00:00:01.000 Big Brother.
00:00:07.000 Mainstream media.
00:00:08.000 Government cover-ups.
00:00:11.000 You want answers?
00:00:12.000 Well, so does he.
00:00:14.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.
00:00:18.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.
00:00:22.000 Ladies and gentlemen, we are live.
00:00:47.000 Thank you so much for joining us today.
00:00:50.000 Almost didn't make it into the studio here for this segment because I was so busy going over news and big developments that are unfolding.
00:00:57.000 We're going to be here, obviously, for the next three hours today, and we have several big guests joining us.
00:01:05.000 Lou Rockwell, the former chief of staff of Ron Paul, will be joining us to talk about the ongoing firestorm of Rand Paul.
00:01:15.000 Endorsing Mitt Romney happily, in his words, and the response by some of the Ron Paul establishment politicos.
00:01:25.000 Tom Woods, who is good friends with Ron Paul, speaks at many of his rallies, put a video out yesterday saying there needs to be a top-down analysis of Campaign for Liberty and pointed out the head of Campaign for Liberty.
00:01:39.000 I don't even know this, I went and looked it up, it was true, actually doesn't think we should be involved in foreign policy, constitutionalist, and we should just get Ron Paul and all of it out of the business of criticizing these wars.
00:01:52.000 And he said there should be a top-down, we're going to play that video here in a moment, a top-down look at it and that the head of it should be removed.
00:02:03.000 Now, we called him up this morning and he said, look, I think I've said enough.
00:02:07.000 I'm going to just wait and see.
00:02:08.000 I trust Ron Paul is not going to endorse Mitt Romney.
00:02:12.000 If he does, it's going to pretty much destroy him, folks.
00:02:15.000 And everybody is sitting here in horror because there are some rumors fluttering around at high levels that it's being considered.
00:02:23.000 And as Ron Paul supporters, as admirers and supporters, it's our right, it's Tom Wood's right to come out and say, hey, we're concerned.
00:02:32.000 And people are going, yeah, I keep getting weird neocon mail from Campaign for Liberty and from Rand Paul and Ron Paul's groups promoting people, and you go look them up, and they're counsel on foreign relations, they're pro-war.
00:02:49.000 That's why the dam broke.
00:02:51.000 Look, look, Rand doing that really just made a bunch of concerns break.
00:02:57.000 Now we've got other huge world news going on and I'm going to cover that.
00:03:03.000 First here today, because in the second and third hour, we've got Governor Gary Johnson coming on.
00:03:09.000 That'll be open phones.
00:03:10.000 Lou Rockwell's coming on, specifically calls for him, so I'll open the phones up with Lou Rockwell and Governor Gary Johnson, specifically for questions for both those men.
00:03:19.000 We're not just going to be talking about Ron Paul all day, and Rand Paul.
00:03:22.000 But this is a big deal, because the Liberty Movement is beginning to win, getting 70 plus percent of the military's donations.
00:03:30.000 That shows that the idea of fighting the globalists, restoring the republic, cutting taxes, defending the family, second amendment, states' rights, nullification, getting us out of the UN, auditing and abolishing the Federal Reserve.
00:03:44.000 We understand Ron Paul's in a dangerous position, pushing all that.
00:03:47.000 So he went from, let's get rid of the Fed, to, well, let's audit it, and then maybe get rid of it.
00:03:52.000 I understand all that, and I understand Ron Paul not coming out and saying 9-11's an inside job, even though he talks about false flags, staged terror, and says he questions the official story because government always lies.
00:04:04.000 He also goes along with the, you know, narrative and says, okay, if we're not attacking them, they wouldn't attack us.
00:04:10.000 So, I compromise a little bit over the years, knowing that Ron Paul couldn't be Alex Jones.
00:04:15.000 Even though you read his writings from the 80s and early 90s, he was.
00:04:19.000 I mean, this guy is iconic in his understanding of the New World Order.
00:04:23.000 He's the proto-Alex Jones.
00:04:26.000 He's the proto-info-warrior.
00:04:29.000 But if he's trying to cement some dynasty with all the power we've brought to the table as patriots, it's not going to happen.
00:04:36.000 I had Chuck Baldwin on last night in the Nightly News, who Ron Paul endorsed when he couldn't win in the 08 election instead of McCain, and he was saying this is devastating what's happened.
00:04:47.000 And he believes Ron Paul will not endorse Mitt Romney, but basically said it will be like a nuclear bomb going off in the Liberty Movement.
00:04:53.000 If he does, Tom Woods has said the same thing.
00:04:56.000 Tons of news coming up.

00:08:00.000 Big Brother.
00:08:07.000 Mainstream media.
00:08:09.000 Government cover-ups.
00:08:11.000 You want answers?
00:08:12.000 Well, so does he.
00:08:14.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.
00:08:18.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.
00:08:26.000 I was thinking last night and this morning just how crazy it is that everything that we've talked about year after year that was coming under this global corporate fascist world government is now beginning to actually unfold.
00:08:41.000 I mean, we have been so dead on, so accurate, because the globalists think the public isn't paying attention, and most of the population of the planet isn't.
00:08:50.000 But we're reading their CFR, their Trilateral Commission, the Bilderberg leaks, their public statements, where they openly talk about How they're sterilizing us through the food and water, how they're establishing world government, how they're going to get rid of the family, how they're going to put nanotech into us that basically rewires our brains, viruses that they call new vaccines coming out that make you not be angry again and want to submit to them.
00:09:17.000 That sounds like Martians from space in some 50s movie that come and spray stuff on the town and make everybody subservient zombies.
00:09:26.000 It's all being looked at.
00:09:28.000 It's all being done.
00:09:31.000 Yesterday, we saw KXAN-TV report on a Army Department of Defense UT test outside Austin, out in the Hill Country, that blew up a laboratory and fired railgun shrapnel, high-speed projectile, into someone's car, basically blowing the car up and injuring them.
00:09:54.000 And I sent reporters out yesterday to look into it.
00:09:56.000 I'm just going to leave it at that.
00:09:58.000 We've got to put the report together, but this is the kind of thing I'm worried about SWAT teams busting in here any minute.
00:10:03.000 And by the way, the FBI has been here repeatedly, the Secret Service.
00:10:06.000 I mean, they've tried to shut us down before.
00:10:09.000 My wife said the phones have got to be tapped.
00:10:11.000 They were flipping on and off this morning and clicking.
00:10:15.000 You pick the phone up and somebody would be talking.
00:10:17.000 And I've gotten calls before and they've said, we're listening to you, you know, you just said this.
00:10:21.000 My wife has gotten calls repeatedly where they tell her what she was just talking about with her parents or with me on the phone to freak her out.
00:10:28.000 But the phones were clicking and going wild.
00:10:30.000 I'll just go ahead and tell you this, okay?
00:10:38.000 They were out till 10 o'clock at night working on this.
00:10:40.000 This led to a chain reaction of the discovery of a nuclear waste dump off Redbud Trail in the middle of Austin.
00:10:51.000 They've still got the shutdown old reactor under the LBJ library.
00:10:57.000 We tried to go look at that and got threatened with arrest.
00:11:00.000 And all of this ties in.
00:11:02.000 They've got a bioweapons farm out by Bastrop with a bunch of monkeys and apes in it, testing stuff that'll literally wipe off 90% of the world population, or 6 billion people plus, in a matter of months if it was released, and I've got sources on that.
00:11:18.000 Just where I live is like a fantasy land of super science weapons from a science fiction movie.
00:11:25.000 I mean, I'm wondering where Thundar the Barbarian is going to come running by any minute.
00:11:29.000 And then I'm about to get in for the most of the show about Ron Paul and Rand Paul, who are great guys.
00:11:35.000 People have been hurt by watching the direction of Rand Paul and Campaign for Liberty change.
00:11:40.000 Ron Paul is involved in this.
00:11:42.000 But, at the end of the day, it doesn't even matter.
00:11:44.000 I mean, we'll be lucky if the globalists don't release some super weapon in the next five years and kill almost all of us, as they've talked about doing.
00:11:51.000 They discuss how they're going to set up a world government, get a control grid in, release giant bioweapon plagues to reduce our numbers.
00:11:59.000 And, you know, we've got the quotes in films like Endgame, WhatIsTheEndgame.com as the online bibliography.
00:12:05.000 I read you constant, you know, government documents and reports here on air.
00:12:08.000 I mean, it's just, we're living in a science fiction land and the general public is just totally obsessed with lotteries and sports.
00:12:17.000 And fashion.
00:12:19.000 And I'm not knocking anybody that's into that kind of stuff.
00:12:21.000 It's all interesting.
00:12:22.000 Sports is interesting.
00:12:23.000 Fashion's interesting.
00:12:25.000 Guns are interesting.
00:12:26.000 You know, women are very interesting.
00:12:30.000 I mean, I get it.
00:12:31.000 I understand saying, oh, the world's crazy.
00:12:33.000 I'm just going to enjoy myself.
00:12:34.000 But there's something bigger than that.
00:12:37.000 Our ancestors always were in a struggle against the tyrants and control freaks and megalomaniacs to carve out all the good things we've got today.
00:12:47.000 And life is so short, I'm not worried about my physical death.
00:12:54.000 I'm not worried about my physical death.
00:12:58.000 I am worried about the death of our species and letting a bunch of crazy people that want to vandalize our genetic code and are doing it through the chemical and biological attacks and radiological attacks they've got us under that they brag about.
00:13:10.000 I don't want to just give the future over to these people.
00:13:18.000 My son is here with me today.
00:13:20.000 I took him to work with me because it's summertime.
00:13:24.000 My wife's taking my daughters with friends to a water park, but he wanted to come here with us.
00:13:28.000 And I promised him I'd take him, I'd take off work early today and let Aaron, I think Darren McBrain's doing the nightly news tonight, and I'd take him out and do some stuff today.
00:13:37.000 But, you know, once I go ahead and release the information, my gut tells me I need to about the nuclear waste dump hidden in the middle of Austin.
00:13:46.000 uh... and uh... the uh... nuclear reactors all the rest of it and remember they just declassified a few years ago that in southern california they had that sodium uh... salt reactor meltdown bigger than chernobyl in what fifty nine and that was kept secret until just a few years ago that guys that's nbc news will you guys print me just california reactor caps the meltdown kept secret and and and and that should bring it up i've shown on air before and played part of the newscast but
00:14:14.000 I mean the point is is that you discover this and then you know UT runs the San Andeia labs out in New Mexico and it's it's just we start going out I'm like let's go do a piece on The nuclear reactor under UT that's still running its half-life, and then the two big ones, well the little one and the big one they've got up at the J.J.
00:14:33.000 Pickles Center, that no one seems to know about or care about, with all the barbed wire machine gun nest over there, where they do tests.
00:14:42.000 The most dangerous type of reactors are doing constant tests and manipulations of them.
00:14:47.000 And then you find out that 9 out of 10, and Aaron's got these numbers, the government admits reactors are leaking in the United States, 9 out of 10, it's the same number worldwide, and all of that's happening, and then We start doing research and discover someone right here on our own crew's grandfather was the head superintendent of all the buildings and maintenance for the University of Texas and knows all about it.
00:15:17.000 I can confirm what he's saying is my dad was in the physics department and worked on the reactor.
00:15:21.000 And then I'd already been told about how, you know, your AM radio won't work out on Redbud Trail.
00:15:26.000 There's so much... There it is.
00:15:28.000 California's historical nuclear meltdown.
00:15:32.000 And then it just goes over that whole report.
00:15:33.000 Great.
00:15:33.000 Print that for me, but also print the NBC.
00:15:36.000 California reactor meltdown in 59.
00:15:40.000 Yeah, but I want the NBC.
00:15:42.000 Thank you.
00:15:43.000 Anyways, side issue.
00:15:45.000 We sent the guys out to the limestone caves right in the middle of the wealthiest area of Austin where, according to our source's grandfather and other documents and information we ferreted out, that they used it as a dump.
00:16:02.000 I mean, it just never ends.
00:16:04.000 We start looking into some type of particle accelerator railgun explosion, Department of Defense.
00:16:11.000 UT's running bio-weapons labs right outside Austin in Level 2 facilities that are Level 4.
00:16:16.000 You've seen the Level 2 facility with Level 4 at the UT University of Texas facility down in Galveston that got hit by the hurricane and destroyed.
00:16:26.000 Pretty much destroyed.
00:16:27.000 I mean, it's just, again, we're living in crazy land.
00:16:31.000 And the rail gun fires and blows up a part of a building and shoots a car driving down a country road, and they're like, never mind, there's some type of leak there, that's in the news, but the Army and UT are working on it.
00:16:42.000 I mean, who knows?
00:16:43.000 It's a nanotech facility.
00:16:45.000 I forgot that part.
00:16:47.000 Yeah, there it is.
00:16:48.000 Ruling expected on L.A.
00:16:49.000 nuclear cleanup.
00:16:51.000 By the way, folks, you gotta pray for us.
00:16:54.000 Reporting that our sources, who are credible, are saying there is a nuclear waste dump in the middle of Austin.
00:17:00.000 This has never been reported on.
00:17:02.000 Just like this situation outside San Diego has never been reported on, is mooey dangerous.
00:17:10.000 But I know they know, because our phones are tapped, that we're looking at this show.
00:17:15.000 It doesn't matter.
00:17:15.000 I've got to go ahead and say it here on air, even though the report's not ready.
00:17:20.000 But this will be national news.
00:17:22.000 So, I mean, I'm supposed to talk about, because that's what everybody's upset about.
00:17:25.000 I'm upset about it.
00:17:26.000 Ron Paul.
00:17:27.000 You know what?
00:17:28.000 Ron Paul's a good guy.
00:17:29.000 Rand Paul's a good guy.
00:17:30.000 They've got a bunch of mainline Republican analysts.
00:17:38.000 Working for him now, and I think they're making big mistakes, but I don't want to hear the denial that Ron Paul's not involved in this.
00:17:44.000 And it's our job as his diehard supporters and contributors to not let them compromise, instead of saying, gee, is it okay to criticize anything they're doing?
00:18:00.000 Over 80% in a poll we've got at InfoWars.com was 80% last night.
00:18:03.000 Let me check it now.
00:18:07.000 Think that it is a bad idea for Rand Paul to join with Mitt Romney.
00:18:13.000 Do you approve of Rand Paul's decision to work within the establishment to support Mitt Romney?
00:18:19.000 We've got 5,697 votes.
00:18:20.000 This poll before, it had bugs and we took it down.
00:18:26.000 Used to get like 50,000 votes.
00:18:28.000 Not this particular poll, but I mean the old poll system.
00:18:30.000 We have this new one people don't use as much.
00:18:33.000 People should go vote there.
00:18:34.000 It's the bottom right hand corner of Infowars.com.
00:18:37.000 Do you approve of Rand Paul's decision to work within the establishment and support Mitt Romney?
00:18:42.000 80%, that's what it was last night, 4,574 votes against.
00:18:46.000 5,574 votes against, 20% say yes.
00:18:49.000 And that's out of just pure loyalty to Ron Paul.
00:18:55.000 And I mean, I get it.
00:18:57.000 I understand.
00:18:57.000 Work within the Republicans.
00:18:58.000 Try to change them.
00:19:00.000 But that's not what I'm seeing happening.
00:19:02.000 I'm getting mail endorsing mainline neocon Republicans from Campaign for Liberty, and so is everybody else.
00:19:11.000 Ron Paul wasn't even sure if he was going to speak at this big festival, you know, the counter National Convention, because it might make the Republicans mad, but now the Republicans say they're okay with it because of what Rand's done.
00:19:24.000 I mean, you know, I've not found compromise is the way to go.
00:19:28.000 I'm gonna play Tom Woods.
00:19:30.000 This is a video Tom put up, but then pulled down, and he said, well, you know what?
00:19:36.000 He doesn't want to put salt in the wound.
00:19:37.000 He wants to wait and see.
00:19:38.000 He thinks Ron Paul will do the right thing and come out and say that He's not going to endorse Romney.
00:19:46.000 We invited him on the show.
00:19:47.000 He's been on before years ago.
00:19:49.000 He said he'd come on later, but he's not going to come on today.
00:19:51.000 Well, you know what, Tom?
00:19:52.000 You put the video out there.
00:19:53.000 We've got it.
00:19:54.000 We're going to air it here.

