00:00:45.000 Tomorrow we have Ted Cruz on the show.
00:00:46.000 What?
00:00:47.000 What is tomorrow?
00:00:48.000 Yeah, we have Ted Cruz on the show tomorrow.
00:00:49.000 Well, that's exciting.
00:00:50.000 I thought he was teaching you how to sip.
00:00:51.000 And I know some people are asking me, like, hey, what's this?
00:00:53.000 Are you going on a safari?
00:00:54.000 No, I am keeping the heat on until this election is over.
00:00:58.000 It's not over!
00:00:59.000 You never got me down!
00:01:00.000 You didn't get me down, Sleepy Joe!
00:01:03.000 We have a lot to talk about today.
00:01:05.000 More on election irregularities.
00:01:08.000 Irregularities.
00:01:08.000 Fraud.
00:01:09.000 Irregularities.
00:01:10.000 Fraud.
00:01:11.000 Fact-checking.
00:01:12.000 Cardi B we'll be talking about.
00:01:14.000 What else are we talking about today?
00:01:15.000 I'm trying to remember what we are talking about.
00:01:18.000 Oh, the vaccine success!
00:01:22.000 If only right before the election people saw that unemployment fell below 7% and that we had a vaccine, it's almost like all those dead people wouldn't have voted.
00:01:33.000 Uh, but Audio Wade is here.
00:01:35.000 How are you?
00:01:35.000 I'm doing well.
00:01:36.000 I think we have Half Asian Bill tomorrow and Ted Cruz talking about voter stuff going on.
00:01:40.000 Quarter Black Garrett, how are you?
00:01:41.000 Tim from HR, hey Tim!
00:01:43.000 We have Token Owen and we have Gerald A., how are you?
00:01:46.000 I'm well, how are you, sir?
00:01:47.000 Are you good?
00:01:48.000 I'm doing very well.
00:01:48.000 Drinking a lot of wine?
00:01:49.000 Why are you doing so well?
00:01:50.000 What did your little kid say his first words?
00:01:50.000 It's just a good day!
00:01:52.000 Uh, he's a little young for that.
00:01:54.000 Was it?
00:01:54.000 Really?
00:01:55.000 You know what his first words are going to be?
00:01:55.000 Yeah.
00:01:56.000 Probably mama.
00:01:57.000 Emancipation.
00:01:59.000 Why would he want that?
00:02:00.000 It's a loving family.
00:02:01.000 Who does emancipation when you leave?
00:02:03.000 You said that.
00:02:04.000 Isn't emancipation the same term for when kids leave their parents?
00:02:06.000 Yeah, you can emancipate a child from their parents.
00:02:08.000 You didn't know that, did you? You were thinking slavery.
00:02:10.000 Of course.
00:02:11.000 Oh, wow!
00:02:12.000 It's always on the brain.
00:02:14.000 We let those get away from us.
00:02:16.000 Oh.
00:02:17.000 Never again.
00:02:18.000 Real stain on our history books.
00:02:20.000 But we have so much to talk about.
00:02:22.000 Listen, a lot of people are going, how can you be happy during this time?
00:02:25.000 You know what?
00:02:27.000 Why not?
00:02:28.000 This is a momentous occasion in history, and I hope that you are feeling Feeling the groundswell.
00:02:35.000 Feeling almost like the violence at a Black Lives Matter protest.
00:02:38.000 You're feeling that things are changing right now.
00:02:41.000 And not only for President Donald Trump, but for the country.
00:02:45.000 For the entire country as it relates to election fraud.
00:02:47.000 So I do have to eat some crow because right off the bat, yesterday I was talking about my time at Fox News, a little inside baseball.
00:02:52.000 there and there's a kid who dies in a hospital bed oh um that was a baby ruth pointing not yeah it's like hey
00:02:57.000 that happened i don't know if it actually happened i know i've never
00:03:00.000 heard to have had so he like hit a kid
00:03:04.000 i'm just picturing like I'm gonna hit that kid.
00:03:08.000 He's a baseball bat to a kid of leukemia.
00:03:10.000 How do you like it, huh?
00:03:12.000 Huh?
00:03:12.000 Huh?
00:03:14.000 The famous called the shot and then he killed the kid.
00:03:15.000 No, he called the shot because there was a sick kid.
00:03:18.000 He called the shot and then hit it.
00:03:22.000 Hit the home run, apparently, for the kid.
00:03:24.000 But it is interesting whether... Can someone let me know in the chat if that actually happened?
00:03:27.000 I've heard that that didn't actually happen.
00:03:29.000 I don't think there's evidence of it, but it is claimed that it did happen.
00:03:32.000 There is evidence that he had the clap.
00:03:34.000 That's true, yeah.
00:03:35.000 But let's get to some news that's important.
00:03:37.000 I have been some crow here.
00:03:38.000 I don't know why that term is used because I was giving you some inside baseball yesterday about Fox News and I said that Neil Cavuto was the nicest person I had ever met.
00:03:45.000 That is still true.
00:03:46.000 Two things can be true at once.
00:03:48.000 However, I guess I don't even need to say however, because he was the nicest person that I've ever met, and yesterday he was being kind of an asshole, because he cut off Kayleigh McEnany, who by the way, is still, still the press, as far as I understand, last I checked, and probably will be for four more years.
00:04:06.000 He cut away from her right as she started talking about voter fraud, and people are upset about this, and rightfully so.
00:04:13.000 I have a follow-up right after.
00:04:14.000 Watch what happened.
00:04:15.000 We want an honest, accurate, lawful count.
00:04:19.000 We want maximum sunlight.
00:04:21.000 We want maximum transparency.
00:04:24.000 We want every legal vote to be counted.
00:04:27.000 And we want every illegal vote to be counted.
00:04:31.000 She's charging, the other side is welcoming fraud and welcoming illegal voting.
00:04:35.000 Unless she has more details to back that up, I can't in good countenance continue showing you this.
00:04:40.000 I want to make sure that maybe they do have something to back that up.
00:04:43.000 But that's an explosive charge to make that the other side is effectively rigging and cheating.
00:04:49.000 Now, it may seem important to us, but some actually believe this is a glorified PR stunt for Baby Geniuses 3.
00:04:54.000 This time it's petulant, which does seem... it's not outside the realm of possibility.
00:04:58.000 You can see why we do that now.
00:05:00.000 This is a big breakout role.
00:05:01.000 I still have my Diet Coke from the Clarence Thomas thing yesterday.
00:05:05.000 And this is a shock buzzer for Joe Louis.
00:05:07.000 I don't know if we can show Joe Louis, but I don't actually shock him.
00:05:09.000 So Animal Rights activists, you can go screw yourselves.
00:05:09.000 It's just a vibration.
00:05:11.000 Here's the thing, he says, maybe we'll cover her if she brings any evidence.
00:05:14.000 Those are some pretty serious charges.
00:05:17.000 Here is, you know, You do your audience a disservice when you cut away from her doing exactly what you're accusing her of not doing.
00:05:25.000 This is 45 seconds, seconds later.
00:05:32.000 Allow me to just broadly review three points that have happened in Pennsylvania. Number one,
00:05:36.000 in Philadelphia, poll watchers who are legally permitted to be there and observe the vote count
00:05:43.000 were blocked from observing the count. Second, Article 1, Section 4 of the United States
00:05:48.000 Constitution clearly states this, the time, place, and manner of holding elections for
00:05:53.000 senators and representatives shall be prescribed in each state by the legislature thereof.
00:05:58.000 That's right, the state legislature is constitutionally the one making the decision.
00:06:04.000 But the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Kathy Bookvar and the Democrat-tilted Pennsylvania Supreme Court have continually disregarded the Constitution, making decisions clearly in the domain of the Pennsylvania legislator.
00:06:17.000 Finally, a mere survey of the facts shows that voters in blue counties like Philadelphia County were given certain privileges that voters in red counties were not afforded.
00:06:27.000 The Constitution's Equal Protection Clause requires uniform standards, but Democrat election officials created disparities depending on where citizens lived and where they voted in the state.
00:06:38.000 Now, I don't want to be conspiratorial, because like I said, Neil Cavuto was always very nice with me, and I hope, listen, Mr. Cavuto, thank you for the opportunities that you provided me.
00:06:46.000 I don't know if these orders are coming from the top down, but how, if you are a news agency, and you say, well, you know, those are pretty big, those are pretty big allegations, if she offers, and you cut away, how do you think that serves your audience?
00:07:01.000 This is an entertainment show!
00:07:03.000 When people say, like, you're the only show I watch, I go, no!
00:07:06.000 Watch other shows, too!
00:07:10.000 For example, there is no Baby Geniuses 3!
00:07:12.000 That's a lie!
00:07:13.000 Oh, no.
00:07:14.000 Was once referred to as a joke.
00:07:16.000 But!
00:07:17.000 It's a movie.
00:07:18.000 It's a lie!
00:07:20.000 But the fact that we are providing context on both sides, we own our biases, and then we say, by the way, this is what both sides are saying, and this is why this side sucks.
00:07:27.000 How does Neil Cavuto justify that?
00:07:29.000 How does Fox News justify that?
00:07:32.000 I'm done with this guy!
00:07:35.000 They should definitely issue an apology.
00:07:36.000 He could have made the same statement and cut away for just a second and said, these are pretty big claims, let's see if she backs it up and gone back to it.
00:07:42.000 He's doing exactly what social media does, and I'll read later on the exact fact check that you see on Twitter, right?
00:07:48.000 Every time I listen to NPR, when it's not some lesbian funk duo, Donald Trump making claims of voter fraud despite there being no evidence.
00:08:00.000 Well, you just keep saying, I feel like there was a meeting where they just said, let's just say no evidence and cut off right before they provide evidence.
00:08:06.000 Well, there is an assumption that there cannot be evidence.
00:08:10.000 The baseline assumption is, well, of course she's just going to come out and talk and just say, blather on about X, Y, Z. But no, assuming that she won't go on to provide evidence is part of an argument.
00:08:20.000 It's a point of view.
00:08:21.000 Your Honor, I would like to present to you Exhibit A Guilty!
00:08:25.000 Let's go for lunch.
00:08:28.000 Jimmy John's!
00:08:29.000 A little overrated.
00:08:30.000 It's really just a sandwich.
00:08:31.000 There's nothing there.
00:08:31.000 Mayonnaise, mustard.
00:08:32.000 Not even deli mustard.
00:08:33.000 I don't know why I'll pay three times the price because I have good marketing.
00:08:33.000 But you know what?
00:08:37.000 That's fantastic.
00:08:38.000 Go ahead and then I want to see what CNN is saying about the vaccine.
00:08:42.000 I was just going to say that they say voter fraud.
00:08:45.000 They're trying to push you into this category, not irregularities, not rules being changed by states.
00:08:49.000 They're saying, oh, people aren't being fraudulent on their votes.
00:08:52.000 Come on, that's silly.
00:08:53.000 To be fair, Donald Trump did say voter fraud, which I thought was a misstep.
00:08:57.000 But at this point, voter fraud.
00:08:59.000 We're past the point of irregularities.
00:09:02.000 The winning argument is irregularities alone.
00:09:04.000 I am this close to calling every single Louder With Crowder viewer and everyone here to go rent out a timeshare or apartment in Georgia and voting the shit out of those runoffs!
