00:00:00.140 Hello, my friends. I'm going to take a short break from the pandemic to talk about a little news story by a little advocacy organization out in British Columbia.
00:00:10.900 They had an interview with Stephen Gilboa, and he let his guard down because he was amongst friends, and he said some staggering things that I think ought to have more attention.
00:00:19.280 So I'll take you through his interview with the narwhal.
00:00:22.120 Then we will talk about the pandemic and the lockdowns and how a family at Ronald McDonald House was given the boot because they weren't back.
00:00:29.180 It's just a crazy story. We'll talk to Drea Humphrey, who talked to the family.
00:00:34.940 Before I get to that, let me invite you to become a subscriber to Rebel News Plus.
00:00:38.300 It's the video version of the show. Just go to rebelnewsplus.com, click subscribe. It's eight bucks a month.

00:00:55.740 All right, here's today's podcast.
00:00:59.180 Tonight, while Trudeau uses the pandemic to destroy our civil liberties, his most radical cabinet minister prepares to destroy the oil and gas industry.
00:01:20.740 It's January 13th, and this is the Ezra LeVant Show.
00:01:23.320 Why should others go to jail when you're a biggest carbon consumer I know?
00:01:29.320 There's 8,500 customers here, and you won't give them an answer.
00:01:33.400 The only thing I have to say to the government about why I publish it is because it's my bloody right to do so.
00:01:39.260 The Narwhal is a far-left website based in British Columbia.
00:01:47.720 Not only do they receive huge checks from Justin Trudeau, courtesy of Canadian taxpayers,
00:01:53.000 but they also receive a significant part of their funding, perhaps a majority, it's not clear,
00:01:57.460 from foreign anti-oil interests, like the Tides Foundation and California and Europe-based anti-oil activists.
00:02:06.140 Seriously, like more than half a million dollars from a Seattle foundation alone.
00:02:11.320 So they're not really journalists, are they?
00:02:13.820 It's more like that news magazine called Costco Connection.
00:02:19.200 It looks like a magazine, but it's really just a marketing department for Costco.
00:02:22.960 Costco, that's what the Narwhal is.
00:02:25.520 So naturally, they're going to roll out the red carpet for Canada's most extreme cabinet minister.
00:02:31.460 And of course, I'm talking about Stephen Gilbeau, seen here being arrested for committing a criminal offense in the name of Greenpeace.
00:02:38.900 Do you know of any other extremist convicted of a crime who is then appointed to the cabinet for that same issue about which he committed crimes?
00:02:48.080 I don't, not in Canada at least.
00:02:50.540 Anyways, it's no surprise that they welcome Gilbeau.
00:02:54.560 He funds them hugely.
00:02:57.240 Then again, 99% of Canadian media are funded by the federal liberals.
00:03:00.780 But what's more relevant here is that Gilbeau obviously felt comfortable, felt like he was amongst friends.
00:03:07.800 And he knows that the Narwhal is really a small, radical publication.
00:03:11.480 So he was talking to fellow travelers.
00:03:13.460 So maybe he was more candid with them as opposed to talking to real journalists elsewhere.
00:03:18.560 So here's what Gilbeau said.
00:03:20.540 It's titled, We Need to Learn to Do Things Faster, Canada's New Environment Minister Talks Climate and Compromise.
00:03:27.660 So that's the headline.
00:03:29.080 And this paragraph caught my eye.
00:03:32.200 In his new role, Gilbeau will have his work cut out for him.
00:03:36.380 Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has assigned the minister 40 distinct tasks in a mandate letter that is perhaps the longest one sent to any minister in the federal cabinet.
00:03:45.880 It all means that Gilbeau will need to work with other federal cabinet ministers and stakeholders to assist energy workers in transitioning away from fossil fuel jobs.
00:03:56.940 40 tasks?
00:03:58.900 A to-do list of 40 things.
00:04:01.440 I looked it up.
00:04:02.880 This is the mandate letter.
00:04:04.440 And indeed, it is true.
00:04:06.940 Here is that 40-item to-do list.
00:04:09.100 I suppose it's possible to have a 40-item to-do list.
00:04:12.620 You could have 100 things on your to-do list.
00:04:14.680 But it's sort of like the question, how many friends can you really have?
00:04:18.300 Don't tell me you have 20 friends, unless you really just mean friendly acquaintances, people you see from time to time, because there's just simply not enough time in the day, there's not enough days in the week to truly be friends, real friends, with 20 different people.
