00:00:00.000 Well, I asked, where's the beef? Let's call this for what this is. Oh, my God.
00:00:06.560 They are so hopelessly woke. How dare you?
00:00:11.220 That is the intellectual capital of the left today. Give me a break.
00:00:16.500 You are now watching the Daily Roundup.
00:00:20.300 Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen.
00:00:22.320 You have tuned into the Daily Roundup on this, a Tuesday, May 2nd, 2023.
00:00:30.120 I'm David Menzies, and my co-host, well, let me tell you a little bit about my co-host.
00:00:36.620 Do you know, folks, that today is World Tuna Day?
00:00:41.300 And my co-host, to show sympathy and solidarity to the ever-beleaguer tuna fish,
00:00:47.460 decided to hold the onions on her tuna fish sandwich earlier this morning.
00:00:52.800 She is the she-devil with a sword. She is the Khaleesi of northern Alberta.
00:00:58.040 But she is Sheila Gunn-Reed. How are you doing there, Sheila?
00:01:03.880 David, I'm doing great, but I haven't touched tuna since Lent was over.
00:01:08.720 As our regular viewers know, I gave up meat for Lent, which is very difficult for me because I'm a carnivore.
00:01:15.780 And every day, it was like three cans of tuna trying to meet those protein targets.
00:01:20.720 And if I see tuna again, I'm going to freak out.
00:01:23.760 So I will not be celebrating National Tuna Day.
00:01:26.380 However, it is, I guess it's also National Baby Day.
00:01:34.820 So that's good. I like babies.
00:01:36.720 I love babies.
00:01:37.980 Yeah, Baby Day and also Take a Baby to Lunch Day.
00:01:41.760 There's that too. Just any baby you can take, I guess.
00:01:46.460 You can just say, like, give me your baby. We're going to Ricky's or whatever.
00:01:51.700 Like, I don't know.
00:01:52.900 Well, you know what, Sheila?
00:01:54.000 Getting back to the tuna fish, I want to applaud your due diligence to Catholic doctrine.
00:01:59.720 Lord knows, even Catholic schools, Catholic school boards, Catholic teachers, they've thrown that baby out with the bathwater.
00:02:09.120 Anything goes.
00:02:10.160 Let's take the cross down, put up a Pride Progress flag, complete with the BIPOC vagina.
00:02:16.980 So it is nice to see a common citizen.
00:02:21.020 Can I call you that?
00:02:23.000 Yes.
00:02:23.420 A nice lady.
00:02:25.000 Can I call you that?
00:02:26.500 I don't know.
00:02:27.500 It depends on the day.
00:02:28.480 It depends on the day and who you're asking.
00:02:32.040 And look, I'm not a good Catholic.
00:02:34.060 Like, I'm not good at it.
00:02:35.420 But the beauty of my religion is we've got a sacrament built right into it to deal with the fact that you're going to fail at it.
00:02:41.660 But I'm a pretty good confessant.
00:02:44.120 But I don't know if you saw in the general chat this morning, David, but I got a very good, nice, reassuring email from my daughter's Catholic school.
00:02:54.540 She's in grade eight, and they're going to be talking about human sexuality.
00:02:57.120 And it was like assuring the parents that we are only going to talk about this through a biological perspective and only very strictly through the Catholic worldview and Catholic teaching on such things as abstinence and gender theory and all those things.
00:03:14.020 So I was like, perfect.
00:03:14.980 I guess I don't have to go down to the school like my hair's on fire.
00:03:18.540 I still might just to double check everybody's work.
00:03:21.800 But it was nice to see.
00:03:23.880 And there was also the option to opt out.
00:03:26.120 Like, if you don't think your kid is ready or if you think you're best suited to talk to your child about these things, then please feel free to opt out.
00:03:34.920 So I thought that the advanced warning system from the school made me feel really good today.
00:03:39.900 Well, hallelujah to that, Sheila.
00:03:42.260 That's my kind of Catholic school.
00:03:45.420 Isn't it amazing?
00:03:46.440 They've got to send out a memo to parents saying, oh, don't worry.
00:03:50.940 We're not going to be weirdos.
00:03:52.920 We're going to stick to Catholic and scientific doctrine.
00:03:55.920 So you don't have to worry about anything.
00:03:58.460 So Efron actually says we can show that because I took a screenshot and I was like, hey, look, this is what it actually means to go to a Catholic school.
00:04:05.840 So it's cropped out.
00:04:07.820 I'm just going to see where I can find it on the general chats because there's no way in hell that I can actually read it from where it is there.
00:04:16.140 So I'm just going to poke around and see if I can.
00:04:19.160 Here it is.
00:04:19.820 Okay, perfect.
00:04:22.600 So that we can read it.
00:04:23.840 So this is from my daughter's Catholic school.
00:04:26.180 Oh, we're going to crop out which school she goes to so that you guys don't bother her there.
00:04:29.420 Not you guys, but the antis.
00:04:31.380 They have no problem dragging people's kids into things.
00:04:33.980 So it says, in Catholic schools, human sexuality instruction is presented in the context of our faith tradition.
00:04:40.240 Human sexuality, family, life instruction outcomes are covered in the new health and life skills program from grades four to nine.
00:04:45.860 So age appropriate.
00:04:48.160 Alberta Learning has stipulated that any parents who wish so can have their child exempted from the human sexuality lessons.
00:04:54.580 Alberta remains the sanest place in this country.
00:04:59.180 The student, as a child of God, will examine the wonder of human reproductive process and recognize how sexual development is unique and diverse.
00:05:07.440 The student will identify the effects of social influence on sexuality and gender roles and equity, i.e. through media and culture.
00:05:14.260 I think that's the closest we get to social justice in any of this, but whatever.
00:05:18.320 As well, the student will examine the influences on personal decision-making for responsible sexual behavior.
00:05:23.940 For example, family, cultural beliefs, religious and social values.
00:05:27.520 The student will explore the personal decision-making process from a Catholic perspective.
00:05:32.100 The student will also examine our Christian principle of human dignity, which calls us to a chaste life, and explore abstinence as a faithful response to God's call.
00:05:42.000 The student, as a child of God, will explore and be respectful of the unique development of self and others, physical, emotional, sexual, spiritual, and social development.
00:05:49.980 The student will explore our Christian understanding of human beings as being relational.
00:05:54.420 The student will identify and describe from a Catholic perspective the responsibilities and consequences associated with a sexual relationship.
00:06:02.500 The student will describe symptoms and blah, blah, blah of, you know, STDs and stuff.
00:06:08.480 The student will explore our Catholic teaching regarding our openness to life within marriage and identify contraception technologies and critique the contraceptive mentality from the viewpoint of the Catholic tradition.
00:06:22.020 I was so excited and so happy to see that email that they're taking very special care to align with Catholic teaching when talking to 13-year-olds about reproductive processes.
00:06:34.620 But you know what, Sheila, it doesn't say a lot about our world for a Catholic school to send out a memo to parents saying,
00:06:41.380 with our upcoming lessons, we will be adhering to Catholic doctrine.
00:06:46.760 I mean, you have to state that today because otherwise, well, look what's happening with the wackadoodle school boards in Southern Ontario, including Catholic ones, where I made the mention,
00:07:01.020 and this actually happened at a school in Toronto, where the cross went down, the rainbow flag went up, and it was called the Rainbow Room.
00:07:07.400 And, yeah, I mean, if you are all down with the transgender revolution and you hate Catholicism, then why are you a teacher in the Catholic board to begin with?
00:07:19.980 Well, that's the thing.
00:07:20.900 There's a whole other board that you can just pollute with your weird ideology.
00:07:24.320 You don't even have to be Catholic.
00:07:25.540 That's the beauty of Christianity.
00:07:27.160 There's a gazillion different denominations.
00:07:29.620 Find the one that fits you.
00:07:30.620 You're probably best suited for the United Church, probably, which I'm not even sure is a church at all at this point.
00:07:37.760 But I wasn't surprised, frankly, to see this email come into my email inbox this morning.
00:07:43.640 My daughter's teacher on this, her father was like a lay chaplain for me in high school.
00:07:50.360 So good Orthodox Catholic family teaching in a Catholic school.
00:07:55.200 Exactly the kind of teachers you want in a Catholic school.
00:07:57.500 I guess the moral of the story is that it can be done.
00:08:03.520 Like, if the parents sort of, I don't want to say act up, but if you send a message to these extra woke school boards, you know, you can get back to where my school is right now.
00:08:16.500 Like, you can get back there.
00:08:19.060 Truth always wins, but you can't let the lies prevail.
00:08:23.420 Praise the Lord.
00:08:24.300 Although, Sheila, I really can't say that phrase anymore without thinking of the Praise the Lord Club, the PTL Club, with the disgraced Jim and Tammy.
00:08:33.860 And I'll tell you something, folks.
00:08:35.580 I was in high school at the time, so it's late 70s.
00:08:38.180 I'm watching PTL Club.
00:08:40.080 I was already on to Jim Baker.
00:08:41.940 Something's not quite right.
00:08:43.140 And I'll tell you what got me on to that.
00:08:44.800 He did this anecdote where he said, you know, Tammy Faye is from Minnesota, and there's a game that's really big in Minnesota.
00:08:51.380 It's called ice hockey.
00:08:53.040 And my ears perked up.
00:08:54.620 And he said, in ice hockey, there's a player called the goalie.
00:08:58.440 And the goalie is trying to stop the puck from going in the net.
00:09:02.080 He's trying to deny your goals.
00:09:05.780 That is Satan's role in society.
00:09:09.000 And I'm going, wait a minute.
00:09:10.320 I play net.
00:09:11.600 You're calling me the devil?
00:09:12.800 I mean, I guess.
00:09:16.860 And this was about a couple of years before the inception of the New Jersey Devils, I might add.
00:09:21.840 But, yeah.
00:09:22.860 I just didn't understand why Tammy Faye didn't wear waterproof mascara.
00:09:27.820 Because that was a thing back then.
00:09:29.400 But she never wore waterproof mascara.
00:09:32.240 And she'd get on her crying jegs for some reason on the shows all the time.
00:09:35.900 And it was just like...
00:09:37.780 Oh, that's why I tuned in, Sheila.
00:09:39.900 Me too.
00:09:40.200 And her face.
00:09:41.320 You know, after the waterworks started with Tammy Faye Baker, my goodness, her face looked like Jerry Cheever's goalie mask.
00:09:49.360 If you're of an age that doesn't resonate, Google it.
