00:09:47.000 But now on the campaign trail, now that he knows that people actually understand they're not just robots, people aren't just regurgitating what he's saying, they're actually looking and going, wait a minute, why has this thing been in secret?

00:10:04.000 Well, let's go to this video where Marco Rubio responds to questions on the TPP.

00:10:09.000 It is more important than ever that Congress give the president trade promotion authority so that he can finalize the Trans-Pacific Partnership and the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership.

00:10:20.000 Senator Rubio, last year you spoke at a Council on Foreign Relations meeting, and you were a big proponent of the TPP.

00:10:26.000 And I was just wondering, the TPP diminishes our U.S.

00:10:30.000 sovereignty and also potentially destroys our borders.

00:10:34.000 Well, I'm a supporter of free trade.

00:10:35.000 I have to see if this deal is a good deal.

00:10:37.000 It's being reviewed now by the International Trade Commission.

00:10:40.000 So if it's a good deal, I'll support it.

00:10:41.000 If it's not, it has to be renegotiated.

00:10:42.000 Well, at what point does it get seen?

00:10:44.000 Because it's been kept secret.

00:10:46.000 The International Trade Commission is reviewing it.

00:12:15.000 And some background on that is CNN apparently reported that Carson had considered dropping out of the race or was taking a retirement or something.

00:12:22.000 But a minute later, according to Carson and CNN, said, oh, that's actually not true.

00:12:27.000 But Cruz's campaign ran with it.

00:12:30.000 And it wasn't until about hours and hours later when it was too late, they said, oh, actually he's still in the race.

00:12:35.000 So here's his very insincere apology to Carson, and here's what Carson says.

00:12:41.000 Ben is a good and honorable man, and Ben and Candy have become friends.

00:12:46.000 He has an amazing life story that has inspired millions, including me.

00:12:50.000 When this transpired, I apologized to him then, and I do so now.

00:12:56.000 Let me tell you the facts of what occurred, for those who are interested in knowing.

00:13:00.000 On Monday night, about 6.30 p.m., CNN reported that Ben was not going from Iowa to New Hampshire or South Carolina.

00:13:14.000 They reported that on television.

00:13:15.000 CNN's political anchors, Jake Tapper and Dana Bash and Wolf Blitzer, said it was highly unusual and highly significant.

00:13:25.000 My political team saw CNN's report, Breaking News, and they forwarded that news to our volunteers.

00:13:32.000 It was being covered on live television.

00:13:34.000 Now, at the time, I was at the caucuses.

00:13:36.000 I was getting ready to speak at the caucuses, just like Ben was, just like everyone else was.

00:13:40.000 I knew nothing about this.

00:13:42.000 A couple hours later, I found out about it.

00:13:44.000 I was told that Ben was unhappy.

00:13:46.000 I called him that evening because I respect him very, very highly.

00:13:49.000 I didn't reach him that evening.

00:13:51.000 I reached him the next day and apologized.

00:13:53.000 He asked me then, he said, Ted, would you make this apology in public?

00:13:57.000 I said, yes, I will.

00:13:59.000 And I did so.

00:14:01.000 I regret that subsequently, CNN reported on that.

00:36:18.000 They don't want to talk about it, and the reason they don't talk about the delegate race and they don't talk about Precinct conventions and they don't talk about precinct caucuses is because for so many decades now they've had those functions of how the RNC works.

00:36:34.000 They know that in 2000 they showed up, in 2004 they showed up, in 2008 they showed up, in 2012 they showed up.

00:36:41.000 So what they're counting on is filling up the RNC in Cleveland, Ohio with that type of crowd that was at that event last night.

00:36:49.000 And you could tell the way that they would cheer, gleefully cheer for Bush.

00:36:54.000 Jeb Bush, who has almost no support.

00:36:56.000 I mean, he had to beg for applause.

00:36:58.000 Actually, think about this juxtaposition.

00:37:30.000 Anthony, it's key to know that what they did last night at this small venue in New Hampshire, they can replicate in Cleveland.

00:38:19.000 You don't even have to get to the big convention.

00:39:29.000 But those people that do go vote, if they don't participate at the next step, which is going to the precinct conventions or their precinct caucuses, whatever their state has, if they don't follow up and make their way through the convention system up to Cleveland, if they don't follow up and make their way through the convention system up to Cleveland, Ohio, what we're going to end up with is that type of crowd that you saw and heard last night in that debate.

00:40:17.000 to have a real chance of getting this nomination because as we learned a while back in Charleston when we were there when they were having that impeachment hearing the possible passing the proposition of the impeachment against Obama The RNC couldn't even muster up the will to even vote on it.

00:40:35.000 They only had like three supporters of Obama impeachment.

