Summary

In the wake of the shooting at a Christian school outside of Nashville, Tennessee, the Democratic response to the mass shooting seems to have been to focus on gun control, racism, and anti-Christianism. In fact, the real victims are trans activists, not the victims of the school shooter, and Democratic legislators in Tennessee who violated the law by breaking into the state capitol building and using bullhorns to shout from the rostrum. In other words, the new face of victimhood is not the slain victims, but Democratic legislators who are on the verge of overthrowing state legislatures. When Democrats, gun control activists, do this, that s just normal democracy. And in this case, that's not just democracy, it s violent democracy. The real victims in all of this are the trans activists. And now the new faces of victim are the Democratic legislators, who are breaking the law and shouting from the balcony of the Tennessee State Capitol in order to protest anti-transphobic policies that are actually a form of genocide. And they are the ones who should be the ones to pay the price for their crimes. This is not normal democracy, and it s not normal gun control. It s violent, and that s what we should all be worried about, not just about guns and racism, but about trans people being victims of evil Republicanism and their desire to be represented as victims of a fascist agenda. by the Democratic Party, not by the gun control agenda and the white people who are the victims in the face of evil, racist, anti-Americanism and white supremacy of a white supremacist, white-patriarchalism by white, cis-colonialism, and white-cronyist, white, male-nationalism, white supremacy, and bigoted, white patriarchy , and other things the white-nationalist, transphobia that is what we need to be fighting for, not against, and against, not for, and not against to be a better America . it s a better democracy, not we need a black and brown a better country not , not more white, not more, not less but more better or less , we need more black and ? with a better, not better, better, and more, n

00:00:00.000 Well, it wasn't all that long ago that a trans man, meaning a woman who believed that she was a man, went and murdered three Christian school children and three adults at a Christian school.
00:00:10.000 The manifesto has yet to be released.
00:00:11.000 Presumably, from all indicators, it will have something to do with not feeling accepted by the Christian community or the idea that the trans radical agenda is being threatened in some way.
00:00:21.000 The notion this was completely non-ideological, in other words, seems incredibly far-fetched.
00:00:25.000 Well, the Democratic president of the United States and Democratic legislators, they decided that the real issue here was guns and Republican racism.
00:00:33.000 That was the real issue.
00:00:34.000 The issue was not a trans man who is attempting to murder Christian schoolchildren and succeeding in that effort.
00:00:41.000 The problem did not require any sort of broader conversation about the rhetoric of the trans activist movement, which suggests that opposition to the idea that a man can be a woman and a woman can be a man is actually a form of genocide requiring some sort of redress.
00:00:54.000 And in the most extreme cases, violent redress.
00:00:56.000 Now, none of that was necessitated.
00:00:58.000 In fact, the Biden administration seemed relatively unconcerned about the whole thing.
00:01:02.000 They struggled for a narrative.
00:01:03.000 Their first narrative, of course, was, we need gun control.
00:01:05.000 That was their big narrative.
00:01:06.000 We need gun control.
00:01:07.000 And their other narrative, their other big narrative was, trans people are the victims of evil republicanism.
00:01:12.000 So in fact, the shooter may in fact have been a victim, not a perpetrator, not an evil piece of human debris.
00:01:18.000 No, this person must have been in some way victimized.
00:01:21.000 The level of sympathy for the parents, the level of sympathy for the families of the slain, that level just didn't exist from the very beginning in this particular shooting.
00:01:29.000 That's why the President of the United States, when he came down and he gave a presser on this, he let off the presser by talking about how he had come down only because there was ice cream available in the freezer.
00:01:38.000 It's also why that same day, the President of the United States was asked on camera whether this should be investigated as a hate crime, and then was told that Josh Hawley, the Senator from Missouri, had suggested that it should be, and his response was, well, whatever Josh Hawley says, I say the opposite.
00:01:50.000 This is not taking seriously the victims of the tragedy.
00:01:56.000 And in fact, Joe Biden did not travel to Tennessee to meet with the victims or victims' families.
00:02:01.000 The victims' families, as far as I'm aware, were not invited to the White House.
00:02:05.000 There was no major White House push.
00:02:07.000 In solidarity with victims, because frankly, it's possible the victims don't agree with Joe Biden on a lot of things.
00:02:12.000 This, of course, happened at a Christian school outside of Nashville, Tennessee's a very red state.
00:02:16.000 And so, all of this just went by the wayside.
00:02:18.000 The only thing that mattered was the political narrative.
00:02:20.000 Well, now the Democrats have found the real victims in all this.
00:02:23.000 The real victims.
00:02:24.000 There were two sets of victims.
00:02:25.000 The victims were trans activists.
00:02:27.000 Trans activists were being victimized all over the country by evil Republican legislators.
00:02:31.000 And now, the new face of victimhood in Tennessee, again, not the slain, not the families of the slain, the new faces of victimhood are, wait for it, Democratic legislators who violated the law by breaking into the state capitol building and then using bullhorns to shout from the rostrum.
00:02:46.000 Those are the real victims here.
00:02:48.000 So to just review for a moment.
00:02:49.000 After this shooting happened, there was a big rally at the Tennessee State Legislature in which a bunch of leftists stormed the Tennessee State Legislature.
00:02:58.000 And you can see here a film of what that looked like when they did.
00:03:05.000 It looks wonderful.
00:03:07.000 People being pushed into police officers.
00:03:09.000 The members of the state legislature had to be ushered into a restroom and they'd be locked in the restroom for safety purposes.
00:03:17.000 This was part of the tape that was not shown.
00:03:18.000 Typically what got shown was people who were sort of milling around inside the Capitol Rotunda, and then inside the actual hall of the legislature, the State Capitol Hall.
00:03:29.000 And it was supposed to be peaceful and wonderful and no problem at all.
00:03:32.000 Because again, the rule is when Republicans do it, when people who like Donald Trump do it, it's an insurrection that's on the verge of overthrowing democracy.
00:03:38.000 When Democrats, gun control activists, trans activists do this in multiple state legislatures, that's just normal democracy at work.
00:03:44.000 Okay, well that particular rally culminated...
00:03:47.000 In certain Tennessee state legislators, two state Democrats, one named Justin Pearson, another named Justin Jones, and a third named Gloria Johnson, who were now in the state capitol building, they were in the actual hall where the legislating is done, they were in the legislature, and they were violating the rules.
00:04:04.000 The two who violated the rules most severely were Justin Pearson and Justin Jones, both of whom happen to be black.
00:04:10.000 The third was a representative named Gloria Johnson.
00:04:13.000 Here is a little bit of the film of Justin Jones shouting through a bullhorn, violating the rules of protocol and procedure, and in fact trespassing.
00:04:19.000 There he is with a bullhorn.
00:04:35.000 And standing directly next to him, of course, is Justin Pearson.
00:04:40.000 He's shouting through a bullhorn, no justice, no peace, and he is holding up a sign.
00:04:44.000 Now, the reason that—so the Republican legislature decided, we cannot have this, and they expelled two of the three.
00:04:53.000 Now, the reason for that is because The third person apparently argued that she simply stood on the floor while the disruption was happening.
00:05:02.000 She didn't bang on the desk or hold on to a sign as the expulsion resolution charges.
00:05:06.000 So she actually made a legalistic defense as to why she should not be expelled.
00:05:09.000 So she was not expelled.
00:05:10.000 She said, listen, I didn't violate the rules as badly as the other two did.
00:05:13.000 So maybe you suspend me or whatever.
00:05:14.000 The other two got expelled.
00:05:16.000 This, of course, led to the media immediately declaring that because she is white and the other two are black, not because of differences in behavior, of course, it must be because of the race.
00:05:23.000 It must be because the Tennessee state legislature is racist.
00:05:26.000 And so, last week, Tennessee's Republican-controlled House of Representatives voted to expel two of those three Democrats.
00:05:31.000 That'd be State Rep.
00:05:32.000 Justin Jones, who's 27, of Nashville.
00:05:34.000 He was ousted 72-25 for inciting protesters to disrupt deliberations on the House floor.
00:05:39.000 And then, they spared Representative Gloria Johnson, who's a Democrat of Knoxville.
00:05:44.000 She survived 65-30 after she said, I didn't actually violate the rules as badly as the other two.
00:05:49.000 Then she, of course, tried to claim solidarity after getting herself off the hook.
00:05:52.000 And then finally, the chamber voted 69-26 in favor of removing a 27-year-old representative, Justin Pearson.
00:05:57.000 He is a Democrat of Memphis.
00:06:00.000 We'll get to the Democratic response to all of this in just one second, because again, it is outsized, outrageous, absurd on its face, and demonstrates where the passion of the Democratic Party is.
00:06:10.000 Not with the victims of a shooting, but with the activist class inside of its own party.
00:06:14.000 We'll get to that momentarily.
00:06:15.000 First, fact of the matter is, the economy He's in real trouble right now.
00:06:18.000 The inflation rates continue to be incredibly high.
00:06:21.000 The economy is on sort of a razor's edge right now.
00:06:23.000 Prices of essential goods are not coming down.
00:06:25.000 You need to start looking at ways to cut costs.
00:06:27.000 Well, one of the best ways you can cut costs, take a look at that cell phone bill.
00:06:29.000 You're spending way too much money on that cell phone bill.

00:06:44.000 And when you become a Pure Talk customer, you're given the option to support America's Warrior Partnership, an organization that helps to prevent veteran suicides.
00:06:51.000 So you're doing some good while you actually pay your cell phone bill.

00:07:21.000 Okay, so The Democrats, of course, have decided to ramp this up.
00:07:26.000 The real problem in Tennessee, again, was not a trans-radical murdering Christian schoolchildren, which might implicate, in some way, the trans-radical agenda.
