Andy Harris, the new chairman of the Freedom Caucus, joins the War Room to discuss his new role and the upcoming mid-term elections. He also talks about why he thinks Scott Perry should win the primary and why you should pay attention to his opponent Scott Raffensperger. And Marjorie Taylor Greene joins the show to talk about why she thinks Donald Trump should win in Georgia.
00:00:58.940And I just want to continue our conversation with my friend, Andy Harris, the new chairman of the House Freedom Caucus.
00:01:08.720And we were just talking about Scott Perry and Scott's race.
00:01:11.900Andy, could you just give us another race or two that we should be paying attention to and that these listeners can get activated to go and help and support?
00:01:21.400Sure. Let me tell you, there are three pickup opportunities, realistic ones.
00:01:26.620Joe Kent in Washington, that's a close race.
00:01:29.040He'll make a great Freedom Caucus member.
00:03:18.740So so look, can you just and I know you can take this in whichever direction you want, but because of your home base of Georgia, could you give the listeners two weeks to the day?
00:03:35.840What are you seeing in the state of Georgia where Donald Trump is going to win?
00:03:41.920But just give everybody kind of what what you're seeing and then conversely, what you hear or what you see that that folks like Raffensperger and others are doing what it's so that we are fully engaged and it's and have transparency with two weeks to go.
00:05:40.180And this is a top issue we have to be fighting on.
00:05:42.580We're asking you to take a hard look at the reality of Lakin Riley is dead today from an illegal alien that New York, the state of New York, let go while the state of New York is about to prosecute Daniel Penny, an innocent man who saved people's lives on the subway.
00:06:00.360We're asking you people to take a hard look at the fact that Kamala Harris has weaponized the Department of Justice, the FBI, against Donald Trump, and Steve Bannon is sitting in prison today.
00:06:13.240Thank God he'll be released next week, but he was denied his rights under the First Step Act.
00:06:18.360So we're talking to these voters and explaining to them, if you sit it out because you don't like the language in politics and you sit it out because you're unwilling to vote,
00:06:28.260the reality is that you'll be the one responsible for the downfall that will rapidly happen in this country.
00:06:36.620We need everyone to fight alongside of us.
00:06:38.700We need everyone to vote for Donald Trump.
00:06:40.660And if you're in my district in northwest Georgia, I'd love to earn your vote once again because I'm proud to represent you.
00:06:49.360Well, you know, that's a great synopsis.
00:06:52.220The listeners of this show don't need any lesson in what's at stake, obviously.
00:07:00.440They hear it from you and many other guests that Steve has had on for over the last many years.
00:07:10.660And so what we have to understand is what you just described as the crossroads, as the fork in the road.
00:07:20.660America is going to, on Election Day, two weeks from today, go one direction or the other.
00:07:27.760They are going to go, voters, we are going to go towards peace and prosperity, which is going back to the Trump-era policies of the peace and prosperity, hope, growth, and opportunity for every American.
00:07:43.740It doesn't matter who you are, where you're from.
00:07:45.940Everyone will have an equal shot at the American dream.
00:07:49.260Or we go to Kamala Harris and what I call American carnage, which is the chaos and carnage that has been the last four years.
00:08:00.560What we have seen, as you so correctly described, what we have seen on the border with illegal immigration, with the fentanyl crisis, with all of these policies that are driving up the crime rates, the murder rates.
00:08:15.940Every statistic known to the FBI and to law enforcement have gone up over the last four years because of the policies of Kamala Harris and Joe Biden.
00:08:57.260The insidious actions of the left over the last, not four years, eight years, but 20, 30 years from grade school to today.
00:09:07.740They are trying to educate and brainwash the American people that they need a bigger government, more handouts and that it's that it's, you know, class warfare.
00:09:18.260So, you know, so so let me let's just let I know you travel around the country.
00:09:23.140Can you just give us a feeling of what you're seeing?
00:09:26.940Well, if I let me just go back to Raffensperger for a second.
00:09:54.060We aren't sure if we can vote for President Trump.
00:09:56.000So what I told you is the exact type of conversations I'm having with those voters that are sitting on the fence.
00:10:02.060We have people flooding the polls, though.
00:10:04.260I'm telling you, Dave, people are showing up and voting in record numbers.
00:10:08.660But we are pushing those people wherever we can find them to get off the fence, get in the game, get in the fight with us and let's win this.
