00:00:00.500 Hello, my Rebels. Today I tell you about a very strange Twitter flame war I was in yesterday.
00:00:06.180 I dared to suggest a TV doctor who's always calling for harsher lockdowns.
00:00:11.240 I dared to suggest that Citizen Journal's film him breaking the lockdown and send me the video.
00:00:17.960 Oh my gosh, did that unleash a waterfall of rage, if there's such a waterfall.
00:00:25.120 Well, I'll take you through it, show you the tweets in question, and compare it to other bounties for video of bad behavior that we have issued probably a dozen over the last year.
00:00:35.020 I'll remind you of some of the highlights, including when we sent a drone over John Tory's house in Florida.
00:00:40.300 That was a good one.
00:00:41.520 So that's today's podcast.
00:00:43.560 I'd like to invite you to become a subscriber to Rebel News Plus.
00:00:46.100 That's the video version of the podcast.
00:00:48.160 Just go to rebelnewsplus.com, click subscribe, eight bucks a month.
00:00:52.620 And it gives you great videos every day, including mine, and on a weekly basis, Andrew Chapitros, Sheila Gunn-Reed, and David Menzies.
00:00:59.840 But also, it's how we stay strong.
00:01:02.560 It's how we stay independent without taking a dime in that Trudeau money.
00:01:05.520 All right, here's today's podcast.
00:01:06.480 Tonight, should journalists check if TV doctors actually follow their own strict lockdown advice, or should they be exempt from public scrutiny?
00:01:30.020 It's December 22nd, and this is The Ezra LeVant Show.
00:01:32.720 Why should others go to jail when you're a biggest carbon consumer I know?
00:01:38.820 There's 8,500 customers here, and you won't give them an answer.
00:01:42.880 The only thing I have to say to the government about why I publish it is because it's my bloody right to do so.
00:01:52.980 Here at Rebel News, we do journalism in the public interest.
00:01:56.420 What I mean by that is that there is a democratic reason behind the stories that we cover.
00:02:02.440 We don't talk about private matters.
00:02:04.680 We don't talk about private people unless they enter the public realm.
00:02:09.160 And usually, it's the form of a private person who needs help against the public system, and they want to tell us their story.
00:02:15.780 That's an example.
00:02:16.580 But if there's no public element to it, we just don't cover it.
00:02:20.240 It makes sense.
00:02:20.920 That's sort of instinctive, I think, for most viewers, I think.
00:02:25.020 Most people are private people, including most doctors.
00:02:28.620 By that, I mean they have a doctor-patient relationship, and it's really none of anyone's business.
00:02:34.220 Certainly not any politician's business.
00:02:36.220 But unfortunately, that private sphere has been punctured, invaded, and sometimes even destroyed by politicians and bureaucrats over the past two years.
00:02:47.560 Things that just weren't anyone's business now suddenly are.
00:02:51.400 I remember the saying that pro-choice people had about abortion back in the day.
00:02:56.040 It's between a woman, her doctor, and God.
00:02:58.620 Did you ever hear that phrase before?
00:03:01.400 Or keep your laws off my body.
00:03:03.780 You ever hear that?
00:03:04.300 Keep your rosaries off my ovaries.
00:03:05.900 Did you ever hear that one?
00:03:07.040 I mean, privacy was important.
00:03:08.260 It was an important value.
00:03:09.520 It wasn't just in the law.
00:03:10.560 It was a public custom.
00:03:12.440 It was taboo.
00:03:13.320 I mean, you would never ask people a personal health question.
00:03:17.840 Something insane like, when is your period?
00:03:20.180 That's an insane example.
00:03:22.260 That's a private matter.
00:03:23.820 Unless you're a woman's doctor, the answer is it's none of your bloody business.
00:03:28.640 In fact, human rights law makes asking many private questions about someone's personal stuff,
00:03:34.860 their health, if they're pregnant or going to be pregnant, about their disabilities, even
00:03:40.520 disabilities like an alcohol addiction.
00:03:42.780 Asking about that is often illegal at a workplace, for example.
00:03:46.580 You couldn't ask about it in a job interview, for example.
00:03:50.240 It's private.
00:03:52.360 So that was the private world.
00:03:53.800 But it ended with the lockdowns and the vax passes.
00:03:57.920 Now, I don't know, any bouncer at a nightclub, any waiter at a restaurant, any cop, any busybody,
00:04:03.920 any clerk, any cashier can demand to know your intimate private health details.
00:04:08.560 And the government set the whole thing up, the whole scheme up, with surveillance systems
00:04:13.520 in your phone.
00:04:15.120 Download the app.
00:04:16.120 You know they're tracking you.
00:04:17.520 They lie when they say they're not.
00:04:19.400 Don't believe them.
00:04:20.640 Here's a story from Black Locks that proves the feds got the cell phone companies to track
00:04:26.440 people's movements.
00:04:28.380 They're spying on you for health reasons, sure, health reasons.
00:04:32.700 They're spying on your health itself.
00:04:34.220 They're tracking your movements.
00:04:35.260 They're regulating your movements.
00:04:39.080 They're asking you questions about your health, both physical and mental health.
00:04:43.940 And they're punishing you for the wrong answer or for no answer.
00:04:49.540 They're regulating where and when and how you go to church or even what you do in your
00:04:54.360 own home.
00:04:55.760 Looks like Quebec is about to bring back their nighttime curfews again.
00:05:00.400 So yeah, no privacy anymore, not even in your own home or your own street.
00:05:05.260 Where the government says how many guests you can have or can't, like Christmas dinner
00:05:09.840 privacy, eh?
00:05:11.720 And some of this is being said by politicians, but much of it is being done by people in white
00:05:18.900 lab coats.
00:05:19.940 Sometimes they actually bring their stethoscopes on TV with them.
00:05:23.560 They're not using the stethoscopes in the TV interview.
00:05:26.760 They're bringing them as a prop.
00:05:29.260 The prop says, I'm going to give you political advice now, not medical advice, but you must
00:05:34.680 treat it like medical advice.
00:05:36.520 You must trust me as an authority who cannot be questioned.
00:05:40.400 I'm not a mere mortal like the grubby politicians you might elect in an election.
00:05:45.640 I am above that.
00:05:47.100 I am above you.
00:05:48.180 You must listen to me, even though you don't actually have to listen to your own doctor.
00:05:54.220 You can ignore your own doctor or get a second opinion, but you must obey me now.
00:05:59.200 The stranger you've never met, who has never examined you, he's a TV doctor.
00:06:05.280 There's a whole cottage industry of TV doctors.
00:06:07.680 They're having the time of their lives and they're dreaming of having their own TV shows.
00:06:12.420 Some of them just talk about medicine, but, you know, really that's maybe 10% of it.
00:06:17.480 They're mainly talking about public health, which is different.
00:06:19.820 It's the politics of medicine on a society-wide scale.
00:06:22.720 That's pure politics.
00:06:24.200 That's law and law enforcement and economics.
