00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:06.780 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:12.020 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:16.280 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:18.240 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:19.620 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:21.380 but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
00:00:23.580 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:26.980 MAGA media.
00:00:27.880 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:33.780 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:37.520 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:43.840 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:00:52.300 Chris, there's a special place in hell for any foreign leader
00:00:56.120 that engages in bad faith diplomacy with President Donald J. Trump
00:01:00.680 and then tries to stab him in the back on the way out the door.
00:01:05.280 And that's what bad faith Justin Trudeau did with that stunt press conference.
00:01:09.960 That's what weak, dishonest Justin Trudeau did.
00:01:12.960 And that comes right from Air Force One.
00:01:14.800 There are 110 active fires in Quebec.
00:01:19.280 Almost 1,200 people from Cree communities across the northern part of the province
00:01:23.680 have fled their homes due to wildfires and smoke.
00:01:27.620 The return of residents of...
00:01:29.360 Hey, Peter K. Navarro in for the Admiral Stephen K. Bannon.
00:01:33.780 Great to be with you today.
00:01:36.380 I've got a really special, special guest that's going to come on
00:01:40.800 in what we call the B Block in just a few minutes.
00:01:44.900 But I wanted to start off the show with a couple of things.
00:01:49.120 That clip of me talking about a special place in Trudeau,
00:01:54.780 in hell for Justin Trudeau, the prime minister of Canada,
00:01:58.920 juxtaposed with what the hell we have now in Canada
00:02:03.840 with the forest fires burning,
00:02:05.520 which in turn are making our life hell here downwind in the United States.
00:02:11.840 I thought it was an interesting juxtaposition.
00:02:15.620 There was more than a few times I almost got fired when I was at the White House.
00:02:21.280 I was only one of three guys that lasted the whole time from the campaign to the end.
00:02:26.560 But that one seemed to hit a nerve.
00:02:29.180 But the reality is, I don't regret saying that at all,
00:02:33.920 because what we have is people like Trudeau, Macron in France.
00:02:39.600 They love to tweak the nose of the United States.
00:02:44.740 And that particular incident was particularly disrespectful to President Trump,
00:02:49.960 because no more was he heading out of airspace in Canada from the G20
00:02:54.680 than Trudeau started mouthing off.
00:02:57.800 But the reason why I just want to comment briefly on these forest fires
00:03:03.980 is because predictably Trudeau and others here on our side of the border
00:03:10.860 are using those forest fires as an argument to promote the climate change agenda.
00:03:19.040 I'm not going to say a lot about that, but I can say in this case,
00:03:23.820 Canada has a history older than this republic of having massive forest fires
00:03:33.840 long before the Industrial Revolution that did tremendous damage to our country.
00:03:42.980 And what's interesting about this particular incident is that it's a politician-made disaster.
00:03:52.080 It's the special place in hell that Trudeau created
00:03:55.240 was a product of neglect in terms of sound forest management practices
00:04:01.480 in the Canadian wild, and this is what we get.
00:04:06.840 And the irony here and the economics of climate change are really difficult,
00:04:12.060 because the essence of the climate change agenda is to force us here in the United States
00:04:20.340 to dramatically decrease carbon emissions at great cost,
00:04:26.600 despite the fact we're the most efficient nation in the world when it comes to using energy.
00:04:33.440 And meanwhile, we let other countries like China and India just off the hook.
00:04:38.940 But here's the irony.
00:04:41.080 It's like Canada is creating far more carbon dioxide emissions this summer with its wildfires
00:04:50.920 than it has saved in the last 10 years trying to deal with the climate change.
00:04:58.240 So just put that in your pipe and smoke it, Trudeau.
00:05:02.560 Special place in hell for you, sir.
00:05:04.220 All right, now do me a favor.
00:05:05.480 Pull in the digital yuan clip, which is what I really want to talk about today.
00:05:11.300 Some of Steve's talked a lot about.
00:05:13.840 Throw that on if you can, Denver.
00:05:15.940 If you think about the benefits of digital money, there are huge potential gains.
00:05:21.000 It's not just about digital forms of physical currency.
00:05:24.320 You can have programmability, you know, units of central bank currency with expiry dates.
00:05:29.760 You could have, as I argue in my book, a potentially better,
00:05:33.320 and some people might see it, or a darker world where the government decides that units of central bank money
00:05:38.960 can be used to purchase some things, but not other things that it deems less desirable.
00:05:44.320 The Chinese government could set up a whole lot of things to have your currency
00:05:48.220 maybe valid or invalid based on its own priorities.
00:05:53.000 This is almost like handing over the keys to your business or to your finance department in some ways
00:05:59.000 because you really can't control what, at the end of the day, may happen with the funds that you're holding.
00:06:04.900 He's written for the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times,

00:06:39.600 All right, so that wasn't a mistake having that little ad for the substack at the end.
00:06:46.220 I bundled that together with this whole digital yuan thing
00:06:50.660 because I just released a new article on the substack
00:06:56.100 which deals with the Orwellian dangers of the yuan.
00:07:01.800 Now, Steve has talked a lot about this.
00:07:04.000 There's been a lot of action.
00:07:05.900 So what I'd like to do for you is kind of deconstruct how we do things here in a way.
00:07:11.620 So we have that clip.
00:07:13.660 You start off with kind of the globalist Davos perspective.
00:07:18.360 This guy like pimping these digital currencies as a good thing
00:07:24.460 when, in fact, they can be a very bad thing.
00:07:28.680 And that's the next gentleman that comes on kind of makes that point.
00:07:33.780 And so in this article in the substack, I want to walk you through, kind of deconstruct it.
