00:00:00.000 We bring you all the updates on the vote count plus all the allegations of voter irregularity.
00:00:04.000 President Trump says he's only losing thanks to voter fraud.
00:00:07.000 And Democrats launch an internal battle against themselves as recriminations break out over a rotten election day for Democrats.
00:00:13.000 I'm Ben Shapiro.
00:00:13.000 This is the Ben Shapiro Show.
00:00:20.000 Today's show is sponsored by ExpressVPN.
00:00:22.000 Don't let others track what you do.
00:00:24.000 Keep yourself safe at expressvpn.com.
00:00:26.000 We're going to get to all the news and there's plenty of news today.
00:00:29.000 We'll get to all that in just one second.
00:00:30.000 First, let's talk about the fact that you're spending too much money on your cell phone bill.
00:00:33.000 You are.
00:00:34.000 You're spending way too much money on your cell phone bill, like probably hundreds of dollars too much every year.
00:00:38.000 Why?
00:00:38.000 Well, because they're charging you for unlimited data.
00:00:40.000 Now, are you using unlimited data?
00:00:42.000 Of course not, because that's not possible.
00:00:43.000 You can't use unlimited data.
00:00:45.000 The reality is you are using far less data than you are paying for.
00:00:48.000 What if there were a company that cut down on all of that?
00:00:50.000 Well, that's what you get with PureTalk, a veteran-run wireless company.
00:00:53.000 Think AT&T, but much better.
00:00:54.000 They understand what it means to serve.
00:00:56.000 Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile.
00:00:57.000 If you're with them, you're overpaying pure and simple.
00:00:59.000 PureTalk can easily save you over $400 a year.
00:01:02.000 Listen, here's what you need.
00:01:03.000 Unlimited talk, text, and 2 gigs of data for just $20 a month.
00:01:07.000 If you go over on data usage, they don't charge you for it.
00:01:09.000 So really, there's no downside.
00:01:11.000 Switching to PeerTalk is the easiest decision you will make today.
00:01:13.000 You can keep your phone and your number, or you can get great deals on the latest iPhones and Android as well.
00:01:18.000 Grab your mobile phone, dial pound 250, say Ben Shapiro to get started.
00:01:21.000 When you do, you'll save 50% off your first month.
00:01:24.000 Dial pound 250, say keyword Ben Shapiro, They have a very simple program they're offering you.
00:01:29.000 All these other cell phone companies, they're going to try and confuse you with what exactly you're getting for your money.
00:01:33.000 The answer is, not much.
00:01:34.000 This is why you should go check out PeerTalk by dialing pound 250, say keyword Ben Shapiro.
00:01:39.000 PeerTalk is simply smarter wireless.
00:01:41.000 Okay, so here is where things stand.
00:01:44.000 Right now, pretty much everything's too close to call.
00:01:46.000 Pennsylvania, too close to call.
00:01:47.000 Georgia, too close to call.
00:01:48.000 Arizona, too close to call.
00:01:50.000 And the election rests on those three states.
00:01:52.000 Trump needs all three in order to win the election.
00:01:54.000 Michigan is out of range for him.
00:01:55.000 Wisconsin is out of range for him.
00:01:57.000 Despite allegations of voter irregularities in Michigan and Wisconsin, all of which, by the way, should be pursued because only legal votes should be counted and all illegal votes should not be counted.
00:02:06.000 This is an uncontroversial statement.
00:02:07.000 The fact is that the amount of voter irregularity in Michigan or Wisconsin is unlikely to overcome the deficits that Trump has in those states, which means that in order for Trump to win the election, he needs to win Arizona.
00:02:17.000 Where the margin has been steadily decreasing over time.
00:02:19.000 He needs to hold on to Georgia where the margin has also steadily been decreasing over time but in the opposite direction.
00:02:25.000 And he needs to hold on to Pennsylvania where the margin has been decreasing also in the wrong direction for Trump over the course of the last 48 hours.
00:02:31.000 All of those states are too close to call.
00:02:33.000 There will be litigation in all of those states.
00:02:36.000 So a few predicates before we get into the actual news.
00:02:39.000 A few things that we ought to discuss.
00:02:40.000 First of all, there's a lot of talk about voter irregularity and voter fraud.
00:02:44.000 These are real things that do happen.
00:02:46.000 The scale of them is not tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of votes by the available evidence, but to pretend they do not happen is to ignore the fact that they do in fact happen.
00:02:53.000 And in fact, this has happened in places like Philadelphia.
00:02:56.000 In fact, just back in May, reporting for the Philadelphia Inquirer, Mensah Dean and Julie Shaw, A former judge of elections and Democratic committee person from South Philadelphia has pled guilty to accepting thousands of dollars in bribes to inflate the vote totals for three Democratic candidates for common pleas court judge in 2015 and for other Democratic candidates for office in 2014 and 2016, according to U.S.
00:03:15.000 Attorney William McSwain.
00:03:17.000 Dominique DeMuro, 73, pled guilty to conspiracy to deprive Philadelphia voters of their civil rights by fraudulently stuffing the ballot boxes for the judicial candidates and for other candidates seeking office in the 2014 and 2016 primary elections.
00:03:30.000 He admitted violating the Travel Act that forbids the use of a cell phone to promote illegal activity as well.
00:03:35.000 Apparently, DeMuro, who could not be reached for comment, was paid between $300,000 and $5,000 for each election.
