00:01:14.160 Welcome to Rebel Roundup, ladies and gentlemen, and the rest of you,
00:01:32.260 in which we look back at some of the very best commentaries of the week by your favourite Rebels.
00:01:37.120 I'm your host, David Menzies.
00:01:38.720 Well, the number one story in the world right now continues to be the U.S. election.
00:01:45.160 And what should have been a done deal on Tuesday is turning into the never-ending story
00:01:51.440 rife with allegations of corruption and fraud.
00:01:55.540 Ezra Levent will weigh in with his thoughts.
00:01:58.360 And have you ever wondered where exactly those illegal aliens go
00:02:02.320 once they sneak into Quebec from New York at that notorious Roxham Road border crossing?
00:02:08.360 Well, Kian Bexty has the goods.
00:02:10.560 It's quite the scoop.
00:02:12.180 And it's not something you'd ever see reported in the mainstream media.
00:02:17.220 So, there was a protest outside the French consulate in Toronto last Saturday.
00:02:21.840 Oh, the protesters were not against those thugs in France
00:02:25.520 who slaughtered innocent people due to the publication of the Prophet Muhammad cartoons.
00:02:31.280 No, these people were actually angry about the caricatures, not the homicides.
00:02:38.620 And they were advocating for a boycott of France and limits to free speech.
00:02:44.480 Sad, yet so disturbing.
00:02:46.960 Those are your Rebels. Now, let's round them up.
00:02:49.380 What made it extra interesting is that Trump was doing well with minority voters, not just Latinos.
00:02:59.900 Trump's support amongst black men and women, Latino men and women, gay men and women, rose dramatically.
00:03:05.360 It was the highest support from minorities who were Republicans since the 1960s.
00:03:11.000 Would that help him in places like Philadelphia or Detroit?
00:03:14.300 Maybe Trump was actually leading until they just stopped counting votes.
00:03:22.880 Hang on, hang on. It's election night and you're tired because it's late?
00:03:26.880 You didn't know maybe it was going to be election night?
00:03:29.660 You didn't have four years to plan?
00:03:31.480 You need your beauty sleep?
00:03:33.340 You need to go home now?
00:03:34.620 And you're just shutting down and going home?
00:03:39.460 They did because these are Democratic governors who count the votes for the national presidential debate.
00:03:46.000 So it was shut down. It was frozen.
00:03:48.560 Trump was in the lead everywhere.
00:03:49.700 But Biden had a press conference.
00:03:52.220 He spoke first.
00:03:52.980 He said he was on the track to win.
00:03:55.940 I'm here to tell you tonight, we believe we're on track to win this election.
00:04:00.660 Well, for those hoping to have closure on Tuesday night as to who'd be residing in the White House come January,
00:04:07.480 those hopes were dashed when it became abundantly clear that neither President Donald Trump nor challenger Joe Biden
00:04:14.040 would be declared the winner thanks to so much uncertainty that still lingers in several key swing states.
00:04:22.160 And without further ado, I'm joined now by the Commander-in-Chief of Rebel News, Ezra Levent.
00:04:28.280 Ezra, once again, we are in uncharted waters.
00:04:31.380 First of all, can you give me your assessment of what we just witnessed in the past 72 hours?
00:04:38.960 Yeah, we're watching in slow motion how the Democrat Party machines in Democrat-dominated cities are rigging the vote.
00:04:49.120 There's just no other way to look at it.
00:04:51.360 For example, there was one tranche of votes, 23,000 votes.
00:04:57.020 And how many of those 23,000 votes were for Biden and how many for Trump?
00:05:01.720 You would expect even in the most Democrat-leaning places in America, San Francisco, Manhattan, Washington, D.C.,
00:05:09.340 it would be maybe 90 to 10.
00:05:11.720 Yeah.
00:05:11.840 I mean, that would be the most extreme.
00:05:13.940 But this was literally every single vote.
00:05:18.040 23,000 were for Biden and zero for Trump.
00:05:21.240 That is not statistically possible.
00:05:23.760 That's not plausible.
00:05:25.200 The fact that these were found later.
00:05:27.580 There were so many anomalies stopping the count.
00:05:29.920 images of boxes being brought in, counters barring observers, kicking out observers, boarding up windows.
00:05:37.560 I even saw that there was a European-led group of foreign countries who were observing the elections,
00:05:46.120 and they put out some statements saying, oh, look, fair to us.
00:05:48.400 So I wrote to their press attache, and I just said, okay, can I just ask you, where were your people stationed?
00:05:53.680 And have you stopped?
00:05:56.560 Because they sort of, on November 4th, the day after the election, they said they stopped.
