00:02:59.000Of the people that watch that channel are not subscribed.
00:03:02.000So that means we got a lot of Ninja Watchers over there because that channel is getting a lot of views, but yet people are not subscribing.
00:03:18.000I don't care about getting fed it to a million.
00:03:20.000I want fresh fit clips at another one milli so we can have two plaques so we can flex them on haters like LaSan, Lobby, and Layback, and all these other dorks that talk shit about us, okay?
00:03:32.000Because there's nothing I'd take more satisfaction in than lapping YouTubers that talk shit about us that have been on the platform way longer than us.
00:03:40.000And I was getting more views and more subscribers than those fucking bums.
00:04:28.000I mean, I sometimes, if it's like, it depends, if it's like something for Fetit that's like very detailed that I want you to really understand, I'll just do it myself.
00:04:36.000Yeah, because I'll know where it's nuanced and stuff like that.
00:04:39.000And yeah, guys, check me out on Fetit 1811.
00:04:43.000As you guys know, I've written down promo cases on there.
00:04:45.000The most recent one I did, if we could pull it up real fast, Chris.
00:04:47.000I went ahead and broke down the Gunna plea deal, guys.
00:04:50.000I went ahead and actually pulled up the document and I explained, you know, what it's like to get a plea deal, what an Alford plea is, which is what Gunna put in.
00:05:14.000We go over the YSL indictment, what he actually pled guilty to.
00:05:17.000So there's detailed timestamps in there for y'all.
00:05:20.000And the other thing, too, I want you guys to know is that I'm dropping an episode on the most prolific serial killer in United States history.
00:10:50.000If 100K men watch the stream, each man avoids marriage and saves at least 100K in property loss, alimony, legal fees on divorce, 100K viewers times 100,000 savings, 10 billion worth of value from FNF. Yes, you're right, my friend.
00:12:40.000Yeah, Hassan took a big L that time trying to argue with me about the Fifth Amendment.
00:12:45.000He don't know what he's talking about.
00:12:46.000He said that his argument was you could take the Fifth Amendment And what I was saying is, though that is true and you can take the Fifth Amendment any time, you can only really assert that Fifth Amendment privilege if you have reasonable expectation that you're going to be prosecuted for incriminating statements you may make.
00:13:00.000However, if you are not making statements that are going to incriminate yourself, you cannot use the Fifth Amendment.
00:13:05.000You are compelled to testify or else you can deal with legal consequences of being held in a contempt of court, obstruction of justice, etc.
00:13:11.000And that's what I was trying to explain to him because he was like...
00:13:19.000His whole argument of assuming what the verdict was correct on is because he felt like his emotions and his feelings were important to the case, but that's irrelevant.
00:13:28.000It's what actually happened with the evidence.
00:13:31.000He's one of those guys, bro, that will argue something in bad faith even if he knows that he's not right and or he doesn't have expertise in it.
00:13:38.000The big difference is, like, for example, let's say we started talking about, like, politics.
00:13:42.000I wouldn't really get too much into politics because I don't consider myself a political commentator.
00:13:46.000But I talk about things that I know I know versus just talking on shit I don't know.
00:13:53.000But he's that type of guy that he'll talk on stuff he doesn't know because he thinks he knows.
00:13:56.000And his audience is too stupid to correct him on it.
00:13:59.000Here in Australia, we got 304s in court.
00:14:02.000Was that claiming half of their ex's property after living there with them for only four months under the de facto rule?
00:14:08.000I've been following all of your mail advice for four months now, working on an auto repair business that was profitable last week and working a day job.
00:14:15.000I've been getting in shape and I quit smoking.
00:15:00.000I know y'all are like, well, he just wants to clout, whatever.
00:15:02.000Bro, we gave him an opportunity to debate us and Andrew Tate, the most Googled man on earth, and he still declined.
00:15:07.000Bro, if that's the case, then no, you're just scared.
00:15:18.000I think next Monday we're overdue to give you guys another episode on credit updated for 2023.
00:15:26.000And what I'm thinking is we'll do one for travel credit cards, one for general all-use credit card, cashback card, and then we'll do one for beginner.
00:15:35.000So we'll give you guys a whole credit series in 2023.
00:15:38.000Give me what's in the chat if y'all want that.
00:15:40.000Update it for 2023 because as you guys know...
00:16:27.000And it amazes me how so many people don't know this information on using credit cards and leveraging them to get your credit score up, get things that you would have bought anyway, and simultaneously increase your credit score.
