Transcript

00:00:35.000 I got a license to confuse.
00:00:38.000 That is Sebado.
00:00:40.000 Lou Barlow from Dinosaur Jr. started that band.
00:00:43.000 They put out some incredible albums.
00:00:46.000 Crazy people are right on.
00:00:48.000 Crazy people are alright.
00:00:52.000 Lo-fi indie rock pioneers.
00:00:55.000 And not quite as good as Dinosaur Jr., though.
00:00:57.000 Dinosaur Jr., mind-blowing band.
00:00:59.000 You got to get the album You're Living All Over Me.
00:01:02.000 And a good intro to Dinosaur Jr. would be their cover of the Cures.
00:01:07.000 Kiss me.
00:01:08.000 What's the Cure cover?
00:01:10.000 Cure cover?
00:01:10.000 Dinosaur Jr.
00:01:12.000 Let me see.
00:01:14.000 I'll be grazing by your window.
00:01:16.000 Please don't pat me on the head.
00:01:19.000 Just want to find out what you're doing.
00:01:21.000 Just like heaven.
00:01:22.000 Yeah, that's a jam.
00:01:22.000 Just like heaven.
00:01:23.000 Put that on.
00:01:24.000 This is Lou Barlow from that band playing on this song, I believe.
00:01:31.000 Covers are so rarely better than the originals.
00:01:33.000 We should do a week of specials like that.
00:01:35.000 Yeah, yeah.
00:01:36.000 I got one in mind.
00:01:41.000 Worst album cover I've ever seen.
00:01:46.000 But for the coverage, it's going soft and lonely.
00:01:51.000 just like heaven jump in the middle All right.
00:02:22.000 Some fun music for you.
00:02:23.000 Great for riding your bicycle.
00:02:26.000 I was listening to music on my motorcycle on Sunday.
00:02:29.000 I went on a drive with an old cop buddy who smokes.
00:02:32.000 I told you about him.
00:02:33.000 Yeah.
00:02:33.000 Smokes while he drives.
00:02:35.000 And I tried some different types of music.
00:02:37.000 I tried that Sebado song.
00:02:40.000 I thought, this is going to be awesome.
00:02:41.000 But I don't know.
00:02:43.000 The motorcycle is loud and it gets really tinny and trebly.
00:02:46.000 Sebadeau does not lend themselves to motorcycle rides.
00:02:48.000 You know who does, though?
00:02:49.000 The Clash.
00:02:50.000 Wow.
00:02:51.000 You put them on Random Shuffle, Shuffle Play on Spotify.
00:02:56.000 And there's so much variety with The Clash that sometimes you're ripping down like the early Clash, Clamp Down or something.
00:03:02.000 Oh, no, the first album.
00:03:04.000 I forget what song it was, but something from their debut album, their Epinemous debut.
00:03:09.000 And then sometimes it's like, I know, I've got a friend who's a friend.
00:03:12.000 You just take it easy for a little while.
00:03:15.000 Great motorcycle hang.
00:03:20.000 You start sort of weaving on the road.
00:03:27.000 Anyway, today's a very important day.
00:03:30.000 A club I founded that I was pushed out from by law enforcement, basically.
00:03:36.000 The FBI, CIA, the powers that be, the NYPD, the DA, the Attorney General.
00:03:46.000 It looked like they were trying to frame these guys as a gang.
00:03:48.000 Now, a gang has a leader.
00:03:50.000 My legal team said, if you quit and make it clear you won't associate with them, then this gang doesn't have a leader and they're less of a gang.
00:03:58.000 It helped.
00:03:59.000 It helped weaken the charges.
00:04:01.000 Out of the 10 who arrested, the NYC9 were actually 10.
00:04:04.000 Out of the 10 who arrested, seven got away with really simple community service, five days community service.
00:04:09.000 Almost like the Antifa guys who beat the crap out of a citizen journalist and stole his stuff.
00:04:15.000 They got away with probation.
00:04:17.000 However, the final three seem to be taking the brunt of the hit, and the trial started today.
00:04:22.000 And the New York Times has already started their media bias calling Antifa anti-fascists.
00:04:28.000 This is as Trump is considering making them a terror organization.
00:04:34.000 And they are considered a terror organization in many parts of the world.
00:04:39.000 And I don't know, like that article, Colin Moynihan, we'll talk about him more in detail.
00:04:43.000 But in this article, they talk about Antifa throwing a plastic bottle.
00:04:47.000 I touched the bottles they were throwing.
00:04:49.000 They were glass.
00:04:50.000 But it's amazing that anyone would fall for a plastic bottle.
00:04:53.000 Has anyone ever thrown a plastic bottle at anyone?
00:04:56.000 I could whip a plastic bottle at you as hard as I could.
00:04:58.000 I think it would just annoy you.
00:05:00.000 Full, even full.
00:05:02.000 If I whipped a plastic bottle at you from here, it would bounce off your head and you'd go, ah, dude.
00:05:05.000 I'd probably just giggle.
00:05:08.000 Glass bottle can smash, cut you, and then spread the ink contents, which were urine.
00:05:13.000 I saw this with my own eyes.
00:05:14.000 So did the guy driving my car.
00:05:16.000 We both touched it.
00:05:16.000 We both looked at it.
00:05:17.000 It was a bottle of Siroc, P. Diddy's liquor.
00:05:20.000 It was about this big.
00:05:23.000 Stop calling it a plastic bottle.
00:05:26.000 Anyway, three of them are on trial.
00:05:28.000 Very serious charges, which we'll get into.
00:05:31.000 But I discovered that it is possible that my old show, The Gavin McInnes Show, may be used in court.
00:05:39.000 And I've seen the specific quotes, 10 of them, that might be used.
00:05:45.000 I'm going to bore you with a very in-depth look at all these quotes.
00:05:50.000 And the big picture in all of them is I've never advocated random violence.
00:05:56.000 I've only advocated self-defense.
00:05:58.000 And that's a sin in Clown World, thanks to Trump derangement syndrome.
00:06:04.000 The left can say, Hillary Clinton, almost the president of the United States, can say, we are not civil.
00:06:10.000 By the way, Antifa, when they vandalized the venue where I did the talk, they put that same thing on the door.
00:06:15.000 We are not civil.
00:06:18.000 What's his name?
00:06:18.000 Tim Kaine?
00:06:20.000 Whose son is in Antifa can say, we need to fight in the streets.
00:06:26.000 We've got Keith Ellis holding the Antifa handbook.
00:06:29.000 We have Maxine Waters saying, make sure they never feel safe.
00:06:32.000 We have Eric Holder saying, when they go low, we kick them.
00:06:37.000 Punch a Nazi is common vernacular among the left, and Nazi means anyone who supports Trump.
00:06:43.000 So that's normal dialogue for them.
00:06:45.000 When we say fight back, they cut out the word back and say, he said fight.
00:06:50.000 He's violent.
00:06:52.000 That's the world we're living in right now.
00:06:54.000 And I'll never forget the most ominous moment where this became clear to me, and I hope the rest of America, the most stultifying, jaw-dropping, mouth-agog moment of this phenomenon was when a woman, I forget what it was, ABC News or something, she's interviewing the Covington Catholic School kids.
00:07:15.000 And he said, all I did was stand there.
00:07:17.000 And she goes, don't you think that's a bit aggressive to stand your ground?
00:07:22.000 What?
00:07:24.000 Don't you think that's a bit aggressive to stand your ground?
00:07:26.000 That's why I dedicated this entire episode to the 10 quotes that might be used against the Proud Boys that I said on my old show.
00:07:34.000 Not to mention that's a violation of free speech.
00:07:37.000 And not to mention the show was a comedy show on a shock jocks network.
00:07:42.000 This is Anthony Cumia of Opi and Anthony.
00:07:44.000 We had prostitutes on the show, homeless people, strippers.
00:07:48.000 The tone was always clearly comical.
00:07:50.000 At one point, I'm in drag as I'm saying these horrible things.
00:07:54.000 So it's not someone, it's not Fred Phelps screaming, God hates fags.
00:07:58.000 This is a guy joking around.
00:08:02.000 But what do we get in the news today?
00:08:04.000 Can you pass the newspaper over there?
00:08:05.000 We should just cover this.
00:08:07.000 Speaking of the narrative, the shooter said, I'm really angry.
00:08:14.000 Right?
00:08:15.000 And the press is trying to make it a white power thing because he said he hates mixed race people.
00:08:21.000 He is a mixed race person.
00:08:22.000 You know who else he said he hated, which the press has totally ignored?
00:08:25.000 Again, with the censorship, you say fight back and they take out the back.
00:08:29.000 He also said he hated white Twats.
00:08:31.000 Matisos, which means people of mixed race, but usually means white and Mexican.
00:08:35.000 Matisos and white Twats, he said he hated.
00:08:38.000 He is a Matizo.
00:08:40.000 He's Arab, Iranian, and white, Italian.
00:08:45.000 So this guy was obviously a self-hating suicidal lunatic who chose a gun-free zone to go out in a blaze of glory.
00:08:51.000 But the press has to push and make it all about this imminent hate that's just looming everywhere.
00:09:00.000 Same with this trial that started today, that they're a hate group.
00:09:03.000 Hates everywhere.
00:09:04.000 To defend yourself is a hate group.
