00:07:34.000 He talked about that in Iowa and now a lot of people are talking about that.

00:07:37.000 A lot of them are very skillfully avoiding mentioning InfoWars.

00:07:42.000 Some of them do, like The Daily Caller.

00:07:46.000 We're going to talk about his comments and I want to talk a little bit about what the real solution might be.

00:08:18.000 The person who reportedly committed suicide after being arrested for a very minor traffic offense, not using her turn signal.

00:09:06.000 And so this cop was very intent on getting her out of the car.

00:09:11.000 She was arrested.

00:09:12.000 She spent three days in jail.

00:09:14.000 Then they said she committed suicide by hanging herself with some garbage bags tied together.

00:09:19.000 That looks suspicious enough.

00:09:21.000 Now it gets even more suspicious.

00:09:22.000 To try to cover this up, because a lot of people are not buying that story.

00:09:26.000 It doesn't sound very plausible.

00:09:28.000 Now they come up with something else to try to make it sound More plausible, but it does just the opposite.

00:09:34.000 Now they're telling us that it is some kind of a reefer madness that caused her to commit suicide.

00:09:39.000 They say that she had a massive amount of marijuana that she smoked in jail.

00:09:45.000 Remember, she's been there three days.

00:09:48.000 They admitted her into jail.

00:09:50.000 She didn't come into the jail with the marijuana.

00:09:52.000 They would have checked her for that.

00:09:54.000 But she's been there three days, then she hangs herself, then they say she's consumed a massive amount of marijuana just before she hung herself.

00:10:03.000 How does that get them off the hook?

00:10:06.000 I really don't understand.

00:10:07.000 They say, looking at the autopsy results and toxicology, it appears that she swallowed a large quantity of marijuana or smoked it in jail.

00:10:14.000 And they didn't happen to notice either of those things.

00:10:18.000 You know, stuff like this does happen in jail.

00:10:21.000 It, I think, underscores that we cannot stop drug use by incarcerating people.

00:10:28.000 We have a lot of people in federal prison who die of drug overdoses every year because you can't stop people from using it.

00:10:36.000 Even if you lock them up.

00:10:37.000 So what kind of a society are we creating for ourselves when we try to stop drug use, when we try to stop vice by use of a militarized police force?

00:10:47.000 It simply doesn't work.

00:10:49.000 But I don't believe that's the situation in this particular case.

00:10:52.000 They say, and this is the report from Mint Press in terms of summarizing it, they say the officer seemed to be more interested in searching Bland and her vehicle.

00:11:01.000 He indicated he would let her go with a warning, but he wanted her out of her vehicle to do a search.

00:11:06.000 Things turned ugly when she asserted her rights and refused to consent to the search or to put out her cigarette.

00:11:12.000 You do have a right to refuse a search.

00:11:16.000 When you're pulled over, you are under arrest.

00:11:18.000 You're under custodial arrest.

00:11:20.000 That has been proven over and over again and ruled on by the courts.

00:11:25.000 I know that when we got arrested at AP Hill, Joe Biggs and I, the guy cynically said, no, no, you're not under arrest.

00:11:32.000 And so we're free to go.

00:11:33.000 No, you can't go.

00:11:35.000 They know that.

00:11:36.000 They won't call it an arrest.

00:11:37.000 They'll play semantic games with you.

00:11:39.000 But this is absolutely amazing that they would now try to push this.

00:11:47.000 But we're seeing this happen everywhere.

00:11:49.000 Even when they prosecute police officers for excessive force, for wrongful death, they get a slap on the wrist.

00:12:03.000 Police Department officer sentenced to beating a handcuffed woman who later died.

00:12:09.000 She gets off with 20 months.

00:12:12.000 20 months.

00:12:14.000 Which means that she's only going to serve 16 months in county jail.

00:12:17.000 She's going to get credit for three months that she's already been in jail.

00:12:22.000 She kicked, she shoved, she beat a woman who was handcuffed.

00:12:27.000 And that's all she's going to get.

00:12:29.000 Undercover of law.

00:12:31.000 Why do we allow that to happen?

00:12:35.000 Changing gears quickly here, getting on to the presidential campaigns.

00:12:38.000 Bernie Sanders, of course, is one of these candidates who's been rising in the polls because compared to Hillary Clinton, he looks very authentic.

