02:58:34.000Without the affidavit even, it's egregious because it's a complete violation of the Fourth Amendment, which says that if they have a warrant to search and to seize something, they have to specifically name what is to be searched and what is to be seized.
02:58:47.000But in the warrant, it says that any other person on the property or in the home, on the vehicles, as well as described, as well as any vehicle on the property, And so anybody visiting is blanketed into this search warrant.
02:59:04.000Any person on the property is in the search warrant.
02:59:07.000So this is a completely just unlawful, illegal, unconstitutional search warrant on its face.
02:59:14.000And then the fact that they're hiding the affidavit of any supposed evidence, right?
02:59:18.000If they had just staked out my home for any amount of time, There's nothing that would even make someone suspect that a hose leads to a drug lab.

02:59:47.000I was, well, from doing the no-knock because I was already outside.
02:59:50.000And so you have this huge rush of SWAT team guys, they're bulletproof vests, they're AR-15s right at me.
02:59:58.000And, you know, I was out thankfully, right?
03:00:00.000Because barge down the door, it says no knock and no announce.
03:00:04.000When they barged through my door, they didn't even have to tell me, according to the warrant, the illegal warrant, who they were and why they were there.
03:00:14.000Like you said, I've got a fairly large family and I'm there to protect them.
03:00:19.000And so quickly, that kind of a thing could have gotten very bad.
03:00:22.000We know that this entire SWAT team, I looked at their record and they have a record of of violence towards others and there was one case that I
03:00:31.000read about where they pulled over a guy and they thought he was a drug guy
03:00:35.000again and they start beating him up and then they realize that
03:00:38.000they got the wrong guy and they continue beating him up according to the report
03:00:42.000and another guy that they had that they that they killed in another incident
03:00:47.000And then, you know, just throughout the state, we see it all over the country, is these mistaken identities where people die.
03:00:52.000And so it could have gotten really bad really fast if I really believed that it was divine providence that I was outside when they decided to storm the house.
03:01:05.000You know, the reason I asked you on today, and I want people to understand what's happening to the people that try to tell the truth in their states, and about issues in the country right now.
03:01:16.000When you try to tell the truth, they target you, and this is a targeting.
03:01:19.000There's no reason, if you knew Ben at all, there would be absolutely, you're shocked at the allegation because it's so, It's so insane.
03:01:31.000But the sad part is that people go, oh well it's about drugs, so the government has the ability to search for drugs, which is absolutely not true, which is absolutely insane that people kind of give this kind of thing a pass.
03:01:44.000It's amazing to me that this is what they had to make up in order to go into your home.
03:02:01.000I can't have an ounce of respect for them because of the actions that they take against Against people like you that are bringing things to light
03:02:09.000and so I would imagine that they got the go-ahead I would imagine that they got a green light to whatever
03:02:16.000they wanted to make up to go after you because We've seen this before you've been targeted before by them
03:02:24.000your house mysteriously burnt to the ground you lost everything

03:04:39.000Ben McClintock is my guest and the reason I wanted to bring Ben on is because this barely just happened a few weeks ago and it is amazing to me.
03:04:52.000I mean, talk about a guy that would never be accused of having a drug lab in his house.
03:05:00.000It would be Ben McClintock out of all the people I know.
03:05:03.000And so, this was so insane, and you know, there's a couple of things.
03:05:08.000Number one, this reminds me of Lavoie Finnicombe, a true patriot who was gunned down by the FBI.
03:05:14.000Who, in the back, who basically talked about the fact that the tone and the tenor of the FBI was changing when they were all in Oregon, and he was in Oregon with the Bundys.
03:05:26.000And I remember him on video the day before he died talking about, the day before he was murdered, talking about the tone and tenor for no reason escalating into a type of frenzy And they were doing it all on their own.
03:05:42.000There was nothing escalating, they were just talking, and there was nothing happening that would have made that so.
03:05:50.000It was just a choice they were making, and I call it badass syndrome.
