00:02:44.000 Congress-Z.
00:02:45.000 She'd be fine with woman because she's a lady.
00:02:47.000 And there's a huge demographic shift taking place here in the United States.
00:02:50.000 Now just to be clear, I want to warn everyone out there, That I am not advocating for open borders at all.
00:02:56.000 I am not denying the reality of demographic voting patterns at all.
00:03:00.000 I'm just letting you know that there's a silver lining and one that could definitively tip elections in certain states and it's a good thing.
00:03:08.000 So we'll be talking about that.
00:03:09.000 Also be talking about fat ladies on horses.

00:03:22.000 Are you making changes?
00:03:23.000 Because I didn't even have an empty tank and I went and I filled it up.

00:03:40.000 They're like, yeah, coffee enema, is it detoxifies?
00:03:42.000 I just call it coffee with my bubble.
00:03:43.000 Yeah, well, it's like doing the coffee butt chuck.
00:03:46.000 Yes.
00:03:47.000 By the way, fastest wit in the West, fastest man on his feet, quickest man on his feet, and I will be on tour with him, him and I together.

00:04:08.000 Phoenix has been selling out like, uh, not selling out, but selling like crazy.
00:04:11.000 A lot of hot cakes.
00:04:13.000 Yep.
00:04:14.000 And some people saying, why don't you do more than that?
00:04:15.000 Because we have to do, if we want the show to go on hiatus, I would love to do that.
00:04:19.000 I would love to do shows every, every day.
00:04:20.000 I would love to, at some point, just be like, look, I'm taking a two month break and just do 30, 40 live shows, but I can't do it.
00:04:26.000 You can't please everybody.
00:04:27.000 All right, and Gerald, my best man, how are you, sir?
00:04:29.000 I am well, sir.
00:04:29.000 How are you?
00:04:30.000 I'm doing fine.
00:04:30.000 Yeah?
00:04:31.000 Yeah.
00:04:31.000 You're not as pissed off today?
00:04:33.000 No, I'm optimistic.
00:04:34.000 I'm mad.
00:04:34.000 But optimistic.
00:04:35.000 It's a consistent low-grade irritation.
00:04:37.000 Yeah, but Elon Musk made you happy by voting Republican for the first time.
00:04:40.000 Elon Musk, African-American, voting Republican.
00:04:42.000 Yeah.
00:04:43.000 See?
00:04:44.000 So, before we get to that...
00:04:46.000 We need to, I don't know if you know that we have a former Vice President, Joseph Biden.
00:04:50.000 He was talking about the economy at an AFL-CIO convention, convention conference?
00:04:56.000 I don't know how they refer to it.
00:04:58.000 And he did have, he wasn't really a stoic.
00:05:01.000 He had a tough time controlling his emotions, which, you know, you reach that certain age, left brain, right brain, no brain, brings us to this week in Biden.
00:05:09.000 If you have a problem figuring out whether you're for me or Trump, then you ain't black.
00:05:13.000 One of these guys left my employment, went to another job.
00:05:18.000 Because he got paid more.
00:05:23.000 Wall Street didn't build this country.
00:05:24.000 The middle class built this country.
00:05:27.000 And unions built the middle class!
00:05:30.000 Under my plan, last year, we cut the deficit by $350 billion.
00:05:39.000 I don't want to hear any more of these lies about reckless spending.
00:05:43.000 We're changing people's lives.
00:05:46.000 Imagine, just imagine if you're in a situation where you're going to be able to be in a position
00:05:55.000 where you're paid for preschool for kids.
00:05:59.000 I'm deadly earnest.
00:06:10.000 Where 55 of the largest Fortune 500 companies made 40 billion dollars, the insurance company has to cover it.
00:06:20.000 It's because of that law!
00:06:22.000 Zero.
00:06:28.000 In federal income tax.
00:06:29.000 Let's continue to give working families a fighting chance.
00:06:32.000 Face our challenges head on.
00:06:33.000 And let's keep building a better America.
00:06:36.000 God bless you all.
00:06:37.000 And may God protect our troops.
00:06:38.000 If you have a problem figuring out whether you're for me or Trump, then you ain't black.
00:06:45.000 I didn't realize the former vice president was a white supremacist.
00:06:48.000 I think he just hit a few threes, that's it.
00:06:51.000 By the way, we also have a costume contest tomorrow, it's Cultural Appropriation Month Taiwan.
00:06:56.000 I loved that I was watching The View yesterday, and what's your name, Sonny, not Sonny Liston.
00:07:00.000 That's the only one I know.
00:07:02.000 Sonny Hostin.
00:07:03.000 That's right.
00:07:03.000 Sonny Hostin.
00:07:04.000 It's basically his synonym.
00:07:07.000 Sonny Liston, Sonny Hostin.
00:07:08.000 Put him in a lineup, can't tell the difference.
00:07:10.000 Sonny Hostin was talking with Joe Behar.
00:07:12.000 They're saying, yeah, because Donald Trump is no spring chicken.
00:07:15.000 He's 78 and Biden will be 81.
00:07:17.000 And Joe Behar goes, and Biden works out!
00:07:20.000 Biden works out every day!
00:07:21.000 Trump, you look at him, not so much.
00:07:22.000 Yeah, but Donald Trump isn't mentally retarded.
00:07:25.000 Well, he can string a sentence together and hold his bowels.
00:07:28.000 Very true.
00:07:31.000 Which one of you crapped at the Vatican?
00:07:33.000 That would be Biden.
00:07:34.000 Yeah, that'd be him.
00:07:35.000 On the floor, by the way.
00:07:36.000 Praying to the Lord that he didn't.
00:07:38.000 But even God hates him.
00:07:40.000 Yep.
00:07:44.000 I got an indulgence for you, Joe.
00:07:47.000 I used them all.
00:07:49.000 I was hoping for zero poops.
00:07:51.000 No.
00:07:53.000 Is this more purgatory time?
00:07:54.000 Yeah.
00:07:56.000 How do I get out of here?
00:07:57.000 I need to confess.
00:07:58.000 He thinks a confessional booth is a porta potty.
00:08:00.000 Stop, Joe!
00:08:02.000 He just grabs like a pope hat or a cardinal hat.
00:08:08.000 Every time he reaches for their hat, they're going... Stop it, Joe.
00:08:12.000 I know what you want.
00:08:13.000 It is not a bathroom.
00:08:15.000 It's a hat.
00:08:17.000 I'm gonna go too!
00:08:18.000 Alright, so this is something... We've talked about this in the past.
00:08:23.000 We've talked about this in the past, and now we're seeing this come to fruition.
00:08:26.000 And I want to get into this.
00:08:28.000 I don't want to get too granular so that your eyes glaze over, but the Latino American, Hispanic American, the not-Latinx Americans, because I would never pander to them and I don't want to get shanked.
00:08:41.000 They hate that term, Latinx.
00:08:43.000 There really is a change, and we've always talked about how it makes sense.
00:08:47.000 But now we've just seen on Tuesday, Mayra Flores became the first Republican to win Texas' 34th district since 1870.
00:08:54.000 So we have first Republican since 1870, also the first Mexican-born Congresswoman.
00:09:00.000 Here she is.
00:09:01.000 We are live here at Mayra Flores' watch party where the Republican candidate for Congressional District 34 is celebrating, following her Congressional win tonight.
00:09:11.000 I spoke with her earlier tonight where she shared her thoughts about her candidacy.
00:09:17.000 I see the potential in us.
00:09:19.000 We have all the ingredients to be successful and I just want to bring better jobs, better opportunities so our children don't have to leave South Texas for those opportunities.
00:09:28.000 Why can't we have that here?
00:09:30.000 And I just think that we're worth fighting for.
00:09:35.000 Now Flores has garnered over 50% of the vote, meaning she will now assume former representative Filimon Vela's seat.
00:09:44.000 She would only hold this seat until January.
00:09:47.000 Can you say diversity higher?
00:09:50.000 Um... By the way, what did they... Greeting for... Boom goes the dynamite?
00:09:55.000 Yeah, why did they have that meeting at like a techno dance club with all the lights and the music?
00:09:59.000 I'm like, what are you doing?
00:10:00.000 I love how no matter how great technology gets, we still can't stop the delay in newscasters.
00:10:05.000 Right, right.
00:10:06.000 Yeah.
00:10:07.000 Just that awkward pause of like, okay, now we're here.
00:10:11.000 Yeah, now we're here.
00:10:12.000 Okay, and can you tell us about... Oh, I'm sorry, Jugo.
00:10:14.000 I was going to speak Jugo.
00:10:17.000 I cannot hear over the dancing music.
00:10:22.000 Yes, there are Chechnyan club goers.
00:10:24.000 I like to party!
00:10:25.000 So the point is, it was a horrible place to host your victory party.
00:10:28.000 But!
00:10:28.000 First Mexican-born American congresswoman.
00:10:32.000 Mexican-born congresswoman.
00:10:33.000 She's now American, but not Mexican-American.
00:10:35.000 She was born in Mexico.
00:10:35.000 You can't be born in both.
00:10:36.000 I mean, maybe if you were born right in the middle of the border, but I have no idea.
00:10:40.000 Right on the fence.
00:10:41.000 Because I don't have a wall.
