00:00:00.000 good afternoon ladies and gentlemen you have tuned into the rebel news live stream on this
00:00:20.360 a tuesday august 3rd 2021 i'm david menzies and as always on a tuesday and thursday
00:00:27.560 i am joined by my lovely co-host she is a woman that makes it feel that it's always a long weekend
00:00:34.400 she is the she devil with a sword she is the khaleesi of northern alberta
00:00:39.660 she is sheila gun reed how you doing there sheila jeff nice week
00:00:44.000 sheila i am sorry but i am not hearing you
00:00:55.240 yes and now i can hear you there you go and unfortunately and i was trying to read your
00:01:03.120 lips and there seemed to be some hard k words involved there or maybe i was misreading i don't
00:01:10.920 know but please please presume what you were saying i just said i had a great long weekend
00:01:18.040 and i hope you did too i did a little bit of work and i'm assuming that you probably did too because
00:01:23.240 you never take any time off because at rebel news the news never stops and neither do we
00:01:28.840 yeah you know that's true as the saying goes when news breaks sheila gun reed tapes it back together
00:01:35.660 you know sheila i was i was totally working out this weekend it was the first weekend i've had
00:01:41.280 off in so long and i gotta tell you i collapsed in my bed last night just aching full of pain
00:01:49.220 i thought all this exercise is supposed to be paying off but then again i was mentioning the
00:01:55.080 mr producer who naturally jumped to the conclusion that i'm a cheapskate that the suit i'm wearing now
00:02:01.260 is something i bought in 2006 and it still fits so take that justin is that the truth yes in 2006
00:02:11.820 it's 2021 david i know your suit is the same age as my daughter my middle child
00:02:19.900 maybe maybe your daughter or my suit can go for a coffee together
00:02:25.180 yeah that thing's almost old enough to vote in the next election that's shocking to me
00:02:31.900 yes the next election what do you what what do you hear sheila is that uh we're hearing maybe
00:02:38.040 this week or next week uh prime minister justin trudeau going to redo hall and uh dissolving
00:02:44.320 parliament and going for an election is it going to happen or or what do you think
00:02:48.520 i don't know i don't know uh maybe maybe not i have no idea that people have been sort of
00:02:55.880 thinking an election was on the horizon for months now but i will tell you and we'll get to it in a
00:03:02.340 little bit the um friskiness of the public sector unions and uniform would lead me to believe that
00:03:09.640 there's a there's an election on the horizon would lead me to believe that they know something
00:03:14.680 we don't know and that wouldn't surprise me since they are the um uniform is the union representing
00:03:22.320 the throne sniffing uh journalists in the mainstream media so um you know could could very well be the
00:03:30.360 case yeah that's a very good point and you know it was funny i reached out to a conservative mp who was
00:03:36.520 speaking to me about the speculation and you know it's funny if the election is called in september or
00:03:43.500 october evidently that means there are many mps that are one month short of the uh of the six year
00:03:51.600 minimum to get that pension and i said to him that you know that leads me to believe maybe
00:03:58.020 you know he'll call it for november uh so that every and he said oh no no no because the way justin
00:04:04.640 trudeau thinks and i mean talk about machiavelli and sheila is that if you need that one month more
00:04:12.320 for an election that means you gotta win you are gonna try harder as opposed to mailing it in and
00:04:18.720 just getting your pension so maybe that's the impetus even for his own liberal mps you know to
00:04:24.640 call an early election wouldn't put it past him sheila totally the mentality of a trust fund guy though
00:04:30.960 right yeah completely that's perfect just exactly um we should tell everybody what we're doing here
00:04:37.700 before we get too far in the weeds and we do want to talk about the um communication strategy of the
00:04:44.000 good folks at uniform the mega union um after uh we tell everybody what we're doing here so this is
00:04:50.920 the rebel news daily live stream used to just be on friday just hosted by ezra pandemic struck
00:04:56.460 everybody was sort of grounded we couldn't travel um and a lot of you at home were stuck at home too
00:05:02.340 you had work from home orders maybe the government forcibly closed your business for health and safety
00:05:08.960 um and so we thought why not talk to you at home for an hour every single work day uh it gives david and
00:05:18.240 i when we host on tuesday and thursday um i mean it gives me in particular a chance to interact with
00:05:24.820 the office i get to talk to my friend david for over an hour which is the quickest hour of work
00:05:29.880 all week long i can't even believe i get paid for it i get to uh talk to justin briefly um although
00:05:37.220 these days because we haven't figured out the communication setup with the new tricaster it's
00:05:42.340 sort of on text instead of actually having justin peek in my ear and it used to give us a chance to
00:05:49.320 allow our viewers to support us completely willingly we used to stream on youtube before youtube
00:05:55.180 went full dr evil and demonetized us um they they used to allow us to accept something something
00:06:03.840 called a super chat um where you could throw a little money our way and we would read your comment
00:06:09.120 on air they took that away from us however they haven't completely kicked us off the platform i think
00:06:13.660 that's only a matter of time um but while we're there we still get to talk to 1.5 million youtube
00:06:19.760 subscribers and we also get to tell those subscribers if you're watching us here can i
00:06:25.660 suggest you take an off-ramp to a platform that doesn't really care about your politics i think
00:06:31.060 that's the best way to be as a platform i don't want them to be all that conservative i just want
00:06:37.300 them to not care about what i have to say and just let me say it um and so uh that's why we stream
00:06:43.960 on rumble we also stream on super you and on super you you can support the work that we do
00:06:50.460 through something called a super you shout you can leave a tip for us as a creator there and we also
00:06:56.180 are streaming on odyssey on odyssey you can support our work two different ways you can tip us as a
00:07:01.640 creator or you can leave us uh hyper chat now you can hyper chat us two different ways and i know this
00:07:07.360 is all very confusing and it's going to get worse because i'm about to talk about cryptocurrency
00:07:12.460 which i don't know anything about um but odyssey has their own cryptocurrency it's called a library
00:07:18.680 you can buy some of that which i think supports odyssey so you can buy some of their cryptocurrency
00:07:25.340 and donate it to us or you can donate to us in the form of a regular old fiat currency donation and
00:07:35.380 you can do that through something called a hyper chat so there's two different ways um and one of
00:07:39.620 them involves cryptocurrency which i don't understand but you know what you people at home are pretty
00:07:44.080 savvy that's why you're here so you'll know what to do yeah i don't understand it either shiel i think
00:07:48.740 if this was centuries ago i'm in the role of jack selling the cow for magic beans but again the magic
00:07:56.220 beans did pay off and they were magic right so yeah uh that's my hope uh we all have a little bit of
00:08:03.180 cryptocurrency um and it comes with a 20 word password that you cannot lose and it has to be
00:08:11.040 recited in the same order or else your cryptocurrency uh goes into zero after so many tries i find it
00:08:17.840 terrifying i know i know you have to cast a spell to get access to your cryptocurrency and offer a
00:08:24.440 sacrifice i'm like you know what it's just gonna go in the gun safe forever my one day my kids will
00:08:29.400 figure out what to do with it that's my hope that's my hope too you know so uh but without
00:08:34.860 further ado you did mention uh unifor uh the largest uh private sector unit uh union in the country
00:08:42.020 the resistance they're the resistance do you remember that you remember that the only resistance was in
00:08:48.320 their waistbands but that's just me being rude oh my gosh well i'll tell you there's there's no
00:08:53.660 resistance in what they're paying for for their headquarters i drive by it uh and i can see it
