Transcript

00:00:00.000 Hey, I got to tell you, I'm going on a cruise with a whole bunch of Rebels.
00:00:04.180 We're sailing out of Fort Lauderdale on March 23rd,
00:00:07.780 and we're going to bring some of our favorite Rebel talent.
00:00:10.460 And you are invited. That's rebelnewscruise.com.
00:00:15.620 Well, I asked, where's the beef? Let's call this for what this is.
00:00:19.260 Oh, my God!
00:00:21.680 They are so hopelessly woke. How dare you?
00:00:24.960 That is the intellectual capital of the left today. Give me a break.
00:00:31.340 You are now watching the Daily Roundup.
00:00:35.600 Ezra Levant here. I'm at our world headquarters in Toronto.
00:00:38.560 I say world headquarters. It's somewhat audacious.
00:00:41.820 I mean, if you were here, you'd see how modest our territory is.
00:00:45.940 But we are around the world.
00:00:47.560 We have reporters in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal.
00:00:53.920 And our Melbourne, Australia star, his name is Avi Amini.
00:00:59.880 He just touched down a couple of hours ago in Tel Aviv.
00:01:04.720 Imagine flying to a war zone.
00:01:08.360 Interesting enough, he says the flight he was on was packed,
00:01:12.780 that people are going to Israel.
00:01:14.780 You'd think they would be fleeing. I'm sure some are.
00:01:16.920 In fact, I know several hundred are trying to get out,
00:01:19.480 and they find the embassy of Canada of little use.
00:01:22.700 Can you believe it?
00:01:23.800 The embassy was closed for Thanksgiving.
00:01:26.020 I mean, hey, we don't want to interrupt your turkey or anything.
00:01:29.780 Yeah, how about you guys just come back after the long weekend?
00:01:33.040 Just more malfeasance and incompetence on part of the liberal government.
00:01:37.440 But I'm excited about our friend Avi going there,
00:01:41.460 and I think he's going to be an excellent reporter.
00:01:43.100 I was just in Israel with Avi a month ago,
00:01:45.280 along with 40 of our most enthusiastic rebel fans.
00:01:50.740 We did a peace tour.
00:01:52.980 We called it the Abraham Accords Tour.
00:01:55.320 We started.
00:01:56.160 Do you have that clip that Kian put together,
00:01:58.580 sort of the montage?
00:02:01.540 Did you see that one, Efron?
00:02:02.540 I want to show people what we did a month ago,
00:02:06.660 and it already feels like ancient history.
00:02:10.260 We called it the Abraham Accords Tour.
00:02:12.040 We did a week in Israel,
00:02:14.900 and then we flew from Tel Aviv over Saudi Arabia in an El Al plane.
00:02:19.920 Think about that.
00:02:20.700 That was illegal until recently.
00:02:23.180 And then we landed in Dubai,
00:02:25.980 and we spent three days in the United Arab Emirates,
00:02:29.240 seeing is this peace deal real?
00:02:31.500 And the answer, my friends, is it is very real.
00:02:35.140 We actually went to a Holocaust museum in Dubai,
00:02:38.120 run by a Muslim Emirati.
00:02:41.320 We went to Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates,
00:02:44.700 where there's an Abraham family friendship center,
00:02:48.560 where there's a church, a mosque, and a synagogue,
00:02:52.340 all on the same campus,
00:02:54.300 all the exact same size and dimensions,
00:02:56.780 built by the government.
00:02:58.320 And we felt the peace,
00:03:00.440 and we felt the friendship.
00:03:02.800 We talked to a Jewish rabbi based in the Emirates
00:03:06.540 who said it's not only peaceful,
00:03:10.260 but he suffers no anti-Semitism,
00:03:12.380 as opposed to when he's back in New York, he said.
00:03:14.500 I believed him.
00:03:15.800 And there was this feeling that Saudi Arabia was next
00:03:18.880 to join the peace deal,
00:03:20.820 and that maybe it was almost the end of history.
00:03:25.140 And then over a thousand terrorists
00:03:29.000 penetrated the border from Gaza
00:03:31.360 and engaged in the most barbaric terrorism
00:03:34.660 I think anyone has ever witnessed.
00:03:36.240 You know, I was going to play a clip from our trip to Israel,
00:03:44.240 but, Efron, I don't even think it's actually necessary,
00:03:46.580 but thank you for looking for it.
00:03:48.180 It was just such a beautiful trip.
00:03:50.020 Actually, if you have it already, let's show it for a bit.
00:03:54.440 And I want to show you,
00:03:55.520 because there was sort of a jubilation.
00:03:57.620 We were, like, it was,
00:03:59.960 for most of its existence,
00:04:02.680 Israel has been at war with its Arab neighbors,
00:04:05.360 and to have a peace treaty,
00:04:07.880 not a cold peace,
00:04:09.220 as exists between Israel and Egypt,
00:04:11.900 or Israel and Jordan,
00:04:12.800 but a warm peace,
00:04:14.440 was quite something.
00:04:16.320 And it left me hopeful.
00:04:19.840 In fact, it left me feeling somewhat healed,
00:04:22.880 because what a feeling to go to a Muslim Arab country
00:04:26.480 from Israel and be welcomed,
00:04:29.620 welcome to Dubai.
00:04:30.720 And it was,
00:04:32.780 I felt like a lifetime's decades,
00:04:36.180 centuries worth of enmity and animosity
00:04:38.740 were healing.
00:04:40.700 And I think that was just a dream.
00:04:44.680 Here, take a look at this montage
00:04:46.180 that our friend Key and Simone put together.
00:04:48.120 It starts with a clip
00:04:49.720 of a pilgrim from, I think, Mexico,
00:04:53.100 who was singing a little song in Spanish.
00:04:56.880 I think this whole video is, what,
00:04:57.880 about three minutes long?
00:04:59.200 But it gives a feeling for what our trip was like,
00:05:02.840 which was a month ago,
00:05:04.200 but given the war,
00:05:05.120 it feels like a hundred years ago.
00:05:07.400 In fact, it feels like a time
00:05:08.920 that never really existed,
00:05:10.400 except for in a dreamlike state.
00:05:12.500 Take a look at this clip
00:05:13.700 from our visit to Israel.
00:05:15.020 when peace was in the air
00:05:17.760 and security and confidence
00:05:20.160 and happiness and brotherhood
00:05:23.060 were the orders of the day
00:05:24.420 rather than rape, murder, torture,
00:05:27.400 kidnapping, and horror shows.
00:05:29.900 Take a look at this.
00:05:30.540 Shalom.
00:05:35.700 It's all permitted.
00:05:40.480 Yeah.
00:05:41.560 Yeah.
00:05:43.740 Yeah.
00:05:44.220 We're going to do journalism here.
00:05:47.400 You see our friend Key and Simone
00:05:48.760 with his camera,
00:05:49.880 and I've got a little camera
00:05:50.980 at David and Sheila,
00:05:51.780 so we're going to be doing actual
00:05:53.160 interviews and news reports.
00:05:55.760 But you're going to be right there, too,
00:05:57.460 listening to the same people,
00:05:59.240 seeing the same things.
00:06:00.840 And I think that by the end of this trip,
00:06:03.200 I believe that we'll be friends.
00:06:06.940 Come on, don't be shy.
00:06:07.860 Let's make a big circle, is it?
00:06:09.900 Come on, come on.
00:06:11.420 Let's make a big circle.
00:06:12.300 Let's make a big circle.
00:06:28.260 Oh!
00:06:29.360 Those are good.
00:06:59.360 We'll be right back.
00:07:29.360 Eddie, you get a feel for it.
00:07:30.640 So the video goes on and we go to Arabia and it's amazing to feel the healing.
00:07:36.340 And I don't even want to show any more of the video because it's from an unserious time, isn't it?
00:07:41.960 And you saw in the background there's some of those fences and border walls and high-tech things.
00:07:48.200 Those were all breached.
00:07:50.260 Those have been up there for 20 years, providing peace and security for 20 years.
00:07:53.900 In fact, part of our trip we met with Danny Tirza, the retired Israeli Army officer who was in charge of building, planning, directing, designing the wall.
