000 It's coming in rather well.
01:21:51.000 AT&T provides the slaves with the best of service.
01:21:54.000 Okay, look, I just wanted to break.
01:21:57.000 It's always worse than even Jason says, and Jason, you're the best, but you're just going off what they're saying now.
01:22:03.000 I have been on radio since 1996, Everybody heard me in 1996 and 1997.
01:22:08.000 Right here in Austin and all over the country talking about the Telecommunications Act of 1996.
01:22:19.000 Okay, now 13 years ago.
01:22:22.000 And that stated that federal law was 9 billion dollars of funds To make the phone companies and the telecommunications internet by law, everything recorded, everything tracked.
01:22:34.000 Just like the emergency alert system of 1996, under an Emergency Preparedness Act, all radio, all TV, the final piece of device it wires through is a FEMA box.
01:22:47.000 That they can remote control by shortwave radio, which dials in with their audio broadcast and takes over broadcast.
01:22:54.000 So, and all engineers listening know about this.
01:22:58.000 So, the Marshall Law NorthCom grid, they set up back in the 90s.
01:23:01.000 They didn't set NorthCom up in 2002.
01:23:05.000 They're out of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
01:23:07.000 That is in control.
01:23:08.000 And so, they always say, we took your rights away after 9-11.
01:23:12.000 First Bush said, I promise we're not listing without warrants.
01:23:15.000 Then it came out they were, but they made it partisan like Bush started it.
01:23:19.000 The NSA, without warrants, has been listing the American people since the 1947 National Security Act and really before that.
01:23:29.000 But they designed the entire infrastructure with the federal grants to industry and under law, where everything, you know, the joke of the World Wide Web that, you know, the shadow government set up was it was World Wide Wiretap.
01:23:44.000 You know, that was the worldwide wiretap.
01:23:46.000 That was the big choke.
01:23:47.000 And that's why it's called FUSDEC.
01:23:50.000 It is, they call it a control grid.
01:23:52.000 MIT brags it is a control grid.
01:23:56.000 And that's what they're saying with cyber security.
01:23:58.000 French News Agency today said what I was saying on the show last Friday was that this is a global military dominant system, not by the US.
01:24:07.000 The US is just a captured territory of the private banks.
01:24:11.000 And so when they claim, oh, we just started spying on you without warrants to stop Al-Qaeda hitting you and hitting you hard... No, by law since 96, of course they had laws saying blacks weren't humans, and Native Americans should be killed, so forget their fraudulent laws.
01:24:27.000 Everything is a giant wiretap where they're finding out what we think, what we're doing, and they're now announcing they're spying on us to create a chilling effect to scare those of us that know what's going on and to further dumb down the fluoride mercury head uh...
01:24:41.000 slaves so yes remember when they denied NSA and DARPA and they denied Echelon and oh, well, Alex says they're listening to me oh sure they are and then now it's just mainstream news in everybody's face but it's all for your own good
01:24:58.000 And Hannah Montana, the cartoon character, is out promoting the Cyber Bullying Act that word-for-word says federal bans on free speech, anything the feds say that can hurt your feelings, federal felony charges.
01:25:14.000 Go read the Cyber Bullying Act being promoted on all the kids' TV shows.
01:25:20.000 It's all happening.
01:25:21.000 The end of America.
01:25:23.000 And a lot of you are like, I don't care if they take my rights.
01:25:25.000 I just want to watch football and act tough.
01:25:27.000 Well, they're taking your rights so they can take your pension funds and take your liberties and freedom so you can't resist and ever get the government back and bring the globalists to justice.
01:25:37.000 This is a rearguard action.
01:25:39.000 So the social engineers of the New World Order Can control society, Jason Vermas.
01:25:45.000 And I'm going to be covering all this coming up on the show tomorrow, but I'm going to let you get back to breaking that down and covering the news.
01:25:52.000 This is what the face scanning cameras on street corners are about.
01:25:55.000 Why you can't smile now with your driver's license, because it might mess up the face scanners because you're not normally smiling.
01:26:01.000 That's a reverse.
01:26:02.000 You're going through scanners.