00:10:17.320The reality, though, that we have is we have to protect the vote.
00:10:21.020And so I just had Michael Watley, Laura Trump.
00:10:24.080I had a big team come down to Rome, Georgia.
00:10:26.780We had a big rally here, a protect the vote rally.
00:10:29.700We are trying to educate every single voter in Georgia that if you see something, you say something.
00:10:35.780Your number one job is to get in there and vote.
00:10:38.160But if you see something, say something.
00:10:39.840And if you do see anything that you are questionable about, you go to protectthevote.com and report it immediately.
00:10:47.560We have five thousand attorneys ready to fight against any type of election fraud and to stand up and fight for election integrity in this election.
00:12:31.620Cast your ballot for Donald Trump and Republicans all the way down the ticket.
00:12:35.580The second thing that we're doing is we're staying engaged in the process.
00:12:39.580And that's with our state election board.
00:12:41.440That's with our Georgia GOP and great chairman Josh McCune.
00:12:45.460And that is also working closely with all the attorneys and the attorneys that I know, my attorneys, as well as Trump's attorneys, our state attorneys and the RNC attorneys.
00:13:03.460And as a member of the RNC with Michael Watley for the last many, many years that I've been, it is one of the key jobs that he and Laura Trump have taken on.
00:13:14.640And I'm so glad to hear that they were just down there with you.
00:13:18.780Look, this is, this is the most important thing.
00:13:22.080And let me just ask you this question.
00:13:24.700Are you seeing right now in Georgia, the early vote is happening right now, right?
00:14:09.280We want our military to vote overseas.
00:14:10.840We want American citizens that live overseas to be able to vote.
00:14:14.840But this is, this, this law that is in place right now is a wide open door for election fraud.
00:14:21.480And that's something that I'm watching very closely.
00:14:24.400I think that illegal aliens and non-citizens voting in our election, even being counted in the census, is one of the greatest threats to democracy.
00:14:32.740You talk about tearing down democracy.
00:14:34.680When you tear down our elections, you destroy democracy.
00:14:38.020And this law is something that, you know, and it can affect every single state.
00:16:32.440And I know Marjorie Taylor Greene and I can't wait to have Steve Bannon back on the airwaves talking to the American people about what is by then the final week of this most important election of our lifetime, maybe, in American history.
00:16:53.620So, Congresswoman, let's just go back to Georgia here and talk to the listeners about what you see going on with what Raffensperger is doing and what he's not doing.
00:17:08.140I know there's a bunch of stories out there in Georgia and elsewhere that talk about what he and this 501c4 are doing.
00:17:16.460And maybe you could just kind of help with the posse because everybody who's listening, you know, they're skeptical.
00:17:22.580I'll be kind and say they're skeptical of what his motivations are.
00:17:27.320And maybe you could kind of shed some light on on what's going on there.
00:17:36.480I don't I don't I just don't trust the process until I see it all the way through and until we have seen transparency and we have seen that there has been election integrity upheld.
00:17:47.720Brad Raffensperger is our secretary of state here in Georgia.
00:17:50.640And what he says publicly is he says that he is upholding the law, which, of course, is important.
00:17:59.640But there and I'm still investigating the details of that.
00:18:03.120I'm not just going with what I see on social media.
00:18:06.840I'm trying to get down into the details and what is clear and what's happening.
00:18:11.460But from what I understand is there is a C4 set up that people can donate money to.
00:18:17.860And he is requesting donations for it because he is saying that basically saying that he will be going after anyone that does not certify the results of the election.
00:18:33.920They call us election deniers all the time.
00:18:36.220But it looks it appears to be that there is a big fight being set up over the certification of the election and the outcome of the election.
00:19:08.080And my job as a representative, David, is to make sure that we check every single box, cross every T, dot every I, and make sure that everything is done right.
00:19:19.800So that's what I've dedicated myself to doing.
00:19:22.240And I talk with everybody all day long.
00:19:24.420The other thing I do is I campaign all over the state of Georgia because we are a very purple state.
00:19:33.580But according to the latest elections, that's what we have become.
00:19:38.100But we've got to turn it back solidly red.
00:19:40.740And so I'm not just committed to winning this election in 2024.
00:19:44.580I am working hard to build with every Republican across the state because we have to win and fight for our state in 26, and we have to fight for a U.S. Senate seat in 28.