00:10:43.000 And first person to win, Republican, to win this district since the 1800s.
00:10:48.000 Now Joe Biden won this district, keep in mind, at least won.
00:10:54.000 By four points in 2022.
00:10:56.000 Four points.
00:10:57.000 Something before I get to the Hispanic community.
00:11:00.000 There's also a shift in the African-American community, as seen that last night Elon Musk, for the very first time, voted Republican.
00:11:07.000 Yeah, he tweeted out, I voted for Mayra Flores.
00:11:10.000 First time I ever voted Republican.
00:11:12.000 Massive red wave in 2022.
00:11:15.000 And then when he was asked who he was leaning toward in the 2024 presidential race, he responded just one word, DeSantis.
00:11:21.000 Oh my gosh.
00:11:22.000 Yeah.
00:11:22.000 I didn't even know about that until we started looking at this.
00:11:24.000 But by the way, for him to say massive red wave?
00:11:27.000 Yeah.
00:11:28.000 Like, this is a guy who's gonna take a lot of crap for that.
00:11:31.000 He's okay with it.
00:11:32.000 Yeah.
00:11:32.000 Well, this is a perfect example of there can be no intellectual consistency on the left because no one passes the purity test.
00:11:38.000 There would be nobody who you could name who should be more of a darling of the eco-left.
00:11:45.000 The neo-environmentalist left should have to be It should have to be Musk, and even not too long ago they were saying, get an electric car.
00:11:54.000 But now they hate him because he had to move electric car facilities from California to Texas!
00:12:00.000 Think about that!
00:12:02.000 If the left, if their policies worked as it relates to encouraging green energy, they would all flock to California!
00:12:10.000 It can't be done there, but it can be done in Texas.
00:12:13.000 Alright, so here's something else that's pretty important.
00:12:16.000 She flipped Cameron County.
00:12:19.000 That's 85% Hispanic.
00:12:22.000 Now, Biden won that county by 13 points in 2020.
00:12:25.000 Hillary Clinton by 33 points.
00:12:26.000 Geez.
00:12:26.000 Wow.
00:12:26.000 Hillary Clinton by 33 points.
00:12:29.000 Geez.
00:12:30.000 Wow.
00:12:31.000 33 points.
00:12:33.000 This is part of a large trend.
00:12:34.000 Legitimately.
00:12:35.000 Yes.
00:12:36.000 Well.
00:12:37.000 Supposedly.
00:12:38.000 Yes.
00:12:39.000 I mean, yes.
00:12:40.000 Legit, most fair and balanced.
00:12:42.000 Considering that Democrats' whole strategy is getting Hispanic voters to turn out for them because they're getting their butts kicked in just about every other category, that's massive.
00:12:51.000 Going from 33 up to 16.
00:12:54.000 Well, this is part of a nationwide trend.
00:12:55.000 This is important for people to understand, and you'll hear people who say demographics are destiny.
00:12:59.000 I understand what they're talking about.
00:13:01.000 I understand that millions of illegal immigrants flooding across the border who are promised welfare benefits, who are promised a social safety net that they haven't paid into, that that's a real problem.
00:13:11.000 I understand that.
00:13:12.000 I am talking about Hispanic voters who usually have been here for two generations removed, or they
00:13:20.000 migrated here, call it the last 10, 20 years.
00:13:23.000 There's a generational shift if you look at it.
00:13:25.000 But 26% of Hispanics right now across the country approve of Biden's performance.
00:13:31.000 26% approve compared to whites, which is 31%.
00:13:36.000 Yeah, that's got to be scaring the crap out of these guys.
00:13:39.000 It seems high.
00:13:40.000 Have you seen the guy?
00:13:41.000 Right.
00:13:42.000 I want to know who the 26% are.
00:13:45.000 I think that's a really low number.
00:13:46.000 And 54% of Hispanics disapprove of Biden's performance.
00:13:49.000 Yeah.
00:13:50.000 Yeah, I would agree.
00:13:51.000 And this is important.
00:13:52.000 Hispanic Democrats, they're 10% more likely to consider just completely switching parties than Hispanic Republicans.
00:13:58.000 So you're seeing a disapproval with Hispanic voters who are Democrats, and you're seeing them disapprove of Biden's handling of the economy.
00:14:06.000 And then there's the inherent values that you see often with especially Yeah.
00:14:12.000 Well, they've been promised free stuff as a step to prosperity, right?
00:14:14.000 Democrats by nature. They've been promised free stuff for a long time, but
00:14:17.000 once you're here, you're here legally and you're paying taxes, you go, wait, hold on
00:14:20.000 a second, maybe we need people to sign the guest book. Yeah, well they've been
00:14:23.000 promised free stuff as a step to prosperity, right? The Democrats have been
00:14:27.000 saying like, we're gonna get you in, we're gonna get you here, you're gonna
00:14:29.000 have free stuff, you're gonna get jobs, you're gonna be able to do this, and
00:14:31.000 they're seeing that that isn't happening and has not been happening historically
00:14:35.000 The Democrats' promises are falling short, and then they're seeing the social things, that they're like, how in the world, as a big family culture, like, they are not for all the stuff that the Democrats are pushing right now, and it's turning them away.
00:14:46.000 So, just keep doing what you're doing, Democrats.
00:14:49.000 Please.
00:14:49.000 I mean, I don't even think there's a Spanish, uh, Spanish words for, uh, drag queen story hour.
00:14:54.000 I don't, they're like... I think it's no.
00:14:56.000 Yeah.
00:14:59.000 No, the bottomless pit is that way.
00:15:01.000 Ah, this is not good.
00:15:04.000 Cartel?
00:15:06.000 Yes, pretty soon your head's going to be on a turtle.
00:15:09.000 Yes, enjoy.
00:15:10.000 I would not pick it up if I were you.
00:15:11.000 And look, I would love to hear from you below if you are Hispanic American, Mexican American, South American.
00:15:19.000 What I want to hear from you is what issue Would there be that you think you can have them comment below?
00:15:26.000 What issue would there be?
00:15:27.000 You can be a little quicker to the draw there.
00:15:29.000 I don't want to say comment below.
00:15:31.000 I don't need to say comment or question of the day.
00:15:33.000 Timmy's like, you need to say comment below.
00:15:36.000 I will not do it unless... I won't.
00:15:39.000 He will test you and you will not hit the trigger.
00:15:42.000 Hold!
00:15:43.000 Hold!
00:15:45.000 And then later when I'm two segments in, NOW!
00:15:50.000 No, genuinely, what issue would there be that you inherently think Hispanic voters would be attracted to with the Democratic platform?
00:15:58.000 When I have these son of a bitch...
00:16:03.000 When I have these conversations... Sorry, CNN is distracting me.
00:16:07.000 They're showing Biden as though his speech yesterday was great.
00:16:09.000 When I have conversations with Hispanic... What are you going to have a conversation with a Hispanic American like?
00:16:13.000 Oh yeah, you know, and hey, isn't it horrible that people here have the ability to get guns?
00:16:17.000 Si, get guns.
00:16:18.000 Yes, here.
00:16:19.000 To protect.
00:16:20.000 Isn't it horrible that you can't have abortions up until birth?
00:16:22.000 No, it's... Jesus said that's killing babies.
00:16:25.000 Can you believe that they're not taxing people more?
00:16:27.000 I don't like taxes.
00:16:29.000 There's no issue that I can think of where they would inherently be a Democrat.
00:16:33.000 Yeah.
00:16:34.000 No, I really don't see them winning for this with any of the plans that they have put out so far.
00:16:39.000 And I know that we're still a little bit of a ways away, and right now it's a little bit early to see.
00:16:43.000 This Congresswoman that we're talking about is only holding her seat until January, until there's another election cycle for this.
00:16:49.000 This is kind of a special election.
00:16:50.000 Placeholder.
00:16:51.000 But I really want to see more of these kinds of results.
00:16:54.000 Let me just show you, the first person, a Republican, because we're called the party that's racist, right?
00:16:59.000 That's holding everybody down.
00:17:01.000 Here's the thing, you see a trend, right?
00:17:02.000 Donald Trump was 29% he won the Hispanic vote in 2016.
00:17:04.000 32% in 2020.
00:17:05.000 That's the most for Republicans since 2004.
00:17:05.000 2016. 32% in 2020. That's the most for Republicans since 2004. Now, do the math on that. Okay,
00:17:14.000 he won 32% of the Hispanic vote.
00:17:15.000 If you're looking at these trends, people who disapprove, who approve, you don't need to win.
00:17:19.000 Republicans don't need to win the Hispanic vote.
00:17:20.000 But if you reduce that margin to, let's say you get 40%, maybe 42%...
00:17:26.000 Republicans don't lose another election ever, not to mention in local elections, particularly in states like Texas and states like Arizona.
00:17:31.000 That is a huge difference.
00:17:34.000 And that's why, you know, I do, when people vilify the wrong people, the people we should be mad at are suburban white pitchers.
00:17:39.000 That's true.
00:17:40.000 Pretty much.
00:17:40.000 But you just said those states.
00:17:41.000 Think about California.
00:17:43.000 Think about their Hispanic population and how that can change California.
00:17:46.000 Yep.
00:17:47.000 If that ever happens, Republicans run the board.
