00:00:11.180 by people who are forgotten by fancy society. I want you to get the video version of this podcast.

00:00:43.300 Tonight, let me show you a country music song that'll stop you in your tracks.
00:00:55.900 It's August 15th, and this is The Ezra LeVant Show.
00:01:01.780 Shame on you, you censorious bug.
00:01:13.660 I don't know much about country music, but this song sort of jumped out and caught me by surprise.
00:01:18.660 I think it started on the internet, as songs often do these days, and it just went super viral.
00:01:23.640 Tens of millions of views. I'm going to play the whole song for you, and then I'd like to talk
00:01:28.260 about the song a bit, what I like about it, what's interesting about it, and what the reaction
00:01:33.080 from the official music industry has been. I know that's a bit outside my normal wheelhouse,
00:01:38.980 but I hope you'll bear with me. So here's the song by a man named Oliver Anthony, and the song is
00:01:44.780 called Rich Men North of Richmond. Here, take a listen. It's just a few minutes long.
00:01:50.920 I've been selling my soul, working all day, overtime hours for bullshit pay, so I can sit out here
00:02:01.860 and waste my life away, drag back home and drown my troubles away. It's a damn shame what the world's
00:02:10.860 gotten to for people like me, people like you. Wish I could just wake up and it not be true, but it is.
00:02:20.580 All it is, living in the new world, with an old soul. These rich men know, the rich men, Lord knows it all,
00:02:35.360 just want to have total control. Want to know what you think, want to know what you do. And they don't think
00:02:43.360 you know, but I know that you do. Cause your dollar ain't shit, and it's taxed to no end.
00:02:50.220 Cause the rich men, don't the rich men.
00:02:53.980 I wish politicians would look out for miners, and not just miners on an island somewhere. Lord, we got folks in the street,
00:03:12.700 ain't got nothing to heat, and the old beast, milk and welfare. Well, God, if you're five foot three, and you're 300 pounds,
00:03:22.340 taxes ought not to pay for your bags of fudge rounds. Young men are putting themselves six feet in the ground.
00:03:29.900 Cause all this damn country does is keep on kicking them down. Lord, it's a damn shame what the world's gotten to
00:03:39.780 for people like me.
00:04:09.780 And they don't think you do. And they don't think you know, but I know that you do. Cause your dollar ain't shit,
00:04:16.620 and it's taxed to no end. Cause the rich men, don't the rich men.
00:04:22.140 I've been selling my soul, working all day, overtime hours for bullshit pay.
00:04:48.760 Wow, eh? His look, his sound, unique, very blue-collar, poor. And even working hard and working overtime
00:05:08.680 doesn't seem to help. He says,
00:05:11.280 it's a damn shame what the world's gotten to for people like me and people like you. Now, what does
00:05:17.240 that mean? That's a bit cryptic. I think it means what you obviously know it means, which is a poor
00:05:23.980 white man from Appalachia. He's in nobody's focus group. There's no beer ads with guys who look like
00:05:31.320 him anymore. The beer ads are all guys who look like Dylan Mulvaney on Bud Light. They don't have
00:05:37.500 people like him anymore. He's a white, cis, heterosexual male. So people like him and maybe
00:05:44.860 people like you. When he says these rich men north of Richmond, Lord knows they all just want to have
00:05:53.000 total control, want to know what you think, want to know what you do. And they don't think you know,
00:05:58.780 but I know that you do. Cause you're, it's, it's quite something. If you look at the map,
00:06:04.280 you're probably wondering, what does that mean? Look at the map, Richmond, Virginia, which was the
00:06:09.720 capital of the Confederacy, by the way. Well, north of Richmond is Washington, DC. So when he's talking
00:06:14.920 about the people north of Richmond, wanting to know what you see and what you do. And then he
00:06:20.280 talks about, you know, your dollar doesn't go far and it gets taxed. Well, he's talking about
00:06:26.780 politicians, isn't he? The next part is amazing. He said, I wish politicians would look out for minors.
00:06:33.740 And he obviously means coal miners, M-I-N-E-R-S, and not just minors on an island somewhere.
00:06:41.280 That's got to be a reference to Jeffrey Epstein and his Lola Express, the sex trafficking of minors
00:06:49.260 in his island that so many people, including Bill Gates, just visited again and again.
00:06:54.960 It's true. Politicians, for some reason, hate minors. Net zero. That means get rid of carbon,
00:07:01.800 get rid of coal, get rid of oil, get rid of so many things. But we need it. But why is it okay to
00:07:07.280 say, get rid of minors? And would you talk that way about any other industry, any other profession?
