00:01:38.660
in which we look back at some of the very best commentaries of the week by your favorite Rebels.
00:01:45.940
Well, step right up, ladies and gentlemen, for The Freak Show is back in town.
00:01:50.660
Yes, I speak of Jonathan, a.k.a. Jessica Yaniv, the deranged con man gaming the system.
00:01:58.220
It was back in a B.C. court, but alas and alack, this creep was allowed to game the system once again
00:02:05.140
by moving his trial from the afternoon to the morning, thereby avoiding contact with the likes of Sheila Gunn-Reed.
00:02:12.320
And Sheila will have all the nitty-gritty details.
00:02:17.140
A bunch of social justice warriors in Vancouver decided to break the law,
00:02:22.060
and for a change, the police did not turn a blind eye to their antics.
00:02:35.200
And I'll share some of your responses regarding my visit to that disgusting, tent city that has sprung up next to the majestic National War Memorial in Ottawa.
00:02:46.540
It all has to do with creating awareness about the climate crisis or the climate emergency or the climate something.
00:02:55.640
This whole movement is a sham because aside from incognito, a.k.a. Canada's wannabe Greta Thunberg,
00:03:03.740
absolutely nobody is actually living in those tents.
00:03:17.560
When he was here, he was denied access to the courthouse behind me by the sheriffs at the request of Jonathan Yaniv.
00:03:23.560
So, someone from our Vancouver law firm met me at the courthouse to make sure that I had access to the courtroom the way any journalist would.
00:03:34.100
Here's what I can tell you about what happened at the courthouse today.
00:03:37.960
Jonathan Yaniv had his court appearance bumped up to this morning with no notice.
00:03:44.240
In fact, his appearance was still on the official docket for this afternoon.
00:03:48.500
He had his newly hired lawyer come to address the matter this morning and had it put over until February 24th.
00:03:57.380
Just more manipulating the system from Jonathan Yaniv to protect himself from any form of accountability.
00:04:08.360
I mean, after all, presenting a Jonathan Yaniv video that is missing Mr. Yaniv.
00:04:13.260
Well, it's kind of like going to the freak show and missing out on Lobster Boy or the Bearded Lady.
00:04:23.200
Yaniv found a lawyer, you see, and he's gaming the system.
00:04:26.760
He moved the trial date from afternoon to morning, thereby avoiding any contact from the media.
00:04:32.540
And with more on the latest installment of that traveling freak show that is Jonathan Yaniv,
00:04:50.320
Yaniv is a con man, likely a con man with mental health issues.
00:05:04.960
Why are the authorities in charge allowing this odious humanoid to game the system in the first place?
00:05:16.080
I think they're really scared themselves of having to face a human rights complaint
00:05:20.600
and getting dragged through the system they're a part of themselves.
00:05:24.520
I mean, if you're a government employee, you're a high-value target because Jonathan Yaniv can go after the endless supply of resources of a government worker
00:05:36.240
as opposed to the meager earnings of an immigrant esthetician woman.
00:05:41.240
I think everybody's walking on thin ice around Jonathan Yaniv because they are scared of what he can do to them
00:05:48.060
and what he can do to manipulate the system to do to him.
00:05:53.860
I would suggest he's probably ruined 50-plus lives in the course of a few years.
00:05:59.700
There are so many women we've never even heard about that have probably been bullied by Jonathan Yaniv.
00:06:04.280
You know, Sheila, I would buy that explanation about a year ago because, you know, in the human rights pyramid,
00:06:12.900
right now occupying the very pinnacle is trans.
00:06:19.180
However, we have seen in the past year that this guy is a habitual liar.
00:06:28.260
He brings upon a plethora of lawsuits to people who are ill-equipped to defend themselves.
00:06:35.220
And, Sheila, the thing is, even the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal, which is the most kooky,
00:06:42.400
the most far-legged progressive tribunal of all the human rights tribunals in Canada,
00:06:48.140
even they have said, not only enough is enough, but we're fining you $6,000 for money to go to three of the defendants that he went after.