00:06:27.060 That's social health, mental health of young people denied their free lives.
00:06:31.100 Students kicked out of school.
00:06:32.280 Students, you know, schools closing.
00:06:34.460 People being arrested.
00:06:35.360 People being banned from their normal routines.
00:06:37.440 That's not medicine anymore, is it?
00:06:39.180 That's politics.
00:06:40.020 I'm not comparing today's TV doctors with the Nazi doctors of the past.
00:06:45.400 Of course I'm not.
00:06:47.240 The Nazi doctors deliberately injured and tortured and killed Jews and others.
00:06:52.320 There's no comparison.
00:06:53.700 But the comparison here is not to the degree of the authoritarianism.
00:06:58.860 It's that they're covering their authoritarianism under the same excuse of medicine.
00:07:04.600 The white lab coats.
00:07:06.520 Make sure you call them doctor.
00:07:07.860 It's not a military title.
00:07:10.020 You know, I don't know if you know the story.
00:07:11.600 Hitler's final solution was cooked up in a conference room at the Wannsee Conference
00:07:17.060 in this beautiful villa in Berlin in 1942.
00:07:21.900 But as you can see, this is not a military headquarters.
00:07:24.880 And about half of the people at the Wannsee Conference who came up with the final solution,
00:07:30.400 they were not military generals.
00:07:32.120 Some were, but many were businessmen in suits and many were doctors.
00:07:37.080 Now, I am not comparing Nazi doctors to COVID doctors.
00:07:41.440 I'm comparing the use of their medical degree to make more palatable things that would otherwise engender our doubts or skepticism.
00:07:50.660 In part because politics becomes disguised as science when a doctor says it.
00:07:56.100 Because in part because politics is disguised as magic, as a deeper mystical knowledge about how things really work that you as a mere mortal don't know.
00:08:06.960 So if a doctor says something odd or extreme, even, you must doubt yourself instead of doubting the doctor, because science says so.
00:08:16.360 You're just a person.
00:08:17.520 They're a doctor.
00:08:18.320 Are you a doctor?
00:08:19.160 I mean, Fauci would have fit right in.
00:08:24.200 To doubt him is to doubt science himself.
00:08:26.900 So if you are trying to, you know, get at me as a public health official and a scientist, you're really attacking not only Dr. Anthony Fauci, you're attacking science.
00:08:38.220 That's why doctors have a code of ethics.
00:08:40.040 They need to.
00:08:41.160 They need to regulate their power.
00:08:43.100 That's why that code of ethics had to be shelved for them to be turned against their patients during the pandemic, turned against each other.
00:08:49.980 That's why doctors are being bullied by the political doctors.
00:08:53.220 The colleges of physicians and surgeons are punishing doctors who issue medical exemptions, even for excellent reasons.
00:08:59.840 They're suspending them.
00:09:00.980 They're banning them.
00:09:01.720 They're prosecuting them.
00:09:02.900 They're engaging in political enforcement.
00:09:04.980 Dark days, not Nazi dark, not yet.
00:09:07.780 But the trend has begun.
00:09:08.940 Which brings me back to this one TV doctor named Nahid Dasani.
00:09:15.600 I see him all over Twitter.
00:09:17.660 His Twitter biography shows how cool he is, how media savvy he is.
00:09:21.680 He calls himself a health justice activist.
00:09:24.880 So, like I say, a politician with an MD.
00:09:28.080 But he's cool because he wears his hat backwards like the kids do.
00:09:34.980 How do you do, fellow kids?
00:09:36.380 If you click on the link in his Twitter biography, you'll find a much longer version.
00:09:40.940 He needs more words to talk about himself.
00:09:43.640 I'm a palliative care doctor who advocates for health and human rights.
00:09:48.420 Raising awareness of the critical need to support access to care for people experiencing structural vulnerabilities is my passion.
00:09:55.720 Please connect if you'd like to bring this message to your community.
00:10:00.200 Thanks for your support and for being part of the movement.
00:10:04.060 And he's got the fists at the end.
00:10:06.060 He's an activist.
00:10:06.900 He's a fighter.
00:10:07.800 He's a messenger.
00:10:09.220 Not a lot of talk about actual medicine, is there?
00:10:12.000 He's a politician with an MD.
00:10:14.660 And really, I'm not sure if he even does a lot of medicine.
00:10:17.380 There are dozens and dozens and dozens of media appearances there.
00:10:21.900 I don't really know how you can actually have a full-time job and also be such a media hound.
00:10:27.320 I notice a lot of what he does is spending his time calling people racist or the system racist, racist, racist, racist, which is sort of his shtick, which is weird, I think.
00:10:37.260 Again, that's not medicine.
00:10:39.320 That's radical politics with an MD to disguise it.
00:10:42.520 So I saw him tweet yesterday, as he often does, as he has done 26,000 times.
00:10:49.820 In fact, he says he's very, very scared of the new Omicron version of the virus.
00:10:55.740 And you should be, too.
00:10:57.660 And to prove how serious he is, he's going to lock himself down.
00:11:03.440 Retweet this if you canceled your holiday get-together plans and know you are doing the right thing.
00:11:10.240 Yeah, no, no, you're a scaremonger, you're a huckster, you're a hustler, you're a hypester.
00:11:16.020 He's all about the clips and the clicks and the clout.
00:11:19.900 That's not medicine.
00:11:21.140 The Omicron variant is so mild, it's like a cold.
00:11:25.560 So I just tweeted in passing what I tweeted, all these blowhards, my skepticism that they even follow their own rules, that they practice what they preach.
00:11:33.600 They never do.
00:11:35.460 The most spectacular case was that liar in the United Kingdom, Neil Ferguson.
00:11:39.260 The architect of the first lockdown, the guy with all the computer models.
00:11:43.180 He was caught breaking his own lockdown, his own lockdown, to have an affair.
00:11:49.260 And then the health minister over there, Matt Hancock, same thing.
00:11:54.120 Found, caught having an affair on the surveillance cameras in his own office, breaking the lockdown rules.
00:12:00.960 Both of them married men.
00:12:02.240 What is it about those Brits?
00:12:03.740 It's not just infidelity.
00:12:05.620 Although, think about it.
00:12:06.700 If you're the kind of man who would cheat on your wife and break your oath to her, you're probably not going to have a big problem breaking some dumb rule about social distancing or wearing a mask or whatever, right?
00:12:19.160 I mean, if you would cheat on your wife, you're probably not too worried about following mask rules.
00:12:25.400 I don't need to show you all the cases.
00:12:27.040 We have done probably 100 stories on Jason Kenney and his Sky Palace party.
00:12:31.980 Rod Phillips, the Ontario cabinet minister who went down to a luxury island in the Caribbean and pretended to be stuck back up here in snowy Canada with the proles.
00:12:40.960 We've crowdfunded bounties before.
00:12:44.180 In fact, I did a search of my own Twitter feed.
00:12:47.400 And, you know, for nearly two years, we've tried to catch politicians in action.