00:08:58.180 from the 404 every day it's a nice ivory tower they got going uh with um but anyways uh they're
00:09:05.600 up to their old shenanigans aren't they uh sheila before we talk about it why don't we uh do a little
00:09:10.720 show and tell and see their most recent ad presumably going into another federal election very shortly
00:09:18.060 the next model of conservative is here meet the 2021 o'toole ready to steer canada in the wrong
00:09:26.440 direction engineered by big corporations to leave us behind driven to cut health care and public
00:09:34.140 services just like jason kenny another out of touch politician at a price we can't afford
00:09:40.720 meet the 2021 o'toole new name same old conservative
00:09:46.600 goodness gracious oh i know don't threaten me with a good time you're telling me that harper's
00:09:55.380 hiding in the background i wish but that's not the case i agree that reveal at the end when o'toole's
00:10:00.900 name comes off and the faded harper's there i i'll give you 50 grand for that truck as is right
00:10:07.540 you know and and sheila by the way let's make no mistake here the they could have chosen any vehicle
00:10:13.320 as an old jalopy falling apart on the road but make no mistake that is deliberate that they go to
00:10:19.440 the pickup truck category this is the vehicle of the rural rube the country bumpkin the redneck the
00:10:28.940 hillbilly that's why they chose that that is the first conceit in this ad but beyond optics and visuals
00:10:36.860 sheila i wonder you know when you look at who uniform represents for example uh there's a lot of
00:10:44.460 media representation with uniform um my favorite paper in toronto the toronto sun i can tell you
00:10:51.900 most of the people they lean right uh our friend joe warmington he's not some ndp green voting guy
00:10:59.500 if i'm joe warmington or anyone else with this paper and i'm paying my union dues i am saying
00:11:05.700 how bloody damn dare you run an ad like that trashing one party the party that i'm hoping
00:11:13.080 to support although air no tool is making it hard to do but that's besides the point this outrageous
00:11:19.520 bias on my dime that's the the big problem with this ad just like the we are the resistance ads
00:11:28.100 from uh something like six years ago sheila again i remember the resistance was only in their waistband
00:11:34.160 um what a surly looking bunch those guys were anyway uh i i got a couple of points here
00:11:41.160 so this is they particularly chose a pickup truck and i think it is a hat tip to their union media
00:11:50.520 friends their their media friends in the uh uniform mega union because the conservatives were highly
00:11:58.060 critical of that elitist article a couple uh but a week ago where they said you know they attacked
00:12:04.840 pickup truck owners and they basically wanted pickup trucks banned from the streets and conservatives
00:12:10.640 rightly pointed out that that's an elitist pile of garbage and not everybody lives in downtown toronto
00:12:16.100 and uh furthermore this is not a communist country you don't get to tell me what i get to buy with my
00:12:22.180 own money just get out of my life right um so this i think is like a hey media guys we got your back
00:12:29.020 don't worry but secondarily they're making fun of the working man here which i think is a bold take
00:12:36.540 for a union that claims to be pro working man you know when i was a 16 year old farm kid that truck
00:12:44.400 with the mismatched door reminded me of our farm truck like i remember being a little kid my dad
00:12:51.000 had a red ford courier with a yellow door and i picked a lot of rocks and put them in the box of
00:12:57.260 that little baby pickup truck and so i don't think this quite has the effect on me that i think uniform
00:13:04.840 intended it to have it might speak to downtown toronto elitists but the rest of the country the country
00:13:12.480 that are like the parts of the country that like do things with their back in their hands they look
00:13:17.460 at this and say uh that's pretty smug but also let's talk about the people who are forced against
00:13:27.420 their will into the uniform mega union and say you're building trucks in oshawa or wherever they build
00:13:33.900 trucks these days this is your union attacking pickup trucks how far do they think that's going to go
00:13:41.540 with the like run-of-the-mill union guy who doesn't want to be in a union except for the fact that we
00:13:46.420 don't have right to work legislation in this country oh sheila you nailed it with that and i was going to
00:13:50.900 make that point too in when we look at vehicle categories the one category and it's only one
00:13:58.600 really right now if you look at compact cars luxury vehicles suvs crossovers all the rest is the
00:14:06.400 pickup truck sector is still domestically dominated by far ram gm ford and these are all union jobs
00:14:17.400 making these trucks domestically no matter what toyota or nissan or honda with the bridge line
00:14:25.000 try to do they can't take any kind of noticeable dent out of the market share for pickup trucks
00:14:32.380 in north america made by north americans that are unionized and here they are mocking the pickup
00:14:42.560 are these guys mentally ill this is unbelievable they haven't been able to connect the dots and why
00:14:50.300 why is it for the you know again where's the beef as clara peller used to say in the 80s on the
00:14:59.380 wendy's ads what aaron o'toole or conservative party of canada policy is so egregious to the rank
00:15:09.020 and file of the private sector unions that this makes this political party a target i don't think
00:15:17.700 it has anything to do with the rank and file i think the rank and file i think the union leadership
00:15:23.980 a long time ago and we saw this in the united states in the election of donald trump the union
00:15:29.560 leadership and the union membership they have a parting of the ways politically because
00:15:35.160 whereas you know maybe 20 30 years ago conservatives and republicans they used to paint them as the party
00:15:45.460 of bankers and businessmen but now it's blue collars it's the guys who bring you the energy who work the
00:15:52.720 rigs drive pickup trucks it's farmers it because they are not the party of big business they're the
00:15:59.500 party of small business by and large big business is largely political they're pro censorship they're
00:16:06.640 pro climate change they're all those things it's the small business owner where it's just the one guy
00:16:12.460 who's a contractor in his shop it's the small restaurant owner it's the farmer those people are voting
00:16:19.960 republican they're voting conservative and so this is uniform speaking directly to their leadership
00:16:28.600 and the liberal party and the journalists in their union but who also cover the liberals this is not
00:16:37.100 the union communicating the thoughts of their membership at all this is a complete and total disconnect
00:16:43.240 no you're you're quite right and in a way i liken it to the ndp itself sheila you have uh that is a party
00:16:50.700 that is torn into two divisions right now there are those that want like pipeline jobs those are good
00:16:57.280 union paying jobs to put those pipelines in and the other head of the hydra is the downtown toronto
00:17:05.420 ndp the that is sipping on a latte at starbucks talking about climate change and carbon emissions
00:17:11.740 and all this uh rigmarole and they are at odds with one another listen the federal ndp if you go back
00:17:18.660 half a century under ed broadbent that was about representing the blue collar worker that's what the
00:17:23.340 democrats used to represent south of the border too um as you said and now uh these kind of blue
00:17:30.420 collar workers are realizing these guys are frauds they don't speak to me they're not trying to save my job
00:17:36.680 and in the u.s you're right they are more and more that is an ongoing trend voting republican so um
00:17:43.560 you know they are i'm not sure they understand who they are going to bat for sheila given that so many
00:17:53.500 of their members in uniform would be dead set against an ad like we just saw yeah i i alluded to
00:18:02.700 what was happening in the united states the afl cio they largely that's like their mega union
00:18:07.660 they largely well not largely uniformly endorsed the democrats but their membership a lot of them
00:18:14.700 went to trump because trump campaigned directly to them and there's a lesson in there there's a lesson
00:18:20.400 in there for conservatives you should be in oshawa campaigning with the auto workers speaking