00:19:54.740And we cannot get that done in Georgia unless everyone gets on one team together, focuses all our firepower on the Democrats, and makes sure that we get every Republican across the line.
00:20:06.120That's where we are here in Georgia, and that's what I'm committed to doing.
00:20:09.400And there is no better leader in the state of Georgia than you to lead that effort to make sure that two weeks from today that Georgia goes not only into the Donald Trump column, which is incredibly important for America's future, but that we win all of these races down ballot that you're talking about.
00:20:32.280Because that's the key, because from that moment, we will be able to look forward to recruit candidates, to be able to raise the money, to be able to win those seats back, those Senate seats back, from these two absolute socialists that are representing Georgia.
00:20:52.780I, as somebody who's—like, those two members of the United States Senate should be from, like, the state of Maryland, not from the state of Georgia.
00:21:01.480They should be from Washington state, not from Georgia.
00:21:06.780Their records, their socialist background, what they are, is shocking to me.
00:21:17.280And so I'm hoping that with then-President Trump and leadership like yourself that we're going to be able to move forward and be able to recapture those important United States Senate seats.
00:21:33.620So I just want to say thank you, let you go.
00:21:35.360So I know you have to run and do the important work of putting Georgia in the win column for Donald Trump.
00:21:42.420So from the listeners here at the War Room, from the posse, we all say thank you.
00:21:47.340Thank you very much for all you're doing.
00:23:07.560We just left Dixon City, heading over to Wilkes-Barre and College Station, and I also hear the great David Bossy is going to be joining us on the Team Trump bus tour soon.
00:23:21.720Cash, I'm going to be with you and Byron Donalds and the great Matt Whitaker and Monica Crowley, and I don't even know who else is coming.
00:23:30.220But it doesn't matter as long as you're there, we are going to have ourselves a wonderful time doing a bus tour for President Trump to make sure that Pennsylvania goes in the win column on Election Day.
00:23:47.080So I'm looking forward to joining you.
00:23:49.200Why don't you tell everybody a little bit, what's the premise of a bus tour, first of all, for the listeners?
00:23:56.220And maybe you could just run through kind of what it is you're doing, who you're talking to, the places you're going to be visiting.
00:24:05.580Like, Dave, you know this better than anyone.
00:24:07.280This is the greatest piece of mobile advertising for Donald J. Trump.
00:24:10.980Everywhere we go, cars, trucks, bus drivers are blasting their horns in support and giving us the thumbs up.
00:24:18.600And it's just that in and of itself is a fantastic political operation.
00:24:23.620But on top of that, just the names you cited and so many others, we've been in Wisconsin, in Michigan, in Georgia, in North Carolina.
00:24:30.840We're in Pennsylvania all week, just left Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, and we're going to head to College Station, go to Penn State.
00:24:38.000And we got these great lineups of speakers.
00:24:40.460But, of course, what we have, Dave, is the community coming out.
00:24:43.160We were just at a pipe welding company in Dixon City, and they put on an operation where they demoed a welding of the U.S. steel-made pipe that carries gas that supplies energy from here to the entire United States of America.
00:24:58.200And that's one of the things President Trump's been talking about.
00:25:00.480So he's getting in the local-level communities and caring about their issues, and the turnout has just been incredible, Dave.
00:25:05.940So we're registering voters, people are going to trainings, they're coming up, Trump precinct captains for Agenda 47.
00:25:13.520But you can follow us at tor.DonaldJTrump.com.
00:25:16.120Well, I'm excited just listening to that, that I'm going to be able to join the bus tour later this afternoon at Penn State.
00:25:27.500I'm going to be joining you at Penn State, and maybe I can warm up the crowd for you when I get there, because I know they're all there to see you, not me.
00:25:37.960But look, this is what guys like you and guys like me and everybody we just talked about that are on this bus tour and other bus tours that are going on across the country.
00:25:53.120There was just one in North Carolina a few days ago.
00:25:56.720They're working in Michigan and Wisconsin.
00:25:58.860So the reason that I want to point this out is Donald Trump is out there working harder than anyone, and that's the one standard, this is the one guarantee that guys like you and I know.
00:26:14.020He outworks everyone, and Kamala Harris, it's a clown show campaign compared to what Donald Trump is putting together.
00:26:22.740He is one man and an airplane, and it is unbelievable the work that he puts in.
