Summary

On today's show, we discuss the tragic shooting of Breonna Taylor, a mother of two, who was shot and killed by police in her own home. We also discuss the Governor's decision to veto a bill that would have put COVID positive patients in the same nursing homes as COVID negative patients. Finally, we take a look at CNN's version of the events surrounding the shooting, and why anyone who thinks this is due to racism is at fault.

00:00:12.000 a a
00:00:17.000 all cool
00:00:25.000 on up
00:00:32.000 up I'm
00:00:36.000 a you
00:00:42.000 From the very beginning, the governor was allowing COVID-positive patients to be placed in the same nursing home as COVID-negative patients.
00:00:50.000 Many in the legislature disagreed and went to work to try and change the policy.
00:00:54.000 But the governor now has vetoed it.
00:00:56.000 Governor Whitmer is still standing by her policy of placing COVID-positive patients in nursing homes with people who are COVID-negative.
00:01:04.000 There hasn't been one nursing home that has taken a COVID-19 patient that they didn't think that they were prepared to care for.
00:01:10.000 Across the state, nursing homes are not prepared with enough PPE.
00:01:14.000 I'd like to hear what data was relied on to pick nursing homes to bring in COVID patients,
00:01:21.000 to infect those that weren't infected, to kill those loved ones.
00:01:25.000 That's the end of the show.
00:01:52.000 That's a stressful sip.
00:01:57.000 Sorry that we started late.
00:01:58.000 We are still locked out of Facebook.
00:02:00.000 It can't stream there, so let everyone on Facebook know.
00:02:02.000 And YouTube wasn't working, but we got you!
00:02:04.000 We're always able to stream at Mug Club if one of the streams in the future does not work.
00:02:09.000 Also, Governor Whitmer, we're coming for you!
00:02:14.000 We're coming for you October 2nd!
00:02:15.000 We're gonna be in your backyard!
00:02:16.000 Technically, it's my backyard.
00:02:17.000 You're just visiting.
00:02:18.000 My half-Asian lawyer, Bill Richman, is here.
00:02:22.000 Speaking of which, foreshadowing.
00:02:24.000 Quarterback Garrett, how are you?
00:02:25.000 Hey, good morning.
00:02:26.000 What's going on?
00:02:26.000 Didn't have a heart attack there with the Facebook chat going on?
00:02:28.000 A little bit, a little bit.
00:02:28.000 I think he did, yeah.
00:02:29.000 Three or four at least.
00:02:30.000 That's very urban of you.
00:02:31.000 Audio Wade, Gerald A. Listen, no secret hero we'll be talking about.
00:02:35.000 We'll be talking about what's going on in Kentucky.
00:02:37.000 That's nice.
00:02:39.000 I would like to say that it's out of the norm nowadays, folks, but let's be honest.
00:02:44.000 And then we'll also be talking about Donald Trump, how he will not peaceably transfer power, is what the media is saying.
00:02:53.000 It's total bullshit!
00:02:55.000 And I have a question for you before we get to all of that.
00:03:00.000 Have you noticed now that almost every single time, not almost, every single time, the story that we get from the media on these Black Lives Matter, the police shootings, are verifiably false.
00:03:10.000 Just like every, you know what they parallel?
00:03:12.000 Every scandal with Donald Trump.
00:03:14.000 Russia!
00:03:15.000 Verifiably false.
00:03:16.000 Rapes!
00:03:16.000 Peen prostitutes!
00:03:17.000 All of it!
00:03:18.000 Exactly.
00:03:18.000 And the news media never covers the correct version.
00:03:21.000 Right.
00:03:22.000 Very well.
00:03:22.000 I like to cover the version that they want that will help with their talking points.
00:03:25.000 Yes.
00:03:26.000 Still no mention of Hunter Biden, by the way, on CNN.
00:03:28.000 We haven't watched him.
00:03:28.000 We have not mentioned it.
00:03:30.000 Apparently it's not a big deal to use the wife of the mayor of Moscow's $3.5 million for sex slaves.
00:03:37.000 I love Louisville, Kentucky.
00:03:39.000 I gave birth to my two children here.
00:03:40.000 I may die here.
00:03:41.000 Before we move on, let's look at CNN, what they're saying about Breonna Taylor in Kentucky.
00:03:45.000 Breonna Taylor.
00:03:59.000 Yes.
00:04:00.000 Is she wearing chains?
00:04:02.000 Is this really what we're doing now?
00:04:03.000 Wearing chains?
00:04:04.000 Oh, can you believe the... This is getting Carrot Top level.
00:04:09.000 If Parrot Top didn't understand the subject that he was covering.
00:04:15.000 Okay, let's get to Breonna Taylor and why about everything you know is wrong.
00:04:19.000 Let me be clear here.
00:04:21.000 I would consider this a tragedy because all around I wish that this hadn't happened.
00:04:26.000 Breonna Taylor should not have been shot.
00:04:29.000 Absolutely not.
00:04:30.000 Okay?
00:04:31.000 They shouldn't have been shooting through doors.
00:04:33.000 There was confusion.
00:04:33.000 But anyone who assumes that this is because of racism is an idiot.
00:04:37.000 All right?
00:04:37.000 Anyone who believes that Breonna Taylor was sleeping in her bed, no.
00:04:41.000 That the police came with a no-knock warrant, no.
00:04:43.000 And that they initiated the opening fire, no.
00:04:46.000 What happened was they knocked, announced themselves, said, hey, police.
00:04:49.000 Guy was shooting.
00:04:50.000 They tried to break through the door.
00:04:51.000 Return fire.
00:04:52.000 Breonna Taylor dead.
00:04:52.000 We'll get into the specifics.
00:04:53.000 But anyone who thinks that this tragedy is due to racism, it's blind fire!
00:05:02.000 Racist at that point.
00:05:04.000 So of course there have been protests.
00:05:05.000 I'm not going to say protests.
00:05:06.000 I'm going to say riots.
00:05:07.000 Riots.
00:05:07.000 That's what it was.
00:05:08.000 Thank you.
00:05:09.000 Riots.
00:05:09.000 He used to get on to me for that.
00:05:10.000 This lady knows with her Ghost Rider chain whip.
00:05:14.000 She took the chains off for this interview though.
00:05:15.000 It's good.
00:05:16.000 I'll put y'all back in chains.
00:05:17.000 They charged one of the officers, right?
00:05:19.000 of the three officers involved with they charged him with wanton endangerment because he he fired
00:05:24.000 his weapon and it put people at risk and they're saying well why didn't they just charge him for
00:05:28.000 murdering Breonna Taylor well because here's the thing they had a warrant for Breonna Taylor's
00:05:31.000 apartment or her townhouse apartment condo I'm not entirely sure don't fact check me on that
00:05:35.000 I believe it was an apartment her domicile I don't know if it was a sublet I would argue it's irrelevant
00:05:44.000 It might actually be irrelevant.
00:05:46.000 Erroneous, to use my half Chetum as a lawyer term.
00:05:50.000 So wanton endangerment is the charge, which, by the way, I've never heard of wanton endangerment used outside of wanton endangerment or wanton disregard.
00:05:57.000 It's not a word outside of those legal clauses.
00:05:59.000 No, no.
00:05:59.000 I did have to clarify with Gerald.
00:06:01.000 He thought we were talking about wontons, and that's just because he's racist.
00:06:04.000 That is true, he's racist.
00:06:05.000 Look, it was an honest mistake.
00:06:06.000 He's tall, white, and blonde.
00:06:08.000 My brother was grounded because he refused to eat wonton soup as a kid one time.
00:06:11.000 Really?
00:06:12.000 Was it a principle stand?
00:06:14.000 At the Westview Mall food court, he demanded to eat wonton soup because he had a friend who ate wonton soup, and they said, Jordan, we know that you don't like it.
00:06:20.000 He said, no, no, no, no, no, I want it.
00:06:21.000 Give it to me.
00:06:21.000 They said, if you don't eat it, we're going to ground you, and you won't be able to see All I Want for Christmas, which had the little drummer from That Thing You Do and Leslie Nielsen.
00:06:27.000 He said, no, I can't.
00:06:27.000 And then guess what?
00:06:28.000 He missed out on a cinematic masterpiece.
00:06:33.000 Hand to God, true story, cross my heart and hope to die!
00:06:38.000 So, this is what happened.
00:06:41.000 But then there were, of course, these riots.
00:06:44.000 Here's a montage to start you off and wet the palate.
00:06:51.000 That's a man protecting his shop.
00:06:56.000 I'm a great guy.
00:06:58.000 That white man protecting his shop.
00:07:01.000 Looks like a man of color.
00:07:05.000 Assaulting a car, swarming it.
00:07:07.000 There we go.
00:07:09.000 Oh, assaulting a car, swarming it.
00:07:16.000 Oh, there we go.
00:07:19.000 Oh, surprise and alarm!
00:07:24.000 That's a courthouse.
00:07:27.000 Yeah.
00:07:27.000 You can tell by the architecture.
00:07:29.000 The guy said burn it down.
00:07:30.000 He's just imitating Don Lemon.
00:07:32.000 Hey Chaz!
00:07:32.000 I've been there.
00:07:34.000 Look at this.
00:07:34.000 Look at this.
00:07:36.000 That's attempted murder.
00:07:37.000 Yep.
00:07:37.000 That's attempted murder.
00:07:38.000 That's a weapon.
00:07:40.000 And so is this next one.
00:07:42.000 As far as I'm concerned, this is attempted murder.
00:07:44.000 Oh yeah.
00:07:47.000 Yes.
00:07:47.000 There's like 10, 15 people right around that area.
00:07:50.000 Walking up and hitting an officer in the back of the head with a baseball bat and throwing a Molotov cocktail.
00:07:56.000 Keep in mind, there was no building he could have reached with his pussy arm.
00:08:00.000 So, we know he was aiming for people.
00:08:02.000 Also because he announced it.
00:08:04.000 So, you throw, effectively, homemade napalm, which is what you're trying to do, though you probably failed.
00:08:10.000 Get some Mohawk.
00:08:11.000 Get some Everclear.
00:08:12.000 Tito's won't cut it!
00:08:15.000 Throwing that into a crowd of people and hitting someone on the back of the head as hard as you can with a baseball bat, as far as I'm concerned, have we reached the level, especially when it happened to cops, attempted murder.
00:08:25.000 These people need to be locked up for a very long time.
00:08:27.000 Not saying that's the exact law, you can clarify, but that's what I would like to see if you hit an officer in the back of a head with a baseball bat.
00:08:35.000 Back of the head.
00:08:37.000 Could be a two-headed officer.
00:08:39.000 The Medusa officer is on leave.
00:08:41.000 On paid leave, which is also a problem.
00:08:44.000 Too many people turned to stone, but paid leave.
00:08:48.000 Can that be qualified as attempted murder?
00:08:49.000 Hitting someone in the back of the head as hard as you can?
00:08:50.000 Oh, no doubt.
00:08:51.000 So it's a combination of both the action that they're doing, but also the thing that they're using.
00:08:54.000 So if you swung a pool noodle, okay, you're not gonna get attempted murder.
00:08:58.000 You swing an aluminum Louisville slugger, yeah, absolutely.
00:09:02.000 Wait, I thought a Louisville slugger had to be wooden.
00:09:04.000 Man, I don't know.
00:09:05.000 Do I look like I play baseball?
00:09:06.000 It's a brand.
00:09:07.000 It's just a brand.
00:09:08.000 You know, by the way, hold on.
00:09:09.000 You know what the cop's crime was there?
00:09:11.000 It looks like he had fallen off of his bicycle because he hit like a little barrier.
00:09:14.000 Yeah.
00:09:15.000 It wasn't like he was fighting with protesters.
00:09:17.000 It didn't look like initially from what we saw.
00:09:18.000 So he just he fell down and like, oh, someone fell down.
00:09:21.000 Well, notice how he reacted to being almost decapitated.
00:09:27.000 Right.
00:09:27.000 He pulled out his gun and shot everyone.
00:09:30.000 Pulled out his pepper spray and ran for his life.
00:09:34.000 Which they also want to ban, by the way.
00:09:36.000 That's the hallmark of police brutality.
00:09:37.000 This is a department that's clearly racist to the core and deserving of burning an entire city.
00:09:42.000 Well, that's the hallmark of the KKK.
00:09:45.000 They walk back while using a defensive weapon like pepper spray.
00:09:49.000 You ever see when Robert Burr did his cross?
00:09:51.000 He wouldn't go so much burn across as he would ding dong ditch and run back.
00:09:56.000 No wonder they were angry about that.
00:09:57.000 People don't know their history because you all got fooled watching Roots.
00:10:02.000 Unaware.
00:10:03.000 All of this, and I want to go to your point here.
00:10:06.000 Again, two officers were shot.
00:10:08.000 In Louisville, okay.
00:10:10.000 And this is going to be the last week that we are selling these shirts at thelattertheclarishop.com for David Dorn.
00:10:15.000 It is open season on Officers LeBron James, the spineless, I don't want to use the word again, spineless vagina, who said he had no comment on the Los Angeles deputy ambush.
00:10:28.000 Really?
00:10:29.000 Really?
00:10:29.000 How about a comment on Jacob Blake's rape?
00:10:33.000 How about a comment on any of these crimes and felonies?
00:10:35.000 How about a comment on any of these acts of wanton disregard for the safety or lives of police officers out there?
00:10:42.000 And I'll talk about this more later.