00:18:28.200 directly to them like what trump did in the rust belt what trump did in coal country where they
00:18:35.780 the coal miners union bosses by and large supported the democrats but the coal miners themselves were
00:18:43.640 having prayer circles and prayer vigils for the president um there's a lesson there for conservatives
00:18:50.380 i'm just not sure they're going to learn it ultimately she let comes down to this in any kind of
00:18:56.680 marketing or advertising campaign is this a pr win or a pr fumble i personally think it's a fumble even
00:19:04.620 if you're not voting conservative it's just you know the polls indicate right now that it is likely
00:19:12.760 if an election were called uh the justin trudeau liberals would win another mandate the question is
00:19:18.200 is it majority or minority government so i don't you know it seems odd you would heap on
00:19:26.140 against the conservatives for an election that by all accounts looks like it's going to go liberal
00:19:31.780 anyways yeah i mean i i guess that's probably the point though is it's going to go liberal so what's
00:19:40.360 the embarrassment or what's the loss for uniform i mean they learned absolutely nothing from the
00:19:47.640 blowback they got from their resistance campaign ad um they and the journalists didn't seem to care
00:19:55.540 either like if you were a journalist uh with very few exceptions let me say but if you were a journalist
00:20:02.720 and you were trying to maintain your objectivity um as you were approaching an election campaign and you
00:20:09.920 want that would you want your union running these sorts of ads no but by and large the journalists never
00:20:18.100 said anything about it they've dropped all pretense of being unbiased and and willing to cover the
00:20:25.500 conservatives fairly at all sheila that is such an excellent point if you were a journalist trying
00:20:32.700 to write an objective piece and you reached out to a source it is absolutely fair game for that person
00:20:39.360 to say wait a minute your union is anti-conservative it's anti-conservative party anti-air no tool
00:20:46.400 you've you're at you're actually running ads outrageous ads of a pickup truck falling apart
00:20:52.420 you're saying so how can i trust anything you're going to write how can i trust you're not going to
00:20:58.080 construe my words uh to make me look anti-conservative as well the i feel for those journalists who are
00:21:06.620 not you know trained seals for the justin trudeau liberals trying to do journalism and then their
00:21:12.680 union basically backstabs them with that ad uh yeah but there's very few of them so i don't think
00:21:19.620 uniform is all too worried about joe wormington you know what i mean yeah you know ain't it the truth
00:21:25.800 ain't it the truth you know but well from an outrageous ad why don't we go to an outrageous
00:21:31.520 border policy that is still in existence um we're gonna throw a clip here folks of an individual i
00:21:40.540 interviewed he went over from ontario to new york state ostensibly for an mri that's a very important
00:21:47.340 medical procedure which if you go through the system here you might die while you're waiting in line
00:21:52.500 so uh but you can go over to the privatized health care in buffalo and i think it's around a thousand
00:21:59.120 bucks uh you can get your mri right away he was only gone less than four hours and well things didn't
00:22:06.700 turn out so well for him when he came back to canada got proof of that you have had the covid test you
00:22:14.100 have proof that you tested negative and you're within the time frame what's the problem the problem is
00:22:20.540 the canadian government does not accept their own standards they don't believe the testing is the
00:22:25.740 same as the u.s testing because they said i have to have a u.s test as opposed to why ari uh required
00:22:33.300 a mri and uh crossing the border uh was the quickest way that he could obtain an mri as mris are quite
00:22:42.740 difficult to obtain in ontario not to mention that the covid 19 pandemic has created a significant
00:22:48.880 backlog for uh some of those medical procedures and yet he comes back to canada after seeking
00:22:56.580 medical attention and is hit with a five thousand dollar fine now five thousand dollar fines quite
00:23:02.880 a bit of money not to mention the victim fine surcharge that's usually about 20 percent on top
00:23:09.140 of that so so ari is actually facing a sixty two hundred fifty dollar ticket however it's important
00:23:16.100 to note that uh every citizen in canada does have protected rights as guaranteed by the canadian
00:23:22.180 charter of rights and freedoms so my job here with the legal team of paralegals and lawyers in ontario
00:23:28.660 is to uh successfully defend the interests and rights of people like mr clayman
00:23:35.300 the victim surcharge of one thousand two hundred and fifty dollars who's the victim here yeah he's the victim
00:23:46.520 he should get that money directly in his pocket secondly folks here's my advice if you're going to go
00:23:53.320 over to the border for whatever amount of time first of all go to a sports store get a blue jays jersey
00:23:58.180 and a blue jays cap and a baseball glove and when you come over just say uh you're with the farm team
00:24:03.320 of the toronto blue jays which on friday was granted a national interest exemption you see the
00:24:11.040 multi-million dollar blue jay players uh they can come and go over the border every other team is an
00:24:16.800 american-based team after all they don't have to go to the covid 19 motel hells and quarantine because i
00:24:23.600 guess they're millionaires and their owner is a multi-billion dollar conglomerate robbers i mean rogers
00:24:28.960 uh communications so that's what i would do i just say you know i'm with uh double a ball uh just
00:24:36.060 coming over to try to make the big team and uh if they buy it they go be our guesser uh on on your
00:24:43.240 way and i mean sheila how outrageous is that a sports team gets a national interest exemption i mean it
00:24:51.940 almost sounds like it's the military coming over and the national interest is defending canada
00:24:57.860 not playing nine innings a ball down at the sky though there's so many layers of things that i
00:25:04.120 hate in all of this for example if this guy actually did work for the blue jays who have a national
00:25:10.440 interest exemption he wouldn't have to leave the country to get an mri he would just get bumped to
00:25:16.240 the front of the line because while people say there's only one tier of health care in canada
00:25:21.080 not if you're a professional athlete you can get to the front of the line while guys like this have to
00:25:25.700 leave the country to get medical care and then get dinged for it penalized for it paywalled for it on
00:25:32.040 the way back it's outrageous um but that's also a problem the fact that this guy has to leave his
00:25:39.900 country because he doesn't want to suffer in a line is a real problem here but no nobody cares about that
00:25:47.780 at the border he just doesn't want to end up he obviously he's got something that he needed an mri for
00:25:53.140 it's none of my business um but he doesn't want to get shoved into now one of justin trudeau's
00:25:59.220 molesty covid jails and for that you know big fine and he's got to pay a victim surcharge to who
00:26:06.040 who's the victim here yeah besides besides him i don't is it uh justin trudeau are his feelings hurt
00:26:14.140 because he didn't want to go to one of his rapey jails it sheila it makes no sense and let's
00:26:20.640 be clear about something when he made that less than four hour trip into new york state he was in
00:26:27.360 the 72 hour bubble of his negative covid test that he had done in canada why does he have to go back
00:26:34.340 to new york state from the bridge like the border agent wanted to get yet another test when he's
00:26:40.400 already in that 72 that makes no sense in terms of a risk assessment sheila i mean i think are he being
00:26:49.420 the modern day version of typhoid mary the the chance of that well the number rhymes with hero
00:26:55.420 if you catch my drift and i think it also it speaks volumes that when you are coming across the border
00:27:03.420 are going into an airport it really depends so much doesn't it sheila on who the human being is
00:27:10.880 you get in that uniform if i had that job and i saw the evidence he's tested negative he was gone for
00:27:17.520 less than four hours he's in the 72 hour bubble i go right mate you're off you know have a nice day