00:17:08.000People want this information because we don't teach, especially young men, we don't teach y'all how to use credit to your advantage to not only get stuff using other people's money, but also increase your credit score, which then will make you a better lendee, which will then allow you to purchase assets.
00:17:23.000I think the money talk and financial education is kind of missing from our current system.
00:17:28.000And as a result, we don't know what to do with our money.
00:21:12.000Yeah, but it can't be grounded, though, because I would have done some dumb shit earlier on.
00:21:16.000But overall, though, that premise and that foundation is funny, because I was actually studying computer science in Barbados, and then I was like, you know what?
00:21:25.000This is cool and all, but I want to do more than just for myself.
00:21:27.000You know, I want to do things for other people.
00:21:29.000And I was helping into church and then my pastor recommended, hey, like, you know, Walter, I think you're in a good spot to become a minister yourself.
00:21:36.000Like, you know, definitely preaching would be funny as hell for me speaking.
00:21:39.000Wait, wait, they have computers over there?
00:22:13.000The plan was to go to Vegas, go to this conference, and go to New York, right, visit family, and then decide if I want to stay there or go to Miami and figure it out.
00:24:59.000So during this period, and I think this is very important so people kind of understand your mindset at this point, you weren't fucking with girls.
00:25:53.000So, after that period of time being in monk mode, I finally went on set up with my roommate, my boy Carl, and we'd go back and forth to parties every night.
00:26:01.000He's the one that showed me the whole scene of, like, where to go, what night to go to that party spot, if it's lit or not.
00:26:06.000So I learned quickly about the party scene in Miami.
00:26:08.000And at this point, you're not RP aware, right?
00:26:11.000I'm watching videos, but I'm not really into it like that.
00:29:11.000Well, I knew, but I didn't really, like, see the kid at all, because, you know, she would come see me, meet her somewhere else.
00:29:17.000You knew she had a child, but it wasn't real yet, because you had never, you never dealt with her saying, like, I got a babysitter or something.
00:29:23.000Like, you didn't deal with the consequences of her kids, so you didn't even feel real at that point.
00:29:26.000So fast forward now, time passes, I'm like, yo, like, you know, she's putting effort, she's putting work, and, like, she really, like, cares because if she didn't care, dude, all those are messed up shit back in the day, too.
00:31:10.000So then I get a spot in a nice area because she kind of lived in like a bad, not a bad area, but kind of like a, you know, more lower flat area.
00:32:06.000Oh, so just like a month in between getting the spot.
00:32:07.000But I learned so much about the Spanish culture, how they eat, how they do things, how they like really operate outside of like, you know, the common...
00:32:14.000I'm assuming she's Cuban if she lived there in Hialeah.
00:32:16.000Well, she's like, she's like Nicaraguan, but like a Cuban family, Cuban friends.
00:34:52.000Even indirectly, I was paying for stuff regardless.
00:34:54.000Did you feel like financial pressure as soon as y'all got married?
00:34:58.000Did it just smack you right in the face right then and there that you immediately became responsible from a financial standpoint to be the primary breadwinner?
00:35:04.000The money I had before when I was single was gone, bro.
00:35:07.000It was like, okay, I would save like $500 to $600 a month or $700 if I was doing really well on the side.
00:35:13.000And I was like, oh shit, we're going for dinners, we're going to fun trips, we're doing fun stuff.
00:35:19.000So the whole purpose for which you moving in with her was actually defeated by you moving in with her because you incurred other costs that you didn't even see coming.
00:35:38.000And, you know, looking back, I was like, yo, I was trying to try to do the right thing, but I didn't look to see all the details in this marriage scenario.
00:35:55.000But in reality, you ended up not being able to keep that 500 or 600 that you would have left over when you were by yourself in the first place.
00:37:09.000You don't realize that, but like, trips, food, stops, you may have two people now, or one person, because remember, it's just you before, so plus one, or with kids, plus two, it adds up.
00:37:20.000So that's something you didn't see coming.
00:37:21.000And it's funny, because you go to work, you're like, okay, cool, I'm working a job, I'm tired, I don't want to cook, then you go eat out, that adds up too.
00:37:28.000So all these things that you don't see beforehand do add up.
00:37:31.000And the money you have, for example, if you're single doing your thing, cool, you have it there.
00:37:35.000But when you got other expenses, it kind of like adds to that as well.
00:37:38.000So overall, like walking into it, I didn't realize what I was actually getting into.