00:10:43.000 Oh my, we don't cover enough.
00:10:44.000 I feel so bad for black police officers.
00:10:47.000 And you see them in all of these videos, by the way.
00:10:50.000 They are completely forgotten.
00:10:51.000 They are the most useless pawn for the media right now, so they give them no air time.
00:10:56.000 What must it be like right now?
00:10:58.000 I remember during the Detroit riots, my dad had a friend who was a police officer.
00:11:02.000 They had friends who were black police officers during the riots.
00:11:04.000 They had to go home in unmarked vehicles.
00:11:06.000 I can only imagine what's happening now.
00:11:08.000 Well, guess what?
00:11:09.000 Some people do appreciate you.
00:11:10.000 Your service is not completely unappreciated just by pricks like Don Lemon who talk about burning it down.
00:11:16.000 See, we can bridge the racial divide and he can attempt to bridge the sexuality divide.
00:11:20.000 I have no idea.
00:11:22.000 Whatever divide he wants.
00:11:22.000 He'll be about as successful as his show despite being in prime time.
00:11:26.000 This is the story that we were given, okay?
00:11:29.000 A no-knock warrant.
00:11:30.000 This is why we have the riots.
00:11:31.000 A no-knock warrant was issued.
00:11:34.000 Cops showed up.
00:11:35.000 Didn't knock.
00:11:36.000 Didn't avail their identity at all.
00:11:39.000 Didn't even tell.
00:11:40.000 Basically snuck in like they were the police bandits.
00:11:44.000 All the greats leave their calling card.
00:11:45.000 They do.
00:11:46.000 No-knock warrant that there were no drugs in the home, that Breonna Taylor had nothing to do with drugs, and that the cops randomly shot a black woman sleeping in her... effectively a sleeping bag.
00:11:55.000 She was having a sleepover.
00:11:56.000 That's how it was presented.
00:11:56.000 Now, let me break it down for you.
00:11:58.000 It wasn't a no-knock warrant, okay?
00:12:01.000 She wasn't sleeping, and the current boyfriend in the home with Breonna Taylor shot first, okay?
00:12:05.000 So they want you to think that it was a slumber party with just an officer coming in like commando, when really it was more like this.
00:12:16.000 It's the police, ma'am.
00:12:17.000 We've got a warrant.
00:12:21.000 I don't know any Warren.
00:12:22.000 No, no, it's... we have a warrant.
00:12:28.000 Warrant who?
00:12:32.000 No, no, ma'am, we're the police and we have a war...
00:12:36.000 And then I want to give some details.
00:12:43.000 I wanted to summarize that for you so you know that everything is wrong and then I'll explain to you why in case you think I'm like the Young Turks or Don Lemon where I don't provide any sources.
00:12:51.000 I've brought receipts.
00:12:52.000 Bill, I'm wondering why the anger is directed at the police right now.
00:12:56.000 I understand about the actual event that happened, right?
00:12:59.000 But when you take charges to a grand jury, and the grand jury comes back and says there's no evidence, shouldn't they be pissed at the people?
00:13:06.000 The people in the city, basically, that said, hey, we looked at all the evidence, and we can't bring any charges.
00:13:11.000 And by the way, we looked at all the evidence with no defense, basically, for anybody on the police force.
00:13:16.000 Only the evidence against them, essentially.
00:13:19.000 And we said that there wasn't enough to charge them.
00:13:21.000 Is that pretty much what happened?
00:13:22.000 Well, yeah, and when you look at any of these grand juries, look, no one on either side is going to say the grand juries always get it right or that they always get it wrong, but they get it right virtually almost all the time.
00:13:32.000 I mean, the standards are very low, it's pretty easy to be able to go through if you have the evidence to be able to say, this is just to charge the people, right?
00:13:39.000 But they went through the process, they examined the evidence, but all the facts we have show it's the same.
00:13:44.000 It's not that the officers shot first, the officers were, there was a shot fired first at them, then they fired back.
00:13:50.000 An officer was struck in the leg by that shot, by the way, according to Ballistics.
00:13:57.000 The people there were not... well, they shot at cops.
00:13:59.000 One of them went, that hurt in the leg.
00:14:01.000 Oh!
00:14:02.000 You go get shot from a rotary and tell me how it feels!
00:14:05.000 Well, normally what I think when I get shot in the leg is, oh, this guy's done.
00:14:11.000 You know, we had Chris Kyle over here just aimed it right at, you know, just got me right in the femoral.
00:14:15.000 No big deal.
00:14:16.000 Let's everyone just like shake hands at this point, which completely ignores the danger that officers face in every given moment.
00:14:22.000 I mean, there's just a complete denial of reality of the dangers of being an officer and how they put their lives on the line every single time, whether it was David Dorn, both before and after he was a cop, and the cops every single day.
00:14:32.000 But ultimately, when you look at what happened in this particular situation, no one denies that if you're in the dark and you're firing shots, maybe we can be critical if they didn't say it loud enough.
00:14:41.000 Or, if it turns out it's true, they didn't say anything, but there's no evidence to that.
00:14:44.000 One thing I want to be clear about.
00:14:45.000 The boyfriend did say that they knocked.
00:14:47.000 Yeah.
00:14:50.000 He didn't hear them saying that they were police.
00:14:53.000 Now the official order was changed for the warrant.
00:14:56.000 I want to be clear because we even covered this story where we said the police claimed that they stated who they were.
00:15:01.000 No, the order was changed from a no-knock warrant before they went And the boyfriend has already said they did knock on the door, and we now know that Breonna Taylor was not asleep.
00:15:12.000 They were both awake and alert in the hallway.
00:15:14.000 So the only argument, and it's my word versus theirs, an official order that wasn't a no-knock warrant, is did they say, uh, policeman?
00:15:23.000 Did they say that?
00:15:25.000 That's the only fact that's in question at this point.
00:15:27.000 I want to be clear about that.
00:15:29.000 And so when we look at the charges themselves, look, every person who owns a gun, even police officers themselves, are going to say yes.
00:15:36.000 There's no question that there's adrenaline, no question that you're going to fire your weapon, and there's no rule about how many times you fire a shot.
00:15:43.000 They always want to talk about how many times they were fired.
00:15:46.000 You fire when you perceive the danger and you continue to fire until it appears that the danger is no longer there.
00:15:51.000 And the fact that they took the ability to look at the different officers, it wasn't even the officer who got charged with the wanton endangerment, he wasn't even the one that shot the most.
00:15:59.000 Not one of the other ones shot significantly more bullets, but it was how he did it and why he did it.
00:16:04.000 So the fact that they said, again, it's not to say... He was trying to shoot COVID off the lawn, to be fair.
00:16:09.000 He was like, well that's inappropriate.
00:16:11.000 One for you.
00:16:12.000 It's a legitimate concern, but this is actually an example of how the system does work.
00:16:19.000 This is when you're analyzing the actual facts, as opposed to the feelings, and saying, okay, it is a tragedy.
00:16:25.000 Look what the AG said.
00:16:26.000 He goes, it's a tragedy that she died.
00:16:29.000 There's no doubt about it, but that doesn't mean we compound that with additional tragedies of law by charging people that And we've already compounded it with additional tragedies from the media.
00:16:38.000 So like I said, this is an example of the law working.
00:16:41.000 It doesn't always work, but in this case, more truth has come to light.
00:16:44.000 We waited for facts.
00:16:45.000 But it shows us that the media is not working, that that is a broken system, because look right now.
00:16:51.000 Well, they're back to COVID for a little bit.
00:16:51.000 They don't care.
00:16:53.000 They still haven't talked about Hunter Biden.
00:16:54.000 They don't care what the truth is.
00:16:57.000 They don't cover that it's a hate crime hoax, whether it's Smollett, or Bubba Watkins, or Poop Swastika, or the Duke Lacrosse team, or Mattress Girl.
00:17:05.000 They just cover the initial lie.
00:17:07.000 Today, they're going to double down on the lie, let the riots burn for a little bit, have some Democrats on there talking about how they're empathetic, and then they will move on their merry way because there's no accountability.
00:17:16.000 But as it relates to the law, also, Mrs. RBG, I believe you have a beach party at your beach house this weekend.
00:17:23.000 Yes, I just signed a new lease on a wonderful beach house down by the water.
00:17:28.000 Well, you know what?
00:17:29.000 In this market, you should buy.
00:17:31.000 It's a buyer's lease.
00:17:32.000 Lease is not the way to go.
00:17:33.000 Let me get to a couple of facts here.
00:17:35.000 It wasn't a no-knock warrant.
00:17:37.000 I just was really clear about that.
00:17:38.000 I think we have an overlay for that.
00:17:42.000 It changed.
00:17:42.000 The official order changed.
00:17:44.000 Okay.
00:17:45.000 Police served a warrant at the residence of Breonna Taylor.
00:17:47.000 This is a little bit confusing.
00:17:48.000 I don't want to get too nerdy.
00:17:49.000 There was a drug dealer across town.
00:17:51.000 They also had a warrant.
00:17:52.000 That person has been brought up on charges.
00:17:54.000 He hasn't been convicted yet, as far as I know.
00:17:56.000 But if he gets off without being convicted, I will eat my hat.
00:17:59.000 I will find a hat.
00:18:00.000 I don't wear hats.
00:18:01.000 And I'll eat it!
00:18:02.000 Eat it.
00:18:03.000 Promise you.
00:18:03.000 On air.
00:18:04.000 If the guy gets off with no charges, I'll eat my hat.
00:18:06.000 That was Walker.
00:18:07.000 Now, the boyfriend was a man named Jamarcus Glover.
00:18:10.000 He is also a convicted drug trafficker.
00:18:12.000 Okay.
00:18:12.000 Rihanna Taylor had packages sent to her residence that was being picked up by this other drug.
00:18:17.000 That's why they had two, uh, uh, congruent, concurrent, concurrent, concurrent.
00:18:22.000 Contemporaneous.
00:18:23.000 You could use both.
00:18:24.000 Wanton, uh, wanton, uh, wanton concurrent.
00:18:29.000 Warrants for that house and for Breonna Taylor's house.
00:18:33.000 Here's something a lot of people don't know.
00:18:34.000 Breonna Taylor had a dead body in her rental car in 2016.
00:18:37.000 That has a whole lot to do with this, but again, that's a weird thing.
00:18:41.000 That's just strange.
00:18:42.000 That's a very weird thing to have.
00:18:43.000 Was it RVG?
00:18:44.000 No.
00:18:44.000 It would have been back then, but she's still alive.
00:18:47.000 It's a hoax.
00:18:47.000 But she had a dead body in her rental car.
00:18:50.000 That's crazy.
00:18:51.000 And again, do you think the cops know that?
00:18:53.000 Yeah, I rented it this way.
00:18:54.000 I think so.
00:18:55.000 I don't know about you, but if I knew I was going to be like, well, I'd go, all right, what's this warrant for?
00:18:58.000 Okay, they got the other drug dealer across town.
00:18:59.000 He has a violent history and a dead body in a Kia.
00:19:03.000 What is this?
00:19:04.000 Who does that?
00:19:05.000 I need some context on this.
00:19:07.000 Oh, yikes.
00:19:08.000 And she got her cleaning deposit back.
00:19:10.000 Oh, you can't get it back for that.
00:19:12.000 That trunk is a two-body trunk at least.
00:19:14.000 Absolutely did.
00:19:16.000 Because Avis didn't want a riot.
00:19:18.000 Yeah, do you have to disclose that on the form?
00:19:20.000 Like, I have a ding on the left fender, dead body in the trunk.
00:19:24.000 That was already there, ma'am.
00:19:25.000 You're good on that.
00:19:25.000 Have you had any pets or smoked in the vehicle?
00:19:31.000 No, not anything else we should know about.
00:19:35.000 Rotting corpse, I don't know how long.
00:19:37.000 Not sure how it got there.
00:19:38.000 There's a scratch on the back of the camera.
00:19:40.000 I tried to move it out, but when I reached in, my hand penetrated through the carcass because it had been sitting on the dashboard in the hot sun for a long time.
00:19:49.000 So hopefully you guys have something like a spray.
00:19:52.000 Yeah, that'd work.
00:19:53.000 Get that little pine tree hanging from the mirror.
00:19:55.000 Get that new car smell.
00:19:55.000 You'll be aces.
00:19:56.000 Delicious.
00:19:56.000 All right.
00:19:57.000 Originally it was a no-knock warrant.
00:19:58.000 That changed.
00:19:59.000 Okay.
00:19:59.000 This is important because we need to know, too, that the police had to announce themselves legally.
00:20:03.000 They claimed they did announce themselves.
00:20:04.000 Yep.
00:20:04.000 The boyfriend said, yep, they did knock, but I don't know that they announced themselves.
00:20:08.000 There's a witness that said that.
00:20:09.000 Breonna Taylor was not asleep.
00:20:11.000 Okay?
00:20:12.000 She and her boyfriend, both again, in the hallway as she was shot amidst the return fire.
00:20:16.000 There was crossfire going on.
00:20:17.000 That matters because simply walking in and shooting someone you identify is an execution.
00:20:22.000 Chefs going both ways where both people are shot is not the same thing.
00:20:26.000 That's not the same as a hate crime.
00:20:27.000 Certainly not the same as a public lynching.
00:20:29.000 The ex-boyfriend Glover has since... Sorry, not the ex-boyfriend.
00:20:32.000 I think this is the drug trafficker has been arrested on charges.