01:26:03.000 You can smile and fool them because they're meant for your straight face.
01:26:06.000 Uh, that's what the, uh, uh, the, the, the Heat Resonance ID scans they've got all of us are for.
01:26:12.000 The trackers, that's what the license plate readers are for.
01:26:14.000 Pentagon design.
01:26:16.000 But the Pentagon works for offshore banks now.
01:26:18.000 We've been seized.
01:26:19.000 Go ahead and laugh, listeners.
01:26:21.000 The bankers will take everything you've got.
01:26:23.000 They are eugenicists.
01:26:24.000 Jason Vermas, take it over.
01:26:26.000 Yeah, they are taking everything they've got, and if you don't realize it, we're going to be playing a clip up in the next segment where this woman is now forced to take her children to the mobile medical vans, but it's okay, because they have fun colors and my children like them, and that's where...
01:26:40.000 We'll get our swine flu vaccines.
01:26:42.000 Meanwhile, we finally have somebody coming out in mainstream media saying the swine flu fear is out of proportion.
01:26:48.000 An infectious disease expert says fears about the spread of swine flu are out of proportion to the threat posed by the disease and people who are not showing symptoms do not need to be quarantined.
01:26:58.000 And this is out of ABC News.
01:26:59.000 He's basically saying there's no need for quarantines.
01:27:01.000 This is very mild.
01:27:02.000 It's actually lighter than the regular flu.
01:27:04.000 I don't know why they're hyping this up.
01:27:06.000 There's no need to vaccinate yourself against it.
01:27:09.000 And by the way, this week it comes out of the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota that if you take the regular flu vaccine, and let me hit you hard with this one, you take the regular flu vaccine, you are three times more likely to get the flu.
01:27:22.000 Now who in their right mind would stick themselves with a needle that they pay for To be three times more likely to get sick.
01:27:30.000 And even in the article, the mainstream tries to peddle it like it's no big deal.
01:27:34.000 It's not in the headline.
01:27:36.000 Oh, it's a good thing.
01:27:37.000 You still want to take your flu vaccine.
01:27:39.000 These people make me ill.
01:27:40.000 They seriously, really, really make me ill.
01:27:44.000 And that cyberbullying act is H.R. 1966.
01:27:49.000 And, uh, let me just read some of this.
01:27:51.000 Cyberbullying can cause physical harm, including depression, negatively impact academic performance, safety, and the well-being of children in school.
01:28:03.000 It's for the kids!
01:28:05.000 The children!
01:28:06.000 It can force children to change schools, and in some cases, lead to extreme violent behavior, including murder and suicide.
01:28:14.000 Well, a lot of things can do that.
01:28:15.000 Should we ban all those, too?
01:28:17.000 Hey, they're already banning dodgeball in a lot of school districts.
01:28:20.000 That's how soft we are.
01:28:21.000 That's how soft we've become.
01:28:23.000 That was, like, what I was looking forward to as a child when I was in school, the 30 minutes of recess to go play a little dodgeball.
01:28:29.000 Maybe we'd be lucky enough to do so in gym class.
01:28:31.000 But we don't want to build character anymore.
01:28:34.000 We don't want our kids physically fit.
01:28:36.000 That's why we feed them high fructose corn syrup cut with mercury.
01:28:39.000 It's not bad enough.
01:28:40.000 The high fructose corn syrup shows that it is the cause of most of the diabetes and, you know, health issues out there for young people.
01:28:48.000 Let's just dumb them down a little bit with a heavy metal.
01:28:50.000 That's a good idea.
01:28:52.000 That sounds great.
01:28:53.000 You know, let's take a call.
01:28:54.000 Let's go to Rod in Oregon.
01:28:55.000 Rod, you're on the line.
01:28:58.000 Yes, sir.
01:28:58.000 Hey, Jason.
01:28:59.000 Hey, great job, buddy.
01:29:01.000 Hey, I don't want to take you off your agenda, but I guess I came in a little later, but I had a comment about these highway pirates that continue to, you know, beat people up.
01:29:12.000 And I get the impression that most of these guys that are in this kind of a mindset grew up on violent video games and watching SWAT team movies.