00:06:00.060 So they wrote back to me and said, well, they were stationed in all these places, not Pennsylvania, not Georgia, not the key places.
00:06:07.660 And I said, well, have you stopped?
00:06:10.100 Yes, we all stopped yesterday, but we're trying to get into Philadelphia, but no luck yet.
00:06:14.740 So the international observers weren't, they weren't where the controversies were, but when I asked them, okay, now that you know there's a controversy, they said, we have been refused entrants.
00:06:32.080 So now these were a bunch of entrants.
00:06:33.060 Even though they have a court order in some cases, right?
00:06:35.140 Yeah, well, the court order is to allow Trump's scrutineers in.
00:06:40.800 I'm talking about a foreign delegation.
00:06:43.220 I mean, listen, I don't care about foreign delegations, but the fact that a foreign delegation of mainly democracies comes to inspect the American election, it's about a chutzpah to begin with.
00:06:54.260 And they were really anti-Trump activists.
00:06:56.220 They're all leftists who hate Trump.
00:06:57.700 And they were saying, oh, Trump was so mean.
00:06:59.840 But when I asked them, are you there in Philadelphia counting the vote?
00:07:03.180 They said, no.
00:07:04.180 They wrote back to me and said, no, we have not been allowed in.
00:07:07.980 You know, it's astonishing to me, Ezra, and it's heartbreaking.
00:07:11.340 I mean, there's so much anecdotal evidence, and actually more than anecdotal evidence, that a lot of this is really fishy.
00:07:20.160 And if this is indeed a process in which the Democrats are using fraud and corruption to steal an election, this is a scandal that makes Watergate look like a little white lie.
00:07:34.360 The media should be all over this, should be investigating it.
00:07:37.640 Instead, what I see from most of the mainstream media is urging Trump, concede already.
00:07:42.320 Will you concede?
00:07:43.280 Yeah.
00:07:43.560 I mean, the media that for four years ran with wisps of rumors and gossip about Russia collusion, here they have actual video evidence.
00:07:51.360 And forget video evidence, just Trump scrutineers kicked out.
00:07:55.180 Vote counting stopping.
00:07:56.360 Hundreds of thousands of ballots being discovered in the dead of night.
00:08:02.060 And these are in—I saw a tweet today by the governor of Texas.
00:08:06.220 Texas is the second largest state.
00:08:08.320 Going from memory, it has about 20, 25 million people.
00:08:10.680 It's enormous.
00:08:11.340 It's almost as big as Canada, population by us.
00:08:14.240 And he said, we have millions of votes, two time zones.
00:08:17.200 We count it all the day of.
00:08:18.920 Why can Texas count—Texas, the second largest state, two time zones?
00:08:25.280 Like, it's a big state.
00:08:26.360 Count everything, no problem, in one night.
00:08:29.920 But you would think that Philadelphia, which is an urban, dense city, so it's not—like, Texas is huge geographically.
00:08:36.000 What's the problem?
00:08:36.580 Go to the voting booth and count it up.
00:08:38.080 Well, because that's the old Tammany Hall-style Democrat machinery where it's—of course it's corrupt.
00:08:47.640 And this is not a new thing.
00:08:48.680 Corruption in politics is as old as politics itself.
00:08:52.060 And, you know, in the 19th century, Tammany Hall, the Democrat machine in New York, was famous for corruption.
00:09:00.000 And when the elections changed, the police changed.
00:09:03.020 You know, every government job went to this party.
00:09:05.820 And it was just so, so corrupt.
00:09:08.080 And that's a tradition.
00:09:09.560 That's a Chicago way.
00:09:10.800 That's—now, Chicago was never in contention, so they didn't really bother rigging the votes there.
00:09:17.540 I think that it absolutely has been stolen.
00:09:21.620 The media is trying to appoint itself as the arbiter instead of letting the courts.
00:09:27.080 But actually, you know what?
00:09:28.380 The U.S. Constitution is very curious.
00:09:30.140 It grants to the states the power, the ability to choose almost in their own way.
00:09:35.380 Now, you can't be corrupt.
00:09:36.800 But theoretically, if you had a Republican state, their legislature could cast the vote in any way they wanted.
00:09:45.520 So this could end in very strange ways.
00:09:50.620 What I'm so worried about—I mean, what I mean by that is, theoretically, this could be voted on by individual state legislatures.
00:09:57.640 Theoretically, it could go to—if there was a tie vote, for example, it could go to a vote on the floor of the Congress, and each state would be equal.
00:10:05.920 And since the Republicans have more states, it would go Republican, there's so many weird ways this is going to go.
00:10:12.100 If there's no clear winner, I don't want to pose as an expert in American presidential electoral law.
