00:00:00.000 Hey Rebels, you're listening to a free audio-only recording of my weekly Wednesday night show,
00:00:04.420 The Gun Show. Tonight my guest is Alex Newman from The New American Magazine.
00:00:09.960 A little history, I actually met Alex at a UN climate change conference.
00:00:16.880 He was one of the, if not the only, skeptical journalist actually allowed inside.
00:00:22.520 And I looked at his work at The New American and I knew we would be kindred spirits.
00:00:30.700 And so tonight Alex is coming back on the show.
00:00:33.720 He's been on the show before and we're talking about not just UN stuff,
00:00:38.280 but also how the mainstream media is failing because Alex lives in Florida.
00:00:44.120 And if you listen to CNN, everybody in Florida is basically dead right now of the coronavirus.
00:00:49.200 Alex says, not so. And he's going to tell us the other side of the story.
00:00:55.300 Now, if you like listening to the show, then you're going to love watching it.

00:02:07.520 You're listening to our audience podcast.
00:02:09.860 Is everybody dead in Florida and everybody just skipping, singing, dancing,
00:02:21.860 and completely cured of the coronavirus in New York State?
00:02:24.880 Well, if you listen to CNN, you might get that impression.
00:02:28.800 I'm Sheila Gunn-Reed, and you're watching The Gunn Show.
00:02:31.320 Mainstream media seems to think or want you to believe that Florida is a coronavirus zombie wasteland.
00:02:56.380 If you Google Florida coronavirus, you're going to see story after story
00:03:00.640 about how that conservative state didn't go into full lockdown
00:03:05.280 and made a huge mistake by not going into full lockdown.
00:03:09.660 And you're going to hear about the surge in positive coronavirus test results.
00:03:15.300 But testing positive is not the same as being hospitalized or dying of that Chinese disease.
00:03:21.080 For example, just a few days ago, the statewide deaths in Florida of the coronavirus were about 4,300.
00:03:28.940 New York State, 23,000.
00:03:31.720 And for context, the state of Florida has about 2 million more people than the state of New York.
00:03:38.200 Florida's problem, though, as I mentioned earlier, is that they're conservative
00:03:41.420 and they didn't go into lockdown.
00:03:43.300 So they're not going to get fair treatment from the Karens at CNN, MSNBC, or CBC here in Canada.
00:03:51.080 But I've got a friend in Florida who's going to come on the show today to tell us the other side of the story
00:03:56.440 about the coronavirus pandemic in Florida.
00:04:00.720 Joining me tonight in an interview we recorded yesterday afternoon
00:04:05.200 is Alex Newman from The New American Magazine to talk about the coronavirus,
00:04:11.380 how dumbing down our education system with this social justice nonsense only serves to benefit China,
00:04:17.740 the Christian roots of American independence and what Alex really thinks is behind the rioting in the United States.
00:04:25.700 Joining me now from his home in Florida is Alex Newman.
00:04:44.240 He's the foreign correspondent with The New American Magazine,
00:04:47.100 but he also hosts a show on The New American called Behind the Deep State,
00:04:51.280 which I think is fantastic.
00:04:52.580 Alex, thanks for joining me.
00:04:55.160 Now, you're in Florida, and I didn't say I was going to ask you about this off air,
00:05:00.080 but I want to ask you about this because Don Lemon on CNN told me that everyone in Florida is dead
00:05:07.300 because of Ron DeSantis and how he handled the coronavirus.
00:05:12.400 But apparently you're still alive.
00:05:14.220 Please tell us how that works.
00:05:15.520 Yeah, to quote Mark Twain, the reports of our demise have been greatly exaggerated.
00:05:21.760 In fact, Florida is pretty much operating as normal.
00:05:25.760 You know, I was at church on Sunday and it was packed and the pastor was preaching about,
00:05:29.880 oh my goodness, everybody in the church needs to not worry about dying from coronavirus.
00:05:35.480 You know, and the media is absolutely, you know this better than anybody,
00:05:38.700 the media in America and in Canada are an absolute disgrace.
00:05:42.000 They're heckling our governor now, trying to shame him into locking down the state.
00:05:47.020 But no, I mean, everything's fine here.
00:05:48.300 We still don't know anybody with coronavirus.
00:05:50.540 I mean, you know, we're not dropping like flies, I can assure you.