00:07:34.000 We can't have that conversation.
00:07:36.000 We can have the conversation about evil right-wing rhetoric when a nut shoots up a congresswoman, Gabby Giffords, in Arizona.
00:07:43.000 We can link that to Sarah Palin and pretend this is all about evil right-wing rhetoric.
00:07:47.000 We can do that when there is a crazed Suppose a Trump supporter who is sending fake bombs to people, but we can't do that when it is a Bernie Sanders supporter shooting congressional baseball players.
00:08:01.000 We can't do it when it is a trans person who is shooting up Christian school kids.
00:08:05.000 We can't have any of those conversations.
00:08:07.000 Nope, we focus in on the key conversations.
00:08:09.000 So the key conversation is now switched over into the Democratic narrative, which is this is just the civil rights movement all over again.
00:08:15.000 The reason that Justin Pearson and Justin Jones were expelled is not because they violated the rules and the laws.
00:08:22.000 They weren't expelled because they did the same thing that, by the way, no legislators did on the Republican side of the aisle on January 6th.
00:08:29.000 There were no legislators on January 6th who actually went outside and urged the protesters to break into the Capitol building and then went into the actual Capitol building itself.
00:08:39.000 into the actual hall and then started yelling at the protesters who'd broken into the room on a bullhorn.
00:08:45.000 No one did that on January 6th.
00:08:46.000 The entire Republican Party was blamed by the media nonetheless and still is blamed by the entire Democratic media.
00:08:51.000 But when Democratic legislators do that and then get expelled because they broke the rules, which is the way that typically this works, then apparently the real issue is, of course, Republican racist tyranny.
00:09:01.000 So here was Gloria Johnson claiming, we have to stop that.
00:09:05.000 This is about fascism.
00:09:06.000 We have to stop fascism.
00:09:09.000 Our constituents from the gallery or remove the press and we were able to keep everybody there.
00:09:16.000 And it's so critical when these kinds of things are happening in this state.
00:09:20.000 We are marching into fascism with a super majority that has proven that absolute power corrupts absolutely.
00:09:33.000 Okay, this person is not even articulate enough to cite Lord Acton properly.
00:09:36.000 So, well done there.
00:09:38.000 Apparently it's fascism when the other side just has a supermajority, which will come as a shock to the entire California legislature, which has a Democratic supermajority and has for quite a while.
00:09:46.000 Meanwhile, State Representative Justin Pearson doing his best Malcolm X imitation because it's pretty obvious that that is what he's doing.
00:09:53.000 I mean, he's actually imitating the mannerisms of Malcolm X for better or for worse.
00:09:58.000 Here he was screaming about gun legislation.
00:10:02.000 The National Rifle Association and all of these gun lobbyists continue to be able to have control over our legislation.
00:10:07.000 What's going through my mind right now is we need to fight for democracy in the state of Tennessee, and we need people not only just to vote, but people to show up and speak out so that we can end the gun violence epidemic that's happening in our state.
00:10:20.000 This is wrong, this is unjust, and this is not the way that it has to be.
00:10:23.000 There is a better way for And we don't have to live this way, but the Republican Party of the state of Tennessee want to keep things the same.
00:10:30.000 If you want to fight to change it, if you want to help to make this place a better place, you have to use your voice, you have to use your power, and yes, sometimes you've got to get it spent.
00:10:41.000 Cosplaying the revolution, as always.
00:10:43.000 Because, again, no revolution is necessary.
00:10:45.000 Nothing's actually happening in the state of Tennessee.
00:10:48.000 When I say nothing is happening, I mean that the laws are not being radically changed.
00:10:52.000 I mean that the proposals that have been brought forth by Democrats do not stop school shootings, obviously, which is why you've had multiple of them in California.
00:10:59.000 Why you have shootings every single weekend in Chicago.
00:11:02.000 Again, these are the new victims.
00:11:02.000 But none of that matters.
00:11:04.000 The new victim class.
00:11:05.000 Politicians who make their money by going out and ranting and raving and not actually doing anything useful.
00:11:10.000 Then State Representative Justin Pearson also went on Meet the Press because now you get the full media tour.
00:11:16.000 This is the beautiful thing.
00:11:17.000 about being a politician who doesn't actually politic, who doesn't actually make deals, doesn't actually attempt to do anything effective.
00:11:23.000 The most important thing is that you get to go on Meet the Press, and you get to yell on TV, and it's really, really exciting.
00:11:28.000 So this was former state representative Justin Jones, one of the ones who was expelled, plus Justin Pearson talking about how the voters have been disenfranchised in their districts.
00:11:35.000 Now, here's the thing.
00:11:36.000 They haven't been.
00:11:36.000 Because now, the way that this works is if you are expelled, then the local board actually picks who's the person who fills that seat.
00:11:44.000 They're very likely to just reappoint those same people.
00:11:47.000 And if they don't, somebody else will represent that particular area.
00:11:50.000 But here are two heroes of the day on Meet the Press.
00:11:53.000 And so what we saw was a system of political hubris.
00:11:58.000 This was not just an attack on us, but it was an attempt to silence our our districts, predominantly black and brown districts who don't longer have representation.
00:12:04.000 78,000 people in each of our districts do not have a voice, do not have someone to deal with their constituent relations, are silenced.
00:12:10.000 And that's what this is about, it's about the people whose voices have been taken on Capitol Hill.
00:12:14.000 Wait, you've been just elected to the state house.
00:12:17.000 Did you ever feel welcome or did you feel unwelcome when you got there?
00:12:21.000 No, it has always been a toxic work environment to work in the Tennessee state capitol.
00:12:27.000 When you have people who make comments about hanging you on a tree and hanging black people on a tree as a form of capital punishment.
00:12:33.000 When you wear a dashiki on the house floor and a member gets up and they talk about your dashiki saying it's unprofessional.
00:12:39.000 They're really sending signals that you don't belong here.
00:12:45.000 Okay, that is... I'm sorry, that's ridiculous.
00:12:48.000 That's ridiculous.
00:12:49.000 People are making comments about hanging people on trees.
00:12:52.000 Who are these people?
00:12:52.000 Really?
00:12:54.000 Who are these people?
00:12:55.000 I'd like to know, because that person, I assume, would have to be expelled if a person said to a black person, perhaps you should hang people on trees, like the days of lynching, and that would be a great, wonderful thing.
00:13:05.000 I assume that that would be, like, a bad thing.
00:13:07.000 Okay, so it...
00:13:09.000 But, again, it's about the feelings of these people.
00:13:11.000 The feelings of these people is the thing that matters most.
00:13:14.000 Presumably, here, he's talking about a debate in Tennessee, in which a representative named Paul Sherrill says, he's talking about execution of criminals.
00:13:23.000 He said, execution of criminals.
00:13:24.000 I was wondering if we could put an amendment on them that would include hanging by a tree.
00:13:28.000 Well, that would be, like, for people who deserve the death penalty.
00:13:32.000 He is not talking about, like, randomly hanging black people on trees.
00:13:35.000 Not a great comment, but certainly not the kind of thing that is being implied there by Pearson.
00:13:40.000 Now, this has turned into a national issue.
00:13:42.000 The reason it's turned into a national issue is because Democrats need their national issue.
00:13:44.000 Their national issues are save the radical trans agenda and also everybody who is a Republican is a deep and abiding racist, even if what they are doing here is merely expelling people who obviously violated the rules of the Tennessee Statehouse.
00:13:58.000 Get to that momentarily first.

00:14:59.000 Starts now.
00:15:00.000 Okay, so this turned into a national issue because Democrats are looking for some way to swivel this Tennessee shooting into a win for them, which is really a sick kind of thing to try to swivel a shooting into a political win for your side without any reference to the victims whatsoever or the ideology that drove the shooter whatsoever.
00:15:17.000 As we'll talk about a little later on in the show, you see the same thing in the Middle East.
00:15:20.000 This sort of stuff happens all the time from the left-wing press.
00:15:22.000 Joe Biden decided that he was going to get involved and Joe Biden tweeted out He tweeted, quote, three kids and three officials gunned down in yet another mass shooting.
00:15:30.000 And what are GOP officials focused on?
00:15:32.000 Punishing lawmakers who joined thousands of peaceful protesters calling for action.
00:15:35.000 It's shocking, undemocratic and without precedent.
00:15:38.000 What demagoguery?
00:15:39.000 What demagoguery?
00:15:40.000 What have you focused on, dude?
00:15:42.000 You haven't focused, again, on any of the underlying ideological considerations.
00:15:46.000 You haven't focused on anything that would actually stop mass shootings.
00:15:49.000 You've explicitly attempted to prevent bills from going forward that would provide the sort of school security necessary to stop school shootings, because that's been a Republican proposal, not a Democratic proposal.
00:15:58.000 But the amount of sympathy you've shown for the families is close to nil as is humanly possible.
00:16:05.000 And yet you're talking about the GOP legislature.
00:16:07.000 Why are they focused on expelling these members?
00:16:09.000 Well, I mean, first of all, they can walk and they can chew gum at the same time.
00:16:12.000 The Tennessee state legislature has actually brought forth legislation to provide additional security at schools.
00:16:17.000 We've covered it on the show, but that's not the kind of legislation you want.
00:16:20.000 So it's all about the racism, supposedly.
00:16:22.000 And this provided a magical moment for Kamala Harris.
00:16:25.000 Yes, they've unleashed the vice president of the United States.
00:16:28.000 She is so wonderful.
00:16:30.000 And we know she's amazing at this because she's a black woman.
00:16:30.000 She's amazing at this.
00:16:33.000 It doesn't matter that she's actually quite terrible at this.
00:16:36.000 She got active.