00:27:22.980 but no there there's the covid karens out there and there's been no other time in history than this
00:27:29.840 pandemic that has made them rise to the occasion of uh making people's lives miserable
00:27:36.300 yeah we see this all the time with fight the fines cases with these quarantine jail uh tickets um i had
00:27:45.180 a fight the fines case where um the husband came home first from brazil he gets one ticket
00:27:55.200 and it's way less then the wife and daughter come home and she's like i am not going to one of those
00:28:00.900 jails and i am definitely not taking my little tiny daughter to it she gets a ticket a completely
00:28:06.880 different amounts than her husband who did the exact same thing gets and her friend who she was
00:28:12.500 on the plane with just breezes right through no tickets no nothing goes straight home so they're
00:28:16.780 just making it up as they go at the border because everything's changing so fast we can't expect
00:28:23.040 the canadian public to know the the rules and follow them even if they wanted to yeah which i don't
00:28:30.120 but even if they wanted to they couldn't because the people writing the tickets don't even know
00:28:35.780 the rules and she'll also let's be clear about something some of these covid 19 so-called quarantine
00:28:45.020 hotels yes there are some that are completely fenced off like that ratty radisson on dixon road near
00:28:52.460 the toronto airport but there are others that are hybrids half the hotel is for quarantine and half is for
00:28:59.620 any tom dick and harry uh passing through by definition that's not a quarantine facility
00:29:05.620 anymore this is all about optics this is about the justin chudeau liberals saying to canadians
00:29:11.180 look how seriously we take the wuhan virus we are setting up these quarantine hotels half of which
00:29:18.240 aren't really true quarantine hotels but let's not the the the uh the details get in the way of a good
00:29:24.460 story shall we we saw this firsthand with kian bexty when he was taken into the sausage maker of the
00:29:31.740 covid jail system when he came back from florida i jumped in my jeep and i drove down to interview him
00:29:38.060 he's on the third floor of a hotel in calgary paying a different rate an inflated rate and he can't order
00:29:46.820 from the restaurant that's attached to the hotel like everybody else could floors one two and four
00:29:54.640 not quarantine floors those people can come and go as they please they're paying a different rate
00:29:59.880 for the same room as kian a lower rate and they can order from the the attached restaurant it's outrageous
00:30:08.720 but as you say it's all about um giving perception that the liberals were actually doing something
00:30:15.600 because they refused to close the border when they should have closed the border um they never did
00:30:20.440 that now they have to punish canadians who are just trying to exercise their charter six or their
00:30:26.060 section six charter rights to come and go as they please oh and sheila i i think the most outrageous
00:30:31.780 story we did on this is when catherine and i went out to a hotel again near the toronto airport
00:30:37.160 where a lady sarah um alleged that she was sexually assaulted by get this folks
00:30:43.920 somebody off the street pretending he worked at the hotel so yeah and by the way there's an update to
00:30:52.800 that sheila uh police have identified the man and they have laid charges so down the road we'll uh
00:30:58.980 we'll get to the bottom of this but imagine that um here's some random joe standing near the elevator
00:31:06.460 pretending he works at a hotel waiting for young ladies to come into the hotel so he can you know try to
00:31:13.840 do some monkey business meanwhile when catherine and i show up to do a film report well naturally
00:31:18.320 they threaten to phone the police because we're trespassing yeah if you're if you're a total weirdo
00:31:24.460 this is the perfect situation for you because your victims are captive they're captive uh the state
00:31:32.720 is holding them hostage and if you are a cagey weirdo and weirdos tend to be you can get in there and
00:31:38.140 do whatever you want to those people because they can't leave because if they leave they're going
00:31:42.900 to get a fine they can't afford 100 which is why which is why i'm so proud of fight the fines.com
00:31:48.660 um because you know an 800 ticket a 1200 ticket a 5 000 ticket for people who are already devastated by
00:31:56.180 the lockdown that can destroy their lives it can tear their family apart and i'm so glad that we're able
00:32:02.280 to lift that burden and we can say to women you don't have to go to these places where you don't
00:32:07.760 feel safe go home and we've got it from there and you know she'll again on the alleged sexual assault
00:32:14.360 case that we covered if you were the front desk clerk and you saw unless this guy was a friend of
00:32:21.520 somebody in the hotel and that might be the case there's we don't know yet but if he was a stranger
00:32:26.360 just standing at the elevator like norman the doorman pretending he worked there wouldn't you
00:32:32.940 after oh 20 minutes 30 minutes an hour and a half wouldn't you go um excuse me sir can i help you
00:32:38.720 are you a guest here i mean why would you how would you not uh investigate this to make sure that
00:32:46.140 everything's on the level maybe you're too busy making sure the inmates don't leave their rooms
00:32:51.200 you know like these hotel workers have been given this whole extra role of jail guard
00:32:58.680 that they don't know how to do yeah and so of course naturally these things happen
00:33:03.260 incredible i think you're right sheila i believe we have some chats that we must get to
00:33:07.880 yes um and before i get emails about sheila you were playing with your phone and you weren't paying
00:33:13.720 attention to david or the live stream
00:33:15.560 my phone signed me out of whatsapp so i was completely out of communication with justin there
00:33:22.720 and so i had to fix that and sign myself back in and then get it on my can't or on my computer so
00:33:27.460 it could be on my monitor so that i could read it so there don't send me any email saying sheila's not
00:33:32.180 paying attention to david i cannot pay any more attention to david um and folks i i echo that i i mean
00:33:40.040 when sheila is looking at her phone uh and it seems that she's ignoring me she is doing exactly what
00:33:45.520 lady menzoid and i do when we're walking she's on her phone i think she's playing pokemon go
00:33:50.420 like it's 2016 still so we still play it don't make fun of her i play it and she plays it
00:33:57.200 so being ignored by the opposite sex so that just comes naturally to me folks
00:34:02.120 by the way i'm not a pokemon fighter i'm a pokemon collector i'm running a pokemon zoo
00:34:09.880 i don't know what to do with them when i catch them but boy i like catching them but i just i'm
00:34:14.940 like what am i supposed to do with them abuse them by making them do like a pokemon version of
00:34:20.060 bum fights i don't want to be a part of that well sheila that no doubt is the hunter in you
00:34:25.100 i want to eat those pokemon yes yes okay anyways we got to get to some of these uh chats and i know
00:34:34.200 that annalisa you tipped us i think it was 20 dollars wow but that was also when my phone
00:34:39.120 signed me out so let me thank you for your generosity thank you um she also says good
00:34:43.720 morning sweet benzies and beautiful sheila oh annalisa that is so kind of you i hope you had a
00:34:50.080 nice long week what are they called in alberta in toronto it's uh simcoe day i know there's a move
00:34:54.680 afoot to cancel that but for now it's still simcoe day is it what is it called in your neck of the
00:34:59.820 woods uh sheila it's heritage day long weekend oh heritage day okay yeah um and that might get
00:35:06.580 canceled too i don't know it's all about multiculturalism so i don't know i think it's
00:35:13.500 safe for now um when is the menzies body pillow coming out he's but is that a chat yeah that was
00:35:22.500 her question that was her question body pillow gee i don't even know what that is what is a body
00:35:29.480 pillow i only use a pillow for my head yeah gee that's kind of scary i know it is let's keep going
00:35:39.660 we've got a rumble chat from noble canadian this is a question david can answer because i think he's
00:35:45.960 done this can david or sheila explain declining your vote and if it has any effect yes i i have