00:12:45.000 He looks, he comes across as a very genuine, authentic guy.

00:12:51.000 He's demanding $15 per hour minimum wage.

00:12:54.000 He's just introduced a bill to do that, yet he pays his own interns $12 an hour.

00:12:59.000 So you're going to make it a law, but you're not going to do that.

00:13:05.000 It's simply perception for all these folks that are doing this.

00:13:09.000 Hillary Clinton, of course, had a press conference where she's Talking about the newest report from the Inspector General looking at whether or not she was sending classified emails from her personal account.

00:13:24.000 And she said, I am confident that I never sent or received any information that was classified at the time it was sent and received.

00:13:33.000 I heard her say this going past the mainstream monitors we have throughout the Infowars area here.

00:13:41.000 I heard her saying that and it was just deja vu all over again.

00:13:46.000 It was Bill Clinton saying, I did not have text with those people.

00:13:52.000 No textual relations here whatsoever.

00:13:55.000 So she's saying, and again, parsing the semantics of all of this.

00:22:41.000 Look, let's put that in perspective as well with whistleblowers.

00:22:46.000 Who has defended Ed Snowden.

00:22:48.000 She defended many of the NSA whistleblowers like Thomas Drake and others.

00:22:52.000 She might have been the lawyer for William Binney.

00:22:54.000 She was a whistleblower herself.

00:22:57.000 So she knows what's going on with the whistleblowers in terms of classified documents and otherwise.

00:23:04.000 This is what she tweeted out.

00:23:06.000 She says the government says that Hillary Clinton's emails have classified data on them.

00:23:10.000 But she says that they were classified after the fact.

00:23:16.000 Now, whistleblowers have been prosecuted in both scenarios, she points out.

00:23:23.000 They've been prosecuted for releasing information that was classified before they released it.

00:23:27.000 They have been prosecuted for information that was classified after they released it.

00:23:32.000 That's what they did to Thomas Drake.

00:23:35.000 They took some very innocuous documents that didn't need to be classified.

00:23:39.000 They weren't classified when he took them.

00:23:42.000 They found them.

00:23:42.000 He wasn't even releasing them to anyone.

00:23:44.000 They found them in his apartment and said, you are in possession of classified documents.

00:23:49.000 Of course, that whole prosecution collapsed.

00:23:51.000 But that is what the government did to whistleblowers.

00:23:55.000 So, you know, that doesn't necessarily put her off the hook.

00:23:59.000 And right now, with 10% of the emails that have been reviewed showing that they were classified, doesn't look too good for Hillary Clinton at this point.

00:24:07.000 Although, I don't think it's really going to hurt her in terms of incarceration or in terms of charges brought against her.

00:24:15.000 Because it appears that no matter what these people do, they never go to jail.

00:24:26.000 This is a judicial watch showing that they went after the donor lists of tax-exempt organizations.

00:24:34.000 They went after the people who had donated to these organizations, these conservative groups, and then they targeted them with audits.

00:24:46.000 They say on Monday, this has all come out in the last week, last Monday we learned that the IRS phone system has hung up on 8.8 million callers who are looking for help with their taxes.

00:25:02.000 These are people who are calling up saying, why are you making these demands on me?

00:25:07.000 I don't owe this money.

00:25:09.000 I need clarification for what these demands are.

00:25:12.000 And the IRS just hangs up on them.

00:25:14.000 The IRS talks about how they have fired their customer service representatives.

00:25:19.000 If you want to call them customer service, that's a pretty cynical way to put it.

00:25:22.000 But they have fired them to reduce costs.

00:25:24.000 They say, meanwhile, hiring 17,000 new IRS agents for Obamacare.

00:25:30.000 That brings us to revelation number two last week.

00:25:33.000 We also learned that the IRS has been levying outrageous fines on businesses that reimburse their employees for health insurance.

00:25:40.000 Fines that are 12 times larger than the statutory limit written in the Affordable Care Act, in Obamacare.

00:25:50.000 Okay, so they put fines in Obamacare, and the IRS comes along and says, Well, I don't think we need any stinking laws.

00:25:57.000 We're just going to find people twelve times what the law says.

00:26:04.000 See, it's not about revenue.

00:26:09.000 The IRS has been used by virtually every president against their political enemies.

