Summary

The families of 13 Gold Star Family members who were murdered in a terrorist attack at Kabul Airport in 2021 held a press conference with Rep. Daryl Issa (R-CA) and other members of Congress to demand answers from the White House about what happened to their loved ones and why Joe Biden failed to pay proper tributes to them at the time of their deaths. President Joe Biden is a person who cares first and foremost about himself, and that is perfectly evident in the way he treated these Gold Star family members at this press conference. And the media did not pay this anywhere near as much attention as they would have if the president of the United States were Donald J. Trump, because he is not a candidate, he s currently the President of the U.S. and the media don t care. These are not people you see on the nightly news, these are people you only get interviews with if they are wounded, and the only interviews with them are with wounded soldiers, and you get no coverage of them if you go to them if there s a peculiar belief that there's a president who has done something really bad. Let's go back to the Atlantic article by Jeffrey Goldberg where he says that during the Trump presidency, "He didn't pay proper homage at Normandy. He didn't go out onto the beach at Normandy because it was raining. And this was raining without any real support, because it had nothing to do with it." And this is widely reported by the Atlantic's Jeffrey Goldberg, and this is not even close to being a proper t tribute. to the president who did something that should have been done at D.C.'s Normandy at the D-Day ceremony in honor of the fallen soldiers in Normandy in the late in the early 90s and early days of the day after 9/11, in a speech at the Democratic National Convention in D.D.C. in 2015, in 2016, Jeffrey Goldberg at The New York Times on the cover of The Atlantic on the front page of The Daily Mail, in an article by the New York Magazine, in which he wrote a piece called "D.J. Goldberg's D.J.'s thoughts on President Trump's lack of a proper homage to the fallen heroes. and how he should have paid proper homage. at Normandy, not on the beach in Normandy, in the Oval Office in the wake of the D.O. and in the streets of New York City. And how the media didn t cover it.

Transcript

00:00:00.000 So yesterday in Escondido, California, the families of 13 service members who were murdered in a terrorist attack at Kabul Airport in 2021 held a press conference along with the senior member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, Congressman Daryl Issa from Orange County.
00:00:15.000 Well, they appeared at Escondido City Hall and they called on the Biden administration to give them some answers and inform the public as to how their loved ones actually died in this terrorist blast.
00:00:24.000 This is still the single most egregious act I've ever seen a president undertake.
00:00:28.000 The cowardly, pusillanimous, and disgusting pullout from Afghanistan without any plan whatsoever.
00:00:32.000 The complete collapse of Afghanistan to the Taliban.
00:00:36.000 Millions of people left behind.
00:00:38.000 The hundreds to thousands of Americans were left behind in enemy hands.
00:00:42.000 The green card holders were not able to get out.
00:00:44.000 The translators were left to be murdered.
00:00:45.000 The people falling from wheel wells.
00:00:47.000 American soldiers being blown up at the airport because proper security was not actually guaranteed.
00:00:51.000 It was feckless.
00:00:52.000 It was ridiculous.
00:00:53.000 And Joe Biden has never paid the political price for it.
00:00:55.000 Joe Biden's approval rating dumped into the 40s at that point.
00:00:57.000 It has never quite recovered, but he has never played a real political price for it simply because In 2022, the election became all about various Senate candidates who were hand-chosen by his political opponents.
00:01:10.000 But the real story of Joe Biden's presidency is not about the economy.
00:01:14.000 It is not even about Hunter Biden.
00:01:15.000 The real story of Joe Biden's presidency is encapsulated in the arrogance, the egotism, the disgusting self-involvement of the President of the United States in presiding over the greatest foreign policy disaster of my lifetime.
00:01:28.000 And then just blithely talking it away.
00:01:31.000 It really is disgusting.
00:01:32.000 And the way that this person, who was perceived as warm and generous and fuzzy and cuddly, the guy who nuzzles small children for no reason that anyone can comprehend, the fact that this person was so cold and calculating, not just about the The running away from a 20-year commitment and the sacrifice of a country to the Taliban.
00:01:53.000 Not just that he was cold and calculating about that, but that he really did not care what happened to the people who got left behind, including American soldiers, could not be more evident.
00:02:02.000 And that was certainly evident from the testimony of the Gold Star family members and wounded soldiers who actually were at this press conference yesterday.
00:02:10.000 And the media did not pay this anywhere sort of attention.
00:02:12.000 They would have if the president of the United States were Donald J. Trump.
00:02:16.000 Because, again, it underscores what kind of person Joe Biden is.
00:02:19.000 Joe Biden is not a good person.
00:02:21.000 Joe Biden is the kind of person who ignores a four-year-old grandchild for four years if he thinks it's politically beneficial for him to do so.
00:02:27.000 Joe Biden is the kind of person whose entire career has lied about others.
00:02:30.000 He's the kind of person...
00:02:32.000 Who slandered a man who was involved in a car crash with his wife, in which his wife and one of his children were killed.
00:02:40.000 And he slandered that person as a drunk driver for like 30 years.
00:02:43.000 That's the kind of person that Joe Biden is.
00:02:44.000 Joe Biden is a person who cares first and foremost about himself.
00:02:48.000 And that is perfectly obvious in the way that he treated these Gold Star family members.
00:02:51.000 Remember, in 2015, 2016, when Donald Trump was running for President of the United States the first time, He got into a widely publicized spat with Kaiser Kahn, who's a Gold Star family member, who was actually a speaker at the Democratic National Convention talking about how much he disliked Donald Trump and all the rest, and how Donald Trump was a racist and a xenophobe and all of this.
00:03:11.000 And Donald Trump went at him, and this became a major issue of contention in the 2016 election campaign.
00:03:16.000 Joe Biden is currently, he's not a candidate, he's currently the President of the United States.
00:03:20.000 He was the President of the United States when 13 American service members were murdered in Kabul.
00:03:25.000 And the treatment of these Gold Star family members was egregious and disgusting and the media don't care.
00:03:30.000 They don't care.
00:03:31.000 These Gold Star family members are of no consequence to them.
00:03:34.000 No one knows their names.
00:03:35.000 No one gives them coverage.
00:03:36.000 These are not people who you're going to see on the nightly news.
00:03:38.000 You're not going to see interviews with wounded soldiers.
00:03:40.000 Those wounded soldiers, you only get interviews with them if there's a peculiar belief that Donald Trump has done something really, really bad.
00:03:47.000 You remember during the Trump presidency, supposedly he didn't pay proper homage at Normandy.
00:03:53.000 He didn't go out onto the beach or something because it was raining.
00:03:55.000 And this is widely reported by Jeffrey Goldberg at the Atlantic without any real support.
00:03:59.000 And it turns out the story really had nothing to it.
00:04:01.000 Where's Jeffrey Goldberg in the Atlantic on this?
00:04:04.000 Let's get into some of the things that the Gold Star family members actively said at this California press conference yesterday, paying tribute to the victims of the Afghanistan terror attack that claimed the lives of 13 American service members.
00:04:17.000 It was only a couple of years ago.
00:04:19.000 Here's the mother of fallen Marine Colonel Hunter Lopez, who read the names of the dead U.S.
00:04:24.000 service members in Afghanistan yesterday.
00:04:26.000 I ask that our children are honored those injured, and those that made it home from HKIA,
00:04:42.000 that they be honored by speaking the truth.