00:08:08.020 Well, I've heard him speak several times before.
00:08:12.580 For 20 years that wall did the job, but it didn't do the job last weekend.
00:08:18.300 Complacency.
00:08:18.740 I was thinking that for those of you who are old enough to remember, when the Berlin Wall came down in 1999 without a shot.
00:08:34.420 Like, think about it, the Cold War that everyone thought would be ended by a violent thermonuclear war to end all wars.
00:08:42.440 It ended without a shot.
00:08:45.200 It ended because the Soviet Union was exhausted and collapsed.
00:08:49.980 It ended because the West out-weighted, out-earned, out-spent the Soviets.
00:09:02.220 And there was a feeling of jubilation.
00:09:05.720 There was a book by Professor Francis Fukuyama called The End of History.
00:09:10.000 We'll all just eat at McDonald's in all our different countries, and we'll all watch Disney movies translated into every language.
00:09:16.040 And we'll all get along, and we'll all trade with each other.
00:09:19.940 We'll all be consumers and customers.
00:09:21.900 And that's the endless future of happiness, is we're all consumers, really.
00:09:27.280 And there's no more big battles, because the battle between the capitalist West and the Soviet East is now resolved.
00:09:35.660 That was 1989, 1990, the reunification of Germany, the independence of the former Soviet states.
00:09:42.900 But that didn't last forever.
00:09:45.300 Osama bin Laden had other ideas.
00:09:47.460 So did Xi Jinping and other Chinese dictators.
00:09:51.220 So did Vladimir Putin.
00:09:52.360 They all had different ideas about what the future would be like.
00:09:56.520 And I would say that the 90s started in 1989 with the fall of Berlin Wall and ended in 2001 with the fall of the Twin Towers.
00:10:07.080 And I think that the last 20 years in Israel have been that same end of history, 20 years, where the country felt confident.
00:10:19.340 It felt untouchable.
00:10:22.360 It felt inevitable.
00:10:23.500 Yeah, there was this problem in the distance called Iran, and yeah, there were terrorist groups, but it was bearable.
00:10:30.700 It was bearable.
00:10:32.520 It wasn't peace, but it was quiet.
00:10:35.460 And indeed, it looked like peace might well come.
00:10:38.300 But that is ended in our trip to Israel.
00:10:41.880 And thank God we weren't there when the war.
00:10:45.900 It was a real war.
00:10:46.740 In fact, I see that literally an hour ago, terrorists from the north, from Lebanon, from Hezbollah, different terrorist group, also banned in Canada, by the way, used similar tactics.
00:11:02.900 Drones and light aircraft paragliding.
00:11:08.160 And Israel's north is under attack.
00:11:13.120 Anyway, I started this little meander by saying that we're sending one of our top reporters, Avi Yamini, from Melbourne, Australia.
00:11:23.740 He's our chief Australia correspondent.
00:11:26.140 He was with us on that recent trip to Israel, which is what made me think of that.
00:11:32.580 And he just touched down at Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv a couple hours ago.
00:11:38.160 And I'd like to show you his video filmed on the plane and just getting off the plane.
00:11:46.120 Here, take a look at this.
00:11:56.080 That's a full plane celebrating landing in Israel mid of war.
00:12:02.100 Only in Israel.
00:12:03.000 Well, I've made it to Israel.
00:12:07.880 It's been a long journey, but I'm glad I'm here.
00:12:11.220 And I want to start by thanking each and every one of you that's helping make this possible at thetruthaboutthewar.com.
00:12:19.000 That's where I'll be dropping all the stories and you can help support it, make it possible to cover all the costs associated.
00:12:25.040 Now, before I head to our Airbnb and get ready to go to the front line, I just want to touch on a couple of things that happened on the way here.
00:12:34.740 Things that I found fascinating and I think it's important for the world to know.
00:12:37.880 So, I was expecting an empty flight going into Israel during a war.
00:12:45.880 But to my surprise, when we got on the flight, there wasn't even a single spare seat.
00:12:51.480 And talking to fellow travelers, they were saying it's because either as a family, they don't want to run away from Israel.
00:12:58.660 They want to be in Israel during these dark times with their people.
00:13:02.640 And many men were coming back to say they want to serve with their reserve units and stand and fight for Israel.
00:13:10.840 Something that I don't think you see in many countries.
00:13:13.540 There's really limited flights out, but you don't see massive lines of people trying to run away.
00:13:19.300 It's just not the attitude here.
00:13:21.020 Just to put it into perspective, look how busy the airport is of people coming now, returning to Israel.
00:13:28.900 The other thing I learned on the way here was that Telstra Australia's telco has blocked our site.
00:13:34.980 I don't know why, but for some reason they want to stop people from seeing the other side of the story from this conflict.
00:13:41.440 Especially over the next few days and weeks as the narrative changes.
00:13:44.760 The truthaboutthewar.com.
00:13:47.220 We'll post it there, and I've already in Dubai briefed lawyers to help us fight Telstra and to ensure that even Australians can get there.
00:13:54.740 But if you can't, make sure to join the mailing list at followavi.com.
00:13:58.740 I'll send you each story as it comes out as well.
00:14:01.660 But for now, I'll see you on the front line.
00:14:08.220 I have mixed feelings about sending Avi there in the middle of a war.
00:14:14.300 It really is a war.
00:14:17.420 And Israel, if you know it on a map, is very narrow.
00:14:20.940 It's fairly long, but it's very narrow.
00:14:24.800 And so those rockets, now the rockets aren't coming from the country of Jordan, but they're coming from the Gaza Strip and Lebanon on top.
00:14:32.680 And so they can pretty much reach the whole country.
00:14:37.220 I mean, Tel Aviv is sort of in the middle of the coast.
00:14:43.560 And you can see, so let's put that map on the screen.
00:14:46.100 Yeah, go ahead.
00:14:47.680 You can see Gaza on the bottom left there.
00:14:51.200 So Gaza, even sort of, quote, homemade rockets from Gaza, can hit Ashkelon and sometimes all the way up to Tel Aviv.
00:15:02.620 And then from the north, and the desert, the Negev desert is fairly uninhabited.
00:15:07.340 But the north also, the Golan Heights, those can be hit by rockets from Syria and Lebanon.
00:15:16.180 So Israel is a very small piece of land.
00:15:20.780 Tel Aviv, it's a major city.
00:15:22.900 Jerusalem, it's a second city.
00:15:24.320 I'm sending Avi there.
00:15:29.700 Avi's got his wits about him.
00:15:30.960 He knows the language.
00:15:32.800 He's a former Israel Defense Forces soldier himself, so he knows how to handle himself.
00:15:37.860 He's a veteran.
00:15:40.200 He has friends and family in the country, so he knows how to move around.
00:15:43.820 Right now, we're working on getting him and his cameraman, Benji, a bulletproof vest and a helmet.
00:15:52.300 I understand those bulletproof vests are actually illegal to buy in Canada without a permit.
00:15:58.320 And, of course, Avi's coming from Australia, but I understand it's the same there.
00:16:02.600 So Avi is now on the ground in Israel.
00:16:04.760 So, it's after sunset there now.
00:16:10.800 It's nighttime there now.
00:16:13.160 And Avi will be starting his reporting in earnest tomorrow.
00:16:17.680 Our mission for him is twofold.
00:16:22.900 First of all, to tell the story.
00:16:25.900 But second of all, to tell the story of others telling the story.
00:16:29.800 What I mean by that is to cover the war, but also cover how others are covering the war.
00:16:33.400 Cover how the media party is covering the war.
00:16:36.600 Let me give you an example.
00:16:38.500 Efron, do you have that tweet I did in response to that Guardian journalist?
00:16:43.900 The Guardian is a left-wing newspaper.
00:16:46.880 It's called the Manchester Guardian, but it's just generally called the Guardian now.
00:16:53.000 And it's a very left-wing paper, extremely woke.
00:16:56.540 Sometimes their headlines are indistinguishable from, you know, the Babylon Bee.
00:17:04.520 They're so ridiculous that you don't know if it's a parody or not.
