Summary

Tristan and Chris discuss the latest developments in the case of Andrew Tate and his recent dismissal from a company for partying with him. Also, Chris and Tristan discuss why they think it's a good thing that he was fired and why they don't think he should have been let go at all. Also, they talk about why they believe it's better to have a friend that has different ideals than one that doesn't have the same ideals as them and why that's a bad thing. And of course, they give their reactions to the news and give their thoughts on it. This is a very important episode that needs to be heard by everyone in order for the truth to come out. 00:02:19.000 Nowadays, if you say anything that's positive about Andrew Tate, they'll try to fire you, cancel you, or whatever it may be, which goes to show the clown world that we're really in.
00:02:27.000 Actually, it's so bad as well.
00:02:29.000 You take a picture with Andrew, now there's that, oh, you're a bad person, just because you take a picture with Andrew.
00:02:33.000 Yeah.
00:02:33.000 That's crazy, bro.
00:02:34.000 Yeah, I got a bunch of hate for my picture with him on Instagram, which is wild.
00:02:40.000 Who's the president of that business, that company?
00:02:43.000 He got fired for partying with Andrew?
00:02:46.000 Yeah, they got rid of him.
00:02:47.000 I forget which company.
00:02:49.000 Someone was going to say in the chat.
00:02:50.000 He was on the board.
00:02:51.000 Yeah.
00:02:51.000 And he had a picture partying with Andrew and they got rid of him.
00:02:54.000 And I was like, wow, holy crap, man.
00:02:56.000 It's gotten to a point where you can't even party and or speak to someone that they don't like.
00:03:01.000 It's like you can't have a friend that has different ideals because if you do, you are that person.
00:03:05.000 I think he was doing an e-gaming sport.
00:03:08.000 Yes, something e-gaming.
00:03:10.000 He was CEO and he actually founded a company.
00:03:14.000 They fired him.
00:03:15.000 Incredible, bro.
00:03:16.000 Incredible.
00:03:17.000 G2 Esports.
00:03:18.000 G2 Esports, bam.
00:03:19.000 I knew someone in the chat would have it.
00:03:22.000 And then also, what else do we got, Chris?

00:03:43.000 And then also, Fresh, you want to give them an update on your stuff?
00:03:45.000 Yes, guys.
00:03:46.000 So, I had some requests for vlogs.
00:03:49.000 This is what I'm going to do with the channel, right?
00:03:50.000 I'm going to post a vlog when it's something meaningful, when it makes sense, and it's like a big event with different people not in our space, like, you know, high profile people, celebrities.
00:04:00.000 I'll post that.
00:04:00.000 But, me and I'm going to do, for the most part, streams and reaction videos.
00:04:04.000 So, that's what I'm going to focus on.
00:04:06.000 Told you to get in a way.
00:04:07.000 Let's go.
00:04:09.000 And for me, guys, check me out on Fed811 as you guys know I broke down cases.
00:04:13.000 The most recent one I did was I did the Idaho murders that you guys asked for for a while.
00:04:18.000 We went ahead and broke down the Brian Koberger cases.
00:04:21.000 And yeah, I did it with Andrew From Legal Mindsquare.
00:04:26.000 And yeah, it was really good, man.
00:04:27.000 It was a pretty long breakdown.
00:04:29.000 It was like almost two hours or maybe a little over two hours.
00:04:31.000 I forget exactly how long it was.
00:04:32.000 But we went into detail.
00:04:33.000 We read the criminal complaint, went through the house.
00:04:35.000 I had this whole diagram where we went through room to room of where the murders occurred.
00:04:40.000 And yeah, if you guys want to go ahead and check out the Idaho murders, check me out over there.
00:04:44.000 It was so long, you stick away for you to finish, but you took too long, so we just went out.
00:04:49.000 Okay, fair enough.
00:04:50.000 You were occupied.
00:04:50.000 Thanks.
00:04:51.000 Yeah.
00:04:53.000 I appreciate that, sir.
00:04:54.000 But yeah, Fed1811, guys, check me out over there.
00:04:55.000 Also, I got a TikTok, Fed1811.
00:04:58.000 I forgot to tell y'all about that, man.
00:04:59.000 It's Fed1811 on TikTok, and one of my videos just hit 1 million, so shout out to you guys for supporting.
00:05:05.000 Yeah, you guys like the true crime stuff.
00:05:06.000 If you didn't know, guys, we're also on Snapchat as well.
00:05:08.000 Oh, yeah.
00:05:09.000 Our Snapchat's booming, bro.
00:05:10.000 That shit's like fire.
00:05:12.000 The best clips and the funniest parts are on Snapchat.
00:05:15.000 I don't know who the editor is, but it's just fire.
00:05:17.000 We need to put that link in there.
00:05:17.000 Oh, shit.
00:05:19.000 We'll put the link in there for y'all.
00:05:20.000 I got you guys.
00:05:21.000 But to be honest, we were just stalling for time so you guys can get as many people in here.
00:05:24.000 I'm not gonna lie to y'all.
00:05:25.000 I was just stalling for time because I want as many of you guys to come in here.
00:05:27.000 This isn't about us.
00:05:28.000 Honestly, I don't give a fuck about our stuff right now.
00:05:31.000 I just want to get as many of you guys in here so we can go ahead before I go ahead and start breaking this stuff down.
00:05:36.000 Because more importantly, what I really care about is Andrew and Tristan.
00:05:39.000 And right now, there is a serious injustice, you know...
00:05:44.000 Being thrown on them, and we're going to go ahead and expose some of this bullshit that's been going on, because as you guys know, there's been some developments.
00:05:50.000 I'm going to recap everything for y'all, and then we'll get into it.
00:05:52.000 I'll read these chats, and then from this point forward, I'm only going to read 50 and up, guys, just because they came through, so I want to make sure that all y'all voices get heard.
00:06:00.000 And then from this point forward, we're going to get into it, alright?
00:06:02.000 Cool.
00:06:03.000 Alright, the media just running with any story.
00:06:05.000 I found today, his Bugatti is actually in Dubai, not in Romania, an impound.
00:06:08.000 They will report any story for clicks.
00:06:10.000 Big facts!
00:06:11.000 Yeah, that's true!
00:06:12.000 Yeah!
00:06:15.000 Shout out to the Sartorio shooter.
00:06:17.000 He exposed that shit, man.
00:06:20.000 Dude's lying, talking about they took his Bugatti.
00:06:23.000 Let's see here.
00:06:24.000 Any chance we can have Rich Cooper as a guest?
00:06:26.000 Yeah, I'll reach out to him for y'all, man.
00:06:27.000 I know you guys want to see Rich Cooper.
00:06:29.000 Shout out to Rich.
00:06:30.000 Like I said before, we don't have any ill will with him.
00:06:33.000 There's some things that we don't see eye to eye on, but there's no doubting his impact on this side of the internet.
00:06:40.000 Shout out to Rich, man.
00:06:41.000 Go get the book, Unplugged Alpha.
00:06:43.000 Great, dude.
00:06:44.000 Let's do it.
00:06:45.000 Just because I might not agree with everything doesn't necessarily mean the content isn't valid.
00:06:49.000 So definitely go check Rich out, guys.
00:06:50.000 Entrepreneurs and Cars on YouTube.
00:06:52.000 And his book is called Unplugged Alpha.
00:06:54.000 Good read.
00:06:55.000 He did a collab as well with Andrew as well.
00:06:56.000 Yes, that was a really good interview.
00:06:57.000 So yeah, shout out to both those guys, man.
00:06:59.000 At this point, bro, we really can't afford to have separation on this side of the internet, bro.
00:07:04.000 Like, yo, they're coming for us.
00:07:05.000 If this isn't obvious, we're probably next.

00:09:27.000 That's come to mind, but I don't know if I have the time for it right now because that would require a lot of filming and honestly, the podcast is prioritized.
00:09:35.000 Bad Habits, FNF fam.
00:09:37.000 Big love from Washington, D.C. Would you guys make a Visiting Miami episode to give people some pointers how to move to places slash go out live there?
00:09:44.000 You know, I thought about it.
00:09:45.000 The reason why I wouldn't do it is because people are going to know where I go.
00:09:48.000 And I'm good.
00:09:49.000 Like, I value my privacy more than anything else.
00:09:52.000 So I'm going to back off of that.

00:10:57.000 Your podcast got me motivated with my CDL career, getting my own place and going to the gym.
00:11:01.000 Fire, bro.
00:11:01.000 Free Tate.
00:11:02.000 That's what it's about, man.
00:11:03.000 Whether us or Andrew or Tristan.
00:11:03.000 That's awesome.
00:11:06.000 That's what it's about.
00:11:06.000 Motivate you.
00:11:07.000 And that's from L Series 1996.
00:11:08.000 All right.
00:11:09.000 So where are we at here, Chris?
00:11:09.000 Cool.
00:11:11.000 All right.
00:11:11.000 We already got almost 10,000 yells.
00:11:12.000 So guys, real quick.
00:11:14.000 Like the video.
00:11:14.000 Like the video.
00:11:15.000 Subscribe to the channel.
00:11:15.000 Most importantly, go support Andrew on Tate's Speech on rumble.com slash Tate's Speech.
00:11:20.000 So we're going to go ahead and recap what the hell's been going on.
00:11:23.000 Because if you guys, you know, been living under a rocker, you guys don't know the facts and circumstances of the case, I'm going to go ahead and bring you guys up to speed right now.
00:11:31.000 Okay, as you guys know, back in late December, right, on or about December 29th, the Romanian law enforcement, Dicot, okay, went ahead and served a search at Andrew and Tristan's home in Romania, okay?
00:11:46.000 When they did the search, basically what it allows them to do is, right, the police and the prosecutors, whenever they do a search, they're able to detain the suspects of the case for 24 hours.
00:11:57.000 Within that 24 hours, they're supposed to go ahead and gather evidence to, you know, We're good to go.
00:12:31.000 Rather, their ability to leave, okay?
00:12:33.000 Because as you guys know, they have a home in Dubai.
00:12:34.000 They have multiple passports.
00:12:35.000 They travel all the time.
00:12:36.000 They're very adamant about being able to be mobile, being able to get to different places and being able to put yourself in a position where you can't necessarily be held to one location should something happen to you, right?
00:12:48.000 So...
00:12:49.000 So that, right, as you guys know, this is documented on many interviews, many different courses in the past, etc.
00:12:55.000 They use that, right, to kind of validate their reasons why they need to hold these guys.
00:13:00.000 Then we got another update that some of their cars in Romania were seized and taken.
00:13:04.000 And this is customary, guys, just to let you all know, this is nothing out of the ordinary.
00:13:07.000 This is something that typically happens anytime a criminal investigation is conducted in Romania and there were proceeds that occurred from the, you know, Potential criminal activity.
00:13:17.000 The charges that we know of are operating an organized criminal or participating in organized criminal activity.
00:13:28.000 Money laundering?
00:13:29.000 Well, they didn't formally charge them on money laundering yet.
00:13:31.000 That was like a rumor.
00:13:32.000 Human trafficking and rape.
00:13:35.000 Up to this point, guys, there was no...
00:13:38.000 One time won't kill us.
00:13:40.000 Up to this point, guys, the lawyer, right?
00:13:43.000 We haven't heard anything from Andrew's side, right?
00:13:45.000 We only kind of knew what the media had put out.
00:13:48.000 We kind of figured out, you know, what Vice had put out.
00:13:51.000 You know, people have kind of been taking this and saying, oh, you know what?
00:13:53.000 Andrew is a human trafficker.
00:13:55.000 People coming out with some allegations, unsubstantiated, of course.
00:13:58.000 And, you know, like I said before, when it rains and pours and people are trying to go ahead and cloud chase and make some money and Tear his name down and Tristan and say a bunch of stuff that, quite frankly, aren't unfounded.
00:14:07.000 You know, a lot of people are opportunists.
00:14:08.000 I remember this happened to us when we were getting attacked back like a year and a half ago, two years.
00:14:13.000 Sorry.
00:14:13.000 Back in August of 2021, people were making hippies on us left and right because we're hot in the algorithm and they can go ahead and get some AdSense on us.
00:14:21.000 So people are going to spread lies to go ahead and, you know, Make money.
00:14:24.000 That's just the internet, unfortunately.
00:14:26.000 So we're here to kind of give you all the facts of what the hell is really going on.
00:14:29.000 But that's a general summary of what went down, guys.
00:14:32.000 So right now, as we speak, Andrew and Tristan are being held in police custody in Bucharest and under basically what they call a preventative arrest.
00:14:43.000 Because they don't want them to...
00:14:45.000 There's a couple of main reasons for this.
00:14:48.000 One, they don't want them to influence the witnesses.
00:14:50.000 Two, they don't want them to impact the investigation.
00:14:53.000 And then number three, they don't want them to leave Romania.
00:14:55.000 So once again, this does not necessarily mean that they're guilty.
00:15:00.000 What it really means is the Romanian government is scared that these guys have the means, capabilities, and resources to leave the country and avoid prosecution.
00:15:09.000 That's really the main reason to me.
00:15:11.000 We're good to go.
00:15:36.000 It's in Romania.
00:15:37.000 People can't even translate what's happening with actual articles.
00:15:40.000 So it's funny because at this point, they're posting whatever they can to get clicks and views.
00:15:44.000 Yeah, guys.