00:12:51.520 We've even set up a special web page, FireTory.com, to fire the mayor of Toronto for cheating on his lockdown.
00:12:58.720 We sent a drone crew to capture all the partying at John Tory's luxury home in Palm Beach, Florida, though he claims it wasn't him at the party.
00:13:07.300 I mean, do you think the vice president of the CBC is staying in snowy Canada during the winter?
00:13:12.940 No, they want you to, but they're all down in Florida where there's no mask rule.
00:13:19.060 Here's a tweet I did just a week ago.
00:13:21.140 It's after the insane public health doctor there ordered waiters and bartenders to wear goggles at work.
00:13:30.040 I swear to God, I am dead serious.
00:13:31.980 He ordered protective eyewear, so you can wear a snorkel scuba mask or goggles or like a welder's mask or a face shield.
00:13:40.700 Just absolutely crazy.
00:13:43.600 I said, attention, Peterborough, $5,000 cash bounty paid to anyone who sends me video of public health tyrant Dr. Thomas Piggott violating his own absurd, abusive, unscientific rules.
00:13:53.720 Contact me in confidence at tips at rebelnews.com.
00:13:55.840 So after Nahid Dasani told everyone to cancel their plans, I rather casually did what I've done a dozen times before.
00:14:04.460 I said, I don't believe it.
00:14:07.340 I don't believe that TV doctor guy is actually changing his lifestyle.
00:14:11.240 These guys are all cheaters.
00:14:13.060 The rules are only for the little people.
00:14:14.700 So I just offered a bounty on this TV lawyer.
00:14:19.460 I said, $5,000 bounty to anyone who sends a video of this fear-mongering TV doctor breaking COVID rules.
00:14:26.720 Email me in strict confidence, etc.
00:14:29.600 To what I've done literally a dozen times before.
00:14:32.380 Not to private people.
00:14:34.700 If a private person is breaking the lockdown rules, frankly, I'm on their side.
00:14:40.560 These rules make no sense.
00:14:42.280 They're not based on science.
00:14:43.880 The ruling class doesn't obey them.
00:14:46.280 They're probably illegal or unconstitutional and good for them if they break the rules.
00:14:53.420 And frankly, if there's a private person, including a private doctor, who has his own views on this one way or another, I don't really care.
00:15:02.340 Like I said, that's private or it should be and it used to be.
00:15:05.940 But this is a TV doctor, a fear-monger, someone who has made a career out of the pandemic.
00:15:12.160 He's having the time of his life.
00:15:14.500 Oh, by the way, I don't mean treating people for coronavirus.
00:15:18.520 I mean becoming a TV star out of it.
00:15:21.240 He's a public person and public people need to be publicly accountable.
00:15:25.260 Well, holy moly, did that cause a firestorm from the entire lockdown class.
00:15:34.240 And it was amazing to see them harmonize online.
00:15:38.020 I mean, one of the first guys out, liberal party guy, here's a liberal party lockdownist, another public health guy who was a liberal candidate provincially.
00:15:46.660 He was enraged that I would check to see if lockdownists like him follow their own rules.
00:15:53.060 So I put a bounty on him, too, for breaking the rules.
00:15:56.880 Fair is fair.
00:15:57.380 I mean, it is a bit conspicuous for all these fancy pants to be so outraged that someone would dare to check and see if they're walking the walk.
00:16:06.220 Is there?
00:16:06.520 I mean, it just seems very conspicuous what got so revved up.
00:16:12.160 But it's what we do, by the way, whether it's Doug Ford or Jason Kenney or John Tory, all of whom claim to be conservatives, by the way.
00:16:20.600 Now, the Canadian Medical Association and then the Manitoba Medical Association, they weighed in on my tweet, too.
00:16:31.100 They were outraged.
00:16:33.300 They expressed it a bit differently.
00:16:35.120 I think they didn't really know what they were talking about.
00:16:39.220 They were probably taking instruction from someone.
00:16:41.960 I'm not sure what Manitoba has to say about a doctor in Ottawa and a pundit in Toronto.
00:16:48.060 And you can see they were spun that that it was as if some private doctor was being abused as opposed to a TV doctor being held to account.
00:16:57.460 It's not abuse to ask someone if they're following the rules and to film them breaking the rules in public.
00:17:04.360 If they're a lockdownist, that's a public interest matter.
00:17:07.420 If they're a public person and asking them to prove that it's not abuse, that's that's democracy.
00:17:12.000 And by the way, here's a tweet of Nahid Dasani, the TV doctor, calling for the arrest of Chris Skye because Chris Skye walked into a mall without a mask.
00:17:26.220 I think Chris Skye has a mask exemption.
00:17:29.880 I'm not sure.
00:17:30.900 But in any rate, you've got a TV doctor watching a private citizen, Chris Skye, who's actually in the public, going in somewhere with a mask.
00:17:41.280 And Nahid Dasani is calling for him to be arrested.
00:17:46.800 It's not a medical statement.
00:17:49.080 It's not a private statement.
00:17:50.780 It's a political statement in the public domain, on Twitter, by a media hound.
00:17:55.280 So, yeah, I don't really care about Nahid Dasani's medical practice.
00:18:00.700 I actually don't even know if he has one, given his hectic media schedule.
00:18:05.020 But I know that he is fair game to check to make sure he is wearing his mask.
00:18:11.080 I mean, he wants you and me to be arrested for not having masks.
00:18:14.940 He can withstand some questions.
00:18:16.920 That's the thing that Manitoba doctors were talking about.
00:18:22.080 Doctors facing abuse.
00:18:24.240 I'm against abuse, of course.
00:18:27.440 Checking to see if the rules apply to the ruling class isn't abuse, of course.
00:18:32.620 It's called the rule of law.
00:18:33.860 It's called fairness.
00:18:35.480 On the other hand, the College of Physicians and Surgeons has been suspending doctors who give medical exemptions.
00:18:41.900 That sounds like abuse, doesn't it?
00:18:44.180 The Manitoba Medical Association doesn't have much to say about that.
00:18:48.260 And violating the confidentiality of every patient in this country, making them tell their private matters to any waiter or clerk.
00:18:58.120 That feels pretty abusive, too.
00:18:59.920 Haven't heard much from the medical boys on that.
00:19:03.500 Or the side effects of the fear-mongering TV doctors making mental illness worse all the time.
00:19:09.380 Drug abuse up.
00:19:10.760 Suicides up.
00:19:11.760 That's real abuse.
00:19:13.360 So, yeah.
00:19:15.180 It was quite interesting to see the merger of the public health deep state and the political deep state yesterday.
00:19:21.920 It was fascinating to see the rulers versus the ruled.
00:19:26.580 One thing the public health deep state, the political deep state has, they both want to be censored.
00:19:32.320 They both asked Twitter to take down my account.
00:19:34.380 The theme throughout was how dare you ask or inquire, let alone check, that the rulers are following the rules, that the TV doctors walk and walk.