00:07:14.460 He's got a phrase, he says, well, God, if you're five foot three and you're 300 pounds,
00:07:19.240 taxes ought not to pay for your bags of fudge rounds. So it's interesting that he doesn't believe
00:07:26.240 in being slovenly or subsidizing people just using snack food. It's sort of an interesting mix of
00:07:33.620 politics, isn't it? But I think underneath it is sort of despair and frustration. Talks about young
00:07:39.880 men six feet under, obviously suicide, he means. He's really talking about forgotten people in flyover
00:07:46.240 country. You know, there's not a lot of TV shows about guys who look like this other than to mock
00:07:52.100 them. Maybe Duck Dynasty, but that was sort of, look at that oddity. Rolling Stone used to be a
00:07:59.900 magazine that was really cutting edge and really about the music. It's not about that anymore. It's
00:08:03.760 about Democrat Party talking points. They call this guy a Reaganite. I don't even think this guy was
00:08:10.780 born until after Reagan was left. But maybe there's something to it in that Ronald Reagan talked to
00:08:16.940 working class people who used to vote Democrat, but felt pushed out of the Democratic Party.
00:08:24.160 I think that's probably even more true now, when the central issues for the Democrats are
00:08:29.180 censorship, global warming and transgenderism, don't you think? Here, let me read a little bit from
00:08:36.280 Rolling Stone, because it's sort of funny how they're taking on this phenomenon. They're not
00:08:40.420 celebrating him. They're not saying, wow, look at this authentic American sound and listen to his pain.
00:08:46.160 And they're sort of not really mocking his pain, but they're saying it's not legitimate and he's
00:08:52.100 just a Reaganite. Here's what they say. They talk about that and then they say, in his straight-to-camera
00:08:57.680 introduction video, Anthony, who according to a post on YouTube, cites Hank Williams Jr., no stranger to
00:09:06.640 political songs, as his biggest influence, says he sits pretty dead center down the aisle on politics and
00:09:13.120 always have. And that it seems like both sides serve the same master, and that master is not
00:09:18.840 someone of any good to the people of this country. You know, I think there's something there, and it's
00:09:24.780 widespread. I think a lot of working class people, minors in West Virginia, guys who look just like
00:09:30.540 this, voted Republican under Donald Trump because they felt ignored. And if you say you're for the
00:09:37.580 working class these days, if you say you're for cheaper housing prices and maybe for good labor
00:09:45.380 and trade deals that don't reduce wages, are you left-wing or are you right-wing? I'm not quite sure.
00:09:51.040 I mean, I don't know of any trade deal or any war that isn't enthusiastically supported by the
00:09:58.820 Democrats. I think in a lot of ways, the old right-wing, left-wing lines are scrambled. Maybe the
00:10:05.120 Reagan I call does work. Here's that look-to-camera piece that they were talking about. Here's
00:10:10.440 Oliver Anthony explaining who he is and what his songs are about. They're really for people who
00:10:17.780 can't get ahead, whether they're Democrat or Republican. Take a look.
00:10:21.980 I know we're living in dark times, and I know that this is really just the beginning of what's to come.
00:10:29.800 Um, and, um, there's a lot of beautiful people in this world, and I meet a lot of awesome people
00:10:38.940 every day. Even back when I, back when I did work in the factory, you know, I sing about selling my
00:10:45.160 soul, and I am a ginger, so I don't know if I have a soul to sell or not. Um, but, uh, I met a lot of
00:10:54.600 good people even back then working third shift, 12 hours, six days a week, and, and now I spend a lot
00:11:01.540 of time on job sites, and I meet people from all across the country, and the universal thing I see
00:11:06.800 is that it's like no matter how hard they push and, and how much effort they put into whatever it is
00:11:12.300 they're doing, they just can't quite get ahead because the dollar's not worth enough. It's being
00:11:16.560 overtaxed. Um, people are just sick and tired of being sick and tired, and, um, so yeah, I, I want
00:11:27.660 to be a voice for those people, and not just them, just humans in general, and some of the struggles
00:11:33.680 and the battles that they go through.
00:11:35.560 And yeah, that line in there about miners on an island somewhere, that was a reference to human,
00:11:42.460 human trafficking. Take a listen to him on that.
00:11:44.760 It touches base on human trafficking and the atrocities that, um, you know, I'll say this,
00:11:56.500 I, I sit, I sit pretty dead center down the aisle on politics, and, and always have. Um,
00:12:04.520 I remember as a kid, the conservatives wanting war and, and, and me not understanding that,
00:12:09.740 and I remember, I remember a lot of the controversies when the left took office, and
00:12:15.660 it seems like, you know, both sides serve the same master, and, and, and that master is not someone,
00:12:24.600 uh, of any good to the people of this country. Um, but I think one of the worst things that a human
00:12:34.440 being can do is, is take advantage of a child. And I can't begin to conceptualize
00:12:46.640 what has to happen to someone in order for them to think that's okay.