00:04:51.000 Staff Sergeant Taylor Hooper, Sergeant Nick Olje, Sergeant Johanny Pichardo,
00:05:01.000 Staff Sergeant Ryan Knaust.
00:05:05.000 Okay, Joe Biden, he won't mention these people's names.
00:05:08.000 He mentioned them a couple of years ago and that was it.
00:05:10.000 You never heard of him again.
00:05:12.000 Again, if Donald Trump were president and this were the sort of press conference that were being held by the families of dead soldiers, it would be front page news all over the country.
00:05:21.000 I remember because in the 2004 election campaign, I'm old enough to remember that one, I remember the attempts to paint George W. Bush as responsible for the death of American soldiers and it became like a real major political issue for George W. Bush.
00:05:33.000 So again, the rule is when a Republican is president and troops are either put in danger or not even in danger, proper homage isn't paid to the graves of soldiers.
00:05:41.000 This is a major political story.
00:05:43.000 When a Democrat is president, we just pretend it doesn't exist because the mainstream media are so dedicated to the proposition that Democrats don't have to care about people like this.
00:05:51.000 Democrats, after all, are peace-loving people.
00:05:53.000 I mean, sure, they preside over many of America's biggest wars, but they are the most peace-loving people.
00:05:59.000 They're the people who we should give all sorts of faith and credence to, even as they participate in, again, what is the blackest spot on America's foreign policy record, certainly of my lifetime.
00:06:10.000 We'll get to more of what the Gold Star family members and wounded soldiers had to say about Joe Biden and his personal interactions with them.
00:06:17.000 And this is not a good man, folks.
00:06:18.000 We'll get to that in a second.

00:07:21.000 Okay, so.
00:07:22.000 Sergeant Tyler Vargas Andrews is an American service member who, in that blast, lost a limb.
00:07:29.000 And he tells the story of Joe Biden visiting him in the hospital.
00:07:34.000 Right away, like, remember him coming up to me, um, trying to shake my hand.
00:07:40.000 Like, I was trying to shake my right hand, and I look at him, and I'm like, I don't have an arm.
00:07:47.000 And my left arm is in this big a** cast with this giant orange f***ing foam block around it.
00:07:51.000 I'm completely immobile.
00:07:53.000 All I can do is move my head.
00:07:54.000 My arm's gone.
00:07:56.000 I'm like, I don't have an arm.
00:07:57.000 And he says, oh, and like kind of stands up, and then like goes over to reach for my fingers, because about An inch of my fingers are showing and just like grabbed my fingers.
00:08:08.000 Doesn't say, doesn't greet me or anything.
00:08:10.000 Just that's what happened.
00:08:11.000 Just grab my fingers.
00:08:13.000 And uh, I was like, okay, that's weird.
00:08:18.000 And You know, almost immediately starts talking like about how their son served in the military.
00:08:28.000 Doesn't say anything about what happened.
00:08:30.000 Starts talking about how their son served in the military.
00:08:33.000 And my mom is just like, she's furious at this point.
00:08:38.000 He leans over me and he's like this close to my face and he's like, what do you want?
00:08:44.000 What do you want?
00:08:45.000 Yeah, he said, what do you want?
00:08:47.000 I said, what?
00:08:49.000 He said, what do you want?
00:08:50.000 And I'm just like, confused.
00:08:53.000 I just got blown up.
00:08:54.000 I just f***ing saw my friends die next to me.
00:08:56.000 I'm like, I just want to be myself.
00:09:00.000 And he's like, huh?
00:09:01.000 And my mom's furious.
00:09:02.000 And she's like, he said he just wants to be himself.
00:09:05.000 He just wants to be him.
00:09:06.000 He said he just wants to be me.
00:09:08.000 And he goes, oh.
00:09:10.000 Okay.
00:09:12.000 And they just continue to talk about Everything but what just happened.
00:09:20.000 Joe Biden, most self-centered man in the universe.
00:09:21.000 Again, this is his go-to.
00:09:23.000 In tragic circumstances, he goes right to his son, Beau Biden's death.
00:09:27.000 Which, at the beginning, you understand.
00:09:29.000 But when he's gone that well, hundreds of times at this point, and he's done so in the most inappropriate possible circumstances, at that point, it becomes a political parlor trick.
00:09:37.000 At that point, he's pulling that card out of a hat like a rabbit.
00:09:40.000 And it's gross.
00:09:41.000 And it's disgusting.
00:09:43.000 Beau Biden died of brain cancer.
00:09:45.000 Beau Biden did not die because he died as a member of the military.
00:09:48.000 But Joe Biden has tried to suggest that his son Beau's death, which is tragic and terrible, is somehow the equivalent of people being blown up in combat.
00:09:57.000 And in fact, this was his go-to card during the Afghanistan debacle, is that because his son died of cancer, apparently he didn't have to pursue policies that would not get American soldiers blown up in Afghanistan.
00:10:07.000 In fact, Gold Star Mom Sheryl Rex talked about how Joe Biden had invoked Beau and suggested that Beau had died in circumstances similar to her own son.
00:10:17.000 When he approached me, his words to me were, my wife Jill and I know how you feel.
00:10:24.000 We lost our son as well and brought him home in a fog-draped coffin.
00:10:30.000 My heart started beating faster and I started shaking knowing that their son died from cancer and they were able to be by his side.
00:10:37.000 Also wondering how someone could honestly, sorry, be so heartless.
00:10:46.000 To say he knew how I felt.
00:10:48.000 A little over 24 hours and learning of my son's death.
00:10:54.000 Just vile.
00:10:54.000 Just vile.
00:10:56.000 By the way, the rule, I mean just for those who ever have to visit a house of mourning, the rule is shut up.
00:11:02.000 That is legitimately the rule when you visit a house of mourning, is to shut your face.
00:11:05.000 Because you don't know how that person feels.
00:11:06.000 Even if you've gone through something similar.
00:11:08.000 And by the way, this is not similar.
00:11:09.000 But Joe Biden didn't care about these folks.
00:11:12.000 You know, this whole Karen grandpa routine is a lie.
00:11:15.000 He's a corrupt politician.
00:11:16.000 He has been for 40 years.
00:11:17.000 He's never held a real job outside of the federal government.
00:11:21.000 And he's going around telling people who just lost family members, who were blown up, that he knows how they feel because he had a son who died of cancer in circumstances entirely unrelated to his military service.
00:11:33.000 Gold Star father, Darren Hoover, called for the immediate resignation of Joe Biden and Tony Blinken and all the people who presided over Afghanistan, not without good cause.
00:11:41.000 In closing, I'm calling out Secretary Blinken, Secretary Austin, General Milley, General McKenzie, Lieutenant Colonel Whited, who could not give the order to the snipers to take out the bomber before he detonated his vest, and ultimately the President.
00:12:09.000 Do what our son did.
00:12:12.000 Be a grown-ass man.
00:12:15.000 Admit to your mistakes.
00:12:18.000 Learn from them so that this doesn't happen ever, ever again.
00:12:27.000 You all need to resign immediately.
00:12:31.000 I'll point out at this point, literally no one lost their job.
00:12:34.000 No one lost their job over the Afghanistan debacle, which is insane.
00:12:38.000 It's crazy.
00:12:39.000 No one lost their job, I repeat again.
00:12:41.000 In just a second, we're gonna go through, just for a quick review, the timeline of all the lies that Joe Biden told, the consistent gaslighting of the American people, the attempts to paint the pullout from Afghanistan as a success.
