00:02:43.000 I was reading the Constitution, and I couldn't believe it.

00:02:48.000 My jaw about fell out when I was reading the 10th Amendment, and then I looked at the 9th Amendment, And it just suddenly dawned on me that the Patriot Act is no more genuine than a $3 bill.

00:03:06.000 And that the only reason that the thing can exist is because most of the American people are ignorant of their rights in the Constitution, and they're intimidated, and they don't question anything.

00:03:20.000 But on its own legs, it's not a valid law.

00:03:24.000 For instance, in the Fourth Amendment, you know, it talks about how you can't have any unlawful searches and seizures.

00:03:32.000 And the Patriot Act obviously extends more of that to the government, to where they can come into your house.

00:03:38.000 And the system lied and said that sneak and peek and all the rest of that wouldn't be used on citizens.

00:03:45.000 And it has been, and now they use it in regular law enforcement.

00:03:49.000 Absolutely, it was written for the American people.

00:03:52.000 And the Patriot Act conservatively nullifies five of the ten articles in the Bill of Rights.

00:04:00.000 But it says plainly, here's the thing, this is what's so crazy.

00:04:03.000 It says in the Ninth Amendment, the enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

00:04:16.000 So you cannot take any of the rights in the Constitution from the people.

00:04:22.000 It's there in plain black and white in the Ninth Amendment.

00:04:24.000 Yes, the Ninth Amendment is probably the most important amendment there.

00:04:29.000 And the 10th Amendment just further expounds on it and says the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution nor prohibited by the states are reserved to the states respectively or to the people.

00:04:47.000 So, I mean, I don't understand.

00:04:49.000 It's so cut and dry.

00:04:50.000 How can we listen?

00:04:53.000 Listen, it's cut and dry that the government can't just say we'll kill U.S.

00:04:57.000 citizens anywhere we want in the United States or worldwide if someone in the Pentagon or White House thinks they might be a terrorist.

00:05:07.000 And people say, well, we've got to get tough on the terrorists.

00:05:09.000 Then you go research who the terrorists are.

00:05:12.000 Ninety-nine percent of the time, literally, it is a staged government event.

00:05:17.000 And of course you don't let the government just arrest and take away anybody they want to a dungeon.

00:05:23.000 I mean, of course that's the greatest threat, not some turbaned guy who wants to blow up a school, even if that turbaned guy actually exists, which in most cases they don't.

00:05:43.000 And most of the real stuff is basically copycat from the government stuff.