00:04:33.040 You're lucky to have five friends.
00:04:35.580 If you have a six-item to-do list, I believe you're going to get it done.
00:04:39.060 But 40 items tells me you really aren't serious, or you aren't focused, or you're just trying to come up with a long list of things to virtue signal about to appease your base.
00:04:48.300 I mean, who knows?
00:04:49.860 I mean, what does this one even mean?
00:04:52.100 Let me quote one of the 40.
00:04:54.280 Work with the Minister of Health to implement a comprehensive action plan to protect Canadians, including firefighters, from exposure to toxic flame retardants found in household products.
00:05:05.100 I don't know.
00:05:05.700 Well, I mean, if you were to do all 40 things on this list, you would fundamentally transform the entire country, since many of them are actually quite radical and quite large.
00:05:16.300 So, on the one hand, a 40-point to-do list is the sign of an inherently unserious person.
00:05:22.580 On the other hand, it's the sign of a revolutionary, a communist, really, someone who wants to remake the entire society, the entire economy.
00:05:31.220 So, yeah, that actually does sort of make sense.
00:05:33.240 It's terrifying.
00:05:33.660 Anyways, sorry for the tangent, here's the point I wanted to show you today from the interview.
00:05:39.580 As you know, Gilboa hates the oil and gas industry, not in any OPEC country, not in Russia.
00:05:45.080 He never criticizes that.
00:05:46.800 He just hates Canada's oil and gas industry, or more specifically, Western Canada's oil and gas industry.
00:05:52.620 He's delighted to have Canada import oil from foreign countries.
00:05:56.140 He doesn't even charge those imports a carbon tax.
00:05:59.040 He prefers them.
00:06:00.160 But here's what he says about Canadians.
00:06:03.080 Let me quote.
00:06:03.460 We have to decarbonize our society, and that includes transportation, and we've made a number of commitments on that, some previous to the last election campaign, but certainly since then as well.
00:06:17.400 We want to decarbonize the steel sector, the cement sector, the auto sector, the aluminum sector, and the oil and gas sector.
00:06:26.100 So I will be working with them as I would be working with others.
00:06:30.500 Okay, we've heard that before.
00:06:33.340 By the way, it's impossible to decarbonize the steel sector, for example.
00:06:37.740 You cannot make steel without burning coal.
00:06:40.020 You just can't get the fire hot enough otherwise to melt the iron ore.
00:06:44.020 I mean, you can't use solar panels or windmills to do that.
00:06:47.460 Sorry.
00:06:47.640 I mean, solar panel factories, windmill factories, where they make them, they are not powered by solar panels or windmills, in case you were wondering.
00:06:56.100 But here's the news, if there was some in this Narwhal article.
00:07:02.640 We don't have five years to consult every time we want to introduce a new measure.
00:07:07.320 I told you earlier, my timeline is two years.
00:07:10.720 So in the next two years, more stringent methane regulations, zero emission vehicle standards, net zero grid by 2035, cap on oil and gas,
00:07:21.320 and obviously phasing out fossil fuels.
00:07:26.360 All of these things must be in place in the coming 18 months.
00:07:31.960 I mean, maybe 2024, but that's the type of time frame we have to work with.
00:07:37.080 And it's going to be tough because on the one hand, some people are going to criticize us for not giving them enough time to be consulted.
00:07:44.280 But the state of climate change is such that we need to learn to do things faster.
00:07:51.020 All of these things must be in place in the next 18 months.
00:07:54.800 So by next summer, that's 18 months.
00:07:57.740 And it's going to be tough.
00:07:59.120 Tough for who?
00:08:00.960 And not everyone will be consulted.
00:08:02.820 I mean, what's the point?
00:08:03.980 They haven't consulted anyone on the pandemic for two years.
00:08:06.520 Yeah, that's a tyrant.
00:08:08.040 That's a bully.
00:08:08.720 Like I said, a communist, sir, I know that word sounds extreme and like I'm using it as an insult.
00:08:14.460 But what do you call someone who truly wants to remake the entire society, remake the entire economy from top to bottom, every job, every industry, the way we move, the way we live, the way our homes are, the way we stay warm in this cold country, the way we travel in this, the second largest country in the world.
00:08:33.160 And he wants to remake it through the force of government without democratic consultations because he's too busy for that.
00:08:41.740 And he's shown he's willing to break the law.
00:08:43.980 He's shown he's willing to be a criminal.