00:12:54.000 While Americans were left behind, Afghans were falling from wheel wells and Americans were being blown up in Kabul.
00:13:00.000 It is still the fact that this president is treated with any modicum of respect after what happened in Afghanistan is absolutely beyond me.
00:13:06.000 I understand that in politics we have a memory that's about five seconds long.
00:13:10.000 I get it.
00:13:11.000 But I'd just like to point out that the entirety of America's political discourse is currently censored about January 6th of 2021.
00:13:17.000 How much of America's discourse?
00:13:19.000 is around August of 2021, which was later.
00:13:22.000 And you know what was actually significantly more impactful to America's foreign policy?
00:13:25.000 You know what was significantly more undermining of America's morale?
00:13:27.000 The pullout from Afghanistan.
00:13:29.000 The pullout from Afghanistan, again, the single most disastrous foreign policy decision and plan of my lifetime has been completely whitewashed by the American media.
00:13:38.000 And the people who suffered during that plight and continue to suffer today because of it have been completely silenced by the media or ignored.
00:13:43.000 We'll get some more on that in just one second.
00:13:45.000 First, let's talk about getting better employees.
00:13:48.000 So we have some pretty great employees here at Daily Wire.
00:13:52.000 But let's say that you have an assistant.
00:13:53.000 Let's just, we'll call her Kelly for the sake of argument.
00:13:57.000 And say Kelly, she's great at her job.
00:13:58.000 She's really detail-oriented.
00:14:00.000 She's really on top of things.
00:14:01.000 But every morning, You get nervous.
00:14:03.000 And the reason you get nervous is because your assistant comes in and she's doing one of two smiles.
00:14:07.000 You don't know which smile it's going to be.
00:14:09.000 There's the relaxed, good morning smile.
00:14:11.000 And then there's the smile that is so thinly pasted on her face that it is very clear that she's incredibly stressed out and bad things are about to happen.
00:14:20.000 And you get that churning feeling in your stomach.
00:14:21.000 You're not sure exactly what Kelly's going to say because Again, terrible actress, this Kelly.
00:14:27.000 She comes in with this smile, and you're like, you know what?
00:14:29.000 Maybe I need to look at ZipRecruiter.

00:15:08.000 Okay, so just to remind you, Joe Biden being an abject liar and a fool and a blowhard and an arrogant liar, fool, and blowhard all at once.
00:15:17.000 On April 14th, 2001, Joe Biden said that we were leaving Afghanistan, we were doing it not hastily, we were doing it responsibly.
00:15:24.000 Here was Joe Biden, April 14th, 2021.
00:15:26.000 It was just weeks, just weeks after the terrorist attack on our nation that killed 2,977 innocent souls.
00:15:37.000 that turned lower Manhattan into a disaster area, destroyed parts of the Pentagon, and made hallowed ground of a field in Shanksville, Pennsylvania, and sparked an American promise that we would never forget.
00:15:55.000 So in keeping with that agreement and with our national interest, the United States will begin our final withdrawal, begin it, on May 1 of this year.
00:16:05.000 We'll not conduct a hasty rush to the exit.
00:16:09.000 But we'll do it responsibly, deliberately and safely.
00:16:33.000 Do you see any parallels between this withdrawal and what happened in Vietnam with some people feeling?
00:16:39.000 None whatsoever.
00:16:40.000 Zero.
00:16:41.000 What you had is you had entire brigades breaking through the gates of our embassy.
00:16:46.000 Six, if I'm not mistaken.
00:16:48.000 The Taliban is not the North Vietnamese Army.
00:16:52.000 They're not remotely comparable in terms of capability.
00:16:58.000 Unbelievable.
00:16:59.000 Unbelievable.
00:16:59.000 And by the way, his people were telling him that this collapse is going to happen.
00:17:02.000 They were all telling him this.
00:17:03.000 And he didn't care because he's a stubborn ass.
00:17:06.000 And not only is he an ass and a fool, but he's a bad person.
00:17:10.000 He's a bad person.
00:17:10.000 He knew all this.
00:17:11.000 He didn't make any plans.
00:17:12.000 And then again, when things went wrong, he did not care.
00:17:17.000 By August 18th, this is about eight days before the bombing that killed 13 American service members.
00:17:22.000 He was saying, knock on wood, nobody's died.
00:17:24.000 It's all going great.
00:17:24.000 It's all going great.
00:17:26.000 Sure, it's not true that nobody had died.
00:17:28.000 Tons of Afghans had already died.
00:17:30.000 They didn't care about that, obviously.
00:17:33.000 It took two days to take control of the airport.
00:17:35.000 We have control of the airport now.
00:17:36.000 Still a lot of pandemonium outside the airport.
00:17:38.000 Well, there is, but look, but no one's being killed right now.
00:17:42.000 God forgive me if I'm wrong about that, but no one's being killed right now.
00:17:48.000 No one was being killed right then, he said, at the airport, not across the country.
00:17:51.000 Across the country, thousands of people were being murdered by the Taliban, like dragged out of their house and killed, but he doesn't care about that.
00:17:57.000 That same day, he said, don't worry, we're not going to leave our Afghan allies behind.
00:18:00.000 By the way, spoiler alert, we left tens of thousands of Afghan allies behind.
00:18:05.000 We're going to do everything, everything that we can to provide safe evacuation for our Afghan allies, partners, and Afghans who Who might be targeted because of their association with the United States.
00:18:21.000 He was a liar.
00:18:22.000 We left all those people to be murdered.
00:18:24.000 He said two days later, we would not leave Americans behind.
00:18:26.000 This too was a lie.
00:18:27.000 We left hundreds of Americans behind.
00:18:30.000 We're going to do everything in our power to get all Americans out and our allies out.
00:18:36.000 Does that mean troops will stay beyond August 31st if necessary?
00:18:39.000 It depends on where we are.
00:18:42.000 And whether we can ramp these numbers up to 5,000 to 7,000 a day coming out.
00:18:48.000 If that's the case, they'll all be out.
00:18:51.000 Because we've got like 10,000 to 15,000 Americans in the country right now, right?
00:18:55.000 And are you committed to making sure that the troops stay until every American who wants to be out is out?
00:19:01.000 Yes.
00:19:01.000 Yes.
00:19:02.000 How about our Afghan allies?
00:19:03.000 We have about 80,000.
00:19:04.000 Liar.
00:19:05.000 Liar.
00:19:06.000 Well, that's not the estimate.
00:19:08.000 Is that too high?
00:19:09.000 That's too high.
00:19:10.000 How many?
00:19:10.000 The estimate we're giving is somewhere between 50,000 and 65,000 folks total, counting their families.
00:19:15.000 Does the commitment hold for them as well?
00:19:16.000 Okay.
00:19:17.000 That's way better.
00:19:17.000 The commitment holds to get everyone out that, in fact, we can get out and everyone should come out.
00:19:22.000 And that's the objective.
00:19:24.000 That's insane.
00:19:25.000 The commitment holds to get everyone out who we can get out.
00:19:29.000 That's not a commitment.
00:19:31.000 That same day, by the way, Joe Biden also said Al Qaeda were not in Afghanistan.
00:19:34.000 A lie, an abject, clear, and obvious lie to everyone.
00:19:37.000 In fact, we were relying on the exact same people who were involved in 9-11 to provide security at the airport.