00:12:56.940 And I think I drew the line on being quiet when I started to see that becoming normalized.
00:13:09.420 And I'll leave that at that. Well, just like that independent movie about human trafficking,
00:13:16.460 the trafficking that went super viral, dominated the box office, despite the sneering of
00:13:21.760 experts and reviewers, this song is doing the same thing. It went super viral. And then he announced
00:13:27.800 on Twitter that he was going to have a concert on just some farm. And people drove in for miles.
00:13:36.320 And it was packed. And it was just a homemade concert at a farm. And he had all this attention
00:13:43.460 on him. People were live streaming and filming. What was the first thing he did? Well, he started
00:13:48.000 with a little Bible reading. Here, take a listen to this.
00:13:51.460 It's crazy to me because I remember back in June, I played here for about 20 people. And
00:14:06.000 that's, that's the beautiful part of this country, though, is even an idiot like me can make something
00:14:15.140 happen. So if I can do it, you can do it. Before we start singing, and I mean we, because I hope y'all
00:14:24.960 are going to be singing too. I just had something I felt compelled to share with you.
00:14:30.780 This is in Psalm, Psalm 37, 12 through 20.
00:14:40.600 The wicked plot against the righteous and gnash their teeth at them. But the Lord laughs at
00:14:46.400 the wicked, for he knows their day is coming. The wicked draw the sword and bend the bow
00:14:52.280 to bring down the poor and needy, to slay those whose ways are upright. But their swords will pierce
00:14:59.180 their own hearts, and their bows will be broken. Better the little that have righteousness
00:15:05.420 than the wealth of many wicked. For the power of the wicked will be broken, but the Lord upholds
00:15:12.560 the righteous. The blameless spend their days under the Lord's care, and their inheritance will endure
00:15:19.100 forever. In times of disaster, they will not wither. In days of famine, they will have plenty.
00:15:27.400 But the wicked will perish. Though the Lord's enemies are like the flowers of the field,
00:15:33.260 they will be consumed, and they will go up and smoke.
00:15:36.580 Oh my God, if he didn't do it with his politics, his religion will do it for sure.
00:15:52.980 Of course this guy must be destroyed. I mean, he's not even in drag. He's not sexual at all,
00:16:00.320 whether it's, you know, pansexual or transsexual. He's not pro-drug, even though he admits he himself
00:16:09.900 was a drug user. This guy's not going to get a fancy record deal. But thankfully, in our era,
00:16:16.880 we can find guys like this online and learn how to support them directly. But mark my words,
00:16:22.980 any cultural icon like this that appeals to people and their conservative streak, well,
00:16:29.560 they're going to be destroyed. Stay with us for more.
00:16:44.740 There are some competitions where your gender doesn't matter at all. I'm going to give you an
00:16:50.480 example, darts, or maybe chess. You don't even know the gender of the person you're playing chess
00:16:56.940 with if you're playing online. It doesn't matter, does it? Because there's no intrinsic advantage to
00:17:02.460 being male over female. Some people might say there's a difference in spatial rotational abilities,
00:17:08.720 but you get my point. It's not like a sport, like power lifting, where raw power, bone density,
00:17:17.300 testosterone, and things like that make all the difference. And so women who train and compete
00:17:24.500 their whole lives to win records and to better themselves, well, there's a reason they don't
00:17:31.700 compete against the men. There's a reason why male and female power lifting are different leagues,
00:17:38.000 different categories. And so it's not much sport, is it? When a man who fails as a male power lifter,
00:17:47.080 manages to convince the women's power lifting competition to let him in, he gives himself
00:17:54.680 a women's name. He's over the hill. He's 40, which is getting up there in terms of this competition. And
00:18:01.300 he crushes every single record in existence. That's the sport of it. I'm talking about a man
00:18:11.000 who now calls himself Anna Andrus. And here he is just crushing it at the power lifting championships
00:18:20.600 in Canada recently. Take a look at this.
00:18:22.920 Five. This will be a national record.
00:18:26.880 Yeah, who was applauding? And what were they applauding for? Were they applauding that women,
00:18:45.920 Yeah, who was applauding?
00:18:53.520 And what were they applauding for?
00:18:55.600 Were they applauding that women who had trained their whole lives were suddenly brushed aside by a man?
00:19:01.380 That's what Andres means.
00:19:03.220 The name Andrew is actually Greek for man.
00:19:06.400 Did you know that?
00:19:07.100 I wonder if Anna Andres knows it.
00:19:11.080 Well, it's not just that this man is a poor sport.
00:19:15.920 A cheater in a way.
00:19:17.940 I think he actually hates women.
00:19:21.100 Here, take a look at this social media post he made mocking women, how inferior they are.
00:19:27.340 Take a look.
00:19:29.480 Why is women's bench so bad?
00:19:34.100 I mean, not compared to me.