00:20:36.000 The boyfriend has a previous history of drug trafficking, though we don't think he had any drug trafficking here right now.
00:20:44.000 I also have some questions.
00:20:45.000 Wasn't able to find out, based on his previous criminal history, how he had a gun.
00:20:49.000 I don't fully understand.
00:20:50.000 It's not necessarily true.
00:20:50.000 to state. You can't get answers because the media doesn't do it. Do you have any idea
00:20:54.000 how many petitions for information we have to sign at a fucking comedy show? This is
00:20:59.000 ridiculous. You know, with Michigan. It's all the time. I'm going, like, does anyone
00:21:03.000 know this? Let me search. It's nowhere? I have to go through a government portal to
00:21:11.000 ask for it?
00:21:14.000 We definitely understand that.
00:21:15.000 This is Steven's message telling me to go work on the FOIA request.
00:21:20.000 That's right, he has to go.
00:21:22.000 He does have to go work on the FOIA request.
00:21:24.000 We're asking a lot of you, Steven. We definitely understand that.
00:21:26.000 This is Steven's message telling me to go work on the FOIA request.
00:21:29.000 That's right, he has to go.
00:21:30.000 He does have to go work on this stuff.
00:21:31.000 My half-vision lawyer has to go here today because we got sort of late.
00:21:33.000 You do keep him busy with legal things, you know what I mean?
00:21:36.000 Alright, so...
00:21:37.000 In this case, they laid it out very, very clearly.
00:21:40.000 AG did a fantastic job saying, look, here's exactly what happened.
00:21:44.000 The officer was shot.
00:21:45.000 They returned fire.
00:21:46.000 The ballistics confirmed that the officer that shot Breonna Taylor, who was standing right next to the person, not in another room, randomly getting shot, this is all that happened.
00:21:53.000 And when they served the warrant, like you said, it wasn't a no-knock anymore.
00:21:56.000 They have a witness that said they announced themselves as police.
00:21:59.000 That's what they went off of.
00:22:01.000 And also, the guy who had lived there prior, Listed it as his place of residence.
00:22:05.000 That's why they were there in the first place.
00:22:07.000 It wasn't because of Breonna Taylor, it was because of her ex-boyfriend.
00:22:09.000 He had listed it as, I live here in January.
00:22:11.000 Sometimes you list different residences like when I did with the Pauly Shore Criterion DVD collection.
00:22:18.000 I don't want that posted to my address.
00:22:19.000 Usually a P.O.
00:22:19.000 You don't.
00:22:20.000 box works well though.
00:22:21.000 I use Johnny Boy's name and he lives in an apartment so he has to sign for it and it's very embarrassing.
00:22:25.000 Oh great, Encino Man.
00:22:28.000 It's a classic biodome.
00:22:29.000 I'm noticing a trend here.
00:22:29.000 Again!
00:22:31.000 No!
00:22:33.000 It's just, uh, underage pornography!
00:22:35.000 In the army now.
00:22:36.000 There you go.
00:22:38.000 So, uh, this is also... By the way, I forgot.
00:22:41.000 Follow me on Instagram, uh, where we do a lot of stuff that doesn't have anything to do with news.
00:22:45.000 It's just, I guess they call it lifestyle.
00:22:47.000 You know, you might see me in some panties selling some tea.
00:22:50.000 Oh my goodness.
00:22:51.000 Wow.
00:22:51.000 They're ranger panties, though.
00:22:52.000 I use a strainer.
00:22:53.000 And, uh...
00:22:55.000 Here's something interesting. As soon as the Louisville protesters, they started marching.
00:22:58.000 And then I have some more info that will pique your interest. A U-Haul pulled up.
00:23:02.000 And it wasn't even the big U-Haul. And you know they have the money. We'll get to that in a second.
00:23:07.000 A small U-Haul pulled up with a bunch of supplies, including riot shields, signs,
00:23:12.000 which then just so happened to be strategically placed at the front of every single CNN
00:23:17.000 correspondent. But here's the video of the truck. And then there's a real surprise twist.
00:23:23.000 Hey, hey! Somebody put me on this! Let's go!
00:23:27.000 They're designed to look homemade.
00:23:29.000 By the way, don't you love that?
00:23:30.000 The guy goes, help me with this!
00:23:31.000 And the white guy's like, well, I have to.
00:23:32.000 I can't deny.
00:23:35.000 Well yes, Masser.
00:23:37.000 Abolition now?
00:23:42.000 I love the creative choices that they made to make it seem like it didn't come off a production line but it was
00:23:47.000 homemade.
00:23:47.000 Right, yeah, exactly.
00:23:48.000 Grab my six year old, have her fling some Crayola on there.
00:23:51.000 People will buy it, right?
00:23:52.000 Well the lady who was handing it out, we don't know this for sure but it's been confirmed by several different
00:23:57.000 sources and I again, if I'm wrong on this, I won't eat my hat.
00:24:02.000 But I'll make Gerald eat a hat.
00:24:03.000 She's been ID'd as Holly Zoller and she's a member of the George Soros linked bail fund project.
00:24:11.000 That was the top Twitter trend yesterday.
00:24:15.000 We'll be talking about Biden in a bit, by the way.
00:24:19.000 One of the top Twitter trends.
00:24:21.000 How can I not say this?
00:24:22.000 It's hard.
00:24:22.000 I'm angry about all of the things.
00:24:24.000 Your blood pressure right now is probably a little high.
00:24:27.000 It makes it hard.
00:24:28.000 Where they bail out felons who commit crimes that night, riot and protest.
00:24:33.000 It's like a revolving door.
00:24:34.000 It's like the revolving door in Elf, only they're committing rape and arson.
00:24:37.000 Just aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Good on you!
00:24:57.000 Thanks for making those in the black community more safe.
00:24:59.000 Seems that you didn't heed the words of Tupac.
00:25:01.000 Tupac actually talked about this, despite the fact that he was a drama geek, wasn't really a gangster.
00:25:05.000 He talked about, hey, you think only white people care about the violence in your communities?
00:25:09.000 We have to live next door to it.
00:25:11.000 Of course we want someone to do something about it.
00:25:13.000 But the police aren't showing up in our neighborhood.
00:25:15.000 That used to be the complaint.
00:25:16.000 The police aren't showing up to help us.
00:25:18.000 The police response time in this neighborhood is really rough.
00:25:21.000 Why don't we get the same kind of help that white people get?
00:25:23.000 That's what Tupac talked about.
00:25:25.000 That's what a lot of these people talked about.
00:25:27.000 A lot of civil rights activists were complaining about.
00:25:29.000 And it was a legitimate grievance.
00:25:30.000 Now they're saying, hey, we want the ability to harm all other members of our community without the police officers showing up.
00:25:37.000 If I commit forced sodomy, I would like to see a social working counselor, please.
00:25:43.000 It's like an Antifa Fantasy League where they just, like, bail people out to get them back on the streets.
00:25:46.000 Let's get some more carnage going for this guy.
00:25:48.000 He rioted really well last night.
00:25:50.000 We need to get him back in the game.
00:25:51.000 Antifa Fantasy League, my first pick is Rosenbaum Serial Child Rapist.
00:25:55.000 I know that that's the number one draft pick.
00:25:57.000 Antifa.
00:25:57.000 Good for you!
00:25:58.000 Good for you!
00:25:59.000 I cannot throw a... No, not even a stone.
00:26:02.000 I can't throw a feather.
00:26:04.000 I can't...
00:26:05.000 Blow a feather without hitting a serial rapist at any of these protesters.
00:26:10.000 I can't blow COVID at you.
00:26:11.000 It's not possible!
00:26:12.000 It's not possible!
00:26:14.000 I can't breathe droplets without hitting somebody who hasn't committed a violent crime.
00:26:20.000 On the flip side, where I live, where I go to eat, where I hang out, where I go to see movies, where I work, I could throw a boomerang and I would hit nothing but Yeah, they're breaking these windows to cover up for their filthy consciences.
00:26:32.000 Yes.
00:26:32.000 It's a coincidence.
00:26:34.000 I'm a good person now.
00:26:36.000 They were behind PCP and it was mistaken for a confession booth.
00:26:40.000 You mean the front of this Levi's store is not where I go to reach final absolution?
00:26:45.000 My bad.
00:26:47.000 I will take all the size 34s, 36s though, and that's just because I am doing it for Jesus.
00:26:53.000 I mean, I see the deal.
00:26:53.000 I can't not take it.
00:27:00.000 I'm not going to take it.
00:27:07.000 in there. I mean stuff like this always frustrates me.
00:27:11.000 It's not that, you know, like you said, initially, the report's coming out.
00:27:14.000 We should always wait.
00:27:15.000 We've said that from day one, based on the evidence that we have.
00:27:18.000 And it's not that they just get that wrong.
00:27:20.000 That's bad enough.
00:27:21.000 They don't correct the record.
00:27:22.000 They continue with stuff.
00:27:23.000 They continue with headlines that say, no charges in the case for Breonna Taylor.
00:27:27.000 That's the headline that they say.
00:27:28.000 People are like, what?
00:27:29.000 I can't believe it!
00:27:29.000 And they don't go and listen to the AG, who, by the way, is not white, right?
00:27:34.000 He's not some white guy.
00:27:35.000 And it wasn't a court full of, a grand jury full of white people.
00:27:41.000 Correcting this would at least help us out a little bit.
00:27:45.000 Maybe it would calm some people down so they don't go make idiots out of themselves, and worse, attack police officers.
00:27:51.000 Is that your concern, that people make idiots out of themselves?
00:27:53.000 I said at the very least.
00:27:54.000 Yeah, at the very least.
00:27:55.000 No, I'm more concerned about the murder.
00:27:58.000 I mentioned attacking police officers.
00:27:59.000 Yeah, but I would lead with it.
00:28:01.000 I would lead with the primary problem being the murder and rape.
00:28:05.000 You should be embarrassed.
00:28:06.000 I don't really care if someone looks dumb while doing it.
00:28:10.000 I care more about the forced penetration, Gerald.
00:28:14.000 The forced penetration?
00:28:15.000 Yeah, I mean that's pretty bad.
00:28:20.000 Being a father has made you soft.
00:28:22.000 No, it's not made me soft at all.
00:28:24.000 That's embarrassing.
00:28:25.000 By the way, we're going to be talking, and this is why we're going to Michigan.
00:28:28.000 We are going to Michigan on October 2nd.
00:28:30.000 I welcome everyone to show up there.
00:28:31.000 Wear your masks if you can.
00:28:32.000 We don't want the governor to have an excuse to shut us down.
00:28:35.000 But you know what?
00:28:35.000 That's another narrative where people have been protesting and violent.
00:28:38.000 COVID has been spreading because the president hasn't done enough.
00:28:41.000 Well, guess what?
00:28:42.000 Michigan has one of the highest per capita deaths, and the good thing is that we actually have direct comparisons as far as population, population density, geographic relevancy in the United States, and nothing comes close to Michigan, and we know why, and no one's talking about it.
00:28:59.000 So I don't believe that this idea that there hasn't been enough action taken On behalf of governors or on behalf of the president is what led to the spread of COVID.
00:29:07.000 But I can verifiably make the case to you and I will Michigan that Governor Whitmer didn't keep you safe.
00:29:13.000 Governor Whitmer killed your grandparents.
00:29:15.000 Governor Whitmer forcibly, proactively put the most vulnerable among your state at risk for political gain because she's planning an office run and I'll prove it.
00:29:24.000 October 2nd.
00:29:25.000 Governor Whitmer, I do not like you.
00:29:27.000 I don't want to be your friend.
00:29:28.000 I have plenty of friends.
00:29:29.000 I could use a few enemies.
00:29:30.000 I'm going to exercise my First Amendment right.
00:29:32.000 I wish you the best.
00:29:33.000 And I don't think you'll win re-election.
00:29:34.000 Okay.
00:29:36.000 Let's go to the peaceful transfer of power.
00:29:39.000 This is the other trend.
00:29:40.000 Unless there's anything else on the riots there, RBG?
00:29:44.000 Do you have seniorities?
00:29:46.000 I'm not a fan of riots.
00:29:48.000 And as I always say, if you want to get those riot numbers down, you gotta get the abortion numbers Up a little bit.
00:29:56.000 That's horrible.
00:29:58.000 RPG, a little one note.
00:30:02.000 We have to act like she was multi-faceted because, you know.
00:30:08.000 Let's be honest here.
00:30:09.000 She had one thing and she rode that horse to the top.
00:30:13.000 This is another thing, I don't even want to give it much credence, but I do want to talk about Joe Biden and what you can look for on the debate on Tuesday night, which we'll be covering.
00:30:20.000 He uses some techniques and strategies that I think are becoming very apparent and I want you to be looking for them.
00:30:25.000 But before that, I have to address this because it's the number one fabricated trend that's been manipulated on Twitter for some reason.
00:30:33.000 They are saying that Trump refused to transfer power peacefully if he lost the election.
00:30:39.000 Here's the actual clip.
00:30:42.000 Nope.
00:30:43.000 Let's grab that clip really quickly.
00:30:44.000 Hold on one second.
00:30:45.000 Why does it hate us?
00:30:45.000 Oh, it hates us.
00:30:46.000 there's been writing. Oh, it hates us. Why does it in many cities across this country? Red and your so called red and
00:30:53.000 blue states?
00:30:54.000 Just keep can you just keep hitting play like to making sure
00:30:59.000 You is there any way to bring it up?
00:30:59.000 that there is a piece.