00:19:44.740 I get it.
00:19:45.560 I get it.
00:19:47.320 Privacy and all that, right?
00:19:49.020 Leave me alone and all that.
00:19:50.200 But he's not a private person in his TV pundit life.
00:19:53.700 It's just a bit rich for the people who demand that you tell your own intimate details.
00:19:59.520 As a private person, when you go to the gym or go to the restaurant or go to the barber or get on a plane or train, it's just a bit precious for them to suddenly care about privacy for political pundits.
00:20:12.400 But again, just like the lockdowns themselves, they never really plan to subject themselves to the rules.
00:20:19.740 I mean, Justin Trudeau, he flies on government jets and he eats wherever he wants and he goes wherever he wants.
00:20:27.380 I'd be surprised if he even has a vaccine passport.
00:20:30.280 Why would he?
00:20:31.220 I mean, the world is at his command.
00:20:33.060 The rule following stuff, the lockdown stuff, all the privacy and vetting stuff, it's just for you.
00:20:39.620 Being checked up on it, it's just for you.
00:20:45.320 And the moment anyone dares to ask the ruling class if they're compliant, holy hell, they're just not used to it, I guess.
00:20:53.760 That's what happens when 99% of the Canadian journalists are on Trudeau's payroll, I guess.
00:20:59.400 But I can't help but think of just a week ago when someone I know was subjected to real abuse.
00:21:09.620 Remember this?
00:21:10.540 What is this?
00:21:12.320 You cannot touch me.
00:21:13.800 Stop rushing over me.
00:21:15.740 Me?
00:21:19.080 David, just let them go.
00:21:20.400 David, just let them.
00:21:22.300 I called me.
00:21:24.380 What is this?
00:21:26.980 You can't.
00:21:27.840 Am I under arrest?
00:21:29.580 Am I under arrest?
00:21:31.800 Am I under arrest?
00:21:33.420 Because otherwise I have no rights.
00:21:34.840 Hold on.
00:21:36.520 What's going on?
00:21:37.400 David, David, just let them.
00:21:41.520 Just relax.
00:21:44.020 Where were any of these do-gooders, any of these pearl-clutchers talking about abuse then?
00:21:51.200 Where were these liberal politicians or journalists or where was the public health deep state then?
00:21:55.580 Where was anybody then talking about David Menzies actually being abused?
00:22:01.700 What a remarkable contrast.
00:22:03.440 Stay with us.
00:22:03.980 More ahead.
00:22:04.400 Welcome back.
00:22:10.700 Well, I follow the ups and downs of the U.S. military.
00:22:13.560 And I got to tell you, for the last year or so, it's definitely been on the downswing, internal purges of anyone who's considered to be a MAGA-style Republican, forced vaccinations, which will get rid of many other conservatives or independent thinkers,
00:22:31.040 And all sorts of woke and critical race theory and trans theory being taught instead of how to win a war.
00:22:39.460 I saw the other day that there are new maternity wear for U.S. service women, even Navy ships, I think, with the exception of submarines or COAD.
00:22:50.520 I'm not sure if that moves gender equality forward.
00:22:54.760 That's certainly the explanation for it.
00:22:57.040 But I don't know if it improves the fighting ability of the U.S. Navy when there's so many pregnancies on board that they actually have to develop an official maternity line for sailors to get preggers.
00:23:10.520 In the meantime, while America gazes at its naval, China is on its, what, third or is it the fourth aircraft carrier that's being built?
00:23:19.520 They have stealth technology fighters, most likely stolen from U.S. designs, but it doesn't matter how they got them.
00:23:26.740 They got them.
00:23:28.260 And, of course, they're becoming more and more adventurous with regards to Taiwan.
00:23:32.280 And here's a story that we recently ran on our website.
00:23:37.240 China does not fear confrontation with the U.S.
00:23:41.500 Foreign Minister H.E., His Excellency Wang Ying, said China is not afraid of military conflict with the United States.
00:23:48.840 And the author of that piece is perhaps our most prolific writer in the company.
00:23:53.860 His name is Ian Miles Chiang.
00:23:55.900 He's based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and he joins us now via Skype.
00:24:00.680 Ian, it's great to have you on the show.
00:24:01.800 You've been writing for us for a while.
00:24:03.240 Great stories.
00:24:04.260 What a pleasure to have you on the show.
00:24:06.900 And I love the fact that you're wearing your rebel hat.
00:24:10.980 It is.
00:24:12.440 It's awesome.
00:24:13.200 It's very comfortable.
00:24:14.280 Well, right on.
00:24:14.900 And thanks for writing the story.
00:24:16.180 Very interesting.
00:24:17.180 Let me quote from one outtake from Wang Yi's speech at a conference.
00:24:24.320 He said, China's attitude is consistent and clear-cut.
00:24:28.280 Dialogue may be conducted, but it should be based on equality.
00:24:31.900 He's talking about with America.
00:24:33.740 A cooperation is welcome, but it should be for mutual benefit.
00:24:38.140 Competition may exist, but it should be healthy in nature.
00:24:41.200 And then here's the kicker.
00:24:44.780 Confrontation, which China does not fear, will be met in kind.
00:24:51.140 Ten years ago, I would have sort of laughed at that.
00:24:53.280 Today, I'd say, yeah, I think they mean it.
00:24:55.920 What do you think?
00:24:57.180 I think so, too.
00:24:58.260 I think, uh-oh, if I'm Taiwan right now, I'd be quivering in my boots.
00:25:02.460 I mean, look at the military that they have, right?
00:25:05.780 China's got the Type 99A.
00:25:08.260 It's a powerful tank.
00:25:09.420 And this is just one unit, right?
00:25:11.380 And meanwhile, Taiwan has, and these are tanks America provided.
00:25:15.680 They're the M60s.
00:25:17.800 From the 1960s.
00:25:19.340 This is what we're up against.
00:25:20.880 This is what, well, they're up against.
00:25:22.380 I'm not up against it, thank God.
00:25:23.740 But, yeah, I mean, Taiwan is in a bad spot right now, and it doesn't seem to have the support that it really needs from America, because Biden is incredibly weak.
00:25:34.180 China would not be this adventurous under Trump.
00:25:37.120 They certainly scaled back their ambitions when Trump was in charge.
00:25:40.860 And now, with Biden in charge, do they feel as if they can walk all over him?
00:25:44.300 And I don't even blame them.
00:25:45.640 I don't blame them.
00:25:46.780 Well, Wang Yi actually spoke about that in his speech.
00:25:50.020 Again, I'm quoting from your article.
00:25:51.180 This is a quote, Taiwan is a long-lost son who will eventually return home, and the island nation, quote, should not be used as a pawn to serve others' agenda.
00:26:04.040 They have explicitly, and by they I mean official propaganda outlets like Global Times, one of their English language propaganda outlets.
00:26:13.400 There's videos coming out, again, from approved sources showing the invasion of Taiwan, threatening the invasion of Taiwan.