00:09:15.000 I'm this close to just doing it, but I know that we would be caught.
00:09:21.000 Let's go to CNN really quickly before we continue to talk about a potential vaccine may be more than 90% effective.
00:09:28.000 That same person masks, physical distancing when you go out, no shutdown, just masks and physical distancing.
00:09:35.000 Two and a half people get infected in 60 days.
00:09:38.000 No shutdown when they think Joe Biden is going to be president.
00:09:41.000 The good thing is there's no shutdown.
00:09:43.000 The good thing is we don't have to do a shutdown because we claimed Biden the winner.
00:09:47.000 Alright.
00:09:49.000 Here's something else, too.
00:09:50.000 Actually, now we have some breaking news.
00:09:52.000 Let's go to Reg the Bandit with some breaking news.
00:09:54.000 Oh, really?
00:09:55.000 Yeah.
00:09:56.000 Okay, Reg the Research Bandit.
00:09:57.000 This is a big one.
00:09:58.000 I'm going to tell you what happened.
00:09:59.000 I'm going to tell you what happened.
00:10:01.000 This guy is brilliant.
00:10:02.000 You have some news for us, actually.
00:10:05.000 Positive news regarding William, commonly known as Bill Barr, and an investigation with voter fraud.
00:10:11.000 Right, Reg?
00:10:12.000 Yeah, so yesterday late we found out that the Attorney General William Barr has authorized federal prosecutors to pursue what he calls substantial allegations of voting irregularities before the 2020 presidential election is certified.
00:10:27.000 Okay.
00:10:28.000 Now what's just breaking this morning is that the top Department of Justice prosecutor Richard Pilger has resigned in protest.
00:10:38.000 Isn't he the guy who was involved with the Lois Lerner IRS scandal where they were basically targeting conservatives?
00:10:45.000 Is that why I remember the awful name Pilger?
00:10:48.000 Yes, yes, yes.
00:10:49.000 He met with Lois Lerner back in 2010, that early, to discuss targeting conservatives because they were mad about Citizens United and a few other things.
00:10:59.000 They thought, well, how can we get these people while we'll go through the IRS?
00:11:03.000 Right, yeah.
00:11:04.000 Okay, so good.
00:11:05.000 So he resigned.
00:11:05.000 So let it never be said that American institutions can be politicized.
00:11:10.000 I'm glad he's out!
00:11:11.000 And then you have something else, too, that relates to this.
00:11:13.000 Our old buddy Kevin Roos, who wrote up some stories about us.
00:11:17.000 Yeah, yeah.
00:11:17.000 Kevin Roos, if you don't remember him, he was the guy who wrote the, you know, the making of a YouTube radical and posted Philip DeFranco's face next to Richard Spencer and everything in the New York Times.
00:11:27.000 Both endorse Biden, by the way.
00:11:28.000 Incredible journalist, as you say.
00:11:31.000 Yeah, well, he tweeted out today that Facebook is absolutely teeming with right-wing misinformation right now.
00:11:37.000 Oh, no.
00:11:38.000 These are all among the most ten engaged URLs on the platform over the last 24 hours.
00:11:43.000 Now, the things he shows are that stories covering how a Republican in Michigan flips
00:11:48.000 to a winner after a glitch was corrected, Barr's investigation, Michigan holding an
00:11:54.000 emergency session to investigate voter irregularities, and lastly, that there were calls for Georgia's
00:12:00.000 Secretary of State to resign.
00:12:01.000 So the funny thing is, these are all true stories.
00:12:04.000 Yes, exactly.
00:12:05.000 Misinformation.
00:12:06.000 So, you know, after most of Twitter tells her, it's like, hey, these are real, he
00:12:13.000 He has a little follow-up and he says the tricky thing for Facebook is that some of the most viral stories aren't strictly false.
00:12:20.000 Aren't strictly false.
00:12:23.000 That's a double negative hedge word.
00:12:27.000 It is just the statement of a pussy.
00:12:29.000 Let's be honest.
00:12:30.000 They aren't mostly strictly false.
00:12:33.000 He's just saying I don't want people talking about these things.
00:12:36.000 Of course they're happening.
00:12:37.000 It would be nice if you wouldn't.
00:12:39.000 What were we about to say there, Reg?
00:12:41.000 And he says that they're, the problem is that they're not false, but they're feeding a narrative he doesn't like.
00:12:45.000 Kevin Roose's credibility's not nearly dead, it's really most sincerely dead.
00:12:52.000 I hope that he just, you know, finds another line of work.
00:12:59.000 That was pretty tame.
00:13:00.000 I didn't know that was where you were going.
00:13:01.000 All right.
00:13:02.000 We appreciate you updating us.
00:13:02.000 Well, thank you, Reg.
00:13:05.000 For people who are watching, by the way, please do subscribe on Apple Podcasts and Android for people who don't know that there are audio versions there.
00:13:12.000 Everywhere that it's available.
00:13:12.000 Everywhere.
00:13:15.000 You know, I think Spotify too.
00:13:16.000 I'm not entirely sure.
00:13:17.000 And do consider joining Mug Club.
00:13:18.000 Lightoffcrowder.com slash Mug Club.
00:13:19.000 The Crowder election stream promo code still gives you $30 off because this election is not over.
00:13:25.000 Still going.
00:13:26.000 Not over.
00:13:27.000 We're hemorrhaging money.
00:13:30.000 It was my fault.
00:13:30.000 But we are here to serve you, and we'll be taking your chat.
00:13:33.000 The reason we don't take chat on YouTube is because, well, we don't want to.
00:13:37.000 So my question for you as we go into the vaccine first, and then we're going to get into voter fraud, and I want to know if you guys would like to see an installment series of voter fraud state by state, because we've covered it as it's come in, but I almost think that we could do a 30-minute episode, a 30-minute installment on Georgia, a 30-minute installment on Pennsylvania.
00:13:53.000 A 30-minute installment on Michigan, a 30-minute installment on Arizona.
00:13:57.000 We could do all of those so that you feel as though you're equipped to deal with all of them, because right now it's like drinking from a firehose.
00:14:02.000 Here's what you need to know.
00:14:03.000 There's a lot in all of these states, more than in any other election.
00:14:08.000 And that's not just because it's Donald Trump, it's because massive unrequested mail-in ballots and corruption at the polls.
00:14:16.000 So let's be really clear here.
00:14:18.000 Did anyone here, anyone here, ever dispute the election with Barack Obama and McCain?
00:14:21.000 No, not at all.
00:14:22.000 Did anyone here ever dispute the election with Barack Obama and Mitt Romney?
00:14:27.000 Did anyone here dispute the election when they called it for Al Gore before it went to Bush?
00:14:27.000 No.
00:14:31.000 No.
00:14:32.000 No, I was like, that sucks.
00:14:33.000 I was like, goo goo ga ga.
00:14:35.000 You're a young'un who grows a beard like a 60 year old.
00:14:41.000 I had a beard back then.
00:14:42.000 But let's go to some good news, because this is something, again, while we're talking about fact-checking, it's important.
00:14:48.000 Donald Trump talked about how there could be a vaccine, right?
00:14:51.000 How it could be here before the end of the year.
00:14:53.000 So Operation Warp Speed is what it was.
00:14:55.000 People say, what is Operation Warp Speed?
00:14:56.000 What can the president actually do?
00:14:58.000 Here's the beauty of Operation Warp Speed that people miss.
00:15:01.000 The government can't do so much other than get out of the way and allow people to create solutions.
00:15:07.000 You can't just, for example, Solyndra, you can't just step in and spend money to make green energy all of a sudden affordable and useful, but what you can do is step back.
00:15:16.000 You can step back and let Elon Musk gun an Elon Musk.
00:15:20.000 You can step back and say, you know what, let's remove some of this red tape, some of these bureaucracies.
00:15:23.000 Remember when everyone used to say, Donald Trump rolled back regulations?
00:15:26.000 Hope you like your $1.50 gas.
00:15:28.000 Hope you like your vaccine that's coming down the pike before you carve your Thanksgiving
00:15:32.000 turkey possibly.
00:15:33.000 I exaggerate, but certainly before the end of the year.
00:15:35.000 Some of you do Christmas hams.
00:15:36.000 I'm Canadian.
00:15:37.000 We do turkey at Christmas anyway.
00:15:38.000 So Operation Warp Speed has yielded results.
00:15:41.000 Yesterday, the Pfizer CEO released this information that there's a COVID vaccine with a 90% efficacy
00:15:50.000 effectiveness rate.
00:15:51.000 I don't necessarily know where they're used, but here you go.
00:15:54.000 The pharmaceutical giant Pfizer is reporting early data from its vaccine trial that shows
00:15:59.000 it to be more than 90%.
00:16:00.000 90% is a game changer.
00:16:05.000 90%, now you're hoping to have a tool in your war against this pandemic that could be significantly effective.
00:16:13.000 Trust me, we've been doing all the research for a long time!
00:16:18.000 On ourselves.
00:16:19.000 When you Skype me, what do you always do at Diagonal?
00:16:22.000 What is with this guy?
00:16:25.000 He usually doesn't get to be CEO.
00:16:26.000 I don't want him working with Bunsen burners.
00:16:28.000 Hold on, the flame is not wind resistant.
00:16:32.000 No, no, it's just going up.
00:16:33.000 You lie!
00:16:34.000 This is our latest Bond villain, Crooked Face.
00:16:38.000 And all of his taglines are like, It looks to me like maybe you're the one who has something that is crooked.
00:16:50.000 It looks to me like maybe you didn't quite go down the center line.
00:16:57.000 I smell something... off kilter!
00:17:01.000 I don't know, that is the most crooked face!
00:17:04.000 Short of Quentin Tarantino, but Quentin Tarantino looks more like a Muppet where he went... This is just, it's just so asymmetrical!
00:17:11.000 Accurate.
00:17:12.000 Which is of course a sign of bad genetics.
00:17:13.000 So.
00:17:14.000 With the Count's voice, of course.
00:17:16.000 Count's voice.
00:17:16.000 Yeah.
00:17:17.000 Only he can't count.
00:17:19.000 How many figures am I holding up?
00:17:24.000 Why do you always try and trick me and bring out fake hand with more than five fingers?
00:17:31.000 I catch you every time!
00:17:36.000 But that's not the point of this story.
00:17:39.000 So remember, Donald Trump said that you could, of course, have the vaccine within the year and NBC News fact-checked, that's gonna be what we're using a lot today, they fact-checked him Like Neil Cavuto fact-checked Shailene McEnany by not allowing her to present facts while of course providing none of his own.
00:17:57.000 Interesting.
00:17:58.000 And it's uncanny the baby genius's resemblance.
00:18:00.000 So NBC News fact-checked it saying that he would need a miracle.
00:18:03.000 That was remember they said he'll need a miracle to pull this off.
00:18:07.000 Check.
00:18:08.000 And there was also Governor Cuomo who said it was bad news, that it came during the Trump administration, and said that he would work with other governors to stop the vaccines distribution.
00:18:16.000 So let's just go to a montage.
00:18:17.000 Remember, Donald Trump said, hey, we might get a vaccine, or certainly an answer on a vaccine.
00:18:22.000 And we talked about it.
00:18:22.000 We were fact-checked on this show.