00:37:42.000So moving in to a new place, Moving up to a better neighborhood, right?
00:37:47.000And then also the food cost, I guess you didn't see that coming because every time you went out, obviously the child came with y'all, right?
00:38:07.000So remember, I was like, okay, I'm coming to America to be successful, right?
00:38:11.000So my thing was like, okay, I'm putting in work by going to Starbucks, studying YouTube, studying Instagram, real estate, all this stuff behind the scenes, but I have to go pick up the kid from school.
00:38:22.000So the shit that isn't even tangible sometimes.
00:38:24.000Like you'd be in the groove getting something done, and then you had to break that to be a dad.
00:38:42.000So it's like, it's just some of the things you don't see.
00:38:44.000Opportunity is kind of like wasted in a sense because instead of focusing on yourself, you're focusing on other people rather than just yourself.
00:38:50.000So it does add up in terms of like opportunity costs are down because now your time is spent elsewhere.
00:40:08.000Then you can share it with someone versus like trying to build it as you're trying to build the plane while you're flying it, which is like not a good...
00:40:35.000Paying for food, paying for basic necessities are now doubled from what you used to pay for before, because not only are you paying for her, you're also paying for her child.
00:40:42.000Yeah, because you might be like, okay, she's paying half, but I have to rent.
00:41:33.000See, and these are things that, like, kind of come up, guys, right?
00:41:36.000When there's a child involved that you don't even, like, at the time, you don't think twice about it, but then looking back in 2020 hindsight, you're like, oh, wow, I just added another bill to myself and incurred more debt.
00:41:59.000But looking back, you're able to be like, damn, okay, this is another added expense.
00:42:02.000And at that age, you got to remember that you should be investing in yourself because you're still not even developed to really do things on your own.
00:47:28.000So, people forget sometimes that when you have debt, it can mentally hold you back as well.
00:47:33.000And it causes you to take actions you don't want to take because, for example, you might work a job you hate because you're going to pay debt back or pay your bills or whatever, right?
00:47:41.000Now, when you marry somebody, you kind of take on their debt as well because you're not one.
00:47:45.000So, all of their debt is going to affect you because either we live with somebody or what they pay for...
00:47:52.000The money's not reduced because they're paying debt or they're affecting you because that debt that they're paying for, the money doesn't come to y'all.
00:48:00.000So overall, it's kind of like when that person's in debt, their bills, their mindset, their whole actions will affect you living with them.
00:48:58.000And it's funny because in that scenario, bro, like...
00:49:02.000You should ask your partner, what's your credit score?
00:49:04.000Because you need to see their past history, the whole facts, before you even get into it.
00:49:09.000And, you know, certain things that I know now that I wish I knew before, but, you know, I mean, overall, though, like, Debt does come into play, but if you talk about it beforehand, it should be fine, but you need to know before you jump into it, because that's going to affect your life indirectly or directly.
00:49:39.000Such as being able to maybe an opportunity presented itself to you in another city or state or whatever, and you had to say no because I can't bring the family?
00:49:46.000Yeah, there was conferences where I could have went, but once again, if I miss work, The money I would make was going to help pay for the rent.
00:49:56.000So it's like, if I leave work, I have savings, but not my savings.
00:50:01.000So it would actually affect how I pay my bills, because I have so much bills to pay with this extended family.
00:50:07.000So that right there said, you know what?
00:50:09.000Nah, I'm not doing it because it's too much of a risk for me to go to that conference for three days, come back.
00:50:15.000I'm going to get some knowledge, but hey, it's a risk.
00:50:18.000And who knows who you would have met there, what you would have learned there, what opportunities could have come from going out there and meeting people.
00:50:24.000I mean, you know now from doing networking, all it takes sometimes is one handshake and one meeting to change your life.
00:50:28.000And it's funny, before I met her, I went to a workshop with my mentor.
00:51:33.000If you had not Already been taking in that kind of, you know, entrepreneurial-type content prior to meeting her, you probably would have never consumed it in the first place, because you would have been more concerned with providing for the family, making money, you know, getting more hours, etc.
00:51:49.000And in between, damn, I don't know how I found it, but I found Solo TV, the Force videos, King Rich's videos as well, and...
00:54:29.000Because most people won't admit this shit.
00:54:30.000And a lot of you guys are either in this situation, have been in this situation, or might go into this situation had you not seen this podcast, man.
00:54:40.000This might save one of y'all from fucking yourself up.