00:26:20.240 President Xi himself might not have said it, but all the communist fronts are saying it.
00:26:25.500 I'm worried they might try it, and they're up against Joe Biden, who showed his stamina in Afghanistan, didn't he?
00:26:32.100 Absolutely, he did.
00:26:33.060 And his generals are no better.
00:26:34.540 I mean, you have generals whose main concern, according to them, is white rage.
00:26:40.020 White rage is white people are the problem.
00:26:41.920 That's right.
00:26:42.240 Well, what are the other allies in the region?
00:26:46.360 I mean, it's always easy to talk.
00:26:49.280 Oh, there's Korea, Japan.
00:26:50.980 Sorry, I interrupted you.
00:26:51.940 Go ahead.
00:26:52.320 Yeah, South Korea, Japan.
00:26:53.100 Oh, I was saying Korea, Japan, Australia.
00:26:56.200 Australia is definitely an ally, yeah.
00:26:57.880 But that's about it.
00:26:59.740 I don't think they can really count on New Zealand, because New Zealand is so intrinsically tied to China's economy right now.
00:27:06.220 I mean, China owns most of its hospitals, for instance, so I don't think they'll want to bite the hand that feeds them.
00:27:12.180 And I don't think Taiwan can expect to see any help from Southeast Asia either.
00:27:16.180 You know, I don't want to be a warmonger.
00:27:19.340 I think that America and the world are sort of reeling from a 20-year adventure in Afghanistan.
00:27:25.140 And in that sense, I think withdrawing was right, although the catastrophic way that Biden withdrew, I think, is really the difference of opinion between him and others.
00:27:34.780 If Taiwan falls, I mean, really, imagine you're in South Korea.
00:27:41.500 Can you count on America?
00:27:42.780 Imagine if you were in Japan, and Japan and China, of course, have been to war on more than one occasion in the past.
00:27:50.360 It's not so much even should America defend Taiwan as if that domino falls, really what's next.
00:27:56.900 I just have to think that the whole region is about to be colonized.
00:28:03.220 China is a colonizer economically and diplomatically.
00:28:06.340 It's taken over a lot of Africa and Asia with the Belt and Road Initiative.
00:28:09.620 But to move into the military sphere, I actually think they bloody well mean it.
00:28:15.480 I think so, too.
00:28:16.580 I think so, too.
00:28:17.340 I mean, they've got all this hardware, and they want to play with it.
00:28:20.340 I mean, they're just like the American generals back in the 1990s when they wanted to play with their new hardware.
00:28:24.640 What did they do?
00:28:25.260 They started a war in Iraq, right?
00:28:26.840 And now China's feeling the itch.
00:28:29.520 You know, it wants to play with its toys.
00:28:31.040 And, you know, you know how men are.
00:28:33.400 We want to play with our toys.
00:28:35.660 And, you know, China, for the first time, is setting up naval bases and other military bases outside of its own sphere.
00:28:43.200 I mean, China for years said, you know, we're inward looking.
00:28:45.480 Don't worry about us.
00:28:46.440 We've never started a war.
00:28:47.640 We're just here.
00:28:49.720 They're setting up outposts.
00:28:51.040 And even in the Americas, the Chinese, in Central and South America, in the Caribbean, China is a force to be reckoned with.
00:29:00.260 I don't think it's inevitable.
00:29:04.400 But I think that it will happen if nothing counters it.
00:29:08.940 And I think, and let me ask you this last question.
00:29:12.720 Obviously, the lack of preparedness of the American military is an issue.
00:29:17.240 But I think at the end of the day, American military is still mightier.
00:29:20.120 But public mindset, when you've got Nike and the NBA and Disney and half of America trying to, corporate America, trying to woo China, boy, Facebook would love to get in there.
00:29:34.520 Mark Zuckerberg actually asked Xi Jinping to name his own baby daughter.
00:29:38.440 When you've got half of Silicon Valley begging to get into China, you're not going to have an honest discussion of the threat because everyone's looking to make a buck.
00:29:46.300 I think that is the real strategic risk.
00:29:48.500 Not that their aircraft carriers can beat America's aircraft carriers, but that America just simply won't fight because all the media elites are trying to make a buck.
00:29:58.000 What do you think?
00:29:58.680 I mean, Amazon.
00:29:59.540 Absolutely.
00:30:00.260 Like, Amazon, I wrote a piece.
00:30:01.520 I'm not sure if it's up right now.
00:30:02.740 But apparently, in 2019, Amazon ran a propaganda campaign with the Chinese government that continues to be ongoing.
00:30:11.260 Yes, indeed, they published a book by Xi Jinping.
00:30:15.240 And they removed all the reviews because it got one four-star review.
00:30:18.860 And they were like, no, you can't have this.
00:30:20.520 So they removed the reviews on those books, the ones that they published.
00:30:23.680 And they're working hand-in-hand with China.
00:30:25.480 So there's Amazon.cn as a Chinese version of the website.
00:30:29.380 And they managed to skirt past the typical bans that China imposes on foreign companies.
00:30:36.540 Like Apple, for instance, has the same deal with China.
00:30:40.580 I mean, it's recently been leaked that they've been working hand-in-hand with the Chinese government to provide training to their retail sector to help them build up their technology sector.
00:30:50.480 And this is what Silicon Valley is doing.
00:30:53.840 It's working closely with the Chinese government.
00:30:56.400 And, you know, it makes sense, right?
00:30:59.100 If you're these companies, you want access to the largest economy.
00:31:02.360 It's going to be China.
00:31:03.420 It's not going to be in America in, you know, in 10 years' time.
00:31:06.440 So they are just hedging their bets on China.
00:31:09.120 And the way things are going with America and, you know, the whole build back better thing being a massive, massive failure, not to mention the fact that if it does pass, it's going to be even worse.
00:31:19.020 Because China looks like a pretty good option if you're a multinational corporation.
00:31:24.060 Yeah.
00:31:24.240 I did not know Amazon operated in China.
00:31:26.740 I mean, I know that Facebook and Twitter don't.
00:31:29.680 What a conflict of interest for Jeff Bezos, who also, of course, has a contract to provide database and servers to the CIA, if I'm not mistaken.
00:31:39.640 Oh, that's correct, yeah.
00:31:40.680 Very, very unusual.
00:31:43.560 Well, Ian, it's great to have you on the show.
00:31:44.960 Thanks very much.
00:31:45.660 Thanks for your great articles.
00:31:46.580 Folks, I would recommend that you follow.
00:31:49.280 You probably are following it, even if you don't know that Ian is the author.
00:31:53.060 Of course, you can see his byline on news stories such as this one.
00:31:55.820 Great to see you, my friend.
00:31:56.580 Thanks for joining us at this hour of the night.
00:31:59.760 Absolutely.
00:32:00.320 Happy to be here.
00:32:01.020 All right.
00:32:01.360 There you have it, Ian Miles Chong, one of our prolific writers on the website.