00:05:54.420 Yeah, it's funny how Ron DeSantis is treated versus Governor Cuomo.
00:06:00.360 You know, and Governor Cuomo, for, you know, all measurable factors,
00:06:06.120 he's been a disaster handling this.
00:06:08.300 Of Floridians, your lives seem to be kind of unaffected.
00:06:11.940 And, you know, sure, you're seeing more people test positive,
00:06:15.520 but that's because you're testing more people.
00:06:17.580 And really, it's not reflected in your hospitalization and death rates way.
00:06:22.940 That's right.
00:06:23.580 Our death rates are actually way down.
00:06:26.740 You know, there's a lot of fishy stuff going on with the testing.
00:06:29.200 There's different testing companies.
00:06:30.540 There's different methodologies.
00:06:31.760 Some of them are testing for antibodies.
00:06:33.360 So, you know, it might have been somebody that had it in March,
00:06:35.580 and just now they're showing the antibodies.
00:06:37.460 Oh, my goodness, a new case.
00:06:38.540 No, it's not a new case.
00:06:39.720 That person had it in March.
00:06:41.440 So, you know, it's a lot of hysteria.
00:06:43.500 I think one of the big goals is to lock the economy down again.
00:06:48.100 It almost feels like psychological terrorism.
00:06:50.600 You know, one of the things that some of the more brutal governments do
00:06:53.620 to terrorize people and torture people is completely isolate them.
00:06:57.140 So I don't see anybody.
00:06:58.060 And, you know, if you don't have a big family like me or, you know,
00:07:00.540 nice neighbors and a nice church, you know,
00:07:02.760 you can imagine a single old lady at home just, you know,
00:07:05.920 totally isolated, feels like she can't go out.
00:07:08.380 I mean, imagine the psychological damage that does to people.
00:07:11.380 And we are seeing that reflected.
00:07:12.940 I mean, we're seeing a massive increase in suicides, drug overdoses,
00:07:16.420 people drinking themselves to death.
00:07:18.720 You know, the psychological effects of this are going to be horrendous.
00:07:22.780 The economic effects are going to be a cataclysm.
00:07:25.720 If we're lucky, and, you know, this is not going well,
00:07:29.480 we just saw, of course, the governor of California re-shut down all sorts of things,
00:07:33.680 you know, churches, movie theaters, restaurants, bars, schools.
00:07:38.020 So it's a crazy, crazy time, Sheila.
00:07:40.680 And I know you guys are dealing with it up in Canada, too.
00:07:42.900 But the damage being done by these lockdowns, I think,
00:07:45.620 is going to make the coronavirus actually look very mild in comparison.
00:07:50.780 Yeah, I've been lucky.
00:07:53.520 My premier here in Alberta, he's a conservative,
00:07:57.160 although our conservatives are never quite as conservative as your conservatives,
00:08:01.200 but he's been pretty adamant about reopening the economy.
00:08:05.660 And so we're reopening a lot faster than the rest of the country.
00:08:10.160 And again, just trying to stave off some of that economic
00:08:13.360 and psychological damage to the country.
00:08:16.760 And my concern is the longer this goes on,
00:08:19.640 the more the new normal just becomes the normal,
00:08:23.080 this relying on the government for a paycheck, for survival, for sustenance.
00:08:29.320 This is being normalized when it was something that, you know,
00:08:33.340 was a last-ditch resort.
00:08:35.100 We have, like, 30% in some instances of the population
00:08:39.760 relying on the government right now just to keep a roof over their head.
00:08:43.840 Yeah.
00:08:44.280 And, you know, the situation is similar in the United States.
00:08:46.720 We've had 50 million people lose their jobs over the last few months as a result of these lockdowns.
00:08:51.820 And the government's stepping in and making up their full paycheck, plus a little bonus on top.
00:08:56.200 So it's kind of masking the economic cataclysm that's bubbling up under the surface.
00:09:00.960 But at some point, reality is going to set in.
00:09:03.100 These trillions of dollars they've been printing are going to cause massive damage.
00:09:07.700 I mean, we are facing some very serious problems.
00:09:09.700 And, you know, as far as I'm concerned, there's really no upside to this.
00:09:13.860 I think several of the times that I've been on your show, Sheila, I've been in Sweden.
00:09:17.260 You know, it's one of my homes.