00:15:46.000 And here's the other thing, too.
00:15:47.000 The charges, which we're going to go over right now, actually, with the lawyer, are not strong.
00:15:53.000 And we're going to go over that right now.
00:15:55.000 We're going to pull up this video.
00:15:56.000 So I got this video earlier this morning.
00:15:59.000 And as you guys know, we typically do a Money Monday on Mondays.
00:16:03.000 But I was like, dude, we've got to put this out.
00:16:06.000 Because the mainstream media is not going to put this out.
00:16:08.000 They're not going to put this interview out.
00:16:09.000 They're not going to go ahead and go through the trouble of translating it and breaking it down for you guys.
00:16:13.000 So we will.
00:16:14.000 We have the platform.
00:16:15.000 We're good.
00:16:16.000 We're going to do right by our friends and put the truth out there because everyone and their mom is piling on trying to demonize these guys.
00:16:23.000 This is one platform that's going to speak the truth of Andrew Tristan, not any false lies or whatever.
00:16:27.000 Alright, so this video right here, guys, and go ahead, Chris, so we can show the title.
00:16:32.000 It's the lawyer of the Tate Brothers, Yugen Vidiniak, and I apologize if I mispronounce that.
00:16:40.000 Yeah, bro.
00:16:40.000 Breaks the silence.
00:16:41.000 Whatever your name is, we got you, bro.
00:16:42.000 But shout out to Festify, man, for putting in work as well.
00:16:45.000 It's a good channel on YouTube.
00:16:46.000 Yeah, but this is from...
00:16:48.000 Go back.
00:16:48.000 This is a Romanian channel right here.
00:16:50.000 And guys, it's crazy because you can't really find this video.
00:16:52.000 If you try to search this video, you can't find it in YouTube.
00:16:55.000 There's only a few channels that I've seen post this.
00:16:55.000 I'll go pause.
00:16:59.000 Chris, show the actual channel.
00:17:01.000 I want to see the details, Chris.
00:17:03.000 Yeah.
00:17:04.000 It's from...
00:17:05.000 From Gandol?
00:17:05.000 What is this?
00:17:07.000 Ganzi?
00:17:09.000 Honestly, we could have did a festival video, but that's fine.
00:17:12.000 Yeah, this is the original joint.
00:17:13.000 That's why I got this one.
00:17:13.000 Okay, cool.
00:17:15.000 All right.
00:17:15.000 Cool, cool.
00:17:16.000 So, okay.
00:17:17.000 So, let's go ahead and play this thing, guys.
00:17:20.000 So, I took some timestamps of it.
00:17:22.000 Chris, you got to hit the sound.
00:17:23.000 I know.
00:17:25.000 Thanks.
00:17:27.000 Well, I was playing like a lot of intro, so...
00:17:29.000 Yeah, okay.
00:17:30.000 Alright, so...
00:17:31.000 Yeah, it was pretty low.
00:17:31.000 So this is the attorney, guys.
00:17:33.000 He's doing a sit-down interview, and he talks about the case.
00:17:37.000 So we could go ahead and just go right to 35, right around 30 seconds, Chris.
00:17:42.000 Yeah, right there is cool.
00:17:44.000 Alright.
00:17:45.000 She asked him, hold on, hold on.
00:17:48.000 She asked him, have you had access to the file?
00:17:50.000 Okay, guys, obviously this interview is done in Romanian, so I'm going to go ahead and read it for you guys, especially the guys that are listening to this on audio.
00:17:56.000 Have you had access to the file?
00:17:58.000 What she means by that is the criminal file, the evidence against Andrew and Tristan.
00:18:02.000 And he's saying, no.
00:18:04.000 Guys, this right there...
00:18:06.000 It's a red flag.
00:18:07.000 It's been almost two weeks now at this point.
00:18:09.000 How the hell has he not had access to the file?
00:18:12.000 How can you properly...
00:18:13.000 In any type of legal defense, any type of criminal case, the defense needs to have access to the evidence against their client.
00:18:23.000 You cannot defend what you do not know.
00:18:26.000 Right?
00:18:26.000 This is called the discovery process of the United States, right?
00:18:31.000 Which has serious legal ramifications if you don't provide everything to the defense.
00:18:34.000 But the fact that he doesn't even have the file, right, is problematic at best.
00:18:40.000 I'll tell you one thing.
00:18:42.000 Andrew was right.
00:18:43.000 Romania is corrupt.
00:18:44.000 That's happening right now.
00:18:45.000 Something's wrong here, right?
00:18:47.000 So he goes, Dear Ms.
00:18:47.000 So, okay.
00:18:49.000 Angelescu, unfortunately, no, because she asked him, do you have the file?
00:18:51.000 I want to specify that the Tate brothers were charged.
00:18:53.000 Let's keep going.
00:18:59.000 We're changed, excuse me, from witnesses to suspects and from suspects to defendants on the evening of December 29, 2022, to date until which they had the status of witnesses so that they would not have the possibility to study the file.
00:19:14.000 Okay?
00:19:15.000 So, as you guys can see, they were originally witnesses, just like Andrew and Tristan told y'all back in April when they originally did that search.
00:19:22.000 Okay?
00:19:23.000 Yeah.
00:19:23.000 Then they went ahead and turned them to suspects, then defendants on the 29th when the judge decided, yes, we're going to hold them for 30 days.
00:19:31.000 So they're detained when the Dica prosecutor informed them of their status as defendants and issued a detention order.
00:19:31.000 All right?
00:19:37.000 Okay?
00:19:38.000 And Dica, as you guys know, is their version of the Department of Justice out there in Romania.
00:19:43.000 It's the prosecutors and the police kind of working together.
00:19:46.000 All right, let's go ahead.
00:19:49.000 Okay?
00:19:50.000 You can play a little bit of sound, Chris.
00:19:52.000 You can just lower the volume.
00:19:55.000 So that on December 30th at 2 p.m., a deadline will be set to discuss the proposal to issue a preventative arrest warrant.
00:20:02.000 Alright?
00:20:04.000 Puzz.
00:20:06.000 And we knew this, guys, because they had 24 hours from when they arrested him, when they arrested them.
00:20:11.000 I think?
00:20:33.000 We're good to go.
00:20:55.000 To check in every week.
00:20:57.000 There's different ways that the Romanian law allows for people to be released after preventative detention.
00:21:05.000 But regardless, they're trying to get them out.
00:21:07.000 Okay?
00:21:08.000 So we'll go ahead and continue.
00:21:12.000 Actually, we can lower the volume even more, Chris, so that they can hear me speak and translate.
00:21:17.000 So, okay, for a period of 30 days.
00:21:19.000 And we had the opportunity as defenders to study the prosecution for only 45 minutes.
00:21:23.000 Guys...
00:21:25.000 What does that mean, Myron?
00:21:26.000 That is crazy to me.
00:21:29.000 So they get detained, right?
00:21:31.000 They get detained.
00:21:32.000 And for them to prepare, yo, listen, we don't want them to be detained for 30...
00:21:36.000 They get detained for 24 hours.
00:21:38.000 And they're preparing for this hearing where they're going to potentially be held for 30 days.
00:21:43.000 And they had the opportunity to study their prosecution file for only 45 minutes.
00:21:48.000 Mind you, this is a 100-plus page document.
00:21:53.000 Right?
00:21:53.000 So, that's strange.
00:21:55.000 And that's off as well.
00:21:56.000 Like, how are you only going to get access to it for that small period of time?
00:22:00.000 And that also goes to show, more than likely, why the Tates were held for 30 days.
00:22:04.000 The defense wasn't even able to look at the charges and the evidence against them properly.
00:22:09.000 45 minutes?
00:22:10.000 Right before the hearing?
00:22:12.000 Ludicrous!
00:22:13.000 Wow.
00:22:14.000 Alright, let's keep going.
00:22:17.000 What can you do?
00:22:19.000 Okay, so before we start the hearing, at which time we also became aware of the content of the proposal for a preventative arrest, which was over 100 pages long.
00:22:32.000 So in those 100 pages, they wrote why they think that the Tates need to be held for 30 days.
00:22:37.000 The first searches took place, as I know, in April 2022, when several computers, laptops, now the woman's asking him this, alright, uh...
00:22:50.000 So she's asking, everything that was found there was seized during the search.
00:22:54.000 During this period, while they were witnesses until December 29th, were these goods returned to them?
00:23:00.000 And we know the answer to this one, guys.
00:23:03.000 That's when the girl accused him.
00:23:05.000 Back in April, yeah.
00:23:07.000 So pause real quick.
00:23:07.000 You know, actually, good point.
00:23:09.000 Pause real quick, Chris.
00:23:10.000 So, okay.
00:23:10.000 As you guys know, back in April of 2022, a girl went ahead and accused...
00:23:15.000 From Miami, by the way.
00:23:15.000 Yeah, from Miami.
00:23:16.000 This fucking bimbo.
00:23:18.000 Accused Andrew and Tristan of kidnapping her and false imprisonment and that she was being held against her will at their house.
00:23:25.000 Mind you, okay?
00:23:26.000 What happened was this girl sees a picture.
00:23:29.000 I know the full story of this.
00:23:30.000 We've talked with Tristan in detail, but I'm going to summarize it for y'all that might not know.
00:23:34.000 This girl did some Instagram stories.
00:23:37.000 Her boyfriend saw that she was at the Tate house.
00:23:38.000 He's like, what are you doing over there?
00:23:40.000 So she goes, instead of taking accountability, saying, oh yeah, I'm over here at the We're good to go.
00:23:40.000 Blah, blah, blah.
00:24:05.000 I think?
00:24:29.000 Because they had thrown a party.
00:24:30.000 And then they went ahead and they reviewed the footage.
00:24:33.000 As they review the footage, they see that this girl had left the compound, right, to get food.
00:24:40.000 Got pizza.
00:24:40.000 Yeah, it came back.
00:24:41.000 So you're telling me, right?
00:24:43.000 Stupid.
00:24:44.000 You're being held against your will and, you know, kidnapped or whatever the hell, but you're going to get Uber Eats and leaving the place that they're coming back?
00:24:52.000 What the hell?
00:24:53.000 Meanwhile, they also got videos of her partying and hanging out with the girls.
00:24:56.000 There was like 30, 40 girls there.
00:24:58.000 And this chick was just one of the girls.
00:24:58.000 Right?
00:25:00.000 She wasn't even that bad, bro.
00:25:02.000 Yeah, and then you're telling me that you're being held against your will?
00:25:04.000 Right?
00:25:05.000 What it really comes down to, guys, the cold hard truth is, she didn't want to tell her boyfriend that she was fucking cheating on him.
00:25:09.000 That's what she didn't want to say.
00:25:11.000 Okay?
00:25:12.000 Isn't it crazy?
00:25:14.000 Incredible.
00:25:15.000 One woman from the United States of America Penetrated the whole European center by going to Romania.
00:25:15.000 Incredible.
00:25:25.000 Penetrated?
00:25:26.000 Yeah.
00:25:27.000 Lied about her situation and ended up jamming up Andrew and Tristan.
00:25:32.000 Just one lie from one woman, bro.
00:25:34.000 That's crazy.
00:25:35.000 Incredible.
00:25:36.000 And he went to escape, so to speak, this whole tyranny of, believe all women, to be caught by another American woman in Romania.
00:25:43.000 That's crazy, bro.
00:25:44.000 The power of these lying women, bro.
00:25:46.000 So the prosecutor, right?
00:25:48.000 And Trista told this story on Rumble.
00:25:50.000 Him, the prosecutor, and everybody are sitting there looking at the footage, and you can see her leave and come back.
00:25:55.000 And dude, the boyfriend?
00:25:56.000 Bro, there was an example of an imp.
00:25:59.000 That's him, bro.
00:26:00.000 Stupid.
00:26:01.000 He has simp.
00:26:01.000 Oh, yeah.
00:26:02.000 Just kill us on Twitch.
00:26:02.000 Yeah.
00:26:03.000 Just kill it.
00:26:03.000 Fuck it.
00:26:04.000 All right.
00:26:04.000 Fuck Twitch.
00:26:05.000 We said the simp word.
00:26:05.000 Guys, we're getting off Twitch.
00:26:07.000 Yeah.
00:26:07.000 We're killing Twitter and everything.
00:26:08.000 Just come on over to YouTube or Rumble, guys.
00:26:10.000 We're killing to Facebook, Twitter.
00:26:11.000 There you go.
00:26:12.000 Yeah, because I already know we're going to go down the route.
00:26:14.000 Come on over, guys.
00:26:16.000 So...
00:26:18.000 So yeah, so this guy, right, goes ahead and notifies them, and the girl just doesn't want to admit that she was cheating on him, right?
00:26:23.000 But the fact that she didn't want to admit that led to all this crap.
00:26:27.000 Incredible.
00:26:28.000 Incredible.
00:26:29.000 Accountability is not so fun.
00:26:30.000 And here's the other thing too, y'all might not know this, the Tates have a very good, extensive video surveillance system at their home, which is really good, because it proved...
00:26:40.000 That the girl was lying through her teeth.
00:26:44.000 She was not being held against her will.
00:26:46.000 She was there partying with other girls.
00:26:47.000 She was having a good time.
00:26:49.000 She left the compound, right?
00:26:51.000 Because you guys know it's like a property that has multiple buildings on it.
00:26:54.000 She left the area to get food and she came back.