00:19:43.000 Here's Joe Biden.
00:19:46.000 We made clear to the Taliban that any attack, any attack on our forces or disruption of our operations at the airport will be met with swift and forceful response.
00:19:59.000 We're also keeping a close watch on any potential terrorist threat at or around the airport.
00:20:05.000 No, they weren't.
00:20:06.000 No, they damned weren't, obviously.
00:20:09.000 We now have dead American service people to prove it.
00:20:12.000 This is the great moral exemplar of our age.
00:20:14.000 This is the person brought honor back to the White House.
00:20:16.000 This one?
00:20:17.000 This one?
00:20:19.000 The fact that the media have, again, basically shoved this entire incident back into the shadows is demonstrative of just where their allegiances lie.
00:20:26.000 And it is not, apparently, with sympathy for American troops.
00:20:29.000 It's amazing.
00:20:30.000 It's just amazing.
00:20:31.000 It's an amazing thing.
00:20:33.000 According to a recent report, Planned Parenthood continues to rake in billions of dollars.
00:20:36.000 Planned Parenthood is generating vast profits, including millions in taxpayer funding.

00:21:34.000 Okay, so just to get back to our timeline, just two days before the bombing at the Kabul airport, Jen Psaki was saying that everything was a massive success.
00:21:44.000 This is August 24th.
00:21:46.000 Does the president have a sense that most of the criticism is not of leaving Afghanistan, it's the way that he has ordered it to happen, by pulling the troops before getting these Americans who are now stranded?
00:21:59.000 Does he have a sense of that?
00:22:01.000 First of all, I think it's irresponsible to say Americans are stranded.
00:22:03.000 They are not.
00:22:04.000 We are committed to bringing Americans who want to come home, home.
00:22:07.000 We are in touch with them via phone, via text, via email, via any way that we can possibly reach Americans Okay, that lady now has a show on MSNBC.
00:22:15.000 Again, no one lost their job.
00:22:16.000 No American stranded is the White House's official position on what's happening in Afghanistan.
00:22:21.000 I'm just calling you out for saying that we are stranding Americans in Afghanistan when
00:22:26.000 I said when we have been very clear that we are not leaving Americans who want to return
00:22:31.000 home.
00:22:32.000 We are going to bring them home.
00:22:33.000 And I think that's important for the American public to hear and understand.
00:22:36.000 OK, that lady now has a show on MSNBC.
00:22:39.000 Again, no one lost their job.
00:22:40.000 Everyone failed upward here.
00:22:43.000 The bombing of course took place on August 26th.
00:22:46.000 The administration was openly saying at this point that they were relying on the Taliban to provide security at the airport, which is legitimately the worst idea in human history.
00:22:54.000 Here is General Ken McKenzie of CENTCOM saying that they relied on the Taliban for security at the airport where the bombing took place.
00:23:04.000 Do you still trust the Taliban and is it possible that they let this happen?
00:23:11.000 So as to whether or not they let it happen, I don't know.
00:23:13.000 I don't think there's anything to convince me that they let it happen.
00:23:16.000 As to whether or not I trust them, that's not necessarily a word I use very carefully.
00:23:22.000 You've heard me say before, it's not what they say, it's what they do.
00:23:26.000 They have a practical reason for wanting us to get out of here by the 31st of August.
00:23:30.000 And that's that they want to reclaim the airfield.
00:23:33.000 We want to get out by that day too, if it's going to be possible to do so.
00:23:36.000 So we share a common purpose.
00:23:39.000 We share a common purpose with the Taliban, we were told by this disgusting administration.
00:23:43.000 When the bodies came back home, Joe Biden, he was in a rush.
00:23:46.000 He had things to do.
00:23:47.000 I mean, reruns of Matlock were on.
00:23:50.000 You'll recall that as they took the bodies off the planes, Joe Biden was looking at his watch.
00:23:57.000 Joe Biden was looking at his watch.
00:24:00.000 He's just a vile man.
00:24:03.000 On August 26th, according to USA Today, 11 Marines, one Navy Hospital Corpsman, and an Army soldier were killed in bombings and gunfire at Hamid Karzai International Airport.
00:24:10.000 ISIS-K claimed responsibility.
00:24:12.000 It also killed 169 Afghans.
00:24:15.000 Biden said during remarks, the American service members who gave their lives, they were heroes, heroes who have been engaged in a dangerous, selfless mission to save the lives of others.
00:24:22.000 Biden met with service family members and attended his first dignified transfer as president.
00:24:26.000 That'd be the transfer of the bodies.
00:24:29.000 And he checked his watch apparently three separate times during the ceremony.
00:24:35.000 Associated Press photos taken 10 minutes apart show Biden checking his watch during the ceremony.
00:24:39.000 Another photo from Charles de France Press distributed by Getty also shows Biden glancing at his watch as well.
00:24:44.000 And a video from C-SPAN showed Biden checking his watch once near the end of the dignified transfer ceremony.
00:24:49.000 Again, deeply important for the president to know what time it is during the dignified transfer ceremony.
00:24:53.000 He's got his hand over his heart and his eyes on his watch.
00:24:57.000 This is a person who truly, truly cares because after all, he has to declare a success.
00:25:01.000 And just a couple of days later, that's exactly what he was doing.
00:25:03.000 He went on national television and said the whole thing had been a wonderful success for his administration.
00:25:07.000 This is August 31st.
00:25:10.000 Last night in Kabul, the United States ended 20 years of war in Afghanistan.
00:25:17.000 The longest war in American history.
00:25:20.000 We completed one of the biggest airlifts in history.
00:25:24.000 with more than 120,000 people evacuated to safety.
00:25:29.000 That number is more than double what most experts felt were possible.
00:25:34.000 No nation, no nation has ever done anything like it in all of history.
00:25:39.000 Only the United States had the capacity and the will and ability to do it, and we did it today.
00:25:46.000 The extraordinary success of this mission Never forget how this man sinned against the American people, against our Afghan allies, and against soldiers and their families.
00:26:07.000 We should not be forgetting that.
00:26:08.000 By the way, just as a capper to all of this, after the bombing, Joe Biden then proceeded to drone, randomly, an entire family in Afghanistan.
00:26:18.000 According to the New York Times, almost everything senior defense officials asserted in the hours and then days and then weeks after an August 29th drone strike turned out to be false.
00:26:26.000 The explosives, the military claimed, were loaded in the trunk of a white Toyota sedan struck by the drone's Hellfire missile or water bottles.
00:26:32.000 A secondary explosion in the courtyard in a densely populated Kabul neighborhood where the attack took place was a propane or gas tank, according to officials.
00:26:38.000 The car posed no threat at all.
00:26:41.000 They blew up a car in order to demonstrate Joe Biden was a strong, tough leader.
00:26:45.000 And so they just killed 10 civilians.
00:26:48.000 For no reason.
00:26:49.000 One of them was apparently somebody who worked with Afghan translators.
00:26:53.000 That is who Joe Biden is.
00:26:55.000 That's what Americans should be focused on going into the 2024 election.
00:26:58.000 And that's why these families will never see the light of day on national news.
00:27:02.000 That's why these Gold Star family members, you won't hear their names.
00:27:04.000 Again, certainly not outside of conservative media.
00:27:07.000 It's why the names of the soldiers won't be household names.
00:27:10.000 You'll hear endlessly about January 6th, where no one was actually killed, except for Ashley Babbitt, one of the rioters.