00:10:17.440 I'm not.
00:10:18.720 But put aside that, what worries me and what makes me sad is not that my favorite candidate lost me.
00:10:27.760 My candidates lose most of the time.
00:10:30.280 I'm a hopeless romantic for conservatives.
00:10:32.360 It's that we can see that it's being stolen.
00:10:35.820 I don't think conservatives mind losing.
00:10:38.180 That's part of the rule of law.
00:10:39.280 That's part of being a conservative.
00:10:40.480 You accept the rules in advance.
00:10:42.180 If everyone plays by the rules, you accept the loss.
00:10:44.820 Democrats have said from the outset they don't play that way.
00:10:47.280 They never got over losing to Trump in 2016.
00:10:50.140 They undermine them from within with a deep state that whole Mueller business.
00:10:53.200 They've said that if they can, they're going to pack the courts, change whatever rules they can.
00:10:56.700 So they're the kind of people who flip the game board if they lose.
00:10:59.760 So Republicans can handle a loss.
00:11:04.060 Even Trump supporters can handle a loss.
00:11:05.860 But not if it's stolen.
00:11:07.480 And I think the fact that all the institutions of the state, the media, the law professors, pop culture, I see late night TV shows.
00:11:15.780 Jimmy Kimmel saying he overestimated the intelligence of the American people.
00:11:21.220 I mean, just the worst, and I think what's going to happen is the 70 million people who voted for Trump are not going to believe in America as much anymore.
00:11:32.380 Because America is a promise of fair play and rules and democracy and the freest country in the world.
00:11:38.820 And I'm really worried that this is going to damage the whole country.
00:11:42.360 And I'm reminded that in 1960, when the Democrats stole that, it's universally accepted that the Democrats stole it in Chicago and particularly for John F. Kennedy.
00:11:53.800 And, you know, that's that old Democrat way.
00:11:57.680 Richard Nixon knew that.
00:12:00.220 There was proof of it.
00:12:01.320 But he decided that he wouldn't try and overturn the election for the good of America.
00:12:06.280 He didn't want to cast doubt on a presidential election.
00:12:09.440 Like, he knew he was wronged.
00:12:10.960 He said, you know what, I'm going to run in eight years.
00:12:12.920 And he didn't even became president.
00:12:14.760 He chose to put America over party.
00:12:17.360 That's not even known anymore in the Democrats.
00:12:21.060 Trump is going to fight like hell, which is what people like him for.
00:12:25.060 I think he's going to lose.
00:12:27.180 And I think 70 million Americans are going to feel like they were wronged.
00:12:32.640 And it's going to be a kind of a separation in America.
00:12:36.380 I don't know how it's going to end.
00:12:37.400 It's terrible.
00:12:38.720 The real winner on Tuesday night was China.
00:12:45.180 Yeah.
00:12:45.340 America's geopolitical rival.
00:12:49.300 Their diplomats are tweeting today how delighted they are with Biden.
00:12:53.000 Oh, stories about Biden are very popular on the Internet.
00:12:55.840 Oh, I'm sure we'll find someone less odious than Mike Pompeo.
00:12:59.580 Like, they're saying this out loud.
00:13:01.240 China won.
00:13:02.420 Iran is saying they won.
00:13:04.060 When China and Iran are cheering for a U.S. presidential candidate who won it through rigging it,
00:13:12.080 why were there no huge Joe Biden rallies?
00:13:14.720 We saw huge Trump.
00:13:16.100 Why were they?
00:13:16.520 Because they didn't need to.
00:13:17.500 Because they would just photocopy as many votes as they needed.
00:13:21.060 Why bother having a rally?
00:13:22.040 That's hard work.
00:13:23.040 Well, you know, Ezra, I mean, Jane Fonda said infamously, I think, a few months ago, a few weeks ago,
00:13:28.800 that the COVID-19 was actually a gift from God to the left.
00:13:33.740 And secondly, I want to talk about the hypocrisy, the double standard of this idea that Trump should concede and leave.
00:13:41.140 We had on August the 25th, Hillary Clinton said, and I quote,
00:13:45.540 Joe Biden should not concede under any circumstances should the election not go the Democrats' way.
00:13:52.060 This was meticulously planned out.
00:13:54.180 But it's the lawyers, they changed the rules, they broke the rules, they pushed the rules.
00:14:00.140 Most trial lawyers are Democrats.
00:14:03.700 And they said, well, we can't win on the ground.
00:14:06.180 We can't win on the rallies.
00:14:07.660 Joe Biden is barely compass mentis.
00:14:09.580 Let's just trot them out for five minutes a day and then put them back into the oxygen chamber.