01:29:20.000 Well, that is definitely a possibility, sir, and I thank you for the call.
01:29:23.000 But, you know, violence, you know, that was around before video games.
01:29:27.000 It was around before television.

01:32:21.000 Even as energy experts are reporting that each summer we get closer and closer to the limits of our nation's power grid, some say that this summer's demand for electrical power may finally push the grid over its edge.
01:32:32.000 Creating a cascade of power outages across the country, putting us all in the dark.
01:32:37.000 Are you prepared for the next round of storm-related outages or government-created blackouts?

01:33:16.000 Providing the world with hard-hitting talk radio.
01:33:20.000 GCN.
01:33:21.000 Great talk radio starts here.
01:33:27.000 Alright, we are back at the Alex Jones Show, and in a moment we're going to go to this clip of this woman who's really lost her entire way of life.
01:33:35.000 Homes aren't selling, she's in one of the homes she's trying to sell.
01:33:38.000 She is forced to get rid of her medical insurance, but it's okay because now we have mobile vans, and they're not just for the poor anymore, they're for the middle class that's dying.
01:33:48.000 We've got Alex Jones on the line.
01:33:49.000 Alex?
01:33:50.000 Yeah, Jason, thanks for sitting in, but you know, most talk show hosts Don't like having to do their shows and can't wait to take off.
01:33:57.000 Me, I've been calling it every day for Thursday and Friday today when you filled in.
01:34:01.000 I appreciate it.
01:34:01.000 But you know, I forgot to make the most important point about the fact that since 1996, they have openly, by federal law, turned the entire phone company systems, the cyber security systems, the telecommunications hubs, the internet hubs, into giant snoop grids.
01:34:20.000 The phone company isn't tapped.
01:34:23.000 It is the tap.
01:34:24.000 I forgot the key though.
01:34:25.000 Everything was surveilled completely.
01:34:27.000 Everything recorded since 96.
01:34:30.000 And notice it didn't protect us from the Al-Qaeda attack of 9-11.
01:34:37.000 As PNAC and the Vice President called for staged terror attacks.
01:34:40.000 And NORAD stood down.
01:34:42.000 Of course we know that was an inside job.
01:34:43.000 And now they're saying we've gotta have cyber security and federalize and take everything over.
01:34:49.000 But don't worry we won't listen to you or track you.
01:34:52.000 It's just to keep you safe from Al Qaeda, the known CIA operatives who love to take the blame.
01:34:58.000 So that was my point on that.
01:35:00.000 And as for this poor woman in the mobile vans, they say in the FEMA camp bill, kind of like two years ago they legalized warrantless wiretapping decades after they set it up, they say the FEMA camps will be these medical centers and they'll have mobile vans and mobile education.
01:35:20.000 You know, this will be the center of the community, your federalization.
01:35:23.000 Now we have the new federal police, and now they're running checkpoints in Dallas, and Denver, and Boston, and warrantless checkpoints.
01:35:33.000 Again, warrantless checkpoints were in Nazi Germany.
01:35:36.000 Police in black uniforms were in Nazi Germany.
01:35:38.000 Police dogs.
01:35:39.000 This isn't freedom, and it's not gonna end any different.
01:35:43.000 It's tyranny, people.
01:35:44.000 This is a red alert.
01:35:46.000 I just hear there's so many pieces of evidence of this police state and how bad it is.
01:35:51.000 But, um, anyways, Burma's just finished up with a club.
01:35:55.000 And, you know, I guess it's normal, having face-scanning cameras and thumb-printing to buy and sell.
01:36:00.000 You know, having to be biometrically scanned of your U.S.
01:36:03.000 citizen to leave the U.S.
01:36:05.000 now?
01:36:06.000 Not just when you come in, but when you go to Europe, they scan you and thumbprint you?
01:36:10.000 But see, they're under a global treaty, so they get you in the system that way.
01:36:14.000 But now, when you come back in, this is slavery.
01:36:16.000 Biometric scanners of your naked body, going into the airport, this is humiliation.
01:36:22.000 What comes next?
01:36:23.000 I'm telling you, folks, you think it's cute to be slaves?