00:26:58.000 Please explain how that means you're being held against your will and or kidnapped.
00:27:03.000 I will say there's one thing that can save a man from this tyranny of Believe All Women, which is camera footage.
00:27:08.000 Also, the police saw the evidence and returned on most of their stuff.
00:27:12.000 It's like, yo, bro, okay, you know what?
00:27:14.000 This is a false alarm.
00:27:14.000 My bad.
00:27:16.000 But that one lie caused so much trouble, bro.
00:27:18.000 Yep.
00:27:19.000 And once again, a mass reputation, once put out there that he is involved with trafficking or a great whatever, dude, it doesn't get taken away.
00:27:27.000 Yeah.
00:27:28.000 Some people see that information.
00:27:28.000 Because guess what?
00:27:29.000 Oh, he's that person.
00:27:30.000 And they don't see the, hey, that wasn't true.
00:27:32.000 They only see the first part.
00:27:33.000 And as a result, what does the media put out?
00:27:35.000 The worst part about somebody, especially Andrew.
00:27:37.000 Of course.
00:27:38.000 So that's crazy, bro.
00:27:38.000 Of course, they're going to sensationalize it, but they're not going to tell the truth that this girl just simply was cheating on her boyfriend, didn't want to admit it.
00:27:44.000 Linus is just being held against her will, contrary to evidence shown on video.
00:27:48.000 And, you know, the mainstream media is going to run with it and say, yeah, you know what?
00:27:51.000 He probably is a human trafficker.
00:27:52.000 I think he probably is, even though this girl is a stupid slut.
00:27:55.000 Bro.
00:27:56.000 Let's keep going.
00:27:56.000 Play the video, man.
00:27:57.000 Incredible, bro.
00:27:58.000 Incredible.
00:28:01.000 Jeez.
00:28:02.000 Okay.
00:28:03.000 On occasion of the search of April 11th, several electronic devices were searched to be subjugated or seized to search throughout this period.
00:28:12.000 And their reference period is April 11th and December 29th, 2022.
00:28:18.000 Some of these electronic devices were returned.
00:28:22.000 Computer searches were carried out on them.
00:28:28.000 Some of them have not been returned even to this day.
00:28:31.000 Was it normal?
00:28:33.000 From my point of view, the period of time is long enough to...
00:28:35.000 So they asked, is it normal for it to take that long?
00:28:37.000 He said the period of time that they had is long enough to extract all data from all the computer.
00:28:40.000 Pause.
00:28:41.000 I'll tell you guys this from my professional experience as well.
00:28:43.000 When you take data, because law enforcement, a lot of them, depending on even if you're foreign or American or whatever, we use a lot of the same different technologies, right?
00:28:50.000 Typically when you're extracting phones, you're using something called a Cellbrite, okay?
00:28:55.000 Which is a tool that law enforcement uses to extract phones and computers.
00:28:58.000 You know, I'm sure a country like Romania has access to a Cellbrite.
00:29:02.000 It might be an older model, but it still is going to be able to extract data.
00:29:06.000 For them to have the stuff this long, it's true.
00:29:10.000 Yeah, they have plenty of time to go ahead and extract the stuff.
00:29:13.000 The only way I could think that they wouldn't have enough time is if there was passcodes on it.
00:29:17.000 And then in that case, yeah, they won't be able to get...
00:29:20.000 It's going to take way longer to break the code.
00:29:22.000 And sometimes they won't even be able to break the code.
00:29:24.000 So, yeah.
00:29:25.000 All right, let's keep going.
00:29:30.000 But regardless, they gave all the stuff back, which tells you, okay, there's nothing really...
00:29:34.000 Okay, now the crime of grape is among the charges that are quite serious also in the public eye.
00:29:41.000 So now she's asking about the grape crime.
00:29:43.000 Guys, this is where it gets crazy.
00:29:45.000 For my information, it would be committed on a female person, okay?
00:29:48.000 That's what she's asking.
00:29:49.000 Well, I would hope.
00:29:50.000 But let's keep going.
00:29:55.000 From the Republic of Moldova, and would it have been one or two crimes?
00:30:00.000 So the lawyer is going to put some light on this.
00:30:02.000 He goes, two material acts.
00:30:03.000 Two material acts for one of the Tate brothers?
00:30:06.000 That's right.
00:30:08.000 In this context, can you, as a defense attorney, support this charge?
00:30:12.000 Okay, guys, listen up.
00:30:13.000 This is where it gets crazy.
00:30:15.000 The lawyer responds, I will point out from the beginning that even up to the present moment, The criminal investigation file has not been made available to us to ensure the effective defense of our clients.
00:30:29.000 In this sense, I would like to point out that, at least from this point of view, I am also...
00:30:34.000 Oh, hold on, I missed that point.
00:30:35.000 Go back a millisecond, Chris, if you can.
00:30:38.000 I am also somehow amazed, together with my colleagues, with the distinguished lawyer Konstantin Gilga, so him and other lawyers, And my other colleague who are instrumentalizing this file and we spend day and night trying to piece together the puzzle of the allegations presented by the prosecutor.
00:31:05.000 There is not a single piece of evidence apart from the victim's statement that leads to the idea that a crime of rape was committed.
00:31:16.000 Pause.
00:31:18.000 So you're telling me y'all got no evidence besides what the victim said from Moldova?
00:31:29.000 Stupid.
00:31:30.000 Ex-federal agent.
00:31:31.000 Is this a case to be had, sir?
00:31:33.000 Based off the premise?
00:31:35.000 This is a case to be had.
00:31:36.000 You always need corroborating facts, bro.
00:31:38.000 But hold on.
00:31:39.000 We're not in America.
00:31:40.000 We're in Romania.
00:31:40.000 Yeah.
00:31:41.000 So they can do whatever they want, right?
00:31:42.000 Pretty much.
00:31:42.000 I guess so.
00:31:43.000 Because this is wild.
00:31:44.000 Pretty much.
00:31:45.000 This is wild.
00:31:46.000 So somebody's lying here.
00:31:48.000 And you know what's scarier?
00:31:50.000 I've said this before.
00:31:51.000 I've said it before.
00:31:52.000 I'm gonna say it again.
00:31:53.000 We have seen women be offered tens of thousands of dollars to lie on Tristan and Andrew.
00:31:58.000 Okay?
00:32:00.000 It was just a matter of time until someone took the bribe.
00:32:02.000 Yeah.
00:32:03.000 It was just a matter of time.
00:32:04.000 And even so, why did it take so long?
00:32:07.000 If this was true, just say it happened right there and then.
00:32:10.000 We gotta wait till now when he's being persecuted for being this type of person.
00:32:14.000 Well, it gets even better.
00:32:15.000 Yeah.
00:32:15.000 So, let's keep going.
00:32:16.000 Let's go.
00:32:17.000 So, they don't got nothing but statements from the victim.
00:32:19.000 Remember, we're spreading false information as well, guys.
00:32:21.000 Don't forget that as well.
00:32:25.000 Moreover, the recent conclusion of the Judge of Rights and Freedoms of the Bucharest Court, which is their version of a judge, by the way, guys.
00:32:31.000 That's like the official title.
00:32:34.000 It is very clear that such a crime is not supported and that there are no evidentiary elements to support such crime, which is why the Judge of Rights and Freedoms, which is their judge in Bucharest, Does not have the reasonable suspicion that this act can be attributed to any of the defendants.
00:32:53.000 So as you guys know, let me pause real quick.
00:32:55.000 Guys, whenever a crime is committed, there's elements to the crime, okay?
00:32:59.000 There needs to be certain things in place, right, for that crime to stand.
00:33:04.000 I'll give you guys an example.
00:33:06.000 Murder in the first degree, a.k.a.
00:33:08.000 pre...
00:33:13.000 Premeditated?
00:33:14.000 Premeditated.
00:33:14.000 Thank you so much.
00:33:15.000 I had a brain fart there.
00:33:16.000 Premeditated murder, right?
00:33:18.000 In order for you...
00:33:19.000 Hey, man, I'm making it funny, bro.
00:33:22.000 Come on.
00:33:23.000 I got to.
00:33:23.000 Anyway, so with premeditated murder, right, you need to be able to establish, right, that the killer took Axe, right, and planned this out to some kind of degree, right?
00:33:34.000 Because they planned it out.
00:33:35.000 Then they committed the murder versus it was an accident, right?
00:33:38.000 Right?
00:33:39.000 That is one of the main distinguishing things which will determine you getting murder one and getting the death penalty, or murder two and getting maybe a life sentence for 20 or 30 years.
00:33:47.000 So that is an example of what the element of the crime is.
00:33:47.000 Okay?
00:33:50.000 So in this case, when it comes to the grape, they don't necessarily even have the elements of the crime.
00:33:56.000 Guys...
00:33:57.000 Wild!
00:33:58.000 Once again, what is being put out there?
00:34:00.000 That he's going to be guilty.
00:34:03.000 He's framed for this crime.
00:34:04.000 And I guarantee you, these same platforms putting up this media agenda will not push this actual interview because they know it's the truth, but it doesn't sell.
00:34:12.000 It doesn't look good if they say this now, going back on what they said earlier.
00:34:15.000 Yeah.
00:34:16.000 So, guys, the truth is going to be said on this platform.
00:34:18.000 We can bet thousands of guys all the way.
00:34:20.000 And look, here's a fact here, guys, from his own lawyer.
00:34:22.000 So, all right, here we go.
00:34:24.000 All right, let's keep going.
00:34:26.000 And also, guys, we get it.
00:34:27.000 This is a rough draft of the conversion of what was said, because obviously it was in Romanian, not English, but you get the gist of it, guys.
00:34:34.000 Yeah.
00:34:38.000 Okay, now we know very well that the judge of rights and freedoms does not tackle the merits as the pretrial.
00:34:45.000 What's the time stamp on this right now, Chris?
00:34:47.000 527.
00:34:48.000 527?
00:34:49.000 Okay.
00:34:49.000 Yo, can you sue the Romanian government for this?
00:34:53.000 I doubt it.
00:34:54.000 Doubt?
00:34:54.000 Yeah.
00:34:55.000 Alright, so go to 545.
00:34:59.000 So now they're going to ask him about...
00:35:01.000 Yeah, right there's fine.
00:35:02.000 Now they're going to ask about human trafficking, the trafficking of human beings.
00:35:07.000 Let's go ahead and hit play.
00:35:10.000 And that of organized criminal group.
00:35:11.000 Allow me, however, to point out the following issue.
00:35:15.000 So she's asking about the human trafficking and organized criminal group charges, right?
00:35:19.000 So he goes, even though the judge of rights and freedoms at the time of considering the proposal...
00:35:24.000 For the issuance of a preventative arrest warrant is not in the procedural moment to consider the facts, but the provisions of the 204 code of criminal procedure in conjunction with the 223 code of criminal procedure, which is Romanian law.
00:35:39.000 Do not forget that the 223 code of criminal procedure refers to reasonable suspicion.
00:35:43.000 Okay, so that's their threshold over there in Romania.
00:35:46.000 In order for me, as a judge of rights and freedoms, to be able to analyze reasonable suspicion, I must analyze The reasons described in detail in the report with the proposal for preventive arrest presented by the prosecutor, in conjunction with elements from the criminal file which I have in front of me when I analyze the proposal.
00:36:07.000 Or, if after a few hours the Judge of Rights and Liberties studying the criminal investigation file, in conjunction with the information contained in the report with the proposal for preventive arrest, It is obvious that the judge himself supports the opinion of the defense.
00:36:33.000 We have no evidence.
00:36:34.000 Bam.
00:36:35.000 Once again.
00:36:37.000 Okay, so she's going to go back to the grape.
00:36:42.000 Um...
00:36:45.000 Okay, so she's going to ask about extrajudicial experts, okay?
00:36:51.000 Which basically are people that interviewed the witnesses, okay?
00:36:55.000 I'll go ahead and we'll play it and we'll let you guys kind of come to your own conclusion here, right?
00:37:02.000 Go ahead, run it.
00:37:03.000 So you have in full, by the existence of two extrajudicial expert reports, which were allegedly...
00:37:15.000 Sorry guys, the translation is a little bit slower.
00:37:17.000 So they were allegedly made with reference to the two women, the one who is an American citizen and the one who is from Moldova.
00:37:25.000 So pause.
00:37:26.000 So we know that the two victims of the potential grape are an American and the Moldovan.
00:37:34.000 Which we know this girl has already lied before about the goddamn being held against her will.
00:37:43.000 Now grape is well?
00:37:45.000 Bro, you want a witch hunt?
00:37:49.000 That's what happened to Andrew and Tristan, bro.
00:37:50.000 They say, you know what?
00:37:51.000 Actually, there was a Twitter post, right?
00:37:55.000 We called earlier.
00:37:56.000 Call a conspiracy, whatever you want.
00:37:58.000 They said it was coming to happen to Andrew and Tristan in October of last year.
00:38:02.000 And this happened right around the time that they said.
00:38:05.000 But why?
00:38:06.000 Once again, the media, and I don't know who's behind this, but apparently they had a push to the Romanian people to say, you know what?
00:38:06.000 Why?
00:38:13.000 Here's what's being said against Andrew Tristan.
00:38:16.000 Let's go ahead and press charges, pretty much.
00:38:19.000 Or go forward the actual move.
00:38:20.000 And, dude, who knows why, but it happened.