00:17:50.000 There is no contest.
00:17:51.000 Everybody.
00:17:52.000 Yes, and here's the thing, they're the least likely voting bloc to get out and vote.
00:17:57.000 So, if you make this shift, and then you encourage them to vote, meaning legal citizens, of course, most of them, by the way, support voter ID, legal immigrants, that's another thing people don't tell you.
00:18:06.000 It's over 70% of Hispanic Americans.
00:18:08.000 If you get this shift, you win them by, let's say, 40-something percent.
00:18:12.000 win them but just reduce your margin of loss and you get more of them out to vote that's a huge
00:18:17.000 difference that's a big big big big change now if you could do the same thing and just reduce
00:18:21.000 your losses with uh you know upper middle class suburban white women to you know like win 10
00:18:26.000 percent of them you know what just get uh get 50 percent of them more to work just have free wine
00:18:34.000 Get them a job.
00:18:35.000 Make them pay taxes.
00:18:37.000 Good to go.
00:18:37.000 How about that?
00:18:38.000 How about them apples, suffragettes?
00:18:40.000 So, in 2022, also this is important to note, Donald Trump flimped Zapata Cowdy in South Texas for the first time in 100 years.
00:18:48.000 You Zapata.
00:18:49.000 June 2021, McAllen, Texas.
00:18:51.000 85% Hispanic there.
00:18:53.000 They elected their first Republican mayor in 24 years.
00:18:58.000 Now, here's something else.
00:19:00.000 And you should always assume that your opponent is smart, and be pleasantly surprised when they're not.
00:19:07.000 Assume that AOC is a genius.
00:19:10.000 Assume that she is a member of Mensa, and you'll never have a problem with her.
00:19:14.000 That's hard.
00:19:16.000 I know.
00:19:17.000 It makes me more upset.
00:19:18.000 Yeah, I know.
00:19:20.000 I feel like there should be a qualifier that you can't be a member of Mensa if you're that googly.
00:19:24.000 Not with those crazy eyes.
00:19:24.000 No, you can't.
00:19:26.000 Hold on a second.
00:19:27.000 Did you buy them at Michaels?
00:19:27.000 Are those real eyes?
00:19:29.000 Why are they so big?
00:19:30.000 Now, AOC is a perfect example of how the left is also doing our work for us.
00:19:35.000 They're turning off Latinos.
00:19:36.000 They're turning off Hispanics.
00:19:38.000 For example, by using terms like Latinx, which no Hispanic Americans like.
00:19:45.000 I also have a mini rant about this because there are some politicians, including Democratic politicians, that rail against the term Latinx.
00:19:53.000 And they're like, this is so bad, this is so bad for the party, like blah blah blah.
00:20:00.000 And like, it's almost as though it has not struck some of these folks that another person's identity is not about your re-election prospects.
00:20:09.000 First off, I don't know if maybe a bright idea could strike her.
00:20:13.000 And by that I mean a man, last name Idea, first name Bright.
00:20:18.000 Mr. Idea.
00:20:19.000 Mr. Idea.
00:20:20.000 Go ahead.
00:20:21.000 I see you've come back again, Mr. Bright.
00:20:23.000 Ow!
00:20:24.000 Ow!
00:20:24.000 This time the brass knuckles.
00:20:28.000 I bet you if she fell down a well, her eyes would go straight back.
00:20:31.000 I don't know.
00:20:32.000 Oh man.
00:20:32.000 Kicked by a mule, went cross again.
00:20:36.000 So she says it's not about your re-election, it's someone else's identity.
00:20:39.000 Okay.
00:20:40.000 Irony alert.
00:20:41.000 only three percent or less of Hispanics say that they use the term or even like it. So she's
00:20:47.000 speaking, and by the way she also speaks for the extinct people of Puerto Rico, she also speaks for
00:20:53.000 the Native Americans, and by the way that just includes all the above, the Cheyenne, the Apaches
00:20:57.000 of Lakota, you know people who are at war with each other, she speaks for all of them and now
00:21:00.000 she speaks for Hispanics saying, I just, you know, Republicans just, you know what I'm saying,
00:21:03.000 someone else's identity. Well why do you get to choose that to be the identity when 97 percent
00:21:09.000 of the people in question think you're full of crap.
00:21:12.000 And by the way, miss go-down-to-a-parking-lot-and-have-a-photographer-go-with-you-to-decry-these-cages, you're telling me that somebody's saying, hey, Latinx isn't great for the party.
00:21:21.000 You pander to everyone.
00:21:23.000 Right.
00:21:23.000 You try to go and get votes by staging pictures like you actually give a damn, and you don't.
00:21:28.000 Yeah.
00:21:28.000 So let's not be holier than thou.
00:21:30.000 Where was she when the cages were put there?
00:21:33.000 Oh, she was tending bar, I think.
00:21:35.000 Oh, right.
00:21:36.000 She was at Latinx salsa night.
00:21:38.000 Would you even trust her to make a drink?
00:21:41.000 You know, that's a fair question.
00:21:43.000 I mean, honestly.
00:21:43.000 I'd sooner drink with Bill Cosby.
00:21:45.000 Yeah, me too.
00:21:46.000 I would sooner have a drink with Bill Cosby, go up to the restroom for 20 minutes to give him plenty of time to roofie me, and then come back.
00:21:52.000 Yes, exactly.
00:21:52.000 Yeah, you'd both end up screwed.
00:21:53.000 It doesn't really matter.
00:21:54.000 Right, exactly.
00:21:55.000 But, you know, she's screwing her constituency.
00:21:57.000 So the point is, either way, you end up screwed.
00:21:59.000 That's what I'm saying.
00:22:01.000 Well, she's worried about getting her majority.
00:22:05.000 By doing things like keeping high wages out of her district, like getting rid of Amazon.
00:22:09.000 No, shut up, shut up, shut up guys.
00:22:11.000 It's a winning strategy.
00:22:12.000 Keep high wages out of her district and keep using the term Latinx.
00:22:15.000 Your ace is AOC.
00:22:16.000 By the way, NERIA!
00:22:18.000 Nary a large organization dollar, right?
00:22:20.000 Get money out of politics.
00:22:21.000 There's no way that that's what's happening with AOC.
00:22:23.000 If you have this disconnect where you go, how in the hell can a functionally retarded, googly-eyed, crazy lady went, well, you know what?
00:22:30.000 Follow the money trail.
00:22:30.000 Because if it doesn't make sense, it's because it doesn't make sense.
00:22:33.000 But what do I know?
00:22:34.000 I'm not one of the 3% who identify as Latinx.
00:22:38.000 Just me.
00:22:41.000 Dave X. Oh, gosh.
00:22:43.000 Can we all start going by the name?
00:22:44.000 Sounds like a horrible band, you know?
00:22:46.000 Gin X. S. X. Just the band X. Yeah.
00:22:49.000 Oh, yeah, that's right.
00:22:50.000 I forgot.
00:22:50.000 Was it Static X?
00:22:50.000 And then they became X?
00:22:51.000 Yeah, I think so, but they were X. X. That's the sign.
00:22:54.000 Not to mention...
00:22:56.000 Go ahead and give it to you.
00:22:57.000 Hey, this is a live show Monday through Thursday at 10 a.m.
00:22:59.000 Eastern, if we are not here on YouTube.
00:23:01.000 Best place to watch it is Mug Club.
00:23:03.000 lottoofcutter.com slash mugclub.
00:23:04.000 We'll have a promo tomorrow.
00:23:05.000 We do an extra full hour of show.
00:23:07.000 We'll be playing What's in the Box today, and I don't know what's in the box, which means we can't play it on YouTube.
00:23:11.000 And of course, if you want to watch the free show, you can go to Rumble.
00:23:15.000 Here's a story that, you know, you're an animal lover and so am I, Dave.
00:23:17.000 I very much so.
00:23:18.000 Two dogs love them.
00:23:19.000 So this was a problem for us.
00:23:22.000 An animal shelter in California has announced that it will not give out pets to Second Amendment supporters.
00:23:30.000 Yeah, and this is what they said.
00:23:31.000 They said, uh, we do not support those who believe that the Second Amendment gives them the right to buy assault weapons.
00:23:36.000 If your belief are not in line with ours, we will not adopt a pet to you.
00:23:42.000 Now, of course, the initial response, and I don't want to say rightfully so, is that these people are assholes.
00:23:49.000 But, upon further... Look, we are willing to obviously concede and hopefully find common ground.
00:23:55.000 Most of the gun statistics that you have out there are BS.
00:23:57.000 For example, that your gun is more likely to be used against you.
00:23:58.000 Well, that's not true.
00:23:59.000 But, as it relates to this, their concerns are understandable.
00:24:03.000 There is a serious problem with irresponsible gun owners who have guns in the home with pets.
00:24:10.000 It's true.
00:24:11.000 In the arms of the angel, fly away from here.
00:24:22.000 From this dark, cold hotel room and the endless bliss that you fear.
00:24:35.000 Get a trigger lock.
00:24:37.000 Come on, guys.
00:24:38.000 Come on.
00:24:38.000 Better than this.
00:24:39.000 Wasn't that chocolate lab adorable?
00:24:41.000 Get a gun safe.
00:24:42.000 Come on, man.