00:31:03.000 Yeah, try to pull it up that way.
00:31:06.000 Try to pull it up that way.
00:31:07.000 So this is... Well, I guess I'll just have to go in reverse order.
00:31:11.000 Do we know if the other clips are working there, Corda Black Garrett?
00:31:13.000 At this point, I don't know.
00:31:15.000 Is this because Facebook sodomizes us?
00:31:18.000 There might be something there to that.
00:31:20.000 Okay, so do we... Yeah, report back.
00:31:23.000 Right now they're complaining.
00:31:24.000 We'll hopefully get these clips, and Steve Gibbon, Tokunawa, and I want you to be bringing that up, all those clips up.
00:31:29.000 Let's have Reg the Bandit doing it.
00:31:30.000 Sorry, it's a little bit of a disaster today because of Facebook and YouTube not playing nice.
00:31:36.000 I don't want to claim censorship.
00:31:37.000 It could just be a glitch that was unforeseen by the world's most effective and largest technology companies.
00:31:43.000 You know, you never know.
00:31:44.000 It would be like me coming in here and forgetting vowels.
00:31:49.000 Oh, we don't know there was an error in the code.
00:31:51.000 Isn't that your job, Zuckerberg?
00:31:54.000 Is that your job?
00:31:55.000 Can you do it from your bungalow?
00:31:57.000 We understand that you're a man of the people as a millionaire and you like to drink water at sanity.
00:32:01.000 Can you make your shit work?
00:32:03.000 I don't think so.
00:32:04.000 Is it too much to ask that you show up and do your job?
00:32:07.000 This is the equivalent to Facebook.
00:32:09.000 It'd be the equivalent to a McDonald's worker putting on the crooked cheese and a filet-o-fish, which by the way happens every time.
00:32:15.000 And whenever I see it, I look at that crooked piece of cheese and I go, you know what?
00:32:19.000 It doesn't look like the picture.
00:32:19.000 I'm not fighting for 15.
00:32:21.000 It's definitely not worth 15.
00:32:23.000 Never mind, sorry.
00:32:24.000 I thought we had the clip.
00:32:26.000 I thought you liked filet-o-fish.
00:32:27.000 Nobody likes filet-o-fish.
00:32:28.000 I don't even know how you know the cheese is crooked.
00:32:30.000 All right, give it a shot.
00:32:31.000 Okay, this is the first clip.
00:32:31.000 Here we go.
00:32:33.000 Okay.
00:32:33.000 There has been rioting in Louisville.
00:32:33.000 First clip.
00:32:35.000 There's been rioting in many cities across this country.
00:32:38.000 Red and your so-called red and blue states.
00:32:41.000 Will you commit to making sure that there is a peaceful transferal of power after the election?
00:32:46.000 Well, we're going to have to see what happens.
00:32:47.000 You know that I've been complaining very strongly about the ballots, and the ballots are a disaster.
00:32:53.000 I understand that, but people are rioting.
00:32:55.000 Yeah, so let's talk about peaceful transfer of power.
00:32:57.000 This is the scenario where we are.
00:32:58.000 And I don't want to be hyperbolic.
00:32:59.000 of the ballots and you'll have a very peaceful, there won't be a transfer, frankly, there'll
00:33:04.000 be a continuation. The ballots are out of control, you know it, and you know who knows
00:33:10.000 it better than anybody else? The Democrats know it better than anybody else. Go ahead.
00:33:14.000 Yeah. So let's talk about peaceful transfer. This is the scenario we are. The left, and
00:33:19.000 I don't want to be hyperbolic, they are professional hostage takers right now. They have said that
00:33:26.000 Joe Biden should not concede under any circumstances whatsoever.
00:33:30.000 Hey, what's going to happen if you exercise your constitutional right, which is entirely congruent, not concurrent, congruent with precedent, alright, Donald Trump, and appoint a Supreme Court nominee?
00:33:40.000 We'll impeach you!
00:33:42.000 Well, what happens if Donald Trump wins re-election?
00:33:44.000 Well, we won't concede and we'll continue rioting in the streets.
00:33:48.000 And then they go, hey, but will you do the opposite of that?
00:33:51.000 If, and right now we're going to force you into a corner where you have to answer along the hypothetical that Joe Biden somehow, my God, wins this thing without crapping his pants and forgetting who he was every 10 seconds because someone turned on the microwave and it threw off the metal plate in his head.
00:34:05.000 Let's just throw out that hypothetical scenario.
00:34:09.000 Can you tell us if you'd be peaceful?
00:34:10.000 Well, hold on a second.
00:34:11.000 We have a problem with mail-in ballots, which we know is the case, and instead we try and make it about a comment from Donald Trump rather than the current, actual violence that has been happening across And what he said is it's not going to be a transfer, it's going to be a continuation, which is showing confidence that he's going to win.
00:34:30.000 And that's what every single president or candidate who has ever been asked that question, they pivot to something else.
00:34:34.000 You never talk about losing.
00:34:35.000 One second.
00:34:36.000 Right now they're talking about it with John King and Mr. Toupee.
00:34:39.000 Let's see what they have to say.
00:34:40.000 Let's see if they're being accurate.
00:34:41.000 Standing at that lectern, the podium, in the White House briefing room, saying, I may not honor the results of the count.
00:34:48.000 Did he say I won't honor what he said?
00:34:50.000 I won't honor that at all.
00:34:51.000 He didn't say that.
00:34:52.000 I didn't hear that.
00:34:53.000 Let's see the talking toupee with Chief.
00:34:54.000 ... what he's doing about the election, trying to discredit lawful ways of voting because
00:34:59.000 he is losing with the FDA remarks yesterday, which are really part of a broad range of
00:35:06.000 actions the president's taking that challenge the integrity of the government as he tries
00:35:11.000 to bend the government.
00:35:12.000 Oh, oh, oh.
00:35:13.000 Do you mean challenging the integrity of the government?
00:35:14.000 Like not allowing people to vote, trying to ban people from voting the way that they voted
00:35:17.000 since the beginning of ever?
00:35:19.000 Do you mean trying to instill doubt in our electoral institutions, like saying we need to do away with the Electoral College?
00:35:25.000 This has been spoken about from top Democratic officials, as well as our favorite socialists-in-chief, many of them.
00:35:31.000 Or saying we need to burn the whole system down, Don Lemon, who let's be honest, as a donor, they're at least a pool boy.
00:35:35.000 Or are we talking about the areas where they said, well, you know what?
00:35:39.000 Joe Biden should not concede under any circumstances.
00:35:42.000 They're talking about Donald Trump trying to sow distrust in the government.
00:35:46.000 Let me simplify this for you, folks.
00:35:48.000 I talked about it yesterday.
00:35:49.000 I hate to repeat myself, but I'm going to do it anyway.
00:35:52.000 Donald Trump has sown zero distrust in America's traditional institutions or constitutional powers.
00:35:59.000 The only distrust that Donald Trump has bred, and really it's shined a light on, is in the media. That's it. And that's why they want to
00:36:07.000 make you think that it's Donald Trump who is the one who doesn't want law and order, who wants
00:36:11.000 violence in the streets. That it's Donald Trump who won't concede. That it's Donald Trump who
00:36:15.000 doesn't value American institutions.
00:36:17.000 No, no, as a matter of fact, if you look on every single issue, let's look at it, okay,
00:36:21.000 the Supreme Court, Donald Trump values institutions and traditionalism. Let's look at the electoral
00:36:26.000 Donald Trump sees a value and he understands and values an area of traditionalism.
00:36:32.000 Second Amendment rights, well he sees Americans as having that right.
00:36:35.000 Law and order, well he doesn't believe that people should be able to riot and loot and commit arson.
00:36:40.000 What about conceding the election?
00:36:42.000 Well the election he just thinks you should go in and vote.
00:36:44.000 My God!
00:36:47.000 That is eerily similar to Hitler.
00:36:50.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:36:51.000 That was my primary gripe with Hitler, by the way.
00:36:53.000 Was it the voting?
00:36:54.000 I don't want to see you using the German Postal Service!
00:36:58.000 It's overburdened!
00:36:59.000 You must go in person and vote!
00:37:02.000 Use the train!
00:37:04.000 Unless your name has a lot of vowels in the last one, then stay home!
00:37:10.000 It's a special train.
00:37:11.000 Right, and do you know any conservative out there who, if Donald Trump clearly loses the election, right, he goes through whatever process that is, whether he takes it to court to make sure the count is correct, there's nothing wrong with that by the way, that's what Gore did back when Bush v. Gore, right, if he goes through the process and loses, do you know any conservative that would be willing to throw everything away and say, no, he's not leaving, we're just going to let him stay in power?
00:37:31.000 Nobody would do it.
00:37:32.000 I don't know a single person has come out and said that they would say, yeah, he loses the election, he can stay in power.
00:37:37.000 That's obviously not what he's talking about, but they're not giving him the benefit of the doubt.
00:37:40.000 You know who they did give the benefit of the doubt to?
00:37:42.000 Hillary Clinton, when she said, don't concede under any circumstances.
00:37:46.000 Well, I don't think Hillary meant stay there and never let anybody else in, maybe jump the fence and run into the White House and claim your president.
00:37:52.000 I don't think she did.
00:37:53.000 She absolutely did.
00:37:53.000 I'd argue that she did.
00:37:54.000 She was going to do it like naked running man at baseball games.
00:37:58.000 The camera would just pan away.
00:37:59.000 You don't want to give them that audience.
00:38:00.000 You don't have to have a wide-angle lens.
00:38:01.000 CNN never covered that as being, oh my gosh, Joe Biden is going to just assume the presidency even if he loses.
00:38:07.000 And yet, what we see with Donald Trump is that logic goes out the window.
00:38:10.000 Context goes out the window.
00:38:11.000 Hold on a second.
00:38:12.000 Someone will take that out of context.
00:38:13.000 What we see with Donald Trump is logic goes out the window.
00:38:16.000 That's true.
00:38:17.000 With the media's coverage of Donald Trump.
00:38:19.000 In relation to Donald Trump.
00:38:20.000 We have to spell it out, unfortunately.
00:38:21.000 I don't want conservatives to start protesting this show because being a dad has made you soft.
00:38:26.000 I'm not soft.
00:38:27.000 Their coverage of Donald Trump has no logic to it.
00:38:29.000 Of course he didn't mean that.
00:38:30.000 He's been speaking out against mass mail-in ballots because, God forbid, Texas has 95,000 non-citizens on that roll right now.
00:38:37.000 We're going to do a segment on that next week.
00:38:39.000 I personally, now I know we have statistics, we've talked about that, how mail-in voting has been an absolute disaster.
00:38:44.000 Not absentee voting, but mail-in voting.
00:38:46.000 I know somebody whose father has been dead for years, received his father's ballots.
00:38:50.000 Could you send it in?
00:38:51.000 I'll vote, I'll vote!
00:38:52.000 Done.
00:38:53.000 Yeah, he's still alive?
00:38:54.000 Really?
00:38:54.000 Sure, you don't know.
00:38:55.000 I have the screenshots.
00:38:57.000 We'll run that Monday personally.
00:38:58.000 It's hysterical and frightening.
00:39:00.000 And that's all he's pointing to.
00:39:02.000 He's saying, I want your votes to count.
00:39:04.000 If you vote and you say that I'm not going to be your president, fine.
00:39:06.000 When January comes, we're going to put some other guy in here.
00:39:09.000 But what's going to happen, his comment about getting rid of the ballots was not getting rid of votes that people have cast.
00:39:14.000 It's making sure that your vote counts, not somebody else who's ballot harvesting.
00:39:18.000 And when that happens, Well, that's not even what it is.
00:39:20.000 Listen, if you ask a fighter, you ask any fighter, it's a very simple analogy.
00:39:23.000 You don't ask that kind of a question.
00:39:24.000 You ask a fighter who is, let's say, fighting a number one contender spot and then about to fight for the championship.
00:39:29.000 And you say, hey, if you win this fight, are you thinking about that heavyweight championship?
00:39:33.000 They always answer, it would be a mistake to overlook my current opponent.
00:39:36.000 I'll think about that now and we'll talk about that when we get there.
00:39:39.000 That's how you answer these things, especially if someone asks the hypothetical in which you get your ass kicked by I'm not an 80-year-old with dementia!
00:39:46.000 I'm not going to answer your question on your premise.
00:39:48.000 And I want to go to you, Wade, but let's just really quickly, while they talk about Donald Trump showing distrust, who is it that's been fomenting actual violence and distrust in the American system?
00:39:57.000 Well, it just so happens we have a supercut!
00:39:59.000 And please, show me where it says that protests are supposed to be polite and peaceful.
00:40:04.000 We will, as per Chief Jim Hopper, punch some people in the face when they seek to destroy- You first.
00:40:12.000 It's a big enough target.
00:40:14.000 And everyone beware, because they're not gonna stop- Beware.
00:40:18.000 They're not gonna stop before Election Day in November, and they're not gonna stop after Election Day.
00:40:23.000 And that should be- everyone should take note of that.
00:40:25.000 And if you see anybody from that cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd!
00:40:37.000 And you push back on them!
00:40:39.000 And you tell them they're not welcome anymore, anywhere!
00:40:44.000 Yeah, the black lady Maxine Waters is saying, your kind's not welcome here.
00:40:49.000 Or anywhere.
00:40:50.000 Oh my god, how absolutely eerie.
00:40:52.000 Wait, hold on, did they miscast roots?