00:07:41.240 The way to think about this, and this goes back to my days in the White House worrying about this,
00:07:50.400 we have a system now where the United States is what they call the world's reserve currency,
00:07:58.680 which is to say that nations around the world, when they hold foreign reserves,
00:08:05.800 which is a natural thing they have to do to kind of pay off transactions and things like that,
00:08:11.680 most of it's dollars.
00:08:13.220 Like 60% of the world's foreign reserves are in the U.S. dollars.
00:08:17.080 So we are the world's dollar reserve.
00:08:20.840 So that's one piece of the puzzle.
00:08:23.040 And then there's a second piece, which is called the SWIFT system.
00:08:28.020 And this is the system whereby all these financial institutions operating across nations
00:08:35.960 are able to transparently clear their transactions in dollars and yen and euros and things like that
00:08:46.120 through the SWIFT system.
00:08:48.020 And one of the benefits of the dollar being a reserve currency is it creates this high demand for the dollar
00:08:58.120 that lowers our interest rates and mortgage rates.
00:09:01.040 That's a good thing.
00:09:01.840 But the demand for the dollar also increases the value of the dollar.
00:09:08.920 And this used to drive me nuts in the Trump White House.
00:09:12.600 I'd be sitting with the boss in the Oval with guys like Treasury Secretary Mnuchin,
00:09:17.720 the National Economic Council Director Kudlow,
00:09:20.440 and they're talking about King Dollar and loving it.
00:09:22.800 But the reality is a strong dollar, well, a strong dollar stronger than it would otherwise be,
00:09:29.880 basically just pumps the hell out of our trade deficit
00:09:35.060 because it makes imports cheaper and our exports dearer, less competitive.
00:09:41.620 And so effectively, King Dollar, a strong dollar,
00:09:45.840 because we're the world's reserve currency, among other things,
00:09:49.180 exports our factories and jobs.
00:09:51.580 So it's like, it's very much a double-edged sword, okay?
00:09:56.380 But that's the economics of it.
00:09:57.840 The geopolitics are far more interesting.
00:10:01.020 Because we're the reserve currency,
00:10:04.260 and because we have overriding influence over this SWIFT system,
00:10:09.780 we're able to impose financial sanctions on countries and on companies dealing with countries
00:10:20.620 in ways which are designed to stop or discourage certain behaviors.
00:10:27.120 Like we put sanctions on Putin's Russia to stop them from getting into the Ukraine.
00:10:32.440 We put them on after China took Hong Kong.
00:10:36.560 We put them on Iran when they do the nukes, trying to nuke Israel.
00:10:42.960 But the problem is, and again, I go back to my Trump White House days,
00:10:46.680 I'm in the White House and say, hey, we can't keep doing this,
00:10:50.160 because what they're doing is getting ready to evade the sanctions
00:10:54.960 by making their own currency the reserve currency.
00:10:58.520 They're trying to displace this.
00:11:00.480 Steve Bannon has talked a lot about this.
00:11:02.300 That's what they're doing now.
00:11:04.860 And the issue here is the dollar is still dominant if you look at the aggregate statistics.
00:11:11.760 But as I explained in the Substack,
00:11:13.900 what China's strategy is is to focus on a smaller block of nations.
00:11:19.660 For example, Russia now, I think a third of its reserves are in yuan alone.
00:11:26.580 And so just having the Chinese yuan more and more in countries like Russia, Iran, Iraq,
00:11:36.460 our good buddies in France, not, our good buddies in India, not, Argentina, Bangladesh.
00:11:45.580 What this does is it's creating this separate block of countries that are immune from sanctions.
00:11:52.060 But here's the bigger punchline.
00:11:57.320 What the digital yuan does is it takes it up a notch.
00:12:01.860 It's basically a way that the Central Bank of China, working with the Ministry of State Security,
00:12:07.940 can basically track, surveil, and trace every single transaction that's made with digital yuan,
00:12:14.720 not just inside its borders, but outside its borders, not just with Chinese citizens,
00:12:19.520 but also with foreign companies and foreign nations.
00:12:25.320 And right off the bat, you should see how dangerous it is.
00:12:29.260 Because if a citizen inside China protests about the Chinese government in any way,
00:12:35.560 they can have their money literally shut off just in a heartbeat.
00:12:42.520 If any Chinese outside the U.S. that are using the digital yuan engage in dissident type of behavior,
00:12:51.820 same rules apply.
00:12:53.220 If a foreign country or if a foreign company decides to have some kind of policy
00:12:59.800 or make some kind of remarks about how Chinese policy and human rights abuses in Xinjiang province
00:13:07.780 or their crushing of Hong Kong or they're going after Taiwan or Christians or anything,
00:13:17.300 China can use that.
00:13:18.620 So the admonition here, PeterNavar.substack.com, take a look at it.
00:13:24.560 You can see that we need a policy here.
00:13:29.980 Biden doesn't have one.
00:13:31.760 Congress doesn't have one.
00:13:33.620 I can assure you that candidate and soon-to-be President Trump will have one.
00:13:38.860 But the policy has to be that we simply can't afford to have the world to transact in this digital currency
00:13:49.540 with the Chinese Communist Party because it is a road straight to hell.
00:13:56.660 All right.
00:14:00.160 Show me the two shot here.
00:14:01.620 Can you show me this empty chair?
00:14:03.800 Yeah.
00:14:04.040 This empty chair is going to be filled with one of the few living people here besides Steve Bannon
00:14:11.840 who has helped and been, I would say, primarily responsible for electing a U.S. president in their lifetime.