00:24:42.000 I can't imagine.
00:24:46.000 I actually, you know what, this is something that happened to me.
00:24:48.000 There was a dog named Mr. Big, before I got Hopper, before I got Joe Louis, and he was a big American Bulldog pit bull, probably mix, I don't know, maybe Great Dane mix.
00:24:58.000 He was a cigar-smoking gangster.
00:24:59.000 Yes, exactly.
00:25:00.000 Played a lot of poker.
00:25:03.000 Um, and I worked at a no-kill shelter in Michigan, and everyone was afraid of this dog.
00:25:07.000 This actually happened.
00:25:08.000 Everyone was terrified of this dog because he would just, he would be jumping up on the cage at the kennel.
00:25:12.000 Turned out, he just didn't get a lot of attention because people were afraid of him, so he would open it up.
00:25:16.000 He was the sweetest dog, the most affectionate.
00:25:18.000 He was just, didn't learn to not jump in excitement.
00:25:20.000 Yeah.
00:25:21.000 And I volunteered at the shelter for a while and I said, you know what?
00:25:23.000 He's older.
00:25:24.000 He's nine years old.
00:25:25.000 No one else was going to take him.
00:25:26.000 I said, I feel like I know how to handle him.
00:25:28.000 I've been working with him for a couple of months.
00:25:29.000 I would love to adopt him.
00:25:31.000 And the person who ran the shelter knew about my politics and said, I would never give you any dog from here.
00:25:38.000 That's messed up.
00:25:40.000 I still think about it.
00:25:42.000 I mean, I know he's probably passed now, but it made me sad for a very, very long time.
00:25:45.000 Because this dog is just... everyone else is afraid of him.
00:25:48.000 I'm willing to take him.
00:25:49.000 You're going to let politics... I also might have offended her when they showed the dog training video.
00:25:54.000 Uh-huh.
00:25:55.000 And, you know, this is how you do it.
00:25:56.000 This is how you look for body language.
00:25:57.000 And at the end, she goes, what did you think of the training video?
00:25:59.000 I said, well, you gotta love that mid-90s Saved by the Bell font.
00:26:03.000 Is that all you noticed?
00:26:05.000 That's all you noticed was the font?
00:26:07.000 I mean, Comic Sans, come on.
00:26:08.000 No, it's not all I noticed.
00:26:09.000 Trying to make a conversation.
00:26:12.000 Learned about the ears and the tail and the body rigidity.
00:26:17.000 Get her.
00:26:21.000 She wouldn't give me the dog.
00:26:22.000 Oh my gosh.
00:26:22.000 Well, that's so stupid, by the way, for them to say, hey, if you're a Second Amendment believer, they didn't say what they really wanted to say there.
00:26:29.000 This is saying you want to buy assault rifles.
00:26:31.000 Like, if you want guns at all, they said assault rifles.
00:26:34.000 But I mean, if you think you should be able to own a gun, period, we're not going to give a dog to you.
00:26:38.000 If you have a dog that's deemed dangerous, wouldn't it be better that you're a Second Amendment believer?
00:26:42.000 You would think so.
00:26:43.000 Just in case.
00:26:44.000 Not only that, think about this for a second.
00:26:45.000 Yeah, people who have firearms are more likely to be hunters.
00:26:47.000 You've heard of hunting dogs?
00:26:48.000 These are people who are far more likely to use dogs for their intended purpose, unlike someone with a strap on at Drag Queen Story Hour.
00:26:55.000 Who do you think is more likely to abuse a dog?
00:26:57.000 Do they have a policy on that?
00:26:58.000 Hey, look, we're sorry.
00:26:59.000 If you fall into the category of a 41% attempted suicide rate because of what was previously diagnosed as mental illness, we're not going to give you a dog.
00:27:07.000 Instead, it's just, you own an inanimate object?
00:27:09.000 No dog for you.
00:27:10.000 I would actually wager, no one's going to run these numbers, that firearm owners probably make far better dog owners.
00:27:18.000 You know why?
00:27:18.000 Because when you see a woman with a stupid little dog who's yapping and they pick it up and reward that behavior, you're going, that's not a gun owner.
00:27:28.000 That can't possibly be.
00:27:30.000 How do they find out anyway?
00:27:31.000 Do they have like a checklist of like, hey, do you support the Second Amendment?
00:27:33.000 How is that even legal for them to ask?
00:27:36.000 I can't even ask if someone who works here is a Mormon.
00:27:40.000 That's fair.
00:27:41.000 I asked.
00:27:42.000 It's a yes.
00:27:43.000 It's a yes.
00:27:44.000 We love you, Brooke.
00:27:46.000 Don't send us hate mail.
00:27:47.000 Huh?
00:27:48.000 This happened the other day where I was making a joke about Mormon raptors because it was the Utah raptor.
00:27:52.000 Yeah.
00:27:53.000 And then I realized we had someone and I was like, I'm sorry.
00:27:55.000 I didn't mean it.
00:27:56.000 He goes, what do you mean?
00:27:56.000 I was like, it was like, we had like a raptor with like a holy underwear.
00:27:59.000 He was like, eh, it's funny.
00:28:00.000 I don't care.
00:28:00.000 I joked, you remember the Moab bomb?
00:28:01.000 I was like, ah, can we drop this somewhere in Utah?
00:28:03.000 And they were like, hey!
00:28:04.000 And I was like, no, I meant like, because there's not a lot of stuff in a lot of places, it wouldn't hurt anybody.
00:28:09.000 Yeah, didn't they let off bombs there for a while?
00:28:11.000 Well, I think so.
00:28:12.000 Like, tested them in sections?
00:28:14.000 I don't know, it sounds about right.
00:28:15.000 Okay, before we move on to gas prices.
00:28:18.000 Well, you're going to love this next one because, I mean, this requires a panoramic lens.
00:28:22.000 This curve model, famous TikToker Rami Bader, was just recently, this is a story, it's been making the rounds, the latest outrage, I don't know if you know this, obese is now considered a slur.
00:28:33.000 Just like yesterday was fast, now is obese.
00:28:36.000 But when they say they're living their truth, unfortunately, sometimes that truth doesn't coincide with the reality of weight limits.
00:28:43.000 She was kicked out of a ranch for being too heavy.
00:28:45.000 This is her video.
00:28:52.000 It says, shout out to Deep Hollow Ranch in Montauk for making me leave because I weigh over 240.
00:28:57.000 Her music.
00:29:00.000 Yeah, not ours.
00:29:00.000 Yeah, her music.
00:29:01.000 I don't know why she added the Rocky.
00:29:02.000 What's the victory?
00:29:04.000 No, I think it's because she's a heavyweight.
00:29:05.000 I think it's because it's the first...
00:29:08.000 It's Rocky Road.
00:29:09.000 Then later, she has a, what is it, a Lone in the Ring overture.
00:29:14.000 She's just a fan of Rocky music.
00:29:15.000 She gets on a Clyde sale and... By the way, she's living her truth and several other people's truth as well.
00:29:25.000 She has a trashcan robot.
00:29:26.000 They have her on an ox.
00:29:28.000 There's no easy way out.
00:29:31.000 There's no shortcuts home.
00:29:33.000 You just see a crushed pony in the corner.
00:29:35.000 Yeah, just like that dog, it's just a cow jumping up against it.
00:29:39.000 That's a huge bitch!
00:29:43.000 And by the way, most disappointed by this, black guy centaurs.
00:29:47.000 So that's, yeah, they were not thrilled.
00:29:51.000 Missed opportunity.
00:29:52.000 It's a weight limit!
00:29:55.000 And you weren't kicked out.
00:29:56.000 You were just told you couldn't ride the horse.
00:29:57.000 You were told you couldn't ride that horse because it requires a spine!
00:30:03.000 They'd like it to not be severed.
00:30:04.000 Yes!
00:30:05.000 The horse all of a sudden spoke and told us she's too heavy.
00:30:10.000 We just had people who wouldn't give dogs to Second Amendment owners.
00:30:13.000 We're the animal cruelty advocates here.
00:30:15.000 By the way, you know who else would be kicked out, not kicked out, but not allowed to ride?
00:30:18.000 You!
00:30:19.000 Me!
00:30:19.000 I weigh 240 pounds.
00:30:21.000 Yeah!
00:30:22.000 So they'd be like, hey, you probably can't, I wouldn't go.
00:30:24.000 Fat piece of shit.
00:30:25.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:30:26.000 Thank you, bye.
00:30:27.000 I also wouldn't, you know, throw a fit and make a TikTok about it either.
00:30:30.000 Yeah, go get the Space Odyssey theme and do a video.
00:30:34.000 Anybody would.
00:30:35.000 I can barely get on one.
00:30:36.000 And I'm short.
00:30:39.000 It's just Dave not reaching the stirrups and chariots of fire playing.
00:30:43.000 Like, why?
00:30:43.000 What's the music selection?
00:30:44.000 It's just a height thing.
00:30:47.000 Step ladder.
00:30:48.000 This is one of those things.
00:30:49.000 Can you believe that they wouldn't let me ride the horse?
00:30:52.000 Yes.
00:30:53.000 Absolutely.
00:30:54.000 Of course, yeah.
00:30:54.000 They didn't want to shoot it in the face after.