00:18:24.000 Before the end of the year, this is how they responded.
00:18:27.000 We're looking to get it by the end of the year if we can, maybe before we're doing tremendously well.
00:18:32.000 How realistic is this goal?
00:18:33.000 I didn't hear anybody say by the end of the year was likely or probable.
00:18:38.000 Because the President's deaf.
00:18:39.000 You have two months, and we can't let this vaccination plan go forward the way the Trump administration is designing it, because Biden can't undo it two months later.
00:18:51.000 We'll be in the midst of it.
00:18:53.000 And I've been talking to governors across the nation about that.
00:18:58.000 How can we shape the Trump administration vaccine plan to fix it or stop it before it does damage?
00:19:05.000 Because Biden can't undo anything unless it's a six-year-old's bra. Like a cherry step. How are you so good at that? Years
00:19:18.000 of practice.
00:19:20.000 I'm just waiting for the article from CNN that says something like how to get
00:19:24.000 two vaccines. So this is again now we have good news.
00:19:31.000 We don't need a lockdown.
00:19:32.000 We're gonna have a vaccine.
00:19:32.000 Right.
00:19:33.000 And you want to talk about, you want to ask, can science be politicized?
00:19:38.000 You just had the governor of the, is it the most populated state?
00:19:40.000 I think it's California, New York, too.
00:19:41.000 Second-ish.
00:19:42.000 Somewhere, second or third.
00:19:43.000 Either way, hopefully we can just use UConn, Cornelius, just, you know, axe pick it and push it off into the ocean.
00:19:48.000 It's out there!
00:19:48.000 Silver!
00:19:51.000 Go find it.
00:19:53.000 The governor of New York was saying, we will not distribute this vaccine if it comes under the Donald Trump administration.
00:20:01.000 What does that have to do with science?
00:20:04.000 The primary, for me, the litmus test should be, does the vaccine work?
00:20:08.000 And this isn't coming from Donald Trump, by the way.
00:20:11.000 It's coming from, also, Big Pharma.
00:20:13.000 I guess we stopped hating them now?
00:20:15.000 Right, exactly.
00:20:16.000 And again, it's not Donald Trump in a lab coat with beakers backstage going, hey, let's make some vaccines!
00:20:21.000 Although I would trust him more than to be the U.S.
00:20:22.000 President at the time.
00:20:24.000 I go back, and forth, and why is my table melting?
00:20:29.000 This always happens!
00:20:30.000 It happens!
00:20:31.000 Right, and they're also admitting that the coronavirus is not as deadly as they thought.
00:20:34.000 At the same time, they're saying, oh, we need a vaccine, and we haven't.
00:20:36.000 We need a vaccine.
00:20:37.000 So they're trying to play both sides.
00:20:39.000 We have one, but let's wait three months before we put it into practice.
00:20:42.000 Hey, I hate to do this on air, but Wade, you see that ashtray?
00:20:44.000 Could you take it and jam it through my skull so that I don't die here on air?
00:20:48.000 Is there anything someone can give me that I just have, like, a seizure so that I just become a vegetable?
00:20:52.000 Because nothing would please me more than breaking the balls of my family so they'd have to wipe my ass for the rest of my life.
00:20:58.000 What in the world?
00:21:01.000 I'm happy, I'm optimistic about the election, I'm optimistic about Donald Trump, but I am furious that they actually want to do this disservice to the American public as it relates to You know what?
00:21:18.000 I don't think that COVID is all that... I licked popsicle sticks from people who had COVID.
00:21:21.000 Still don't have it.
00:21:22.000 I think it's because I smoke cigars.
00:21:23.000 But I do care about... I have a 97-year-old grandmother who I love.
00:21:28.000 I play Rummikub with.
00:21:29.000 She talks mad trash.
00:21:30.000 By the way, her husband was the one who was mayor... well, city supervisor of Bloomfield Township where there was a flip of 6,000 votes.
00:21:36.000 My roots go deep in Michigan.
00:21:40.000 We want people to be healthy.
00:21:41.000 So Mike Pence tweeted out, walking G.I.
00:21:44.000 Joe lookalike.
00:21:45.000 There's a symmetrical face.
00:21:48.000 That's a compliment.
00:21:49.000 If symmetry is your goal.
00:21:51.000 Huge news.
00:21:52.000 Thanks to the public-private partnership forged by President Donald Trump and Pfizer, announced its coronavirus vaccine trial is effective at preventing infection in 90% of volunteers.
00:22:02.000 That's good.
00:22:03.000 He was immediately fact-checked.
00:22:04.000 Immediately fact-checked!
00:22:06.000 New York Times reporter Virginia Hughes Screw Hughes wrote that Pfizer has never been an opera a
00:22:14.000 part of Operation Warp Speed and then Vanity Fair ran a piece saying that Mike
00:22:18.000 Pence falsely claims takes credit for Pfizer vaccine is promptly told to f off
00:22:22.000 and this is where Vanity Fair they're doing work what they do is they take an
00:22:24.000 article right they find a bunch of random Twitter eggs who don't like Mike
00:22:28.000 Pence saying we hate you and then they write a whole article about how everyone
00:22:31.000 hates Mike Pence yeah look at everybody agrees well check
00:22:36.000 Turns out the fact checkers were wrong.
00:22:39.000 Oh no.
00:22:39.000 Pence was right.
00:22:40.000 Pfizer was a part of Operation Warp Speed.
00:22:42.000 Is that legal?
00:22:43.000 We have an overlay right there from some guy who actually blocked me on Twitter.
00:22:43.000 Here we go.
00:22:46.000 Somebody doesn't even like me.
00:22:48.000 They were a part of Operation Warp Speed.
00:22:51.000 Rather than say, hey, we have a vaccine that's 90% effective, good news Americans, they are trying to shout from the rooftops like the Ricola guy, Mike Pence lied on a technicality of the vaccine.
00:23:03.000 Help Americans, media.
00:23:05.000 Help Americans.
00:23:05.000 How about that?
00:23:07.000 How about you serve the people who pay your salaries?
00:23:11.000 Less and less, mind you.
00:23:13.000 Thanks to this guy.
00:23:15.000 And it was so blatantly wrong that that's the CNN fact checker, the guy who has bent over backwards to make sure he doesn't say anything good about Donald Trump.
00:23:22.000 He's like, yeah, that's actually not true.
00:23:24.000 They were in the program.
00:23:25.000 Where's the fact-checker outside of us?
00:23:26.000 Where's the fact-checker of New York Times?
00:23:28.000 Hey, there have been stories I've watched on YouTube regarding this, which is basically just someone, you know, saying, Mike Pence said this, and then he was fact-checked.
00:23:35.000 YouTube, where do you fact-check that?
00:23:38.000 How hard is it for you to just put underneath those videos, Pfizer was a part of Operation Warp Speed, Pfizer did benefit, did work alongside Operation Warp Speed.
00:23:46.000 How about just making the auto-suggested video, this crooked-faced Pfizer CEO saying, we are very thankful for Warp Speed!
00:23:53.000 How about just that, YouTube?
00:23:55.000 Never shows up?
00:23:56.000 Never shows up.
00:23:57.000 It's not, are there rules?
00:23:59.000 It's, are there rules applied equally?
00:24:03.000 And this leads to dead America.
00:24:04.000 We've actually helped play it.
00:24:04.000 And you know what?
00:24:06.000 We've actually worked alongside.
00:24:07.000 It's not just government entities with Operation Warp Speed ourselves.
00:24:10.000 We haven't talked about it a lot.
00:24:11.000 We haven't talked about it a lot, but we've worked with Warp Speed by repeatedly testing previously untested vaccines on Brendan.
00:24:18.000 And I think, yeah, Brendan for days on end.
00:24:20.000 Brendan, thank you for doing that.
00:24:22.000 Brendan, how are you feeling there in the cubicle?
00:24:26.000 Good.
00:24:27.000 Oh.
00:24:27.000 Well, you know what, Brendan?
00:24:28.000 Thank you for your service to this country with Operation Warp Speed.
00:24:32.000 We really do appreciate it.
00:24:37.000 Yeah.
00:24:37.000 Oh.
00:24:38.000 Listen.
00:24:38.000 Well, you know what?
00:24:39.000 We are patriots here.
00:24:41.000 Yeah.
00:24:42.000 Okay, that's enough.
00:24:42.000 It's just gonna make Americans sad.
00:24:44.000 Okay.
00:24:47.000 I think one of them will work eventually.
00:24:48.000 I like that kid.
00:24:49.000 It's a sacrifice we're willing to make, though.
00:24:51.000 We tested every vaccine on him other than Pfizer's.
00:24:51.000 You know what?
00:24:55.000 Which, looking back... He's the guinea pig.
00:24:55.000 Oh!
00:24:57.000 We have the choice.
00:24:58.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:24:59.000 He might still get the coronavirus.
00:25:00.000 He might still.
00:25:01.000 We might have actually just injected him with COVID.
00:25:04.000 He might be the personification of the coronavirus.
00:25:06.000 And something else.
00:25:08.000 Turns out vaccines are only supposed to have enough to build immunity.
00:25:13.000 We just gave him the full dose of the virus.
00:25:15.000 Why would you do that?
00:25:16.000 We didn't know, for science.
00:25:17.000 We couldn't know.
00:25:18.000 You could have Googled, I guess.
00:25:18.000 Right, exactly.
00:25:20.000 Alright, we have some election updates.
00:25:23.000 Are there any other thoughts on the vaccine?
00:25:26.000 I don't know that you can prove that they held it until after the election, because obviously coming out so quickly after the election, it just looks like... If you're going to design a game plan, don't do everything that looks so horribly wrong.
00:25:26.000 I just think it's hilarious.
00:25:40.000 Like, go, let's wait a week and a half after the election.
00:25:42.000 Do something different.
00:25:44.000 The sad part is it's working.
00:25:45.000 People on the left are like, well Joe Biden brought us the vaccine!
00:25:47.000 Joe Biden brought us the vaccine!
00:25:48.000 Joe Biden brought unemployment down to 6 point something percent!
00:25:51.000 You're going to see another jobs report before Joe Biden takes office.
00:25:55.000 My prediction is it's going to... I wouldn't even be surprised if it goes below 6.
00:25:58.000 Yeah.
00:25:59.000 It'll definitely be low 6, which I think is lower than the... maybe someone can bring it up, maybe Reg the Bandit.
00:26:03.000 I think the Obama average for his entire presidency was like 7?
00:26:06.000 Yeah, it was pretty high.
00:26:08.000 Certainly wasn't 3 and a half!
00:26:10.000 No.
00:26:11.000 Certainly wasn't three and a half percent.
00:26:13.000 I don't think Americans realize how good they've had it.
00:26:15.000 We had this in Canada.
00:26:16.000 We had a guy named Prime Minister Stephen Harper, and they avoided the financial bubble, the housing crash, because even though Canada is in many ways a socialist hellhole, they just said, like, hey, hey, the United States, you know what they're doing over there?
00:26:30.000 You know Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, you know the Dodd-Frank, all this stuff?
00:26:33.000 They're giving houses To people who can never pay it back.
00:26:38.000 Maybe you guys should try it.
00:26:39.000 And the guys in Canada said, no.
00:26:42.000 Sounds like a bad idea.
00:26:42.000 That was Prime Minister Stephen Harper.