00:16:37.000 So Kamala Harris has been completely AWOL on the border for literally years at a time.
00:16:41.000 Asked on national television, are you gonna go visit the border?
00:16:43.000 She's like, I already visited the border.
00:16:44.000 Lester Holt's like, well, did you?
00:16:46.000 She's like, no.
00:16:47.000 And then she was supposed to fix, as you recall, the crisis with regard to Ukraine.
00:16:54.000 Nothing there.
00:16:55.000 Crisis on the border, nothing there.
00:16:56.000 She's supposed to fix climate change, nothing there.
00:16:59.000 She's one of the more useless people in American public life, a person who has consistently failed upward in her career.
00:17:04.000 And peculiarly inactive, Kamala Harris.
00:17:07.000 She just kind of randomly goes to various events and then jabbers about Venn Diagram.
00:17:11.000 But she got super active on this one.
00:17:13.000 Why?
00:17:13.000 Because now she can claim the mantle of civil rights leader.
00:17:16.000 The mantle does not fit her particularly well.
00:17:18.000 So, according to Politico, here's the backstory.
00:17:19.000 Friday morning, just after 7am, VP Kamala Harris told her Chief of Staff Lorraine Bowles she wanted to go to Tennessee and show her support for the two legislators who were expelled from the State House the previous evening for mounting a demonstration in favor of gun control from the chamber floor.
00:17:32.000 Now, I noticed that Kamala Harris did not insist on doing that after the shooting.
00:17:36.000 That's the thing I noticed, is that a bunch of people got murdered, including three kids, and she, they sent Jill, they sent Dr. Jill to Tennessee.
00:17:44.000 Kamala Harris could not be bothered.
00:17:45.000 She was busy playing solitaire in her office.
00:17:47.000 She had more important things to do.
00:17:48.000 But, expel a couple of members for breaking into the statehouse, and then violating all the rules, and shouting from the Capitol floor, and then she will be there, boom, in a flash.
00:17:58.000 Not politically cynical at all by Kamala Harris.
00:18:00.000 This is just a matter of principle for her.
00:18:02.000 According to Politico, the idea wasn't exactly a surprise.
00:18:05.000 The VP had been checking in with senior staff as the situation heated up and asked them to keep her updated.
00:18:09.000 What was a surprise was the turnaround.
00:18:11.000 Harris wanted to go that afternoon.
00:18:13.000 Oh, the heroism.
00:18:14.000 Oh, the insane heroism to go that exact same day to one of the safest places in America, like an American city with full Secret Service protection.
00:18:23.000 Wow, it's like she's rappelling into Pakistan to shoot Osama bin Laden or something.
00:18:27.000 Wow, I can't believe it.
00:18:29.000 The same day even?
00:18:31.000 It's not like you could.
00:18:32.000 You could literally just buy a ticket to Nashville today.
00:18:32.000 I mean, you could.
00:18:34.000 You could.
00:18:35.000 But apparently it's like super giant heroism.
00:18:38.000 Trips for the VP, according to Politico, have complex logistical and security concerns.
00:18:42.000 They typically take days, if not weeks, to pull off.
00:18:44.000 Harris was giving her staff hours, and man, they snapped into service!
00:18:47.000 Ooh!
00:18:48.000 That's how much passion she has for not the victims.
00:18:51.000 She has that passion for two state legislators who are on all in with Chris Hayes and on Meet the Press.
00:18:51.000 For not the victims.
00:18:56.000 Really being victimized.
00:18:57.000 Like, really, really being victimized.
00:18:59.000 According to Politico, if you think the speed in which the vote was taken to expel them, Harris felt sensing a signal that we had their backs quickly was just as important, said a senior aide.
00:19:07.000 I don't think there could have been a stronger signal than to immediately go.
00:19:11.000 Harris's decision set off a flurry of activity at the White House, where many staffers were looking forward to a relatively quiet Good Friday ahead of Easter weekend and hoping to work from home.
00:19:19.000 But what was she going to do?
00:19:20.000 Well, she decided that she was going to give a speech.
00:19:22.000 No, no.
00:19:23.000 That's a shocker, by the way.
00:19:24.000 I thought that she was going to go there and she's going to perform magic, magic tricks or do like a ribbon dance or something.
00:19:28.000 But no.
00:19:29.000 She came up with a very creative idea to do a speech.
00:19:33.000 Around 11 a.m., Harris's staff came to her with an outline of a potential speech filled with grand ideas about democracy and the rule of law.
00:19:38.000 Harris listened, but opted for something different and dictated what she wanted to say.
00:19:41.000 She's very much like, quote, make it plain.
00:19:43.000 We need to explain to people very clearly what's happened here and not in necessarily lofty terms, but in ways they can understand.
00:19:49.000 Oh, the unparalleled genius of our vice president.
00:19:51.000 You mean you're not going to speak in Swahili?
00:19:53.000 You're going to speak in a way that people can understand, not in lofty terms, but in human language?
00:19:58.000 That people can understand?
00:20:00.000 Ugh, the creativity.
00:20:02.000 So impressive.
00:20:02.000 So impressive.
00:20:03.000 We'll get to Kamala Harris's astonishing command of the language of the people in just one moment.
00:20:07.000 First!
00:20:09.000 If you own a business, the last few years, well, they kind of suck.
00:20:12.000 When you had COVID, they probably shut down your business.
00:20:14.000 If they didn't shut down your business, you barely survived.
00:20:16.000 Then you got Biden inflation, now you're going to get a recession.
00:20:18.000 It's all been great.
00:20:19.000 Well, you could probably use a break.
00:20:20.000 Innovation Refunds can help you out.
00:20:21.000 Innovation Refunds knows the value of your time, which is why they made it easy to apply for the Employee Retention Credit, or ERC.

00:20:32.000 The ERC is a payroll tax refund from the United States Treasury Department applicable to businesses who kept employees on payroll during the pandemic.

00:20:45.000 They might be able to help your business too.
00:20:47.000 No upfront charge.

00:20:50.000 Don't miss the opportunity because the payroll tax refund only available for a limited time.
00:20:54.000 So, head on over to GetRefunds.com.
00:20:56.000 That's GetRefunds.com.
00:20:57.000 Again, this is for businesses that basically overpaid their taxes.
00:21:00.000 Well, now that tax refund is available to you through our friends over at GetRefunds.com.
00:21:04.000 Head on over to GetRefunds.com and see if you can get that payroll tax refund.
00:21:08.000 It's only available right now.
00:21:09.000 Go to GetRefunds.com.
00:21:10.000 All right, so the unparalleled genius of Kamala Harris, she sees two black legislators get expelled from the state legislature for the crime of actually violating the law.
00:21:20.000 And rule of law.
00:21:21.000 They love rule of law.
00:21:21.000 As we will see, they love rule of law.
00:21:24.000 This is why Donald Trump has to be indicted.
00:21:25.000 Democrats, there's nothing they love better than rule of law.
00:21:27.000 It is their favorite thing, except when they are actively incentivizing violations of the rule of law.
00:21:33.000 Well, apparently she went and she said, we're going to make it plain, guys.
00:21:35.000 We're going to do speeches.
00:21:37.000 But, says Politico, there were questions of where she would make the speech and to whom.
00:21:41.000 Fortunately, for the White House, they had someone they trust in Nashville, former Biden comms advisor, T.J.
00:21:45.000 Ducklow, who is the chief comms officer and senior advisor to the national mayor, John Cooper.
00:21:50.000 They quickly secured a venue at Fisk University and built out a crowd of roughly 700 at the historically black college and university.
00:21:57.000 Apparently, this is so funny, here's Politico's take.
00:21:59.000 So, I pointed out here that Kamala Harris did not come to Nashville to meet with the families, right?
00:22:04.000 Here's how Politico tries to defend her on that.
00:22:07.000 Although some conservative commentators have criticized Harris for not meeting with the families affected by last month's shooting at Nashville Covenant School, a White House aide tells Playbook the families were invited and that they offered blessings but ultimately couldn't make it.
00:22:17.000 Maybe because she didn't come to actually meet with the families.
00:22:19.000 Maybe because she came to defend the state legislators, not the actual dead people.
00:22:24.000 Maybe that.
00:22:25.000 By the way, offered blessings from the families is the equivalent of bless your heart, which is like the most dismissive thing that southern people can say.
00:22:33.000 It's when someone says something unbelievably stupid or insulting and people are like, ah, bless your heart.
00:22:38.000 That is the way you dismiss people.
00:22:40.000 But according to Politico, it was amazing.
00:22:42.000 That afternoon, Harris' 20-minute speech went off without a hitch.
00:22:44.000 I don't know what hitch was expected, exactly.
00:22:46.000 Was she going to like keel over in the middle of the speech?
00:22:49.000 A third Harris aide says, quote, I'm so sick of this feeling seen garbage.
00:22:58.000 Ugh, they feel seen?
00:23:00.000 What if they don't feel seen?
00:23:02.000 Like, well, what happens if you don't feel seen?
00:23:02.000 They die?
00:23:03.000 Because I can think of people who actually died who don't feel particularly seen right now.
00:23:07.000 But again, the priorities are perfectly obvious.
00:23:09.000 So here is Kamala Harris doing her.
00:23:11.000 Fight against Jim Crow.
00:23:12.000 By the way, the fight against Jim Crow involves apparently going to a state in which there are a bevy of black legislators and talking about how everyone is racist.
00:23:21.000 A democracy says you don't silence the people!
00:23:24.000 You do not stifle the people!
00:23:26.000 You don't turn off their microphones when they are speaking about the importance of life and liberty!
00:23:34.000 These leaders had to get a bullhorn!
00:23:40.000 They had to get a bullhorn!
00:23:41.000 Time to be heard!
00:23:44.000 And then guess what?