01:36:26.000 It's not cute.
01:36:27.000 And let me tell you something, too, cops.
01:36:28.000 I think it's fun to serve this system.
01:36:30.000 You have destroyed the country's future, the politicians, the whorehouses that are the state houses of the feds.
01:36:36.000 We are going down the tubes.
01:36:38.000 Unless people rally and wake up and get angry, the New World Order scientific dictatorship is going to win.
01:36:44.000 It's MIT, Pentagon-designed.
01:36:46.000 It's far and O. We've got to defeat it.
01:36:48.000 Again, I'm like a junkie.
01:36:51.000 I want you to explain to people what Internet 2 is and what this cyber security coordination is going to be.
01:36:57.000 It's literally going to be an internet that is run by the government and big business and big universities.
01:37:02.000 You will have sub pages on their domain sites and every time you get on the internet you will have to biometrically scan folks.
01:37:10.000 You will have to biometrically scan your thumbprint Yeah, so that they know who you are.
01:37:16.000 Forget about an IP address, okay?
01:37:19.000 This will be your personal...
01:37:21.000 Your personal biometric data to get on the net.
01:37:24.000 Unfortunately, we dropped Alex because I really wanted him to break down what this is.
01:37:29.000 It is a control grid.
01:37:30.000 It's a more open control grid than ever.
01:37:32.000 They will deny you your website.
01:37:34.000 They will deny you access to information.
01:37:37.000 You think these guys like that WikiLeaks is publishing documentation that the Bilderberg Group are the ones that brought in the Euro and the European Union and started talking about it over 50 years ago?
01:37:48.000 You think they like that?
01:37:49.000 They don't!
01:37:50.000 I promise you they don't like that.
01:37:52.000 Alright, we're going to play this clip of this woman.
01:37:54.000 This is a national news program and this is out of Austin, Texas.
01:37:59.000 Hit the clip.
01:38:00.000 You'd think Shauna Terry does pretty well.
01:38:02.000 She drives a nice car, has a nice house.
01:38:05.000 It's a big house.
01:38:07.000 Trouble is, this house isn't hers.
01:38:10.000 Shauna is a realtor here in Austin.
01:38:14.000 Desperate to unload any one of these high-end homes in the middle of a market bust.
01:38:19.000 And when a house doesn't sell, you don't get a paycheck.
01:38:21.000 Don't get a paycheck.
01:38:23.000 With her six-figure annual income a distant memory, health insurance for this single mom and her two daughters has become a luxury they've decided to do without.
01:38:32.000 We weren't needing to go to the doctor, so it was like, alright, should we have insurance premiums or should we do food, you know?
01:38:39.000 So, unfortunately, we've decided to kind of let that lapse.
01:38:42.000 So you rolled the dice?
01:38:43.000 I rolled the dice.
01:38:44.000 While Shauna was worrying about her daughter staying healthy, her youngest was worrying about her.
01:38:50.000 I worry a lot about her and what she's going through.
01:38:54.000 Does she know you worry a lot?
01:38:55.000 No, I don't really show it.
01:38:59.000 But nine-year-old Alyssa couldn't hide an ear infection last March.
01:39:03.000 Shawna had no choice but to take a $100 trip to the doctor, plus antibiotics.
01:39:09.000 When it came to the follow-up visit, she balked.
01:39:12.000 You wait it out a little bit just to kind of see, you know, do I absolutely need to do this, you know?
01:39:17.000 Within weeks, Alyssa was sick again, this time with aches and a 104 fever.
01:39:23.000 It started getting worse.
01:39:25.000 Did you feel like you didn't want to go to the doctor?
01:39:27.000 No, I wanted to because I knew they would take care of me and get me better.
01:39:32.000 Was there any mom guilt?
01:39:34.000 Oh yeah, very big.
01:39:36.000 You know, you feel like you didn't do what you're supposed to be doing for your children.
01:39:41.000 That's when the school nurse told Shawna about this.
01:39:44.000 The Children's Health Express van.
01:39:46.000 A pediatrician's office on wheels with no insurance forms and no fees.
01:39:52.000 How's your ear feeling?
