00:01:24.000I think that's going to be a material development in the election as we finish out.
00:01:29.000And as you know, Dave, I'm running, instead of running for re-election to Congress, I'm running for Attorney General of North Carolina.
00:01:35.000So I've got very close eyes on how things are rolling out in North Carolina.
00:01:41.000We commenced early voting last Thursday, the 17th of October.
00:01:45.000And through six days, it is a stunning set of developments.
00:01:50.000You've heard that Republicans are turning out, or Republican voters are turning out strongly in all the swing states.
00:01:57.000North Carolina, of course, is considered a swing state, although I think Trump's doing better here even than in others.
00:02:02.000But look, this is the key stat right now.
00:02:07.000Through day six, Democrats' early vote, including both mail-in ballots and in-person early voting, is off 365,292 votes.
00:02:20.000Now, GOP in total, and when you include mail-in ballots, is also down just 22,000.
00:02:26.000But on the whole, we are repeating the, you know, because that 2020, the turnout, when you consider both mail-in and whatever you might say about that, and in-person early voting was a blowout.
00:02:40.000Well, Republicans are repeating that phenomenon just slightly down in total, but on the in-person early voting, Republicans are up about 75,000.
00:02:49.000The message through the base this year, particularly in North Carolina, but I'm sure everywhere, has been vote down the ballot.
00:02:56.000President Trump needs allies, but also go early and vote.
00:03:01.000The Republicans, the posse, you know, and others have gotten the word, and it is rolling out.
00:03:08.000I've never seen anything like this, the development of Republicans showing up early to vote and banking those votes and fighting the Democrats in the system that exists.
00:03:22.000What issue, if you had to name one, do you think is driving folks to the polls, if you had to name one or two more than the others?
00:03:31.000You know, Dave, I think most people just don't believe we can stand, that families can stand the cost structure that Biden and Harris have imposed on us.
00:03:41.000But when you take the numbers I just described, I mean, that explains why I think the Republican turnout is enthusiastic.
00:03:49.000You can also see this manufactured dynamic where Kamala Harris has, you know, restored joy, all the trash that we've heard.
00:04:01.000By this extraordinarily undemocratic, you know, tossing Joe off the side and planting Kamala in there, that somehow that's going to create some big enthusiasm thing.
00:04:11.000It may have been a sugar high, but boy, the vote totals in the early voting show that the Democrats have an enormous enthusiasm problem, and everyone can understand why.
00:04:56.000You know, Dave, I think there is concern in the pro-life movement, and folks, some have been disgruntled.
00:05:04.000But I think Christian conservatives understand how jeopardized the country is, how in danger, how this election really does amount to saving the country.
00:05:17.000And those stats that I just shared with you, the fact that we're not seeing any dent in conservative enthusiasm.
00:05:27.000And in fact, since the mail-in phenomenon is sort of to the side and in the rearview mirror in significant ways because we're not in the COVID moment, the fact that Republican enthusiasm is as high as it was in 2022, and the early voting in-person turnout is even higher, about 75,000 up by now.
00:05:49.000And that that is not a Republican disposition generally would suggest, no, I think evangelicals are going to hang with the, and get the job done.
00:06:00.000This is going to be an extraordinary outcome in North Carolina now.
00:06:04.000And you hear great things coming out in Nevada and other states.
00:06:07.000So, look, it's got to happen everywhere, but I want to see a massive victory for President Trump.
00:06:13.000And we also, and he does, he's got to have allies.
00:06:16.000I'm going to be in the attorney general's office in North Carolina, and we're going to have, and join the fights with Ken Paxton and other great state attorneys general around the country to protect people's rights.
00:06:26.000You know, and get the job done. Take Title IX, you know, that title, insane Title IX rule that says that in all women's athletics and everything, again, at all levels of school and education, that men get to go into girls' rooms.
00:06:40.000That's what Biden has tried to foist on us at the last minute to this Title IX rule.
00:06:44.000Twenty-six states, attorneys general, are fighting that.
00:06:47.000But where's the attorney general of North Carolina?
00:06:52.000I can tell you that's not the values of people down here.
00:06:54.000They're fed up, and they know that we cannot sustain another loss and leave the Biden regime, the Obama-Biden-Harris regime in place, that machine, for another four years.