00:40:38.000 So they're that in the bag for the establishment that they won't even pass a resolution, a toothless resolution, to impeach Obama.

01:07:48.000 For those of you who don't know how Austin works, there's this thing where aspiring restauranteurs open restaurants in bad parts of town because it's cheap and they can have a good restaurant there.

01:07:58.000 So I'm going to check out my buddy's restaurant.

01:08:01.000 So I park.

01:08:02.000 It's somewhat of a bad part of town, but it's, you know, I'm going to go to the restaurant, whatever.

01:08:06.000 I'm from somewhat of a bad area.

01:08:08.000 I know how to conduct myself.

01:08:09.000 So I go into this convenience store and someone follows me into the convenience store right after I get out of my car.

01:08:16.000 I look around.

01:08:17.000 It's this guy.

01:08:18.000 He's like super jacked and he's got like face tattoos, like in weird languages all over himself.

01:08:24.000 And he's just staring me down, walking like two feet behind me.

01:08:27.000 So I go to get a water.

01:08:29.000 Buyings like a smart water out of the convenience store.

01:08:31.000 I go up to check out and he's still following me after getting the water with nothing in his hands to the checkout.

01:08:37.000 Again, super close behind me.

01:08:39.000 I check out, even the checkout guy is looking at him and looking at me like, uh, what's, you know, what's going on here?

01:08:44.000 I walk out the door and he follows me out the door and that's when I realized, okay, I have to do something right away.

01:08:50.000 So I'm walking over to the restaurant, and he's still walking with me, getting closer and closer and closer.

01:08:55.000 And that's when I turn around, and I'm not, you know, I'm not like some hulking person.

01:09:00.000 I turn around and I said, hey, what's up, man?

01:09:03.000 And he just changes his expression from like a cold-faced, like, face-tatted, jacked-up dude looking at me all angry to, nothing, nothing, nothing.

01:09:12.000 And he walks away and goes to his car and drives away.

01:09:15.000 Okay?

01:09:17.000 So look, here's what this means.

01:09:19.000 It is so easy sometimes to actually stand up to people.

01:09:22.000 I mean, that guy could probably destroy me, okay?

01:09:25.000 But I'm looking at him in the eyes and saying, hey, what's up, man?

01:09:29.000 And it's that.

01:09:31.000 It's actually just caring and looking at him with intent and saying, hey, don't mess with me.

01:09:37.000 Even though he could destroy me physically, looking at him and confronting him made him back off and really run away and get into his car.

01:09:47.000 So, what does that mean in the larger view?

01:09:49.000 It means once you actually stand up for yourself and do something about it, with all of this crap going on, if you actually stand up, the bully will run away!

01:09:58.000 The bully is weak!

01:09:59.000 The bully is insecure!

01:10:01.000 The bully has no power over you!

01:10:04.000 None of these things have power over you.

01:10:06.000 You can actually stop it by confronting it and say, I'm not going to deal with that.

01:10:10.000 You stand up, you'll be surprised how quickly your enemies fall.

01:10:13.000 It's like pulling out a camera if the cops have stopped you or a CPS person wants to come into your house.

01:22:52.000 And just like football fans who are preparing their Super Bowl parties, the military-industrial complex is making preparations of their own.

01:23:02.000 This year's spectacle won't be the star-studded halftime show, But rather, the outrageously overblown security theater that's being staged in and around the event.

01:23:14.000 According to CBS San Francisco Bay Area News, Super Bowl 50 security is to include F-15 fighter jets and helicopters.

01:24:06.000 Barishi, I've asked you, the number of Americans who've traveled to Syria, you don't know.

01:24:09.000 The number of Americans who may have traveled in return, you don't know.

01:24:19.000 The number of visa waiver overstays who may have been to Syria before they came here, you don't know.

01:24:27.000 And yet you are the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Screening Coordination, Office of Policy, Department of Homeland Security, in front of the Oversight Committee, and you can't give us one single number to some, I think, pretty basic questions?

01:25:20.000 Bomb sniffing dogs at all train stops.

01:25:24.000 Sharpshooters perched on rooftops and cameras everywhere.

01:25:30.000 The DHS says they will be teaming up with the Air Force to provide air security against, amongst other possible threats, a slow-moving Cessna.

01:25:40.000 Stories have been circulating demonstrating the special training that these pilots are receiving to aid them when intercepting Cessnas or small aircraft.

01:25:50.000 And that's a lot of media coverage!

01:25:52.000 For what is normally considered to be routine NORAD defense drills.

01:25:57.000 For decades, the United States airspace has been under the North American Aerospace Defense Command, or NORAD's Air Defense Program, who have the task to defend our domestic skies with aircraft, which includes F-15 fighters.
