00:00:00.000 So much to ensure that those who would seek to abuse our asylum system are not allowed
00:00:04.020 into the country, and those who have legitimate asylum claims, their claims are processed
00:00:07.840 in due order and in due course, but they wait in Mexico until those claims are fully processed.
00:00:12.620 Will you work to reinstate that program?
00:00:14.200 Yes, Senator.
00:00:14.720 The President and I have talked extensively about this and will 100% partner with him
00:00:20.340 to reinstate the Remain in Mexico policy and make sure that it's in place.
00:00:24.560 Fantastic.
00:00:25.140 I think Travis might be alive today if that policy had been in place.
00:00:28.180 Let me ask you about CBP-1.
00:00:30.000 The phone app that I've called Concierge Service for Illegal Immigrants.
00:00:34.240 I'm sure you're familiar with it.
00:00:35.400 This was the Biden administration's effort to allow asylum seekers to apply ahead of time
00:00:40.580 using their phones, but not actually to provide any evidence that they needed asylum.
00:00:46.000 There was a newspaper report, a press report that said the only problem with the app is
00:00:49.940 it never asks users, are you seeking asylum?
00:00:52.600 They don't ask for any asylum evidence.
00:00:54.860 They simply release these so-called asylum seekers who use the app into the country on parole.
00:01:01.260 Sometimes they're never given a hearing.
00:01:03.240 The inspector general actually did a report, a full investigation report on CBP-1 and found
00:01:08.420 that frequently users of this app were claiming the same addresses in the United States as their
00:01:14.460 intended destination, even though they didn't know each other, they weren't family connections.
00:01:18.480 In other words, it has been completely abused, and the idea that the federal government would
00:01:23.520 pay for this kind of concierge service for illegals I think is outrageous.
00:01:27.440 Will you end the use of the CBP-1 app?
00:01:29.940 Yes, Senator.
00:01:30.500 If confirmed, and I have the opportunity to be secretary on day one, CBP-1 will be shut down.
00:01:36.360 There's data and information in there that we will preserve so that we can ensure we know
00:01:40.080 who's coming into this country and who's already here that we need to go find.
00:01:44.100 But also, we make sure that there's another program, CHNV, which I'm sure you're very familiar
00:01:49.560 with, where our federal government actually paid to fly people into this country directly
00:01:53.680 from other countries without any vetting or knowing who they are.
00:01:57.320 So there's several of these programs that need to be eliminated, and we need to ensure
00:02:01.280 that we're following legal immigration laws.
00:02:03.220 I'm glad you just mentioned CHNV.
00:02:04.760 This is a mass parole program.
00:02:07.400 Of course, as you know, our law allows parole in only very limited circumstances.
00:02:11.720 There are two circumstances, and it requires case-by-case evaluation.
00:02:15.820 The present administration, soon to be gone, has granted mass parole in direct defiance
00:02:20.560 of the law, not case-by-case evaluation.
00:02:23.020 The CHNV program is one of those instances.
00:02:25.980 Will you put a stop to this abuse of our parole law and our asylum system?
00:02:29.620 Yes, we will go back to case-by-case evaluation of these parole cases and ensure that we have
00:02:35.180 more resources if you will partner with us to make sure that our legal immigration system
00:02:40.780 is fully utilized, that we have more judges, more immigration courts, so that we can process
00:02:45.840 people legally and make sure that they are going through that process rather than, like
00:02:51.620 Joe Biden has done, use this as an excuse to allow people to come into our country with
00:02:55.300 no consequences.
00:02:55.940 Let me ask you about another low light, not a highlight, but a low light of this last administration
00:03:01.380 and DHS.
00:03:02.060 Your predecessor, the current secretary of DHS, established a disinformation board using taxpayer
00:03:09.020 resources to police speech on the internet and elsewhere to tag American citizens' viewpoints
00:03:16.260 as either legitimate or not legitimate and use the power of the state to censor them, including
00:03:21.700 having them removed and perhaps penalized.
00:03:24.020 This has got to be the darkest chapter, I think, in DHS's short history.
00:03:29.040 He eventually withdrew the board under intense criticism, but has never fully repudiated it
00:03:34.460 and never promised not to do it again.
00:03:36.120 Will you pledge to us here today that under your leadership, there will never be a disinformation
00:03:41.760 board or anything like it at DHS and you will be a champion for the free speech and First
00:03:46.740 Amendment rights of all Americans?
00:03:48.160 Senator, there will not be a board such as that under my leadership at the Department of
00:03:52.720 Homeland Security.
00:03:53.620 Fantastic.
00:03:54.380 Let me ask you in my remaining seconds just one more thing about the Secret Service.
00:03:58.040 You've mentioned this, and I'm so glad that you did.
00:04:00.240 This committee, and it has been bipartisan, this committee has done bipartisan work on
00:04:04.540 the attempted assassinations or the assassination attempts, I should perhaps say, of the former
00:04:09.020 president, soon to be the future president, soon to be the president, President Trump.
00:04:14.360 We were stymied at every turn.
00:04:17.580 And I should use the present tense.
00:04:19.340 We are currently being stymied at every turn by the current Secret Service leadership and,
00:04:24.700 frankly, by the leadership of DHS who have refused to turn over documents, who refuse to make
00:04:29.520 people available for interviews.
00:04:31.360 We finally had to pass my own law in this committee, which we unanimously adopted a law, a statute,
00:04:38.480 mind you, which would require DHS and Secret Service to turn over relevant information to
00:04:43.960 us about the assassination attempts.
00:04:45.700 It's unbelievable.
00:04:46.540 When you come to office, to this office, I hope very soon, will you pledge to us that
00:04:51.860 you will open the books on all of the facts associated and around these assassination attempts,
00:04:57.320 that you will make available to us and to the public, most importantly, all the facts so
00:05:02.400 that we can ensure that this never happens again and that the needed reforms in the Secret
00:05:06.240 Service are put into effect.
00:05:07.800 Senator, if I am the Secretary of Homeland Security, I will certainly work with you to
00:05:13.040 build transparency and make sure the facts are shared with you and your committee.
00:05:17.740 I know that you've been very frustrated by the lack of transparency from the department.
00:05:21.740 And I want to thank those of you that have worked on that report that was put together on these
00:05:26.500 assassination attempts.
00:05:28.440 I know it was a bipartisan report and investigation that this committee conducted.
00:05:32.480 And I appreciate you focusing on that.
00:05:34.540 And I will work with you to get the information so that you have the truth of really what happened
00:05:38.920 there and the failures so they can be fixed.