00:35:53.380 done that i think twice uh which just shows you the lack of choice uh we have in in elections
00:36:00.280 basically you you ask the uh i guess the scrutineer is the proper term you just say excuse me i would
00:36:07.160 like to decline my vote and then they normally they uh this is new ground for them especially if they're a
00:36:13.300 new volunteer so they go and get whoever's in charge now what once upon a time she'll on one of
00:36:18.320 my declines the guy said can you just spoil your ballot and i go no i don't want to spoil my ballot
00:36:24.900 i spoiling a ballot means i'm too stupid to put an x in one circle right declining a ballot is me
00:36:34.400 sending a message to all of the candidates and all the parties none of you are worth my vote and they
00:36:42.020 bring a piece of paper and i sign it and and they're just trying to get out of that work and
00:36:46.940 what i've always said sheila is that even in this upcoming election if you feel there's nobody to vote
00:36:52.180 for don't spoil your ballot because they just assume you're too stupid to fill out a ballot
00:36:56.640 and don't stay at home but imagine this sheila could you imagine say in the province of ontario
00:37:02.440 two three million people came out on election day and declined their ballot can you imagine the message
00:37:10.980 that would send the lot of you you're rubbish that would be great so staying at home that is just
00:37:18.660 laziness go there ask for the form fill it out decline your ballot and uh that's a way to make
00:37:25.900 a political statement a hundred percent yeah i mean that just reminds me of what justin trudeau just did
00:37:33.580 to the alberta senate election so um boy what a way to make sure that albertans don't have a choice
00:37:43.560 um and that our votes our votes don't don't count we i have a story coming out about it but
00:37:48.420 justin trudeau has appointed an alberta senator now the reason this is controversial is might not be known
00:37:57.320 to the rest of the country but for decades we have elected our senators here in alberta because
00:38:03.800 why would we let some detached laurentian idiot tell us who's going to represent us in the senate
00:38:10.280 um so we run senate elections when we do our municipal elections and then we elect those people
00:38:18.840 and they're called senators in waiting and we elect two of them so if you don't like the first one
00:38:23.160 pick the second one whatever who cares and it's common convention that this is what we do
00:38:30.200 and the prime minister will appoint them so that it's our way of electing our people within the current
00:38:37.140 constitutional framework to do this justin trudeau said no uh even though we have said you know the
00:38:45.120 rate is dropped for our senate elections last week justin trudeau appointed a senate a senator a
00:38:51.220 longtime liberal um the former mayor i think of canmore um and uh so basically just disenfranchised
00:38:59.620 all of us said i don't care who you guys choose in october uh i'm not even going to give you the
00:39:05.820 ability to choose anymore you know it it's just spiteful it's vindictiveness uh even if this polls
00:39:13.940 tragically for the prime minister in the province of alberta what does he care he's written off the west
00:39:19.720 he doesn't care you know so um you know and and i mean the the very audacity sheila that i'm going
00:39:28.060 to ignore the will of the people i'm going to ignore an elected person i mean elected gee that sounds
00:39:35.120 like democracy can't have that not with this government also besides the fact that justin trudeau
00:39:42.260 did something completely sleazy to the entire alberta electorate this lady who accepted this job
00:39:50.760 there's already one elected senator sitting there his name is mike shake uh he was passed over in favor
00:39:57.620 of paula simons another trudeau independent senator which is just a pile of garbage mike shake chosen by
00:40:04.840 the people trudeau could have chosen him he could have set aside this senate appointment until we had a
00:40:11.420 chance to choose another person he didn't do that what is wrong with this lady who took this man's job
00:40:19.360 or has now played a role in disenfranchising the alberta electorate said you know what i don't care
00:40:25.080 who you choose it's gonna be me i deserve this lifetime appointment if she thinks we wanted her to be a
00:40:32.940 senator she should throw her name on the ballot but she didn't do that because even she knows you can't
00:40:38.440 get elected as a liberal in alberta unbelievable job job thief what an awful person sheila when are you
00:40:45.840 going to run for senate no no never bring it up again david okay i feel like linus going to the
00:40:54.700 pumpkin patch waiting for the great yeah no uh we've got a hyper chat from juice moose the only thing
00:41:02.440 uniform resists is teachers going back to the classroom next year isn't that the truth oh but
00:41:07.600 we don't have to worry about that because doug ford will get into a school bus himself even though
00:41:12.000 he's not licensed presumably to drive a school bus and he'll bring the kids to school isn't that what
00:41:16.740 he said just a couple of weeks ago i picture him like chris farley and billy madison that like angry
00:41:22.140 school bus driver um anyways uh we have ongoing union protests let's not kid ourselves here in
00:41:31.160 alberta um a very low turnout though because what they want is more restrictions um because alberta
00:41:38.500 has said like look we're not gonna force anybody to quarantine anymore in a couple of weeks i think
00:41:43.960 10 days maybe um and we're not testing people who aren't sick anymore we don't need to
00:41:49.300 scaremonger people with these inflated case counts that don't actually equal illness or
00:41:54.980 hospitalizations and so we've decided that no it's it's moved from pandemic stage to endemic stage
00:42:01.420 and so the health care unions and the teachers are losing their minds i call them childless
00:42:07.240 comorbidities because that's the people who are down there protesting they don't want um they want to
00:42:13.380 make sure that there's inflated case counts so that you know kids can't go back to school normally or
00:42:17.520 they can't play their sports or they can't go on with their lives it's a bunch of adults who who
00:42:22.340 don't care about what prolonging this pandemic does to the little ones amongst us who don't get a say
00:42:30.520 in any of this and um it is by and large you can see all the signage it's not grassroots it's a big
00:42:36.760 fat union protest and trust me these people were very well taken care of during the pandemic now is
00:42:44.040 their time to just shut up and let the rest of us go back to work so that they can get their over
00:42:49.120 inflated paychecks but they just won't do it and the most ironic part is that they are uh they say
00:42:56.520 they're not wanting more restrictions but what do you think it means when you're rounding up inflated
00:43:00.900 case counts what do you think that's going to do but there there's a bunch of them like all of them
00:43:07.260 well as many as you can muster in a place like edmonton or calgary they're down there protesting
00:43:13.820 you know like a hundred of them they're all crowded together chanting holding signs because they think
00:43:19.840 we need more restrictions and it's like so you are engaging in a large-scale public gathering because
00:43:24.720 you're against large-scale public gatherings i'm old enough to remember when that was a super
00:43:29.400 spreader event but whatever i guess it does really break along political lines you know it's amazing
00:43:34.640 there was a period where not a day would go by i'd be driving around and i'd hear these radio ads from
00:43:41.520 several different um public uh sector education school board unions um and it was almost like
00:43:51.980 you remember the opening for the six million dollar man back in the 70s steve austin a man barely alive
00:43:59.580 and it was like doug ford a man who wants to kill your children by sending them back to school
00:44:06.280 couldn't say that word for word folks but that was what they were implying and you know it was
00:44:12.800 incredible just 10 minutes before this pandemic broke because i was interviewing them these teachers
00:44:17.480 on the picket lines it's amazing how they hated the idea of e-learning because you you know because
00:44:24.860 they want small class sizes they don't want remote learning and now suddenly it looks like uh if i
00:44:31.440 can just stay at home or stay at the cottage and teach uh till the end of time uh this e-learning is