00:23:59.000 Tonight on InfoWars
00:24:17.000 Nightly News, we're going to show you footage of the sealed caves over off Redwood Trail at the old dam, where in the 60s and 70s and right into the 80s, the University of Texas dumped radiological waste from the the University of Texas dumped radiological waste from the nuclear reactor.
00:24:37.000 According to the...
00:24:41.000 Former head of operations at the University of Texas.
00:24:46.000 Head of the campus facilities.
00:24:50.000 And I know about the reactor, I know about all the secrecy.
00:24:53.000 They even tell students at UT there's not a reactor still going through its half-life phase underneath the LBJ library.
00:25:01.000 And museum.
00:25:02.000 Yeah, the Presidential Library Museum.
00:25:04.000 First one in the country, by the way, was for LBJ.
00:25:06.000 They built it on top of a nuclear reactor and took the there's also underground tunnels under there.
00:25:11.000 I've confirmed that separately that are connected out.
00:25:14.000 To Bergstrom, where they was the former sack base, the Hilton Hotel out there, Circular Hotel is the former shack command base for much of the United States.
00:25:25.000 There's a whole bunch of secret stuff around here.
00:25:27.000 I live here, and you need to understand folks, this is happening all over the world, not just here in the US.
00:25:35.000 There are giant black projects, secret programs happening.
00:25:40.000 Some of the other news coming up, and then I'll get to the Tom Woods video ahead of our guest joining us.
00:25:47.000 I remember Kurt Nemo writing this article yesterday from European, Russian, and Middle Eastern sources.
00:25:54.000 Russia denies sending helicopters to Syria, says West's arming rebels.
00:25:57.000 But there are news articles out today, out of the Financial Times and others, saying that Russia defends arms sales to Syria.
00:26:05.000 But it turned out they just make that up.
00:26:08.000 Here's the New York Times.
00:26:12.000 Uh, reporting today, and again, Kurtz for InfoWars yesterday said it wasn't true.
00:26:17.000 People got mad at him in the comments and said he was a Ruski agent or something.
00:26:21.000 Last time I checked, folks, it isn't the Ruskis that are, uh, got drones in the sky and putting sodium fluoride and radioactive isotopes in my water.
00:26:28.000 Last time I checked it, it wasn't the Ruskis that run the Federal Reserve.
00:26:31.000 If the Ruskis do anything to America, they can go straight to a place where the sun don't shine, okay?
00:26:37.000 I'm sick of the globalists going, oh, Al-Qaeda's gonna get you, you don't give your rights up, be paid for, oh, the Russians will get you, the Chinese will get you.
00:26:44.000 You mean the same Chinese government, our criminal government, paid 20-plus million dollars to ship General Motors to?
00:26:50.000 Shut up with your lies!
00:26:51.000 I am so sick of these neocon groups putting out articles, I see them almost every day, saying I'm a Ruski agent or something.
00:26:58.000 I am a tooth fairy before I'm that.
00:27:00.000 But again, it just shows their disinformation.
00:27:03.000 Sorry, I'm ranting.
00:27:08.000 Here it is.
00:27:09.000 Copters in Syria may not be new, U.S.
00:27:12.000 officials say.
00:27:13.000 Oh, turns out they got sold a long time ago.
00:27:16.000 Hillary on Tuesday accused of shipping attack helicopters in Syria that would escalate the conflict.
00:27:23.000 But they go on to say she put a little bit of a spin on it, said one senior Defense Department official, because they've been delivered a long time ago.
00:27:31.000 Also, CNN floats idea of U.S.
00:27:33.000 assassinating Syrian President Assad.
00:27:36.000 What's Hillary say?
00:27:37.000 They came, they saw.
00:27:38.000 Gaddafi died and they put Al-Qaeda in?
00:27:41.000 And again, I'm supposed to... Oh, you must like Al-Qaeda that you don't want all these wars going on.
00:27:47.000 They say, look, Al-Qaeda is in this country.
00:27:47.000 Wars?
00:27:49.000 Invade.
00:27:50.000 And then the West uses Al-Qaeda to actually invade the country.
00:27:55.000 I know I rant a lot about that.
00:27:56.000 It just makes my head spin.
00:27:57.000 By the way, I'm probably seeing, no exaggeration, 20 or more articles every day saying Obama is done.
00:28:04.000 Washington Post, Der Spiegel.
00:28:06.000 Associated Press, his poll numbers plunging, MSNBC saying he's a dead political duck.
00:28:13.000 I guess our sources and people like Jerome Corsi are right.
00:28:16.000 The Bilderbergs have decided they can't get anywhere with Obama and they are looking at getting rid of him.
00:28:21.000 And before you say hip hip hooray, And believe me, I'll be glad to quit seeing him on TV all the time.
00:28:26.000 I hate Obama.
00:28:27.000 But I hate his globalist masters a lot more.
00:28:30.000 Here comes Mitt Romney.
00:28:32.000 We're all supposed to get all excited like Obama idiots.
00:28:35.000 Four years ago when he was president-elect, or getting ready to be.
00:28:38.000 And oh my gosh, whoo!
00:28:40.000 Oh boy, Bush is out of there!
00:28:42.000 McCain, you lost!
00:28:43.000 We're going to get free houses and free cars, and the economy's going to be back, and yippee-ki-yay, we got rid of Bush!
00:28:52.000 I'm like, bought and paid for by the same people, nothing but puppets.
00:28:54.000 That's not even a sophisticated point.
00:28:56.000 That's a no-brainer.
00:28:58.000 One plus one equals two.
00:29:01.000 And now I've got to sit here and watch.
00:29:03.000 I mean, I saw a CNN clip this morning.
00:29:05.000 We'll play it later if we have time.
00:29:07.000 With Rand Paul, God bless his little heart.
00:29:11.000 You know, with his little Ronald McDonald hair and everything.
00:29:13.000 I'm sorry.
00:29:14.000 He's up there.
00:29:15.000 Okay, I'm going to stop right there.
00:29:16.000 He's sitting there.
00:29:18.000 I mean that affectionately.
00:29:19.000 He's sitting there, and it's like a mini-me of Ron Paul.
00:29:25.000 It's like, here's the big Ron Paul, and then it's like Dr. E. Dr. Good has like a little Dr. Evil on his name.
00:29:31.000 And the host of CNN's going, well, wait a minute, your dad didn't agree with him on this and that.
00:29:35.000 And he's like, oh no, Romney wants to get rid of the Federal Reserve.
00:29:39.000 Oh no, he, he, he is, I mean, it was just like watching this defense of Romney.
00:29:44.000 This isn't just an endorsement.
00:29:46.000 This is an absolute worship fest of Mitt Romney.
00:29:49.000 Okay, he'll save us.
00:29:51.000 We're on the march.
00:29:52.000 The empire's on the run.
00:29:54.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.
00:30:01.000 This is Alex Jones with five good reasons you should consider buying a solar power generator.
00:30:06.000 Number one.
00:30:07.000 New climate legislation could easily double or triple your electric bill.
00:30:10.000 Number two.
00:30:11.000 Our new energy czar wants to control how much power your electric company allows you to have.
00:30:16.000 It's true.
00:30:16.000 Total government control of electricity in the name of smart grid technology is coming.
00:30:21.000 Number three.
00:30:22.000 In some areas of the country, the power grid is dangerously overloaded.
00:30:26.000 And now, new socialist legislation is only compounding the problem.
00:30:30.000 Number 4.
00:30:30.000 Dangerous weather is always a threat to local grids.
00:30:33.000 Every year, thousands of families lose their power from weather-related outages.
00:30:37.000 Number 5.
00:30:38.000 A solar power generator provides powerful backup, insurance, and peace of mind.
00:30:42.000 Folks, I really believe in the solar power generators offered by Solutions from Science, one of my oldest sponsors.

00:33:01.000 The answer to 1984 is 1776.
00:33:02.000 1984 is 1776.
00:33:06.000 You're listening to The Alex Jones Show.
00:33:09.000 Okay, this Austin nuclear reactor story is so important, and it fits in with UT having big labs out in the University of Texas in New Mexico.
00:33:22.000 It has a bunch of big labs.
00:33:25.000 It ties into the salt reactor in 59 outside San Diego that blew up bigger than Chernobyl and wasn't even admitted to until decades later.
00:33:36.000 In fact, you look it up, there's hardly even any news about it.
00:33:39.000 In fact, looking it up, we found another reactor site outside L.A.
00:33:45.000 where they were dumping the stuff.
00:33:47.000 Ruling expected on L.A.
00:33:48.000 nuclear cleanup.
00:33:49.000 The case involves a Cold War era accident at the Santa Susanna Field Laboratory.
00:33:56.000 And this is NBC News.
00:33:57.000 This just came out last year.
00:34:00.000 But the point is, here's another report.
00:34:01.000 California's historical nuclear meltdown.
00:34:04.000 Japan's nuclear power crisis has planted indelible memories worldwide on the revived doubts about the health and safety of nuclear power.
00:34:11.000 It may unsettle many to discover that California, too, they kept it secret.
00:34:15.000 Experienced a partial nuclear meltdown.
00:34:18.000 The accident which occurred in 59 is claimed to have released more radiation than Three Mile Island.
00:34:22.000 Yeah, I think it's 70 times they say.
00:34:25.000 The severity of health impacts from the incident on site workers and the surrounding community is still being debated.
00:34:32.000 Oh yes.
00:34:32.000 Now, of course, we now learned a year ago, radioactive tuna, just three months after Chernobyl was being caught, and the government knew and covered it up off L.A.
00:34:41.000 and off San Diego.
00:34:43.000 Folks, we told you at the time, they had state labs in Connecticut, as far east as Connecticut and Vermont.
00:34:49.000 High levels.
00:34:50.000 Dozens and dozens, it was like 25, 30 something depending on the lab, in the milk of cows because they're bioaccumulating.
00:34:58.000 They're eating grass where this stuff's coming down.
00:35:00.000 See, the trade winds, the jet stream, all of it comes from over Japan and dumps in at different areas over the United States.
00:35:07.000 And you've got the currents going up to Alaska, the hair is falling out of the seals and the people that live there, the fishermen and the flight attendants that are flying through it.
00:35:16.000 This is in the news!
00:35:18.000 I mean, this is happening!
00:35:21.000 And then, we go out to look at the reactor, and one of our crew members, who hasn't been on air yet, he's gonna be with us after the break here in a moment, he's like, oh yeah, my grandfather was the head guy for UT over all the buildings and their maintenance, and we looked that up, sure enough, there he is, and he said they would take rods, chemicals, the fluid out of the reactor, the old one that's under the LBJ library.
00:35:47.000 A presidential library in Austin.
00:35:49.000 And everything he was saying, I'd gotten pieces of from other sources.
00:35:54.000 Aaron tried to do a documentary when he was at UT in film school.
00:35:57.000 He also got a degree from their school of public affairs there.
00:36:02.000 Aaron Dykes, and they tried to just ask questions and got threatened with arrest about it.
00:36:07.000 Wanted to try to get down in there with their cameras, the security guards admitted there was a bunch of stuff.
00:36:11.000 Just like they store the nuclear waste on site, reportedly it's still under UT.
00:36:15.000 Well, now we're learning from the 60s and 70s, and he'd never been there.
00:36:23.000 His grandpa told him where it was, how they sealed the limestone caves, and he went over there, they went over there yesterday, and sure enough, it's there.
00:36:31.000 Let me just tell you this, AM radio ain't coming in over the site.
00:36:34.000 We've got to get some good radiation detectors and get over there before they try to kick everybody out of the area.
00:36:40.000 And again, if you got radiation, AM radio gets cut out.
00:36:44.000 We're going to find out what's going on.
00:36:45.000 It was a uranium reactor.
00:36:48.000 And again, this is about 98% confirmed.
00:36:50.000 We know about the two research reactors they've got that are more modern at the J.J.
00:36:55.000 Pickles Center up in North Austin off research and that area, giant area with big fences around it.
00:37:04.000 I mean there's hundreds and there's like 500, 600 yards just between the fences and the facility and the reactors and they're very quiet about that.
00:37:12.000 The average Austinite doesn't even know they're there.
00:37:14.000 I'm already getting into it.
00:37:16.000 He's going to join us, I'm going to recap this, and I'm getting out just to preliminary him on record before we get the video out tonight, because the guys were out until like 9, 10 o'clock last night.
00:37:26.000 They just got in, and I've gone ahead and talked about it because I know they're listening to our phones.
00:37:32.000 A lot of stuff going on today, and so I'm just going to get this on record in case they SWAT team us and say we've got heroin and cocaine in here.
00:37:41.000 Because believe me, ladies, or dead children or something, or prostitutes, I mean, or Easter bunnies, because believe me, if this is correct, and this is the report, and we know there's reactors, we know that they always did this in the old days, just dumped it on the edge of town.
00:37:55.000 Where they dumped it's the middle of Austin now, but in the 70s was on the edge of town.
00:37:59.000 This is exactly how they do it at old dams and old facilities and old research caves, you know, where they stored things.
00:38:06.000 And that's, this needs to be looked into right now.
00:38:10.000 So it fits in with what I've been told.
00:38:14.000 Aaron Dykes again tried to make a film there.
00:38:16.000 This is 97-98% confirmed.
00:38:19.000 I hope it's false, the severity of it.
00:38:22.000 But just two days ago, we had a Department of Defense Cyclotron explosion.
00:38:30.000 Some type of railgun experiment that blew a laboratory up.
00:38:32.000 I mean, I'm living in the middle of Buck Rogers land.
00:38:36.000 They've got bioweapons out at the Monkey Farm.
00:38:38.000 I've got multiple sources on that.
00:38:41.000 They admit it's level 4.
00:38:43.000 It's level 4.
00:38:44.000 Look up level 4 bioweapons research at University of Texas, Galveston.
00:38:51.000 That's admitted out on the water.
00:38:54.000 And they're building, well they've already built since Bush, 36 more of these around the country.
00:38:58.000 Now they're planning, or completing 200 plus more.
00:39:01.000 And we've done shows on this, but it just, it just clicked.
00:39:05.000 Oh, hey, go do stories on the nuclear reactor and the word is there's waste under the LBJ thing.
00:39:10.000 Oh, Aaron's like, oh, yeah, I tried to do a film on that.
00:39:12.000 Threatened to arrest our guys.
00:39:13.000 Oh, really?
00:39:14.000 Yeah, my dad was in the physics department as a student.
00:39:18.000 He said there was all sorts of stuff down there on the top of the reactor.
00:39:20.000 We'll go out to JJ Pickle.
00:39:21.000 All right, we'll go out tomorrow to where the rail gun blew up.
00:39:25.000 We gotta get out to that monkey farm.
00:39:26.000 Yeah, but that's, you know, that's a couple miles past Barbour to get to that.
00:39:29.000 It's like Area 51.
00:39:30.000 All right, well, by the way, my grandpa was the head of maintenance, and he said they dumped it all in the caves.
00:39:35.000 I mean, it's just like... Yeah, there it is.
00:39:38.000 Southern Research, Galveston National Laboratory, developed...
00:39:43.000 Screening platform in biosafety level 4 laboratory.
00:39:47.000 And they call it developing safety to have a level 2 and level 4.
00:39:50.000 Level 4 is weaponized Ebola, weaponized pox.
00:39:54.000 I mean, we're talking kill 90 plus percent dead in a hammer.
00:39:58.000 So they just put that on screen.
00:39:59.000 Okay, enough, enough.
00:40:00.000 It's just that I realize I've got all these hours talking about where the country's going, the election, Lou Rockwell coming up, Governor Gary Johnson, Libertarian presidential candidate, and then I realize that none of that even really matters in the final equation.
00:40:16.000 Because no one's talking about all the Level 4 bioweapons labs.
00:40:19.000 No one's talking about all over the country, right through to today, in Indiana, and Michigan, and Illinois, and Texas, and California.
00:40:28.000 Now you see it every few weeks.
00:40:30.000 Oh yeah, nuclear alarms went off, they're not going to turn them on anymore, you know, when it gets released.
00:40:35.000 Yeah, they did release, you know, in this town in Canada, or this town in California, a bunch of radiation, but they say it's no big deal.
00:40:42.000 Yeah, radiation detectors went off.
00:40:44.000 But it's fine.
00:40:45.000 We've raised the levels to say it's safe.
00:40:47.000 See, these reports fit into everything we've seen in other areas of the country, where they just go and store it in a cave or in an underground warehouse right outside town.
00:40:59.000 And the fact that his grandfather, when we went out and looked yesterday, and I know how these limestone caves work, it's like at my house.
00:41:04.000 I live by a dry creek bed, but when it rains for a week straight, all of a sudden water starts gushing out of the rocks, and there's a big, luscious, five-foot-deep creek behind my house.
00:41:13.000 I only like that a few months out of the year.
00:41:16.000 I live out in the country, and it's a creek feeding into a bigger creek.
00:41:20.000 But even the big creek is only running about half the time.
00:41:23.000 And it just comes out.
00:41:25.000 And his grandfather was telling him how water would just pour out over all this into the Colorado River.
00:41:31.000 I mean, this is amazing.
00:41:32.000 This is amazing.
00:41:33.000 And we're, again, breaking this here.
00:41:38.000 We hope that we're incorrect, but I don't think his grandfather is.
00:41:42.000 We went out there.
00:41:43.000 It's exactly what they said was out there.
00:41:45.000 Pretty amazing.
00:41:46.000 Okay, let's go to this.
00:41:49.000 Tom Woods is a researcher, an author, A friend, confidant of Ron Paul, speaks at most his big events, and he's a man of conscience like Ron Paul, who is a constitutionalist, who loves liberty, who understands the new world order, who understands dependency.
00:42:06.000 I agree with his constitutional ideas that transcend even libertarianism and the globalists trying to co-opt that.
00:42:12.000 And Woods, eloquently in three and a half minutes, said some really powerful things.
00:42:18.000 And then they noticed that the video was taken down, but people already copied it.
00:42:23.000 And I saw a comment on the Daily Poll by Woods saying, well, I don't want to, you know, rub salt in the wound.
00:42:30.000 I want to trust in Paul that he's not going to endorse, even though we're hearing rumors of that, and that I'm getting more information.
00:42:38.000 Well, then we talked to him this morning.
00:42:39.000 He's like, I'm going to wait and see.
00:42:43.000 And I think my video may do more harm than good.
00:42:47.000 Tom, your video will do nothing but good when you point out the head of Campaign for Liberty thinks that we shouldn't be against these wars and shouldn't be involved in foreign policy.
00:42:47.000 No, no, no.
00:42:56.000 American citizens have that right and duty.
00:42:59.000 Ron Paul is dead on.
00:43:00.000 That's the heart of what you're saying.
00:43:01.000 There should be a top-down review of all these big, famous neocon Uh, operatives, who say on the Canberra Liberty site, I'm a seasoned operative.
00:43:11.000 They call themselves that.
00:43:12.000 We want statesmen.
00:43:12.000 We don't want that.
00:43:13.000 We don't want compromise.
00:43:16.000 We want principles.
00:43:18.000 We don't want business as usual.
00:43:20.000 That's why Ron Paul was loved.
00:43:22.000 And if Rand wants to make the mistake, look, Rand Paul is out today.
00:43:26.000 Shane, you've got to have a warrant for drones.
00:43:28.000 He wants a federal law.
00:43:29.000 Those laws are already in place.
00:43:30.000 Just enforce them.
00:43:31.000 Good job.
00:43:31.000 He's saying don't arrest Amish for selling milk.
00:43:33.000 Let people buy raw milk.
00:43:35.000 He's out fighting the Federal Reserve.
00:43:37.000 He's doing a great job.
00:43:38.000 It's that we love you guys that we don't want to see you co-opted.
00:43:41.000 And we're coming in trying to drag you away from the hyenas.
00:43:45.000 And some people don't understand that.
00:43:47.000 A small minority, maybe 15%.
00:43:50.000 And then they basically growl back at us, saying, you know, let us have Rand Paul and Ron Paul.
00:43:56.000 You stay out of this.
00:43:57.000 Folks that built this coalition, the people that gave the money and gave the shoe leather on the street to get the word out and calling in to talk radio and doing countless shows and rallies.
00:44:07.000 Ron Paul belongs to us.
00:44:09.000 Rand Paul belongs to us.
00:44:10.000 And we're not going to let the New World Order take him.
00:44:14.000 We can understand that he thinks he can work with Romney and that he was led to do this, and I can see the politics.
00:44:21.000 But we want to see you radically turn back, Rand, towards being a purist when it comes to liberty and freedom.
00:44:27.000 Because you will destroy yourself if you don't, and you guys, we need you as statesmen and icons.
00:44:33.000 Your father especially.
00:44:35.000 Look at your father.
00:44:36.000 Respect him.
00:44:37.000 Do what he's done.
00:44:38.000 Don't defend Mitt Romney, and when people bring up the fact that he's diametrically opposed to your father, and twist it, like I heard you do on CNN, that, oh no, no, he's against the wars, oh no, he wants to do something to the Fed, oh no, he, no he doesn't.
00:44:51.000 And Rand, when Mitt Romney gets in, that's what it looks like now.
00:44:55.000 That he's not a ringer, the establishment wants him.
00:44:57.000 That's the momentum, unless Obama stages a new war, or blows something up.
00:45:01.000 What are you gonna do when he's for predator drones in America, and checkpoints, and police state, and new wars?
00:45:06.000 You're gonna have your wagon hitch like Chuck Baldwin, who got your father's endorsement for president when...
00:45:13.000 When your father got cheated out of the nomination four years ago.
00:45:17.000 He endorsed Chuck Baldwin, Constitution Party.
00:45:19.000 And Chuck has said exactly what I've said.
00:45:21.000 It's called, Chuck Baldwin, a warning to Ron Paul.
00:45:24.000 It's at Infowars.com right now.
00:45:27.000 The video, a partial transcript.
00:45:29.000 Listen to Chuck Baldwin.
00:45:30.000 Listen to Tom Woods.
00:45:32.000 Listen to these people.
00:45:34.000 Okay, you can turn this around.
00:45:36.000 You're gonna lose, I'd say, 80 to 90% of your support.
00:45:39.000 And then when people see you go along with Mitt Romney, Later down the road, it's over.
00:45:44.000 Please don't do this.
00:45:45.000 Liberty will continue on.
00:45:47.000 And you guys, as a focal point and a rallying point, we have really won some big battles here.
00:45:52.000 Okay, here's Tom Woods, very eloquent.
00:45:54.000 Then we'll go to break, come back with a quick report from the InfoWars crew member about the report we shot yesterday.
00:46:00.000 Aaron Dykes, myself, and others will have a report done by tonight that's got video details.
00:46:05.000 There needs to be a major investigation Congressman Paul, this message is for you.
00:46:10.000 out by the dam off Red Bud Trail off the Colorado River known as Lady Bird Lake.
00:46:15.000 It's all doublespeak.
00:46:16.000 It's a river, folks, but they call it a lake.
00:46:18.000 Only in the New World Order.
00:46:20.000 This needs to be looked into.
00:46:22.000 This is very dangerous news.
00:46:23.000 We're breaking.
00:46:24.000 Here's Tom Woods.
00:46:25.000 Congressman Paul, this message is for you, but I thought the sentiments in it were important enough that they should be heard by anybody who cares to listen.
00:46:33.000 One of my favorite parts of Brian Dorey's new book, Ron Paul's Revolution, takes place on page 3.
00:46:39.000 Where Dorey's been talking about the Giuliani moment of 2007, where you spoke some forbidden truths about the U.S. Constitution.
00:46:47.000 government's foreign policy.
00:46:48.000 Truths the whole world knows, but which are not allowed to be expressed in the United States, and Giuliani attacked you.
00:46:54.000 The whole world expected you to back down.
00:46:57.000 But, as a matter of fact, you actually amplified your points.
00:47:00.000 And on page 3 of this book, Dougherty quotes just a regular American who said, I was watching that debate, and I was fully expecting Ron Paul, without a friend in the world, to back down.
00:47:11.000 And then he amplified his points.
00:47:13.000 And I felt like at that moment, this guy says, the world changed forever.
00:47:19.000 Because in our society, whenever anybody strays from the 3x5 card of approved opinion, well, it's always followed by apologies and retractions and clarifications.
00:47:30.000 There's a liturgical ritual of expiation that one undergoes, and you refuse to do that.
00:47:36.000 And it did change the world forever.
00:47:38.000 One of my favorite memories from the campaign this time around is actually a photograph of a college student actually hugging you.
00:47:44.000 You had changed his life.
00:47:47.000 When was the last time somebody hugged Mitt Romney and said, Mitt, your philosophy changed my life!
00:47:52.000 This is all because of who you are.
00:47:55.000 You've been that man who refuses to go along, who will not be absorbed into the establishment, who's going to tell us those forbidden truths.
00:48:03.000 And that's why you've given people such genuine hope.
00:48:06.000 People feel like, here's that one honest man who can't be bought and his arm can't be twisted.
00:48:13.000 And let's contrast that with Mitt Romney.
00:48:16.000 Mitt Romney, for one thing, thinks that budget cuts cause depressions.
00:48:21.000 Or even worse, I'll just give you five words about Mitt Romney, Secretary of State John Bolton.
00:48:29.000 Now, I understand that you're under tremendous pressure to endorse Mitt Romney.
00:48:33.000 And the people who are urging you to do this, and I am certain I know who they are and I've warned you about them, do not have your best interests at heart.
00:48:42.000 The millions of kids you've inspired would be totally devastated.
00:48:45.000 Your legacy would be destroyed.
00:48:48.000 And people would literally, literally be in tears over this.
00:48:54.000 Now, 99 times out of 100, I would assume there's no way Ron Paul is going to endorse Mitt Romney, who disagrees with him on every major thing.
00:49:01.000 But I can understand the appeal someone might make to a father, saying, you love your son, you want to help your son, don't you?
00:49:09.000 And people, I'm sure, are telling you that you would help your son by endorsing Romney.
00:49:14.000 But Rand is going to sink or swim on his own merits.
00:49:17.000 That has nothing to do with whether or not you endorse Mitt Romney.
00:49:21.000 And incidentally, may I say parenthetically, that all this needs to be accompanied by a top-to-bottom reform of the organization Campaign for Liberty.
00:49:30.000 For example, the gentleman running it right now believes the organization should steer entirely clear of foreign policy.
00:49:37.000 Now, like it or not, the head of Campaign for Liberty is implicitly the custodian of the Ron Paul legacy.
00:49:43.000 And this is NOT an appropriate person to be in charge of an office like that.
00:49:49.000 Finally, Dr. Paul, I truly believe you are a great man.
00:49:54.000 And one of the great privileges of my life has been to be involved in this movement that you've led, to have spoken at so many of your events, including the Rally for the Republic, to have worked with you on projects, and to have had my own work endorsed by you.
00:50:08.000 Dr. Paul, you changed the world in 2007.
00:50:12.000 Don't change it back.
00:50:15.000 Just be Ron Paul, and millions of us will support you.
00:50:21.000 We love you, Ron.
00:50:24.000 And we love the focal point it created to expose the globalists and false flag terror and CIA drug dealing.
00:50:31.000 I mean, Ron Paul is the real deal.
00:50:33.000 He could have sold out of the system a long time ago.
00:50:36.000 And there's Tom Woods voicing very concisely what I've been trying to say in hours of babble.
00:50:43.000 And it's a lot of other stuff.
00:50:44.000 I mean, some of his family's been upset.
00:50:46.000 A lot of people inside the campaign have been upset.
00:50:49.000 Rand and Ron's crew.
00:50:52.000 This is real, folks.
00:50:53.000 We're battling in a tug of war to keep the polls pure.
00:50:58.000 That's what's happening with a bunch of political operatives.