00:38:23.000 And now, we're realizing here, there's no facts to stand on.
00:38:26.000 It's just, hey, you know what?
00:38:27.000 Let's put him in jail or detain him for a period of time and let's find evidence against him.
00:38:33.000 Who wants to say that they don't find false evidence to put there as well?
00:38:35.000 Who knows?
00:38:36.000 Crazy, bro.
00:38:37.000 Let's keep going.
00:38:38.000 Yeah.
00:38:39.000 Guys, but there's more.
00:38:41.000 It gets crazier.
00:38:42.000 This is nothing what you guys are hearing.
00:38:45.000 Yeah.
00:38:45.000 Alright, let's keep going.
00:38:47.000 The Republic of Moldova, I want to ask you specifically, what is the matter with these extrajudicial expert reports when they were carried out and when were they drawn up?
00:38:56.000 And if you have any comments on this, this shit's about to get crazy, guys.
00:38:59.000 Alright?
00:39:00.000 So let's see about these reports.
00:39:01.000 It's about to be wild.
00:39:04.000 Nice question and thank you very much for asking it.
00:39:04.000 So he laughs.
00:39:06.000 I tell you why it was one of our defenses that we tried to use in our favor of the defendants when we were considering the proposal for pretrial detention.
00:39:23.000 We are talking about two reports, extrajudicial evidence.
00:39:27.000 What does extrajudicial evidence mean?
00:39:31.000 That it was not requested by the prosecutor.
00:39:34.000 That it was not requested by the prosecutor.
00:39:35.000 Wait, go back, Chris.
00:39:36.000 Just a second if you can.
00:39:39.000 Sorry, guys.
00:39:40.000 These translations are difficult because it'll go fast one second and slow the other.
00:39:43.000 So it goes, extrajudicial.
00:39:44.000 That it was not requested by the prosecutor.
00:39:46.000 That it was not requested by the prosecutor.
00:39:48.000 That the alleged victim, the alleged injured person, went to the office of a random psychologist.
00:39:56.000 What do I know?
00:39:57.000 Chosen only.
00:40:00.000 According to the criteria of that particular person, known only to the applicant, and following discussions and analysis carried out by the professional, this expert report was issued.
00:40:10.000 I don't even know why we call it an expert.
00:40:14.000 A report.
00:40:15.000 It's not even a real expert report.
00:40:17.000 This, I call it the point of view of a psychologist, was issued regarding the so-called traumas that being analyzed.
00:40:26.000 The people undergoing psychological control by the professional in Question have suffered.
00:40:34.000 What it seems to me, and what I don't understand, how could the accusation that have based itself on the extrajudicial evidence, and how could it be presented to the court in the proposal for preventative arrest, detention as evidence,
00:40:50.000 that this extrajudicial expert opinion with the quotation marks that are required was the basis for the proposal, when, for such serious offenses, so reprehensible evidence should be presented at the time Of the proposal for provisional arrest,
00:41:11.000 which does not leave any doubt as to impartiality or partiality, which does not leave any doubt as to the veracity of the evidence, as to the person who asked for it to be granted and administered.
00:41:22.000 So...
00:41:22.000 So...
00:41:24.000 Actually, I believe that the injured parties submitted such a report to the prosecutor.
00:41:28.000 It was filed in a case file and as...
00:41:33.000 A great piece of evidence in the case file, it was argued that the trauma exists and consequently the aggression in whatever form it was expressed.
00:41:42.000 It also proven not even remotely as a matter of law Wait, go back a second.
00:41:48.000 Does it stand?
00:41:49.000 As a matter of law, does it stand?
00:41:49.000 Oh, does it...
00:41:51.000 Yeah.
00:41:52.000 Oh, okay.
00:41:53.000 So I'll read that one more time.
00:41:54.000 Not even remotely, as a matter of law, does it stand?
00:41:56.000 I would like you to point me out, please, if possible.
00:41:59.000 When exactly were these...
00:42:00.000 Okay, so the lady now is asking, when exactly were these expertises taken?
00:42:06.000 When were these...
00:42:13.000 Assessments on those two girls performed and are they still in the country at this time?
00:42:19.000 I stated from the beginning that I would limit myself to presenting in our discussion elements of a nature that would not endanger the criminal investigation or hinder in any way the proper conduct of the criminal process.
00:42:31.000 But, in the spirit of equality, I answer that we do not know whether at this moment the two are still in the country or not.
00:42:37.000 Hold up!
00:42:39.000 So you're telling me we got Expert witnesses that interviewed these girls that we don't even know their credentials, right?
00:42:47.000 And they were interviewed.
00:42:48.000 We don't know what the hell really went on during the interviews.
00:42:52.000 The witnesses more than likely aren't even in the country.
00:42:55.000 Like, what is going on here?
00:42:56.000 And he also said as well that they had psychologists examine them and we don't know if they're professionals or not.
00:43:02.000 They just got some written paper that's probably not true and they give to the judge as evidence.
00:43:05.000 And it's being held as an actual evidential document, which is crazy.
00:43:09.000 And we don't even know where they're at!
00:43:11.000 They could be here.
00:43:12.000 They could be in Dubai.
00:43:13.000 They could be in Romania.
00:43:14.000 We don't know.
00:43:16.000 How the hell are you going to accuse someone of such a serious crime without the witnesses there?
00:43:25.000 My friend, I don't know.
00:43:27.000 I really don't know.
00:43:28.000 This is crazy, bro.
00:43:29.000 Hey, is mainstream media going to report this?
00:43:30.000 This shit is wild, bro.
00:43:32.000 Hey, CNN, Fox!
00:43:33.000 Are any of you fucking idiots gonna report this?
00:43:35.000 Oh, no.
00:43:36.000 Vice won't do it.
00:43:36.000 You know who won't do it?
00:43:37.000 Vice?
00:43:37.000 Yo, are y'all gonna report this?
00:43:39.000 Vice won't do it.
00:43:40.000 You know what they're gonna put out there?
00:43:41.000 False news?
00:43:42.000 Yeah.
00:43:43.000 Are y'all gonna report this shit?
00:43:46.000 No, they won't.
00:43:47.000 Guys, it gets better!
00:43:50.000 Don't worry, there's more shit!
00:43:52.000 Wait, there's more?
00:43:52.000 Oh, man.
00:43:53.000 There's more!
00:43:53.000 There's more!
00:43:54.000 But wait, there's more!
00:43:55.000 You know, Greta's retarded ass, you know what I mean?
00:44:02.000 In the fucking back, you gotta recycle your pizza boxes.
00:44:06.000 Like, bro, this is fucking crazy, bro.
00:44:09.000 Yeah.
00:44:09.000 Wild!
00:44:12.000 You know the worst part?
00:44:12.000 Wild!
00:44:13.000 These women that are these witnesses, so to speak, are giving this evidence, won't be named, but I wish we knew who they were, to say, you know what?
00:44:23.000 You're a liar.
00:44:24.000 We caught you.
00:44:25.000 We should have something done to you as well, but legally, of course.
00:44:28.000 But it's just crazy, bro.
00:44:30.000 Think about this.
00:44:32.000 Wow, bro.
00:44:32.000 Let's keep going.
00:44:33.000 We got more to cover.
00:44:35.000 Don't worry, guys.
00:44:36.000 Don't worry.
00:44:37.000 Okay, so it seems they're no longer in the country that these psychological experts were drawn up.
00:44:45.000 Around the time they left the country and here again there and uncertainty it seems from the data that the experts were drawn up after the departure from the country but I'm thinking why these injured persons are not in Romanian territory today why the prosecution for respecting the fundamental rights of the accused to prove their innocence and Somehow enjoying the presumption of innocence cannot be heard at this time.
00:45:06.000 We are In a situation where someone throws a bomb, a whole chaos is created.
00:45:12.000 Everyone is trying to find the answers as for the person who threw the bomb.
00:45:16.000 We don't know if he still exists, where exists, if he still supports his accusation, if he no longer supports his accusation.
00:45:22.000 So basically, at this moment, we know that some people have made some statements or complaints contrary to the interests of other people.
00:45:30.000 They left undisturbed, and today we don't know.
00:45:51.000 Guys!
00:45:52.000 Do you not see what the hell is going on here?
00:45:55.000 We got these two victims...
00:45:59.000 Not even in country.
00:46:01.000 The reports were drawn up sometime around the time they left.
00:46:04.000 They're using that as a basis to charge these guys, and the defense can't even properly cross-examine the accusers.
00:46:11.000 What does that mean?
00:46:13.000 There's no evidence.
00:46:15.000 So this is what a political move or the matrix move.
00:46:19.000 What is it?
00:46:20.000 Clown world!
00:46:22.000 Clown world!
00:46:24.000 Every man that is listening to this broadcast right now needs to understand that you must protect yourself, bro.
00:46:31.000 A girl can make a fucking accusation on you.
00:46:34.000 Not even substantiated.
00:46:36.000 Go to some individual that calls himself a psychologist.
00:46:39.000 Say, I feel this way.
00:46:41.000 They go ahead and write some shit up.
00:46:43.000 Yeah.
00:46:44.000 Okay?
00:46:45.000 And then they give that, hey, Romanian prosecutor, take this.
00:46:48.000 Because I didn't like the way they treated me at the party.
00:46:50.000 I didn't get attention.
00:46:52.000 Alright?
00:46:52.000 And then, next thing you know, you get fucking arrested.
00:46:57.000 And they're not even in the country.
00:46:58.000 Okay?
00:46:59.000 You know, I used to think that if you leave the United States, you're fine.
00:47:02.000 But apparently, it seems to me now, more than ever, that if you leave the United States of America, you go anywhere else, and you associate with Americans in that totality, you can still be tried for that same issue.
00:47:13.000 Which means, for example, if I go to, let's say, for example, I go to Poland, right?
00:47:18.000 And I date an American girl, or she comes over to visit me, and she lies on me, what's going to happen to me too?
00:47:24.000 It's like, bro, nobody's safe, especially if you're in America.
00:47:27.000 But if you leave as well, Incredible.
00:47:31.000 Incredible.
00:47:32.000 Alright, let's keep going.
00:47:34.000 But don't worry, guys.
00:47:35.000 It gets worse.
00:47:36.000 It gets worse?
00:47:38.000 Yeah!
00:47:44.000 What's the timestamp that we're at real quick, Chris?
00:47:46.000 1237.
00:47:47.000 Okay, 1237.
00:47:48.000 Alright.
00:47:51.000 Alright.
00:47:53.000 Let's keep going.
00:47:54.000 And we're going to fast forward here in a little bit.
00:47:57.000 But...
00:47:57.000 This is a 37-minute interview, guys, if you guys want to check it out.
00:48:00.000 We'll put the link in the chat for y'all.
00:48:02.000 I want to cover Vice, man.
00:48:03.000 And those niggas lied.
00:48:06.000 Okay, so-called trauma suffered.
00:48:07.000 Does that mean...
00:48:08.000 Go back, Chris, to where we are before.
00:48:10.000 I want to make sure I translate this stuff, read it out loud for the people.
00:48:15.000 Okay.
00:48:16.000 Since they have been injured parties in the case that have claimed damages or extortion, rather...
00:48:19.000 Or no, we didn't read that yet.
00:48:22.000 Go back to 12...
00:48:23.000 47?
00:48:23.000 Was 12 what?
00:48:24.000 That we're at originally?
00:48:25.000 Yeah, we were earlier.
00:48:26.000 Okay.
00:48:28.000 Go back a bit.
00:48:29.000 Go to like 1240.
00:48:31.000 Or no, no, no.
00:48:32.000 1230, 1230.
00:48:33.000 1230.
00:48:34.000 Yeah, 1230.
00:48:34.000 1230.
00:48:36.000 Cool.
00:48:36.000 Sorry, guys.
00:48:37.000 We've got to be precise here.
00:48:38.000 Okay.
00:48:38.000 Okay.
00:48:39.000 To us to ensure the defective defense of our clients, we as defenders will also learn more data concerning this subject.
00:48:44.000 Okay.
00:48:44.000 Let's keep going.
00:48:45.000 Sorry, guys.
00:48:48.000 Since they have been injured parties in the case and have claimed damages or extortion rather as a result of the...
00:48:57.000 So-called trauma suffered.
00:48:59.000 Does that mean that the preliminary complaints are still upheld except that I understand that at this stage you do not know when exactly these persons left, when precisely the assessments was made and whether they can be heard again so that you too can ask questions.
00:49:17.000 So basically, guys, he wants to cross-examine and he can't.
00:49:21.000 Directly and in court at the time of the trial, this could be done by video conference.
00:49:28.000 It can be done by video electronic means.
00:49:30.000 Also among the evidence requested by us to defense on behalf of our clients, we sent to the public prosecutor's office notes of evidence in which we even requested a confrontation of the injured parties with the clients we represent.
00:49:42.000 So far, the case investigator, the prosecutor, has not expressed a position on the proposed what?
00:49:47.000 On the proposed what?
00:49:48.000 Evidence.
00:49:48.000 Evidence.
00:49:49.000 In your experience, do you think that...
00:49:51.000 Pause real quick, Chris.
00:49:53.000 Is the speed brought up, Chris?
00:49:56.000 No, no, no.
00:49:56.000 Sometimes it's fast and other times it's slow.
00:49:58.000 You sure?
00:49:59.000 No, you sped it up.
