00:09:29.000 It's now a privilege, they say, to repeal the Second Amendment, whether you even keep the guns.

00:09:33.000 And she says that the bill is open-ended, where at their discretion, most guns are banned.

00:09:46.000 And then they say, well, we'll decide.

00:09:48.000 The bill will give us the power to order them just turned in in a forced buyback.
