00:00:00.000 Hey there, you know, we have an email service called Rebel Buzz every morning.
00:00:04.580 You get, I don't know, 10 or 15 headlines, not from the Rebel, but from other places
00:00:09.040 that were following very interesting stories.
00:00:11.340 I really rely on it as sort of my morning briefing.
00:00:14.000 You can get that for free at our website.
00:00:16.060 Today, there was just so many stories, and I wanted to read through almost 10 of them
00:00:20.880 because they were sort of in a theme today.
00:00:24.280 And I'll take you through them.
00:00:25.120 So I think it's a little bit different show.
00:00:27.380 It's a bit of a news mashup.
00:00:30.340 Let me know what you think of it afterwards.
00:00:31.760 I hope you like it.
00:00:33.620 Before I do, let me invite you to become a subscriber to the TV version of this podcast,
00:00:41.260 which we call Rebel News Plus.
00:00:43.380 It's $8 a month to get the video version of my daily show, plus weekly shows from Sheila
00:00:48.220 Gunn-Reed, David Menzies, and Andrew Chapados.
00:00:51.020 And the $8 a month is how we live.
00:00:54.360 So we don't take government money.
00:00:56.080 We don't take big corporate media money.
00:00:58.180 We're independent.
00:00:58.700 We just rely on viewers like you.
00:01:00.640 So if you can help us, just go to rebelnews.com and click subscribe.
00:01:03.340 It's $8 a month, or $80 if you want to pay the whole year in advance.
00:01:06.540 You can see you get two months free out of that.
00:01:09.120 So please consider doing that.
00:01:11.120 And in any event, here's today's podcast.
00:01:12.800 Tonight, you know that saying, it was the best of times, it was the worst of times?
00:01:33.400 Yeah, that's not now.
00:01:35.180 It's May 20th, and this is the Ezra LeVance Show.
00:01:37.480 Why should others go to jail when you're a biggest carbon consumer I know?
00:01:43.340 There's 8,500 customers here, and you won't give them an answer.
00:01:47.400 The only thing I have to say to the government, the wire publisher, is because it's my bloody
00:01:52.300 right to do so.
00:01:53.280 That saying, you know, the first lines in Dickens' Tale of Two Cities, but it's not the best
00:02:05.240 of times.
00:02:06.980 It's May 20th.
00:02:08.900 The year's almost half done.
00:02:10.940 The pandemic is about to devour a second year of our lives.
00:02:14.480 But not the pandemic itself.
00:02:15.780 It's the opportunistic political response to it.
00:02:17.960 The abject failure of the entire establishment, the public health industrial complex, the
00:02:24.180 media, legislatures, both governments and especially oppositions, courts, lawyers, law
00:02:30.720 professors, NGOs, civil liberties groups, complete failure, total system-wide failure.
00:02:36.600 And we're not done yet.
00:02:37.940 They're done in Texas, and they're done in Florida.
00:02:40.420 Boy, they've been done in China for a long time.
00:02:42.460 They're laughing.
00:02:43.060 This is from a big New Year's Eve party in Wuhan, China, almost six months ago.
00:02:48.660 That's how we're supposed to be.
00:02:50.820 Instead, we become like them, hunting down Christian pastors with police, arresting them in the middle
00:02:56.440 of the highway to terrify and humiliate them.
00:02:59.940 It's not ending soon.
00:03:02.100 If you look at various governments' contracts, whether it's for COVID jails or vaccine programs,
00:03:07.960 Trudeau is signing deals well into 2024.
00:03:10.160 That's three more years.
00:03:12.440 Like any war, a lot of people are making a lot of money.
00:03:16.100 They don't want to stop anytime soon.
00:03:17.640 Money and fame and a crisis in which they are very important people.
00:03:23.740 Anthony Fauci, Teresa Tam, Eileen Davila, Bonnie Henry, Dina Hinchot.
00:03:27.780 These were nobodies until the pandemic.
00:03:31.320 Now they're stars.
00:03:32.880 Just ask them.
00:03:33.980 Bonnie Henry even took the time out from this emergency to write a book about what a hero she is.
00:03:40.500 Do you think she wants to go back to her little cubicle and no longer be a hero?
00:03:48.020 Did you see this story in The Ottawa Citizen?
00:03:50.640 How is it that you can be vaccinated but still die from the virus?
00:03:54.860 I can think of a few ways.
00:03:56.200 I think most of the accounting, the accounting of virus deaths as being junk, it's people who
00:04:01.280 die with the virus, not from the virus.
00:04:03.740 So you might die from cancer or a stroke or diabetes, but if you have the virus in you,
00:04:08.260 that's what gets the credit.
00:04:10.580 Some jurisdictions say if you die within 30 days of testing positive, that's a virus death.
00:04:15.300 So you can't really quite count on news reporting, can you?
00:04:19.000 But it does raise the question, what's up with those vaccines?
00:04:22.720 I've stopped trying to keep up with the evolving science.
00:04:25.260 That's the word they use on the vaccines, like AstraZeneca.
00:04:28.360 That phrase, evolving science, that's when politicians make a political decision, I flip-flop
00:04:34.520 and want to blame science.
00:04:36.700 Masks are bad, then masks are good.
00:04:39.440 Banning international flights is bad, then banning international flights is good.
00:04:44.000 Churches are dangerous, but not Walmarts and Costcos.
00:04:47.320 Black Lives Matters protests are good.
00:04:49.820 Anti-lockdown protests and rodeos are dangerous.
00:04:52.980 You know, the science is evolving.
00:04:56.700 You know how I know it's not real?
00:04:59.240 Just like Leonardo DiCaprio on his private jet and private yacht warning us about global warming,
00:05:04.760 I know he doesn't mean it because he's living like he doesn't mean it.
00:05:08.280 Now listen to this.
00:05:09.060 Here's Anthony Fauci and the heads of two other senior U.S. public health agencies,
00:05:14.340 and they were asked, how many of their own staff have been vaccinated?
00:05:18.740 You'd think the answer would be 100%.
00:05:22.500 No?
00:05:24.580 What percentage of the employees in your institute, your center of your employees, has been vaccinated?
00:05:31.880 You know, I'm not 100% sure, Senator, but I think it's probably a little bit more than half,
00:05:36.240 probably around 60%.
00:05:37.460 Only about half?
00:05:40.000 What do they know that we don't know?
00:05:42.200 That's actually less than the average in a lot of U.S. states.