00:26:44.000 That was an entire conversation, yeah.
00:26:46.000 He said, no, why would we give people loans who can't pay it back?
00:26:50.000 And they said, well, we've got predatory lending going on here.
00:26:53.000 And then Stephen Harper said, did you just say predatory lending to people who can't pay it back?
00:26:59.000 You're a horrible predator.
00:27:01.000 That's like a shark only biting fish that will kill them.
00:27:06.000 But yeah, when I hear stories of predators on the news, they don't just hand out money.
00:27:09.000 It'd be like a pedophile who just gives you candy from the van, then rather than inviting you in, he drives away.
00:27:17.000 Santa Claus is a predator now.
00:27:19.000 Hey kid, do you like puppies?
00:27:21.000 Uh, yeah, sure I do!
00:27:23.000 Well, there's a shelter nearby!
00:27:24.000 Hope you enjoy it!
00:27:25.000 Bye!
00:27:27.000 Here's a free one, all its shots are taken care of.
00:27:29.000 And as the van pulls away, it's just gone and Biden's right behind holding a Snickerdoodle.
00:27:34.000 That's a cookie, not a dog.
00:27:35.000 What is it called?
00:27:36.000 Labradoodle.
00:27:38.000 Labradoodle.
00:27:39.000 I don't know.
00:27:40.000 Don't like them!
00:27:41.000 They don't blend them with Snickers now, that's for definite.
00:27:43.000 And anyone who bought them because you thought they were hypoallergenic...
00:27:45.000 You're an idiot.
00:27:46.000 They're not all hypoallergenic.
00:27:47.000 And you've taken... This is the problem with the Labradoodle.
00:27:49.000 This is the problem with the Labradoodle, and the Golden Doodle, and the Cockapoodle, and all these things.
00:27:54.000 Poodles are highest on the intelligence index with dogs, but they also have the worst temper problems.
00:27:59.000 You've combined that with the high energy of a Labrador.
00:28:02.000 So now you've just got an angry, high energy monster that feels like petting a mane of someone's short and curlies, and for some reason you think that's a good thing.
00:28:14.000 Yeah, when you think about it like that.
00:28:15.000 Maybe that's all that was on Clarence Thomas' Diet Coke, maybe it was just the lever doodle that got too close.
00:28:22.000 Reg just sent over Obama's unemployment rate.
00:28:25.000 Yeah, what was the average for his?
00:28:26.000 7.8!
00:28:27.000 The unemployment rate was high when he took 7.8% and then it continued to get worse his first year, peaked at 10%, then it didn't drop below 9% until two years after that.
00:28:37.000 So I don't know that we have the average, but my guess is the average.
00:28:39.000 And I know that that's unfair because he came in and there was a crash, but compare that to COVID where everything shut down and how quickly it's rebounded.
00:28:47.000 And this is the difference between Barack Obama and Joe Biden.
00:28:50.000 Joe Biden's going to be coming into office after the best economy we've ever had, after a changing of the Republican coalition, and then gas prices are going to go up.
00:28:58.000 Then we're going to see our standing in the world become more subservient to nations like China.
00:29:04.000 It's going to be Carter on steroids if Joe Biden were to actually win.
00:29:07.000 So there's a silver lining either way.
00:29:09.000 It's not at all the same thing as Barack Obama, plus none of the white guilt.
00:29:14.000 So remove that lens of white guilt, and historically Barack Obama had a bad presidency, right?
00:29:19.000 And it's already removed because, I mean, now you've added a lens of extra whiteness with Joe Biden.
00:29:26.000 But he got more votes, legitimately.
00:29:30.000 More votes, including a 170-year-old from Pennsylvania.
00:29:35.000 That's true.
00:29:35.000 If only somebody would have warned us about mail-in ballots being open to fraud.
00:29:39.000 Why didn't anyone sound the alarm?
00:29:41.000 If we only knew.
00:29:42.000 If we only knew.
00:29:43.000 So here's another election update.
00:29:45.000 There's going to be a legal court challenge on CNN.
00:29:45.000 What are they hearing?
00:29:49.000 You can bring it up there, Court of Black Care, so people can see it.
00:29:51.000 Talking about, oh, there's going to be a challenge on Obamacare.
00:29:54.000 Again, that'll be perfect.
00:29:55.000 People will have seen drug prices go down for the first time in modern American history, and their premiums actually stabilize, and they'll go, oh, we're going back to the Obamacare era.
00:30:03.000 Good luck!
00:30:05.000 Again, that's assuming if Joe Biden were to actually get in.
00:30:07.000 He's not.
00:30:10.000 Not just saying it!
00:30:10.000 I'm not just saying it.
00:30:11.000 Let me present to you some more election updates here.
00:30:14.000 Michigan.
00:30:15.000 So a Detroit poll watcher, there was a story we had on this last night, then it was updated.
00:30:19.000 A Detroit poll watcher testified that at 4.30am, right after we broke the stream by the way, 15 minutes after, On November 4th, tens of thousands of ballots were delivered from out of state.
00:30:30.000 And unlike the other ballots, these boxes were brought in from the rear of the room, is what she said.
00:30:36.000 And this lady said, I specifically noticed every single ballot was for Joe Biden.
00:30:42.000 Yeah.
00:30:43.000 Then there was another poll watcher in Detroit who testified that the ballots didn't match the voter rolls and that they were still being counted.
00:30:49.000 We have audio from that poll watcher.
00:30:51.000 So there are two different poll watchers.
00:30:52.000 Here's a second one.
00:30:54.000 So what many poll challengers were actually seeing was that when the ballots were scanned, and it did not match a voter in the electronic poll book, and it did not match a voter in the supplemental paper poll book, which was provided due to Michigan's law that allows for same-day registration, they were still allowing those ballots to go through and be counted.
00:31:17.000 And that is when The GOP poll challengers were issuing those challenges.
00:31:23.000 So they were either being ignored or kicked out.
00:31:28.000 All as well.
00:31:29.000 Speaking of which, hit the notification bell, by the way, if you're subscribed on the YouTube, because subscriptions don't mean a whole lot.
00:31:36.000 Notifications, they just let you know when things go up on this main channel.
00:31:38.000 It's weekdays at 10 a.m.
00:31:40.000 We broadcast live, and more people watching than CNN, so that's kind of fun.
00:31:46.000 Also, do consider joining Mug Club because that's what supports us.
00:31:48.000 Most of our things are demonetized.
00:31:49.000 Before I can even say demonetized, it's already done.
00:31:52.000 We didn't even get that far.
00:31:54.000 That's Michigan.
00:31:55.000 By the way, if they had brought a truckload of Donald Trump votes in to help swing the state of Michigan, we would be sounding the alarm just as loudly.
00:32:03.000 There's no place for bringing in ballots for people out of state that don't count in this election.
00:32:08.000 It didn't happen in any cases, but we would be saying the same thing.
00:32:10.000 We watched a consistent lead build all night for Donald Trump in these states, a consistent and huge lead, and then the graph went bloop bloop bloop.
00:32:20.000 A complete change.
00:32:21.000 Like a little Mario hop.
00:32:23.000 A little Mario hop of fraud.
00:32:28.000 So that's the thing, yeah.
00:32:29.000 And none of that happened with Donald Trump.
00:32:31.000 No.
00:32:32.000 You can't find an instance of 128,000, which they thought was okay over there, to Washington.
00:32:36.000 Turns out it was a typo, but Washington Post at the time just said, no, that sounds about right.
00:32:39.000 You can't find a single example of, all of a sudden, unaccounted for, coming in with no poll watchers, 15, 20, or 100,000 votes for Donald Trump, just happening in the dead of night.
00:32:49.000 You can't find it!
00:32:51.000 Rand Paul tweeted about this, but he said that the government sent 1.1 million people COVID stimulus checks that were dead.
00:33:01.000 Dead people.
00:33:02.000 1.1 million people who were dead got stimulus checks.
00:33:05.000 How many of those people do you think voted?
00:33:06.000 But how could they spend that money if they're dead?
00:33:09.000 Well, it's expensive to vote when you're dead.
00:33:11.000 There was a prime minister, I can't remember who actually, had a bunch of dead voters on his rolls.
00:33:15.000 It's a famous story that we learned.
00:33:16.000 I can't remember his name.
00:33:17.000 History is very uninteresting.
00:33:18.000 And we had a girl in our class who I swear like raised her hand.
00:33:21.000 Yeah.
00:33:21.000 She said, how could they all vote if they were dead?
00:33:25.000 She sounded like a valley girl in Canada.
00:33:29.000 No, that's no, no, that's exactly what she said.
00:33:32.000 And then I remember later, we were talking about the Native Americans and what they ate and stuff, and Mr. Holm, I think was my history teacher, said, you know, some people find these things a little bit odd, because they would eat squirrel, rabbit, anything they could really find, but you know, compared to Americans who, you know, they think it's weird in India that we eat cow.
00:33:47.000 And she goes, wait, who here eats cow?
00:33:50.000 Oh no.
00:33:51.000 And he said, well, are you a vegetarian?
00:33:53.000 She said, no.
00:33:53.000 He said, do you eat like burgers or steaks?
00:33:55.000 She goes, oh my god, that's cow?
00:33:58.000 Really?
00:33:59.000 This is a real person?
00:34:01.000 Yeah.
00:34:01.000 Oh.
00:34:02.000 Well, she's probably dead now, let's be honest.
00:34:03.000 Oh, come on!
00:34:04.000 Just running the numbers.
00:34:06.000 Just died of stupidity.
00:34:07.000 Let's go to Georgia now.
00:34:09.000 We're taking you on a little fraudulent vote journey.
00:34:12.000 I wish we had a little, like, roadmap.
00:34:14.000 You know, like when the Muppets travel?
00:34:18.000 Just like a little poll watcher going into the hands and no.
00:34:23.000 It's always Muppets.
00:34:23.000 It's never like Indiana Jones or the flying map thing.
00:34:26.000 I don't know.
00:34:27.000 Okay.
00:34:27.000 I guess that's a good reference.
00:34:28.000 I like it.
00:34:30.000 I love it.
00:34:30.000 No, it's great.
00:34:31.000 A little more niche.
00:34:31.000 Everyone's giving me crap.
00:34:32.000 Good.
00:34:34.000 Not like I've been working hard enough to enjoy some grace here.
00:34:37.000 You guys will have to crap on me because I woke him up at Christmas Carol too early before Thanksgiving.
00:34:40.000 You can go screw yourself.
00:34:41.000 So Georgia, Kyle Becker, formerly I think he was at Fox News, the People's Pundit Project is where he works.
00:34:48.000 He was reporting in Georgia that in Georgia, 132,000 change of address red flags in Fulton County.
00:34:56.000 So in one county, these votes are highly Likely and eligible to vote and have moved.
00:35:03.000 They've moved their location, and they probably don't live there anymore.
00:35:06.000 And Biden, of course, says that Georgia leads by 10,000 votes.
00:35:10.000 This should be enough to be a game changer.
00:35:11.000 Here's what's interesting.
00:35:12.000 If you look at that tweet, can you bring it back up really quickly?
00:35:15.000 Right there it says, this tweet is disputed.
00:35:18.000 This claim about election fraud is disputed, says Twitter.