00:14:15.380 But we don't need, we'll just have mail-in votes.
00:14:19.260 We'll have, I mean, there's a website you can go and find who voted in Michigan.
00:14:25.920 You match it up with their death records.
00:14:28.920 Thousands of dead people voted for the Democrats.
00:14:32.680 And that is, the thing is, if Trump would have won so convincingly in other states,
00:14:38.720 but everyone knew it was going to be close.
00:14:40.460 So they focused on the corrupt states where the Democrats control,
00:14:44.760 I mean, and the fact that the Democrats control Philadelphia and Atlanta
00:14:51.640 and places in Nevada, that's all they need.
00:14:57.540 I don't know, I find it depressing.
00:14:59.760 It's not over yet.
00:15:00.880 Remember that Al Gore fought until December with the media's total support.
00:15:06.860 37 days, yeah.
00:15:09.480 I don't know what's going to happen.
00:15:11.820 I don't, I mean, will it go to the Supreme Court?
00:15:14.940 Will they want to weigh in?
00:15:16.400 I talked to Joel Pollack the other day.
00:15:17.920 He said it's better for elected people to solve this rather than appointed judges.
00:15:22.860 And maybe it'll go to either the Congress or the local states.
00:15:26.480 I don't know.
00:15:27.100 I just don't know enough about constitutional ins and outs.
00:15:29.940 But I know that the worst part of it, and the most obvious part, is the incredible censorship on social media.
00:15:36.680 Yeah.
00:15:37.460 Simply for showing videotape of these election irregularities.
00:15:41.420 Twitter will censor, ban.
00:15:43.980 I mean, if you scroll down the president's Twitter feed, literally half of his statements are being censored by Twitter.
00:15:50.740 There used to be a time when politicians censored the media.
00:15:53.660 Now media tycoons are censoring the politicians, including the president of the United States.
00:15:58.980 It is, as they say in the UK, a stitch-up.
00:16:02.560 Stitch-up.
00:16:03.240 Good line.
00:16:04.780 Ezra, moving forward, regardless of who is in the White House come January, and I hope your prediction does not come to fruition.
00:16:12.460 I'm clinging to hope here.
00:16:15.000 Moving forward, is it too much to ask that the greatest democracy in the world, or I should say the greatest republic in the world, has a valid and secure voting system?
00:16:26.820 I mean, America is home to some of the best tech companies.
00:16:30.520 The idea within, you know, increasing regularity that we're always running into a fiasco like this of fraud, these mail-in ballots, for example, Donald Trump warned back in April, the idea of putting out tens of millions of mail-in ballots, this was going to be a breeding ground for fraud.
00:16:48.380 Is there anything that can be done so that we have a fair and square game moving forward in future elections?
00:16:55.500 Well, yeah.
00:16:56.200 I mean, as I mentioned, Texas managed to do it.
00:16:58.280 Here in Canada, we largely vote in person on a paper ballot.
00:17:03.460 Tech is the opposite of the answer because the tech companies are not only untrustworthy, as they've shown, but talk about hackable by the People's Liberation Army.
00:17:13.520 The point is that those are features, not bugs in the system.
00:17:19.120 The Democrats want to make elections more corruptible.
00:17:22.840 They want illegal aliens to vote.
00:17:24.780 They want people who are not motivated to vote.
00:17:27.680 They would love it if some Democrat activist could just go door-to-door on, like, an iPad and vote with people right then and there so you don't have to get people out to the polls so you can twist their arms.
00:17:39.500 Like, anything that deviates from the go to the polling station and mark an X, anything that waters down identity requirements, show-up requirements, security requirements, you're asking it as if Americans don't know that these are problems.
00:17:55.600 Americans know their problems.
00:17:57.060 Democrats want those problems for precisely the reasons we just showed.
00:18:00.640 The reason they stopped counting on election night is because they wanted to figure out how many votes they needed to fix.
00:18:09.520 And they'll just keep finding new votes until they win.
00:18:17.820 And I don't know if the courts will stop it.
00:18:20.380 We've seen some very partisan judges out there.
00:18:24.900 I think that this is a truly terrible result.
00:18:29.040 I would have been much happier with a Biden wave, like a blue wave that would wash over America.
00:18:37.400 And then, because at least you could say, okay, that America wants that.
00:18:41.920 This is so obviously a steal.
00:18:44.420 Yeah.
00:18:44.580 And that's so painful to watch.
00:18:46.440 And to watch the collusion of the media, the cover-up by the media, the censorship by the media, all I can say is America is being pulled apart.
00:18:56.500 Wow.