00:05:46.060 Maybe the experts at the Centers for Disease Control and the Food and Drug Administration,
00:05:51.400 maybe they know that the drugs have been authorized, which means they're permitted,
00:05:57.580 but they're not approved, which means we don't yet know that they're safe
00:06:02.040 because we're still testing them.
00:06:04.740 Authorized, but not approved.
00:06:07.260 Don't take it from me.
00:06:08.060 That's from these drug companies who keep pointing that out, probably for liability reasons.
00:06:12.800 They don't want to make false promises, and what politicians are doing, especially here in Canada,
00:06:18.040 delaying the second jab, mixing and matching vaccines.
00:06:22.520 These companies are just being very, very quiet, these drug companies.
00:06:26.280 They're not making any of these crazy, evolving science promises.
00:06:30.540 But they are laughing all the way to the bank.
00:06:32.340 If you read their warning labels, I did that with you the other day on the show,
00:06:34.840 you'll know that they only sell these non-approved drugs in the state of emergency.
00:06:39.780 That's when they're authorized because there's an emergency.
00:06:42.400 Otherwise, they go back to being experimental drugs, not for sale.
00:06:47.420 So yeah, they don't want this emergency to end ever.
00:06:51.120 Moderna has actually never taken a drug to market before.
00:06:54.820 This is their big score.
00:06:57.400 See, do you sign up for our daily emails here at Rebel News?
00:06:59.480 We call them Rebel Buzz.
00:07:01.020 It's free.
00:07:01.600 Just go to our website and sign up.
00:07:03.280 It's the same information I get every morning to brief myself on the day.
00:07:06.740 Here are a few stories from today.
00:07:09.860 I want to read you about 10 of them.
00:07:12.540 Scientists working at Canada's highest security infectious disease laboratory
00:07:15.920 have been collaborating with Chinese military researchers
00:07:18.820 to study and conduct experiments on deadly pathogens.
00:07:23.460 The Global Mail has learned that one of the Chinese researchers,
00:07:27.040 Fei Yan, from the People's Liberation Army Academy of Military Medical Sciences,
00:07:32.080 worked for a period of time at the Winnipeg Lab.
00:07:36.740 Did you know that?
00:07:40.620 We're working with the Chinese military on weaponized viruses.
00:07:43.560 Did you know that?
00:07:45.200 Sure, why not?
00:07:46.520 What could go wrong?
00:07:49.220 Here's another.
00:07:50.840 Canadians who cross border for vaccine must quarantine on return, Ottawa says.
00:07:55.920 Like I said, they don't want this to end.
00:07:58.240 By the way, if you don't get any benefits from vaccinating,
00:08:01.860 why would you be motivated to do it?
00:08:03.900 If you're still treated like a danger, if you still must quarantine,
00:08:06.760 if you still must wear a mask, if you still must go to COVID jails,
00:08:10.420 why would you take the jab?
00:08:13.480 Here's another story.
00:08:14.680 No federal law allows any government to mandate COVID-19 vaccine passports,
00:08:18.880 Privacy Commissioner Daniel Tyrion said yesterday.
00:08:21.720 So far, we have not been presented with evidence of vaccine effectiveness
00:08:24.480 to prevent transmission, said Tyrion.
00:08:26.420 It is an encroachment on civil liberties.
00:08:31.180 Yeah, well, this whole last 14 months has been an encroachment on civil liberties, hasn't it?
00:08:35.680 But that hasn't stopped anyone, has it?
00:08:38.120 Like this guy, New Brunswick Premier Blaine Higgs,
00:08:40.740 says he's asked government lawyers to look
00:08:42.860 into whether COVID-19 vaccination could be a condition of employment
00:08:47.140 for those working in long-term care homes.
00:08:49.240 You know, New Brunswick has about 800,000 citizens.
00:08:53.960 And I checked, and every year about 8,000 people in New Brunswick pass away.
00:08:58.500 I'm sorry, but they do.
00:09:00.320 And since the entire pandemic began more than a year ago,
00:09:04.300 how many of them died from the coronavirus?
00:09:09.760 2,000?
00:09:11.940 1,000?
00:09:13.100 No, 43.
00:09:16.480 Now, I'm sorry about that,
00:09:18.460 but 8,000 people died in the past year.
00:09:20.740 So almost 10,000 have died in New Brunswick since the pandemic began.
00:09:25.660 And 43 were linked to the virus.
00:09:30.040 43.
00:09:31.820 And they have shut down the whole place,
00:09:33.880 and they're now planning invasive public shaming and naming
00:09:36.880 of people who refuse to take the experimental drugs.
00:09:39.500 Oh, and how many of those deaths did the government itself cause?
00:09:45.400 At isolation, hotel, COVID cluster grows.
00:09:49.580 Higgs says he doesn't regret rushing the program.
00:09:53.320 Really.
00:09:54.820 And how many deaths were caused by the overreaction
00:09:57.920 and the lockdown and the harms that caused?
00:10:00.060 Toronto opioid deaths doubled during COVID-19,
00:10:03.180 says provincial study.
00:10:04.400 Oh, okay.
00:10:05.640 But they didn't matter.
00:10:06.680 In Toronto, but also in Ottawa, too, and everywhere.
00:10:10.980 Opioid-related deaths in Ottawa nearly doubled during pandemic.
00:10:16.320 But, of course, there's money to be made.
00:10:19.360 I told you about the government's plans to use their tracing app,
00:10:23.640 their cell phone COVID tracing app, for other purposes.
00:10:27.500 Here's a UK story in that vein.
00:10:30.000 UK regulator finds COVID-19 tracker
00:10:32.100 for turning contact data into sales leads.
00:10:34.920 Why not, right?
00:10:37.440 But there's a lot of things to be done in the name of the pandemic.
00:10:40.460 Too much money to be made.
00:10:41.980 Too many opportunities, like voter fraud, for example.
00:10:46.880 Mail-in ballots done on a large scale
00:10:48.460 could open the door to manipulation and election fraud,
00:10:50.780 says independent MP Derek Sloan.
00:10:53.560 Yeah, yeah, we all saw the United States.
00:10:56.200 So, yeah, we're not getting out of this pandemic anytime soon.
00:10:59.580 Oh, sure, they might lift their boot off of you
00:11:02.440 for a few months this summer.
00:11:05.200 But not if you're a Christian pastor.