00:53:56.000 The Door Sentinel.
00:53:57.000 Always on guard.
00:53:59.000 Okay, we've got some big breaking news here.
00:54:15.000 It'll be codified and detailed to 9 of the Nightly News and then more on Friday.
00:54:20.000 This is all moving very quickly.
00:54:21.000 The University of Texas has been involved with Los Alamos and other national laboratories.
00:54:29.000 Sanadia National Laboratory is out in New Mexico.
00:54:33.000 As well, there is a reactor that down under the LBJ Presidential Library, they built on it.
00:54:40.000 I know because my father was in there as a UT student, as a physics student.
00:54:44.000 And you can dig around and find, you know, mentions at UT that it did exist, that it's there.
00:54:48.000 It has a half-life, so it's still basically going down there.
00:54:52.000 And a lot of waste got stored under there.
00:54:54.000 That's what they do at most of these facilities.
00:54:57.000 But then we went out doing a report on this in more detail, and Chris Oden, His great-grandfather was Benjamin Ellis, and he was the superintendent of facilities for 20 years of all the big UT headquarters campuses here in Austin, Texas.
00:55:18.000 And he had always told him over off Red Bud Trail by the dam that there was an area where there was rods encased in concrete, fluids, barrels, and that they put it in there and walled off these caves.
00:55:33.000 In your own words, tell us about this.
00:55:36.000 Chris Odenkamp, Mr. Workforce, we're all doing a report on this.
00:55:38.000 He's like, well, hey, my great-grandfather actually has even more on this.
00:55:42.000 And this is standard for these facilities built in the 60s and 70s, is they would just go stick it somewhere on state property or on city property.
00:55:51.000 And so if this is indeed true, and I'm sure his grandfather's being accurate, we need to look into this.
00:55:56.000 We need to know about this.
00:55:57.000 Tell us the basics of this, Chris.
00:56:01.000 Well basically to my knowledge, what my grandfather disclosed to me is that for a number of years they had attempted to get rid of waste in East Austin and that area was growing very fast and they'd found ...area in the large caves in South Austin, where waste was disposed of.
00:56:22.000 It wasn't necessarily my grandfather's idea, but his job was to oversee transportation over... Sure, sure.
00:56:28.000 I mean, we're not throwing him under the bus.
00:56:29.000 I mean, he just knew about it.
00:56:31.000 Absolutely.
00:56:32.000 And a number of other people did.
00:56:32.000 Absolutely.
00:56:34.000 I remember, um...
00:56:36.000 My grandfather, his son-in-law, telling me the same stories.
00:56:40.000 He used to explore the caves when he was a kid.
00:56:43.000 Get closer to that mic for me, it's a little bit low.
00:56:46.000 He explored the caves when he was a kid, and they had closed them off sometime in the late 60s, early 70s, systematically.
00:56:55.000 I've explored caves on the side of cliffs like Airman's Cave here in Austin.
00:56:59.000 Those that are thin enough to get into it can go for Hundreds of yards, if not miles, into the cave network.
00:57:06.000 There's giant honeycombs, there's underground cenotes.
00:57:10.000 Some of the biggest caves in the U.S.
00:57:11.000 are actually underground.
00:57:12.000 Some of the biggest populations of Mexican brown bats.
00:57:15.000 Right, and parts of the caves are below the water table, parts of the caves are above the water table.
00:57:20.000 To my knowledge, that's where a lot of the waste was stored, is above the water table.
00:57:24.000 The area in particular off of Redbud Trail, close to Tom Miller Dam, Was an entrance just like that, that was above the water table, above where the lake level was, that could be explored for miles.
00:57:39.000 Now you told me yesterday that your great-grandfather was concerned, or talked about the fact that water sometimes did come in there.
00:57:45.000 Absolutely.
00:57:46.000 The entrance there was in a ravine that did at one time flow directly into the Colorado River.
00:57:51.000 Since then, concrete bulkheads, massive, massive Amounts of dirt work have been done there to cover up those entrances.
00:57:59.000 So at least they did that!
00:58:01.000 Yes.
00:58:02.000 We need to give out a special email later.
00:58:05.000 We'll develop one for whistleblowers on this.
00:58:08.000 Well, let's just make whistleblowers at InfoWars.com.
00:58:11.000 Let's make that email right now.
00:58:12.000 It'll be up in the next hour.
00:58:13.000 We need to have construction workers, other people, call us, confirm so we can have more witnesses to this.
00:58:19.000 For a long time, the city did say that the mini-cave entrances were covered up because of citizens throwing garbage in them, and they showed pictures of Piles of trash.
00:58:19.000 Right.
00:58:30.000 So that was the cover?
00:58:31.000 That's what I believe was the cover.
00:58:33.000 But your grandfather said... Well, stay there.
00:58:35.000 We're gonna come back in one minute and Lou Rockwell's coming up.
00:58:37.000 Specifically, what your great-grandfather said.
00:58:38.000 This is GCN, the Genesis Communications Radio Network.

00:59:56.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.
00:59:59.000 Big Brother.
01:00:07.000 Mainstream media.
01:00:08.000 Government cover-ups.
01:00:11.000 You want answers?
01:00:12.000 Well, so does he.
01:00:14.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.
01:00:18.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.
01:00:23.000 Okay, Lew Rockwell is coming up to talk about Campaign 2012, what's happening across the board.
01:00:29.000 We're going to have him joining us.
01:00:37.000 Right now we're going back to Chris Oden, and since we've been looking into this the last day or so, we have dug up the University of Texas Admissions, Collier, Bill Collier, UT Reactor Draws Safety Questions, Austin American Statesman, 1989.
01:00:54.000 So this has been in the news, and we found links to blurbs dealing with concerns about where the waste was going.
01:01:01.000 And so that's a whole other ball of wax.
01:01:02.000 You're saying your great-grandfather, who was the head of superintendent for facilities, said that, oh, people didn't like it in East Austin, so I guess stuff must have been dumped there somewhere.
01:01:12.000 And so then it moved to what was South Austin, but pretty much is the middle of Austin now.
01:01:18.000 Exactly.
01:01:20.000 Now it borders a fairly high-end community called Westlake.
01:01:24.000 Um, his exact words were, um, if you ever wonder why the radio doesn't work well, um, near that part of Austin, it's because there is radioactivity there.
01:01:35.000 Um, I personally have witnessed AM radio, uh, not functioning as well as it does in, um, other, other portions of South Austin, so... Well, sure, if you doubt that, I mean, if you doubt electricity puts off stuff, when you drive under big power lines, your AM cuts out.
01:01:52.000 Right, and there aren't any power lines in the area except for further west there is of course power generators at the dam.
01:02:00.000 Let's be specific though for people, we're going to put a map on the nightly news tonight and you guys went and got video yesterday.
01:02:05.000 Where exactly is this?
01:02:07.000 It's on the southern side of the Colorado River.
01:02:11.000 I would say less than an eighth of a mile from the low water crossing on Redbud Trail on the west side of the road.
01:02:21.000 Geographically, there's probably, I'd say, a 20-foot to 30-foot deep ravine.
01:02:27.000 So it's right over by the Hula Hut?
01:02:30.000 On the other side of the river.
01:02:31.000 Yeah, on the other side, across.
01:02:32.000 Yeah, and on the downstream side of the dam there.
01:02:36.000 Amazing.
01:02:38.000 And what else did your great-grandfather say?
01:02:40.000 He did describe a fairly complex amount of construction that went on from the early 50s until the 70s all over Austin for the UT campuses.
01:02:54.000 He did say that the university couldn't get funds for anything else but land, and that's why it's the largest campus in the United States.
01:03:05.000 and they kept on building up and down, according to him.
01:03:09.000 And he said there's as much going on below ground as there was above ground.
01:03:12.000 That's why there's so much secret government stuff, and we got onto this when the cyclotron railgun blew up two days ago at a UT facility.
01:03:20.000 And that's KXAN, folks.
01:03:22.000 I mean, we're living in like a weird experiment area, aren't we?
01:03:26.000 Absolutely.
01:03:27.000 Um, I was even shocked to see a fairly large, uh, complex or university research complex on the north side of the river, um, right in the same vicinity that did have signs posted restricted access.
01:03:39.000 There's a map on screen.
01:03:40.000 Where should they blow it up?
01:03:42.000 You're saying restricted access area you saw?
01:03:44.000 I would say just... There's the low water crossing right by that.
01:03:50.000 Just to the northwest of Redbud Isle.
01:03:55.000 I'm sorry, just to the southwest.
01:03:59.000 Move the cursor... Says it's one of the oldest... oldest university reactors, too.
01:04:08.000 I'm sorry, go farther... go farther... upriver?
01:04:11.000 Upriver.
01:04:12.000 You can move quicker.
01:04:14.000 Much farther upriver?
01:04:15.000 Yep.
01:04:16.000 We'll just do it during them.
01:04:17.000 It's that block over... it's the furthest over right-hand grain side.
01:04:19.000 Right by the Bee Caves Preserve there.
01:04:21.000 Yeah, that's it.
01:04:24.000 Okay, at 12 o'clock, 9 o'clock, 3 o'clock, where are there?
01:04:29.000 Looking at Bee Caves Preserve, Tex, in the middle of the green.
01:04:31.000 I'm looking at the mouse, it's 12 o'clock.
01:04:33.000 Right on, right where the bend in the road is.
01:04:37.000 By Forest View Drive, or by Redbud Trail, right there?
01:04:40.000 Redbud Trail, right there.
01:04:42.000 Right there.
01:04:42.000 That's, that's where I know that one major cave entrance was.
01:04:46.000 Yep, that looks right.
01:04:48.000 Oh, we just found it!
01:04:49.000 We just found it on Google Maps, there's the cave right there!
01:04:53.000 Well, we'll have to.
01:04:54.000 Well, we got the footage tonight for you.
01:04:55.000 InfoWars Nightly News.
01:04:56.000 Lou Rockwell coming up.
01:04:58.000 Thank you so much for your courage.