00:18:57.120 So sad, Ezra.
00:18:58.040 Thank you again for weighing in with your expertise.
00:19:00.340 And folks, there you have it.
00:19:01.200 I mean, Donald Trump, for four years, he has endured fake news, fake scandals, most recently fake polls.
00:19:08.340 And now it looks like potentially fake ballots of ballots in order for the Democrats to steal this election.
00:19:15.540 Just an absolute disgrace.
00:19:17.260 Keep it here.
00:19:18.120 More of Rebel Roundup to come right after this.
00:19:25.320 So we left Roxham Road and we followed a trail of breadcrumbs left to us by a local resident saying that if you follow this road, turn right here, turn left here, you'll get to where the government is housing the illegal aliens.
00:19:35.900 Today, we weren't able to see any of them crossing.
00:19:38.520 We know they are, but we did find exactly where the government is housing them and all the stops that they're pulling out to make sure they feel nice, warm and cozy in this Quebec auto.
00:19:53.360 Sorry, I don't speak French.
00:19:55.340 No parking here, sir.
00:19:57.540 No parking?
00:19:58.320 No.
00:19:59.980 Isn't this a...
00:20:01.020 Hotel is closed.
00:20:02.800 Always.
00:20:03.360 I thought it was just that hotel that was closed.
00:20:05.900 I thought that hotel was closed.
00:20:07.420 Is this one open?
00:20:08.480 Oh, is this not a hotel?
00:20:09.160 Just a restaurant.
00:20:10.120 Okay.
00:20:10.620 Can we eat?
00:20:11.620 Takeout.
00:20:12.920 Just a takeout.
00:20:13.720 Perfect.
00:20:16.360 Is that the restaurant?
00:20:19.940 What?
00:20:21.300 Sorry?
00:20:22.620 We're just going to go grab some food.
00:20:24.940 Don't make food.
00:20:25.860 Sorry?
00:20:26.460 Please.
00:20:27.300 You said that the restaurant was open.
00:20:28.880 No.
00:20:30.760 You just said the restaurant was open.
00:20:32.280 We're just going to grab some food.
00:20:33.940 No.
00:20:34.140 No picture here.
00:20:36.800 Are those...
00:20:37.440 Oh, they just closed...
00:20:38.200 Did you get that?
00:20:39.520 So what's happening here is we showed up on location to see what was going on at this site
00:20:43.800 that was being used by the federal government to house illegal aliens, and what we found was
00:20:47.800 not only a bunch of really strange shipping containers, the entire hotel, it says you can't
00:20:52.220 book anything there, they closed it down.
00:20:54.080 We arrived here on location, and the first thing we were greeted with was this individual
00:20:57.840 saying we weren't allowed to park here.
00:20:59.520 But when I said we just wanted food at the restaurant over there, he said, okay, I got
00:21:03.140 my mic out, and he knew exactly what was going on.
00:21:05.740 We were here to figure out why this hotel is closed down, if they were housing illegal
00:21:10.600 aliens, because we know that they are still crossing the border, and he's not being very
00:21:14.380 forthcoming with us.
00:21:15.240 Could you tell us, are there any illegal aliens here right now?
00:21:18.420 Well, folks, your tax dollars hard at work, yet again, because when you cross the border
00:21:25.360 into Canada as an illegal alien, not only do the RCMP officers transform themselves into
00:21:32.220 bellhops, but the illegals get put up in a hotel, and they get three squares a day.
00:21:38.860 Who's the jerk who coined the phrase, crime does not pay?
00:21:43.340 And joining me now to weigh in on this superb piece of investigative journalism is Kian Bextie.
00:21:50.660 Welcome to Rebel Roundup, my friend.
00:21:53.100 Hi, David.
00:21:54.040 So, Kian, you and our ace shooter, Mocha, you really delivered a blockbuster with that report,
00:22:00.160 but tell us, what was your initial reaction when you discovered the encampment where those
00:22:06.560 who enter Canada illegally are being housed?
00:22:09.060 Because certainly, the mainstream media, they're not going to be delivering these goods.
00:22:14.500 No, yeah.
00:22:16.420 The reaction was sort of played over about two hours.
00:22:20.920 It took a long time to figure out for sure what I was looking at was indeed the facilities
00:22:26.520 that were sort of rumored to have existed, because nobody was being very forthcoming with that.
00:22:32.880 Once we found a bunch of evidence, like the bus that we had seen before, as well as spoken to
00:22:40.160 one of the on-the-ground employees who sort of let it slip, then it was more, you know,
00:22:50.020 shock that the government was spending this much money.
00:22:53.240 I didn't, it's hard to, it's hard to believe that they needed that many units of space for
00:23:02.160 the amount of people coming through.