00:17:09.060 Here, I can find it.
00:17:10.120 Just search.
00:17:10.940 Oh, you got it there.
00:17:11.960 So, I want to show you.
00:17:13.100 This is a real...
00:17:14.100 I didn't know it was real, but this is a real person.
00:17:17.880 Bethan McKernan.
00:17:19.680 Bethan says, just looked at today's UK front pages, and I am horrified by the headlines.
00:17:30.540 Okay, stop right there.
00:17:31.740 So, she's horrified, obviously, by what these butchers did.
00:17:34.980 Raping, torturing, murdering, hostage-taking, right?
00:17:37.700 Is that what has horrified her?
00:17:40.300 No.
00:17:40.960 No, no, no.
00:17:41.520 Just looked at today's UK front pages, and I'm horrified by the headlines claiming 40 babies beheaded by Hamas in Kephar Aza.
00:17:54.760 Yes, many children were murdered.
00:17:58.380 Yes, there were several beheadings in the attack.
00:18:01.400 This claim, however, is unverified and totally irresponsible.
00:18:07.940 No, it's actually verified, sister.
00:18:11.520 And it's true.
00:18:13.140 Not all 40 of the babies were beheaded.
00:18:17.320 Your point taken.
00:18:19.760 Most of them were just murdered the regular way.
00:18:25.140 And I wrote, the Guardian newspaper wants you to know there's a right way and a wrong way to murder babies.
00:18:30.300 And she's absolutely horrified, you should know, that newspapers would get it wrong.
00:18:36.380 I mean, why are you defaming Hamas?
00:18:39.440 I mean, she should do a fact check.
00:18:42.220 Fact check, false.
00:18:43.460 No, no, no, no, no.
00:18:44.340 Only some of the babies were beheaded.
00:18:46.660 The rest were just shot or had their throats slashed or whatever.
00:18:50.760 However, this Guardian reporter wants you to know that the newspapers got it wrong.
00:18:59.280 That, I swear that's real.
00:19:01.640 I didn't believe it.
00:19:03.500 That is a real reporter for the Guardian.
00:19:05.560 But we saw the other day a memo from the CBC leaked, but it didn't need to leak.
00:19:13.900 It wasn't a secret memo to begin with.
00:19:15.380 The CBC will tell you if you ask them.
00:19:17.700 They refuse to use the word terrorist.
00:19:19.440 They have a policy.
00:19:20.940 The CBC, along with CTV apparently, along with the Associated Press, along with Reuters, they all have the same policy.
00:19:28.260 They do not use the word terrorist ever unless they are quoting someone else saying the word.
00:19:38.980 So if someone else says the terrorist group Hamas and they're quoting that person, they won't edit the person's quote.
00:19:47.800 But they themselves will never say it.
00:19:49.300 Because that would be to take sides, you see.
00:19:55.460 I mean, imagine applying that to other situations.
00:19:58.160 An arsonist.
00:19:58.960 No, no, no, no.
00:20:00.120 No, that's being too blamish.
00:20:03.120 Too blamey.
00:20:05.040 We'll let the prosecutors and the firemen call him an arsonist.
00:20:07.980 But we'll just call him a fire positive person or something.
00:20:12.880 Oh, the murderer.
00:20:13.820 No, no, no, no, no, no.
00:20:15.480 I mean, he's confessed.
00:20:16.740 We have him on videotape.
00:20:17.960 No, no, no.
00:20:19.300 He is a, I mean, I'm just trying to think of any other situation where someone is something, but you don't say.
00:20:26.140 And they say they're that.
00:20:27.820 And by the way, I don't know if you know this.
00:20:29.820 Can you Google this?
00:20:30.920 Google Canada terrorist list.
00:20:34.920 And it should pop up.
00:20:36.900 Canada's Department of Public Security.
00:20:40.580 That's our version of the homeland.
00:20:42.320 Yeah, that's it right there.
00:20:44.240 Yeah.
00:20:44.600 If you Google, it's on Public Safety Canada.
00:20:47.960 That's our version of the homeland security.
00:20:50.660 This, as you can see, Government Canada website.
00:20:52.620 Currently listed entities.
00:20:54.620 Pump it up a little bit for my old eyes.
00:20:57.920 There you go.
00:21:00.220 Several listed entities.
00:21:01.540 So these are currently listed entities.
00:21:03.460 These are the banned terrorist groups in Canada.
00:21:07.540 And there are some from certain places.
00:21:11.260 But you can detect a bit of a theme here.
00:21:13.660 A little bit of a theme.
00:21:14.480 There's Hamas.
00:21:17.340 Harakat.
00:21:18.100 I mean, there's a lot.
00:21:19.640 The Islamic movement of Uzbekistan.
00:21:21.620 Islamic State.
00:21:22.920 There's a lot of different Islamic State terrorist groups.
00:21:25.360 It's almost a whole page.
00:21:26.980 Yeah, there's one or two.
00:21:29.800 But there's the Tamil Tigers.
00:21:33.180 There's the Palestinians.
00:21:35.540 I'd chuckle.
00:21:36.540 I shouldn't laugh.
00:21:37.260 But they put the Proud Boys on there.
00:21:39.400 The Proud Boys have had one event in Canada about five years ago when several Canadian forces,
00:21:47.280 Proud Boys, including a gay man and an indigenous man, went on Canada Day to stand up for the Canadian flag.
00:21:53.820 That was the only time that Proud Boys did anything in Canada.
00:21:58.400 And Trudeau put them on the list because he wanted to show it wasn't just left-wingers and it wasn't just Islamic extremists.
00:22:05.820 But there's the Taliban.
00:22:09.360 Thanks very much.
00:22:10.280 What I wanted to show you there, I talked a lot about that page, but what I wanted to show you and I did show you is that Hamas is on that list.
00:22:20.680 So it's actually not a matter of opinion.
00:22:23.820 It's not a matter of what he says and she says and split it down the middle.
00:22:29.980 It is a matter of fact and it is a matter of law that Hamas is a terrorist group.
00:22:35.560 It is.
00:22:36.340 And I know that because it is on the official list.
00:22:39.240 It is on the list not just of Canada but of many other countries, including other countries in the Arab and Muslim world.
00:22:44.960 And yet the CBC and CTV and Associated Press and Canadian Press will not call them terrorists unless they're forced to because someone else is saying that and they're quoting that someone else.
00:22:58.000 I saw a tweet.
00:23:02.100 I don't know if you can find it, Efron.
00:23:03.280 I'm making you find so many things on the go.
00:23:06.160 But I saw a tweet from about the New York Times.
00:23:10.240 The New York Times accidentally used the word terrorist.
00:23:16.860 And they changed the story to remove it.
00:23:20.040 I am not making that up.
00:23:21.760 I don't know if you can find that, Efron.
00:23:24.460 Oh, yeah, you got it.
00:23:25.740 I can't believe you found it so quickly.
00:23:27.840 Take a look at this.
00:23:29.240 So here is version one.
00:23:31.760 Hamas leaves trail of terror in Israel.
00:23:34.060 Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
00:23:34.760 Massacre of civilians by Hamas terrorists.
00:23:36.580 So that was version one.
00:23:39.140 You see it says Hamas terrorists?
00:23:42.000 Hamas leaves trail of terror in Israel.
00:23:43.620 The massacre of civilians by Hamas gunmen.
00:23:47.360 You can't comment.
00:23:51.140 And by the way, they weren't all gunmen.
00:23:52.420 This is actually less accurate.
00:23:54.360 Because some killed by beheading babies.
00:23:57.460 Some killed by burning their victims.
00:24:00.900 Some took hostages.
00:24:02.900 And we will only find out what absolutely degraded barbarity is yet to emerge.
00:24:08.280 The New York Times literally made their story less accurate.
00:24:14.160 But God forbid they should call Hamas terrorists.
00:24:16.820 It would hurt their feelings.
00:24:18.360 And that guardian reporter would be horrified.
00:24:20.920 I don't think she used the word horrified to describe the horrifying things that these terrorists did.
00:24:26.560 She was horrified for them.