00:50:01.000 Yeah, it is, but sometimes it's super slow.
00:50:03.000 Okay.
00:50:04.000 In your experience, do you think that we are now calling the Tate case is an investigation?
00:50:09.000 Okay.
00:50:09.000 So she asked him, like, do you think other powers are at B? And, you know, he's basically smart.
00:50:14.000 He's like, hey, listen, we're going to keep it strictly factual, whatever it may be.
00:50:17.000 So let's fast forward real quick into 1510.
00:50:23.000 Okay?
00:50:24.000 And once again, Okay, so she asked a question.
00:50:29.000 He says, I don't have the file.
00:50:30.000 I'm going back to that.
00:50:31.000 I don't have the file.
00:50:32.000 Again, guys, this is egregious.
00:50:34.000 The fact that this has been going on for this many weeks, or almost two weeks now, and he doesn't even have the file that's supposed to have the evidence against his clients is crazy to me, guys.
00:50:45.000 All right?
00:50:46.000 I mean, in any type of criminal procedure, right, with any form of rule of law, the defense is supposed to have access to the file against their clients.
00:50:55.000 All right?
00:50:58.000 Also, there's a mention of consular assistance, right, which I can summarize that for you guys.
00:51:03.000 Basically, what happened is they asked them, are the Tates receiving consular assistance?
00:51:07.000 So we could go to 19 minutes on this one, Chris.
00:51:15.000 Okay, to the best of my knowledge, the consular representative discussed the Tate brothers' wishes regarding the respect of...
00:51:25.000 Their rights to an accurate translation of every document, every prosecution document, every indictment, every stage of the proceedings.
00:51:36.000 And I understand that they have already been assured that a competent certified translation will be prosecution and documents of the criminal prosecution effective.
00:51:43.000 And from this point of view, the respect of the...
00:51:49.000 So basically, guys, they should be getting a copy of everything in translation.
00:51:53.000 Rights of American citizens.
00:51:54.000 You said they requested a competence-certified translation.
00:51:56.000 Am I to understand that there was a court translation when the die-caught prosecutor's remand was defended not exactly accurate?
00:52:06.000 So guys, the Tates got court translation documents that were not 100% accurate.
00:52:13.000 And that was brought up as well.
00:52:16.000 So not only are they being charged for crimes that they can't even confront the people that are alleging these crimes against them, and there's no necessarily evidence besides victim statements, but on top of that, they're not even getting properly translated documents of what the hell they're being charged with.
00:52:35.000 So there's a whole bunch of bullshit going on.
00:52:38.000 Alright, let's go ahead and hit play again.
00:52:43.000 And the lawyer here is being professional.
00:52:45.000 Pause.
00:52:47.000 So, yes, I had to deal with this situation without wishing to refer in any way to the professional competence of the lady.
00:52:51.000 Pause.
00:52:54.000 He's not going to throw under the bus.
00:52:56.000 He's just going to say...
00:52:56.000 Yeah.
00:53:00.000 There was a lot of talk, a lot of information, but the Tate brothers repeatedly pointed out that they didn't.
00:53:07.000 Understand the translation and looked at the defense quite scared, quite wondering what was going on, what was being talked about.
00:53:14.000 I intervened on two occasions, both myself and my colleague, Andrian, to ask about, to change the translator as the defendants do not understand faithfully or even generally the charges brought against them.
00:53:24.000 Yo, that is wild to me, bro.
00:53:27.000 Is there any way that, because they're not from Romania itself, like, let's say the UK or US government could actually help?
00:53:27.000 Yeah.
00:53:34.000 That's what's going on.
00:53:36.000 So I don't know if it's the American consulate or the British consulate.
00:53:36.000 Okay.
00:53:40.000 As you guys know, Andrew and Tristan have dual citizenship.
00:53:42.000 But they are getting assistance to make sure that the documents are being transcribed properly.
00:53:48.000 But, yo, there's already been mess-ups where the lawyers had to intervene and be like, yo, my defendants don't understand what's going on here.
00:53:53.000 The translator is incompetent.
00:53:56.000 Okay?
00:53:57.000 So this is wild, bro.
00:53:59.000 This is crazy to me, of the injustices that are occurring over there right now in Romania.
00:54:03.000 Will this happen in Dubai, you think?
00:54:05.000 I don't, right?
00:54:06.000 I mean, for one, they would probably need real evidence versus, like, some girl from Moldova and some chick from the U.S. saying, we were great!
00:54:14.000 When there's conflicting evidence against that, you know?
00:54:19.000 Crazy.
00:54:20.000 And then, let's see here.
00:54:23.000 Let's go to...
00:54:27.000 Free tape, man.
00:54:28.000 Yeah, seriously.
00:54:29.000 Free tape, bros.
00:54:30.000 21.
00:54:31.000 21, Chris.
00:54:33.000 21.
00:54:34.000 Can you do something for me?
00:54:35.000 Okay.
00:54:37.000 Go ahead and hit play.
00:54:38.000 So now we're going to go into the other charges.
00:54:44.000 With regards to the two offenses trafficking in human beings and organized crime group, what evidence...
00:54:51.000 Is there in the file?
00:54:52.000 In my view, there is no evidence.
00:54:54.000 There either, and I am talking about evidence leading by itself or directly to the formation of an opinion of reasonable suspicion regarding the commission of offenses provided for and punishable by criminal law.
00:55:10.000 In this case, we're talking about human trafficking and organized crime.
00:55:12.000 The documents to which We have so far had access to not accurately describe matters relating to the constituent elements of the offense for organized criminal group.
00:55:27.000 They do not accurately describe the hierarchy of the group.
00:55:29.000 They do not describe the function of each person who is part of this alleged criminal group.
00:55:35.000 And also with regards to trafficking in human beings, as the offense described, it does not comply with the legal requirements concerning the way in Which the offensive trafficking human beings is committed.
00:55:49.000 Pause.
00:55:51.000 So, what did he just say there, guys?
00:55:54.000 When it comes to the charges against Andrew, when it comes to, you know, organized criminal activity, right, and human trafficking, there are elements of the crime that need to be met.
00:56:02.000 So, as far as the organized criminal activity, there's no hierarchy.
00:56:05.000 There's no role of each member.
00:56:07.000 There's no...
00:56:16.000 Wow.
00:56:25.000 Wow.
00:56:34.000 So just so and then he's now he's going to go into the details of the human trafficking charges right just so everyone understands so when when we talk about human trafficking we have in mind strictly by law let's keep going transportation against the will shelter also by coercion and so on are you saying that there is no evidence Whatsoever from the motivated reasoning of
00:57:05.000 the judge of rights.
00:57:06.000 So, basically, guys, pause.
00:57:09.000 So, you guys saw it there.
00:57:11.000 Coercion, being held against will, etc.
00:57:13.000 Is any of that in there?
00:57:14.000 No.
00:57:15.000 Now he's going to go into a scenario, okay?
00:57:18.000 I'm going to step out of our file and ask you, rhetorically, the following question.
00:57:22.000 If, in our understanding from our...
00:57:26.000 You propose to me to come and visit me on the territory of Romania, you being a Spanish citizen, and I ask you several times, are you sure you want to come?
00:57:26.000 Discussions.
00:57:36.000 Are you sure you want us to meet?
00:57:38.000 And you also motivate your...
00:57:51.000 Decision to come and visit me, i.e.
00:57:52.000 the fact that you no longer like Spain since you travel quite a lot and I provide you with the financial means so that we can see each other.
00:57:59.000 Is there any constraint in my transporting you as a person on the territory of Romania?
00:58:05.000 No, obviously not.
00:58:06.000 But what happens next also matters.
00:58:10.000 Let's say to Romania, get in touch with you and then live in transportation after I come.
00:58:15.000 Let's say to Romania, get in touch with you and then I live in your house or in the...
00:58:22.000 There's the interviewer now.
00:58:25.000 Neighborhood and things happen that traumatize me because we want everyone to be well informed on these.
00:58:35.000 Issues, six complaints.
00:58:37.000 However, this is not true.
00:58:38.000 Pause.
00:58:40.000 We're about to get into a bombshell here, guys.
00:58:42.000 So, he basically said, yo, if I invite you to my place and you come from another country and you come willingly and I just give you the money to travel, are you really being trafficked?
00:58:51.000 Also, you can leave at any time.
00:58:52.000 And you can leave at any time.
00:58:53.000 And, like, I'm telling you, are you sure you want to come, etc., and you come?
00:58:56.000 Is that really being traffic?
00:58:57.000 No.
00:59:00.000 Right?
00:59:00.000 Common sense, right?
00:59:01.000 And anyone with common sense would be like, no, that's not coercion.
00:59:03.000 That's not being forced, etc.
00:59:04.000 You have multiple opportunities to decide if you don't want to come, etc.
00:59:07.000 Like, no one is putting a gun in your head saying, you must come to Romania.
00:59:10.000 That would mean anyone that flies a girl out could be held under this account.
00:59:15.000 Yo, you're hosting in California.
00:59:17.000 Yo, you're in Europe.
00:59:19.000 I got you with a flight.
00:59:19.000 Fly over here.
00:59:20.000 Oh, y'all niggas have flight chicks out.
00:59:21.000 Y'all are all human drivers, bro.
00:59:23.000 Whoa!
00:59:24.000 Human traffickers, bro.
00:59:25.000 That's wild.
00:59:25.000 Whoa!
00:59:26.000 According to this logic.
00:59:29.000 That's crazy, bro.
00:59:29.000 See how crazy this could be?
00:59:31.000 So now we're going to get into the six complaints, right?
00:59:31.000 Man.
00:59:35.000 Remember how, guys, there's six victims that came forward and made allegations or whatever?
00:59:38.000 It gets better, all right?
00:59:40.000 So the lawyer says, this is not true.
00:59:44.000 And then she asks, why do you say this is not true?
00:59:46.000 That's all I can tell you.
00:59:47.000 There are not six complaints.
00:59:48.000 Let's hit play.
00:59:52.000 There aren't six.
00:59:56.000 Okay, there aren't just two complaints either.
00:59:58.000 There are several statements, and of those statements, part of them have been considered as given by victims.
01:00:03.000 But they are presented as victims without having the status of injured party in the case or having...
01:00:10.000 Never felt a complaint against the clients.
01:00:12.000 I represent.
01:00:13.000 What do you have?
01:00:15.000 Okay, go back, Chris.
01:00:17.000 Because I want this to be very clear right here.
01:00:20.000 We've just said it's very important.
01:00:22.000 Yeah, this is very, very important.
01:00:23.000 Go back like a few seconds.
01:00:24.000 This is a bombshell here.
01:00:26.000 Yeah.
01:00:26.000 Okay.
01:00:27.000 Go back more.
01:00:29.000 More.
01:00:30.000 A little bit more.
01:00:32.000 That's good.
01:00:33.000 Okay.
01:00:34.000 One more time.
01:00:35.000 Go back.
01:00:36.000 Okay.
01:00:37.000 One more time.
01:00:38.000 Okay.
01:00:38.000 Sorry.
01:00:40.000 Hit play.
01:00:45.000 So she's gonna...
01:00:48.000 So...
01:00:51.000 Issues six complaints, however, and then he goes, this isn't true.
01:00:54.000 Why do you say this is not true?
01:00:55.000 That's all I can tell you.
01:00:56.000 There are now six complaints.
01:00:58.000 Are there only two?
01:00:59.000 There aren't just two complaints, but there aren't six complaints either.
01:01:03.000 There are several statements, and of those statements, part of them have been considered as given by victims, but they are presented as victims without having the status of injured party in the case or having ever filed a Complaint against the clients I represent.
01:01:25.000 What you have just said is very important.
01:01:28.000 So there are people, girls who have made statements but who have been presented by the DAICA as victims, although they do not have a prior complaint at this time and therefore there would not be six prior complaints.
01:01:47.000 And I stop.
01:01:48.000 I've given general data It's data that the client gave me as a mandate to present.
01:01:53.000 I can't talk any further.
01:01:54.000 Pause.
01:01:55.000 Okay, guys.
01:01:56.000 What the hell just happened there?
01:01:58.000 So, these six complaints that they're saying, or six witnesses, some of them are being presented as witnesses when, excuse me, as victims when they're not.
01:02:09.000 By the prosecution.
01:02:10.000 Just because!
01:02:12.000 Are you saying that women can't lie?
01:02:14.000 Or can they lie?
01:02:16.000 They can definitely lie.
01:02:17.000 And on top of that, the government can go ahead and make them a victim when they never are a victim.
01:02:22.000 And some of you guys might not believe me.
01:02:24.000 So I got some more proof for y'all.
01:02:25.000 I got an interview here from a Romanian outlet, right, that shows that two of the women that they're using as victims don't want to be labeled as victims.
01:02:36.000 All right?
01:02:37.000 There we go.
01:02:38.000 Can we play this clip, Chris, that we got here from the Telegram?
01:02:41.000 Mo has it set up for you.
01:02:42.000 So in summary, this is a setup.
01:02:44.000 Yeah.
01:02:46.000 Alright guys, we're gonna play this clip.
01:02:46.000 Yeah.
01:02:48.000 Two other girls, right?
01:02:49.000 That are victims allegedly?
01:02:52.000 This is what they gotta say.
01:02:53.000 I will also like to say a thing.
01:02:55.000 I think it's pretty embarrassing that nine months after the first raid in April last year, we gave our statements in which clearly we said we weren't the victims.
