00:04:20.700 videos. According to the suits, Mr. Combs called these encounters freak-offs, which involved
00:04:26.380 costumes like masquerade masks and lingerie. They continued for years, taking place at high-end
00:04:33.400 hotels across the U.S. and in Mr. Combs' home. The suit says that he instructed Miss Ventura
00:04:38.860 to search the websites of escort services to procure male sex workers. Drugs were supplied
00:04:45.420 at these events, which Miss Ventura's suit said she took because they allowed her to disassociate
00:04:50.600 from these horrific encounters. According to the suit, Miss Ventura would delete videos from
00:04:55.020 these incidents that had been shot on her phone. But Mr. Combs told her he still had access to the
00:05:00.420 videos. And on a flight, once he made her watch a video, she thought she had deleted. Okay. I'm
00:05:05.920 going to keep reading, but I want to give you my thoughts so far. I mean, this is a pretty crazy
00:05:10.660 story, but I mean, I don't know how you can. All right, let's talk about coercing. Now, I understand
00:05:18.780 that women may do things we don't. Like at times, in order to go for a guy we want, we do things
00:05:24.920 that we don't want to do. But if my friend coerced me, coerced me into robbing a store,
00:05:31.300 am I not still accountable for robbing the store? I mean, I don't know how you can hook
00:05:35.220 up with male prostitutes for years and then blame it on him. Okay. In one example, the suit said that
00:05:44.520 during a freak off at a LA hotel in 2016, an intoxicated Mr. Combs punched Miss Ventura in the
00:05:52.080 face, giving her a black eye. He fell asleep and she tried to leave the room, but Mr. Combs woke up
00:05:56.540 and followed her into the hallway where he threw a glass vase at her, sending glass shattering through
00:06:02.180 the corridor. According to the court filings, the hotel security captured the incident, but the suit
00:06:07.260 said that Mr. Combs paid the hotel $50,000 for the footage. Wow. The court filings said that in 2018,
00:06:15.240 after Mr. Combs and Miss Ventura met for dinner, he forced himself into the apartment and he
00:06:21.080 raped her after she repeatedly said no and tried to push him away. After that, the suit says she
00:06:25.420 left him for good. Miss Ventura married Alex Fine, a personal trainer the following year,
00:06:29.620 and now has two young children. According to the complaint, her association with bad boy ended in
00:06:35.740 2019. Miss Ventura's case, like other recent SA lawsuits, is brought under the Adult Survivors Act,
00:06:42.680 a New York law that allows people who say they were victims of sexual abuse to file civil suits
00:06:47.920 after the statute of limitations has expired. The one-year window to bring cases under the law
00:06:53.520 ends next week. The law is cited in Miss Ventura's complaint in a statement she addressed with
00:07:00.860 importance. With the expiration of the New York Adult Survivors Act fast approaching, she said it
00:07:06.300 became clear that there's an opportunity to speak up about the trauma I have experienced
00:07:09.780 and I will be recovering from for the rest of my life. Now, I actually think this stuff probably
00:07:15.840 happened. The rape incident, I'm a little skeptical of, but I have no doubt that some of this weird
00:07:22.520 shit that they're talking about with the escorts. But my question is, at what point do we have some
00:07:28.160 responsibility for the things that we choose to do? And now, Diddy, I guess, settled with Cassie in less
