00:35:38.000 It says that the gun shop will be liable if they do not racially profile Hispanics and blacks and check police databases to see if they're affiliated with a gang.

00:35:52.000 As if the gang members are walking into stores and buying guns, most of them already have felonies.

00:36:01.000 When you go in to buy the gun, you're put through a federal database to begin with.