00:19:35.280 We all know that I'm a training freak, so that doesn't count.
00:19:39.720 And no, we're not talking about Mackenzie Lee.
00:19:41.300 She's got little T-Rex arms, and she's like 400 pounds of chest muscle, apparently.
00:19:48.220 I mean, standard bench in powerlifting competition for women.
00:19:52.720 I literally don't understand why it's so bad.
00:19:55.960 Yeah, it's not bad.
00:19:57.920 It's like saying, why are children so weak?
00:20:00.260 Why are children so short?
00:20:02.000 Ha!
00:20:02.360 I'm much taller than children.
00:20:04.580 What a fool.
00:20:05.860 But the real fools, I think, are the powerlifting competition organizers that allow such a brazen cheater in to steal the records.
00:20:16.160 I am furious about this.
00:20:18.180 It is unfair.
00:20:19.100 It is not sport.
00:20:20.880 And joining us to talk further about it is April Hutchison, who actually is a female powerlifter who trains and works hard.
00:20:28.020 But what's the point, really, when cheaters like Anna Andrus come in?
00:20:32.720 April, great to see you again.
00:20:34.840 Great to see you again, too, Ezra.
00:20:36.600 You know, I'm mad, and maybe I should talk less and listen more.
00:20:40.280 But I just can't believe that there were cheers for him.
00:20:45.060 I don't know.
00:20:45.640 If someone were to boo, would they have been kicked out of the gallery?
00:20:49.760 I'm guessing that they have a – that they impose sort of a political control.
00:20:55.540 You must clap for this transgender athlete, and if you don't, you're a bigot.
00:21:00.840 Is that why there were cheers for this cheater?
00:21:04.780 Well, I mean, before every competition, they do kind of have rules.
00:21:09.060 Like, you have to be – you know, sportsmanship, blah, blah, blah, all these things.
00:21:13.660 You know, I don't know if you saw the footage from the protest that was at nationals when Linda Blade and all the icon women presented themselves at the competition where Anna was lifting.
00:21:24.940 And the president of my powerlifting federation tried to twice kick us out of the protest.
00:21:31.140 Now, people that are cheering – actually, I did hear that the one woman that competed against Anna on the podium from Sunday had no idea that Anna is a biological male.
00:21:43.540 So we have one person that's clueless.
00:21:46.400 The other person to the other side is just like, what's going on?
00:21:49.840 People that are clapping, a lot of them don't even know that he was a man, even though he's been in media attention for the last year.
00:21:56.720 However, some people are still confused.
00:21:59.960 Some people don't even know what the word transgender means, Ezra.
00:22:03.180 You know, that's a great point.
00:22:05.080 You and I focus on it.
00:22:06.660 We think about it.
00:22:07.620 But I think he was an imposter.
00:22:10.820 He tricked people.
00:22:12.140 That's a great point.
00:22:13.300 You know, this whole transgenderism has only emerged as a thing in the last five or ten years.
00:22:19.020 And I think when people figure out what it's doing to support, I hope there's a bit of an uprising.
00:22:25.700 I want to make mention of a media appearance you did recently.
00:22:30.160 I was so excited to see it.
00:22:31.420 I mean, we've talked with you.
00:22:32.380 But look, Rebel News is pretty small.
00:22:34.760 And you've talked to other groups that are sort of small.
00:22:37.660 But you were on one of the largest talk show hosts, Pierce Morgan, and his TV and radio show.
00:22:45.380 It's one of the biggest interviewers, very famous, both in the United Kingdom and in North America.
00:22:51.260 I want to play an excerpt from your interview with Pierce Morgan, just because I'm sort of excited that you broke through into the mainstream media.
00:23:01.520 And Pierce Morgan, you know, he doesn't suffer fools gladly.
00:23:04.980 He's an equal opportunity critic, but I think he's fair-minded.
00:23:09.140 I'd say he's a pretty fair dealer.
00:23:11.820 Here, listen to this.
00:23:12.660 I want to show off a little bit for you, because this was an amazing moment.
00:23:16.340 Take a look.
00:23:16.920 Let's make a distinction here with Ann Andrus, who we talked about in the introduction to you.
00:23:21.120 That's somebody you know personally.
00:23:24.000 And that seems to be a source of a lot of angst here.
00:23:28.220 This is Ann Andrus competing, a trans woman, or as you call her, a trans-identifying person.
00:23:35.100 Previously born a biological male, transitioned a long time ago, but post-puberty, and I believe that's correct.
00:23:42.180 And is taking on a lot of records.
00:23:45.900 Talk to us about what that's been like for you.
00:23:49.400 Yeah, so Ann actually just broke the national records for all the master records yesterday while competing at the Western Regions.
00:23:57.500 He also holds the second-highest deadlift in our powerlifting federation of all time, of all ages.