00:35:22.000 By the way, they still haven't disputed.
00:35:24.000 Do they dispute the New York Times and people saying, actually Pfizer was never associated with Operation Warp Speed?
00:35:30.000 That's something that you can verifiably prove to be false.
00:35:34.000 This is a statement someone makes.
00:35:36.000 Mike Pence, vice president, said, didn't have to do with warp speed.
00:35:39.000 It just takes a couple of fingers.
00:35:40.000 Even if you have a guy with stubs, he can just speak and spell into his computer and find out that it's true.
00:35:45.000 No dispute on Twitter.
00:35:48.000 A dispute on this.
00:35:49.000 So I thought, well, you know what?
00:35:51.000 I've met Kyle Becker once or twice.
00:35:53.000 Oh, really?
00:35:54.000 I don't know him very well, but from what I understand, he's done some pretty good work.
00:35:59.000 And I thought, well, you know what?
00:35:59.000 He must be lying.
00:36:01.000 Because Twitter says so.
00:36:03.000 Why would Twitter say so?
00:36:04.000 And so I decided, it's a dispute, and then you click on that little link in dispute to read an article that fact checks it.
00:36:10.000 And so again, remember, the fact check should be on 132,000 change of addresses in Georgia, because that's what he's claiming.
00:36:17.000 So I clicked on the dispute, the fact check, and this is what it is.
00:36:21.000 It just says, voter fraud of any kind is exceedingly rare in the U.S.
00:36:25.000 I'll read you the whole thing.
00:36:27.000 Election experts confirm.
00:36:28.000 This is the fact check.
00:36:30.000 With ballot counting continuing and the presidential race being called for Joe Biden, experts and officials say there has been no evidence of widespread voter fraud in the 2020 U.S.
00:36:37.000 election.
00:36:38.000 The election process is secure and voter fraud of any type is incredibly rare according to the Associated Press and Reuters.
00:36:44.000 Remember they did the fake flotilla to try and make it seem like the Israelis were stabbing Palestinians?
00:36:48.000 They cropped the picture?
00:36:50.000 Oh yeah.
00:36:50.000 Oh my gosh.
00:36:51.000 Point is a piece of the shit.
00:36:53.000 Officials and experts warn that the most interference in U.S.
00:36:56.000 elections, whether from foreign or domestic players, comes in the form of misinformation campaigns, many of which are intended to create distrust in the United States electoral process.
00:37:03.000 But here's the thing.
00:37:04.000 I just read the entire fact check.
00:37:05.000 Right.
00:37:07.000 There's no page two?
00:37:08.000 What about the 132,000 votes in Georgia?
00:37:09.000 That's the claim.
00:37:13.000 A fact check is verifying that the fact that was claimed is false.
00:37:17.000 You're checking the fact.
00:37:19.000 This could have been written 20 years ago.
00:37:22.000 Election fraud is rare.
00:37:23.000 I would agree.
00:37:25.000 It's generally rare.
00:37:27.000 That's why this is a story.
00:37:28.000 That's why Kyle Becker is saying, hey, hey, hey, election fraud is and should be rare, but we have a discrepancy of 132,000 votes!
00:37:36.000 That's what we call I know it burns for you to say, A.P.
00:37:41.000 News!
00:37:42.000 Yeah, it's like somebody reporting on the French Revolution and then somebody fact-checking and saying, French Revolutions almost never happen.
00:37:49.000 It's true.
00:37:50.000 Very rare.
00:37:50.000 In the history of France, it's only happened one time.
00:37:54.000 One more fact-check!
00:37:58.000 Yeah, and every single article, by the way, that you click on that has anything about voter fraud or irregularities or anything else is going to link to that story and say, nothing to see here.
00:38:08.000 Every single one of them.
00:38:09.000 More bullshit before we go!
00:38:13.000 And why the creepy passive voice where it's like, it is disputed?
00:38:18.000 Meaning Twitter disputes it, or Twitter doesn't want you to see this, or wants you to sow doubt in it.
00:38:23.000 But if you were to put this Particular entity disputes it, then you'd have to check that entity.
00:38:30.000 I just want an even playing field.
00:38:31.000 Look, when we've talked about Michigan, when we've talked about Pennsylvania, just today when we've talked about Georgia, we've given you the number of votes in question.
00:38:38.000 We've given you the precinct of where the poll workers have worked.
00:38:42.000 We've given you the quotes from the CEO of Pfizer himself, along with clips from President Donald Trump and everyone who criticized him, along with the fact-checking articles.
00:38:51.000 We have given you names, numbers, dates, Precincts.
00:38:54.000 It's sort of diluted just to say, receipts.
00:38:57.000 This is a whole lot more than receipts.
00:38:59.000 This is a tax form.
00:39:01.000 And they just say, no!
00:39:02.000 This is an audit.
00:39:03.000 No!
00:39:03.000 Because they've been used to that for so long.
00:39:06.000 Legacy Media has been used to, for so long, just saying, no.
00:39:09.000 Neil Cavuto just said, Kayleigh Macklin, he goes up, well there is strong evidence of voting regularities.
00:39:14.000 No!
00:39:14.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:39:15.000 Cut her off!
00:39:16.000 She said it.
00:39:17.000 And then she continued saying it, but they didn't account...
00:39:19.000 Here's what they haven't accounted for.
00:39:21.000 This is why I'm positive, and I want to get to your point, Court of Black, why am I talking
00:39:23.000 like Donald Trump?
00:39:25.000 This is what they haven't accounted for.
00:39:28.000 Now, they cut him off.
00:39:30.000 They didn't account for us, meaning you.
00:39:34.000 More people watched this than Cavuto.
00:39:37.000 More people watched this than CNN.
00:39:40.000 More of you decided to be informed here, because you know what?
00:39:44.000 When you were watching our stream, you knew exactly what they were saying while they were saying it, and if it wasn't accurate, we gave you specifics.
00:39:51.000 This is not specific.
00:39:52.000 This is just, we dispute it, okay?
00:39:55.000 That's like saying, a duel!
00:39:57.000 And you slap with the glove and the guy pulls out his sword and you're like, I didn't know we were going to fight!
00:40:01.000 I just thought we said duel!
00:40:04.000 No, we're about to have a duel.
00:40:05.000 Dispute!
00:40:06.000 Okay?
00:40:07.000 Parley!
00:40:08.000 Alright, well, here's the king.
00:40:09.000 Oh, shit, I hadn't thought this far.
00:40:11.000 What were we about to say there, Quarter Black?
00:40:13.000 Well, McElhinney said it.
00:40:15.000 She said, if you're not interested in investigating these fraud allegations, then you are inviting in fraud.
00:40:21.000 Right, exactly.
00:40:21.000 And that's why he cut her off, because she said, oh, they're inviting in fraud.
00:40:24.000 That's what she said.
00:40:25.000 Yeah, that's what she said.
00:40:27.000 It's like telling a kid that you're not going to watch them.
00:40:31.000 It's like, I'm leaving the house.
00:40:34.000 And by the way, if you have a kid who's really annoying, this is an easy trick.
00:40:36.000 You just go, Daddy's magical gun of mystery that you're never supposed to touch is on the table, but I'm going to be gone for two hours.
00:40:42.000 Then you walk away.
00:40:43.000 But the point is you're letting them know there's no eye on them as it relates to elections.
00:40:48.000 None.
00:40:49.000 At all.
00:40:50.000 Yeah.
00:40:50.000 Well, and these are very legitimate claims.
00:40:52.000 A poll watcher not being allowed in and things like that.
00:40:54.000 Dead people voting.
00:40:55.000 I have watched, unfortunately, more hours of CNN since the election than I care to admit.
00:41:00.000 I'm sorry.
00:41:00.000 And I have not—no, you're not.
00:41:01.000 It's because of you.
00:41:02.000 I know.
00:41:03.000 I blame you.
00:41:04.000 I have not heard— More CNN before you go!
00:41:07.000 Can I just go?
00:41:08.000 There's no—I haven't seen them say Yes, that happened.
00:41:13.000 Here's why, and here's why that's normal, legal, a total, you know, nothing to see kind of event.
00:41:19.000 And this person shouldn't have been there in the first place.
00:41:21.000 He didn't have the right forms.
00:41:22.000 These votes were supposed to be counted, but they weren't.
00:41:25.000 None of that has happened.
00:41:26.000 All it's been is this exact link.
00:41:28.000 Voter fraud in the United States.
00:41:29.000 That's the line everybody is saying.
00:41:31.000 Voter fraud in the United States is very rare.
00:41:32.000 For crying out loud, CNN, you don't have an interest over the fact that they wallpapered all the windows at Joe Louis Arena?
00:41:40.000 And I know it wasn't Joe Lucerino, but you get my point.
00:41:42.000 The point is, that doesn't even raise an eyebrow.
00:41:45.000 Where'd you go to journalism school?
00:41:47.000 And the word they keep using is, there's no evidence of widespread voter fraud.
00:41:51.000 That's what we're talking about.
00:41:52.000 It can be targeted in areas where it would make a big difference, which would be Detroit.
00:41:57.000 Philadelphia.
00:41:58.000 Philadelphia.
00:41:58.000 The place is where we're saying it's happening.
00:42:00.000 Yeah, at the Fox News headquarters.
00:42:01.000 They call Arizona the demoralized people before the polls.
00:42:04.000 Right.
00:42:05.000 If you've got nothing to hide, just investigate.
00:42:07.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:42:08.000 Do you know how much you need?
00:42:10.000 You've got nothing to hide.
00:42:11.000 You need, what, 350,000 votes across five, six states?
00:42:14.000 No, you don't need that.
00:42:15.000 At most right now.
00:42:16.000 No, you don't even need that.
00:42:18.000 In some states, you just need to say, oh, 10,000 of these just can't be verified.
00:42:21.000 No, no, I'm talking total.
00:42:23.000 Yeah, I know, but what I'm saying is you're adding up the total.
00:42:26.000 You actually don't.
00:42:27.000 Arizona is separated by how many votes?
00:42:28.000 What is it, 10,000?
00:42:29.000 I don't remember.
00:42:30.000 Wisconsin is 20,000.
00:42:31.000 Pennsylvania is, it's in the tens of thousands.
00:42:34.000 A hundred thousand votes just looking at ones that can't be verified.
00:42:37.000 And again, Mail-in ballots were accepted at a rate of 30 times that of 2016.
00:42:46.000 Just that alone.
00:42:47.000 How did the mail-in system get 30 times more effective?
00:42:50.000 I remember right before this election you were bitching about the post office removing boxes!
00:42:55.000 And you're not saying that there were 30 times the number of mail-in ballots, it's that they were accepted at 30 times the rate.
00:43:01.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:43:02.000 So we're talking about a fraction of 1% of the vote.
00:43:07.000 In other words, previously if there were a hundred thousand mail-in ballots,
00:43:11.000 one thousand were actually accepted. Let's say, remember, one thousand accepted versus
00:43:15.000 this election thirty thousand accepted. That much of a difference.
00:43:20.000 That much of a difference.
00:43:21.000 And I'm not saying it's 30% of total.
00:43:22.000 I'm just trying to give you a number to give you some scale here.
00:43:24.000 By the way, 100,000 ballots were rejected in a California primary.
00:43:28.000 Just to give you an idea.
00:43:29.000 In a primary!