00:23:04.180 And, you know, I don't get it, Kian.
00:23:05.820 I thought we're under all kinds of travel restrictions, thanks to the Wuhan virus, yet it seems to be,
00:23:14.540 for the most part, business as usual at Roxham Road.
00:23:17.840 Yeah, it absolutely is.
00:23:21.340 The illegals have been a little bit more, I mean, they're all coming in self-interest, right?
00:23:27.920 Like, they're not coming to make Canada a better place.
00:23:30.460 They're coming because they want, you know, they're self-interested.
00:23:37.120 And the risk of traveling, being at airports, is higher during the global pandemic.
00:23:44.160 So they've decided that it's safer to stay wherever they are.
00:23:48.420 And what do you know?
00:23:49.740 It's almost like they're not actually refugees with any, like, impending sense of need to come to Canada.
00:23:54.800 But some have decided that the risk is worth it and continue to break the law and cross the border
00:24:02.100 at a place where it's illegal to cross, and the RCMP are still facilitating it.
00:24:06.500 And, Kian, let's talk about the big picture here for a second, my friend.
00:24:10.400 I mean, if the federal government wanted to, they could end this problem.
00:24:16.180 It's just a matter of political will.
00:24:18.100 But the way I look at it, it's kind of like what you see in the United States with the Democrat Party.
00:24:23.780 The idea that they're against walls.
00:24:25.720 The idea that they want to defang ICE, etc., etc.
00:24:28.860 Have more and more illegals come into the country.
00:24:31.280 With the end goal being, always remember every four years who, the party that created the circumstances
00:24:39.640 to bring you in here in the first place.
00:24:41.420 So what I'm getting at, is this a matter of the Justin Trudeau Liberal literally changing the demographics of Canada
00:24:48.640 to cater to people that don't want to abide by the rules, don't want to legally immigrate,
00:24:54.520 but just flood in over the border?
00:24:57.000 And like I said, every four years, just remember, when you go into the ballot box,
00:25:02.140 put your checkmark against Team Red.
00:25:05.460 Yeah, David, you're not supposed to talk about this, but...
00:25:09.280 Why do you think Texas was supposedly going to be in play this year?
00:25:17.620 Where is it located?
00:25:20.500 It's changing demographics, and it's in some cases the legal changing of those demographics.
00:25:26.860 In the United States, they talk about this a lot more,
00:25:29.440 and there's a lot more passionate people on both sides of this debate.
00:25:32.080 And in Canada, for some reason, this isn't something that conservatives galvanize around,
00:25:37.880 but it's equally as important to us, because it is far easier in Canada to manipulate the electorate
00:25:45.300 than it is in the United States.
00:25:46.720 And in the United States, it's a massive problem.
00:25:49.100 But in Canada, we just don't care about it.
00:25:52.140 It is a huge problem.
00:25:54.000 The amount of people coming from Roxham Road, and frankly, it could be other places,
00:25:59.660 is a huge problem.
00:26:01.940 And we should be paying attention to it.
00:26:05.000 And the reason why Canadians aren't is because there's no mainstream media outlets.
00:26:09.360 Outlets with real, massive, deep reach into people's minds aren't exposing this.
00:26:18.740 You're right, Ken.
00:26:19.760 It is a huge problem, and it's a hell of a story.
00:26:22.520 And what you just said about the mainstream media basically self-censoring itself from covering this story,
00:26:31.120 why do you think that is?
00:26:32.480 Is it just that there are less observers and reporting the news objectively
00:26:39.460 and more kind of being on the government side of delivering a pro-government narrative?
00:26:46.960 They're on the payroll.
00:26:49.260 Well, Justin Trudeau, I say this all the time.
00:26:53.780 Justin Trudeau is going to stay in power as long as he wants because he's done two critical things.
00:26:59.040 Kneecap the mainstream media and put a leash and collar on them.
00:27:02.580 And he's also changing the demographics and electorate of Canada.
00:27:07.180 Those two things combined create this positive feedback loop with each other,
00:27:13.440 which makes sure that Justin Trudeau can hold on to the reins of power indefinitely.
00:27:17.080 Because as long as you control the electorate and as long as you control what people hear,
00:27:21.800 there's nobody that can challenge you.
00:27:24.440 Yeah, and he's approached that narrative, Kian, by the carrot proposition,
00:27:32.160 i.e. giving hundreds of millions, in the case of the CBC, over a billion point five to curry favor.
00:27:40.300 And my fear is, going forward in the year ahead, we have all this chatter about the Trudeau liberals,
00:27:47.860 like looking at the internet, mandating and regulating the internet.