00:27:03.000 They have obtained documents that prove the IRS used donor lists of tax-exempt organizations to target them with audits.

00:27:11.000 They were largely conservative organizations that were opposed to Obama.

00:27:15.000 The IRS attempted to issue a gift tax of 35% on these donors despite the fact that a gift tax on donations was ruled unconstitutional by the Supreme Court and hasn't been used since 1982.

00:27:34.000 First, we learned last week that they go in and they impose fines on companies that are 12 times higher than the Obamacare Act allows.

00:34:08.000 And there's a lot of questions about the money that is being handed around the scene, being given by ALEC and these other organizations.

00:34:16.000 And of course, that's the way these massive trade treaties that are being negotiated in secret are being handled as well.

00:34:21.000 They're being written by the corporate lawyers.

00:34:24.000 Once they get that written, they're going to hand it to the legislators and just tell them to sign on the bottom line.

00:34:31.000 We see this happening over and over again.

00:34:34.000 But there's a massive concern.

00:34:37.000 And rightful concern about what's going on in immigration in this country.

00:34:40.000 And Donald Trump's meteoric rise in the polls is a reflection of that.

00:34:45.000 We're seeing a situation, look at some of these headlines.

00:34:48.000 Illegal immigrant victims' mothers, we're at war right here in this country.

00:34:51.000 Of course, we've seen the many people, the parents going to these congressional hearings talking about how their family members were killed by illegal immigrants who are basically part of a catch and release program that's been created by the federal government.

00:35:04.000 Violent criminals who are not incarcerated, who are, even if they are deported, they are brought back in very quickly.

00:35:10.000 Illegal alien crime wave in Texas.

00:35:13.000 611,234 crimes, 2,993 murders.

00:35:18.000 This is from 2008 to 2014.

00:35:20.000 It includes thousands of homicides, sexual assaults.

00:35:24.000 They say a total of 177,588 unique criminal alien defendants.

00:35:31.000 These are people who had already been fingerprinted.

00:35:34.000 I went to a meeting of the Secure Communities Initiative.

00:35:39.000 This wasn't really a meeting of that, but it was a meeting of the Democrat Party that was angry.

00:35:45.000 They wanted to get that repealed here in the Austin area.

00:35:49.000 They were angry with the county sheriff, who is a black Democrat.

00:35:53.000 They told him, you're in the wrong party if you're going to enforce this Secure Communities Initiative.

00:36:00.000 What that was done for was to identify people who had previously been in the system as criminals, people they had fingerprints for, to single them out, to turn them over to immigration.

00:36:10.000 They didn't want to see that happen.

00:36:13.000 And so basically what it turns into is a catch-and-release program.

00:36:16.000 Obama administration plans more executive action on immigration.

00:36:16.000 Look at this.

00:36:21.000 They say the Obama administration is moving forward with plans to expand a waiver program that will allow additional illegal aliens to remain in the country rather than apply for legal status from abroad.

00:36:32.000 Another article, Obama shielding 80% of the nation's illegals from deportation.

00:36:38.000 Another one, Obama administration strips requirement to defend the United States from the citizenship oath.

00:36:44.000 One more, a mother of a son murdered by illegal aliens slams the sanctuary cities and politicians and says, your silence speaks volumes.

00:36:54.000 So with all of this, With the silence of the Democrats, the people telling us it's not a problem, it's a good thing that we have open borders, Donald Trump comes in and states the obvious.

00:37:05.000 It is a problem.

00:37:06.000 It's a problem that the Republicans aren't doing anything about, the Democrats aren't doing anything about.

00:37:10.000 What really is the problem?

00:37:12.000 I mean, when you look at a massive influx of people that we don't have any control over, It's going to raise unemployment, it's going to lower wages, whether it's legal or illegal immigration, if we have no control over who comes through our borders and the number of people that come through our borders.

00:37:29.000 Look at what just happened in Disney.

00:37:32.000 They brought in Indian workers under a visa program that was originally set up so that tech companies could bring in people who had specialized skills that they couldn't find in the United States.

00:37:44.000 But these were just customer service representatives.

00:37:47.000 These were low-level, white-collar jobs.

00:37:49.000 Nevertheless, they were able to get the Indian people that they brought in at a much cheaper rate than they could the Americans.

00:37:55.000 They told the Americans, train your replacements, and then they fired them.