00:03:41.000 According to the prosecutors, DeMuro fraudulently stuffed the ballot box by literally standing in a voting booth and voting over and over and over as fast as he could while he thought the coast was clear.
00:03:49.000 This is utterly reprehensible conduct.
00:03:51.000 The charges announced today do not erase what he did, but they do ensure that he has held account for those actions.
00:03:56.000 DeMuro admitted that a political consultant paid him to add votes for Democratic candidates running for the bench and other federal, state, and local offices as well.
00:04:03.000 In May 2014, DiMuro inflated vote totals by adding 27 fraudulent ballots in the primary election, 40 votes in May 2015, 46 in 2016.
00:04:12.000 According to court documents outlining the scheme and the charges against him, those numbers may have seemed small, but they made up a significant percentage of the total votes cast at that particular voting place.
00:04:20.000 In 2014, 118 total ballots were reported there.
00:04:23.000 That meant DiMuro's fraudulent votes accounted for over 22% of the total voting in that division in 2014.
00:04:28.000 Again, is that like a huge number of false votes?
00:04:31.000 It's not a huge number of false votes, but...
00:04:34.000 You start to aggregate stuff like that and it could start to look kind of ugly.
00:04:37.000 And this is also true if you look at the possibility of voter fraud in Philadelphia.
00:04:41.000 If you're talking about, for example, the new Pennsylvania court ruling that went up to the Supreme Court and then was remanded back down because the Supreme Court didn't act on it regarding when ballots are to be accepted.
00:04:51.000 This is the really controversial provision that went all the way up to the Supreme Court in which the state law is very clear that you're only allowed to count ballots that have been received up to election day.
00:05:00.000 And then they changed that because of COVID.
00:05:02.000 And the courts suggested they could single-handedly rewrite that.
00:05:05.000 So if a ballot was received before November 5th or 6th, and if it was postmarked as of election day, then it would be counted.
00:05:11.000 And even if there was no countervailing evidence that it was cast before the deadline, then it would be counted, right?
00:05:18.000 So those votes are apparently technically being sequestered.
00:05:21.000 It's unclear whether they're being counted or not, and then they'll have to be uncounted and all that.
00:05:24.000 The question really is the margins.
00:05:26.000 If the margins are very large, then this sort of voter fraud is not going to decide the election.
00:05:29.000 With that said, It undermines the integrity of our elections that any of this is an issue in the first place, obviously.
00:05:35.000 Okay, so that is issue number one.
00:05:37.000 Voter fraud, voter irregularity, these are real things.
00:05:39.000 Are they hundreds of thousands of votes?
00:05:41.000 No.
00:05:41.000 Are they tens of thousands of votes?
00:05:43.000 Probably not.
00:05:44.000 Are they thousands of votes?
00:05:45.000 Maybe.
00:05:46.000 Are they hundreds of votes?
00:05:47.000 Probably.
00:05:48.000 So, the margins of victory matter an awful lot here.
00:05:52.000 That is just by way of background.
00:05:54.000 Second, you actually need evidence to prove this sort of stuff.
00:05:57.000 So, suspicion that bad stuff is going on is not sufficient to prove that voter fraud or voter irregularity is responsible for the outcome of an election.
00:06:04.000 Just like in everything else here on the show, we demand evidence of allegations that are made.
00:06:09.000 The left is famous for suggesting that evidence is unnecessary where it doesn't support their narrative.
00:06:14.000 And they'll suggest that every white cop shooting a black person is an act of systemic American racism.
00:06:18.000 And then when we go through the actual facts of the case, it turns out that it is not.
00:06:21.000 And the left will simply ignore that.
00:06:22.000 When allegations are made of a particular criminal activity, it seems to me there should be evidence of that criminal activity.
00:06:30.000 So all of the allegations should be investigated.
00:06:32.000 All of it should come out.
00:06:33.000 All of the lawsuits should be filed.
00:06:34.000 And we should all just take a chill pill and wait a little bit.
00:06:36.000 I understand everybody wants to know the outcome of the election.
00:06:38.000 I understand everybody is impatient.
00:06:40.000 But guess what?
00:06:41.000 If we find out on Monday who won the election, or if we find out two weeks from Monday who won the election based on the investigation of all of these allegations, the world will not be materially changed in any way because all the votes have already been cast.
00:06:52.000 And that's the end of the story.
00:06:54.000 And the rush by media outlets who want to announce this thing, the rush By Democrats who want to announce an outcome.
00:07:00.000 The rush that you're getting from various members of the media going to foreign countries and saying, look how humiliated America is.
00:07:06.000 Why in the world would I care what the Germans think of our election?
00:07:09.000 The only reasons they can even hold elections is because we gave them elections.
00:07:12.000 If it were not for us, elections would not be a thing in Germany.
00:07:14.000 So I'm really not interested in hearing from the German government exactly what they think of our free and fair elections here in the United States.
00:07:20.000 So everybody needs to take a chill pill and let the process play out, is I guess what I'm saying here.
00:07:23.000 And we should always make sure that serious allegations are supported and that allegations are supportable.
00:07:30.000 Okay, so that's point number one and point number two.
00:07:32.000 Point number three.
00:07:34.000 Democrats are very upset today because President Trump did a presser yesterday in which he declared basically the only way that he can lose is through voter fraud.
00:07:42.000 Now we'll get to the actual allegations Trump is making there in just one second.
00:07:47.000 Suffice it to say that on the Democratic side of the aisle, they have not only no leg to stand on, they do not have stumps of legs to stand on on this particular point.