00:09:18.640 I've spent many, many years living there.
00:09:20.480 And they get almost everything wrong.
00:09:22.040 You know, God bless the Swedes.
00:09:23.260 But on this thing, they finally got something right.
00:09:25.840 They said, no, we're not going to do lockdowns.
00:09:27.320 We're not having social distancing.
00:09:28.520 We're not going to shut down our economy.
00:09:29.960 Kids can still go to school.
00:09:31.740 I mean, you walk through downtown Stockholm, and it's like nothing's going on.
00:09:35.320 And guess what?
00:09:36.080 They're doing fine.
00:09:37.140 In fact, they're doing a lot better than a lot of the countries that locked everything down.
00:09:40.500 So the idea that we're going to—and also, it's interesting, you know, when this first started,
00:09:45.660 oh, we just got to flatten the curve so that we don't overload the hospital.
00:09:48.080 Two weeks.
00:09:48.440 It's going to be two weeks.
00:09:49.260 That's right.
00:09:49.920 And then two weeks came and went, oh, no, you know, forget about flattening the curve.
00:09:53.080 Now we just have to make sure nobody ever gets it.
00:09:55.200 It's so silly.
00:09:56.740 And you know how we can know that we're being deceived here, Sheila?
00:09:59.520 I think what we saw with the George Floyd death was just a perfect giveaway.
00:10:04.600 You know, one moment they're telling you, literally on CNN, Don Lemon and some of these others,
00:10:08.820 you're a murderer if you leave your house for any non-essential purpose.
00:10:12.840 How dare you go to church?
00:10:13.820 That makes you a murderer.
00:10:14.780 You don't care about granny.
00:10:16.160 And then, like, I mean, it was just like they flipped a switch.
00:10:18.340 The next hour it was, oh, my goodness, systemic racism.
00:10:21.260 You are a racist.
00:10:22.460 If you don't go out and protest with thousands of other people, silences, violence is their new terms.
00:10:27.340 You have to be a protester.
00:10:28.720 I mean, it went from you're a murderer for being outside to if you don't go outside, you're a racist.
00:10:33.500 And a lot of the sheep, I guess, six percent of the people still believe the media.
00:10:36.940 We're like, oh, OK, it's crazy, Sheila.
00:10:39.580 Yeah, we're saying the same thing here.
00:10:41.060 I mean, we have our prominent politicians scolding people for going to the beach when just, you know, a couple weeks ago,
00:10:48.060 their people from their own party were speaking in crowds of 15000 people in the capital city.
00:10:54.380 But, you know, heaven forbid those normal conservative voters from the central part of the province that they go to the closest thing we have to a nice beach around here.
00:11:02.820 It's it's really it's like we live in two different worlds.
00:11:05.960 Now, you mentioned the riots.
00:11:07.360 And I wanted to talk to you about that because you have a really great article on The New American.
00:11:12.680 I cannot recommend it enough.
00:11:14.120 And you sort of go into what's really behind the riots.
00:11:20.080 It's it's not really what they say it is.
00:11:24.780 You're right, Sheila.
00:11:25.580 It's not. Thank you for mentioning that.
00:11:27.220 It's our latest cover story in The New American magazine.
00:11:29.440 So subscribers would have gotten that over the last week or so.
00:11:31.860 But the article is also online if people want to read it there.
00:11:34.300 And we kind of do a deep dive into what's going on here.
00:11:36.920 So we look at some of the groups that are involved.
00:11:39.720 We do a deep dive into Antifa, Black Lives Matter, the Sunrise Movement, which is kind of organizing the children at the middle school and the high school kids to come out.
00:11:48.260 And then we look at the funding sources for some of these organizations.
00:11:51.720 And surprise, it's the same old names we keep seeing again.
00:11:55.400 The Rockefeller Family Foundation, for example, is the largest financier of the Sunrise Movement, which was organizing a defund the police campaign long before George Floyd's death happened.
00:12:04.720 We've got George Soros.
00:12:07.540 Even even before Black Lives Matter was an actual organization, we have hacked documents from 2015 from his Open Societies Foundations showing that they loved this idea.
00:12:17.760 They were actually putting six hundred and fifteen thousand dollars into training up leaders for this Black Lives Matter movement that they were planning.
00:12:24.780 And now we have the leaders of this organization openly coming out and telling us they're Marxists.