00:38:02.000 What we don't understand is that every country, and we've mentioned this many times here at InfoWars, Alex has talked about it, you can't go to any other country and just say, I want to live here, I want to be provided for, I want to be given free healthcare, I want free education, I want housing, I want food stamps, whatever.

00:38:18.000 You can't do that in any other country.

00:38:21.000 I remember 20 plus years ago, I was looking at leaving this country.

00:38:24.000 I was looking at Belize.

00:38:26.000 I was looking at New Zealand.

00:38:28.000 Even in Belize, I would have to go in with $25,000 per person to get citizenship there.

00:38:35.000 Every other country, especially countries like Switzerland, you have to have a certain amount of wealth to provide for yourself, for your family.

00:38:42.000 You have to show that you have income, show that you have a job, but not here.

00:38:50.000 Now, I don't want to see some kind of a Berlin Wall erected at the borders.

00:38:56.000 Because understand that in East Germany, that Berlin Wall was not there to stop people immigrating into East Germany.

00:39:08.000 But we also have a situation here in America where immigrants, even illegal immigrants, are treated better than citizens.

00:39:15.000 For example, in-state tuition.

00:39:18.000 An American citizen can only get in-state tuition in the state in which they live.

00:39:22.000 Not so with an alien.

00:39:24.000 They can get in-state tuition anywhere.

00:39:27.000 They get treated differently, as we pointed out, with the sanctuary cities, with the communities that don't want to participate in secure communities or whatever.

00:39:35.000 They get this catch-and-release system.

00:39:38.000 They're essentially treated as if they've got diplomatic immunity.

00:39:42.000 Why can't U.S.

00:39:43.000 citizens be treated at least as well as immigrants?

00:39:48.000 Why can't we get equal protection under the law from our own government?

00:39:52.000 Of course they're not doing that.

00:39:53.000 At the same time, we see the government looking the other way with violent criminals who come into this country.

00:40:00.000 They are lowering the hammer on us with every kind of regulation, with every kind of inspection, using the Border Patrol, not at the border, but hundreds of miles inside the country to harass people that are obviously not coming into the country illegally.

00:40:18.000 So basically, Donald Trump kind of goes Howard Beale on this whole problem, okay?

00:40:24.000 He goes to the window and he shouts he's mad as hell and he's not going to take it anymore.

00:40:28.000 And he's got a lot of people who are following him on that.

00:59:46.000 We've had the House pass a bill that would block states from requiring GMO labeling on food.

00:59:51.000 Now, there's already two states that have passed that law, and this would essentially override those bills.

00:59:59.000 I see a big constitutional problem with it.

01:00:01.000 Of course, it's not become law yet.

01:00:02.000 It still has to go through the Senate.

01:00:06.000 275 to 150, they passed the Safe and Accurate Food Labeling Act of 2015.

01:00:12.000 How is it accurate when they prohibit you from knowing everything that's in your food?

01:00:17.000 There's over 3,000 ingredients that are required to be labeled by the FDA.

01:00:23.000 If somebody puts a particular ingredient, they have a list of 3,000 of them.

01:00:27.000 If that ingredient is on that list, that's from the FDA, you have to say that that ingredient is in your food.

01:00:34.000 Of course, they're saying you're not going to be able to afford to eat if we have to change these labels.

01:00:40.000 Is that really credible?

01:00:42.000 That is something that we've seen coming out of the Coalition for Safe and Affordable Food.

01:00:46.000 They said that this is going to increase $500 a year, your food cost, if these labels were to go through.

01:00:55.000 And of course, as Blacklisted News points out, this is a lie that's been debunked over and over again.

01:01:01.000 This is something that came out from the Council for Biotech Information.

01:01:05.000 Monsanto and the other trade organizations that create genetically modified organisms are part of that.

01:01:13.000 Look, we have a lot of different ingredients, like I just said, that are listed on your food.

01:01:18.000 You're free to look at that.

01:01:20.000 You're free to consider those ingredients.

01:01:22.000 You're free to ignore them.

01:01:23.000 You're free to just blissfully choose it because you like the color of the label and you don't care at all what's in it.

01:01:31.000 We have the thing called free choice, especially in grocery stores.

01:01:35.000 But there are people who want to know.

01:01:38.000 People who are very concerned.

01:01:39.000 And we all, as consumers, have a right to know.