00:09:07.000 And to see the way that this court, this trial goes is going to be a great indication of how bad things are in this country.
00:09:14.000 If a man goes to jail for six decades for defending himself, it's because he hates Trump.
00:09:20.000 I mean, it's because he loves Trump.
00:09:22.000 Sorry.
00:09:22.000 Let me rephrase it.
00:09:24.000 If a Trump supporter goes to jail for six decades just because he defended himself, we are no longer living in a clown world.
00:09:31.000 We're living in a Soviet dictatorship, and we are in big trouble.
00:09:36.000 So I'm going to pull my computer onto the screen here because there's too many details to remember with these 10 quotes, and we're just going to go through them.
00:09:43.000 I hope this isn't too tedious for you.
00:09:45.000 I hope it's not too pedantic, but please see this as indicative of a much bigger picture here, where we are under the scrutiny of a microscope that is so intense that it's burning us like ants, while the rest of the world can damage us with impunity.
00:10:02.000 What if you've got to lose and no license to do it?
00:10:05.000 I guess I got what it takes.
00:10:12.000 Far-right proud boys go on trial, but anti-fascists are boycotting.
00:10:18.000 You know something's wrong when Antifa are called anti-fascists.
00:10:21.000 You can tell where the writer is going with that.
00:10:24.000 Four victims have not cooperated with the authorities and are not even known to prosecutors.
00:10:29.000 And then they show a picture of some innocent child on the street who was probably just trying to go get groceries, getting beaten by a hate group.
00:10:39.000 In October 2018, members of the far-right group, the Proud Boys, and anti-fascist protesters.
00:10:45.000 God, that is so annoying to read.
00:10:47.000 Anti-fascist protesters.
00:10:50.000 Okay.
00:10:51.000 Battled in, go up a bit.
00:10:53.000 Battled in the street on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
00:10:56.000 Scroll up.
00:10:58.000 The videos that emerged from an Upper East Side event in October showed a disturbing scene.
00:11:02.000 About a dozen men connected to a far-right group called the Proud Boys, at least they don't call it a hate group, surrounding and striking a smaller group of protesters believed to be self-described anti-fascists.
00:11:13.000 Ten members and associates of the Proud Boys, which the Southern Poverty Law Center called a hate group, no mention of me suing the Southern Poverty Law Center for allegations such as that, were arrested as a result of the altercation.
00:11:27.000 And this week, two are going to trial.
00:11:29.000 I believe it's three.
00:11:30.000 Who's that writer?
00:11:31.000 Always check the writer.
00:11:32.000 Go up.
00:11:34.000 Go up.
00:11:35.000 Colin.
00:11:36.000 Shea Horse.
00:11:37.000 Colin Moynihan.
00:11:38.000 That sounds familiar.
00:11:39.000 Look him up.
00:11:40.000 Colin Moynihan.
00:11:41.000 I think he's written anti-Proud Boy stuff before.
00:11:45.000 I think he's a hunk.
00:11:48.000 He's an anti-Proud Boy hunk.
00:11:52.000 Let's see.
00:11:54.000 Let's see him.
00:11:55.000 Yep.
00:11:55.000 Writer New York Times.
00:11:56.000 Yes.
00:11:57.000 He's written about Proud Boys before.
00:11:59.000 What a cock he is.
00:12:01.000 Look at him.
00:12:02.000 In fact, I think if you go to Official Proud Boys, you'll see an article called F-U-N-Y-T.
00:12:09.000 Scroll down there.
00:12:14.000 Keep going.
00:12:16.000 Load more.
00:12:17.000 This is a good site to get the truth.
00:12:19.000 And by the way, let's take Proud Boys out of this as a thing.
00:12:25.000 There we go.
00:12:27.000 Click on that.
00:12:28.000 Yeah.
00:12:29.000 The guy on the left is Colin Moynihan.
00:12:32.000 So he's been after Proud Boys for a while now.
00:12:36.000 And that article discusses a mistake Colin Moynihan made.
00:12:40.000 Maybe you can research that while I blather on.
00:12:42.000 I should warn you folks, I'm obviously a part of this trial.
00:12:46.000 And my show, I've just heard through the grapevine that my show might be subpoenaed.
00:12:52.000 My old show, the Gavin McInnes show, as some sort of impetus for this crime.
00:12:58.000 The crime, of course, is not that the hate group randomly chose people to kick the crap out of, it's that Antifa, not anti-fascists, but people who claim to be anti-fascist, ambushed these people, as the police press conference made clear.
00:13:16.000 And it's also worth noting the incredible violence that was going on all night while we were inside doing my comedy show, which was a celebration of Otaya Yamaguchi, the anti-socialist activist who killed himself after killing the head of the Japanese Socialist Party.
00:13:31.000 Just before they charged, this is proof they started the fight, they saw Antifa assemble and stop in front of them.
00:13:38.000 And allegedly said, you're ready.
00:13:40.000 Yeah.
00:13:40.000 What's the matter with saying you're ready when someone jumps on you?
00:13:43.000 The third video, filmed by a man who was with the Proud Boy, shows Mr. Hare and others after the fight exulting about smashing the head of a foreigner.
00:13:50.000 That's the same author.
00:13:52.000 Can you switch my monitor here?
00:13:56.000 This is a perfect example of the kind of reporting that's going on about this case.
00:14:00.000 Max, the guy on trial, who's facing 60 years in prison, by the way, said there was fucking four of them.
00:14:06.000 And the press, like this incompetent Colin Moynihan, keeps saying he was a fucking foreigner.
00:14:12.000 There are no foreigners in Antifa.
00:14:14.000 They are all rich white kids.
00:14:16.000 Nobody has ever said, those damn foreigner Antifas, that's never come out of a mouth.
00:14:22.000 They're not foreigners.
00:14:25.000 And it was not a plastic bottle.
00:14:27.000 It was a glass bottle.
00:14:28.000 Anyway, let me rewind a little bit here because, you know, the end of Lenny Bruce's career when he was charged for profanity and he would sit there with the court docs going through them all and he bored everyone to tears.
00:14:39.000 So I'm at risk of doing that to you today.
00:14:41.000 But I think this is devoid of politics.
00:14:44.000 This is a good example of free speech in America and how things can get twisted.
00:14:50.000 On the night of October 12th, I did a talk.
00:14:52.000 It was a funny talk.
00:14:53.000 People outside were screaming, follow your leader, nine millimeter, calling everyone at the, all the attendees, Hitler, and saying you should assassinate yourself like he did.
00:15:04.000 By the way, the attendees were multiracial.
00:15:06.000 There was Jewish people, gay people.
00:15:08.000 The protesters were pretty much exclusively white males.
00:15:12.000 So we were the diverse ones.
00:15:14.000 But they were throwing bottles of urine, glass bottles of urine.
00:15:17.000 They attacked one journalist and were arrested for it.
00:15:21.000 They beat him up and stole his stuff.
00:15:23.000 All three of those, no, four of those, Kai, Russell, I forget all their names, but all four of those Antifa got off with probation.
00:15:30.000 Boom.
00:15:31.000 Their trial was done in a second.
00:15:33.000 Okay?
00:15:36.000 This trial is looking very serious.
00:15:38.000 Max is looking at three felonies, maximum 20 years each.
00:15:41.000 That's 60 years in prison after being threatened all night.
00:15:46.000 The reason anti-fascists are boycotting is because they know they started the fight.
00:15:52.000 They told the police to go fuck themselves.
00:15:54.000 They said, fuck you, pig, after the police said, do you want to file a report?
00:15:57.000 So we have a crime here with no victim, which is like a murder with nobody.
00:16:02.000 And it's very rare that anything, any kind of assault goes to court without a victim existing.
00:16:09.000 In fact, not only do you need a victim existing, you need a hospital report, proof of assault.
00:16:15.000 This has none of that.
00:16:17.000 All it really has is the DNC bigwigs, like Cuomo and de Blasio and the Attorney General, wanting this as a feather in their cap.
00:16:24.000 They want to show that it's not the left that's unhinged, it's the right.
00:16:28.000 And this happened right before the midterms, and it was weaponized and politicized to show that Trump's America is a dangerous place.
00:16:38.000 This is all a lie.
00:16:40.000 Anyway, what was leaked to me was some quotes they may want to use in the trial.
00:16:48.000 And I was going through them all, and I noticed there was three major problems with all of these examples.
00:16:56.000 One, they ignored the jokes.
00:16:59.000 Two, the context was ignored.
00:17:01.000 And three, the transcriptions themselves are rife with errors.
00:17:04.000 I know that sounds boring.
00:17:06.000 If you're not into this case, you don't care about Proud Boys.
00:17:08.000 That's fine, but this is our justice system.
00:17:11.000 You shouldn't have three major errors with every piece of evidence.
00:17:14.000 It makes you wonder about false imprisonment.
00:17:17.000 It makes you wonder who else had shoddy evidence when they were sentenced.
00:17:26.000 Now, I don't know if this is going to be used in court.
00:17:29.000 I hope not.
00:17:30.000 I can't see how it would be.
00:17:32.000 But it's worth examining.
00:17:37.000 I may be subpoenaed.
00:17:38.000 I may be brought in.
00:17:39.000 So I don't know how this court case will unfold.
00:17:41.000 My guts says that they can't use this.
00:17:45.000 Surely they can't.
00:17:47.000 It's using a guy's comedy show as evidence in an assault.