00:12:30.200 Patrice Kouluar, one of the co-founders, she was on the Real News Network and she said, oh, yeah, we're highly trained Marxists and we're super well versed in ideological theories.
00:12:40.320 They're telling us to our faces that they're Marxists.
00:12:43.220 They want to dismantle the nuclear family.
00:12:45.260 And then if you disagree with them, oh, you don't think Black Lives Matter.
00:12:47.940 It's such a ridiculous trick that you'd have to be, you know, at a kindergarten level not to be able to see through that or maybe working at CNN.
00:12:56.060 But that's where we are today.
00:12:57.100 It's crazy.
00:12:58.180 You know, that's a very sort of Greta Thunberg trick.
00:13:03.160 You know, they say, oh, you know, if you disagree with Greta Thunberg, somehow you have to be against, you know, kids and you have to be mean to kids.
00:13:12.740 It's the same sort of scam.
00:13:14.560 And, you know, there is this weird, bizarre focus on kids.
00:13:19.540 And at The New American, you have a really great interview that you did with Bruce Dietrich that talks about how basically American schoolchildren are being dumbed down.
00:13:31.960 And for me, as someone who focuses on China's imperialist goals, I think it's a terrible idea to be dumbing down future generations while China is excessively educating their kids in an attempt to take over the world.
00:13:46.400 You just hit the nail on the head, Sheila.
00:13:49.660 This is literally suicidal.
00:13:52.160 I mean, no nation in human history has ever been able to dumb down its population with a rising superpower where the top generals literally say they're going to nuke hundreds of our cities if we obey our treaty obligations and step into this hell of Taiwan.
00:14:04.780 And then meanwhile, in Seattle, our politicians are saying, oh, math is racist.
00:14:08.660 Math is a product of white supremacy.
00:14:11.060 You're like, OK, wait a minute here.
00:14:12.260 How in the world are we going to build bridges?
00:14:14.240 How are we going to build weapons?
00:14:15.980 How are we going to keep our military up if math is racist?
00:14:19.840 Right.
00:14:19.960 We're going to have to hire Chinese to come and do it because they actually learned math in school.
00:14:23.360 It is beyond insane.
00:14:25.180 It would be like a parody, a cartoon if the implications weren't so deadly serious.
00:14:31.160 Yeah, that reminds me of an email I got today from someone who works for the Government Agency of Statistics Canada, and they are being forced to undergo racism training, how to be a better ally.
00:14:44.900 And I'm like, you guys just count things like that's what you do.
00:14:47.500 You count things.
00:14:48.760 How are the numbers racist?
00:14:50.300 And even if you were a racist working for Statistics Canada, which I can't imagine there are any.
00:14:55.920 I mean, the supply of racists doesn't really meet the demand these days.
00:15:00.660 But even if you were a racist working for Statistics Canada, how does that affect your work?
00:15:07.420 Like, why do you have to undergo all this, like, extra training?
00:15:10.420 How would anybody know that you were sitting there just, like, thinking racist thoughts in your mind while you're crunching numbers?
00:15:17.540 And would a training program make a difference?
00:15:19.480 I mean, you're going to go to your training program and that, poof, no more racist.
00:15:23.120 It's crazy.
00:15:24.080 And actually, you know, in America, we have a similar situation, Sheila.
00:15:28.060 I mean, the actual problem, like, you know, we have some issues.
00:15:30.720 Planned Parenthood, for example, the largest killer of children in this country was founded by a lady who, by her own admission, wanted to get Negroes out of the gene pool who thought colored people were like human weeds, who thought the most merciful thing a large family could do to one of its children was to kill it.
00:15:45.840 I mean, this is a psychopath.
00:15:47.200 She used to go give speeches to the KKK.
00:15:48.840 She inspired Adolf Hitler.
00:15:50.480 And here we are giving them $600 million a year just at the federal level to slaughter babies.
00:15:54.580 And they're setting up shop in the minority neighborhoods, you know, killing minorities, all out of proportion of their numbers.
00:16:00.060 We have the Democrat Party.
00:16:01.440 You know, if we really want to dismantle systemic racism, there really isn't much except the Democrat Party.
00:16:06.680 It has a history from the start of supporting slavery, racism, racial terrorism.
00:16:11.740 I mean, Democrats founded the KKK, and yet they want to take down statues of people who fought in the Civil War to free slaves.