00:07:07.000It's a disaster we could not possibly envision.
00:07:28.000Congressman Dan Bishop, in closing, the thoughts and prayers of the posse here has been with you and your state after the hurricane.
00:07:37.000And, of course, the other states have just been hit relentlessly.
00:07:41.000And so, you know, can you give us an update?
00:07:45.000The government seems to have underperformed, but the private sector and the church and Samaritan's Purse and some great groups doing some good work.
00:07:57.000You know, Dave, we've got a Homeland Security Committee members are going to have a site visit later this week up in western North Carolina.
00:08:09.000I've been up there once in the company of troopers sort of surveying the scene.
00:08:14.000But it has been an interesting phenomenon.
00:08:16.000And, by the way, vote is even holding up well in western North Carolina, which was a concern that we had, especially because it certainly is a Republican stronghold.
00:08:28.000But folks have—the private relief efforts and the ability of folks in the mountains of North Carolina to take care of one another has been just an amazing human story to behold.
00:08:41.000There was a—there was—in the early stages, there was a private helicopter relief effort ferrying supplies in based in Hickory, North Carolina, just, you know, northwest of here.
00:08:52.000And they were—they had over 70 private helicopters at one point in time ferrying and the most sophisticated supplies of medical goods, insulin and so forth, carrying it up in there.
00:09:03.000That's—it is so heartening to see that being done.
00:09:06.000Unfortunately, it does sort of reemphasize that FEMA and even North Carolina emergency management do not necessarily enjoy the confidence of the people.
00:09:16.000But we're now moving into wintertime and people are getting supplies.
00:10:07.000I want to set him up with a piece I've read in The Atlantic.
00:10:11.000The great Mike Benz also informed me anytime you see any word with The Atlantic in it, you should be aware, right, as the Atlanticists are close at hand.
00:10:21.000And this piece is just smothered in it.
00:10:24.000But the piece is called War is Coming.
00:10:29.000And the article does not have much meat or potatoes in it.
00:10:33.000But, boy, it glosses over some stuff that I wanted Sam to discuss.
00:10:38.000George Will a week ago compared the 2024 elections to the 1940 elections when the U.S. hadn't yet formally declared war on Imperial Japan, Hitler's Germany, or Mussolini's Italy.
00:10:51.000What was different then, according to the article, was that one of the two candidates, the incumbent president, Franklin D. Roosevelt, sensed that he was about to become a wartime president, was acting like one.
00:11:01.000Roosevelt wrote Will was nudging a mostly isolationist nation toward involvement in a global conflict in 1937 in his speech.
00:11:12.000Here's the point, according to the article.
00:11:15.000The point is that just as World War II began with a cascade of crises initiated by the coalescing axis of Japan, Germany, Italy, so today a similar axis of China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea is taking shape.
00:11:29.000Will assesses, George Will, assesses that our current global crisis began no later than blah, blah, blah.
00:11:37.000So my initial reaction was, no, no, no, no, you're not pulling this fast one on me, right?
00:11:43.040The subtext leads you to draw conclusions that don't—the point, the point for me is why do we have this cascade of countries?
00:12:38.340Yeah, well, I'm with you, which is, you know, I would guess I would agree that there's a cascade in the sense of a whole lot of things to worry about,
00:12:46.760and that if we don't get a handle on, could involve us in World War III, but the question is, why and what do we do about it?
00:12:57.540So these things are not just happening.
00:12:59.500They are happening as a product of the policies of this administration,
00:13:04.620and what this administration, what we should be doing is finding ways to head all of this off,
00:13:11.160not keep trundling down this path toward, let's just ramp up the pressure and the rhetoric.
00:13:17.380I'm always reminded, you know, Teddy Roosevelt talked about carrying a big, speaking softly and carrying a big stick,
00:13:23.560and he said that in a whole variety of different ways quite frequently.
00:13:27.040Okay, everybody obsesses with the big stick part, being able to go to war and win.
00:13:33.040And what he was really focused on, what he said first, was speak softly, right?
00:13:38.960Focus on avoiding conflict, and that's what we're not doing.
00:13:43.800Everywhere you look, we're making things worse.
00:16:35.260Let everybody know he's back in a week.
00:16:38.720He's going to have a message, let me tell you.