00:26:28.860So we're excited to be able to do our part, and that's what, and Cash, when we run out, are you able to stay over the break for just a minute or two?
00:26:39.020I think we got a, I think I got a drop because we're about to hit our next stop, but I can try to call back in.
00:27:08.500There's a lot at stake in this upcoming election, but regardless of who is sitting in the White House, the fuse on the economy has already been lit.
00:27:17.960Even four years of a conservative presidency will not be enough to turn the tide on our $35 trillion national debt.
00:27:25.400And if the left wins, it's like throwing gas on a dumpster fire.
00:27:28.540The election is in the hands of the American people, but what you can do right now is protect your savings by diversifying into gold with the help of Birch Gold Group.
00:27:38.220For millennia, gold has stood firm in the face of greedy governments, economic upheavals, and global strife, and it can protect you now.
00:27:45.700Birch Gold will help you convert an IRA or 401k into an IRA in physical gold, tax-free and penalty.
00:27:52.420Are you tired of progressive corporations that continue to further alienate conservative Americans, all the while eroding the future of the American dream?
00:28:01.160Companies like Starbucks, Strong Army Customers to support abortion, or PayPal canceling accounts over political views?
00:28:09.380Maybelline making a mockery of women by supporting transgender models?
00:28:13.340And Bud Light forcing gender ideology on you when all you want is to enjoy a cold beer?
00:28:19.200But thanks to Public Square, you don't have to fund companies like this any longer.
00:28:24.560Public Square connects you to tens of thousands of businesses that share your value for life, family, freedom.
00:28:30.760Whether you're looking to buy coffee, find a new athletic brand that knows what a woman is, shop for clean skin care, or just find a restaurant in your community that won't lecture you about your political views.
00:30:17.540And tell us about this ad, why you did it, where people can see it.
00:30:21.960So the Article III Project started up an independent expenditure committee in Colorado called Article III Project Colorado to try to kick Colorado Supreme Court Chief Justice Monica Marquez out of office.
00:30:42.420The ballots are out now for Colorado voters.
00:30:46.540Tell your Colorado friends and family members and colleagues to vote no on Monica Marquez.
00:30:51.560It's a little ways down the very long ballot, but it's worth it because Monica Marquez was one of the four leftists on the seven Democrat-appointed Supreme Court who voted in a 4-3 decision to illegally remove President Trump from the Colorado Republican presidential primary ballots.
00:31:14.800Monica Marquez wanted to disenfranchise over 550,000 Colorado Trump voters for the primary, and this is unacceptable.
00:31:25.440It's so unacceptable that the Supreme Court of the United States had to step in and reverse Monica Marquez and these three other Colorado leftists in a 9-0 decision.
00:31:38.240I'll tell you, I clerked on the Supreme Court, it is very hard to lose 9-0 at the Supreme Court on one of these high-profile political cases.
00:32:01.080And if she doesn't respect democracy, she should not be in office.
00:32:05.060Colorado voters should vote no on Monica Marquez and throw her out of office.
00:32:13.220Mike, could you just explain to me, so the seven were appointed by the governor, and now it comes time that she's on the ballot for what purpose, though?
00:32:26.120If she's appointed, tell the listeners what that's about.
00:32:28.980So in Colorado, what happens is the governor appoints all seven of these Supreme Court justices in Colorado have been appointed by Democrat governors because once they went to all-mail ballots and legalized weed out here, it's become a Democrat hellhole.
00:32:45.040I will say if you look at early voting numbers right now in Colorado, it actually could be closer than people think for Republicans in Colorado.
00:32:52.520So you need to get out and vote, but the reason that it's seven to nothing is because we haven't run the governor's office in a long time.
00:33:01.100But once the governor appoints, these justices, these other judges stand for retention within the next two years.
00:33:10.120And then every—it depends on the office.
00:33:13.060The Supreme Court, I think, is every six years.
00:33:16.860But Monica Marquez is the one out of the four leftists who's up for retention this year.
00:33:22.740I actually voted yes to retain the two other Democrat appointees this year for the Supreme Court because they're not radical leftists.
00:33:31.560They were in the three-justice dissent that said what the four leftists are doing is unconstitutional, highly illegal, and very destructive to our democracy.
00:33:42.000So I voted no on Monica Marquez and yes on the other two Democrat justices to reward them for their good behavior.