00:05:40.800 Thank you.
00:05:41.180 That's a great place to end.
00:05:42.200 And a high note is I see my friend, Senator Blumenthal, who did fantastic work on this,
00:05:46.880 on this effort.
00:05:47.700 And it will be an incredible new day and incredibly refreshing to have a DHS secretary who will tell
00:05:56.180 us the truth, who will be honest with us about the facts, honest with the American people,
00:06:00.480 and who will enforce our law.
00:06:02.300 And I know you'll do that, Governor Noem.
00:06:03.560 I look forward to supporting your nomination.
00:06:05.280 Congratulations.
00:06:06.160 Thank you.
00:06:06.540 Senator Blumenthal.
00:06:07.520 Thanks, Senator Johnson.
00:06:09.360 Welcome, Governor Noem.
00:06:11.480 And thank you for being here.
00:06:14.100 Thank you for visiting with me.
00:06:15.760 And thank you to your family for their service.
00:06:20.720 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:06:25.620 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:06:29.580 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:06:35.220 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:06:37.200 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:06:38.620 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:06:41.240 It's going to happen.
00:06:42.520 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:06:45.920 Mega media.
00:06:46.820 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:06:52.700 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:06:56.440 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:07:02.740 War Room.
00:07:03.280 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
00:07:09.920 Okay.
00:07:10.820 It's Friday, 17th January, Year of the Lord, 2025.
00:07:14.580 Days of Thunder continue.
00:07:15.760 We're going to go back.
00:07:16.420 Senator Blumenthal, one of the most radical Democrats in the Senate, questioning Christine Noem.
00:07:22.140 We've got a lot going on today.
00:07:23.140 We're going to go to East Palestine, Ohio in a moment.
00:07:28.320 Let's go back to the hearing.
00:07:29.420 We're going to ask you about disaster relief.
00:07:35.460 California is on fire.
00:07:38.580 The fires raging there are going to leave destruction and devastation that is heartbreaking.
00:07:52.280 I am really disappointed with some of the statements that President-elect Trump has made.
00:07:58.540 For example, saying that, quote, we won't give him, referring to Governor Newsom, money to put out all his fires.
00:08:07.220 And if we don't give him money to put out fires, he's got a problem.
00:08:11.940 The specter is there of potential discrimination based on politics, withholding money from California or other states.
00:08:21.400 It's not an unfounded fear.
00:08:23.340 In the last administration, there were public reports about President Trump withholding money from the state of Washington because of his disagreements with Governor Inslee.
00:08:33.720 Connecticut, like the rest of the nation, suffers from these natural disasters.
00:08:39.860 Most recently in August, we were hit by major flooding.
00:08:45.040 And these natural disasters are going to become more frequent, as will be the need for the federal government to meet the requests for declarations of natural disaster.
00:08:55.740 I assume you will agree with me that withholding disaster relief by President Trump or any other chief executive of the United States is a violation of his duty and of law.
00:09:12.380 Well, Senator, leadership has consequences.
00:09:15.680 And looking at the tragedy that's happening in California is—
00:09:17.740 I want to ask you yes or no, with all due respect.
00:09:21.820 It's an easy—
00:09:22.820 What's happening in California is the ramification of many decisions over many years.
00:09:26.960 But under my leadership at the Department of Homeland Security, there will be no political bias to how disaster relief is delivered to the American people.
00:09:35.640 So if President Trump were to say to you, we're going to withhold money from Connecticut or Michigan or any of the states, Iowa,
00:09:46.580 because we don't like the governor or we don't like the politics of the state, you would stand up to him and say,
00:09:52.920 Mr. President, we need to allocate that money.
00:09:56.140 Senator, in three days, President Trump will take an oath to uphold the Constitution and the rule of law in this country.
00:10:02.040 And he will do that, and I'll be glad to have him back.
00:10:05.800 And I assume that's a yes.
00:10:06.760 I don't speak to hypotheticals, which is what you're asking me to do.
00:10:10.580 But what I will tell you is that, as secretary, I will do the same.
00:10:14.140 I will deliver the programs as the laws dictate—
00:10:16.920 Well, it's more than a hypothetical, with all due respect.
00:10:18.920 And I apologize for interrupting you, but my time is limited, as you know, as a veteran of these hearings.
00:10:26.340 It's more than a hypothetical.
00:10:27.760 So it's based on experience with President Trump withholding money from Washington State and elsewhere.
00:10:36.100 I need to know from you, will you stand up to the president and say, no.
00:10:40.320 The Constitution and the Impoundment Act requires us, for example, to allocate the $100 billion
00:10:46.960 that we have just appropriated in the last session to states like Connecticut, $3 million,
00:10:56.840 Texas, $10 million, almost every one of the states represented here.
00:11:01.380 Will you say no to the president if he withholds that money?
00:11:05.560 Sir, I don't know about the scenarios that you're referencing with President Trump,
00:11:09.240 but what I will tell you is that, if given the chance to be secretary of Homeland Security,
00:11:13.500 that I will deliver the programs according to the law, and that it will be done with no political bias.
00:11:19.900 And if the programs change, or if you decide to change the rule of law,
00:11:24.360 then I will follow that while appearing to the Constitution.
00:11:27.000 So you pledge to allocate and distribute that $100 billion?
00:11:33.240 According to how the program is written, with no political bias.
00:11:37.680 Every American deserves to be there and have disaster relief, the same as their neighbors.
00:11:43.500 Basically following the law.
00:11:45.900 Yes.
00:11:47.140 Let me ask you, Senator Peters asked you about homegrown terrorists.
00:11:52.280 The New Orleans tragedy was the result of a homegrown terrorist born in this country,
00:12:02.240 radicalized by ISIS.
00:12:03.880 And it reflects the reason why the intelligence community, the FBI, almost all of our law enforcement
00:12:13.000 has said repeatedly, domestic violent extremism is the most lethal and persistent threat to our security.
00:12:24.420 That terrorist was radicalized by ISIS.
00:12:28.580 The investigation is underway.
00:12:30.280 We don't know all the facts, but we do know that he was a military veteran,
00:12:36.020 and ISIS was responsible for radicalizing him.
00:12:42.540 Shouldn't we focus on ISIS as a threat to this country's security?
00:12:49.320 Senator, certainly we should be focused on all threats to this nation's security.
00:12:53.420 That's the mission of the Department of Homeland Security.
00:12:55.660 And homegrown terrorism is growing.
00:12:58.320 We have more and more incidences.
