The Democratic National Convention is in full swing, and the 2020 election is right around the corner. Democrats are on the brink of picking their presidential candidates, and there's no better way to celebrate than with a night of debriefing on the events that have transpired so far.
00:00:24.000The findings as the basis for Hausser's Law were first published by investment economist W. Kurt Hausser in 1993, which showed no matter what the tax rates have been, in post-war America tax revenues have remained at about 19.5% of our GDP, with a surprisingly stable variability hovering between 16 and 20%, regardless of the tax rate.
00:00:50.000Though we often hear that corporations in the United States need to begin paying their fair share, before Donald Trump's tax cuts went into effect in the United States, the United States had the highest corporate tax rate of any developed country in the world at 38.9%.
00:01:05.000And key fact number three, the top earners pay nearly all of the taxes.
00:01:09.000Despite what you've heard regarding people paying their fair share and the wealthiest X percent, the numbers are inescapable.
00:01:15.000The top 50% of earners in the United States pay 97% of all taxes.
00:01:21.000Again, the top 50% of earners in the United States pay 97% of all taxes.
00:01:27.000Add it all up, you get Hauser's Law, the corporate tax numbers, and those who pay taxes in this country, in reality, as opposed to what you've heard.
00:01:42.000If you want to learn more, you can peruse the references for this specific show at 3keyfacts.com or tune in to the hour-long daily show Louder with Crowder weekdays at 10 a.m.
00:01:52.000Eastern on Rumble, YouTube, or right here, anywhere, you get your podcasts.
00:01:57.000I can imagine what can be and be unburdened by what has been.
00:02:45.000Calling donors Drinking beer I wish you would Disappear I can smell Bullshit from here The bitch is cringy Like no one else This bitch is cringy But I can't help myself Can't wait till election's through.
00:05:39.000You can go back through the archives if you're watching on YouTube and watch the proverbial sodomizing of him that took place on my program.
00:06:22.000You will take a drink anytime Kamala cackles, anytime, or anyone, brings up vibes, hope, or joy, or implies it, anytime you hear a Kamala-ism, I'll be the judge of that, anytime Kamala promises to fix a problem that she could fix now, and you finish your drink anytime Kamala Harris claims one of Trump's policies as her own, like no taxes on tips.
00:07:00.000Also, you can go and download 3in3, the podcast, three key facts, three irrefutable key facts, in three minutes or less, anywhere you get your podcasts on topics that you care about.
00:07:08.000It's by no means meant to be an A to Z. It's a good place to start.
00:07:12.000I know, look, last night some of you were saying, hey, we want more fact checking.
00:07:16.000But the important thing to remember is that yesterday, and we did a four-hour show, every single person this entire week has not proposed any policy, has not actually contrasted anything that could be quantifiable.
00:09:51.000We do this for working families who make this country thrive.
00:09:54.000We do this for the planet and for each other.
00:09:58.000We do this for justice and for peace and for democracy.
00:10:02.000And as we are about to hear, we do this for the safety of our communities.
00:10:09.000You know, it's funny, when I go to South Dallas or the black areas of town, I usually look around and say, you know, the planet needs more of this.
00:10:51.000We laid down our riot gear, and we embraced the community, and instead of hate, we chose hope.
00:11:02.000Guys, look, I know you might be thinking we're the laughing stock because we're Detroit and 7 out of 10 murders go completely unsolved, but we kneeled to some blacks!
00:11:51.000I cannot believe that they are, uh, and by the way, we can bring that up, that image of them laying down their riot gear before they were raped without mercy.
00:12:00.000If at some point, by the way, tonight you're watching this live fact check on YouTube, you may see this.
00:13:15.000Well, that brings us to, actually, look, we are going to continue fact-checking live tonight, and you can use the hashtag, by the way, Comrade Kamala, and the promo code Comrade Kamala for $15 off Mug Club as we lead into election night, November 5th, 2024.
00:13:29.000I've been telling you that this is what they do.
00:13:49.000Lie to you about Joe Biden being fit as a fiddle, being in good health, until they realize the lie couldn't get him past that finish line, so then they just cheat and they don't play by the rules.
00:14:00.000Lie to you About COVID coming from a wet market?
00:14:04.000About COVID going to kill two million Americans in two months?
00:14:43.000Not lie and have a crisis of conscience.
00:14:45.000Lie to you until it no longer works, and then cheat.
00:14:48.000And that is why we are preparing for the election livestream of the century, the Rumble on Rumble, November 5th, 2024.
