00:04:24.560 What exactly is happening? Because just on the face of it, one of the concerns I've read is,

00:04:35.120 there's usually dozens and dozens of people who show up to perform in honor of them. Will they get
00:04:41.280 performers out? The idea of a president of the United States hosting, what's going on at the Kennedy
00:04:47.200 Center? Yeah, I don't mean to say that we're, you know, getting into the D list of celebrities,
00:04:53.040 but we're certainly getting into, or, you know, entertainers. We're certainly getting to a point where
00:04:57.760 there's a very small pool because what's going on at the Kennedy Center is, you know, a takeover by
00:05:03.120 the president that isn't just about who gets to sit on the board, but it is literally down to him
00:05:08.880 choosing who's going to be a recipient of awards. And you look down the list, you know, that he named
00:05:14.000 today, you know, KISS, the band, headlined by Gene Simmons, who was a candidate, I guess, on
00:05:22.960 the celebrity apprentice. You look at Sylvester Stallone, a huge Trump supporter. And, you know,
00:05:29.200 we all love Sly Stallone and Rocky 50 years ago or so, but it's certainly not the sort of lifetime
00:05:35.840 achievement that you normally see in a Kennedy Center honor. So basically, it looks like the
00:05:40.240 standard is as long as you have supported Donald Trump in the past, you could be a Kennedy Center
00:05:46.160 Honorary. By the way, I should say one other thing, if you don't mind, Chris. I think we heard
00:05:53.920 him talking about politics earlier then. I think we got a clip of that. Okay.
00:05:59.440 I shouldn't make this political because they made the Academy Awards political and they went down the
00:06:03.920 tubes. So they'll say Trump made it political. But I think if we make it our kind of political,

00:06:25.840 we're grabbing the institutions and taking power. As the American people, the way our constitutional
00:06:31.840 system works, gave President Trump the authority to do. So we're going to deconstruct
00:06:38.240 the administrative state. We're going to purge the deep state and the executive branch.

00:06:47.840 And we control the house already. Oh, by the way, the judiciary, you're not going to get your
00:06:53.120 judges through. They're all going to be Trump judges. I want you to you're on the fetal position.