00:30:56.000 Exactly.
00:30:57.000 Turn it to glue.
00:30:58.000 Exactly.
00:30:59.000 You know what?
00:31:00.000 Actually, we have a horse for you.
00:31:01.000 Elmer, come over here.
00:31:04.000 He's got wonky AOC eyes.
00:31:06.000 Except he's much smarter.
00:31:08.000 But he's charming.
00:31:09.000 Did better on the Mensa test.
00:31:14.000 So here's something I will say.
00:31:15.000 The employee of the ranch.
00:31:16.000 And this is a problem with social media.
00:31:18.000 This is one of the employees of the ranch.
00:31:19.000 A young person.
00:31:20.000 Allegedly the owner's son.
00:31:22.000 Not a good response.
00:31:23.000 Back in the day, this would have been a private dust-up, but now it lives on forever.
00:31:27.000 responded to Bader's video.
00:31:29.000 When you're not a fat bitch, you can ride a deep oil ranch.
00:31:39.000 Okay, he's been drinking.
00:31:40.000 A little bit.
00:31:41.000 A little bit.
00:31:41.000 And working around animals.
00:31:42.000 That's a good combination.
00:31:43.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:31:45.000 I mean, look.
00:31:46.000 He's not wrong.
00:31:47.000 He's not wrong, but that's... Back in the day, you would have made that mistake as a kid.
00:31:51.000 You would have talked to them.
00:31:52.000 Hey, don't do that.
00:31:53.000 We're sorry.
00:31:53.000 Here's a free gift certificate so you can go ruin the horses at the ranch over one...
00:31:58.000 We're just not here.
00:32:00.000 We're going to order a giant Clydesdale.
00:32:02.000 Yes, exactly.
00:32:03.000 When we find a species that can hold you, we'll call you back.
00:32:06.000 Once they're retiring the Budweiser horses, you're like, you can have this other one.
00:32:10.000 We were going to send it to Coors.
00:32:11.000 There's a dinosaur ranch that's just right for you.
00:32:19.000 It's just she gets on the skeleton and bones just fall through like son of a... So Deep Hollow Ranch, they addressed the situation on Facebook.
00:32:25.000 They said, we would like to apologize to anyone who this offended.
00:32:28.000 Well look, that was clearly meant to offend.
00:32:30.000 And we do not condone or agree with any part of that employee's video.
00:32:34.000 That should be enough.
00:32:35.000 Yeah.
00:32:37.000 I agree with some parts.
00:32:38.000 Right.
00:32:39.000 I mean, I agree with the biological argument.
00:32:42.000 Yeah.
00:32:43.000 Not so much the nomenclature.
00:32:44.000 Yeah, drinking and being an idiot is not a good idea, ever.
00:32:47.000 And you shouldn't broadcast.
00:32:48.000 No.
00:32:49.000 So, here's the thing.
00:32:50.000 The backlash, though, now has been unbelievable.
00:32:52.000 The event organizer cut ties with the ranch, saying, We will not work with Deep Hollow Ranch again.
00:32:57.000 Inclusivity and kindness are rooted in our foundation.
00:32:59.000 And social media also called for spamming them with one-star Yelp reviews.
00:33:04.000 I hope your business has a plan B.
00:33:06.000 Shut this place down.
00:33:08.000 Take Deep Hollow Ranch down.
00:33:09.000 And by the way, the ranch's website, they have this listed that a rider of Bader's size would require at least a 1,200 pound horse.
00:33:18.000 Oh wow.
00:33:20.000 And they have a list of horses for riders over 250 and at the top they literally have Clydesdale.
00:33:28.000 Don't exactly have a lot of Clydesdales hanging out for you to ride.
00:33:33.000 By the way, the organizer of this was Hampton Water Rosé, owned by Jon Bon Jovi's son, their co-founder.
00:33:40.000 They actually came into my shop when they were trying to promote this.
00:33:42.000 This was them trying to do an event with influencers.
00:33:45.000 What's really funny is the picture she posted of all the influencers are like incredibly skinny girls in a car, and her standing next to the car.
00:33:52.000 I just thought it was a little weird.
00:33:53.000 Was she riding the car?
00:33:55.000 There are weight limits for all kinds of vehicles.
00:33:57.000 She was riding two Metro Geos like skis.
00:33:59.000 Look, she's a bigger girl, I get it, but she should have just said, hey, I'm sorry, I can't ride the horses because I'm too big.
00:34:06.000 I mean, that didn't seem like it needed to be a thing.
00:34:09.000 This is the problem when you don't believe in science.
00:34:12.000 You believe in the science, meaning whoever your religious leader is at that point.
00:34:15.000 I mean, that's really... Fauci was an L. Ron Hubbard for a couple of years.
00:34:18.000 So you believe in...
00:34:19.000 The science, but you don't believe in science.
00:34:21.000 Well, this is my truth.
00:34:23.000 I'm a woman.
00:34:24.000 Okay, but you're not.
00:34:25.000 If you go to a doctor, reality is going to hit you in the face, and he's going to have to ask you, well, hold on a second.
00:34:31.000 You pissed hot for a pregnancy?
00:34:34.000 You pissed hot for pregnancy?
00:34:35.000 Oh, you have prostate.
00:34:36.000 You have...
00:34:37.000 Testicular cancer, right?
00:34:38.000 That's the reality.
00:34:39.000 But I identify as a woman, so it means I'm pregnant.
00:34:41.000 No, it doesn't.
00:34:41.000 Well, look, fat is just as healthy and it's just as beautiful.
00:34:44.000 Okay, look, maybe some people find it just as beautiful.
00:34:47.000 You know, the people who will pay you like $900 to eat a cheeseburger on a webcam.
00:34:50.000 They love that.
00:34:51.000 That's fine.
00:34:51.000 That's your truth.
00:34:52.000 But it's not the truth of the weight limit on another living being, a horse.
00:34:57.000 But the problem is, how do you say it when people get to this point?
00:35:01.000 We laugh about it, but if you say, all bodies are the same, Everything is healthy!
00:35:08.000 You do get to a point where you can't live what is effectively a delusion until you hit a fork in the road.
00:35:15.000 And at this point, she just wants an actual fork.
00:35:18.000 She gets tired.
00:35:18.000 She's gonna eat.
00:35:19.000 She's gonna use the fork to have a snack.
00:35:21.000 Your balls have ovarian cancer.
00:35:23.000 Yes.
00:35:24.000 Those testicles have endometriosis.
00:35:30.000 Well, I just don't... Anytime you try to even talk about it, it's just difficult.
00:35:36.000 It's like, look, you're too big for the horse.
00:35:39.000 I'm sorry.
00:35:40.000 Be an adult about it.
00:35:42.000 And you're immediately crying, like, can you believe this ranch has rules?
00:35:46.000 She was saying, and I read a little bit more into the story, she was saying, oh, you didn't post this on your website.
00:35:52.000 Well, when you walk up and they go, hey, how much do you weigh?
00:35:56.000 Right?
00:35:57.000 You're a very large... If I walk up and they go, sir, how much do you weigh?
00:36:00.000 And I'm like, oh, 240.
00:36:00.000 Oh, the horse, we can't do that.
00:36:02.000 They can't, you know, they can't support the weight.
00:36:05.000 Okay.
00:36:06.000 Sure.
00:36:06.000 That sucks.
00:36:07.000 I wish I would have known.
00:36:07.000 I mean, maybe I'm mad that they didn't post it, but I'm not going online and going, they're fed shaming me.
00:36:12.000 I can't believe it.
00:36:13.000 She's like, if you get on a plane with her and she's like, I'm 115 and I gotta be like, I'm 683 pounds.
00:36:17.000 Right.
00:36:17.000 Yes.
00:36:21.000 I need two seats just to average it out.
00:36:27.000 It's just, it's not all the... it's sorry you can't ride a horse.
00:36:31.000 What is it?
00:36:31.000 It's Rules Ranch?
00:36:32.000 Is that what it is?
00:36:33.000 It's Rules Ranch?
00:36:34.000 Go to the Budweiser Ranch.
00:36:36.000 Yes, exactly.
00:36:37.000 When did fat become a protected class?
00:36:39.000 Pizza, pizza.
00:36:43.000 Well, when everyone...
00:36:47.000 You're a child.
00:36:48.000 And we love you for that!
00:36:49.000 And so am I. I guess when half of America became a protected class.
00:36:56.000 Yeah, that's true.
00:36:57.000 Straight white male, not so much.
00:36:59.000 Everything else, yes.
00:37:01.000 Yeah, I mean, look, Arnold Schwarzenegger wouldn't be able to, Mr. Olympias wouldn't be able to get on there.
00:37:06.000 It's a weight issue.
00:37:07.000 You can still say that fat is beautiful and say that you're still too heavy.
00:37:11.000 That's okay.
00:37:12.000 You're too heavy.
00:37:13.000 You're fat.
00:37:13.000 You're beautiful.
00:37:14.000 You can, you know, whatever.
00:37:15.000 You just weigh too much.
00:37:16.000 That's all it is.
00:37:17.000 Just frame it that way.
00:37:18.000 And say you're too ugly to ride the horse.
00:37:20.000 No.
00:37:21.000 I have an idea.