00:14:53.000I fully I fully plan on the left polling a lot of foul play and cheating.
00:15:00.000That's why, with your support when you join Mug Club, we're actually going to have the live electoral integrity map where you can go, you can see states.
00:15:06.000We will have the ability to call and dispute states because we will have more data than any news agency on legacy media that night.
00:15:13.000When you go there, something happens like a pipe bursting in Georgia or Bristol boards being posted over a precinct in Detroit.
00:15:20.000We will have boots on the ground in every major city, Milwaukee, Detroit, Phoenix, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and a volunteer army as well alongside them so that you can see in real time what is going on.
00:16:54.000What they won't tell you are the statistics.
00:16:55.000They won't tell you that 94 to 97 percent of mass shootings occur in gun-free zones.
00:17:00.000They won't tell you that firearms are used to defend lives far more often each year.
00:17:05.000According to the DOJ, according to the CDC, 500,000 to 3 million defensive uses of firearms each year when compared to homicide.
00:17:13.000It's anywhere between 10 and 20,000 in a given year.
00:17:15.000They will not tell you about the statistics as to who is committing gun violence.
00:17:19.000If you actually take out certain demographics in this country, we have lower gun violence.
00:17:24.000Then Finland, then Sweden, then other countries.
00:17:28.000It's because we don't have a homogenous society and we have gang crime in this country.
00:17:32.000You are far more likely to die in your bathtub, in a car, and so are your children, or by the way, from choking at school than from being shot.
00:23:02.000It sniffed the kid's head right after that, so we had to cut away.
00:23:05.000And to let people know, of course, bring up in the lower third, we are going to be fact-checking this god-awful convention, but we do have an exclusive right now.
00:23:12.000Captain Morgan just let me know that we have a tip, and everything's been redacted, as I understand it.
00:23:26.000And so there's a lot of speculation on if RFK is going to endorse.
00:23:29.000Well, one of the Mug Club Army has basically reached out to us.
00:23:33.000But let me set this up with what the Trump campaign put out, because it kind of sets the stage.
00:23:37.000President Trump will be joined by a special guest as he delivers remarks about his America First policies and his vision to lower inflation and the cost of living, secure the border, And make our city safe again.
00:23:47.000Okay, so he's reserved a spot for somebody.
00:23:49.000This tip that we received says, from one of the Mud Club Army, says, I am a blank in the Phoenix area.
00:23:55.000I do many corporate conferences and political press conferences.
00:23:57.000Today I got the call to do the blank for the RFK press conference.
00:24:01.000We redact some of those when I say blank.
00:27:04.000She's got a neck on her like Brian Ehrlich.
00:27:09.000Here's the part where she goes out and sings a song to young women that you're perfect just the way you are, which no young man has ever heard, ever, feminists, because we're told that in order to earn the love of a woman, because love for men is conditional, we better get our shit together.
00:27:23.000So, you know, hey, if you're a woman you can just get teacher fat triceps and have a fauxhawk.
00:27:27.000I love the fact she's called Pink and she's got a dick.
00:29:18.000So let's go through who Kamala Harris is, because this is important.
00:29:22.000We'll get to the very specific proposed policies that she's given, and I don't think she's going to get into them tonight because they are wildly unpopular.
00:29:28.000The fear of the unknown is worse than the known until the known is worse.
00:29:33.000Like I talked about this yesterday, fear of the unknown is terrible until I broke my femur, shattered my kneecap, and I was like, well actually that's worse.
00:29:39.000That's worse than my worst case scenario, I thought I'd sprained an ankle.
00:29:41.000So, with Kamala Harris, she was saying, the fear of the unknown, I better get out there and answer a question.
00:29:47.000She did it once, it went so badly, she went right back into hiding.
00:30:50.000They're not going to stop before Election Day in November, and they're not going to stop after Election Day.
00:30:55.000And of course, remember, she supported a fund to bail out rioters in Minnesota, some of whom went right on to commit violent crimes again.
00:31:03.000And Noodles, let me know, I think they had some fact checks, so whatever they have that comes in really quickly, just feed it right to me, because I know that there's a lot of BS going on here.
00:31:12.000Here's something else that you need to know about Kamala Harris.
00:31:13.000So number one, she's a radical leftist who supports crime.
00:31:16.000That's sort of the Americanized version.
00:31:18.000Internationally, Kamala Harris, if you look at what she actually believes, and you look at GovTrack, This is why she was rated the most liberal senator in the United States, including Bernie Sanders.
00:31:46.000And whether or not we are truly committed to the principles of equity in every way that we as government and as a society Can enforce those important principles.