00:08:49.680 Derek Harvey, and we're going to cover the breaking Russian news first. We had the meetings with Zelensky
00:08:57.920 today who took extreme liberties, not of manners and decorum, but just out of control, imbalance of
00:09:09.600 power between the United States and him in the White House in front of President Trump and J.D. Vance,
00:09:15.440 just kind of a stunning setup. And I don't think he's holding too many cards, but that's why we brought in
00:09:22.960 the expert. And so, Colonel Derek Harvey, can you bring us up on the news of the day and what that
00:09:30.400 set of meetings means? And then we'll get to Friday when we're done with today. Thank you for being with
00:09:35.200 us. Great to be here. Well, Dave, I think that President Zelensky and his main backers, the UK,
00:09:42.720 France, for example, they're the maximalist groups that are holding out for a very hard line position
00:09:54.240 in trying to bring this war to an end completely on their terms. Russia, really no negotiation.
00:10:01.120 Russia has to not only see the territory they've taken in the invasion three and a half years ago,
00:10:07.680 but they also have to see Crimea and other territories taken back in 2014, etc. So there's that.
00:10:17.440 But NATO is not united. You know, you've got Germany and Poland and others that are
00:10:26.480 very fatigued and want to get out of business with Russia. So I think what we're going to be seeing here
00:10:33.600 is an effort by the president to move the ball forward in a deal, possibly a framework of a deal,
00:10:43.760 with Putin that would address things with carrots and sticks, trade, technology access, help with the
00:10:51.440 economy for Russia. At the same time, you know, we still have the, you know, the levers of the stick,
00:10:59.440 you know, the sanctions and things like that, that are there too. But it's going to be a very
00:11:05.280 difficult thing because Putin is playing the long game. He sees the weakness in NATO. He knows that
00:11:10.560 America first does not really want to be engaged and he sees popular support for Zelensky and those
00:11:18.240 positions there by his administration deteriorating rapidly.
00:11:21.680 Yeah. How do you frame the following, right? We believe in the nation state. The globalists want
00:11:29.840 one world government. NATO and the Europeans are probably more toward the globalist position.
00:11:35.360 And so we're in a precarious position where we're saying to a sovereign state, Ukraine, hey,
00:11:41.760 your days are up. But it's kind of because we're so principled like Cub Scouts, right? In no way are
00:11:47.920 they a sovereign state. Our CIA and the Europeans have been playing on this. And NATO has been adding,
00:11:55.760 you know, 16 countries since the deal in 1991, where we gave our oral promise that we wouldn't
00:12:01.680 move east, 17 countries later now, and an unelected president in Zelensky. And we're supposed to,
00:12:08.800 you know, so how do you appraise that situation? He has been acting on the behest of NATO and the United
00:12:16.640 States. And now to think that he's going to call the shots as a leader of a sovereign country,
00:12:21.600 supposedly, when the whole global order and potential nuclear war is at stake. How do you
00:12:26.720 assess that state of affairs? Well, he's in a very weak position in so many ways, but he's
00:12:33.760 obstinate and he has the support of Paris and London and some other capitals and the EU leadership and
00:12:40.800 many in NATO. So that's where his strength comes from. But he is increasingly isolated. And so that's
00:12:47.520 going to be a challenge. But, you know, they can't win the war. And that's just a reality. And I don't
00:12:54.160 think the United States wants to take, you know, significant risk by, you know, removing restrictions
00:13:01.360 on the use of U.S. offensive military capabilities that have been provided. And I don't think we want
00:13:08.400 to provide more offensive capability to them either. We want to get on with building peace in the area
00:13:18.240 and rebuilding NATO and, you know, developing trade and economic efforts that will, you know, bring,
00:13:24.800 you know, Russia and Germany's interests more in line, I think. I think there's a number of avenues here.
00:13:32.800 But keep in mind, this is very important, Dave. Ukraine's government was toppled by a, you know,
00:13:40.960 that was aligned with Russia was toppled by an Obama era color revolution. Okay. And you go back to,
00:13:48.720 you know, to all of that. We wouldn't be in this place today if it hadn't been for the malign
00:13:54.320 behavior of the Obama administration and their State Department intelligence services
00:13:59.360 that were playing games in a way that they should never have been.

00:18:58.400 are the days of Zelensky numbered? Does he get to hold up global relations single-handedly
00:19:07.320 with absurd conditions that no land will be negotiated in any way? What does Trump do if
00:19:12.740 he holds that position? Well, I don't see how Zelensky can hold the position over the long haul
00:19:19.960 because there'll be too much pressure, not just from President Trump, but also from European countries
00:19:26.220 and leaders, international community, and importantly, from within his own country because
00:19:31.120 the numbers have flipped over three years. We're 60, you know, a large percentage, 65% or so,
00:19:38.000 according to the latest Gallup. How reliable those polls are there, I'm not sure, but it shows that
00:19:44.220 there's just a groundswell in a movement towards wanting a peaceful outcome, getting this war over
00:19:51.900 with. Ukraine's exhausted. Europe is tired of it. The international community wants to get on with
00:19:57.660 things, in my view. And Trump's going to meet Putin on Friday, and he's going to have a serious talk
00:20:05.000 with him. He said that, you know, there has to be movement. And then the second thing is he's going
00:20:09.940 to follow up with additional meetings, which is going to be important, with Zelensky and Putin.
00:20:16.820 The timing of those, I'm not certain, but, you know, the president has clearly laid out there's going to be a
00:20:20.980 series of meetings to try and get this resolved as quickly as he can.
00:20:29.120 Great. Derek Harvey, I've never gotten a chance to congratulate you on your position, special
00:20:34.980 assistant to the President of the United States after serving our country in the armed forces. So