01:39:54.000 There are 37 more mobile medical clinics like this one in 15 states across the country.
01:40:01.000 Originally intended to serve low-income, underprivileged children, these mobile medical units are seeing more parents like Shauna come in every day who've lost their insurance, lost their job, or both.
01:40:14.000 I didn't want to be looking like we were taking advantage of Something that wasn't meant for us.
01:40:22.000 We say to them, we'll be your pediatrician until you're in a more stable situation.
01:40:27.000 The Medivans are provided by Children's Health Fund, co-founded by pediatrician and Columbia University professor, Irwin Redlener.
01:40:35.000 When we have a situation like this recession, where we have a mounting up of barriers for families, it really increases the chances that children will slip through the cracks.
01:40:44.000 Alright, let's pull the plug.
01:40:46.000 Yeah, we're just gonna help you till you get back on your feet.
01:40:49.000 Too bad the plan is that you're not going to be getting back on your feet, and that we're going to just gut the middle class.
01:40:55.000 Socialized medicine all together.
01:40:57.000 That's what this police state is about.
01:40:59.000 Did I say police state?
01:41:00.000 I meant smart grid.
01:41:02.000 Everything's going to get smarter as we digitize your phone records and Internet 2 comes in.
01:41:08.000 Oh, we'll all be safe and healthy as we take the swine flu vaccine and worship the government.
01:41:14.000 You know, and there's a ton of news that I haven't covered yet.
01:41:18.000 I'm going to try to blitz through that right now and into the next segment.
01:41:22.000 I was watching Bill Maher on Leno in the final week of Leno this week and all of a sudden Bill Maher starts going into this tirade about stem cells and the far right and how we should have stem cell research.
01:41:34.000 Well, we really don't have any arguments with stem cell research anymore because they're not going to be using the fetuses of babies, Bill.
01:41:41.000 I'm surprised that you're actually behind this.
01:41:43.000 We've been reporting on stories in the past couple months that they are now making stem cells out of living skin tissue.
01:41:51.000 They're furthering this even today.
01:41:53.000 This is at a Reuters today.
01:41:55.000 U.S.
01:41:56.000 company finds safer way to make stem stem-like cells.
01:41:59.000 U.S.
01:41:59.000 researchers said on Thursday they had come up with the safest way yet to make stem-like cells using a patient's ordinary skin cells.
01:42:06.000 This time by using pure human proteins.
01:42:09.000 The team at Harvard University and Massachusetts-based Advanced Cell Technology, Inc.
01:42:13.000 said their technique involves soaking cells in human proteins, then turn back the clock biologically, making the cells behave like powerful embryonic stem cells.
01:42:23.000 Dr. Robert Lanza of Advanced Cell sees almost immediate commercial applications.
01:42:29.000 After a few more flight tests, in order to assure everything is working properly, it should be ready for commercial use.
01:42:36.000 So, again, this issue of whether we should be doing stem cell research, it's here.
01:42:40.000 It's there.
01:42:40.000 Don't think they haven't already been doing this behind the scenes.
01:42:44.000 I mean, we're being announced that they're making not only green glowing pigs, which again, pass the traits on to their children.
01:42:50.000 Yes, that's right, they glow in the dark.
01:42:53.000 But now we have green glowing monkeys that are having green glowing babies.
01:42:57.000 And scientists out in Japan said they have cloned glow-in-the-dark dogs as well.
01:43:03.000 Bioengineering is a reality, folks.
01:43:05.000 It's something we have to own up to and realize is going on right this second.
01:43:09.000 It's the Alex Jones Show.
01:43:10.000 Back after this.

01:47:31.000 I really wanted to report on this just because I don't know what to make of it.
01:47:34.000 That's right, I don't know what to make of it.
01:47:36.000 Iran defuses homemade bomb on plane.
01:47:39.000 Security personnel defused a homemade bomb found on an aircraft during a domestic flight in Iran late Saturday.
01:47:44.000 Iranian media said two days after a mosque bombing killed 25 people in the country's southeast.
01:47:49.000 The incident occurred less than two weeks before the Islamic Republic holds a presidential election in which conservative incumbent Mahmoud Ahmadinejad faces a challenge from reformers.