00:31:56.000Because I believe, as you all do, that addressing gender equity and equality is essential.
00:32:05.000Giving people the resources and the support they need so that everyone can be on equal footing.
00:32:12.000To put equity firmly at the center of our economic policy.
00:32:19.000The president, myself, The secretary and everyone in our administration are so dedicated to
00:32:26.000A specific principle, which is that of equity.
00:32:29.000If we think that by giving everyone an equal amount, we're going to achieve equal outcomes, it doesn't take into account, not everybody starts out on the same base.
00:32:39.000So we have to address this in a way that is about giving resources based on equity, understanding that we fight for equality, but we also need to fight for equity, understanding not everyone starts out at the same place.
00:35:34.000And by the way, they didn't give him that immunity.
00:35:35.000They recognized Otherwise, presidential immunity, which has already always existed.
00:35:39.000Otherwise, Barack Obama would be dead.
00:35:42.000He would have faced the death penalty for all the drone strikes.
00:35:46.000And by the way, I'm not saying that he should be.
00:35:48.000I'm saying that you need to be able to make executive decisions.
00:35:51.000The Supreme Court did not create a right.
00:35:53.000They recognize the right of presidential immunity.
00:35:55.000It's the same thing that these people say when they're talking about qualified immunity with police officers.
00:36:00.000No, it doesn't protect you from criminal acts.
00:36:02.000It protects you from civil litigation because someone high on PCP got smacked around when you pulled them over for a speeding ticket and they punched you in the balls.
00:41:05.000By the way, there's a difference between being isolationist and not doing anything in the rest of the world, and not getting into new wars because you are good enough to keep yourself out of them, and also kill the second person in command of a country when you get out of them.
00:41:17.000Do you notice these people who are in positions where they're highly specialized?
00:41:21.000They're always... It's kind of like someone in IT who's always going to tell you you have to solve something in this super thoroughly technical manner.
00:41:28.000You're like, why don't I just unplug it and plug it back in?
00:41:29.000Like, I guess you could do that, and it starts working.
00:41:31.000This guy, every solution involves more foreign intervention.
00:41:34.000Just like with Anthony Fauci, every single solution involved more kickbacks to Big Pharma, involved more control to the CDC.
00:41:40.000They never tell you, hey, hey, look, we get things wrong a whole lot.
00:41:44.000Hey, I'm Leon Panetta, and guess what?
00:41:46.000Have you guys seen what we've done internationally?
00:42:20.000The soldiers who sign up, the people who want to go out there and be Marines and fight for their country, that's a very different person from someone who has been a career, a career military pencil pusher.
00:43:38.000By the way, really quickly, we do have... Since we did have Kamala's name mispronounced, it's not the first time that this has happened to a good reverend.
00:44:10.000And then Noodles looked at you and I'm like, nah, he's... Gerald, you will make a god-awful lawyer because you ask nothing but questions you do not know the answer to!
00:46:45.000And here's something else that you really need to know about Kamala Harris, which will get us through the policy, is she is extremely unlikable.
00:46:52.000And she is very, very slow on her feet.
00:46:56.000Which is why we've gone 32 days without a genuine interview.
00:47:26.000I know how to make a mean pot of greens.
00:47:28.000In fact, people used to ask me to make greens for them for Christmas.
00:47:31.000You know, I think that there's a duality to the nature of democracy.
00:47:35.000It's on your laptop and it's then therefore up here in this cloud that exists above us, right?
00:47:44.000That's on top of everything else that we know and don't know yet based on what we've just been able to see and because we've seen it or not doesn't mean it hasn't happened.
00:49:24.000He made, in a lot of people's opinion, a blunder by going after Brian Kemp.
00:49:28.000It looks like maybe there's a little bit of love here.
00:49:30.000Let's see if we can bring it up on the screen big enough for Stephen to be able to read there.
00:49:33.000Thank you to hashtag BrianKempGA, that's how you say in social Brian Kemp Georgia, for all your help and support in Georgia where a win is so important to the success of our party and more importantly our country, right?
00:50:29.000Right now we do, I think, have Whitmer coming up.
00:50:31.000I only did it, look, I only did it because people tell me that the devil went down there and I don't like, I'm not a fan of the devil, frankly not.
00:52:55.000How about the fact that people couldn't get to work because you shut down the entire state while you had your husband call the local doc, and I know the guy who he asked to lower it.
00:53:03.000You think he's ever had to take items out of the cart before checking out?
00:54:31.000In a crisis, we need someone strong enough to come up with a plan.