01:01:42.000 The principle is called informed consent.

01:01:45.000 But of course, that's something they don't really care about much anymore, is it?

01:01:49.000 When you've got state governments like California telling people that we're going to mandate vaccines for you, for your children, and we don't really care whether you agree with this or not.

01:02:00.000 We're not going to let you be informed about this, and we certainly don't care about your consent.

01:02:05.000 And that's precisely what we're seeing here.

01:02:08.000 As I've said before, we've seen the corporate model getting control of politicians and government so that they could create regulations for their smaller competitors to drive them out of business.

01:02:20.000 That's been the anti-competitive model for a very long time.

01:02:24.000 It's been a huge part of crony capitalism.

01:02:26.000 You can see it even in the banking industry.

01:02:28.000 Look at the act that was put together by Dodd and Frank.

01:02:31.000 The Dodd-Frank bill basically created so many regulatory requirements that small banks everywhere are having to stop, cannot any longer write loans about homes or many business loans.

01:02:44.000 They're having to get out of that business because they can't afford to comply with the massive amounts of regulation, reporting, and forms that are required.

01:02:53.000 By this so-called Reform Act.

01:02:56.000 So once they get out, once they no longer have the competition from the smaller banks or whatever the industry is, then the big guys who got the legislation put in there to start with can come back and they can get that regulation removed so it no longer costs them any money.

01:03:13.000 That's been the model for a very long time, but now the model is To keep you in the dark.

01:03:18.000 To not let you know what the new trade treaties are about.

01:03:20.000 To not let you know what's going in your food.

01:03:23.000 And to tell you that even if you do know, you're going to be forced to get that.

01:03:28.000 You're going to be forced to buy the insurance.

01:03:30.000 You're going to be forced to buy affordable health care.

01:03:33.000 Just like you're going to be forced to buy food that doesn't have accurate food labeling information on it.

01:03:40.000 They call it the Safe and Accurate Food Labeling Act when they deny states requiring that they accurately label what's on there.

01:03:50.000 That's the pattern.

01:03:51.000 That's the pattern we've seen from our government for a very long time.

01:03:54.000 That's why activists are calling it the Dark Act.

01:03:57.000 But now, the pattern is for the corporations to use government to hold a gun to your head, to force you to buy products that you don't want, that aren't safe, that you can't afford.

01:06:54.000 And it's been passed in a couple of states, so what they decided to do was to fight that at the national level.

01:07:02.000 That's a huge part of the secret trade agreements, the transatlantic, the transpacific trade agreements.

01:07:08.000 Those are also going to shut down the idea that anyone should know if there's genetically modified organisms in their food.

01:07:19.000 Well, you need to understand what genetically modified organisms are, educate yourself, but we should all have the ability and the right to know what is in our food.

01:07:30.000 And we should all be very concerned about genetic modified organisms, what we have already seen from these organisms in terms of studies from other countries.

01:07:41.000 We saw the study in France where they showed the Rats, the mice with tumors all over their bodies just feeding them genetically modified food for a short period of time.

01:07:53.000 That study was redone by Monsanto and they shortened it up to an extremely short period of time and said, look, Our mice didn't get those tumors because they ran it a fraction of the time that the French study did.

01:08:05.000 So you can always find somebody that you can pay to do a study to prove that your product is safe, but we have a right to know what is in our food.

01:08:16.000 But not when you've got the government that is for sale.

01:08:19.000 Not when you have congressmen who can easily be bought off by Monsanto, by the Koch Brothers.

01:08:25.000 Again, one of these articles has pointed out that Koch Brothers only had to pay $299,000 to block labeling of genetically modified food.

01:08:33.000 That's an article from Zero Hedge.

01:08:36.000 They point out that the guy who took, they have one particular congressman just like Senator Pan in California took the lead for pushing through the mandatory vaccinations of children there.

01:08:48.000 The guy that's doing this to push through genetically modified Foods without anybody knowing what's in it is a guy by the name of Mike Pompeo from Kansas, a Republican.

01:09:00.000 And it didn't cost them too much to get this through.

01:09:02.000 They have paid $67 million to fight labeling laws all across this country at the state level.

01:09:10.000 But even places where it has been won now, they decide they'll go to the next higher level and shut this down.

