00:03:03.140 um you know having their arms twisted in an actual fight in a floor fight at a convention and those are

00:07:34.820 donald trump in the world as far as i'm concerned but but there are no problems large enough that
00:07:40.020 you're willing to see joe biden uh and his fascists have another four years in the white house get that
00:07:45.400 through um your thick de simp skulls and and and and it's not just as you say it's not just those
00:07:52.520 desantis people you know the nikki haley times it's different right because i actually do think
00:07:57.620 that most the predominant majority of ron desantis supporters are actually patriots um they're just
00:08:03.300 not particularly politically intelligent um and by politically intelligent i mean i mean the strategy
00:08:09.220 of things right um the nikki haley people are actually completely anathema to the trump movement

00:11:23.800 group which is blasting out to to democrats to go and vote in republican either open primaries or
00:11:29.340 semi-open primaries and then of course because the primary process is in effect over uh you have fewer
00:11:36.260 uh trump voters going out and voting in these primaries and so it's it squashes the broader
00:11:41.480 amount of people that you can pull from in it and then therefore it artificially boosts if i'm making
00:11:46.180 sense mathematically the number of haley percentage of haley voters that it looks like
00:11:51.020 um she has i think you have to either convince these people right it's it's it's a join or die
00:11:57.140 kind of mentality you have to convince these people you had your way for several decades you
00:12:01.960 messed it up at every turn you're corrupting the nation you're corrupting the world um look at look

00:22:50.040 over the last 15 years those numbers are getting worse not better they presided over inflation they
00:22:55.060 presided over the lockdowns they presided over all manner of things lots of lgbtq stuff lots of hate
00:23:00.680 speech stuff and i think they realize politically um things can only get worse for them uh not necessarily
00:23:07.600 better which is ironic because as rishi sunak was announcing the prime minister was announcing
00:23:13.240 the july 4th election uh in the background of 10 downing street was blaring this song
00:23:19.580 and i use blaring as a pun as well uh called things can only get better now that song was the
00:23:25.800 labor party the left-wing labor party's uh anthem in 1997 which was when tony blair um took government
00:23:34.640 in a landslide election uh sakir starmer the labor leader is very much trying to replicate that kind
00:23:41.640 of victory at the upcoming uh general election the second reason it was important was was weather
00:23:48.260 um conservative party uh activists especially uh let alone voters tend to be older uh and the concern
00:23:56.380 was that if they held an election in in a cold or or wet and windy uh autumn uh fall uh or winter
00:24:04.120 uh then their activists and campaigners would not find it particularly uh enticing to go out there
00:24:09.600 and try and turn out the votes at a local level remember uh british elections do not have television
00:24:14.740 advertising there is no radio advertising they really rely on the foot soldiers knocking on doors
00:24:20.140 delivering leaflets speaking to voters face to face and when you are a predominantly older base of
00:24:27.240 political campaigner party uh you you really don't want to send people out there in the cold and the
00:24:32.380 wet and the wind and that's it you know it sounds parochial it is parochial uh that is a major
00:24:36.820 decision when it comes to when you when and how you hold an election in the united kingdom so