00:24:30.600 And so one of the purposes of Avi's trip to Israel is not just to report on the war,
00:24:36.300 but to report on the reporting of the war.
00:24:39.580 And to point out things like I just showed you.
00:24:42.120 It's 1.26 Eastern Time.
00:24:48.120 It's a pleasure to be in this seat.
00:24:49.180 Normally my friends Sheila Gunn-Reed and David Menzies are here.
00:24:51.940 We have other rebel personalities who cycle through.
00:24:58.480 I want to show you, well we've got so many videos from across the country of what's going on in Canada.
00:25:04.300 Because while Avi is in Israel, and he'll be doing journalism on the ground with our videographer Benji.
00:25:12.380 There's an important story or series of stories here in Canada.
00:25:15.940 Let me list some for you.
00:25:19.720 We have Hamas terrorist supporters in Canada.
00:25:23.360 And we know this because there are huge rallies of them.
00:25:29.260 And they say things like intifada, which means pogrom, riot.
00:25:37.320 They wave signs.
00:25:38.400 I saw a sign with Saddam Hussein in it.
00:25:40.780 Was that in Canada or was that in Mississauga?
00:25:44.540 I mean, who even has that?
00:25:46.360 Like a poster size.
00:25:47.540 Like it was probably hanging on their wall or something in their dining room.
00:25:51.660 Or maybe on the roof of the ceiling of their bedroom.
00:25:54.820 I don't know.
00:25:55.760 Who has a large framed photo of Saddam Hussein just handy.
00:26:03.800 Just waiting for the, yeah, that's it there.
00:26:05.600 Put that on the screen.
00:26:06.740 I can't even believe, like who has that?
00:26:09.760 I think it's right at the beginning of that.
00:26:12.120 Yeah, freeze it when Saddam makes a cameo.
00:26:15.420 Yeah, I think that's Saddam Hussein.
00:26:20.600 Who has that just handy?
00:26:23.060 Like you can't just print that.
00:26:24.440 That's 11 by 17 or that's even bigger.
00:26:28.260 That's like some people have, you know, you go to a cameraman.
00:26:31.480 Everyone dresses nice.
00:26:33.000 And the family portrait session, you know, the kids are all squirmy.
00:26:39.380 And the adults are saying, come back here and smile.
00:26:41.220 Come on, we'll get through with those kids.
00:26:42.540 You know, family portrait day.
00:26:43.840 I don't know if they still do that because everyone has their selfie cameras all the time.
00:26:47.900 But it used to be a thing before smartphones that you went and you had your family portrait taken maybe once every few years.
00:26:54.040 And you hung that in the house on the wall as sort of this is our family looking its best.
00:26:59.160 It was a thing that people did.
00:27:01.580 But this family, instead of that, has Saddam Hussein on the wall in Mississauga.
00:27:10.720 And why not bring it out for a Hamas rally?
00:27:13.880 You'll fit right in.
00:27:14.980 You'll be old school.
00:27:15.880 So you got your new school terrorists like Hamas and you got your old school.
00:27:19.380 Oh, what do you got there?
00:27:20.880 Some, you got some NWA?
00:27:24.440 You got some, what are the real old school?
00:27:26.280 I mean, some people call Beastie Boys old school.
00:27:28.360 I would.
00:27:29.240 No, no, no, no, no.
00:27:30.820 Saddam Hussein, that's the real goat.
00:27:33.720 Who, who, who are these people?
00:27:36.200 And they are here by the thousand.
00:27:38.760 So they chant Intifada, which means riot or pogrom.
00:27:42.060 They chant from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.
00:27:45.440 And if you look at a map and we showed you the map, the eastern border of Israel is the river, the river Jordan.
00:27:51.240 And the western border is the sea.
00:27:53.580 So when they say from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.
00:27:57.560 They're talking about removing in its entirety the state of Israel.
00:28:04.340 Now, there are more than 20 Arab states and probably more than 30 Muslim states in the world.
00:28:09.620 But there is only one Jewish state in the world.
00:28:12.320 And as luck would have it, the pro-Hamas protesters want to remove it from the river to the sea.
00:28:19.180 And what they did last weekend to a thousand Jews murdering them, they have 200 hostages at least, 2,000 injured, the most violence suffered by Jews since the Holocaust.
00:28:35.520 They want to do that again and again and again and again and again and again and again until Israel is, as Hitler would say, Judenrein.
00:28:47.960 That's the German word for from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.
00:28:52.140 Now, what's that clip we're looking at there right now?
00:28:54.220 That's that is at Gaza Plaza.
00:28:56.420 Am I right?
00:28:58.280 That's in Mississauga.
00:29:00.440 Saturday night.
00:29:01.700 Having a little Hamas party.
00:29:03.200 And by the way, Olivia Chow said, our police are going to arrest people for hate speech.
00:29:12.200 Don't lie.
00:29:14.380 First of all, I don't think the police would have the courage to wade into that crowd and try and arrest anyone.
00:29:21.260 They would be lynched.
00:29:24.360 And second of all, I don't think they have the instructions to arrest anyone.
00:29:28.080 I'm not even talking for hate speech.
00:29:29.740 I've never been a fan of hate speech offenses.
00:29:32.000 I'm talking about the criminal code provisions against supporting terrorist groups.
00:29:36.420 You don't have to be hateful to be a criminal.
00:29:40.180 Yeah.
00:29:40.380 Here's what Olivia Chow posted to the Internet.
00:29:43.120 I'm aware of the unsanctioned rally at Nathan Phillips Square today.
00:29:48.200 My statement below.
00:29:49.160 I remember Nathan Phillips Square when us rebels went there to do some news journalism.
00:29:53.680 And we were told, you cannot be there.
00:29:55.940 Police will kick you off.
00:29:58.140 It's a public class in front of City Hall.
00:29:59.720 We weren't holding a rally or anything.
00:30:03.480 We were just doing news.
00:30:05.680 And City Hall tried to kick us off.
00:30:07.840 And we took a bit of a stand.
00:30:10.940 This is an actual pro-Hamas rally.
00:30:13.980 Oh, it's not sanctioned.
00:30:16.140 Are you going to do anything about it, sister?
00:30:17.920 Yeah, I'm going to tweet.
00:30:20.180 But here's what she tweeted.
00:30:21.180 The government of Canada has rightly listed Hamas as a terrorist organization, and we simply
00:30:25.740 must not tolerate any support of terror.
00:30:28.300 Full stop.
00:30:29.360 But she doesn't stop.
00:30:30.640 She says the rally is to support Hamas, and Nathan Phillips Square today is unsanctioned,
00:30:35.540 without a permit, and I unequivocally denounce it.
00:30:38.640 So you'll do everything except for stopping it.
00:30:41.220 Got it.
00:30:42.820 Glorifying this weekend's indiscriminate violence, including murder and the kidnapping of women
00:30:47.240 and children by Hamas against Israel's civilians is deplorable.
00:30:50.920 Okay, and I accept that you've deplored it, but you haven't stopped the terrorist rally
00:30:55.180 outside your office window.
00:30:59.060 I am receiving updates from the chief of police, who assures me they will investigate and address
00:31:04.020 any suspected incidents of hate.
00:31:05.940 Well, the whole thing is an incident of hate, sister.
00:31:09.080 Because the whole project of Hamas is based on hating not just Israel, but Jews.
00:31:15.320 And they say this.
00:31:16.240 They don't say, attack Israel.
00:31:22.060 Sometimes they do.
00:31:22.740 They don't even like using the word Israel.
00:31:24.260 They say, attack the Jews.
00:31:25.360 Kill the Jews.
00:31:28.420 And you'll see that her instructions were to get them for hate speech.
00:31:31.480 Well, of course, they didn't do that.
00:31:34.080 But the criminal court provisions of terrorism go to any form of support.
00:31:38.660 You don't have to be full of a particular emotion to be convicted of the crime of supporting
00:31:42.740 terrorism.
00:31:43.220 So, of course, there are no charges laid.
00:31:47.220 Do you think Olivia Chow, a woman of the hard left, is going to arrest her voter base?
