00:17:38.560He is the author of this best-selling book, The Return.
00:17:42.960This is probably the best book to read in preparation for Trump's 2024 run, other than the one that's coming out next month, which is called The Biden Crime Family.
00:17:55.260And there's just so much to talk about.
00:17:57.640Yeah, but Dick, you were listening to my opening segment, and you had some thoughts on this digital currency issue.
00:18:06.360It is so vital that we continue to be the global reserve currency, because right now, when France wants to run a budget deficit, they have to basically change the euro into dollars.
00:18:22.020And because it's a reserve currency, they need to then borrow in dollars and get it switched back to euros.
00:18:30.620We just run the printing press, because we can print dollars and nobody else can.
00:18:35.900Now, the gold people are trying to switch the world to a gold-based currency.
00:18:44.180And Russia and China have amassed huge holdings in gold.
00:18:47.780And they formed the BRICS countries, Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa.
00:18:55.380And there are about 20 other countries trying to join them as a trading bloc that are basically going to trade in yuan or in another BRICS currency that would be specially developed by these nations, backed by gold.
00:19:13.560It goes back to the decision of the Spanish monarchy in the 16th century to base its power on gold and who had more gold, whereas Britain said, the hell with gold.
00:19:27.220We want to have a market economy and have customers and have sales.
00:20:27.080All we need is for Biden to get the hell out of office and let us frack, let us drill offshore, let us build pipelines, the Keystone Pipeline, let us drill in so-called wilderness areas in Alaska, and we'll produce enough oil to drown the world.
00:20:46.940And once that happens, the dollar will remain the dominant currency because it's backed by oil.
00:21:00.840And if we ever lose the power of the global currency, it will mean we will need the permission, basically, of the UN to run a budget deficit.
00:21:10.100And while that's good for fiscal responsibility, it would mean we would have to cut 20% of our spending overnight, which means goodbye Social Security, goodbye Medicare, goodbye much of the defense budget.
00:21:25.420So Trump is right that the struggle to keep the dollar paramount is really the major battle of our time, far more important than terrorism or any of these other issues.
00:21:38.020Yeah, and it's interesting that the Saudis themselves have gotten into bed with the Chinese on this whole digital currency and yuan reserve currency.
00:21:50.520And it's really interesting to me that when I was in the White House with Trump, Trump was the guy who controlled the worldwide oil prices because he had the power literally of the pump and the drillers.
00:22:06.640And if Saudi Arabia got out of line at OPEC, he'd just give them a call.
00:22:12.260And I was there when he made a call or two.
00:22:17.000But right now, ironically, with the Ukraine situation, Russia has emerged along with the Saudis as those who control OPEC, not the United States anymore.
00:22:32.940So anyway, it's interesting just to put that in perspective for the history buffs here.
00:22:38.620At the Yalta Peace Conference in 1945, FDR was dying and died two months later.
00:22:45.780And he told his boat, don't go directly back.
00:23:03.920And now we're about to get rid of that.
00:23:06.380And the trade there was the U.S. would protect the Saudis if the Saudis basically traded in dollars.
00:23:16.120But before we go any further, I want people out in the war room to understand what this man is doing right now for this country.
00:23:22.980You are arguably the top strategist for Donald John Trump for the 2024 re-election.
00:23:32.880So as we talk about what we're going to talk about today, you have a unique perspective on this campaign because you're sitting there at the hand of Trump.
00:23:46.220And I want folks out in the war room to know that.
00:23:49.120Well, it's important to understand that Donald Trump is a unique fusion candidate.
00:24:32.920He says, yeah, I'm going to still build the wall.
00:24:35.300But the big reason people come here, women especially, is that their child can be an American citizen.
00:24:40.860And he said, nope, if you're here illegally, you've not subjected yourself to the jurisdiction of the U.S., which is the wording of the Constitution.
00:24:49.860And I won't let your children become automatic citizens.
00:24:53.560Does that include birthright citizenship?
00:24:57.020So even if somebody comes in, the way they do it is they come over in the eighth month as tourists with a legitimate visa and have the baby here.
00:25:10.720Well, but if they come here illegally, their children cannot be automatically citizens.
00:25:18.340They can be naturalized and everything.
00:25:20.820Or another example is we all complain about the leftward drift of our colleges and schools.
00:25:28.640He says, I'm going to cut off federal funding to school districts that teach critical race theory or that promote inappropriate gender change education for small children.
00:25:41.980And for campuses, for colleges, no Pell Grants, no scholarships, no student loans, no research contracts to any school that does not allow free speech on campus.
00:25:52.560So he's taking all these issues and bringing a perspective to you.
00:26:49.760So his approach to these issues is very novel, very important.
00:26:56.400And I think that the fact that he's proposing important changes for the future, while at the same time showcasing his record as an incumbent, gives him this incredible advantage.
00:27:08.280And really, people talk about the DeSantis campaign falling apart, and it is.
00:27:12.840DeSantis being a lousy candidate, and he is.
00:27:15.440But what's important is that since January of this year, he has laid out one of the most far-reaching and important agendas.
00:27:24.080Go to Donald J. Trump slash Agenda 47 online.
00:27:41.820And his candidacy is so animated by a sense of change and a sense of record.
00:27:47.820We are going to be right back with Dick Morris.
00:27:53.380Dick, when we come back, one of the things I want to work through is the nuts and bolts of actually winning the primary and kind of go through the primary schedule.
00:28:03.980Because when I was back in the White House, everybody always talked about national polls.