00:24:06.220 We're talking 20 and up.
00:24:08.100 He just turned 40, so he is a 40-year-old, 6-foot, 250-pound man.
00:24:15.280 And, you know, it's been very disheartening.
00:24:17.380 For example, that national record that he broke, athletes have been chasing that for years.
00:24:24.020 And we're talking top athletes who have been training and training and training.
00:24:29.140 You know, so it just goes to show the advantages, the physiological advantages that a male has over a female, whether it's muscle mass or bone density, lung capacity.
00:24:39.180 You know, it could go on.
00:24:40.560 Well, that's great.
00:24:41.820 You know why I like that?
00:24:42.760 I like it because your message is getting out.
00:24:44.480 And I like it because you're such a good spokesperson for women's sport.
00:24:48.720 But I like it because it's sort of proof to me that more and more people are waking up to the threat of transgenderism destroying women's sport.
00:24:57.400 I regarded that as a kind of milestone that we're breaking through.
00:25:01.980 What do you think?
00:25:04.440 Oh, absolutely.
00:25:05.720 I mean, I said that the other day.
00:25:07.600 Being on Pierce Morgan was probably one of the best shows.
00:25:10.260 I mean, I was on Tucker Carlson a couple of months ago.
00:25:13.080 I mean, what's bigger?
00:25:14.240 Yeah, I guess Joe Rogan, right?
00:25:16.100 But no, and I voiced this so many times on my Twitter account.
00:25:20.660 I'm so disappointed in like CBC and, you know, CTV or Canadian news outlets are not touching the topic at all.
00:25:30.880 Why?
00:25:31.560 Probably because, I mean, A, our government.
00:25:34.200 But B, they know that I'm right.
00:25:36.220 Like, they have no argument.
00:25:37.980 So, I mean, but it's very disheartening that they are not even, even if they actually, you know, had my side of things and then heard Anne's side of things.
00:25:46.580 Like, any attention would be great.
00:25:48.300 But honestly, I reached out to my American friends.
00:25:52.840 And, I mean, Riley Gaines has been awesome.
00:25:55.140 All these women's groups.
00:25:56.200 You have been amazing.
00:25:57.200 Ezra, you are the only news media in Canada that actually has covered them.
00:26:01.020 That's my thank you for that.
00:26:02.080 Well, it's my pleasure.
00:26:04.000 And we do it because we know our audience would be interested in it.
00:26:07.400 And we do it because we sense an injustice out there.
00:26:10.180 I just don't, I mean, I was reading that this Anna Anders, I don't even like saying that fake name, that he smashed the women's record by more than 200 pounds.
00:26:22.280 And I don't know a lot.
00:26:23.660 So, go ahead.
00:26:24.140 Sorry, I have to correct you on that because people, when you read powerlifting, that's in kilograms.
00:26:31.980 So, he actually smashed it by close to 500 pounds.
00:26:34.820 Oh, my gosh.
00:26:35.060 So, you take 210 kilos.
00:26:37.700 Holy.
00:26:38.280 He finds that by 2.2.
00:26:40.500 That's over 400 pounds.
00:26:42.000 That's incredible.
00:26:42.980 And, like, I mean, I don't know a lot about powerlifting, but I know a little bit about, you know, the 100-yard dash or whatever.
00:26:51.140 And it takes years just to shave off a tenth of a second.
00:26:56.620 Like, it's so competitive.
00:26:58.320 And there's so many people training so hard.
00:27:00.480 Like, there's no such thing.
00:27:02.020 It would be like someone lopping off an entire second in a short dash or reducing a marathon by a full hour.
00:27:12.740 That just doesn't happen unless some sort of external element comes in, like he's not actually a woman.
00:27:22.040 And it makes every achievement by real women powerlifters meaningless.
00:27:27.280 Like, it's just, it's not even sport.
00:27:30.940 And how can that record even, quote, stand?
00:27:35.360 Like, it's just so absurd.
00:27:36.760 It would be like that funny scene in Seinfeld where Kramer, the grown-up, does taekwondo against all the little kids.
00:27:47.500 And he wins.
00:27:48.780 Let me show that clip again because it's so funny.
00:27:52.000 Yes, Sensei.
00:27:53.480 Fighting stance.
00:27:54.180 I mean, seriously.
00:28:17.900 I mean, I suppose technically he won, but no one would call that sport.
00:28:22.700 No one would call that fun for anyone.
00:28:24.800 And only a loser like Kramer would think that sport.
00:28:29.600 Is this guy being celebrated?
00:28:31.220 Like, you say some people didn't even know he was a man and others were sort of confused or didn't notice.
00:28:37.140 Is he being celebrated as, like, woman of the year or something?
00:28:40.800 No, no, quite the opposite.