00:31:55.240 What do you got there, Efron?
00:31:56.840 Let's take a look.
00:31:58.820 Here's her deleted tweet.
00:32:00.680 Let's take a look.
00:32:05.680 Can you zoom in just a little bit?
00:32:07.220 My earlier tweets on this have been deleted because of the harm and confusion they cause.
00:32:14.640 Okay.
00:32:15.040 If you can find her earlier tweets, we'll have a look at them.
00:32:18.600 But they're actually not that important.
00:32:21.180 Well, they are important.
00:32:22.180 But they're not critical to our conversation at this exact moment.
00:32:25.240 It's interesting right now because, you know what, I've been aware of this for a long time.
00:32:31.840 And maybe I'd be more attentive to it than most because my life was put on a particular
00:32:35.960 course, I don't know, almost 20 years ago when, as the publisher of the Western Standard
00:32:41.660 magazine, I did a modest, non-click-baity story.
00:32:46.440 This was in the era before the internet was ubiquitous.
00:32:48.920 It was 2006, February.
00:32:50.780 We published in a print magazine eight of the Danish cartoons of Mohammed.
00:32:56.380 And we just talked about censorship and how some Muslims hold that you can depict Islam.
00:33:03.620 We had a little mosaic by some Shiite Muslims depicting Mohammed.
00:33:09.900 And my point was, not all Muslims say you can't depict Mohammed.
00:33:13.700 And we just showed, it was just, it was sort of a brainy discussion more than anything
00:33:17.780 lascivious.
00:33:19.560 And yet I was prosecuted for three years by the Alberta Human Rights Commission.
00:33:23.400 And I was put on a particular course in life where I realized the threat to our secular
00:33:30.180 rule of law.
00:33:32.820 This human rights law was being transformed into kind of a blasphemy law.
00:33:37.000 And we didn't have, we had heard for years about the separation of church and state, but
00:33:42.560 we hadn't really heard much about the separation of mosque and state.
00:33:45.800 And so I was hauled before this Human Rights Commission by a secular prosecutor, a secular
00:33:52.080 investigator who was really running an errand for someone who said, I challenged the Koran.
00:33:58.020 And I was put through that process for three years.
00:34:00.940 So my eyes were opened to these issues.
00:34:04.840 And the fact that you had a very irredentist, very hardcore Islamic extremist base in the
00:34:12.260 country.
00:34:13.460 Then you had some Islamists who weren't really motivated by that.
00:34:18.760 They were, you know, doing other things, running a business, making money, living life.
00:34:22.280 But they were maybe supportive a little bit.
00:34:26.520 And then you had this core of bureaucrats and activists, almost all of them white, who
00:34:34.580 took up the cause of radical Islam because it was anything to destroy the center, anything
00:34:40.360 to destroy the establishment.
00:34:42.360 And we've just got to destroy Canada.
00:34:45.300 We've got to tear down John A. McDonald.
00:34:46.980 We've got to tear down the Western concepts of law, Western concepts of meritocracy, destroy
00:34:53.940 Canada, raise it to the ground, and we'll rebuild it.
00:34:57.000 And there was a bit of a conflict there because, of course, jihadists would want to rebuild it
00:35:02.120 in the image of an Islamic state, whereas the woke would want to rebuild it as some communist
00:35:08.500 utopia.
00:35:09.840 And so they would certainly quarrel after it was done.
00:35:12.340 But in the meantime, they were allies in destroying the establishment.
00:35:14.960 And I saw this 15, 20 years ago, and it's so evident now.
00:35:19.960 I want to show you such a weird guy.
00:35:24.280 Show me the weird picture of Fred Hahn.
00:35:27.760 Now, I'm not really into Ontario politics.
00:35:32.800 I'm just not.
00:35:35.480 Look at this guy.
00:35:37.560 Look at this guy.
00:35:38.560 That almost looks like it's like, like, who is that guy?
00:35:42.060 Is that a real, they almost look like it's a, like it's a plastic mask, doesn't it?
00:35:48.580 Like the shock of hair and the glasses and, and that enormous rictus grin and the tongue.
00:35:56.080 You know who else sticks out his tongue like that?
00:35:58.000 It's Justin Trudeau.
00:35:59.640 Am I right?
00:36:01.300 He got, you know what?
00:36:02.400 He stuck out his tongue like that when, when the new speaker of the house was impaneled.
00:36:06.600 What's with that?
00:36:08.800 It's, that's weird.
00:36:11.200 And that's a real face.
00:36:12.360 That photo is not, does that photo not look digitally altered?
00:36:16.860 I know.
00:36:18.840 I, that is, that is from his own social media account.
00:36:23.960 That's what, so who is this?
00:36:25.880 He looks like a kind of scary clown.
00:36:27.600 Like, that's not a happy clown.
00:36:31.980 That's not a sad clown.
00:36:33.240 That's not a funny clown.
00:36:34.380 That's not a goofy clown.
00:36:35.640 That's a scary clown.
00:36:38.700 But look behind that scary clown.
00:36:40.720 Do you see that just over his shoulder there?
00:36:43.400 That's Che Guevara.
00:36:46.140 And, uh, I don't know if you know this.
00:36:48.100 Che Guevara.
00:36:50.240 Gay rights.
00:36:51.580 Ha, ha, ha.
00:36:53.040 Yeah.
00:36:53.940 Uh, no such thing.
00:36:55.660 Um, you know, just Google it.
00:37:00.320 I, I'm just gonna, I just ticked in, I just typed in Che Guevara gay rights and an enormous
00:37:06.820 number of hits come up.
00:37:08.600 Um, I'm looking at one right now.
00:37:12.200 He, he said he would kill people with a guard to, without regard to, to, uh, guilt or innocence.
00:37:17.260 But, in his diaries, he wrote of a man who, quote, apart from being homosexual and a first
00:37:26.040 rate boar had been very nice to us.
00:37:29.400 Um, but, but he goes on about killing gays.
00:37:35.420 He was obviously racist.
00:37:36.840 Um, he was a, he was really, I'm not gonna get into some of the grossness, but my point
00:37:41.620 is that Che Guevara might have killed Fred Hahn for being gay.
00:37:49.480 Obviously, we'll never know.
00:37:51.920 I think if Che Guevara had encountered someone who looked and acted so over the top like Fred
00:37:58.460 Hahn, I think Che Guevara would have killed him because he didn't like gays.
00:38:03.760 He just didn't.
00:38:04.280 Yeah, I mean, what, what's the source of that?
00:38:08.060 Human progress.
00:38:09.080 Che Guevara, yeah, put that on the screen for a second.
00:38:11.120 Che was a racist, homophobe, and mass murderer.
00:38:14.720 Yeah, shocked.
00:38:15.520 I'm shocked that, that a communist, uh, revolutionary, uh, isn't dainty.
00:38:21.520 Yeah, he was a racist, homophobe, and a mass murderer.
00:38:23.360 You can get the details for yourself.
00:38:24.940 But there's something to, what I just said about how radical Islam has found common cause
00:38:30.520 with the woke left, even though they would be at odds with each other in the final battle.
00:38:36.700 They both have this immediate battle against our society.
00:38:41.540 And so Fred Hahn, who is the head of CUPE Ontario, which stands for the Canadian Union of Public
00:38:48.320 Employees, so it's an enormous union.
00:38:50.900 I think there's 300,000 members of his union in Ontario alone.
00:38:53.600 He started tweeting, when the images were fresh of rape, and murder, and torture, and kidnapping,
00:39:05.280 he started tweeting his support.
00:39:12.840 His support for the terrorists.
00:39:16.260 Palestine is rising.
00:39:26.040 Long live the resistance.
00:39:28.080 And this image here is juxtaposed with one of the rape and murder victims being humiliated.
00:39:34.460 That's her dead body, being humiliated, and, uh, the dead body being attacked by Hamas extremists in Gaza.
00:39:44.040 So you have a, a gay activist, labor activist, who has a picture of Che Guevara on the wall,
00:39:55.780 and who would have his throat slit in a second.