00:23:45.000 Cause you know what?
00:23:46.000 Can't have those voices in that room challenging notions about who should say what and when and where.
00:23:57.000 Let's expel them!
00:24:00.000 Okay, so this is a Vice President of the United States actively inciting violation of law and violation of breach of all rules on the floor of the Tennessee State Legislature.
00:24:11.000 Now, this is, of course, not the first time that Kamala Harris has incentivized lawbreaking.
00:24:14.000 She, of course, tried to bail out actual rioters during the Black Lives Matter riots of 2020, but it just shows you these are people who respect the law.
00:24:21.000 They respect the law up until the point When the law actually applies to them, at which point they really, really don't like the law at all.
00:24:27.000 And their priorities are perfectly clear.
00:24:29.000 Look, this is just a cynical play.
00:24:31.000 Does she actually care about this?
00:24:31.000 Of course not.
00:24:32.000 Of course not.
00:24:33.000 She wants her moment in the sun.
00:24:36.000 And she's a black woman who's going to speak about racism in the South.
00:24:39.000 And she's going to go there and she's going to wave her arms as though she's an inflatable thingy over at the local car wash.
00:24:45.000 And it's going to be so exciting.
00:24:47.000 It's going to be not fake at all.
00:24:49.000 Not as fake as AstroTurf.
00:24:51.000 It's not going to be artificial.
00:24:52.000 It's not going to be I can't believe it's not butter.
00:24:53.000 It's going to be actual butter!
00:24:55.000 It's going to be amazing!
00:24:56.000 Except for it is absolutely fake and she is terrible at her job and everyone can see it.
00:25:00.000 But they have to come up with some narrative.
00:25:02.000 It's all about narrative for the left.
00:25:04.000 It's not about the fact pattern.
00:25:05.000 Victims don't matter for bleep.
00:25:07.000 They do not matter whatsoever.
00:25:10.000 And by the way, the one conversation that must be avoided at all costs, of course, is, of course, the trans conversation.
00:25:15.000 Never forget, this was a shooting by a trans person of Christian school children.
00:25:19.000 I know this is difficult for people on the left to either accept or comprehend.
00:25:23.000 It is a thing that happened.
00:25:24.000 And when you pretend it did not happen, when the vice president has nothing to say to the families for weeks on end, but then she descends to scream and shout at a historically black college and university about racism in Tennessee for expelling a bunch of people cosplaying as civil rights leaders, Well, their priorities are absolutely clear.
00:25:42.000 Speaking of the priorities being absolutely clear, the Democratic Party continues along its march to promote the radical trans agenda.
00:25:50.000 According to the Washington Post, the Biden administration has now put forward new regulations.
00:25:55.000 on transgender athletes in schools.
00:25:58.000 These new regulations disallow blanket bans on transgender athletes that have been approved across the country.
00:26:03.000 So supposedly, the Biden administration believes that it can just unilaterally, through the power of the executive branch, ban states from passing laws that say that men should not compete in women's sports.
00:26:13.000 According to the Washington Post, the Biden administration on Thursday proposed new regulations that would allow schools to bar transgender athletes from participating in competitive high school and college sports, but disallow blanket bans on the athletes that have been approved across the country.
00:26:25.000 So that is Joe Biden actually winking and nodding at the fact that this program is really, really unpopular.
00:26:30.000 So he's saying like, OK, maybe you can ban like a man from boxing women in college athletics, but we're going to go up against the evil Ron DeSantis and Bill Lees across the country.
00:26:40.000 The rules would narrow when discrimination of trans athletes would be permitted, but they would also offer guidelines for when schools could bar their participation.
00:26:47.000 Under the proposal, schools would need to consider a range of factors before imposing a ban on trans athletes, and would need to justify it based on educational grounds, such as the need for fairness.
00:26:55.000 So, for instance, a school district could justify a ban on trans athletes on their competitive high school track and field team, whereas a district would have a harder time making that case for an intramural middle school kickball squad.
00:27:05.000 Well, I mean, I have a question.
00:27:06.000 Why?
00:27:08.000 I mean, a lot of the sports that you're talking about, presumably, like, you know, a boy kicking a ball in high school kicks a ball a lot harder than a girl.
00:27:08.000 Really, why?
00:27:18.000 You may have noticed that, whether it's intramural or non-intramural.
00:27:21.000 But it doesn't matter.
00:27:23.000 What's funny about this particular proposal is Joe Biden is trying to split the baby and everybody's mad.
00:27:27.000 So the trans community is like, no, we need men punching women in the boxing ring.
00:27:31.000 And the people who are saying and believe that men and men are women, we're saying, like, well, I don't understand why you guys get to put any rules on this whatsoever.
00:27:39.000 So Joe Biden jumping in on defense of this.
00:27:55.000 Meanwhile, you know one place where it actually matters whether somebody is a man or a woman?
00:28:00.000 Like in the military.
00:28:02.000 Unpopular position, but it turns out that men carry heavy things and perform Feats of different physical prowess than women.
00:28:11.000 But the good news is that we have really reshaped how we've done our military, which is why Politico reports, it was their top headline yesterday, the DOD's highest ranking trans official is now saying that we cannot ostracize anyone.
00:28:21.000 Because that's what the military is all about, guys.
00:28:23.000 The military is about where you feel accepted.
00:28:26.000 I know, you thought that that was just your therapist's office.
00:28:28.000 Wrong!
00:28:29.000 It's the United States military that has to face down China and Russia.
00:28:32.000 That's where we have to have feelings of acceptance.
00:28:33.000 That's the key.
00:28:35.000 Sean Skelly was a naval commander working to help fend off roadside bomb attacks when she came to a realization about herself, says Politico, one that meant her career in the military was over.
00:28:44.000 It was 2006.
00:28:45.000 Don't Ask, Don't Tell was still in effect.
00:28:48.000 As long as they kept their sexual identities under wraps, you could do what you wanted to do.
00:28:52.000 Skelly had identified as a man up until that point.
00:28:54.000 Now she felt she could no longer do so and decided to retire from military service as soon as possible.
00:28:58.000 Well, now she's back at the Pentagon, this time as a civilian, an assistant secretary of defense for readiness, Skelly oversees military preparedness for warfighting, including training programs, equipment safety, and munitions supplies.
00:29:09.000 And Skelly has a message for Republicans accusing the DoD of promoting diversity and inclusion in the armed forces at the expense of military readiness.
00:29:17.000 Their campaign is what's hurting the military's warfighting capabilities.
00:29:20.000 Yes, the dearth of people being recruited to the military is because we are not warm enough to trans soldiers.
00:29:25.000 We need more male soldiers being able to cut off their balls at taxpayer expense in order to make ourselves more militarily ready.
00:29:32.000 That is the most important thing we can do.
00:29:34.000 Acceptance.
00:29:35.000 Diversity.
00:29:37.000 If we paint it on the bombs that we drop over Afghanistan, it makes the bombs okay.
00:29:40.000 That's how this works.
00:29:41.000 Skelly said, if you want to be ready, you have to ensure that everybody that is in your force can be their best selves and contribute as a member of the team and be seen as valuable.
00:29:48.000 Is that really what you do when you build a military team?
00:29:51.000 You make sure that everybody feels real good about themselves inside?
00:29:53.000 Because literally every military person I've ever talked to says that's nonsense.
00:29:58.000 Literally all of them.
00:29:59.000 That is the opposite of what you do in the military.
00:30:01.000 In the military, they literally break you down as a human being, and then they build you back up as part of a unit.
00:30:07.000 The idea that individualism is the source of military prowess is one of the stupidest things I have ever heard.
00:30:12.000 But it does not matter, because Skelly has now been appointed as the DOD's highest-ranking openly trans official.
00:30:18.000 The second to hold an office that requires Senate confirmation the first is, of course, our Admiral, our very- Because he knows how to pilot a boat, man.
00:30:26.000 Rachel Levine over at Health and Human Services, one of the great admirals of all time.
00:30:32.000 It is amazing.
00:30:33.000 I mean, I've never seen an admiral quite as incredible as Rachel Levine.
00:30:38.000 It basically goes, Horatio Nelson?
00:30:41.000 Lord Mountbatten, Rachel Levine.
00:30:46.000 Amazing, amazing stuff there.
00:30:49.000 This administration has its priorities all in order, and the good news is that they are backed by the entire elite in our institutional life.
00:30:55.000 We'll get to that in just one moment.
00:30:56.000 First, It's very difficult to get the amount of fruits and vegetables you need in a healthy diet.
00:31:01.000 It just is.
00:31:02.000 The American Heart Association recommends four to five servings each of fruits and vegetables every single day.
00:31:05.000 That is a lot of fruits and vegetables.
00:31:07.000 And here's the thing.
00:31:08.000 Fruits taste pretty good.
00:31:10.000 Vegetables taste like garbage.
00:31:11.000 I'm very anti-vegetable.
00:31:12.000 And this is one of the reasons I rely upon balance of nature.
00:31:15.000 Balance of nature, fruits and veggies are a great way to make sure you're getting essential nutritional ingredients every single day.

00:31:58.000 Also, we are coming up on almost one year since the release of my friend Matt Walsh's groundbreaking documentary, What is a Woman?
00:32:04.000 The most important documentary of the last decade.
00:32:06.000 It exposed radical gender ideology for what it is.
00:32:08.000 You would think this would be ample enough time for people to come up with an answer to that question.
00:32:12.000 Well, that's not true.
00:32:13.000 Matt discovered at the Young America Foundation Q&A in New Mexico last week that the answers to that question are still just insane.
00:32:19.000 I'm sure you've seen the clip going viral from after Matt's speech when a self-identified trans woman, biological dude, attempted to answer a very predictable question, like the most predictable question in the world coming from Matt Walsh.