00:16:41.980He can think more thoughts in one day than the rest of us combined.
00:16:47.120So you give him a few months, and I'll guarantee you when he's back, it's going to be 100% plus.
00:16:54.780So share, however you're watching this, whatever platform, share it with the young people in your lives, the seniors, the voters, the pastors, because when he comes back, we're going to align things.
00:17:07.880And it looks like the momentum's already good, right?
00:17:10.000You just heard Congressman Bishop there.
00:17:29.060This coming from the elites who have been in charge of the past few decades of warfare and error and a million dead or injured in the Ukraine right now, a million young men, right?
00:17:45.400I'm in touch with religious leaders over there who are getting ready to deal with widows and orphans as the project because a million boys are dead or maimed on the battlefield.
00:17:57.940And I don't know where are these leftist liberals.
00:18:44.840These are the idiots who told us for 20 years that we were winning the war in Afghanistan and building an Afghan army that fell apart in about five minutes as soon as we left.
00:18:55.900And now they're busy setting the world on fire.
00:19:16.140Then they couldn't build missiles and drones.
00:19:18.820Why don't you reach a settlement in the Ukraine war and stop pouring jet fuel on a fire if you're worried about it?
00:19:26.540The number one threat at the top of the heap they half the time don't want to talk about, the communist Chinese are building their war machine with money we send them every day because we exported our industrial base there.
00:19:41.000So a rational policy would be, well, Donald Trump's policy, the reindustrialization of the United States and get out of bed with a totalitarian Chinese dictatorship.
00:19:52.720I mean, if you are concerned about the world, really, and you don't want to get into a war, then let's have a plan and do rational things and stop driving this thing over the cliff.
00:20:05.060Because one thing I can assure you is these filthy rich elitists are not going to fight in any future war, nor are their sons and daughters.
00:20:14.220It's going to be average Americans being killed and broken again for these guys.
00:20:19.720And I'm like everybody else, I'm sick of it.
00:20:23.480I served in uniform, spent my life defending this country, and there have been members of my family, quite frankly, in uniform fighting for this country back to the revolution before there really was a country, like millions of other American families.
00:20:38.140It doesn't make us special, it just makes us like everybody else.
00:20:41.640And we're fed up with fighting wars for these guys.
00:20:45.880Yeah, I still don't understand where the lag is here in reaching the American families, right?
00:20:56.180The suburban folks who love their kids.
00:21:04.660You just, you know, recited all the hot spots in the world.
00:21:08.000And yet, even in Ukraine right now, you know, according to Mike Benz again, we had $10 billion contract, Chevron, it linked to Burisma, and then another $10 billion oil contract going through Royal Dutch Shell and UK Petroleum or whatever in the Donbass and in Crimea, right?
00:21:27.640So this is $20 billion, and that, we're just getting started, right?
00:21:31.320And then the rare earths underneath and what Ukraine and its worth.
00:21:35.080And then those two little territories in the east of Ukraine, they declared independence, right?
00:21:40.440Russia, they declared their allegiance, one, to Russia and the other independence.
00:21:44.320And then all of a sudden, we say, we got to go to war with Russia.
00:21:48.580Well, gee, I wonder if these events are connected, right?
00:21:52.160And so it's very hard to get the word out on these connections, to get people educated on the duplicity, because this is evil, right?
00:22:01.560A million young boys dead for oil money.
00:22:04.520Why don't you just pay these people what oil is worth on the market, right?
00:22:08.100And so where do you think the gap is here?
00:22:11.300Why aren't we hitting pay dirt with a swath of Americans who still do have the residual Judeo-Christian, you know, ethical compass inside them?
00:22:20.620If they knew this stuff, I can't imagine they'd go along with it.
00:22:25.380Well, look, I think you just put your finger on it, which is if they knew.
00:22:29.180I mean, you know, most Americans are busy trying to pay the rent and fix the transmission in the truck like they're doing day-to-day stuff.
00:22:36.920They don't have time to dig into this.
00:22:38.540And most of the major news networks are effectively propaganda arms for these people.
00:22:44.260And not just distorting it, they're lying outright.
00:22:46.720I mean, the scope of what they're talking about in Ukraine is staggering.
00:22:52.580We're talking about the 13 guys and gals that died at Abbey Gate, as we should.