00:40:00.640 They throw gay people off of apartment buildings in Gaza.
00:40:05.900 Gaza is a Sharia law totalitarian dictatorship.
00:40:11.280 It's not a liberal democracy.
00:40:13.140 This guy, Fred Hahn, and, and he's doubled down, and doubled down again.
00:40:17.960 And he's, and then when he got an earful on, on social media, yeah, yeah, let's throw some of these tweets.
00:40:26.600 He started saying, oh, it's the Jews.
00:40:28.480 The Jews are coming to get me.
00:40:30.080 Oh, for anyone to imagine I would ever endorse violence is horrific to me.
00:40:33.260 I can't, I can't believe, I'm shocked.
00:40:35.760 It speaks volumes about the times we're in.
00:40:37.400 I've spent my adult life fighting for justice for workers, building power in solidarity for working people to resist, to win better.
00:40:44.360 Really?
00:40:45.020 What's that got to do with you cheering rapists?
00:40:47.820 You cheering murderers?
00:40:49.580 These are deeply tragic and troubling days.
00:40:53.260 Days are calling all of us to be clear, so let me be clear.
00:40:55.580 I've never celebrated violence.
00:40:57.540 You did over the weekend, you wicked liar.
00:41:00.800 Hoping for people to be free is not violence.
00:41:03.340 Criticism of governments who misuse the power of people is not violence.
00:41:06.400 You wicked liar.
00:41:07.620 We all saw you cheer, cheer, and retweet, and repost your support for the terrorists.
00:41:19.880 I see that he was condemned by Ontario Premier Doug Ford.
00:41:26.240 I think the left has a really deep problem.
00:41:30.100 They have another MLA, or MPP as they're called in Ontario.
00:41:34.560 I think her name is Sarah Jama.
00:41:36.060 Do you want to call up Sarah Jama?
00:41:37.760 Am I getting that name right?
00:41:38.960 Like I say, I'm not a close follower of the NDP, really.
00:41:46.220 Why would you?
00:41:46.720 There she is.
00:41:48.860 And we got a little website there called Fire Jama.
00:41:53.180 J-A-M-A.
00:41:55.200 Let's read this.
00:41:55.800 Pump it up for my old eyes.
00:41:57.860 Ontario NDP, member of the provincial parliament, makes abhorrent comments sympathetic towards Hamas.
00:42:03.780 Sarah Jama, a first-term MPP, demanded Israel, quote, end all occupation of Palestinian land and end apartheid.
00:42:13.440 I don't know if Sarah Jama knows this, but Israel actually left Gaza in the year 2005, which by my math is 18 years ago.
00:42:24.840 There is not a single Israeli office, or there's not a single Jew.
00:42:33.040 They literally removed all the Jews who were living there.
00:42:35.540 They literally dug up the graveyards of the Jews and removed the dead bodies.
00:42:41.140 They did that so they wouldn't be desecrated by Hamas.
00:42:43.840 There's not a single Jew in Gaza.
00:42:45.680 Well, now there is because the Israeli army is going in.
00:42:48.720 Let me read this.
00:42:50.280 And Ontario NDP, MPP, is again in hot water after making controversial comments regarding the Hamas terrorist attack in Israel on October 7.
00:42:57.060 Sarah Jama, first-term MPP, released a statement on the deteriorating conditions.
00:43:01.320 Let's click that.
00:43:01.940 Let's read that statement.
00:43:06.580 There we go.
00:43:07.540 Do we have her actual tweet?
00:43:12.820 Oh, no, this is her statement, where she says, yeah, she's been digging a hole more and more also.
00:43:20.700 It got so bad that her NDP leader in Ontario, and I've got to tell you this, I'm a bit of a news hound.
00:43:27.100 All I do is read the news.
00:43:28.400 I'm glued to my Twitter.
00:43:29.460 I've got a serious Twitter addiction.
00:43:30.580 I read the news all the time.
00:43:31.280 I get emails.
00:43:31.920 I talk to people.
00:43:32.620 I'm news, news, news.
00:43:33.320 I have a news show, news, news, news.
00:43:34.820 I can't tell you the name of Ontario's NDP leader, because why would I be interested in the trivial pursuit of that?
00:43:39.980 That's an answer to a trivia question.
00:43:41.640 Hey, Ezra, who's the leader of the Ontario NDP?
00:43:44.940 I don't know.
00:43:45.480 Who's the leader of, like, the fifth-place party in South Korea?
00:43:49.420 Why would I know?
00:43:50.420 Why would I care?
00:43:54.540 So she put out this call for an immediate ceasefire, basically blaming the Jewish victims, and she said, I'm reflecting on my role as a politician who's participating in this settler colonial system.
00:44:06.320 And I ask that all politicians do the same.
00:44:08.980 Free Palestine.
00:44:09.940 She's got to spell it right.
00:44:11.640 Well, sister, if you are a settler, why don't you go back to where you're from if you're a colonialist?
00:44:18.980 But she has been called upon.
00:44:23.140 It's sort of funny.
00:44:24.280 The trivial pursuit answer of who the leader of the NDP is is unbeknownst to me.
00:44:29.340 But she called upon Sarah Jammah to retract, which is a weird thing, because Sarah Jammah obviously believes this.
00:44:37.080 This isn't her first anti-Semitic outburst.
00:44:39.440 I mean, she's a New Democrat MPP.
00:44:41.480 It's shorter to list the friends of the Jews in that party than those with Pro-Hermas helpers.
00:44:46.960 So the leader has certainly not asked Sarah Jammah to change her mind.
00:44:54.100 She knows she won't.
00:44:55.100 She knows she won't.
00:44:56.100 She knows she won't.
00:44:57.100 Or even to apologize.
00:44:58.100 She knows she won't.
00:44:59.100 Just, can you please take that down?
00:45:01.100 Can you please delete that?
00:45:02.100 Can you please?
00:45:03.100 Hi, I'm your NDP leader.
00:45:04.040 Can you please delete this deeply troubling post where you're siding with the terrorists against women who were tortured and raped and murdered?
00:45:12.520 And can you check?
00:45:13.680 Has she taken anything down as of yet?
00:45:17.600 We're checking right now.
00:45:19.060 Feel free to put that on the screen and we'll watch you search in real time.
00:45:24.340 I don't think she's taken it down, has she?
00:45:29.660 There it is, right?
00:45:30.800 Yep.
00:45:31.400 And you just loaded that a second ago.
00:45:34.860 So there you have it.
00:45:35.780 Sarah Jammah.
00:45:37.760 It's having a little bit of a rebellion, a little bit of an intifada, a peaceful intifada against her own party because they're not anti-Israel enough for her.
00:45:49.180 Be interesting to see how that ends.
00:45:51.320 I wonder if she'll join the Greens or maybe she'll start the Hamas party.
00:45:55.500 Why not?
00:45:56.180 I mean, Toronto police, Peel Region police, they didn't arrest anybody at the actual Hamas rallies.
00:46:09.700 So why would they arrest Sarah Jammah if she started the Hamas party?
00:46:13.900 She could be the leader of it.
00:46:16.920 I can't remember.
00:46:17.400 Was she wearing some abaya or hijab or something?
00:46:19.720 She's half dressed for it.
00:46:20.760 I don't know if they allow women to be politicians in Hamas.
00:46:24.380 I don't think so.
00:46:26.140 Even if they are covered, I just don't think they allow women to lead.
00:46:30.020 So maybe she'll have to have a different party than the Hamas party.
00:46:33.240 But really, why not?
00:46:34.260 I mean, the police are not arresting Hamas activists in Canada.
00:46:37.660 She could, you know, I mean, she could make headlines as the first Hamas elected politician in North America.
00:46:51.260 She'd certainly get a lot of financial election donations.
00:46:56.320 Hey, it's 148.
00:46:57.580 I've been going full tilt for 48 minutes.
00:46:59.020 We're going to take a very short break.
00:47:00.480 I want to invite you to a couple of fun things we've got going on.
00:47:06.760 Do we have a cruise ad?
00:47:10.120 Do we have a video for you too?
00:47:12.420 Okay.