00:14:21.060 He's going to be sitting right in that chair with us, and he's going to talk about President Trump
00:14:28.800 and we're going to do the campaign landscape.
00:14:32.520 So stay right here for the esteemed Dick Morris, Peter K. Navarro, in for Stephen K. Bannon.
00:14:38.460 You are in the war room.
00:14:41.820 We'll be right back.
00:14:56.760 Well, Congress once again allowed itself to be pushed into appeasing the administration
00:15:03.680 and raising the debt ceiling for the 79th time, paving the way for continued reckless spending
00:15:10.640 and further devaluation of the U.S. dollar.
00:15:14.880 As our national debt continues to skyrocket, how are you protecting your savings?
00:15:20.880 Times like these are a great reminder to diversify a portion of your savings into gold,
00:15:26.520 and you can do that with the help of Birch Gold.
00:15:29.160 Here's the easiest way to do it.
00:15:30.720 Birch Gold will help you convert an existing IRA or 401K into an IRA in gold,
00:15:38.020 and you don't pay a penny out of pocket.
00:15:41.040 As BRICS, Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa band together against the dollar,
00:15:47.380 more and more central banks are diversifying.
00:15:50.760 You know what they're buying, gold.

00:16:57.900 Welcome.
00:17:00.640 I offer you a choice.
00:17:01.900 A choice between two worlds.
00:17:03.760 Will you take the blue pill and continue living in a world where a corrupt few control everything?
00:17:08.560 Or will you take the red pill and join us?
00:17:11.640 What the elites don't want you to know is that there are 200,000 open committee man seats in the Republican Party.
00:17:18.560 These party members are the ones who determine the future of the GOP.
00:17:22.380 Let's take our country back, one precinct at a time.

00:17:28.500 Hey, Peter K. Navarro in for Stephen K. Bannon.
00:17:34.060 You are in the war room.
00:17:35.680 And I am with my buddy Dick Morris.
00:17:38.560 He is the author of this best-selling book, The Return.
00:17:42.960 This is probably the best book to read in preparation for Trump's 2024 run, other than the one that's coming out next month, which is called The Biden Crime Family.
00:17:55.260 And there's just so much to talk about.
00:17:57.640 Yeah, but Dick, you were listening to my opening segment, and you had some thoughts on this digital currency issue.
00:18:06.360 It is so vital that we continue to be the global reserve currency, because right now, when France wants to run a budget deficit, they have to basically change the euro into dollars.
00:18:22.020 And because it's a reserve currency, they need to then borrow in dollars and get it switched back to euros.
00:18:27.680 The U.S. doesn't have to do that.
00:18:30.620 We just run the printing press, because we can print dollars and nobody else can.
00:18:35.900 Now, the gold people are trying to switch the world to a gold-based currency.
00:18:44.180 And Russia and China have amassed huge holdings in gold.
00:18:47.780 And they formed the BRICS countries, Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa.
00:18:55.380 And there are about 20 other countries trying to join them as a trading bloc that are basically going to trade in yuan or in another BRICS currency that would be specially developed by these nations, backed by gold.
00:19:10.920 But it's a fundamental fallacy.
00:19:13.560 It goes back to the decision of the Spanish monarchy in the 16th century to base its power on gold and who had more gold, whereas Britain said, the hell with gold.
00:19:27.220 We want to have a market economy and have customers and have sales.
00:19:32.060 The equivalent of that today is oil.
00:19:34.820 Oil is by far the new gold, far more powerful than gold.
00:19:39.240 And China's big vulnerability is that it consumes 15% of the world's oil, but it produces only 4%.
00:19:52.300 So it's desperately in need of energy.
00:19:56.220 Russia's big asset is that all it is is an oil well with an army, because they've denuded the whole rest of the Russian economy.
00:20:03.880 They had the best educated workforce in the world, and they squandered it on just becoming the new Saudi Arabia.
00:20:11.440 But the point is the United States can put them all to shame.
00:20:14.960 Right now, we produce 12 million barrels of oil a day.
00:20:18.860 Russia produces 11, Saudi Arabia 10.
00:20:22.380 We could produce 20 or 25 million.
00:20:25.260 We could drown the world in oil.
00:20:27.080 All we need is for Biden to get the hell out of office and let us frack, let us drill offshore, let us build pipelines, the Keystone Pipeline, let us drill in so-called wilderness areas in Alaska, and we'll produce enough oil to drown the world.
00:20:46.940 And once that happens, the dollar will remain the dominant currency because it's backed by oil.
00:20:53.720 And let them all be backed by gold.
00:20:56.340 Try driving your car on gold.
00:20:58.760 But oil, you can.
00:21:00.840 And if we ever lose the power of the global currency, it will mean we will need the permission, basically, of the UN to run a budget deficit.
00:21:10.100 And while that's good for fiscal responsibility, it would mean we would have to cut 20% of our spending overnight, which means goodbye Social Security, goodbye Medicare, goodbye much of the defense budget.
00:21:22.920 And we can't afford to do that.
00:21:25.420 So Trump is right that the struggle to keep the dollar paramount is really the major battle of our time, far more important than terrorism or any of these other issues.
00:21:35.720 And the key to that is oil.
00:21:38.020 Yeah, and it's interesting that the Saudis themselves have gotten into bed with the Chinese on this whole digital currency and yuan reserve currency.
00:21:50.520 And it's really interesting to me that when I was in the White House with Trump, Trump was the guy who controlled the worldwide oil prices because he had the power literally of the pump and the drillers.
00:22:06.640 And if Saudi Arabia got out of line at OPEC, he'd just give them a call.