01:06:01.000 Hi, this is Alex Jones.
01:06:02.000 Did you know that the global elite are now storing non-hybrid seeds in secret storage vaults near the Arctic Circle?
01:06:08.000 Did you know that in a real meltdown, non-hybrid seeds could become more valuable than silver or gold?
01:06:13.000 It's true.
01:06:13.000 Seeds have outperformed even gold and silver before in this country.
01:06:16.000 And it's possible they could even happen again.
01:06:18.000 So our friends at Solutions from Science have put together the perfect mix of non-hybrid seeds.
01:06:24.000 They call it a survival seed bank.
01:06:26.000 And it can produce an endless supply of nutrient-dense food for you and your family.
01:06:31.000 And here's the best part.
01:06:32.000 These seeds have not been genetically modified in any way.
01:06:35.000 And you actually get enough seeds to plant a full acre crisis garden.
01:06:39.000 So visit them today at survivalseedbank.com.
01:06:42.000 That's survivalseedbank.com.
01:06:44.000 Or give them a call at 877-327-0365.
01:06:45.000 That's 877-327-0365.
01:06:45.000 Remember, in a real crisis, non-hybrid seeds are the ultimate barter item.
01:06:48.000 That's 877-327-0365.
01:06:52.000 Remember, in a real crisis, non-hybrid seeds are the ultimate barter item.
01:06:57.000 This is Alex Jones for SurvivalSeedBank.com.
01:07:00.000 You've heard Alex explain how the silver lungs generator infuses the respiratory system with your self-produced colloidal silver solutions, yet many are unaware of the entire function of the silver lungs system and how it has been designed to deliver your silver solutions anywhere in or on the body.
01:07:16.000 Thank you.
01:07:17.000 My name is Mario Cifaldi and I'm the developer of the Silver Lungs Generator.
01:07:22.000 Not only does the Silver Lung System produce endless colloidal and ionic silver solutions, it also comes equipped with the proper applicators and devices needed to deliver your silver solutions directly to key target areas.
01:07:35.000 This includes the eyes, ears, nose, lungs, topically to the skin, and orally for the digestive system.
01:07:43.000 Be sure to watch our new 7 minute video tour of the Silver Lungs System at www.SilverLungs.com to learn more about how the Silver Lungs System works.
01:07:53.000 As well, we are always ready to answer any questions you may have.
01:07:57.000 That's www.SilverLungs.com From his Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.
01:08:09.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.
01:08:12.000 We have a lot of massive news coming up today.
01:08:29.000 You know, a drone crashed a few days ago in Maryland.
01:08:33.000 Now they're reporting that all over the country, but also the big report is again out of Fox News on the East Coast, people think it's UFOs now as Pentagon drones fly over the highways.
01:08:44.000 They think it's aliens.
01:08:46.000 Kind of like the big surveillance blimps I've seen ABC News say, it must be an alien and it's a big blimp.
01:08:52.000 With no markings on it, with propellers and cameras hanging off the bottom.
01:08:55.000 Because government wouldn't be spying on you with big blimps.
01:08:58.000 No, it must actually be, uh, E.T., uh, you know, visiting for Reese's Pieces or something.
01:09:05.000 I mean, it's truly over-the-top ridiculous.
01:09:10.000 That stuff like this is going on.
01:09:12.000 We're going to be breaking that down.
01:09:15.000 We're also researching right now the nuclear reactors.
01:09:18.000 There's three of them in Austin.
01:09:20.000 There's almost no news coverage of this and a big story we're working on of where they've been dumping the waste.
01:09:26.000 We're also going to be getting into the bizarre White House reaction to John Bryson's three hit and runs.
01:09:33.000 Well, two hit and runs on one group and then another hit and run.
01:09:37.000 A lot of bizarre behavior on that front.
01:09:40.000 We're going to look at the ongoing meltdown in Europe and the incredible announcements that they're going to restrict ATM withdrawals and impose border checks.
01:09:48.000 So people can come into the Euro, but when you try to leave, they're going to impose capital controls.
01:09:54.000 TSA is already doing this, trying to take people's silver and gold, asking about wedding rings.
01:09:59.000 This is in the news.
01:10:00.000 Downloading what's on your laptop computers.
01:10:03.000 Everything we've seen in third world dictatorships are Nazi Germany.
01:10:06.000 It's amazing.
01:10:07.000 Now in a moment we're going to a man who needs no introduction, Lew Rockwell of LewRockwell.com, head of the Austrian School of Economics group, the Von Mies Institute.
01:10:18.000 Just an amazing intellectual mind when it comes to research, former Chief of Staff of Ron Paul, a great patriot.
01:10:23.000 I want to get him on to look at everything happening in the world, the big news issues, the wars, the Euro, the banker bailouts, and obviously out of the gates, get his take on Rand Paul's endorsement of Mitt Romney and why that's created such a firestorm and get his view on it.
01:10:39.000 But before we do that, I wanted to play just about a minute clip of Ron Paul.
01:10:45.000 And I think Ron Paul, when thinking if he should endorse Romney or not, and Tom Woods has talked about how dangerous that would be.
01:10:52.000 I had the guy that Ron Paul endorsed four years ago, the head of the Constitution Party at the time, that candidate.
01:11:00.000 I had him on last night, Chuck Baldwin, to discuss it and he said, really bad move.
01:11:04.000 Again, Rand can do what he wants, still a great guy.
01:11:07.000 He's fighting drones and the police state and all this other stuff.
01:11:10.000 But if Ron Paul does that, wow, it would be like a nuclear bomb going off in the words of Chuck Baldwin.
01:11:16.000 I agree.
01:11:16.000 So I want to get the inside intel if he's been talking to Ron on what's happening, where all this is going in a moment.
01:11:24.000 Here is a short clip of Ron Paul when he was conceding that he was going to drop out in 2008.
01:11:33.000 When he talked about endorsing the Constitution Party, here he is explaining why when the McCain people called him, he didn't take, you know, even their respectful call, he didn't take their pleas to endorse McCain as a lesser of two evils, and he explains why.
01:11:50.000 The full clip is up at InfoWars.com.
01:11:53.000 The headline of the video is Ron Paul of 2012 should listen to Ron Paul of 2008.
01:11:59.000 of twenty twelve should listen to ron paul of two thousand eight here is a clip of that c_n_n_ press conference the majority of american people even in the recent polling shows that sixty percent of the american people are unhappy uh... with their choices
01:12:18.000 If you take the total number of Americans and the percentage that register, then the percentage that vote, and then the percentage that vote for a candidate, we end up electing a president with 30-32% of the American people.
01:12:33.000 And because they have been more or less conditioned to believe, well, the two candidates are different and we have to vote for the lesser of two evils, they end up voting, half the people who vote for the president are voting for the lesser of two evils!
01:12:47.000 And so therefore, 16% of the American people essentially are saying, hey, I like this candidate, and they vote for the president.
01:12:56.000 You know, yesterday, I had a phone call, the first phone call that I personally received or had received from anybody in the McCain candidacy, in his campaign.
01:13:10.000 They called and it was a bit of a surprise to me because their request was that I endorse John McCain today.
01:13:19.000 And, uh, I said, well, I don't like the idea of getting about 2 or 3 million people angry at me.
01:13:27.000 So, uh, but they were serious, and it was a respectful call, and the argument was he would do a little less harm than the other candidate.
01:13:40.000 And, you know, we just don't need to do that anymore.
01:13:45.000 You know, in 19... I believe it was 1988... Okay, that's enough.
01:13:51.000 He goes on for seven more minutes explaining why in a down-to-earth, common-sense fashion.
01:13:57.000 So, this is why there was horror at RAND.
01:13:59.000 We're not saying RAND's bad.
01:14:01.000 But then some of the campaign-type operatives, people that admit they don't want Campaign for Liberty being involved in foreign affairs or being against foreign intervention, well, that's the heart Of what makes Ron Paul so good is that when everybody's laughing at him and they have an audience set to attack him and they say, aren't you for the wars?
01:14:17.000 And Giuliani goes after him.
01:14:19.000 He says, no, I'm not.
01:14:20.000 That's what's so great about Ron Paul.
01:14:23.000 So Rand starts going for sanctions.
01:14:25.000 Something his dad says is an act of war.
01:14:26.000 We turn and look the other way because Rand overall is good.
01:14:30.000 Then he does his endorsement.
01:14:31.000 I understand that Rand is not Ron, but the machinery of Campaign for Liberty is behind Rand and going with the Rand brand.
01:14:40.000 So we are saying, as the people that brought them to the party, because Ron Paul is such an amazing person, and people like Lou Rockwell as well, they're helping him for decades, 30, 40 years, that we're allowed to say, hey, we don't like the direction things are starting to go in.
01:14:54.000 I saw an editorial put up by one of their folks saying, you know, that we're dumb and that we need to learn two things to grow up.
01:15:00.000 No, I have grown up politically.
01:15:02.000 Okay, now joining us is somebody who grew up a long time ago, and that's Lou Rockwell of lourockwell.com.
01:15:07.000 Thank you for sitting while I went over that video.
01:15:10.000 Lou, what is your take on all of this and the firestorm that has been created?
01:15:15.000 I think overall it's good because it lets some of the forces, kind of the mainline Republicans, trying to take over Campaign for Liberty know that we the people aren't going to let that happen.
01:15:24.000 What's your take?
01:15:26.000 Well, first of all, the Ron Paul that we see in that clip from the last election is the same Ron Paul that I met in 1975.
01:15:34.000 He's the same Ron Paul today.
01:15:36.000 He's not changed.
01:15:36.000 This is, of course, one of the things we love about him, because he is so consistent and his principles are unchanging.
01:15:42.000 He's not going to endorse Mitt Romney any more than he endorsed George W. Bush, any more than he endorsed John McCain.
01:15:48.000 These guys are all fascists.
01:15:50.000 They're all, you know, in favor of all the wars and the police state and all the horrible things that we're seeing come to pass before our eyes right now.
01:16:01.000 Whether, as you say, the blimps over Washington and the people think are aliens.
01:16:05.000 Of course, it's actually the government that's the alien.
01:16:08.000 We have no worries about Ron Paul sticking to his principles.
01:16:13.000 I mean, I don't understand how anybody could think otherwise about Ron Paul.
01:16:17.000 He's got a very long record.
01:16:19.000 He doesn't sell out.
01:16:22.000 This is not Ron Paul.
01:16:23.000 This is why, by the way, he's never had a big political career.
01:16:27.000 You know, he doesn't do that, you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours sort of thing of regular politics.
01:16:34.000 He's not a regular politician.
01:16:36.000 He's unique.
01:16:37.000 And for those people who want to be involved in politics, I make an exception for Ron, but otherwise I think politics is a snare and a delusion and corrupt and corrupting and horrible.
01:16:46.000 It's part of the government after all, so therefore you know it's evil.
01:16:50.000 But Ron Paul's never been part of that.
01:16:52.000 He never has played the played those games, I'll vote for your pork barrel project, you vote for my pork barrel project, all the stuff that goes on in regular politics, he has never taken part in it.
01:17:02.000 He never would take part in it.
01:17:03.000 And that's why, you know, this guy Romney, he's like the total opposite of Ron.
01:17:09.000 I mean, he's a guy for all the concentration camps, the torture, all the wars, more wars.
01:17:13.000 He's a neocon, he's a fascist, he's a corporate statist, he's a police statist.
01:17:18.000 You know, he has a nice suit.
01:17:20.000 That's about all you can say about Romney.
01:17:21.000 He's got nice hair, too.
01:17:23.000 Something I appreciate, and other people.
01:17:26.000 Me too!
01:17:27.000 But that's about all you can say for Romney.
01:17:29.000 Romney is a monster.
01:17:31.000 Mitt Romney is a very bad man.
01:17:33.000 Ron Paul is not going to endorse a monster.
01:17:35.000 It's just not going to happen.
01:17:37.000 Nobody should think that.
01:17:38.000 Nobody should worry about it.
01:17:39.000 I know you're a classy guy and don't want to throw stones, but I really want to see Rand rethink this idea that we're going to change the mainline Republicans by compromising with them.
01:17:51.000 I mean, I understand what he's saying intellectually, politically, but Also, I understand that that way leads to ruin.
01:18:00.000 That's how you join the dark side.
01:18:02.000 And what you said about Mitt Romney, I mean, he makes Bill Clinton look truthful.
01:18:07.000 I mean, he is such an incredible, not even a flip-flopper, he is a total deceiver.
01:18:12.000 And again, I'm not going to support Obama or him.
01:18:15.000 It's so crazy.
01:18:16.000 I mean, you understand why people are pretty upset right now, because I understand Rand is not Ron, but Rand was sold to us like he was.
01:18:25.000 Well, I don't know if people have paid attention to what Rand said about himself.
01:18:31.000 You know, he said from the very beginning, I'm not a libertarian.
01:18:33.000 He's, of course, a far more traditional politician than his dad.
01:18:36.000 And I'm sure he's the best guy in the Senate.
01:18:39.000 And we should compare him to, you know, Jim Dement or Chuck Schumer or people like that.
01:18:45.000 Nobody compares, there's only one Ron Paul.
01:18:48.000 Ron Paul's unique in all of American history.
01:18:50.000 And all, and I notice, you know, there are other candidates, congressional candidates and other people who claim to be another Ron Paul.
01:18:57.000 No, but he is the most famous congressman ever now.
01:19:00.000 Oh, well of course he is, but he's never had a normal political career because he doesn't play these games.
01:19:05.000 Why doesn't Rand see that?
01:19:08.000 Well, Rand's a different person.
01:19:10.000 You're asking me, why isn't Rand his dad?
01:19:13.000 Well, he's not his dad.
01:19:14.000 Nobody's his dad.
01:19:16.000 And we have to judge Rand on his own.
01:19:17.000 Well, you know, I respect my dad.
01:19:19.000 I try to be like my father.
01:19:20.000 If you have a great, wonderful father, why wouldn't you want to be like your father?
01:19:24.000 I don't understand.
01:19:25.000 I must say, I had a great, wonderful father, too, and I do my best to live up to the example he set.
01:19:32.000 In fact, my first political memory is of my dad putting a Taft for President button on my coat.
01:19:37.000 So, my dad was a strong Taft Republican, the sort of the Ron Paul of an earlier time, although not as good as Ron, but more like Ron.
01:19:45.000 We'll stay there, sir.
01:19:46.000 We're going to come right back.
01:19:47.000 Brand does respect his dad.
01:19:49.000 Okay, good.
01:19:50.000 Lew Rockwell, stay there.

01:20:03.000 I'd cut back the amount of food I was eating, I was lifting weights and jogging, but nothing was working.
01:20:09.000 My body was literally starving for minerals and trace elements as well as key vitamins.
01:20:13.000 And as soon as I had that, I immediately could eat half of what I was eating previously and be satisfied.
01:20:20.000 Now there are hundreds of great products at Infowarsteam.com, but I want to point out the three that have helped me lose 37 pounds in just two months.

01:24:28.000 knows you better than Lou Rockwell, his former chief of staff.
01:24:31.000 That is great news, Lou, that you're saying that Ron Paul will not be endorsing Mitt Romney.
01:24:38.000 And also, little birds are telling me that there are moves to clean up Campaign for Liberty that has got some people up at the top of it that would like to move things more towards the mainline Republican front.
01:24:52.000 Well, Ron, as you know, it's tough to say what issue has been the most important to him.
01:24:57.000 Obviously, the Fed has been very important.
01:24:59.000 Austrian economics has been very important.
01:25:02.000 But the issue that's closest to his heart is the issue of war and peace.
01:25:05.000 There have been millions of people murdered in just these recent wars.
01:25:10.000 Who knows how many have been murdered throughout history.
01:25:12.000 And so this is a man of peace.
01:25:14.000 He's dedicated to peace.
01:25:15.000 He's a non-interventionist in foreign policy.
01:25:17.000 He's opposing, you know, the neocons next war.
01:25:21.000 They want to murder everybody in Syria.
01:25:22.000 They want to murder everybody in Iran.
01:25:26.000 Who knows where they want to turn their murder guns next.
01:25:32.000 So, again, we can count on Ron Paul.
01:25:32.000 There may be some people who are not interested in these issues.
01:25:34.000 I think that's highly unfortunate.
01:25:36.000 I agree with Murray Rothbard that the question of war and peace is the key issue, especially when the wars are going on.
01:25:42.000 It's what grows the state.
01:25:44.000 It's what suppresses dissent.
01:25:46.000 And of course it builds mountains of corpses.
01:25:51.000 Ron Paul is dedicated to that issue and I think it's unfortunate there are people who aren't.
01:25:58.000 Foreign policy is so important.
01:26:00.000 Obviously the domestic policy is important.
01:26:01.000 All the fascist policies of the government and all the other things Ron fights against.
01:26:06.000 But he is a broad spectrum guy and he's right that all these things are so important.
01:26:13.000 Again, the Fed, monetary policy, what the banksters do to us, the growing... States!
01:26:19.000 States' rights!
01:26:20.000 States' rights!
01:26:21.000 Absolutely.
01:26:21.000 Decentralism.
01:26:24.000 My own view, of course, the U.S.
01:26:25.000 government.
01:26:25.000 The United States is far too big.
01:26:29.000 Aristotle thought that if you had more than 50,000 citizens, you would lose your liberty.
01:26:34.000 In a city-state.
01:26:35.000 Certainly you can't have a free country the size of the U.S.
01:26:38.000 It can't, it can't work.
01:26:39.000 When you have a government seeking to control a territory the size of the U.S., then of course it's, you know, it brings on tyranny.
01:26:47.000 So yeah, in my view, I'm not speaking for Ron Paul, of course, I'd like to see the U.S.
01:26:51.000 broken up.
01:26:52.000 I'd like to see the states separate.
01:26:54.000 Even the states are probably too big.
01:26:56.000 I'd like to live in, you know, in a city-state myself.
01:26:59.000 So the smaller the governments, Hans Hoppe makes this point about Germany before the Treaty of Westphalia, when there were like 700 little political entities that comprised Germany.
01:27:11.000 They all had the same language and much of the same culture and so forth, same sort of national identity, but they were politically separate.
01:27:19.000 That's freedom.
01:27:19.000 I mean, that's the way it ought to be.
01:27:21.000 Well, historically, that sounds radical, but it's not.
01:27:24.000 It creates firewalls to tyranny, and it creates diversity of choice.
01:27:29.000 And so, I mean, look at how New York's trying to get laws passed federally, where everybody has to raise their taxes.
01:27:35.000 That's what the UN wants with the OECD.
01:27:37.000 That's what the New World Order is, is a global government to have total control so there's nowhere to run.
01:27:43.000 No, that's right.
01:27:44.000 That's what the EU is all about, about creating the horrifying notion of a United States of Europe, where everybody's conglomerated, and then they of course want to combine the America and the EU and Japan.
01:27:57.000 This is, of course, David Rockefeller's Uh, original dream into the nucleus of a world government and then bring everybody else under the power of this world government?
01:28:06.000 Sure, this is what they want.
01:28:07.000 This is the exact opposite of liberty.
01:28:09.000 It's the opposite of civilization.
01:28:11.000 It's, they want worldwide Keynesianism, which unfortunately they've pretty much gotten as well.
01:28:15.000 We have a worldwide depression or recession right now.
01:28:17.000 Uh, so yeah, the fight for states' rights, which Ron Paul is just great on, uh, and decentralism is, uh, is the fight for, is the fight for liberty.
01:28:27.000 I totally agree with you.
01:28:28.000 We're going to break in a few minutes here, but I think it's good we're having this debate with Rand and Ron and all this, because it really is about the people in the final equation.
01:28:39.000 And if we're not there telling Ron Paul and Rand what we believe in, especially with Rand, it's going to let other influences come in.
01:28:47.000 So I see all of this as healthy.
01:28:49.000 Well sure, I mean of course we want to tell the people that we like what we like and if we disagree with something.
01:28:57.000 Ron has always been very open to hearing from people who disagree with him.
01:29:01.000 It's one of the reasons, you know, it's an odd thing to say about Ron Paul.
01:29:06.000 He's a great politician in this sense.
01:29:09.000 In the old days, when he ran for Congress, he would wear out three or four pairs of shoes, walking door to door, meeting people.
01:29:16.000 He loves talking to people.
01:29:17.000 He loves hearing objections and answering them.
01:29:20.000 He loves hearing, of course, where people agree with him, but where they don't agree with him, too.
01:29:24.000 So, you know, it's important.
01:29:25.000 Of course we have to let people know what we think.
01:29:27.000 You and I hear from people who agree with us and don't agree with us, too.
01:29:31.000 And we like that as well.
01:29:32.000 This is... Exactly.
01:29:33.000 It's government that doesn't want to have that feedback.
01:29:35.000 Long segment coming up.