00:09:53.900 Jerry Cheever's had a plain white, you know, Friday the 13th style face forming mask.
00:09:58.900 And what he did, every time he took a puck off the face, he painted stitches where the shot came.
00:10:04.860 And that looked like Tammy Faye's face once the waterworks kicked in.
00:10:09.760 From what I understand, she was a very nice lady.
00:10:12.640 I don't know if she was all that clueless about what was going on in the ministry, as she claimed.
00:10:17.940 But I just...
00:10:20.040 Just wear waterproof mascara if you're going to bawl your eyes out every single night.
00:10:26.320 And plenty of blame to go around.
00:10:29.040 I'm not buying that Jessica Hahn was a quiet little reserve church secretary either, okay, Sheila.
00:10:34.980 But anyways, we went off on a crazy tangerine there.
00:10:39.620 What are we trying to do here, Sheila, today?
00:10:41.980 Big time.
00:10:43.320 So this is the Rebel News Daily Roundup.
00:10:45.540 It's, as you can tell, where we talk about the news of the day or just things that come into our minds sometimes, completely unscripted.
00:10:52.740 And we take you along for the ride.
00:10:55.680 It's normally hosted by my friend David Menzies.
00:10:57.800 I'm co-hosting today.
00:10:58.760 But there's a rotating cast of on-air talent that also co-hosts with David.
00:11:03.820 I think we act as the brakes to his gas pedal sometimes.
00:11:08.660 And you can watch us on YouTube, Rumble, Odyssey, Twitter, and Getter, but also local.
00:11:15.260 So if you are in our locals community, why don't you watch us over there?
00:11:19.200 If you want to leave us a paid chat to support the work that we do, you definitely cannot do that on the YouTube censorship platform.
00:11:26.840 But you can do that on Rumble or you can do that on Odyssey.
00:11:30.880 On Rumble, it's called a Rumble Rant.
00:11:32.320 On Odyssey, it's called a Hyper Chat.
00:11:33.740 And we will get to those, well, whenever we have time, but it's a good reason to stick around to the end of the show.
00:11:39.340 And we will read them all then.
00:11:41.100 If we miss one, tune in next time and we'll do our best to read your question, query, comment, or story idea there.
00:11:48.500 And as I said, it's a great way for you to support the work that we do completely willingly because we'll never take a penny from Justin Trudeau.
00:11:53.980 And it also helps us democratize the show.
00:11:56.200 We want to know what you think about the work that we're doing because without you, there is no work that we're doing.
00:12:03.300 And I think that's it.
00:12:05.140 All right, Sheila.
00:12:06.020 Well done.
00:12:06.920 And the top story today, folks.
00:12:09.180 Well, looks like President Joe Biden bought a calendar, which is to say he now realizes we're a third of the way into 2023 as opposed to languishing in 2021.
00:12:22.580 Because, Sheila, the Biden-Harris administration will end COVID-19 vaccination requirements for federal employees, contractors, international travelers, Head Start educators, not sure what that is, and CMS certified facilities, according to the White House.
00:12:41.020 Wow, lo and behold, talk about being a little late to the game, but I guess better late than never, eh, Sheila?
00:12:49.240 I guess.
00:12:50.840 I mean, but this is crazy.
00:12:52.160 And what happens to all the people who were laid off because of these vaccine mandates?
00:12:57.920 Do they get right of first refusal to come back to work?
00:13:00.400 Like, um, but I don't know.
00:13:03.920 Is, wait, yeah, exactly, David.
00:13:05.740 What year is this?
00:13:06.680 It's 2023, right?
00:13:08.720 Like, how is Joe Biden worse than Justin Trudeau on this issue?
00:13:13.540 But he is.
00:13:14.200 Yeah.
00:13:15.320 And, you know, I'm so happy because I really do want to get in the Menzoi Mobile and go on a road trip, a day trip to the U.S., to Buffalo, to Detroit.
00:13:27.640 And I can tell you, Sheila, I think I might have told this anecdote.
00:13:32.260 If you don't think this is important, here's why it is.
00:13:35.520 We have a friend in the mainstream media, good guy.
00:13:38.060 I'm not going to say his name, but he brought his son around Christmastime of last year to the Peace Bridge to take him to a Buffalo Sabres hockey game.
00:13:48.560 And right off the bat, and I told him, I said, listen, it, according to our dear friend Yankee in Florida, it all depends on who you get at the border if they're going to ask about your vaccination status.
00:14:01.220 And typically there's one Karen on duty.
00:14:05.440 Okay.
00:14:05.740 And our friend noticed right away that the line he was in was going three times slower than all the other lines.
00:14:13.960 So real border guard hard ass was at work.
00:14:18.380 And sure enough, when he asked, do you have your vaccination?
00:14:23.480 Because I also told him, according to our friend Yankee, do not lie.
00:14:27.340 Because if you do, you might be banned.
00:14:28.900 You'll never get back in.
00:14:29.800 Yeah.
00:14:30.060 For 10 years, maybe forever.
00:14:32.180 Do not lie.
00:14:33.560 And at first he got a little cute.
00:14:34.900 He said, well, we have our flu vaccinations.
00:14:37.520 That made him super mad.
00:14:39.140 He screamed at him, told him to pull over.
00:14:43.020 The words coming out of this man's mouth were repugnant and even racist.
00:14:48.820 Of course, you're not allowed to record at the border.
00:14:51.160 That would be a violation.
00:14:52.140 If there was a recording of this and you were allowed to record, I would say this border guard would have lost his job.
00:14:57.180 The point is, just for him going to an arena with almost 20,000 other people, him and his son were considered to be modern day versions of typhoid Mary.
00:15:09.740 They were denied entry, probably written up in some notebook.
00:15:14.220 And for no reason, no valid reason.
00:15:18.320 Remember, this is late December in 2022.
00:15:22.260 So, hallelujah here again, Sheila, that this ridiculous regulation is going the way of the dodo bird.
00:15:30.400 Well, and don't get me wrong.
00:15:33.540 I think you should be able to decide who comes into your country for whatever reason.
00:15:37.000 That's what sovereign nations can do.
00:15:39.100 But it seems a tad unscientific when you're cracking down on Canadians who are just trying to enter your country, watch a hockey game, and then go right back home.
00:15:48.680 And versus what's happening at the southern border, where just people are flooding across the border.
00:15:56.560 It's wide open.
00:15:58.600 God only knows who they are.
00:16:00.620 There's no vetting.
00:16:02.120 There's no anything.
00:16:03.020 There's definitely no vaccination checks.
00:16:05.760 And then they get piled into overcrowded migrant facilities.
00:16:09.700 And yet, a Canadian who's just trying to do what they've always done and cross the world's largest undefended border for a little bit of shopping, a little bit of entertainment, and then go back home and be completely honest about it at the border.
00:16:25.120 They're the ones being treated like the criminals.
00:16:28.160 A hundred percent.
00:16:29.040 You make a great point.
00:16:30.100 You're right.
00:16:30.760 Texas border towns right now, Sheila, their shelters are overwhelmed.
00:16:35.340 It's a true crisis with illegal migrants.
00:16:38.120 And it's funny, though.
00:16:39.580 You raise a good point.
00:16:40.540 I'm not quite sure what it is.
00:16:41.900 I have a theory.
00:16:43.380 Illegal migrants going north via the southern border of the U.S.
00:16:48.420 Okay.
00:16:50.000 Illegal trespassers.
00:16:51.920 I won't mention his name, but there's one notorious internet personality that tried from your province to cross into, I think it was Montana, you know, several months ago.
00:17:04.680 And he was arrested and he was sent back to Canada.
00:17:08.900 But nevertheless, why is there two different sets of standards for the northern and southern border, Sheila?
00:17:17.440 Well, I think we all know why.
00:17:19.680 Maybe changing the demographics for the Democrat Party by, you know, letting people migrating in illegally and the quid pro quo, never said, but intimated.
00:17:32.780 Just every four years, you vote, you put your ex for a team blue and keep us in power, right?
00:17:40.680 It's all about flipping Texas.
00:17:42.860 That's what it's all about.
00:17:43.920 Flipping Texas, flipping Florida.
00:17:45.860 It's why the Democrats hate it.
00:17:49.380 When Greg Abbott says, okay, get on this bus, you're going to New York.
00:17:52.880 Because you need to leave those Democrat voters in Texas to flip the state.
00:17:58.300 They can't go to New York where it doesn't matter.
00:18:01.320 So that's what it's about.
00:18:02.660 It's about flipping Texas because of the impact that Texas has on presidential elections.
00:18:09.900 Oh, but it does matter in New York, as you well know, she-devil.
00:18:13.880 Once they get there, the mayor of New York City, suddenly this becomes a game of hot potato.
00:18:20.680 Oh, yeah.
00:18:21.080 And he buys them a bus ticket.
00:18:23.080 We know the cost, $65, to get to Plattsburgh.
00:18:27.320 That's your next jumping off point into Roxham Road.
00:18:31.900 The Royal Canadian Mountain Police reimagining themselves as bellhops.
00:18:37.120 So, yeah, it's kind of funny.
00:18:39.360 They talk the talk about when it comes to walking the walk, when it comes to absorbing those social costs.
00:18:46.620 Yeah, let's let the Quebecers and the Canadians worry about that.
00:18:51.020 Oh, yeah.
00:18:51.340 That's why they're like, oh, dang, they're supposed to stay in Texas where they're useful to the Democrats, right?
00:18:56.460 But once they get into New York, the migrants are no longer useful to the Democrats.
00:19:00.860 And the Democrats figure out that, hey, actually, they're a bit of a burden here.
00:19:04.400 Let's make them Trudeau's problem.
00:19:06.180 Trudeau's super progressive.
00:19:07.720 Let's give them these people when really they should be just closing the southern border and fixing this problem altogether.
00:19:13.220 Let's just quickly move ahead and spend 30 seconds on this next thing.
00:19:19.400 Fox News says that Tucker Carlson, since his departure from the network, although he's not really departed from the network, I think he's sort of not on air but can't go anywhere else due to contract issues.
00:19:32.900 They're not going to air his documentary on Canadian tyranny, which is too bad.
00:19:42.240 But might I suggest that that is a good opportunity for you to throw your support behind a Rebel News documentary about Canadian tyranny.
00:19:50.880 It's called Church Under Fire, Canada's War on Christianity.
00:19:55.680 And it includes some of the same people in Tucker's documentary.