00:17:51.000 Isn't that a violation of free speech?
00:17:53.000 Now we don't joke around in a comedy show?
00:17:56.000 Yeah, but you were serious.
00:17:59.000 Sort of.
00:18:00.000 I mean, the veracity, the seriousness of a quote is all about what's around it or how the person's dressed.
00:18:09.000 In one of these quotes, I'm in drag.
00:18:11.000 So this is hardly a man banging on a pulpit.
00:18:14.000 So let me just go through those three mistakes.
00:18:17.000 One, the joke.
00:18:18.000 When these things were said, before and after, there'd be some sort of hilarious banter.
00:18:24.000 So that takes the acerbic nature of these quotes and sweetens them a little bit.
00:18:32.000 So it's less serious when this joke's before and after.
00:18:36.000 Two, the context.
00:18:38.000 If I say something like Chokatrani, that sounds terrible.
00:18:41.000 It sounds like I'm saying go up and just choke a tranny.
00:18:43.000 And I think that's how they're trying to portray these guys as people who are just wandering the streets.
00:18:48.000 No, the actually go back to that NYPD press conference thing that was in the Colin Moynihan.
00:18:55.000 I say the timing there, right?
00:18:57.000 Go up a little bit above that.
00:18:59.000 318.
00:18:59.000 318.
00:19:00.000 So go to 318 of that, and he clearly says an ambush.
00:19:04.000 I was so happy seeing this, too.
00:19:05.000 Well, apparently it didn't take a long time on the protest side.
00:19:10.000 What we believe occurred is as the individuals came out of the club, went to the corner of Park and went south, six individuals circled the block and came 82nd Street, Lex to Park to try to intercept the group that was being escorted south on Park Avenue.
00:19:27.000 Again, the group of Proud Boys.
00:19:29.000 So let me just scroll up a bit above that.
00:19:31.000 I transcribe it.
00:19:33.000 Or they transcribe it.
00:19:37.000 Six individuals and Tifa circled the block and came 82nd and Lex to Park to try to intercept the group, Proud Boys, that was being escorted south on Park Avenue.
00:19:46.000 Here's another little thing, too, without getting too Lenny Brucey.
00:19:49.000 The police were escorting these guys.
00:19:51.000 Aren't they the responsibility of the police?
00:19:54.000 Like when you see a daycare walking kids around, they're all holding that rope.
00:19:58.000 If one of the kids gets in a fight or vanishes, it's the responsibility of the daycare.
00:20:03.000 The police were monitoring this group and taking them to the train to send them home.
00:20:08.000 And that group got attacked.
00:20:10.000 There's some culpability with the MIPD here, I'm afraid.
00:20:14.000 Okay, so context is relevant.
00:20:18.000 And then the transcriptions, you're going to see mistakes in the transcriptions.
00:20:24.000 So first quote, episode 240.
00:20:28.000 Can you pull that up?
00:20:32.000 Time is 9.56 around there.
00:20:34.000 Yep.
00:20:36.000 And I would like any anti-fa, any of these fucking dumb social justice warriors, to know that if you show up to cause trouble, you will get it back tenfold.
00:20:46.000 If you show up to harass anyone, we will harass you into oblivion.
00:20:51.000 If you show up and you want to fight anyone, well, that's just a gift from up above because we will fucking break your nose.
00:20:59.000 And we won't just break your nose.
00:21:01.000 We will collapse your eye socket.
00:21:03.000 The only thing that I'm not sure of is how we will do it.
00:21:07.000 I have a few ideas.
00:21:08.000 Maybe I'll do a left hook and then go straight for the face.
00:21:10.000 It will be like fun.
00:21:11.000 We'll try out new moves.
00:21:12.000 You know those bodies you get at the boxing gym that are just a torso with a head and he has no arms and you can try out stuff on him?
00:21:20.000 That's the kind of fighting it will be.
00:21:21.000 It will just be like, ooh, what about this?
00:21:23.000 What about a kick to the head?
00:21:24.000 And then I punch you on your way down.
00:21:27.000 Okay.
00:21:28.000 It will be fun.
00:21:28.000 Just pause.
00:21:29.000 Oh, not pause.
00:21:30.000 Stop.
00:21:30.000 That's it.
00:21:31.000 By the way, here's another scary thing about court.
00:21:34.000 It's wrong to do jump cuts, right?
00:21:35.000 Where I say, these Antifa, they're coming here.
00:21:38.000 They have bricks.
00:21:40.000 They have bear mace.
00:21:41.000 We need to kill them.
00:21:43.000 You could just show as two separate clips.
00:21:45.000 So you're not false editing.
00:21:47.000 You're not jump cutting anything.
00:21:48.000 You could show as two separate clips.
00:21:50.000 These Antifa, they're coming here.
00:21:52.000 And then that's one piece of evidence.
00:21:54.000 And then second, we need to fuck them up.
00:21:56.000 We need to kill them.
00:21:57.000 And you take out the bricks and the bear mace and all that stuff.
00:22:00.000 So that quote looks pretty bad.
00:22:03.000 And I could see a jury seeing that and going, oh, I get it.
00:22:06.000 It's a violent hate group that likes to fight all the time.
00:22:09.000 Well, they like to fight back, but they don't like to fight per se.
00:22:14.000 Now, first, let me just say the joke part of that.
00:22:17.000 Right before I said that, immediately before, I was talking about the election and Trump hadn't won yet.
00:22:25.000 And I was saying, if Hillary wins, we should go on a sex strike and we should send sexy pictures of ourselves to our wives saying, this is what you're missing, and call it a hashtag.
00:22:36.000 And then have us like in short shorts covered in suds or oil.
00:22:40.000 And we should do a sexy calendar called This Is What You're Missing and dress super like fireman calendar sexy.
00:22:47.000 I'm not very good at being sexy, but you get the idea.
00:22:50.000 So that was the comedic intro to that.
00:22:53.000 So that's the tone.
00:22:54.000 The tone was funny.
00:22:55.000 So that's the joke part.
00:22:56.000 Number two, context.
00:22:58.000 I wasn't just talking randomly about fighting people.
00:23:00.000 We had rented a bar called the Gaslight, which is now closed down, for election night.
00:23:06.000 We planned a huge party and TIFO were sending us death threats.
00:23:10.000 They said they were going to come to the venue and destroy it and attack us.
00:23:16.000 So we had armed security.
00:23:18.000 We spent a fortune on security for that night.
00:23:21.000 And what I was saying to these people who were going to come there is, don't come.
00:23:26.000 You will get beat up.
00:23:27.000 We don't want trouble.
00:23:30.000 The subtext that isn't covered in any of these things is leave us alone.
00:23:35.000 Don't tread on me.
00:23:36.000 That kept coming up again and again.
00:23:38.000 Not we're going to come find you.
00:23:40.000 I've never said that ever.
00:23:42.000 We don't go to their things.
00:23:43.000 They would come to our things.
00:23:45.000 So that's a crucial piece of context.
00:23:48.000 And then third, I'm going through the transcription and it says, I would like any Antifa, any of these fucking dumb social justice whores, right?
00:23:59.000 I didn't say whores.
00:24:00.000 I said warriors.
00:24:02.000 That's a big difference.
00:24:03.000 Social justice warriors are a very particular type of group.
00:24:06.000 This is a group that advocates violence, that wants to come and get you, that doxes you, that gets you fired, that wants to punch a Nazi, that brings weapons to rallies.
00:24:15.000 That's a social justice warrior.
00:24:17.000 When I say social justice whore, especially if the jury isn't familiar with the vernacular, they think I just mean some dumb bitch who likes justice.
00:24:28.000 So the reason I'm talking about this isn't just to talk about Proud Boys or my show.
00:24:34.000 It's to talk about how things can be misconstrued in a court of law.
00:24:38.000 It makes me very uneasy that a man could go to prison for 60 years when there's a typo in a transcription.
00:24:45.000 All right, let's go to the next one.
00:24:47.000 Number two.
00:24:49.000 Oh, episode 171.
00:24:50.000 Sorry.
00:24:52.000 We will kill you.
00:24:53.000 That's the proud boys in a nutshell.
00:24:55.000 We will kill you.
00:24:56.000 We look nice.
00:24:57.000 We seem soft.
00:24:58.000 We have boys in our name.
00:24:59.000 But like Bill the Butcher and the Bowery boys, we will assassinate you.
00:25:03.000 I was with this kid, this punk, Jake the Punk, we called him.
00:25:07.000 That's the full quote.
00:25:09.000 All right.
00:25:10.000 One.
00:25:11.000 Joke.
00:25:12.000 Before this quote, I was talking about a funny story wherein Sid Vicious went up to Paul Weller from the jam and Sid said, oi, I'm going to fucking destroy you.
00:25:22.000 And Paul said, why?
00:25:23.000 And he said, because you accused us of stealing Holiday in the sun from the jam song in the city.
00:25:30.000 And Paul Weller just goes, and knocks out Sid, who was there to take out Paul Weller.
00:25:36.000 And then Sid crawls back to his bodyguard and says, he explained the story.
00:25:40.000 And this bodyguard goes, but Sid, you did steal that song from Paul Weller.
00:25:48.000 So the context, that's part two now.
00:25:51.000 The context is I'm saying, we walk softly and carry a big stick.