00:54:36.000Yeah, like someone like you where there was over 8,000 listed nursing home deaths because during COVID you sent young sick patients into nursing homes in order to try and hide the deaths because you thought, you know what, the old people are going to die anyway.
00:54:47.000Why wouldn't we choose the leader who's tough?
00:56:26.000He actually tried to offer me body armor that was not legal for civilian use because I was speaking at Lansing about the COVID death toll with Governor Whitmer.
00:56:39.000I'll just buy, at that point, from Spartan Armor.
00:56:41.000I'll just use the stuff from a sponsor.
00:56:43.000It doesn't seem like your stuff is that much better anyway.
00:56:45.000If I would have done that, I would have been in jail from the same guy, FBI agent Jason Chambers, who was involved with the fake kidnapping plot, Governor Whitmer.
00:56:53.000Just so you know, the kind of target That Donald Trump has on his back that any of us who are making an impact have on our back.
00:56:58.000And please do consider supporting us because we're funded by viewers like you.
00:58:45.000Um, so let me go through the actual policy proposals because there are not many from Kamala Harris so that, you know, she won't be getting into these tonight.
00:59:00.000And she says it'll only be on people making I believe Thank you, thank you
00:59:22.000I'm Adam Kinzinger and I am proud to be in the trenches with you as part of this sometimes awkward alliance that we have to defend truth Defend democracy and decency.
01:01:00.000The Republican Party is no longer conservative.
01:01:05.000It has switched its allegiance from the principles that gave it purpose to a man whose only purpose is himself.
01:01:17.000Donald Trump is a weak man pretending to be strong.
01:01:24.000Says the guy who had to tuck tail and run from his party because he couldn't win an election so he shows up at the DNC so he can get a few book sales.
01:01:31.000He's gonna tell someone else that they're a weak man?
01:01:34.000Talking about a guy who they're trying to jail and shot once but he's a weak man.
01:01:39.000He's a perpetrator who can't stop playing the victim.
01:01:42.000He puts on quite a show, but there is no real strength there.
01:06:46.000I have no respect for people like Adam Kinzinger.
01:06:50.000None whatsoever because everything he said is protecting democracy and this guy's a bad guy and he had a coup on our government and he didn't want to accept the results of an election even though he said peacefully and patriotically even though he said you should go home in peace and love and we don't do this and don't be violent and even though he left office voluntarily you human piece of crap He is not the issue.
01:07:15.000People are not pledging allegiance to Trump.
01:07:17.000Trump has signified to them that it's okay to question power and it's okay to question institutions that we used to believe in.
01:08:41.000I think we're going over to Luxembourg.
01:08:46.000Norway lost half a billion in tax revenue, or as Minnesota calls it after the riots, just, you know, it's a rough day, but we've had worse.
01:08:56.000Here's another policy from Kamala Harris that she won't talk about.
01:10:17.000Being where you are, you may be unifying intra-DNC, but I can guarantee you that what we're seeing in policies coming out are not unifying policies.
01:10:30.000And you must know that in terms of the populace.
01:13:13.000The idea of giving people money or giving them handouts for homes that they cannot afford is exactly what created the 2008 crash and the rhetoric before that was the exact same.
01:13:32.000We're attracting more capital into affordable housing and community development by strengthening the Community Reinvestment Act, expanding the network of community development financial institutions, making permanent mortgage revenue bonds in the low-income housing tax credit, and gaining greater commitments from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
01:13:49.000Today, while nearly three quarters of all white Americans own their homes, less than half of all African Americans and Hispanic Americans are homeowners.
01:13:58.000When a low-income family is qualified to buy a home but comes up short on the down payment, the American Dream Down Payment Fund will help provide the needed funds.
01:22:33.000Biden actually paused it and instead, he got rid of that and said, we're actually going to go to the companies and do this at $35 to take credit for it.
01:22:40.000So, he basically did a little bit of a switcheroo.
01:26:35.000So my mother was 19 when she crossed the world alone, traveling from India to California with an unshakable dream to be the scientist who would cure breast cancer.
01:26:53.000When she finished school, she was supposed to return home to a traditional arranged marriage.
01:27:00.000But as fate would have it, she met my father, Donald Harris, a student from Jamaica.
01:27:24.000I will always remember that big Mayflower truck, packed with all our belongings, ready to go to Illinois, to Wisconsin, and wherever our parents' jobs took us.
01:27:40.000My early memories of our parents together are very joyful ones.
01:27:46.000A home filled with laughter and music, Aretha, Coltrane, and Miles.