00:20:01.560 And you can go to savethechristians.com where you can make a donation to support our work.
00:20:09.060 It's a documentary project being put together by myself and our head documentary filmmaker, Kian Simone.
00:20:14.520 We've been traveling all over the country, gathering up interviews to tell the tales that the mainstream media would love for you to forget or forgive, for that matter.
00:20:24.640 And if you do donate, there are certain tiers there.
00:20:27.520 So we just don't want your money.
00:20:29.540 We want to give you something if you help us make this project, because this is really the story of Canada.
00:20:35.620 It's all of our story.
00:20:36.720 And so we want you to be as invested in it as us.
00:20:41.000 We're giving you something back as an ownership stake.
00:20:44.640 And Khaleesi, if I may, can we spend just a little more than 30 seconds on this?
00:20:49.480 Because I have skin in the game.
00:20:51.300 That camera crew came to Casa Menzoid in the middle of a blizzard, one of the worst snowstorms of our winter in January.
00:21:01.420 That documentary team, there were three of them, were the nicest guys I've ever met in this business.
00:21:07.980 They were absolutely fantastic.
00:21:09.220 We got off so wonderfully.
00:21:13.220 First of all, they were blown away by some of the props in my house, if you want to call it that, including a big oil painting of Donald Trump, a bald cap with the Detroit Lions logo on it.
00:21:25.300 They felt, are we in a Canadian house or an American one, right?
00:21:28.360 And it was absolutely fantastic.
00:21:33.100 They also had the absolute very latest digital cameras.
00:21:36.940 Sheila, using such low light at first, I thought they didn't know what they were doing because I thought the light is so low.
00:21:44.960 And they invited me behind the camera to look.
00:21:47.180 Oh, my God, Sheila, we've got to somehow crowdfund eight grand for this next generation camera.
00:21:53.600 It is cinematic quality with the lowest of light.
00:21:58.360 But all that aside, this was about Canadian tyranny.
00:22:03.820 This was the documentary.
00:22:05.740 Justin Trudeau did not want to have air in Canada.
00:22:10.500 Well, you can't get the Fox specialty show, but there are ways around that, of course, BPN.
00:22:17.560 And I am heartbroken that it will never see the light of day, Sheila.
00:22:23.240 Um, I think, uh, there's no questioning the journalism that went into this.
00:22:29.120 Yeah.
00:22:29.660 And for Fox to do this, this is spite, Sheila.
00:22:33.720 This is journalistically sound.
00:22:36.140 This is a scoop.
00:22:37.460 This is something only Fox was covering.
00:22:40.700 The other networks couldn't be bothered.
00:22:42.320 But first of all, for Canada, we're typically that big pink blob on the world map.
00:22:47.040 They don't care.
00:22:48.360 Tucker cared.
00:22:49.520 Tucker deeply cared about Canada.
00:22:51.220 He loves Canada.
00:22:52.540 And this will not be aired.
00:22:54.400 I mean, I just wonder if there's a way, you know, maybe we can ask Fox, is this for sale?
00:23:01.740 Maybe we can crowdfund it because it's that important that this gets to air.
00:23:06.500 Uh, yes, yes.
00:23:08.680 And it's just a shame, um, because this really was the historical marker of what Trudeau did
00:23:21.040 over the three years of the pandemic.
00:23:23.060 And I would hate to see it go in the dustbin of history.
00:23:25.860 It should be there for the world to see.
00:23:28.180 Um, yeah.
00:23:30.020 And frankly, frankly, only Fox News would have been interested in telling this story from
00:23:36.100 the outside looking in.
00:23:37.580 I mean, this is a story that we told every single day, which is why our journalists were
00:23:41.680 interviewed in it.
00:23:43.480 And so many of the people that we interviewed along the course of the last three years were
00:23:48.160 interviewed in it, like James Coates and Tim Stevens and Alexa Lavoie is in it and you're
00:23:52.920 in it.
00:23:53.700 And so, you know, it's just a real shame.
00:23:56.580 I hope they do reconsider.
00:23:58.740 It's funny, isn't it?
00:23:59.960 Uh, in a perverse way, this is now the modern day version of the Jerry Lewis movie, The Day
00:24:05.320 the Clown Cried, which has never been released.
00:24:07.840 It's in a cinema.
00:24:08.940 I think there's about three minutes of it that exists on the internet.
00:24:12.720 Um, talk about taste.
00:24:14.700 Uh, it's where Jerry plays a clown in a concentration camp, uh, to give the child victims, uh, a feel
00:24:21.820 good feeling, uh, as they're marched into the gas chambers.
00:24:25.340 I wonder why that never got released, Sheila.
00:24:29.180 You know, I, I know I can see the look in your face, but Google it.
00:24:33.200 It's The Day the Clown Cried, uh, that when we were at Yad Vashem, the Holocaust Museum,
00:24:38.360 they have a, a pop culture section of the museum about all the, um, movies, novels, TV shows,
00:24:45.660 uh, that have a Holocaust theme.
00:24:47.580 Uh, this is their great white whale.
00:24:51.480 This is their Moby Dick.
00:24:52.700 They would do anything to get their hands on this, but it's, uh, evidently permanently
00:24:58.380 out of circulation.
00:24:59.460 And, uh, uh, and, and now we have our documentary about Canadian tyranny joining The Day the Clown
00:25:05.580 Cried.
00:25:06.000 But like I said, we have our own documentary about Canadian tyranny coming up and it is
00:25:12.300 Church Under Fire and people can support that work at savethechristians.com.
00:25:17.880 Um, I'm gonna, if you don't mind, David, let's skip over this Michael Barrett video.
00:25:24.380 Okay.
00:25:24.800 But you know what, Sheila, before we collect our thoughts, I see we're already overdue for
00:25:28.800 our first ad break.
00:25:30.460 Okay.
00:25:30.740 And then we'll come back and go into the Polly of video.
00:25:33.160 The man is getting very forceful about these ads, folks.
00:25:36.700 Don't blame me.
00:25:37.820 Yes.
00:25:38.440 Check it out.
00:25:45.080 Before, listen up.
00:25:46.900 I'm looking for collaborators in a new and exciting initiative.
00:25:50.280 As you most likely know, YouTube a long time ago, demonetized rebel news, and we are 100%
00:25:57.700 viewer funded.
00:25:58.360 Now, while our supporters are fantastic at helping us cover legal campaigns and special
00:26:03.260 reporting missions, unfortunately, the reality is our day-to-day operational expenses often
00:26:08.680 exceed our income stream, which is crazy if you think about it, because my videos across
00:26:14.280 all platforms attract hundreds of thousands of views and sometimes even millions.
00:26:19.080 So I want to share that reach with the right partners.
00:26:22.640 If you have a product or business and want to enter a win-win relationship with me, please
00:26:29.180 go to rebelnews.com forward slash ads and fill in the form to let me know.
00:26:35.020 I won't be accepting anyone.
00:26:36.680 I need to believe in your business or product so I can sell it proudly for you.
00:26:41.860 And for successful applicants, I will guarantee a minimum view count.
00:26:47.120 Meaning, even if your ad is published on the less popular reports, we'll keep promoting
00:26:52.400 your business or product until it gets the agreed minimum eyeballs.
00:26:56.440 So again, if you have a cool company or product that either wants to take advantage of my reach
00:27:02.700 or want to support my work through advertising in a way that you can write it off as a tax
00:27:10.200 deduction or both, head over to rebelnews.com forward slash ads and hopefully we can join
00:27:17.820 forces soon.
00:27:22.760 Wow, what a salesman Abby is, Sheila.
00:27:25.380 And don't take my word for it.
00:27:26.720 I heard in the morning meeting already several leads of potential advertisers down under have
00:27:32.440 come in.
00:27:33.280 Way to go, Abby.
00:27:35.420 Yeah, I have to do the video for Canada and that's a tough act to follow.
00:27:40.840 I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do that.
00:27:44.040 Um, I might just poach his video word for word and just package it up for Canucks.
00:27:49.360 I don't know.
00:27:49.720 We'll see how it goes.
00:27:50.680 There you go.
00:27:51.560 Okay, Sheila, you wanted to, uh, fast forward ahead to something that caught your lovely
00:27:55.980 eye.
00:27:57.400 Well, thank you.
00:27:58.480 Um, this is Pierre, honest to God.
00:28:02.500 Uh, so, uh, this is Pierre Polyev, this video.
00:28:07.640 He's slamming Trudeau for doing nothing for two years after learning a Chinese diplomat was
00:28:12.700 threatening a conservative MP's family member.
00:28:15.640 So, uh, go back a little.
00:28:19.040 Michael Chong, uh, he's, I guess, ethnically Chinese.
00:28:23.800 Um, he's got family in Hong Kong and the Chinese government sounds like they were threatening
00:28:34.000 his family in Hong Kong.
00:28:37.700 Trudeau knew about it and didn't do anything.
00:28:41.420 Now dial back to, you know what?
00:28:43.340 I'm going to keep my comments to myself.
00:28:44.900 Let's watch the video first, but this is outrageous.
00:28:47.660 Can you imagine that like the Chinese government is threatening family members of Canadian conservative,
00:28:55.560 ethnically Chinese MPs.
00:28:57.240 And the prime minister knows he's been informed and he does absolutely nothing.
00:29:02.900 Let's watch this video.
00:29:04.580 And then I've, I've got some historical comments about the last time this sort of stuff happened
00:29:09.640 and what, when we had a good prime minister, what happened because of it.
00:29:13.600 Indeed.
00:29:14.100 Go ahead.
00:29:14.340 Can't vote in the interests of Canada while their family members are threatened as consequence
00:29:21.100 of those votes.
00:29:22.180 It is unacceptable as the prime minister said, which is why it's so strange that he accepted
00:29:27.760 it.
00:29:28.240 Right.
00:29:28.860 Right.
00:29:29.400 His government produced a briefing note, which exposed these threats to the MPs family two
00:29:38.060 years ago.
00:29:39.380 And yet the diplomat that worked to punish a Canadian MPs family is still in Canada when
00:29:47.360 the prime minister could have expelled him.
00:29:48.920 Why didn't he expel this diplomat?
00:29:52.180 Why didn't he expel the prime minister?
00:29:56.760 It is absolutely unacceptable for any Canadian to be subject to intimidation via foreign power,
00:30:04.260 particularly threats against family and against families of members of parliament.
00:30:08.700 That's why, as the reports came out this morning, I immediately asked officials to follow
00:30:13.860 up on these, on these reports and to get to the bottom of this.