00:37:21.000 Here's a solution.
00:37:22.000 Let one of the other skin models ride you.
00:37:25.000 Right.
00:37:25.000 There you go.
00:37:26.000 Problem solved.
00:37:27.000 You get to participate.
00:37:27.000 I mean, if I run a ranch and, you know, AOC comes in, I wouldn't deny her service, but I would make her wear a specific outfit so I could, you know, tell her and the horse apart.
00:37:35.000 They should give him two horses.
00:37:36.000 Yes.
00:37:37.000 Make him feel bad.
00:37:38.000 They're like, oh, you're right, we got something for you.
00:37:40.000 You have to lay across two saddles.
00:37:42.000 Right.
00:37:42.000 You feel good?
00:37:43.000 Yeah.
00:37:43.000 You're roped down.
00:37:45.000 Yeah.
00:37:45.000 Enjoy your ride.
00:37:46.000 And instead of putting your feet, you're gonna have to ratchet one of those stirrups around you like Liam Neeson in The Grey when the plane goes down.
00:37:57.000 It was a free trip.
00:37:59.000 Yeah, it's called Wolf's Win The Movie.
00:38:03.000 Whiskey for my man, fat bitches for my horses.
00:38:07.000 Now, here's... Why do you want to ride a horse?
00:38:12.000 You got cars?
00:38:14.000 It was a free thing.
00:38:15.000 It was a free benefit.
00:38:16.000 Yeah, but it's also probably dangerous.
00:38:17.000 Here's a free horse ride.
00:38:18.000 Obese horses.
00:38:20.000 It's probably dangerous for them to do that.
00:38:22.000 Out riding, breaking fences.
00:38:28.000 Fat Prado.
00:38:31.000 Why don't you come to your senses?
00:38:33.000 You've been running through fences with your fat ass now.
00:38:39.000 You're disgusting?
00:38:42.000 Oh, that's just what people say.
00:38:44.000 I don't know.
00:38:45.000 There's extra fruit by the foot in your glove box.
00:38:49.000 You better let a diet love you.
00:38:55.000 Ain't nobody gonna love you!
00:38:57.000 Oh, it is too late.
00:38:58.000 Because of your weight.
00:39:01.000 It's too late, we're taking the feet.
00:39:02.000 Of course people can love you.
00:39:04.000 Of course.
00:39:04.000 Good news, you lost both your legs, you can ride the horse.
00:39:07.000 Exactly.
00:39:08.000 People, anyone is worthy.
00:39:09.000 Is this the Sugarfoot thing again?
00:39:12.000 That's old Sugarfoot Ranch.
00:39:14.000 Type 2 Ranch.
00:39:15.000 Yes, Type 2 Ranch.
00:39:16.000 Why do you only have one stirrup?
00:39:21.000 They just have a statue of Wilford Brimley.
00:39:23.000 Are these shoes for sale?
00:39:25.000 On the horse?
00:39:26.000 Yeah, you can buy them.
00:39:27.000 Thank you.
00:39:29.000 I want these sandals.
00:39:30.000 Those are stirrups.
00:39:31.000 Well, they fit perfect.
00:39:32.000 Love them.
00:39:33.000 Fine.
00:39:34.000 Okay.
00:39:36.000 You're a very strange person.
00:39:38.000 Please leave.
00:39:39.000 I just, look, this is the problem.
00:39:40.000 This is, it seems like it's silly, but guess what?
00:39:43.000 We just had this where we, we can be banned on YouTube if we refer to someone who is very clearly a man as a man.
00:39:50.000 And we, oh that's right, recently we were labeled medical misinformation for the Fat Pride panel that I crashed back at South by Southwest.
00:39:57.000 That was labeled medical misinformation.
00:39:59.000 You know who did this?
00:40:00.000 Because I asked them about the health problems associated with being obese and they got furious.
00:40:04.000 That was labeled on, we'll have that screenshot tomorrow because I probably went through my lawyer.
00:40:08.000 It was labeled medical misinformation.
00:40:10.000 I had to go back and watch it and say, there's literally nothing in here that could be medical misinformation.
00:40:14.000 It's medical information.
00:40:16.000 Just take away the myths.
00:40:18.000 Yeah, I hate that we say this all the time.
00:40:19.000 The problem isn't fat people.
00:40:20.000 The problem is fat people who say that that is a healthy lifestyle and promote that to people, which is what this person is essentially doing.
00:40:26.000 And please say fat because obese is offensive.
00:40:29.000 Yes, obese is offensive.
00:40:30.000 How is fat okay and obese is not?
00:40:33.000 You know what?
00:40:33.000 We prefer the term gross.
00:40:35.000 Now, share the show!
00:40:40.000 Share the show if you're watching on YouTube.
00:40:42.000 Hit the share button because, you know, a lot of people also, I appreciate it, you'll be watching Crowder Bits, but a lot of people miss all of this information here in the show.
00:40:48.000 So if you can tune in, that always helps because the YouTube algorithm doesn't help us or pay us anything.
00:40:53.000 All right.
00:40:54.000 Hey, one quick update.
00:40:55.000 The Supreme Court is releasing opinions right now.
00:40:57.000 So if Roe v. Wade comes up, we'll break that for you live on the show.
00:41:00.000 Oh, I thought you were going to say this fat horse scenario got kicked up to the Supreme Court.
00:41:06.000 But we'll break that too.
00:41:07.000 Nope, still too heavy to ride the horse.
00:41:09.000 It got forklifted to the Supreme Court.
00:41:12.000 The horse walks in and it's just like, please.
00:41:15.000 Please don't let her ride me.
00:41:16.000 Please don't.
00:41:18.000 I already have back problems.
00:41:19.000 Give us free!
00:41:22.000 Horses learning to speak to save their own lives.
00:41:26.000 Alright.
00:41:26.000 Trying to pull a toe trigger with a hoof.
00:41:28.000 Yes.
00:41:30.000 That's sad, because he could never get it.
00:41:32.000 No, it's just gonna be... He has the right to take himself out.
00:41:36.000 Call Courtney Love, she'll do it.
00:41:37.000 Clydesdale Forest in Japan.
00:41:40.000 No!
00:41:45.000 One of the Paul brothers just walks through, what's this bro, just a bunch of Clydesdales?
00:41:49.000 I'm about to fight now.
00:41:53.000 Question for you, we were talking about this earlier.
00:41:55.000 Have you heard people say now, they didn't always used to say this, and I guarantee you they won't be saying this, when naturally gas prices will probably go down at some point, though it seems unlikely, have you been told one of two things?
00:42:06.000 Either the president doesn't have any effect on gas prices, or the president doesn't control gas prices, or there's more drilling taking place actually under former Vice President Biden than under Donald Trump.
00:42:17.000 That's something that we hear a lot of.
00:42:18.000 I heard it on CNN this morning.
00:42:20.000 Here's the problem.
00:42:22.000 No.
00:42:24.000 For those of you who don't know, because you may live in some states where you actually have decent gas prices, and by decent I mean horrible, but not, you know, swallow a gun horrible, it's now reached across the country over $5 a gallon as of Saturday, I think Saturday?
00:42:39.000 June 11th.
00:42:40.000 Yeah.
00:42:40.000 Here you go.
00:42:41.000 For the first time ever, the average price of gas nationwide has hit an unprecedented $5 a gallon.
00:42:48.000 But for drivers in California, that price is still a bargain.
00:42:52.000 She sounds so happy about it.
00:42:55.000 For citizens in California, it's a good thing they won't need fuel to keep warm.
00:42:59.000 By the way, citizens of California, you haven't seen $5 a gallon in decades, have you?
00:42:59.000 Yeah.
00:43:05.000 Meaning, it's well above.
00:43:06.000 Tom Selleck's taking all the gas for his avocado ranch.
00:43:11.000 This isn't my first high-gas rodeo.
00:43:13.000 No, it's not.
00:43:13.000 I've been here before.
00:43:14.000 So let's go through some of the... Why is this?
00:43:16.000 Why are gas prices so high?
00:43:18.000 And I know that you inherently... This is one of the things people inherently know.
00:43:20.000 I know we had eight years of Obama.
00:43:22.000 Then we had three years of Donald Trump.
00:43:24.000 I don't really count the fourth year.
00:43:25.000 That's what I call the lost year because of the fabricated government reaction to the pandemic.
00:43:29.000 Then we have...
00:43:30.000 Joe Biden.
00:43:31.000 It's really valuable.
00:43:32.000 Eight, three, and we're going to have four.
00:43:34.000 High gas prices, record low gas prices, high gas prices again.
00:43:38.000 So you probably inherently know that it has something to do with the former vice president, but they've been trying to convince you that it doesn't.
00:43:45.000 And let me give you some information, just so you know what's wrong.
00:43:49.000 All references available at ladderwithcreditor.com.
00:43:51.000 Here is a claim that they are currently making.
00:43:53.000 You will hear this.
00:43:54.000 Gas prices are only high right now because of what?
00:43:57.000 Russia, Russia, Russia.
00:43:58.000 The average price of gas nationally today hit $5 a gallon for the first time.
00:44:02.000 What's your message to the American people, especially as we head into the summer months, who are really struggling with this?
00:44:07.000 It's outrageous what the war in Ukraine is causing.
