Summary

I don t like going to the gym, but I can stay in shape if I don t have to go. I ve developed my own fitness program that allows me to train at home for 25 minutes a day with less than $50 worth of equipment, and stay in perfect shape. I m not one of them guys who loves fitness, I eat KFC, drink vodka, whatever. However, I do understand how important it is to stay strong and in good shape. And I have developed a program that keeps me in shape with 25 minutes of exercise a day, from home. No driving, no driving back, just 25 minutes at home. That s 3 hours a day. That's 3 or 4 hours a week. You could have a perfect physical condition if you don't have to fuck around, drive to the Gym, drive back, or spend money on expensive equipment. It s too short, life is too short. Get in shape, fucking get in shape and stay strong, because life's too short and you could have the time you need to stay that way.