00:32:29.000 What is a woman?
00:32:30.000 The person responded, quote, A woman is somebody who is included and respected and seen and participates in society recognized by other women.
00:32:38.000 That's not a definition of anything.
00:32:44.000 That's literally a definition of nothing.
00:32:46.000 If you haven't yet seen What Is A Woman, or if you're on the left and still somehow find yourself confused at Basic Biology, I have some good news.
00:32:52.000 You can now get 30% off your DailyWare Plus membership when you use code WOMAN.
00:32:55.000 If you've already seen the film, you understand how important it is.
00:32:58.000 If you haven't or know somebody who hasn't seen it, tell them to watch it.
00:33:01.000 Buy them a gift subscription because it's important people watch this film.
00:33:03.000 It is the center of the cultural debate right now.
00:33:05.000 We need to start recruiting more people back to, you know, not craziness, to watch What Is A Woman Well, the entire cadre of cultural arbiters have decided that, again, they agree with the dual narratives that the Biden administration has been pushing out after the murder of Christian schoolchildren by a trans man.
00:33:27.000 And that narrative is that trans people are the real victims of all of this.
00:33:30.000 Because trans people are not only the real victims, they're the most important people in society.
00:33:34.000 Which is why, apparently, if you are speaking in defense of trans-radical ideology, you can assault women.
00:33:41.000 Riley Gaines is a college swimming champion who spoke at San Francisco State University.
00:33:48.000 And San Francisco State University students decided to assault Riley Gaines.
00:33:52.000 Here's what it looked like.
00:33:52.000 Here's some of the video.
00:33:53.000 Trans rights are human rights!
00:33:56.000 Trans rights are human rights!
00:33:58.000 Riley Gaines had to be ushered out by police officers from this building as people tried to attack her.
00:34:04.000 Do you see the kind, gentle, accepting, diverse?
00:34:10.000 This is diversity, equity, and inclusion in action right here.
00:34:13.000 Amazing how DEI is very close to D.I.E.
00:34:17.000 Really, really amazing stuff happening right here.
00:34:19.000 Look at these kind, tolerant— They're wearing their masks, though.
00:34:21.000 I still see some of them wearing their COVID masks.
00:34:22.000 That's the really important thing, is they attempt to assault a woman.
00:34:26.000 Screaming like crazy people.
00:34:28.000 Gaines was forced to barricade herself inside a room for around three hours at the San Francisco State University campus on Thursday after a group of activists ambushed her, according to the UK Daily Mail.
00:34:36.000 She was giving a speech to students about competing against Leah Thomas, a transgender woman, meaning a dude with twig and berries, at the Women's NCAA Swimming Championships last year.
00:34:45.000 It's unclear what set off the fracas, but apparently students are loudly drawing out Gaines' speech about competing against biological males in women's sports.
00:34:52.000 Well, the good news is that the university is all behind the crazy students.
00:34:55.000 Jamila Moore, the Vice President for Student Affairs and Enrollment Management, claims the school is proud of the students who participated peacefully and made it clear that the trans community is welcome at the school.
00:35:04.000 Gaines responded angrily, writing, quote, I'm sorry, did this just say peaceful?
00:35:08.000 I was assaulted.
00:35:08.000 I was extorted and held for ransom.
00:35:10.000 The protesters demanded I pay them if I wanted to make it home safely.
00:35:14.000 She said, I have no problem with peaceful protests.
00:35:15.000 I welcome it. I was grateful to see a diverse crowd in the room during my speech. I expressed that multiple times.
00:35:20.000 We had a great dialogue and listened to each other. That ambush was the opposite of peaceful.
00:35:24.000 But again, that doesn't really matter.
00:35:27.000 Apparently Gaines's husband, Louis Barker, said that Gaines has said that she was hit multiple times by a dude in a dress.
00:35:34.000 But that's all fine, guys.
00:35:36.000 It's all fine.
00:35:37.000 This is peaceful and wonderful because here are the rules.
00:35:39.000 You can violate any rule you want so long as you are a Democrat.
00:35:42.000 That's the way this works.
00:35:42.000 And not only that, you will be subsidized and you will be sponsored if you buy into the radical agenda and if you are a member of the radical hierarchy of the agenda.
00:35:51.000 So, as I've said.
00:35:53.000 The trans man who shot up a Christian school.
00:35:55.000 The narrative had to be, in some way, we'll see when the manifesto inevitably comes out eventually, we'll see that the narrative of a quote-unquote trans genocide, that it is a genocide against people when you say no, you are actually a member of your own biological sex.
00:36:07.000 Just spoiler alert, not a genocide.
00:36:09.000 And when you say that often enough, a crazed fringe of people may go and commit acts of violence.
00:36:14.000 So, is it good that we have people who are subsidized by America's biggest corporations saying just that?
00:36:19.000 Here's Dylan Mulvaney from January, suggesting that if young people don't have face-altering surgery, they might die, that actually it is a life-saving procedure, like a heart transplant or something, to shave down your jaw so you appear somewhat more feminine, although apparently you still have to shave a couple times a day to avoid the five o'clock shadow.
00:36:38.000 You know I have a flair for the dramatics, but it's so good, right?
00:36:42.000 I'm so happy, and it's still me, it's just a little bit softer of a version.
00:36:47.000 And I just hope that all trans and non-binary people can get the gender-affirming resources that they need, because this is life-changing, and sometimes life-saving.
00:36:58.000 They want to seem perfect.
00:37:00.000 They want to make sense to cis people.
00:37:01.000 Because sometimes when cis people are confused, they can be violent.
00:37:04.000 quote trans woman and a quote-unquote non-binary person meaning two white men discussing what it's like to be a woman which makes perfect sense.
00:37:14.000 They want to seem perfect. They want to make sense to cis people because sometimes when cis people are confused they can be violent.
00:37:25.000 Very much so.
00:37:27.000 And so we all feel like, well, I gotta make sense.
00:37:30.000 It's gotta be in a row, it's gotta be a narrative, it's gotta have beginning, middle, and end, it's gotta... whatever.
00:37:35.000 I can't set the movement back.
00:37:37.000 Did you ever feel that way?
00:37:38.000 Oh my gosh, I felt like I've set the movement back many a time.
00:37:42.000 I was actually non-binary before this experience of being a trans woman, and I felt guilty for then transitioning to... From they-them to she-they.
00:37:53.000 Yeah, I felt like I was taking power away from being non-binary and that it really is a gender identity that exists.
00:38:02.000 Did you ever stop to consider that you showed something beautiful?
00:38:08.000 You know who's top to consider?
00:38:09.000 This person showed something beautiful.
00:38:10.000 Nike!
00:38:12.000 So, ladies out there who wear Nike gear, when you put on that Nike gear, is this what you look, feel, and act like?
00:38:20.000 Is this, um, yeah, man.
00:38:22.000 Here we go.
00:38:23.000 This is sponsored athlete Dylan Mulvaney.
00:38:30.000 That is exactly what Dylan Mulvaney acted like when he was just a gay dude.
00:38:35.000 Like, literally we have tape from him on Ellen doing exactly the same kind of stuff as a gay dude.
00:38:39.000 There's a video of him pretending to be a cheerleader when he was just a gay dude doing exactly the same kind of stuff.
00:38:44.000 It's just like, this is what women are looking for.
00:38:47.000 Ladies, are you looking for, um, are you looking for this, um, this kind of sports bra to be worn this way?
00:38:54.000 Is that what you're looking for, ladies?
00:38:55.000 Because I, what's the crowd here?
00:38:57.000 Who are the people who are like, ugh, Dylan Mulvaney endorsed it, I'm in.
00:39:00.000 I'm all in.
00:39:01.000 Well, as you'll recall, Nike women is like that.
00:39:04.000 That's a that's an absurd one.
00:39:06.000 Dylan Mulvaney doesn't just have sponsorships from Nike women.
00:39:09.000 Dylan Mulvaney has a sponsorship from Tampax.
00:39:11.000 I'm not kidding, which I don't even know where Dylan Mulvaney would put the tampon.
00:39:16.000 Because that person does not, number one, no period.
00:39:18.000 Number two, no vagina.
00:39:19.000 So there are only a certain number of bodily orifices in which Dylan Mulvaney can put a tampon.
00:39:24.000 None of them are the one where ladies put the tampon.
00:39:26.000 So there's that.
00:39:28.000 But has a sponsorship deal, nonetheless.
00:39:30.000 And then it was Bud Light!
00:39:31.000 Because when you think Bud Light, you know, a cheap crappy beer for poor white people, then what you probably are thinking is, we need a trans woman who was once in Book of Mormon as a gay man.
00:39:42.000 To be the face of that.
00:39:44.000 So for all of us who are sort of puzzled about the marketing strategy on that, the good news is that we now have an answer on the marketing strategy.
00:39:50.000 The vice president of Bud Light is a person named Alyssa Heinerscheid.
00:39:53.000 And she was asked about this.
00:39:54.000 And she has an answer as to how the marketing strategy at Bud Light has changed.
00:40:00.000 I had a really clear job to do when I took over Bud Light.
00:40:03.000 And it was, this brand is in decline.
00:40:06.000 It's been in decline for a really long time.
00:40:09.000 And if we do not attract young drinkers to come and drink this brand, there will be no future for Bud Light.
00:40:15.000 So I had this super clear mandate.
00:40:17.000 It's like, we need to evolve and elevate this incredibly iconic brand.
00:40:22.000 And what I brought to that was a belief in, okay, what does evolve and elevate mean?
00:40:29.000 It means inclusivity.
00:40:31.000 It means shifting the tone.
00:40:33.000 It means having a campaign that's truly inclusive and feels lighter and brighter and different and appeals to women and to men.