00:21:53.040 Why don't you just, it seems that we need some new vocabulary. I apologize, folks, they installed some
00:21:59.600 new technology in my office today. But it seems like we need some new terminology for what has
00:22:07.160 been going on in this country, this total loss of institutional credibility. The receipts are in,
00:22:13.520 Bannon called his show this morning, seizing the institutions for this reason. How do you
00:22:19.020 characterize this 50-year swath of corruption from the deep state up in D.C. with our elites and the
00:22:27.000 establishment who are supposed to be lead us in the right direction? Derek Harvey.
00:22:31.680 Well, I call it abdication of the leadership of the Congress. And, you know, that's both sides,
00:22:38.720 the Senate and the House of Representatives, of their oversight. And they've passed the buck to allow
00:22:43.560 far too much autonomy and decision-making for the execution and implementation of rules
00:22:50.320 across the departments and agencies and also for the executive branch. But, you know, just even
00:22:57.860 recently, you didn't mention the COVID, you know, disinformation, the January 6th information that's
00:23:04.820 rolling now that we're getting from the others here. There's the, you know, election information that
00:23:12.880 Tulsi has laid out. And I just go back, and Sam Faddis can talk about this, but, you know,
00:23:19.320 Eisenhower warned about this, but we've just built up more institutions with the D&I and the Department
00:23:26.400 of Homeland Security and the Patriot Act and others that have empowered unaccountable people,
00:23:32.380 okay? And I just leave it with this. Durham, in his report, he said there are no need for
00:23:38.760 recommendations for changes because no one is conducting, I'm paraphrasing, no one's conducting
00:23:44.280 oversight, no one's enforcing the laws, the rules, and the policies that have been in place, you know,
00:23:51.380 to make sure that the system works the way it's supposed to, honestly, with integrity. So why
00:23:56.420 should I make any recommendations? Wow. Yeah, that's just a stunning admission.

00:24:28.020 laundry list? Now, they're not conspiracies. They're not theories. They're not conjecture.
00:24:32.840 We have evidence and the receipts. The mainstream media won't ever tell you about that when they just
00:24:38.500 make fun of Tulsi and says she's making groundless claims. She's handed in hundreds and hundreds and
00:24:42.640 hundreds of pages across the board. And so how do you characterize this last 50-year period?
00:24:48.060 And, you know, Steve Bannon earlier in the day was talking about seizing the institution. So
00:24:51.940 put it all together for us. How do the American people understand what has happened to this great
00:24:57.280 country, and how do we clean it up?
00:24:58.740 Look, we have allowed the creation, the growth of a completely extra-constitutional,
00:25:08.880 at a minimum, fourth branch of government unaccountable to the American people. And on
00:25:14.860 any given day, the folks that really run the country and have been running the country for a long time
00:25:20.900 are in that fourth branch of government, that fourth branch of government being
00:25:25.500 all of these giant government agencies. And look, I have nothing but respect for a lot of the folks,
00:25:33.680 the rank and file in places like CIA, FBI, outdoing dangerous work and, you know, putting their lives
00:25:42.420 on the line. But certainly in the top ranks of these organizations, you got folks that have lost the
00:25:49.240 bubble. And they now believe they rule the country. And they're not really, it's not just nobody's
00:25:58.200 holding them. I mean, nobody is holding them accountable. And they certainly do not believe
00:26:02.380 they are accountable. And increasingly, they go to Washington and spend their entire lives
00:26:09.100 in Washington. So it's 40 years later, and you're a clapper at the top of one of these agencies.
00:26:16.300 And when Trump wins in 2016, he famously expresses shock at the disconnect between the average
00:26:25.120 American and Washington, D.C. And what you're thinking is, well, did you ever get in a car and drive
00:26:32.600 anywhere outside the Beltway and like talk to anybody? You drive through Pennsylvania, where I live,
00:26:39.300 and look at all the closed mills and everybody's shopping in the dollar store? Like, no, you didn't.
00:26:46.220 So it is not just out of touch. It believes it is above and beyond the Constitution. And
00:26:55.200 I've certainly had this conversation with you and with Steve. These guys at the top here,
00:27:01.320 the folks that put together what amounts to a nine-year-long coup against Donald Trump,
00:27:06.980 they have no intention of going quietly into the night. I mean, if you think that you put two guys
00:27:14.080 at the top of CIA, Ratcliffe and his deputy, and now you have transformed that agency and you're in
00:27:22.760 control of it, I don't know what to say to you. You're living in another dimension. That is not a
00:27:28.480 condemnation of everybody at CIA. It's just to say that place is filled with, at the senior levels,
00:27:33.960 folks that were put there by somebody like John Brennan. And still, even if they don't take
00:27:41.200 direct orders from Brennan, are in fact pursuing his agenda. So we got a lot of work to do and a lot
00:27:49.940 of house cleaning. Yeah. Back with Sam Faddis after the break. We're going to follow up there.