00:11:07.740 They might let patios open up at restaurants.
00:11:10.580 Thank you, Master.
00:11:12.500 But mark my words, they'll be locking us back up in the fall.
00:11:15.200 It's just too good for them.
00:11:18.620 The power, the money, the bullying, the name-calling.
00:11:23.420 The little prison guards within each bureaucrat and politician
00:11:26.500 have simply been let out,
00:11:28.060 and they've been having too much fun to go away now.
00:11:31.740 And really, who's going to tell them to stop?
00:11:34.280 No one has for the past 14 months.
00:11:39.620 Why do you think they're going to start now?
00:11:42.980 Stay with us for more.
00:11:55.840 Hey, welcome back.
00:11:56.780 You know, the other day we had a general staff meeting.
00:11:59.800 We called our whole staff in.
00:12:01.260 And not just our Toronto people, but Drea and Matt from Vancouver,
00:12:06.580 and Daniel and Sheila from Edmonton,
00:12:10.320 and K2 and Adam from Calgary.
00:12:13.520 And we just had so many folks here.
00:12:15.600 It was great.
00:12:17.100 And one of the things I did was I interviewed
00:12:19.280 some of the folks we had in town.
00:12:21.980 I should tell you that even after that,
00:12:24.680 we hired one more person.
00:12:26.900 Her name is Alexandre Lavoie.
00:12:29.200 And she, as the name might suggest,
00:12:33.080 is a Francophone Quebecer based in Quebec City.
00:12:37.620 And she is, just started with us,
00:12:40.680 is going to do reports for us from Quebec.
00:12:43.540 And the plan is to have the same report done twice.
00:12:48.780 Once in English to tell us what's going on in Quebec.
00:12:51.960 But the second time, en Francais.
00:12:55.760 To talk to Quebecers in the French language.
00:13:01.580 On behalf of Rebel News.
00:13:03.200 So I hope that works.
00:13:04.520 It's going to be a little tricky.
00:13:05.800 Because everything has to be en Francais,
00:13:07.600 including the words on the screen and stuff like that.
00:13:10.920 But I'm sort of excited about it.
00:13:12.220 We came across her as sort of a volunteer
00:13:16.140 when we started to cover the lockdowns in Quebec.
00:13:21.660 And we went there in Montreal.
00:13:22.880 And Mocha went there to Quebec.
00:13:24.180 So she is starting with us new.
00:13:26.560 And I want to show you.
00:13:28.000 So I don't have her on the line to interview her.
00:13:30.180 I want to wait until her debut video comes.
00:13:32.300 And then we'll talk to her.
00:13:33.260 But I want to show you some of the videos
00:13:35.500 that you may not have seen.
00:13:38.080 These are from some of our new talent.
00:13:40.440 Daniel Day, he's our youngster.
00:13:42.160 He just turned 18.
00:13:43.080 He did a short report, an update from Grace Life Church.
00:13:46.320 And I want to show you a few other videos
00:13:47.980 from around the world of the new rebels.
00:13:52.040 I want to show you what these new rebels are doing.
00:13:55.540 Because, I mean, I'm, listen,
00:13:57.000 I'm going to be doing this for the rest of my life.
00:13:59.140 I don't think I'm ever going to retire.
00:14:00.700 And Sheila Gunner, even David Benzies,
00:14:02.400 and the old timers.
00:14:03.900 But these young pups are doing a good job.
00:14:08.160 So let me show you a few videos you may have missed
00:14:11.320 over the past week that I just am so proud
00:14:13.980 of how these guys are coming along.
00:14:15.420 And it's not just our young talent.
00:14:17.800 It's the video editors and the graphic editors
00:14:21.520 and the web editors and the behind-the-scenes team, too.
00:14:26.040 I really, you know what?
00:14:26.820 I'm the second oldest guy in the company,
00:14:29.280 second only to David Benzies.
00:14:30.700 And that's a great feeling to have a team of young people
00:14:33.320 just giving her every day.
00:14:34.540 So I'm actually going to say goodbye for a moment.
00:14:36.980 I'm going to show you some of these vids,
00:14:38.180 and then I'll come right back to read your mail.
00:14:40.600 Daniel Day here with the Rebel News,
00:14:46.000 just in Edmonton at the Legislative Building
00:14:48.300 at the Stand for Liberty protest.
00:14:51.000 Today, we have a bunch of people gathered,
00:14:53.260 all risking a $1,200 fine to be here.
00:14:55.640 Let's go check it out.
00:14:56.360 I'm with Kyle Roy.
00:15:06.440 Kyle Roy.
00:15:07.360 He is the organizer of the Freedom Protest.
00:15:09.660 Tell us a little bit about it.
00:15:11.060 Well, this protest, you guys, there's a little bit of misconceptions
00:15:13.760 these days about protests for freedom,
00:15:15.880 fighting for rights and freedoms.
00:15:16.860 We are definitely not anti-maskers here.
00:15:19.360 We believe in the right for you to choose
00:15:21.480 whether you would like to wear a mask or not.
00:15:23.120 We believe in the right for you to choose
00:15:25.000 to take a vaccine or not.
00:15:26.780 So we're pro-choice here.
00:15:28.440 What this protest is,
00:15:30.060 is defending the rights and freedoms of all Canadians
00:15:32.180 and inevitably all humanity.
00:15:34.060 Because I believe,
00:15:34.820 I'm a firm believer that our rights and freedoms
00:15:36.660 don't exist on a piece of paper, right?
00:15:38.460 We have our Charter of Rights and Freedoms,
00:15:39.860 but I believe humanity is on the cusp of becoming free,
00:15:42.820 completely free.
00:15:43.560 Have you guys ever seen a time in history
00:15:45.840 where humanity has risen worldwide
00:15:47.560 and come together every single weekend?
00:15:49.520 I've never seen it.
00:15:50.360 So this is beautiful to see
00:15:52.240 and it's beautiful to see humanity realize
00:15:55.140 that we do have these rights and freedoms.
00:15:56.920 It's beautiful to see humanity value these rights and freedoms
00:15:59.780 and inevitably stand up and fight for them.
00:16:01.840 So that's what we do here.
00:16:03.060 We've been standing peacefully for an entire year
00:16:04.860 since last April.
00:16:06.220 Every single Saturday down at the ledge,
00:16:08.240 down at the ledge steps here,
00:16:09.460 and we've been fighting peacefully
00:16:11.040 for our rights and freedoms.