00:22:58.020I honor their service, having lost a number of buddies in the line of duty.
00:23:03.380Do you understand that the Russians are typically losing 1,000 guys killed a day in Ukraine, that they've had in excess of 3,000 tanks destroyed?
00:23:18.280And you hear these people talk about going to war?
00:23:22.440You have any comprehension of what you're talking about.
00:23:25.880It's not a couple of guys are going to die.
00:23:27.800You're going to draft people, and you're going to kill Americans by the hundreds of thousands over what amounts to a territorial dispute between Ukraine and Russia.
00:24:10.580As I said before, we used to have that.
00:24:13.080You think about the hard calculations we made in World War II.
00:24:15.780The people that ran the war in World War II made an alliance with Joseph Stalin in the interest of defeating Nazi Germany, Imperial Japan.
00:24:26.000Not because they didn't know he was a monster, because they were laser focused on, first thing we've got to do is win this war, then we'll deal with those guys.
00:24:55.000I'm not well acquainted with these Atlanticist power brokers.
00:24:59.080But, you know, I just did some simple inspection yesterday.
00:25:01.940And this Lorene Powell job, she's the primary owner, Emerson Group, of the Atlantic and is linked to all this.
00:25:08.820And it seems she started off with good intentions, right?
00:25:11.900I mean, you know, I always try to assume the best.
00:25:15.400And so she started off, she wanted to do philanthropy on education.
00:25:19.300Well, that's great, because in Chicago, the poor kids, the literacy rate is 12%, right?
00:25:24.720So if you're going to do the greatest good for the greatest number, that seems like a real good place to start on utilitarian grounds, which is what the greatest good.
00:25:55.380Well, one of the twisted things about this is we have these folks now that have more money than God.
00:26:01.320I mean, they're richer than the robber barons that we talk about in the early 20th century.
00:26:05.440And now, of course, they've got control over the media and the Internet in ways that didn't, you know, that capability didn't exist 100 years ago.
00:26:14.420But the other sick part, really bad part, is somehow or another they have become infused with this ideology that puts them at odds with the American people in so many respects.
00:26:28.480I mean, Andrew Carnegie back in the day had a lot of money, and he might not have been particularly nice to his workers.
00:26:34.580I'm not trying to be funny, but the point is he was focused on a bigger, stronger, more capable United States.
00:26:41.920These folks, in many ways, are completely the opposite.
00:26:47.060I mean, this lady Jobs that you're talking about, she literally wants, believes borders are immoral.
00:26:55.020And I'm not kidding when I say that the executive director she had running her outfit that was pushing this agenda, that person was installed in the White House day one of the Biden administration.
00:27:11.180There's a lot at stake in this upcoming election, but regardless of who is sitting in the White House, the fuse on the economy has already been lit.
00:27:18.960Even four years of a conservative presidency will not be enough to turn the tide on our $35 trillion national debt.
00:27:26.560And if the left wins, it's like throwing gas on a dumpster fire.
00:27:29.900The election is in the hands of the American people.
00:27:32.800But what you can do right now is protect your savings by diversifying into gold with the help of Birch Gold Group.
00:27:39.360For millennia, gold has stood firm in the face of greedy governments, economic upheavals, and global strife.
00:29:14.520Why don't you rewind 30 seconds and tee us up again?
00:29:18.200Because this is very important stuff, and I know the war room loves these connections.
00:29:22.000Like, it's only Steve Bannon and you can do.
00:29:24.340Yeah, well, as I said to you off camera, Steve's twice as smart as me, so don't expect at least twice as smart.
00:29:32.020He's the only guy I ever go on air with, and the next thing you know, we're talking about the latter years of the Roman Republic and the Gracchiai brothers.
00:29:41.080Anyway, I think what's important about this example that we're talking about is with the border and the special advisor to the president, to Biden, is that this is not unique, right?
00:29:53.380We're going to go into some detail here, but this is an illustration of how your government actually works.
00:29:59.580You're not really talking about public servants.
00:30:02.300You're talking about individuals who are installed by and effectively run by these powerful interests whose agenda does not at all dovetail with the American people.
00:30:14.260I mean, there was a survey done recently of the 1%'s attitudes and the attitudes of the average American, and it's like they're from different planets.