00:30:17.740 I also asked for outreach both on the political and the official side to the member in question.
00:30:26.780 We are going to continue to make sure this is taken extremely seriously.
00:30:30.760 Well, that's just false.
00:30:31.820 He didn't immediately take action.
00:30:34.480 He took action after the media found out about it.
00:30:37.920 His government has known that a Canadian MP had his family threatened because that MP voted
00:30:45.760 for human rights in the House of Commons.
00:30:48.100 He knew about that for two years.
00:30:50.920 He did exactly nothing.
00:30:52.100 Furthermore, the same diplomat that orchestrated these threats against the MP's family still
00:31:00.560 works in the Toronto Consulate of Beijing, even though the prime minister has the power
00:31:06.080 to expel him.
00:31:07.600 Will he expel him today?
00:31:08.700 Yes.
00:31:09.560 The right honourable prime minister.
00:31:12.020 As the reports were made public this morning, we followed up immediately with top officials
00:31:18.560 to get all the information on this file, on what happened, on who was informed and who
00:31:24.180 was not informed, to make sure that we are following up in an appropriate way.
00:31:28.560 This is absolutely unacceptable and it shouldn't have happened.
00:31:31.000 Well, Sheila, blackface has that end part right.
00:31:36.840 Absolutely unacceptable and it should never have happened.
00:31:39.940 So, blackface, why did it happen?
00:31:43.320 Well, and that's the thing.
00:31:44.700 He's known for two years.
00:31:46.900 And as Polyev points out, is this happening to Liberal MPs?
00:31:52.600 He says, you know, how can somebody vote in the best interest of Canada in the House of
00:31:57.620 Commons if it puts the safety of their family elsewhere?
00:32:01.000 So, you know, Michael Chong, to his credit, was voting against, you know, China.
00:32:09.220 He was renouncing China and their treatment of ethnic and religious minorities there.
00:32:15.320 Correct.
00:32:16.000 Knowing full well it could put his family in jeopardy, but he was voting with his conscience.
00:32:21.760 But as I hinted before we got into this video, there is some precedent for a prime minister
00:32:27.840 doing the right thing here and not waiting for it to break in the media before you pretend
00:32:32.760 to act.
00:32:33.580 We're gathering information.
00:32:35.180 You had the information two years ago, you big, dumb idiot.
00:32:39.260 You didn't do anything, Trudeau.
00:32:41.600 Harper, way back, I think it was in 2012, if I recall correctly.
00:32:47.340 He blindsided everybody because he got the information and then immediately acted.
00:32:52.940 And then the media is reporting, like, what the heck is going on here?
00:32:55.640 We didn't know any of this was happening.
00:32:57.040 What Harper did was, I think it was CSIS told him, out of the embassy in Ottawa and out
00:33:06.100 of the embassy, the Canadian embassy in Iran, they were bullying the families and intimidating
00:33:14.500 the families of Iranian expats and Iranian defectors here in Canada.
00:33:20.960 So they flee the regime, they come here to live in peace and harmony and human rights.
00:33:25.960 And then the tentacles of the regime are working out of the consulates and the embassies to
00:33:30.360 continue to intimidate the families of people who fled the regime and who are critical of
00:33:34.420 the regime.
00:33:35.400 And so it was happening both ways.
00:33:37.100 So they're intimidating them here and then intimidating the families there.
00:33:41.120 So what Harper did, as soon as he got this information, closed the consulate, closed the embassies
00:33:46.220 here, kicked all the Iranian diplomats out, threw them out, and then closed the Canadian
00:33:51.620 embassy there and said, there is no way that we are going to facilitate access to people
00:33:57.080 whom we've promised can live in peace and harmony and human rights here.
00:34:02.300 That's the right thing to do.
00:34:04.080 And now, under the Liberals, we've got Iranian IRGC guys working out at the gym, not getting
00:34:12.840 expelled.
00:34:13.560 That's how quickly the turnaround was, from acting to protect expats here and defectors
00:34:19.900 here to just having the IRGC just working out in the local gym.
00:34:24.320 Sheila, I'm sorry, but when you have a Liberal MP such as Majid Johari, the MP for Richmond
00:34:29.600 Hill, who is pro-regime, if you can imagine, that's what you get.
00:34:34.080 OK, he allows this murderous trash to come into our country because it's good for Majid
00:34:40.920 Johari.
00:34:41.560 It's not good for his constituents.
00:34:43.680 Richmond Hill, the city has, I think it's a 14 percent demographic of Persians.
00:34:51.580 I live in Richmond Hill, full disclosure.
00:34:54.220 Never had a problem with any of them.
00:34:55.800 I patronize their businesses, go to their restaurants, except for the guy who's the member of parliament,
00:35:00.900 who is pro-regime, even now, with the life, liberty and woman movement going.
00:35:08.940 Unbelievable.
00:35:09.760 What a disgrace.
00:35:10.680 There he is right there.
00:35:12.280 I'm scrumming him in a, at Hillcrest Mall a couple of years ago.
00:35:16.760 Of course, he didn't answer the questions.
00:35:19.900 And due rigueur, he phoned the police and we got frog marched out.
00:35:23.420 There's your, you know, and the thing, but the thing I want to bring up, Sheila, forget
00:35:27.620 about Johari, but I would be as animated and outraged if this treatment happened to a liberal,
00:35:37.640 an NDP, a green, an independent.
00:35:40.320 If we had a Marxist Leninist MP in the house, this is apolitical in my viewpoint.
00:35:47.080 Yeah.
00:35:47.240 Like, now you've crossed the line, you've gone after one of us, but leave it a blackface
00:35:51.880 to go from the two Michaels, Kovrig and Spavor, to the three Michaels.
00:35:56.880 Now you can add Chong to that as a, yet again, another international disgrace.
00:36:02.360 And why, right now, as we're speaking, why isn't there an RCMP delegation at the Chinese
00:36:09.220 consulate on Bedford Road in Toronto?
00:36:11.960 We've been there.
00:36:12.500 Yeah, and a very nasty place.
00:36:15.720 Iron Gates, a really foul security guard.
00:36:20.640 That's beside the point.
00:36:22.260 Why aren't they frog marching this guy to the next flight out of Pearson to Beijing?
00:36:29.300 Oh, then again, maybe there's some PSAC or CRA strikers gumming up the works at Pearson.
00:36:35.460 Hey guys, come on, give us a break, right?
00:36:37.580 Pearson doesn't even work under normal conditions, okay?
00:36:41.520 Right, who could tell if there's disruption down there?
00:36:45.540 But the only guy in that conversation of the video we just saw expressing concern for the
00:36:50.480 ability of all MPs to do work without intimidation and vote in the best interest of Canada, whatever
00:36:56.440 their conscience tells them is the best interest of Canada, whatever is the best interest of
00:37:01.180 Canada in a liberal mind, an NDP mind, a conservative mind.
00:37:04.200 The only guy expressing that concern was Pierre Paulyev.
00:37:06.960 He's the guy who's all of a sudden now concerned about the liberal MPs who could be subject to
00:37:11.540 intimidation.
00:37:13.080 Just going back to when Harper tossed the Iranian diplomats out, it literally caught everybody
00:37:20.460 off guard.
00:37:21.280 If you go back and read the earliest media reports of that, it says many political commentators
00:37:27.620 were puzzled by the abrupt decision as there have been no recent public developments in the
00:37:33.080 Iranian-Canadian relationship that seemingly could have motivated the move, which means
00:37:37.840 that it wasn't a news report that motivated Harper to do the right thing and protect Canadian
00:37:42.920 citizens.
00:37:43.760 It was information he was acting on from CSIS to protect the sovereignty and safety of Canadians
00:37:51.120 and Canada.
00:37:52.280 But Trudeau, two years worth of this information just on Michael Chong that he knew.
00:38:00.640 But once again, Trudeau's only real ideology is power.
00:38:06.260 That's all he wants.
00:38:07.240 He doesn't care how he gets it, how he maintains it, or what sort of levels of corruptness, corruption
00:38:14.720 that he has to achieve to hang on to it.
00:38:19.360 He is willing to allow a Canadian MP's family to be intimidated as long as the Chinese help
00:38:27.280 him win elections.
00:38:28.540 And you know, Sheila, Blackface is such a liar.
00:38:31.780 I'm reading a news report in the Toronto Sun today on this issue and the related issue of
00:38:37.720 Chinese police stations operating in our Great Dominion.
00:38:41.700 And it says that the Trudeau government says this has ended, meaning the Chinese police stations.
00:38:47.640 No, it hasn't, you big blackface liar, you.
00:38:52.220 Just on Friday, I think the report's going up maybe later today, a shooter, Maurizio, and
00:38:57.680 I went to a demonstration in Markham where it's one of the edifices that is allegedly housing
00:39:05.500 Chinese police.
00:39:07.480 And I can tell you, because I've reached out to the RCMP personally on this, the last communication
00:39:13.560 I had with them goes back to September, Sheila, where they said, the matter is under investigation
00:39:19.940 and there will be no further comment.
00:39:23.320 Wait a minute.
00:39:24.200 So who am I supposed to believe?
00:39:25.940 The RCMP saying the matter's under investigation or Blackface saying, no, we've shut down those
00:39:31.860 police stations.
00:39:33.180 Yeah, I think I'm going with the RCMP.
00:39:35.220 And again, why is this under investigation?
00:39:37.640 Last month in New York, we had two individuals arrested by the police there for this.
00:39:43.120 I believe there was an action in Houston, too.
00:39:46.300 But here, you know, it's the three monkeys, see, speak and hear no evil, apparently, when
00:39:53.080 it comes to Blackface's beloved China, the nation that he so has admiration for in his
00:40:00.500 heart.
00:40:01.760 Right.
00:40:02.480 Because their basic tyranny, dictatorship allows them to turn on a dime.
00:40:06.580 Yeah, you can't do that when you don't have to worry about human rights.
00:40:09.780 And look at where Canada is going to, right?
00:40:12.480 Yeah, every day is the Emergencies Act when you're in China.
00:40:18.360 The video I skipped over, we should go back to because I realize now that it is in the
00:40:22.400 YouTube description for what we're watching here.
00:40:25.820 And it's Justin Trudeau with his priorities apparently straight, according to him.
00:40:31.040 Talking about not facing any traffic in New York City because what an absolute idiot he
00:40:38.680 is.
00:40:39.100 You won't believe this one, folks.
00:40:40.880 How bad can it get?