03:05:54.000Because they honestly have this drive and need to look like some sort of, forgive the word, badass, like I'm a badass, you know, like this pride, puffed up pride in whatever they do, whoever they want to accost, whatever unconstitutional thing they want to do to somebody, Is okay because they're the FBI.
03:06:38.000What are you seeing in the background?
03:06:41.000Well, I mean, just that thing, you know, it's one of those things where some people, it was, I think Alex talked about this in the last segment about, you know, we shouldn't, or it was you talking about how we shouldn't be scared to stand forward just because this happens.
03:06:57.000Otherwise they would be leaving me alone.
03:07:00.000And so just like you and I, we were really hot on them and in our state on their move to remove the power of the sheriff.
03:07:09.000And so they went after me with the, like you said, the checkpoint blocking my home with the DUI checkpoint blocking my home.
03:07:15.000Mysterious burnings, the attempted kidnapping of my daughter, and now this.
03:07:21.000And so, you know, I've been talking about how satanic ritual abuse is a real thing and showing the links with government officials and other people in society, showing its link across the country.
03:07:34.000And so with my own sheriff that had to have signed off on this.
03:07:40.000And then what's interesting is the judge that signed off on this warrant, his wife, Works for CPS is something that I've come to to learn and so is is my understanding and so it's kind of interesting that the the spouse of what I believe to be a CPS attorney is signing off on a warrant after I you know exposed CPS and show that they had that last time they went after me they claimed that I was starving my daughter and the guy had never met me and never met my daughter claimed that I was not allowing her to drink you know fluids
03:08:13.000And when I expose that lie, they go away, they disappear.
03:08:18.000And so this is the thing is we've got to go forward and continue to expose them and not be afraid because when we expose them, then it shows that if any retaliation happens, that it's obviously retaliation and they start to lose their credibility and the people start to wake up.
03:08:34.000And so this is an important thing that, like you said, is to support those that are doing this, but as well as to stand up yourself and become a part of that because That exposure because all of these things are going on from satanic ritual abuse to corruption Trashing on the Constitution.
03:08:50.000It's rampant and it needs to stop now a hundred percent I'm with you on this and We've both been censored in our state.
03:08:59.000And I even have a text message from a county commissioner bragging about the fact that he had a local hour of mine removed off the air because we were targeting the politicians.
03:09:10.000Nothing, though, to what you've been going through and what you've been going through.
03:09:18.000I applaud your exposing, Ben, because a lot of citizens are not going to take the time to do it.
03:09:23.000They're not going to take the time to do the research.
03:09:25.000And you have been a very, very vocal opponent of the legislature and the state senators and the governor in our state and talking about the things they're doing.
03:09:36.000You're just exposing what they're doing.
03:09:38.000And it's amazing to me how in a conservative state they strive To silence anyone that brings to light what they're doing, because they're all doing it under the Republican banner, as were the nice conservatives in our state, and our state has the majority.
03:09:59.000And it's been interesting to watch them scatter.
03:10:57.000But wouldn't you say at the end of this you'd rather be on the side of truth and on the side of cowering in your living room and not exposing any of these people?
03:11:07.000Oh, it just reminds me of the scripture that talks about that if you are living in Christ Jesus, that you will receive persecution.
03:11:15.000And so, you know, if I were to cower, that would mean I didn't want to pay the price of living my life as I best as I can in Christ Jesus.
03:11:23.000And so it's, you know, that the option to me isn't there.
03:11:27.000And I think one of the most recent things that I've done to expose them is my new book, Invasion Volume 2, which I show what Alex has done on the international level, showing the conspiracy and the internationalists and how they invade through, you know, into our nations.
03:11:41.000But I've shown how Skull and Bones, the United Nations, Bohemian Grove have actually infiltrated local communities.
03:11:47.000And so I think that they're having this written out for everyone to be able to see is something that they're also afraid of.
03:11:56.000Pick that up and give it to somebody you know.
03:11:59.000Because if we can educate a nation, it's one thing to get somebody in a seat at a public meeting or whatnot.
03:12:08.000Get somebody to do something, but it's another one to have them fully understand what they're fighting for and why they're fighting for it and then what to do about it.