00:08:46.240 And his boss, Trudeau, has told him to remake everything.
00:08:49.360 And really, he's always hated the West and Alberta in particular and the oil industry.
00:08:54.740 Did you think he didn't mean this?
00:08:56.160 Do you think maybe Justin Trudeau didn't mean it when he said he liked communist China because they can do things without consultation?
00:09:01.700 And do you think that Gilbo won't do it or at least try?
00:09:07.020 I mean, who's going to stop him?
00:09:08.160 The province of Alberta where Jason Kenney himself has actually kept Rachel Noveli's carbon tax in place?
00:09:13.620 He's had years to repeal it, but he didn't.
00:09:16.940 Are you expecting Aaron O'Toole to come to the rescue?
00:09:20.140 He supports an even weirder and more punitive and more bizarre form of a carbon tax.
00:09:25.960 He calls it a carbon levy.
00:09:27.020 And he's forced all of his MPs, including in Alberta, to support it 100%.
00:09:32.920 It's crazy.
00:09:33.820 You might recall party members actually rejected his carbon tax at the party's last policy convention.
00:09:40.540 He simply told them he didn't care.
00:09:43.080 And he's shown that he's willing to shut up his MPs and even throw them out if they dispute him.
00:09:49.600 Are you expecting Aaron O'Toole to save you from Stephen Gilbo?
00:09:53.900 Are you expecting some Chamber of Commerce to speak out?
00:09:58.700 Perhaps some oil company lobby.
00:10:00.640 I tell you, they may not believe the theory of man-made global warming when they whisper in private,
00:10:07.380 but they made a decision over a decade ago to concede, to concede the science and to concede the morality.
00:10:15.120 They speak like, I don't know, like chastened tobacco executives.
00:10:18.940 Their language implies that they believe their own industry is evil.
00:10:22.480 You have oil men calling for carbon taxes, calling for the phase-out of oil.
00:10:29.400 Do you think they're going to help you?
00:10:32.780 You know, back when Rachel Notley was the Premier of Alberta, she brought in the carbon tax in the announcement,
00:10:38.240 and she stood shoulder to shoulder with four of the biggest oil producers in Alberta
00:10:44.180 who cut a private deal with her in return for their endorsement.
00:10:48.600 They sold out the whole province and the whole industry for a few regulatory benefits for themselves.
00:10:55.040 So yeah, Stephen Gilbo is a convicted criminal.
00:10:59.220 He's a communist by the definition of that word.
00:11:02.100 He's an environmental extremist.
00:11:04.400 He himself doesn't actually believe in reducing his carbon footprint.
00:11:08.460 I mean, like all cabinet ministers, he loves to fly, and he is a private driver, and he lives large, of course.
00:11:15.140 I mean, it's hypocrisy, sure, but it's more than that.
00:11:17.420 It's hierarchy, as we like to say.
00:11:19.640 It's like when Al Gore flies on a private jet or when Leo DiCaprio talks about climate change while on his yacht.
00:11:25.800 Sure, it's hypocrisy, but it is hierarchy.
00:11:27.780 Here's the ruling class.
00:11:28.740 You're not.
00:11:29.240 His role is to, as he sees it, is to make the rules.
00:11:33.840 Your role is to follow him.
00:11:35.000 It's really like the same role, the same model for the pandemic and the lockdowns.
00:11:38.760 And really, really, who's going to stop this?
00:11:43.380 All the institutions that have rolled over for the government in the name of the pandemic?
00:11:48.520 Do you think you can trust any of them to fight back, oh, in the name of the climate change?
00:11:54.040 Yeah, no.
00:11:56.060 Stay with us for more.
00:11:59.240 We got this last night, and it's just pretty disturbing.
00:12:05.900 I'm just wondering if it's legit.
00:12:06.820 Is this saying that everybody is not vaccinated is getting evicted?
00:12:10.720 Well, we have a grace period to which you can get your first dose, but essentially as of January 17th.
00:12:18.300 It's a board mandate from my day.
00:12:21.740 So I just want to get this straight.
00:12:22.660 So by the end of the month, my four-year-old boy with leukemia is getting evicted.
00:12:27.720 Because we don't have the vaccine.
00:12:30.700 My parents.
00:12:32.380 This is, if he was six months older, he would be an evicted.
00:12:37.240 But yeah, because we don't have the vaccine, you're going to throw us out in the snow.
00:12:42.260 For the few weeks notice.
00:12:43.280 Like, this is some kind of crazy evil.