00:40:43.400 I'm Tom Clark and this is yet another New York Minute.
00:40:46.900 Well, anybody who comes to New York knows one thing and that is that the traffic is a
00:40:50.400 killer, but there are ways around it.
00:40:52.720 For example, this.
00:40:54.060 Yeah, it's a motorcade, which is a great way to get around New York, except for one
00:40:59.380 thing.
00:41:00.020 When you're in a motorcade, sometimes you got to ride sharing.
00:41:03.360 Hey, everyone.
00:41:04.100 It's great to be back in New York.
00:41:06.000 See what I mean?
00:41:06.840 I've seen this guy a lot in the last couple of days.
00:41:10.040 He spoke to Global Citizen.
00:41:12.040 Then he spoke to the Council on Foreign Relations.
00:41:14.120 He hung around my place last night.
00:41:16.240 The guy's been around a lot, saying a lot of things.
00:41:18.520 Okay, that's good.
00:41:21.080 I've had all those two that I can take.
00:41:23.900 Tom Clark is the guy who asked Justin Trudeau, what shampoo do you use?
00:41:29.200 They were in a helicopter, I think, that time.
00:41:32.260 Plane.
00:41:32.920 Yeah.
00:41:33.300 He was flying.
00:41:34.580 No one needs them here, of course.
00:41:36.040 Yeah.
00:41:36.440 They're in his Tom Clark's plane and he would get politicians up there and then, because they
00:41:41.600 can't escape, now is your chance to ask them the tough questions.
00:41:44.560 And his was, what shampoo do you use?
00:41:47.620 And then he was recently appointed the Consul General to New York.
00:41:55.360 So he has this diplomatic appointment from Justin Trudeau.
00:41:58.840 But to the disgrace of the Conservative Party of Canada, he was also hired as the moderator
00:42:03.580 of the recent leadership debates of the Conservative Party of Canada before Apaliev won.
00:42:12.160 And I was in that room and I thought I was going to lose my mind.
00:42:15.960 And the room, I thought, was going to lose its mind when he was asking such hard-pressing
00:42:21.740 questions as, what are you binge watching?
00:42:24.600 What's on your iPod shuffle or whatever the young people are using these days?
00:42:28.420 Like, it was just the dumbest and just the audible groaning.
00:42:32.040 And it was like a cringe in unison from the crowd where they wanted to actually hear what
00:42:42.300 would distinguish these candidates from each other.
00:42:45.300 And it's like, what book are you really diving into?
00:42:49.480 I'm like, what are you going to do about the Derry cartel?
00:42:51.720 That's what I want to know.
00:42:52.580 Yeah, you know, what I would say is this, Sheila, to Tom Clark and to Blackface, can you guys
00:42:59.960 just, I don't know, put your money together and get one of those $6,000 rooms in New York
00:43:05.000 City and just seal the deal once and for all?
00:43:08.680 It's like there are a couple of lovers there.
00:43:12.120 And I mean, the elitism is off the charts.
00:43:15.560 Yeah, you know, all you schleppers, be it citizens of New York or tourists, you have to
00:43:20.340 endure gridlock, but when you're blackface, oh, his time is much too important.
00:43:25.060 He'll create more gridlock for you to suffer so that his motorcade can drive on through.
00:43:30.600 And you know what, Sheila, you know the question, what I would ask blackface if I was in a confined
00:43:35.700 space, it wouldn't be what brand of shampoo you're using.
00:43:40.080 It would be this.
00:43:41.640 Mr. Prime Minister, I couldn't help but notice that we're ensconced within the cabin of a
00:43:47.700 Chevy Suburban XL, fossil fuels, eight-cylinder motor.
00:43:55.560 Since we're all about reducing our carbon footprint, you know, there are EVs and plug-in
00:44:00.720 hybrids in this category.
00:44:03.000 Shouldn't you be setting an example?
00:44:05.260 Oh, no, no, no, no.
00:44:06.760 Blackface believes EVs and plug-in hybrids.
00:44:09.420 That's, again, for the schleppers out there, not for the Canadian elite that he represents.
00:44:15.760 And one last thing, when Clark mentioned, yeah, I've been bumping into this guy again.
00:44:22.480 You know, Tom Clark, you know the last time I bumped into blackface?
00:44:25.960 It was December 2021.
00:44:28.180 And he sicked his cronies, his Royal Canadian Mounted Henchmen on me, beat me up, broke my
00:44:35.700 watch, broke our equipment.
00:44:37.760 Because I had the temerity to stand on a sidewalk trying to scrum him a question or two, which
00:44:45.720 you would normally ignore.
00:44:47.400 So, again, different set of rules, isn't it, Sheila?
00:44:50.880 If you're part of the lamestream media, as opposed to the independent press, you know,
00:44:56.880 maybe asking some impolite or insensitive questions.
00:45:00.840 Give me a break.
00:45:01.660 Yeah, as a woman, I tend not to get into confined spaces with the likes of Justin Trudeau.
00:45:08.560 You never know what'll happen to you.
00:45:11.020 I'm sure he'll experience it differently.
00:45:14.260 Oh, he would.
00:45:17.580 Let's, Ephron, the clip from Tom Clark just embarrassing himself in the entire profession
00:45:25.260 of journalism at the Conservative Party convention.
00:45:28.260 Also, shame falls on the Conservative Party for choosing him.
00:45:31.820 Look at this clip.
00:45:35.160 This is the shampoo clip.
00:45:37.920 The entire country wants to know.
00:45:40.320 What shampoo do you use?
00:45:43.360 What a disappointing answer this is going to be.
00:45:46.020 Whatever happens to be hanging around at the time.
00:45:49.400 First of all, Sheila, even the Justin Trudeau cultists out there, Clark referenced that as this
00:45:58.880 is what the entire country wants to know.
00:46:01.060 I would reference it as does anyone in this country want to know?
00:46:05.560 Maybe not, but I'll ask it anyways.
00:46:07.160 What shampoo do you wear?
00:46:08.200 I mean, who is obsessed with the brand of shampoo that blackface is using every day?
00:46:14.900 This is preposterous, Sheila.
00:46:16.420 I can inform you with full confidence.
00:46:21.660 I've never wondered what sort of body care that Justin Trudeau is doing whatsoever, ever
00:46:28.540 at all.
00:46:30.340 Yeah, what else in the medicine cabinet should we know about?
00:46:33.100 What, I don't know, hemorrhoid ointment do you like to use, Mr. Prime Minister?
00:46:38.020 I don't care about his lotion.
00:46:39.640 I don't care about his shampoo.
00:46:40.820 I don't care about his deodorant.
00:46:41.980 I don't, none of it.
00:46:42.700 None of it.
00:46:43.100 Nobody cares.
00:46:43.780 Nobody cares.
00:46:44.260 We've got the clip from Efron Dug It Up, or I guess Olivia Dug It Up, of Tom Clark's
00:46:53.360 performance at the Conservative Party Convention.
00:46:56.680 This one, yeah.
00:46:58.380 I want to go to a question maybe a little more lighthearted to getting to know you a
00:47:02.540 little bit more.
00:47:04.520 And there were a lot of people who want to know this.
00:47:07.680 It's not just me.
00:47:08.420 You trust me.
00:47:09.800 But, Mr. Baber, what was the last thing that you binge watched on TV?
00:47:15.720 By the way, I'm not laughing with them.
00:47:21.960 I'm laughing at them.
00:47:23.220 That whole preamble to Sheila, getting to know you, reminds me of that John Candy Second
00:47:27.960 City sketch where he's the famous Russian weightlifter giving his own variety show and
00:47:33.060 in his tights holding a weight bar, he's doing that song.
00:47:36.460 Getting to know you, getting to be like you and you and you.
00:47:41.460 Once again, Tom Clark prefaces his weirdo voyeuristic tendencies with politicians.
00:47:51.020 He prefaces it as an us problem, not a him problem, where he's like, it's not just me.
00:47:58.640 Lots of people want to know this.
00:48:00.160 No, it is just you, Tom.
00:48:01.160 It is literally just you.
00:48:03.920 Nobody cares.
00:48:04.880 And by the way, does Roman Baber seem like somebody who binge watches like anything?
00:48:15.080 This is my impression.
00:48:17.340 I like Roman.
00:48:18.480 I just don't think he's watching a lot of TV.
00:48:20.340 I think he does more important things with his time.
00:48:22.380 You know, I saw Roman at a Toronto event honoring Daniel Smith, your premier, Sheila, and I came
00:48:31.180 up to him and I said, hey, Roman, right?
00:48:32.660 And he turned around and the look, I mean, he looked like Bambi staring into the high beams
00:48:39.240 of a Hummer.
00:48:39.900 And right away I said, don't worry, Roman, I'm not going to ask for an interview, right?
00:48:43.620 And the relief on his face.
00:48:45.720 Oh, yeah.
00:48:46.160 Still suffering from rebel derangement syndrome, even though I think like you, he's a nice
00:48:51.320 guy and we're simpatico with the issues.
00:48:54.700 It's so bizarre, isn't it?
00:48:55.980 But, Sheila, more to the point, who in blue hell was it that works for the Conservative Party
00:49:02.880 that booked that imbecile Tom Clark to be the moderator at that debate?
00:49:09.340 That was atrocious.
00:49:12.080 Yeah, I don't know.
00:49:12.920 It's probably the guy who repeatedly threw us out of Andrew Scheer and Aaron O'Toole
00:49:19.000 events.
00:49:19.340 Oh, what's his name?
00:49:19.640 Corey Hahn?
00:49:21.180 The little soy boy.
00:49:22.600 I think he's still wearing his face diaper.
00:49:23.440 No, he had a little soy boy, but he's a weaponized nerd, for sure.
00:49:27.600 Yeah.
00:49:27.920 Like throwing us at his stuff when we, you could just let us ask a question and it's a good
00:49:33.160 opportunity for your guy to shine because we're asking questions that real conservatives
00:49:38.540 want answers to, but instead you throw us out and all the real conservatives are like,
00:49:42.360 no, I don't like that guy.
00:49:44.140 So, I don't know, just a big misstep all around.
00:49:47.380 I will never forgive that SOB for not just throwing myself and my camera woman out of
00:49:55.020 an outdoor event, but lying about where the property line was so that my camera woman and
00:50:01.320 I had to stand on a busy lane of traffic, even though the first meter of land was city property.
00:50:08.540 He lied and he put us in, they're always talking about safe situations.