01:00:33.000So you might laugh and say, fresh or dumb, you're stupid, whatever, but I don't take anything back, bro.
01:00:38.000Those experiences, those I took, taught me to be who I am today.
01:00:41.000And over time, I'm glad because now I know what to do.
01:00:44.000Moving forward, those mistakes I made in the past, getting married, getting married, Dating a single mom, doing that stuff, like, doing dumb stuff, like, dude, I'm not doing it anymore.
01:04:03.000Most girls would prefer to be single than have a loser all to themselves.
01:04:08.000And you can thank Instagram, social media, Disney, mainstream television, and all the other...
01:04:15.000You know, forms of entertainment that we have nowadays that sells women a dream that they deserve a Prince Charming, regardless of how they behave.
01:04:30.000Social media gives them a list of options of men that they never had.
01:04:32.000And just so, again, because I have to explain things and analogies for the women to understand, but sometimes I got to explain it for y'all.
01:04:39.000I want to ask you guys a question, right, that are watching the show right now.
01:05:16.000That's exactly how women feel that make their own money and have their own career.
01:05:20.000It is the equivalent to you having a girl already and not necessarily caring about what the other gender thinks and or wants.
01:05:27.000That is the modern-day woman's mindset, guys.
01:05:29.000They have an abundance mindset on fucking steroids.
01:05:31.000It's like you having a chick at home no matter what.
01:05:34.000You're going to be less incentivized to go out there and care about what the other gender thinks.
01:05:38.000You're going to be less incentivized to become attractive to the opposite gender.
01:05:41.000You're going to be less incentivized to figure out what that other gender wants.
01:05:44.000That is why so many model women are the way that they are, guys, because when they have their own job, their own careers, their own life, they don't need you.
01:05:50.000Men are expendable commodities in 2022.
01:05:52.000It used to be, oh, I need to get married so that I can have a guy provisioned for me.
01:05:55.000I want to go ahead and have a nuclear family, etc.
01:05:58.000So, a lot of y'all are invisible to most women, bro.
01:06:02.000You just gotta accept the cold hard fact.
01:06:04.000You either can cry about it, right, and be one of these invisible guys at 80%, or you can rise up, become a top 20% guy, have a fighting chance, and compete in the marketplace.
01:06:15.000But I'm telling y'all, nothing is changing.
01:06:16.000It's only gonna be more and more polarizing when it comes to guys that are getting girls and guys that aren't.
01:06:21.000It's only going to get worse from here.
01:06:37.000And then another guy, this is a really good point, Fresh.
01:06:40.000Another guy asked, if I get married in another country, should I bring her back?
01:06:44.000You want to hit that real quick as far as marriage abroad?
01:06:47.000I told a story a while ago on a different stream about this guy that we knew that brought her back from Colombia, and she was the ideal girl, bro.
01:06:54.000A literal nine, very feminine, very beautiful, very caring, loving.
01:07:00.000However, once again, that's the environment that she was brought up in, raised in.
01:07:05.000Coming to America now, it's totally different.
01:07:07.000You got music, thoughtery, you got parties, you got people telling her, it's just a bunch of stuff happening in America that's going to taint you in a way.
01:07:17.000So, it's a magic combination of multiple variables and factors that allow women to abstain from their natural role as, you know, mothers, you know, wives, etc.
01:07:28.000Like, we live in a society in the United States, guys, that incentivizes women to not be dutiful wives.
01:09:48.000And having children within the confinements of marriage is critical.
01:09:50.000However, you cannot afford to do it in a place like the United States, like a place in the United Kingdom, in a place like France, for example, where you can't even fucking do a paternity test on children that you think might not be yours.
01:10:02.000If it's a first world country with common law, more than likely the divorce laws are not made for you to win, my friend.
01:10:08.000So you gotta go somewhere where the laws are not going to cripple and destroy you financially, emotionally, spiritually, make you lose your kids, make you lose access to your finances, your home, all this crap.
01:10:18.000You gotta be intelligent about this shit.
01:10:19.000So bringing a girl back to the States that you married abroad is quite frankly one of the stupid things you could do.
01:10:38.000There's a whole movement of dudes leaving the States and becoming expatriates in these other countries, and they're doing what they want to do.
01:10:45.000But, bro, that ends once you bring them back here, my friend.
01:10:48.000As my friend Casey would always say, go where you're appreciated.
01:14:05.000That's just them living until they're 18.