01:09:17.000 Now, you have to ask yourself when you see this, when you see that you're not going to be allowed to know what's in your food, it's very interesting to see this in direct contradiction to what the government wants to know about you, which is everything.

01:09:34.000 And we can see this with another bill that unanimously passed committee.

01:09:37.000 This is a bill that would allow Homeland Security to create yet another department.

01:09:44.000 This one, I guess we could call this the Pre-Crime Department.

01:09:47.000 This is going to be the Countering Violent Extremism Department, the CVE.

01:09:54.000 It's going to be funded under FEMA, which of course is under Homeland Security.

01:09:59.000 Very worrying when you look at the fact that this new department is going to be identifying people who have the potential to be violent extremists.

01:10:09.000 They haven't committed an act.

01:10:11.000 This is equivalent to identifying people, as we pointed out before with Jade Helm, human domain analytics, activity-based intelligence, geospatial intelligence, all these different technologies that will mine all of the information that they're getting about everyone, about every group.

01:10:28.000 Putting this together, then running it through their artificial intelligence to see who pops up out of their database.

01:10:36.000 A very, very dangerous idea, if ever there was one.

01:10:40.000 Many people have been concerned about the potential of profiling to falsely identify people of different groups.

01:10:49.000 Understand that this is about religious groups, it's about political groups, it's about racial groups, this is about every kind of profiling you can imagine.

01:11:16.000 That comes at the same time we've heard Wesley Clark Floating the trial balloon saying that we need to identify people who are going to be maybe looking at social media, looking at young people who are alienated because of their job, because of their love life, maybe because they're just not happy.

01:11:40.000 You need to understand where this is going because at the same time that came out, we see this bill that passed the House Committee unanimously and is now going to the full House.

01:11:50.000 This will fund efforts by FEMA to identify people, to propagandize people.

01:11:56.000 This is an all-out propaganda campaign.

01:11:58.000 Remember, it was just a couple years ago that our government removed the prohibitions from Radio Free Europe and Voice of America.

01:12:07.000 They were never allowed to operate in the United States.

01:12:10.000 That was the term of their creation.

01:12:12.000 They were not going to be allowed to propagandize the American people on behalf of the government.

01:12:17.000 But of course we had things like NPR.

01:12:19.000 We had things like ABC, CBS.

01:12:22.000 NBC people who would when Obama was pushing through Obamacare, they would report every day.

01:12:28.000 Remember how they did that every day from the White House?

01:12:30.000 And when the Republicans said, hey, we would like to have some equal time to push back against what Obama is promoting with Obamacare.

01:12:36.000 They said, no, we're not going to give you equal time.

01:12:38.000 They said, fine, sell us some equal time.

01:12:40.000 Said we're not even going to sell you equal time.

01:12:42.000 So, yeah, there's been a lot of propaganda, but now it is getting much more in your face.

01:12:47.000 I mean, this is getting to the point of Orwell's Ministry of Truth.

01:12:51.000 They're now creating this new department under Homeland Security, under FEMA, called Countering Violent Extremism.

01:12:59.000 They're going to identify people through social media, through other methods, that they think might become radicalized and violent.

01:13:07.000 And then they're going to, uh, who knows what they're going to do.

01:13:11.000 Perhaps they're going to inter them.

01:13:12.000 That's certainly what Wesley Clark proposed.

01:13:15.000 Remember, he said at the time, he said, if in World War II someone supported the Nazis at the expense of the U.S., we didn't say that was freedom of speech.

01:13:23.000 We put them in a camp.

01:13:25.000 No, actually you were locking people up because of the group that they belong to, because they were Japanese Americans.

01:13:32.000 It wasn't that they were speaking out in favor of the Nazis.

01:13:35.000 They didn't lock up Charles Lindbergh.

01:13:36.000 They didn't lock up the royal family for speaking out in favor of eugenicism or the Aryan race or saying that Hitler made the trains run on time.

01:13:44.000 They didn't lock people up for that.

01:13:45.000 They locked people up because they were German, because they were Japanese ancestry.

01:13:51.000 Of course, spies were always locked up.

01:13:52.000 People who created acts of terrorism, of violence, of sabotage, they were always locked up.

01:20:21.000 Well, of course, it reminds me of every election when the Democrats and the Republicans say that they're going to cut somebody's benefit or they're going to raise somebody's taxes.