00:16:12.160 What do we want?
00:16:13.160 Freedom!
00:16:14.060 What do we want?
00:16:15.080 Now!
00:16:16.020 What do we want?
00:16:17.020 Freedom!
00:16:18.000 What do we want?
00:16:18.940 Now!
00:16:20.080 What do we want?
00:16:21.000 Freedom!
00:16:23.040 Now!
00:16:28.200 Lamar, why are you here today?
00:16:29.900 I'm here to support Albertans,
00:16:32.400 getting back to work,
00:16:34.320 ending the lockdowns,
00:16:35.660 stopping the tyranny
00:16:37.080 and the government corruption.
00:16:38.840 The young people,
00:16:40.400 I mean,
00:16:40.640 they don't even know what fascists are.
00:16:43.020 You know,
00:16:43.320 the people on the reserves
00:16:44.600 are being oppressed,
00:16:46.820 their rights are being taken away.
00:16:48.820 Privacy is essential!
00:16:51.580 Freedom is essential!
00:16:55.260 Freedom!
00:16:56.440 Freedom!
00:16:57.540 Freedom!
00:16:58.580 Freedom!
00:16:59.800 Freedom!
00:17:00.940 Freedom!
00:17:01.540 Freedom!
00:17:02.040 Freedom!
00:17:02.600 I spoke about the urgent need for, like, businesses and school boards and event organizers
00:17:14.180 and charities who all step up to stand united together.
00:17:19.860 Yeah, they need to understand what's going on
00:17:25.280 and what these governments are doing is a crime.
00:17:29.200 Lincoln J for Rebel News here in London, England,
00:17:31.820 at the World Wide Freedom Rally.
00:17:33.400 Now, thousands of Brits have come together
00:17:35.940 to speak out against the measures imposed by politicians
00:17:39.080 from the British government.
00:17:40.700 We're going to get some opinions
00:17:41.560 and we're going to find out how the people really feel.
00:17:43.780 Let's take a look.
00:17:52.320 What brings you out here today?
00:17:53.660 Freedom.
00:17:54.360 I'm here to go and show that I do not care,
00:17:56.400 that I am going to go and do what I want,
00:17:58.180 when I want,
00:17:58.620 because I want to,
00:17:59.300 and be a good person at the same time doing it,
00:18:01.260 as is everyone else here.
00:18:02.500 Where do I fucking start?
00:18:04.300 Is it the fucking clampdown on our freedoms?
00:18:06.700 Is it the oppression?
00:18:08.980 Is it...
00:18:09.340 I don't know where to start, mate.
00:18:10.540 I don't know where to start.
00:18:12.080 Just to demonstrate that we need to stand up for ourselves.
00:18:14.520 We're losing our human rights
00:18:15.540 and we need to all stand peacefully
00:18:17.660 to just state the fact that, you know,
00:18:20.620 it's very important and we'd like to retain them.
00:18:23.220 We're just keeping the energy up in here.
00:18:24.920 Look, let's keep the energy up out of here.
00:18:27.180 Come on, guys.
00:18:28.780 Come on, guys.
00:18:30.700 Come on, guys.
00:18:33.160 I think we should be in control of our own health
00:18:35.240 and make those decisions for ourselves.
00:18:37.180 What do you think about the...
00:18:38.180 You guys are bystanders here.
00:18:39.440 You're not a part of the march.
00:18:40.480 What do you think about people protesting
00:18:42.360 against the government's restrictions?
00:18:43.760 Perfect.
00:18:44.580 That's what everybody should do.
00:18:46.120 Not just the local ones,
00:18:47.820 but it should all around the country.
00:18:49.920 They're too strict and they're not required.
00:18:53.880 What brings you out here, dear?
00:18:55.120 Fighting for the freedom of our kids.
00:18:56.860 I've got two kids.
00:18:57.840 I want to fight for the freedom of them and the future
00:18:59.420 and stop all this nonsense
00:19:01.540 with the masks and social distancing and everything.
00:19:04.080 It's just a joke.
00:19:05.520 There's no need for it.
00:19:06.780 We can clearly tell everything's gone down.
00:19:09.260 Loads of people I know that have been out
00:19:11.000 doing everything they normally do.
00:19:12.920 Raves, everything.
00:19:13.840 All the young kids are doing stuff.
00:19:15.200 So we're out here trying to protect our kids, really,
00:19:17.760 and the freedom of everyone else.
00:19:19.900 Well, I stood for the London mayor elections.
00:19:22.280 I was in the London Assembly.
00:19:23.380 I'm not anymore.
00:19:23.820 But I've been out on most of the freedom rallies
00:19:25.940 since the beginning last year.
00:19:27.780 I've spoken to one of the ones in Trafalgar Square.
00:19:30.240 And now this is the first rally since the elections in London.
00:19:32.780 I want to come out and say that I'm still with everybody.
00:19:35.380 I still support everybody.
00:19:36.700 And we still need to fight for our freedom
00:19:38.420 because what's happening,
00:19:40.700 what has happened over the last year has been terrible.
00:19:43.500 It's an abnormal situation.
00:19:45.060 We cannot accept this as the new normal.
00:19:47.140 We need to get all of our freedoms back
00:19:48.780 and re-establish our society as it was and it should be.
00:19:52.820 Well, we're here joining the demonstration
00:19:56.660 against the imposition of Covid rules.
00:20:01.160 What brings the audio to there?
00:20:03.000 Against all this government nonsense, isn't it, really,
00:20:05.580 for the last, what, year and a half?
00:20:07.840 And people are still believing it, like.
00:20:09.460 It's unbelievable, isn't it?
00:20:10.780 How many protests have we had now?
00:20:13.040 How many spikes?
00:20:14.760 None whatsoever.
00:20:16.680 A million the other couple of weeks ago?
00:20:18.540 In London?
00:20:19.600 No spikes.
00:20:20.840 We were sitting at home thinking we were all alone.
00:20:23.000 We were the only people that knew what was going on.
00:20:24.660 But we started to gather together
00:20:25.960 and we realised there's hundreds of thousands of us
00:20:28.180 and millions of us across the world.
00:20:30.040 So we decided we're going to come here and represent.
00:20:32.040 Why not?
00:20:32.900 Cheers, man. Thank you.
00:20:34.040 Yeah, I've had enough of all this silly rules and stuff.
00:20:37.020 And I think it's time that we stand up for our freedoms.