00:07:56.000 Democrats do not get to claim that they are deeply upset about the undermining of the legitimacy of American elections after spending four years claiming that the 2016 election was a giant bamboozle by the Russians.
00:08:07.000 They do not get to claim that they respect the outcome of elections when they still trot out Stacey Abrams as the governor of Georgia after she lost by 50,000 votes in Georgia.
00:08:16.000 That's not the way this works.
00:08:18.000 You guys don't get to run around claiming that you deeply respect the outcome of every election you won, every vote counted, and then use Al Gore as your baton to say that.
00:08:27.000 I'm not just making up that Democrats don't respect the outcomes of elections they don't like.
00:08:31.000 They literally do not respect the outcomes of elections they don't like.
00:08:34.000 So, I don't like that from any side of the aisle.
00:08:36.000 Once all the votes are in, once all the votes have been counted, once we root out any impropriety, that's the election.
00:08:42.000 And that's the end of it.
00:08:43.000 And that should be a non-partisan statement.
00:08:45.000 It happens to be a truth that Democrats have not accepted the results of the 2016 election and never did, so it's very difficult to hear from people like Hillary Clinton that now Donald Trump is supposed to preemptively concede the race before all of the legalities are gone through.
00:08:57.000 Here is Hillary Clinton, just about a week ago, suggesting that the election of 2016 was stolen from her, using exactly the kind of language that she now decries Trump using.
00:09:07.000 There's an air of illegitimacy that surrounds Trump's presidency, and that just infuriates them.
00:09:14.000 It makes them crazy, and that's a big piece of it, so they have to keep striking out at me because— Why you?
00:09:23.000 Well, because I was the candidate that they basically stole an election from.
00:09:28.000 I was the candidate who won, you know, nearly three million more votes.
00:09:31.000 They basically stole the election, guys.
00:09:32.000 And she's not even talking about voter fraud or voter irregularity.
00:09:35.000 She's saying the process actually working amounts to stealing.
00:09:39.000 Right?
00:09:39.000 She says that I won more votes than Trump on a rollout.
00:09:41.000 It's not a popular vote contest, lady.
00:09:43.000 This was, and still is, the prevailing notion in the Democratic Party.
00:09:47.000 So hearing about the undermining of American elections from Hillary Clinton today, and from her allies today, that's pretty rich stuff.
00:09:53.000 It's also pretty rich to hear from Al Gore.
00:09:55.000 So you'll recall 2000, if you're old enough.
00:09:58.000 I was 16 in 2000, and I remember, that's really the first national election that I remember in any detail, because it was such a big thing, right?
00:10:05.000 I mean, it got litigated for a month.
00:10:07.000 Al Gore was being trotted out by MSNBC today as a proprietor of election legality.
00:10:13.000 He was trotted out by MSNBC, where he promptly explained that he was a great defender of every vote being counted.
00:10:19.000 Here was Al Gore, the same guy who basically forced us to go through over a month of election confusion before the Supreme Court settled Bush v. Gore in 2000, claiming that he is definitely a person who stands up for election legality.
00:10:35.000 But the most important principle that I defended 20 years ago that Joe Biden and many others are defending tonight is let's count every legally cast vote and obey the will of the American people.
00:10:52.000 My favorite thing there is when Al Gore says and I do love it when Al Gore says that he defends every vote.
00:10:59.000 Right.
00:10:59.000 That was his big thing.
00:11:00.000 Right.
00:11:02.000 No.
00:11:02.000 Some of us have memories.
00:11:04.000 Right.
00:11:04.000 Al Gore saying he defended counting every legally cast ballot.
00:11:06.000 That's pure retconning.
00:11:07.000 It just isn't true.
00:11:08.000 He tried to disenfranchise military ballots.
00:11:10.000 The only reason he didn't get away with it is because Joe Lieberman went on national TV and said they weren't doing that.
00:11:15.000 And people in the Gore campaign apparently were pretty pissed, according to contemporaneous accounts.
00:11:20.000 He also demanded recounts only in the areas where he thought he was going to win.
00:11:24.000 And in those recounts, he wanted people to divine voter intent.
00:11:27.000 That was the pregnant Chad controversy, if you remember all that.
00:11:29.000 Now, pregnant Chad connotes the media's view of men getting pregnant.
00:11:32.000 But back then, a pregnant Chad was just, you tried to vote and you may have dinged a Chad, but you didn't actually punch it through on a punch card.
00:11:41.000 And therefore, we tried to divine your intent by looking into our heart.
00:11:43.000 It was a really, really silly time.
00:11:45.000 And Al Gore was the guy standing behind that.
00:11:47.000 He wanted ballots counted that weren't properly cast.
00:11:50.000 He didn't want properly cast ballots counted.
00:11:53.000 And now here he is lecturing us all on election propriety.
00:11:55.000 Like, spare me.
00:11:56.000 Spare me just a little bit.
00:11:57.000 Okay, in just a second.
00:11:59.000 I'm going to get to all of the latest updates from Pennsylvania with regard to some of these voter impropriety allegations and Michigan and Nevada.
00:12:07.000 We'll get to all of that in just one second.
00:12:09.000 First, let's talk about something awkward.
00:12:11.000 You ready?
00:12:12.000 Something awkward?
00:12:12.000 Erectile dysfunction.
00:12:13.000 Yep, that was pretty awkward, wasn't it?