00:28:44.740 I mean, you have a few people that, you know, do believe that trans women are women, and that's fine.
00:28:50.820 They're entitled to their opinion.
00:28:52.420 I don't agree with that, and doctors and scientists would not agree with that.
00:28:56.100 But, no, he's definitely not being celebrated.
00:28:58.640 I actually have heard that all the board members on my federation don't agree with Ann Lifting.
00:29:05.620 So, I mean, and I have numerous people.
00:29:08.140 Like, I'd say 90% of the federation do not agree with him lifting.
00:29:12.240 So, I mean, like, go back to what you said earlier about, you know, just crushing things.
00:29:17.620 Like, he's taking away records that people that have been powerlifting for 10 years haven't even reached.
00:29:23.580 A 573-pound deadlift.
00:29:26.360 That's crazy.
00:29:27.820 That's the second highest unofficial, like, almost a world record.
00:29:31.960 Like, it's crazy.
00:29:33.540 And someone's training in powerlifting should never just be like this on an incline.
00:29:38.960 Keep going, keep going, keep going.
00:29:40.760 It has to plateau.
00:29:42.220 It dips.
00:29:42.800 Like me, I've had great meets.
00:29:44.860 I've also plateaued.
00:29:46.180 You know, not just continuously keep going up like he has been, right?
00:29:50.340 So, I mean, there's people like Monica Brown and Jessica Bittner that have been working at getting that 573 deadlift for 10 years.
00:29:58.120 And they're not even, they're not close yet to it.
00:30:00.520 So, you know, I always say that it's an anomaly.
00:30:04.100 It's a quirk when you have one transgender athlete and two real women on the podium.
00:30:10.220 And it always looks sort of sad and like a theft.
00:30:13.860 But really, how long until you have first, second, and third all being trans athletes?
00:30:20.080 I mean, it would be a very self-selected group of losers who realize they can't compete against the men and they just want some really fake forced applause.
00:30:30.900 But what happens when, on the podium, first, second, and third, are all trans men?
00:30:38.060 I mean, frankly, maybe you'll beat this guy's record because maybe you'll get the strongest male bodybuilder, sorry, powerlifter coming in just for the day.
00:30:46.900 Just say, well, I'll take that right from you.
00:30:48.780 But when all three places on the podium are men who are transgender, I think that's when the sport's dead.
00:30:58.840 Like, why would anyone like you train and compete and spend time and money and literally years of dedication, hopes and dreams?
00:31:07.120 Why would you do it if some thief comes in and takes it with a giant asterisk next to their name that we're not supposed to look at?
00:31:16.940 Well, no, that's the thing.
00:31:18.180 Like, the records that Ann took on Sunday.
00:31:20.540 So Ann just turned 40.
00:31:21.880 So he just took all the master's records, like just blew them out of the park and took unofficial records.
00:31:28.320 So that record, I will never get now.
00:31:31.020 That was something I was working towards.
00:31:32.780 Like, I think at the time it was 512 pounds.
00:31:35.720 Well, now he surpassed it, went up to 573.
00:31:38.460 No woman, no biological woman will beat that.
00:31:41.360 Those records, he actually owns all the records in Alberta, province of Alberta, and all of the national records.
00:31:47.500 So, I mean, it does.
00:31:48.960 It sets you up.
00:31:49.680 Like, who wants to compete?
00:31:50.880 I don't want to give my money to a federation or let alone train my butt off just to knowingly know I'm going to lose walking into it.
00:31:57.100 Like, what fun is that?
00:31:58.320 It's a competitive sport.
00:31:59.760 It is not competitive when there's biological males competing against females.
00:32:04.660 It's not sport either.
00:32:06.340 I mean, I don't know if you saw that incredible video that our friend David Menzies took the other day of a guy, not even trying, by the way, not even trying to look transgender, playing women's rugby.
00:32:17.360 And the added element there is he was literally injuring women.
00:32:22.260 I think he injured three women in one game.
00:32:24.160 Here's just a quick scene of Ash playing as a girl against girls.
00:32:29.800 Here's a flashback of that.
00:32:36.060 Hey, Mr. Davis, Ash, why are you doing this?
00:32:47.120 I'm David Menzies of Rebel News.
00:32:48.540 Hi.
00:32:48.800 No, you're not really a part of this.
00:32:51.040 We're having a team chat now.
00:32:52.780 Okay, I'm just trying to ask some questions, ma'am.
00:32:54.400 Sorry, but that's not the appropriate time for that.
00:32:55.820 Why are you allowing a biological male to compete against female players?
00:32:59.440 We're not going to have a conversation with you.
00:33:00.980 Okay, well, I'll talk to Ash then.
00:33:03.020 Ash, do you take joy in injuring female rugby players?
00:33:08.780 Are you lacking the skills to play with male players where you should be?