01:47:59.000 The enemies want to create a security threat environment before the country's presidential election and to create hopelessness among the people.
01:48:06.000 The official IRNA news agency quoted Mahmoud Hassan Kazemi, a commander in the elite Revolutionary Guard in charge of aviation security, as saying, The semi-official Fars News Agency.
01:48:21.000 What's this?
01:48:22.000 It kind of goes off.
01:48:23.000 The plot was unsuccessful due to the security forces awareness and those behind it were arrested.
01:48:29.000 So I want to see where that goes.
01:48:30.000 I haven't heard about it much in the Western media.
01:48:33.000 Definitely worth looking into.
01:48:35.000 Extra US troops in Afghanistan by mid-July.
01:48:40.000 That's right, you thought we were getting out of the war in the Middle East?
01:48:42.000 That is a big joke!
01:48:44.000 I mean, it is, it's a real sick joke.
01:48:46.000 It's not very funny.
01:48:48.000 But if you thought that Obama was going to get us out of the war, you were sadly mistaken.
01:48:52.000 Remember back in 2006, the Democrats won Congress, they were going to save us?
01:48:56.000 That's right, they were going to save us!
01:48:58.000 Oh, Nancy Pelosi was going to come in with the rest of them!
01:49:01.000 We were going to get out of the war.
01:49:03.000 And then that didn't happen.
01:49:04.000 Then Barack Obama came in and he said, don't worry, we have a plan, I'm going to save you.
01:49:07.000 We're going to get out of the war.
01:49:09.000 Well, now they're sending even more troops into Afghanistan.
01:49:15.000 It says 17,000 extra troops are being sent to fight a growing Taliban-led insurgency.
01:49:20.000 Oh, we have new Taliban insurgents!
01:49:22.000 More Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan!
01:49:24.000 We are so gullible, folks.
01:49:27.000 Notice we're not hearing about the insurgents in Iraq anymore.
01:49:29.000 Now they're in Afghanistan.
01:49:31.000 It's made up.
01:49:32.000 It's fairy tales.
01:49:33.000 These insurgents are people who are sick of the military killing and raping their women.
01:49:39.000 As the videos and photographs show at the detention centers in Guantanamo Bay and in Iraq.
01:49:47.000 That's what's happening.
01:49:48.000 Put the big boy pants on.
01:49:50.000 Realize the truth.
01:49:52.000 Remember, according to Barack Obama's official plan now, we're going to have combat troops in Iraq till the end of 2011, December 2011.
01:50:00.000 But then when the combat troops leave, we're still going to have 50,000 non-combat troops there.
01:50:05.000 Which is a joke, because there's no such thing as a non-combat troop.
01:50:09.000 They're in the military, they have a weapon, guess what?
01:50:11.000 They can shoot somebody.
01:50:12.000 They're a combat troop.
01:50:14.000 And we'll be lucky if it's down to 50,000 by then.
01:50:16.000 They want to expand this war.
01:50:18.000 They want this Eurasian Union to accompany their European Union.
01:50:22.000 And their emerging North American Union for their New World Order.
01:50:28.000 It comes out of their mouth so frequently, I don't understand when I say it, It's made up.
01:50:33.000 It doesn't exist.
01:50:34.000 You're a tinfoil hat wearing conspiracy theorist, Jason.
01:50:37.000 But when someone like Gordon Brown says it at the G20 on a global stage, yes, yes, oh, we love you, Gordon, yes, yes, mmm, mmm.
01:50:44.000 All right, let's go to some callers.
01:50:46.000 Let's take Chris in Kentucky.
01:50:48.000 Chris, you're on the line.
01:50:50.000 Hey, Jason, how you doing?
01:50:51.000 Good.
01:50:52.000 Thanks for taking my call.
01:50:54.000 Here in Louisville, Kentucky, it's getting worse with this Kentucky Derby issue.
01:50:58.000 I mean, we're seeing more and more military every year.
01:51:03.000 And the news media propagandizes how safe the military and the police, with the Louisville Police Department, are just keeping it safe out here.