00:12:14.000 But here's the thing.
00:12:15.000 If you're suffering from it, that awkwardness may be preventing you from getting the health care that you need.

00:13:10.000 Go check them out right now.
00:13:11.000 Okay, so.
00:13:13.000 Here is the actual latest when it comes to developments in Pennsylvania.
00:13:16.000 As I say, that race is too close to call.
00:13:18.000 Trump was up a significant number of ballots.
00:13:20.000 Now the thing is basically a dead heat.
00:13:22.000 Same thing is happening down in Georgia, where briefly this morning, Joe Biden leapt into the lead.
00:13:27.000 Military ballots still have to be counted.
00:13:28.000 Presumably, those will split in favor of President Trump, you would think.
00:13:32.000 There's some provisional ballots that still have to be counted.
00:13:34.000 So a lot of these states are still up in the air.
00:13:37.000 There's a lot of controversy over the last 24 hours because the Trump campaign filed a lawsuit.
00:13:44.000 And now the Appellate Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania has sided with Team Trump, rejecting a deadline extension for absentee voters to provide missing proof of identification.
00:13:53.000 And so basically, the Democrats wanted people to have like three weeks or a month or some extended period of time to show that they were who they said that they were.
00:14:01.000 And that did not materialize.
00:14:03.000 According to the RNC, in a huge victory for election integrity, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania sided with the RNC and Donald Trump in the challenge to Secretary Buchvar's unlawful deadline extension for absentee voters to provide missing proof of identification.
00:14:15.000 The court has enforced the proper statutory deadline and ordered that those ballots be segregated and not counted. RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel said, the RNC is doing everything in our power to ensure these kinds of issues are resolved and the letter of the law is followed.
00:14:28.000 So again, all of this is worthwhile.
00:14:30.000 The letter of the law should be followed.
00:14:33.000 Also, a Pennsylvania court did mandate access to poll watchers.
00:14:38.000 According to dailywire.com, Tim Pierce reporting, a court in Pennsylvania ruled on Thursday morning, GOP observers must be allowed to watch ballot counting across the state.
00:14:49.000 Apparently, they ruled that GOP observers could watch the ballot counts from 6 feet away, but they had been pushed out to like 16 or 100 feet away.
00:14:58.000 The court order allows GOP observers to stand closer.
00:15:01.000 Previously, they had been using binoculars.
00:15:04.000 The Trump campaign, of course, had preemptively declared victory in Pennsylvania yesterday, suggesting that the number of ballots is too big for Biden to overcome.
00:15:13.000 We'll see whether that is, in fact, the case.
00:15:16.000 Now, as to the actual claims of election fraud in Philadelphia that have been made at this point, some are somewhat substantiatable.
00:15:25.000 Some are really not.
00:15:26.000 They should all be investigated, as I keep saying.
00:15:29.000 So President Trump said last night that partisan Democrats have allowed the ballots to be received three days after the election.
00:15:34.000 We think much more than that.
00:15:37.000 Well, election officials will be counting ballots that were received between 8 p.m.
00:15:40.000 on Election Day and 5 p.m.
00:15:41.000 on Friday.
00:15:42.000 And again, that is the big issue, right?
00:15:44.000 Because that preliminary ruling suggested that as long as there was no countervailing evidence to suggest that the ballots were cast before Election Day, they have to be counted.
00:15:52.000 So un-postmarked ballots could be counted.
00:15:53.000 Okay, that's crazy.
00:15:54.000 That's crazy.
00:15:55.000 And that will end up back in the Supreme Court, and presumably there will be a ruling on that.
00:15:59.000 Now, is that tens of thousands of votes?
00:16:01.000 Probably not.
00:16:02.000 Is it hundreds of votes?
00:16:03.000 Could be.
00:16:04.000 Could be.
00:16:04.000 And I'm sure that all of them will be for Biden.
00:16:07.000 President Trump also suggested that they are counting these votes in Pennsylvania without any ID whatsoever.
00:16:14.000 As the Philadelphia Inquirer says, Pennsylvania requires people voting in person to provide proof of identity if it is their first time voting at that precinct.
00:16:21.000 That's also required from anyone registering for a mail-in ballot.
00:16:25.000 Apparently the Pennsylvania Secretary of State has advised that ballots should not be counted if a name on a mail-in ballot cannot be verified or if identification was not received.
00:16:32.000 And this is where the Trump campaign came in and they said, okay, you don't get a week or a week and a half to provide ID.
00:16:37.000 Like you should have done it at the time.
00:16:39.000 It is also true that the Trump campaign was pointing out that Republican election observers were being forbidden from viewing the vote count closely in person.
00:16:51.000 Now, city lawyers for Philadelphia say the GOP representatives observing the counting could see the entire setup of the canvassing room and could watch every detail of the counting process.
00:17:00.000 A lawyer representing the Trump campaign did tell a judge there have been representatives of the campaign observing the counting process.
00:17:05.000 The city solicitor, Marcel Pratt, said in a statement, That is according to the city solicitor.
00:17:09.000 have been given access to the convention center throughout the entire day and since Tuesday, just like observers from other campaigns, the board has set up a location from which candidates and party representatives, potentially in large numbers, can easily view the room without impeding the operation. That is according to the city solicitor. But again, why would you be filing a lawsuit if it weren't the case that you were actually being prevented from seeing what in the hell was going on? This led to a bit of a confrontation between Team Trump and Philadelphia officials.