00:22:12.260 And I was there when he made a call or two.
00:22:15.180 Very interesting.
00:22:17.000 But right now, ironically, with the Ukraine situation, Russia has emerged along with the Saudis as those who control OPEC, not the United States anymore.
00:22:32.940 So anyway, it's interesting just to put that in perspective for the history buffs here.
00:22:38.620 At the Yalta Peace Conference in 1945, FDR was dying and died two months later.
00:22:45.780 And he told his boat, don't go directly back.
00:22:50.520 Stop off in Saudi Arabia.
00:22:52.620 And he was half dead.
00:22:53.940 But he met with the king of Saudi Arabia for one purpose, to assure that the dollar would be the oil currency.
00:23:00.720 And that's how highly he thought of it.
00:23:02.460 That's how important it was.
00:23:03.920 And now we're about to get rid of that.
00:23:06.380 And the trade there was the U.S. would protect the Saudis if the Saudis basically traded in dollars.
00:23:16.120 But before we go any further, I want people out in the war room to understand what this man is doing right now for this country.
00:23:22.980 You are arguably the top strategist for Donald John Trump for the 2024 re-election.
00:23:32.880 So as we talk about what we're going to talk about today, you have a unique perspective on this campaign because you're sitting there at the hand of Trump.
00:23:46.220 And I want folks out in the war room to know that.
00:23:49.120 Well, it's important to understand that Donald Trump is a unique fusion candidate.
00:23:54.440 He's a hybrid.
00:23:55.400 He's half incumbent and he's half challenger.
00:23:57.780 Yes.
00:23:58.300 So as the incumbents, all of the credibility issues that are raised, how do we know you can do that?
00:24:04.080 You say you're going to do that.
00:24:05.560 How do we know you're going to have no inflation?
00:24:08.660 How do we know you're going to have economic growth?
00:24:10.620 How do we know you'll seal the border?
00:24:12.580 This is just hot air.
00:24:14.160 It's the hell it is.
00:24:14.980 Look at what I did.
00:24:15.860 And then the usual problem with what I did is, what are you going to do for me in the future?
00:24:21.940 You used up men.
00:24:23.140 You did everything in the first term.
00:24:25.420 And he has articulated incredibly bold and far-reaching agenda for the second term.
00:24:31.720 Illegal immigration.
00:24:32.920 He says, yeah, I'm going to still build the wall.
00:24:35.300 But the big reason people come here, women especially, is that their child can be an American citizen.
00:24:40.860 And he said, nope, if you're here illegally, you've not subjected yourself to the jurisdiction of the U.S., which is the wording of the Constitution.
00:24:49.860 And I won't let your children become automatic citizens.
00:24:53.560 Does that include birthright citizenship?
00:24:55.380 That is birthright citizenship.
00:24:57.020 So even if somebody comes in, the way they do it is they come over in the eighth month as tourists with a legitimate visa and have the baby here.
00:25:10.720 Well, but if they come here illegally, their children cannot be automatically citizens.
00:25:18.340 They can be naturalized and everything.
00:25:20.820 Or another example is we all complain about the leftward drift of our colleges and schools.
00:25:26.600 But Trump doesn't just complain.
00:25:28.640 He says, I'm going to cut off federal funding to school districts that teach critical race theory or that promote inappropriate gender change education for small children.
00:25:41.980 And for campuses, for colleges, no Pell Grants, no scholarships, no student loans, no research contracts to any school that does not allow free speech on campus.
00:25:52.560 So he's taking all these issues and bringing a perspective to you.
00:25:57.460 You mentioned China, for example.
00:25:59.220 He's going to basically say, look, China was responsible for the plague, for the virus, for the pandemic.
00:26:06.420 And we insist that they open their doors and permit inspection.
00:26:10.180 And we will come up with an impartial report on this.
00:26:13.120 And if they don't, which they won't, I will cut off all trade with China.
00:26:19.060 I will literally impose an embargo.
00:26:21.680 People say, oh, the U.S. economy will go be tanked.
00:26:25.240 No, it wouldn't.
00:26:25.920 When he imposed the tariffs you told him to propose, everybody said, oh, it's going to kill our economic growth.
00:26:31.240 And it had no impact.
00:26:33.040 China was killed, but the U.S. had no impact.
00:26:35.620 It actually helped us because it brought our jobs back home.
00:26:37.840 That's right.
00:26:38.980 Without creating any inflation.
00:26:41.280 Yeah.
00:26:41.520 Which was really interesting because that was the primary critique of, oh, it's going to drive up prices.
00:26:47.500 Didn't.
00:26:47.860 Yeah, absolutely.
00:26:49.760 So his approach to these issues is very novel, very important.
00:26:56.400 And I think that the fact that he's proposing important changes for the future, while at the same time showcasing his record as an incumbent, gives him this incredible advantage.
00:27:08.280 And really, people talk about the DeSantis campaign falling apart, and it is.
00:27:12.840 DeSantis being a lousy candidate, and he is.
00:27:15.440 But what's important is that since January of this year, he has laid out one of the most far-reaching and important agendas.
00:27:24.080 Go to Donald J. Trump slash Agenda 47 online.
00:27:29.840 Donald J. Trump slash Agenda 47.
00:27:32.900 And read them, one after another, 30 proposals that will fundamentally change the world.
00:27:39.520 And they are amazing.
00:27:41.820 And his candidacy is so animated by a sense of change and a sense of record.
00:27:47.820 We are going to be right back with Dick Morris.
00:27:53.380 Dick, when we come back, one of the things I want to work through is the nuts and bolts of actually winning the primary and kind of go through the primary schedule.