00:44:36.980 uh looking mighty fine to me i mean pick a lane for goodness sakes they don't care about anything these
00:44:44.240 are the follow the science people and yet they don't understand the science of how some kids learn
00:44:48.480 one way and other kids learn another way they want this cookie cutter education system which means
00:44:54.720 whatever is easiest for the teacher as opposed to whatever is most effective for the child and you
00:44:59.960 can see this play out during the pandemic that you see this every time they go on strike right it's just
00:45:04.720 all about whatever makes it easier uh for the teachers involved and um anyway those union protests in
00:45:12.220 edmonton and calgary um they took place over the weekend they say they're going to do it for 16 days
00:45:17.500 straight and at the end of 16 days when they aren't a super spreader event they won't even clue in
00:45:22.800 because you know like no self-awareness whatever um i don't know what happens after 16 days i think
00:45:29.660 after 16 days the restrictions come off of quarantine like there's no more quarantine restrictions
00:45:35.300 and so i don't know i guess they're gathering in public places together to i don't know try to spread
00:45:42.100 covid i don't know what they're trying to prove here but anyways hopefully maybe after day 16
00:45:47.400 like the toronto blue jays they apply for a national interest exemption for their protest
00:45:52.220 they're led by a tv doctor too who's like a al gore climate change guy and it's just like yeah you
00:46:00.420 know of course of course it's again a little too on the nose um let's let's get through some of these
00:46:07.720 uh because ah we only have 14 minutes left of the show um we've got a hyper chat from juice moose
00:46:13.080 has anyone checked to see if univore has registered as a third poor as a third party or does the
00:46:18.580 government only require that of people who aren't on the take i don't know i think they did actually
00:46:23.040 have to register as a third party last time didn't they i'm not sure about that sheila but it sounds
00:46:28.740 i mean but it's a running crap like that ad they should yeah yeah they should uh we've got a super you
00:46:36.020 shout from devil's advocate what happened to showing reasons to vote for someone other than against the
00:46:41.340 other guy look i'm not against attack ads but i don't think they're attacking the conservatives
00:46:45.640 here and i don't think unifor realizes that i think they're just attacking the working man the
00:46:49.800 working class um people just struggling to get by with crappy pickups um i've been there so i don't i
00:46:57.320 think while unifor thinks oh we're attacking erin o'toole uh that's not exactly who they're attacking
00:47:02.820 there and sheila they represent thousands of people what makes them think that there are no members
00:47:09.260 of unifor that vote conservative i mean how could you be so presumptuous as that oh they don't care
00:47:15.820 because they don't care how their members vote because they get their members money no matter what
00:47:19.780 anyway that's true we've got a hyper chat from rebecca henderson says i don't know if you heard
00:47:25.400 elliot's new framework for ontario moving past stage three but the metric is number four the but metric
00:47:32.160 number four is completely subjective and isn't defined metric number four is scary and will give you
00:47:38.020 government unending emergency power because all four metrics have to be met linked to her
00:47:43.960 announcement okay well we'll make sure we send that to david so he can investigate that but also
00:47:48.540 tamara too because she's um she's uh she's kind of nerdy about that sort of stuff and she really
00:47:55.700 likes that kind of stuff so that's good oh super you tip from mike mayor at freedom honey and he
00:48:02.020 tipped us five dollars but that is not the only tip i got from mike this weekend mike is mike from
00:48:07.800 people versus predators and i caught up with them over the weekend at one of their petition signing
00:48:12.020 events they've got a federal petition now that they have to collect all the signatures in person either
00:48:17.100 them personally or people can do it for them and i've got a story coming out about how you can help
00:48:22.560 them do that if you think that there needs to be changes to bail conditions for uh recidivist sex
00:48:29.080 offenders because right now there is no escalating monitoring uh there's no mandatory requirement for
00:48:35.680 them to be away from school so if or playground so if a judge forgets to put that in conditions of
00:48:41.340 release it's just not there and so um mike and sherry uh his wife are out over the weekend all along weekend
00:48:48.220 just rounding up signatures um protecting other people's kids and mike also says thanks rebels for
00:48:54.560 everything you do to make the world a better place well give me a break mike um because that's
00:48:59.000 from mike sherry and pedro and two of those people there are um canadian forces veterans who've already
00:49:05.660 done their time to make the world a better place and now they're helping kids so anyways let me just
00:49:11.260 scooch over and i'm coming back because mike gave me this over the weekend and i don't know if you're
00:49:17.160 gonna be able to see it with the glare from my lights but it is rowdy roddy piper all out of bubblegum
00:49:23.680 bubblegum soda oh and i'm never drinking it it's gonna sit in the studio here right beside my rebby award
00:49:32.120 um from ezra um that's i'm just so grateful that means a lot to me and um i love wrestling and i love
00:49:41.200 i love the hot rod oh listen uh sheila um when i first started going to live professional wrestling
00:49:48.100 back in the late 70s i was in high school there was the super bowl match when it would come into
00:49:54.360 maple leaf gardens was rowdy roddy piper and rick flair because i really think they did actually hate each
00:50:00.860 other i think they might have i would love a bottle of that uh so where do you get it i don't know i'll
00:50:10.220 have to message mike later but with regard to hot rod and rick flair i think rick flair had some very
00:50:16.560 nice things to say about a hot rod after hot rod's passing however maybe you just don't speak ill of
00:50:23.240 the dead so i'm not quite sure the relationship i'll dig down i've got a real expert on rick flair
00:50:27.840 yeah on speed dial so we'll talk to him later which is something i never understood about never speaking
00:50:33.680 ill of the dead uh i i mean i'll never forget when renny levecke of uh the pq party when he passed away
00:50:39.900 um how in some of the obituaries he was being described sheila as a force for unity in canada
00:50:47.720 he wanted to separate he wanted to go back to be his own nation how do you make that that leap but
00:50:54.680 anyways well it sounds like a justin trudeau eulogy for castro
00:51:00.240 uh we've got a hyper chat from juice moose took almost a year to get an mri on my knee
00:51:07.920 yeah a year uh yeah uh we've got a hyper chat from rebecca rebecca henderson true north reported
00:51:16.000 use of fentanyl cannabis and methamphetamines in canada skyrocketed during the pandemic what
00:51:21.980 happened to save lives protect the vulnerable and harm reduction most deadly advice for people
00:51:27.440 struggling with substance abuse is to stay home and stay safe isolation is deadly that's so true
00:51:33.480 and what i was talking to mike and sherry over the weekend uh they were also telling me that
00:51:39.100 um child abuse and sex trafficking and sex abuse has also skyrocketed during the pandemic because
00:51:46.540 a lot of the ways that these predators get access to your children is on the internet and that's what
00:51:52.720 all the kids are doing because they're supposed to stay home and stay safe and they don't have those
00:51:57.080 out they don't have those outside contacts where they would be able to report this sort of stuff
00:52:02.120 anymore just despicable and and by the way sheila i believe that when you have all that idle time
00:52:09.760 uh i think bad things are going to happen whether it's getting victimized by a predator or
00:52:15.400 you know falling into a cycle of drug and alcohol abuse i totally believe that uh and these are
00:52:22.820 basically the covid fatalities that won't go in the book as covid deaths but it's because of the covid
00:52:29.500 lockdown these people are dead yeah and you know throw into that people who are struggling to hang on