00:47:12.960 We've got a few things going on I'd like to invite you to, including if you can believe it.
00:47:18.160 Like I just told you about this trip we did to Israel.
00:47:21.540 That was very safe at the time.
00:47:23.940 I wouldn't recommend going on a tourist trip to Israel necessarily right now.
00:47:27.620 But we are going on a cruise sailing out of Fort Lauderdale in March.
00:47:33.360 And we're inviting our most enthusiastic viewers to come along with us.
00:47:37.400 Here's a little ad of that.
00:47:41.180 It's summertime now, but the cold Canadian winter will be here soon enough.
00:47:46.180 So I am planning a week-long Caribbean cruise in March with your favorite Rebel News personalities,
00:47:53.000 including myself, Sheila Gunn-Reed, Alexa Lavoie, David Menzies, and many more,
00:47:58.120 plus the Woman of the Year, Tamara Leach.
00:48:01.280 Want to come with us?
00:48:02.560 We're going to sail out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida on March 23rd.
00:48:06.400 Our first stop will be the beautiful Half Moon Cay in the Bahamas,
00:48:11.060 then on to Otorios, Jamaica,
00:48:13.280 then the Cayman Islands, and finally Cozumel, Mexico.
00:48:17.060 Talk about a great winter getaway.
00:48:19.680 It's going to be beautiful and relaxing and a little bit luxurious.
00:48:24.060 We're going on Holland America lines, so you know it's going to be good.
00:48:27.000 But the real fun is that we're bringing some of the most interesting thinkers and doers
00:48:31.680 on the cruise with us for a series of special Rebel News-only events
00:48:35.880 on the cruise ship when we're at sea,
00:48:38.260 including panel discussions where you can get intimate and interactive
00:48:41.560 with some of the smartest public policy minds around.
00:48:44.860 It's not just Rebel News staff.
00:48:46.340 It's newsmakers we love to interview on our shows.
00:48:49.820 That's what makes this cruise so special.
00:48:51.900 Over the course of the week, you'll have countless opportunities
00:48:54.480 to talk one-on-one with your favorite Rebel News personalities
00:48:57.760 in a casual setting.
00:48:59.880 We'll have private Rebel News-only receptions
00:49:02.380 and a series of panel discussions with a question-and-answer session
00:49:05.640 where you can really dig into the issues.
00:49:07.900 And this is my favorite part.
00:49:09.100 Every night, we're going to have dinner together,
00:49:11.040 and we're going to rotate tables at dinner each night,
00:49:13.960 and so you'll be with a different Rebel celebrity every night
00:49:16.940 and your fellow Rebel enthusiasts.
00:49:19.480 So, for example, one night, you'll have dinner with me.
00:49:21.740 The next night, you'll have dinner at Tamara Leach's table and so on.
00:49:25.340 How much fun is that?
00:49:26.960 I can hardly wait.
00:49:28.520 If you like cruising already, well, this is truly something unique.
00:49:31.800 And if you've never been on a cruise ship before,
00:49:34.860 this is the perfect way to start,
00:49:36.540 with a group of like-minded Rebels from coast to coast.

00:50:23.040 who's played with Alicia Keys, Stevie Wonder,
00:50:25.840 the Rolling Stones, and many more.
00:50:28.020 Plus, New World Sun, just off a European tour,

00:50:53.040 Know your freedoms.
00:50:53.920 Hey, Ben Shapiro here.
00:50:56.120 This November, the Wilberforce Project is bringing me to Canada.
00:50:58.860 If you want to fight the woke machine destroying families,
00:51:01.340 join me in Calgary for my talk, hosted by the Wilberforce Project.
00:51:04.580 Go to benshapirolive.ca for info and tickets.
00:51:07.760 Hey, I'm back.
00:51:16.180 You know, I think I'm going to do the live stream all week.
00:51:18.600 So I'll do it Thursday and Friday, and we'll see what next week holds.
00:51:21.540 I've got a lot of things to say, and I can't fit it all in my monologues
00:51:24.680 and my interviews.
00:51:26.200 And I'm not traveling.
00:51:28.860 I've been traveling a lot lately.
00:51:30.720 Hey, there have been some amazing super chats.
00:51:32.940 I'm going to go through those.
00:51:33.840 So thank you, and thanks for your patience.
00:51:35.360 Fraser McBurney, who I've had the pleasure to meet,
00:51:38.000 and we actually had dinner together at a Chinese restaurant last year,
00:51:42.020 I guess it was, chips in $100 and says,
00:51:45.140 I'm proud to donate $100 to help fund Avi and Benji go to Israel to tell the truth.
00:51:48.980 Well, thank you very much.
00:51:49.960 And they are on the ground.
00:51:51.140 I'm pleased to report.
00:51:51.880 Well, you have to know.
00:52:14.960 You have to be savvy.
00:52:16.080 For example, most people wouldn't have detected that the New York Times
00:52:18.840 changed the word terrorist to gunman, right?
00:52:21.020 So I think for most casual news consumers, they won't know that.
00:52:29.500 Alberta Dawn, $5.
00:52:30.900 How long until there are terror attacks in Western countries
00:52:33.560 to protest Israel defending their country from a terrorist attack?
00:52:37.080 Well, we've already had terrorist attacks in the West, haven't we?
00:52:40.300 I mean, 9-11 obviously being the most stunning and staggering.
00:52:43.740 The Brits had many terrorist attacks.
00:52:46.960 An Ariana Grande concert was attacked.
00:52:51.640 I believe that was in Manchester.
00:52:53.280 They had their subway bombings.
00:52:55.580 I think they had a bus bombing.
00:52:57.940 Of course, in Canada, we had the murder of Nathan Cirillo
00:53:02.320 and the storming of Parliament.
00:53:03.860 Thank God no one in Parliament was killed.
00:53:06.800 And there's many terror plots, such as the Millennium Bomber
00:53:11.800 who drove from B.C. into Washington State and thankfully was caught.
00:53:16.060 In the United States, there's terror attacks quite frequently.
00:53:19.260 And let me take that back.
00:53:20.720 Not frequently, but it's not rare anymore.
00:53:23.020 And I'm deeply worried about their massive open border.
00:53:26.820 If Iran had been planning and scheming how to get over and under
00:53:31.340 and through Israel's wall for years,
00:53:34.940 well, all they would have to do is watch Twitter
00:53:38.200 and know they could just walk through America's undefended border.
00:53:41.920 Just walk through.
00:53:44.580 I'm worried what's coming in America.
00:53:47.040 It's 1.55 p.m.
00:53:48.760 I'm going to wrap up at the top of the hour.
00:53:50.700 However, I want to end with some surprising good news.
00:53:55.180 It's not important news, but it's small news, but it's good news.
00:53:59.120 I'm going to show you two tweets that surprised me
00:54:01.360 because I think the Democrats are the party of Hamas.
00:54:05.440 I don't think I'm saying anything controversial by that.
00:54:08.080 In Canada, the NDP is the party of Hamas.
00:54:11.340 In fact, can you go to FIRE?
00:54:14.140 We just found, we told you FIRE JAMA, right?
00:54:18.560 Well, there's an NDP MLA in Alberta named Lizette Tejada.
00:54:25.680 Can you go to FIRE, Lizette?
00:54:29.240 Alberta NDP MLA says Israelis are barbarians.
00:54:33.100 They're the ones guilty of genocide,
00:54:35.080 not the Hamas terrorists raping, murdering, stabbing,
00:54:39.600 beheading their way through civilian homes.
00:54:42.500 It's the Jews who are the barbarians.
00:54:45.300 They're the ones guilty of genocide.
00:54:47.800 And so we've got a little petition there at FIRE Lizette.
00:54:52.120 So I think the NDP is a bit of an anti-Semitism problem.
00:54:55.160 And if you're not Jewish, I don't think you're off the hook
00:54:57.340 because I think they have a bit of a terrorism problem.
00:54:59.520 And one thing we've learned over the last few days,
00:55:01.860 although Jews were probably 90% of the murder victims,
00:55:06.820 there were others.