00:12:59.800 The tragedy we saw and the terrorist attack in New Orleans is—
00:13:02.340 What will you do to combat it?
00:13:04.000 What will you do to stop ISIS and other extremist organization from radicalizing people in this country?
00:13:15.080 Well, certainly, Senator, I'll continue to work with the administration and our partners
00:13:19.260 and the Department of Defense, the intelligence agencies, also within Secretary of State
00:13:25.440 and the other branches and cabinet officials to make sure we're bringing all resources to bear
00:13:30.440 to identify and to stop these types of terrorist activities.
00:13:33.920 What I would say is the cybersecurity and intelligence elements that we have
00:13:39.500 within the Department of Homeland Security have been incredibly siloed.
00:13:42.080 They have not communicated with other intelligence agencies like they should and partnered.
00:13:47.920 INA has some interaction, but not enough.
00:13:51.120 And we also need to have CISA have interaction with the FBI, CIA to make sure they're working
00:13:56.780 together to stop these types of threats and identify when they're growing among our citizens
00:14:01.920 and how they become radicalized.
00:14:02.700 My time has expired.
00:14:03.720 This area of questioning, I think, is supremely important.
00:14:08.300 I know there's a lot of focus on the border.
00:14:11.140 We all want more border security.
00:14:13.220 Let me have it.
00:14:14.100 We want to stop, Mike.
00:14:16.420 They call him, what, Da Nang Dick because of his stolen valor.
00:14:22.720 Blumenthal a liar.
00:14:23.740 One of the worst guys in the Senate.
00:14:25.420 I want to hear that from Kristi Noem.
00:14:27.080 My question, he talks about $100 billion.
00:14:30.700 Where's that $100 billion in Appalachia of the folks?
00:14:35.200 We're going to have our working group call tomorrow that Ben's helping set up because
00:14:38.120 we're going to get all over that to push this forward on Monday over the weekend.
00:14:42.400 But obviously for Monday and the following days when President Trump comes back in this
00:14:47.420 glorious restoration of the Trump administration.
00:14:50.960 Right there, Kristi Noem, Governor Noem, is getting grilled this morning as Department
00:14:57.060 of Homeland Security.
00:14:59.200 Josh Hawley was the individual, if you're listening on the podcast later or if you're
00:15:04.020 listening now on radio and don't have the vision, that was Josh Hawley, one of the best
00:15:08.200 of the U.S. Senate populists from Missouri.
00:15:10.900 And, you know, talking about the scam of the CPB1, all of it that we address in the show
00:15:17.000 all the time with a guy named Ben Berquamp.
00:15:18.840 Now, we just heard there's $100 billion they put into the fund.
00:15:26.540 It has it now.
00:15:27.660 And the question is, we just had Ben down in Appalachia, in Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee,
00:15:33.340 Virginia, where those folks are freezing in, you know, sub-zero, or excuse me, sub-freezing
00:15:39.300 weather, still living in tents because the Biden regime has deemed that they're not worthy
00:15:46.320 of aid, but we're going to go to East Palestine, Ohio right now, really the pivot point for
00:15:54.660 President Trump.
00:15:55.240 I tell you what, can we play the cold open?
00:15:56.760 We got a cold open for a minute because this is where President Trump is taking the oath
00:16:00.920 of office on Monday, and in his, and you guys who rode shotgun with us back in 21 in those
00:16:07.620 early months, the pivot point in the primary to hurdle President Trump to winning the primary
00:16:14.540 and then the presidency was a very specific visit.
00:16:19.480 It was his visit to East Palestine, Ohio, because only Trump went there, because only Trump
00:16:26.560 can go there.
00:16:27.540 Let's go ahead and play it, and we're going to bring in Ben Burkwam live.
00:16:32.520 Thank you, sir.
00:16:33.300 Honor to meet you, sir.
00:16:36.240 Mr. Trump, what do you make it about Biden not showing up, you showing up before he did?
00:16:42.580 Come on, Trump!
00:16:43.820 Thank you so much for coming.
00:16:45.700 Get him out of here.
00:16:47.140 Thank you so much.
00:16:48.640 Trump, take a picture of my phone.
00:16:50.560 There he is.
00:16:52.960 Thank you for not forgetting about us.
00:17:12.360 Thank you, Don Jr., too.
00:17:17.440 Do you have any concerns for the residents here in East Palestine?
00:17:39.980 Oh, they're going to be treated so good now.
00:17:41.540 FEMA's coming up because we came here, and FEMA does a great job, and they'll be taking
00:17:47.240 care of now.
00:17:47.860 They were not going to be taken care of, but they're going to be taken care of now.
00:17:50.320 Did you hear any concerns from the mayor or from the fire chief?
00:17:53.080 Well, the mayor's done a fantastic job.
00:17:54.840 The fire chief has done a fantastic job.
00:17:56.740 The problem was the federal government was going to send nobody, and when I said I was
00:18:01.260 coming, they changed their tune rapidly, and now they're sending the whole group.
00:18:05.180 So FEMA's coming, and they're coming with a lot of help and a lot of money.
00:18:08.280 Okay, President Trump's visit there energized, turbocharged, I think, the meaning and purpose
00:18:17.900 in back of his campaign, and turbocharged him through the primary to the presidency that
00:18:23.980 he would, at high noon on Monday, take the oath and be 47th President of the United States.
00:18:30.080 Ben Berkwam, you're in East Palestine.
00:18:33.660 Talk to us.
00:18:34.120 You got some folks there.
00:18:35.500 Your thoughts, and by the way, FEMA, you know, President Trump said it at the time when I'm
00:18:41.000 not so sure the performance of FEMA has been as great as he perceived at that time.
00:18:46.580 I think they've done a terrible job.
00:18:48.580 The FEMA director was an embarrassment.
00:18:50.580 I think he did a terrible job regarding East Palestine, and they've done a terrible job
00:18:55.460 in regarding Appalachia in Western North Carolina, Eastern Tennessee, Georgia, Virginia, from
00:19:04.320 the hurricane and the massive flooding.
00:19:08.160 And, you know, and I say that it has, not strings, it has to be certain conditions you
00:19:12.760 have to have, and this is in California.
00:19:14.940 You can't have radical governance and radical rule for decade after decade after decade that
00:19:19.740 causes these disasters, and then just throw money at these progressives in California and
00:19:26.360 think it's all going to be better because it's not.
00:19:28.080 Ben Berkwam, what do you got for us?
00:19:31.140 Yeah, Steve, by the way, to Representative Blumenthal, shame on you.
00:19:36.500 I was going to use a different word.