01:03:06.000 It wasn't until a couple of days ago, I think.
01:03:09.000 Yeah, a couple of days ago that we found out.
01:03:12.000 about the whole situation.
01:03:13.000 So I'm pretty annoyed and upset and I don't understand why this is happening.
01:03:19.000 Okay, just a second because I have to speak in my language.
01:03:23.000 Did y'all hear that?
01:03:26.000 Bro, two of the victims that the prosecution is using against Andrew and Tristan Tate are on news saying, I don't know why they're labeling us victims.
01:03:36.000 We're upset.
01:03:36.000 We are upset.
01:03:37.000 We're annoyed by this.
01:03:38.000 We said we already did an interview.
01:03:39.000 We said that we're not victims.
01:03:41.000 We're not being trafficked, any of this stuff.
01:03:42.000 Yet the government is still trying to paint these women as victims contrary to them saying that they are not.
01:03:50.000 So ultimately...
01:03:51.000 This isn't an agenda!
01:03:52.000 Who's behind this?
01:03:53.000 Is what I want to know.
01:03:55.000 Because at this point, even victims are saying, hey, it wasn't us.
01:03:59.000 So who's behind it?
01:03:59.000 Yo!
01:04:00.000 Fox!
01:04:01.000 CNN! Vice!
01:04:03.000 All you pieces of shit!
01:04:04.000 Why are you guys not reporting this?
01:04:06.000 All you haters out there that are saying, yo, Andrew and Tristan are traffickers, blah, blah, blah, there's six witnesses against them.
01:04:12.000 Why are y'all not showing this?
01:04:14.000 Two of the girls that the government is trying to use as victims against Andrew and Tristan are on a fucking Romania news channel right now telling y'all, I don't know why they're using us as victims.
01:04:24.000 We already gave a statement to the police, we are not victims.
01:04:29.000 Incredible!
01:04:30.000 Bumbaclot.
01:04:31.000 Guys!
01:04:33.000 Bumbaclot!
01:04:34.000 So let's go through this.
01:04:36.000 We got A defense attorney that does not have the criminal file against his clients, okay?
01:04:42.000 45 minutes before the hearing where they're going to be held for 30 days, he gets access to the file for 45 minutes, right?
01:04:52.000 Prior to the hearing in which his clients are going to be held for 30 days.
01:04:54.000 Of course he doesn't have time to prepare in 45 minutes and read through 100-page documents of all the We have two victims, allegedly, of grape.
01:05:07.000 And guess what?
01:05:07.000 Those victims are not in the country.
01:05:09.000 They can't be cross-examined.
01:05:11.000 And they were interviewed by people that may or may not be purported experts or psychologists.
01:05:16.000 The prosecution is using this in their file to go ahead and substantiate a charge of grape.
01:05:21.000 Mind you, this girl, we know exactly who she is, right?
01:05:24.000 She's from here in Miami.
01:05:25.000 This chick is the same one that said, When in reality, she was cheating on her fucking boyfriend.
01:05:31.000 Did not want to admit that shit.
01:05:32.000 So she lied to him.
01:05:33.000 He calls the U.S. Embassy.
01:05:34.000 They send the police and they come in and do all this search, etc.
01:05:36.000 They say, oh, let's look at the video cameras.
01:05:39.000 They look at the video cameras.
01:05:39.000 What is this dumb bimbo doing?
01:05:41.000 She's partying.
01:05:42.000 She's dancing.
01:05:42.000 She's drinking.
01:05:43.000 She's hanging out.
01:05:44.000 She leaves the fucking house to go get a goddamn pizza and comes back.
01:05:48.000 Tell me if you're a trafficking victim being held against your will, being kidnapped, you will leave the house, get some Uber Eats and come back to your captors.
01:05:54.000 Common sense.
01:05:55.000 What the fuck is going on?
01:05:55.000 Wait, uh...
01:05:57.000 Can I ask what flavor?
01:05:57.000 Common sense, man.
01:05:58.000 What's the pizza?
01:05:59.000 Yo!
01:06:00.000 No.
01:06:00.000 Guys, do you not see?
01:06:02.000 And then on top of that, they're saying, there's six victims!
01:06:05.000 And you got two girls here on the news saying, yo, we're not victims.
01:06:09.000 Do you guys not see all the holes in the prosecution's case right now?
01:06:12.000 But the mainstream media is not going to report this to you guys.
01:06:14.000 They're not going to go ahead and show, hmm, maybe these charges aren't substantiated.
01:06:19.000 Like, are the witnesses credible?
01:06:20.000 What's going on here?
01:06:21.000 They don't have anything!
01:06:23.000 This is why they don't want to give the file over to the defense because they know if they give that file over to the defense, it's going to be brought out to the light that the Romanian government has no fucking credible evidence.
01:06:35.000 The witnesses are shoddy at best and they've been proven to already lie.
01:06:38.000 One girl lied to her boyfriend and called the U.S. Embassy because she didn't want to be caught out on cheating.
01:06:42.000 This is a fact.
01:06:43.000 This isn't me just talking shit.
01:06:45.000 Because if it was true that she was being held against her will back in April, they would have arrested him back fucking then.
01:06:51.000 But they didn't.
01:06:51.000 Right away.
01:06:52.000 Why not?
01:06:52.000 Because they looked at the surveillance footage and they saw her leave the compound and come back after getting some food and partying with the friends and drinking alcohol and putting it all over her Instagram story.
01:07:00.000 That's what got her caught and her boyfriend asked her, why are you at the Tate's house?
01:07:03.000 And instead of saying, you know what, man?
01:07:04.000 I'm a whore and I want to suck some other dude's dick.
01:07:06.000 What does she say?
01:07:06.000 My bad.
01:07:07.000 I'm being held against my will!
01:07:13.000 This is the most egregious abuse of a justice system I have ever seen in my fucking life.
01:07:19.000 In my 10 years plus of law enforcement experience, looking at evidence, interviewing witnesses, I have never seen this level of fucking clown world investigation, prosecution, and miscarriage of justice.
01:07:31.000 Ever!
01:07:32.000 I have never seen this shit.
01:07:33.000 This is in-fucking-credible.
01:07:35.000 If Andrew and Tristan can't defend themselves, we fucking will.
01:07:38.000 This is bullshit.
01:07:39.000 And the mainstream media is not going to tell y'all this shit.
01:07:45.000 What's the next move then if they're found to be falsifying these charges against Andrew and Tristan?
01:07:53.000 What's the next move?
01:07:54.000 Because at this point, they're not going to put it out to the news.
01:07:56.000 We can put it out because it's our platform.
01:07:58.000 What's the next step?
01:07:59.000 Because at this point, we know it's all bullcrap.
01:08:01.000 Yo, listen, man.
01:08:02.000 This is fucking bullshit.
01:08:05.000 The British consulate, the American consulate, y'all need to see what the hell is going on.
01:08:10.000 This is a miscarriage of justice against American and British citizens.
01:08:13.000 Yeah.
01:08:14.000 This is bullshit.
01:08:17.000 Incredible.
01:08:19.000 That it's even gotten this far.
01:08:23.000 And the fact that no one else is reporting this tells me how strong the Matrix is trying to fucking put Andrew and Tristan in jail.
01:08:33.000 I've been told y'all this is, Cap, weeks ago.
01:08:36.000 But now you guys are seeing it with your own two eyes.
01:08:38.000 And 4K. And 4K. I've been told y'all these are bullshit charges.
01:08:42.000 Oh, Myron, you're just saying that because Andrew and Tristan are your friends.
01:08:45.000 You're biased.
01:08:46.000 You can't be impartial in this.
01:08:48.000 You don't understand.
01:08:49.000 I saw clips of him talking about pimping hoes and all this other stuff from 2018, 2019.
01:08:54.000 You guys got to understand, man.
01:08:57.000 And the lawyer addresses this as well in this interview.
01:09:00.000 When you're a social media content creator, etc., you got to have charisma.
01:09:05.000 You got to have the ability to command an audience.
01:09:07.000 You got to be able to have some shock value, etc.
01:09:09.000 So...
01:09:10.000 The way Andrew speaks and does things, he does it, obviously, because he's on the internet.
01:09:15.000 This is all marketing, guys.
01:09:18.000 Do you really think he's out here doing this shit like pimpin' chicks in New Orleans, crazy shit in Romania, as they said?
01:09:27.000 No, bro.
01:09:27.000 No.
01:09:29.000 Honestly, bro, this is kind of like, for example, you know when someone's online, right?
01:09:33.000 They have a persona.
01:09:34.000 That's his persona online.
01:09:35.000 Of course, he's still the same person, but we're just saying it's for you guys.
01:09:38.000 It's got to be sensationalized to a degree.
01:09:39.000 To tell a story, which is true on some level, but it's like to him, he kept you captivated, kept you with the story.
01:09:45.000 The point is that when Andrew speaks to you online, people are like, oh, this is serious.
01:09:49.000 How about he's joking?
01:09:50.000 Yeah.
01:09:51.000 Making fun of it.
01:09:51.000 It's like satirical sometimes.
01:09:53.000 So it's like, you're taking it personal, bro?
01:09:55.000 It's just you.
01:09:56.000 Yeah, you can't take it like 100% face value.
01:09:58.000 You gotta have a little bit of common sense and a little bit of, you know, social acuity to be able to be like, alright, decipher.
01:10:02.000 Alright, I get it.
01:10:04.000 You know, a little bit of showmanship, whatever.
01:10:06.000 And the defense attorney, because here's the thing, they use that, right, to hold them For 30 days.
01:10:11.000 Oh, he doesn't respect the Romanian government.
01:10:12.000 He doesn't respect the law enforcement.
01:10:13.000 Oh, yeah, he talks about how he hangs out with mafia bosses and all this other bullshit.
01:10:17.000 We're going to use that to hold him.
01:10:17.000 Blah, blah, blah, blah.
01:10:18.000 Like, they used that, right, against him to hold him, even though they didn't have evidence.
01:10:22.000 They just said, oh, we think he's a flight risk, and they used all that.
01:10:24.000 But the lawyer was arguing, yo, bro, like, come on, man.
01:10:27.000 Like, a social media persona does not necessarily mean that's how you are or all these, this is how it is.
01:10:33.000 Yeah.
01:10:33.000 It's sad because you can put that content for their agenda and make it work.
01:10:37.000 So I get what they're doing.
01:10:39.000 Yeah, and they're spinning the clips out of context, too.
01:10:41.000 They're not just playing the whole thing.
01:10:45.000 They're playing 10 seconds of it and be like, look at this, see?
01:10:47.000 Oh, like the part where he's being extra animated, whatever.
01:10:50.000 They take that.
01:10:51.000 Oh, look, look, see?
01:10:52.000 He's out here doing this.
01:10:53.000 Look, it's according to his own word.
01:10:54.000 But you know why this is dangerous?
01:10:56.000 Before, back in the day, you used to get canceled for your clips.
01:10:59.000 However, putting it in the court system, your clips, well, that's legal now.
01:11:03.000 That's your life on the line.
01:11:05.000 So, overall, guys, like, obviously, this is like a hit piece on Andrew, 100%, but now it's in the legal system in Romania.
01:11:12.000 It's still worse because now it's his life or his freedom, which to me is bullcrap because, dude, that means anybody can be tried for their videos online.
01:11:19.000 Which is wild.
01:11:21.000 And some of y'all talking about, oh, he wasn't paying up.
01:11:22.000 Guys, there's girls that were poor that Andrew turned into millionaires.
01:11:27.000 Yeah.
01:11:28.000 There's girls that weren't making any money that they were going to pay 10, 20, 30k a month.
01:11:32.000 And even today, they're grateful for what he did for them.
01:11:35.000 Yeah.
01:11:35.000 So y'all can say, oh, but what about him not paying them?
01:11:38.000 Bro, he turned so many girls into fucking millionaires.
01:11:40.000 I don't know what you guys are talking about.
01:11:41.000 Yeah.
01:11:42.000 Some of our families, too.
01:11:43.000 And in Romania?
01:11:43.000 Yeah.
01:11:44.000 Bro, you make 10k a month in Romania?
01:11:46.000 Oh, he balling.
01:11:48.000 You're a top G. For real.
01:11:52.000 Think about it.
01:11:53.000 If he was really such a pimp and such a bad person, why didn't these allegations come out 5, 7, 8 years ago at the height of his webcam career?
01:12:00.000 Maybe it wasn't true.
01:12:01.000 Maybe it wasn't true.
01:12:02.000 They're coming now in April all of a sudden when they downsized everything from some random Moldovan ho and some American chick, but it didn't come almost a decade ago when they were doing this stuff full-time with 75 girls.
01:12:14.000 So tell me how that makes sense.
01:12:15.000 Your vice?
01:12:16.000 Bro.
01:12:17.000 Yo, talk about news and reporting?
01:12:20.000 Bro, that's the biggest false news I've seen yet.
01:12:23.000 Like, you want to put it on now?
01:12:25.000 Man, Vice needs to chill out, bro.
01:12:28.000 Alright.
01:12:29.000 Real quick.
01:12:29.000 So, let's keep going here.

01:12:47.000 What time, Sam?
01:12:48.000 Where are we at right now?

01:12:51.000 Okay, go to 26 minutes.

01:14:29.000 All right.
01:14:29.000 Sorry about that, guys.