00:28:08.940I was more concerned about the battleground states.
00:28:11.520In this case, I'm concerned about the sequencing of the primary.
00:28:14.900Peter K. Navarro in for Stephen K. Bannon with the esteemed Dick Morris.
00:28:27.980Here's something most Americans have not heard about.
00:28:30.340The USDA recently revealed that in America's breadbasket states, countless crops planted last season won't be harvested this season.
00:28:39.420Thanks to extreme weather conditions and worldwide fertilizer shortages, those crops didn't stand a chance.
00:28:46.240This means food shortages and higher prices at the grocery store are ahead.
00:28:50.340That's why now is the time to stock up on emergency food from MyPatriotSupply, the nation's largest preparedness company.
00:28:59.140To help you prepare for what's coming, they're offering a new lower price on their popular four-week emergency food kit.
00:29:05.980These meals will give you peace of mind when food shortages hit.
00:29:09.560But hurry, there's a limited time offer that expires soon.
00:29:12.560In each kit, you'll get energy-boosting breakfasts, lunches, dinners, drinks, and snacks that will keep you going when the going gets tough.
00:29:20.340Best of all, they come at an affordable cost, especially with this offer.
00:29:24.960You'll laugh at grocery store prices when you have this kit.
00:29:28.240To get this special discount, go to MyPatriotSupply.com.
00:31:26.920Hey, Peter K. Navarro in for Stephen K. Bannon.
00:31:33.920Let's throw that website up there that Dick Morris mentioned, Donald J. Trump forward slash Agenda 47, I believe.
00:31:43.380But it's a really important web address because it lays out in specific detail exactly what the Trump agenda is going to be.
00:31:54.780And as Dick said earlier, the difference between Donald John Trump and everybody else in this race, including Joe Biden, is that Trump's actually done it.
00:32:05.020And we know, therefore, he can do it again.
00:32:09.020Dick, what I want to do now is talk a little bit about the road to becoming the Republican nominee.
00:33:13.460And, you know, Iowa, they can't do a lot to kind of like do much there.
00:33:19.460But once you hit South Carolina, which is front-loaded, and New Hampshire, that's where my concerns begin, particularly in South Carolina.
00:33:28.660And so the idea is what they want to do is try to stop any Trump momentum early on.
00:33:34.720And what they've done in South Carolina is they've got two favorite sons in there.
00:33:39.120You've got Tim Scott, the senator, and Nikki Haley, the former governor.
00:33:44.900And then in New Hampshire, you've got kind of the stalking horse non-candidate in Chris Sununu, the governor.
00:33:53.140And then you've got just a lot of money going in.
00:33:57.460And then you've got Chris Christie, his role, the Pillsbury, a dope boy, a venom, I call him.
00:34:02.540His role is simply to do the wet work.
00:34:05.940You know, he's like the mafia guy who's going to shoot bullets at the boss.
00:34:11.780Talk to me a little bit about any concerns you might have about the, it's Trump against the cartel.
00:34:20.640Well, everything you described is accurate, but my money is on Trump.
00:34:25.680My money is certainly on Trump, but what's the best way for him to navigate these people?
00:34:30.160In terms of funding, bear in mind that Trump has developed a funding source of small donors, many of whom I think are probably watching today.
00:34:38.400And in the last quarter, for example, he raised $15 million in donations of less than $200.
00:40:19.820So, he's somewhere between six and ten points ahead right now in the popular vote.
00:40:25.780And bear in mind that if there is a tie in the popular vote, the electoral college arranges itself in such a way that the Republican wins the presidency.
00:41:01.320You got some other folks in there, and they're all, like, blowing smoke up the bosses, you know what, about how he's leading in the national polls.
00:41:10.260And all I had to say was, I don't care.
00:41:13.000What I care about is Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania.
00:46:57.680I want, if I can, just to spend a second on this overall view of 2024.
00:47:04.340Americans are coming to grips with the fact that there is a deep state, and that this deep state runs through all of the administrations, both parties.
00:47:13.560And it consists of various names, the military-industrial complex, the intelligence community, big pharma, the big energy companies, high-tech censorship.
00:48:13.560And I think that Trump has demonstrated that he is enough of a tough SOB to stand up to the deep state.
00:48:22.000And I think that his toughness, his strength, his resiliency are really very important.
00:48:28.840And I think the Kennedy vote in the democratic process, democratic primary, is increasingly going to go to Trump because he is the only opponent of the deep state.
00:48:39.660So you don't, if you're a betting man, you don't think Biden is going to be the nominee at the end of the day.
00:48:48.620Who will be, and will that person be a bigger or lesser threat to Trump?
00:48:54.300Well, right now we have the consultant community of pollsters, media creators, time buyers.
00:49:00.360There's a new consultant community for Biden, taxidermists and ventriloquists.
00:50:20.320And if she were to, she would win the nomination in a heartbeat and Biden would have to pull out.
00:50:25.740But being a black candidate for president in 2024 is a lot harder than it was in 2008 or 2012, because then you had only to deal with the issue of ethnicity and latent bigotry.
00:50:41.520Now you have to deal with reparations, critical race theory, quotas for people of color, anti-white quotas.
00:50:51.200You have to deal with a range of policies that will enrage the non-black vote.
00:50:57.740But what if she does triangulation, if I may?
00:51:01.140But she can't because she'll need, she can't turn on her own constituency.
00:51:05.260Do you favor $300,000 checks to every man, woman, and child who's black in America?
00:51:11.260The Hispanics aren't going to like that.