00:19:37.640 Shame on you for talking about representing the people, getting the people the funding
00:19:42.460 that they need when you have abandoned Appalachia, you've abandoned North Carolina, you've abandoned
00:19:48.680 Tennessee, you've abandoned Georgia, and you've abandoned the community that I'm standing
00:19:53.020 in here now.
00:19:53.820 Chloe, if you'll show this crowd, thank you to Rick Chai for putting this together.
00:19:57.380 This is a crowd from East Palestine here.
00:19:59.820 This is just a small representation of the people whose lives have been destroyed by this
00:20:05.020 administration, by Norfolk Southern, by FEMA, by the very people that are supposed to
00:20:10.160 be representing the people.
00:20:12.760 And I've got, we're going to be talking to a lot of them, Steve, but I just finished
00:20:16.120 an interview.
00:20:16.660 This is the first interview that's been done.
00:20:19.340 Edwin Wang of Saram Fab right across the street.
00:20:23.060 We were actually going to do the event there, Steve.
00:20:24.780 We're going to get these groups here, but no one is willing to go into that building,
00:20:28.920 his warehouse, because they still have not cleaned the warehouse.
00:20:34.620 Edwin?
00:20:35.040 It's a plant.
00:20:35.960 It's a plant.
00:20:36.520 Excuse me.
00:20:36.940 It's a manufacturing plant.
00:20:38.100 Excuse me.
00:20:38.500 Excuse me.
00:20:38.860 This is outrageous.
00:20:41.420 Wait till you see this, Steve.
00:20:42.600 We just did the interview.
00:20:43.460 Wait till you see the interview.
00:20:45.480 But I just want you to tell us, Edwin, talk to us through what you just told us over there.
00:20:49.440 What happened and what has been FEMA's response, the government's response so far?
00:20:54.260 All right.
00:20:54.720 My name is Edwin.
00:20:55.840 I'm a small business owner, and I started a business 23 years ago, and we started a business
00:21:06.580 in New Jersey.
00:21:07.480 And then by the end of 2018, I thought this is the right time, we need to do something for
00:21:17.100 the country.
00:21:17.500 We have been a wholesale business, importing products from internationally.
00:21:23.820 And at that time, I thought it's the right time to do something for the country.
00:21:29.240 So I gave up everything in New Jersey.
00:21:32.700 I moved to East Palestine to take over two abandoned buildings.
00:21:37.600 And we spent a lot of money to renovate the buildings to the current condition, as everybody can see
00:21:44.080 in the town.
00:21:44.780 So we established the two new plants, making high-temperature insulation materials for steel mill industries.
00:21:54.440 This is like, you know, a multimillion-dollar investment for a small business owner.
00:22:01.860 This is a large sum of money.
00:22:04.880 So we made an investment in this town and building two new plants and relocating a wholesale business
00:22:12.660 here.
00:22:13.120 We immediately created 50 jobs.
00:22:18.040 So without the development, we would create more and more jobs, I believe, and we are going
00:22:25.400 to generate, you know, tremendous revenue from the three companies and make a huge contribution
00:22:33.500 to the local economy.
00:22:36.100 And that one night, everything was devastated.
00:22:41.420 So we lost everything.
00:22:43.120 We lost all the employees.
00:22:46.820 We lost our customers.
00:22:48.540 We lost all the orders received from our customers.
00:22:52.680 And most importantly, we lost a safe facility to continue our production.
00:22:58.960 So after that disaster, EPA, Norfolk Southern, they used my property for the last two years
00:23:13.740 to perform massive cleanup operations around the building.
00:23:20.120 They have dug very deep into the ground to remove the contaminated soil.
00:23:26.820 A lot of soil has been removed around my building.
00:23:32.180 And today, I want to have people's attention to the building itself.
00:23:37.880 You know, they have done so much around the building for the last two years.
00:23:43.540 So far, nothing has been done to decontaminate the building itself.
00:23:50.800 The building is in the center of the contamination.
00:23:54.500 This is unbelievable.
00:23:59.200 So, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so let's cut to the chase here, but is it, is it, is it still contaminated?
00:24:09.900 Has FEMA been out?
00:24:11.660 Have they, have they, you know, have they given the resources?
00:24:15.120 Have they just seized this building, he's had to lay everybody off, and nothing's changed?
00:24:19.660 I mean, what action is being taken?
00:24:21.460 Is he getting support, or have they just seized it?
00:24:25.680 I don't know what is going on.
00:24:27.400 Nobody cares about this building, seems to me.
00:24:30.600 Although they entered into the building several times to do some testing, that's it.
00:24:36.920 Nothing has been done to the building itself to decontaminate it.
00:24:41.920 If, and there is no information to share with me as a property owner, I believe I have the right to, to get information about what is going on on my property.
00:24:55.040 This is two years later.
00:24:56.660 Yes.
00:24:56.780 This is two years.
00:24:57.500 Wait.
00:24:57.980 I'm telling you, Steve.
00:24:58.680 Wait till you hear the story.
00:24:59.920 This is just one.
00:25:00.840 Hang on.
00:25:01.020 This is the first time I've heard this.
00:25:02.320 It's absolutely insane.
00:25:04.700 It's been, it's been no communication with, with the owners, but no communication, Mr. Wang, right there?
00:25:10.320 No communication with me.
00:25:11.760 No.
00:25:14.280 No transparency at all.
00:25:18.580 Sir, can you hang on for one second?
00:25:20.060 Ben, hang on one second.
00:25:21.020 I just got to cut back to the hearing.
00:25:22.460 Annie Kim is grilling, is grilling Kristi Noem.
00:25:25.440 Let's cut back to the hearing.
00:25:26.420 We're going to come back to East Palestine in just a minute.
00:25:29.760 Then he should come before this committee as well.
00:25:31.820 And I know that that's something where, as far as I know, his role will be directly at the White House, is not something that will be under the purview directly of this committee.
00:25:40.360 So, I just wanted to raise those concerns.
00:25:42.420 Yeah.
00:25:42.620 Yeah.
00:25:42.860 Tom and I work very well together and talk and communicate all the time.
00:25:46.980 And we'll be working together on a daily basis when we're in our positions under the new administration.
00:25:52.180 And I would say there's no authorities being planned to be taken away from the department or myself if I'm in the role.
00:25:59.280 But it sends some mixed signals.
00:26:01.100 You can understand how, you know, people in my home state, maybe around the country, when they hear Mr. Holman saying, I'm making the decisions.
00:26:07.340 When they hear President-elect Trump say, he's in charge of our border.