00:28:03.300 blackmailing everybody. And that's why it seems that they can't go in and clean house at the CIA

00:31:20.300 What is the most serious of these cases that face this country? Because it's overwhelming.

00:32:06.400 and imprisonment. And by the way, that will not be easy. That will take massive resources. Let's focus
00:32:13.500 on the immediate issue. We can get around to asking CIA where these files about the JFK assassination
00:32:20.040 have been for 50 years, whatever it is, more than that now, later. But right now, we got to do that.

00:33:30.100 still supporting him. But I think Trump wants a deal now, and he's got the call Friday with Putin.

00:33:40.500 Well, look, as you've, as you've noted, Zelensky's writing checks. He can't cash,
00:33:44.080 right? He's way out over his skis. The guy's, well, I don't know that he ever had a mind. He's
00:33:49.200 lost his mind. Okay. You, you are going to make the decisions all by yourself. Well,
00:33:55.620 you aren't fighting the war by yourself, buddy. And if you were in it by yourself,
00:33:59.480 the Russians would have been in Kiev years ago. So the reality is you're going to have to face
00:34:06.420 what the facts here. The facts are, you're going to have a peace treaty and pieces of Ukraine
00:34:14.920 currently occupied by Russia will continue to be occupied by Russia. Exactly what Donald Trump said.
00:34:22.240 Now, does that mean every square inch the Russians occupy right now, you have to give up on? That's
00:34:27.720 not what I'm saying. I'm saying you will not get all that territory back. That's the reality. And
00:34:33.600 look, the Europeans can do what they do best, which is talk a lot. But if Zelensky thinks he's
00:34:42.020 going on his own without us and the Europeans, he's toast. He's done. The entire British army has a
00:34:49.420 grand total of 17,000 deployable guys. The Russians will kill that many in a month. So that's where we
00:34:58.060 are. What happens to Zelensky? I don't know. Maybe somebody in Ukraine topples him and that's not
00:35:05.420 code for the CIA. Maybe, maybe there are people in Ukraine who say we're done with you. Maybe one
00:35:11.140 day you find Zelensky got on a plane and disappeared the UAE where he's apparently been sending money for
00:35:17.000 some period of time. I don't know, but I do know he's got a wake up call coming. He, he has to accept
00:35:23.340 the, in the real world, he will not get all of his territory back. I'm not a fan of Putin's. I'm just
00:35:30.280 telling you what we, what, what the reality is, what the facts are. Yeah. Yeah. In a, in a closing
00:35:36.760 minute, Sam, uh, you know, the populist base, uh, beg everyone watching this show is scratching their
00:35:44.680 head on this one. They say, why doesn't Trump just take back all of the satellite stuff, all the
00:35:49.020 weapon, we stop all the everything and it's over. And that big mouth can be quiet a little bit.

00:40:13.060 really amazing. No one else has ever reported this, Dave Bratt. Uh, there are at least a dozen
00:40:19.680 due process violations for Watergate defendants and Richard Nixon's that are egregious. For instance,
00:40:27.500 the secret meetings where the judge John Sirica, uh, talked and strategized with the special
00:40:34.800 prosecutor, Leon Jaworski. That's just one example of it. And then what was really stunning
00:40:41.200 was, uh, uh, uh, that, uh, Jeff told me about the role that John Dean really played. And this
00:40:47.700 might be a good time for Jeff to come in and talk about John Dean that he knew. Yeah. Well,
00:40:54.140 first Mike go Sirica and Jaworski. Why does that matter? The people are listening. So what
00:40:59.340 happened? What's so bad? And then we'll go to Jeff. Yeah. Well, look, if, if you are charged
00:41:05.160 with a crime, you have certain fifth amendment due process rights and, and a fair trial from
00:41:09.900 an unbiased judge is part of that. And, uh, it is absolutely unfair for the judge to meet secretly
00:41:18.280 with the prosecutor and not have your defense attorney there. That is, that is the epitome
00:41:24.260 of unfairness. And that's what happened as part of this process.