00:32:04.720 Stay with us.
00:32:05.300 More ahead.
00:32:05.740 Hey, welcome back.
00:32:15.600 Your viewer feedback.
00:32:16.720 Sneaky Steel says, this is why I don't vote for public schooling at my local level.
00:32:23.060 These teachers can't do their job.
00:32:25.440 Why should we fund them?
00:32:26.740 Just another reason why people should switch to homeschooling.
00:32:29.720 You're talking about that crazy lawsuit.
00:32:32.040 Listen, lawsuits are crazy all the time.
00:32:33.480 It's the judgment that's crazy.
00:32:35.400 The courts are saying, yeah, making math teachers know math.
00:32:39.760 That's racial discrimination.
00:32:43.160 By the way, not a word of concern for students of every race.
00:32:48.480 I mean, if you believe what the judges say about math being a white subject and not a black subject,
00:32:55.840 and it's curious how they omit Chinese Canadians and Indo-Canadians who, frankly, statistically are very strong on math.
00:33:02.340 It's very weird.
00:33:03.240 But if you believe, as this racist ruling says, that math is a white thing and not a black thing,
00:33:08.440 shouldn't you want black students to have the ultimate best teacher possible of any race to get the black kids up if that's the problem?
00:33:19.000 But to say, no, no, no, no, it's more important that we don't discriminate against bad math teachers and to heck with the results for the kids.
00:33:26.720 It shows the upside down nature of education.
00:33:29.820 It's really about the teachers' unions.
00:33:31.040 Kids weren't even mentioned.
00:33:33.740 Greg M says, the level of mathematics complexity involved in setting up, administrating, marking, and then calculating the racial distribution of the math test is staggering.
00:33:45.020 I am quite certain that no math teachers are involved.
00:33:47.980 You know, I mean, over the course of school, sometimes kids would come to class who came from another country and their English was pretty weak.
00:33:59.040 And every time, and that's tough, especially if you're in grade school and stuff.
00:34:04.420 But every time I saw that, you know, those kids did the best in math because math is international, right?
00:34:11.420 So the kids who have trouble with English, I'm thinking back to when I was in elementary school.
00:34:15.020 Boy, they just nailed it on math.
00:34:17.760 And that was sort of their happy place because, you know, wherever they came from, whatever their ethnic or racial or national background, math is math is math.
00:34:26.540 And it's sort of culturally independent.
00:34:30.620 So the idea that you can call math or any hard science racial is insane.
00:34:37.720 But that's where we are, my friends.
00:34:39.660 Jillian Davis says the one good thing that has come out of COVID is to show us in no uncertain terms just how compliant we all are, the ugly truth about the weakness of our society, how fragile our freedoms really are, and how government, media, and massive corporations have little to rein them in when we allow them to get as unwieldy as they have become.
00:35:01.700 Yeah, I mean, I guess it is a good thing to have the truth revealed, sort of like if you have a little rust spot in your car.
00:35:08.660 Well, how deep does the rust go?
00:35:10.000 You should probably check instead of pretending it's not bad.
00:35:13.500 But now that we know how bad it is, the hard work begins, right?
00:35:18.660 Well, that's our show for today.
00:35:19.800 Until tomorrow, on behalf of all of us here on Rebel World Headquarters, to you at home, good night.
00:35:26.120 Keep fighting for freedom.
00:35:27.180 And let me leave you with a video of a day from our friend Lincoln Jay, who went out in the streets to ask, are vaccine mandates effective?
00:35:35.340 Here's some folks in the dreary city of Toronto telling you what they think.
00:35:39.440 Good night.
00:35:40.160 Do you believe that workplace vaccine mandates are effective in curbing the spread of COVID-19?
00:35:44.840 What are your thoughts overall?
00:35:45.920 Yes, they are.
00:35:47.360 Everybody should be vaccinated.
00:35:48.600 They're vaccinated, triple vaccinated.
00:35:50.480 Well, of course, we would have to look at the statistics after, you know, after a while.
00:35:54.360 I don't know if we have enough data to support that claim.
00:35:57.340 I don't have an answer to that because, like, every time there's a new wave, right?
00:36:02.220 The new wave comes and then something new.
00:36:04.260 So I don't have an answer for that.
00:36:06.320 Yeah, like I said, like, I think a lot of these policies need to be re-looked at because what we initially thought it was, you know, it's not that.
00:36:12.540 There's no unvaccinated individuals working there.
00:36:14.340 They're all at home.
00:36:15.040 They can't work.
00:36:15.720 So why is this happening?
00:36:17.160 Your guess is as good as mine.
00:36:19.940 And I'll wait until the medical information is valid rather than hearsay and reading Facebook.
00:36:26.840 I mean, yeah, they did get left out to dry because from what I heard, like, nurses were being fired if they weren't fully vaccinated, right?
00:36:33.180 But then they were unvaccinated when they were providing, like, a really essential service.
00:36:36.840 So they did get left out to dry.
00:36:38.780 I don't know if they should be brought back.
00:36:40.320 I would love to see the back end of this.
00:36:42.540 We are all suffering.
00:36:44.100 I'm very sorry for those people if they lived on their principles.
00:36:47.700 Enough said.
00:36:48.220 Lincoln Jay with Rebel News here at the Harbourfront in Toronto.
00:37:04.620 Now, with vaccine workplace mandates in full effect, meaning that if you are vaccinated in certain sectors, you get to keep your job.
00:37:13.340 If you choose not to disclose your vaccination status in certain sectors of work, you lose your job.
00:37:19.280 Now, with all that being said, in the city of Toronto, there are currently police stations, fire halls that are dealing with COVID-19 outbreaks among fully vaccinated individuals.
00:37:31.740 Anyone who's not disclosed their vaccination status does not enter the facility.
00:37:36.360 They're not allowed to work.
00:37:37.560 So my question is, why are we still seeing the spread?
00:37:41.940 Why are we still seeing outbreaks?
00:37:44.320 I want to find out how the people of Toronto feel about this topic.
00:37:47.420 If they feel that these people that have chosen not to disclose their vaccination status should be brought back into work.
00:37:53.760 How they feel about the mandates overall.
00:37:55.980 Let's check it out.
00:37:56.800 Do you believe that workplace vaccine mandates are effective in curbing the spread of COVID-19?
00:38:10.780 What are your thoughts overall?
00:38:11.900 Yes, they are.
00:38:13.120 Everybody should be vaccinated.
00:38:15.140 Triple vaccinated.
00:38:16.620 Yes, I do.
00:38:17.560 And I also feel like rapid tests and everyone getting vaccinated in the entire world are very good ways of getting the spread of COVID under control.
00:38:26.800 Vaccine mandates are important and everybody should be vaccinated.
00:38:30.880 And I have no sense of view for people who protested.
00:38:36.080 I honestly just think it's all a load of crap.
00:38:38.280 Like, I don't, I, yeah, I just leave it up to God.
00:38:42.600 I feel there's no other option and vaccination is a necessity.