00:06:59.600
So I guess what I'm saying is that the authorities, as well as society, you know, as a whole,
00:07:11.700
He's a grifter, and they shouldn't be worried about this guy playing the trans card,
00:07:17.940
because even people in the trans community say, we want nothing to do with this train wreck.
00:07:24.240
Well, I think, though, some of them are true believers also.
00:07:28.340
We saw with Kian's experience at the courthouse, they kept Kian out of the courthouse.
00:07:34.800
The bailiffs kept him out of the courthouse, preventing him from reporting on Jonathan and Eve
00:07:40.640
for no other reason than Jonathan and Eve asked them to.
00:07:43.660
I mean, I think there are some true believers that are in all of this,
00:07:47.180
and some people that maybe don't like us more than they don't like Jonathan and Eve,
00:07:54.340
which is kind of gross when you think about it, because all we do is tell the other side of the story.
00:07:59.240
We aren't, you know, trying to force anybody to touch our genitals that I know of.
00:08:03.300
Well, you know, Sheila, the other puzzling thing about...
00:08:14.960
But, you know, the other new nugget of information on this particular story
00:08:21.960
in which you didn't get to confront him because of the gaming of the system
00:08:25.900
was the fact that, as you reported, he now has a lawyer.
00:08:39.600
You know, when you follow the money, where is Jonathan and Eve's money coming from?
00:08:45.180
Because I don't know if this guy has a job even.
00:08:54.300
Well, he's welched out on that $6,000 I mentioned a few minutes ago
00:08:59.200
that the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal told him to pay those three defendants.
00:09:04.440
So do you have any insight, Sheila, as to where he's getting the do-re-mi?
00:09:10.200
Well, he feigns this disability, and I'm sure there's some money in pretending to be disabled.
00:09:19.340
We know he's not because he sure turned and ran from little old me,
00:09:24.860
moved pretty fast when he was, you know, confronted by somebody.
00:09:28.620
When just a few short months ago, he was cruising around in a mobility scooter
00:09:39.020
I think there's a lot of stuff going on in the background that I don't know if we know about.
00:09:45.180
I think the Human Rights Tribunal stuff is just a version of a slip-and-fall lawsuit for him.
00:09:52.460
So I wonder how many of those are in the background.
00:09:54.580
We did do some digging when we initially started investigating Jonathan Yaniv,
00:10:00.000
and there are a lot of vexatious lawsuits in his past that we could find.
00:10:07.280
I'm sure there are others that we couldn't find, and who knows?
00:10:10.580
Maybe the mom is the, you know, the financial arm of the Jonathan Yaniv public menace thing.
00:10:22.180
But of course, as we've seen on video, she seems to have the proverbial screw loose, too.
00:10:28.820
I mean, that's a mother-son relationship made in heaven.
00:10:33.860
But you would think, though, Sheila, especially with him not paying,
00:10:38.740
at least that's the most current information I have, those settlements, those defendants,
00:10:44.180
you would think that alone would make the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal stop entertaining this guy.
00:10:54.820
No, they seem to be perfectly willing to entertain him once he repays those other women.
00:11:05.080
They just would like him to pay his bills or his judgments against him.
00:11:08.820
But as soon as he does, they're willing to hear more cases from him.
00:11:13.180
So none of this has caused the Human Rights Tribunal mechanism to have a come-to-Jesus moment.
00:11:18.900
They're just concerned that he's not paying his bills.
00:11:21.820
You know, I kind of get that, too, because at the end of the day, especially at Human Rights Tribunal,
00:11:27.620
when, you know, despite what some of the lefty progressives will say,
00:11:32.420
that this is an inherent racist and discriminatory country, that sort of stuff doesn't exist.
00:11:39.380
So these tribunals have to justify their existence by actually entertaining nuisance complaints
00:11:50.560
And for them to reject them out of hand right away, I guess that would be bad for business, eh, Sheila?