00:17:36.000 Now it is unclear whether the Philadelphia officials are stonewalling, whether they violated the law here.
00:17:41.000 So take all of these videos with a grain of salt because very often these videos are slightly out of context.
00:17:46.000 One of the allegations I saw here is that the court order being shown was in order to remand back to the local court for a final order and that the election officials here were waiting for the final order.
00:17:55.000 In any case, here is what that sounded like in Philadelphia yesterday.
00:18:00.000 The order is currently in effect.
00:18:04.000 You guys had eight attorneys.
00:18:06.000 I think it was eight attorneys.
00:18:07.000 Enter your appearance on this.
00:18:09.000 I don't understand why eight attorneys need to evaluate this order.
00:18:14.000 I did it all by myself.
00:18:15.000 It says that no later than 1030 today you're to follow the election code and my people, my clients, representatives, are to be within six feet of the process.
00:18:29.000 Okay, so that was Attorney General, former Florida Attorney General, Pam Bondi, who is a lawyer for the campaign.
00:18:35.000 Bondi said, we plan on entering that building right now and legally observing if there's one illegal vote cast, it takes away from the great men and women of Pennsylvania who came out and issued a legal vote.
00:18:45.000 And then she updated later.
00:18:46.000 She said, this is a joke.
00:18:47.000 They moved the fence up and moved the ballot machines back.
00:18:49.000 This is offensive.
00:18:50.000 And obviously we should change that particular standard.
00:18:54.000 So that is where things stand right now.
00:18:57.000 Okay, so obviously these sorts of controversies are not good for the American public, and we need to know all of the details of them, and they should all be fully investigated.
00:19:05.000 In a second, we'll get to the response from the Pennsylvania Secretary of State.
00:19:08.000 Okay, we'll get to that in one second.
00:19:10.000 First, let us talk about the fact right now, not a great time to go to an auto parts store.
00:19:13.000 In fact, never is a great time to go to an auto parts store.
00:19:15.000 You stand in line for a long time, then you finally get up front, and then you have to answer a bunch of questions you don't know the answers to, and then they order a generic part online, and then they upcharge you.
00:19:23.000 Or you could just go online and do this yourself.
00:19:25.000 Head on over to RockAuto.com.
00:19:26.000 They always offer the lowest prices possible rather than changing prices based on what the market will bear like airlines do.
00:19:31.000 Why spend up to twice as much for the same parts?
00:19:33.000 RockAuto.com is a family business serving auto parts customers online for 20 years.
00:19:37.000 Head on over to RockAuto.com to shop for auto and body parts from hundreds of manufacturers.
00:19:41.000 Best of all, prices at RockAuto.com are always reliably low and the same for professionals and do-it-yourselfers.

00:19:51.000 Quickly see all the parts available for your vehicle and choose the brands, specifications, and prices you prefer.
00:19:56.000 There's amazing selection, reliably low prices, all the parts your car will ever need.
00:19:59.000 RockAuto.com.
00:20:01.000 Why would you spend too much money when you don't have to?
00:20:02.000 Shop competitively at RockAuto.com.
00:20:04.000 Go to RockAuto.com right now, see all the parts available for your car or truck, and write Shapiro in their how-did-you-hear-about-us box so they know that we sent you.
00:20:12.000 So, the Pennsylvania Secretary of State, Buchvar.
00:20:14.000 Right, who we've mentioned several times here.
00:20:16.000 She is very partisan.
00:20:18.000 She had tweeted a lot about how bad Trump is.
00:20:20.000 She's a Democrat.
00:20:21.000 But she says, listen, I took an oath of office, so I'm not cheating the system.
00:20:24.000 We have the same sort of statement from the Pennsylvania AG.
00:20:27.000 Josh Shapiro says, all the votes are going to be counted.
00:20:29.000 And remember that time I tweeted last week about how when all the votes are counted, Biden's going to win?
00:20:33.000 Just ignore that.
00:20:34.000 It turns out that when you have partisan officials in charge of elections, people tend to get pretty suspicious.
00:20:38.000 Here was Bukhari yesterday.
00:20:40.000 Look, these were four years ago, and at the time I was not in the administration, I was not in any public service, I was a private citizen, it was a personal Twitter account, and, you know, so...
00:20:55.000 So that, and then when I became Secretary of State, I took an oath, Dennis, and I took an oath to defend and protect the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Constitution of the United States.
00:21:07.000 And partisan politics have no place in the Pennsylvania Department of State or any county elections office.
00:21:15.000 Okay, so, you know, again, is there a reason for people to be suspicious?
00:21:20.000 Sure.
00:21:21.000 Is there a reason to declare the entire election illegitimate yet?
00:21:24.000 No.
00:21:25.000 Should we see all the evidence come out?
00:21:27.000 Absolutely.
00:21:27.000 And should everybody just take a chill pill and wait for a second while we do all these investigations and while the legal process moves forward?
00:21:33.000 Yes.
00:21:34.000 Meanwhile, in Nevada, similar accusations being made.
00:21:36.000 The Nevada GOP put out a tweet yesterday saying our lawyers just sent a criminal referral to AG Barr regarding at least 3,062 instances of voter fraud.
00:21:44.000 We expect that number to grow substantially.
00:21:46.000 Thousands of individuals have been identified who appear to have violated the law by casting ballots after they moved from Nevada.
00:21:51.000 This is one of the big problems with mail-in ballots generally.