00:27:16.000 You'll hear endlessly about it.
00:27:18.000 You won't hear a damned word from now until the election from the mainstream media about the debacle of the Afghanistan pullout that ended with at least 13 American service members dead, hundreds of Americans left behind, thousands of Afghan allies left behind, and 38 million people under the tender mercies of the Taliban.
00:27:32.000 You'll never hear about it.
00:27:34.000 Because it underscores exactly what Joe Biden is, which is a person absolutely unfit for the presidency.
00:27:39.000 And that's leaving aside the fact that he is physically unfit for the presidency.
00:27:42.000 Yesterday, he continued to wander around aimlessly.
00:27:46.000 Where is he?
00:27:47.000 Oh, where am I supposed to go?
00:27:47.000 I don't know.
00:27:50.000 I don't know.
00:27:50.000 Who am I talking to?
00:27:51.000 Why am I here?
00:27:51.000 I don't know.
00:27:51.000 of the United States. Here he was yesterday wandering around. There was some sort of
00:27:54.000 ceremony at the White House for the Houston Astros. And once again, here he is just wandering
00:27:58.000 around aimlessly. Where is he? Oh, where am I supposed to go? I don't know. I don't know.
00:28:05.000 Who am I talking to? Why am I here? I don't know. All right, I'm just gonna... I don't know.
00:28:10.000 Everybody clapping for him, for people like, what is even happening right now?
00:28:16.000 Because this is who he is.
00:28:19.000 By the way, when you want to talk about Joe Biden and his corruption, leaving aside all the Hunter Biden corruption, which is still going to haunt the rest of his campaign, we should point out at this point that Joe Biden and the FBI and law enforcement officials crammed censorship down on the American people in the early years of his administration, including on The Daily Wire, We now know that the FBI, under the auspices of Joe Biden, was doing that sort of stuff.
00:28:49.000 That members of the FBI were cracking down on the Joe Biden, Hunter Biden laptop story during the election cycle itself.
00:28:57.000 These are the conditions under which we labor to have a fair election in this country.
00:29:01.000 Under a condition of censorship where the biggest stories get downplayed, smaller stories get upplayed, and certain stories get buried absolutely completely.
00:29:10.000 There's a reason why Joe Biden never feels the necessity to answer questions, and that's because nobody in the media actually wants to ask him a tough question.
00:29:15.000 Yesterday, he was back from his vacation.
00:29:17.000 He spent pretty much half his presidency at this point in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware,
00:29:21.000 where he sits on a beach doing nothing and ignored questions from the press, obviously.
00:29:27.000 Catch you later.
00:29:43.000 Gotta lean forward because if he stands upright for even a hot second, he will be on his butt in a matter of moments.
00:29:50.000 Even NBC News at this point is recognizing that his brand is tarnished and it should be tarnished.
00:29:54.000 Quote, President Joe Biden's brand as a family-oriented public servant has been a signature political asset that for more than 50 years has helped him win the argument that when judged up against the alternative rather than the almighty, he stacks up pretty well.
00:30:04.000 But the burnish on Biden's brand is being tested like never before ahead of a close 2024 election.
00:30:08.000 Some of the president's Democratic allies are worried about potential fallout from a confluence of family drama that spilled into public view and from Republican attacks that cut at the bedrock of Biden's longtime political appeal.
00:30:18.000 The GOP-led House is investigating the extent of Biden's role in helping his son Biden, Hunter, earn millions of dollars from foreign business interests during his time as vice president.
00:30:27.000 In a matter of much more personal nature, Biden recently acknowledged for the first time that he has a seventh grandchild, Navy Joan Roberts, a four-year-old daughter of Hunter Biden.
00:30:35.000 And again, this is all leaving aside the fact that the man doesn't care about anything that is not in his immediate purview.
00:30:43.000 He truly is a bad man.
00:30:45.000 And we should remember that because again, the attempt by the media to paint him as some sort of genteel elderly fellow is so far from the reality of who Joe Biden is that it beggars the imagination.
00:30:56.000 Okay, in just one second, we'll get to the latest cultural hero of the day.
00:30:58.000 I know it's gonna be somebody who I never heard of in one second.
00:31:01.000 An actual rapper, I believe, who is a cultural hero of the day.
00:31:04.000 We'll get to that momentarily first.
00:31:05.000 Most people only think about poor air quality when we have fires like the ones that happen in Canada, which cause New York to be a strange orange color, making the air quality absolutely garbage.

00:33:06.000 Alrighty, meanwhile, we have our hero of the day.
00:33:09.000 I've been reliably informed by Producer Savvy, who would know because I have no idea, that Neo is not just a character from the Matrix.
00:33:16.000 Neo, spelled N-E-Y-O, is an R&B singer.
00:33:20.000 Did not know that.
00:33:22.000 Had no clue.
00:33:23.000 But, this Neo person, not from the Matrix again, not Keanu Reeves, He is saying true things and then defending himself saying true things, which is like, this is good stuff, okay?
00:33:34.000 This stuff doesn't happen very often in pop culture.
00:33:35.000 So, Neo, again, not Matrix guy, the R&B singer.
00:33:41.000 He was on a show in which he committed the grave sin of suggesting that five-year-olds should not be picking their own gender.
00:33:48.000 Here's what he had to say.
00:33:49.000 Parents have almost forgotten what the role of a parent is.
00:33:53.000 Amen.
00:33:54.000 It's like, okay, if your little boy comes to you and says, Daddy, I want to be a girl.
00:33:59.000 And you just let him rock with that?
00:34:00.000 You just let... Right.
00:34:02.000 He's 5.
00:34:03.000 Right.
00:34:04.000 And where did he get that from?
00:34:05.000 If you let this 5-year-old boy decide to eat candy all day, he's gonna do that.
00:34:08.000 Exactly.
00:34:09.000 Like, when did it become a good idea to let a 5-year-old, let a 6-year-old, let a 12-year-old make a life-changing decision for theyself?
00:34:16.000 Right.
00:34:16.000 When did that happen?
00:34:18.000 Right.
00:34:18.000 Like, I don't understand that.
00:34:21.000 Correct.
00:34:21.000 Correct.
00:34:22.000 Okay, so he said that.
00:34:23.000 And the LGBTQ plus minus divided by sign rainbow mafia came for him.
00:34:28.000 And they said that he was very, very bad.
00:34:30.000 And then he put out a statement on his Twitters.
00:34:32.000 The statement on his Twitters was an apology tweet.
00:34:35.000 And it said, quote, after much reflection, I'd like to express my deepest apologies to anyone I may have hurt with my comments on parenting and gender identity.
00:34:41.000 I've always been an advocate of love and inclusivity in the LGBTQI plus community.
00:34:45.000 So I understand how my comments could have been interpreted as insensitive and offensive.
00:34:48.000 Gender identity is nuanced, and I can honestly admit I plan to better educate myself on the topic so I can approach future conversations with more empathy.
00:34:55.000 At the end of the day, I lead with love and support everyone's freedom of expression and pursuit of happiness.
00:35:01.000 Aww.
00:35:01.000 Well, I mean, that was the Malice Struggle Session apology.
00:35:04.000 But it turns out that he didn't write it, actually.
00:35:07.000 Believe it or not.
00:35:08.000 I mean, shocker.
00:35:09.000 It was his PR agency.