01:20:31.000 Everybody believes that it's going to be a different group than them.

01:20:35.000 They don't think that they're going to get their benefits cut or their taxes raised.

01:20:38.000 They think it's going to be someone else.

01:20:40.000 And that's kind of the same thing we see happening with this.

01:20:42.000 Everybody here is violent extremists, and so many people want to believe, well, okay, that's the jihadis.

01:20:47.000 That's people like that guy that shot up the recruitment stations.

01:20:51.000 Did you notice how they pushed back against that?

01:20:54.000 Did you notice how they refused to label him as a terrorist?

01:20:58.000 Did you notice that they came up with every excuse they could to avoid the connections of Mohammed and a guy who was very troubled.

01:21:07.000 You can see his If you want to look and mine the database on social media, you could very easily do that and see that he had a chip on his shoulder about the way that he was treated.

01:21:20.000 He specifically targeted not one, but two different recruitment areas.

01:21:42.000 They have to come up with some phony baloney thing that his parents were concerned that he was doing a lot of drugs and prescription drugs, marijuana and alcohol.

01:21:54.000 The marijuana and alcohol aren't going to make you do that.

01:21:58.000 He knew precisely what he was doing.

01:21:59.000 It wasn't that he went crazy and just started shooting randomly in some area because he was hyped up on some SSRI drug.

01:22:15.000 So, but a lot of people look at this and they say, well, of course, you know, violent extremists, yeah, we need to stop that.

01:22:22.000 Understand, that is not the way Mike McCaul and Barack Obama are going to use this legislation.

01:22:29.000 And this legislation has passed unanimously in the House committee.

01:22:32.000 It is now going to go to the full House.

01:22:34.000 And it has broad bipartisan support.

01:22:39.000 They say, who are these violent extremists that Obama and Mike McCaul, Republican, keep talking about?

01:22:44.000 Well, are they actually islamicists?

01:22:47.000 Okay, like the guy that shot things up in Tennessee?

01:22:50.000 They're Americans, perhaps, who support the right to life, or Second Amendment rights, or maybe they're veterans.

01:22:57.000 You know, the same people that we've seen over and over again from the MIAC report that InfoWars broke back in 2009, identifying people like those who have bumper stickers supporting Ron Paul or Chuck Baldwin on the back of their car.

01:23:10.000 Those are the people that they're concerned about.

01:23:12.000 Those are the people that the Southern Poverty Law Center has identified.

01:23:16.000 Remember, of course, that they want to talk about white supremacists and the Ku Klux Klan.

01:23:22.000 The Southern Poverty Law Center's founder, Morris Dees, defended the Ku Klux Klan.

01:23:27.000 He worked for George Wallace in the early days of the Civil Rights Movement, when George Wallace was opposed to civil rights.

01:23:35.000 The only way that Morris Deese, the founder of the Southern Poverty Law Center, was involved in the civil rights movement when it was happening, was to defend the Klan.

01:23:44.000 To defend the people that beat demonstrators, that burned their buses.

01:23:49.000 He made a lot of money doing that, but he made even more money doing direct mail, and that's what they're doing.

01:23:54.000 They're setting the agenda, and we've seen this over and over again, not just in the MIAC report, we've seen it in scenarios, military scenarios, floated by the government.

01:24:03.000 We've also I've seen it in the various reports that are coming from them.

01:24:08.000 Here's another example from Security Debrief.

01:24:11.000 This guy says McCall's legislation must take on a more nuanced, thoughtful, and intelligent perspective of homegrown violent extremism.

01:24:20.000 Then we have seen thus far in government efforts.

01:24:23.000 He says, this is not just about ISIL or about those inspired by radical violent interpretation of Islam.

01:24:29.000 If we're serious about countering growth and homegrown violent extremism, we need to legitimately focus our efforts on all forms of it.

01:24:39.000 So then he talks about a few different points down here.

01:24:39.000 Okay?

01:24:41.000 He says, here's the problems with our approach so far.

01:24:43.000 Number one, The whole idea of radicalism, we don't really define what radicalism is, and I say, yeah, that is a problem, because it's so open-ended, just like the war on tears, or war on a tactic.

01:24:55.000 But they want to broaden it.

01:24:56.000 The very next thing they say, it's too narrowly focused on Muslims.