00:40:43.000 Okay, so in 1941, there is a thinker, conservative thinker named James Burnham, and he wrote a book called The Managerial Revolution.
00:40:52.000 His basic idea was that institutions, businesses, they get taken over by a quote-unquote managerial elite.
00:40:57.000 These are people who are utterly disconnected from the market.
00:40:59.000 They are utterly disconnected from the actual stockholders of the corporation.
00:41:02.000 They are a self-supporting bureaucracy whose main idea is keep yourself in business.
00:41:07.000 And the way you keep yourself in business is by promoting bizarrely insular ideas.
00:41:13.000 That are mirrored by the rest of the managerial elite.
00:41:15.000 That's what you're watching right there.
00:41:16.000 This is a person who went to Harvard and Wharton, I believe, is the story with this Alyssa Heinerscheid.
00:41:23.000 Trying to market a cheap beer to poor people.
00:41:27.000 And her take is, what we need is trans people marketing beer.
00:41:33.000 This is not a smart person.
00:41:34.000 This is a stupid person.
00:41:35.000 This is a stupid idea.
00:41:37.000 The way that you market a beer to poor people is not by, you know, slapping them in the face about their own lifestyles and values.
00:41:44.000 But apparently it is, because this is the thing.
00:41:46.000 Our corporate bosses have decided that they need to change the audience.
00:41:49.000 The audience is bad.
00:41:50.000 The market is bad.
00:41:51.000 It's made up of bad people with bad principles, and so it is their job to teach and educate the audience, and then they can sell to the audience that they themselves have educated and changed.
00:42:00.000 It's really insulting, and everybody who feels insulted by Nike and Bud Light for doing this sort of stuff should take their business elsewhere.
00:42:07.000 We'll get to more in just one second.
00:42:09.000 First, let's talk about a new movie.
00:42:11.000 It is opening April 14th.
00:42:12.000 It's called Nefarious.
00:42:13.000 It looks and sounds like another forgettable horror film, but this one is different.
00:42:17.000 Why?
00:42:17.000 Well, Nefarious was made by the same Christian filmmakers who made God's Not Dead and Unplanned.
00:42:21.000 It's not actually a horror film.
00:42:22.000 It's an intelligent, suspenseful, supernatural thriller about a serial killer who claims he's a demon.
00:42:26.000 A psychiatrist is called in to see if the person has gone crazy or is faking insanity to avoid death row.
00:42:31.000 The psychiatrist is your standard Ivy League guy, doesn't actually believe in demons or in God or in any such Nonsense, but he doesn't quite realize what he's up against.
00:42:39.000 The film is surprising.
00:42:40.000 It is thought-provoking.
00:42:41.000 It's something that you definitely want to see.
00:42:43.000 Nefarious opens nationwide starting on April 14th.
00:42:46.000 Go to whoisnefarious.com.
00:42:48.000 Buy your tickets today.
00:42:49.000 Again, that's whoisnefarious.com.
00:42:51.000 For tickets, one of the things that we lament a lot in this country is the fact that our entertainment choices are decidedly anti-religious, that they take a particularly secular humanist worldview.
00:43:01.000 Nefarious is something different, which is one of the reasons, again, patronize art that doesn't patronize you.
00:43:06.000 Check out Nefarious, go to whoisnefarious.com, buy your tickets today.
00:43:11.000 All righty, so meanwhile, remember the Democrats, they keep saying they love to make sure that the law is enforced.
00:43:19.000 It's really important that the law is enforced, which is why they are now attempting to say that they don't have to obey the law with regard to, for example, a judicial decision that has ruled that the FDA illegally approved the abortion drug, Mefipristone.
00:43:33.000 So that particular drug was approved.
00:43:36.000 approved going back to like the 1980s, 1990s.
00:43:41.000 And a judge in Texas halted the FDA's approval of that drug.
00:43:46.000 In a 67-page opinion, according to CBS News, U.S. District Judge Matthew Kazmarek said the FDA's two-decade-old approval violated a federal rule that allows for accelerated approval for certain drugs and along with subsequent actions by the agencies was unlawful.
00:43:58.000 And he basically said this did not go through the normal process for approval of drugs.
00:44:03.000 It was put under emergency approval for no apparent reason.
00:44:06.000 In a statement late Friday night condemning the ruling, Biden said the court in this case has substituted its judgment for the FDA, the expert agency that approves drugs.
00:44:15.000 Well, I mean, No, what they're saying is the FDA did not actually go through their own process.
00:44:21.000 No, that's not correct.
00:44:26.000 If this ruling stood, it would say the FDA has to go through its normal process for normal drugs.
00:44:30.000 So what exactly is the gripe with regard to this chemical abortion pill?
00:44:36.000 According to the Washington Examiner's Julie Marie Blake, The FDA approved chemical abortion drugs in 2000.
00:44:41.000 It's not the 1980s, it's 2000.
00:44:43.000 Without following proper protocols, under political pressure from the Clinton administration, chemical abortions have a complication rate four times that of surgical abortion, which is concerning because about half of all abortions in the United States are chemical.
00:44:54.000 Robust, reliable studies conducted in other countries about chemical abortion drugs showed 20% of women who have a chemical abortion require at least some level of medical attention afterward.
00:45:02.000 While the Alliance Defending Freedom represented emergency room doctors, and they brought a lawsuit against the FDA's irresponsible actions, The FDA never had the authority or the science to approve chemical abortion drugs.
00:45:13.000 It's time for a court to order the FDA to put aside politics, follow the science, and re-approve the drug if they want to actually do that.
00:45:19.000 The FDA didn't rely on any studies that look at the real-world safety of the drugs in their labeled use.
00:45:25.000 The FDA also claimed that the pregnancy was an illness and that the chemical abortion drugs offered a meaningful therapeutic benefit.
00:45:32.000 Well, pregnancy, of course, is not actually an illness.
00:45:35.000 Okay, in any case, it's a judicial ruling.
00:45:37.000 The judicial ruling He left open, the judge did, an appeal to the Fifth Circuit.
00:45:41.000 Of course, that immediately happened, but that didn't matter.
00:45:43.000 You immediately had members of the Democratic Party saying, we don't have to obey the law.
00:45:48.000 So here, again, the rules only apply to one side, according to the left.
00:45:51.000 The rules don't apply to everybody.
00:45:53.000 I'm a believer that when the court rules on a thing, the court has ruled on the thing.
00:45:57.000 There has been thought, I believe, given to this.
00:45:58.000 It sort of depends on which court we are talking about.
00:46:01.000 So here was Alexander Ocasio-Cortez, the irrepressibly stupid, suggesting that the Biden administration should just ignore that abortion pill ruling.
00:46:08.000 There has been thought, I believe, given to this.
00:46:12.000 Senator Ron Wyden has already issued statements, for example, advising what we should do in a situation like this, which I concur, which is that I believe that the Biden administration should ignore this ruling.
00:46:24.000 I think that we, you know, the courts have the legitimacy and they rely on the legitimacy of their rulings.
00:46:34.000 And what they are currently doing is engaged in an unprecedented and dramatic erosion of the legitimacy of the courts.
00:46:43.000 It is the justices themselves through the deeply partisan and unfounded nature of these rulings that are undermining their own enforcement.
00:46:54.000 Oh, it's not you saying that we should overtly ignore judicial rulings undermining the court.
00:47:00.000 It's the courts undermining the legitimacy of the courts by not ruling how you want them to.
00:47:03.000 So it's a complete catch-22.
00:47:06.000 If they rule how you want them to, then they're good, and they're actually upholding the legitimacy of the court.
00:47:11.000 If they do not rule how you want them to, they've undermined the legitimacy of the court, and therefore you're allowed to say that you can avoid their rulings.
00:47:16.000 It's, like, amazing.
00:47:17.000 It seems like the only option available to them is to just listen to you and do what you want.
00:47:22.000 It doesn't sound like there's a third way where they rule in a way you don't like and you're like, oh, well, I guess I respect the court and I'll just go along with that.
00:47:28.000 Which is the demonstration of a person who is all about power and not actually about principle.
00:47:32.000 It's not just AOC, by the way.
00:47:33.000 AOC is ridiculous.
00:47:34.000 But Joe Biden's HHS chief, Xavier Becerra, who had the great experience in HHS of being like the attorney general of the state of California.
00:47:41.000 They just sort of plucked the guy out of obscurity.
00:47:43.000 Well, he is now refusing to rule out, ignoring the court entirely, on Miffet-Prestone.
00:47:52.000 To simply choose not to enforce a ban and allow the drug to remain on the market.
00:47:58.000 So, yes or no, as the HHS Secretary, do you want the FDA to enforce the Texas ruling if it is upheld?
00:48:07.000 In the short term?
00:48:08.000 Yes or no, we want the courts to overturn this reckless decision.
00:48:12.000 Yes or no, we want, yes, that women continue to have access to a drug that's proven itself safe.
00:48:18.000 Millions of women have used this drug around the world.
00:48:22.000 More than 60 countries.
00:48:23.000 But what if they don't act in the interim before you get to that point?
00:48:27.000 I gotta believe that an appeals court, the Supreme Court, whatever court, has to understand that this ruling by this one judge overturns not just access to Mifepristone, but possibly any number of drugs.
00:48:40.000 What if they don't?
00:48:42.000 That's speculation that I think is not worth engaging in.
00:48:46.000 Oh, okay, so it's not worth engaging it.
00:48:48.000 So I noticed the thing you didn't say is we will respect the rulings of legally abiding courts.
00:48:53.000 Noticed you didn't say that.
00:48:54.000 Kamala Harris, she had to speak out on this one too.
00:48:56.000 She had herself a big weekend.