00:28:03.980 Because when I was back in the White House, everybody always talked about national polls.
00:28:08.940 I was more concerned about the battleground states.
00:28:11.520 In this case, I'm concerned about the sequencing of the primary.
00:28:14.900 Peter K. Navarro in for Stephen K. Bannon with the esteemed Dick Morris.
00:28:19.200 Stay right here.
00:28:20.140 You'll find out how Donald Trump is going to win in 2024.
00:28:22.840 We rejoice when there's no more.
00:28:25.100 Let's take down the CCP.
00:28:27.980 Here's something most Americans have not heard about.
00:28:30.340 The USDA recently revealed that in America's breadbasket states, countless crops planted last season won't be harvested this season.
00:28:39.420 Thanks to extreme weather conditions and worldwide fertilizer shortages, those crops didn't stand a chance.
00:28:46.240 This means food shortages and higher prices at the grocery store are ahead.
00:28:50.340 That's why now is the time to stock up on emergency food from MyPatriotSupply, the nation's largest preparedness company.
00:28:59.140 To help you prepare for what's coming, they're offering a new lower price on their popular four-week emergency food kit.

00:30:57.920 Now let me feel it, Jesus.
00:31:12.920 Now let me feel it, Jesus.
00:31:26.920 Hey, Peter K. Navarro in for Stephen K. Bannon.
00:31:33.920 Let's throw that website up there that Dick Morris mentioned, Donald J. Trump forward slash Agenda 47, I believe.
00:31:43.380 But it's a really important web address because it lays out in specific detail exactly what the Trump agenda is going to be.
00:31:54.780 And as Dick said earlier, the difference between Donald John Trump and everybody else in this race, including Joe Biden, is that Trump's actually done it.
00:32:05.020 And we know, therefore, he can do it again.
00:32:09.020 Dick, what I want to do now is talk a little bit about the road to becoming the Republican nominee.
00:32:19.180 And here's what concerns me.
00:32:23.180 You have an opposition which contains, at the very top of the food chain, Rupert Murdoch into Fox News and New York Post Empire.
00:32:37.420 And you can see as we speak, Murdoch and Fox News giving all sorts of airtime and free commercials to other candidates.
00:32:45.620 You've got the dark money of the Koch brothers network.
00:32:50.340 You've got the equally dark money of the New York hedge fund guys like Steve Schwartzman, Larry Fink, and those folks.
00:32:59.840 And what I see is a, what we call in economics, like tacit collusion going on between the various candidates.
00:33:10.520 So I look at the primary schedule.
00:33:13.460 And, you know, Iowa, they can't do a lot to kind of like do much there.
00:33:19.460 But once you hit South Carolina, which is front-loaded, and New Hampshire, that's where my concerns begin, particularly in South Carolina.
00:33:28.660 And so the idea is what they want to do is try to stop any Trump momentum early on.
00:33:34.720 And what they've done in South Carolina is they've got two favorite sons in there.
00:33:39.120 You've got Tim Scott, the senator, and Nikki Haley, the former governor.
00:33:44.900 And then in New Hampshire, you've got kind of the stalking horse non-candidate in Chris Sununu, the governor.
00:33:53.140 And then you've got just a lot of money going in.
00:33:57.460 And then you've got Chris Christie, his role, the Pillsbury, a dope boy, a venom, I call him.
00:34:02.540 His role is simply to do the wet work.
00:34:05.940 You know, he's like the mafia guy who's going to shoot bullets at the boss.
00:34:11.780 Talk to me a little bit about any concerns you might have about the, it's Trump against the cartel.
00:34:20.640 Well, everything you described is accurate, but my money is on Trump.
00:34:25.680 My money is certainly on Trump, but what's the best way for him to navigate these people?
00:34:30.160 In terms of funding, bear in mind that Trump has developed a funding source of small donors, many of whom I think are probably watching today.
00:34:38.400 And in the last quarter, for example, he raised $15 million in donations of less than $200.
00:34:47.760 By contrast, DeSantis raised $3 million.
00:34:50.860 So you can have all the big money boycotting Trump, but the small money, he raised $300 million in small contributions the last time.
00:34:59.140 And we'll see him through.
00:35:01.620 Iowa is, I think, the biggest threat because it's a caucus, and it takes a lot of energy to vote in a caucus.
00:35:09.120 You have to actually spend a whole evening doing that, and you have to travel farther than just to vote.
00:35:15.220 But we've had a steady lead in Iowa.
00:35:18.480 DeSantis tried to flank us on the right.
00:35:20.660 Let me ask you quickly about Iowa, because I know the, is it the governor there that's against Trump?
00:35:26.860 Yeah.
00:35:27.060 And then you've had some random state legislatures and stuff like that.
00:35:32.360 But that's not important.
00:35:33.820 What's important here, DeSantis tried to make the race about abortion by saying that he favored banning abortion at conception.
00:35:43.680 Yeah.
00:35:44.160 And Trump is saying, look, let's return this to the states.
00:35:47.660 Yes.
00:35:47.940 We fought like hell in Roe v. Wade not to have one size fits all be the country.
00:35:52.820 And that, fortunately, is prevailing, and DeSantis' effort, I think, is failing.
00:35:59.620 I think Trump is going to win Iowa.
00:36:01.880 He's currently more than 20 points ahead.
00:36:04.680 Okay.
00:36:05.040 The opposition to him is so fractured, and he doesn't have to win a majority, a plurality.
00:36:09.680 We should note that winning Iowa has not exactly been good news for Republicans.
00:36:16.220 Well, no candidate who's won Iowa has won anything.