00:12:47.920 Like, I have never seen in my life.
00:12:50.740 It doesn't matter if you're vaccinated or not.
00:12:52.900 Everybody knows you're still going to wear the masks.
00:12:54.720 Because you can go out and catch COVID transmitted and bring it back in.
00:12:59.120 That's why I vaccinated people with masks.
00:13:00.620 So it doesn't matter if you're vaccinated or not.
00:13:02.980 Like, the idea to make people safer is this isn't about safety.
00:13:07.760 This is coercing people to get a vaccine, choosing between their children and their own beliefs.
00:13:14.620 Whether it's religious beliefs, whether they're present to get a vaccine.
00:13:17.240 My kid has gone all these vaccines.
00:13:19.820 We're not anti-vaccines.
00:13:21.480 This is absolutely an evolving thing.
00:13:23.260 So just let me get this clear.
00:13:24.920 Are you both of you vaccinated?
00:13:26.920 No.
00:13:27.800 Okay.
00:13:30.600 So what we're doing is protecting the safety of everybody in the house?
00:13:33.800 No, you're not.
00:13:34.640 Because a vaccinated person can still get it and transmit it.
00:13:37.600 That's right.
00:13:38.120 And so what we're trying to do is reduce our risks to the entire family.
00:13:41.760 That doesn't make sense.
00:13:42.860 Your conscience is seared.
00:13:44.940 Do you understand?
00:13:45.880 This is absolutely evil.
00:13:48.700 So do you want me to...
00:13:50.300 You're evicting kids with leukemia.
00:13:52.820 Kids who have strokes.
00:13:53.940 Well, that video went viral, not just across Canada, but in the United States, too.
00:14:00.060 Ronald McDonald House, to be clear, is a charity set up by McDonald's.
00:14:03.980 And it's basically to help families whose kids are in a hospital for often tragic and life-threatening illnesses.
00:14:14.920 What it does is it allows the parents to stay close to the hospital.
00:14:18.420 It's like an apartment or a hotel.
00:14:20.280 And you heard the news, Ronald McDonald House was kicking out a family in those dire straits because they were not vaxxed.
00:14:30.580 Well, our own Drea Humphrey, she's in Vancouver, and she went to talk to the family.
00:14:35.960 Let's have a quick chat with Drea, and then we'll show you an excerpt from that interview.
00:14:39.200 Drea, how are you doing?
00:14:40.320 This story just went Zoom, not just in Canada, but around the world, didn't it?
00:14:45.140 Yeah, I am glad to see a lot of people are standing behind advocating for this family because it is a very concerning story.
00:14:56.320 And it kind of shows just how far we've fallen morally, I think, as a country.
00:15:02.380 Tell me why you think that.
00:15:04.940 I mean, it's shocking that a family that's in such stress, I mean, the whole point of Ronald McDonald House is to make it easy for the family to be close to the kid who's going through, you know, something no kid should have to go through.
00:15:17.900 And then to evict them, kick them out, like a landlord might kick out a deadbeat tenant.
00:15:25.700 That's of all the times to do that to someone.
00:15:29.840 Tell me a little bit more about the family, and then we'll play a clip from it.
00:15:34.740 Well, absolutely.
00:15:35.460 It's every parent's worst nightmare to find out your child has cancer.
00:15:39.760 They're in this family is based or they are from Kelowna, which is at least a four-hour drive to Vancouver where their son, Jack, needs life-saving treatment until June.
00:15:53.240 And so to be able to make that journey, we've recently had the floods there, which would have made it impossible.
00:15:59.360 But just in the winter and back and forth, it wasn't feasible.
00:16:02.280 Dad is in school.
00:16:04.660 They have one vehicle.
00:16:06.540 And so that's where Ronald McDonald House came in.
00:16:09.800 That's where friends and family and their church, Kelowna Harvest Church, came behind them to support them so that they could stay at Ronald McDonald House.
00:16:20.240 And not only is this just like an apartment, it is set up to make the child as happy as that child can be while they're going through treatments in such a hard time.
00:16:32.800 So it's a place that the child and, of course, the family can find refuge and happiness.
00:16:39.620 And so to have a policy slapped on your door that says you're no longer welcome here, you're out of here, simply because you're not vaccinated for COVID is vile and inhumane.
00:16:52.040 You know, it's so bizarre what's happening to our health care system.
00:16:56.420 They're firing immune nurses and doctors who got the disease and recovered them naturally.