00:48:57.000 She said it's dangerous precedent for this court to actually have ruled in a way that she doesn't like.
00:49:02.000 The President and I are going to stand with the women of America and do everything we can to ensure that women have the ability to make decisions about their health care, their reproductive health care, in a manner that is what they need, and they decide that, not their government.
00:49:19.000 This is a drug that the FDA approved as safe.
00:49:23.000 Twenty years ago.
00:49:25.000 And has been proven to be safe for twenty years.
00:49:30.000 So this is a dangerous precedent and I'll have more to say after I review the decision and the tirade.
00:49:37.000 Ah, it's dangerous now.
00:49:38.000 It's dangerous when a court rules the way that she does not particularly like.
00:49:41.000 Okay, so the rule for the left is there's a Peruvian general whose name was Oscar Benavidez.
00:49:45.000 He had a great quote.
00:49:46.000 He was not a wonderful person.
00:49:48.000 Here was his quote.
00:49:49.000 For my friends, everything.
00:49:51.000 For my enemies, the law.
00:49:53.000 That is the democratic proposal on how we ought to run our country.
00:49:56.000 For my friends, everything.
00:49:57.000 For my enemies, the law.
00:49:58.000 Which is why, presumably, they're now very angry at Clarence Thomas.
00:50:01.000 So there is a report from ProPublica, which is a left-wing outlet, Suggesting that Justice Clarence Thomas and his wife, Ginny Thomas, have gone on several luxury trips involving travel subsidized by and stays at properties owned by a GOP megadonor.
00:50:16.000 It was a bombshell ProPublica report, according to CNN.
00:50:19.000 The hospitality was not disclosed on Thomas' public financial filings with the Supreme Court.
00:50:23.000 Because they just changed the rules like five minutes ago.
00:50:23.000 You know why?
00:50:25.000 Until then, taking a flight from a friend was not actually considered a violation of any sort of Supreme Court rules or even requiring of any sort of disclosure.
00:50:35.000 The report of a connection between Thomas and Harlan Crow, who is a conservative businessperson, is already adding to calls the Congress to investigate potential ethical lapses.
00:50:43.000 Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Dick Durbin, Illinois Democrat, said the ProPublica report was a call to action and the Senate Judiciary Committee will act.
00:50:50.000 And this, of course, has led to AOC claiming that Justice Thomas should be impeached.
00:50:56.000 He should lose his job for taking flights from a friend.
00:50:58.000 By the way, his friend has no cases pending or has had cases in front of the Supreme Court.
00:51:04.000 So the accusation is corruption.
00:51:07.000 Based on you taking a flight from a friend who has nothing to do with your job, is the contention by, again, the irrepressibly stupid AOC.
00:51:14.000 Here was Alexander Ocasio-Cortez.
00:51:17.000 I think that his own statement contradicts many of the facts on the ground and also raises in other ways even more serious questions.
00:51:28.000 Later on in his statement, he stated that the reason and the rationale for this exemption was personal hospitality from an old friend.
00:51:37.000 And he said himself in his statement, A friend of 25 years.
00:51:42.000 Justice Thomas has been on the court for 30 years.
00:51:45.000 And so to say what he is admitting in his statement in an attempt to defend himself is that he began this relationship with a billionaire and receiving these sorts of gifts as after he was appointed to the Supreme Court of the United States.
00:52:00.000 I think that that in and of itself indicates a very, very serious problem.
00:52:07.000 Oh, AOC has so many legs to stand on when it comes to corruption.
00:52:11.000 I mean, it's not as though her campaign was actually alleged to have illegally paid her boyfriend.
00:52:16.000 It was.
00:52:17.000 It's not as though she has, as we've talked about on the show, stiffed a bunch of merchants behind getting a bunch of Met Gala perks, which has led to an ethics committee investigation into AOC.
00:52:25.000 She is pure as the driven snow.
00:52:26.000 She has never taken anything from anyone ever except for the Met Gala dress and all of the services and then paid them late and all of that kind of stuff.
00:52:34.000 She's amazing at this.
00:52:36.000 Well, the media have decided that it's not just enough to go after Thomas, because it turns out that Thomas didn't actually do anything wrong.
00:52:41.000 They're gonna go after Crow, right?
00:52:43.000 Crow is the... Harlan Crow is Thomas's friend.
00:52:47.000 And apparently, he's a very, very bad man.
00:52:49.000 You're not allowed to be friends with Justice Thomas.
00:52:51.000 Because apparently, they're now accusing him, I'm not kidding you, of being like a Nazi.
00:52:56.000 The reason is because this is what Nazis do.
00:52:58.000 They make friends with Clarence Thomas.
00:53:00.000 Famous for loving black people.
00:53:00.000 Nazis.
00:53:01.000 This is one of the things they're most famous for.
00:53:03.000 So Kevin Cruz, who is just a ridiculous human being, a pseudo-academic over at Princeton University who has somehow avoided plagiarism charges that have gotten him kicked out of the university, he tweeted out, What's he talking about there?
00:53:13.000 of my life researching and writing about white supremacists and no, I don't have any paintings or statues of them in my house because that's not something you do with the people you hate.
00:53:19.000 What's he talking about there? Well, apparently Harlan Crowe collects basically memorabilia from defunct communist and Nazi states and he has a garden in which he displays these things to show what the what the capitalistic free market and Judeo-Christian ethic has overcome.
00:53:37.000 Apparently this now means you're a fan of these things.
00:53:40.000 So, if you own a piece of memorabilia from an evil regime in order to demonstrate to your children, so that people remember for the future what that evil regime was, this means you're now a fan of that thing, according to Kevin Cruz.
00:53:54.000 This is the actual thing they're going for.
00:53:57.000 According to The Washingtonian, when Republican megadonor Harlan Kroll isn't lavishing Justice Thomas with free trips on his private plane and yacht, he lives a quiet life in Dallas among his historical collections.
00:54:06.000 These collections include Hitler artifacts, two of his paintings of European cityscapes, a signed copy of Mein Kampf, assorted Nazi memorabilia, plus a garden full of statues of the 20th century's worst despots.
00:54:16.000 He said that he's filled his property with these mementos because he hates communism and fascism.
00:54:23.000 Well, I mean, that seems like a reason why you might own this stuff is to remember the things that you hate.
00:54:32.000 But apparently this makes him a Nazi and a communist, which is weird because I don't remember anybody saying the same thing about, say, Jay Carney.
00:54:38.000 You remember Jay Carney?
00:54:39.000 He was the press secretary for Barack Obama.
00:54:41.000 And you'll recall that in a profile of the White House press secretary's wife, There were pictures inside their home.
00:54:51.000 And in the background of the picture, there were two framed Soviet-era propaganda posters.
00:54:54.000 I guess that means that we can just say that Jake Harney and his wife were actual Soviets.
00:54:59.000 Because if they didn't love communism, why would they have those posters in their house?
00:55:04.000 You know what else that means?
00:55:06.000 That means that Anita Dunn, who is currently going to, she's going to be Joe Biden's campaign manager circa 2024.
00:55:12.000 I mean, it's not as though she actually cited as one of her favorite political philosophers Mao Zedong in 2009.
00:55:19.000 This must mean that she loves Mao, obviously.
00:55:23.000 Here she was talking about Mao back from 2009.
00:55:25.000 And then the third lesson and tip actually come from two of my favorite political philosophers.
00:55:34.000 Mao Zedong and Mother Teresa, not often coupled with each other.
00:55:40.000 Chiang Kai-shek and the Nationalist Chinese held the cities.
00:55:43.000 They had the army.
00:55:45.000 They had the air force.
00:55:46.000 They had everything on their side.
00:55:49.000 And people said, how can you win?
00:55:51.000 How can you do this?
00:55:52.000 How can you do this?
00:55:53.000 Against all of the odds against you.
00:55:56.000 And Mao Zedong said, you know, you fight your war and I'll fight mine.
00:56:03.000 And think about that for a second.
00:56:06.000 You don't have to accept the definition of how to do things, and you don't have to follow other people's choices and paths.
00:56:18.000 Oh, well, there she was.
00:56:19.000 That is a person very, very close to Joe Biden who will lead his reelect effort.
00:56:23.000 That means, because she quoted Mao Zedong, that means she loves Mao Zedong.
00:56:26.000 I mean, she literally called him one of her favorite political philosophers.
00:56:28.000 She says she was joking, but it doesn't matter.
00:56:29.000 It doesn't matter whether she was joking or not.
00:56:31.000 As we now know, there is no perspective that is required here.
00:56:34.000 She obviously loves Mao.
00:56:37.000 That's the way this stupid game works.
00:56:38.000 It is just, again, for my friends, anything.
00:56:41.000 For my enemies, the law.
00:56:42.000 That's the way this works.
00:56:43.000 Or for my friends, a sense of humor.
00:56:45.000 For my enemies, none.
00:56:46.000 Take everything absolutely perfectly seriously.
00:56:49.000 Okay, time for some things I like and then some things that I hate.
00:56:51.000 So, things that I like.
00:56:53.000 I have to admit, I cracked up at this tweet from the Canadian Minister of Innovation.
00:56:59.000 So there's a tweet that went out.
00:57:01.000 That was a, it was about the next moon landing, and it says, for the first time ever, a woman, a person of color, a Canadian, will go in deep space and to the moon!
00:57:13.000 Let's celebrate, Canada!
00:57:15.000 So, a few things about this.
00:57:16.000 First of all, diversity, equity, and inclusion on the moon!
00:57:20.000 Unless they actually plant a trans pride progress flag on the moon, next to the American flag, I feel like this is a failure.
00:57:25.000 That's the only way.
00:57:27.000 The moon is a trans-friendly area.
00:57:30.000 It is.