00:25:55.000 If you come up to us looking to knock us out for something that you're guilty of, you'll get knocked Out.
00:26:00.000 So it's a warning to discourage violence.
00:26:03.000 It's saying, please don't mess with us.
00:26:05.000 You know, when you see like a genuine, tough guy, and he's like, it would mean so much to me if you would just apologize to that girl.
00:26:11.000 I don't want any trouble.
00:26:12.000 That's who we are.
00:26:13.000 We don't want any trouble.
00:26:14.000 Please don't pick a fight with me because you'll lose.
00:26:16.000 Like Tommy Robinson saying that refugee in Italy, Mike, step back, step back.
00:26:20.000 It's going to be two hits.
00:26:21.000 Me hitting you, you hitting the floor.
00:26:22.000 Please don't, don't.
00:26:23.000 And the guy just kept coming at him and he got knocked out.
00:26:28.000 Now here's number three, the transcription.
00:26:31.000 We will kill you.
00:26:33.000 That's the Proud Boys in a nutshell.
00:26:35.000 I didn't say that.
00:26:36.000 I said, he will kill you.
00:26:38.000 I was talking about Paul Weller.
00:26:40.000 And I was saying that like him, you shouldn't mess with us.
00:26:46.000 Paul Weller will kill you.
00:26:47.000 Now, Paul Weller didn't kill anyone.
00:26:49.000 He just knocked Sid Vicious down to the ground.
00:26:51.000 So I'm clearly being hyperbolic.
00:26:54.000 I'm saying kill in that context is Sid Vicious.
00:26:57.000 Oh, there's Tommy Robinson begging the guy after begging the guy to leave him alone.
00:27:04.000 All right.
00:27:05.000 Number three.
00:27:07.000 And this is episode 130.
00:27:14.000 You sound like an idiot.
00:27:14.000 How is he racist?
00:27:15.000 How is he racist?
00:27:16.000 Yeah, how do you race racist things?
00:27:19.000 Are you sure you're 1437?
00:27:21.000 I used to box at a gym called Church Street Boxing Gym here in New York, and they had a huge motto, and it was on their t-shirts too.
00:27:28.000 Fighting solves everything.
00:27:32.000 We need more violence from the Trump people.
00:27:37.000 Trump supporters.
00:27:38.000 Choke a motherfucker.
00:27:41.000 Choke a bitch.
00:27:43.000 Choke a tranny.
00:27:45.000 Keep your fingers around the windpipe.
00:27:47.000 So that's used against me quite a bit, that choke a tranny, choke-a-tranny line.
00:27:51.000 First of all, they just start in the transcript for that quote, they just start with fighting solves everything.
00:27:57.000 They cut out the part where I say it's a saying at my gym.
00:28:00.000 Now, this has come up quite a bit, even in the SPLC and the ADL stuff, where I keep saying fighting solves everything.
00:28:05.000 It's a sign of how bourgeois you are, if you're not familiar with that saying.
00:28:09.000 It's a very common blue-collar saying.
00:28:11.000 It's in every boxing gym.
00:28:13.000 It's also sold as t-shirts.
00:28:15.000 It's not, I didn't come up with fighting solves everything.
00:28:19.000 It's common vernacular.
00:28:21.000 And I think the bourgeoisie haven't heard it before.
00:28:23.000 So they think I'm out there saying, fight, fight, fight.
00:28:27.000 I am saying fight, fight, fight, but I'm saying fight back, fight back, fight back.
00:28:30.000 Now, that brings us to number two, the context.
00:28:33.000 Go back to that clip.
00:28:35.000 I'm talking about this guy who was spitting in Trump supporters' faces.
00:28:42.000 And then the Trump supporters.
00:28:45.000 Yeah, that's the guy.
00:28:46.000 But I think if you go back to the show, they'll show the clip.
00:28:49.000 So it's 130, right?
00:28:51.000 Yep.
00:28:54.000 So go back to 1437.
00:28:56.000 And if you go back a little before that, yeah, you'll see the clip I'm talking about.
00:29:00.000 Major detail to be left out.
00:29:05.000 You see that guy with the bandana on?
00:29:07.000 This is what happens when you give women unlimited power.
00:29:11.000 They become cunts.
00:29:12.000 There was the...
00:29:18.000 That was the second time you went back to the video.
00:29:19.000 There we go.
00:29:22.000 Oh, you just missed it.
00:29:24.000 It's a little bit before that.
00:29:26.000 So this guy's just about to happen.
00:29:32.000 We get our faces spit on and hope we use the right pronoun when responding.
00:29:38.000 Are you not going to.
00:29:40.000 Have we missed it again?
00:29:45.000 Talking with people from the Star Wars bar?
00:29:50.000 Did you shoot him?
00:29:51.000 He says, You haven't done your research.
00:29:53.000 How does he react to that?
00:29:54.000 Trying to discuss the facts.
00:29:56.000 There we go.
00:29:57.000 Wow.
00:29:58.000 That's what I was talking about.
00:29:59.000 And then keep showing it.
00:30:00.000 Keep showing it.
00:30:05.000 Punch a woman.
00:30:07.000 Punch a woman.
00:30:08.000 Okay, that.
00:30:09.000 That's what he's saying.
00:30:10.000 Punch a woman.
00:30:11.000 Major piece of context there.
00:30:14.000 So he's spitting in Trump supporters' faces, and then he says, I'm a tranny.
00:30:17.000 You can't punch a woman.
00:30:18.000 You can't punch a woman.
00:30:19.000 My response to that was, choke a tranny.
00:30:21.000 Choke a bitch.
00:30:22.000 This guy clearly isn't a tranny.
00:30:24.000 He's using it as a point.
00:30:25.000 I'm saying, don't fall for that boy.
00:30:27.000 Put your fingers around his windpipe.
00:30:28.000 Someone spits in your face.
00:30:29.000 You should fight back.
00:30:30.000 But instead, they were just saying, police, police, security, security.
00:30:34.000 Wasting a cop's time, by the way.
00:30:36.000 Pretty big context.
00:30:38.000 But let me just stick to my joke context transcription thing.
00:30:41.000 One, joke.
00:30:41.000 Right before that, I was talking about MAGA hats and how stupid they look and how they're so puffy on the top.
00:30:47.000 And you look like a train conductor who sells chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream.
00:30:52.000 That's the tone.
00:30:54.000 The context is spitting on the Trump supporters.
00:30:57.000 And then the transcription, this isn't really a mistric transcription, but fighting solves everything is a common saying, as I used to explain.
00:31:05.000 But the reason that's relevant in the transcription is they left out the part, as I just said, sorry to repeat myself, but they left out the part where I said, at my boxing gym, there's this saying.
00:31:14.000 And in the transcription, they make it look like me.
00:31:17.000 There's no way they can use these in court.
00:31:21.000 If this is used in court in any capacity, we have a serious problem with our justice.
00:31:26.000 Besides full exoneration.
00:31:29.000 Yeah, if those guys don't get full exoneration, even if they get a month, even if they get a month of weekends, we are living in a society where someone can ambush you.
00:31:41.000 And if you fight back and the powers that be don't like your politics, then you're done.
00:31:48.000 You know, I was talking to someone who's friends with Ted Nugent this morning, and he said, Ted had apparently said to him, back when I was pro-NRA, Republican, meat eater, I would still play these massive arenas and make, I was making $15 million a year, I think he said, something crazy like that.
00:32:04.000 As much as Jake Paul.
00:32:06.000 Now, since Trump, there's only two major tour organizers, whatever you call them, promoters.
00:32:13.000 There's only two major promotion companies that handle concerts at that level.
00:32:16.000 And they've boycotted him because of Trump.
00:32:19.000 So now he can just play like city-owned local arenas and do, you know, five nights in a row or something trying to get the money up.
00:32:28.000 So you can be whatever you Want on the right, but as soon as you like Trump, the whole system is coming down on you, and you will face 60 years for defending yourself.
00:32:38.000 And they apparently will use anything they can to persecute you.
00:32:42.000 So, this is from the same episode.
00:32:44.000 This is 2036, episode 130.
00:32:48.000 The right is Pussy Town, USA.
00:32:49.000 USA.
00:32:56.000 Hips and you went into my arm for, you know, a couple hours.
00:33:01.000 No bruise.
00:33:02.000 It's hard to bruise people unless you bruise easy, which Michelle Fields must.
00:33:07.000 Anyway, we're not going to get back into that.
00:33:09.000 But my point is that the right is Pussytown USA.
00:33:14.000 They are all wimps.
00:33:17.000 And that's why I keep hate them.
00:33:21.000 That's why we need Trump, because the GOP are the FAGs.
00:33:27.000 They've never done drugs.
00:33:28.000 They've never been in a fight.
00:33:29.000 Look, you're not a man unless you've beaten the shit out of someone, had the shit beaten out of you, broken a heart, and had your heart broken.
00:33:37.000 Okay, that's the bare minimum.
00:33:39.000 Again, just to jump ahead to transcription, that's a common saying.
00:33:44.000 I didn't invent that saying.
00:33:45.000 That's the same as fighting solves everything.
00:33:47.000 And speaking of context, that's now number two.
00:33:52.000 I was still talking about that tranny and how that guy got his face spat on and called for security.
00:33:58.000 That's the pussytown USA I was talking about.