01:27:55.000At the park, my mother would say, stay close.
01:27:59.000But my father would say, as he smiled, Run Kamala, run, don't be afraid, don't let anything stop
01:31:19.000You really took that fucking philosophy to the wall.
01:31:22.000I grew up immersed in the idea of the civil rights movement.
01:31:26.000My parents had met at a civil rights gathering, and they made sure that we learned about civil rights leaders, including the lawyers like Thurgood Marshall and Constance Baker Motley.
01:31:40.000Those who battled in the courtroom to make real the promise of America.
01:31:47.000So, at a young age, I decided I wanted to do that work.
01:33:53.000And to be clear, And to be clear, my entire career, I've only had one client, the people.
01:34:02.000Suckling at the government teeth, have you?
01:34:07.000And so, on behalf of the people, on behalf of every American, regardless of party, race, gender, or the language your grandmother speaks, On behalf of my mother and everyone who has ever set out on their own unlikely journey, on behalf of Americans like the people I grew up with, people who work hard, chase their dreams, and look out for one another,
01:34:47.000On behalf of everyone whose story could only be written in the greatest nation on earth, I accept your nomination to be President of the United States of America.
01:35:06.000But no one voted for you for the nomination.
01:35:07.000You're not accepting it from the people.
01:35:09.000Again, just think about the cognitive dissonance.
01:35:13.000My only client has been the people who, when we're given the opportunity, gave me no vote statistically.
01:35:20.000Less than Dee Snider, who ran as a joke.
01:35:27.000And with this election, our nation with this election has a precious A new way forward from yours right now?
01:40:35.000And by the way, it's not lost on me the irony that I'm using the kind of rhetoric that they used against Donald Trump, which led to his attempted assassination.
01:45:06.000And as president, I will bring together labor, and workers, and small business owners, and entrepreneurs, and American companies to create jobs, to grow our economy, and to lower the cost of everyday needs like healthcare, and housing, and groceries.
01:50:03.000She's inconsequential when she's not on her knees.
01:50:06.000Tim Walz has the zero exceptions abortion all the way up until and including the day of birth and they have twice the national average of late-term abortions.
01:50:48.000And by the way, John Lewis and Congressman Clyburn, they were the ones saying that people were spitting on them, screaming the N-word, and Andrew Breitbart, the man there on that blackboard, under whose tutelage I sat, Said I'll offer $100,000 to the United Negroes College Fund if you can send us any proof.
01:51:18.000Last year, Joe and I brought together Democrats and conservative Republicans to write the strongest border bill in decades.
01:51:26.000$10 billion for the border, $60 billion for Ukraine, I believe it ended up with $20 and $70 billion?
01:51:32.000Yes, and by the way, the wall would only get constructed if they had excess funds.
01:51:36.000If you have a meatloaf that's 20% human shit, that's whatever it is, 20 to 70, give me the ratio there, that's what, that's about 28% human shit, and the remainder is meat, would you eat the meatloaf?
01:52:13.000It's a problem you can fix right now, border czar!
01:52:16.000That's like Mr. Christie saying, if you elect me, this country will finally be able to make cookies.
01:52:26.000And America, we must also be steadfast in advancing our security and values abroad.
01:52:36.000As Vice President, I have confronted threats to our security, negotiated with foreign leaders, strengthened our alliances, and engaged with our brave troops overseas.
01:52:49.000That's right, because war constantly breaks out under the watch of you, Biden and Obama.
01:52:53.000I will ensure America always has the strongest, most lethal fighting force in the world.
01:53:00.000Yeah, because that's what Democrats and nobles...
01:53:03.000Yeah, especially because you were the last person in the room when they discussed the Afghanistan withdrawal.
01:55:11.000And I will always ensure Israel has the ability to defend itself because the people of Israel must never again face the horror that a terrorist organization called Hamas caused on October 7.
01:56:57.000I believe it was the Ayatollah, I don't know if it was the Ayatollah, the Prime Minister, President of Iran said that Donald Trump's sanctions cost them $1 trillion.
02:00:56.000And faith to fight for this country we love, to fight for the ideals we cherish, and to uphold the awesome responsibility If this woman wins the presidency, I'm getting my shotgun fitted with a tow trigger.
02:02:34.000Because if we don't have everything... I think we have most everything.
02:02:36.000I was going to say, if we don't have everything, let's take a break so we can buy them some time and then hit it with a fact check that's rock solid because I can hit this thing in two minutes or less.
02:02:55.000We'll hear three and three, and a brief commercial.