00:55:07.800 I've read there were 15 Thai workers from Thailand
00:55:12.660 who were murdered as well.
00:55:15.460 I saw there were some Arab Israelis who were murdered as well.
00:55:20.680 And as 9-11 shows, America, North America is not safe.
00:55:25.860 And do you think that if Israel were wiped off the map,
00:55:28.440 do you think they'd say, all right, we're done?
00:55:30.920 Do you think that would happen?
00:55:32.180 And by the way, what do you think of all these people in North America
00:55:37.140 chanting Intifada, chanting death to the Jews,
00:55:40.040 or as they said in Sydney, gas the Jews.
00:55:43.020 Do you think they're suddenly going to become liberal Democrats, gentle people?
00:55:49.600 So yeah, I don't think it's just a Jewish problem.
00:55:51.840 The Jews are the canary in the coal mine.
00:55:53.420 They're the first to go.
00:55:54.920 Fred Hahn, that bizarre, scary clown.
00:55:59.220 He thinks he's going to be spared.
00:56:04.580 They're going to butcher him.
00:56:06.480 They're going to throw him off the top of a tower.
00:56:11.560 In Iran, they execute gays by hanging.
00:56:17.960 In Saudi Arabia, they occasionally use stoning,
00:56:21.860 and they have beheading.
00:56:24.180 In the Gaza Strip, it's typically throw them off the top of a tower,
00:56:27.560 like an apartment building.
00:56:31.040 Scary clown, Fred Hahn, thinks he's going to be spared.
00:56:36.220 But why does the NDP support this?
00:56:38.900 Well, I think it's easy for them to hate Jews,
00:56:41.040 but they want to destroy the establishment.
00:56:43.820 They want to bring it all down.
00:56:45.940 Anyway, let me read to you, in closing,
00:56:47.860 two tweets from two Democrats that surprised me,
00:56:52.420 because the Democrats in the U.S. are the party of Hamas.
00:56:55.240 We know that.
00:56:56.860 They made that choice.
00:56:58.380 Weirdly, Jews continue to vote for the Democrats.
00:57:01.900 I find that really weird.
00:57:04.060 It's like that old joke, chickens for Colonel Sanders.
00:57:07.000 Woo!
00:57:07.980 Yeah, you're going to wind up dead, brother.
00:57:11.600 But two ex-presidents weighed in,
00:57:16.380 and I have to say I was a little bit surprised.
00:57:19.080 The first was Barack Obama.
00:57:22.040 Now, I'm not sure if he believes this or means this,
00:57:25.240 but he said it,
00:57:27.200 and it's had close to 70 million views
00:57:30.120 in America and around the world.
00:57:33.680 Barack Obama on Monday
00:57:35.460 said,
00:57:37.560 That's a very interesting thing.
00:57:55.140 So, it's easy to say I'm against butchering women and children,
00:58:00.100 although a lot of new Democrats and Democrats stand there find it difficult,
00:58:03.580 but to say stand squarely alongside our ally Israel
00:58:07.000 as it dismantles Hamas.
00:58:09.220 So that goes further and says Hamas should be, could be, will be destroyed.
00:58:13.480 That's further than I thought Barack Obama would go.
00:58:17.540 And then he says,
00:58:18.480 As we support Israel's right to defend itself against terror,
00:58:21.600 we must keep striving for a just and lasting peace
00:58:23.920 for Israelis and Palestinians alike.
00:58:25.580 And I can't disagree with that.
00:58:28.580 So he's not doing,
00:58:29.900 I don't think he's doing on the one hand,
00:58:31.360 on the other hand, ism.
00:58:32.300 I don't think he's saying,
00:58:33.420 Well, you Jews had it coming.
00:58:35.940 I don't, he's just saying,
00:58:36.840 By the way, let's keep trying to have a just and lasting peace.
00:58:40.360 I actually think that is a better statement
00:58:43.160 than 90% of Democrats.
00:58:45.860 Don't you?
00:58:46.260 I was surprised by that.
00:58:49.260 I don't think his foreign policy reflected that.
00:58:52.280 But that's what he said.
00:58:53.460 And 70 million people read it.
00:58:57.180 And then Jeffrey Epstein's friend,
00:58:59.020 what's his name again?
00:58:59.840 Bill Clinton.
00:59:01.240 Bill Clinton,
00:59:02.300 he made a tweet also
00:59:06.020 that was pretty good too.
00:59:08.140 Listen, credit words too, right?
00:59:10.960 He said,
00:59:11.760 As the atrocities committed by Hamas
00:59:14.520 has become ever more horrifyingly clear,
00:59:17.520 it can seem too painful to endure.
00:59:21.480 But we cannot and should not allow ourselves to look away.
00:59:25.660 These grotesque crimes were designed to dehumanize and desensitize.
00:59:30.520 We owe it to the victims to bear witness
00:59:32.780 so that we can unite against terror
00:59:34.640 and do everything we can to ensure this is ever repeated.
00:59:37.480 It's a more emotional response.
00:59:40.580 And I think he's right.
00:59:41.500 Don't look away.
00:59:42.860 He's not as clear about standing with Israel
00:59:45.020 as it dismantles Hamas.
00:59:46.700 But in a way,
00:59:47.760 it's more emotionally supportive,
00:59:50.700 if not as practical.
00:59:54.300 Credit where it's due.
00:59:55.880 Credit where it's due.
00:59:59.320 The hour goes by quickly.
01:00:01.060 It's 2.01.
01:00:01.720 I thank you for those who've been watching
01:00:03.820 on Rumble and our various other streams.
01:00:07.460 It makes me chuckle that we start our live stream
01:00:09.800 with the disclaimer for YouTube saying,
01:00:11.800 hey, we might say some unapproved things about COVID.
01:00:15.940 What a laugh the mainstream media is
01:00:18.580 and the big tech platforms.
01:00:20.680 They're lying to you.
01:00:21.700 They lie like a rug.
01:00:23.160 We showed you that classic lie
01:00:25.260 of how they will not say the word terrorist.
01:00:27.820 I see the European Union is now threatening Elon Musk
01:00:31.860 saying he'd better censor these images.
01:00:33.720 Does the European Union care
01:00:35.780 that people are seeing atrocities?
01:00:38.380 Maybe.
01:00:39.820 I think what they care is that they're seeing atrocities
01:00:42.160 done by Hamas.
01:00:45.580 I haven't seen the European Union weigh in
01:00:48.080 to stop Twitter users from showing
01:00:52.540 victims of Russian military collateral damage
01:00:59.660 because the European Union doesn't like Russia.
01:01:04.560 But they're squawking that Hamas is being exposed
01:01:09.140 as terrorists.
01:01:10.020 And they're saying to Elon Musk,
01:01:11.220 you better stop letting people see those things.
01:01:14.180 They're only allowed to see what we want them to see.
01:01:16.540 And the Guardian is there to tell them,
01:01:18.960 look, not all those babies who were murdered
01:01:22.760 were beheaded.
01:01:23.660 Only some of them were beheaded.
01:01:26.140 And I'm horrified.
01:01:27.300 She said horrified.
01:01:28.940 She was horrified that Hamas
01:01:31.380 would be getting bad press like that.
01:01:34.040 Well, my friends, it's 2.03 Eastern time.
01:01:36.440 I'll have my own monologue tonight

01:01:59.420 in government money, and it shows.
01:02:02.260 There's just no way
01:02:03.480 that a company like ours
01:02:05.580 could say what we say
01:02:06.700 if we were on Trudeau's teat.
01:02:09.420 Like the CBC.
01:02:11.220 Like CTV.
01:02:12.300 Like the Globe and Mail.
01:02:13.320 Like the Toronto Star.
01:02:14.320 Like Post Media.
01:02:15.560 We just are freer than them
01:02:17.540 because we're 100% fewer supported.
01:02:21.280 That's our live stream for the day.
01:02:23.000 Until tonight,
01:02:24.120 on behalf of all of us here
01:02:25.340 at Rebel World Headquarters,
01:02:26.480 to you at home,
01:02:27.120 goodbye.
01:02:28.280 And keep fighting for freedom.