00:36:18.660 Yes.
00:36:18.980 But we'll be the exception.
00:36:20.860 Just throw that in there.
00:36:22.240 New Hampshire, we have good leads in.
00:36:24.520 And right now, our latest polls have us at 51 there.
00:36:28.480 Sununu influence.
00:36:30.700 When Sununu was on the ballot in our tests, he was at 7%.
00:36:34.880 Okay.
00:36:35.160 That's why he's not running.
00:36:36.180 Okay.
00:36:36.440 And South Carolina, we get over half the vote with two favorite Suns in there.
00:36:44.180 And California has moved its...
00:36:46.880 Stay with me on South Carolina, because that state worries the hell out of me.
00:36:51.080 It's the place that gave rise to Mick Mulvaney, who is like, he was in the administration.
00:36:56.660 He's totally toxic.
00:36:57.860 He turned on Donald Trump.
00:36:59.160 You got Lindsey Graham, who, you know, I've advocated very outspokenly with the boss.
00:37:06.240 We need a Lindsey Graham-free zone in the White House, because whatever that guy wants is not MAGA.
00:37:12.060 We don't need him.
00:37:13.380 He's up for re-election, is he not?
00:37:16.720 I think so, but I'm not sure.
00:37:18.400 Does that play...
00:37:19.720 Is that going to, like...
00:37:20.800 How does he play in that state with the boss?
00:37:22.680 No, he's...
00:37:23.200 I think he's endorsed Trump.
00:37:25.280 He's not making much trouble.
00:37:26.280 But does that help the boss or hurt him?
00:37:28.140 Well, it's not important.
00:37:29.540 He overshadows his endorsements.
00:37:31.780 Trump is such a unique figure that he overshadows all of this stuff.
00:37:35.900 What's Scott's game, Tim Scott?
00:37:37.820 Is he like a useful idiot, or does he just want to be vice president?
00:37:41.540 Scott wants to be vice president, but he killed himself last week.
00:37:45.040 He said there was no fraud in 2020.
00:37:47.320 And you could just hear him being crossed off Trump's list.
00:37:50.300 Just gratuitous stupidity.
00:37:52.400 I'm hoping Nikki Haley's been crossed off about 20 times.
00:37:55.740 Oh, yeah.
00:37:56.280 Nikki Haley.
00:37:57.000 The way to Donald Trump's heart is not to run against him.
00:38:01.440 He's not the forgiving...
00:38:02.160 Well, I mean, she betrayed him.
00:38:03.920 You know, when I was in the White House, like, there's like another Nikki Haley problem.
00:38:08.520 She was constantly sticking the knife in his back.
00:38:10.740 He's not the forgiving sort, put it that way.
00:38:12.860 Yes.
00:38:13.800 And then California's moved its primary up to March 5th, which is a very front-loaded Super Tuesday.
00:38:20.560 They're trying to change the rules on delegates, are they not?
00:38:23.480 Yeah, but that'll only matter if we're close.
00:38:28.080 The fact of the matter is that it's complicated.
00:38:32.140 Well, for the viewers and listeners here, the issue is if you turn California from a winner-take-all to a proportional thing,
00:38:43.680 the number of delegates it has and votes for the thing, that would be pretty significant.
00:38:51.840 Well, it's more complicated than that.
00:38:53.940 The proposal is to take it by congressional district.
00:38:56.980 Okay.
00:38:57.280 And each district has three delegates.
00:38:59.600 I see.
00:39:00.020 To the National Convention.
00:39:01.000 Okay.
00:39:01.560 The winner of the district gets one.
00:39:04.160 If Trump wins a plurality, which he will, he'll get two.
00:39:08.140 I see.
00:39:08.620 And then the other candidates get one to split among them.
00:39:12.040 So the likely scenario is he'll carry three points.
00:39:14.920 The worst case would be 60% of the delegates.
00:39:18.640 65, 70.
00:39:19.800 Instead of 100%.
00:39:21.200 Yeah, but if he wins 51 of the state, there is no proportional.
00:39:25.420 He wins the whole thing.
00:39:27.280 So he's going to walk out of there with 80% of the delegates.
00:39:31.280 But don't you have crossover votes in California?
00:39:34.200 Well, you may, but there'll be, you may, but we'll see.
00:39:38.320 You get like nefarious games, right?
00:39:40.220 You have to see how the Democratic field evolves.
00:39:42.280 Yeah.
00:39:42.640 But right now, I think that Trump will be the Republican nominee on March 6th.
00:39:48.020 He may not, the others may not be out, but he'll be so far ahead.
00:39:50.920 By March 6th.
00:39:51.800 By March 6th.
00:39:52.660 And that's after Super Tuesday.
00:39:54.220 Yeah.
00:39:54.600 The day after.
00:39:55.860 Yeah.
00:39:56.040 But let's look at the general election.
00:39:59.420 Trump has been four to seven points ahead of Biden in all the polling this year.
00:40:06.140 And Trump lost, in theory, the 2020 election by three points.
00:40:11.140 Not in theory.
00:40:11.940 He did not lose.
00:40:13.160 It was, you know, it was close enough to steal, but they stole it.
00:40:17.300 Anyway, go ahead.
00:40:17.880 Three plus seven is 10.
00:40:19.680 Yeah.
00:40:19.820 So, he's somewhere between six and ten points ahead right now in the popular vote.
00:40:25.780 And bear in mind that if there is a tie in the popular vote, the electoral college arranges itself in such a way that the Republican wins the presidency.
00:40:35.120 Because they're in control of that.