00:20:39.500 Get our freedoms back.
00:20:41.280 Sticking up for my son.
00:20:42.820 I've got two other kids as well, which are a bit older,
00:20:45.340 but that's why I'm here.
00:20:46.720 Yeah, I just want to be here to stand and show
00:20:48.780 that I'm uniting with other people.
00:20:50.940 So I guess the main thing is,
00:20:52.600 are we allowed to say what we want
00:20:54.100 or are we not allowed to say what doesn't flow with the media?
00:20:57.520 That's it.
00:20:58.100 Why can footballers hug each other,
00:21:00.120 but we can't hug our families?
00:21:01.460 Where's the logic in that?
00:21:02.680 Are you trying to say that COVID doesn't attack footballers,
00:21:04.460 but it attacks us?
00:21:05.660 Use your fucking brain.
00:21:06.880 God gave you a brain for a reason.
00:21:07.980 I'm not religious like that,
00:21:08.740 but I'm just saying that God gave us a brain for a reason.
00:21:11.140 Use your fucking brain.
00:21:11.880 So you're not actually part of the protests here.
00:21:13.540 You're just walking by.
00:21:14.660 What do you think about the protests happening?
00:21:16.660 I don't know.
00:21:17.560 What is it even about?
00:21:18.960 It's just about the basically anti-lockdown,
00:21:21.740 anti-COVID restrictions.
00:21:23.100 I feel like it's a bit pointless
00:21:25.000 because lockdown did actually help us
00:21:28.760 with reducing the COVID deaths.
00:21:31.180 So I feel like it's quite pointless.
00:21:33.020 Where do you even begin to start?
00:21:35.400 Seriously, where do you begin to start?
00:21:37.920 Freedom.
00:21:38.360 Actually, I really want people to join together
00:21:40.200 and know they have other people that feel the same way.
00:21:42.860 Are you standing with the people or what?
00:21:44.440 Of course, mate.
00:21:45.340 Of course.
00:21:45.960 Stand with the people 100%, bro.
00:21:48.180 It's time for change.
00:21:49.360 I'm here for my daughter.
00:21:50.820 She's, you know, my world,
00:21:52.840 and I don't want her living this world.
00:21:54.180 It's for the young kids, really.
00:21:55.740 You know, they're the ones losing out like yourselves.
00:21:57.860 Oh, I'm here because to stand for sovereignty
00:22:01.080 and freedom and against the BBC.
00:22:03.980 Freedom, my man.
00:22:04.800 Freedom.
00:22:05.200 Basic freedoms, you know, medical freedom,
00:22:07.140 freedom to choose,
00:22:07.820 freedom to speak.
00:22:09.120 So, yeah, that's why we're here today.
00:22:16.780 Hey, guys.
00:22:17.520 Efron here, head of video for Rebel News.
00:22:19.700 And I'm usually behind the camera.
00:22:21.120 However, in the last couple months
00:22:22.460 with these new lockdown restrictions,
00:22:23.900 I've been trying to report as much as I can
00:22:25.700 on these lockdown protests
00:22:27.400 that's happening all across Ontario.
00:22:29.380 Most recently, I've been at Hamilton
00:22:30.960 for the last three weeks
00:22:32.200 covering their back-to-back protests
00:22:34.240 Saturday and Sunday.
00:22:35.380 Now, Sunday, what happened
00:22:37.840 is I was there for the weekly Freedom Rally.
00:22:41.000 A couple dozen people showed up.
00:22:42.700 So I saw with my very own eyes
00:22:44.140 Hamilton bylaw and police
00:22:45.780 come out of City Hall
00:22:46.700 and immediately detain and ticket
00:22:48.500 over half a dozen people.
00:22:51.180 Each ticket is around $880 each
00:22:54.340 for a COVID violation,
00:22:55.580 simply just for being outside
00:22:56.940 in a group of larger than five.
00:22:58.560 So that means protesting is illegal
00:23:00.420 here in Ontario.
00:23:01.860 Now, you don't have to take my words for it.
00:23:03.380 Take a look at when I went live
00:23:04.640 that fateful day.
00:23:06.060 Oh, no, not again.
00:23:07.900 Come on, we're all in this together.
00:23:09.720 Another fine?
00:23:13.680 Get the gold gold, babe.
00:23:14.920 Get the fucking car.
00:23:16.520 This guy, this is the Hamilton Rally.
00:23:31.680 There's mass ticketing.
00:23:32.860 Bylaw just came out.
00:23:33.720 Is that when yesterday no one bugged me?
00:23:37.940 You're in violation.
00:23:39.100 So if I walk away,
00:23:40.240 you're going to arrest me?
00:23:41.240 Yep.
00:23:41.480 You might want to get that there.
00:23:43.760 Look.
00:23:44.080 Look over there.
00:23:44.860 Look over there.
00:23:45.460 You might want to get it by yourself.
00:24:11.560 So there's police and bylaw here.
00:24:17.820 The march just left.
00:24:18.740 These guys were left back behind here.
00:24:20.700 Nana?
00:24:27.380 Nana?
00:24:27.960 Do you have to spell everything?
00:24:29.820 No.
00:24:32.500 What?
00:24:33.120 For what?
00:24:33.600 Why does she have to identify herself?
00:24:34.980 It's the crime.
00:24:36.700 For what abstract?
00:24:38.080 She's got to identify herself.
00:24:38.920 I don't have any identification.
00:24:43.300 That is exactly what you're doing.
00:24:45.920 No, not at all.
00:24:47.460 Have you ever written a bill of rights?
00:24:50.800 Have you?
00:24:51.360 Yes.
00:24:52.120 Okay.
00:24:53.140 But you're going to see that you're not just creating stuff.
00:24:56.160 Okay.
00:24:57.100 Come on.
00:24:58.060 You have to commit a crime to be identified.
00:25:00.560 She has not committed a crime.
00:25:00.900 So there's the other side of the march across the streets.
00:25:03.240 It's to be our rights.
00:25:05.200 Sorry.
00:25:05.840 Let's go.
00:25:07.500 I got peace grow.
00:25:08.660 Let's do it.
00:25:10.040 Let's go.
00:25:12.000 Walk away.
00:25:14.080 Walk away.
00:25:23.700 'm here.
00:25:25.060 So now there's an officer with the DSLR.
00:25:55.060 Come on, you are not my master. My God is my master.
00:26:08.060 You're welcome to stay here as I'm staying here.