00:33:12.840 You're a biological male, aren't you?
00:33:14.820 I got you.
00:33:15.580 I got you.
00:33:15.940 Thank you, sir.
00:33:18.760 Mr. Ash, are you a misogynist?
00:33:21.180 Thank you.
00:33:21.540 Are you coming with me?
00:33:22.320 No, please.
00:33:22.760 Please, please.
00:33:23.920 Hey, watch it.
00:33:26.260 Well, I tell you, April, I'm so glad you're speaking out,
00:33:28.520 and I'm even more glad that your message is finally being heard by the big guys.
00:33:32.920 And you're right.
00:33:33.480 I remember when you were on Tucker.
00:33:34.680 That was incredible.
00:33:36.640 Pierce Morgan, all that is left is Joe Rogan.
00:33:39.080 And I'm actually sort of optimistic when you think about it,
00:33:42.060 because Joe Rogan is someone who thinks about health and weightlifting and exercise and eating.
00:33:48.900 Like, he really is a health-conscious guy.
00:33:51.420 It's really top of mind for him all the time.
00:33:54.420 And he's also a guy who's inherently fair-minded.
00:33:57.540 And I think that you've got a real chance of being on this podcast.
00:34:03.020 And the reason I'm excited about that is because your story is so compelling,
00:34:06.600 and you speak without fear.
00:34:08.720 So many women are either, A, brainwashed that this is good.
00:34:12.940 I have to say this is good.
00:34:14.340 Or, B, they're not brainwashed.
00:34:16.920 They're just terrified of being called racist, sexist, whatever they're called for this these days.
00:34:22.980 So I wish you good luck.
00:34:24.500 Keep in touch.
00:34:25.460 Congratulations on Pierce Morgan.
00:34:27.580 And I hope that you help turn back the tide and bring women's sport back to women.
00:34:34.060 I hope you are successful, and we're rooting for you.
00:34:38.360 All right.
00:34:39.160 Thank you so much, Ezra.
00:34:40.180 It really means a lot to me, you having me on your show again.
00:34:42.940 I mean, it's been a huge contributor to, you know, to having my voice be heard.
00:34:48.620 And like I said, if I just want to end off on one thing, please, women and men, speak up,
00:34:53.080 because it was the best thing I ever did.
00:34:54.840 I wouldn't be where I am now and with all this attention on the matter if I'd never spoke up
00:34:59.500 and I just stayed silent.
00:35:00.580 So please use your voice, women, girls, men, everyone.
00:35:03.880 Right on.
00:35:04.500 Well, you're certainly courageous, and thank you for that.
00:35:06.800 April Hutchison, we'll talk to you again, I'm sure.
00:35:09.020 Stay with us.
00:35:09.760 More ahead.
00:35:12.940 Hey, welcome back.
00:35:23.040 Your letters to me, MS9HK says,
00:35:25.580 Our culture is insane.
00:35:27.380 Not rhetoric, simply the truth.
00:35:28.900 Having served on three juries in Portland, I would have smiled and led the jury to a guilty verdict.
00:35:34.840 Well, says you.
00:35:36.000 But, you know, you can't force people to convict someone just through sheer willpower.
00:35:41.780 And the reason I say that is because it was clear that the jury in Portland was being threatened.
00:35:46.020 We're talking about Andy Ngo and the fact that despite the clear closed circuit TV footage and the basically the confessions of Antifa, his case was dismissed.
00:35:55.600 CJ says, I fear for Alexa's safety when she covers things like this.
00:36:01.560 Canada has fallen if the cops aren't protecting her.
00:36:04.260 And we have Juggie, Gilbo, Baggins, and Trudeau's mistress parading here.
00:36:10.420 I'm all for doing what you want and expressing yourself, but this is totally pathetic.
00:36:14.460 Yeah, it made me nervous.
00:36:15.560 I mean, listen, I understand that Alexa went to this event thinking it's just going to be a pride thing.
00:36:21.580 It's completely peaceful.
00:36:24.200 There's going to be a lot of police.
00:36:25.320 I mean, it wouldn't dawn on me to bring private security either.
00:36:29.520 But I think they hate Rebel News.
00:36:32.600 Not that Rebel News has ever done anything to them other than giving them fair coverage.
00:36:36.980 But I think they believe in censorship in general and they believe in violence as the solution to all problems.
00:36:43.000 And it makes me nervous because these people have no compunction about hitting a woman.
00:36:47.560 Lady D3187 says, I applaud Pierre for not wasting taxpayers' money on a special holiday to Switzerland for MPs.
00:36:57.820 The carbon footprint of these worthless trips is enormous.
00:37:01.080 The liberals don't have to badmouth Pierre as they're bought and paid for MSM.
00:37:04.620 We'll do that for them.
