00:08:24.000 But the issue here is felony vandalism charges possible In Obama poster case, a Florida teenager could find himself in a sticky situation as a state attorney prepares to review possible felony vandalism charges in connection to the posters depicting President Obama as the Joker.

00:08:46.000 A Florida teenager could face felony vandalism charges for allegedly gulling posters depicting President Obama as the Joker onto public property.

00:09:01.000 Claremont, Florida Police Captain Eric Jensen said the state attorney will review evidence to determine whether or not to charge the unidentified teenager with gluing dozens of the posters last week to city light poles, public and private buildings, bridge overpasses, road signs, and a mailbox.

00:09:26.000 Jensen said damaged city property exceeded $800 and it cost roughly $200 to remove the adhesive that was used to affix the poster on the mailbox.

00:09:36.000 If he hadn't glued them, we wouldn't be having this discussion, Jensen told Fox News.

00:09:43.000 If convicted of felony vandalism, the teenager could face a maximum of five years in jail.

00:09:48.000 No arrests have been made yet in the case.

00:09:52.000 Bill Gladson of the Florida's 5th Circuit Judicial Court, which oversees Lake County, confirmed that State Attorney Brad King will receive the case as early as Wednesday.

00:10:04.000 We look at every case that gets dropped off, he said, declining further comment until the case was filed, is received.

00:10:13.000 Gladson said he could not recall a recent case involving potential charges of felony vandalism in regard to posters, including those pertaining to political messages.

00:10:25.000 And they have the ACLU in here saying, well, this is a property issue, so it's not protected by the First Amendment.

00:10:33.000 Ladies and gentlemen, the point is, is that it's selective enforcement because there's other posters of everything else you can imagine, including pro-Obama posters stuck directly on stop signs.

02:24:47.000 If you're into guns and you're kind of a beginner in the Second Amendment movement, that's where the beginners go.

02:24:57.000 I finally got Gun Owners of America to come out with the history and the documents that they had and we had.

02:25:04.000 Because the NRA was founded by the federal government.

02:25:07.000 The NRA actually supported the 1968 Gun Control Act, the basis of the nightmare we live under today.

02:25:14.000 They've expanded the NICs and all the rest of this registration.

02:25:20.000 How do you get 150 million gun owners to give up their rights?

02:25:23.000 You have a group that claims they represent you that leads you to the slaughter.

02:26:14.000 And the NRA wasn't sending lobbyists, and I was down there with the hundreds of people.

02:26:19.000 There'd be 300 of us to speak against it.

02:26:25.000 They got, you know, gang-banging type black guys to come up and go, we're dangerous.

02:32:22.000 Their body language, because I've watched the tapes, was friendly, and they seemed excited.

02:32:29.000 They were looking at you approvingly, so it sounds like they're actually some good people.

02:32:39.000 A lot of them were coming up to me and telling me, everyone's asking me, if you can do this, can you do this, can you do this?

02:32:56.000 And it was nothing but positive things from the Phoenix Police Department.

02:40:20.000 It's happened to me, it's happened to both the Watson brothers who live there, happens to their parents, happens to everybody now.

This is all about training us to where you're not even nervous now.

02:41:36.000 And I believe that this checkpoint, the only purpose of it is to get us used to stopping throughout our daily lives and answering questions to federal agents.