01:14:31.000 So, yeah.
01:14:31.000 So now we're going to go to the last piece here.
01:14:33.000 Sorry.
01:14:35.000 I'll add read.
01:14:36.000 Okay.
01:14:37.000 Thank you, guys.
01:14:38.000 I appreciate it.
01:14:39.000 All right.
01:14:40.000 So now we're going to get into a discussion here on the search of the electronics.
01:14:46.000 All right, guys?
01:14:46.000 Let's go ahead.
01:14:49.000 Okay.
01:14:49.000 If on April 11, 2022, when I'm a witness, a house search takes place, all the computer systems in my house are seized.
01:14:57.000 I cooperate with the criminal investigation authorities.
01:14:59.000 I make available.
01:14:59.000 I make requests for the return.
01:15:05.000 Of part of my property so that this case can be dealt with swiftly as it may affect my image and nothing happens.
01:15:11.000 On December 29th, the search takes place in the same house.
01:15:15.000 The objects that were the subject of the April search are seized again.
01:15:18.000 Part of them return so they...
01:15:20.000 April search are seized.
01:15:25.000 Again, part of them return so they were the same.
01:15:30.000 Some of them, yes.
01:15:31.000 Not quite the same.
01:15:32.000 But some of them, yes.
01:15:33.000 If I had a mobile phone return on me, let's say in July, now the same phone is seized again in December, there are no new facts in the prosecution.
01:15:42.000 Oh, man.
01:15:46.000 Documents between April 11th and December 29th.
01:15:49.000 We are not talking about new facts or acts by the prosecution during...
01:15:57.000 The reference period.
01:15:58.000 That was the question I wanted to ask you.
01:16:00.000 These people obviously don't understand anything anymore.
01:16:03.000 Sir, what prompted the prosecution body not to take such an action or throw out such a procedural quality on April 11th and prompted it on December 29th?
01:16:15.000 Pause.
01:16:16.000 There, right there, guys, is the million dollar question.
01:16:20.000 Y'all threw it out back in April, and now you guys are coming back here in December with no new facts.
01:16:25.000 Because think about it, the witnesses are gone.
01:16:27.000 They've been gone.
01:16:28.000 The Maldovan and this chick, what happened?
01:16:31.000 Back in Miami.
01:16:32.000 Right?
01:16:32.000 They're gone.
01:16:33.000 And then you got these six witnesses and victims, which we already know two of them are like, what the fuck is going on here?
01:16:38.000 You know what happened to me?
01:16:39.000 The tattoo part.
01:16:41.000 Tattooed on my inner thigh owned by Andrew Tate.
01:16:44.000 Owned by the Tates.
01:16:45.000 Bro.
01:16:45.000 Really?
01:16:46.000 Really, bro?
01:16:48.000 Where's the proof?
01:16:49.000 Show me the proof, bro.
01:16:50.000 Man.
01:16:50.000 Incredible.
01:16:51.000 Let's keep going.
01:16:54.000 Maybe because there were no prior complaints.
01:16:56.000 Well, let's say there were no prior complaints.
01:16:58.000 Or some.
01:16:59.000 Statements would not have been transformed.
01:17:01.000 The quality of some statements would not have changed somehow.
01:17:05.000 Quality of some people into victims.
01:17:07.000 But I go back and show, there are no new elements.
01:17:09.000 It is not about new elements leading, from my point of view as a defender.
01:17:15.000 Obviously the prosecution has a different position, but from...
01:17:19.000 My point of view as a Danger to public order would create a disadvantageous image of the execution
01:17:49.000 of justice of the way justice is carried out.
01:17:55.000 The defendant could evade prosecution and flee.
01:17:57.000 Or, concerning the Tate brothers, even if we were dealing at that time on April 11, 2022, with an in-rem prosecution, it was obvious that the criminal prosecution was following, right?
01:18:09.000 Clear.
01:18:10.000 And then, if I know on April 11 that there is a file where prosecution documents are Being made for an act of rape that targets me, they left the territory of Romania at least six times and returned and never ran away.
01:18:26.000 What could have determined them in December to charge them the way they collaborate with the criminal investigation bodies?
01:18:34.000 Because guys, remember, Andrew and Tristan did cooperate with the police and give them everything they needed.
01:18:39.000 Dude, they complied, came in, gave them whatever they needed.
01:18:42.000 And like you said before, and they let them go.
01:18:44.000 Because they saw, okay, you know what?
01:18:45.000 You guys are right.
01:18:46.000 This was false.
01:18:47.000 Yeah.
01:18:48.000 So what the hell is going on?
01:18:50.000 This is true.
01:18:52.000 The witnesses clearly have not been in Romania since.
01:18:54.000 So what new evidence do y'all have?
01:18:57.000 Okay.
01:18:58.000 He goes, I understand that there are, however, in the motivated reasoning, some transcripts, shall we say, or certain fragments of discussions that would have taken place between them and the injured person, so to speak.
01:19:11.000 And...
01:19:16.000 There are some, shall we say, statements made by one of the Tate brothers on certain social media channels from which the Judge of Rights and Freedoms retained that there was a contempt for law and for women in general.
01:19:31.000 Those seem to have weighed quite heavily in convincing the judge to grant the arrest warrant.
01:19:33.000 Pause.
01:19:34.000 So what did I tell you guys before?
01:19:36.000 I called it, what, two weeks ago now, that they were not going to hold the Tate brothers on actual evidence.
01:19:41.000 They were going to hold them on their social media interviews, suspicion, and their ability to flee because they have multiple passports and money.
01:19:51.000 It was not going to be on real evidence.
01:19:52.000 It was going to be on, yo, I think that they can leave.
01:19:55.000 That is exactly what they used to hold them.
01:19:55.000 And what happened?
01:19:58.000 Not evidence, but rather social media posts and them saying that they have passports and money.
01:20:03.000 That's what got them held.
01:20:04.000 Yeah.
01:20:05.000 Okay?
01:20:06.000 Because you guys already see, we've looked at the real evidence.
01:20:09.000 Almost non-existent.
01:20:09.000 Victims?
01:20:11.000 Two of the girlfriends don't even want to be victims.
01:20:15.000 The two girls that are claiming grape?
01:20:17.000 Where are they?
01:20:18.000 We don't even have a real statement from them.
01:20:19.000 They have some expert testimony, some expert interview?
01:20:22.000 What?
01:20:23.000 From people that we don't even know if they're necessarily experts?
01:20:26.000 Yeah.
01:20:26.000 Okay?
01:20:27.000 And this is where the lawyer goes into how, you know, obviously your social media persona isn't necessarily you.
01:20:36.000 And he talks about how, you know, the marketing and everything else, which we discussed before.
01:20:40.000 So, and they talk about that kind of throughout the rest of the interview.
01:20:44.000 We can watch the full interview.
01:20:45.000 Yeah.
01:20:46.000 You know, but I just wanted to hit some of the high points here.
01:20:48.000 So let's go on Twitter real quick because they actually have this interview summarized on there too.
01:20:52.000 I'm going to run through it real fast for y'all on there and then we're going to talk about Vice and close this thing out because Vice, they're also a bunch of idiots as well.
01:20:59.000 So go all the way up to the top, Chris.
01:21:04.000 Alright, so we're going to run through this, guys.
01:21:07.000 So, as you guys know, Eugene Videnak also talks about the absolutely unusual situation in which the U.S. Embassy in Bucharest is in the conditions in which it notified the criminal investigation bodies regarding the kidnapping and seizure of an American citizen by Tate Brothers.
01:21:21.000 But...
01:21:22.000 At the same time, it is obliged to provide consular assistance to the two defendants who have American and British citizenship.
01:21:28.000 Three, the lawyer says that he requested the confirmation of the victims with Andrew and Tristan, the victims of whom he has information that they have not been in Romania for some time.
01:21:36.000 We talked about that, right?
01:21:37.000 And guys, in any kind of due process of law where you're presumed innocent, it is your right to be able to face your accusers.
01:21:44.000 That's just how it goes.
01:21:45.000 You need to be able to cross-examine them and see how credible they are.
01:21:47.000 I think?
01:22:05.000 And they found no evidence.
01:22:06.000 She was cheating.
01:22:06.000 Once again.
01:22:07.000 In the interview, you will also learn details about the two extraditional expert reports, but also about the fact that the Tate brothers, in the lawyer's opinion, played a role to track followers on social media, which cannot stand as evidence in prosecution.
01:22:17.000 Yes, and we talked about that, guys.
01:22:19.000 Having an online persona doesn't necessarily make you guilty.
01:22:22.000 Lady, you are to defend your clients to Tate brothers again on January 10th.
01:22:26.000 Up to this point, have you had access to file to formulate your defense?
01:22:29.000 Lawyer, unfortunately, no.
01:22:30.000 And you guys know that hearing is tomorrow, so you I would like to point out that the Tate brothers had their status changed from witnesses to suspects and from suspects to defendants on the evening of December 29, 2022, the date until which they had the status of witnesses so that they would not.
01:22:50.000 Uh, the date until, uh, until which they had the status of witnesses so that they would not have had the opportunity to study the criminal investigation file.
01:22:57.000 They're detained on the occasion of the notification of the quality of the defendants and the, uh, the issuance of the detention order by the die cop prosecutor.
01:23:06.000 So that on December 30th at 2 PM, the deadline for discussing the proposal to issue a preventative rest warrant for a period of 30 days.
01:23:11.000 So I'm starting to think guys that there might've been some kind of conspiracy to, uh, Make them witnesses and not necessarily suspects until they were going to arrest them and then be like, okay, we're not going to give you access to the file.
01:23:22.000 Let's get them held for 30 days.
01:23:24.000 This seems to me to be deliberate.
01:23:27.000 I looked at the video for the arrest, right?
01:23:28.000 Why were the cameramen circling them like they knew they were going to be there?
01:23:31.000 Bro!
01:23:32.000 The van stopped in the middle of the road, cameraman took a shot, then they drove off.
01:23:37.000 I'm like, bro, this is premeditated, like, arrest.
01:23:40.000 Like, dude, they planned this shit.
01:23:41.000 Their arrest photos are so professional that I was like, yo, these cameras are better than fucking Maxim!
01:23:46.000 4K! What the hell?
01:24:08.000 We're good to go.
01:24:12.000 Then she goes, the first searches in the file took place in April 2022 when several computers, laptops, equipment, everything that was found there was seized.
01:24:20.000 During this period, while there were witnesses until December 29th, where these assets returned to them, lawyer, some of them, on the occasion of the search April 11, 2022, several electronic devices were seized to be subject to computer searches.
01:24:32.000 Throughout this period, the reference period is April 11, 2022, December 29, 2022.
01:24:36.000 Okay?
01:24:37.000 Then the lawyer says, some of these electronic devices returned to computer searches were carried out on them.
01:24:43.000 Then the lawyer says, And then Lady goes, Would it have been one offense or two?
01:25:12.000 And then the lawyer said two documents are withheld for one of the Tate brothers.
01:25:18.000 Okay, so we don't know who it is yet.
01:25:20.000 In this context, can you tell me as a defense attorney for the Tate brothers, what evidence exists to support this charge?
01:25:25.000 Lawyer, I'll point out from the outset that the criminal prosecution file has not been made available to us to ensure the effective defense of our clients.
01:25:31.000 In this sense, I will point out that at least part of...
01:25:33.000 At least from this point of view, I am somehow amazed.
01:25:37.000 Together with my colleagues, with the distinguished Mr.
01:25:39.000 Lawyer Constantine, with my other colleague who are working on this file, we stay day and night to be able to put together the puzzle of the elements of the charges presented by the prosecutor.
01:25:48.000 There is, at this time, not a single piece of evidence other than the victim's statement that would lead to the idea that any crime of grape was committed.
01:25:56.000 Lawyer.
01:25:56.000 Moreover, from this reasoned conclusion of the Judge of Rights and Liberties of the Bucharest Court, it is very clear that such crime is not supported and that there are no evidentiary elements to support this crime.
01:26:07.000 And then he says, which is why the Judge of Rights and Liberties does not have the suspicion reasonable that this act could be held responsible for any of the defendants.
01:26:15.000 And then they go, we know very well that the judge of rights and freedoms does not touch the fund of the judge of the preliminary chamber does.
01:26:23.000 So, in this context, the rights and liberties judge focus on the seriousness of the act as it is in the letter of the law to decide the...
01:26:32.000 Arrest of the Tate brothers.
01:26:34.000 Yeah, the arrest of the Tate brothers.
01:26:35.000 Moreover, they also weighed the other two crimes of human trafficking, that of an organized criminal group.
01:26:40.000 Lawyer, allow me, however, to point out the following issue.
01:26:54.000 The provisions of the 204 Code of Criminal Procedure in conjunction with the 223 Code of Criminal Procedure do not forget that the 233 Code of Criminal Procedure refers to reasonable suspicion.
01:27:04.000 However, in order for me, a judge of rights and liberties, to be able to analyze the reasonable suspicion, I must analyze the reasons described in detail in the report with the proposal for preventive arrest presented by the prosecutor corroborated with elements from the criminal file, which I have in front at the time I analyzed the proposal.
01:27:24.000 Or if after a few hours the judge of Rights and Liberty is saying, studying the criminal investigation file in conjunction with those inserted in the report with the proposal for preventive arrest assesses there are no elements to create reasonable suspicion of the commission of this facts,
01:27:40.000 it is obvious that the judge himself supports the opinion of the defense.