00:16:18.060 Right.
00:16:18.160 It's so obviously contrived that you really would have to be an ignoramus.
00:16:23.620 You would have to have been dumbed down for 12 years in a government school to be able to fall for this kind of stuff.
00:16:29.060 Yeah.
00:16:29.260 It's just like Canada, where we have a man who did blackface at least three times, but he's really lost count lecturing the rest of us on systemic racism.
00:16:38.380 A lot of it is projection, I think.
00:16:42.260 Now, let's talk about something that you have an interview about, again, on The New American, with British film producer Mark Sutherland.
00:16:54.200 And it's about the state of conservatism in the UK.
00:16:58.700 And for me, as a Canadian, this really rang true for me, because we have this sort of conservative party that, in a lot of instances, is conservative in name only.
00:17:13.260 They hold these ideals now that if you dial back just, you know, five, six, maybe ten years ago, no conservative would adopt, and you would accuse the liberals who held those beliefs of being absolute crazy people.
00:17:28.700 And yet, and yet, that's the state of conservatism in much of the Commonwealth.
00:17:34.680 Yeah.
00:17:35.180 And unfortunately, it's the same thing here.
00:17:37.180 We're just not quite as far advanced.
00:17:38.600 But, I mean, you look at people like John F. Kennedy, who was a liberal in his day, JFK.
00:17:43.180 You know, he was a liberal.
00:17:44.380 Everybody knew he was a liberal.
00:17:45.800 He was a Democrat, a liberal Democrat.
00:17:47.780 And yet, you go back and you look at the things he was saying.
00:17:50.280 Today, the media would say, oh, my goodness, he's a right-wing, fringe, extremist kook.
00:17:54.520 We've got to stop him at all costs.
00:17:56.260 That's how fast these progressions are coming.
00:17:58.340 And you're right.
00:17:59.080 Even things that just a few years ago would have been outlandish liberal ideas are now slowly being adopted by the conservatives.
00:18:06.000 In America, you even have some Republicans who are starting to cave on the global warming scam.
00:18:10.200 So this has been an ongoing process over multiple generations.
00:18:14.520 And conservatives aren't actually conserving anything, right?
00:18:16.860 They're just moving along further and further.
00:18:18.520 We just keep moving the goalposts.
00:18:20.080 We see it in the U.K.
00:18:21.780 We see it in Canada.
00:18:22.740 We see it in the United States.
00:18:23.800 We see it all over the West.
00:18:24.860 We see it in pretty much the entire world.
00:18:27.680 And obviously, this is being orchestrated.
00:18:29.660 It's not that just people wake up one day and they're more liberal.
00:18:32.440 Obviously, something is going on here behind the scenes that is moving the population in that direction.
00:18:37.680 It's a combination of, as Trump pointed out in his recent Independence Day speech at Mount Rushmore, the indoctrination taking place in our public schools.
00:18:45.840 He hit the nail on the head and the fake news.
00:18:48.020 They're gradually moving the population more and more toward and not even liberalism.
00:18:52.100 I mean, it's totalitarian craziness.
00:18:54.480 These people want to teach kindergartners that they can start taking hormones and mutilate their genitals if they feel like they might have been born in the wrong body.
00:19:00.900 I mean, just two years ago, a liberal saying that would have been absolutely ridiculed.
00:19:06.100 People would have been disgusted.
00:19:07.500 And today, it's kind of being normalized.
00:19:09.640 It's sick.
00:19:11.200 Well, yeah.
00:19:11.560 And if you said that in Canada, you'd be dragged before a human rights commission and your conservative party who claims to conserve things would be utterly silent on the issue.
00:19:19.540 Yeah, it's funny that the coronavirus, it could have gone two different ways, right?
00:19:31.400 Like, it could have been like, this is our chance to take back self-sufficiency.
00:19:37.760 You know, that we don't, we can rely on a network of friends and family.
00:19:42.020 So we should probably learn how to grow our own food.
00:19:44.680 And we shouldn't live in cities right on top of each other, that people do best with a little space in between us.
00:19:50.720 It could have gone that way.
00:19:52.240 And I was sort of hoping that it would go that way because that's really the solution to if this thing, if another pandemic ever comes our way, that's the way to prevent it from spreading and tearing through our society and causing it to shut down again.