00:52:36.180 to their sobriety but are also their sobriety is compromised because one of the reasons they aren't
00:52:42.720 sober all the time is because of depression and depressive tendencies and then you throw isolation
00:52:48.300 on top of that and then you throw job loss on top of that and it's just a recipe for disaster
00:52:52.460 yeah how sad uh we've got a rumble chat from chronic bud 99 like the rebel shirt says freedom
00:52:59.960 isn't free you know what justin this is a great time to pull up the rebel news store yes uh yeah
00:53:05.360 because i'm wearing my rebel news keep fighting for freedom shirt today uh justin i won't be able
00:53:10.280 to see it though when you do pull it up so david you'll have to walk us through this well yes we
00:53:14.440 have the gorgeous white cap with simply the word rebel on it there's freedom isn't free i think
00:53:19.520 that's one of our top sellers right now it is yeah and that's the one that the that that's the one
00:53:24.340 that the chatter refers to yeah that's one of our top sellers i like it because look it's great for
00:53:29.140 remembrance day it's great for canada day but it's great all the time red fridays um to honor those who
00:53:34.900 who really have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom or you know in the instance of mike and
00:53:40.620 his buddy pedro um went to um you know in the interest of freedom to a far-flung land to help
00:53:47.840 people he's never met and will never meet again yeah indeed and then of course 1984 was not an
00:53:54.460 instruction manual um you know poor george orwell he was only off by 37 years but the sentiments of
00:54:02.680 that book and by the way folks even if you have read that book reread it i did this year and i was
00:54:08.100 amazed at how much i had forgotten and how much of it is actually coming true before our eyes and uh
00:54:15.080 well there you go mr producer he uh switched from the online store even before we got to the menzoid
00:54:20.880 t-shirt which if i see you wearing it the first one that is you get a crisp brown 100 bill tragically i
00:54:28.500 haven't given that bill out to anyone yet but the offer is still on the table excludes family friends
00:54:35.740 and co-workers of course darn it um and that's at rebelnewsstore.com and i know by now you've all
00:54:44.700 used the coupon code sheila10 so if you want to get 10 off in the rebel news store and you haven't
00:54:51.140 already used the coupon code might i suggest menzies10 yes please i'll take it yeah let's keep
00:54:59.360 going we got a rumble chat from sherry uh 21 or share 21 sorry says i still see people masked alone
00:55:07.200 in cars here in calgary i saw the same thing yesterday in edmonton and i was like this is why
00:55:12.280 i don't come to the city these people are just living in fear you know sheila i have no skin in the
00:55:18.400 the game when it comes to that i went i was done downtown toronto and on the way in on saturday i
00:55:23.040 noticed ones and twos of people by themselves in cars with the windows rolled up and a mascot
00:55:28.000 and for some reason it makes me angry i mean like and i'm i'm ashamed of myself because listen if you
00:55:35.200 want to wear that face diaper in your own vehicle and there's absolutely no signs behind it so be it but
00:55:41.840 how could you be so indoctrinated how can you be so sheep-like in believing the narrative that these
00:55:50.140 wuhan cooties are floating around and i best wear a mask i mean i wouldn't be surprised these people
00:55:55.920 wear a mask to bed sheila i am i do get mad and i know i shouldn't because i shouldn't be sad for them
00:56:03.580 i really should i should be full of pity for them but i just i just want to grab them and shake them
00:56:10.360 and say you don't have to live like this anymore you don't have to be like this you the world is a
00:56:16.640 wonderful beautiful place get out there and live your life and smile and show people your teeth i just
00:56:22.540 it's so frustrating because i i think it's because i feel bad for them i just i i feel like what a waste
00:56:32.320 and i just feel like they're wasting their lives by living in fear and i know it's none of my business so
00:56:36.720 it shouldn't affect me that way but i just feel like you know you're you're wasting your god-given
00:56:41.920 human potential by just being scared all the time couldn't have said it better myself she devil
00:56:47.740 thank you uh we got a uh hyper chat from history club world down in medicine how we have a private
00:56:55.240 radiology place i know you you can do x-rays ultrasound i think it's possible to get mris done
00:57:00.920 there as well follow history club world on instagram i know there's lots of private um
00:57:05.140 ultrasound clinics because um you can get like the fancy 3d ultrasounds you can pay for those so
00:57:13.460 that you can see your baby's face before they're born and whatnot yeah there are some privatized
00:57:18.860 clinics in canada that were grandfathered after you know the health care system came in i know in the
00:57:24.680 thornhill area the shoulder dice clinic it does hernia operations fancy that um the late jack layton
00:57:30.800 when he was leader of the ndp he went to the shoulder dice clinic uh and uh said later oh what
00:57:37.240 a whopper for even for you jack oh i didn't know it was a private clinic you know uh jack here's the
00:57:43.380 first clue it wasn't a a public clinic the copy of national geographic on in the waiting room was the
00:57:51.080 current edition not one from a decade ago yeah you knew that was a private clinic nice try though
00:57:57.000 when they handed you a bill you know like that would have been your first clue but uh as andrew
00:58:04.920 wilkow says socialism is for the people and never for the socialists correct um we've got a rumble from
00:58:13.800 rd rdal uh new york city orders restaurants and gyms to demand proof of vaccination from all customers
00:58:24.980 yeah um i i guess proven i get at this point i i would say it was proven that report concluded
00:58:32.080 that uh cuomo sexually harassed all those women um and and now uh he wants even more uh
00:58:40.540 information from vulnerable people he wants uh restaurants to enforce uh vaccination passports
00:58:49.060 basically yeah this is a mayor de blasio uh initiative uh sheila and as i understand it
00:58:54.460 66 percent of the new york city adult population is vaccinated but yeah this is uh what was once
00:59:03.580 scoffed at a year ago if you recall the whole idea of a vaccine passport here's some more proof
00:59:09.560 in the pudding or the cherry cheesecake if uh you're in ontario yeah you know it's uh it's funny
00:59:16.340 because it used to take a long time for my conspiracy theories to be proven true but there it's happening
00:59:22.460 a lot faster than it used to be like oh hollywood is some disgusting sodom and gomorrah where you know
00:59:29.280 there are pedophile rings and people are being sex trafficked oh sheila you're crazy five years later
00:59:34.580 i'm like ah sheila was not crazy but now like eight months ago if you said yeah they're gonna bring
00:59:41.580 in vaccine passports you were crazy so instead of like five years they've shaved half a decade
00:59:48.700 of my conspiracy theory manifestations you know what sheila i would love it for the rest of the year
00:59:54.420 if you talk in the third person sheila was not crazy sheila thinks it's time to go sheila hungry
00:59:59.960 you know kind of like you're the our own she-hulk talking here yeah what's that what was that on uh
01:00:06.940 seinfeld oh yeah that's right jimmy likes elaine
01:00:14.220 anyway uh hyper chat uh from a history club world is any way alberta can get the mayor out of the
01:00:25.000 senate nope it's too late we don't really have a say it's just accepted convention that we elect him
01:00:30.880 and then the prime minister appoints them but they really don't have to follow our rules because there's
01:00:36.800 no um changes to the constitution so um it's just it was just a decent respectful thing that prior
01:00:45.820 prime ministers have done um but justin trudeau is neither decent nor respectful of alberta and
01:00:52.560 jean cretchen also did this when he appointed tommy banks um i think it was in 1990 years i forget it was a
01:00:59.620 long time ago but anyways we had two reform senators in waiting and cretchen passed them over and appointed
01:01:05.600 his guy i forgot about that actually huh yeah yeah it's a it's a liberal thing that they do they
01:01:12.080 just love to do it to us and then they say why why are they so disgruntled in alberta why do they want