02:02:58.000When we come back, two minutes or less, every single lie from that speech, kinda like CNN claims they do with Donald Trump, I'm rearing and ready.
02:03:44.000Higher gun ownership directly correlates with lower gun crime.
02:03:48.000According to studies from both the Crime Prevention Research Center and Columbia University, 2% of all United States counties account for 56% of all murders, with nearly all high-murder counties having a major city run by a Democrat mayor.
02:04:03.000The same can also be said of overall gun prevalence, with a study from Crime Research and the University of Chicago in John Lott showing that 94% of all mass shootings since 1950 have taken place in gun-free zones.
02:04:19.000The number of homicide deaths from firearms each year.
02:04:23.000According to the CDC, between 2018 and 2022, there's been an average of 17,673 firearm homicides each year.
02:04:33.000To put it in perspective, you are 20 to 25 times more likely to die from an accidental injury, fall, car crash, or poisoning than be murdered with a firearm.
02:04:45.000In stark contrast to the firearm homicides annually, defensive firearm uses are far more prevalent.
02:04:56.000According to NationalAcademics.org, almost all national surveys estimate an annual number of defensive uses of firearms ranging from approximately 500,000 to over 3 million.
02:05:08.000Furthermore, in 2021, Georgetown University performed the single most comprehensive study ever conducted on the issue and concluded that roughly 1.6 million defensive uses of firearms take place in the United States every year.
02:05:23.00094% of mass shootings take place in gun-free zones, 17,000 firearm homicides per year versus 1.6 million defensive uses.
02:05:38.000If you want to learn more, you can peruse the references for this specific show at 3keyfacts.com or tune in to the hour-long daily show Louder with Crowder weekdays at 10 a.m.
02:05:48.000Eastern on Rumble, YouTube, or right here anywhere you get your podcasts.
02:05:57.000And now for Barely Legal with Bill Richmond, sponsored by my club.
02:06:04.000Hi, I'm half-Asian lawyer Bill Richman for Louder With Crowder, here with some education and tips on the terms we use in the legal world.
02:06:12.000Our question today comes from Dan McGovern in that hellhole known as East St.
02:06:18.000Dan's question is, what is the deal with the court names like Supreme Court, Circuit Court, District Court, and Justice Court, and who in the s**t is in charge of who gets to be a judge in each one of those?
02:06:29.000Well Dan, we're going to split this one up into two parts and deal first with the courts themselves.
02:06:33.000Most of you have heard about a Supreme Court, which is the final appellate courts in both our federal and state systems.
02:06:39.000At the very top in the federal system, above all the courts, is the United States Supreme Court.
02:06:43.000You can end up here whether you start in a state court or a federal court.
02:06:47.000It is the true court of last resort for judicial relief.
02:06:50.000Now secondly, most states also have a Supreme Court that is the highest court in the state of Massachusetts.
02:08:23.000When I say that, and I mean a God damned lie, and I don't mean that using the Lord's name in vain, I mean I hope that God damns every single policy proposal, every single suggestion, every single anti-God, anti-human, you were created in the image of God, idea, policy that was even mentioned there.
02:08:42.000I hope that an unholy firestorm is brought upon their head like heaping coals so that they regret ever toying with the Lord Almighty with what they've just done here.
02:08:55.000This is a woman who has not seen an interview or a press conference in 32 days, and the moment that she had the opportunity to talk to you, she decided to lie to you about everything.
02:09:08.000That is certainly not democracy, and absolutely not a constitutional republic, to be clear.
02:09:18.000That was, take Barack Obama, take Joe Biden, take John Kerry, take Al Gore, roll it all up, and combine it with someone incompetent that the only tool at her disposal is to lie.
02:09:46.000And by the way, don't be told it's toxic masculinity.
02:09:49.000If you're a man right now and you're not mad as the head of your household, you're not a man.
02:09:55.000You're no man who should lead a family.
02:09:58.000This is someone who wants to lie to the American public so she can steal from you what you have created and tear under what God has created.
02:10:19.000Let's just get to her talking about people not being able to afford groceries that she's going to change, even though she's in office right now.
02:10:24.000Groceries in general are up at least 30 percent.
02:10:26.000Flour up 38.3, sugar up 30.7, butter up 35.9, eggs up 40.9, beef up 29 percent, chicken up 26 percent.
02:10:33.000Show me one number that's below 20, but that's the number that they officially release.
02:10:38.000Let's get to foreign policy where she says she's going to stand with her allies in NATO and by that she means a giant bill giving them money even though they have no business taking it.