00:44:13.000 Okay, I love that.
00:44:14.000 It's Putin's price hike.
00:44:15.000 It's Russia's problem for oil prices.
00:44:17.000 Come on, Joe.
00:44:18.000 Here's the truth.
00:44:20.000 The majority of the gas price hikes took place before Russia.
00:44:23.000 They were on a steep upward trend.
00:44:26.000 That does look steep.
00:44:28.000 About as steep as the right angle in the horse's back after that ride.
00:44:34.000 A black diamond hill.
00:44:40.000 But there aren't even moguls!
00:44:41.000 It's just a straight?
00:44:42.000 No, it's just, yeah, there's no bumps.
00:44:44.000 No bumps.
00:44:45.000 Now, so the majority took place before Russia.
00:44:47.000 You know that and I know that.
00:44:48.000 And that might change, by the way, because the prices are going to continually rise, and that doesn't necessarily mean that it's because of Russia.
00:44:53.000 They were going up before Russia, they'll continue to go up.
00:44:56.000 The Federal Reserve Bank of St.
00:44:57.000 Louis, it clearly shows that there was an increase before the invasion.
00:44:59.000 You have that chart right there.
00:45:00.000 Okay, here's another truth.
00:45:01.000 Since January 18th, Uh, 2021.
00:45:05.000 Biden has, and this is important to note, because people say, whoa, hold on, the president doesn't have control over gas prices.
00:45:11.000 It's actually probably one of the issues where they have more control than most people, and that's because oil, in particular petroleum, is a highly speculative market.
00:45:19.000 What do I mean by that?
00:45:20.000 Sometimes you say, well, hold on, it doesn't have to do with supply and demand.
00:45:22.000 It has very much to do with, regarding prices, projections.
00:45:26.000 Yeah.
00:45:27.000 Right, you're talking about future earnings.
00:45:29.000 And so it really, really helps determine whether you're going to drill, whether you're going to pull back.
00:45:33.000 You will see a rubber band effect sometimes depending on when someone comes into office where gas prices go down just because of policies that may not be enacted for another year or two because they're willing to invest knowing that they'll recoup it.
00:45:43.000 So that being said, former Vice President Biden has taken over 80 actions.
00:45:50.000 Impacting what would impact gas prices, fossil fuels.
00:45:53.000 Largely against them.
00:45:54.000 And here's the thing.
00:45:55.000 Are you really surprised?
00:45:56.000 I know people will argue this and say, well, there's more to it.
00:45:58.000 Look, look, look, look.
00:45:58.000 Again, the rhetoric matters when that directly affects the market.
00:46:02.000 Here's former Vice President Biden in his run-up in the election.
00:46:05.000 He was clear.
00:46:06.000 I just want to give him a chance to respond.
00:46:08.000 We're staying on this issue.
00:46:10.000 Number one.
00:46:11.000 No more subsidies for fossil fuel industry.
00:46:13.000 No more drilling on federal lands.
00:46:15.000 No more drilling, including offshore.
00:46:17.000 No ability for the oil industry to continue to drill.
00:46:21.000 Period.
00:46:21.000 Ends.
00:46:22.000 Number one.
00:46:22.000 I guarantee you.
00:46:23.000 to commit to the responsible phase-out of fossil fuel production as part of your administration.
00:46:28.000 I guarantee you, I guarantee you, we're going to end fossil fuel and I am not going to cooperate
00:46:34.000 with you, okay?
00:46:36.000 Now before we get to the executive actions, you work for a fossil fuel company.
00:46:38.000 I'll just tell you this, let's say the president said, I guarantee you, I guarantee you I will end Lauder with Crowder.
00:46:46.000 What do you think I would do?
00:46:47.000 I would say, I've probably got another year until the next tax day where I get an auditing that destroys me.
00:46:54.000 I'm going to pull back and save my money right now.
00:46:56.000 Am I going to invest?
00:46:57.000 Am I going to hire more people?
00:46:58.000 Am I going to expand?
00:46:59.000 No!
00:47:00.000 Would I start drilling more?
00:47:01.000 No.
00:47:01.000 Would I invest in more equipment?
00:47:02.000 No.
00:47:02.000 Would I make more hires?
00:47:03.000 No, of course not!
00:47:04.000 You wouldn't increase the supply.
00:47:06.000 You would reduce it because you'd try and collect the profits that you can because that's a limited window.
00:47:10.000 When he says, in no uncertain terms, I'm going to end it.
00:47:13.000 Now let's look at his 80 executive actions that he has taken, by the way.
00:47:18.000 I believe it was, yeah, 80 actions.
00:47:21.000 I don't know how many of them are executive orders, but a lot of them are executive orders.
00:47:24.000 So here's one, Paris Climate Accord.
00:47:26.000 He decided to join that Paris Climate Accord, which by the way, does nothing to curb China's
00:47:29.000 emissions.
00:47:30.000 Nope.
00:47:31.000 And they matter.
00:47:32.000 Right, they'll get right on that.
00:47:33.000 He revoked the Keystone XL pipeline, to be clear.
00:47:36.000 Sometimes they'll try and tell you that, whoa, Keystone is already done.
00:47:38.000 Keystone XL is different from Keystone.
00:47:40.000 Yep.
00:47:41.000 He supported increases of $230 billion in taxes on oil.
00:47:45.000 He reinstated the social cost of carbon metric.
00:47:48.000 Some of the executive orders, there's day one, the climate change order.
00:47:51.000 You have on January 27th, climate financing.
00:47:54.000 You have on, is this May 20th?
00:47:57.000 Climate financial risk.
00:47:58.000 Then you have Is this, uh... December 8th.
00:48:02.000 December 8th, clean energy economy, 100% electric vehicle fleet by 2035.
00:48:07.000 That's before Elon Musk wanted to buy Twitter.
00:48:11.000 Now he's like, ah, hope he gets to the moon.
00:48:13.000 Yeah.
00:48:14.000 So, it's very clear, look, you have to look at these actions all going one way.
00:48:19.000 And the claim that they're making, of course that's going to affect the market.
00:48:22.000 Now, here's another claim.
00:48:24.000 Good, Tim.
00:48:26.000 And they'll say this, well, it's a bounce back from COVID.
00:48:29.000 Right?
00:48:29.000 That's what's happening.
00:48:30.000 It's a bounce back now because more people are driving because they weren't driving in COVID.
00:48:33.000 Here's the truth.
00:48:33.000 Okay?
00:48:35.000 There's no actual data that would suggest that at all.
00:48:38.000 I think we have an overlay right here.
00:48:39.000 You can see the before and after COVID kicked off.
00:48:41.000 It was still hovering right around 250 a gallon.
00:48:43.000 Yeah.
00:48:44.000 That's not worth a steep increase.
00:48:45.000 took place. Yeah and it matters so when people talk about it the the policy's not mattering on
00:48:50.000 like a keystone or something like that or a Paris climate accord like you said if you pull supply
00:48:55.000 from the market globally that the United States was able to produce or was able to produce in the
00:49:00.000 future in a couple of years with keystone right if you pull that supply from the market that means
00:49:04.000 the prices are going to go up.
00:49:05.000 People are going to say, oh, there's not going to be as much oil available in the market, which means prices have to go up, right?
00:49:12.000 Or, we have to increase capacity significantly.
00:49:14.000 We have not had a good track record of getting OPEC to play ball in the past.
00:49:18.000 They do kind of what they want to do, which is why Joe Biden is going hat in hand to Saudi Arabia and other Middle Eastern countries, and also to Venezuela, and saying, please!
00:49:29.000 Yeah, he does need more.
00:49:29.000 And his hat is just a port-a-potty, really.
00:49:32.000 But that's why he's doing it.
00:49:33.000 And so people that say he has no impact on this have no idea how this works.
00:49:37.000 And the White House did say, thank God, that they're going to be releasing more oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, which is really for times of war.
00:49:45.000 So that we can make sure that we can fight.
00:49:47.000 Well, we're at war.
00:49:48.000 It's a proxy war with Ukraine, Russia.
00:49:51.000 Send them 40 billion.
00:49:52.000 Basically, I think in this release it's maybe a couple of million barrels.
00:49:56.000 That'll do what, I think a few hours worth of American consumption.
00:50:00.000 Another problem not solved.
00:50:02.000 No.
00:50:02.000 That he also takes no responsibility for.
00:50:04.000 Right, and that's important because here's another claim that they make, and this is the one that you hear everywhere right now because they know that it's okay, checkmate, if it's not true.
00:50:12.000 And Americans inherently believe that their claim is not true, so they just repeat it, repeat it, repeat it, repeat it, repeat it, just like, you know, safest, most secure election in history.
00:50:19.000 So they're claiming right now that there's actually more domestic drilling under former Vice President Joe Biden than President Trump.
00:50:26.000 That's what they're claiming.
00:50:29.000 No.
00:50:29.000 Okay.
00:50:30.000 So let me explain to you.
00:50:30.000 That's the truth.
00:50:31.000 No, let me explain to you.
00:50:32.000 And this is one of those areas where nuance does matter, but it can be distilled.
00:50:37.000 It's pretty simple.
00:50:38.000 Actually, the total number of permits issued under Biden in 2021, it was higher than Trump's highest year.