00:26:11.760 So, you know, I just, I urge, you know, that we're going to try to do our best to try to make sure we're empowering the department, empowering the next secretary, because that's where, you know, our laws are invested in our decision making.
00:26:24.820 Yeah.
00:26:25.380 Well, thank you, Senator.
00:26:26.380 And we'll make sure you have all the information that you need.
00:26:28.900 And Tom, working directly with the president, and I, working directly with the president, hope to help you get all that you need to reassure that the authorities will stay the same as they currently are.
00:26:40.820 But we will continue to work to secure that border and make sure that we're working together in that way.
00:26:46.200 I want to just switch gears about, you know, raise the concerns about terrorism, especially foreign terrorist groups.
00:26:52.380 I guess I just want to ask you, what are the major foreign terrorist groups that are, well, first of all, what are the major foreign terrorist groups that are out there that we're tracking?
00:27:01.100 Which are the ones that are concerns to us in terms of potentially trying to inspire or coordinate an attack upon us?
00:27:08.500 And if you can just give me a sense of what their current capabilities are to try to enact that.
00:27:13.540 Well, I think we face a lot of threats, Senator.
00:27:15.760 And since I'm not in the role today, I shouldn't get into specifics with you.
00:27:19.720 Well, you can at least get into specifics about what organizations that are out there.
00:27:23.600 So I just wanted to get a sense of your knowledge of the organizations.
00:27:25.860 I would say Hamas, ISIS, continuing down that path of those terrorist organizations, but we'll continue to also focus, though, not just on those, but also the cartels, their partnership with the Chinese and what they are doing.
00:27:45.400 Listen, I've told people for years, for over 30 years, I've worked on national policy, on food policy, on agriculture policy, and I've seen the Chinese agenda to infiltrate our country, control our food supply chain, but also their manipulation of their currency and stealing our IP.
00:28:03.520 And now I believe that this fentanyl crisis that they have flooded our country with is geared, and the purpose of it is to kill our next generation of Americans.
00:28:11.600 No, I don't discount the importance of those.
00:28:14.840 If you focus on one or two groups, I think it takes your eye off the ball as to where all the threats could come from.
00:28:19.740 We just spent a significant amount of time talking about homegrown terrorism as well.
00:28:24.480 I'm glad we're having that conversation.
00:28:26.280 But the reason why I mentioned it, I was not trying to quiz you or anything of that nature.
00:28:30.720 It's just that when the Department of Homeland Security, when their threat assessment for 2025 lists three organizations, lists al-Qaeda, lists ISIS, in particular ISIS, Khorasan, and the IRGC and the threat from Iran.
00:28:44.600 I just want to make sure that I get it.
00:28:46.780 You know, you're talking about the importance of the border.
00:28:49.100 We all understand that.
00:28:50.120 We want to work with the incoming administration to try to have an order.
00:28:53.520 Okay, we're going to take a – that's Senator Kim from New Jersey with Kristi Nomer.
00:28:56.520 We're going to come back.
00:28:56.940 We're going to go to East Palestine.
00:28:59.440 We may try to go to the Middle East, even Bethlehem if we can pull it off.
00:29:02.920 We're going to take a short commercial break right now.

00:32:59.860 Okay, in these economic times, we need you at the Ramparts.
00:33:04.500 You've done an amazing, magnificent job this week.
00:33:06.900 It's one of the reasons that these confirmation hearings are going so well.
00:33:09.880 Obviously, the transition team, the White House staff under Susie Wiles, everybody to get these designated cabinet secretaries prepped, go through murder boards, have all their paperwork done, but also get them ready to ask the questions.
00:33:25.660 You see all the questions, particularly Democrats, are either in your face, aggressive smears, or try to lay traps for later.
00:33:33.180 So just fantastic job.
00:33:34.620 And your support, the overwhelming support that you've given by working the phones, emails, text messages, social media, all of it.
00:33:42.980 And these folks know you have their back.
00:33:45.560 And I tell you what, they go on with a lot of confidence.
00:33:48.020 I know this personally from talking to them, knowing that the Warren Posse has their back.
00:33:52.480 We also have the back of the people in East Palestine.
00:33:55.200 Let's go to Ben Burkwan.
00:33:56.460 Ben, I like to go around the room and just get a feel, particularly how much progress has really been made in the last couple of years since President Trump.
00:34:05.460 And do they believe that's because the Biden regime just is not interested in working class people in places like Eastern Ohio?
00:34:14.620 Ben Burkwan, I'm going to turn it over to your brother.
00:34:18.020 Yeah, let me just go around the room here.
00:34:19.640 And by the way, Edwin has a letter we're going to try to get to President Trump, hoping that he, when President Trump's in office, he'll be able to come out here and make a difference for it.
00:34:28.200 I'm going to come back to Edwin in just a minute.
00:34:29.720 I just want to go around the room.
00:34:30.660 Tell us, the response you've gotten from the federal government, where are you guys at now?
00:34:36.000 We still need a federal declaration of disaster.
00:34:39.720 We don't have health insurance.
00:34:41.460 Health insurance people do have does not cover these chemical testings and things that we need.
00:34:47.860 We still need relocated.
00:34:49.380 Our homes haven't been tested.
00:34:50.900 We don't even know what to clean with.
00:34:52.560 Can you clean vinyl chloride with bleach?
00:34:54.520 Nobody even told us.
00:34:56.000 People are still sick.
00:34:57.040 We need out of these homes.
00:34:58.140 And we need research money, not just for us, for everybody listening.
00:35:02.820 This isn't a political issue.
00:35:04.680 To me, politics has no room when it comes to human health.
00:35:08.080 That train didn't ask if we were Democrats or Republicans before it derailed here.
00:35:11.960 And this could happen in any community.
00:35:14.940 So the research that you do on us, we've already been made into guinea pigs.
00:35:19.060 We need money to do research to find out what happened to our bodies and what may happen to yours next.
00:35:24.780 And we've had no help at all from the federal government.
00:35:31.600 And matter of fact, February 28th, I will be forced back home and I cannot go back home.
00:35:40.460 My stepfather's a 90-year-old Korean war vet.
00:35:44.320 We're going to be homeless because our home is that contaminated that we cannot return.
00:35:52.220 Nobody has helped.
00:35:55.540 There's no reason for them to end our relocation.
00:36:00.260 They know what they did to our home.
00:36:03.480 The EPA, they had deemed us a special circumstance.
00:36:07.900 That didn't go away.
00:36:09.360 Chemicals don't know a calendar date.