02:11:50.000Insulin, that's one that she brings up, talking about the price of insulin.
02:11:53.000This is just a lie because they want to take credit for something that Donald Trump did.
02:11:57.000Don't go back to the past, which we copied.
02:11:59.000Donald Trump announced in May 2020 a $35 insulin co-pay.
02:12:06.000And then Biden in 2021, February, decided to rescind that insulin policy.
02:12:10.000And then he announced in 2023, two years later, a $35 insulin policy pressuring four main insulin manufacturers.
02:12:20.000So he undid what Donald Trump did and then said, you know what, I'm going to redo it and claim credit for it.
02:12:25.000Income, when you talk about income of the middle class, you're talking about salaries that went up about $4,000 under Donald Trump's presidency.
02:12:31.000And salaries that went down an average of $4,200 under Biden-Harris's presidency.
02:12:36.000When you're talking about the border, by the way...
02:12:39.000Talking about 300,000 unaccompanied minors in the United States in 2021.
02:12:45.000When she talks about fighting sex offenders.
02:12:48.000When she talks about fighting criminality.
02:12:50.000When she talks about us all being in this together.
02:12:52.000When she talks about, hey, everyone deserves to be safe.
02:12:55.000You've seen the skyrocketing crime rates.
02:12:57.000The skyrocketing crime rates across the United States?
02:13:23.000You want to increase the corporate tax rate to the highest in the industrialized world.
02:13:27.000You want to increase the capital gains rate, which by the way would affect every American with a retirement portfolio, to I believe 44.6% and unrealized capital gains.
02:13:36.000Donald Trump wants to decrease the corporate tax rate from 21% to 20%.
02:13:43.000When she says we're all in this together, Tim Walz is governor of the state that enacted abortions with zero exceptions, meaning all the way up until the day that you actually gave birth.
02:13:55.000If you gave birth at 1 p.m., you could have aborted that baby in Minnesota at 12 p.m.
02:15:56.000If you vote for Kamala Harris because you believe that she brought down grocery prices, your vote was stolen.
02:16:02.000If you vote for Kamala Harris because you believe that she's actually going to get NATO to pay their fair share, your vote was stolen.
02:16:08.000If you vote for Kamala Harris because you believe that she's going to actually put sanctions on Iran, the world's biggest funder of terrorism, your vote was stolen.
02:16:17.000If you vote for Kamala Harris because you think she's going to unify this country, your vote was stolen.
02:16:55.000Now she wants to deny that, but she's the border czar.
02:16:58.000In any event, she was in charge of the border.
02:17:00.000She's the worst border czar in the history of the world.
02:17:02.000There's never been a border so unsafe as this one.
02:17:06.00020 people, 20 million people have poured into our country, many of them from prisons and jails, from mental institutions and insane asylum, and record number of parents.
02:17:19.000And other countries are releasing their prisoners from their jails.
02:17:23.000They're emptying out their jails into the United States of America because of her incompetence and her bad border policies.
02:17:31.000She is a horrible, Horrible person to run this country.
02:17:35.000We won't have a country if she gets elected.
02:22:44.000I understand the concept, but I don't understand why we're doing that when you can just get your own bucket at prepwithcrowder.com and you get $300 off.
02:22:51.000Well, this one is free, so I'd rather just get one for free.
02:23:28.000You don't think you'll need this if Kamala Harris is president?
02:23:31.000And I'm not a doomsday prepper, but you should always have this if there's an earthquake, there's a hurricane, or a Kamala Harris presidency.
02:23:40.000Get $300 off on a three month food supply kit.
02:24:21.000She has this party behind her, but she's doing something, she's fixing some problems on the left.
02:24:28.000This whole thing has been an implicit critique of problems that we've had on the left.
02:24:32.000The left before we walked in here was about justice, diversity, trigger warnings, reparations for the past, and a bunch of party poopers and scolds.
02:25:07.000I'm not sure the left is gonna go down as easy as you think, but I agree with your chart and I did want to pick up on one word that you wrote and that's patriotism.
02:25:14.000not just Biden in the past, they want to fight this sort of anti-wolf war against a left
02:25:19.000that just died in here and something new just got born.
02:25:22.000The Kamala Harris Democrats are a different thing for you guys to fight.
02:25:26.000I'm not sure the left is going to go down as easy as you think, but I agree with your
02:25:31.000chart and I did want to pick up on one word that you wrote and that's patriotism.
