00:05:39.000 So those huge points are vital to remember as people are digesting these news.

00:05:57.000 And we now know from all the information that it fully appears that Joe Biden committed yet another crime.

00:34:23.960 I mean, it sets out the procedure for the president.
00:34:27.260 No president has ever been prosecuted under 21 U.S.C. 2071.
00:34:32.140 It applies to government employees like the vice president, like me, or Cash, when we were

00:34:39.280 And it's the one that carries disqualification from public office.
00:34:44.700 So should you convict him of concealing, I'm reading it now, removing or destroying any
00:34:51.240 classified document, concealing or removing, he'll be fined under the title, he'll get three
00:34:58.640 years in prison, and he'll never be able to hold a public office in the United States.
00:35:03.800 He'll also have to forfeit the one that he owed.
00:35:05.980 So it would be in the nature of an impeachment if he would convict him under that.

00:51:59.960 We, as a people, have to decide what is our priority.