00:26:15.060 I'm not Mr. Pino. We're all equal. We're all equal, but we forgot about that.
00:26:27.060 Maybe one day you will wake up. I hope it's going to happen.
00:26:31.060 Kingdom of God is for everyone and for you too.
00:26:36.060 So this is at Hamilton City Hall.
00:26:51.060 What do you mean? What do you mean? I won't cover this.
00:27:04.060 Hi guys. I'm here in Montreal and the amount of police passing by is unreal.
00:27:11.060 It's unreal. They're just passing by every few seconds as a cop.
00:27:17.060 I'm in my car because it is rainy. I'll be out soon, but I can try to stay as dry as I can for as long as I can.
00:27:25.060 I'll try to be out once 8 o'clock hits and there's actually action going on.
00:27:30.060 But there is a bunch of police right now.
00:27:34.060 It seems like it's going to be a busy night.
00:27:37.060 They're cracking down on juice tonight again. Third night in a row.
00:27:40.060 We'll see what happens.
00:27:42.060 If you want to see more, go to LockdownReports.com. Thank you.
00:27:47.060 Let's go. Let's go. You don't move. You're not supposed to stay here.
00:27:53.060 Let's move. Let's go. Bye bye. Bye bye.
00:27:57.060 I need to know you have to keep a distance.
00:27:59.060 I'm keeping your distance. Okay?
00:28:01.060 I'm keeping your distance.
00:28:02.060 Buddy, you move. Come on. Let's go.
00:28:04.060 Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Go. Go.
00:28:08.060 Go. I'm going to see your parents. Okay?
00:28:14.060 Let's go. Let's go. Go, guys.
00:28:17.060 You should go. You're disturbing my class.
00:28:19.060 Huh?
00:28:20.060 I have some issues from the government to make classes.
00:28:22.060 You're disturbing my class.
00:28:23.060 I have a whole license.
00:28:25.060 I'm sorry. You came here?
00:28:26.060 Well, right now the issue?
00:28:27.060 Yeah.
00:28:28.060 There's a written organization saying that they're going to school.
00:28:32.060 You told me you didn't ask me for that.
00:28:34.060 Well, that's a problem right now.
00:28:35.060 So that's a problem.
00:28:36.060 What's the problem?
00:28:37.060 You didn't ask me?
00:28:38.060 No.
00:28:39.060 You didn't ask me?
00:28:40.060 No.
00:28:41.060 There we go.
00:28:42.060 So this is the ticket for breaking purpose.
00:28:43.060 You don't have knowledge and reason not to.
00:28:45.060 Okay?
00:28:46.060 You have these special papers.
00:28:47.060 I spoke to my supervisor.
00:28:48.060 Okay?
00:28:49.060 A few minutes ago.
00:28:50.060 He said, if you don't, it's sad.
00:28:51.060 Let's say, but if you don't have these written authorization,
00:28:53.060 then it's a ticket.
00:28:55.060 Okay?
00:28:56.060 That's the way it is.
00:28:57.060 If you or anyone you know received a COVID related fine, go to fightthefines.com and
00:29:03.060 we will fight your fine for you.
00:29:05.060 Okay?
00:29:06.060 Thank you.
00:29:07.060 I'm sorry?
00:29:08.060 I explained to the kids.
00:29:09.060 They're closing.
00:29:10.060 I'm not listening.
00:29:11.060 No.
00:29:12.060 It's just the fact that it's dangerous for the kids to just go around like this while
00:29:16.060 they're sparsed.
00:29:18.060 Patrolling.
00:29:19.060 Exactly.
00:29:20.060 Just to make sure that we want the safety for everybody.
00:29:23.060 Okay?
00:29:24.060 Absolutely.
00:29:25.060 Good?
00:29:26.060 Good morning.
00:29:27.060 How are you?
00:29:28.060 I'm going to need a driving license because you're the engine of the vehicle.
00:29:33.060 No.
00:29:34.060 The engine was revolutioning too high.
00:29:37.060 That's right.
00:29:38.060 And you were rolling really fast.
00:29:39.060 No, I wasn't.
00:29:40.060 And you did the U-turn.
00:29:41.060 You're allowed to do U-turn.
00:29:42.060 It's forbidden.
00:29:43.060 No.
00:29:44.060 You're allowed to do U-turn over there.
00:29:45.060 This street, you're not allowed to.
00:29:46.060 No.
00:29:47.060 You're not allowed to do.
00:29:48.060 Do you have the papers of the vehicle too?
00:29:50.060 It's in the car.
00:29:51.060 Do you have the papers of the vehicle?
00:29:52.060 I want to go see my uncle's dog.
00:29:54.060 Let's go to the car.
00:29:55.060 I'm going to ask you for the piece of idea.
00:29:57.060 Come on.
00:29:58.060 You're going to do this to me?
00:29:59.060 Why are you doing this?
00:30:00.060 You did an infraction.
00:30:01.060 No, I didn't do an infraction.
00:30:02.060 I'm allowed to do a U-turn over there.
00:30:03.060 Yes, of course.
00:30:04.060 Sir, sir, sir.
00:30:05.060 It wasn't an infraction.
00:30:06.060 Do you have the paper of the car?
00:30:07.060 It's in the car.
00:30:08.060 So let's go in the car.
00:30:09.060 Let's get the car.
00:30:10.060 Or just get the paper.
00:30:11.060 No, you come.
00:30:12.060 Get the paper.
00:30:13.060 We'll do it soon.
00:30:14.060 Sir.
00:30:15.060 I'm not in the vehicle right now.
00:30:16.060 Sir, sir.
00:30:17.060 Listen to me.
00:30:18.060 Listen to me.
00:30:19.060 I'm asking you for the paper.
00:30:20.060 Why are you doing this?
00:30:21.060 You need to give me the paper.
00:30:22.060 I'm not in a car.
00:30:23.060 Am I in a motor vehicle?
00:30:24.060 No, no.
00:30:25.060 Listen to me.
00:30:26.060 Listen to me.
00:30:27.060 You did an infraction in this vehicle.
00:30:29.060 No.
00:30:30.060 Am I in the motor vehicle?
00:30:31.060 Which motor vehicle was it?
00:30:32.060 Which one was it?
00:30:33.060 Listen to me.
00:30:34.060 Listen to me.
00:30:35.060 You did an infraction with this vehicle.
00:30:36.060 Okay?