00:50:13.480 It's a matter of safety.
00:50:14.840 He put us in a dangerous situation by having us literally on the road.
00:50:19.200 That is unforgivable.
00:50:20.300 I hope before I shrug off my mortal coil, I come face to face with that little lying
00:50:26.940 wire.
00:50:28.360 Well, you know, but who was really safe that day?
00:50:31.540 It was Aaron O'Toole from Prickly Questions.
00:50:34.040 And that's really all that matters to these people.
00:50:37.160 Let's hit an ad break.
00:50:38.880 Yep.
00:50:39.160 And then we'll go into the kids help phone video because that's also in the rumble description.
00:50:44.480 That's irritatingly interesting.
00:50:46.900 So let's go to that one after we hit the ad break, please.
00:50:53.440 Have you checked out the fresh new swag we have at rebelnewsstore.com?

00:51:32.880 Head on over, check it out.
00:51:34.120 So Sheila, please set up this story about the kids help phone line.
00:51:43.720 And I'm going to weigh in with an anecdote that I reported on regarding this charity.
00:51:50.560 And I'm really, I mean, who would be against the kids help phone line?
00:51:54.980 I guess I am, all of a sudden.
00:51:58.500 Yeah, taking calls from distressed youngsters.
00:52:02.060 You know, that's a good thing.
00:52:03.580 Unfortunately, folks, this is a horribly, horribly woke organization right now.
00:52:08.880 I'll tell you my story after Sheila gets to why they're in the news today.
00:52:14.320 Yeah, they've gone the way of the YWCA, where they've been completely colonized by wokeism
00:52:20.420 and the radical left and you, I think we need a helpline to help kids who may be groomed
00:52:28.260 by kids help line, like the kids help phone.
00:52:31.880 We need like another line to deal with the kids who are potentially being groomed by these
00:52:35.580 people.
00:52:36.060 So let's show this vid.
00:52:37.940 It's an ad being played on children's TV channels all across Canada.
00:52:44.100 And it's featuring the drag queen story time duo of Faye and Fluffy.
00:52:50.140 I don't know why those names gross me out so much, but they just do.
00:52:53.600 Just give me the, like the heebie jeebies.
00:52:56.160 Anyway, let's show this ad.
00:52:57.960 You do when you have lots of feelings.
00:52:59.920 Sometimes I like to hold my favorite stuffy.
00:53:02.100 Yikes.
00:53:02.580 Sometimes I like to draw my feelings.
00:53:04.960 Sometimes I like to dance.
00:53:07.460 Give your feelings a place to go.
00:53:09.740 Feel out loud at kids help phone dot see.
00:53:12.380 You do when you have.
00:53:14.140 Do you know what I do when I got lots of feelings like I do right now?
00:53:16.880 I want to go to the gun range and lift some weights because these people are giving me
00:53:20.320 a lot of feelings and none of them are good.
00:53:22.820 Sheila, to quote the Andrew Robinson character in the immortal Dirty Harry, please, I scare
00:53:31.260 easy.
00:53:32.820 Oh, my goodness.
00:53:35.320 You know, and this is part of the kids help phone line.
00:53:38.980 Well, of course it is.
00:53:40.080 Sheila, my my anecdote about this uber woke organization, there's a lady, she's a counselor,
00:53:47.560 I believe, in Pickering, Lisa Robinson.
00:53:49.860 She was running as a conservative candidate in 2021.
00:53:54.180 Her opposition smeared her.
00:53:57.660 And guess what?
00:53:58.720 It was on a Friday and Aaron O'Toole and his war room said, Lisa, we got your back 100 percent
00:54:05.340 by end of day Friday, Lisa, we need your resignation or we're going to just fire you anyways.
00:54:13.520 That speaks volumes of yesterday's man, Aaron O'Toole.
00:54:17.860 But Lisa, what she does, Sheila, she puts on an incredible haunted house attraction.
00:54:25.000 You would love this.
00:54:25.840 Oh, and you know how I love Halloween.
00:54:27.960 It's my favorite.
00:54:29.380 She is absolutely fantastic.
00:54:31.240 And I mean, this is like it's like carnival quality props, right?
00:54:36.060 It's something you'd see at, you know, Canada's Wonderland during their spooktacular events.
00:54:42.020 And she raises thousands and thousands.
00:54:44.440 I think last time it was over 15,000.
00:54:47.100 And she one of the charities she went to to give several thousand dollars in a donation
00:54:52.220 was the kids help phone line.
00:54:54.640 And what was motivating her, Sheila, is that during COVID, do you know that the phone line
00:55:03.320 calls spiked by 350 percent?
00:55:08.280 I believe it.
00:55:08.780 Yeah, that's what happens when you can find a quarter's kids and take their lives away
00:55:13.680 from them.
00:55:14.820 And well, and you've cut them off.
00:55:16.300 You've also cut them off from mandated reporters like teachers.
00:55:19.660 Yes, and Lisa made a comment about, you know, now that we're past COVID, we can get on with
00:55:28.260 the lives, what have you.
00:55:29.320 The person that took the call was so triggered by her narrative of COVID that this charity,
00:55:38.880 and you know, there's an old saying, beggars can't be choosers.
00:55:41.400 Oh, the kids help phone line.
00:55:43.260 They're choosers, all right.
00:55:44.380 And even though calls had spiked by 350 percent, they told Lisa Robinson politely, take your
00:55:50.820 multi-thousand dollar donation and shove it where the sun don't shine.
00:55:55.560 You triggered one of our woke soy boy people at the charity, and we're not interested in
00:56:02.240 your money.
00:56:02.860 Can you believe that?
00:56:04.280 I mean, that is despicable, Sheila, because it shouldn't even matter where the money is
00:56:10.360 coming from or who it's coming from.
00:56:12.400 It's going to a good purpose, and this is what this charity is all about.
00:56:19.040 Of course, we reached out to them.
00:56:21.260 Nobody got back to us.
00:56:22.620 We visited their edifice, which was a story into itself, Sheila.
00:56:28.340 They have a good portion of a floor on University Avenue.
00:56:32.620 That's right downtown Toronto, folks.
00:56:35.340 And yet everybody except one person was working from home.
00:56:39.060 Then why is the office there?
00:56:40.920 How much of donations is going to paying that big office?
00:56:44.580 Anyway, Sheila, they may have done great work once upon a time.
00:56:49.520 Maybe some of them still do, some of the counselors.
00:56:51.740 But what a horrible charity in terms of getting infected by the woke virus.
00:56:57.600 Yeah, I want to call the kids' help phone and tell them that there are a couple of weirdos
00:57:03.920 on YTV trying to groom my kids.
00:57:07.100 You know what?
00:57:08.080 That's a story.
00:57:08.340 A couple of cross-dressing weirdos on YTV trying to groom my kids,
00:57:12.720 and I'm wondering what I should do about it.
00:57:14.840 Like, I just don't understand what the point of –
00:57:20.980 why couldn't you just have somebody normal saying these same words than this?
00:57:28.940 You know, and Sheila, is it too much of an ask that if you're a dude
00:57:33.020 and you're going to pretend to be a woman, can you at least shave the facial hair?
00:57:39.120 I mean, you know, this is like freak show stuff of yesterdecade.
00:57:44.580 You know, the bearded lady or the fat lady.
00:57:47.940 In this case, it looks like a hybrid of both.
00:57:51.180 Yeah, you used to pay money at a freak show to see these people.
00:57:53.760 Yeah.
00:57:54.540 And now, like, we're the freaks for raising questions?
00:57:59.040 Unbelievable.
00:57:59.560 Once again, reinforcing the gender stereotypes they tell me they're against every damn time.
00:58:07.200 But let's end the show before we get into the chats on a hopeful note
00:58:11.300 because we're way past, again, the top of the hour.
00:58:14.640 Let's talk about what's happening to Bud Light after they went full Mulvaney.
00:58:19.500 Yes.
00:58:20.320 During hockey playoffs, by the way.
00:58:22.380 Bad move, guys.
00:58:23.600 Um, so the conservative boycott, and I don't want to even call it a conservative boycott.
00:58:30.880 This is a boycott on behalf of women and girls and people who are standing up for our opportunities
00:58:37.440 and to have us not be treated like an absolute caricature of who and what we are.
00:58:42.860 Um, Bud Light partnered with Dylan Mulvaney to immediate backlash.
00:58:49.540 And a lot of people, and I, I've seen this with my eyeballs firsthand,
00:58:54.960 lifelong Bud Light drinkers are not touching this stuff right now.
00:58:59.880 They've decided to move over to Coors Light.
00:59:02.340 They have ignored the, um, I don't want to call it an apology, a pseudo apology.
00:59:07.740 Uh, I'm sorry if we made you feel that way.
00:59:10.040 You might've experienced it differently.
00:59:11.920 Trudeau style apology from Bud Light.
00:59:14.020 Yeah, a Wendy Ashby apology.
00:59:15.620 Yeah, yeah.
00:59:16.120 I'm, I'm so sorry that you and I experienced this partnership with Dylan Mulvaney differently.
00:59:20.980 Uh, they're still, they're completely not capitulating on this.
00:59:24.940 They are still not drinking Bud Light.
00:59:26.720 And Bud Light's sales have plummeted 26%.
00:59:31.960 Wow.
00:59:33.240 This is the, this is the moral of the story is you can bring these woke companies to their knees
00:59:40.080 if you are willing to do the thing that you need to do and that's hit them where it counts.
00:59:46.340 And that's the bottom line.
00:59:47.400 You know, we do boycotts, people do boycotts all the time, but then quickly they sort of
00:59:52.660 just fall back into their old habits and the companies being boycotted know that, but this
00:59:58.380 has been such a highly motivated boycott that, that it's, it's very effective.
01:00:06.100 And, uh, this should scare a lot of these woke companies, Maybelline.
01:00:10.880 This should really frighten you.
01:00:12.200 But you know what, Sheila, you know, what's so inexplicable about Anheuser-Busch giving this the
01:00:18.320 green light because you said Maybelline, I think Mac Cosmetics has hired, uh, Dylan Mulvaney.
01:00:23.860 I wouldn't have done that, but you could make the argument, at least when it comes to makeup
01:00:29.760 that a man passing himself off as a woman is indeed a customer.
01:00:35.340 Uh, maybe they want to capture a big percentage of the trans woman, uh, market.
01:00:41.200 So there is a totally normal woman thing to do what we're watching here.
01:00:44.880 Just shaving your leg.