00:40:35.720 You have to lose the popular vote by about, by five points or four points in order to lose the electoral college vote.
00:40:43.880 But, but let me, and we won't have time to cover all of this before the next block.
00:40:50.520 But, again, I go back to my days in the Trump White House and the months leading up to the 2020 election.
00:40:57.100 I'm sitting in the Oval.
00:40:58.580 You got Mnuchin and Kudlow.
00:41:00.440 You got Lighthize.
00:41:01.320 You got some other folks in there, and they're all, like, blowing smoke up the bosses, you know what, about how he's leading in the national polls.
00:41:10.260 And all I had to say was, I don't care.
00:41:13.000 What I care about is Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania.
00:41:18.900 Where do we stand there?
00:41:20.540 Now, tell me, what's the path to victory?
00:41:23.580 Wisconsin looks really difficult right now, Dick.
00:41:27.260 Well, it's hard to tell because we don't know who our opponent is.
00:41:30.100 Yeah.
00:41:30.440 Okay, because I don't know that Biden's going to make it that far.
00:41:33.420 Yeah, well, I bet on it.
00:41:35.280 And all of the published polls have always been wrong.
00:41:40.440 They always understate Trump's vote by a lot.
00:41:43.340 Yes.
00:41:43.740 And when you look at the results of 2020, I did 1,000 interviews a night for six nights before the election.
00:41:50.960 And in every single poll, I had him winning Pennsylvania and Michigan by at least two points,
00:41:59.180 which he allegedly lost.
00:42:01.180 And Georgia, we didn't even poll.
00:42:03.020 Milwaukee and Detroit.
00:42:04.720 Yeah.
00:42:04.840 And, you know, the ballots into the night.
00:42:07.260 Yeah.
00:42:07.680 So we should have a separate section on voter integrity, which we'll get to.
00:42:12.080 Well, let me just touch it now.
00:42:13.480 The way to make sure this election is not stolen is to vote early.
00:42:18.740 Republicans had this fetish.
00:42:19.800 There's a change in culture for Republicans.
00:42:21.640 Republicans had this fetish that said, we just vote on election day.
00:42:25.380 It was macho.
00:42:26.140 And if we vote early, it's going to be stolen.
00:42:29.100 We're game day voters.
00:42:30.300 Yeah.
00:42:30.560 And this is ridiculous.
00:42:32.960 In 1996, when I worked for Clinton, there were 100 million votes cast.
00:42:37.240 Now there are 165 million votes cast.
00:42:40.300 So obviously, you have to have early voting and you have to have mail-in voting.
00:42:44.400 You have to have absentee voting.
00:42:46.240 Let Republicans win with the Democratic rules.
00:42:50.260 Early voting, absentee voting, mail-in voting.
00:42:53.760 Vote, and the Democratic strategy, particularly in Arizona, was get all of the Republicans to vote early
00:43:01.140 and then screw up the machines so none of them work and have hours-long lines outside
00:43:07.000 and the Republicans go home and don't vote.
00:43:10.060 That was how Carrie Lake lost.
00:43:11.520 That's how we lost Arizona.
00:43:13.480 So vote early, by mail, by absentee.
00:43:19.500 Do not wait till election day.
00:43:21.240 All right.
00:43:21.880 We're going to take a break now.
00:43:23.900 We're going to come back for what we call The Big Finish.
00:43:27.020 The return here, Dick Morris' book.
00:43:29.180 Don't forget to get this.
00:43:30.940 I want to keep pounding, though, on this battleground state strategy because it deeply concerns me.
00:43:36.880 Peter K. Navarro in for the admiral.
00:43:39.600 I'm here with the esteemed Dick Morris.
00:43:41.920 We'll be right back.
00:43:42.980 Stay there.
00:43:43.540 Don't miss it.
00:43:44.080 Right now, many Americans are feeling powerless.
00:43:51.340 You know the feeling.
00:43:53.040 The economy isn't stable.
00:43:54.360 Crime continues to plague our communities.

00:45:39.840 Hey, Peter K. Navarro in for the Admiral Stephen K. Bannon.
00:45:46.160 I'm here with the author of this book, The Return, the Gospel to Get Trump Back in the White House 2024, Dick Morris.
00:45:53.400 Dick, I want to quickly just wrap up this battleground angst that I have.
00:46:00.400 Knowing what I know, Georgia is a little bit funky to me.
00:46:06.400 I haven't figured that one out.
00:46:10.020 Arizona, an enigma.
00:46:13.120 And there's going to be rampant theft that we've got to guard against in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
00:46:20.580 What say you, sir?
00:46:21.260 Well, if we had early voting by Republicans, we would have won all those states.
00:46:26.840 All of those.
00:46:27.520 All of those.
00:46:28.040 That's the antidote.
00:46:28.900 Yeah.
00:46:29.440 Okay.
00:46:30.040 Terry Lake wrote a book about her defeat.
00:46:32.580 Yeah.
00:46:32.980 And they didn't do any early voting.
00:46:36.120 Right.
00:46:36.340 And, of course, and then the Democrats made it rain on our parade on Election Day, basically disconnecting the machines.
00:46:43.660 And no wonder we lost.
00:46:45.560 Pennsylvania, we went into the Senate race, and the day of Election Day, Fetterman had a 600,000-vote lead.
00:46:54.040 How do you close that in 24 hours?
00:46:57.680 I want, if I can, just to spend a second on this overall view of 2024.
00:47:04.340 Americans are coming to grips with the fact that there is a deep state, and that this deep state runs through all of the administrations, both parties.
00:47:13.560 And it consists of various names, the military-industrial complex, the intelligence community, big pharma, the big energy companies, high-tech censorship.