00:38:48.460 I mean, yeah, it is an individual's choice, but then it has to be enforced.
00:38:52.820 I think it depends on the industry.
00:38:55.040 Like, if you're going to work or to physical, like, at people's homes or something.
00:39:01.180 I was talking to a guy who's, like, an HVAC and he said that he didn't have to get vaccinated.
00:39:05.620 And I thought that was insane.
00:39:07.080 So, I think it would probably help.
00:39:09.040 Well, of course, we would have to look at the statistics after, you know, after a while.
00:39:12.920 I don't know if we have enough data to support that claim.
00:39:15.560 But for all we know, it might help.
00:39:18.680 I don't have an answer to that because, like, every time there's a new wave, right?
00:39:23.660 The new wave comes and then something new.
00:39:25.780 So, I don't have an answer for that.
00:39:27.820 I think it is effective, right?
00:39:29.520 But I'm not sure if it's ethical.
00:39:31.620 Like, I won't answer that question.
00:39:33.300 But I think it's effective.
00:39:35.420 I don't know, to be honest with you.
00:39:36.880 Because I'm seeing the numbers that are coming out now.
00:39:39.160 And it kind of sways the impression of it.
00:39:43.740 Because we're seeing the numbers don't really say that the unvaccinated or the vaccinated didn't make any difference.
00:39:48.700 Like, it's sort of the same regardless of what you are status-wise.
00:39:51.880 I don't know if the workplace policies need to be redone, re-looked at.
00:39:57.280 I don't know.
00:39:58.120 No, it's not a good way.
00:39:59.500 How come?
00:40:00.580 People should have their own choices.
00:40:03.960 If they want to get vaccinated, it's their choice.
00:40:06.140 If they are doing good still without getting vaccinated, if they are cops or something, it doesn't matter if they are vaccinated or not.
00:40:13.140 I have no idea.
00:40:14.500 I'm basically inclined to think that whatever is best for the greater good is what should happen.
00:40:20.300 I don't know.
00:40:20.580 The mandates aren't really effective.
00:40:21.740 Honestly, I don't see the government doing anything really effective.
00:40:24.060 Because if they would, we wouldn't really be here anyways, right?
00:40:26.460 It wouldn't be like our second set, two and a half years in.
00:40:29.060 Yeah, I think it is.
00:40:30.340 I think they have to start somewhere.
00:40:32.720 I think a lot of spreading is happening with people that are non-vaccinated.
00:40:37.800 And it's just a big rippling effect.
00:40:39.260 And now with the new variant.
00:40:41.000 So, yeah, I do agree with it.
00:40:42.400 I think it works.
00:40:43.640 So, we're seeing now, we're seeing outbreaks at police stations, fire halls across the city.
00:40:50.740 I believe there's four in total.
00:40:52.640 And everyone that's working there right now is vaccinated.
00:40:54.980 Everyone that's unvaccinated, that was working in the force, is at home.
00:40:59.120 So, why are we seeing these outbreaks?
00:41:03.300 I don't know.
00:41:04.100 That's a tough one.
00:41:05.340 Maybe because they come in contact with a lot more people, like frontline workers do, than the average person.
00:41:10.820 So, but they may be getting that, but I don't think they're getting as sick or clogging up the hospital emergency.
00:41:18.200 So, this is the collective.
00:41:19.940 It is not the individual anymore.
00:41:21.780 If we do not continue to vaccinate people, we will be living with COVID-19 for years.
00:41:29.080 So, if vaccinated people and unvaccinated people can still get, specifically the Omicron variant, they can still spread it, right?
00:41:38.820 Wouldn't that mean that unvaccinated people would only be putting themselves at risk?
00:41:42.860 No, because you know what they're going to do?
00:41:44.360 The unvaccinated people are the ones that are going to get sicker.
00:41:47.900 They're the ones that are going to be filling up the hospitals.
00:41:50.100 The vaccinated people might catch it because there is breakthrough regardless, but they will not be getting stuck in an ICU and incubated.
00:41:58.780 Truthfully, well, if it's not going to do it, if it's not doing anything, then, you know, why even have the measures, right?
00:42:04.800 Because it's a way to protect.
00:42:06.560 Like, I've been double vaccinated.
00:42:08.140 Yeah.
00:42:08.820 And I'm hoping to get a booster shot as soon as I can.
00:42:12.960 If vaccinated spread the virus, just like unvaccinated, why are those people being left out of work?
00:42:19.560 They're not a threat to anyone but themselves.
00:42:22.300 Well, the thing is, they should be vaccinated.
00:42:25.440 They should be vaccinated.
00:42:26.560 Yeah, like I said, I think a lot of these policies need to be re-looked at because what we initially thought it was, you know, it's not that, right?
00:42:33.140 So, I mean, the infection seems to be going through the population regardless of what your status is.
00:42:37.880 So, the vaccine mandates on, you know, stopping restaurants or telling people they can't work anymore, it doesn't seem to make sense anymore.
00:42:44.840 Well, it's definitely a very harsh measurement when it comes to, like, people who are not, or just simply now, they don't want to disclose their vaccine status, they're being terminated.
00:42:55.520 That's definitely very, it's a pretty harsh method on, you know, the firemen and police officers.
00:43:01.700 Yeah, to me, it sounds a bit extreme.
00:43:05.940 That's the answer.
00:43:06.700 That's why I don't have an actual definite thought because we don't know if mandates actually work or not, right?
00:43:13.520 You don't know.
00:43:14.100 I don't have the answer to that.
00:43:15.480 The Omicron variants, we don't know.
00:43:17.080 We don't know enough about it to conclude that the vaccinations work on that variants, right?
00:43:23.980 It's going to spread anyways, whatever you do.
00:43:26.380 It's been two years.
00:43:27.360 If they had to stop it by the lockdowns and things, it would have been stopped long back.
00:43:31.600 We still got to see it, right?
00:43:32.940 Because, like, there's, like, the new variant coming in.
00:43:35.460 And there are a lot of people who are saying, like, you know, yeah, right now, whatever, it's fine.
00:43:39.000 It's not very fatal and whatnot.
00:43:40.620 It's okay.
00:43:41.240 But at the same time, you know, there are people, the numbers are rising.
00:43:44.160 So, like, you know, who knows, like, if we should be just keep going on like this or just, like, you know, or if we should be mandating, like, stronger vaccination system or whatnot.
00:43:53.420 So, if the Omicron variant is going around, vaccinated people are getting it, unvaccinated people are getting it.
00:43:58.960 We have frontline heroes, right?
00:44:00.920 People that were declared heroes throughout the whole pandemic, you know, works, no questions asked, such as police officers, firefighters.
00:44:07.220 And some of those same people now are being pushed out of work, pushed out of the sector, left without pay, can't feed their families.
00:44:14.220 And at the same time, the vaccinated are still getting and spreading the virus.
00:44:18.920 So, do you think that maybe they should be put back on the forest?