00:40:57.000 I was more offended she said gasoline.
00:40:58.000 I expect her to have a three-pronged whip just for like, build that shack!
00:41:03.000 What is that?
00:41:03.000 You create a crowd and tell them that they aren't welcome here?
00:41:05.000 And here's something, too, when people say, oh, because of Donald Trump's rhetoric, people out there have now been violent, and we have white supremacy.
00:41:12.000 I can't point to any rhetoric that is remotely similar.
00:41:16.000 Now, we're not talking about a campaign, which is, I'd like to punch that guy in the face, which the left has also done, as we just showed you.
00:41:21.000 But Maxine Waters, you have an actual official saying, create a crowd, create a mob, and let them know that they aren't welcome here.
00:41:27.000 And guess what people have done?
00:41:29.000 That.
00:41:29.000 That.
00:41:29.000 Exactly that.
00:41:31.000 Donald Trump say, and by the way, all cops, I want you to go out and shoot blacks.
00:41:36.000 Just make sure your body cams are off.
00:41:39.000 There is no direct correlation and causation, action, equal reaction from Donald Trump and violence that you would see on the right if it existed.
00:41:47.000 It doesn't exist on mass like the left.
00:41:49.000 As you see from the rhetoric from leftist elected officials and the behavior of their constituents.
00:41:56.000 I'm sorry.
00:41:56.000 It's not a hunch anymore.
00:41:58.000 It's not a theory.
00:41:59.000 She said create a crowd, let them know that they're not welcome.
00:42:01.000 That's exactly what people have done.
00:42:02.000 We've shown you hundreds of instances of that happening.
00:42:06.000 That guy says go out and punch them in the face.
00:42:09.000 Kamala Harris, first POS VP candidate, goes out and she says we want to see more of these riots and we see more of them.
00:42:19.000 Action.
00:42:19.000 Reaction.
00:42:20.000 It's clear as day.
00:42:22.000 Show me that example right now on the right.
00:42:24.000 And guess what?
00:42:25.000 If some neo-Nazis go... It doesn't qualify.
00:42:28.000 It doesn't qualify because Donald Trump said neo-Nazis should be condemned totally.
00:42:32.000 They're horrible people.
00:42:33.000 Horrible people.
00:42:33.000 Sorry.
00:42:34.000 Horrible.
00:42:35.000 And he made it very clear.
00:42:36.000 Maxine Waters didn't do that.
00:42:37.000 No, not at all.
00:42:38.000 They haven't come out and said that the rioters are horrible people or that Antifa are horrible people, even though they've been declared a domestic terrorist organization.
00:42:43.000 They've said some that people should protest peacefully, but they haven't taken aim at the actual organizations right now who are responsible for the violence.
00:42:50.000 And, again, while we're talking about holding the American institutions hostage, in case you've forgotten, what did they say about Joe Biden if he loses the election, which is looking increasingly likely?
00:43:00.000 Well, here's what you can expect.
00:43:01.000 You know, Joe Biden should not concede under any circumstances because I think this is going to drag out and eventually I do believe he will win if we don't give an inch.
00:43:19.000 It's like, you know, I've worked with special needs people.
00:43:22.000 The biomechanical neurons are misfiring.
00:43:24.000 They're not telling her how to act.
00:43:25.000 And you know Hillary Clinton, she's like, I haven't done an interview in a while.
00:43:28.000 They say, oh, we want you to do an interview.
00:43:29.000 She's like, give me a retarded person.
00:43:30.000 Or transgender, whatever it is.
00:43:31.000 I just need to check some boxes if I'm going to come out and say that Joe Biden should concede under no circumstances.
00:43:37.000 It's two old women on a Skype call, so they added some trap music.
00:43:40.000 Yeah, they got some trap music in there.
00:43:42.000 Gosh.
00:43:43.000 They sell bubble tea in this trap place?
00:43:45.000 Again?
00:43:46.000 They just used the opacity effect on editing and put Cardi B's WAP over it.
00:43:52.000 And by the way, people tell me it's WAP.
00:43:53.000 I know, you moron.
00:43:57.000 I use whichever pronunciation is most offensive in those circumstances.
00:44:02.000 As well you should.
00:44:03.000 Because it's funny.
00:44:03.000 All Donald Trump has done is point out what's happening.
00:44:06.000 And apparently now that is inciting what is happening.
00:44:08.000 It's like, no, I'm not inciting anything.
00:44:10.000 I'm just, I'm saying, look, look, the building's on fire.
00:44:12.000 Like, oh, why did you put the building on fire?
00:44:13.000 Let me go to CNN here really quickly because they have a quadrant view with completely unqualified hats.
00:44:18.000 Well, that's every day.
00:44:22.000 Protests erupt.
00:44:26.000 That's their summary.
00:44:28.000 Did they just say no charges?
00:44:29.000 No officers were charged in her death, and that's true.
00:44:32.000 Okay.
00:44:32.000 Well, they said no officers were charged directly.
00:44:34.000 Okay, yeah, technically.
00:44:36.000 So, again, they could present it with a little nuance, but again, John King can't be bothered to add the single extra phrase.
00:44:43.000 No officers were charged directly with her death, though they were charged I throw up in my mouth a little bit!
00:44:49.000 The truth is acidic!
00:44:51.000 It's acidic to me at CNN!
00:44:53.000 And protests erupt.
00:44:54.000 That's just a dishonest lower third.
00:44:56.000 What a weird summary of what happened last night.
00:44:58.000 We saw clips of this.
00:45:00.000 Protests erupt, it makes you think it's spontaneous.
00:45:02.000 You see a lot of spontaneous caroling where a U-Haul pulls up with Dickens-era costumes and handles and print sheets.
00:45:10.000 There's nothing spontaneous about any of this.
00:45:12.000 You've got to rent those ahead of time.
00:45:13.000 There was a spontaneous protest that included 90% of the same spontaneous protestors in Seattle, Portland, Austin.
00:45:22.000 They're migrating spontaneous protestors.
00:45:24.000 More of a flash mob.
00:45:26.000 They do travel in haste.
00:45:27.000 They go south in the winter.
00:45:29.000 Flying V, knuckle puck time.
00:45:31.000 What are you talking about?
00:45:32.000 It's CNN, no one watches.
00:45:33.000 Nobody cares anymore.
00:45:35.000 Speaking of which, here's one thing too.
00:45:37.000 Joe Biden, Joseph Biden, we need to get to this because he's running for president obviously.
00:45:40.000 We'll be talking about the debate.
00:45:42.000 A little bit more but we'll be broadcasting the debates on Tuesday.
00:45:49.000 There have been so many gaffes.
00:45:50.000 There was one recently that just happened that I think people need to be fair that people said was a gaffe and it wasn't really a gaffe.
00:45:57.000 This interview that came out recently, you might have seen it, where he said, well, I missed one.
00:46:01.000 And listen, we're better than that.
00:46:02.000 We don't need to try and hang people on misspeaking.
00:46:04.000 It wasn't a gaffe.
00:46:05.000 Joe Biden, especially when you understand what was going on with the prompter, he was just distracted.
00:46:10.000 So let's show you the full context.
00:46:13.000 deportations?
00:46:14.000 Freeze deportations for the first hundred days, and the only people we deported are
00:46:19.000 people who committed a felony while here.
00:46:22.000 That's number one.
00:46:23.000 Let me get that right.
00:46:24.000 You are going to freeze?
00:46:25.000 Okay, I lost that.
00:46:26.000 Yeah, well, that's good.
00:46:27.000 A lot of people don't like Joe Biden to be what he is, but it do.
00:46:39.000 I am disgusted.
00:46:40.000 That's terrible.
00:46:42.000 And here's something that I've noticed with Joe Biden, okay?
00:46:45.000 He does a lot and no one's calling him on it because this is a tactic that only works, I was talking with Reg the Bandit about this, it only works if the media carries your water, okay?
00:46:55.000 And the tactic that he uses, the technique, and I do appreciate that it's sort of a coping mechanism with his dementia, is when he starts talking himself into a corner, Sure.
00:47:06.000 He doesn't correct it.
00:47:08.000 He doesn't try and sort of reverse course or try and readjust and go, let me get to that point anyway.
00:47:14.000 Let me find another way, you know, like congruent and concurrent, you know?
00:47:17.000 Yes.
00:47:18.000 I haven't been taking my jellyfish pills, so this is what happens.
00:47:21.000 What?
00:47:22.000 I don't know.
00:47:22.000 I've been watching too much CNN.
00:47:24.000 Jellyfish!
00:47:25.000 Something there for your brain.
00:47:27.000 I don't know, but my house, they're paying me right now for my house.
00:47:31.000 Thank you, Tom Selleck.
00:47:34.000 I work online, but I watch cable.
00:47:36.000 I live a very bizarre life.
00:47:37.000 So what he does is when Joseph Biden gets himself into a corner, he gets tough.
00:47:45.000 He does real talk.
00:47:46.000 So he goes, hey, and you know, when, when we're talking about the 100 years in the BC and Yeah.
00:47:53.000 You don't care about that, listen.
00:47:55.000 That's what he does.
00:47:56.000 He tries to just all of a sudden go through it.
00:47:58.000 I don't need to go through the details and facts and bicker about who killed who.
00:48:04.000 You know the thing.
00:48:04.000 And he tries to act like he's one of the folks, even though he probably hasn't met a folk in 35, 55 years.
00:48:11.000 And I wanted to show you some examples of this so you can know to watch for it going forward.
00:48:15.000 Because anytime you see him abandon his train of thought and just go, look, listen, or try and get tough,
00:48:21.000 or shoot straight from the shoulder as he says.
00:48:24.000 Shoulder.
00:48:25.000 You know that he's actually lost his train of thought and the media will never call him on it.
00:48:31.000 So here's actually the first example.
00:48:33.000 I have five examples of this.
00:48:34.000 Have you guys noticed that he does this?
00:48:35.000 I have.
00:48:35.000 He gets angry.
00:48:36.000 Look!
00:48:37.000 It's entertaining.
00:48:37.000 Look!
00:48:38.000 Look, guys!
00:48:39.000 I mean, come on.
00:48:40.000 Listen!
00:48:41.000 Listen.
00:48:42.000 That's kind of like when you get into fights at these riots.
00:48:45.000 They're like, you ain't welcome here.
00:48:47.000 Hey listen to me.
00:48:48.000 You ain't welcome here.
00:48:49.000 Hey listen, you ain't welcome here.
00:48:51.000 But you ain't welcome.
00:48:52.000 They just keep repeating themselves over and over.
00:48:54.000 Especially saying, I am not quick on my feet.
00:48:58.000 I can't think of anything to say.
00:49:00.000 I wrote a sign and I'm saying that again.
00:49:02.000 You are playing chess and I am playing checkers.
00:49:06.000 King me.
00:49:07.000 What?
00:49:08.000 It's a rook.
00:49:08.000 King me.
00:49:09.000 Alright, so here's the first one where he talks about the truth and the thing.
00:49:13.000 Watch his behavior and we'll show you the pattern.
00:49:15.000 We hold these truths to be self-evident.
00:49:18.000 All men and women created by the... You know the thing.
00:49:22.000 That's a classic.
00:49:23.000 No!
00:49:24.000 People behind him are pausing like, what the... No.
00:49:27.000 Wait, what did he just say?
00:49:27.000 Finish it!
00:49:29.000 No, I don't know the thing.
00:49:30.000 Can you tell me the thing?
00:49:32.000 No, you're just trying to do... What am I trying to do?
00:49:35.000 You're just trying to... What am I trying to... Stop!
00:49:39.000 It's not an alphabet.
00:49:40.000 It's like A, B, C, you know the thing.
00:49:41.000 You can finish it.
00:49:42.000 What?
00:49:42.000 The alphabet?
00:49:43.000 What are you talking about?
00:49:44.000 You know, in the cereal.
00:49:45.000 Lucky Charms!
00:49:45.000 What?
00:49:46.000 You're just naming things that are somewhat connected.
00:49:49.000 Look.
00:49:49.000 Look.
00:49:50.000 Guys.
00:49:52.000 Luck of the Irish.
00:49:52.000 Guys.
00:49:53.000 Guys.
00:49:54.000 Look.
00:49:54.000 Look.
00:49:55.000 I used to take you out back behind the locker room.
00:49:57.000 You saying you want to bang me?
00:49:58.000 Fight!
00:49:59.000 What?
00:50:00.000 What are you talking about?
00:50:02.000 Muhammad Ali, huh?
00:50:03.000 Joe Frazier!
00:50:03.000 You're just naming things.
00:50:07.000 Are you naming things in the room?
00:50:08.000 I love prompter!
00:50:11.000 Here's the next example, and this is recent, and I don't think this was a gaffe.
00:50:15.000 It's the Pledge of Allegiance.
00:50:16.000 I think he had no intention of saying the Pledge of Allegiance because he doesn't know it, but I don't think he was planning on saying the Pledge of Allegiance and lost his train of thought.
00:50:23.000 I think that he was trying to, again, create a predetermined defense mechanism with, I don't know the Pledge of Allegiance, so I'll just kind of start it and sort of act like I'm being flippant and then move on and hopefully no one will call me on it, and they didn't.
00:50:36.000 So here's that clip.
00:50:38.000 I pledge allegiance to the United States of America.
00:50:42.000 Oh, because I thought it was for fake!
00:50:50.000 It's like at the end of Christmas Vacation where she just starts saying the pledge.