00:47:28.120 Tony Fauci.
00:47:29.240 What?
00:47:29.740 Tony Fauci.
00:47:30.700 Fauci.
00:47:31.300 CDC, yeah.
00:47:32.900 And essentially, the deep state is a unity.
00:47:37.320 It exists as its own stuff.
00:47:39.800 And the left and the right are increasingly coalescing in their animosity to the deep state.
00:47:47.440 You talk about how breast milk is containing carcinogens.
00:47:51.660 Well, that's a left-wing issue.
00:47:53.380 But we don't like to have cancer in our babies.
00:47:56.220 You take the military-industrial complex, censoring our media, censoring Twitter.
00:48:03.760 Well, when they're censoring CDC, that's a left-wing issue.
00:48:08.260 When they're censoring the election, that's a right-wing issue.
00:48:11.580 But it's the same censorship.
00:48:13.560 And I think that Trump has demonstrated that he is enough of a tough SOB to stand up to the deep state.
00:48:22.000 And I think that his toughness, his strength, his resiliency are really very important.
00:48:28.840 And I think the Kennedy vote in the democratic process, democratic primary, is increasingly going to go to Trump because he is the only opponent of the deep state.
00:48:39.660 So you don't, if you're a betting man, you don't think Biden is going to be the nominee at the end of the day.
00:48:48.620 Who will be, and will that person be a bigger or lesser threat to Trump?
00:48:54.300 Well, right now we have the consultant community of pollsters, media creators, time buyers.
00:49:00.360 There's a new consultant community for Biden, taxidermists and ventriloquists.
00:49:05.340 That's not plastic surgeons.
00:49:09.980 To wrap them up there.
00:49:11.040 Yes.
00:49:11.260 Yeah.
00:49:11.840 Plastic surgeons, he's passed that taxidermist.
00:49:15.440 And the Democratic Party is all committed to the idea that the emperor has no clothes.
00:49:22.100 Yes.
00:49:22.500 And they're all committed to that.
00:49:24.520 And anybody who breaks rank is apostate and is expelled.
00:49:28.720 That can't last.
00:49:29.920 As this guy slips further and further behind, you have to, at some point, decide you want someone who can speak a sentence.
00:49:37.500 And I think that at some point they're going to force him to say he's not running again.
00:49:42.700 They won't make him resign because they can't have cameras.
00:49:45.280 I think, Dick, I think the way they'll do it is the Hunter Biden issue.
00:49:49.540 And the same people like the FBI and the DOJ who are terrorizing Trump and folks like me and Steve Bannon will turn on Joe.
00:50:03.140 The irony is Trump got indicted, but the guy who's under investigation and losing votes is Biden.
00:50:08.880 Isn't it amazing?
00:50:09.540 And so I believe that the Democratic nomination will be open.
00:50:16.820 And the first question is, will Michelle run?
00:50:19.840 Yes.
00:50:20.320 And if she were to, she would win the nomination in a heartbeat and Biden would have to pull out.
00:50:25.740 But being a black candidate for president in 2024 is a lot harder than it was in 2008 or 2012, because then you had only to deal with the issue of ethnicity and latent bigotry.
00:50:41.520 Now you have to deal with reparations, critical race theory, quotas for people of color, anti-white quotas.
00:50:51.200 You have to deal with a range of policies that will enrage the non-black vote.
00:50:57.740 But what if she does triangulation, if I may?
00:51:01.140 But she can't because she'll need, she can't turn on her own constituency.
00:51:05.260 Do you favor $300,000 checks to every man, woman, and child who's black in America?
00:51:11.260 The Hispanics aren't going to like that.
00:51:12.780 The Asians aren't going to like that.
00:51:14.300 The whites aren't going to like that.
00:51:16.140 And she can't get off of that because she's dependent on her base.
00:51:20.180 Do people remember how bad a job Obama did?
00:51:22.940 No.
00:51:23.180 No, they don't really.
00:51:24.080 No, they don't.
00:51:24.780 And it's not worth bringing it to mind.
00:51:26.440 You beat her with future issues.
00:51:28.600 You beat her because you force her to choose between her base and the swing voters.
00:51:32.960 Yeah.
00:51:33.560 And she can't make that choice.
00:51:35.340 Can't do that.
00:51:36.100 So I think what's going to happen is there are three wings in the Democratic Party.
00:51:40.540 There's the establishment, which will probably go with Buttigieg.
00:51:43.360 60 seconds, by the way.
00:51:44.620 There's the left, which will probably go with Warren or Sanders.
00:51:48.660 Maybe AOC.
00:51:50.380 Maybe AOC.
00:51:51.280 Interesting.
00:51:51.760 And the blacks will go with Patrick Duvall.
00:51:55.040 What happened to that guy in California?
00:51:57.460 Oh, Newsom, I'm sorry.
00:51:58.600 He's in the left.
00:51:59.420 Okay.
00:51:59.680 And, by the way, if it all deadlocks, coming down from the sky with angel's wings, maybe
00:52:06.460 Mrs. Hillary Clinton.
00:52:10.040 Oh, Dick.
00:52:11.260 I think that's the place to lay that, baby.
00:52:13.580 Dick Morris.
00:52:15.580 Hillary, angel's wings.
00:52:16.900 All right.
00:52:17.560 Hey, it's great to be with you.
00:52:19.420 I want to recommend highly The Return by Dick Morris in this new book coming out, The Biden
00:52:27.120 Crime Family.
00:52:28.380 I think you know the drill on that.

00:52:31.080 Navarro in for Stephen K.