01:01:17.720 to leave i don't know if i had my like again conspiracy theories if you were a western separatist
01:01:26.460 plant in the prime minister's office would you do anything differently than justin trudeau
01:01:30.540 huh great point no um yeah exactly the answer's no exactly uh we've got a super u from bird dog
01:01:42.600 every ballot should have a none of the above yeah um okay uh his secondly is there any way alberta can
01:01:51.240 bust these unions history club world assets um i don't know uh i guess the best way to bust a union
01:01:58.340 as we saw in wisconsin i think it was was to give people a choice to to join a union and give these
01:02:06.800 unions money to fund political activities because once you give people a choice they that's the reason
01:02:13.460 why unions are so opposed to right to work legislation because they know if you give people a choice they
01:02:20.220 are not going to join and so i guess that's the best way is to just you don't have to bust a union
01:02:25.880 just give the choice to the worker and the unions will bust themselves by being awful uh we've got
01:02:33.620 a rumble from on the bit my friend just got an email to have her son vaccinated before school starts
01:02:40.820 oh uh this is a bit of a trend right now isn't it sheila we're getting lots of tips about that
01:02:48.660 yeah i i it's not really being uh something that i've seen in alberta because we are not
01:02:55.380 vaccinating kids under the age of 12 um but you know it again from these like pro-union protests
01:03:03.440 that were happening over the weekend and that are allegedly ongoing um it's uh they really want
01:03:09.680 kids to be vaccinated they want other people's kids to be vaccinated even though no child under the
01:03:15.080 age of 20 has died in alberta not one not one i think in ontario it's three but all three had
01:03:24.080 underlying conditions for example one uh tragically had leukemia but you're saying in alberta it's
01:03:30.420 actually zero yeah i think there might have been one but a serious comorbidity so um like likewise in
01:03:38.660 ontario it's just kids just aren't a risk but these again i call them childless comorbidities because
01:03:44.000 if you've seen pictures you're like okay well i get why they're a little bit scared about covid
01:03:47.500 um they've got some lifestyle choices they need to change um but they want other people's kids to
01:03:53.880 be vaccinated which i think is insane um we've got a hyper chat of ten dollars from fraser and based on
01:04:01.260 the use of capitalization i'm going to say this is fraser mcburney uh fight the fines recidivist uh the
01:04:07.300 pcr tests that can't tell the difference between a cough a sniffle a cold or the regular flu or the
01:04:13.180 covid19 flu the cdc has banned the use of the pcr test do you know what that means well that means
01:04:18.860 all the figures they use for the china flu are wrong and useless deal with it yeah that's the thing like
01:04:24.940 they it can't differentiate between covid19 and the flu which explains why there were no flu cases
01:04:31.740 last year in alberta whatsoever um but it also means that all the numbers they use to lock us
01:04:38.560 down are artificially inflated yep uh we've got a hyper chat from juice moose that one year for the
01:04:47.500 mri was after almost a five-year struggle to get a surgeon who would do the replacement yeah i i'm
01:04:52.120 hearing a lot of god that's crazy six years in total yeah i have a friend who uh had to have
01:05:01.300 new replacement and she has a similar story um and lastly it makes uh from wendy walk
01:05:07.880 it makes me angry because the sheep are driving this madness the powers that be would not be able
01:05:12.800 to do this to us without them yeah that's true um you know we have uh we got to talk about australia's
01:05:22.700 forever lockdown even though we're five minutes past the hour why because it's in the title of the
01:05:27.060 youtube video and we'll get emails and by we i mean me that's right
01:05:31.720 do you want to introduce sorry this of course is the australian cop i understand uh sheila who is
01:05:41.400 frustrated by the rules why don't we just jump right to the clip right now i saw you on tv last night
01:05:47.400 me last night on youtube oh getting served that paper what was that paper you're a fan what was
01:05:53.980 that paper i didn't know you lived in dandenong no i don't live in dandenong i don't know you should
01:06:01.060 know that not me no you can't for me i'm a broad man oh you brought him so i know i didn't come and
01:06:07.160 see you you definitely didn't come to serve but you probably served someone who looks like me
01:06:10.980 yeah sure tell me why i'm not allowed to play golf in victoria i'm with you i agree i think
01:06:19.740 you said why i'm allowed to play golf you seem upset about why can't we i'm okay
01:06:24.440 come on you're an asshole no get on it do you like golf or you're a golfer i'm a golfer mate
01:06:29.040 and you're upset that's where i'd be today what's the name you'll be playing golf if you're allowed
01:06:33.040 to help play golf if i was that's right i've always been looking and i wasn't there
01:06:36.980 you know sheila how cool is that they're all speaking english and we have to subtitle it so we
01:07:04.740 can understand it on this side of the pod but that's my kind of cop a and b how wonderful to
01:07:12.200 see avi amini uh surrounded by cops and not being gang tackled and thrown in the back of a paddy wagon
01:07:19.720 right yeah i you know it's it's interesting to see these cops in a like a moment of honesty they're
01:07:26.220 treating avi with respect they're laughing they're joking it's a it's a good interaction for once
01:07:31.860 and i think for and maybe avi's got a different viewpoint but like as a canadian on the outside
01:07:38.120 looking in i think at this point with this lockdown and with the rest of the world and a
01:07:45.120 lot of places in the commonwealth moving towards freedom i think even the cops say no this is this
01:07:53.260 is too much what's happening here is it's too far yeah and you know there are cops all over that do
01:08:01.840 feel that way uh i got an interview with one in like 15 minutes yeah there are okay well it's okay
01:08:08.760 we don't have to wrap up but i'm just i i'm agreeing with you there are really good cops out there who are
01:08:13.460 just saying eh this is i'm not doing this anymore i got other things to do 100 i met the wife of a cop
01:08:19.660 and she said at her uh the division where her husband works sheila i think i might have told
01:08:25.280 this story 50 of the cops say we did not sign up for this this is garbage tackling people by themselves
01:08:34.660 holding a canadian flag i hate this but the other 50 think they're doing god's uh work uh they really
01:08:42.160 do they're all vested in they're they bought into this and within the division it's created
01:08:48.880 tension there are those that want a laissez-faire they want people to be able to protest freely and
01:08:55.640 there's the others that say no we uh we need a quota and we need to whack them and stack them
01:09:01.220 as they say in the park and that's tragic but it just shows you not everybody you know in law
01:09:09.240 enforcement you know are the covid karens of the world out there well and i think it also goes to
01:09:15.780 show that cops are just people too like there are they are just as um vulnerable to constant fear
01:09:24.200 porn brainwashing as the rest of us and i think that's what's happened to you know some of those
01:09:28.940 cops i mean some of them are just quota hires that check the right boxes and some of them are people
01:09:34.420 who have been successfully brainwashed by the mainstream media and the rest are cops who got
01:09:40.580 into policing because they care about actual safety making their community safer and protecting
01:09:45.780 canadians and so i mean that's they are just normal people like the rest of us totally agree
01:09:51.880 sheila well listen i know you've got that interview you've got a prep for so we better wrap it here we're
01:09:56.840 already 10 minutes over time so thank you to justin behind the board there a special thank you to all
01:10:02.280 you people that sent in whatever we're calling money these days cryptocurrencies libraries i don't
01:10:07.360 know but it's the thought that counts and a special thank you of course to my co-host sheila gun reed i'm
01:10:14.880 david menzies signing off ezra will be here tomorrow we'll see you back on thursday in the meantime stay sane
01:10:32.280 monday
01:11:02.280 You
