Before I show you a few of the now-scrubbed ads, I want to give you some historical context by way of how the city of Toronto has run multiple manipulative campaigns intended to increase COVID-19 vaccine uptake and confidence, with a targeted effort on children, youth, and families.

Given the history of the City of Toronto and all of the various levels of government in their ad campaigns targeting COVID and noncompliance,