01:32:59.000 Defending the Republic from enemies foreign and domestic.
01:33:14.000 It's Alex Jones.
01:33:20.000 In a moment we're going to play another clip from that video.
01:33:24.000 Ron Paul of 2012 needs to listen to Ron Paul of 2008.
01:33:31.000 And I rarely have a Ron Paul clip, or I don't think ever, and then piggyback on it selling something, but knowledge is power.
01:33:38.000 It's win-win.
01:33:39.000 We promote what we believe in.
01:33:40.000 You fund us with your prisonplanet.tv memberships to see the nightly news and video of the daytime show.
01:33:47.000 Uh, buying the high quality water filters like Pro-Pure and getting 10% discount with promo code water, uh, at Infowars.com or Infowarsshop.com, supporting our online sponsors, our radio sponsors, buying the books, the videos, the t-shirts.
01:34:01.000 We don't come with a gun and make you listen to the show or buy the products.
01:34:06.000 And that's why the mainstream media, Nightline, MSNBC, whenever they're here, they're like, you make I'm like, well, I didn't get a bank or bailout like NBC got.
01:34:15.000 $500 million, it was reported, over two years of bailout money.
01:34:19.000 I'm just here selling high-quality products I use.
01:34:22.000 Again, that's how they operate.
01:34:23.000 We're not ever supposed to, in the free market, build our own system and vote with our dollars.
01:34:29.000 But that's a side issue.
01:34:30.000 The point is, is that go to Infowars.com because Ron Paul talked about why you don't vote for the lesser of two evils and how Bill Clinton's mentor, Harold Quigley at Georgetown, wrote a book about the elite that he endorsed.
01:34:45.000 They let him in the Bilderberg archives.
01:34:47.000 1,400 pages long.
01:34:48.000 I've actually read almost the whole thing.
01:34:50.000 To be honest, there's a few pages I skipped.
01:34:52.000 A little boring history lessons.
01:34:54.000 Tragedy and Hope.
01:34:55.000 It's back in print.
01:34:57.000 Believe me, he's dead.
01:34:58.000 He's not glad it's back in print because they didn't want the public reading this.
01:35:01.000 Available at InfoWars.com.
01:35:02.000 Discounted.
01:35:03.000 It gets a free citizen rule book with every order.
01:35:05.000 And back in print, because they sold out all the ones that were printed back in the 70s.
01:35:10.000 None Dare Call It Conspiracy, the book that crystallized my awakening at about 13 years old, when a couple of these were on the bookshelf, because one of my dad's John Birch Society buddies was always bringing them by.
01:35:22.000 And I pulled it off the shelf and read it, and I'd already read so much history, I was kind of a bookworm, slash jock, but the point is that it all made sense, and that's what created much of who Alex Jones is today.
01:35:34.000 It's back in print, a new, lovely little edition, $14 at InfoWars.com. Today, or InfoWarsShop.com, or call 888-253-3139, 888-253-3139.
01:35:50.000 You can also write to us at P.O.B.
01:35:54.000 Box 19549, Austin, TX 78760.
01:35:57.000 Let's play a minute or so of Ron Paul talking about tragedy and hope and what Carol Quigley said about the lesser of two evils and how the system tries to control the left and the right.
01:36:07.000 And then we'll get the take on that from iconic libertarian and I guess anarchic capitalist, you could call him.
01:36:15.000 Lou Rockwell, here in just a moment.
01:36:17.000 But here's Ron Paul from his concession speech or what have you, talking about would he join a third party back in 2008.
01:36:26.000 He didn't endorse John McCain.
01:36:28.000 Here it is.
01:36:29.000 You know, um, quite a few years ago, uh, when, I think it was when, uh, Bill Clinton was inaugurated, was in one of his speeches, he, he recognized one, uh, single individual as being very important to him philosophically.
01:36:46.000 And that was a bit of a surprise because I knew about the individual.
01:36:52.000 And some of you may know about him, but it's worth looking into.
01:36:55.000 And his name was Carol Quigley.
01:36:56.000 He wrote the book, Tragedy and Hope.
01:36:59.000 Now, the important part of Tragedy and Hope and Carol Quigley is that he claims that he was on the inside and part of the group That, you know, did the planning.
01:37:13.000 But why did he write Tragedy and Hope to expose these people behind the scenes?
01:37:18.000 Because he believed they were far enough advanced, it didn't have to be secret, they could be out in the open, and this is the way it works.
01:37:27.000 It's a tragedy if you don't accept this, and there's hope if you know who runs the show.
01:37:32.000 That's my interpretation, but I believe it's correct.
01:37:35.000 But let me read a quote from him.
01:37:39.000 and uh... thinking about where he's coming from he says the argument that the two parties should represent opposed ideals and policies uh... one perhaps the right of the right and the other of the left is a foolish idea acceptable only to the doctrinaire and academic thinkers instead the two parties should be almost identical so that the american people can throw the rascals out at any election without leading to any profound or extensive shift in policy
01:38:07.000 I mean, I think that is a profound statement because it tells us what's going on and why things don't change.
01:38:16.000 All right, there you go.
01:38:20.000 Again, your take on what Ron Paul said four years ago.
01:38:23.000 I mean, that says it all.
01:38:25.000 And what's your view on this whole global corporate monopoly men system?
01:38:30.000 Of course, Carol Quigley was exactly right.
01:38:33.000 Very influential professor at Georgetown University for many years.
01:38:36.000 And as Ron mentioned, Clinton cited him and thanked him in his acceptance speech at the Democratic Convention.
01:38:45.000 But it's absolutely true.
01:38:45.000 And we just have to look at the two parties.
01:38:47.000 The two parties are identical.
01:38:49.000 As Butler Schaffer says, two wings of the same bird of prey.
01:38:52.000 They're both part of the government.
01:38:53.000 That's why they can't be taken over, by the way.
01:38:55.000 It's not any more possible to take over the Republican Party than you can take over the Department of Justice.
01:38:59.000 And they're evil, they're part of the government.
01:39:02.000 But yes, they're both set up to be slightly different rhetorically, but in policies, be exactly the same.
01:39:09.000 Mitt Romney is a Goldman Sachs guy, Barack Obama's a Goldman Sachs guy.
01:39:13.000 Barack Obama's for all these wars, Mitt Romney's for all these wars, both for the police to police state and so forth.
01:39:17.000 So this is why we have a two-party system.
01:39:19.000 It's why they don't want multiple parties.
01:39:21.000 And it's why there's no, except in style, This is not an accident.
01:39:28.000 It's deliberate.
01:39:29.000 It's why they love democracy.
01:39:32.000 One of the many reasons they love democracy.
01:39:34.000 It's been a great thing for the growth of the state.
01:39:39.000 Everybody thinks Hans Hoppe's great book on democracy, The God That Failed, is the key guide to why democracy, as it's developed, is just an instrument for the state to use against the rest of us.
01:39:52.000 And Quigley, of course, is very important to read.
01:39:54.000 I'm so glad you're bringing Gary Allen's book back into print.
01:39:57.000 Gary Allen was a very great man.
01:39:59.000 Great writer.
01:40:00.000 And this is a wonderful book, Alex.
01:40:04.000 So these are all things worth reading.
01:40:07.000 And as usual, as you point out in this YouTube from Ron, he's always worth listening to.
01:40:13.000 That's true today.
01:40:14.000 It was true 30 or 40 years ago.
01:40:15.000 It was true when he first got into public life in reaction to Richard Nixon's closing of the gold window and imposing price and wage controls on the economy in 1971.
01:40:25.000 He's the same guy, and he's a sure guide to all this sort of thing.
01:40:31.000 And look him up on YouTube.
01:40:33.000 He's got many, many YouTubes from all his earlier campaigns, from his congressional speeches.
01:40:40.000 They're all worth listening to.
01:40:41.000 But again, don't expect anybody else to be Ron Paul.
01:40:47.000 There's only been one Ron Paul, and I would say that even though I support Ron Paul in everything he does in terms of his political races, Politics is a snare and a delusion.
01:40:57.000 I mean, there's only one Ron Paul.
01:40:59.000 Maybe there will be somebody else in the future.
01:41:01.000 We can't rule it out.
01:41:03.000 But there's only one of these guys in 200 years, so they don't come along very often.
01:41:07.000 And we should appreciate what we've got.
01:41:09.000 We should support him, read him.
01:41:11.000 Author of many important books.
01:41:13.000 He's also a great intellectual.
01:41:15.000 I mean, this again separates him.
01:41:16.000 He's a reader.
01:41:18.000 I mean, I've interviewed Ron more than 150 times or so.
01:41:26.000 It might even be 200 if you count out on the road my crew asking him questions.
01:41:31.000 And my reporters, probably more than 200.
01:41:34.000 You can ask him something that just broke that day that's pretty obscure and he knows about it.
01:41:40.000 I don't think I've ever brought anything up to him That he didn't already know about, and then he'll know about stuff I don't know about.
01:41:46.000 I mean, he's just such a voracious researcher.
01:41:50.000 It's like even in that piece where Sacha Baron Cohen tries to corner him in there in the room, Ron Paul's sitting there reading the newspaper.
01:41:58.000 I mean, I guess that's all he's doing is researching.
01:42:01.000 He reads all the time.
01:42:02.000 He's got a huge personal library.
01:42:04.000 He's read it all.
01:42:06.000 He's read our enemies.
01:42:08.000 He's read all the good guys.
01:42:10.000 It's why he's actually a medical doctor.
01:42:14.000 But he might as well be an Austrian economist who has read everything.
01:42:18.000 He's read thoroughly in history and in political philosophy in many, many different areas.
01:42:24.000 Investments and so forth.
01:42:26.000 I mean, he really is a renaissance man.
01:42:29.000 And he's so different from the other people in the Congress.
01:42:32.000 I mean, he stands out like a healthy thumb, not a sore thumb.
01:42:39.000 Uh, among all those boobs and creeps and crooks and morons and criminals that, uh, compose the U.S.
01:42:45.000 government.
01:42:45.000 I mean, he really is, uh, you know, he's, uh, and he's the minister in the whorehouse or something.
01:42:51.000 I mean, he just, he's so different.
01:42:53.000 So different from the rest of them.
01:42:55.000 And, um, so there's just, just one Ron.
01:42:59.000 Lou, I want to shift gears into a bunch of subjects and also ask you what's number one on your plate, your radar right now, but you know, I get this from people who are on the left.
01:43:08.000 They understand the corruption of government, but they always think they can fix it.
01:43:12.000 They talk about the American system, but you go real, you go research it.
01:43:16.000 You know, a lot of that government involvement is actually what ends up causing the civil war.
01:43:20.000 If you actually go back Look at some of the people that were involved in it.
01:43:24.000 I mean, you just ask for it.
01:43:26.000 The bigger the government, the worse the society.
01:43:28.000 And then I see the criticism.
01:43:30.000 Oh, Ron Paul wants you to be high.
01:43:32.000 He wants you to be on drugs because of drug decriminalization.
01:43:36.000 But every drug dealer I've seen interviewed says, don't ever legalize them because that would drive down the price probably 500 to 1000 percent.
01:43:43.000 I mean, this is two year old level.
01:43:45.000 information to understand and republicans attack him and say he wants you to be on drugs democrats attacking but you see the american people i mean even pat robertson says decriminalize marijuana now i mean it really seems that people are starting to get it and that some of the european countries as you know that have decriminalized it have seen more than 50 reductions in drug use it takes the money it takes the glamour out of it it takes the poisonous stuff that gets mixed with the street garbage
01:44:13.000 look at alcohol tripled in use corruption bloomed during nine years of prohibition i'm I mean, isn't this an idea whose time has come, and what do you see the critics doing trying to demonize Ron Paul, yourself, myself, and others that want decriminalization?
01:44:28.000 Well, of course, demonization is the word, and you know, if there's anybody anybody should be able to tell about Ron Paul, he's Mr. Straight.
01:44:36.000 I mean, he doesn't use drugs.
01:44:40.000 He only started to have an occasional glass of wine when he was no longer in medical practice.
01:44:45.000 I mean, this guy is so straight and so normal and so regular and so principled.
01:44:51.000 He's never used drugs.
01:44:52.000 In fact, he's done a lot of work in his medical career to try to help people get off drugs if they want to.
01:44:59.000 But he understands that, first of all, as Mises pointed out, We have the right to decide what we put in our bodies.
01:45:05.000 This is not somebody else's decision to make.
01:45:07.000 We as adults have this right, and we know that a lot of stuff that the government promotes as wonderful for us, high fructose corn syrup, and go right down the list of all the horrible things that they promote, are actually very bad for us.
01:45:19.000 Probably far worse than smoking a marijuana cigarette.
01:45:22.000 And things like marijuana are actually very good for many medical conditions.
01:45:26.000 But again, people as a matter of the control of their own bodies, control of their own lives, have the right to do what they want to do.
01:45:32.000 But of course the government, we always have to remember the government is never, I don't want to shock anybody, the government is not a charitable organization.
01:45:39.000 The government doesn't actually care about you.
01:45:41.000 They want your money and they want power over you.
01:45:44.000 So this is why they want the drug war.
01:45:46.000 They also make vast amounts from all the bribes they get from the drug dealers.
01:45:50.000 But I think more and more Americans are realizing, especially on the medicinal marijuana question, but on many other related issues, that they don't want the government running this.
01:45:59.000 Far worse.
01:46:00.000 Look, they're destroying Mexico right now with the Bush-enforced drug war and Obama-enforced drug war in Mexico.
01:46:09.000 50,000 people dead.
01:46:10.000 The whole country being wrecked.
01:46:11.000 Our country has been largely wrecked.
01:46:13.000 And of course, it doesn't keep drugs out.
01:46:15.000 The people who love the drug war will say, well, what, you want to have drugs?
01:46:18.000 They can't keep drugs out of the federal prisons.
01:46:21.000 Let alone, excuse me, let alone out of any other place.
01:46:24.000 Well, exactly!
01:46:26.000 I mean, they're the ones... They promote drugs use.
01:46:28.000 They promote drug use.
01:46:29.000 Yeah, they're the ones making it more valuable than gold.
01:46:34.000 I mean, it's just a no-brainer.
01:46:37.000 You decriminalize, it takes the money out of it, and crime rates just absolutely plunge.
01:46:44.000 Expanding on this, Lou, has it ever been more obvious that government is gearing up for war with the people.
01:46:51.000 I want to get your take on admitted re-education camps.
01:46:54.000 The Army admitted the document we got a month ago was accurate.
01:46:56.000 They said it's classified.
01:46:58.000 We get in trouble.
01:46:59.000 We're bad to have it.
01:47:00.000 They're admitting that torture.
01:47:02.000 Obama says he'll kill whoever he wants.
01:47:04.000 They're announcing local police to have the Army.
01:47:07.000 The Secretary of the Army has put a new CFR report saying, we want to have Army to respond as SWAT teams in every town, regular Army.
01:47:17.000 We're seeing 30,000 armed drones.
01:47:20.000 We're seeing the head of the CIA come out two months ago and say, yes, all the new tech has back doors.
01:47:26.000 We're watching and listening to you without warrants.
01:47:30.000 It's even blowing me away just how criminal.
01:47:33.000 It's like they're going crazy.
01:47:34.000 Is this an attempt to intimidate us because they know we're waking up, or is this just an orgy of control freaks that think they're unstoppable?
01:47:42.000 I want your expert opinion on that, Lew Rockwell.
01:47:44.000 Well, I think they are, you know, they are control freaks, of course.
01:47:48.000 Everybody who goes into government, especially the people who rise in government, are like this.
01:47:52.000 They like hurting people.
01:47:54.000 They like controlling San Agustin called the lust for power.
01:48:01.000 The libido dominandi.
01:48:03.000 They want to rule others.
01:48:05.000 They lust to rule others.
01:48:06.000 They lust to kill.
01:48:08.000 These are bad people.
01:48:09.000 These are not like your next door neighbor.
01:48:11.000 People in government are bad people.
01:48:13.000 But unfortunately, every government would like to be a totalitarian government if they could get away with it.
01:48:20.000 It's only the people's opposition that prevents it.
01:48:23.000 And after the whole business of 9-11, The American people's opposition to government tyranny dramatically reduced because they became terrified of the Muslims under the bed and all the rest of the baloney.
01:48:34.000 So, when that happened, the government just expands like an evil balloon to take over everything.
01:48:41.000 And the bigger the government gets, the more torturers and people who just love feeling up at the airport.
01:48:47.000 I mean, this is the government.
01:48:50.000 And so we're in a fight for our lives, of course.
01:48:52.000 On the other hand, I think And Ron Paul shows us with the millions of kids that he's brought into our movement, more and more opposition is springing up to this.
01:49:00.000 So, there's the normal battle, which goes on through all of history between what Murray Rothbard called power and market, between the private society and the violence, the violence promoters.
01:49:11.000 We have the people who use violence, some of them we call criminals, the muggers, murderers, rapists, burglars, and so forth.
01:49:18.000 Others we call the government.
01:49:19.000 Although they have exactly the same moral compass as the murderers, the rapists, and the burglars.
01:49:25.000 And so this is the great fight.
01:49:27.000 So this is the fight we're engaged in.
01:49:30.000 We have to, first of all, learn.
01:49:32.000 Learn from people like you, Alex.
01:49:33.000 We have to read the great books, books of Mises and Rothbard and all the great Austrian economists, the great libertarians, and understand why the government is our enemy, what we can do about it.
01:49:44.000 But the first thing is we have to change ourselves to become opponents of all of this, intellectual opponents, withdraw our consent, laugh at the government, explain to others about government lies, and of course every word that comes out of their mouths is a lie.
01:49:58.000 So these people, these people are our enemy, not some alleged terrorists in Yemen.
01:50:03.000 People in Washington are our enemies.
01:50:05.000 They want us, they want every bit of control over our lives.
01:50:08.000 We see 1984, Orwell's novel, coming true right before our eyes.
01:50:13.000 All the stuff that I've fought all my life, you too Alex, we see it happening at just an unbelievable pace right now.
01:50:20.000 But still they need the people's consent.
01:50:22.000 Yes, but why is it going into overdrive?
01:50:25.000 I mean, I know historically corruption gets to a point and always does this, and generally that's when you get liberty back if you're not totally destroyed.
01:50:31.000 But I mean, this is cartoon level, the ridiculous lying.
01:50:36.000 city after city, it turns out they hire the head TSA person is convicted pedophiles or deep rocked priest.
01:50:44.000 And just the crimes and the trillions every year stolen at the Pentagon and CIA aircraft.
01:50:51.000 And they have the troops line up and admit they're growing the opium to desensitize people, you know, because they had to kill Pat Tillman because he spoke out.
01:50:58.000 I mean, it's so ridiculous.
01:51:01.000 And I wonder what's coming next.
01:51:03.000 I mean, they've gone crazy.
01:51:05.000 Well, one thing we can be sure of, there is nothing beyond them. - Yeah.
01:51:10.000 If they decide not to do some horrendous thing to us, it's only because they haven't thought of it, or they can't get it organized because they're the government, or they think it's not in their interest.
01:51:18.000 But this bunch would never say, oh, we can't do that because it would be wrong.
01:51:22.000 That is never a consideration.
01:51:27.000 them it's why we have to be the best why we have to arm ourselves why we have to you know as i said laugh at them deny them uh undermine them subvert them in every way we can it's funny you say that because every time we put up a tsa video making fun of them youtube bans it but they'll let us put up anything else against them but but literally they do not like being made fun of no no and this is this is an ancient point
01:51:53.000 um that the prince can take almost anything except being laughed at When they laugh at the government, you know, that's why they ban jokes at the airport.
01:52:03.000 You know, you can actually go to jail for telling a joke in the land of the First Amendment.
01:52:08.000 So, yeah, but again, you have to first educate yourself.
01:52:14.000 As Albert J. Knox said about the one thing you can do for the human race is present it with one improved unit.
01:52:19.000 You have to make yourself better.
01:52:21.000 You make yourself better by learning more.
01:52:23.000 Not what you get in the government schools, or from the government media, or the government press releases.
01:52:27.000 All the columnists and so forth are doing nothing but promoting the government line.
01:52:31.000 You have to be radically different.
01:52:33.000 You have to understand what Murray Rothbard said, that the state is a gang of thieves writ large.
01:52:39.000 If you understand that, if you understand the nature of government, you understand that it not only doesn't have your best interests at heart, it's your enemy.
01:52:46.000 It's the enemy of your children.
01:52:48.000 It's the enemy of your future.
01:52:49.000 It's the enemy of all your descendants.
01:52:51.000 It's the enemy of everything you believe in.
01:52:53.000 It's the enemy of your religion.
01:52:54.000 It's the enemy of your community, your home, your business.
01:52:58.000 It is the enemy.
01:52:59.000 So not these guys overseas, not the alleged terrorists, the actual people who are terrorizing you.
01:53:05.000 Well, I was about to say.
01:53:06.000 Taking all your money.
01:53:08.000 It's the government.
01:53:08.000 Sure, sure.
01:53:09.000 I mean, let's just say Al-Qaeda really did 9-11.
01:53:11.000 All Easter bunnies are, you know, real.
01:53:14.000 All of this.
01:53:14.000 Okay, let's say it's real.
01:53:16.000 You've got a better chance of a honeybee killing you, they've done national news stories on that, than these people.
01:53:22.000 But then, it's in the LA Times, and it's in the Associated Press, in the back of the paper, that Al-Qaeda in Al-Qaeda uniforms, with Al-Qaeda patches and flags, took over Libya, murdered people en masse.
01:53:34.000 Obama said bombing is a peace operation, not war.
01:53:37.000 You know, the Peace Prize winner.
01:53:40.000 Again, it's like dark satire.
01:53:41.000 It's like a Kurt Vonnegut novel.
01:53:43.000 And now they're using Al-Qaeda to go in and bomb Syria, blow up police stations.
01:53:49.000 Hillary lies and says Russia's sending them helicopters.
01:53:51.000 Turns out that's a lie.
01:53:53.000 I mean, it's crazy that the government is using Al-Qaeda as their jihadi brigade, as they did against the Russians back in the 80s, and that I'm told, give my rights up, let them grope my wife and children at the airport for people that work for them publicly.
01:54:09.000 Well sure, of course, and as you mentioned, the whole Syria thing is a trick.
01:54:12.000 I mean, it's the CIA and the Mossad funding these various so-called rebels who are trying to overthrow the last non-Islamic fundamentalist government in the Arab world.
01:54:25.000 The last secular Arab government.
01:54:27.000 They did it in Iraq.
01:54:28.000 And Al-Qaeda is coming in.
01:54:30.000 The U.S., like any empire, as the Romans used to say, divide and rule, divide and conquer.
01:54:37.000 So they want to happen in Libya.
01:54:40.000 The U.S.
01:54:40.000 supported Al-Qaeda in the war against the Russians in Afghanistan, supported Osama bin Laden.
01:54:46.000 And so they're using them again in Syria.
01:54:48.000 There's a similar group they're funding in Iran to cause various terrorist incidents.
01:54:53.000 And I know you know this, but people can even see it in the Washington Post from like 15 years ago.
01:54:57.000 It's so amazing that on top of all this, billions were spent over the decades Paying for the textbooks saying kill Americans, jihad this.
01:55:08.000 Our government funded the radical madrasas because they don't want the Arabs who invented mathematics and science to become industrialized to compete.
01:55:16.000 They want a bunch of crazy guys, you know, the bad guys in Team America running around.
01:55:21.000 I mean, imagine the magnitude of that!
01:55:23.000 Well, you know, they want to do the Arabs what they want to do the rest of us, this.
01:55:27.000 And so they want the Arabs backward.
01:55:28.000 They want them ill-educated.
01:55:29.000 They want them economically backward.
01:55:32.000 And so, you know, in order to control them, control the oil, and to break up all the countries in the Middle East, this is the open neocon plan that was issued before Bush's first Iraq war.
01:55:45.000 They want to break up all these Muslim countries.
01:55:47.000 The better to control them and, again, to control all the oil.
01:55:50.000 This is what the U.S.
01:55:51.000 would like to do everywhere.
01:55:52.000 Romans pulled the same thing, this is nothing new.
01:55:54.000 I'm sure the Assyrians or the Babylonians and the Egyptians and all the other empires did it.
01:55:58.000 And America, of course, is not a republic.
01:56:01.000 It's an empire.
01:56:01.000 We're not a free country anymore.
01:56:04.000 We're a semi-free country.
01:56:05.000 We're not the richest country in the world.
01:56:07.000 They can all raise the foam finger, number one, all they want.
01:56:11.000 We're not exceptional.
01:56:14.000 We're regular people.
01:56:15.000 This is not the greatest country ever to exist in the history of the human race and all the rest of that nonsense.
01:56:20.000 Switzerland, I mean, there are a lot of other great countries in the world.
01:56:22.000 There have been many great countries.
01:56:24.000 Every civilization has got good things about it.
01:56:26.000 Every civilization has got bad things about it.
01:56:28.000 But the notion that All this, you know, constant...
01:56:32.000 All this tyranny is what America...
01:56:34.000 We're the greatest, and we can kill everybody because we're the best, and God has blessed us, and, you know, all that sort of stuff.
01:56:40.000 It's been an unfortunate thread throughout American history.
01:56:44.000 Kill all the Indians because, you know, they were savages and so forth.
01:56:47.000 So this is... there's bad stuff in every country, including in America.
01:56:52.000 We're not the best people in the world.
01:56:54.000 It's just pride, right?
01:56:56.000 It's a sin of pride, and it's very dangerous, and the typical American feels we can kill everybody all over the world, and then they're astonished that maybe people don't like that, don't like having their families, their children butchered.
01:57:08.000 And this is why we're hated.
01:57:10.000 We as a country, I shouldn't say we, the U.S.
01:57:12.000 government is hated all over the world.
01:57:14.000 Hated.
01:57:15.000 No American realizes this.
01:57:17.000 We're hated and this is why when the dollar goes down we're going to see developments in terms of other countries.
01:57:25.000 Everybody hates being under the U.S. yoke.
01:57:27.000 They don't like it.
01:57:29.000 And every decent American should hate being under the yoke of D.C. himself or herself as well.
01:57:34.000 And D.C. itself has been captured by the mega bankers.
01:57:37.000 I'm going to put you on the spot because we got you on a little bit late today.
01:57:39.000 We got a one-minute break.
01:57:41.000 I want to come back with five final minutes on what you think is happening in Europe, where you think that's going to go, how we don't let them use the crisis that's coming, as Ron Paul said a decade ago, as you said over a decade ago, from becoming total government instead of using it to reduce all this tyranny.
01:57:58.000 But we're going to break in a minute.
01:57:59.000 What else is important on your radar screen, Lou Rockwell.com?
01:58:04.000 Well, it's, of course, all the stuff, you know, Alex, that you talk about.
01:58:07.000 I mean, the police state, the drones.
01:58:11.000 I was glad to see Rand Paul introduce a bill that if they're going to send a drone to spy on you, they've got to have a search warrant.
01:58:18.000 Of course, there are no search warrants.
01:58:22.000 We live in an authoritarian society.
01:58:24.000 We're moving towards totalitarianism.
01:58:26.000 But nevertheless, we can object to it.
01:58:29.000 It's actually possible to stop it.
01:58:30.000 We don't have to become slaves.
01:58:33.000 Although that's, of course, the way things are headed.
01:58:35.000 Back in one minute with five more minutes of Lou Rockwell, then Gary Johnson.
01:58:35.000 Stay there.

