00:04:21.640 Actually, 14 months ago, when Conservative Party leader Aaron O'Toole was simply Mr. O'Toole vying for the leadership, he attended the independent press gallery debate.

00:04:37.780 I thought he was charming and intelligent.
00:04:40.300 And somehow, in between the time he was vying for the leadership and becoming the leader, whereas he reached out to Rebel News and some other independent media, suddenly we are media non grata.

00:05:34.020 Again, he was banning Rebel News journalists from covering his campaign.

00:05:48.380 Indeed, Alexa, I thought it was a failed strategy from the beginning.

00:05:55.100 And sure enough, in 2019, so many scandals Justin Trudeau was involved with, from groping, to blackface, to SNC-Lavalin, to Jody Wilson-Raybould, too many to list here.

00:13:39.240 Lincoln, you're too young to remember this, but back in the 70s, there were government-funded participation ad campaigns.
00:13:47.120 Basically, the premise was the average 30-year-old Canadian was about as fit as the average 60-year-old Swede.
00:13:57.340 And so the government wanted Canadians to get out.
00:14:00.140 They wanted them to break a sweat, get healthy, get physically fit.
00:14:04.120 And here we are in 2021, and you do that, and the government fined you thousands of dollars.
00:14:10.800 How does one make sense of this?
00:14:12.880 The whole situation is crazy.
00:14:14.920 They're healthy people working out.
00:14:17.900 They're in a backyard.

00:14:19.840 You'd think the police, even if they technically have to enforce these measures, they might just turn a blind eye.

00:14:28.400 If you've seen the video, he says that there's a farmer's market that you can go to, and people are lined up there to buy food.
00:14:35.580 You can go to the liquor store, get liquor.
00:14:37.560 But, you know, a dozen or so people gathered in a backyard exercising, getting healthy, taking care of their bodies.

00:14:49.900 I mean, we have seen since day one of this pandemic just double standards galore.
00:14:56.460 As you alluded to, the Manitoba liquor stores, which are a monopoly, they've never lost a single penny in sales.
00:15:03.900 I'm sure sales have gone up in the last year and a half, and yet you can cram into an indoor setting, but not spread out, getting physically fit in an outdoor setting.

00:16:09.440 We saw back in late July, the Toronto Blue Jays cut a national interest exemption to basically get around the COVID-19 rules that everybody else has to abide by.

00:16:36.020 Him and his fitness enthusiasts should just don the uniforms of the Toronto Blue Jays and be nationally exempt.
00:16:43.220 Again, it just goes back to the double standard that we're seeing all across the board with these COVID measures.

00:17:20.720 So, again, when it comes to the money, it's one rule for thee, one rule for me.