00:50:44.000 Okay.
00:50:44.000 So Biden first year was 4,800 drilling permits right in 2021.
00:50:46.000 Trump was 4,600, 4,631 in 2020.
00:50:47.000 right in 2021, Trump was 4,600. 4,631 in 2020. Now here's the thing, the permits issued are
00:50:56.000 for leases sold mostly under Trump.
00:50:59.000 Think of them, remember rollover minutes?
00:51:01.000 They're rollover leases.
00:51:03.000 And then if you look at the trend, as expected, the Biden administration slashed the approvals for drilling by August of last year.
00:51:09.000 So look at that chart.
00:51:10.000 They go, look, look, there are more permits because Donald Trump was basically on his way to set a record year of permits.
00:51:17.000 Then Biden came in.
00:51:18.000 There were these permits that he couldn't necessarily stop.
00:51:20.000 Boom.
00:51:20.000 Slashed them.
00:51:21.000 If you actually look at a month-to-month, the month where this was being slashed in August, guess what?
00:51:26.000 It's very, very different than the months preceding it.
00:51:28.000 This is important.
00:51:29.000 But the thing is, when they were campaigning, right?
00:51:31.000 Because this is what you see with the left.
00:51:33.000 They have to be dishonest about their Their positions.
00:51:36.000 Because they've got to appeal to the abortion up until 9 months and including birth period.
00:51:40.000 They've got to appeal to the Green New Deal crowd.
00:51:42.000 They've got to appeal to the crowd that turns off, for example, Latino voters.
00:51:46.000 So he has to say, I will end fossil fuels.
00:51:49.000 Then when they get into office...
00:51:50.000 They have to govern more moderately.
00:51:52.000 Why?
00:51:53.000 Because Americans often, and sometimes this is unfortunate, vote with their pocketbook.
00:51:57.000 It's really hard to vote against your own self-interest, even if you are principled.
00:52:01.000 And in this case, it's serendipitous because the two line up.
00:52:05.000 You can vote your principles, and you can vote your pocketbook.
00:52:07.000 So then he gets into office, we go from, I'm going to end fossil fuels, to now things are so bad, they're making the claim, end fossil fuels, there's more drilling under me than under Donald Trump.
00:52:16.000 Well yeah, that's because of the first half of the year, which you then stopped!
00:52:20.000 Right.
00:52:20.000 And he did it for show, not just for the American voters, but he did it that slash in August.
00:52:24.000 I think it was down to like 170 permits, basically, in that month.
00:52:27.000 Right.
00:52:27.000 He did it in advance of going to a climate summit.
00:52:29.000 Exactly.
00:52:30.000 He was basically trying to show the world, look, see?
00:52:32.000 I'm doing my part, guys, right?
00:52:34.000 This is what happens.
00:52:35.000 He's coming into office, and at the end of last year, the oil company said, holy crap, these leases are two years.
00:52:40.000 They usually come with a two-year automatic renewal if they apply for it, right?
00:52:43.000 They're going, we have to get leases because this guy's going to shut it down.
00:52:47.000 Right.
00:52:47.000 The White House's response to all this is to continue to taper it off and go as low as they possibly can and then say, like you said, more.
00:52:53.000 But here's the thing.
00:52:54.000 They just issued a statement today saying the oil company CEOs, this was a threat from Biden to the CEOs, increased production and stopped price gouging.
00:53:04.000 He's now blaming them.
00:53:06.000 You know what capacity is right now?
00:53:07.000 It's over 90%.
00:53:08.000 We're roughly at about the same level we were in like 2015-2016.
00:53:13.000 That's not a problem.
00:53:13.000 And by the way, that's important to know, because let's do that math, right?
00:53:16.000 Okay, more permits, total, because of what happened under Donald Trump and what happened over those last six months.
00:53:21.000 But we're at capacity.
00:53:21.000 What does that tell you?
00:53:22.000 They're sitting on the leases because they don't want to develop it.
00:53:26.000 They don't want to develop it.
00:53:27.000 They're not actually implementing the capabilities to drill.
00:53:30.000 Why?
00:53:30.000 Because it's very expensive.
00:53:32.000 And this guy may or may not end fossil fuels!
00:53:36.000 Keep in mind!
00:53:38.000 It's not, I'm not a fan.
00:53:39.000 It's not, let's find a middle ground, let's do a trade.
00:53:41.000 It's, I'm going to... Imagine if someone walked into any office, any company, and just said, I will end you!
00:53:46.000 And then said, can't we find common ground?
00:53:50.000 I don't know, you're pretty emphatic about that whole ending me stuff.
00:53:53.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:53:54.000 Well, in his threat to the CEOs, he basically pulled like a Mel Gibson.
00:53:58.000 He's like, you're a terrible person, but I will give you one more chance.
00:54:02.000 He basically said, he threatened to enact war powers, executive powers given to the president for times of war, for war production, right?
00:54:10.000 He said, I will do this.
00:54:12.000 But maybe we can come up with some solutions.
00:54:13.000 Maybe you guys have some ideas on how to increase capacity.
00:54:17.000 You don't just turn this off and on.
00:54:18.000 If you look at a chart, which was linked in the article, if you look at a chart, it shows you when COVID hit, it was a slow trickle down because demand went down very quickly.
00:54:27.000 After it ended, it was a slow trickle up.
00:54:28.000 And then in December of this last year, it trickled down just a little bit more.
00:54:31.000 That's why they're making more profits.
00:54:33.000 They had excess capacity.
00:54:35.000 So they had excess expenses that they were paying out and not making any money.
00:54:38.000 And they didn't know they were going to be falling off a cliff when Joe Biden said, no more drilling!
00:54:42.000 It's just, it's stupid.
00:54:43.000 None of these arguments are honest.
00:54:45.000 And people like Robert Reich out there saying that, oh, this is just price gouging.
00:54:49.000 No, it's not.
00:54:49.000 Robert Reich.
00:54:50.000 He really hates Robert Reich.
00:54:51.000 He's not a fan.
00:54:52.000 He's not a fan.
00:54:57.000 Going on CNN and saying that these things are true and it's not true.
00:55:00.000 No, it's not true.
00:55:01.000 Not at all true.
00:55:02.000 No, none of this is true.
00:55:03.000 So the idea is, is it Russia?
00:55:05.000 No, absolutely not.
00:55:06.000 It was COVID?
00:55:08.000 No.
00:55:08.000 He blamed Ukraine.
00:55:09.000 Yes, he blamed Ukraine.
00:55:11.000 Mostly the Ukrainian people.
00:55:12.000 It was mostly the Ukrainian people getting attacked by Russians.
00:55:15.000 Yeah.
00:55:15.000 Something else about $40 billion that, I don't know, we couldn't use here in the United States.
00:55:19.000 We don't need that money.
00:55:20.000 And then there's more drilling under Joe Biden than under Donald Trump.
00:55:22.000 Well, okay, you know what?
00:55:23.000 If PolitiFact and these people were being honest, they'd say, well, that's partially true, but that's because of the rollover from Donald Trump.
00:55:27.000 And then Joe Biden has, boom, basically put a moratorium.
00:55:30.000 He's actually cut the drilling.
00:55:32.000 So if someone tries to present that to you, all references are available at ladderworthcreditor.com.
00:55:35.000 I know this is what is being presented right now.
00:55:37.000 It is arrogant from the left to go, there are more drilling permits under Biden.
00:55:42.000 They don't actually understand economics.
00:55:44.000 They don't actually understand what's happening with the oil industry.
00:55:47.000 There's a huge difference between hard goods and services and a market that is largely based on speculation.
00:55:53.000 Which, by the way, supporters of speculative markets, they tend to overwhelmingly give money to Democrats.
00:55:59.000 Just to be clear, big banks, Democrats.
00:56:01.000 You know how to fix this, though?
00:56:02.000 One of the ways that you fix this is say, okay, you want to speculate on oil prices and drive them up or drive them down, investors?
00:56:07.000 Take delivery.
00:56:09.000 This was developed for oil companies to make sure that they could have supply and make sure our system wasn't interrupted.
00:56:15.000 That's who it's for.
00:56:16.000 When speculators drive up prices, which they can do sometimes, just say, okay, you have to take delivery.
00:56:21.000 Where are you going to put it?
00:56:23.000 In your Manhattan 1,000 square foot apartment that cost you $7 million.
00:56:27.000 Is that regular?
00:56:30.000 Oh, good.
00:56:30.000 That's why it sucks.
00:56:32.000 Okay, Dave is going to be this Friday in Grand Junction, Colorado.
00:56:36.000 Then him and I are live, of course, Colorado Springs.
00:56:38.000 Yes.
00:56:39.000 I think we have, if you want to buy your tickets, I don't know if we have, go to lionelscotter.com slash tour.
00:56:43.000 There are a couple that we're keeping available to walk up, because some of you are actually driving and walking up.
00:56:47.000 Yeah, there's not much on the site I was checking today.
00:56:50.000 I don't think there's anything, but there might be.
00:56:52.000 We might be releasing some walk-ups on the day.
00:56:54.000 If you walk from out of state, you'll get a ticket.
00:56:58.000 Well, yeah.
00:56:59.000 Also, you can't afford the gas.