00:44:22.020 Do you still think they should be left out?
00:44:23.300 What are your thoughts on that?
00:44:24.360 I mean, yeah, I think, you know, they should be, you know, put, like, you know, they should be going back to the, you know, place definitely.
00:44:30.840 Yeah, because, I mean, you know, they work really hard, right?
00:44:34.060 I mean, so, yeah, they should be going back just that, you know,
00:44:36.100 but at the same time, people got to be cautious, right?
00:44:38.300 I think that's a bit harsh, what they've done.
00:44:40.860 I think they could come up with something a little bit easier than that, because that's, I mean, everyone can make their own decisions.
00:44:48.060 They have their own beliefs, but I don't think you should really lose your job over it, but they should come up with something.
00:44:53.500 I don't know what it would be, but.
00:44:55.000 If that spread is equal, I get your point.
00:44:58.000 So, yeah, you got a point.
00:44:59.340 If the spread is equal, then the unvaccinated is only hurting themselves.
00:45:02.760 So, so, yeah, I'm vaccinated, you're not.
00:45:06.980 A cameraman, we can equally infect him, equally.
00:45:11.420 So, staying unvaccinated doesn't make a difference to him.
00:45:15.200 It just makes a difference to you.
00:45:16.860 So, in that situation, yeah, that's cool.
00:45:18.680 If you want to take a risk with your life and you're not putting other people at risk, no problem.
00:45:24.260 I don't have a problem with that.
00:45:25.340 I mean, yeah, they did get left out to dry.
00:45:26.740 Yeah, because from what I heard, like, nurses were being fired if they weren't fully vaccinated, right?
00:45:31.700 But then they were unvaccinated when they were providing, like, a really essential service.
00:45:35.500 So, they did get left out to dry.
00:45:37.280 I don't know if they should be brought back.
00:45:39.220 People should be, should people should, should, should just, should disclose their status.
00:45:45.260 Why not?
00:45:45.900 Why do they not want to disclose it?
00:45:47.460 But if they're, you know, they sacrificed everything in, in the public's eye to be on the front line, you know, when there was no vaccinations going on at all.
00:45:57.260 And now, simply because they decide not to disclose their vaccinations, they have families to feed, bills to pay, and they are just being left out to dry while vaccinated people are still spreading the virus.
00:46:08.680 Why, why are they refusing to disclose their vaccination status?
00:46:12.560 I don't understand that.
00:46:13.340 Why do we have to know anyone's personal medical information?
00:46:16.720 Why not?
00:46:17.660 People don't ask if you have the flu.
00:46:19.600 It's not, it's not to disclose personal information.
00:46:22.460 Personal information is on your health card, right?
00:46:25.360 They've worked through the entirety of it.
00:46:27.060 They've been heroes, turned to villains, and then, you know, now they should be brought back to the hero status that they have.
00:46:32.820 They should have had all the way through.
00:46:35.820 I know people personally that have been affected by this, and I think that they're extremely good people.
00:46:40.420 They know exactly what they're doing.
00:46:41.760 You know, they know how to deal with the illness.
00:46:44.960 They've been dealing with it.
00:46:46.080 So, why not bring them back?
00:46:48.040 You know, they have the experience to deal with it.
00:46:49.960 Do you think they should be brought back into the workplace?
00:46:52.260 What are your thoughts?
00:46:54.500 I don't know.
00:46:55.240 I never really thought about that.
00:46:56.680 I know that it's unfair for some people because they are being forced to get the vaccine.
00:47:02.980 Like, they can't go back to where, I don't know.
00:47:04.620 I don't know if it's you bring people back.
00:47:06.600 I don't know how, like, logistically.
00:47:08.660 I think there's too many things I don't know, like, about to have an answer, really.
00:47:13.520 It doesn't make sense for those frontline workers just, you know, to be laid off because of, like, the reason you just said.
00:47:23.820 Yeah, I think in terms of what exactly needs to be done, I'm not sure at this point because you do have to consider the spread.
00:47:32.120 That is a thing, and you have to consider their livelihood, their frontline workers, their heroes to all of us.
00:47:39.780 So, yeah, it's a tough situation.
00:47:42.720 I don't think they should be suspended without pay, for sure, because in these times, nobody needs that, right?
00:47:48.160 But I think that they should get vaccinated.
00:47:51.820 Being forced to?
00:47:53.580 I don't know.
00:47:54.080 I think we need those people, of course, to work.
00:47:58.060 And I don't think, in Holland, for example, we don't have enough police force.
00:48:01.520 We don't have enough people working in healthcare.
00:48:04.120 So, excluding them is a bit difficult now because we need them.
00:48:08.360 But at the same time, we're also battling a virus, a pandemic.
00:48:12.360 So, yeah, I don't know, like, it's very hard to answer that question, actually.
00:48:19.100 They should be.
00:48:19.900 I mean, it's their jobs.
00:48:20.720 But at the same time, if they didn't get it before, you know, and they're considered heroes and stuff, and, you know, now they let go for some reason, why, right?
00:48:29.420 Why would you not want to let go of them?
00:48:31.180 But at the same time, they should also get vaccinated either way.
00:48:34.200 I don't understand why anyone would not want to disclose that information.
00:48:38.440 I don't understand why people think there's some kind of conspiracy over here.
00:48:51.460 It just doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
00:48:54.140 I think that governments, however good or bad we may think they are, are trying to do the best they can, and I support that.
00:49:03.500 Okay.
00:49:03.600 Well, vaccinated and unvaccinated are spreading the virus at the same rates with this new variant.
00:49:08.860 Oh, is this information that you know that nobody else has heard?
00:49:11.980 I haven't heard anything about that, that vaccinated and unvaccinated are spreading at the same rate.
00:49:17.080 There's outbreaks happening among all vaccinated people.
00:49:20.200 There's no unvaccinated individuals in the facilities where these outbreaks are happening.
00:49:24.320 There's two police stations in Toronto that have had outbreaks.
00:49:27.180 There's no unvaccinated individuals working there.
00:49:28.980 They're all at home.
00:49:29.660 They can't work.
00:49:30.500 So why is this happening?
00:49:31.760 Your guess is as good as mine, and I'll wait until the medical information is valid, rather than hearsay and reading Facebook.
00:49:41.520 Do we just keep...
00:49:42.380 This fake news, sorry.
00:49:44.200 My business has been severely impacted by this.
00:49:46.980 I am the first to say I would love to see the back end of this.
00:49:50.560 We are all suffering.
00:49:52.100 I'm very sorry for those people if they lived on their principles.
00:49:55.720 Enough said.
00:49:56.800 Have a nice day.
00:49:57.580 Thank you for your time.
00:49:58.460 Thank you.
00:49:58.980 Thank you.
00:49:59.480 Thank you.
00:50:01.760 Thanks for watching, guys.

00:50:07.800 please go to our website at fightvaccinepassports.com.
00:50:12.140 If you can, please make a donation to our legal fight against these unjust measures.