00:33:50.360But we need to vote hell yes on President Trump and hell no on Monica Marquez.
00:34:00.540And I'm excited to hear about the turnout numbers.
00:34:03.800We must return the Republican members of Congress out there in Colorado, vitally important.
00:34:10.820And look, I mean, if you're right, in 2016, you know, Donald Trump campaigned in Colorado and made it a race.
00:34:18.340So I'm looking forward to seeing what happens in a couple of weeks in Colorado.
00:34:23.300Let me just say Colorado is so ridiculous that in 2010 I won a case where I was the plaintiff, Citizens United versus the Federal Election Commission.
00:34:36.100And we had the United States Supreme Court rule in our favor as making films and being able to advertise those films, a film at that time about Hillary Clinton.
00:34:51.660And Colorado and the Secretary of State informed us a couple of years later when we went to make a different film that we were not allowed to advertise in the state of Colorado.
00:35:04.160And I had to have our legal team fly to Colorado and go into court, into federal court, to argue what the Supreme Court had already said because Colorado said it doesn't matter here.
00:35:17.780That's what these people and somebody like these Supreme Court justices, that's what they believe.
00:35:25.500They actually don't believe that they're, you know, a part of the law.
00:36:09.320Mike, if you could – could we go to what I'm reading about, and that is the Harris campaign talking about election integrity, how they are teeing up their teams of lawyers.
00:36:27.100They have these radical left-wing lawyers who have been at the forefront of trying to defeat us for not just four years but many – for a very, very long time.
00:36:40.820Maybe you could walk folks through what they are saying and what they're going to be trying to do to intimidate, in essence, what our folks are doing, which is to make sure that every legal vote counts, to make it easy to vote and harder to cheat.
00:36:54.980Well, that's what the Article III project is going to step in and fill that void this election.
00:37:00.820We have these Democrat lawyers and operatives led by Mark Elias, and you can say what you want about Mark Elias, but he is a very vicious and effective lawyer.
00:37:10.760He gets results because he's tough as hell.
00:37:14.620Unlike Republican lawyers who are the biggest – well, the biggest weaklings on the planet.
00:37:20.900I probably shouldn't say the word I wanted to say and scare off your viewers, but this is where the Article III project steps, and we want attorneys and election officials and election workers and judges to find their backbones and follow the law.
00:37:38.720And if you do that, the Article III project is going to have your back.
00:37:42.820But if you are weak and you cow to the left or you're a leftist who wants to ignore the law so you can rig and steal the election again, the Article III project has a huge megaphone, and we're going to use this to call you out.
00:37:57.200This is the lawfare that the Democrats do every time they cow the conservative lawyers, election workers, election officials, judges.
00:38:06.540They cow them so they don't follow the law.
00:38:09.000We're going to make sure that that doesn't happen this time.
00:38:12.780President Trump and his Republican National Committee, led by Chairman Michael Watley, are doing a much better, a phenomenal job this time compared to last time.
00:38:22.940Because what they're doing is they're getting injunctions ahead of time, and so we don't let the Democrats, the left, rig and steal the election again.
00:38:32.820We're getting injunctions on signature verification, on making sure that we have election observers, the evidence gatherers, at the polls.
00:38:41.600There are so many things that they're doing this time.
00:38:44.620This is led by David Warrington and Harmeet Dillon's law firm for the Trump campaign, along with a very good team at the Republican National Committee.
00:38:53.500I've had Steve Kenney, my former colleague on the Senate Judiciary Committee, who's now taken the lead at the Republican National Committee, come on the war room and explain in detail what they're doing in each one of these seven swing states.
00:39:06.040We're never going to be as good as Mark Elias and the Democrat operation on this lawfare for elections, but we're getting better and better, and we're not going to let the election get rigged and stolen again this time.
00:39:17.980So get out, vote as early as possible, bank your vote, do not let a Hamas riot or a hurricane prevent you from voting on Election Day.
00:43:12.740Shortly after, the government pushed through the Patriot Act.
00:43:15.900This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet.
00:43:24.220Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author,
00:43:31.340is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.
00:43:37.080In fact, some of the guests I've had on The War Room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.
00:43:45.000If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA,
00:43:51.580the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.
00:43:55.860I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.
00:44:01.400Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine,
00:44:04.400has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming
00:44:08.140and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.
00:44:13.920Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past.