01:59:56.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.
01:59:59.000 Big Brother.
02:00:06.000 Mainstream media.
02:00:08.000 Government cover-ups.
02:00:11.000 You want answers?
02:00:12.000 Well, so does he.
02:00:14.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.
02:00:18.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.
02:00:24.000 Alright, we've got Lou Rockwell of lourockwell.com with us for five more minutes.
02:00:29.000 And he was bringing up what's happening in Europe.
02:00:31.000 I mean, I was reading, they're saying you can come into Europe, but you can't leave.
02:00:35.000 We're going to search you, we're going to take your money.
02:00:37.000 ATM withdrawals will be restricted.
02:00:39.000 And I heard this from sources, well Bob Chapman, State Department sources, a year and a half ago.
02:00:45.000 The TSA is acting like this now on the highways.
02:00:48.000 They admit that's going to be their mission.
02:00:51.000 I mean, at a certain point, I avoid the airports now with my family, but I mean, if they try to pull me over and grope my family as a symbol of my submission to them, my prisoner training, I don't know what I'm going to do at this point, Lou.
02:01:03.000 What's your take on what's happening in Europe and anything else on your radar?
02:01:09.000 Pick up on your last point.
02:01:10.000 We've already had a number of cases where people's cash has been confiscated from them.
02:01:16.000 The cops stopped them, and this is their own cash.
02:01:19.000 They've earned it, honestly.
02:01:22.000 But yeah, the government doesn't want you to have it.
02:01:24.000 I would say, you know, always do the opposite of what the government wants you to do.
02:01:28.000 And whether you're a European or an American, I hope to goodness everybody has got some significant amount of cash outside of the banks.
02:01:34.000 Of course, you ought to have gold and silver as well as the key part of your investment.
02:01:39.000 But you ought to have some cash.
02:01:42.000 It's always fun to take cash out of the bank.
02:01:44.000 They hate it.
02:01:45.000 It's a fun thing to go and take.
02:01:47.000 They don't want you to do it.
02:01:48.000 It's because they pyramid on it.
02:01:50.000 They inflate on top of it.
02:01:51.000 So you're helping all of society, as well as yourself, when you take some money out of the bank.
02:01:57.000 And I hope people in Europe are doing this.
02:01:59.000 And of course, we've seen this in Argentina and other places where ATM withdrawals have indeed been restricted.
02:02:05.000 And so take that as a signal.
02:02:07.000 What's happening in Europe?
02:02:08.000 Well, everybody is being crucified for the sake of the banks.
02:02:12.000 They talk about bailing out Greece.
02:02:14.000 they're not bailing out Greece.
02:02:16.000 Spain is not being bailed out.
02:02:17.000 I was glad at least Spain did things a little more honestly this time.
02:02:20.000 The money went directly to the banks.
02:02:22.000 It didn't even go through the government.
02:02:23.000 So all this is about bailing out the banks, not Greece being bailed out or whatever, and the higher taxes and so forth being forced on these countries.
02:02:31.000 It's to pay off the banks, all the banks that hold the government debt.
02:02:35.000 And there's no way to do it, by the way.
02:02:37.000 There's no...
02:02:38.000 There is going to have to be a default There's not enough productivity in the whole world to undo what these rotten banks have done, these fractional reserve banksters who are in league with the government.
02:02:50.000 Same in our own country.
02:02:52.000 They're very, very powerful.
02:02:53.000 Europe and the United States are sort of bankocracies.
02:02:55.000 We saw when Jamie Dimon was testifying before the Senate Committee the other day, and they're all bowing and scraping before him.
02:03:04.000 The Senators were salaming Jamie Dimon because, of course, it is the big banks that are in control.
02:03:11.000 But one thing, first of all, you need to educate yourself about banking.
02:03:16.000 Murray Rothbard's great book, The Mystery of Banking, I can't recommend.
02:03:20.000 You don't need to be an economist.
02:03:21.000 It's so well written, so easy to read, and so informative.
02:03:25.000 You'll understand for the first time in your life what banking is about and what's wrong with the current state of banking.
02:03:31.000 But again, take your money out of the bank.
02:03:33.000 Deal as much as you can in cash.
02:03:36.000 You know they hate it.
02:03:37.000 Oh, they want the cashless society so they can like Bank of America force fees on $5 every time you use your own bank card.
02:03:48.000 We just lost Lou's Skype there for just a moment.
02:03:52.000 We'll see if he's able to come back up.
02:03:54.000 If not, that was a powerful interview with Lou Rockwell of lourockwell.com and I totally agree with him on the Ron Paul thing.
02:04:01.000 There's no way he's going to be endorsing.
02:04:04.000 Mitt Romney.
02:04:05.000 And people that say, hey, get behind the Republicans, Obama's bad.
02:04:07.000 Look, the whole system's a fraud.
02:04:09.000 We've got to stop playing games.
02:04:11.000 The reason I supported Ron Paul is because... Okay, he's back.
02:04:14.000 We've got one minute to say bye.
02:04:15.000 Thank you so much, Lou Rockwell.
02:04:18.000 How do we support lourockwell.com?
02:04:21.000 Well, first read it at lewrockwell.com and look at our ads.
02:04:26.000 We're supported, of course, in the voluntary free market, unlike the government, which is supported by a gun to your head to grab your money, just like you, Alex.
02:04:34.000 It's all the voluntary free market.
02:04:35.000 So take a look at our ads.
02:04:37.000 We also welcome contributions if you like what the site is.
02:04:40.000 But most important, read it.

02:04:47.000 Thank you.

02:04:50.000 Thank you, Alex.
02:04:51.000 Alright, we'll be back with Governor Gary Johnson running for president as a Libertarian.
02:04:55.000 Hopefully Ron Paul will endorse him.

02:06:01.000 This is Alex Jones with five good reasons you should consider buying a solar power generator.
02:06:05.000 Number one.
02:06:06.000 New climate legislation could easily double or triple your electric bill.
02:06:09.000 Number two.
02:06:10.000 Our new energy czar wants to control how much power your electric company allows you to have.
02:06:15.000 It's true.
02:06:16.000 Total government control of electricity in the name of smart grid technology is coming.
02:06:21.000 Number three.
02:06:22.000 In some areas of the country, the power grid is dangerously overloaded.
02:06:25.000 And now, new socialist legislation is only compounding the problem.
02:06:29.000 Number four.
02:06:30.000 Dangerous weather is always a threat to local grids.
02:06:33.000 Every year, thousands of families lose their power from weather-related outages.
02:06:36.000 Number five.
02:06:37.000 A solar power generator provides powerful backup, insurance, and peace of mind.
02:06:41.000 Folks, I really believe in the solar power generators offered by Solutions from Science, one of my oldest sponsors.