00:11:56.140
Because the number one job of any bureaucracy is, of course, to grow the bureaucracy.
00:12:00.840
Yeah, I mean, I'm sure if we did a very close examination of the number of or the kind of complaints
00:12:10.160
that are being seen by these human rights tribunals, I bet you it would be in the high 90s percentile
00:12:16.620
the number of them that are just nuisance complaints, where someone can manipulate the system,
00:12:23.620
much like Jonathan Yaniv is, to punish someone that they have felt that has hurt their feelings.
00:12:28.960
Because, as you know, the complainant really bears no financial responsibility as they proceed through the process.
00:12:37.940
It's on the defendant in the system to hire a lawyer, fight back, and to prove that you're not racist.
00:12:46.100
It's so ironic that it's, you know, it calls itself a human rights tribunal, but it violates your basic human right to be innocent until proven guilty.
00:12:58.200
The whole tribunal system works from the position that you are guilty and you have to prove yourself innocent.
00:13:04.420
Oh, 100 percent. In fact, I'd go a step further.
00:13:06.780
I would say the human rights tribunals operate in violation of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
00:13:12.340
But, Sheila, we've got to wrap it here. I should point out that maybe Yaniv fooled you and a few of the other journalists covering this case
00:13:23.400
But you're not going to get fooled again because, as I understand it, for the next court date,
00:13:28.760
you're going to get there super bright and early so they can't, you know, further move it and trick the media into not covering this.
00:13:38.240
Because that's still on the docket for you, is it?
00:13:41.880
Yeah. You know, David, when you say super bright and early, there's no brightness when I have to leave the house.
00:13:48.020
I have to leave the house at 3 o'clock in the morning to make that early, early morning flight to British Columbia
00:13:54.200
so that I can catch Jonathan and Eve at the courthouse.
00:14:02.960
We're going to see this thing through to the very end.
00:14:06.020
And if Jonathan and Eve has to run the gauntlet of Sheila Gunn-Reed to get into that courthouse,
00:14:12.460
Because I'm going to continue doing accountability journalism on him, whether he likes it or not.
00:14:18.340
And he can pull a switcheroo, but we've got people watching the docket at the courthouse constantly.
00:14:23.220
So he can run and he can try to hide, but we're going to be there.
00:14:27.120
And if people want to support my early morning flights to British Columbia and the two security professionals
00:14:34.480
that I have to have with me and the lawyer that I have to have with me to make sure that
00:14:38.420
I get into the courthouse, they can do that at yanivetrial.com.
00:14:45.620
I did feel like a baby seal being clubbed, but you, my friend, are my Bridget Bardot coming
00:14:51.480
to the defense of the helpless seal pups like the Menzoi.
00:14:55.160
Thank you so much for your hard work on this file, Sheila.
00:15:04.280
And that was Sheila Gunn-Reed somewhere in the hinterland of northern Alberta.
00:15:09.740
More of Rebel Roundup to come right after this.
00:15:16.780
The Investing for Rebel News in Vancouver, British Columbia at the corner of Clark and Hastings.
00:15:21.300
This is the location where the Vancouver Police Department set an example for every police
00:15:27.020
department in the entire country, the RCMP included.
00:15:30.680
The Vancouver police moved in quickly Monday morning after an injunction was handed in just
00:15:36.700
You might remember in Cars Land, Alberta, an injunction was in place for days and the RCMP
00:15:42.560
It was a uniform that ended up folding on their own.
00:15:46.620
These pipeline protesters showed no indication that they had any intention of leaving, and
00:15:53.140
Now, I also spoke with some of the police officers that are here on duty on the corner of the
00:15:56.800
road here at Clark and Hastings, and I asked them if they expect it to bubble up again, if
00:16:01.100
they expect them either to return here or blockade somewhere else in the city, and the police
00:16:05.200
officers said no, they don't expect that to happen because they have lots of police officers
00:16:08.860
on standby and they'd be able to break up anything as it happens if it contravenes that
00:16:16.040
Man, the Vancouver Police Department are my heroes.