00:43:31.000 Far fewer people vote in a primary.
00:43:32.000 100,000 mail-in ballots were rejected.
00:43:34.000 That's a reason there's a system of accountability.
00:43:36.000 Let me move on with Jordan, because people can hear me rant about this until the cows come home.
00:43:40.000 Is that what it is?
00:43:40.000 Cows?
00:43:41.000 Where do cows go?
00:43:45.000 Here's another one.
00:43:46.000 Georgia, an election official, Gabriel Sterling, he's been clear, by the way, and there's no interest in this from Neil Cavuto or anyone over there at CNN, that they're going to be investigating voter fraud, and he says that they will find dead people voting and people voting twice.
00:44:01.000 This is an election official with a guy, a shopping mall Santa miming.
00:44:07.000 Now, let me be perfectly clear on another point.
00:44:11.000 We are going to find that people did illegally vote.
00:44:14.000 That's going to happen.
00:44:15.000 There are going to be double voters.
00:44:17.000 There are going to be people who did not have the qualifications of a registered voter to vote in this state.
00:44:21.000 That will be found.
00:44:23.000 First off, the content is really important, but I know sign language.
00:44:27.000 He was just telling everyone to buy Fisherman's Friend.
00:44:31.000 That's a very misleading commercial.
00:44:33.000 Sneaky, sneaky.
00:44:36.000 I care about the integrity of our election.
00:44:37.000 They get good fish sticks, though.
00:44:39.000 And our translators.
00:44:40.000 I think there's a whole episode of Seinfeld about double voters.
00:44:46.000 So now we go to Pennsylvania.
00:44:47.000 We need to do an installment of each state because I know it's tough for sure because we're talking about news as it comes in but there are so many examples in each individual state where you are way past the threshold.
00:44:58.000 Of just saying, hey, we don't know.
00:45:00.000 So in Pennsylvania, the Trump campaign, they filed a lawsuit claiming that there were different standards.
00:45:04.000 Here's what it is.
00:45:05.000 Different standards for voting in person versus voting by mail.
00:45:08.000 In person, you have witnesses.
00:45:09.000 In person, you have certain, well, I know people talk about Sharpie gate.
00:45:13.000 Again, the issue with Sharpies is that the instructions in Arizona that were sent out said, do not use a Sharpie.
00:45:17.000 Now, Sharpies may work.
00:45:19.000 Right, yeah.
00:45:19.000 But why is a poll worker handing you something when the information says don't use it?
00:45:24.000 Right, exactly.
00:45:25.000 It's almost like we were told not to vaccinate Brendan but we said we'll give it a shot!
00:45:29.000 It was for science.
00:45:30.000 So the issue here is that there are different standards for voting in person.
00:45:33.000 This is the lawsuit filed by the Trump campaign versus the mail-in voting where there were none of those standards and that it's unconstitutional.
00:45:39.000 So in-person voters, they had to meet a lot of requirements that mail-in voters didn't.
00:45:43.000 So this is from the Trump campaign, an official statement says, Again, because how can you have a standard?
00:45:46.000 When you go in and vote, I don't know about you, they asked me for my ID.
00:45:49.000 Yeah, every time.
00:45:49.000 Thank God.
00:45:49.000 clause violation and two elections and electors clauses violation. Again, because how can
00:45:55.000 you have a standard? When you go in and vote, I don't know about you, they asked me for
00:45:58.000 my ID. Yeah, every time. Thank God. Then they said, don't let anybody else touch your ballot.
00:46:04.000 And then they said, yeah, that's what they tell you, don't let anyone else touch your
00:46:08.000 I'm a very private person.
00:46:10.000 I could have sworn there was a joke coming after that.
00:46:12.000 No, there's no joke.
00:46:12.000 Why would there be a joke?
00:46:14.000 This is a news program.
00:46:17.000 Hold on, CNN right now.
00:46:19.000 Trump refuses to concede.
00:46:21.000 Amid unfounded claims of voter fraud.
00:46:23.000 That's John King in a white background.
00:46:25.000 Why do they keep putting him in this?
00:46:27.000 It's like putting a guy in a green screen suit in a swamp.
00:46:31.000 132,000 in Georgia, sir!
00:46:32.000 We have affidavits.
00:46:32.000 Sworn affidavits.
00:46:33.000 We have here, personally, hundreds, hundreds of dead voters.
00:46:37.000 Just here, just us doing our own investigation in Michigan and Pennsylvania.
00:46:40.000 Hundreds of dead voters.
00:46:41.000 6,000 vote switch.
00:46:42.000 Glitches.
00:46:42.000 People who didn't win, who then all of a sudden were winning.
00:46:44.000 We have affidavits, sworn affidavits.
00:46:46.000 We have here personally hundreds, hundreds of dead voters.
00:46:50.000 Just here, just us doing our own investigation in Michigan and Pennsylvania.
00:46:53.000 Hundreds of dead voters.
00:46:54.000 6,000 vote switch, glitches.
00:46:56.000 People who didn't win, who then all of a sudden were winning.
00:46:58.000 Poll workers not being allowed in.
00:47:00.000 Tens of thousands of votes that absolutely came in after the deadline.
00:47:05.000 This is just what they do.
00:47:07.000 No proof.
00:47:08.000 Well, hold on a second.
00:47:09.000 Did you run all of McEnany's press conference?
00:47:11.000 Did you?
00:47:13.000 This is my problem with Fox News.
00:47:14.000 It's just like CNN.
00:47:16.000 No evidence.
00:47:16.000 They're all just going out with this message.
00:47:19.000 And like I said, 128,000 votes found overnight for Biden, right in Michigan.
00:47:23.000 This is what happened.
00:47:24.000 It turned out to be a typo.
00:47:25.000 Whatever that guy's name was at Washington Post, I always forget his name.
00:47:27.000 Philip Bump in direct messaging that had taken place said, well it's a Biden county.
00:47:34.000 There is no level of voter fraud that they would investigate.
00:47:38.000 When it was 128,000 that couldn't be physically possible and they later fixed because it was
00:47:44.000 a typo, Washington Post said, no Tom Fuller here.
00:47:48.000 That's why right now they're saying no evidence.
00:47:50.000 There is absolutely evidence of voting irregularities, and I will say it now, I don't care if I get banned, outright fraud in some instances.
00:47:56.000 Now the fraud may only be a few thousand, granted.
00:47:58.000 The irregularities, hundreds of thousands absolutely, if not millions.
00:48:01.000 There is absolutely evidence, you just make sure that people don't see, because if we provide the evidence, if we say, hey, here's a list of several thousand dead people voting, including a 170-year-old from a county in Pennsylvania, you say this is disputed, and you run us to the AP dispute that just says, Election fraud is rare!
00:48:17.000 We agree it's rare!
00:48:18.000 That's why it pisses us off so much!
00:48:20.000 Right, exactly.
00:48:20.000 And by the way, irregularities mean states not following their own laws.
00:48:25.000 States circumventing their own laws to allow votes to come in past deadlines.
00:48:30.000 And that's one of the cases that she made, if Cavuto had listened for 30 more seconds, right?
00:48:35.000 The Supreme Court said, no, the legislature can't decide this, which is where the power resides.
00:48:39.000 We're going to decide.
00:48:40.000 Votes can come in.
00:48:41.000 And you don't have to show ID.
00:48:42.000 You don't have to have a signature.
00:48:43.000 It doesn't even have to have a postmark on it.
00:48:45.000 If you find a ballot on the floor, count it.
00:48:48.000 That's exactly what the rules say.
00:48:50.000 Yeah, go ahead.
00:48:50.000 I was going to say, CNN, if you want some credibility, what you do is you present your opponent's strongest argument, and then you show why it's wrong.
00:48:58.000 But they can't do that.
00:49:01.000 You say that again?
00:49:03.000 Credibility.
00:49:04.000 Credibility.
00:49:04.000 Credibility?
00:49:08.000 Like you can get credit?
00:49:09.000 But they can't do it.
00:49:10.000 They can't show the other person's argument.
00:49:12.000 You can if it's a loan that you guaranteed can't pay.
00:49:14.000 Right, yes.
00:49:15.000 And that makes you a predator.
00:49:19.000 This is why, when people say, this defeatism that comes from conservatives.
00:49:24.000 What I hate is this bar that has set the conservatives, set for themselves, when they expect none from the left.
00:49:30.000 Like, for some, there are conservatives now saying, oh, good luck proving the course.
00:49:33.000 Listen, there is so much evidence right now.
00:49:36.000 It is so overwhelming.
00:49:38.000 For you to set a bar, meaning it has to be outright, every single vote for Biden is fraud, for people to keep up the fight, I'm sorry.
00:49:46.000 You're not on this team.
00:49:47.000 And like I said, it very well may be possible that we look into these hundreds of thousands of voting irregularities and anomalies and maybe Joe Biden does win.
00:49:56.000 When that's the case, fine.
00:49:58.000 But we haven't.
00:49:59.000 And we have never had these kinds of irregularities.
00:50:02.000 Let me give you some examples of what we've never had.
00:50:04.000 And we've gone through these several times.
00:50:06.000 I've just gone through some here.
00:50:07.000 But let's not go through the numbers because it's hundreds of thousands.
00:50:10.000 What have we never had before?
00:50:11.000 Unrequested mail-in ballots.
00:50:12.000 That's never happened before, so that's a problem.
00:50:14.000 What have we never had before?
00:50:15.000 This level of acceptance of mail-in ballots.
00:50:18.000 30 times the rate.
00:50:19.000 We've never had that before.
00:50:20.000 What have we never had before?
00:50:21.000 Ballots that only voted for Joe Biden and left the rest blank.
00:50:24.000 We've never had that before.
00:50:25.000 What have we never had before?
00:50:26.000 People calling states before all the votes were in and military ballots not coming in in time.
00:50:30.000 We've never had that before.
00:50:31.000 What have we never had before?
00:50:32.000 Poll watchers not being allowed to watch, not being allowed entry, that's never happened before.
00:50:36.000 What have we never happened before?
00:50:38.000 People plastering the voting precincts with Bristol boards and papers so that people could not look in, that's never happened before.
00:50:44.000 You know what else has never happened before?
00:50:45.000 When a press secretary whose job it is to inform the press as to all these anomalies that are taking place, you cut it off before she can list them.
00:50:54.000 None of those things have ever happened before.
00:50:56.000 Also dead people, but that has happened before because the Democratic Party exists.
00:51:00.000 But not to this level.
00:51:02.000 When you add all of those up, those things have never happened before in any other election.
00:51:06.000 Hundreds of thousands.
00:51:08.000 Oh, also, I even forgot the biggest one.
00:51:10.000 Ones coming in after the election deadline.
00:51:13.000 Coming in after 8pm.
00:51:15.000 Not only that, but then being tossed in with the others so you can't track them.
00:51:20.000 None of those things have... What else have we never had happen before, too?
00:51:22.000 A computer software glitch.
00:51:24.000 6,000 votes.
00:51:25.000 I don't know that we've ever had happen before a digital software glitch that had a Republican losing and then flipped and he won.
00:51:31.000 None of these things have happened before.
00:51:34.000 And why on YouTube is the fact check not from RealClearPolitics, who still hasn't called the race, as far as I know?
00:51:41.000 Yeah.