00:17:02.320 So they're firing healthy doctors and nurses.
00:17:05.300 They're calling in doctors and nurses who actively have the disease because they're so short staffed.
00:17:12.560 And here they're kicking out patients and their families.
00:17:16.220 Just absolutely nuts.
00:17:18.400 You met with the family in Vancouver.
00:17:20.680 Set up the clip a little bit.
00:17:21.780 Tell us a bit about it and then let's take a look.
00:17:24.720 Well, I think this father, he said he didn't like any confrontation, but after his wife had been crying all night long and he just kind of thought, what am I going to do next?
00:17:36.060 He felt like God said, you got to let this be known.
00:17:39.660 So he uploaded that viral video you showed to Facebook.
00:17:43.620 And then after that, international attention.
00:17:47.400 So when I went and interviewed him, he had articulate things to say about how concerning this is.
00:17:53.460 Okay, let's take a look.
00:17:54.720 I went down.
00:17:55.560 I'm like, is this real life?
00:17:56.740 Like, are you guys actually doing this?
00:17:58.500 And then she authenticated the letter.
00:18:00.660 Like, everybody who comes here, as far as I know, I don't know if it's just people with leukemia or what, but you get given a social worker.
00:18:07.580 And we had to reach out to the social worker ourselves and say, what are we going to do?
00:18:11.600 They didn't say, oh, we're going to set you up at the hotel while you're figuring out what to do.
00:18:14.820 They didn't say, oh, here's, you know, they didn't give you a game plan or anything.
00:18:18.740 They're just saying, we're going to set up a room.
00:18:20.840 We're going to set up a QR code and you're going to scan it.
00:18:23.260 And if you don't, and if, and if you don't scan that QR code, you're like, you're gone.
00:18:28.420 That's how it is.
00:18:29.300 Right.
00:18:29.580 So just to be clear, you were not told you'd be accommodated until you spoke, until you went out and reached out to, I guess, the social worker.
00:18:37.620 Yeah, and it's not even guaranteed accommodation.
00:18:40.560 And there's no guarantee that the other location wouldn't do the same thing.
00:18:43.660 The only other location that's like a free thing similar to this community living is a place called Easter Seals.
00:18:50.580 And there's no, like my social worker said, I'm going to reach out to you.
00:18:53.440 I'll probably get back to you tomorrow.
00:18:54.540 Like, she hasn't gone back to me yet.
00:18:57.560 Like, you don't know if you're going to get a spot and you don't know if they're going to just do this too.
00:19:03.620 Because this seems to be a trending thing across the country where they're just putting their hands around the throat of every unvaccinated person and just squeezing until they obey.
00:19:11.620 Well, I am so glad you went there.
00:19:13.440 Now, here's the crazy thing.
00:19:15.140 There have been some very heart-rending moments in this pandemic where heroes or I'm not going to use the word victims, but people who have been punished by the system like this family have stood up.
00:19:27.060 And really, it's really resonated.
00:19:28.640 I mean, I think a GoFundMe for this family hit $100,000 in a day or something.
00:19:33.820 What we've seen, though, with sympathetic people like this who dare to stand up for their individual choice, whether it's Novak Djokovic, the tennis star in Australia, or whether it's our own friend, Dr. Julie Panessi, the ethics scholar who was fired from Western Ontario.
00:19:52.100 The more sympathetic they are, the more the corporate media, the narrative media comes in to smash them because you're not allowed to be sympathetic if you're unvaccinated.
00:20:04.200 You have to be, as Trudeau says, a misogynist, racist or something.
00:20:08.520 So let me ask you, the world loves this family.
00:20:13.180 We are giving them fair coverage.
00:20:16.380 How has the rest of the corporate media treated this dad and his family?
00:20:20.480 I'm actually glad you asked that question.
00:20:23.640 In the report, I talk about an article from Vancouver City News.
00:20:31.300 It's since been amended, and I think that's a good sign.
00:20:35.120 Originally, it basically said, oh, no, and of course, I'm paraphrasing.
00:20:40.440 This isn't exactly what it said.
00:20:41.620 You can watch the report, but it basically said that, you know, the Ronald McDonald House was going to accommodate this family,
00:20:48.840 and the dad did a video, and then they only quoted out of the whole video.
00:20:53.000 They just quoted him saying, oh, this is because of the COVID cult.
00:20:56.600 And, you know, anybody reading that without watching the video might think dad is just a kook.