01:51:11.000 And they just do these little show babes out on air saying, Oh, isn't this wonderful?
01:51:16.000 I'll just tell you, where is the minds of these people that don't realize what they're getting into?
01:51:21.000 And I want to also bring up something else about the cell phones.
01:51:24.000 The cell phone tapping, Alex is absolutely right.
01:51:26.000 If we go to war, look how many young people have cell phones.
01:51:30.000 They're going to be tracked for a draft.
01:51:32.000 They're going to be tracked everywhere and followed until you go to war.
01:51:36.000 Don't they realize what's coming?
01:51:38.000 People are just blind, man.
01:51:39.000 They think that their iPhone applications are the coolest thing in the world, so they're just ready to give it up, give it all up.
01:51:45.000 But they don't understand that, listen, not only does it track and trace you, now a lot of local news agencies are picking up on the fact that if you turn your phone off, they can still tap into it and get the sound from it.
01:51:55.000 So you're talking in a conversation, your phone's not even on.
01:51:58.000 It can be used to listen in to what you're doing.
01:52:00.000 You have to take the battery out.
01:52:02.000 If we had more time, we would be playing one of those clips.
01:52:04.000 I thank you for the call, Chris.
01:52:05.000 Let's jump to Mark in Florida.
01:52:07.000 Mark, you're on the air.
01:52:09.000 Hey, how you doing Jason?
01:52:10.000 Good.
01:52:12.000 I just wanted to talk to Alex and you about this fellow Kevin Trudeau.
01:52:12.000 Good.
01:52:18.000 I'm not really very impressed with him at all.
01:52:23.000 And I know that everybody has their freedom of speech.
01:52:29.000 What specifically do you think is wrong with Mr. Trudeau?
01:52:32.000 Well, all I know is that my wife went off her meds and she died and next to her bed was one of his books.
01:52:41.000 Now, what was the condition of your wife?
01:52:45.000 What was the condition of your wife?
01:52:45.000 What?
01:52:46.000 In other words, what was she taking meds for?
01:52:47.000 She was real sick and she was on a bunch of meds that we had put her on and they were making her really sick and made her feel really bad.
01:52:55.000 And, uh, she just felt like, uh, she had to go, you know, I think she, I think that was the impetus.
01:53:01.000 So what was the underlying condition that this woman had that she was on all these medications, sir?
01:53:06.000 Well, she had, that's another story that might take a little while, but she had pulmonary hypertension that had, she'd never smoked a cigarette in her life, but she had autoimmune disorders, which may have stemmed from Henry Kissinger, Making sure that her class in college got injections with a particular flu type of vaccine.
01:53:30.000 Well, there's no doubt that Kissinger is one of their lead eugenicists, one of the guys that really puts it on paper.
01:53:35.000 A huge think tanker for the elite, if you will.
01:53:38.000 And I thank you for the call.
01:53:39.000 But, you know, I've read the Natural Cures book.
01:53:41.000 Not the whole thing, but now that it's in the office, I've been going through it.
01:53:44.000 And it really does have some of the simplest, best ways for you to stay healthy.
01:53:49.000 Now, I'm not a doctor.
01:53:50.000 I don't know what your wife's conditions were.
01:53:52.000 I don't know what pills she was on, what kind of medications.
01:53:55.000 I'm not anti every kind of medication out there.
01:53:57.000 However, when you put your kids on Ritalin, what are you thinking?
01:54:00.000 I had to watch this commercial for Ambien CR yet again last night where literally for 45 seconds they talked about the side effects of suicide and depression and You may be sleep driving and paranoia, all these crazy things, and they could only pitch the drug for 15 seconds.
01:54:18.000 So the modern-day pharmaceutical industry, in my eyes, are no angels.
01:54:21.000 And whether Trudeau is or not, I really do like some of his information, and I don't know if you can necessarily blame Kevin Trudeau for your wife's death, sir.
01:54:31.000 But again, you're entitled to your opinion.
01:54:32.000 We thank you for the call.
01:54:33.000 Let's go to Rob in British Columbia.
01:54:35.000 Rob, you're on the line.