00:51:41.000 They hadn't this morning when I looked.
00:51:42.000 Right.
00:51:43.000 It's from the AP.
00:51:44.000 So anytime a video is called, it's not over yet, or something like that, Michael Knowles released a video, we released a video with a similar title, always that same fact check for every news piece about the election.
00:51:55.000 And it isn't over.
00:51:57.000 Yeah.
00:51:57.000 No, no, no, there's the AP amendment.
00:52:00.000 They're the ones who determine.
00:52:03.000 It's like superdelegates.
00:52:04.000 I feel so bad about my education.
00:52:06.000 Well a minute ago the lower third said that Trump refuses to concede the election and then the guy was talking about five days, a week later, whatever.
00:52:14.000 This is basically like you saying on October 28th, Donald Trump refuses to concede the election even though he's trailing in the polls.
00:52:20.000 It's not done yet.
00:52:21.000 Why would he concede before?
00:52:23.000 You told us it wouldn't be done for months.
00:52:25.000 You had your fact-checking prepared if Donald Trump claimed victory within the week.
00:52:31.000 Let's keep that in check here.
00:52:34.000 It's still within the week.
00:52:35.000 You had that ready like a nuclear option, a button, if Donald Trump claimed victory within the week of the election because you guys told us it would take months.
00:52:45.000 And now you're saying it's clear.
00:52:46.000 We don't even have all the votes in yet.
00:52:48.000 Some places just stopped counting for days.
00:52:51.000 And then some places just had jumps of hundreds of thousands at the witching hour.
00:52:56.000 I took an hour and a half, and by the way, I don't want to lie, I took an hour and twenty minute nap in a hammock, woke up, and the country was fucked!
00:53:11.000 The thing that's scaring CNN, their lower third right now, is that McConnell and top Republicans back Trump's refusal to concede.
00:53:17.000 That's really good news for us.
00:53:20.000 When I see the people who are on this, Ted Cruz, Rand Paul, Bill Barr, McConnell, That's quite a coalition.
00:53:26.000 It reaches the Louder With Crowder guest list!
00:53:29.000 And these are not just people who look at the, like, we look at the graph and go like, well that looks a little weird that it just jumped up, but these are people who are, and Rudy Giuliani, I forgot to mention him, just all of this incredible information that they have, and we are, just with the information available publicly, able to see something's off and they agree.
00:53:47.000 Ted Cruz is a very good lawyer.
00:53:48.000 Ted Cruz was the most, I think even the person who was the head of the Harvard Law Review said that he was probably one of the most annoying and most skilled students that he ever had.
00:53:55.000 Skilled, yes.
00:53:56.000 The head of the Harvard Law Review when Barack Obama, or the person who was, I don't know if it was the dean, because actually Barack Obama was the head of the Harvard Law Review, but there's someone above him, maybe it was their professor.
00:54:05.000 When you ask him about Barack Obama, he said, yeah, he was there.
00:54:10.000 The only time it was ever published.
00:54:11.000 Ted Cruz was like a national level debate champion.
00:54:16.000 People need to understand this.
00:54:16.000 Does it mean he's dorky?
00:54:17.000 Sure.
00:54:18.000 But the first rule of being a lawyer, he's a lawyer, is don't ask a question you don't already know the answer to.
00:54:26.000 I guarantee you, having spent, and you know, Ted Cruz has been on the show maybe a dozen times.
00:54:29.000 We've had Ron Paul on quite a bit, Rand Paul, sorry, on quite a bit.
00:54:33.000 Ted Cruz would not go in Just for some Twitter traffic.
00:54:37.000 Ted Cruz would not go in on this unless he knows that there is something there.
00:54:40.000 Keep that in mind.
00:54:41.000 Rand Paul, Ted Cruz, these are not people who are unreasonable, who act outside the boundaries of the law.
00:54:47.000 These were people who were trying to safeguard our constitutional republic before the election, and are right now saying that it's compromised.
00:54:54.000 It is amazing to me that we have a media who falsely created this Russia collusion narrative.
00:54:59.000 There was no proof, never admitted it by the way, and now they say, but elections are impenetrable.
00:55:05.000 The election process is impenetrable, their defense is impetuous, and they're gonna make orphans of your children.
00:55:10.000 The point is, now there's no way anyone could affect the elections.
00:55:15.000 Certainly not actual poll workers who are stopping the other poll watchers like Hooper Humperdink.
00:55:21.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:55:23.000 If you're on the left right now and you want Donald Trump to leave office peacefully, what is the very best thing that you can do?
00:55:29.000 Open everything up and say, you think there's irregularities?
00:55:32.000 You think there's fraud?
00:55:33.000 Let's dive into it so that when that transition comes, he will walk out of this office peacefully.
00:55:37.000 If you really are scared he's just gonna stay in office and not leave, that's exactly what you would do, unless you were afraid that something is there that will be found out.
00:55:45.000 They could give him no excuse.
00:55:47.000 If they were to open things up and everything was legit, they could say, okay, well I have no excuse.
00:55:50.000 See how crazy this guy is claiming there's fraud?
00:55:52.000 Look, nothing to see, everything's open.
00:55:54.000 Because I tell you what, I always used to say this, President Obama, and I tried to say President Trump, and every now and then you say, okay, Trump, but you'll say Trump-Biden because, you know, you have to save words, you have to breathe when you speak.
00:56:04.000 But I always said, listen, he is my president, with President Obama, he's my president, I always hate it when people just said Bush, so President Obama, that being said, President Obama sucks balls at his job.
00:56:15.000 I want to be able to... I don't want to fight a ghost.
00:56:20.000 I want to know that I am actually resisting.
00:56:24.000 Remember that?
00:56:24.000 The resistance.
00:56:25.000 Meet the new resistance.
00:56:26.000 It's all of a sudden the resistance isn't cool to the left.
00:56:29.000 It's disruptive despite it being not mostly peaceful, entirely peaceful.
00:56:33.000 I don't want to fight a ghost.
00:56:34.000 I don't want to be grabbing a bar of soap.
00:56:36.000 I want to know beyond any shadow of a doubt that Joe Biden is President of the United States, if that's what happens.
00:56:41.000 I want to know beyond any shadow of a doubt that the American people chose him and that there were no shenanigans afoot.
00:56:48.000 That's what you should want, too.
00:56:49.000 Listen, if you're going to talk about healing in this country, and I know what they're going to try and say.
00:56:53.000 They will try and say, well, you know what, the thing is Donald Trump is just bringing up, that's what they're trying to do, bogus claims.
00:56:57.000 No, no, no, no, no.
00:56:58.000 I just walked you through 10 examples of anomalies that have never occurred in a modern American election.
00:57:04.000 There is more than enough reason, certainly more than the reason you had, which was 3,000 ads to the tune of $10,000 from some guy with a laptop in Russia, okay?
00:57:12.000 Facebook ads.
00:57:13.000 There is more than enough reason to call, not only, the votes are already in question, to investigate them, to read them.
00:57:21.000 If you pull this off, you can't even tell kids that reading is good for them because you refuse to do it here.
00:57:27.000 They're not going to buy it from you.
00:57:28.000 They'll be like, hey, hey, you need to read more.
00:57:30.000 Yeah, but Mom, you refuse to read the ballots.
00:57:33.000 Don't wait up, bitch.
00:57:34.000 They're not going to trust you.
00:57:36.000 I want to be able to say, that's my president and I don't think he's very good at his job, President Joe Biden.
00:57:44.000 You should want to be able to say the same thing.
00:57:45.000 Yeah, we got to spend the next four years trying to get somebody who can go into that
00:57:48.000 office and do a great job instead of Joe Biden, if that happens to be the case.
00:57:52.000 We want fair elections, period.
00:57:54.000 Even if I think Donald Trump is the savior, come back.
00:57:59.000 And people in this country vote for somebody else, they have that right.
00:58:02.000 They have the right to be wrong.
00:58:04.000 That's all we're asking for.
00:58:05.000 Nothing more.
00:58:06.000 Listen, people voted to free Barabas.
00:58:09.000 Crazier things have happened.
00:58:10.000 I know.
00:58:11.000 Jesus allowed it.
00:58:12.000 Whoa, that was a vote.
00:58:13.000 Yeah, that's true.
00:58:14.000 It was.
00:58:14.000 It was Barabbas, Barabbas.
00:58:15.000 And the guy was like, ugh.
00:58:18.000 You know, Barabbas sniffs kids.
00:58:21.000 And that's not the worst of it.
00:58:23.000 Wait, is that Barabbas?
00:58:23.000 Barabbas sniffs beyond our children and our children's children.
00:58:28.000 Well, they are.
00:58:29.000 Something Mel Gibson.
00:58:33.000 Mel Gibson goes, Huh?
00:58:35.000 Listen, I knew it.
00:58:37.000 Don't speak of me out of turn because you know I don't like you!
00:58:40.000 I don't want you talking about this show!
00:58:41.000 Okay, alright, Mel Gibson.
00:58:42.000 Go to Trader Joe's.
00:58:43.000 I love their toucanos.
00:58:44.000 We do too.
00:58:45.000 Okay, common ground, good.
00:58:48.000 Actually, final story, on a little bit of a lighter note.
00:58:51.000 Oh, wait, they're talking about Bill Barr.
00:58:52.000 Hold on really quickly.
00:58:54.000 Well, if true, could potentially impact the outcome.
00:58:57.000 As well, he's just doing this to keep the president happy and even Bill Barr knows there's no there there.
00:59:02.000 Which is it?
00:59:03.000 Do you see what that is?
00:59:04.000 Attributing motives.
00:59:06.000 John, I think the memo that Bill Barr issued yesterday sort of ended a very awkward silence from the Justice Department.
00:59:15.000 For days and days, the President and his lawyers, his campaign, have been holding press conferences, filing frivolous lawsuits, really, claiming that there was this massive fraud while providing no evidence of such massive fraud that would make a difference in the election.
00:59:30.000 You have to be a moron to watch CNN, let me tell you why.
00:59:35.000 Why are we doing it?
00:59:36.000 A press conference went on, when you're talking about this, Kayleigh McEnany, or you're talking about Rudy Giuliani, these press conferences went on for, some of them, 20 minutes, 40 minutes, I don't have it in front of me, you can fact check me, maybe I'm wrong, but they went on for a substantial amount of time and there were many different people who spoke, including elected officials, including local representatives, including poll watchers, including volunteers.
00:59:56.000 And they all brought forward specific evidence with numbers.
01:00:00.000 So you just say no evidence.
01:00:02.000 Well, hold on a second.
01:00:03.000 Just say the very thin evidence they brought forward that, you know, 132,000 people in Georgia whose residence may not be valid.
01:00:10.000 They brought forth very thin evidence with verified obituaries with thousands of people who voted, mail-in ballots and obituaries.
01:00:18.000 Yeah, yeah.
01:00:18.000 thin evidence. Just do that. But instead, they've never covered it and they just tell you no evidence.
01:00:22.000 Why? Again, this is why they won't have me on CNN. I used to appear on HLN and CNN. You know
01:00:29.000 what? Once they started actually having receipts, they stopped. They stopped. If I were on CNN,
01:00:33.000 I would say, huh, what about the 132,000 in Georgia that right now are being investigated?
