00:08:57.380 they removed the vaccine passports uh recently on the 12th of march and they are talking about

00:09:04.520 removing maybe the mask as well in april but now they talk about lifting the emergency stay but

00:09:13.120 with a bill with a bill of course and this bill is horrible all the opposition say that is actually

00:09:23.600 uh the worst cam um that the the premier tried to do it's actually a bill who um

00:09:34.900 who actually wants to keep the power he wants to keep the power of the emergency but he and when the

00:09:43.160 health minister sorry i'm just trying to have it in front of me so i can actually talk to you better

00:09:49.620 about it yeah um but when the health minister say oh we um so the measure that we will remove

00:09:59.940 we cannot come back to it do that make sense to you like this he say oh but if we remove the mask

00:12:41.960 or sign up for certain things then you yourself can be fined further and so essentially they're giving

00:12:48.040 themselves additional powers in a separate area as sort of a trade-off as they get rid of the current

00:12:55.120 pandemic restrictions and the state of emergency do i have that right yeah and as well they give them

00:13:02.000 the right to give uh again on tendered contract yeah um yeah that's a big issue because now they just

00:13:11.340 find out that um they just give during the pandemic 13 billion of dollars of on tendered contract in

00:13:22.380 quebec yeah and that was so that's all throughout the pandemic right yeah okay so that's great so 17

00:13:28.320 the headline here 17.4 billion dollars in contracts without calls for tenders so essentially giving it

00:13:34.020 handing out government contracts to whoever they want without the normal bidding process of people

00:14:59.980 earlier so a lot of people are really angry because now a new uh pilot project it's giving qr code to

00:15:09.520 uh children that they will have on them and um when they will enter in the bus they have like camera

00:15:17.040 and scan and they will scan the qr code of the children and so like now the parent will be allowed

00:15:24.100 like they can be tracking their children on their phone and see where they are going but that is a

00:15:30.920 pilot project for what they say that is for the safety of the children i don't think that the safety of

00:15:37.440 the children is trapped on inside of the bus it's when they wait for the bus outside or they are going

00:15:43.680 outside of the bus that maybe you can have a danger but when you are inside and you're sitting in the bus

00:15:49.680 where is the danger of the children there and so so the government is essentially telling everyone