00:36:11.380 We've had no help and I am begging President Trump, please don't let my family become homeless.
00:36:21.240 Please do something to help us.
00:36:24.580 Please make me believe in the government again because we've been failed by all of them.
00:36:34.060 Please make a difference.
00:36:35.900 Show that you care.
00:36:38.600 God bless you.
00:36:39.520 Ma'am?
00:36:44.220 Hi.
00:36:45.540 My husband's Dr. Chai and he's been doing a lot of work in the creeks exposing all the chemicals.
00:36:54.140 I see how this has affected his health.
00:36:58.600 And it's small things that just pile on and continue to happen.
00:37:04.780 So I can only imagine the people out there in this town that are sick and they're not coming forward and they don't know what to do.
00:37:15.040 And the further we get away from this disaster, the more the government or the EPA or whoever is in charge says that, well, we don't know if that's from the chemicals exposure.
00:37:28.220 But we know what has been happening here over these past two years, it's been piling on and piling on and God forbid any more happens because I don't want to see the health of the people here in 10 years.
00:37:44.060 So this is a message to President Trump, you came here, you didn't forget about us, you came here, you brought us water, you brought us supplies, and we are forever grateful for that.
00:37:55.880 And we, right now, are counting on you to do the right thing.
00:38:01.580 J.D. Vance, our Vice President-elect Vance, knows what's going on here, and so does Robert Kennedy Jr.
00:38:08.700 So they know, and we are counting on you.
00:38:13.520 Steve?
00:38:16.320 Let me ask you, when she says, can you just ask her, when she says piling on and piling on over the last two years, can she be specific about that?
00:38:25.880 One illness turns into another illness, turns into another illness, and you don't know the origin of the illnesses.
00:38:37.200 I'm just speaking from someone I know that over time, it's like it starts as one thing, but then it turns into another and turns into another,
00:38:46.380 and you can't find the root cause of it, no matter how many doctors you go to.
00:38:51.080 So, and then there are people, you know, people with cancer now, and people have passed away in this town, and they are saying it's unrelated, but we don't really know at this point.
00:39:05.900 But, yeah.
00:39:07.000 And I'll tell you just personally, I get sick every time I come here.
00:39:09.860 I don't live here.
00:39:10.620 I can't imagine living here, Steve.
00:39:12.240 Every time I come, it starts with the same symptoms, sore throat, headache, sinus issues.
00:39:17.060 If I stay longer, I get nauseated, and they're telling these people, does anyone trust what the government's telling you?
00:39:22.120 Raise your hand.
00:39:23.760 Anybody.
00:39:24.380 No.
00:39:24.860 Wait, wait, wait.
00:39:25.540 Just make sure.
00:39:26.620 This is not raising your hand.
00:39:27.840 Anyone trust what the government's saying?
00:39:29.640 No.
00:39:30.820 No.
00:39:31.180 You do?
00:39:31.940 Oh, no.
00:39:32.640 Okay, okay.
00:39:33.400 I trust the one that's coming in, though.
00:39:35.160 Yeah.
00:39:35.820 I trust President Trump.
00:39:37.680 Yeah.
00:39:38.340 I do.
00:39:39.980 Do you guys think it's going to get better under President Trump?
00:39:41.940 Oh, yes.
00:39:42.900 It can't get no worse.
00:39:44.200 We're hoping.
00:39:45.160 See, we're from Pennsylvania.
00:39:45.640 Come, come, come, come.
00:39:46.580 We can't.
00:39:46.880 If we can't see you.
00:39:48.040 We're from Pennsylvania.
00:39:48.920 Come, come, come.
00:39:49.540 No, we've got to get in this shot.
00:39:51.040 Okay.
00:39:52.020 I didn't want to do this.
00:39:53.120 We're from Pennsylvania, and we were completely left out of everything.
00:39:59.240 We've all had testing in our household, and we've all tested positive.
00:40:03.500 When they decided to blow up the vinyl chloride cars, the cloud came over us, and there's
00:40:10.260 documentation online by a gentleman who does not want to be interviewed showing the cloud
00:40:17.980 coming into Darlington and Darlington Township, and we've had our water, our soil tested.
00:40:24.180 We tested positive for vinyl chloride and benzene both, all three people in our body, all three
00:40:30.520 people in our household, my husband developed a rare form of male breast cancer 18 weeks
00:40:37.360 after the derailment, and we are headed back for more testing today because we don't know
00:40:45.260 that it hasn't returned, and I know that people in Pennsylvania are also suffering.
00:40:51.520 My heart breaks for the people in East Palestine.
00:40:53.300 I grew up here, but it's county statewide.
00:40:59.880 There's more than just one area affected, and nobody, nobody wants to hear.
00:41:06.480 And Steve, one of the other things that's going on, we've got Pastor Shealy.
00:41:10.020 Go ahead, Steve.
00:41:10.720 Hang on, Ben.
00:41:11.380 Ben, hang on.
00:41:12.160 Just hang on for one second.
00:41:13.280 Ask the folks in Labor's unanimous.
00:41:15.000 There's unanimity that they don't trust the government.
00:41:17.740 In the last two years since President Trump was there, what actually interface have they
00:41:23.200 had with the government?
00:41:24.120 Is it EPA?
00:41:25.160 Is it FEMA?
00:41:26.460 Is it at the federal level, the state level?
00:41:28.320 When they say they don't trust it, they hope President Trump turns things around.
00:41:32.160 What interface, what interactions have they had with what branches of the federal government?
00:41:36.660 Is it EPA?
00:41:37.480 Is it FEMA?
00:41:38.660 Is it other parts of DHS?
00:41:40.220 Is it HHS?
00:41:41.400 Can you just ask and get a, let's just do some quick hits?
00:41:43.900 So, Steve, because President Biden said this was man-made and not a natural disaster, FEMA
00:41:52.160 could not help.
00:41:53.020 We haven't got one bottle of water or any assistance.
00:41:56.020 And my argument was 9-11 was not a natural disaster either.
00:42:00.480 And FEMA rushed there.
00:42:02.720 And anyone else?
00:42:04.280 Thank you, Rick.
00:42:05.140 Anyone else?
00:42:06.040 EPA?
00:42:06.660 Who have you been talking to?
00:42:07.960 Not only do we not trust what the EPA has said, we've done our own investigations.
00:42:12.140 And we have many, many tapes of them proving that they lied to us.
00:42:16.740 CDC, under the Biden administration, allegedly went door-to-door.
00:42:20.480 They went door-to-door for one day and got sick and left and never told us.