00:16:18.860
I really wish that every other police department in this country acted as swiftly and efficiently
00:16:24.900
They arrested 34 people that were blockading this intersection here as early as 5 in the
00:16:30.100
morning, and they're prepared to do exactly the same thing if these protesters contravene
00:16:35.720
Wow, did we just witness a belated Christmas miracle?
00:16:38.920
I mean, just imagine, folks, a bunch of losers were breaking the law, and instead of turning
00:16:44.600
a blind eye and calling for yet more endless and useless dialogue, law enforcement marched
00:17:01.500
So, Kian, do my eyes deceive me, or did I just see in your video a bunch of entitled
00:17:07.520
social justice warriors get free rides courtesy of the state via the paddy wagon?
00:17:17.260
Unfortunately, after this aired, I learned that the individuals were quickly released,
00:17:23.360
and it's not clear if any charges were ever laid.
00:17:27.460
All we know is that they were arrested, which, at the end of the day, is better than leaving
00:17:35.680
So, I'm happy to report that they were indeed arrested.
00:17:40.940
I would have liked them to have stayed in jail, because right after they get released from
00:17:47.060
But it was a good day to see the Vancouver police set an example for every single police
00:17:55.000
department across the country who's currently facing similar issues and is sitting on their
00:18:04.300
And I got to tell you, Kian, back in September, I was in Vancouver for a different story, and
00:18:10.380
I stumbled across the day before I was to leave, there was a park in Vancouver that's
00:18:17.200
been – the entire park, Baseball Diamond and everything, has been turned into a homeless
00:18:24.780
The city put up notices that, you know, as of this day, at 6 p.m. precisely, you must
00:18:32.700
So I got there for half an hour before 6, and nobody vacated.
00:18:38.660
And not only that, Kian, I hung around for another two hours, and then I finally saw a
00:18:43.360
bunch of Vancouver police cruisers come by, and I thought, oh, here's where the fireworks
00:18:49.900
No, they were providing an escort for people in support of the illegal homeless encampment.
00:18:57.060
So it was just so crazy, and that's why it was just so refreshing to see your video of
00:19:07.600
But in the big picture, Kian, this country is in a state of paralysis on the rails, thanks
00:19:18.000
And maybe this is an indicator that, you know what, it can be done, and it can be done without
00:19:24.280
bloodshed, and it's all about enforcing the rule of law.
00:19:31.600
Yeah, I mean, for example, in British Columbia, it's section 204, I believe, of the Motor Vehicle
00:19:41.060
And it says very clearly on that act that you're not allowed to put garbage on the
00:19:47.360
road, swill, cans, wires, a whole host of things.
00:19:52.140
You're not allowed to put anything on roadways, and it's written in stone.
00:19:56.060
It's written on legislation, and the police could act on it.
00:20:01.260
So we've been seeing across the country, oh, they've been waiting for injunctions.
00:20:07.700
They were waiting for an injunction against Unifor.
00:20:09.600
But even when the injunctions are awarded in favor of either the government, via rail,
00:20:16.140
CP, CN, whatever it is, co-op, the police decide that what they need to do is just watch
00:20:25.140
things and make sure everyone stays safe, rather than enforcing the laws that are written
00:20:31.560
We saw the exact same thing happen on Vancouver Island, on the Inner Island Highway, where a
00:20:37.540
group of bandits, really, they were non-Indigenous, were putting up a blockade in the Comox area.
00:20:45.340
And the Comox First Nation just distanced themselves yesterday.
00:20:49.120
It's a huge story that hasn't really been talked about in the media yet.
00:20:52.500
There's a story that I just put out on Thursday about it.
00:20:54.900
The Comox First Nation had to distance themselves from these people because they were acting
00:21:02.280
so lawlessly, putting up all of this plywood and garbage and trash and pallets.
00:21:07.220
And the police showed up and arrested a Canadian patriot who was taking the garbage off the
00:21:14.160
road, throwing it out, throwing it into the ditch so that cars could get by.