00:30:37.060 I see you.
00:30:38.060 I see you.
00:30:39.060 You did this infraction.
00:30:40.060 You put your car over there and you came to us.
00:30:43.060 And I'm telling you to give me your driving license.
00:30:46.060 Okay.
00:30:47.060 I gave you the license.
00:30:48.060 And now I'm asking you to give me the paper of this vehicle.
00:30:50.060 Why do you need it?
00:30:51.060 Why?
00:30:52.060 Because you need to have it.
00:30:54.060 Am I in the car now?
00:30:55.060 Am I in the car now?
00:30:56.060 No.
00:30:57.060 So here you have my license.
00:30:58.060 You have my information.
00:30:59.060 Listen to me, sir.
00:31:00.060 Listen to me.
00:31:01.060 If you don't give me the paper of this vehicle,
00:31:05.060 you will have another infraction.
00:31:07.060 Because he didn't give me the paper.
00:31:08.060 I am not in the car.
00:31:09.060 He didn't give me the paper.
00:31:10.060 I am not in the car.
00:31:11.060 Sir, sir, sir.
00:31:12.060 Listen to me.
00:31:13.060 So come.
00:31:14.060 Let's go and let's take it.
00:31:15.060 Are you going to give me the paper of the vehicle?
00:31:16.060 Yes.
00:31:17.060 Let's go.
00:31:18.060 Let's come and let's take it.
00:31:19.060 Come and take it.
00:31:20.060 Who's coming to take it?
00:31:22.060 Perfect.
00:31:23.060 Why are you harassing my uncle though?
00:31:24.060 Why are you harassing my uncle though?
00:31:26.060 That's my uncle.
00:31:27.060 That's my other uncle.
00:31:28.060 They're both my uncles.
00:31:29.060 It's private.
00:31:30.060 He will tell you.
00:31:31.060 He has a dog.
00:31:32.060 He's allowed to be out.
00:31:33.060 So you're trying to stop me from doing my work?
00:31:34.060 I'm allowed to do a U-turn.
00:31:35.060 What work are you doing?
00:31:36.060 I'm filming.
00:31:37.060 Yeah, I know.
00:31:38.060 So what?
00:31:39.060 I was filming you stopping him.
00:31:41.060 I'm telling him.
00:31:43.060 You know, I was nice to you earlier.
00:31:44.060 I'm defending you because you did an infraction with your car.
00:31:47.060 I was nice to you earlier.
00:31:48.060 I helped you and this is what you do to me?
00:31:50.060 Sir, sir.
00:31:51.060 I just tell you because you did an infraction with your car.
00:31:54.060 I'm allowed to make a U-turn at the end of the street.
00:31:57.060 You want the papers of the car, right?
00:31:58.060 The entrance and the matriculation papers.
00:32:01.060 No, this is not a paper?
00:32:03.060 Well, what I see is...
00:32:05.060 The license and the insurance.
00:32:07.060 I gave the license.
00:32:08.060 Isn't that the insurance?
00:32:09.060 Insurance?
00:32:10.060 That's good.
00:32:11.060 Okay, that's okay.
00:32:12.060 That's okay.
00:32:13.060 No, no, no, no.
00:32:14.060 I don't know.
00:32:15.060 It's a rental.
00:32:16.060 We only have the insurance.
00:32:18.060 It's in the...
00:32:20.060 I'll find it.
00:32:21.060 It's the registration paper.
00:32:23.060 I don't know.
00:32:24.060 It's a rental.
00:32:25.060 I know.
00:32:26.060 I have what they gave me, right?
00:32:27.060 Well, make sure that you have the papers when you rent your car.
00:32:30.060 It's supposed to be hidden here.
00:32:32.060 Okay.
00:32:33.060 There it is.
00:32:34.060 And, you know, park your car well.
00:32:36.060 Okay.
00:32:37.060 We spoke to...
00:32:38.060 I spoke to you five minutes ago.
00:32:39.060 I don't know you.
00:32:40.060 I never talked to you.
00:32:41.060 Bye-bye.
00:32:42.060 Where are you going then?
00:32:43.060 Bye-bye.
00:32:44.060 How long does it take to write a ticket?
00:32:46.060 I'm waiting for you.
00:32:47.060 How long does it take?
00:32:48.060 Back on the sidewalk.
00:32:49.060 Is that no good?
00:32:51.060 Yes.
00:32:52.060 I will...
00:32:53.060 I will...
00:32:54.060 You can keep this.
00:32:55.060 I don't need this.
00:32:56.060 There's the papers.
00:32:57.060 And, uh...
00:32:58.060 Here, let me check one more time.
00:32:59.060 Back here, I will keep this.
00:33:00.060 Okay?
00:33:01.060 Let me check one more time if it's here.
00:33:02.060 Okay.
00:33:03.060 Do you know where I'm going to be?
00:33:04.060 Yeah.
00:33:05.060 Okay.
00:33:06.060 Hi.
00:33:07.060 What's going on?
00:33:08.060 We're driving and...
00:33:09.060 No, it's...
00:33:10.060 He has my information.
00:33:11.060 Yeah?
00:33:12.060 Yeah.
00:33:13.060 I'm gonna take the information on the computer.
00:33:14.060 Find everything.
00:33:15.060 Yeah.
00:33:16.060 He has my license and registration.
00:33:17.060 Okay.
00:33:18.060 Okay.
00:33:19.060 Yeah, no problem.
00:33:20.060 Do you know how...
00:33:21.060 Do you know the cells?
00:33:22.060 The cells...
00:33:23.060 They can...
00:33:24.060 They can...
00:33:25.060 Like split.
00:33:26.060 I'm not a cell.
00:33:27.060 I cannot split myself.
00:33:28.060 So I can...
00:33:29.060 I can only do one intervention at a time.
00:33:30.060 So if you are no other person like that, you can go home.
00:33:31.060 Okay?
00:33:32.060 Okay.
00:33:33.060 It's not in the car.
00:33:34.060 Why is your colleague running my place now?
00:33:35.060 What is he doing?
00:33:36.060 Were you at some v8 or five minutes ago?
00:33:37.060 Yeah, sorry, sorry, sorry.
00:33:38.060 Yeah, sorry, sorry.
00:33:39.060 I'll go on this one.
00:33:40.060 Yeah, I'll go on this one.
00:33:41.060 Okay.
00:33:42.060 If you like the work we're doing here, go to...