01:14:07.000We haven't even talked about college yet, okay?
01:14:09.000And then, if you want, the typical home in the United States, guys, three-bedroom, two-bath, is somewhere between $250,000 to $400,000, guys.
01:14:20.000The average three-two in the United States, okay?
01:14:22.000And it varies wildly because, obviously, a home in California is going to be significantly more than a home in Arkansas.
01:14:27.000But it averages out to about $250k to $400k for a three-bedroom, two-bath.
01:14:35.000And also, right, we didn't talk about, you know, alimony, child support, all these things that could fluctuate significantly based on how much money you make per year, guys.
01:14:44.000So, like I said before, I'll say this one more time to bring this full circle.
01:14:50.000I think marriage is a I cannot tell guys in good faith to get married in the United States knowing all the negative consequences that can come to you financially,
01:15:15.000emotionally, destroying your life, etc.
01:15:19.000If you want to get married nowadays and you want to have that traditional nuclear family, which by the way is the best way to raise children, More than likely, you ain't gonna be able to do it here.
01:15:56.000Yeah, and I'm sure there's plenty of ways to get married where the state isn't involved, but those are the options you guys need to explore.
01:16:02.000As far as, like, going to the downtown or City Hall and cutting a fucking marriage certificate, all that shit, hell no.
01:16:16.000I'm a single man working a full-time job.
01:16:17.000How can I claim real estate professional for tax return purposes if I own two to three rental properties to lower my income to be in a lower tax bracket possible?
01:16:26.000We're going to have Steve come on and talk about that being a real estate professional.
01:16:54.000Once I close all three of them, I'm going to go ahead and tell you guys how I found the deals, how much I paid for each, cash flow analysis, all that stuff.
01:17:02.000I'll bring the chart out and everything, and I'll tell you guys what to look for when you're buying houses in this real estate market.
01:17:08.000As y'all know, the interest rates have been going up and down all over the place.
01:17:11.000The markets cool off a bit, but this is a fantastic time to buy, regardless of what these other idiots are saying.
01:17:17.000Like, oh my god, real estate market is just shaking.
01:18:22.000Rolo always famously says that women are dream killers.
01:18:24.000It's not that women actually kill your dreams.
01:18:26.000It's that a lot of you guys are too stupid to realize that you need to continue pursuing your dreams even though you're in a relationship with her.
01:18:32.000Despite whatever the hell she tells you.
01:18:33.000Because if you win, she wins as a byproduct as your woman.
01:18:36.000But a lot of you guys will sit there and be like, okay, I won't go to the gym today.
01:19:47.000When men and women make money, we have totally different goals.
01:19:52.000A woman was arguing with a group of men saying if a man asks for a paternity test, he's basically saying that her loyalty is in question because real men wouldn't test to see if the kid is his.
01:20:17.000For 50k, I can start my own business that can yield 100 to 300k per year or buy a house and save for another few years to start my own business.
01:20:44.000However, make a calculated choice, logical choice, and then go with it.
01:20:47.000But bro, to be honest with you, bro, like I said earlier, do it either outside of the state or outside the U.S. Here's the problem with TradCons before I close this thing out.
01:21:18.000You got a lot of strong, independent women here that are more concerned with living a certain type of lifestyle versus being a dutiful wife.
01:22:00.000Big Smalls goes, for people thinking about prenups, most of the prenups can be contested in court, and in some countries like Canada, it's almost useless.
01:22:06.000I mean, a prenup is, you know, depending on how it's made, you know, it could still come back to bite you in the ass, especially if you make her sign it under duress.
01:24:59.000Okay, well guys, I'll be honest with y'all.
01:25:01.000The average woman nowadays that's college educated, that is somewhat attractive, is probably going to have a body count somewhere in the double digits.
01:25:06.000If you don't have at least that amount, hey man, you ain't going to be...
01:26:53.000Fucking pull your fucking, grab yourself by your bootstraps, stop being a bitch, hold your fucking nuts, look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself, am I happy with what I see back, looking back at me?
01:27:02.000The answer is no, you got some fucking work to do.
01:27:04.000Because I'll be honest with y'all, a lot of you motherfuckers look at yourself in the mirror, triple chin, fucking looking like shit, neck beard, all kept, fucked up, looking dirty as hell, pizza stain on your t-shirt, wondering why.
01:28:53.000Guys, share this video with a friend that's thinking about getting married, about to get married, is a simp, you know, is engaged or whatever the fuck.