00:41:43.940 uh, uh, deep state, uh, false narrative, fake news, and most of all lawfare. Uh, but those things
00:41:50.900 existed, uh, uh, during Watergate. We just didn't know the bottom. We had different names for them,
00:41:56.440 but they've started to come out and, and what they show is the prosecutors and, and the, uh, judges
00:42:03.700 and the Eastern liberal establishment hated Nixon so much. They were willing to cheat to drive him out
00:42:10.800 of office. Uh, you can imagine that because you can, you can tell the hatred for Donald Trump today.
00:42:17.540 I mean, seething hatred by lots of people. And you can imagine a situation where those people would
00:42:26.300 be perfectly willing to cheat, to keep him from power, to throw him out of office. That's what we
00:42:32.880 have discovered happened during Watergate. We didn't know it at the time. The top four prosecutors
00:42:39.440 took their records with them home when they left office. And that hid the impropriety. But there is
00:42:47.920 a paper trail. These meetings between Judge Sirica and the special prosecutor, we can account for about
00:42:54.800 10 of them. Now, it wasn't just a chance happening where they talked strategy. They talked about rulings
00:43:02.720 that were going to come before Sirica for decision. And they met secretly in advance to brief him.
00:43:10.320 And they left a paper trail. So the, the issue is not, were there these secret meetings? Was there
00:43:16.560 suppression of evidence? We've got the memos. We can say, well, do they accurately describe it? But,

00:45:43.860 electoral votes. A stunning win with the American people behind him. A simple Quaker guy. He's a very
00:45:51.260 smart guy. And so I don't know how all this happens. But Michael, why don't you, anything
00:45:57.920 you want to say on Nixon first? He didn't have many friends on the Republican side. He got backstabbed.
00:46:03.200 And then Woodward and Bernstein, you know, I understand they're the greatest journalists that
00:46:08.440 have ever lived. What's the part of them in this story here? Well, let's talk about Woodward and
00:46:14.180 Bernstein. Of course, Woodward knew Mark Felt for a couple of years before when Woodward was briefing
00:46:22.140 the National Security Council on Navy matters. So they'd known each other for a couple of years.
00:46:28.900 After the break-in on June 17, 1972, Woodward got the story for the Washington Post. One of the first
00:46:37.400 things he did, he called up his buddy, Mark Felt, and Felt basically told him what was going on.
00:46:44.660 It was really egregious in how he handled that at that time. Then a couple of months later,
00:46:51.560 Woodward and Bernstein secured the names of the grand jurors in the Watergate grand jury
00:46:57.020 and talked to them. That's illegal to do, but they did it and got away with it.
00:47:01.820 Oh, they lied about it. They claimed their source, and if you read their book,
00:47:08.700 their inside scoop on the Watergate grand jury, they claimed their source was a secretary with the
00:47:14.680 Nixon campaign. That wasn't true. They misled everybody about this. Nobody knew this,
00:47:19.800 but they talked to a grand juror. Bernstein wrote seven pages in a memo to Bradley,
00:47:25.320 and 40 years later, it was discovered and was only recently reported.
00:47:28.440 Unbelievable. By the way, we're very thankful to you, both of you, for the research here. This is
00:47:36.240 not easy, folks. You just don't go Google this stuff. This is painstaking research over decades.

00:47:47.840 Well, there certainly is. You talk about backstabbing. When Nixon brought in a new crew to clean house
00:47:54.480 after Watergate, he asked Elliot Richardson to be attorney general because he wasn't involved at
00:47:59.740 all. But Elliot had designs of running for president someday and certainly didn't want to get involved
00:48:06.240 in Watergate. So he merrily gave away, during his confirmation, gave away any oversight for the
00:48:13.960 Watergate investigations and prosecutions, and gave it over to one of the most prominent Democrats,
00:48:21.160 to Archibald Cox, and the creation, just like what happened with Trump, brand new people,
00:48:27.700 unconfirmed by the Senate, the hiring of a special set of dedicated anti-Nixon people.
00:48:36.400 The Watergate Special Prosecution Force ultimately totaled 156 employees, specially hired,
00:48:44.820 having nothing to do with statutorily established organization or Senate-confirmed leadership.
00:48:51.860 I mean, it was just astonishing, all because Elliot Richardson didn't want to be involved.