01:54:36.000 Yeah, hey, Jason.
01:54:38.000 How are you?
01:54:38.000 Good.
01:54:39.000 Listen, I woke up probably about four years ago to all this, and thanks to you and Alex and everything, it's all starting to make a lot of sense.
01:54:47.000 Um, My father's in finance, and those people in that generation still don't get it.
01:54:52.000 They still deny all this is going on.
01:54:55.000 But I see the Canadian dollar really rallying right now, and against the U.S.
01:54:59.000 dollar, which is finally showing that the U.S.
01:55:01.000 dollar is fiat currency.
01:55:02.000 It's got nothing behind it.
01:55:04.000 What's the rate right now?
01:55:04.000 What's the exchange rate?
01:55:06.000 Well, it's about $0.91, $0.90 Canadian to the U.S.
01:55:10.000 So, you know, Canadians, we're doing really well, but our finance ministers say he's really worried about it, and everyone's worried about it.
01:55:17.000 You know, I send money out of the country all the time, and it's good for me, but this is really going to show, I think, you know, your dollar's going to collapse really soon.
01:55:24.000 This is the Emerald coming in.
01:55:26.000 The one thing is I read about it's going to take a while to get enough currency in circulation to cover America, Canada and Mexico.
01:55:34.000 Well I agree but I think with a collapse it's going to be a lot easier for them to bring in I would say international law and really take away the sovereignty of the United States again amalgamate our laws with that of Canada and Mexico and it's already happened to a certain extent with the passage of NAFTA and CAFTA but with this new judge Sotomayor I mean she's Totally pro-North American Union.
01:55:55.000 Totally pro-SPP.
01:55:57.000 You can tell by her positions in La Raza.
01:55:59.000 You can tell by her statements.
01:56:01.000 And you can tell that she's a team player because she's so anti-gun.
01:56:05.000 And I think she's going to put a nice face on this for the American people.
01:56:08.000 And you know, a lot of people are talking about this imminent crash of the dollar.
01:56:12.000 I mean, we had Lindsey Williams on about two or three months ago.
01:56:15.000 He said it was going to happen.
01:56:17.000 in about two months.
01:56:18.000 I don't think it's been quite three months since I've had Lindsey, so he may be spot on on the timing.
01:56:22.000 We had Bob Chapman on the program on Friday, and he expects the complete collapse of the dollar in the next four to five months.
01:56:28.000 Well, I don't know if this is true, but I do know that gold and silver are booming right now, especially gold.
01:56:33.000 And, you know, precious metals are the way to go if you actually want to have inherent wealth.
01:56:40.000 In other words, you want to get past this.
01:56:42.000 You want to have something that's worth an actual value after they crash the dollar.
01:56:46.000 You want to be able to get out of the country.
01:56:48.000 You want to be able to feed your family.
01:56:49.000 Now's the time to invest in gold and silver.
01:56:52.000 MidasResources.com.
01:56:53.000 You got anything else for me, Rob?
01:56:55.000 Um, just yeah, the fact that, you know, even if Amaro does come in, everyone's talking now about going past it to the whole cashless society.
01:57:03.000 I mean, we might not even need to have the Amaro.
01:57:05.000 It's just going to be, you know, everyone's got to take their cell phone.
01:57:08.000 They buy everything that way and you're completely tracked.
01:57:10.000 So I agree with that.
01:57:12.000 One thing I'm going to add is I got property in Panama.
01:57:14.000 When the shit hits the fan, I'm out of here.
01:57:16.000 All right.
01:57:16.000 Thank you, sir.
01:57:17.000 Thank you.
01:57:19.000 You know, folks, the bottom line is right now, The economy is going to hell in a handbasket.
01:57:25.000 And they can call it a recession.
01:57:26.000 Folks have already been on TV saying this is the worst economic depression since the Great Depression back in the late 20s.
01:57:34.000 And that is the truth.
01:57:36.000 And it's only going to get worse.
01:57:37.000 You ain't seen nothing yet.
01:57:39.000 And that's why they built this infrastructure with the GIVE Act.
01:57:43.000 That's why City Year is out, ready to pledge on September 11th.