00:27:54.600 And I think clearly this is the stick part of the quotient.
00:27:59.120 If people like us, let's be honest, aren't accepting the carrot, well, then we go after you with the stick
00:28:05.100 and we come up with some cockamamie, ludicrous idea to get you deplatformed.
00:28:10.420 What are your thoughts on that, my friend?
00:28:13.020 Yeah, and the Heritage Minister, Stephen Gilboa, has been talking all the time about wanting to censor us.
00:28:20.700 And it's only a matter of time before the NDP uses what little power they have in the House of Commons to,
00:28:29.160 they've been doing this over the past few months, is saying, oh, we want this, we want this.
00:28:33.040 They have a few demands that they really want to get through, this parliament.
00:28:38.040 And it's only a matter of time before the NDP say, you know what, we're tired of dissent on the right.
00:28:43.680 So let's muzzle those guys, and Justin Trudeau will have been waiting, you know,
00:28:51.000 this is something that he's been waiting to do himself, and he'll be happy to do it.
00:28:54.400 So I'm majorly concerned that not just Rebel News, but other outlets on the right, like True North,
00:29:02.480 and even the Post Millennial, will not be able to make it through another term of Justin Trudeau's prime ministry.
00:29:10.900 Yeah, I fear you might be right about that, Kian.
00:29:15.380 Well, we have to wrap it here.
00:29:16.480 And by the way, you're not going out on a limb as far as where the NDP lays.
00:29:21.980 We saw last year when we went to the election debates how NDP leader Jagmeet Singh
00:29:29.540 wouldn't even answer your questions simply because of which media outlet you were coming from,
00:29:36.100 which was disgraceful, I think.
00:29:37.580 Yeah, no, he's definitely a joke of a leader who's just milking his time in the limelight.
00:29:43.140 The only reason anybody cares what he says is his ability to prop up Justin Trudeau.
00:29:49.700 Once that power, those seats, aren't propping up Justin Trudeau's government anymore,
00:29:56.000 and Justin Trudeau steamrolls him because Jagmeet Singh has never been an important individual
00:29:59.880 and still isn't, then maybe we'll forget about him because Justin Trudeau is the only person they're interested in.
00:30:06.760 Indeed.
00:30:07.280 Well, Kian, an incredible report by you and Mocha.
00:30:10.480 Thank you so much, and we will talk again in the future.
00:30:13.200 In the meantime, have a good weekend.
00:30:15.380 You too, David.
00:30:16.880 And that was Kian Bexty in Calgary.
00:30:19.700 Keep it here, folks.
00:30:20.400 More of Rebel Roundup to come right after this.
00:30:22.600 Mockery, by definition, cannot be free speech.
00:30:30.220 Free speech, the essence of it is that everyone has a right to say what they believe
00:30:34.360 as long as it doesn't disrespect anyone else's existence.
00:30:38.100 And that's exactly what mockery is.
00:30:40.100 What the French have done, for example, has actually disrespected our beliefs and our existence,
00:30:45.680 and therefore I don't think it can even be categorized as free speech.
00:30:48.360 Free speech can only be free speech as long as it respects other people.
00:30:52.900 If anyone is doing a mockery of a religion, of a prophet,
00:30:57.620 do they deserve to pay the ultimate price?
00:31:00.280 Do they deserve to die because of that?
00:31:02.740 That is a great question, and that actually brings up another concept of death penalty,
00:31:07.840 and I think that's a completely different question right now that you're asking.
00:31:10.820 But at the moment, I think that we should focus on identifying as what they did was wrong
00:31:15.940 because a lot of people are saying, oh, you know, it's free speech, it's not mockery.
00:31:19.440 I think right now what we need to do is get to the root of the problem.
00:31:21.960 Mockery is not free speech.
00:31:23.640 What would you suggest is an appropriate penalty for the mockery of a religion or a prophet?
00:31:29.980 I wouldn't like to comment on this at this time.
00:31:32.140 So, sir, I'm just reading your sign here.
00:31:34.480 Did the people that circulated those caricatures of the Prophet Muhammad,
00:31:39.440 did they deserve to die?
00:31:40.620 Well, if you are bringing me on the air, I would say if somebody curse your mother,
00:31:51.200 will you ask him that he deserve to live or you will shut his mouth?
00:31:56.000 I'm wondering what should be the penalty for someone who does a caricature of the Prophet Muhammad?
00:32:03.620 I say, I just show the protest.
00:32:08.500 That's it.
00:32:09.700 All Muslim community is badly, is deeply, is give up the France government
00:32:18.700 and the French man is hurting our all Muslim community, our heart, right?