03:12:16.000And so that level of education, we need to we need to get that to rise in this nation.
03:12:33.000And I'm really grateful to you for all of the exposing that you've done.
03:12:37.000You can clearly see who the bad guys are in this scenario.
03:12:40.000The ones that had to paint you as a drug dealer to try to do a no-knock warrant, never coming to your home, never just knocking on the door and you could have had a conversation with them asking you.
03:12:52.000They had to bring it into a no-knock warrant and then think they're all that to try to justify this in some way.
03:12:58.000Because all the guys that show up all in their vests and their guns and puffed up in pride and looking like they are these badasses, right?
03:13:07.000They are somehow justified in doing this to another citizen.
03:14:36.000It takes a lot and it's a toll on a family to do the research, to tell the truth, and to come out with messages that are against the New World Order.
03:14:47.000You get so much coming at you when that happens.
03:14:49.000And I know personally, I've taken that, that toll personally, not like Ben.
03:14:54.000Ben has really had a lot to deal with and it has been excruciating to have to watch because you're just thinking this guy is so obviously targeted.
03:15:04.000But there are many people out there that are trying to tell the truth that if they feel like they're alone, they're going to stop doing it.
03:15:10.000And then you and I don't get the messages that we need.
03:15:13.000You and I don't get educated in what we need to do.
03:15:16.000And that's the downfall of the country.
03:15:25.000But the problem is, is that if we don't know why we're fighting
03:15:29.000and we don't understand the Constitution and we don't understand
03:15:32.000how to get our country back, then if we're not educated, then
03:15:37.000showing up at a meeting isn't going to do much.
03:15:40.000And I love what he did, it's just that we need to do more than that, and we need to keep educating, we need to keep exposing and bringing these things to light.
03:15:49.000So I really appreciate him, because I've seen a lot of patriots suffer a huge price, and it's been really hard to watch.
03:15:55.000But if they feel your support and they feel like you're going to help them and they feel like there are other people that maybe don't have that kind of courage, but are willing to at least help financially or whatever, then they'll keep doing it because they'll get the help that they need to suffer through these things.
03:16:46.000They actually did a pretty good job with the overall creep of the movie.
03:16:50.000Um, but it was interesting because what I kept thinking about was, um, what sold it was that every, let's talk about COVID for a second and kind of give you this little analogy.
03:17:00.000So they bring out COVID in 2020 and they tell you that there's a pandemic, but you're not actually seeing one in front of your face.
03:17:22.000Started talking about it, all of government started saying there was the word a pandemic, and then everybody you know started jumping on the bandwagon.
03:17:29.000The hospitals started receiving money, everyone was receiving cash, and then it bolstered up this idea, well we're in a pandemic, we're in a pandemic.
03:17:37.000The hospitals were empty, people were shooting dance videos that worked there, the doctors and nurses.
03:17:43.000There was no evidence of a pandemic, but we all believed it, so we all keep saying the word pandemic.
03:17:49.000And I started thinking as I was watching this show, how easy it was for them to do this.
03:17:54.000In fact, it was so easy that all they would have to do is gain control of the internet, which they already really have, but not officially, not publicly yet.
03:18:06.000But once they do that, if they were to take down the internet and down a few planes, they could tell us we were under attack.
03:18:13.000They are, with this movie, I think, creating the fear, creating the fear porn so that it's believable when it happens.
03:18:22.000You've seen it play out with Julia Roberts looking frantic, being suspicious the whole nine yards.
03:18:28.000You've seen the guy that's the prepper made out to be the bad guy, right?
03:18:32.000Kevin Bacon isn't the nice guy because he was the one that had some foresight, started prepping, started gathering things and he didn't just give it up.
03:18:40.000The second somebody showed up at their house, they made it into a moral dilemma
03:18:44.000and they made Kevin Bacon look like this horrible human being because he was a prepper.
03:18:50.000Of course, they had the American flag in front of his house and he has the cowboy hat and they make,
03:18:55.000they make the majority of Americans look pretty horrific.