00:57:31.000 Because it's really spacey.
00:57:33.000 It's a weird place.
00:57:34.000 There's no gravity.
00:57:35.000 But the most important thing, a woman, a person of color.
00:57:38.000 First of all, I didn't realize that a Canadian is now a minority.
00:57:41.000 I really like that.
00:57:43.000 A victimized group of people, the Canadians, did not know that.
00:57:46.000 So well done, Minister of Innovation from Canada.
00:57:48.000 Other things that I like today.
00:57:50.000 So, I'm not sure how many times our environmental naysayers can be wrong before we just start not respecting them anymore.
00:57:57.000 According to the Washington Post, the Great Salt Lake seemed like it was dying, but there has been a miraculous shift.
00:58:03.000 By miraculous, they mean that they just didn't see it coming because they were wrong.
00:58:06.000 That's what a miracle is, apparently.
00:58:08.000 Quote, just three months ago, scientists issued a report with a dire warning.
00:58:11.000 Utah's Great Salt Lake, after decades of drying that had only accelerated in recent years, was on track to disappear in five years.
00:58:16.000 Now, a record snowpack fueled by more than 800 inches of snow during the season in some locations offers a glimmer of hope for the Western Hemisphere's largest saltwater lake and an important economic driver for the state.
00:58:26.000 The Great Salt Lake reached its record low in November when it dipped to 4,188 feet above sea level, having lost more than 70% of its water since 1850.
00:58:30.000 As of Wednesday, however, The lake had risen 3 feet in little more than 5 months, primarily because of snow and rain dumped directly into the lake by a season-long series of winter-loaded storms.
00:58:44.000 Salt Lake City has seen its 7th snowiest season on record and among the most snow of any major U.S.
00:58:48.000 city with 87 inches.
00:58:51.000 The rising lake level is cause for both celebration and caution.
00:58:53.000 Candace Hasten Yeager, director of the Utah Division of Water Resources said, while we celebrate our progress, we must continue to prioritize water conservation efforts, etc., etc.
00:59:01.000 This year's snowpack is nothing short of miraculous, says Brigham Young University ecologist Ben Abbott.
00:59:06.000 He was the author of the January report which warned of widespread air and water pollution, numerous Endangered Species Act listings, and declines in agriculture, industry, and overall quality of life if the lakes were to vanish.
00:59:16.000 It's miraculous when you just get it wrong.
00:59:17.000 It's not, I got it wrong, oops.
00:59:19.000 It's, ah, a miracle straight from God.
00:59:22.000 So well done again, environmentalists.
00:59:24.000 Your modeling has been just spot on every area of the way.
00:59:27.000 Okay, time for things that I hate.
00:59:34.000 The moral relativism of the international media and much of Europe is truly vile.
00:59:38.000 Truly vile when it comes to the Middle East.
00:59:40.000 So over the weekend...
00:59:42.000 Three members of a family were murdered in a car outside of Efrat.
00:59:46.000 That is an area that I've spent a fair bit of time in.
00:59:48.000 It's in the so-called West Bank.
00:59:49.000 It's in Judea and Samaria.
00:59:50.000 Got a 15-minute drive outside of Jerusalem.
00:59:53.000 Very Jewish area, but they were on the road.
00:59:55.000 These roads, unfortunately, have become not safe because Palestinian Arab terrorists have been murdering people, literally just shooting people on the roads.
01:00:01.000 And that's precisely what happened to an Israeli family.
01:00:04.000 They are British.
01:00:05.000 They are British citizens.
01:00:05.000 They are dual citizens.
01:00:07.000 The D family.
01:00:08.000 Maya D was 20, her sister Rina D was 15, and her mom.
01:00:12.000 They were all in the car and terrorists jumped out in front of the car and then proceeded to shoot 22 times into the car.
01:00:22.000 The father of the family was in a separate car just ahead and turned back in the wake of the attack.
01:00:27.000 Magi Navaridom, which is the ambulance service in Israel, responded initially to reports of a vehicle collision, but the car was found to be riddled with bullet holes.
01:00:36.000 Both of the young sisters were declared dead at the scene.
01:00:39.000 The critically injured mom lived for another couple of days and she died on Monday morning-slash-afternoon over in Israel.
01:00:49.000 The Israeli Defense Forces have launched a search for the attackers.
01:00:53.000 This has prompted the usual spasm of ecstasy in Palestinian areas where people are handing out candies because this is what you do when civilians are murdered.
01:01:00.000 You hand out candy.
01:01:01.000 It's a thing that's just wonderful.
01:01:03.000 And meanwhile, the father gave an amazing speech in which he talked about how it was going to bring the Jewish people together and how it just showed that there needed to be unity in the face of terrorism.
01:01:16.000 Just horrifying, horrifying stuff.
01:01:17.000 He said, the formula for faith is always to focus on what you do have and not what you do not have.
01:01:22.000 I still have three wonderful children and a wonderful wife.
01:01:23.000 The funeral for his two daughters took place before his wife had died. So first of all, it's hard to imagine anybody having that level of faith where the formula for faith is you lose two daughters and your wife in a terrorist attack and you focus on what you have rather than what you don't. He said, my perfect, beautiful Maya, we named you God's water. You were so many people's friend, flowing between so many different groups. You were always an angel. Now you will be our guardian angel. He said about Rina, he said, you would tidy the youth club for hours by yourself. People loved you and knew they could depend on you. He noted she'd been consistent. She'd been considering enlisting in the Israeli
01:01:53.000 defense forces after she finished high school.
01:01:56.000 He said, Maya and Rina, you're two flames who have not gone out.
01:01:59.000 You'll bring more light to the world.
01:02:00.000 And then he addressed the country at large, because Israel, of course, has been fragmented by politics over judicial reform.
01:02:05.000 That's why you see hundreds of thousands of people protesting in the streets.
01:02:08.000 He said, when a simple family in a frat is devastated and the whole country hurts, there's no greater proof of unity than this.
01:02:14.000 Now, meanwhile, the world media focused in on a ginned up A jinned-up riot on the Temple Mount.
01:02:21.000 This is something that unfortunately Hamas and the Palestinian Authority do literally every major holiday.
01:02:26.000 A bunch of people who are being basically paid by Hamas go into the Al-Aqsa Mosque, they block the doors, they barricade them, and then they stockpile a bunch of rocks and start throwing them at Israeli soldiers in an attempt to create violence.
01:02:38.000 And then they play soccer outside.
01:02:39.000 So this apparently is the very violent thing that's happening.
01:02:42.000 We literally have video outside the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
01:02:44.000 This is where supposed terrible violence from the Israelis is happening.
01:02:46.000 And you can see children literally playing soccer outside the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
01:02:49.000 This is the holiest site, one of the holiest sites in Islam, supposedly.
01:02:53.000 I say supposedly because usually people don't treat their holy sites this particular way.
01:02:57.000 It's playing soccer directly, you know, outside of them.
01:02:59.000 Where Jews, if you walk up there, when I walked up there with Jordan Peterson, there were literal headlines about how we had actually, how we had invaded the Temple Mount.
01:03:06.000 I'll tell you one thing we didn't do.
01:03:07.000 We didn't play soccer up there.
01:03:08.000 That's a thing we didn't do.
01:03:10.000 Meanwhile, an Italian man, he wasn't even an immigrant, he was just a tourist in Tel Aviv, was murdered over the weekend also, when a Palestinian Arab terrorist drove a car over him, which prompted a terrorist to hand out candy.
01:03:22.000 Because this is what happened.
01:03:24.000 Any attempt to draw moral equivalency between the two sides here, one side which simply wishes to live in peace and be left alone, and another side which wishes to destroy what is there, because there's a religious belief that the state of Israel should not exist, that there should be no Jewish state, that it ought to be pushed into the sea and destroyed, the belief that Teenage girls ought to be shot in their cars because they happen to be living in the wrong place is vile.
01:03:49.000 And naturally, the Biden administration and members of the European Union, they put out statements talking about how the temperature needed to be lowered and they had to avoid a cycle of violence.
01:03:58.000 Let me just be clear.
01:03:59.000 It's not a cycle of violence when someone attempts to murder you and then you kill them in self-defense.
01:04:03.000 That's not a cycle of violence.
01:04:05.000 That's actual just self-defense.
01:04:07.000 And I'm just going to say here, it is, first of all, to my Christian listeners, Happy Easter, because I hope you had a wonderful Easter over the weekend.
01:04:15.000 To my Jewish listeners, I hope that you're having a wonderful Passover.
01:04:18.000 There is something that we say on Passover in the Haggadah.
01:04:20.000 There's a whole sort of It's a long book that you go through.
01:04:27.000 It's supposed to remember the accidents.
01:04:29.000 And one of the pieces of that book is the following phraseology.
01:04:32.000 In Hebrew it says, v'hi she'amda alav oseinu velanu, sh'lo achad bil vad amad aleinu lechal oseinu, ele she'ba chol dovah dor ve'omdim aleinu lechal oseinu, ve'ha kodesh baruchu matzilenu miyadam.
01:04:40.000 In English that means, it is this, meaning the Torah, that is stood by our ancestors and by us, for not only one enemy has risen up against us to destroy us, but in every generation they rise up to destroy us, but the Holy One, blessed be He, delivers us from their hands.
01:04:55.000 That is still true.
01:04:56.000 It's not just true for Jews.
01:04:57.000 For those who abide by the dictates of traditional morality, there are people who rise up in every generation to destroy us.
01:05:05.000 They will not be victorious.
01:05:07.000 Okay, we're gonna continue now with some of your questions in the mailbag.
01:05:10.000 Plus, I gotta get into some of the polling data with regard to President Trump.
01:05:14.000 We'll get into that momentarily.