02:08:04.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.
02:08:07.000 Well, Governor Gary Johnson joins us Governor Gary Johnson joins us for the next 52 minutes. .
02:08:29.000 We will take a few calls starting at the bottom of the hour if you'd like to talk to Governor Johnson specifically on policies, issues, election 2012, how you can support him.
02:08:40.000 He is the Libertarian presidential nominee and candidate for 2012 for president.
02:08:47.000 And Governor Johnson has been referred to as the most fiscally conservative governor in the country.
02:08:53.000 He was the Republican governor of New Mexico from 95 to 2003.
02:08:57.000 He is best known for his veto record which includes over 750 vetoes.
02:09:00.000 So he's kind of like a Ron Paul style governor.
02:09:05.000 But he's also for decriminalization of marijuana, a lot of other issues.
02:09:10.000 He is a true libertarian in every sense of the word.
02:09:13.000 And I hope Ron Paul endorses him because Ron Paul endorsed Chuck Baldwin for the Constitution Party four years ago when it was clear Ron Paul couldn't win because of media demonization and cheating and things like that.
02:09:30.000 Same thing happened this time, but he had even more support.
02:09:34.000 Rand has created a firestorm by supporting Mitt Romney.
02:09:39.000 And let me tell you, that is, again, the night and day compared to somebody like Governor Johnson.
02:09:46.000 It's not just that he endorsed some Republican, ladies and gentlemen.
02:09:48.000 It's Mitt Romney, who changes like a weather vane, who constantly flip-flops, who wrote what became Obamacare.
02:09:56.000 I don't want to get into a rant.
02:09:58.000 The point is, is that you'll never build a third party, you'll never break the stranglehold of the Crips and the Bloods, the Republicans and the Democrats as Ventura calls them, if we don't start changing things.
02:10:11.000 And he should be in the national debates.
02:10:14.000 It shouldn't just be Mitt Romney and Obama, both paid for by Goldman Sachs, who have different rhetoric.
02:10:23.000 One's against gay marriage, one's for it.
02:10:25.000 Total football issue that they just bring up to distract people, regardless of which side of that you're on.
02:10:30.000 And we're going to get Governor Johnson's take on all this, his policies and more, joining us via video Skype if you're watching at PrisonPlanet.tv or listening on XM 166 or other systems.
02:10:42.000 Sir, obviously I want to get into Your campaign.
02:10:46.000 But what do you make and what have your supporters made of Rand Paul coming out and endorsing Mitt Romney?
02:10:55.000 And are you obviously hoping that Ron Paul will endorse you and swing his huge, huge grassroots of tens of millions towards you?
02:11:05.000 Well, Alex, I was asked for Ron Paul's endorsement by Ron Paul in 2008.
02:11:14.000 I readily gave that endorsement.
02:11:17.000 And when I dropped out of the Republican Party, Republican process here running for president, I asked all my supporters, Support Ron Paul.
02:11:25.000 So I'm a Ron Paul fan.
02:11:27.000 I think by his own admission, he's not going to get the nomination.
02:11:32.000 So where does his support go?
02:11:34.000 I'd love to have his support.
02:11:36.000 I think that what he and I are saying are the same.
02:11:40.000 Look, I think it's important that I am in the national debates against Romney and Obama.
02:11:46.000 I'm going to be the only candidate that doesn't want to bomb Iran.
02:11:49.000 I'm going to be the only candidate that wants to get out of Afghanistan now, bring home the troops.
02:11:54.000 I'm the only candidate that's advocating, I'm promising, to submit a balanced budget to Congress in the year 2013, believing that if we don't fix our budget, that if we don't spend within our means, we're going to find ourselves In the midst of a monetary collapse, and what that is, is that the money that we have doesn't buy a thing, and I don't see life in America as very pleasant when the money that we have doesn't buy a thing.
02:12:20.000 And Ron Paul needs to endorse you sooner rather than later because... I'm not expecting his endorsement, so we're not asking for it, I'm not expecting it, but that said, it's...
02:12:36.000 It's about his supporter.
02:12:38.000 It's about everybody listening, I think.
02:12:41.000 And everybody listening having a voice.
02:12:44.000 And I'm presenting myself as that voice.
02:12:47.000 But it's a no-brainer.
02:12:49.000 If he didn't endorse John McCain, then he can't endorse Mitt Romney.
02:12:54.000 He was a Libertarian presidential candidate in 88, as you know.
02:13:00.000 Well, I know that, and I think there's Rand coming out and endorsing Romney.
02:13:07.000 I mean, that's all about politics and somehow staying part of the Republican Party.
02:13:13.000 I talked to Republican supporters of Ron Paul in Fort Worth just the other night.
02:13:20.000 And they were imploring me to stay within the Republican Party and to work within the Republican Party, that they had worked really hard to make changes within the Republican Party and wanted those changes to stick.
02:13:31.000 Look, I completely agree with that.
02:13:33.000 I applaud all the Ron Paul supporters that have worked so hard to really try and change and continue to try and change the Republican Party.
02:13:40.000 But come over to the Libertarian Party.
02:13:44.000 There aren't any changes that are going to have to be made.
02:13:48.000 Well, if anybody thinks Mitt Romney is going to turn against Goldman Sachs and the Globalist and all the rest of it, they've got another thing coming.
02:13:56.000 I mean, Mitt Romney is going to do what his special interests want him to do, and that's why I'm worried about Rand down the road, because Romney probably will get in.
02:14:02.000 You know, you're there basically to inject real issues.
02:14:04.000 I wish you would win, but people should get behind you.
02:14:07.000 And everybody's turning against Obama right now.
02:14:11.000 Barring some big crisis or war or staged event, I think Obama's toast, the writing's on the wall, the left is turning against him, the establishment's turning against him, it's starting to look like a rout here, the sharks smell blood, and then it's gonna be Mitt Romney?
02:14:26.000 And Rand Paul now has hitched his wagon to that?
02:14:30.000 What's he gonna do when Mitt Romney says, torture is good, NDAA is good, attack Iran is good?
02:14:35.000 I mean, that's what Mitt Romney stands for.
02:14:38.000 It is what Mitt Romney stands for.
02:14:40.000 Mitt Romney says, hey, let's balance the federal budget, but you know what?
02:14:44.000 We need to grow defense spending a little bit, and we need to hold Medicare harmless.
02:14:50.000 Well, you can't do that.
02:14:52.000 I finished the second grade.
02:14:54.000 The mathematics doesn't add up.
02:14:56.000 Look, we need to cut $1.4 trillion from the federal budget now.
02:15:00.000 That is a 43% reduction in federal spending.
02:15:04.000 I would be the only candidate if I'm in the debates.
02:15:09.000 You know, a libertarian candidate for president, me, I'm going to be on the ballot in all 50 states.
02:15:15.000 I think that that is very significant.
02:15:18.000 No, I agree, I agree.
02:15:19.000 Governor, people should get behind you and then the argument, well that'll just put Obama in.
02:15:24.000 I don't think that squares with it.
02:15:27.000 I mean, I think you're going to have a lot of Democrats who are mad at Obama as well voting for you.
02:15:33.000 Well, really, I come at libertarian candidates.
02:15:37.000 I, being the libertarian nominee for president, me, I'm going to come at Obama hard from the left, from a standpoint of civil liberties, and I'm going to come at Romney hard from the right, from the standpoint of dollars and cents and balancing the federal budget.
02:15:54.000 In the few states where they've actually done an analysis of who I take more votes from, I actually take more votes from Obama, which doesn't surprise me.
02:16:03.000 But the analysis is somewhat mixed, which holds to my belief that I end up taking equally from both parties, and I take from a group, independents, that wouldn't ordinarily vote.
02:16:16.000 Well, I think maybe I'm going to give independents a reason to vote, or I'm going to give a lot of people a reason to vote, that their vote would actually be cast in an ideological way that says, look, we care about civil liberties, and look, we care about a balanced budget.
02:16:33.000 Where do you stand?
02:16:34.000 Because Rand Paul is doing some good work saying, He's proposing a bill protecting Americans from drone surveillance without warrants.
02:16:42.000 Well, what about the Pentagon?
02:16:43.000 They're not supposed to be domestically involved.
02:16:45.000 And now, you know, the head of the army came out in the CFR report two weeks ago and said, hey, we want to put troops, armed troops in every city to aid the police.
02:16:54.000 I mean, this is, I might as well move to Guatemala or Nigeria or Saudi Arabia.
02:17:00.000 Or getting to teleport back to Nazi Germany or North Korea right now.
02:17:05.000 I mean, just the racing of the CIA director saying, we're listening to you without warrants, ha ha ha.
02:17:12.000 Why do you think they're going so crazy right now, both political parties, like a cancer metastasizing?
02:17:19.000 I mean, what's your take on all that?
02:17:21.000 Well, it's about electing leaders that aren't standing up to this.
02:17:24.000 We need to have a leader stand up against this.
02:17:27.000 I'm going to be the only candidate for president that wants to abolish the Department of Homeland Security.
02:17:33.000 This stuff, as you point out, every single day, it's getting worse, not better.
02:17:38.000 And if you think it's going to change electing Romney, you know, you're crazy.
02:17:43.000 And of course, this has gotten worse under Obama.
02:17:47.000 It's going to continue to get worse under Obama.
02:17:51.000 It is, absolutely.
02:17:52.000 Again, GaryJohnson2012.com.
02:17:55.000 Is that the best website for folks to visit?
02:17:57.000 That is the best website to visit.
02:17:59.000 Thank you.
02:18:00.000 Oh, you bet.
02:18:01.000 GaryJohnson2012.com, folks.
02:18:05.000 And you win, win, win.
02:18:07.000 A protest vote, injecting ideas.
02:18:10.000 He could win.
02:18:11.000 I mean, things have happened like this.
02:18:13.000 But regardless, we've got to support somebody from outside the power structure.
02:18:17.000 I'm sorry I'm not endorsing Mitt Romney, folks, the author of Obamacare, Mr. Anti-Gun, any of it.
02:18:22.000 It's not going to happen.
02:18:24.000 He loves the drug war.
02:18:25.000 He loves, you know, all of it.
02:18:27.000 We've got to support somebody else.
02:18:28.000 Now, I know they fought to keep you out of debates, they fought to keep you... the system's scared of you, because they know you're a real constitutional libertarian, you know, slash old-line conservative common sense.
02:18:39.000 So they're very, very afraid of you.
02:18:40.000 They've tried to really suppress you like they did Ron Paul four years ago.
02:18:43.000 What do we do, because you're on in all 50 states, to make sure you're in the debate when they... the two parties have hijacked that.
02:18:51.000 What do we do to make sure that they can't blacklist you?
02:18:54.000 Well, it's getting online.
02:18:56.000 GaryJohnson2012.com to get the following information.
02:18:59.000 And that is, contact all the polling organizations so that I'm in the polls.
02:19:04.000 That was really the issue with the debates in the Republican Party.
02:19:07.000 I wasn't in the polls that determined who got in the debates.
02:19:10.000 When I'm in the polls, right now, I'm polling anywhere between 7 and 9 percent nationally.
02:19:17.000 I think most, uh, the biggest contributor to the fact that I'm 7 to 9 percent is the fact that I'm the third name.
02:19:24.000 But as this goes forward, it's more than just a third name.
02:19:29.000 It is someone who is stronger than Obama on civil liberties, and it's someone who's stronger than Mitt Romney when it comes to dollars and cents.
02:19:37.000 Governor, stay there.
02:19:38.000 Stay there.
02:19:38.000 We gotta go to break.
02:19:39.000 Wow.
02:19:40.000 I mean, what a great point.
02:19:43.000 They won't even let him get his name in the polls.
02:19:46.000 More like when Ron Paul would win a debate and win in the poll, they just wouldn't show him.
02:19:50.000 Incredible!
02:19:51.000 Look at the fraud.
02:19:52.000 The system does not want us supporting Gary Johnson.
02:19:56.000 Libertarian, poor president, not supporting Mitt Romney.
02:19:56.000 We need to.

02:24:14.000 Better you should pray to God.
02:24:25.000 Your calls are coming up in the next segment for Gary Johnson, former governor of New Mexico.
02:24:31.000 Very successful out there, sticking to his promises.
02:24:34.000 And he is running as a Libertarian candidate.
02:24:39.000 And in the past, Ron Paul would have endorsed the Libertarian candidate or the Constitution Party candidate.
02:24:45.000 And I'm telling you, it will be a departure from what Ron Paul normally does, the Ron Paul we love, if he doesn't endorse somebody.
02:24:51.000 And Gary Johnson is who he needs to endorse.
02:24:55.000 I know some people that are working for Ron Paul, the Politico type, want to be big stars in the Republican Party, but this isn't about that.
02:25:02.000 It isn't about, you know, just going to the Republican Party and being taken over.
02:25:09.000 And I know a lot of Ron Paul people think that's happening, and that's good.
02:25:13.000 But we've had a great Republican Party platform here in Texas for a long time.
02:25:16.000 They never follow it.
02:25:18.000 So the idea is, well, maybe Ron Paul should endorse Romney so he gets a speaking slot.
02:25:23.000 That almost no one watches now?
02:25:25.000 I mean, these things are a joke.
02:25:28.000 These things are a joke.
02:25:30.000 And there's a real disenchantment.
02:25:31.000 Congress has a 9% approval rating.
02:25:33.000 Governor Johnson, it took people only six months to start waking up to Obama, that he'd conned him.
02:25:39.000 Used to it took people three, four years to wake up to a politician.
02:25:44.000 Are voters starting to get more savvy?
02:25:46.000 I mean, why do you think the American people are buying millions of guns a month?
02:25:51.000 No, I think that that's exactly the case.
02:25:53.000 And I would like to point out that so much is made about working together.
02:25:57.000 Working together is just code in Washington to spend more money.
02:26:02.000 I'd like to point out that when it comes to Obama and Romney, that I have more governmental executive experience than the two of them combined.
02:26:11.000 And if your initial knee-jerk is, we don't need people with more government experience, my experience in government is saying no to government spending, is saying no!
02:26:21.000 To the attacks on our civil liberties.
02:26:23.000 I may have vetoed more legislation than the other 49 governors in the country combined.
02:26:29.000 That's my experience.
02:26:31.000 I am promising to submit a balanced budget to Congress in the year 2013.
02:26:36.000 I am promising to veto any legislation where expenses exceed revenue.
02:26:41.000 Are they going to override my veto?
02:26:43.000 Yeah, they sure are.
02:26:44.000 They're going to have to.
02:26:45.000 But I'm going to argue that ...will be lower in that scenario than any other scenario possible.
02:26:51.000 Imagine a libertarian president challenging Obama to repeal, or excuse me, challenging Democrats in Congress to repeal the Patriot Act, to abolish the Department of Homeland Security, to let's not bomb Iran, to get out of Afghanistan.
02:27:06.000 Imagine a Libertarian President challenging Republicans in Congress to get some starch!
02:27:12.000 Imagine a Libertarian President vetoing a Republican spending bill that spends too much!
02:27:19.000 Get some starch!
02:27:21.000 Let's save the country!
02:27:23.000 I agree with you, but you've gone over the numbers.
02:27:26.000 We had Lou Rockwell on earlier talking about it.
02:27:29.000 Even if they hyperinflate, we're going to go bankrupt and government, it looks like, has decided like a cancer to just eat everything to totally take over.
02:27:37.000 Don't the defense contractors, don't the welfare people, don't the unions, don't they all know that the course we're going on will wreck Everything?
02:27:46.000 Don't they get it?
02:27:47.000 Don't they understand?
02:27:48.000 Or is it just the special interests just don't care?
02:27:51.000 They're in there snatching for whatever they can get right now.
02:27:54.000 Well, I think people do understand.
02:27:56.000 And unless they have a clear choice, and I don't mean Obama and Romney, where Romney says, let's slash spending, but you just scratched the surface a little bit.
02:28:07.000 And he wants to increase spending for defense.
02:28:11.000 ...and I cringe every time I call the Department of War the Department of Defense, but we should increase spending for the Department of Defense and we should hold Medicare harmless.
02:28:22.000 And for those listening, for everyone in this country, look, if we don't spend within our means, if we don't cut Medicare spending by 43%, we're going to...
02:28:34.000 ...to find ourselves without a healthcare system at all.
02:28:37.000 And that's what's at stake here.
02:28:39.000 If we don't fix this, we're all going down together.
02:28:42.000 All of us.
02:28:43.000 And that would be mutual sacrifice on all of our parts.
02:28:46.000 And I think really key to this too is mutual.
02:28:49.000 This needs to be fair.
02:28:50.000 And the country is anything but fair.
02:28:53.000 It's up for sale.
02:28:55.000 Both parties sell it.
02:28:56.000 They've got their hands out.
02:28:57.000 And corporations, individuals, groups, they're out to pay for it, and they do.
02:29:02.000 And they get their special-- - Governor? - They get their special place in line in this country.
02:29:07.000 - We're on a break here and come back with more points you've got to make.
02:29:10.000 Because I've been asking the questions, I want to hear what's most important on your plate, but also take some calls.
02:29:15.000 But think about this question when we come back first.
02:29:18.000 Why are they announcing TSA checkpoints on the highways?
02:29:21.000 Why are they ordering 450 million rounds of hollow point 40 cal?
02:29:26.000 Why are they announcing armored pillboxes?
02:29:28.000 Why is the head of the army announcing they want to put armed troops stationed in every city?
02:29:34.000 And admitting that it's for domestic groups, not Al-Qaeda now?
02:29:37.000 I mean, this is like a science fiction movie.
02:29:40.000 And in Europe, they're announcing currency controls.
02:29:43.000 They may not let you leave the country.
02:29:45.000 I mean, this world is going into tyranny.
02:29:48.000 It's really scary.
02:29:49.000 We'll get your take on that.
02:29:50.000 We're on the march.
02:29:52.000 The empire's on the run.

02:33:01.000 This transmission is coming to you.
02:33:04.000 Waging war on corruption.
02:33:10.000 All right, you want to go?
02:33:12.000 It's Alex Jones coming to you live from the front lines of the Infowar.
02:33:23.000 Look, the big megacorporations that are monopoly men, they want a giant dependent welfare class.
02:33:28.000 They don't want a middle class.
02:33:30.000 The system wants big government.
02:33:32.000 You can have people that come out and say, oh no, they want libertarianism.
02:33:36.000 Yeah, there are some globalists who want to call it libertarianism and privatize things that are already public, but then just operate as government ripping you off.
02:33:45.000 Don't confuse that Bilderberg, you know, Peter Th...
02:33:49.000 The Teal type idea as real constitutionalism or what you call libertarianism.
02:33:55.000 You know, the ideas of drug decriminalization, the ideas of states' rights, the idea of...
02:34:01.000 Not having a nanny state.
02:34:02.000 I want to get the governor's take on the police state question I brought up with the proliferation of the military, the checkpoints, all of it here in a moment.
02:34:10.000 Then your phone calls will also ask me about the nanny state.
02:34:14.000 California is moving into New York City, saying no soft drinks above 16 ounces, milk products will be banned, popcorn.
02:34:22.000 I mean, we're actually saying this.
02:34:25.000 I mean, I feel crazy when I say it.
02:34:26.000 I feel like I'm lying.
02:34:28.000 Even though it's in the news, my brain says that can't be true.
02:34:31.000 Feels like I'm saying Martians landed in Central Park.
02:34:34.000 I mean, it sounds crazy.
02:34:35.000 30,000 armed drones sounds crazy.
02:34:39.000 The head of the Army saying, the Secretary of the Army two weeks ago and the CFR saying, we're going to have armed troops in every city to take on the Americans.
02:34:46.000 I mean, I'm ranting.
02:34:48.000 We're going back to the governor here in a moment.
02:34:50.000 I want to tell you about one of the ways we fund our operation, and that is selling products that I believe in.
02:34:56.000 Probe here is the best gravity-fed filter side-by-side against all the other major competitors.
02:35:02.000 You can check it out at InfoWarsShop.com or InfoWarsStore.com.