00:21:54.000 Seriously, it's a real problem with mail-in ballots, and it's been a problem for a long time.
00:21:58.000 Jimmy Carter once said that mail-in ballots were rife with the possibility of fraud.
00:22:02.000 I mean, this makes perfect sense, right?
00:22:04.000 I just moved from California to Florida shortly before the election.
00:22:08.000 And then I had my mail forwarded to me, right?
00:22:10.000 So I looked at my mail, and there they were, my California ballots.
00:22:13.000 And my California ballots arrived in Florida.
00:22:15.000 Now, were I an unscrupulous person, I could theoretically fill out those ballots, vote in California, and then also vote in Florida.
00:22:21.000 I wouldn't do that because it's illegal and because it's immoral.
00:22:24.000 But could people do that?
00:22:25.000 Of course.
00:22:26.000 When you send out a bunch of ballots to people's addresses, assuming they still live there, that does open the possibility of voter fraud.
00:22:32.000 Could somebody have come by my house and picked up the mail in my mailbox while I wasn't there and filled those out and I don't live there anymore and then the ballot gets filled?
00:22:39.000 Sure.
00:22:40.000 I mean, the possibilities of voter fraud are real.
00:22:42.000 That does not mean that the evidence of voter fraud is necessarily going to materialize in the numbers that you would need in order to shift a major national election.
00:22:51.000 With that said, the Nevada GOP did issue a letter to the Clark County, Nevada District Attorney alleging voter fraud by people who are not legal residents of Clark County.
00:23:00.000 The firm of Weir Law Group LLC sent a letter to Marianne Miller, who is indeed the Clark County, Nevada District Attorney, suggesting that a bunch of illegal ballots have been accepted.
00:23:11.000 They say this firm in conjunction with Harvey and Benally PLLC represents Donald Trump for president.
00:23:15.000 As you know, we've been concerned for months about improper ballots being cast in the 2020 general election.
00:23:20.000 Yet Joseph Gloria has yet to take any reasonably basic and fundamental steps to ensure mail ballots are free from fraud and abuse.
00:23:25.000 His inaction has had and continues to have material adverse consequences on our election security.
00:23:29.000 We've confirmed thousands of votes have been cast improperly.
00:23:32.000 Indeed, we have initially identified over 3,000 voters who moved from Nevada before the election but still cast ballots in this election.
00:23:38.000 We verified this by cross-referencing the list of general election voters with publicly available change of address records.
00:23:43.000 For example, demographic experts agree the National Change of Address Database only captures about one-third of relocations, so we think that this number will likely grow by 6,000 voters at a minimum.
00:23:53.000 Okay, well, that starts to look closer to the margin of error in Nevada, given the current vote counts.
00:23:59.000 And so, again, all of this should be checked into.
00:24:02.000 Now, does that mean that every allegation of voter fraud is real?
00:24:05.000 No.
00:24:05.000 It doesn't mean that every voter irregularity report is real.
00:24:08.000 No.
00:24:08.000 It does mean, once again, for the 1,000th time, just as I said earlier this week, you shouldn't declare victory in an election until all the votes have been counted.
00:24:16.000 This holds true for every single side, and I am amused at the Democrats who say that this is only true so long as Donald Trump is declaring victory, but it is not true if Joe Biden or his team are declaring victory.
00:24:25.000 If the Democrats declare victory, we all go home happy.
00:24:27.000 If the Republicans declare victory, they're very immoral and bad.
00:24:30.000 That is the way the logic of the media and the Democrats work.
00:24:32.000 We'll get to more of this in just one second.
00:24:35.000 First, let's talk about hiring.
00:24:37.000 So let's say that you have an excellent employee, generally excellent employee.
00:24:41.000 But let's say that it's been a really long week, a really, really long week.
00:24:44.000 And let's say that this particular employee, well, I'm not naming any names, but they ran with Colton Haas.
00:24:50.000 Let's just say that that employee decides that, you know, Friday morning, time to get a little lazy.
00:24:56.000 It's a lazy Friday.
00:24:58.000 You know, let's just let's ease off a little bit.
00:25:00.000 Sure, the election could be theoretically called by major media outlets today, but I'm just going to arrive like, you know, like 45 minutes late to the show and then and then announce that I had a really good sleep.
00:25:08.000 Well, at that point, you might want to head on over to ZipRecruiter.com.
00:25:12.000 ZipRecruiter will do all the work you need them to do because they will help you fill those jobs.

00:25:53.000 Okay, so over in Nevada, again, the Trump campaign putting a lot of focus on the possibility of voter fraud and voter regularity.
00:25:59.000 Rick Grinnell, Who is obviously a member of Team Trump and ambassador to Germany.
00:26:03.000 He says, we are not being allowed to check the votes.
00:26:06.000 Ballots are not automatically legal votes until they're checked.
00:26:14.000 We are not being allowed to check.
00:26:19.000 The Harry Reid machine recklessly threw ballots into the mail and now we cannot check.
00:26:28.000 Whether or not there are non-residents, which we have evidence, publicly available evidence, that you all in the media should be also looking at.
00:26:39.000 Alrighty, so there is Rick Grinnell saying that the votes have not been checked there.
00:26:43.000 The former AG of Nevada, Adam McSalt, he also said that he thinks that there is lots of mail-in fraud.
00:26:49.000 We firmly believe that there are many voters in this group of mail-in people that are not proper voters.
00:26:59.000 In the last many days, we have received reports of many irregularities across the valley.