00:30:22.000I mean, most of these people think if 70% of the 1% think if you don't have a college degree, you shouldn't be allowed to vote if that gives you a point of reference.
00:30:30.120So in any event, we've got Steve Jobs' widow who is, I think, if memory serves, the fourth richest woman in the world.
00:33:03.760She, she's the one that wrote all these orders and wrote all this stuff.
00:33:07.180So this private entity created by Jobs' widow to express purpose of getting ready to, getting rid of borders, took over American border security policy and then actually made it a reality.
00:33:25.100They succeeded in erasing our borders.
00:33:27.420And we have, and, you know, you could track this kind of thing all throughout the U.S. government.
00:33:33.540I mean, what this means is, as you and I both understand, I'm sure everybody listening understands, you're maintaining the outward appearance of a constitutional republic because it's kind of good PR.
00:33:45.040But that's not really what you have because the American people were nowhere involved in that process.
00:33:53.360The Congress was not involved in that process.
00:33:56.700A handful of elitists with billions and billions and billions of dollars decided we don't get to have a border anymore.
00:34:09.960And I think you put your finger on it with the moral compass piece, right?
00:34:14.580On simple inspection, if your morality is utilitarian, which she claimed it was with this Emerson group, right, the greatest good for the greatest number, the utilitarian calculus, which is largely undergirds economics, which is very flawed in ethics as well,
00:34:29.120would suggest that maybe one of those gated houses would bring more happiness to a million people than to the one person living behind the gated community.
00:34:39.480Not to mention the fact that it just illustrates, and we're pounding on jobs, but the same relies to gates and it goes to Zuckerberg's and applies to all of them.
00:34:49.260They all want the pain of illegal immigration since they're doing these bold moral moves for the sake of humanity on the backs of the middle class.
00:34:57.960They don't want those rules applied to them, and so they're missing the greatest ethical system I know of, which is called the Judeo-Christian system that relies on the golden rule.
00:36:30.380Yeah, well, you know, this is day three of this particular bus tour, and it really is a blitz of the Keystone State, which is going to be the key to this election.
00:36:38.700And it began in sort of southeast Pennsylvania, and now we are midway.
00:36:44.560We were in Wilkes-Barre yesterday, and we were just this morning in Puxitani, so we all had a nice view of the groundhog.
00:36:52.980And the crowds are just tremendous, Dave.
00:36:58.880We have seen people, every demographic group, we have seen people of all ages, from the very old to the very young, and everybody in between.
00:37:15.640You know, you can tell at Trump rallies as well that they're all searching his face for hope, hope for the country.
00:37:22.360And they've instilled so much hope in him and in the America First movement.
00:37:27.440And we see that every day out here on the campaign trail, where these folks, who are really the people that make – these are hardworking Americans, Dave.
00:37:39.180They are in the middle of Pennsylvania.
00:37:44.480There are so many blue-collar workers out here who have seen their communities and their state and their country absolutely decimated by the scourge of globalism and the Union Party, which has sold them down the river over many decades.
00:37:59.120And they look at Donald Trump and they look at America First and they see Donald Trump like he did in 2016.
00:38:10.020He does have a great, unbelievable track record on the economy, on the border, on law and order, on world peace, that now they know what they're getting in a second term, which is all of that on steroids, all of that and more.
00:38:25.160So there is a great sense of hope and energy and enthusiasm for President Trump and J.D. Vance.
00:38:31.920Dave, out here where people are just – the energy – let me put it this way.
00:41:13.320Somebody exposes the truth just to be labeled a conspiracy theorist realist, only to be proven right later on.
00:41:20.000Well, let me tell you about the next thing you should be concerned about.
00:41:23.500Government geotracking of your phone and other devices.
00:41:27.100We've seen the government use geofencing to track the devices of individuals on January 6th, leading to unwarranted arrests without evidence of wrongdoing.
00:41:36.420Stop big tech and government overreach.
00:42:45.840I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.
00:42:51.140First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.
00:42:55.140This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet.
00:43:04.000Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author,
00:43:11.100is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.
00:43:16.840In fact, some of the guests I've had on The War Room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.
00:43:24.760If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA,
00:43:31.620the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.
00:43:35.620I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.
00:43:41.040Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming
00:43:47.900and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.
00:43:53.700Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past.