00:33:43.060 lockdownreports.com and support our work.
00:33:44.060 Hi, sir.
00:33:45.060 Now you only speak French?
00:33:46.060 Now you only speak French?
00:33:47.060 Oh, now you only...
00:33:48.060 No, I see.
00:33:49.060 Now you only speak French.
00:33:50.060 Oh, now you only speak French.
00:33:51.060 No, I speak English.
00:33:52.060 You speak English?
00:33:53.060 Yes.
00:33:54.060 Okay.
00:33:55.060 So, like I said, just a few minutes before you were...
00:33:58.060 Okay, so...
00:33:59.060 Okay, so...
00:34:00.060 What is he doing?
00:34:01.060 What is he doing?
00:34:02.060 Were you at some v8 or five minutes ago?
00:34:03.060 Yeah, sorry, sorry, sorry.
00:34:04.060 I'll go on this one.
00:34:05.060 Yeah, I'll go on this one.
00:34:06.060 If you like the work we're doing here, go to...
00:34:08.060 lockdownreports.com and support our work.
00:34:11.060 Hi, sir.
00:34:12.060 Now you only speak French?
00:34:14.060 Oh, now you only speak...
00:34:16.060 No, I speak English.
00:34:17.060 Speak English?
00:34:18.060 Yes.
00:34:19.060 Okay, so...
00:34:20.060 Okay, so...
00:34:21.060 Before you were yelling and telling me why, why, why, why.
00:34:23.060 Listen to me.
00:34:24.060 This is...
00:34:25.060 I'm gonna explain you one more time, okay?
00:34:27.060 So, like a third or a fifth time.
00:34:30.060 So, the ticket that I'm giving to you, okay?
00:34:32.060 Just for you to know, to understand, this is an infraction.
00:34:35.060 It exists.
00:34:36.060 Okay.
00:34:37.060 It's a real infraction, okay?
00:34:38.060 Yeah, you didn't make it up, for sure.
00:34:39.060 I'm gonna read it in English, okay?
00:34:40.060 Okay.
00:34:41.060 So, you will be able to know it, see?
00:34:42.060 Yeah, they don't like me.
00:34:43.060 So, it's having made noise by operating the motor of a road vehicle
00:34:48.060 at high revolutions.
00:34:50.060 Okay, and how much is the ticket?
00:34:51.060 Okay.
00:34:52.060 You will be able to read it, okay?
00:34:53.060 Okay.
00:34:54.060 So, it's your ticket, you have to be able to contest it.
00:34:55.060 Okay.
00:34:56.060 And that's it.
00:34:57.060 So, hey, next time, just...
00:34:59.060 Okay?
00:35:00.060 Yeah.
00:35:01.060 Yeah.
00:35:02.060 Okay.
00:35:03.060 You know what?
00:35:16.060 They're each getting better every day.
00:35:18.060 I think they're great to begin with.
00:35:20.060 But, you know, working with us and Sheila Gunn-Reed as our chief reporter really takes
00:35:25.060 a hand to help these young reporters along.
00:35:27.060 I think we've got a great team.
00:35:29.060 Anyways, let me read some mail.
00:35:30.060 On my show last night, Dylan writes,
00:35:32.060 Every day we are in this lockdown, my temptation to sell my home and move to Florida gets stronger
00:35:37.060 and stronger.
00:35:38.060 It's a free place.
00:35:40.060 And Miami, I mean, it's a little bit hot, but the weather's great.
00:35:44.060 It's beautiful.
00:35:45.060 Republican mayor, Republican governor, maybe the Republican president will come from there.
00:35:51.060 It looks wonderful.
00:35:52.060 I haven't left Canada since the lockdown because I just can't afford the two-week quarantine
00:35:59.060 on the way back.
00:36:00.060 But Florida is definitely...
00:36:01.060 That would be my very first destination.
00:36:03.060 Anyway, I'm just being a little bit jealous.
00:36:05.060 Catherine writes,
00:36:07.060 Yes, we need the children to be children.
00:36:09.060 We want to see their beautiful little faces and smiles.
00:36:11.060 Yes, we want that.
00:36:12.060 But that's not just some, you know, luxurious choice we're making.
00:36:17.060 That is an essential thing about being a person, to look people in the eye, to see their face,
00:36:24.060 to go for nonverbal cues, to watch people as they talk, to learn how to be a person,
00:36:29.060 to show our face and to have others see ours and us to see theirs.
00:36:35.060 What we've done to the kids, I think, is the worst.
00:36:38.060 Not just young kids who I think are being taught bizarre lessons of being afraid of the world.
00:36:44.060 But times that people will never get back.
00:36:47.060 Your last year in high school and grad.
00:36:49.060 You know, there are times in your life that are just sort of wonderful moments that are now gone.
00:36:55.060 And the punishment that these other communities...
00:36:59.060 I mean, I said in my monologue about how opioid deaths are basically doubled everywhere.
00:37:05.060 These are all the forgotten people from these public health tyrants who have ruled the roost for over a year.
00:37:11.060 And I think they're finally sick of them in most of America.
00:37:14.060 But in Canada, these tyrants have never been stronger.
00:37:18.060 W.W. writes, they're going to let us loose for a bit and then snap the trap shot this fall with another surge.
00:37:24.060 Major lockdowns and then usher us all under emergency into the Great Reset.
00:37:30.060 Well, listen, Justin Trudeau himself has used that phrase.
00:37:33.060 It wouldn't surprise me, that plan.
00:37:35.060 And, of course, mail-in ballots.
00:37:37.060 Yeah, I think we are in dark days.
00:37:40.060 You know, I started by quoting Tale of Two Cities.
00:37:43.060 It was the best of times. It was the worst of times.
00:37:46.060 It is not the best of times.
00:37:48.060 It is not the best of times.
00:37:50.060 You know, talking about the French Revolution, there were wonderful things and terrible things.
00:37:55.060 Where's the wonderful things about Canada and the pandemic?
00:37:58.060 Where is it? I don't see it.
00:38:00.060 I don't mean to be so depressing, but I'm just calling it like I say it.
00:38:04.060 All right, my friends, we'll see you tomorrow.
00:38:05.060 Until then, on behalf of all of us here at Rebel World Headquarters, good night.
00:38:08.060 And keep fighting for freedom.
00:38:10.060 Thank you.
00:38:11.060 Thank you.
00:38:12.060 Thank you.