00:50:55.000 I love it.
00:50:55.000 I thought that it was for fake.
00:50:58.000 I was very confused.
00:50:59.000 Thank you for clarifying it for me.
00:51:01.000 While we're on the subject of clarification, I think I've forgotten some parts of the Pledge of Allegiance.
00:51:06.000 Hey, former Vice President of the United States, could you help me out?
00:51:11.000 Just fill in those blanks.
00:51:12.000 As a matter of fact, I'll give you the entire Blu-ray set of Schoolhouse Rock in 15 minutes to find it.
00:51:19.000 You just need to recite what you watched while following the bouncing, demented idiot.
00:51:24.000 He'd be interested in that.
00:51:26.000 All right, here's another one where he had this mental illness clip.
00:51:29.000 He does the same thing from this recent town hall.
00:51:32.000 It's just, again, you notice this.
00:51:33.000 You can see him going, oh crap, I'm reaching the end of a sentence, and I don't know where I'm going with this because I don't remember where I started or how I got here.
00:51:41.000 Say anything else.
00:51:42.000 Here you go.
00:51:43.000 Look, we learned drug abuse doesn't cause mental illness.
00:51:47.000 Mental stress and mental illness cause drug abuse.
00:51:53.000 We've learned so much that we can change so much.
00:51:56.000 And that's why we have to make sure that the super wealthy start paying their fair share.
00:52:01.000 So we can do the things we have to do to make life better for hard-working middle-class folks.
00:52:11.000 Well, if we've learned so much, thank God you're not the teacher.
00:52:16.000 We've learned so much!
00:52:18.000 What do you mean we've learned from what you've just said?
00:52:20.000 Come on!
00:52:22.000 The rich need to pay their fair share!
00:52:24.000 You're rich, by the way.
00:52:25.000 Does anyone else find it ironic that, of course, he's like, no one over $400,000 will be paying more in taxes.
00:52:30.000 What's the presidential salary, asshole, you demented old circus monkey?
00:52:35.000 It seems like you're right around that cutoff.
00:52:37.000 The only difference is you've been suckling at the public teat.
00:52:40.000 You've never made it in the private sector from people willingly offering you money for goods or services.
00:52:45.000 No one who makes any less than my exact salary will pay more in taxes.
00:52:53.000 That's never been the cutoff!
00:52:55.000 That's never been that number!
00:52:56.000 How'd you come up with that number?
00:52:57.000 We have learned a lot!
00:53:00.000 Look.
00:53:00.000 Research.
00:53:01.000 We know the things we need to do, you know?
00:53:04.000 Bank statements.
00:53:05.000 Look.
00:53:06.000 Look.
00:53:07.000 You can meet me out by the bike racks.
00:53:09.000 Will you have $400,000 for me?
00:53:10.000 What are you saying?
00:53:10.000 Tax free!
00:53:14.000 All right, here's another one.
00:53:16.000 Same thing!
00:53:16.000 This is a pattern and I want everyone to notice it.
00:53:19.000 You can feel free to rip this clip, rip these things and post them and I don't care if you... it's not proprietary.
00:53:24.000 I just want everyone to be on call.
00:53:26.000 I want everyone to be on deck noticing this and sending it directly to Joe Biden's advisors.
00:53:30.000 They get in his head and box him in and say, hey, you know that thing that you do every single time you say something really stupid?
00:53:35.000 You have to stop doing that because people notice it and then you'll hear the actual sound of his body being squeezed like a tube of toothpaste as he soils himself in a relieving kind of defecation that one can only describe as transcendent.
00:53:48.000 Just a big ahhh.
00:53:53.000 Here's another one where he was asked something about, this one is just more nonsensical, but again, he's trying to speed up and sound like he's one of the people and off the cuff, and that's where he's really bad, and so then he says things that not only don't make sense in this context, they've never made sense.
00:54:09.000 I propose, and I'm going to digress slightly, we're in a situation, the president asked me to head up a cancer moonshot.
00:54:17.000 What?
00:54:18.000 A cancer moonshot?
00:54:19.000 Do you mean for yourself?
00:54:22.000 Was the president telling you that you had cancer moonshots?
00:54:26.000 Is that what he was saying?
00:54:27.000 And by the way, did you misunderstand that the current president, Barack Obama, at that point was trying to tell you that you had brain cancer?
00:54:37.000 Joe, I think you want to maybe get checked for some brain cancer.
00:54:40.000 Moonshot?
00:54:41.000 No, I said brain cancer.
00:54:43.000 Moonshot?
00:54:44.000 Let's go with that.
00:54:44.000 And then he's just like, you know what?
00:54:46.000 He probably won't be alive the next time.
00:54:49.000 Usually it's the VP who's going to be running, but it'll be Hillary.
00:54:51.000 And then he'll be long gone in a jacket in a room with felt white walls.
00:54:57.000 It's so sad that people allow him to do that.
00:55:00.000 This is the very best that we have.
00:55:02.000 Is there any other time in history that a guy that was this incompetent in public... It's the best the Democrats have.
00:55:08.000 Hey, we didn't say that.
00:55:09.000 You did, primaries.
00:55:11.000 Right, you voted for this guy as the best among all of you.
00:55:14.000 But he would never, in any other presidential election, like this guy, we would be like, he can't be president.
00:55:19.000 There's no way, right?
00:55:20.000 We gotta pick the socialist over this guy because this guy will get in the White House and forget he's there.
00:55:23.000 I'll tell you what, playing both, when you have to look at the double-edged sword, I'd be pissed if I were Pete Buttigieg.
00:55:28.000 I'd be like, hold on a second, this is the guy, I'd be like, really?
00:55:31.000 The only sin I committed is I like cock.
00:55:35.000 I thought you guys liked that.
00:55:36.000 I'd rather hire a demented old circus monkey than an articulate, clean-cut man who is generally likable, but I happen to like the D. That was my disqualifying factor.
00:55:47.000 He should register as an independent and I'd welcome him with open arms.
00:55:50.000 Right, so who's more pissed off, the guy that lost to Joe Biden for this or the guy that lost to Stelter for the lead role at CNN?
00:55:57.000 Well, it's the same guy.
00:55:58.000 Oh, really?
00:55:59.000 It was Pete Buttigieg.
00:56:00.000 Really?
00:56:01.000 Gosh, that's two heartbreaking losses in a row.
00:56:03.000 You didn't know that?
00:56:04.000 That's why I say Buttigieg, he's very upset and with good reason.
00:56:09.000 Here's another one.
00:56:11.000 Many of you may have forgotten, because I know some of you are younger and you haven't been following Joe Biden for a long time.
00:56:15.000 I was following him back during the primary when he was running against Obama and said his racist stuff back then.
00:56:19.000 It was hilarious.
00:56:20.000 And I don't think, by the way, to be clear, I don't think that Joe Biden is a racist.
00:56:23.000 I actually, I really don't think he's a racist.
00:56:24.000 I think that he says racist things, which I find hilarious.
00:56:28.000 Because I know old people, and I know plenty of old people who are not racists, but they say racist things because it's just, they're, you know what?
00:56:36.000 Why do they care at this point?
00:56:36.000 They're old!
00:56:38.000 They also steal a lot.
00:56:40.000 I don't know if you notice old people steal because, what are you going to do, lock them up?
00:56:46.000 No one does anything with old people.
00:56:48.000 Put me away, Kappa, for the Twitchbot.
00:56:49.000 When I'm old, I am going to be a kleptomaniac Klansman.
00:56:54.000 That's what I'm saying.
00:56:56.000 And it's not even what I want to do.
00:56:57.000 No!
00:56:58.000 It's just the flow of life.
00:57:01.000 So many of you don't remember this, his quote about the double-barreled shotgun.
00:57:05.000 And again, in this, he does the same thing back then, but I hadn't noticed it.
00:57:07.000 It wasn't as severe, but he starts talking and he notices, wait a second, get a double-barreled shotgun, fire it into the air, and he realizes, oh, I just advocated something seriously illegal.
00:57:17.000 Listen, you don't need... and he changes subject in another nonsensical way.
00:57:23.000 I said, Jill, if there's ever a problem, just walk out on the balcony here, walk out, put that double barrel shotgun and fire two blasts outside the house.
00:57:34.000 I promise you, whoever's coming in is not going to, you don't need an AR-15.
00:57:37.000 It's harder to aim.
00:57:40.000 It's harder to use.
00:57:41.000 And in fact, you don't need 30 rounds to protect yourself.
00:57:45.000 That's not a fact!
00:57:47.000 That's not a fact!
00:57:48.000 He goes, you fired it in the air.
00:57:50.000 Let me redirect.
00:57:52.000 It's harder to use.
00:57:53.000 It's harder to aim.
00:57:54.000 Well, aiming is one of the primary uses of firearms.
00:57:56.000 So I assume that he kind of covered it, but I get it.
00:57:58.000 It's okay.
00:57:59.000 You're about 94.
00:58:00.000 We'll give you a pass.
00:58:01.000 And fact.
00:58:02.000 Ooh, fact.
00:58:02.000 Firearm fact.
00:58:03.000 I'm a firearm aficionado, so maybe there's something I don't know.
00:58:05.000 You don't need 30 rounds.
00:58:07.000 Oh, see, that's not a fact.
00:58:08.000 That's an asshole opinion.
00:58:09.000 Well, and how many people are there?
00:58:11.000 Right, how many people are there depends.
00:58:12.000 Here's a fact.
00:58:13.000 Recently, there's a lot.
00:58:14.000 There are some studies that show the average number of shots to hit somebody is seven, depending on which studies you use.
00:58:18.000 I don't have the sources available to me, but it's certainly more than one.
00:58:21.000 And there are studies that show that people who commit armed robbery, usually more than one.
00:58:25.000 I don't have the source, but I saw the town.
00:58:28.000 And the point here is, Let's say there are five people.
00:58:31.000 Ten people.
00:58:32.000 Well, 30 rounds at that point absolutely seems conservative.
00:58:35.000 So when someone says fact, and then it's not a fact, that's a problem.
00:58:39.000 I always tell you when I say, hey, opinion, ah, you know what?
00:58:42.000 This is just conjecture.
00:58:43.000 This is an opinion.
00:58:44.000 And when I say fact, usually it's preceded by a fact.
00:58:48.000 Yes.
00:58:49.000 Well, and basically he just thinks it's like a duel where nobody moves and you just kind of like stand there and take a shot at each other.
00:58:54.000 So you just don't need 30 anymore.
00:58:54.000 Right.
00:58:56.000 Just stand there and take it.
00:58:57.000 Which, by the way, I don't think how duels were actually performed.
00:58:59.000 I think that's what happened.
00:59:00.000 That's what they did in the film.
00:59:01.000 It's like Quick Draw.
00:59:02.000 I think they did it because John Wayne had a limp and walked kind of gay.
00:59:04.000 Really?
00:59:05.000 Yeah.
00:59:05.000 John Wayne's the reason we had that?
00:59:06.000 The Duke.
00:59:07.000 Seriously, is there anyone any more masculine than Duke?
00:59:10.000 Show him your gait!
00:59:12.000 He just got up a horse!
00:59:13.000 Yeah, he's got the bow-legged horse walk.
00:59:16.000 Come on!
00:59:17.000 Him and Steven Seagal could be gone way worse.
00:59:19.000 That's a thriller!
00:59:21.000 Alright, and here's another one, my personal favorite that's recent and the media has tried to sweep under the rug and one would say probably most relevant because if we're talking about President Donald Trump not doing enough in regards to COVID.
00:59:32.000 I can understand that you feel that way.
00:59:34.000 You think that.
00:59:35.000 I understand that there's an argument to be made.
00:59:36.000 I think it's a bad argument, but I understand why people are saying it.
00:59:39.000 However, if you are making that argument, you can't say we should replace him with the guy who doesn't know what year it is, how many deaths have occurred with COVID, or the fact that COVID has not killed hundreds of people over thousands of years.
00:59:53.000 In other words, you can't have it both ways.
00:59:55.000 Here's a clip.
00:59:56.000 COVID has taken this year, just since the outbreak, it's taken more than 100 years.
01:00:03.000 Look, here's the lives.
01:00:05.000 It's just, it's, I mean, think about it.
01:00:08.000 Think about it.
01:00:08.000 More lives this year than any other year.
01:00:11.000 For the past hundred years.
01:00:13.000 Huh?
01:00:14.000 Think about it.
01:00:15.000 You first.
01:00:17.000 I don't even need you to finish the thought.
01:00:20.000 Just start.
01:00:21.000 Just make it to the midway point.
01:00:23.000 If it were a map on the back of a kid's menu at IHOP, I'd just expect you to get around the spiral.
01:00:28.000 I don't need you to make it all the way to the dolphin.
01:00:31.000 Just get halfway there, Biden.
01:00:32.000 This is what he does.
01:00:33.000 You know he does the same thing.
01:00:34.000 Look, look, listen.
01:00:36.000 Here's the thing.
01:00:37.000 Tell me the thing.
01:00:38.000 I don't know the thing.
01:00:39.000 Well, see, that's the problem.
01:00:40.000 I think the president should know the thing.
01:00:42.000 At least some of the things.
01:00:45.000 I had not seen that clip, and I was like, what was the logical point that he was going to make?
01:00:51.000 It's taken more lives than anything else in the last hundred years.
01:00:54.000 There's nothing that fits that.
01:00:55.000 Listen.
01:00:56.000 I will be clear, because sometimes I blur the lines of satire and fact.