01:25:00.000 The original program looked exclusively at the Muslim community, so we need to look at other things.

01:25:05.000 To be sure, Muslim identity extremism is a threat, but it is not the only threat.

01:25:11.000 Nor is it even the greatest threat.

01:25:14.000 This is what the people in the business are saying.

01:25:17.000 This is what the people in the military-industrial complex, this is what the people in the surveillance-industrial complex are telling us, okay?

01:25:24.000 This is what the people who write the war scenarios, who write the legislation, this is what they think.

01:25:31.000 Over and over again, we see this.

01:25:32.000 We see this from Stratfor, where he's talking about, he says, yeah, okay, Islamicism, that's a threat, but it's not the biggest threat, okay?

01:25:40.000 All these people have a bigger threat.

01:25:42.000 The bigger threat, the homegrown threat, are people who are conservatives, who are for limited government.

01:25:48.000 Or as I would call them, this is what he says right here in the study here.

01:25:53.000 And of course he's quoting government studies when he says this.

01:25:57.000 In 2014, a national consortium for the study of terrorism and responses to terrorism, their center reported that it is anti-government sovereign citizen movement that is the top terrorist threat.

01:26:13.000 That was their editorial not too long ago.

01:26:15.000 They were in the top of CNN calling for a North American Union ID.

01:26:23.000 They say, if we exclude the September 11, 2001 attack, why in the world would you exclude that?

01:26:32.000 Okay, but if you exclude that, we see that more people have been killed by anti-government adherents, white supremacists, other non-Muslim extremists.

01:26:39.000 So just understand that when they're talking about combating violent extremism, when they're talking about creating a department that's going to be under FEMA to identify, to propagandize, and we can presume that they're going to inter people just as Wesley Clark has advocated with his trial balloons.

01:26:58.000 When you look at that, just understand they're talking probably about you.

01:27:03.000 Anyone, whether you're Islamic or whether you're not Islamic, whether you're white or whether you're not white, anyone can be flagged as a false positive by some kind of a massive pre-crime automated system.

01:47:49.000 And the fact that she was there for three days and they say she was smoking it in such quantities that she committed suicide, I mean, that's just...

01:49:47.000 And you know, one of the things, Chris, that concerned me when I looked at this, and one of the places that I saw this originally reported, was on a site called Crooks and Liars.

01:49:59.000 And what they said was, yeah, I think this is basically a good idea.

01:50:02.000 I think we ought to inter all these people in Texas who want their guns.

01:52:41.000 Well, one of the things I thought was interesting that I found out recently and didn't know, but back in the 1930s The IRS, when it was created, it was created as a corporation in the Philippines.

01:52:59.000 Well, the simple fact of the matter is that if you look at the amount of money that comes from our income taxes, that does not run the government.

01:53:05.000 It basically pays the interest on the debt.

01:53:08.000 We are essentially on an interest-only loan from the Federal Reserve.

01:53:12.000 It was created about the same time as the Federal Reserve.

01:53:15.000 So, we're basically on interest only loan.

01:53:17.000 It's a balloon note and it's going to turn out just like we saw happen in Greece, where they came in and now they're taking massive amounts of hard assets after getting the country onto this debt chain and letting it run and run and the bills piling up.

01:53:32.000 That's why so many candidates, independent parties like Libertarian Party, I remember Harry Brown, I remember Ron Paul talking about how, get rid of the income tax.

01:53:41.000 Get rid of the IRS and all you have to do to replace the money that the IRS is bringing in is to roll government back to where it was about five years ago.

01:53:50.000 That's how rapidly this government is growing and that's how little this money that is being supplied by the IRS for all the harassment.

01:54:47.000 Artificial intelligence is a scary subject, primarily because I feel like the morality and the ethics that's going to be defined are integrated into this artificial intelligence is being programmed by unethical and immoral people.

01:55:04.000 And the propagation of these programs, I believe, is due to their own deep-rooted acknowledgement of their own lack of intelligence and ability.

01:55:15.000 And you know, we have the Constitution here in the United States, but I believe that the government is separate from the United States today.

01:55:23.000 There is a distinction, there is a difference, like Alex says, the war is on, and their Constitution is one sentence.

01:55:34.000 And that was a quote from Aleister Crowley, which goes to underscore my belief that it is an entirely sinister and satanic movement.