01:27:43.000 We have no evidence.
01:27:45.000 Alright, so that kind of summarizes the interview as well.
01:27:50.000 Guys, on the Twitter thread, obviously we went into a little bit more detail showing you guys the full interview, but you guys can see here that there is a whole issue...
01:28:01.000 Of evidence here, guys.
01:28:01.000 Of evidence.
01:28:02.000 Yeah, and false witnesses not even inside of Romania.
01:28:06.000 So you're having a case here that pretty much shouldn't even be here.
01:28:10.000 And they're being detained for it.
01:28:12.000 And you guys gotta understand, I'm reading this from a Twitter thread, so it's gonna be a little bit disconjointed and not as connected and not make as much sense.
01:28:19.000 But the thing you guys can extrapolate from that is that The evidence isn't strong, guys.
01:28:24.000 I mean, if I'm just going to, you know, boil it down, it boils down to we don't really have witnesses that are credible.
01:28:30.000 We have experts that are questionable.
01:28:32.000 We have witnesses that aren't even in the country.
01:28:34.000 We got victims that are alleged to have been victims, but in reality, they're not.
01:28:37.000 They even went on a news television media saying we're not victims.
01:28:40.000 What the hell is going on here?
01:28:41.000 But the prosecution is trying to paint them as victims.
01:28:43.000 Like, there's a lot of issues with this case.
01:28:46.000 Yeah.
01:28:53.000 Yeah.
01:28:55.000 Yeah.
01:29:09.000 What's going on here?
01:29:10.000 So, to say, oh, they're your friends, of course they're our friends.
01:29:13.000 And as a friend, you want to see the right things done for them.
01:29:15.000 So, off rip, guys, like, of course we're going to defend them because they're our friends.
01:29:19.000 And the truth is there, the evidence is there for you to see that it's actually not true.
01:29:23.000 So, there you go.
01:29:25.000 Yeah, this is ridiculous.
01:29:29.000 Now, let's go ahead and we'll tackle Vice real fast.
01:29:32.000 As y'all know, Vice went ahead and decided to...
01:29:35.000 Can we pull this up real quick, Mo?
01:29:37.000 I'm not going to play it because they'll hit us with a copyright.
01:29:42.000 But this interview came out...
01:29:46.000 Exclusive women alleges sexual and physical abuse by Andrew Tate a couple days ago.
01:29:50.000 Is that almost at a million?
01:29:52.000 Yeah, 944K views.
01:29:53.000 And it's highly edited as well.
01:29:55.000 It's edited.
01:29:56.000 And the video, basically, the girl says, oh, he gave me five bottles of wine and he ended up...
01:30:02.000 We had sex that night and I don't remember and all this other shit.
01:30:06.000 And then she says some stuff about...
01:30:07.000 We did a webcam business and I was making more money with him so I decided to stay, blah, blah, blah, all this other stuff.
01:30:13.000 And it just like...
01:30:14.000 Bro, like, the lack of accountability is ridiculous.
01:30:18.000 And that is the same guy that went to their house, and they interviewed him.
01:30:21.000 Yeah, what's that clown's name?
01:30:22.000 Someone in the chat is gonna...
01:30:23.000 I don't know his name, bro, but, like, soy boy to the moon.
01:30:26.000 Yeah, bro.
01:30:27.000 Like, and the other thing, too...
01:30:31.000 He did an interview with Andrew, too.
01:30:33.000 Some of the interview got leaked.
01:30:34.000 And you can see that they're just asking question after question after question, trying to paint them in a certain light.
01:30:39.000 And the edits are off, too, as well.
01:30:40.000 And the edits are off.
01:30:41.000 And you can see Andrew is visibly getting frustrated and annoyed.
01:30:44.000 And it takes a lot to annoy Andrew, guys.
01:30:46.000 I mean, it takes a lot to annoy him.
01:30:48.000 Among the lay, though, Tristan clowned him in the meeting room.
01:30:53.000 He clowned him a lot.
01:30:54.000 That was hilarious, bro.
01:30:56.000 His name is Matt or something like that.
01:30:57.000 Matt Shea.
01:30:58.000 There we go.
01:31:00.000 So, yeah.
01:31:01.000 And the thing that kills me, and again, I tell you guys this all the time, you'll open your home to people, you'll work with them, you'll give them an interview, try to show your side.
01:31:11.000 They're not interested in the truth.
01:31:12.000 They're interested in painting you as a bad guy, right?
01:31:16.000 Because there's more money to be made from calling Andrew a bad guy, calling him an asshole, calling him a trafficker, all these fucking lies that were proven to y'all are not true, right?
01:31:24.000 Than it is to report the truth.
01:31:25.000 Because you guys gotta remember, Over here on this side of the internet, we're a rare breed.
01:31:29.000 We actually think critically and we look at all the evidence.
01:31:32.000 We don't necessarily look and be like, oh, well, he makes me feel this way, so I'm going to think this way and I don't like him.
01:31:37.000 Over here, we're looking at the evidence.
01:31:39.000 Anyone with half a brain that watched just this part of the broadcast where I showed you all the evidence, unbiased, what's going on here with the witnesses, the credibility, evidence files not being made available to the defense.
01:31:50.000 Anyone with half a brain, even if you hate Andrew Tate, You will know that this is a miscarriage of justice.
01:31:55.000 Actually, you ask anyone outside of despair, is Ennis not guilty?
01:31:58.000 He's guilty.
01:31:59.000 What's guilty?
01:32:00.000 I saw a clip!
01:32:01.000 Yeah.
01:32:02.000 I'm like, what clip?
01:32:03.000 TikTok!
01:32:03.000 Yeah, TikTok!
01:32:04.000 YouTube!
01:32:04.000 TikTok!
01:32:05.000 He said that men are better drivers, so he must be guilty.
01:32:08.000 Just because.
01:32:08.000 You know, just because.
01:32:09.000 Misogynist.
01:32:10.000 I feel that way.
01:32:11.000 Even my worst hater, bro.
01:32:13.000 Give me the evidence.
01:32:13.000 You know what?
01:32:15.000 I'm looking at it objectively.
01:32:16.000 I'll make a choice.
01:32:18.000 But, bro, can it do that?
01:32:19.000 No.
01:32:20.000 Because what?
01:32:20.000 Comments is not coming anymore.
01:32:22.000 Yeah, man.
01:32:23.000 So, Vice, obviously, you know, and here's the thing.
01:32:25.000 Guys, they went and met with Andrew back in August.
01:32:29.000 Why are y'all putting the content out now?
01:32:31.000 Of all times.
01:32:32.000 Why is that?
01:32:33.000 Because I remember when Vice went over there, guys.
01:32:34.000 They went there in August.
01:32:36.000 And they were filming this documentary, supposedly, with Andrew.
01:32:40.000 But now y'all want to release these clips of this grape and everything with this bimbo out in the UK. We already talked about this girl, by the way.
01:32:47.000 That girl was mad because she said that Andrew owed her money.
01:32:50.000 And he was like, no, you fucked up my house and all this other stuff.
01:32:53.000 So she's mad that she didn't get paid.
01:32:53.000 You got to get out.
01:32:56.000 And also, Tristan knew it was funky because he told us, like, bro, this guy was shaking, moving weird.
01:33:01.000 We knew that Alfred, he was, like, on some other shit.
01:33:03.000 Yeah.
01:33:03.000 So he knew.
01:33:05.000 So it just goes to...
01:33:06.000 I'm telling you, man, the mainstream media, they're a bunch of snakes, man.
01:33:08.000 Treachery.
01:33:09.000 Like I told you guys before, there's a couple of things that are unacceptable.
01:33:12.000 They opened their home to him, not only in Romania, but also in Dubai for the interview.
01:33:12.000 One of them is treachery.
01:33:16.000 And what did he do?
01:33:17.000 He tried to paint Andrew in a bad light.
01:33:19.000 You guys can watch the clip.
01:33:20.000 It's...
01:33:21.000 Fucking cringe.
01:33:22.000 How, oh, well, shouldn't you apologize for your statements before, blah, blah, blah, get him to apologize?
01:33:27.000 You know what it reminded me of?
01:33:28.000 It reminded me of the fucking flagrant interview that we did with Andrew and Akash, how they were trying to get us to apologize over our statements, which by the fucking way, I saw them talk about Andrew, which we agree with Andrew on 99% of the stuff, but they're going to go ahead and take Andrew's side on some of the points that we literally,
01:33:43.000 they were arguing with us about.
01:33:45.000 I wonder why.
01:33:46.000 Tell me how that doesn't make sense.
01:33:49.000 It's all about who you like, apparently.
01:33:51.000 Flake Grinner are a bunch of fucking clowns, man, and they know they are.
01:33:54.000 Like, they're a bunch of fucking clowns, bro.
01:33:56.000 Like, literally, like, oh, yo, yo, we disagree with y'all on this and this and this.
01:33:59.000 And then as soon as they talk about Andrew, oh, no, we agree with him on this.
01:34:02.000 Bro, those are the same points that you guys argue with us on.
01:34:04.000 The fuck?
01:34:06.000 What the hell?
01:34:07.000 This doesn't make sense, man.
01:34:09.000 Doesn't make sense.
01:34:10.000 But again, this is what a lot of people do.
01:34:12.000 They bring you on their platform.
01:34:13.000 They try to get you to, you know, apologize or, you know, look a certain way, try to demonize you, whatever.
01:34:18.000 And that's exactly what Vice tried to do with Andrew.
01:34:21.000 And they failed.
01:34:22.000 That's exactly what Flagrant tried to do with us.
01:34:24.000 And they also fucking failed.
01:34:25.000 They made themselves look like clowns.
01:34:26.000 I'm gonna go viral.
01:34:27.000 You know, trying to, you know...
01:34:30.000 Trying to virtue signal all this other bullshit.
01:34:32.000 Well, not all women are like that, and you guys are scared of women, and you guys are being a little too defensive.
01:34:36.000 Andrew says the same fucking shit we say about women in modern-day relationships and marriages, yet y'all agree with him.
01:34:42.000 Fucking clowns, bro.
01:34:44.000 Ridiculous.
01:34:45.000 We got some chats here.
01:34:45.000 Alright, so...
01:34:47.000 Rumors of the wiretaps.
01:34:49.000 Let's all keep in mind, elites replicated Joe Rogan using AI. This is not a stretch.
01:34:54.000 They would go to three lengths.
01:34:56.000 Oh, great lengths.
01:34:57.000 I think that's what he meant.
01:34:58.000 He spelled it wrong, yeah.
01:34:59.000 Go to great lengths, agenda to...
01:35:01.000 It's clear.
01:35:02.000 Destroy families, weakened men, easy to control weak men, payoffs to women, Kavanaugh and Trump.
01:35:08.000 There you go.
01:35:09.000 Jayhawks.
01:35:10.000 We have her as well.
01:35:23.000 Well said.
01:35:25.000 That's it.
01:35:25.000 And we have one more.

01:35:40.000 See you at the party.
01:35:41.000 Shout out to you, bro.
01:35:42.000 Yeah, we'll see y'all at the party.
01:35:43.000 Speaking of which, guys, by the way, we just got some new spots.
01:35:47.000 We switched the venue up.
01:35:49.000 We're going to have the party.
01:35:50.000 You want to tell them?
01:35:52.000 Yes, let's say it.
01:35:53.000 Actually, you know what?
01:35:54.000 Let's have You say it.
01:35:56.000 Me?

01:35:59.000 We ended up getting a better venue.
01:36:00.000 It's not going to be at a rooftop.
01:36:01.000 It's going to be on a mega yacht instead.
01:36:03.000 Oh, shit.
01:36:03.000 Yeah, it's going to be on a mega yacht, guys.
01:36:04.000 So we actually got some more spots for you.
01:36:06.000 Yeah, on the water.
01:36:07.000 So guys, it's going to be this Saturday.
01:36:07.000 Yeah.
01:36:10.000 If you guys want to come to the party, go ahead and get the tickets.
01:36:12.000 We'll put the links in the chat for y'all.
01:36:14.000 And contact Christina on Instagram.
01:36:14.000 Yeah.
01:36:17.000 Yeah.
01:36:18.000 Christy Rojas, if they got any questions.
01:36:20.000 Actually, because it's on a mega yacht, we can add more people.
01:36:22.000 So now there's more open spots because it was pretty much sold out.
01:36:22.000 Yes.
01:36:25.000 Yeah.
01:36:25.000 Yeah.
01:36:26.000 So, yeah, guys, if you want to go ahead, we're going to do a free meetup, so you don't have to pay a dollar if you want to just meet us.

01:36:32.000 We'll do that on the Friday, which is the 13th.
01:36:35.000 Prior to the party, and then on the 14th, we're going to have the party on a Meggie out here in Miami.
01:36:39.000 So, it's going to be lit, man.
01:36:41.000 We have, I think, 300-something spots.
01:36:43.000 So, we got some new spots that are opened up.

01:37:25.000 You gotta be there on point.
01:37:26.000 But yeah, guys, with that said, this episode is not about the party.
01:37:30.000 I mean, you asked about it, so we'll tell you.
01:37:32.000 But what it really is, is that guys...

01:37:48.000 Y'all can see.

01:37:57.000 Someone says, oh, he's guilty.