00:27:06.000 We believe that there are dead voters that have been counted.
00:27:11.000 We are also confident that there are thousands of people whose votes have been counted that have moved out of Clark County during the pandemic.
00:27:25.000 The Trump campaign also brought forth a woman named Jill Stokke who claimed that somebody took her ballot and voted on her behalf.
00:27:31.000 Here's what she had to say yesterday.
00:27:33.000 My name is Jill Stokey.
00:27:36.000 I went to vote and was told I already voted.
00:27:39.000 I pursued the matter and in years past I always voted in person.
00:27:45.000 This time they mailed out the ballot and somebody took my ballot.
00:27:50.000 They also took the ballot of my roommate.
00:27:54.000 I was told by the interviewer from Channel 8 When I said, did other people do this?
00:28:00.000 He said, yes.
00:28:02.000 He said, you're the first devil.
00:28:04.000 OK.
00:28:05.000 A Clark County registrar then said, well, we then talked to her and we checked her signature.
00:28:10.000 It matched.
00:28:10.000 And we offered her the opportunity to revote.
00:28:12.000 And she turned it down.
00:28:13.000 So again, not every allegation of voter fraud or voter irregularity ends up being true.
00:28:18.000 This is why evidence is usually necessary.
00:28:20.000 Here's the Clark County registrar.
00:28:22.000 I personally dealt with Ms.
00:28:23.000 Stoke.
00:28:24.000 She brought her claim to me, we reviewed the ballot, and in our opinion, it's her signature.
00:28:29.000 We also gave her an opportunity to provide a statement.
00:28:32.000 If she wanted to object to that and provide a challenge to that, she refused to do so.
00:28:37.000 A member of the Nevada Secretary of State's Office Investigation Team also interviewed her, and they had no issue with the assistance that we tried to give her.
00:28:46.000 Okay, so, you know, all of this will be litigated.
00:28:48.000 All of this will be litigated.
00:28:49.000 And that's really what it's going to come down to, because as of today, the network started calling the election for Joe Biden.
00:28:54.000 Biden pulled ahead in Pennsylvania.
00:28:56.000 A lot of the mail-in ballots that were still coming in from surrounding counties tend toward the heavily Democratic.
00:29:01.000 Trump is making the claim that voter regularity is responsible for this.
00:29:05.000 We're going to see it all litigated out.
00:29:06.000 OK, so that brings us to President Trump's presser last night.
00:29:08.000 So President Trump came out last night and he he said some true things.
00:29:12.000 He said some things that were not so true.
00:29:13.000 It drove people absolutely batty.
00:29:15.000 Here was President Trump yesterday.
00:29:16.000 He emerged to say, you know, there's a lot of talk in the lead up to the election about a big blue wave.
00:29:20.000 It just did not materialize.
00:29:21.000 Here was President Trump last night.
00:29:23.000 As everybody saw, we won by historic numbers.
00:29:28.000 And the pollsters got it knowingly wrong.
00:29:31.000 They got it knowingly wrong.
00:29:32.000 We had polls that were so ridiculous, and everybody knew it at the time.
00:29:36.000 There was no blue wave that they predicted.
00:29:38.000 They thought there was going to be a big blue wave.
00:29:40.000 That was false.
00:29:41.000 That was done for suppression reasons.
00:29:44.000 But instead, there was a big red wave.
00:29:48.000 And it's been properly acknowledged, actually, by the media.
00:29:52.000 He's right about that, obviously.
00:29:52.000 Okay, okay.
00:29:54.000 The fact is that Republicans far outperformed what the polls suggested.
00:29:57.000 Republicans are going to end up with maybe 214 seats in the House, which is an unthinkable outcome.
00:30:02.000 Cook Political, which was a nonpartisan outlet, was suggesting Republicans were going to lose anywhere from 5 to 10 seats.
00:30:06.000 Instead, Republicans are going to pick up anywhere from 10 to 15 seats in the House of Representatives.
00:30:11.000 Plus, there's a likelihood that they maintain the Senate.
00:30:14.000 I know there's a lot of heartburn out there about the two Georgia Senate races, which are both likely going to run off at this point.
00:30:20.000 OK, I'm fairly sanguine about those races.
00:30:22.000 The reason I'm fairly sanguine about those races is because Donald Trump is not going to be on the ballot in Georgia.
00:30:26.000 What we've seen across the country, a lot of Democratic ballots where it's just Joe Biden and nothing underneath, meaning the motivation to get out for a special election in Georgia for Senate just to give control to Chuck Schumer.
00:30:36.000 It's not really there for Democrats in huge numbers.
00:30:39.000 For Republicans to stop Chuck Schumer and Joe Biden from having unified control of government, lots and lots of motivation.
00:30:44.000 Plus, the reality is that one of the races, David Perdue, in that race, he did beat the Democrat.
00:30:52.000 He just didn't get directly above 50%.
00:30:53.000 He ended up right at 50%.
00:30:55.000 In the other race, Kelly Loeffler, who's going to be the candidate, She's going to unify Republican support behind her.
00:31:00.000 Doug Collins and Kelly Loeffler split the support in that particular race, but they were out polling the Democrat in that race anyway.
00:31:05.000 So I think the Republicans end up with both of those GA Senate seats.
00:31:09.000 OK, so Trump is right.
00:31:10.000 There was, in fact, a big red wave.
00:31:12.000 It was the year of the Republican woman.
