01:38:12.000 These laws that the cops have to use to target people in inner cities.

01:38:21.000 If there's an issue, it's the blueprint, it's the engineers.

01:38:27.000 And you're saying it's the cops' fault when they're just implementing what they've been told to do.

01:38:30.000 You know what, and I support the police department and I feel like the legislators in California and across the world, I mean like look at Chicago, New York, these legislators are such cowards that they cannot take responsibility for things that they have been told.

01:42:24.000 I chose to get out and I got heavily involved in politics.

01:42:29.000 I mean, Presidential Candidate is no joke, but I need to learn politics as fast as possible.

01:42:33.000 And so the administration reached out to me.

01:42:35.000 They said, you have an option.

01:42:37.000 And the options they were giving me were, you know, run for another race, join the administration, or run a super PAC.

01:42:43.000 And so I got out the Navy to run for something.

01:42:46.000 And so I'm like, well, I'm going to run against Maxine Waters because I'm from South Central Los Angeles.

01:42:50.000 So that's just a natural thing to do.

01:42:52.000 I mean, it has to be.

01:42:55.000 I mean, economic development, where is it?

01:42:57.000 Quality jobs, where is it?

01:42:58.000 By the way, she's got all these multi-million dollar houses outside the district.

01:44:12.000 Three months, I spent homeless.

01:44:16.000 I took her flowers just to get her attention.

01:44:18.000 So you're literally trying to get your military benefits, going to her office with your back broke.

01:44:23.000 Look, I went so far as to try and sue the military because I thought that the reason that I wasn't getting my benefits was because I got an administrative separation, general and honorable conditions.

01:44:35.000 I didn't know the VA process was so broken, but she is, as a representative, her first obligation is to veterans.