00:21:00.760 And I think in the past that that would have flied.
00:21:03.820 But I think there's been a definite change.
00:21:06.640 I think, honestly, since the restrictions over the Christmas break, I think people have had enough.
00:21:12.700 And I think that this story is tugging on the heartstrings of so many that the silent majority feels comfortable not being silent anymore.
00:21:21.760 And so I don't know why the Vancouver City News changed their article, but they have gutted it.
00:21:31.440 It's so much different.
00:21:32.720 They took out the COVID cult reference, and they even specified that although now that Ronald McDonald House is claiming that they were going to accommodate them,
00:21:42.720 which, by the way, is not written in the policy that was slapped on this family's door,
00:21:46.400 they do point out in that article now that when the father did address this manager,
00:21:51.900 the manager didn't say anything about that, they would be accommodated either.
00:21:55.740 So total change there, at least in that situation.
00:21:59.160 Well, that's glad to hear.
00:22:00.340 I mean, it's just incredible to me how the media is in such lockstep here.
00:22:05.900 And the more sympathetic the newsmaker, the more vicious they are,
00:22:11.460 even with a child who's seeking emergency medical treatment.
00:22:14.900 So I think you're right.
00:22:16.820 It is a sign of a sea change.
00:22:18.880 Well, I'm glad you were there on the spot.
00:22:20.460 It was interesting to watch this go like wildfire on Twitter,
00:22:24.580 because I think it was just another example of overkill by the branch Covidians.
00:22:30.040 Maybe I won't say COVID cult.
00:22:31.500 I'll say the branch Covidians.
00:22:34.040 You know, I mean, I follow news from different countries.
00:22:37.280 I have an interest in Australia.
00:22:38.700 I know you do, too.
00:22:39.760 Our friend Avi down there.
00:22:40.760 I'm interested in the UK.
00:22:41.740 And right now, Drea, in the UK, there's this big kerfuffle,
00:22:46.680 because when they were locking down the UK extremely hard,
00:22:50.780 number 10 Downing Street, Prime Minister Boris Johnson's own office,
00:22:55.420 had a bring your own beer party in a garden.
00:22:59.440 And there's footage of it.
00:23:00.580 And there's copies of the invitation.
00:23:02.460 This was from the harshest, harshest lockdowns last year.
00:23:05.580 So people are seeing that the lockdownists never meant it for themselves.
00:23:13.940 They weren't actually scared of the virus.
00:23:16.500 Their actions show it.
00:23:18.260 They're not just hypocrites.
00:23:19.720 But I love this phrase.
00:23:21.480 I see it used a lot.
00:23:22.460 It's not about the hypocrisy.
00:23:23.700 It's about the hierarchy.
00:23:25.520 We're the boss.
00:23:26.620 You're the boss.
00:23:27.680 We're the rulers.
00:23:28.880 You're the rule followers.
00:23:29.760 So I think the reason this eviction of this family was so intolerable
00:23:36.180 is because we all know Justin Trudeau parties in Amsterdam without a mask.
00:23:42.400 Boris Johnson parties in his back garden thinking no one knows.
00:23:46.060 We know every single enforcer cheats.
00:23:49.720 And for them to be hardline against this family was super gross.
00:23:53.320 That's my theory.
00:23:54.020 Well, and also we all know fully vaccinated people who have COVID,
00:23:58.960 especially when it comes to Omicron, the CEO of Pfizer himself,
00:24:03.320 who, by the way, is also a donor to Ronald McDonald House on their website,
00:24:07.380 they label Pfizer as a friend, just came out and said that when you have two shots,
00:24:12.720 it provides little, if any, protection for the person inoculated.
00:24:17.740 And we also know that Omicron is not correlating with more deaths.
00:24:22.720 It's correlating with less.
00:24:24.440 So the timing of this happening to a four-year-old boy with leukemia
00:24:29.200 and any other kid five and up who's not jabbed there is just unjustifiable, in my opinion.
00:24:37.360 Yeah, I think so, too.
00:24:38.260 Well, listen, I'm so glad you were on the scene giving fair coverage,
00:24:41.440 telling the other side of the story.
00:24:42.520 That's our company model.
00:24:43.460 Drea, thanks for doing such a great job.
00:24:45.900 Thank you for having me.
00:24:47.120 All right.
00:24:47.540 There you have it, Drea Humphrey, out there in Vancouver.
00:24:50.380 Love that Rebel hat.
00:24:52.120 She's wearing.