00:34:01.000 And then one, to get to the joke, right before that, before I was talking about Michelle Fields, I was talking about nerds and groupies and how Neil deGrasse Tyson is a nerd, despite how cool and black he is.
00:34:15.000 In his soul, he's a nerd.
00:34:17.000 And he was getting groupies and he couldn't handle it.
00:34:20.000 And that's when he starts acting like this pompous asshole.
00:34:23.000 And I juxtaposed that with Vince Neal, who has probably been cool since he was like 12.
00:34:28.000 So when he gets groupies in Motley Crew, he's totally cool with it and understands the context.
00:34:31.000 So I was juxtaposing groupies versus nerds, groupies and cool guys.
00:34:36.000 We're not talking about a pulpit here with God hates bags type of a thing.
00:34:42.000 So let's go to the next one, episode 253.
00:34:50.000 I always thought, what's our fourth degree?
00:34:52.000 Maybe we'll never have one.
00:34:53.000 Maybe there'll be a secret elite group.
00:34:55.000 That sounds gay, too.
00:34:57.000 And then I realized it's being physically assaulted for the cause.
00:35:05.000 Getting arrested, getting in a fight.
00:35:09.000 Now, the fight has to be an organized fight.
00:35:11.000 Not just getting in a fight.
00:35:13.000 So it has to be something.
00:35:14.000 So this is me saying that the fourth degree for the Proud Boys is getting assaulted.
00:35:19.000 This one looks pretty bad.
00:35:21.000 But you know what I was just thinking when I was watching this?
00:35:23.000 That show ran for a total of 700 hours.
00:35:26.000 Did the DA watch 700 hours?
00:35:29.000 They've only been talking about getting these clips very recently.
00:35:33.000 So I think there's two possibilities here.
00:35:35.000 One, they called Vic Berger after seeing his tape, his sizzle reel of the worst of the Gavin McInnes show.
00:35:42.000 And they said, where'd you get these clips from?
00:35:43.000 We can't use you because you edit things out of context.
00:35:46.000 But we'd like you to tell us where you got these clips from so we can show the originals.
00:35:52.000 So Vic Berger supplied them with that.
00:35:54.000 The second possibility is the group that I have a quarter million dollars raised to fight back against.
00:35:59.000 That's the Southern Poverty Law Center.
00:36:01.000 And they provided these.
00:36:03.000 So you wonder why I'm mad at a Twitter comedian and some silly group that deems people a hate group.
00:36:11.000 Well, they try to put people in prison for 60 years.
00:36:14.000 So they're not harmless.
00:36:16.000 They're actually very dangerous.
00:36:17.000 Their lies and deception are very dangerous.
00:36:20.000 Now, you'll notice in that quote I said being assaulted for the cause.
00:36:26.000 And I was talking about wearing a MAGA hat.
00:36:33.000 This is after a friend of ours got bottled in the face.
00:36:35.000 He's since gone insane, by the way, got bottled in the face for wearing a MAGA hat.
00:36:38.000 And I was saying, you need some sort of like nomenclature, some sort of consolation prize.
00:36:44.000 Or our buddy Levi, who stood too close to Evat Falarka and was tackled by the police and whisked away.
00:36:50.000 He didn't do anything.
00:36:51.000 He gets the consolation prize of the fourth degree.
00:36:54.000 And then I thought, uh-oh, people are going to start thinking I'm saying, go out and fight Antifa and your prize is the fourth degree.
00:37:01.000 So, this is two years ago, I put up a thing saying some clarification on the fourth degree.
00:37:07.000 And I made it clearly that the fourth degree is for someone who has endured a major conflict related to the cause.
00:37:11.000 In the past, I've joked about kicking the crap out of Antifa.
00:37:15.000 This obviously doesn't mean you go to someone's house or even pick a fight with one at a rally.
00:37:20.000 If you do such a thing, that's 100% on you and has nothing to do with the group's tenets.
00:37:25.000 It's about defending yourself.
00:37:27.000 We don't start fights, we finish them.
00:37:28.000 Fourth degree is a consolation prize for being thrust into a shitty situation.
00:37:37.000 Wait a minute.
00:37:38.000 Yeah, okay, we're going to get to the next one in a second here.
00:37:41.000 And if you look at the Proud Boys, just like the Knights of Columbus or the Shriners, they have bylaws.
00:37:47.000 And those have been published.
00:37:49.000 Those mention the fourth degree and say the fourth degree of initiation is purely honorary in nature.
00:37:53.000 it symbolizes a formal recognition of a material sacrifice or service by a brother.
00:37:57.000 So the funny thing...
00:38:03.000 The funny thing about all of this evidence and saying it's my show that made them do this is this group does have a long, detailed set of rules.
00:38:14.000 Go back to that.
00:38:15.000 It goes on and on.
00:38:16.000 I haven't even read it.
00:38:18.000 It goes on and on and on describing the rules in the chapter and it talks about how no hate, no random violence.
00:38:24.000 If you think one race is superior to another, you're not invited.
00:38:29.000 No random violence, no hate, basically.
00:38:31.000 It's made explicitly clear.
00:38:36.000 Oh, here's another thing, too.
00:38:37.000 So third point, the transcription on that fourth degree rant I did, I said, in the transcripts, it says, what's our fourth degree?
00:38:47.000 I realized it's being physically assaulted for the cause.
00:38:49.000 Now, first of all, that sounds pretty good to me because it says assaulted, not assaulting.
00:38:54.000 But they left out some major sentences that show that this Isn't a big serious thing.
00:39:01.000 It says, What's our fourth degree?
00:39:02.000 Maybe we'll never have one.
00:39:04.000 Maybe there's a secret elite group.
00:39:06.000 That sounds gay too.
00:39:08.000 And then I realized, and then they put that, they left out the maybe we'll never have one, and maybe there's a, it's an elite group.
00:39:15.000 So this is clearly not stuff that's set in stone.
00:39:19.000 All right, let's go to the next one.
00:39:20.000 I believe it's the same episode.
00:39:22.000 Yeah, it's an intuitive.
00:39:23.000 Now, this guy, this is crucial here, and a major detail they're leaving out.
00:39:27.000 They're trying to portray this guy as the first fourth degree, and he's in there because he assaulted a Puerto Rican woman.
00:39:32.000 Okay, that's what they're pushing.
00:39:34.000 And you know, there's going to be a Puerto Rican person in the jury.
00:39:36.000 We're in New York City.
00:39:37.000 And you know they're going to hear, wait a minute, this group gives you a prize for assaulting a Puerto Rican woman.
00:39:42.000 What about my sister?
00:39:43.000 What about my mother?
00:39:44.000 I mean, that's the end of the trial right there.
00:39:46.000 Max is on his way to prison.
00:39:47.000 Here's what really happened.
00:39:49.000 On the election night, remember the election night I said, don't show up.
00:39:53.000 Don't try to wreck it or you're going to get arrested.
00:39:55.000 There's going to be trouble.
00:39:57.000 That guy and his girlfriend were there waiting to get inside, right?
00:40:02.000 This Puerto Rican woman showed up.
00:40:04.000 And I'm sorry to say what her background is, but it just gives more color to the painting.
00:40:11.000 Show him.
00:40:12.000 This guy and his girlfriend are waiting in line.
00:40:14.000 They're wearing MAGA hats.
00:40:16.000 And this woman starts screaming at him, calling him racist for supporting Trump.
00:40:20.000 And then she starts throwing glasses that are smashing because there was an outdoor patio.
00:40:25.000 She's grabbing glasses off the patio, whipping at him and his girlfriend.
00:40:28.000 These glasses are smashing.
00:40:30.000 They're hitting them in the head.
00:40:31.000 So he, to stop her, he shoves her.
00:40:34.000 This guy, his girlfriend, and the Puerto Rican lady get arrested and thrown into the tombs in New York City, which is one of the worst places you can ever go.
00:40:43.000 It's a holding cell.
00:40:44.000 They're there overnight.
00:40:45.000 They missed the whole election party.
00:40:48.000 They find out that Trump's president from hearing a radio outside the jail, I believe, or maybe one of the corrections officers told them.
00:40:56.000 And that was, and he missed one of the greatest parties of the year.
00:40:59.000 We were all wearing Hawaiian shirts, and everyone picked me up and were carrying me after he won, and we're all screaming and playing Andrew WK and pouring beer on each other.
00:41:08.000 It was probably the best night of my life.
00:41:10.000 And this guy missed that because he shoved a woman who was trying to rip his face apart with broken glass.
00:41:17.000 So that's the beginning of the night where I didn't think Trump was going to win.
00:41:21.000 And I was saying, if Hillary wins, we have to keep fighting.
00:41:24.000 Go more towards the end.
00:41:25.000 So this is the party that guy missed.
00:41:34.000 Is that when we found out he won?
00:41:35.000 The next president of the United States, and I just tweeted that the American media was eaten by a monster that its dishonesty created.
00:41:45.000 We are the champions!
00:41:50.000 There's a video of you crowdsurfing somewhere.
00:41:52.000 Find it.
00:41:52.000 Yeah, they picked me up.
00:41:53.000 Yeah, yeah, it's right here.
00:41:56.000 So that's what he missed.
00:41:57.000 So I said, oh, Jesus.
00:41:58.000 Okay, well, you're fourth degree.
00:42:00.000 Not because he shoved a woman, obviously, but because he missed out on a thing due to all this bullshit, clown world, Trump derangement syndrome we lived in.