01:00:46.460 Like, look at this.
01:00:47.360 No, I know this.
01:00:48.580 This is such an absolute mockery of us.
01:00:51.680 I agree, but, but Sheila, what I'm getting at is that at least with makeup, you know,
01:00:56.620 you could see trans woman being in that market.
01:01:01.580 Bud Light, I probably their biggest demographic is college frat boys who their director of marketing,
01:01:10.080 um, who is now on leave, uh, maybe mental stress leave took a shot at in her, uh, Facebook
01:01:17.400 interview where, oh yeah, you know, uh, we were getting away from that whole, you know,
01:01:21.720 frat boy thing.
01:01:23.080 Oh, you mean the people coming out of your customers with two cases of Bud Light under
01:01:28.480 each arm.
01:01:29.280 This is, you got to know your audience in marketing.
01:01:33.340 Okay.
01:01:33.860 And that's what makes this absolutely bat shite crazy that they apparently have no knowledge
01:01:42.240 of their market that this is, or maybe we have to speak in the past tense.
01:01:48.500 This is, or was the number one selling beer in America used to be Budweiser.
01:01:53.960 And a couple of years ago, it knocked Bud off.
01:01:56.360 Bud Light was number one.
01:01:57.740 So again, it's a fix to a problem that does not exist.
01:02:02.220 And then third, uh, the public relations disaster, Sheila, that you referenced of the non-apology,
01:02:10.120 like we never meant, uh, to, you know, to get beer drinkers snapping at each other.
01:02:15.780 Oh, and Hey, bring out the Clydesdales.
01:02:18.220 Let's play up the red, white, and blue, uh, and, and pretend this never happened like that,
01:02:22.720 uh, um, fifth season of Dallas.
01:02:24.880 Uh, no, this is an ongoing disaster.
01:02:28.520 And I watch with Marvel, Sheila, that they still haven't taken the necessary steps to
01:02:36.480 correct this train wreck.
01:02:39.720 Look, I used to drink Coors Light and Bud Light.
01:02:43.020 Like those were my like two options, right?
01:02:45.440 Like those are your sort of your light mom beers where you don't want to get wasted too
01:02:48.520 fast.
01:02:49.400 I would drink Bud Light because all, you know, all your friends are sitting there drinking
01:02:52.400 Bud Light.
01:02:52.920 Your guy friends are drinking Bud Light.
01:02:54.020 You grab one of their blue cans or whatever.
01:02:55.840 I've gone back to my roots.
01:02:57.500 I'm drinking Pilsner these days.
01:02:59.660 So, so, uh, you know, you know, it's, it's a real easy choice to make.
01:03:03.740 There are a lot of other beers that are remotely similar.
01:03:06.880 Um, and you just, you vote with your wallet.
01:03:09.920 Um, and a lot of people are saying, you know, like, oh, you're, you're being mean, mean to
01:03:16.040 Dylan Mulvaney.
01:03:16.820 Who's just out there making fun of women every chance he gets.
01:03:20.180 Um, Matt Walsh, who has received a lot of criticism for calling Dylan Mulvaney a cheap
01:03:27.360 facsimile of womanhood, which, or like a deep fake.
01:03:31.440 Yeah.
01:03:31.720 Yeah.
01:03:32.040 He's a deep fake of who and what we are.
01:03:34.380 Um, he, he posted this clip of Dylan Mulvaney calling for the arrest of his critics.
01:03:41.980 Um, maybe we can, no, like it just crazy, just madness.
01:03:45.560 Um, people hurt my feelings and so they should go to jail, um, which is absolutely crazy.
01:03:52.460 But this is, you know, like when you're telling people that someone is committing a genocide
01:03:57.360 against you, if they've misgendered you, um, they're, of course, this is the next logical
01:04:03.700 step in their brain.
01:04:05.040 If genocide is a crime and misgendering is genocide, then these people have to go to jail.
01:04:10.320 That's how you square that circle.
01:04:11.840 So listen to this absolute lunatic.
01:04:13.940 Like the articles written about me using he pronouns and calling me a man over and over
01:04:22.040 again.
01:04:22.660 You are.
01:04:23.200 And I, I feel like that should be illegal.
01:04:25.580 I don't know.
01:04:26.520 That's, that's just bad journalism.
01:04:29.680 Yeah.
01:04:30.680 Just one little thing, uh, mister, uh, there's something in the U S constitution called the
01:04:35.440 first amendment.
01:04:36.620 Uh, that's why it's not illegal.
01:04:39.020 By the way, it's not a slur.
01:04:40.940 It's truth in advertising.
01:04:42.020 You are a biological man.
01:04:44.300 You are playing a woman.
01:04:45.980 You are pretending to be a woman.
01:04:47.960 And you know, I got to tell you, Sheila, uh, two weeks ago, uh, I was filling in for
01:04:52.360 the big boss man, uh, doing the Ezra Levent show.
01:04:55.380 My monologue was on this Bud Light, uh, fiasco.
01:04:58.800 And my point at the end of it was simply this.
01:05:02.440 This is not just about a brand of beer.
01:05:06.600 This is not about a marketing campaign gone off the rails.
01:05:11.880 I think this came along at a point in time when Americans and indeed people around the
01:05:18.740 world are just sick and tired of having this radical trans agenda shoved down our bloody
01:05:27.800 throats.
01:05:28.500 This is it.
01:05:29.960 I buy a beer to get a refreshment, not a sermon.
01:05:34.480 Anheuser-Busch seems oblivious to this.
01:05:37.220 And maybe that's why their stock value at one point was down by $6 billion U S.
01:05:42.220 And look at how the other side is reacting to this.
01:05:46.880 Like Dylan Mulvaney wants to use the law to compel me to say things that I must use his
01:05:55.780 words or go to jail.
01:05:57.980 I must write his words with my pen or go to jail.
01:06:04.200 These people are insane, insane.
01:06:07.540 That's tyranny.
01:06:09.380 If you want to put words in my mouth and compel me to speak them under threat of incarceration.
01:06:15.920 That's madness.
01:06:17.400 But that's what all this capitulation has done.
01:06:20.760 You know, like are any, that's where we are.
01:06:23.380 And are any companies going to learn from this?
01:06:25.340 I would suggest yes, but there are outliers.
01:06:28.260 Sheila, I sent you that photo over the weekend.
01:06:31.900 I was in the LCBO.
01:06:33.640 I was in the mood for a wheat beer.
01:06:35.040 I saw something new in the craft beers of Ontario section.
01:06:39.560 It was called Queen of Wheat, wheat beer made by Spearhead Brewery.
01:06:46.460 I picked it up and then I went, whoa, put the brakes on because I'm looking at the logo
01:06:54.180 of Queen of Wheat.
01:06:55.620 Uh, maybe it's King of Wheat because the queen, uh, is holding a spear and not one, but two
01:07:04.200 pride progress flags.
01:07:06.740 Well, whatever.
01:07:07.560 Those are the rainbow flags folks with the, uh, BIPOC vagina, uh, symbol embedded into it.
01:07:13.640 Um, and I'm thinking, holy Bud Light Batman.
01:07:18.540 Uh, I'm sorry, but I'm not.
01:07:20.600 I think our super producer found the image I'm speaking of.
01:07:24.300 Uh, there you go, folks, for some reason, what, why are the two pride progress flags
01:07:30.660 on that can?
01:07:31.520 Anyways, uh, my $3 and 25 cents weren't going to that brewery.
01:07:36.180 And you know what?
01:07:36.880 I bet you it's a good beer.
01:07:38.200 I've heard a good word about it, but you put that on a can guys like me, uh, bye-bye
01:07:44.700 King of Wheat beer.
01:07:46.800 But I don't care.
01:07:48.720 Here's the thing.
01:07:49.660 At least that's truth in advertising.
01:07:51.700 At least they are marketing to the Mulvaney's and they started there by marketing to the
01:07:58.260 Mulvaney's.
01:07:59.020 They didn't say, oh, all you frat boys, hockey game watchers, NASCAR watchers, rodeo guys.
01:08:08.620 Um, they didn't say to them, okay, well, we don't like you guys anymore.
01:08:12.340 We're not going steady anymore.
01:08:13.740 We want the Mulvaney's of the world.
01:08:15.240 At least this is truth in advertising.
01:08:16.920 We know this is a woke company.
01:08:18.760 We can choose to support this woke company or not as you did, but at least they're upfront
01:08:24.240 about it.
01:08:24.840 So I don't really care what they do.
01:08:26.380 They can do whatever they want with their company.
01:08:28.280 It's the dishonesty of what Bud Light did that I find particularly unpalatable.
01:08:34.480 This at least is honest.
01:08:35.900 If you want to be, if you are Dylan Mulvaney that strolls into the beer store and you grab
01:08:41.400 that because it's marketed towards you, great.
01:08:44.780 We, that's perfect.
01:08:45.920 We've got a match made in heaven.
01:08:47.360 It's the Bud Light jettisoning and jettisoning its own customers for the sake of wokeness that
01:08:52.800 I find so objectionable.
01:08:54.900 Sheila, everything you said, I take your point 100%, but I would put this up for debate.
01:09:01.480 Even if that is, you know, what you're about, you're embracing wokeness, why not keep the
01:09:08.860 politics off the beer can and the advertising just for your own selfish self-reasons to appeal
01:09:16.320 to everybody?
01:09:17.760 And I am the example.
01:09:19.820 I was going to buy that can of beer.
01:09:21.500 If I like that beer, I might've been a regular drinker of that beer.
01:09:25.160 Sorry, until, uh, those, uh, pride progress flags are gone.
01:09:30.120 I ain't drinking that beer, plain and simple.
01:09:32.780 Maybe I'm doing this to spite myself.
01:09:34.360 Maybe this is the best wheat beer in the world.
01:09:36.800 I don't know.
01:09:37.640 I guess I'm never going to know, but that's what I would say.
01:09:40.940 When somebody comes to me for my product, I don't care if it's a can of beer or an automobile,
01:09:46.440 I'm keeping the politics off.
01:09:49.580 I want to appeal to everybody.
01:09:52.220 And that is not the case with this.
01:09:54.080 You know, I, I, and I'm not going to disagree with you.
01:09:57.920 I take your point there too.
01:09:59.420 You know what?
01:10:00.100 If you have a market that's woke and you think you can sell to them by being woke, go ahead.