00:35:10.000 It was they who decided that Neo, not the guy from The Matrix, the R&B singer, had to walk this one back.
00:35:16.000 Because, obviously, it was terrible that he had suggested that five-year-olds cannot, in fact, choose their own gender, and it's bad parenting to suggest that they can.
00:35:23.000 Well, yesterday he was getting ripped up and down by a lot of people on the interwebs, pointing out that what he said in the first place was not wrong.
00:35:29.000 And he did something that you almost never see.
00:35:32.000 He came out and he walked back the walk back.
00:35:35.000 He said, I didn't write that.
00:35:36.000 I didn't put that out.
00:35:37.000 And this is bullcrap.
00:35:38.000 What I said in the first place is right.
00:35:41.000 First and foremost, I do not apologize for having an opinion on this matter.
00:35:45.000 I am a 43-year-old heterosexual man raising five boys and two girls, okay?
00:35:51.000 That's my reality.
00:35:52.000 Now, if my opinion offended somebody, yeah, sure, I apologize for you being offended because that wasn't my intention.
00:35:58.000 My intention is never to offend anybody.
00:35:59.000 However, I'm entitled to feel how I feel.
00:36:02.000 I was asked a question and I answered the damn question, okay?
00:36:05.000 I have no beef with the LBGTQIA plus community whatsoever.
00:36:10.000 I ain't got no beef with y'all.
00:36:12.000 Do whatever the hell it is you want to do.
00:36:13.000 Do what you want to do with your kids.
00:36:16.000 However, somebody asked my opinion on this matter and this is how I feel.
00:36:19.000 I will never be okay with allowing a child to make a decision That detrimental to their life.
00:36:25.000 I will never be okay with that.
00:36:26.000 I don't care.
00:36:27.000 I definitely plan to educate myself a little bit more on this matter.
00:36:30.000 However, I doubt that there's any book anywhere or any opinion that somebody's going to tell me that's going to make me okay with letting a child make a decision like that.
00:36:39.000 That's just period point blank. And that's how I feel.
00:36:41.000 So I like this, Neo.
00:36:48.000 This Neo is better than the one in the Matrix.
00:36:50.000 He's really good.
00:36:51.000 That's awesome.
00:36:52.000 And really good for him because let's be real about this.
00:36:55.000 When you just say no to the mob, the mob has no power over you.
00:36:58.000 It's only when you don't say no to the mob, when you cave to the mob, they have endless power over you because the moment you show them your throat, they just have you by it.
00:37:05.000 They have you by the throat and then they just choke the life out of you.
00:37:07.000 And the next time you step out of line, they club you.
00:37:08.000 And the next time you step out of line, they club you again.
00:37:11.000 What Neo did here by basically castrating his own managers and saying, no, this is not how I feel.
00:37:16.000 I'm going to say what I want to say.
00:37:18.000 You think he undermined his vast audience?
00:37:19.000 Of course he did not.
00:37:21.000 Do you think there are going to be tons of people who boycott Neo because of this?
00:37:24.000 The answer, of course, is not.
00:37:26.000 Instead, what he actually did is he said something that everyone in America knows to be true.
00:37:30.000 And those who say that it's not true, they're pretending and lying for the sake of political correctness and for political alliance and convenience.
00:37:37.000 Good for Neo.
00:37:38.000 Good for him.
00:37:39.000 We need more of that in our pop culture.
00:37:41.000 And here's the reality.
00:37:42.000 If celebrities aren't going to do it, who the hell is?
00:37:44.000 Is he going to be the regular guy who has to face down DEI and ESG at his workplace?
00:37:48.000 And the threat of being fired and losing his livelihood?
00:37:51.000 Neo's a very wealthy dude.
00:37:53.000 That dude is a best-selling R&B singer.
00:37:55.000 I have been widely informed.
00:37:56.000 And this means that he can actually afford to take on the powers that be in this particular area.
00:38:01.000 So good for him.
00:38:02.000 Good for... Again, you rarely see it.
00:38:04.000 When it does happen, it is worthy of celebration.
00:38:05.000 It is worthy of being lauded on all sides of the political aisle.
00:38:09.000 The courage to speak the truth is a big, big thing.
00:38:13.000 Good for Neo on this.
00:38:15.000 Okay, meanwhile, We are still awaiting more charges for Donald Trump because today ending in Y. Apparently, according to the Wall Street Journal, already facing three criminal indictments, Donald Trump is now bracing for a fourth in Georgia that is likely to come with a legal twist he hasn't faced yet.
00:38:30.000 Sprawling racketeering charges.
00:38:32.000 This is one of Fannie Willis' favorite charges.
00:38:34.000 Fulton County DA Fannie Willis is a prosecutor who made a name for herself bringing charges like this in high-profile cases.
00:38:39.000 Lawyers who have followed the investigation, including some who have worked with Willis in the past, expect her to invoke Georgia's RICO Act That is the Racketeering Influence and Corruption Organization Act, modeled after the Federal Racketeering Influence and Corrupt Organizations Act of 1970.
00:38:53.000 Signs are certainly pointing in that direction, said Anthony Michael Kreese, a law professor at Georgia State University.
00:38:58.000 Within the next couple of weeks, a grand jury is expected to consider whether criminal charges are appropriate for Trump and his allies, all the people who supposedly intervene in the Georgia election.
00:39:07.000 Trump has pled, of course, not guilty in both Washington, D.C.
00:39:10.000 and Florida to all federal charges and to that separate case in New York surrounding campaign finance.
00:39:15.000 George's Recode Law is a powerful tool for Willis.
00:39:18.000 The state code is modeled after a federal statute which was designed to help take down the mafia.
00:39:23.000 Under both the federal and George's Recode Law, prosecutors show there's an organization of people who commit crimes together on a recurring basis.
00:39:28.000 Members can be prosecuted for crimes that the group committed together.
00:39:33.000 So, this is supposedly the way that Willis is probably going to go about it.
00:39:37.000 The RICO statute lends itself well to the Georgia investigation because Trump allies around the country tried a range of tactics to keep him in power according to legal experts.
00:39:43.000 Andrew Fleischman, defense lawyer in Atlanta, says it gives prosecutors lots of choices as far as venue goes, at least to very long, complicated trials that wear down defense attorneys.
00:39:51.000 Critics of the RICO laws say it allows the government to join defendants with little connection to each other into a single prosecution.
00:39:56.000 So in other words, Rudy committed a crime, so now we wrap in John Eastman, and now we wrap in Trump, and then we just wrap it all up with a bow.
00:40:03.000 Willis says that she likes the RICO sort of stuff.
00:40:06.000 She says, I think jurors are very, very intelligent.
00:40:08.000 They want to know what happened.
00:40:09.000 They want to make an accurate decision about someone's life.
00:40:11.000 And so RICO is a tool that allows the prosecutor's office and law enforcement to tell the whole story.
00:40:15.000 So we are awaiting presumably racketeering charges against Trump coming in Georgia.
00:40:19.000 Meanwhile, Donald Trump is, as you would imagine, again, I understand it.
00:40:23.000 He's distracted with these legal cases as he will be all the way up until the election.
00:40:26.000 So instead of talking about Afghanistan and Joe Biden being a bad person, instead what we're going to get is a lot of talk about Jack Smith and maybe some sideswipes at St.
00:40:33.000 Mitch McConnell.
00:40:34.000 So yesterday, Donald Trump went after Jack Smith at one of his rallies.