01:01:01.000 Isn't that right, RBG?
01:01:04.000 Yes, that's true.
01:01:06.000 I would also like to add, Joe Biden, I know him personally.
01:01:08.000 He's a sharp young man.
01:01:11.000 And without any further substantial evidence, I would have to conclude these are all deep fakes.
01:01:19.000 Even though she's not quite dead, she'll be voting for Joe Biden, for sure.
01:01:23.000 Well, yeah, not quite.
01:01:24.000 Yeah, she's she's most several times you'll be voting for Joe Biden.
01:01:27.000 No, with Joe.
01:01:28.000 Okay, there's a difference between sat and I appreciate you clarifying satire and I blur the lines.
01:01:28.000 Let me just say this.
01:01:32.000 So let me be clear here in watching that where he says 100 years and the deaths in the COVID more than any 100 years.
01:01:39.000 Not fact.
01:01:41.000 Joe Biden has dementia.
01:01:43.000 I cannot confirm that just because we can't get a doctor in the green room because Brian Stelter is like a hockey goalie stopping you from getting it.
01:01:52.000 Stop it!
01:01:53.000 Please stop it!
01:01:55.000 He needs his space!
01:01:57.000 He's been campaigning for 25 minutes!
01:02:00.000 Did you see that?
01:02:01.000 Joe Biden stopped campaigning one day at like 9.30 in the morning this week.
01:02:04.000 He's called a lid, I think, almost every day before noon.
01:02:07.000 It was like 8.30 and 9.30.
01:02:08.000 And say what you want about Donald Trump.
01:02:10.000 The guy has energy for days.
01:02:13.000 You may not like what he says, but he says a lot.
01:02:14.000 He may not like where he invests his energy.
01:02:17.000 He works all day as president and then does a two-hour rally.
01:02:21.000 And then when he's done, he unwinds with a Diet Coke while tweeting.
01:02:27.000 The guy is the T-2000 of abrasive assholes if you're a Democrat.
01:02:34.000 He just can't stop.
01:02:35.000 He's putting his hook hand into the back of your Buick while his other arm is tweeting.
01:02:40.000 It's impressive.
01:02:43.000 He just makes another arm.
01:02:44.000 You can do that when you're liquid metal.
01:02:46.000 That happens.
01:02:47.000 It's one of my favorite movies.
01:02:49.000 So anyway, I expect to see this a whole lot in the debate.
01:02:52.000 We're going to be covering this all of Tuesday night.
01:02:54.000 It starts at, I believe, 8.30 Eastern.
01:02:55.000 We're going to start the stream a little bit early to offer some commentary.
01:02:58.000 I want you to be looking for that.
01:03:00.000 A lot of people have been speculating as to what will happen on the debate stage.
01:03:03.000 Here's the thing.
01:03:04.000 If Joe Biden actually shows up in person on that debate stage with Donald Trump, I will never be so happy as to have been wrong.
01:03:10.000 The only prediction I made was that he won't show up in person.
01:03:13.000 I thought he would do a Zoom call like Hillary Clinton with the special needs lady.
01:03:17.000 And I don't say that, I don't say that, listen, I don't say that, I think that's actually the case there.
01:03:20.000 Yeah.
01:03:21.000 So I think, stop laughing, I think it's, I'm throwing an olive, I'm extending an olive branch to your audio wave, you're a horrible person.
01:03:26.000 That says more about you.
01:03:26.000 I'm bad, I'm bad.
01:03:27.000 It does.
01:03:31.000 A lot of people are speculating as to what might happen in the debate, and we don't know exactly.
01:03:37.000 I want you to watch for these tactics, but we do actually have an exclusive computer modeling projection of the debates.
01:03:44.000 When we entered in all of the valid data and the analytical information that we had, the computer, which is a, you know, they use it like for boxing, for a lot of sports.
01:03:54.000 This is the projected computer simulated matchup.
01:03:57.000 Oh my god!
01:03:59.000 We killed him!
01:04:01.000 Hello!
01:04:03.000 Hey, let him go!
01:04:05.000 No, no, no!
01:04:07.000 Stop!
01:04:09.000 No, I'm not going to put him in the car!
01:04:11.000 No, no, no!
01:04:13.000 Be careful!
01:04:15.000 Yeah, that's Biden falling on a decline.
01:04:20.000 They also both learned French.
01:04:21.000 They both learned French.
01:04:22.000 I think that's Italian.
01:04:22.000 They both learned broken... I was going to say Italian, but you know, you never know.
01:04:26.000 You do realize I speak French, correct?
01:04:28.000 He said it, I wasn't talking to you.
01:04:30.000 I was talking to him.
01:04:30.000 Is it French?
01:04:31.000 It's French-Canadian.
01:04:32.000 He's my uncle.
01:04:37.000 It's a private video!
01:04:39.000 It's not a sad clip, it's hysterical.
01:04:42.000 And let me explain to you why it's hysterical.
01:04:44.000 Because you stupid Anglophones, that's what us French Canadians call English speakers, don't understand the context.
01:04:50.000 The guy who throws the punch, he's yelling it, he's going, See, sucker?
01:04:56.000 He's like, alright, you MF, let's go!
01:04:58.000 And the guy literally says, no, no, no, I don't have any intention of fighting, come on, we're adults.
01:05:04.000 And the guy goes, oh yeah, hold this, you little shit, come on!
01:05:06.000 And he goes, no, no, no, stop, stop, stop!
01:05:08.000 Then the guy swings, the other guy sidesteps, and he falls, like, if you fall flat, right, that's bad, but if you're planted here, you fall.
01:05:15.000 That's further.
01:05:15.000 You fall way further, it's a decline, and the guy, he's still doing better than actual Biden.
01:05:22.000 Ah, yes.
01:05:23.000 It is a hilarious clip.
01:05:25.000 I don't care.
01:05:26.000 But this goes back to, I don't care about the power differential.
01:05:30.000 I care about who's right and who's wrong.
01:05:32.000 And even if an old man just vaporizes his hip, I do not have a problem with it.
01:05:38.000 If he is the one saying, let's go, I'm going to kick your ass.
01:05:40.000 And the guy's saying, no, no, no.
01:05:41.000 Come on.
01:05:41.000 Come on, man.
01:05:41.000 I don't want to fight.
01:05:42.000 I don't want to fight.
01:05:43.000 I don't care if it's sad.
01:05:45.000 That is justice.
01:05:48.000 You know what, we are going to come back with some of your chats.
01:05:52.000 We do have to go, this is the last week, just so you know, of the David Dorn t-shirt.
01:05:56.000 Is it at lottoearthcratershop.com?
01:05:58.000 Lottoearthcratershop.com.
01:06:00.000 We have sold, we have raised a lot of money for the wife, Ann Dorn, and it's actually going by her request to a scholarship or a fund in David Dorn's name.
01:06:08.000 So she wanted you to know that it's not actually going to her, which is just another, these people are salt of the earth.
01:06:13.000 And I really do appreciate them, especially now when it's open season on Officers.
01:06:17.000 This will be the last week you can get the David Dorn shirt at loudwithcuttershop.com.
01:06:21.000 A quick break from our sponsors.
01:06:23.000 We'll come back with your chats and some exclusive info.
01:06:26.000 Ooh.
01:06:26.000 Let's explain to the trouble that I'm always in.
01:06:31.000 Always in.
01:06:34.000 Let's explain.
01:06:36.000 Retired St.
01:06:37.000 Louis Police Captain David Dorn.
01:06:39.000 Dorn was shot and killed by a looter earlier this week in North St.
01:06:42.000 Louis.
01:06:43.000 This was a great cop.
01:06:44.000 Great cops do exist.
01:06:46.000 And this is one of them.
01:06:47.000 Black lives have to matter to us first.
01:06:50.000 So until then, we're going to keep on having these instances of stupid killings and stuff like that.
01:06:59.000 My uncle didn't deserve to die like this.
01:07:01.000 Hey Garrett, just so you know, Steven moved the taping back 30 minutes.
01:07:24.000 Alright, thanks man.
01:07:25.000 Great, thanks for the heads up.
01:07:27.000 Appreciate it.
01:07:29.000 Oh, that's that sparkle.
01:07:45.000 That's the one.
01:07:47.000 Oh, there we go again, sparkles.
01:07:49.000 I just love the animation.
01:07:53.000 Hey Garrett, we actually are going to need to...
01:07:55.000 What the f***?
01:07:57.000 Brony.
01:08:03.000 Okay, okay.
01:08:07.000 Alright.
01:08:09.000 Oh.
01:08:10.000 Wow.
01:08:12.000 At least what you do online is your business.
01:08:14.000 Protect your business with ExpressVPN.
01:08:16.000 By the way, we are really grateful to ExpressVPN for sponsoring this show.
01:08:28.000 We've actually used, if you can go back and look at some of our videos that revolve around YouTube search algorithms, the Tulsi Gabbard stuff, when we were searching for Steven Crowder, it changed my mind and you couldn't find it.
01:08:36.000 And YouTube was like, thanks for letting us know, we fixed that.
01:08:38.000 Well, what'd you fix?
01:08:39.000 Well, that's classified.
01:08:41.000 We were using ExpressVPN.
01:08:42.000 What a coincidence.
01:08:43.000 Before they were ever a sponsor.
01:08:45.000 And really that's about, if you want to make sure that big tech, again these are companies right now, when you look at the big three, are more powerful than any government in any previous century.
01:08:54.000 Make sure that what you do online is protected.
01:08:55.000 ExpressVPN is a great way to do it.
01:08:57.000 They have the balls to sponsor this show.
01:08:59.000 And I believe you get three months free if you sign up at ExpressVPN.com.
01:09:05.000 I want to make sure of the expressvpn.com.
01:09:08.000 The reason I need this in writing is because I just have it installed on my computer and on my phones.
01:09:12.000 So I always forget the land of where you need to go.
01:09:14.000 Once you install it, you just use it.
01:09:16.000 It's super easy to use.
01:09:17.000 It's what we use.
01:09:18.000 And they also are, as far as I understand it, one of the only major security Express, VPN, sorry, I was about to say security Express.
01:09:27.000 The word I was looking for was VPN.
01:09:29.000 Now look, the thing is, just go to the website with the thing.
01:09:34.000 They're one of the only VPNs who advertise on podcasts and on YouTube who didn't have a security breach that they withheld from the public.
01:09:42.000 So, I'm not going to name names, but let's just refer to it as Brand X. Yeah.
01:09:48.000 By the way, there are tons of brands lining up to get Joe Biden as their spokesperson.
01:09:52.000 You know, go to the... with the phone and the corn pops!
01:09:56.000 He's so used to reading Prompter, we can put anything in there, and he'll just say it, and it doesn't matter if it's illegal.
01:10:03.000 Oh my gosh.
01:10:04.000 All right, we're gonna go to your chats really quickly.
01:10:06.000 We do these chats exclusively with Mug Club members.
01:10:09.000 Again, you can sign up at lottowithcutter.com slash mug club where we were broadcasting today before we got locked out of Facebook and YouTube.
01:10:15.000 So that's the fail safe.
01:10:16.000 It's the only thing that keeps this going.
01:10:18.000 And so we don't do super chat because I don't want to give the I don't want to give the volcanic big tech overlords my money.
01:10:25.000 All right, Ian.
01:10:26.000 Assume they're Scientologists.
01:10:29.000 The Thetans.
01:10:30.000 Ian says, do you think the resurgence in riots due to the Breonna Taylor verdict will help Trump win close Rust Belt states or Minnesota?
01:10:38.000 I certainly don't think that it hurts.
01:10:40.000 I don't know if he will win.
01:10:42.000 If you look at the electoral map, there are a lot of ways that Donald Trump can win, and there's really kind of a preset path for Joe Biden to win.
01:10:50.000 If Donald Trump does win Florida and the polls are having him ahead, Right now in Florida the more recent polls and other
01:10:55.000 rolling average isn't but if you look at the trend the more recent polls show
01:10:58.000 Him closing it, especially if you look at the demographics with Latinos and with black people in the state if Donald
01:11:03.000 Trump wins, Florida There are multiple paths for him to win and all of them do
01:11:07.000 involve some Midwestern states though But that can be a combination of Minnesota, Wisconsin or
01:11:12.000 Michigan or Michigan and Pennsylvania I was very surprised at Michigan in the last election
01:11:19.000 I wouldn't be surprised with it going either way, this go-around.
01:11:21.000 But that's also why we're going to the Capitol on October 2nd, because the one leg that Governor Whitmer has to stand on, and for some reason Michiganders have bought this shit, is you see all these signs, thank you Governor Whitmer for keeping us safe.
01:11:32.000 By the way, she must be using a VPN because they have no record of the numbers.
01:11:36.000 None whatsoever, huh?
01:11:37.000 Interesting.
01:11:38.000 in Michigan and no other numbers make sense. Hopefully we'll get them, but we do have some
01:11:42.000 numbers that might interest you. The only leg that she has to stand on Democrats in
01:11:45.000 Michigan is this message that they are pumping that Donald Trump didn't do enough to stop
01:11:50.000 COVID whereas their governor took actions proactively that killed people.
01:11:55.000 I'm not saying she's a murderer.
01:11:56.000 Her policies killed people.
01:11:58.000 You can contrast it by any other metric you use.
01:12:01.000 Population.
01:12:02.000 Population density.
01:12:03.000 Amount of major cities.
01:12:05.000 Amount of land mass.