00:20:05.120 If it tears through our society, the shutdown will naturally come because that's what they want to do.
00:20:11.580 But in fact, it's going the other way, isn't it?
00:20:13.580 It's going towards more government control.
00:20:15.880 It's going towards more government reliance and more government meddling in your family.
00:20:23.600 And that makes me really sad because I feel like this might have been our moment in time.
00:20:28.300 Yeah, you're absolutely right, Sheila.
00:20:29.640 And there's, you know, a few silver linings that I see coming out of this.
00:20:33.320 One of the big ones is that in some districts, half of parents are considering pulling their children out of public school and just homeschooling them.
00:20:39.800 That would be an incredible boon to freedom and to the family and to the churches.
00:20:45.360 It would just be incredible.
00:20:46.700 But you're right.
00:20:47.460 You know, and we are seeing a migration now out of the cities in the United States, especially after this rioting and the lockdowns.
00:20:53.140 People are trapped in like little broom closets masquerading as apartments.
00:20:56.220 Like, no, I'm not doing it anymore.
00:20:57.560 I want a house in the suburbs at least, maybe even a little farm.
00:21:00.560 And so that's encouraging.
00:21:01.740 But the reality is with this pandemic, they've been wargaming this for a very long time, Sheila.
00:21:07.580 I mean, the Rockefeller Foundation put out a report in 2010 where they talked about a hypothetical pandemic that might pop out of China.
00:21:14.420 And, oh, my goodness, the Chinese communist tyranny.
00:21:16.980 It works so well to keep everybody safe.
00:21:18.860 And those dumb Americans with all their freedoms and all their rights.
00:21:22.140 And because of that, they're all in big trouble.
00:21:23.540 And they brag about, oh, people will be begging for more centralized control and we'll have takeovers of businesses.
00:21:30.400 We'll have digital global ID cards for all cities.
00:21:33.100 I mean, they were telling us openly.
00:21:34.520 Even last year, Bill Gates and the World Economic Forum and the Bloomberg School of Public Health at Johns Hopkins University, they held this event 201 where they wargamed a novel coronavirus.
00:21:46.660 They were going to have to censor social media.
00:21:48.520 They were going to have to shut down what they described as misinformation in the media.
00:21:51.820 I mean, we're seeing it all come to pass.
00:21:54.000 They've been planning for this and they are they always do this.
00:21:57.840 Exploit anything for advancing tyranny, globalism, less freedom for you, more power for them.
00:22:04.960 You know, those Rockefellers, they really are a bit of a plague upon society and free society and free people.
00:22:11.140 They've been funding the opposition to Canadian energy independence for the better part of the last 15 years.
00:22:19.920 And the damage they've done to the economy here in Western Canada has been catastrophic while, you know, their interests in the United States are perfectly fine to develop oil and gas there.
00:22:32.440 They're hobbling the Canadian economy and funding opposition to pipelines here.
00:22:41.180 And yet, you know, they're so entrenched in the left that when they like that's the real foreign meddling conspiracy, isn't it?
00:22:51.360 That these Democrat donors and Democrat supporters can meddle in the entire Canadian economy and shut down the economy of in Alberta, four million people.
00:23:03.300 But nobody bats an eye.
00:23:05.300 It's all Putin, Putin, Putin.
00:23:06.660 Yeah. And we're dealing with the same problem here with the Rockefellers.
00:23:10.340 And it's not just the Rockefellers. They're just like the obvious candidate.
00:23:13.100 But, you know, they made their fortune in oil and then they're telling us, oh, we've got to shut down all the fossil fuel industry because of climate change.
00:23:18.940 And what they really mean is give us more money, give us more power.
00:23:21.920 You know, they were probably the largest financiers of systematic racism in human history.
00:23:26.660 They were funding eugenics.
00:23:28.160 They were funding Planned Parenthood.
00:23:29.640 They were funding Nazi pseudoscience, masquerading as racial science.
00:23:34.040 They were funding Joseph Mengele, for crying out loud.
00:23:37.580 And here they are bankrolling anti-racist protests.
00:23:39.920 I mean, does anybody really believe the Rockefellers suddenly grew a conscience and now they're upset about racism?
00:23:45.300 Come on. I mean, come on.
00:23:47.160 Let's not be gullible, folks.