00:24:53.440 Stay with us.
00:24:54.920 Your thoughts to me next.
00:25:04.880 Hey, welcome back.
00:25:05.940 Your viewer feedback.
00:25:06.960 Bertie Turdy, sounds like the names I was called when I was a young child.
00:25:11.580 It's a very painful memory he brought back, says this about my interview with James Lindsay.
00:25:16.160 He says, about time this is in discussion.
00:25:18.880 Everyone knows of it.
00:25:20.600 Rumors, scary forecasts, and interpretations are all out there.
00:25:23.720 I guess they know the public would never submit.
00:25:26.620 No, I disagree with all parts of that.
00:25:29.220 I mean, rumors.
00:25:30.240 The World Economic Forum is not a rumor.
00:25:32.720 The contract between George Soros and the Canadian government is not a rumor.
00:25:35.660 And they absolutely know that everyone would submit because they've watched us for the last two years.
00:25:44.920 H1R086, which is a friendlier nickname I had as a boy, says,
00:25:49.680 Better to a tyrant is obedient.
00:25:54.400 They destroyed everything and fired everyone who wasn't.
00:25:57.580 Now they build their bootlicker industries and institutes with the spineless and malleable.
00:26:01.940 The vaccine is a loyalty test.
00:26:04.020 Total control.
00:26:04.720 Home prices are risen so only the elite can buy them, who then create a permanent renter class.
00:26:09.320 There's some truth to those things.
00:26:12.320 I mean, when the president of Pfizer himself goes on TV and says two doses do virtually nothing to stop you from getting Omicron,
00:26:20.400 but the vaccine enforcement of the government is stricter than ever, it's not about not getting sick anymore.
00:26:26.320 It's about compliance, obedience, about bending the knee.
00:26:30.040 I think that's pretty obvious, unfortunately.
00:26:32.200 SG-1 says every emergency order should have a one-month expiration date.
00:26:38.480 They must prove need in the debate in Parliament.
00:26:41.160 Well, that's the thing.
00:26:42.180 I mean, it's not an emergency if it's a permanent emergency.
00:26:45.400 You know who talks that way?
00:26:46.900 I mean, Castro, the permanent revolution.
00:26:49.480 And that's why he needs an emergency powers.
00:26:52.000 And that's why anyone is an enemy of the revolution.
00:26:55.160 If someone says an emergency lasts for more than like a week, you should consider them to be a liar.
00:27:00.680 That's rooted to the vaccine, by the way.
00:27:03.800 The vaccine that is in use in Canada and the United States by Pfizer is approved because of the emergency use authorization.
00:27:14.560 So while a version of the vaccine has been approved for regular use,
00:27:21.000 they're actually using the emergency use authorization version, which would stop if the emergency was lifted.
00:27:27.340 It's very strange.
00:27:28.060 I don't quite understand the marketing and the politics behind that.
00:27:31.880 But I agree, we are not in any emergency anymore, despite the hysterics and histrionics of the politicians.
00:27:38.940 Well, that's our show for today.
00:27:40.800 Until tomorrow, on behalf of all of us here at Rebel World Headquarters, to you at home, good night.
00:27:45.100 Keep fighting for freedom.
00:27:46.460 And let me leave you with a great video by Lincoln Jay, who was recently in Quebec.
00:27:51.080 Good night.
00:27:51.580 Good night.
00:28:21.560 We are also announcing a curfew from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. starting tomorrow night.
00:28:27.600 When I heard that curfew is coming back, in my mind, it was like, okay, there they come again, and again, and again, and it's deja vu all over.
00:28:39.940 We got to struggle to make some money for a living, especially if the government doesn't help.
00:28:57.640 We got pulled over again, and they checked our papers for a second time.
00:29:02.400 I would say.
00:29:08.240 Warning.
00:29:09.440 Censorship.
00:29:10.620 Warning.
00:29:11.720 Censorship.
00:29:12.660 Welcome to Montreal, Quebec.
00:29:14.860 One of the most, if not the most, lockdown place in North America.
00:29:19.600 It's definitely the most lockdown province in Canada.
00:29:22.100 There's no other province that has a curfew in effect.
00:29:25.900 So as many of you probably know, you can't be outside of your house from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
00:29:32.120 every night across the entire province of Quebec.
00:29:35.460 So right now we're on St. Catherine Street.
00:29:38.220 Typically, you'd see people walking up and down the street.
00:29:41.100 It's a very busy area.