00:40:39.000 Deranged Jack Smith.
00:40:41.000 He's a deranged human being.
00:40:42.000 You take a look at that face, you say, that guy is a sick man.
00:40:45.000 There's something wrong with him.
00:40:47.000 Somebody said, why don't you be nice to him?
00:40:49.000 I said, yeah, wouldn't matter.
00:40:51.000 Wouldn't matter.
00:40:52.000 This guy's a maniac.
00:40:53.000 They gave me a maniac.
00:40:54.000 Okay, so this is going to be the campaign.
00:40:59.000 And by the way, even if he's right, this is still going to be the campaign.
00:41:03.000 He did take some time off yesterday from doing that to sideswipe Mitch McConnell for a reason I cannot discern, considering McConnell has been one of his less vocal critics over time.
00:41:12.000 He got booed, Mitch Connell did, at an event.
00:41:14.000 And Donald Trump then said, I agree!
00:41:17.000 Boo!
00:41:17.000 Retire, retire, retire, boo!
00:41:20.000 Now, let's make something very clear.
00:41:22.000 Donald Trump's chief achievement as President of the United States was putting three conservative justices on the Supreme Court.
00:41:27.000 There's only one man he has to thank for that, it's Mitch McConnell.
00:41:30.000 Mitch McConnell is the reason that Donald Trump has a judicial legacy at all.
00:41:33.000 It was Mitch McConnell, not Donald Trump, who stopped Merrick Garland, the current Attorney General, the corrupt Attorney General, from being on the Supreme Court in the first place.
00:41:40.000 It was Mitch McConnell who basically ensured that Brett Kavanaugh got on the court.
00:41:45.000 It was Mitch McConnell who ensured that conservatives entered the Supreme Court of the United States as Donald Trump picked them.
00:41:53.000 And that is how Donald Trump treats his friends.
00:41:57.000 This is, again, we can run this campaign.
00:41:59.000 Is it going to go amazing?
00:42:01.000 I have some doubts.
00:42:02.000 I have some doubts.
00:42:03.000 Meanwhile, the media doing their best to take out the only plausible rival to Donald Trump at this point, Ron DeSantis.
00:42:09.000 Yesterday, they went after DeSantis because DeSantis did an interview with NBC.
00:42:13.000 DeSantis claimed correctly that Democrats want abortion to be legal through all nine months.
00:42:17.000 And Dasha Burns tried to fact check him.
00:42:19.000 Saying that it's a misrepresentation of what happening.
00:42:21.000 Just 1.3% of abortions happen in 21 weeks or higher, which still is like 12,000 abortions a year.
00:42:26.000 But yes, Democrats openly admit that they are in favor of abortion up till point of birth.
00:42:31.000 This is particularly true in New York, where literally the Empire State Building was lit up pink after a piece of legislation signed by Andrew Cuomo that legalized abortion through all nine months in the state of New York.
00:42:45.000 The simple fact is that DeSantis is right on that.
00:42:47.000 It doesn't matter.
00:42:47.000 The media are still going after him.
00:42:48.000 It's sort of a two-pronged attack.
00:42:50.000 On the one hand, they're trying to undermine him with debates by suggesting that he said the election was all on the up and up in 2020, which is not what he said.
00:42:57.000 What he actually said is that Donald Trump lost, but that there are plenty of factors stacked against Donald Trump.
00:43:02.000 That is true.
00:43:03.000 And then they're trying to claim that he's lying about abortion, which again, is not true.
00:43:06.000 Understand the tactic here for the media.
00:43:08.000 The media's tactic is build up Joe Biden, ignore his problems, attack Trump, attack DeSantis.
00:43:13.000 That's the media strategy.
00:43:15.000 Alrighty, now to the things that I like and things that I hate today.
00:43:19.000 So, things that I like.
00:43:20.000 So, there's actually some sad news.
00:43:22.000 William Friedkin, famous director, he died yesterday at the age of 87.
00:43:25.000 He's most famous for films like The Exorcist and Sorcerer.
00:43:31.000 I think that his best movie is actually one that nobody thinks is his best movie, which is Rules of Engagement.
00:43:36.000 So, The French Connection won a bunch of Oscars, including Best Picture, obviously.
00:43:40.000 Sorcerer was a remake of another great French film called Wages of Fear.
00:43:47.000 But Rules of Engagement is my personal favorite, because it is an actual gutsy take on what the War on Terror actually looks like.
00:43:52.000 And it was made in 2000, before the actual War on Terror.
00:43:55.000 Here is a little bit of the preview for Rules of Engagement, starring Tommy Lee Jones and Samuel L. Jackson.
00:44:00.000 What do you think?
00:44:01.000 I think they're out to crucify you.
00:44:07.000 Why did a well-trained fighting unit ignore the rules of engagement when their orders were simply to protect and, if necessary, evacuate the embassy?
00:44:16.000 There was a peaceful crowd.
00:44:18.000 That is, until Colonel Childress arrived and prevented me from pursuing further avenues of diplomacy.
00:44:23.000 Why are we sitting here?
00:44:25.000 The movie is tremendous.
00:44:26.000 It's Ben Kingsley as an ambassador in an unnamed Arab country, and the embassy is being overrun, and Marines are sent in to protect the evacuation, and there is firing from the crowd, and the Marines fire on the crowd, and Samuel L. Jackson's the person in charge, and they bring him up on charges of human rights violations and massacring civilians, supposedly, and Tommy Lee Jones is the lawyer who has to defend him.
00:44:49.000 It's a really good film.
00:44:50.000 It's a really gutsy film about what actually tends to happen in the Middle East, And the intermingling of civilian and terrorist targets.
00:44:58.000 It's a really ballsy film.
00:45:00.000 Honestly, totally worth the watch.
00:45:01.000 Great cast.
00:45:02.000 Everybody from Guy Pearce to Tommy Lee Jones, Samuel L. Jackson to Ben Kingsley is terrific in it.
00:45:07.000 Super underrated film.
00:45:08.000 Go check it out today.
00:45:09.000 Rules of Engagement.
00:45:10.000 Again, that is William Friedkin, who passed away yesterday.
00:45:13.000 Okay, time for some things that I hate.
00:45:19.000 So, shortly after the New York Times decided that it is no longer racist to sing a song called Kill the Boer, the person who was singing that, the head of a group called EFF in South Africa, he then came out and was like, oh no, no, I was pretty serious about that.
00:45:32.000 He says, never be afraid to kill.
00:45:34.000 Killing is revolutionary.
00:45:35.000 Here he was.
00:45:37.000 You must never be scared to kill.
00:45:41.000 A revolution demands that at some point there must be killing because the killing is part of a revolutionary act.
00:45:51.000 So, um, presumably that sort of genocidal language is totally okay.
00:45:55.000 I mean, the New York Times is downplaying Kill the Boer as, you know, just an old rebellion song.
00:46:00.000 Julius Malema, apparently it's totally fine what he is saying when he uses genocidal language because obviously he's a man of the left and of the racial left.
00:46:07.000 And so that's the thing that really matters in the end.
00:46:09.000 Okay, meanwhile.
00:46:10.000 The media are out in full-scale defense of Megan Rapinoe, who blew the U.S.
00:46:15.000 Women's National Soccer team's ability to move on in the World Cup.
00:46:18.000 Again, am I going to pretend I care very much about that?