01:12:06.000 Geographic location.
01:12:07.000 By any other metric, Michigan is not even close.
01:12:10.000 It's an outlier.
01:12:11.000 And her policy is that of an outlier governor.
01:12:15.000 Yeah, and hopefully somebody who's out of office very, very soon.
01:12:17.000 And an outright liar.
01:12:18.000 Yeah, exactly.
01:12:20.000 I think you're right.
01:12:20.000 I think there's no win for the Democrats on the riots.
01:12:23.000 They look bad because they don't typically come out and condemn the rioting.
01:12:27.000 They tend to support these things or at least push them a little bit.
01:12:29.000 And every time people get scared that are independents, they get scared for their safety and security, they tend to run towards Republicans.
01:12:36.000 On the issue of security, it helps Donald Trump.
01:12:37.000 I don't know that he will win all of the Midwestern states.
01:12:39.000 I wouldn't be surprised to see him pick up some.
01:12:42.000 If he wins Florida and Pennsylvania, it's done.
01:12:44.000 If he wins Florida, and then just maintains the states that lean Republican, but aren't necessarily deadlocks, then he can win either Minnesota, Wisconsin, or Michigan, and he wins.
01:12:56.000 So there are a lot of paths for him to win.
01:12:59.000 And you know, listen, people say, and I don't know about the polls, but I will say when the polls, if you look at RCP, they have Texas and they had Missouri up until this week as toss-ups, well then you have to throw them out completely.
01:13:12.000 I will certainly eat my hat if Missouri votes for Joe Biden.
01:13:18.000 You find me the biggest Abe Lincoln cat in a hat, you can find me a cat in a hat, and I will eat said hat and the cat if Joe Biden wins Missouri.
01:13:28.000 And that's how you know that polls are at least trying to manipulate public opinion.
01:13:31.000 And when people say there aren't nearly as many secret Trump voters as there used to be, well, I don't know.
01:13:34.000 Listen, I think that in 2016, Trump was an unknown.
01:13:37.000 So maybe people kind of didn't know where they were leaning.
01:13:39.000 But as far as secret Trump voters, in 2016, people weren't shot in the head point blank for voting Trump.
01:13:45.000 So I think some people might keep it to themselves.
01:13:46.000 And I know at least 50 to 100 people who watch this show say, yeah, I just can't talk about it.
01:13:52.000 And I don't tell people, but I want to definitely vote Donald Trump.
01:13:55.000 I wouldn't answer a poll.
01:13:56.000 That's anecdotal.
01:13:57.000 And statistically, if you look at their sampling averages, they are pretty damn biased and tilted towards the Democrats.
01:14:02.000 I think they consider it balanced because they include more independents, but certainly not Republicans.
01:14:06.000 Let's go to another chat, please.
01:14:08.000 Justin says, do you think open carry protests cause more harm than good for defending 2A rights?
01:14:14.000 What should conservatives who desperately want to protect these rights do instead?
01:14:18.000 Well, you know, it's interesting because we had a video planned on this on location before COVID.
01:14:22.000 And I will say this.
01:14:24.000 I'm not going to condemn people who go out and carry long rifles, okay?
01:14:28.000 I understand that that is their right, absolutely, and I don't believe that it should be infringed upon.
01:14:31.000 However, if our goal is to draw more people into the fold, into the Second Amendment community, we want more people to carry firearms, I do think that it's counterproductive.
01:14:40.000 So I hope that I've made my position clear.
01:14:42.000 I'm not saying that you're wrong.
01:14:44.000 I'm not saying that I'm against it.
01:14:45.000 But I do think, first off, I prefer concealed carry because it's surprise!
01:14:50.000 But I also think that if you're going to open carry, that's not how people would open carry in everyday life.
01:14:54.000 I think that maybe we will see some people open carrying, maybe in higher numbers now.
01:14:58.000 But they're not going to be walking around with an AR-15.
01:14:59.000 They're more likely to have a shoulder holster, or maybe they have a hip holster that's outside of a tucked-in shirt with a pistol on their hip.
01:15:06.000 So I think that open carry protests should try and be as close to mimicking how people could see themselves exercising that right, and not people who look like, you know, backyard paintballers playing militia.
01:15:18.000 And I'm not saying it's morally wrong.
01:15:20.000 I understand, but I would like to see, and we were planning on doing this, a more realistic open carry.
01:15:25.000 But then, you know, there was a bad flu.
01:15:28.000 Yeah.
01:15:29.000 Because then these guys look threatening and they're just like, what?
01:15:31.000 It's legal!
01:15:32.000 Yeah!
01:15:34.000 I couldn't hear you through your skull neck gaiter.
01:15:38.000 I don't enjoy this conversation.
01:15:40.000 That's an awkward encounter.
01:15:43.000 Yeah, absolutely.
01:15:43.000 Sean says, Antifa just launched some attacks in North Carolina near me.
01:15:48.000 At what point do we citizens need to pick up the responsibility for protecting our state when our leaders fail to do so?
01:15:56.000 That's a good question.
01:15:57.000 We've talked about that quite a bit on the show.
01:15:58.000 Listen, I will never advocate that you do something illegal on this program because there are people who are just aching to ban me or put me in jail.
01:16:05.000 But I will say this.
01:16:07.000 I definitely encourage, support, and would like to see more homeowners and business owners rightfully, lawfully protecting what is theirs.
01:16:15.000 I'm not talking about going out and hunting people who you disagree with.
01:16:18.000 I'm not even talking about going out and, not even playing vigilante, but going out and playing peacemaker with a gun.
01:16:24.000 Even if you go to a riot and your goal is to try and quell the riot, you bring a firearm, that's not what happens.
01:16:28.000 But I do want to see more Americans.
01:16:31.000 I do want to see massive numbers of Americans.
01:16:33.000 When people stroll through your neighborhood and break into your house or break into your business, I would like to see more Americans exercising their Second Amendment rights and defending what is theirs.
01:16:42.000 Why?
01:16:42.000 so that other Americans aren't afraid to do so. I make no apologies for stating that. I hope that
01:16:49.000 I've been very clear on where I line up. I want you to protect what is yours. And you know what,
01:16:54.000 there are a lot of communities where I know where they're, you know, we used to have block parents
01:16:58.000 in Canada. I don't know if that's a thing here, but community watch programs were in your
01:17:01.000 neighborhood. You get with other people who are gun owners and or people who have alarm systems.
01:17:05.000 Some people just have alarm systems who are in these watch programs where if you have a break-in
01:17:10.000 and you don't have the money for an alarm system, you call them and they hit a button that alerts
01:17:13.000 the police. So it would be good to get with people in your community and have a plan and
01:17:18.000 have a strategy to protect your family, to protect what's yours or your business community.
01:17:22.000 Don't go out and look for a fight.
01:17:24.000 Don't even go into a fight that's already happening.
01:17:26.000 I'm sorry that your governments have abandoned you.
01:17:28.000 Eventually that will be the president's job to send in the feds everywhere.
01:17:31.000 But you do have the right, and it's different from state to state, but it's your God-given
01:17:35.000 right to protect your family and your property.
01:17:39.000 And I do encourage everyone to do that.
01:17:42.000 No apologies.
01:17:43.000 Thank you very much, Sean, for that.
01:17:44.000 I appreciate it.
01:17:45.000 Gerald A., I appreciate you being here, sir.
01:17:47.000 I did want to, of course, let you guys know that we'll be in Michigan again October 2nd, and next Tuesday is the huge debate stream.
01:17:54.000 But I did want to take this second just to send out a thank you.
01:17:57.000 I talked about it earlier.
01:17:58.000 During the break, I realized I wanted to talk about it a little more.
01:18:01.000 People ask you to check your privilege.
01:18:03.000 That's not going to do that.
01:18:04.000 I'm not going to do that ever.
01:18:05.000 I'm not going to be checking my privilege solely for being white, but I will recognize privileges that I've enjoyed throughout my life that many people haven't.
01:18:13.000 For example, I have a mom and a dad.
01:18:14.000 I have a mom and a dad who love me.
01:18:16.000 And that is an incredible privilege.
01:18:18.000 I think it's one that's more valuable than money, than assets, than a good school.
01:18:24.000 A good mom and a dad, I am eternally grateful.
01:18:27.000 But I will recognize that as a white person, there is a privilege that I have where I can become a police officer, if I so choose, without being considered a race traitor or an Uncle Tom or my family being at risk.
01:18:42.000 That's something that's exclusive to black men in this country who choose to go out and serve their communities.
01:18:47.000 By the way, they do it in a higher percentage of the police force than the general population.
01:18:52.000 It's a privilege that I recognize.
01:18:53.000 It's not something, generally speaking, in the white community where if I say, well, okay, do I want to go into the military?
01:18:59.000 Would I like to go to college?
01:19:00.000 Or, you know what?
01:19:01.000 I've always wanted to be a police officer or firefighter, but specifically police officer.
01:19:05.000 The response is generally not without fail, why would you want to be a cop?
01:19:12.000 Oh my god, you want to enforce that system?
01:19:14.000 No, no.
01:19:14.000 As a matter of fact, that would be surprising, that reaction, if a white person were to tell his parents that he wants to become a police officer.
01:19:20.000 It's the rule, very often, you see right now in the black activist community.
01:19:23.000 Now, not the black communities themselves.
01:19:25.000 If you look at the polls, most black people in the United States actually want 80-something percent, between 70 to 80-something percent, depending which poll you're using with a sampling bias.
01:19:34.000 They want to see at least as much police presence in their neighborhoods as they have now, or more.
01:19:40.000 But in the media, if you are a black police officer, you are given no credit.
01:19:47.000 And I was thinking about that today, watching these protests, and watching police officers get hit in the back of the head, and watching black police officers trying to serve their community, and trying to reason with people who may live next door to them, but certainly have the same color skin, and the hate that you see in the eyes of other black people toward black police officers, often in this country, that's got to be a horrible feeling.
01:20:11.000 And we've talked about it on this show, but you know what?
01:20:12.000 I think that I've done a disservice.
01:20:14.000 Yeah, we're selling the David Dorn shirt.
01:20:16.000 This is the last week that we'll go to the—but I don't think we've talked about it enough.
01:20:19.000 I think that we almost—you could almost say that we've forgotten about black police officers.
01:20:23.000 We've talked about it, but my God, you know what?
01:20:24.000 That is probably the main takeaway right now with the protests or the riots and the police violence.
01:20:32.000 When I thought about this this morning, what they have to go through, black officers today in the United States of America in 2020, it almost brings a tear to my eye.
01:20:44.000 Because really, when you compare it to anyone, Anyone else on the side of these conflicts, whoever gets the short end of the stick, you can compare white police officers, you can compare black protesters, you can compare white protesters, it's not even close.
01:20:58.000 It's not even close.
01:21:00.000 The people who get treated the worst, the people who get no credit from most communities, are the black police officers in this country.
01:21:07.000 And you know what?
01:21:07.000 That's got to be a really hard decision to make.
01:21:10.000 Think about that.
01:21:11.000 For some guy to, in 2020, or let's go back a few years, or as Joe Biden would refer to it, a century, let's go back to 2016.
01:21:20.000 A black guy saying, you know what?
01:21:21.000 I think I want to serve my community.
01:21:23.000 I see crime.
01:21:23.000 I see drugs.
01:21:24.000 I see violence.
01:21:25.000 I want to become a police officer.
01:21:27.000 In 2016?
01:21:27.000 In 2020?
01:21:27.000 in 2016, in 2020, that takes a brass pair.
01:21:32.000 And so, you know what officers out there, officers, I assume that, listen,
01:21:36.000 you're not easily offended, so I'll just say black American officers.
01:21:39.000 I don't want to say officers of color, because you'd probably kick my ass, and rightfully so.
01:21:43.000 You should get the billy club if I say that.
01:21:45.000 Black officers, I want you to know, and I know this may not mean a whole lot coming from a basic white guy like myself, believe me, the irony is not lost on me, but we, everyone here at Ladder with Crowder, and I know I probably speak for most conservatives, truly appreciate the sacrifices that you have made, and namely, the biggest sacrifice you've made, which is Your calling, your vocation, for the rest of your life, you've chosen to do something which is never glorified, for which you're given very little credit.
01:22:12.000 And I want to say this individually as a man, genuinely, genuinely, I appreciate your willingness to make the hard choice.
01:22:21.000 To proactively look down two paths, and I don't know if you could look at a much harder path as a black man in the United States of America than becoming a police officer, and you chose that one.
01:22:33.000 And I know sometimes you probably, I was just thinking about this this morning, sometimes you probably look around and you wonder, is it all worth it?
01:22:38.000 Listen, I can't tell you that.
01:22:39.000 You'll have to determine that for yourself.
01:22:42.000 But I can tell you this.
01:22:44.000 We need you.
01:22:46.000 The United States of America, people of all colors, truly need you.
01:22:50.000 I can say that I see you.
01:22:51.000 I recognize you.
01:22:53.000 And when it feels like the world doesn't, I want you to know that's a media and Democratic division-led lie.
01:23:00.000 The rest of us here do.
01:23:02.000 We see you.
01:23:03.000 We appreciate you.
01:23:04.000 Your story isn't told enough, and I cannot thank you enough.
01:23:08.000 I appreciate it.
01:23:09.000 We will see you next week.
01:23:10.000 Thank you again, black officers.
01:23:12.000 I won't say officers of color because you get it.
01:23:16.000 Subject for today!