00:42:10.000 I think I'm saying we won, we won there.
00:42:13.000 I can't remember if I've already been picked up yet.
00:42:16.000 That's the party he missed.
00:42:16.000 I don't know.
00:42:18.000 It ruled.
00:42:19.000 God, it was fun.
00:42:21.000 That was where the day.
00:42:22.000 Little did we know that we were about to be treated like second-class citizens for the next eight years.
00:42:31.000 All right.
00:42:36.000 So that's the fourth degree.
00:42:37.000 I've already explained that one, so we can jump ahead.
00:42:41.000 Oh, and when I interview that guy, I say, congratulations on being the first fourth degree.
00:42:45.000 And then they cut out the part where I say, I didn't even know it existed.
00:42:48.000 Can you take us through what happened that night?
00:42:50.000 Oh, and then I say, here's an interesting part.
00:42:53.000 So in that interview, I say, so what happened?
00:42:55.000 Some Puerto Rican bitch was being a psycho and you punched her and grabbed her pussy?
00:42:58.000 And he goes, yeah, that's pretty much it.
00:43:00.000 I was going to grab a pack of smokes.
00:43:01.000 And I read that and went, yeesh.
00:43:04.000 And then I watched the interview and I said, when I see the tone, I'm obviously joking and saying a crazy situation.
00:43:13.000 You know what's funny?
00:43:14.000 This is the situation that ended up being potentially legally damning.
00:43:19.000 So to exaggerate and to say people lie about it, as I said, so what happened to some Puerto Rican bitch was being a psycho and you punched her and grabbed her pussy?
00:43:26.000 I said, that's going to be the narrative.
00:43:28.000 And here it is, potentially in court as the narrative.
00:43:31.000 So the transcription says he goes, yeah, that's pretty much it.
00:43:34.000 I was going to grab a pack of smokes.
00:43:35.000 But then you watch the actual interview and he says, yeah, that's pretty much it.
00:43:40.000 Then we laugh.
00:43:41.000 Then he goes, no, I was going to grab a pack of smokes.
00:43:44.000 They left out the no.
00:43:47.000 Now, the no in this context is an abbreviation of no, but seriously, folks.
00:43:53.000 Exactly.
00:43:54.000 And to leave it out is morally wrong.
00:44:01.000 All right.
00:44:02.000 We're almost done here.
00:44:03.000 I know this is going a lot longer than you thought.
00:44:05.000 So we got that one done.
00:44:06.000 I've left out a ton of stuff.
00:44:08.000 You want to hit the clip?
00:44:09.000 About that.
00:44:10.000 Sure.
00:44:11.000 How are you, sir?
00:44:12.000 Pretty good.
00:44:13.000 How are you?
00:44:14.000 Good.
00:44:15.000 Congratulations on being the first fourth degree Proud Boy.
00:44:20.000 Thank you.
00:44:21.000 It's an incredible achievement here.
00:44:23.000 I didn't even know it existed.
00:44:24.000 It didn't exist yesterday, day, but we started it tonight, and you're it.
00:44:30.000 That's awesome.
00:44:31.000 So can you just take us through what happened that night?
00:44:34.000 Some Puerto Rican bitch was being a psycho and you punched her, you grabbed her pussy?
00:44:39.000 Yeah, that's pretty much it.
00:44:40.000 That's the long and short.
00:44:42.000 No, I was going to grab a pack of smokes.
00:44:45.000 See?
00:44:46.000 Did you hear that?
00:44:46.000 Wow.
00:44:47.000 No.
00:44:47.000 Yeah, that's pretty much it.
00:44:48.000 No.
00:44:49.000 I was going to grab a pack of smokes.
00:44:52.000 Yeah, that's a common thing.
00:44:53.000 So what did you do today?
00:44:54.000 You just chop some guys' heads off and you're a psycho-murderer.
00:44:57.000 Yeah, that's pretty much happening.
00:44:59.000 So I went over to buy some smokes, but the jury wouldn't be hearing that.
00:45:04.000 And you could, without doing jump cuts, you could show that and then stop.
00:45:11.000 Like, you could stop it.
00:45:12.000 Yeah, that's pretty much it.
00:45:13.000 Then you could stop the interview.
00:45:15.000 And now it's guys joking about punching random Puerto Rican women in the vagina.
00:45:20.000 You could take a boxing match and the last punch that knocks the guy out and be like, in one punch, this guy got knocked out.
00:45:25.000 Yeah.
00:45:26.000 All right, go to episode 292 where I'm talking about Milo at Berkeley.
00:45:33.000 And then you go, well, what about last night?
00:45:37.000 Did anything happen last night?
00:45:38.000 Yes.
00:45:39.000 Milo Yiannopoulos went to go do a talk at Berkeley.
00:45:44.000 Berkeley, the eye of the storm, the eye of the stupid storm.
00:45:49.000 And there were riots.
00:45:51.000 And these fucking antifa faggots, they're bringing bricks, they're bringing bear mace.
00:45:58.000 And the polls, in New York, very strict about poles.
00:46:00.000 They have to be cardboard tubes.
00:46:02.000 That's because a lot of these violent cocksuckers use their flags as weapons.
00:46:08.000 They use, and in Berkeley, I guess they don't have this rule.
00:46:11.000 They were using steel flagpoles.
00:46:13.000 And then skateboards and other things.
00:46:16.000 And just sheer numbers.
00:46:18.000 Right?
00:46:18.000 And you can see, when you see footage of these attacks, you see them sort of like hyenas.
00:46:23.000 Like they're at bay, you know, waiting, waiting.
00:46:26.000 And then one will jump in and then they all jump in.
00:46:30.000 So what did Proud Boys do?
00:46:32.000 They gathered up a team of 14 miscreants.
00:46:38.000 So the transcription for that, what you just saw, was Milo Iiannopoulos went to do a talk at Berkeley.
00:46:45.000 Then there's the dot, dot, dot to show you removed a part, which they didn't always do.
00:46:49.000 Sometimes there's no dot dot dot.
00:46:51.000 It's just a period in the next sentence.
00:46:53.000 Now, I don't know how that would appear in court, but that is, if not just negligent, it's downright malicious.
00:47:00.000 You need to have dot dot dot to show you're missing something.
00:47:04.000 But even sometimes the dot dot dot shows malicious negligence because they wrote, the transcription for that was Mileynopoulos went to do a talk at Berkeley and there are these Antifa faggots.
00:47:15.000 So what did Proud Boys do?
00:47:17.000 Now after faggots, there's just a period.
00:47:19.000 There's no dot dot dot.
00:47:21.000 And it says, so what did Proud Boys do?
00:47:23.000 What is the, so that's without a dot dot dot.
00:47:25.000 Do you understand?
00:47:26.000 And what's the part they cut out with no, with without showing they cut it out?
00:47:30.000 The part where I said, they're bringing bricks, they're bringing base mace, bear mace, and the poles.
00:47:36.000 That whole thing about the poles was cut out.
00:47:39.000 And here's what's more.
00:47:40.000 I wasn't joking before this started.
00:47:42.000 So this is one of the few ones that's not ensconced in jokes.
00:47:44.000 But right before this, I was talking about a proud boy who had been knocked unconscious with a steel flagpole.
00:47:50.000 And then they were beating him after.
00:47:53.000 And I said, they're bludgeoning these guys.
00:47:58.000 And when I said they are bludgeoning, the transcript here makes it look like I'm saying proud boys are bludgeoning people.
00:48:03.000 No, Antifa was bludgeoning people.
00:48:05.000 Again, the context is extreme violence.
00:48:09.000 Extreme violence is going on all over the country.
00:48:12.000 When you say, oh, wherever Proud Boys go, violence seems to follow.
00:48:16.000 I don't think you've been to a Ben Shapiro talk or a Jordan Peterson talk or Ann Coulter talk.
00:48:23.000 There's violence already there.
00:48:25.000 Proud Boys just went to make sure Ann can do her talk.
00:48:28.000 They don't start fights.
00:48:29.000 They finish them.
00:48:32.000 So that story, and this would probably never make it to the jury, that whole story was about Milo trying to do a talk at Berkeley.
00:48:42.000 Not only was the talk shut down, but Berkeley was almost completely destroyed.
00:48:46.000 There was window smash, fires all over campus, and virtually no arrests.
00:48:51.000 The police were told to stand down.
00:48:53.000 And Prowboys went there because they wanted to see Milo talk.
00:48:57.000 It's not random violence.
00:48:59.000 They're bringing bricks.
00:49:00.000 Bricks.
00:49:01.000 I can't say the word bricks.
00:49:02.000 They're knocking out a guy and then hitting him after he's down.
00:49:06.000 You know what?
00:49:06.000 That's a perfect picture you just showed, Ryan.
00:49:09.000 That's the context.
00:49:11.000 We didn't start that fire.
00:49:13.000 That fire was already there.
00:49:15.000 Is that our guys with the this is war sign?
00:49:18.000 No.
00:49:18.000 Oh, it is not.
00:49:20.000 It never is.
00:49:22.000 Yeah.
00:49:23.000 Conservatives don't carry signs that say this is war, and they don't dance around a fire with masks on.
00:49:29.000 That's right.
00:49:30.000 We're almost done here.
00:49:32.000 This is, I think, from the same episode.