00:21:17.340
They arrested him, but they wouldn't arrest the people putting the trash on the highway
00:21:26.900
I know what you're talking about, Kian, and it was reminiscent of Caledonia when you had
00:21:32.920
another illegal occupation happening there and the police arresting a man for putting
00:21:45.540
Kian, do we have a two-tier justice system in Canada right now?
00:21:50.040
By that, I mean the rule of law for 99.9% of us and then a different rule of law for, say,
00:22:01.900
In other words, things that are in the politically correct spectrum where suddenly the normal rule
00:22:14.200
Whether or not, whether you're a union, if you're indigenous.
00:22:17.720
Actually, you don't even have to be indigenous.
00:22:23.720
They're saying they're fighting for indigenous people, so that gives them the pass.
00:22:27.860
Jonathan Yaniv says that he's trans, even though he's not really.
00:22:34.200
Even though he's not trans, he just says he is.
00:22:44.560
All you have to do is pretend to be a progressive SJW, and boom, you're free to do whatever you
00:22:51.400
want, and if you're a conservative or just an everyday Canadian, hell-bent on enforcing
00:22:57.680
the law and making sure that roadways are clear, they're going to come at you.
00:23:03.080
And, you know, I saw it firsthand again on Sunday night when I was in Ottawa, Kian, where
00:23:11.940
She's created a disgusting and grotesque, tense city right in the shadow of the National
00:23:19.120
She's been there over two months, and nobody will do anything in terms of law enforcement.
00:23:28.540
Do you, are these decisions, Kian, coming out of individual members of law enforcement,
00:23:36.180
such as, you know, the sheriffs you ran into at the BC courthouse at the Yaniv trial, or
00:23:41.440
are they getting instructions from high above to behave and act a certain way?
00:23:47.340
It's not the beat cops, you know, it's not the people on the ground.
00:23:52.860
I had a bunch of off-the-record conversations with officers, and I'm not going to specify
00:23:58.020
exactly which location it was that I've been at over the past few weeks, but the officers
00:24:05.420
I wouldn't say it on camera, of course, because we all know that if they speak out, and if
00:24:10.080
it's shown that these, you know, the lowest level of the RCMP, the people actually tasked
00:24:18.000
with being on location, if they say how absolutely asinine the rules are that are being put on
00:24:25.520
them by the upper levels of the RCMP, like the RCMP commissioner, who's such good friends
00:24:31.760
with Justin Trudeau, well, they're going to get fired.
00:24:36.820
And second off, people are just going to lose their minds that the enforcement, that everyday
00:24:46.780
It would be mass chaos if people understood, and people are starting to understand, that
00:24:52.000
there really is no law enforcement in this country if you are an everyday Canadian.
00:24:59.040
You know, we have to wrap it here, Kian, but it's kind of funny.
00:25:10.240
And yet, I would say, far from a blindfold these days, Lady Justice is wearing x-ray glasses.
00:25:17.220
It kind of depends on the identity politics at the moment, whether what kind of law is
00:25:28.120
The law should be the law, and we should all be equal under the law.
00:25:32.640
So we've got to keep our eye on this file as we move forward.
00:25:44.200
More of Rebel Roundup to come right after this.
00:25:51.800
Let's go on a door knocking or a tent flap knocking and find out how many people really
00:26:58.220
How about this little guy here, this orange tent?
00:27:19.020
Not only that, I don't think anyone could fit in this tent.
00:27:37.900
There's absolutely no signs that anyone's ever been in there.
00:27:59.800

00:29:17.200
Just when is this global warming thingy going to kick in, anyways?
00:29:32.620
As always, you need to follow the money with these types of stories.
00:29:39.700
Which, I should point out, are produced due to the petrochemical industry.
00:29:45.640
Yeah, the same industry those kooks want to eradicate.
00:29:50.480
Wonder how they'll stay warm if their wacky wishes ever came true.
00:29:56.420
Well, that wraps up another edition of Rebel Roundup.