00:42:24.760 When we forced the CDC back in, do you want to know what they told us almost verbatim to
00:42:29.240 thousands of people?
00:42:30.960 You've all been exposed.
00:42:32.140 You all have chemicals in your body.
00:42:33.720 We don't know what to do about that.
00:42:35.140 But we can treat the cancer it causes.
00:42:37.500 Why wasn't that over every front page news?
00:42:40.300 They said that the thousands of American people stuck right here still in this contamination
00:42:46.020 when they're finding more contamination.
00:42:48.300 They just found 14 more pockets of vinyl chloride in the soil back in November.
00:42:52.980 We're Americans and we've been failed.
00:42:56.120 J.D. Vance came here, though.
00:42:57.680 J.D. Vance went into the creeks with Dr. Chai.
00:43:00.240 That's not under sell.
00:43:01.680 Dr. Chai sacrificed his life.
00:43:03.440 He's been in those creeks with these chemicals.
00:43:05.420 He took J.D. Vance there.
00:43:06.640 J.D. Vance has written three letters to the EPA, bipartisan letters with Sherrod Brown,
00:43:12.520 asking for indoor air testing, asking for dioxin testing, asking for a public emergency.
00:43:17.900 And he personally wrote a letter to President Biden asking for a disaster declaration.
00:43:22.900 We have been failed by every single piece of the government, down to our local government,
00:43:28.580 who bullies and harasses people that are sick.
00:43:31.460 They didn't talk for 17 months before one local official brought up human health effects,
00:43:36.820 and that was a newly elected official.
00:43:39.480 What's happening here?
00:43:40.900 Never in a million years did I think this would be happening in the United States of America.
00:43:45.080 And I apologize to everyone I called a crazy conspiracy theorist.
00:43:49.280 They were right.
00:43:50.120 I was crazy.
00:43:50.780 Hi, Ben.
00:43:53.220 Lonnie Miller.
00:43:54.160 Steve, you know Lonnie.
00:43:55.280 Hi, Steve.
00:43:56.500 Sure.
00:43:57.200 I have a comment I would love to direct towards President Trump and J.D. Vance.
00:44:04.320 I would love for you guys to return to East Palestine, Ohio and our surrounding communities
00:44:09.600 and drain the swamp that is taking place here.
00:44:12.900 This community has been ravaged by corruption and lies, lies to the American people, our families,
00:44:23.500 our loved ones, our children, our businesses, our livelihoods.
00:44:28.060 Everyone that we love has been impacted by this.
00:44:31.840 And never in a million years did I think that I would live to see the day that we would turn
00:44:37.660 on each other.
00:44:38.400 I thought after this disaster it would be like united, like we were after 9-11.
00:44:45.400 I thought that our communities would come together and fight the evil corporation that did this
00:44:50.340 to us.
00:44:51.380 We need President Trump to get here and drain the swamp in this community.
00:44:57.600 It is contaminated.
00:44:58.960 They have infiltrated every single part of our lives with contamination.
00:45:02.420 Our health, our mental health, our physical health, every single part of this has contaminated
00:45:10.380 our lives.
00:45:12.180 And we need help.
00:45:13.720 We need President Trump back here to help us and make a difference and set an example
00:45:19.480 of them so it never happens again to another community.
00:45:23.040 This can't happen again.
00:45:24.740 We can't have another East Palestine, Ohio.
00:45:27.420 We just, it cannot happen.
00:45:29.360 It has to stop here.
00:45:30.540 It has to stop here.
00:45:34.300 Yeah.
00:45:34.940 We have to learn.
00:45:37.080 Fix our mistake.
00:45:38.700 Hey, Ben.
00:45:40.900 Ben.
00:45:41.860 Yeah, go ahead, Steve.
00:45:43.880 Hey, Ben, just hang on for a second.
00:45:45.360 We're going to return to East Palestine in just a second.
00:45:48.020 Very powerful and personal.
00:45:54.620 Please, that's what you got to call it.
00:45:57.100 Think about this for a second.
00:45:58.320 We've gone from Appalachia now to East Palestine.
00:46:01.260 I'm seeing some pattern recognition.
00:46:04.540 You're seeing it too.
00:46:06.740 If you're the American working class, if you're working class men and women around this nation,
00:46:11.080 and the entire apparatus is on your shoulder, you're treated like garbage.
00:46:17.000 You're treated totally, you're totally disposable.
00:46:18.820 This is why President Trump is returning to the White House.
00:46:24.460 And we will make sure that things are set right out there.
00:46:27.940 We're going to take a short commercial break here in a second.
00:46:30.920 And we're going to return.
00:46:32.020 We're going to be in East Palestine.
00:46:33.960 We're also going to try to go to Bethlehem.
00:46:35.720 I think we got Jason Jones there.
00:46:37.000 If we can somehow work out the technology.
00:46:39.400 Short commercial break.
00:46:40.220 We'll be back in the world in a moment.
00:46:41.320 Do you ever think, how can I work this hard and still be in debt?
00:47:01.380 The piles of overdue bills, the threatening phone calls, and never having money to do anything.
00:47:06.200 It just won't stop.

00:48:15.040 Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:48:18.680 Did we get Jason in Bethlehem?
00:48:21.560 Okay, let me go.
00:48:22.880 I got Jason Jones.
00:48:23.840 We don't.
00:48:25.200 Okay, let's get him up.
00:48:26.720 We're going to go to Jason Jones in Bethlehem.
00:48:29.680 That's in the Holy Land.
00:48:30.900 And we're going to go back to East Palestine.
00:48:33.620 That is in Ohio.
00:48:34.820 Eastern Ohio in a moment with Ben Burkwam.
00:48:39.960 We're going to get to the bottom of this thing.
00:48:41.620 The Appalachia looking the other way.
00:48:43.520 FEMA.
00:48:43.940 This is obviously related to the politics of it.
00:48:48.180 These are strong Trump country.
00:48:51.900 There's no doubt about it.
00:48:53.620 Let's get Mike Lindell.
00:48:54.480 Mike Lindell, how the cross.
00:48:55.680 I think now more than ever people would need a cross, right?

00:51:51.700 A lot going on.
00:51:52.280 Thank you, sir.
00:51:52.820 Appreciate you.
00:51:53.480 Yeah, thanks, Steve.
00:51:56.800 We're packed with different meeting, different groups this weekend, giving talks to people this weekend, getting up for a big coverage starting on Monday.
00:52:05.920 All day war room from 10 all the way through the afternoon.