00:32:26.360 I just telling them this, I'm not against everyone, but I say, don't do this.
00:32:33.620 You do not support free speech then, sir, is that what you're saying?
00:32:39.480 Sorry?
00:32:40.020 Do you support the concept of free speech?
00:32:42.340 No, no.
00:32:45.760 Well, that was quite the protest that took place last Saturday in Toronto outside the tower
00:32:51.540 that houses the French consulate.
00:32:53.980 The 500 or so demonstrators called for a boycott of France
00:32:57.560 and a demand for something called responsible free speech,
00:33:03.240 a.k.a. censorious free speech, which of course isn't free speech at all.
00:33:08.580 Well, as for those French citizens who were killed last month over something as trite as a cartoon,
00:33:15.640 there was no condemnation of the Islamist thugs responsible for that carnage.
00:33:20.620 I have to say, as protests go, this one was so disturbing given that it wasn't taking place
00:33:27.620 in some Islamic regime, but rather Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
00:33:33.000 It was chilling, actually.
00:33:34.260 In any event, here's what some of you had to say about a demonstration
00:33:38.720 that was anti-Western values and pro-Sharia law.
00:33:43.740 Permaculture Research Institute Ogun Ogun writes,
00:33:47.060 Well said, my friend.
00:34:11.340 And contrary to what that young female protester had to say, yes, mockery is indeed a form of free speech.
00:34:19.380 Otherwise, the creators behind everything from Monty Python's Flying Circus to Mad Magazine
00:34:25.640 would be serving hard time right now.
00:34:28.800 Jeff Johnson writes,
00:34:30.800 I'm just waiting for Trudeau to say free speech equals Islamophobia.
00:34:35.480 Well, actually, Jeff, he came pretty close to doing just that.
00:34:39.880 Here's what Prime Minister Trudeau had to say last week.
00:34:44.340 Freedom of expression is not without limits.
00:34:46.960 We owe it to ourselves to act with respect for others
00:34:49.800 and to seek not to arbitrarily or unnecessarily injure those
00:34:54.940 with whom we are sharing a society and a planet.
00:34:58.700 End quote.
00:34:59.320 So, clearly, Justin Trudeau is anything but a free speech absolutist.
00:35:04.580 So, is it any wonder, folks, many of the protesters were holding photographs of Trudeau?
00:35:11.600 The PM is on side with them, not France and that nation's Western values.
00:35:18.720 R.G. writes,
00:35:19.980 Disrespect someone, lose your head.
00:35:22.260 Seems responsible.
00:35:23.900 Indeed, R.G., talk about a punishment that does not fit the crime
00:35:28.220 as if there was a crime committed to begin with.
00:35:31.800 Tom and Sue writes,
00:35:34.260 Viva la France!
00:35:35.760 Pardon my freedom of speech.
00:35:38.480 You are pardoned, my friend.
00:35:39.800 In fact, their call to boycott French products had the opposite effect on me.
00:35:44.820 After the protest, I went out and bought a case of Perrier water.
00:35:49.020 True, Perrier is a tad overpriced compared to other sparkling water brands.
00:35:54.580 Still, I just felt I had to do something to make a statement in defiance of these demonstrators.
00:36:03.320 And, Co-Pow 1 writes,
00:36:05.900 All of those protesters are advocating for Sharia law.
00:36:09.420 Point final.
00:36:10.940 And that was the ultimate perverse irony of this protest, my friend.
00:36:14.980 And the people here were essentially using Western freedoms,
00:36:19.300 such as freedom of speech, freedom of expression, and freedom of assembly,
00:36:24.340 to essentially call for regulations to be put in place
00:36:27.540 to severely limit or even eradicate those freedoms.
00:36:32.880 Yep, just when you thought 2020 couldn't possibly get any weirder.
00:36:39.420 Well, that wraps up another edition of Rebel Roundup.
00:36:41.820 Thanks so much for joining us.
00:36:43.120 See you next week.
00:36:43.880 And hey, folks, never forget, without risk, there can be no glory.
00:36:47.880 Good night.
00:37:09.380 Thank you.
00:37:09.880 Bye.
00:37:10.060 Bye.
00:37:10.640 Bye.
00:37:10.800 Bye.
00:37:11.380 Bye.
00:37:11.820 Bye.
00:37:11.920 Bye.
00:37:12.300 Bye.
00:37:12.900 Bye.
00:37:13.940 Bye.
00:37:17.240 Bye.
00:37:18.900 Bye.
00:37:19.020 Bye.
00:37:22.440 Bye.
00:37:23.540 Bye.
00:37:32.520 Bye.
00:37:36.700 Bye.