01:00:38.000 I would say, hey, what about the 8,000 military ballots that were on their way in?
01:00:42.000 Do we know what happened with those?
01:00:44.000 Hey, how many ballots were received in Pennsylvania after 8 p.m.
01:00:48.000 on election night?
01:00:49.000 And that's actually unconstitutional.
01:00:50.000 They have to be tossed out.
01:00:52.000 Well, I don't know.
01:00:52.000 And hey, were those actually blended in with votes that came in before 8 p.m.?
01:00:56.000 So they couldn't be differentiated because that's also against the law.
01:00:59.000 Well, I don't know, I don't know.
01:01:01.000 What about the 128,000 vote typo that you didn't call anybody on until the people themselves who made the typo came out and said, sorry, our bad, sorry, that bullshit?
01:01:09.000 Listen, what about any... They give you no specifics.
01:01:12.000 Watch all morning and Fox News 2.
01:01:15.000 Screw those guys.
01:01:16.000 Screw those guys.
01:01:16.000 When they just say there's no evidence, no evidence?
01:01:20.000 None?
01:01:20.000 Look.
01:01:21.000 We've given you specifics.
01:01:22.000 Maybe, maybe they'll look into the 132,000 change of address red flags in Fulton County and say, oh, those people actually, uh, they just, uh, they moved over, a county over and we're fine.
01:01:32.000 Yeah.
01:01:33.000 Who do you think has a better standard of evidence?
01:01:34.000 Attorney General Bill Barr or this guy on CNN?
01:01:37.000 And what do they do?
01:01:38.000 They just say, well, Bill Barr is clearly just trying to keep the president happy.
01:01:41.000 Yeah.
01:01:41.000 Cause it's not like Bill Barr sent your whole world tumbling down several times before.
01:01:47.000 Gupta.
01:01:48.000 Yeah, and are they gonna say the same thing about Ted Cruz?
01:01:51.000 Ted Cruz is not some Trump sycophant.
01:01:54.000 Same with Rand Paul.
01:01:55.000 They both debated him.
01:01:56.000 Yeah, he accused Ted Cruz's dad of killing JFK!
01:02:00.000 Right, yeah, exactly.
01:02:00.000 And Megyn Kelly right now, who obviously doesn't get a Christmas card from Donald Trump, is still saying, you gotta let this process play out.
01:02:08.000 You see how the coordinated effort, right?
01:02:09.000 You're seeing it with Big Tech.
01:02:10.000 Everybody is saying voter fraud doesn't exist, and these claims are baseless.
01:02:15.000 Every single time they reference these claims.
01:02:17.000 Unfounded.
01:02:19.000 Voter fraud claims.
01:02:20.000 Unfounded.
01:02:20.000 Every single time, by every single person.
01:02:22.000 I haven't heard them actually reference them specifically, they just say claims.
01:02:25.000 In general, yeah.
01:02:26.000 By the way, they said unfounded when Donald Trump said, what is this?
01:02:29.000 Again, 120, what's the name of that guy over there at Washington Post?
01:02:33.000 Philip Bump.
01:02:33.000 Philip Bump, in private messages, again we can bring this up for you, was sent him, I hope that I've, have I described this clearly enough for people to understand?
01:02:40.000 128,000 votes found for Joe Biden overnight.
01:02:44.000 It's 128 to zero.
01:02:46.000 128 Biden with zero Trump votes.
01:02:48.000 Zero Trump.
01:02:49.000 Happened overnight in the dead of night.
01:02:51.000 And at this point Donald Trump said, hey what is this?
01:02:54.000 And that was marked as a disputed claim.
01:02:57.000 No one ever thought it's not even possible for there to be that many votes for Biden, let alone zero for Trump.
01:03:03.000 And I mean total.
01:03:05.000 I'm not even talking about the ratio, which by the way is why they disable comments on a lot of CNN news.
01:03:09.000 They don't want to get ratioed, because guess what?
01:03:11.000 We have a team of people who will ratio the hell out of you, not to bully you, but because you lie.
01:03:17.000 We ratio people who lie, but I'm talking about 128,000 votes, not the ratio that there were zero Trump.
01:03:23.000 It's not possible.
01:03:25.000 Trump asking the question, what is happening here?
01:03:29.000 Fact-checked.
01:03:30.000 Disputed.
01:03:31.000 Washington Post saying, what's complicated?
01:03:33.000 And then a few hours later, oh it's a typo.
01:03:36.000 Yeah.
01:03:36.000 Isn't it the news's job to figure out a typo?
01:03:40.000 Yeah.
01:03:41.000 If you can dispute, look, right now, if I were just to say this, nobody say anything because I want no context.
01:03:47.000 4 million dead voters.
01:03:49.000 There were 4 million dead voters in Michigan.
01:03:52.000 Period.
01:03:53.000 Of the votes in Michigan, 4 million of them were from dead people.
01:03:57.000 Stop.
01:04:01.000 No one, if I said that seriously, no one would go, wait, that's not possible.
01:04:06.000 That's exactly what happened.
01:04:08.000 That's exactly what fucking happened.
01:04:09.000 And no one cared.
01:04:11.000 No one cared.
01:04:11.000 And then later I came out and said, sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry.
01:04:15.000 Did I say 4 million?
01:04:16.000 I meant four.
01:04:19.000 But for four hours or three hours or whatever it is, no one said anything.
01:04:24.000 They'd lock me away from social media forever.
01:04:28.000 That's what happened.
01:04:29.000 Well, it's worse than that.
01:04:30.000 They didn't just not say anything.
01:04:31.000 They carried the water for it and said it's totally possible.
01:04:34.000 Totally normal.
01:04:35.000 Yeah.
01:04:36.000 Has any vote dump in history, right?
01:04:38.000 I don't care.
01:04:38.000 You're counting the votes and you're saying, all right, we got another 150,000 votes.
01:04:41.000 They go, this guy, this guy.
01:04:42.000 Has any one of those dumps in history come back 100% for one person and 0% for the other?
01:04:48.000 And that's what's so scary is they carried the water at this point.
01:04:50.000 The media is carrying each other's water.
01:04:51.000 Oh, yeah.
01:04:53.000 Now we could enter into a realm if this is allowed to stay and this is why we will continue fighting.
01:04:57.000 They will be carrying the government's water.
01:04:59.000 Think about that for a second.
01:05:01.000 Right now their fight is against shows like this that do better than them, right?
01:05:05.000 Daily Wire and Blaze and all kinds of, not even alternative media because it's more consumed media than theirs.
01:05:12.000 Right, so right now they're carrying water to try and silence us and fact-check us, but what do you think's going to happen when Joe Biden says, something of the equivalent, 128,000 votes for me?
01:05:20.000 Or what about when Joe Biden says, actually that wasn't Donald Trump's vaccine, that was my vaccine?
01:05:23.000 The media's going to go, look, Joe Biden's vaccine.
01:05:25.000 That's propaganda.
01:05:27.000 Right.
01:05:27.000 And the media is trying to say that this is a battle that has been won, and it's been won in the halls of the media.
01:05:34.000 Whereas Trump is saying, no, this is a battle that needs to be fought in the courts.
01:05:38.000 And he's right.
01:05:39.000 And they're wrong.
01:05:40.000 It's the wrong battlefield.
01:05:41.000 They're trying to decide that they are the battlefield.
01:05:44.000 And there's a reason that the courts exist, because they are supposed to be a safeguard for the people.
01:05:48.000 Not the media.
01:05:49.000 There is no accountability for the media.
01:05:50.000 This is the same media who said Jussie Smollett had bleach poured on him and had a noose put over his neck and it was a shoelace!
01:05:58.000 This is the same media, by the way, who said that Nick Sandman was harassing a Native American when it was really just some crackhead banging a calfskin drump and the kid was just uncomfortable!
01:06:10.000 And then they also said this is a frivolous lawsuit.
01:06:13.000 Just to give you an idea, the same network that said Donald Trump is filing frivolous lawsuits had to pay several of their lifetime salaries to Nick Sandman for lying.
01:06:27.000 Nuisance money.
01:06:29.000 Really?
01:06:29.000 Hundreds of thousands of dollars, CNN?
01:06:31.000 Nuisance money?
01:06:32.000 So these are the same people who said it was frivolous when they slandered a kid, and they lost.
01:06:36.000 And now they're trying to say it about Bill Barr.
01:06:38.000 These are the same people who said, frivolous, Nick Sandman lawsuit, lost hundreds of thousands of dollars.
01:06:43.000 Legitimate, Russia, and Bill Barr said, nope!
01:06:47.000 Yeah.
01:06:47.000 But trust them all as well.
01:06:48.000 What do you think about that, Joe Louis?
01:06:50.000 I just noticed that he moved his head a little bit.
01:06:51.000 He's sleeping.
01:06:52.000 Joe Louis!
01:06:53.000 Do you have any thoughts?
01:06:54.000 Should I talk about Cardi B?
01:06:56.000 Oh gosh, please no.
01:06:57.000 Should I talk about Cardi B, Joe Louis?
01:06:59.000 Okay.
01:07:01.000 He's not a fan.
01:07:02.000 So Cardi B actually teased her new signature Reeboks with this promotional image.
01:07:07.000 Oh my god.
01:07:08.000 Take it down.
01:07:11.000 Can we have, can we dispute that?
01:07:13.000 This claim is under review.
01:07:18.000 Little icon under there.
01:07:20.000 I don't really get the appeal, but she also, there's also, this isn't the only ad that she has.
01:07:26.000 I don't get the appeal, but I guess it's just a matter of taste because some people love her.
01:07:29.000 Oh, what a night.
01:07:37.000 Ah, beautiful.
01:07:38.000 Nothing like navigating under the stars.
01:07:41.000 I'll say.
01:07:41.000 By the foam.
01:07:42.000 Ah, it's like a painting.
01:07:45.000 Wait.
01:07:47.000 Do you hear that?
01:07:47.000 Hear what?
01:07:48.000 Oh, shh, shh.
01:07:55.000 That's the most beautiful sound my ears have ever heard.
01:07:59.000 No, no!
01:08:00.000 Oh, I can't hear this.
01:08:01.000 Oh, Patrick!
01:08:02.000 No!
01:08:05.000 Hey, what's happening?
01:08:05.000 We lost another one.
01:08:07.000 I'm so sick of this.
01:08:09.000 I'm so sick of this.
01:08:11.000 In future America, take everything you don't like now and remove the safeguards and add
01:08:22.000 So, listen, for people, this is the first time we're doing it since the election streams because we've made everything free, but I think you've gotten about an hour and a half of content right now.
01:08:29.000 There's going to be about another 30, 40 minutes with Manny the art critic.
01:08:33.000 We're going to have him criticize and critiquing.
01:08:36.000 Critiquing.
01:08:37.000 What is the difference between critiquing and criticizing?
01:08:39.000 You know, we'll talk about it behind the paywall because Mario Wade is very affected and, you know, he's a little bit of a snobby prick, but I love him.
01:08:44.000 So we'll be talking about that difference and taking your chats exclusively Mug Club.
01:08:48.000 So that's one of the perks you get to chat with us because we know you're not so much of a security threat.
01:08:53.000 We are going to go now exclusively to Mug Club YouTube.
01:08:56.000 Thank you.
01:08:57.000 Dispute this video all you want.