00:37:05.720 When you are beholden to a narcissist hypocrite, you will do anything to curry favor.
00:37:09.580 Yeah, you know what?
00:37:12.060 I remember when I was in Davos in January, I bumped into a Republican governor from Georgia.
00:37:18.820 And I asked him, I said, what are you doing in a place like this?
00:37:21.160 It's not very conservative.
00:37:22.860 It's not very free speechy.
00:37:24.740 And here, let me just play you a little clip of that.
00:37:26.620 This is me and Governor Kemp from Georgia in Davos, Switzerland.
00:37:29.980 Remember this?
00:37:30.640 Governor, really quickly, what do you say to your critics who think this is a globalist event?
00:37:35.020 I'll walk and talk.
00:37:36.020 No, we're good.
00:37:36.840 I apologize.
00:37:37.720 How come you're blocking the governor from answering to his constituents?
00:37:41.880 What would you say to your critics who think this is not the right place for America First Republican?
00:37:46.580 We're trying to.
00:37:48.080 I think my story's pretty clear.
00:37:50.600 Well, but here you are with a bunch of globalists.
00:37:53.480 Alex Soros is here.
00:37:55.220 Why are you coming to a Soros event?
00:37:57.740 I'm sure you have a good explanation.
00:37:59.940 Sir, we're not doing interviews right now.
00:38:01.940 If you'd like to do something, you can call our team at the office and be glad to try to do something.
00:38:05.300 Well, we can walk and talk for a couple of minutes.
00:38:07.280 Is this a rebuke to the America First Wing of your party?
00:38:19.140 There's a lot of censors here, a lot of big tech censors here.
00:38:23.840 Do you criticize that?
00:38:26.160 Have you talked to any of the globalists or censors and let them know your First Amendment point of view?
00:38:31.420 Do you have a First Amendment point of view?
00:38:39.540 Have you had any undisclosed meetings?
00:38:41.840 I know that there are private bilateral meetings going on.
00:38:44.940 Are there any that you've had that you haven't declared?
00:38:47.380 Like I told you earlier, you can reach out to my office about my calendar.
00:38:50.920 We're glad to share that with you.
00:38:52.200 Well, why wouldn't you tell me right now since we're walking and talking?
00:38:57.840 Well, it's a good time to do an interview.
00:39:00.920 Have you met with Alex Soros?
00:39:02.540 He's here.
00:39:02.960 Do you agree with the energy transition plans of the World Economic Forum, Governor?
00:39:15.080 They believe in getting off fossil fuels.
00:39:17.880 Do you share that vision?
00:39:18.980 They talk about an energy transition.
00:39:24.520 Do you support that, sir?
00:39:30.380 We're walking up to Black Rock's pavilion.
00:39:33.660 Have you had any meetings with Black Rock?
00:39:43.180 How come you're not talking to folks?
00:39:44.860 Is that why you came here, to sort of get away from the scrutiny of the American media?
00:39:48.980 When you're in the legislature, there's all sorts of checks and balances on you.
00:39:59.840 There's the opposition.
00:40:00.960 There's the media.
00:40:01.920 But here, it's sort of a secret conclave, isn't it?
00:40:10.380 Given the price of inflation, meat, eggs, milk, things like that in Georgia,
00:40:16.160 how does it feel going to a five-star luxury event in the Swiss Alps?
00:40:20.420 Does it feel wrong for the times?
00:40:27.320 This really is a luxury event.
00:40:29.720 Don't you think that's sort of tone?
00:40:31.440 It's the wrong tone for how it is in Georgia these days?
00:40:34.520 Now, that should have been an easy question to answer.
00:40:36.980 I don't know very much about Georgia at all,
00:40:38.780 but if I was a governor, I would have said something like,
00:40:40.920 look, my job, in part, is to bring investment into Georgia to create jobs.
00:40:47.200 And a lot of the world's wealthiest people are here.
00:40:49.440 You're darn straight.
00:40:50.080 I'm going to use this gathering of VVIPs to pitch Georgia as the best place to invest.
00:40:55.820 Go Georgia.
00:40:56.680 You know, he could have said something like that, and people would say, oh, yeah, okay, that fits.
00:41:00.300 But being all weird and secretive about it didn't make any sense.
00:41:03.280 My point is there could be some good reasons to go to the World Economic Forum.
00:41:08.240 But really, I haven't really seen that in action.
00:41:10.480 There's better ways and better places to do it.
00:41:12.520 And really what bothers me about the World Economic Forum
00:41:14.980 is what's done in secret by people who do not have democratic legitimacy.
00:41:20.240 It really is what the conspiracy theorists allege.
00:41:23.500 It is secret meetings by unelected, unaccountable people
00:41:26.760 who so clearly have designs to change the world.
00:41:29.440 And when they co-opt, when they co-opt politicians in secret meetings