00:49:37.000 Yeah, actually, this one isn't.
00:49:39.000 I've already explained it, but play it anyway.
00:49:42.000 Lord knows how these quotes would have been framed.
00:49:45.000 Bear mace on the ground.
00:49:47.000 So when you're on the ground, they're spraying with bear mace.
00:49:49.000 That's the other thing, too.
00:49:50.000 Guys, when you see these people, if anyone shows up and says, are you a proud boy or are you pro-Trump?
00:49:58.000 Or if you're wearing a MAGA hat, as Sal is right now, Sal's in the studio, folks.
00:50:03.000 If you're wearing a MAGA hat and some guy with a slightly punk demeanor comes up to you and says, hey, are you Sal or are you pro-Trump?
00:50:11.000 Choke him.
00:50:13.000 Trust your instincts.
00:50:15.000 Okay, just pause.
00:50:16.000 Don't give him a fucking chance.
00:50:18.000 That's a major, major detail.
00:50:21.000 And that was, by the way, before Sal went off the deep end when he was still normal.
00:50:28.000 I'm talking about a riot.
00:50:31.000 I'm talking about Milo at Berkeley.
00:50:34.000 And I'm saying if these people come up to you and they say, are you a proud boy or something?
00:50:38.000 They're about to smash your head in because they were smashing people's heads in.
00:50:42.000 They were bear macing people.
00:50:44.000 They were kicking people when they were down.
00:50:47.000 They were smashing people who were unconscious.
00:50:50.000 So in that crucial context, choke them.
00:50:56.000 In a riot where you're getting the shit kicked out of you because people are trying to kill you.
00:51:01.000 I obviously don't mean in a restaurant.
00:51:03.000 I obviously don't mean walking down the street.
00:51:05.000 Hi, how's it going?
00:51:06.000 Are you Gavin?
00:51:09.000 What am I, Darth Vader?
00:51:12.000 So to remove the context of a riot is a pretty large detail.
00:51:18.000 All right, we're almost done.
00:51:21.000 One and a half left.
00:51:23.000 You know what?
00:51:26.000 This is the same thing.
00:51:27.000 They're quoting from the same episode.
00:51:30.000 It's also 292?
00:51:31.000 This is 2835, so I believe...
00:51:36.000 So what's this one now?
00:51:39.000 Look at this guy.
00:51:40.000 Just pause.
00:51:40.000 Sorry.
00:51:41.000 Pause.
00:51:42.000 He's facing a mob that is 200 plus.
00:51:47.000 He's with one other dude.
00:51:49.000 This is getting a little tedious for the viewers at home.
00:51:52.000 I was just impressed with that guy taking on a mob of 200 people.
00:51:55.000 Now, the prosecution might try to say, see, he wants them to go attack 200 people.
00:52:01.000 But I obviously don't mean that.
00:52:03.000 I'm just impressed with that guy's bravery, which anyone would be.
00:52:05.000 He's standing in front of a mob that wants to kill him and he says, I thought you guys were tough or something.
00:52:09.000 Isn't that interesting?
00:52:11.000 But here's the other thing I was thinking about this whole case.
00:52:14.000 Say these guys were all in the KKK and they got ambushed and fought back.
00:52:18.000 The law says that they're innocent.
00:52:20.000 Sorry, I don't like their beliefs.
00:52:22.000 I don't like racists, but racists are allowed to defend themselves in America.
00:52:27.000 You got to take the crunchy with the smooth, I suppose.
00:52:30.000 But these guys are not racist.
00:52:32.000 And in fact, of the three facing trial, one of them isn't even white.
00:52:36.000 And two of them, not the final three, but two of the 10 who are accused are married to black women with black kids.
00:52:43.000 I wonder if that's going to come up in court.
00:52:44.000 I hope it does.
00:52:45.000 Because if we're playing this petty with the jury and saying assaulted a Puerto Rican woman, I assume we can show black spouses and black children whose father isn't making any money because he has to go to court to defend his hate, which doesn't exist.
00:53:01.000 So yeah, in that last one, I was just impressed with that guy's bravery.
00:53:07.000 Oh, and here's the problem with transcription for that last one.
00:53:09.000 I said he's facing a mob that is 200 plus.
00:53:12.000 He's with one other dude.
00:53:13.000 And not only is he facing a mob, okay, they did include a dot, dot, dot that time.
00:53:18.000 I would say about half the time they show the dot dot dot and half the time it doesn't.
00:53:22.000 It's not included.
00:53:23.000 I actually don't think that was malicious.
00:53:25.000 I think it's just ineptitude.
00:53:27.000 But you can't afford to be inept when you're talking about putting a man in a cage for decades.
00:53:32.000 You got to be real thorough.
00:53:35.000 This is more important than any high school assignment.
00:53:38.000 So don't dole it out to some law intern.
00:53:41.000 I'm not saying they did.
00:53:42.000 It just looks like that.
00:53:43.000 So this one got a dot, dot, dot.
00:53:45.000 So he's facing a mob.
00:53:46.000 He's with one other dude.
00:53:47.000 And not only is he facing a mob, all right?
00:53:48.000 That's what the transcription said.
00:53:50.000 Here's what I said.
00:53:51.000 He's facing a mob that is 200 plus.
00:53:53.000 He's with one other dude.
00:53:54.000 This is cut out.
00:53:55.000 Who eventually gets knocked unconscious from a brick.
00:53:59.000 No, from a four by four.
00:54:01.000 That's cut out.
00:54:03.000 And then I go, and not only is he facing a mob, pretty big deal to say I'm talking about people who are knocked unconscious.
00:54:10.000 Like, I'm not going up to random strangers and saying, hey, you, fight him.
00:54:13.000 I'm saying this someone who's getting knocked unconscious.
00:54:15.000 You got to fight back.
00:54:16.000 You're going to die.
00:54:18.000 They do a lot to try to wash the image of Antifa.
00:54:24.000 I know.
00:54:24.000 Well, look at the New York Times headline today.
00:54:26.000 Anti-fascists.
00:54:28.000 Dang.
00:54:28.000 And they say it looks like a grim scene.
00:54:31.000 They don't mention once in that New York Times article that they were ambushed.
00:54:34.000 And this is the same writer who thinks there was fucking four of them is they were fucking foreigners.
00:54:43.000 The New York Times has just gone downhill.
00:54:46.000 All right, this is the last quote.
00:54:49.000 It's fun to punch these kids because they've never been punched before.
00:54:52.000 That sounds pretty bad.
00:54:53.000 I hope you show what I'm wearing when I'm saying this hate speech.
00:54:58.000 This is the guy you have to be scared of.
00:55:00.000 I was on Malzberg Newsmax yesterday, and he goes, I go, it's fun to punch these kids because they've never been punched before.
00:55:06.000 So they fall on their ass and they look like Indiana Jones.
00:55:10.000 I was watching Indiana Jones last night.
00:55:11.000 Remember that bald dude when he's trying to get into the newspaper?
00:55:14.000 This is your hate monger.
00:55:15.000 He keeps punching him and Indiana Jones.
00:55:16.000 The guy's so huge.
00:55:17.000 Indiana Jones is like bonk on his ass after every punch.
00:55:20.000 And that's what it's like with them.
00:55:22.000 And then Malzberg goes, you're not advocating violence, are you?
00:55:24.000 And I go, I absolutely am.
00:55:28.000 In fact, I'm mad at you for not advocating it in the past.
00:55:31.000 It's a wonderful, effective thing.
00:55:33.000 Fighting solves everything.
00:55:35.000 You should have punched Decker in the face.
00:55:37.000 You should have decked Decker.
00:55:38.000 I mean, I had a small window.
00:55:41.000 Again, it is morally wrong to portray these quotes as me condoning random violence.
00:55:48.000 In that case, I was talking about NYU, where we went there.
00:55:52.000 I was pepper sprayed in the face, like this close.
00:55:55.000 I don't know if you've ever had pepper sprayed that close to your eyes.
00:55:57.000 It's a wake-up call.
00:55:59.000 And I didn't know it was pepper.
00:56:01.000 You know, I thought it might have been, it felt like acid burning my face off.
00:56:05.000 It was that painful.
00:56:06.000 And I'll tell you what, when I was washing my eyes out and I felt the first sort of pepper taste on my tongue, I just went, thank God.
00:56:13.000 Thank God I haven't been permanently disfigured because this obviously is my bread and butter.
00:56:18.000 Imagine this gorgeous visage being like this.
00:56:20.000 Imagine watching the show like this from now on.
00:56:23.000 Hey guys, so I'm sorry I advocated for violence.
00:56:26.000 It won't do it again.
00:56:28.000 In every single case of these 10 quotes I just read, I am saying fight back.
00:56:36.000 You can't edit out the back and just leave in the fight.
00:56:40.000 You can't talk about this altercation that happened on October 12th and pretend they weren't reacting to an ambush that included a glass bottle of urine being thrown at them.
00:56:50.000 The same glass bottle that was being thrown, the same type of glass bottle that was being thrown at attendees, multiracial Jews and Christian and atheists and gays, thrown at them all night long as they screamed outside, follow your leader, nine millimeter, and no more Nazis, kill all Nazis.
00:57:11.000 They were chanting for conservatives to die for no reason other than they supported Trump.
00:57:17.000 I've done talks to the Manhattan Republican Club before.