00:52:09.380 Jack Posobiec, Dave Bratt will be joining us and others.
00:52:13.200 Natalie Winters, obviously, a lot going on.
00:52:15.900 And the coverage of RAV will pick up early, trying to get the religious service at St. John's Church.
00:52:23.100 In the next hour, we're going to return.
00:52:25.620 We're going to try to juggle three things simultaneously.
00:52:28.940 The hearing of South Dakota Governor Christy Noem, who they really haven't laid a glove on yet.
00:52:35.200 And I think this speaks to the preparation of the cabinet secretaries or the proposed cabinet secretaries.
00:52:43.200 So far, they haven't laid a glove on anybody.
00:52:45.700 And they've tried.
00:52:46.900 The thing that shocked me the most is how ill-prepared the Democrat senators are for, you know, for the witnesses.
00:52:56.460 And particularly, they're laying out a vision of kind of President Trump's MAGA policies.
00:53:04.360 Marco Rubio, Senator Marco Rubio, could not have been clear about the end of the post-war international rules-based order, how it had been gamed.
00:53:10.740 It had been specifically gamed by the world's elites and been gamed in conjunction with the Chinese Communist Party.
00:53:16.780 President Trump's out with a tweet today about Xi.
00:53:20.100 Just got off the phone with Xi.
00:53:21.260 Had a good phone call.
00:53:23.440 Remember, President Trump is about peace and prosperity.
00:53:26.780 He does not want to slide into a shooting war with the Chinese Communist Party.
00:53:31.320 And I don't know, pick a random place.
00:53:32.980 The Straits of Taiwan, around Taiwan, South China Sea.
00:53:36.760 President Trump has opened a dialogue with President Xi.
00:53:39.820 He said the call went very well.
00:53:40.900 They talked about a lot of things.
00:53:41.860 Trade, tariffs, fentanyl, many, many other topics.
00:53:48.200 Of course, it went great with Pete Hegseth this week.
00:53:53.200 Yesterday, between Russ's vote on Wednesday and Scott Besant yesterday, you saw President Trump's economic plan kind of laid out.
00:54:02.740 Amazing Pam Bondi, or now Pamela Jo Bondi, by her name tag.
00:54:09.120 Pamela Jo Bondi went yard as attorney general.
00:54:13.380 Then yesterday, the follow-up, just incredible.
00:54:15.720 Kristi Noem is giving as good as she gets.
00:54:21.000 She's been very impressive so far.
00:54:23.220 They've tried to chop block her, but to no avail.
00:54:26.620 Right now, and this is because this audience number is 202-224-3121.
00:54:32.800 Make sure you continue to let those senators, the overwhelming support you've had for President Trump's cabinet secretaries,
00:54:38.440 and I want to give Charlie Kirk a shout-out on this.
00:54:40.280 Charlie Kirk put that kind of program together, as did Article III project under Mike Davis,
00:54:46.280 to make sure that we backed these folks during the confirmation process.
00:54:52.000 They flooded the zone, and it certainly has worked this week.
00:54:55.340 Media has not been able to get on steady footing.
00:54:57.280 And the Democrats, the questioning's been juvenile.
00:55:01.560 You've had major, major deep policy.
00:55:03.880 They say, oh, President Trump, he's all transactional.
00:55:06.200 He just goes from things to things.
00:55:07.040 Well, listen to his cabinet secretaries.
00:55:09.740 They're speaking for President Trump.
00:55:11.760 President Trump goes through all these opening statements.
00:55:13.480 President Trump sits down and spends hours with them going through policy,
00:55:17.640 talking about what he wants to do, where he sees things going.
00:55:19.940 So when you're watching these cameras, that is in conjunction.
00:55:23.320 They're riding shotgun, whatever cabinet department it is.
00:55:27.100 And so far, it's been fantastic.
00:55:29.820 Not great news out of two locations.
00:55:32.860 That would be Appalachia with Ben Burkwamst with the last couple of days,
00:55:36.620 particularly in North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, parts of Virginia,
00:55:41.780 about this kind of biblical flood.
00:55:45.200 It's been abandoned, and they've been abandoned in East Palestine, Ohio.
00:55:49.940 That will all cease starting at noon on Monday when President Trump takes over
00:55:55.040 and we start to have his FEMA director, somebody like Lee Zeldin.
00:55:58.700 This is why Lee Zeldin is very important in EPA.
00:56:00.580 Lee Zeldin's got to get approved immediately by the committees
00:56:04.080 and then by the overall Senate.
00:56:06.200 I understand that right now only Marco Rubio, it looks like Senator Rubio,
00:56:10.080 will do it.
00:56:10.800 Short commercial break, 90 seconds.
00:56:12.540 Back for the next hour shortly.
00:56:14.560 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money
00:56:18.640 and our bank accounts.
00:56:20.180 First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.
00:56:24.180 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans
00:56:27.440 by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet.
00:56:33.060 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence
00:56:37.500 and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event
00:56:41.800 that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.
00:56:45.880 In fact, some of the guests I've had on The War Room believe that the government
00:56:49.840 will soon expand their powers to track our every move.
00:56:53.800 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms,
00:56:59.240 or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.
00:57:04.680 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.
00:57:10.200 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine,
00:57:13.120 has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming
00:57:16.940 and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.
00:57:22.960 Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past.
00:57:28.320 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com.
00:57:30.320 That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.

00:58:40.340 Hope you're all doing well.
00:58:41.480 My name is Trevor Comstock.
00:58:42.860 I'm one of the co-creators of Sacred Human.
00:58:45.000 And I wanted to share just a little bit more about our brand for those who may not know of us yet.
00:58:48.760 But about six months ago, we decided to launch Sacred Human with really the simple mission being to provide American-made natural supplements without all the artificial nonsense.
00:59:00.560 So unfortunately, as many of you know, a lot of these big corporate supplements will include things like preservatives, artificial ingredients, and other additives that really aren't benefiting your health.
00:59:10.640 So that's why we created Sacred Human, really trying to fill this gap of quality supplements, and of course, the beef liver being our flagship products.
00:59:19.500 For those who don't know, beef liver is loaded with highly bioavailable ingredients such as vitamin A, B12, zinc, CoQ10, etc.
00:59:28.360 And because it is 100% grass-fed and natural, your body is able to absorb these nutrients far better than taking any other synthetic multivitamin or any other synthetic vitamin in general.
00:59:41.560 So we have some other amazing products, but if you'd like to check us out, you can go to sacredhumanhealth.com.
00:59:47.220 And cheers to your health.