02:35:22.000 And then last but not least, I have found the best field filter that makes even scummy swamp water safe to drink.
02:35:31.000 We have the lowest price on the LifeStraw, and you get a free citizen rule book and bumper stickers when you order it at InfoWars.com.
02:35:38.000 So ProPure, the lowest price at InfoWars.com or InfoWarsShop.com.
02:35:42.000 And LifeStraw, the best field filter out there, an amazing technology.
02:35:48.000 LifeStraw Propeer, both available at InfowarsShop.com or by calling 888-253-3139.
02:35:56.000 We also, because it's back in print, we sold these about a decade ago, but they went out of print.
02:36:00.000 Now they've been reprinted, a new, bigger edition.
02:36:02.000 It's a wider page, bigger font.
02:36:05.000 Gary Allen, None Dare Call It Conspiracy.
02:36:08.000 Very, very powerful book, available at Infowars.com, discounted as well.
02:36:15.000 Along with Tragedy and Hope, that Ron Paul was talking about in the last hour, all at InfowarsShop.com.
02:36:21.000 We are a listener.
02:36:22.000 Support it.
02:36:23.000 Okay, going back to the governor.
02:36:25.000 Governor, you heard my question, my diatribe about the accelerating Not even federalization but militarization of everything and shifting from it's for Al Qaeda to it's for libertarian right-wing extremists.
02:36:39.000 What do you make of this and what would you do as president?
02:36:43.000 What will you say in the debates about this issue?
02:36:46.000 Well, the root of all evil are politicians that want to get elected to save you and I from all of what's bad in the world, whether that be drugs, whether that be the illegal immigrant, whether that be poor health care, whether that be the terrorist threat.
02:37:09.000 And so we need to bomb Iran and we need to get in an endless war in Afghanistan.
02:37:15.000 And so it's politicians at the root of all evil creating, with the executive, with the president, new agencies to address all these fears.
02:37:26.000 And then the bureaucrats that run amok to go along with this.
02:37:30.000 Look, I will tell you, as Governor of New Mexico, my experience, good government was easy.
02:37:37.000 It wasn't hard.
02:37:38.000 And it started with looking at issues first and politics last.
02:37:42.000 Don't discount electing a President of the United States.
02:37:49.000 but beholden to no one that goes in, and if no laws change, being able to control all these agencies because the President of the United States appoints the heads of all these agencies, because the President of the United States appoints the heads of all and the membership of all boards and commissions, because the President of the United States appoints the heads of all and the membership of all boards and commissions,
02:38:10.000 The President of the United States controls exactly what it is that you are talking about right now because these are all being driven through the various bureaucracies.
02:38:21.000 That can come to an end, electing a President of the United States that's actually going to bring leadership as opposed to status quo and being bought and paid for.
02:38:33.000 Very well said.
02:38:36.000 Now again, getting back to Ron Paul here briefly.
02:38:38.000 Ron Paul says let the states handle it with abortion and things.
02:38:45.000 But then you get off into other issues that are national sovereignty issues.
02:38:50.000 You mentioned illegal aliens.
02:38:52.000 Well, they use the illegals as an excuse to put in biometrics, but then don't even use it against them.
02:38:57.000 Bank of America, you know, wants three forms of ID for my crew members.
02:39:00.000 We've been in there and shot video of it.
02:39:02.000 One of my guys who had a bank account there.
02:39:05.000 But an illegal can come in with a fake consular matricula.
02:39:07.000 You can almost get out of Cracker Jack boxes.
02:39:09.000 I understand immigrants Our hard-working, as many of them are, actually do help the economy.
02:39:18.000 My issue's not with them, it's that the government, Republicans as well, give them welfare, get them on the system, teach them victimology and all of this liberation theology.
02:39:30.000 I mean, when I was in high school, at Anderson High, They were teaching us, you know, that America was evil and Mexico's gonna take over.
02:39:38.000 And this was white teachers doing this, by the way.
02:39:39.000 I mean, this is what the government wants, is to kind of break things up, have us at each other's throats.
02:39:45.000 And I understand you represented a border state there in New Mexico, but you can't have the illegals here, and you gotta kick them out because of the welfare.
02:39:53.000 I mean, you know, they come across the border, they have their kids, they immediately, I have to pay for it, and then the illegals end up becoming Democrats who vote 90% of the time to try to ban my guns.
02:40:04.000 So that's why I have the problem with the illegal alien.
02:40:06.000 So how do you deal with that as president?
02:40:09.000 Well, I think we make it as easy as possible for someone that wants to come into this country and work to get a work visa.
02:40:17.000 I'm not talking about citizenship.
02:40:18.000 I'm not talking about a green card.
02:40:20.000 I'm talking about a work visa that would entail a background check because we don't want criminals working in this country.
02:40:27.000 With regard to the 11 million illegal immigrants that are here in this country right now, I think we need to set up a grace period where we can get them a work visa.
02:40:37.000 And you're absolutely right about welfare.
02:40:40.000 We do not want this to be about welfare.
02:40:42.000 It needs to be about work.
02:40:44.000 The third promise I'm making when it comes to the economy, besides submitting a balanced budget and vetoing expenditures that exceed revenue, is I am advocating throwing out the entire federal tax system.
02:40:58.000 Throwing out the income tax, throwing out corporate tax, withholdings, abolishing the IRS, and replacing it with one federal consumption tax.
02:41:10.000 In this case, the fair tax.
02:41:12.000 If we implement the fair tax, taxes will not be an issue, whether it's illegal immigrants, legal immigrants, U.S.
02:41:19.000 citizens, visitors, no one is going to be able to pay the taxes.
02:41:23.000 Yes, I understand that that would turbocharge the economy.
02:41:25.000 Here's the problem, and I was told by insiders 18 years ago, and it turned out to be very accurate, that they were going to always come out and have people push a fair tax or a flat tax.
02:41:36.000 A sales tax, VAT, whatever the case is, and then bait and switch and call the income tax your Social Security at 10%, and then have basically 9, 9, 9, 9.
02:41:46.000 You know, the real plan that he was pushing was four nines, and so then they can always jack the nines up later, and it's just a way to get total federal surveillance of now all the sales happening at the point of sale.
02:42:02.000 I mean, what is your fair tax plan?
02:42:06.000 Well, my fair tax plan is the fair tax.
02:42:08.000 It's the consumption tax.
02:42:10.000 So for those listening, watching, get online.
02:42:13.000 FairTax.org.
02:42:15.000 It does away with the 16th Amendment.
02:42:17.000 No more income tax.
02:42:20.000 And no more withholdings from your payroll checks.
02:42:22.000 So Alex, Social Security, Medicare, unemployment comes out of the proceeds of the fair tax.
02:42:29.000 No, no, I understand, but I mean, you're pledging that this would not happen unless we did get rid of the income tax.
02:42:36.000 That is part of the fair tax package, which 90 congressmen and women have signed on to to this point.
02:42:44.000 So the discussion or the template is there.
02:42:48.000 I know, but notice Neil Bortz even pushed that, but then as soon as it got down to the point, it was 999, and they left out the other nine.
02:42:56.000 It just makes my head hurt to think... Well, no, this 999 is something completely different.
02:43:01.000 No, no, no, I know it is, but I'm saying that's what they're going to end up pushing is, oh, we're not going to call it the income tax, but we're going to call it a social security tax.
02:43:10.000 Well, it wouldn't be a Social Security tax because the proceeds of Social Security come out of the proceeds of the Fair Tax.
02:43:17.000 Now, you're right to criticize the finer points of all this, but to go to a one, one federal consumption tax Is really a vast improvement over what we currently have and imagine abolishment of the IRS and the ramifications that will have on the economy that all of us don't end up spending months out of the year dealing with our taxes.
02:43:42.000 No, I hear you.
02:43:43.000 Let's go to some phone calls.
02:43:44.000 Former New Mexico Governor Gary Johnson's our guest.
02:43:46.000 He's the Libertarian Presidential Candidate 2012.
02:43:51.000 GaryJohnson2012.com.
02:43:53.000 Or you can do the big boy thing and support Mitt Romney or Obama.
02:43:57.000 You can grow up, like one editorialist said, of people that wouldn't compromise.
02:44:02.000 Folks, compromising has gotten us here.
02:44:05.000 And if it was real compromise, I might be for compromise occasionally.
02:44:09.000 But all we hear is compromise, compromise, like Gary was saying.
02:44:13.000 Work together.
02:44:14.000 No, that means you give up ground to big government regulations, Nanny State.
02:44:19.000 That was my last question.
02:44:20.000 I promise we're going to calls, Governor.
02:44:21.000 What is your take on the orgy of Nanny State?
02:44:24.000 Dogs have got to be in seatbelts or have licenses for a paddleboard in Minnesota.
02:44:29.000 Jesse Ventura's in Forbes talking about that.
02:44:31.000 Talked about it two days ago here, Governor Ventura.
02:44:34.000 We've got can't have popcorn, want to ban milk products in New York.
02:44:38.000 Banning soft drinks, I mean... So, hopefully I'm speaking the obvious here.
02:44:45.000 Bloomberg comes out, talks about sodas, and the fact that they're unhealthy.
02:44:49.000 Drinking a soda over 16 ounces.
02:44:52.000 Well, he's absolutely right!
02:44:54.000 But he's gonna make this government policy.
02:44:56.000 Okay, so let's just look at this for a second.
02:44:58.000 He makes this government policy.
02:45:00.000 He makes it a law.
02:45:01.000 You can't sell sodas over 16 ounces.
02:45:05.000 You just buy two 12-ouncers.
02:45:07.000 You just buy two 12-ouncers.
02:45:09.000 But the point is, let's say he implements this.
02:45:11.000 It's very, you know what, it brings about awareness.
02:45:14.000 People actually do get healthier.
02:45:16.000 They're able to measure this somehow.
02:45:18.000 But that's Bloomberg.
02:45:20.000 He puts it into play.
02:45:22.000 But then his successor, because it actually is showing, and I don't think it That would have anything to do with his law.
02:45:28.000 It would just have to do with the awareness that went along with it.
02:45:32.000 But then his successor comes along and criminalizes a 32-ounce container.
02:45:37.000 Criminalizes activities that otherwise wouldn't be criminal.
02:45:41.000 You know, this buckling up the dog.
02:45:45.000 The fine for not buckling up your dog is higher than the fine for not buckling up your child.
02:45:51.000 That's where it goes to.
02:45:51.000 Exactly.
02:45:52.000 It isn't the initial thought.
02:45:54.000 The initial thought is well intended and it really does have a basis in better human behavior, healthier human behavior.
02:46:03.000 Yeah, but you can't have the government telling you what size drink you can have.
02:46:08.000 Exactly, because the ramifications of this is you end up criminalizing the 32-ounce container.
02:46:15.000 And then you end up with a bureaucracy that's going to roam the streets to make sure that, oh, there's somebody with a really big cup.
02:46:22.000 Is there water in the cup or is there coke in the cup?
02:46:25.000 Absolutely, Governor.
02:46:26.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
02:46:26.000 No, it's going to give the police total excuses to get involved in our lives.
02:46:30.000 It's a nightmare.
02:46:31.000 Let's talk to... There's so many callers here.
02:46:34.000 Let's talk to Keith in Pennsylvania.
02:46:37.000 You're on the air with Governor Johnson.
02:46:38.000 Go ahead.
02:46:39.000 Hey guys, Dylan.
02:46:41.000 Real quick, I wanted to let you know how I woke up.
02:46:43.000 I was laid off from my job in 2009, and I all of a sudden had all this time on my hands to do research and find things out, and it also led me to a hobby of mine which turned into my career of playing poker online, and that's how I made my living.
02:46:56.000 I'm sure you guys are aware of everything that's going on with that now.
02:46:59.000 So I was just curious to know where Gary Johnson stands on, you know, me being able to make a living with online poker.
02:47:05.000 Yeah, where are you on online gaming, sir?
02:47:09.000 Well, I reached out to the poker players, this was well over a year ago, and said this is crazy.
02:47:19.000 This should be a U.S.
02:47:21.000 enterprise.
02:47:23.000 And that the government bans it, and then so all poker players have to play poker online with offshore enterprises dictating it.
02:47:35.000 Well, then the Justice Department cracks down on that.
02:47:39.000 What we've done is we've taken away 10 million Americans' passion for playing poker online, and we've taken that away.
02:47:48.000 We're going to allow them to go into a casino, though, where they have to lose hundreds of dollars.
02:47:52.000 Well, that's what it's about.
02:47:53.000 It's about going and doing rigged slot machines instead of having fun playing poker.
02:47:57.000 And it's the same Justice Department caught shipping guns into Mexico to blame the Second Amendment.
02:48:02.000 Thank you, caller.
02:48:03.000 Governor, what's your take?
02:48:05.000 And then here's another thing.
02:48:06.000 Alright, I'm a mountain biker.
02:48:08.000 That's my passion.
02:48:09.000 So I am riding my mountain bike on public trails that are now being subject to being closed to my mountain bike.
02:48:16.000 But horses are allowed on those same trails.
02:48:20.000 Horse excrement okay, but mountain bike tires not okay.
02:48:23.000 That's the government, and this is online poker.
02:48:27.000 Look, online poker.
02:48:28.000 I should be able to play poker in this country, and I should be able to play poker in this country on a site that's owned by Americans generating tens of thousands of jobs nationwide to To accommodate the demand that goes along with online poker, but no!
02:48:44.000 I can't do that, but I can go into a casino and don't you know that the basis of all that legislation was the special interests, the casino interests.
02:48:52.000 Of course, it's the real mafia not wanting you to be able to play poker with somebody.
02:48:56.000 Amazing.
02:48:57.000 Let's talk to Steve in Michigan on water fluoridation.
02:49:00.000 Go ahead, Steve.
02:49:05.000 Steve in Michigan, you're on the air with Gary Johnson.
02:49:07.000 Do you have a water fluoridation question?
02:49:11.000 I really wanted to hear that question.
02:49:12.000 I can hear the guy breathing.
02:49:13.000 We'll put him on hold.
02:49:15.000 Kevin, you're on the air with Governor Gary Johnson.
02:49:19.000 Go ahead.
02:49:20.000 Thank you, Alex.
02:49:22.000 I'm a former proud liberal Democrat who in 2008 became a Ron Paul supporter.
02:49:28.000 Big government was being used.
02:49:29.000 I felt the money was never getting to where it was promised.
02:49:34.000 You know, I really responded to Ron Paul's answer to corruption.
02:49:38.000 I've supported him in 2012.
02:49:40.000 I do not feel any anguish about the, you know, Rand Paul endorsing that he can do what he wants.
02:49:47.000 I feel grateful that we have a Libertarian candidate that's on the ballot in all 50 states.
02:49:53.000 I'm hopeful that the other people, Libertarians and Constitutionalists, join and can switch over en masse and support Johnson's campaign.
02:50:04.000 It would be just as if Ron Paul did switch over and do the third party.
02:50:08.000 Yeah, we need to turbo charge that and really work to make sure he gets coverage.
02:50:12.000 Thank you so much.
02:50:13.000 Governor Johnson comments on what he just said.
02:50:16.000 Oh, just right on.
02:50:20.000 Getting on today, all I'm asking is, give me a look.
02:50:23.000 Gary Johnson 2012.
02:50:24.000 Give me a look.
02:50:25.000 See if anything that I have done suggests that I am anything about big government, if I am anything about taking away civil liberties.
02:50:34.000 Arguably, I've done a better job of someone who's been in office of taking these interests on than anybody else, and that's what I'm putting myself out there as.
02:50:45.000 Well, you certainly did what you said you would do as governor, even though I disagree with you on a few issues.
02:50:51.000 The fact that you do what you say you're going to do, I mean, that is such a rare political resource that I'm going to support you.
02:50:59.000 I'm not going to support Mitt Romney.

02:54:48.000 Okay, Stephen Michigan, you were away from the phone, but I want to hear your fluoridation question.
02:54:53.000 Go ahead for Gary Johnson.
02:54:54.000 You're on the air with the governor.
02:54:56.000 Hey, Gary.
02:54:58.000 First of all, I want to say I know you mean well and you have an acute understanding of fiscal policy and the financial debacle we face as a nation.
02:55:05.000 However, when you visited Michigan State University last year, you were hosted by the Young Americans for Liberty student organization, and I asked you a couple questions.
02:55:13.000 One had to deal with Fluoridation and municipal water supplies, to which you responded without hesitation, shrugging your shoulders, saying, well, my dentist said it's good, so it can't be that bad.
02:55:23.000 And then I'll also ask you about Janet Napolitano's See Something, Say Something campaign, to which you kind of likened it to a neighborhood watch, and you said, maybe it's not a bad thing.
02:55:33.000 I know you're not a bad guy, but I want to hear your rebuttal, maybe flesh it out, what you meant by that.
02:55:36.000 Okay, thank you, caller.
02:55:38.000 Yeah, the issue of See Something Say Something, let's take that first.
02:55:41.000 Their point is they want to get us all tattletailing on each other and it creates this fear that terrorists are hiding under the table.
02:55:49.000 Well, look, if See Something Say Something is reporting to the authorities that your parents are smoking pot and then your parents end up in jail, which is, we've seen instances of this All the time.
02:56:06.000 No, that's not a good thing.
02:56:07.000 So Steve, I really always want to be honest and forthright and see something, say something in terms of no TSA, in terms of no Homeland Security.
02:56:24.000 And gee, if you really do see something, that you should report it.
02:56:29.000 Exactly!
02:56:29.000 I mean, if I see somebody doing something illegal, I will call the police or do something myself.
02:56:33.000 You're for getting rid of Homeland Security!
02:56:35.000 I mean, you said that before he came on!
02:56:37.000 Well, so my point is that this is the kind of thing, without government, this is the kind of a thing that we can rely on.
02:56:46.000 Fluoridation.
02:56:47.000 Look, I don't want to make it a federal government program to fluoridate the water, but if your city's fluoridating the water and it's something that you're absolutely opposed to, then that's where that issue should reside.
02:57:01.000 Not certainly with the federal government.
02:57:03.000 Sure, I think those are good answers, and we can further educate you on those things real fast.
02:57:07.000 Let's talk to Dan in New Mexico.
02:57:09.000 Last caller we have time for.
02:57:10.000 Sorry to the other callers.
02:57:11.000 Dan, go ahead.
02:57:13.000 Hello, Governor Johnson.
02:57:15.000 Colin from Albuquerque here, and we definitely support you.
02:57:19.000 Definitely, no doubt about it, here in Vantana Ranch.
02:57:22.000 I got my sign up.
02:57:24.000 A couple things.
02:57:26.000 First is, I'd like you to address How you would get homeschoolers better supported.
02:57:33.000 Only got about a minute and a half.
02:57:34.000 Okay, homeschoolers, what else?
02:57:37.000 And number two is that I do think that you can win.
02:57:40.000 I think it's a money issue.
02:57:42.000 I'd like to help with that.
02:57:44.000 I'd like to call the Utah office.
02:57:46.000 Can you give me a name to talk to?
02:57:50.000 Get online.
02:57:50.000 GaryJohnson2012.com.
02:57:53.000 Talk to Grant.
02:57:54.000 Okay, thank you.
02:57:54.000 We got a job, but folks, even if he...
02:57:59.000 The point of supporting is to get the word out.
02:58:00.000 Bottom line, you only lose by not trying.
02:58:03.000 Governor, real quick, what's your view on homeschooling and the assaults on that?
02:58:08.000 Well, I'm an absolute supporter of homeschooling, so when it comes to the federal government, and what should the federal government do regarding education?
02:58:15.000 Abolish the Federal Department of Education.
02:58:17.000 Give all this back to the states.
02:58:19.000 50 laboratories of innovation and best practice, and that's exactly what we'll have.
02:58:24.000 Get the federal government out of education.
02:58:26.000 Established in 1978.
02:58:27.000 Look at educational performance from 1978 to now.
02:58:30.000 It's gone straight down.
02:58:32.000 Governor?
02:58:32.000 Nothing to suggest value added.
02:58:34.000 Absolutely.
02:58:35.000 Candidate for president.
02:58:36.000 Thank you so much, Gary Johnson.