01:10:05.780 If you are already selling to customers who are not woke, I don't know why you would go
01:10:09.620 woke, but also simultaneously, if you are somebody like Black Rifle Coffee Company and you are
01:10:15.780 fairly conservative and you support veterans issues and you're very upfront about it and people
01:10:23.480 support you because of that.
01:10:25.100 Great.
01:10:25.680 But it's the bait and switch part that I hate.
01:10:29.020 That's the part that really bothers me.
01:10:30.960 That's true.
01:10:31.520 And you know what?
01:10:32.160 And I mean, you know, it's funny.
01:10:33.980 You mentioned veterans issues.
01:10:36.320 We have a veterans day in this country for those who are serving, for those who serve,
01:10:41.280 for those who paid the ultimate sacrifice.
01:10:43.400 One day, November 11th.
01:10:45.720 And what do we have for the rainbow people community?
01:10:50.080 It was pride day, pride week, pride month, pride season.
01:10:55.440 I believe we're up to now.
01:10:56.940 I guess the next extension is just pride year, pride decade, pride century.
01:11:01.220 I mean, it's unbelievable.
01:11:02.760 What do you think is more important to recognize, folks, what the veterans have done or, I don't
01:11:09.460 know, kowtowing to this madness of a community demanding affirmation as opposed to simple
01:11:16.760 acceptance and tolerance?
01:11:19.460 Frankly, I can't wait till the left comes up with the pride poppy and then maybe the
01:11:24.460 Legion will quit being so woke and get in an open fight with the left and quit trying to
01:11:31.240 appease them as they have been over recent years.
01:11:34.300 So bring on the pride poppy so they can fight it all out in public.
01:11:37.500 We did that as a gag.
01:11:38.780 We went onto the campus of Ryerson or whatever the hell they call my alma mater.
01:11:42.520 And we were presenting four reboots of the poppy.
01:11:49.460 And one was indeed a rainbow colored poppy.
01:11:53.720 And I got to tell you, for once, the kids didn't let me down.
01:11:56.940 They were going, you know what?
01:11:58.640 I see what you're saying, inclusion, all that.
01:12:00.960 But I think we should really respect the poppy as just the red flower, right?
01:12:05.920 That was the consensus.
01:12:07.380 I was blown away.
01:12:09.320 Do you know, sometimes I think the kids are going to be all right, but then they're not.
01:12:15.320 So I don't know.
01:12:17.040 Let's get to some of these few chats here because we're 20 minutes past the hour.
01:12:23.080 Ableist Desal gives us five bucks.
01:12:25.020 Have you heard about how the Irish government is trying to implement regressive hate style speech
01:12:29.700 laws, regressive style hate speech laws, I'm sorry, which they are allegedly pushing through
01:12:36.080 to cover up Islamic crimes?
01:12:37.640 They're tyrants.
01:12:38.620 I'm not sure if that's the motivation for it.
01:12:40.740 But if you listen to the podcast of Anne McElhaney and Phelan McAleer, two Irish filmmakers based
01:12:51.180 in California, actually, they're excellent.
01:12:54.140 I cannot recommend them enough.
01:12:55.520 But they discuss these hate speech style laws and just how woke Ireland has become in an extraordinary
01:13:04.620 amount of time.
01:13:05.880 Like, it is just fascinating how Ireland has gone from basically Catholic theocracy to just
01:13:13.180 this absolute woke madness in like under a decade.
01:13:17.380 And it's very fascinating how quickly it is all unfurling there.
01:13:22.000 That is unbelievable.
01:13:23.060 By the way, speaking of Southern California, Sheila, you know, today is the first day of
01:13:28.080 the Hollywood writer's strike.
01:13:30.040 Um, is, is that going to affect your life dramatically?
01:13:33.900 No, no.
01:13:34.640 You know what?
01:13:35.020 Bring on the reality TV.
01:13:36.340 That's how we got reality TV last time.
01:13:38.700 Did you know that?
01:13:39.680 The writer's strike, the last writer's strike is like, that's how it lasted for a hundred
01:13:44.120 days.
01:13:44.820 That could be a reality show.
01:13:46.460 All these writers being ignored by like that don't care for their services.
01:13:51.300 Well, that's the thing.
01:13:52.260 Like, like that's how we got like survivor and all those, like that initial, like first batch
01:13:57.160 of reality shows is they didn't have writers.
01:13:59.500 So they're like, well, we just better film people doing things.
01:14:02.620 And I don't know.
01:14:03.580 I think it worked out okay for the industry.
01:14:05.060 Not that I watch all that much TV as it is, but, um, again, just like the PSAC strike,
01:14:11.300 will we even notice?
01:14:13.360 I'm not sure.
01:14:15.380 Um, cool beans, 89 gives us five bucks.
01:14:17.840 I want black face.
01:14:19.180 What kind of makeup he used to become black face.
01:14:21.620 I'm going to stop right here and apologize to my friend, Mike, who becomes very irritated
01:14:27.340 because David never calls Trudeau by his name, Trudeau or prime minister Groper or whatever.
01:14:32.620 He always just says black face and Mike finds it very irritating.
01:14:35.900 And, um, which Mike, our beloved Mike here on staff.
01:14:41.220 No, and it's not Mike Mayer from freedom, honey.
01:14:43.900 It's, uh, Mike, my daughter's godfather.
01:14:46.380 And, uh, so I, I said, I would try to intervene, but I cannot change who David is.
01:14:51.800 So here we are.
01:14:52.740 Yeah, absolutely.
01:14:53.740 Thank you for bestowing this freedom upon me to call our prime minister black face.
01:15:00.300 Look, I don't put words in your mouth.
01:15:02.040 I'm against that.
01:15:04.040 Um, JD Bedbrook.
01:15:07.680 Oh, by the way, I should acknowledge that cool beans, 89 is a monthly supporter of us on
01:15:11.460 Rumble.
01:15:11.720 Uh, so thank you very much for that.
01:15:14.800 Um, JD Bedbrook gives us five bucks.
01:15:17.400 So I'd just like to say that I am so impressed with your Catholic school.
01:15:20.240 So am I, but it also involves the odd little pop in.
01:15:23.820 Just, you have to sort of, I'm not a helicopter parent by any means, uh, um, with my kids, but
01:15:30.020 I am with, um, the people who are around my kids.
01:15:33.900 I try to be very aware of who and what those people are and what they're talking about.
01:15:37.640 And, um, I want them to know that I know everything at all times.
01:15:41.720 Nothing gets past old Sheila.
01:15:43.420 You know what I mean?
01:15:44.320 Um, anyway, and yet they have not been infiltrated by the wacko woke crowd.
01:15:48.760 Yeah.
01:15:48.920 So far so good.
01:15:50.000 Um, but I think a lot of it has to do with the active involvement of parents and the,
01:15:54.760 um, you know, the, the, the church and, and, uh, just all those things like working
01:16:00.880 together in unison to make sure that our kids come out in the best possible way.
01:16:04.740 Um, and yeah, I do.
01:16:08.340 I pop in, just say, Hey, I'm here.
01:16:12.080 You have my most precious investment.
01:16:14.040 So I'm just here to check on it.
01:16:15.740 Um, razor make a Bernie.
01:16:19.580 Yeah.
01:16:19.800 Like you should treat your kids at least as good as you treat your car.
01:16:22.500 Like you wouldn't just give anybody the keys to your car.
01:16:26.780 You're giving them the keys to your kid every day.
01:16:29.200 Act accordingly.
01:16:29.960 Um, let's not get outrageous here.
01:16:36.600 All right, David.
01:16:38.300 Uh, Fraser McBernie.
01:16:39.840 I say this every time I'm sure it's getting redundant, but he's a fight, the fines recidivist
01:16:43.680 and a fight, the fines winner from Hamilton, uh, habitual protester.
01:16:50.200 And we love him for it.
01:16:51.500 He's out there fighting for freedom during the pandemic, after the pandemic.
01:16:55.660 Um, I think protesting is like his hobby, uh, this point, which,
01:16:59.960 which is great.
01:17:00.600 You know, fresh air, getting out there and marching around cardio.
01:17:04.040 Um, anyways, and he loves his caps lock, which I'm not sure if his keyboard's broken or if
01:17:08.000 he's yelling or if he's just a really enthusiastic guy, I'm going to err on the side of the third.
01:17:12.180 He's very enthusiastic.
01:17:13.620 Gives us five bucks and says rebel may not be in Lisbon.
01:17:17.720 That's for the Bilderberg thing.
01:17:21.280 Gathering of the elites.
01:17:22.380 Demoniacs.
01:17:24.140 Demoniacs.
01:17:24.860 Um, anyways, but they'll be in Toronto for the worldwide rally on May 20th, 2023.
01:17:30.200 I'll be in Hamilton doing the same thing.
01:17:33.160 Um, yes, we probably will be out there covering the worldwide rally.
01:17:36.200 If not, we'll take a, a cruise past, um, and see what's what.
01:17:39.940 Uh, and I think now we are 25 minutes past the top of the hour and, uh, we're all done at least
01:17:45.100 on my side, but go ahead.
01:17:46.300 And that's why we do like the likes of, uh, Fraser, uh, as you called him, Sheila, a habitual
01:17:51.820 protester.
01:17:52.780 And when he brings his, uh, you know, son out to these protests, well, that's a son of a habitual.
01:18:01.840 Okay.
01:18:03.420 Let's wrap it up.
01:18:04.360 Do we have a laugh track, uh, super producer?
01:18:06.000 No, no, no laugh track.
01:18:09.400 Okay.
01:18:10.520 I better quit while I'm ahead.
01:18:12.300 What am I saying?
01:18:13.060 Oh, that happened a long time ago.
01:18:14.960 Yeah.
01:18:16.700 Oh, you cheeky monkey.
01:18:18.180 Well, uh, folks, thank you so much for tuning in, especially those, uh, generous enough to
01:18:23.820 make a donation.
01:18:24.740 Greatly appreciate that.
01:18:25.940 And of course, uh, super producer Efren flying solo behind the boards today and my beloved
01:18:31.480 co-host Sheila Gunn-Reed.
01:18:33.280 I'll be back here tomorrow who my partner will be, who knows, but you never lose.
01:18:39.040 It's always, we always bring it here at rebel news for you folks.
01:18:42.420 So in the meantime, as usual, stay safe and stay sane.
01:19:03.280 Uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, b liberty
01:19:19.320 We'll be right back.
01:19:49.320 We'll be right back.
01:20:19.320 We'll be right back.
01:20:49.320 We'll be right back.
01:21:19.320 We'll be right back.