00:23:48.660 The Rockefellers are part of this international network.
00:23:52.200 I've actually got a really important book behind me called Tragedy and Hope.
00:23:55.180 It was written by Bill Clinton's mentor, believe it or not, Carol Quigley, a guy from Georgetown University, a history professor.
00:24:00.940 And he actually explains in the book, he agrees with what these people are doing.
00:24:05.240 He calls it an international Anglophile network that seeks to really create a world system that they control.
00:24:11.500 And what he says is the network operates very much in the way that the radical right, which basically means conservatives, believe the Communist Act.
00:24:19.920 And by the way, this network has no aversion to cooperating with communists and frequently does so.
00:24:26.220 And so you wonder, how can the Rockefellers be funding communist revolutionaries in the street?
00:24:30.660 That doesn't make any sense.
00:24:31.800 Oh, it makes perfect sense if you understand what the objective is.
00:24:35.220 Yeah, I don't even think that they have a real ideology.
00:24:37.580 Their ideology is control, be it through carbon tax.
00:24:40.320 Yeah, and money, be it through carbon taxes, you know, through, you know, making it cost more to run your car, to go places, to buy food, to re-educate you through counter-racism training.
00:24:56.280 Really, it's all about centralizing control for themselves at the top and the rest of us are just the worker bees and the drones.
00:25:03.960 That's exactly, Sheila.
00:25:05.680 That's exactly the way they see us.
00:25:07.440 And, you know, they have big plans for us.
00:25:09.420 They've been openly talking about giving us all global IDs and mandatory vaccines, and they want to herd us all into cities.
00:25:17.280 I mean, they're backing all these UN plans.
00:25:19.280 And David Rockefeller, the recently deceased patriarch of the family, I love that they're so honest.
00:25:25.220 He actually wrote an autobiography.
00:25:26.780 It's called Memoirs.
00:25:27.640 It was published in 2004.
00:25:28.960 And if you go to page 405, he tells you everything.
00:25:32.400 He says, some even, but this is almost an exact quote.
00:25:34.940 I might get a word wrong or two here.
00:25:37.020 But he says, some even believe that we, the Rockefeller family, are part of an international cabal secretly conspiring against the best interests of our own country to form a front world political and economic structure.
00:25:51.280 Yeah, we believe that.
00:25:52.020 And then he says, if that's the charge, I stand guilty, and I'm proud of it.
00:25:56.960 The guy is proud that, in his words, he's a conspirator, conspiring with a secret cabal against the best interests of his own country.
00:26:04.940 I mean, how many admissions do we need before somebody starts looking into these foundations and what they're doing?
00:26:10.320 All that money.
00:26:11.420 And he couldn't buy an original book title.
00:26:13.920 He just called it Memoirs.
00:26:15.120 Well, you know, I think they figure nobody's ever going to read it except their, like, little buddies.
00:26:20.200 You know, and they know they've been using quackery in the schools.
00:26:22.600 Actually, Rockefeller, again, back in the early 1900s, they had a philanthropic organization called the General Education Board.
00:26:30.180 They put $3 million, back when that was an insane amount of money, into the pockets of a guy called John Dewey to set up an experimental school at the University of Chicago.
00:26:40.140 And they experimented, again, with this method of teaching reading.
00:26:43.260 We call it the whole word method.
00:26:44.960 And the kids who graduated from the school, including some of the Rockefeller kids, by the way, couldn't read or write when they got out.
00:26:51.060 Now, for the Rockefellers, that was okay because they could hire 10 secretaries who could do all their reading and writing.
00:26:55.260 But for us normal people, we kind of need to read to be able to get along in life.
00:26:59.760 And, you know, they saw that that happened, and they didn't say, oh, that's terrible.
00:27:02.980 We should never do that again.
00:27:04.040 They said, that's perfect.
00:27:05.180 Let's spread that across the whole country.
00:27:07.220 And that's exactly what they did.
00:27:09.560 Holy sinister stuff.
00:27:11.620 Now, you have a great video that talks about the Christian roots of American independence.
00:27:20.040 And I think this is really phenomenal, especially now that you're talking about this,
00:27:24.980 because we see so much of these Black Lives Matter protests, they are anti-Christian.
00:27:31.580 It is churches being burned.
00:27:33.160 It's cathedrals being burned.
00:27:34.940 It's priests being attacked.