00:46:20.000 No, I'm not, because I never cared about women's soccer, nor will I ever care about women's soccer, and it's not going to happen.
00:46:26.000 But, Megan Rapinoe is a nasty person.
00:46:31.000 Megan Rapinoe is the kind of person who kneels for the national anthem while benefiting more richly than pretty much anybody in human history from America's freedoms and liberalism.
00:46:40.000 It is totally incredible that a person who is truly as privileged as Megan Rapinoe, who makes lots of money for playing a sport no one has ever cared about or watched, and pretending to be a rebel in a culture that celebrates her, That she is so championed by the establishment.
00:46:56.000 It really is amazing.
00:46:57.000 So a lot of people were like, you know what?
00:46:58.000 This women's national soccer team, which has boycotted the national anthem and that champions people like Megan Rapinoe talking about how terrible and racist America is.
00:47:05.000 You know what?
00:47:05.000 I'm glad they lost.
00:47:06.000 And I feel it.
00:47:07.000 I get it.
00:47:08.000 I'm there, man.
00:47:09.000 Because when you root for the team, if the team doesn't, I like America.
00:47:13.000 If the team says America's bad, I don't like the team.
00:47:15.000 It's pretty much as simple as that.
00:47:17.000 That's not everybody on the team.
00:47:18.000 It's certainly Megan Rapinoe and the people who are most valorized by the media.
00:47:22.000 Well, now the media are very angry that people are kind of chortling over the fact that Megan Rapinoe and her team are out and that she's the one who really blew it.
00:47:30.000 The Washington Post Candace Buckner says it's America first, unless the U.S.
00:47:33.000 women's national team is involved.
00:47:34.000 This is the highest form of gaslighting.
00:47:36.000 It wasn't America first for the team.
00:47:38.000 The team didn't like America, or at least its most prominent members didn't.
00:47:41.000 So if we don't like the team, that's because we like America.
00:47:44.000 It's absurd.
00:47:45.000 It's like saying, I think Howard Zinn is bad.
00:47:47.000 And like, well, he is an American author, so you must hate America.
00:47:50.000 It's like, no, the dude hates America.
00:47:51.000 That's why I don't like Howard Zinn.
00:47:54.000 It's ridiculous!
00:47:55.000 But, says Candace Buckner, they waited four long years for this, stocking up on antiquated ammunition and preparing their muskets for the most pointless fight.
00:48:03.000 Well, I noticed you're writing about it.
00:48:04.000 When Megan Rapinoe, the lion-hearted heroine for one side and a woke traitor for the other, missed the target on her penalty kick, her enemies prepared to take long-range shots from across the globe.
00:48:13.000 Theirs is a thousand-year culture war with no end in sight and no purpose beyond stirring the pot.
00:48:18.000 Oh, we declared the culture war, did we?
00:48:20.000 I noticed she's the one who's kneeling for the national anthem, convincing her fellow teammates to do so, whining about a non-existent pay gap, and then proclaiming that she was a victim in a society that turns her into one of the most prominent people in America and has her getting medals from the President of the United States.
00:48:33.000 We declared the culture war.
00:48:34.000 This is my favorite thing.
00:48:36.000 Honestly, the left is constantly playing the game that older siblings play with the younger siblings, where they grab the younger sibling's arm, hit their younger sibling with their own arm, and go, stop hitting yourself!
00:48:44.000 Stop hitting her!
00:48:45.000 This is what they do.
00:48:47.000 It's total gaslighting.
00:48:49.000 You start the culture war, and you declare the culture war, and then when we notice it, and we say, no, we don't like these people, like, ah, because I hate America.
00:48:55.000 Why are you starting a culture war?
00:48:58.000 All conservatives have been doing for my entire lifetime is saying things that were true for all of human history with regard to the culture war.
00:49:06.000 Literally all of human history.
00:49:07.000 Male, female, child, foundational building point of all societies.
00:49:11.000 No, that's a culture war position.
00:49:13.000 Boys are not girls.
00:49:14.000 Oh, it's a massive culture war position.
00:49:15.000 Whoa!
00:49:17.000 Men and women should be treated individually in the marketplace.
00:49:20.000 No!
00:49:22.000 That's a culture war.
00:49:23.000 It's amazing that you say things that are perfectly obvious, like two plus two equals four.
00:49:27.000 They're like, whoa, that's a culture war.
00:49:29.000 That's a culture war, because there are people out there who say it isn't.
00:49:32.000 And until five seconds ago, everyone thought two plus two is four, but now that's now become an absolute hallmark of thinking that is biased and terrible and patriarchal.
00:49:44.000 This comment says, if for a moment we can ignore the throbbing migraine and mental fatigue caused by the vitriol and take this bottom feeder conversation at face value, we are surmised the U.S.
00:49:52.000 women lost to Sweden not because they could not score a goal through 120 minutes, but because the players were anti-American.
00:49:56.000 No, that's not why they lost.
00:49:57.000 That's not what we're saying we lost.
00:49:59.000 We're just saying we're happy they lost because they are anti-American.
00:50:02.000 That would be why.
00:50:02.000 I don't care why they lost.
00:50:05.000 I mean, again, I don't care about women's soccer.
00:50:06.000 A good high school boys team could beat the living hell out of the women's national soccer team.
00:50:12.000 They did.
00:50:12.000 The under-15 football club of Dallas beat the women's soccer team like 5-1 or something.
00:50:19.000 But, says this columnist, they exited the World Cup in the round of 16 because the majority of starters were too busy protesting the military to mount the lyrics of the Star Spangled Banner before marches.
00:50:27.000 It was shocking.
00:50:28.000 Most of the US players are new to the team and new to this liberal versus conservative conflict that grips the nation they are supposedly to proudly represent.
00:50:34.000 They were not part of the core that won the program's fourth World Cup in 2019, while also carrying the burden of calling out its own federation and fighting institutionalized gender discrimination.
00:50:43.000 Through it all, the team's lightning rod of a spokesperson, Rapinoe, wanted to smoke on any social and cultural matter she could find.
00:50:49.000 For her rainbow pride, for her right knee that at times remained on the grass during the national anthem, for a gut reaction about potentially accepting an invitation to be honored by the former one-time president, I'm not going to the effing White House, Rubino became the representative of the national team and the right's enemy of the state.
00:51:03.000 Again, she declared these positions and we said we didn't like them.
00:51:07.000 And she was the person you touted as the most important soccer player in human history.
00:51:11.000 Better than Lionel Messi.
00:51:12.000 And more important to future world prosperity and peace than Gandhi.
00:51:17.000 This was you guys.
00:51:20.000 Following the loss, Alexi Lalas, a former men's national team player, current Fox analyst, and well-known provocateur, called the team polarizing and unlikable to a portion of America.
00:51:28.000 That is true.
00:51:29.000 But they seem strange, coming from a person who's being paid to elevate soccer knowledge for Americans, not to Hannity-ize the game.
00:51:34.000 Again, it's always the same stupid game.
00:51:37.000 You declare a culture war, we notice it, we don't like it, and it's our fault.
00:51:40.000 Don't be gaslit by these morons.
00:51:42.000 Don't be gaslit by them.
00:51:44.000 It's okay to say that you're happy Megan Rapinoe lost.
00:51:46.000 It's okay to say that.
00:51:48.000 Alright guys, the rest of the show continues right now.
00:51:49.000 You're not going to want to miss it.