00:29:42.260 There's restaurants, people dining in.
00:29:43.800 There's just none of that happening.
00:29:45.920 It's eerie and it's creepy.
00:29:47.780 So we're going to walk around, drive around, see what we come across, and show you what life
00:29:52.860 is like in one of the only places that has a curfew in effect.
00:29:58.240 Let's check it out.
00:29:58.880 So right behind me, as you see, papers being checked for simply being outside.
00:30:14.260 This is a typical night in Montreal.
00:30:16.500 There's police that just patrol around and they check for people disobeying the curfew.
00:30:22.440 So as you see behind me, this is just one of those instances right now.
00:30:28.880 Libby, you live here in Montreal.
00:30:43.520 Why don't you tell us what it's like, what you're experiencing, what you're seeing past
00:30:48.480 10 p.m. when the curfew starts?
00:30:50.880 So basically, I'm not out a lot after 10 p.m.
00:30:53.680 not because of curfew, just because it doesn't fit my schedule.
00:30:57.720 But what I could tell is that when I heard that curfew is coming back, in my mind, it
00:31:03.360 was like, OK, there they come again and again and again.
00:31:06.360 And there's a wall over, as people like to say, Groundhog Day, Groundhog Day, if you watch
00:31:12.000 the movies.
00:31:12.660 So, yeah, it's not pleasant and definitely it's not fun.
00:31:17.140 Typically, are you are you seeing your friends, your family, if they are out past curfew, they
00:31:23.280 do run into a cop.
00:31:24.160 Are they usually getting a ticket or the police letting them go?
00:31:27.760 Like, how's that looking?
00:31:29.620 So for last year, everybody got tickets.
00:31:31.800 I me myself.
00:31:32.800 I got three tickets and it's been taken care of.
00:31:35.760 But this year I didn't hear I didn't hear much that they they gave tickets.
00:31:40.680 I think that they're they're also already tired of the whole shenanigans.
00:31:44.440 What's going on over here and yeah, let's pray to God.
00:31:51.960 So I'm here with Ali, a cab driver in Montreal, Quebec.
00:31:56.080 Ali, how has the curfew affected your business?
00:31:58.880 Very bad.
00:31:59.820 Very bad.
00:32:01.040 I told you this right now.
00:32:03.620 We are struggling to make some money for leaving, especially the government doesn't
00:32:08.200 know, and after 10 o'clock is nothing and we have to leave with it, I don't know.
00:32:18.500 We just paying from the pocket expenses, you know, with the gas price, you know that?
00:32:23.180 How much is the gas price?
00:32:25.240 And turning around after 10 is nothing now.
00:32:28.180 So if you're driving, you're walking, you're out and about past 10 p.m., past curfew, you
00:32:42.960 need to have some sort of paper that permits you to be outside.
00:32:48.340 If you want to avoid getting a ticket, I'm fine.
00:32:51.080 You need that piece of paper.
00:32:52.680 We've been we've been asked for our papers multiple times over the weekend, and I'm going
00:32:58.020 to show you guys one of those instances right now.
00:33:13.740 What is that?
00:33:16.740 We could do it all the way after.
00:33:18.340 Oh, he left.
00:33:19.860 That's it?
00:33:21.800 We just had our papers checked by a supervisor of the SPVM, the Montreal Police, and
00:33:27.460 as we were approaching our hotel, we got pulled over again.
00:33:34.420 Everything's okay?
00:33:35.320 Yeah, how are you?
00:33:36.120 Where do you go?
00:33:37.120 We're working.
00:33:38.080 We work with Rebel News.
00:33:39.640 We're just reporting on the curfew.
00:33:41.420 Curfew?
00:33:41.960 Yeah, we have one of your supervisors.
00:33:43.440 Just check our papers.
00:33:44.640 Okay.
00:33:45.540 Do you want to see?
00:33:46.600 Yes, I will check your report.
00:33:48.240 I see.
00:33:49.320 Yeah.
00:33:50.560 I'll take your moment.
00:33:52.960 License.
00:33:53.640 After the police officer verified that we are permitted to be outside for work reasons,
00:34:00.160 we are free to go with no fines issued.
00:34:03.600 Well, there you have it, guys.
00:34:04.960 A little taste of what life is like in a city with a curfew.

00:34:13.260 please go to LockdownReports.com.
00:34:16.980 We had Alexa and Guillaume come in from Quebec City.

00:34:43.480 to show you guys what the mainstream media simply will not show you,