00:57:20.000 Nothing like that, even remotely like that.
00:57:22.000 No one cared.
00:57:23.000 No one showed up.
00:57:24.000 Yet for this one, just before the midterms, windows were smashed and a note is left.
00:57:28.000 It says, we are not civil.
00:57:29.000 This is only the beginning.
00:57:32.000 Then after being dispersed by the police, they come around the corner, ambush some guys who fought back.
00:57:37.000 I think the crime here is fought back too enthusiastically, which I didn't know was a crime.
00:57:42.000 And now they're facing decades in prison.
00:57:45.000 And it my show may contribute to that if it is weaponized and taken out of context.
00:57:52.000 That's not America.
00:57:53.000 That's not free speech.
00:57:55.000 That is Soviet Russia.
00:58:06.000 Is that too boring?
00:58:07.000 No.
00:58:08.000 Is that too Lenny Bruce?
00:58:09.000 Because I remember I used to watch, I went through, used to watch, he was dead when I started getting into him, but I would go through all his stuff religiously.
00:58:16.000 And then when I saw him talking about the trial and getting into the details, I just went, click, I'm done with Lenny Bruce.
00:58:22.000 What are you wearing?
00:58:23.000 Like a...
00:58:27.000 You're at work.
00:58:29.000 You're at work.
00:58:31.000 I look pale, but I'm not that.
00:58:33.000 you're on a TV show, right?
00:58:35.000 Imagine on Tucker Carlson, they turned to the engineer and he was dressed like a gay sleepover.
00:58:40.000 I look like an entire sleepover, yeah, bunch of guys there smoking joints and licking each other's toes.
00:58:46.000 Oh, fuck, yeah, sign me up.
00:58:50.000 I'm not gay, I just want to go to gay sleepovers.
00:58:53.000 Yeah, um, all right, we're out of sleep, we're out of time, but uh, I just wanted to show these two videos where we end.
00:59:00.000 I want a Rolex, so if anyone out there is looking to buy me a gift, I like the all-gold and black one.
00:59:06.000 I think it's called the Mariner.
00:59:07.000 It's about $26,000 to $30,000.
00:59:10.000 I wouldn't hate it if it just arrived as a present.
00:59:12.000 I am too cheap to do that, but so I just think about it all the time.
00:59:16.000 It's like my dad.
00:59:17.000 He said he always wanted a Jaguar, but he doesn't want a Jaguar.
00:59:20.000 I don't want any silver on it, folks at home.
00:59:22.000 No.
00:59:24.000 Yeah, but no bling.
00:59:26.000 I don't want diamonds on it.
00:59:28.000 If I make an insane amount of money with FreeSpeech.tv, I'm going to start buying shows.
00:59:34.000 I'd like to get like Milo's own show, Joe Biggs, maybe Roger Stone.
00:59:38.000 Wouldn't that be cool?
00:59:39.000 But if all that money is still cleared, I'm going to buy myself a Rolex.
00:59:44.000 Nice.
00:59:45.000 I want one.
00:59:46.000 It's the dumbest thing.
00:59:47.000 Well, it's actually not dumb because you can sell them the next day or in a year for the same amount of money.
00:59:52.000 So it's really just like a savings account.
00:59:54.000 It's not that stupid.
00:59:55.000 It's not like a Ferrari where the money just plummets the next day.
00:59:59.000 They say you're not buying yourself a Rolex.
01:00:00.000 You're buying your grandkid a Rolex and your grandkids grandkids.
01:00:05.000 I can't believe you wore that on.
01:00:07.000 Look at how I'm dressed.
01:00:11.000 All right.
01:00:12.000 What are we talking about here?
01:00:14.000 We're doing Alex Jones today.
01:00:17.000 Sorry, we did Alex Jones.
01:00:19.000 And we're doing him tonight.
01:00:20.000 After the election, we're going to be on InfoWars discussing our take on it.
01:00:24.000 Again, I can't.
01:00:24.000 After the debates, not election.
01:00:26.000 After the debates, sorry.
01:00:27.000 And we should announce, too, the Thursday show where we do a vidcast of the podcast.
01:00:31.000 It's getting too complicated.
01:00:32.000 We're just going to call that a different show.
01:00:34.000 That's Get Off My Lawn Live.
01:00:36.000 So there's been about four now, Get Off My Lawn Lives.
01:00:38.000 Five.
01:00:39.000 Yep.
01:00:39.000 Five.
01:00:40.000 This will be the sixth.
01:00:40.000 So this Thursday will be the sixth Get Off My Lawn Live, different show than this.
01:00:46.000 Okay?
01:00:47.000 And the audio podcast without being simultaneously vidcast.
01:00:50.000 I don't think I'll do that anymore.
01:00:52.000 So it'll just be the audio, wherever you could find the podcast.
01:00:55.000 Previously, it will just be the audio version of the live show.
01:00:58.000 Now, the best thing about a Rolex is it's certified and you can go and it has a lifetime guarantee.
01:01:03.000 So stealing one, that's not part of the fun.
01:01:07.000 And I remember the FDNY, they stole Rolexes.
01:01:11.000 This is one of the worst things about the FDNY.
01:01:12.000 They must be deeply ashamed of this.
01:01:14.000 And I heard, I've spoken to cops who caught them doing it.
01:01:17.000 As the towers had been hit, there was firemen stealing Rolex watches.
01:01:22.000 No.
01:01:23.000 I don't want to trivialize their bravery.
01:01:25.000 Their bravery was incredible that day and they saved hundreds of lives.
01:01:27.000 But a few bad apples stole some Rolexes.
01:01:31.000 But then you can't, it doesn't have a warranty.
01:01:33.000 You can't give it to your kid.
01:01:35.000 It might as well be a fake one at that point because it has to always be hidden.
01:01:38.000 But we've got some guys on mopeds who in Britain...
01:01:43.000 Oh, no, no.
01:01:44.000 Sorry.
01:01:45.000 Where was this?
01:01:48.000 This is two soccer stars who were jumped.
01:01:50.000 Where were they?
01:01:51.000 North London?
01:01:52.000 North London.
01:01:53.000 This has got to be refugees.
01:01:55.000 This has to be a Muslim gang.
01:01:58.000 Come on.
01:02:00.000 Yeah.
01:02:01.000 They're sped off to a Turkish restaurant.
01:02:04.000 Looks pretty Muslim, doesn't it?
01:02:06.000 Okay, but go back.
01:02:07.000 So this is the fight.
01:02:08.000 They show up.
01:02:10.000 They ambush these two soccer players and they pull a knife on them.
01:02:14.000 And the whole time they're yelling, give me your watch.
01:02:17.000 Boy, he's a very jumpy fighter, isn't he?
01:02:19.000 Play that again.
01:02:20.000 Boing, boing, boing, boing.
01:02:21.000 Give me the watch.
01:02:22.000 Boing, boing, boing, boing.
01:02:23.000 That's bad adrenaline control.
01:02:25.000 The boyfriend does that too.
01:02:27.000 They bounce.
01:02:28.000 The last thing you want to do is be bouncing in a fight.
01:02:30.000 You want to have your feet stationed.
01:02:31.000 So that reminded me of this other video going around of these guys who just were so stupid that they thought it never occurred to Rolex that someone would have the ability to smash glass.
01:02:44.000 Yeah, they have the technology to smash glass.
01:02:45.000 We're obviously going to have very thick glass at our store.
01:02:49.000 So they show up here and they start smashing at the windows.
01:02:55.000 It seemed like a well-planned smash and grab job.
01:02:59.000 No, it doesn't seem well-planned.
01:03:04.000 They got battle adrenaline control too.
01:03:06.000 Then Super Gran shows up.
01:03:08.000 Super Granny!
01:03:11.000 Look at this struggle.
01:03:12.000 And whack.
01:03:15.000 Whack.
01:03:18.000 That's the power of shame on you.
01:03:20.000 Yeah.
01:03:21.000 And they get so scared, they collapse.
01:03:25.000 It's amazing.
01:03:26.000 Very dangerous men out there with hammers.
01:03:28.000 And she's made a beeline for them and put them on.
01:03:31.000 Why are they running away?
01:03:32.000 Probably because they don't have dads and they were raised by their grannies.
01:03:36.000 That's one of our moms.
01:03:37.000 Let's go.
01:03:38.000 Someone's in trouble.
01:03:39.000 Is that your mom?
01:03:41.000 Look, and they see the gates going down anyway.
01:03:43.000 But the weird thing about this news piece is she, okay, so they all jumped on one of those guys after and caught him.
01:03:49.000 Nice.
01:03:50.000 And the news goes, can we talk to you?
01:03:51.000 And now, I don't know if this is a bunch of stupid thugs.
01:03:54.000 I don't know if it's some East London white gang.
01:03:55.000 I don't know if it's some Muslim gang.
01:03:57.000 But the odds are pretty high that these are very dangerous criminals.
01:04:00.000 But the news won't leave her alone.
01:04:03.000 And they keep trying to get an interview from her.
01:04:04.000 Look, they follow her.
01:04:05.000 Why don't you show where she lives?
01:04:07.000 I mean, I guess I'm doing it now, but why don't you show where she lives?
01:04:11.000 Jeez.
01:04:11.000 Jeez.
01:04:12.000 And they get her face on camera, too.
01:04:14.000 And Zoom.