02:25:35.000I do think that Republicans should pay attention to what happened in this hall tonight and
02:25:44.000I made a snarky quip about it earlier, but what I was noticing was the American flags, the number of them, everybody had one.
02:25:52.000Towards the end of the speech they had large American flags.
02:25:55.000There is something very symbolic about a waving American flag, the red, white, and blue, especially when you consider what we've seen out of the left on the streets of America and on the campuses of America over the last several months.
02:26:08.000You didn't really pick that up in the hall, but there is something interesting about it, and it was powerful.
02:26:13.000I want to quickly go to Caitlin on the floor.
02:29:14.000It's pretty remarkable that that's an applause line in this day and age.
02:29:18.000Yeah, and I think she wants to lead the way to where that is table stakes, where any Republican and any Democrat... Look, let me just tell you before we go to our 7 Plus 1 and then Mug Club, why you heard what you just heard.
02:29:29.000Kamala Harris is deathly afraid of the American public knowing who she is.
02:29:35.000People used to say that, I think it was I don't remember who, it was like JibJab back in the day, who used to do political cartoons, that John Kerry had more waffles than a house of pancakes, was like one of their jokes, back when comedians were kind of, you know, taking it online and not doing actual comedy.
02:29:52.000But the point here is, there's never been someone who's flip-flopped more than Kamala Harris.
02:29:56.000She doesn't actually believe in anything, but she would have communism if she could choose.
02:30:01.000As far as her policy, as far as her platform, she'll say whatever she needs to say.
02:30:08.000And that's why she's deathly afraid of having to answer questions from the media.
02:30:12.000So let me give you some then and now, and all the references are available.
02:32:20.000You know, one of the greatest modern innovations that has allowed the United States, at least under Trump's administration, to become a net exporter of energy.
02:32:30.000I'm gonna have to get very near the end of this now because I have SARS Are we all gonna die?
02:33:46.000Which, by the way, shows you how elitist she is because she claimed that she was smoking weed while listening to Tupac and Snoop before they ever existed.
02:34:34.000So Donald Trump says, Kamala, she slept her way, we don't know how she got her job, but we know at 29 she was dating Willie Brown who was 60, which is weird.
02:34:45.000If you're 29, suckling on old pendulous wrinkly balls is weird.
02:34:54.000So she calls Donald Trump and you, everyone here, a misogynist, but then talks about how she listens to Tupac and Snoop Dogg.
02:35:00.000Let's run a little bit of Snoop Dogg and Tupac so you can see if she actually believes what she says.
02:35:06.000Do you look back at some of your old lyrics, given the climate of what's happening today with women's empowerment, and be like, damn, that was kind of f***ed up that I said that?
02:35:38.000Let's go to cash bail, which is tough for Kamala Harris because she's trying to pander to black voters even though she's not amongst them.
02:35:45.000Back then, as a prosecutor, she wasn't only not in favor of cash bail, she had some of the highest money bail amounts in the country and she extended sentences that people had already served so that the state of California could use them as state-funded slave labor.
02:37:51.000Listen, I'm just saying, like, this doesn't make any sense to me for the American people to buy this, and so what I hope is that we don't see a bump and that RFK does his thing
02:38:01.000tomorrow, Trump does his thing tomorrow, and pushes whatever bump they would have gotten aside and
02:38:07.000that we move on into debates where Donald Trump will absolutely destroy her on policy and the
02:38:11.000American people get to see who she is not here I am as a child, here I am as somebody serving as
02:38:18.000vice And I know I don't understand God's plan.
02:50:12.000If you want the free show to continue, you need to join Mud Club because it doesn't continue unless enough of you support it.
02:50:18.000And by the way, between now and election, I won't be here next week, Monday through Wednesday, because I will be on the ground with our investigative journalism team, Mug Club Undercover, with some stories that, frankly, could change the election.
02:52:27.000There is no scenario where we approve a platform that has Stephen Crowder, Alex Jones, or the like.
02:52:36.000The content of your platform is non-compliant.
02:52:41.000The same people who have been saying that YouTube is a free and open platform are telling you right now, we will not allow you to be a free and open platform.
02:53:40.000Between now and election, it's a sprint.
02:53:43.000Not just for a national election, it's a sprint for the spirit of this country and your ability to choose what you watch, who you support, and the mere ability This season is war.
02:53:58.000What we did in 2020 is child's play compared to what we are about to do this election.
02:54:03.000We already have on the ground in major swing states and cities and what they are digging up right now before this election.
02:54:11.000And they will be there on election night with an army of volunteers and investigative journalists and more access to data in real time than anybody else on earth.