00:27:37.260 And nobody's really acknowledging that what they're trying to undo is America itself.
00:27:45.700 And to undo America itself, they really do have to attack its Christian roots.
00:27:51.200 They do.
00:27:52.480 And they're trying to systematically dismantle Christian civilization, which is really ironic,
00:27:56.940 because the reason humanity has progressed so far in terms of eradicating slavery, in terms of stopping racism,
00:28:04.040 in terms of recognizing the fundamental, as our founding fathers called it, the self-evident truth that all men are created equal,
00:28:10.420 that everyone is endowed by their creator with inalienable rights.
00:28:13.300 I mean, that's right in the Declaration of Independence for the United States.
00:28:16.060 The reason why slavery ended around the world was precisely because of the Christian principles that were enshrined in our Declaration of Independence.
00:28:23.780 Now, this history has been largely wiped out from the public school system.
00:28:26.960 Something like 80 percent of American children actually have this crazy idea that America invented slavery.
00:28:32.300 They don't realize that slavery has been ubiquitous from the time man has been on this planet.
00:28:37.740 The Chinese, the Romans, the Greeks, the Africans, the Arabs, they all practice slavery.
00:28:43.660 Almost every culture in human history has.
00:28:45.900 And then along come these American and British Christians relying on the Bible, and they say, wait a minute here.
00:28:51.100 How could you enslave another person?
00:28:52.980 God says that enslaving a person is wrong and is evil, and God doesn't talk about your inferiority.
00:28:58.480 I mean, that stuff actually came from Darwin.
00:28:59.880 If you read his book, The Origin of Species and the Survival of the Most Favored Races, that was really the pseudoscientific foundation for racism.
00:29:08.780 And yet the Black Lives Matter people want to flip everything upside down.
00:29:11.760 They want to blame Christianity and America for racism and slavery when it's really exactly the opposite.
00:29:18.800 Yeah.
00:29:19.080 I mean, they really are overlooking the fact that Christians believe that all men are image bearers of Christ.
00:29:26.180 And so, you know, when they dismantle Christianity, they must ultimately dismantle that concept, too.
00:29:34.600 And I don't think they're going to like how that works out for them.
00:29:37.760 Alex, you've been very generous with your time.
00:29:40.800 How do people find the work that you do?
00:29:43.520 Because you do important work and you do sort of a bit of a, you have a bit of a rebel mission where you do tell the other side of the story.
00:29:52.640 Yeah.
00:29:52.800 Well, thank you so much for having me, Sheila.
00:29:54.080 It's always such a pleasure.
00:29:54.940 I love your show and I love your audience.
00:29:57.340 Best place to find my investigative articles is at thenewamerican.com or, you know, if you want to subscribe to the print magazine, you can get that right at the website as well.
00:30:06.240 I do tons of other stuff as well.
00:30:08.080 I write for a lot of different publications, but The New American is where most of my work goes.
00:30:12.220 And then if people want to find more, you can just put my name into a search engine.
00:30:15.180 I write for Freedom Project, The Epoch Times, lots of different publications like that.
00:30:20.120 And thanks again for having me on the show, Sheila.
00:30:22.160 It's been wonderful as always.
00:30:23.520 Oh, we're huge fans of The Epoch Times around here.
00:30:27.320 We love them.
00:30:29.220 Alex, thank you so much for coming on the show.
00:30:30.900 We'll talk again real soon.
00:30:32.040 Thanks so much, Sheila.
00:30:32.780 I think today the moral of the story is that we all need to do our own research.
00:30:44.520 The facts are out there.
00:30:45.980 Every journalist has their own bias and slant, including me and, of course, including Alex.
00:30:50.260 The difference is Alex and I admit it, but Rosie Barton at the CBC or Don Lemon or one of the other crones and scolds over at MSNBC, well, they want you to believe that they are completely, totally objective.
00:31:03.560 They aren't.
00:31:04.420 None of us are.
00:31:05.640 Some of us are just more honest about it than others.
00:31:08.380 Well, everybody, that's the show for tonight.
00:31:10.960 Thank you so much for tuning in.
00:31:12.500 I'll see everybody back here in the same time, in the same place next week.
00:31:16.060 And remember, don't let the government tell you that you've had too much to think.
00:31:20.060 I'll see everybody back here in the same time.