00:31:12.000 He is also right.
00:31:14.000 And because the media hate Republicans, they just decided they're not going to comment on it.
00:31:19.000 This was also the year of the Republican woman.
00:31:23.000 More Republican women were elected to Congress than ever before.
00:31:28.000 That's a great achievement.
00:31:31.000 Alrighty, so he is right about that as well.
00:31:32.000 Then we get to the crux of the matter, right?
00:31:34.000 We get to the heart of the matter that people are upset about.
00:31:35.000 We'll get to that in just one second.
00:31:37.000 First, let us talk about how you can really upgrade your business in a quick and easy way.

00:33:00.000 Head on over to Podium.com slash Shapiro today.
00:33:03.000 OK, so then we get to the crux of Trump's press conference.
00:33:07.000 And this is where this is going to launch a thousand think pieces.
00:33:10.000 President Trump suggests that the election has been stolen from him via voter fraud and voter irregularities as they are trying to steal the election.
00:33:17.000 Now, is this an overstatement?
00:33:20.000 I think it's an overstatement because I don't know that they're trying to steal an election.
00:33:24.000 I do think that any suspicion of voter fraud and voter irregularities should be pursued.
00:33:27.000 It's very important to the country that transparency be the byword of the day.
00:33:32.000 It depends on who the they is.
00:33:33.000 It depends on what evidence there is, obviously.
00:33:35.000 Here's President Trump saying that they're trying to steal an election.
00:33:39.000 There's tremendous litigation going on.
00:33:41.000 And this is a case where they're trying to steal an election.
00:33:44.000 They're trying to rig an election.
00:33:47.000 And we can't let that happen.
00:33:48.000 Detroit and Philadelphia, known as two of the most corrupt political places anywhere in our country, easily cannot be responsible for engineering the outcome of a presidential race, a very important presidential race.
00:34:03.000 Now, the reality is that you want to make sure that everything is not corrupt.
00:34:05.000 So any call by President Trump to make the process less corrupt is a good call.
00:34:09.000 Trump then continues to say they never believed they could win this honestly.
00:34:13.000 Democrat officials never believed they could win this election honestly.
00:34:16.000 I really believe that.
00:34:17.000 That's why they did the mail-in ballots where there's tremendous corruption and fraud going on.
00:34:24.000 That's why they mailed out tens of millions of unsolicited ballots without any verification measures whatsoever.
00:34:31.000 And I've told everybody that these things would happen.
00:34:36.000 Because I've seen it happen.
00:34:38.000 Okay, his complaints about the mail-in balloting process, as I've talked about at length on the program before, I think are not unjustified.
00:34:44.000 I think that the mail-in balloting process can be a problem.
00:34:47.000 Is that evidence that it was a problem here, or that it makes up the margin of error in these various states?
00:34:51.000 The margin of differential?
00:34:52.000 No, it doesn't.
00:34:53.000 And this is where Trump goes too far, right?
00:34:55.000 He says, if you count all the votes legally, I'm going to win.
00:34:58.000 If you don't count all the votes legally, if you count a bunch of illegal votes, they're stealing the election.
00:35:02.000 How about I'm filing all the lawsuits that are necessary in order to ensure that the vote count is fair.
00:35:02.000 How about this?
00:35:07.000 I suspect that there are many outstanding ballots that are being unfairly counted.
00:35:11.000 You know, that would... That's perfectly legit.
00:35:14.000 Him suggesting the only way for him to lose is voter fraud or voter illegality is obviously a broad overstatement, but the president traffics in those.
00:35:20.000 If you count the legal votes, I easily win.
00:35:25.000 If you count the illegal votes, they can try to steal The election from us.
00:35:32.000 If you count the votes that came in late, we're looking at them very strongly.
00:35:36.000 But a lot of votes came in late.
00:35:38.000 Okay, so, you know, him saying that if you count the votes that came in late, well, we don't know the numbers on that.
00:35:43.000 That's obviously something that should be litigated if, in fact, that is the margin of error in Pennsylvania.
00:35:48.000 And finally, Trump concludes we're going to take all the legal action at our disposal to ensure that only legally cast ballots are counted, which, of course, is legit.
00:35:55.000 I mean, that's perfectly fine.
00:35:56.000 That's perfectly fine for any candidate is to file any legal challenge that they feel is appropriate in order to ensure the veracity of the ballot.
00:36:01.000 Here is Trump.
00:36:03.000 I have been talking about this for many months with all of you, and I've said very strongly that mail-in ballots are going to end up being a disaster.
00:36:11.000 Small elections were a disaster.
00:36:13.000 Small, very easy-to-handle elections were disastrous.
00:36:17.000 This is a large-scale version, and it's getting worse and worse every day.
00:36:21.000 We're hearing stories that are horror stories, absolute horror stories.
00:36:26.000 And we can't let that happen to the United States of America.
00:36:29.000 It's not a question of who wins, Republican, Democrat, Joe, myself.
00:36:34.000 We can't let that happen to our country.
00:36:37.000 Okay, so the legal process will move forward.
00:36:39.000 A president will be declared.
00:36:40.000 That is the way this is gonna work.
00:36:41.000 The media, obviously, jumping the gun because this is what they do, right?
00:36:45.000 They're in the business of projecting states.
00:36:46.000 They currently project that Joe Biden is the president of the United States.
00:36:49.000 Decision Desk HQ called it earlier today.
00:36:51.000 NBC News called it earlier today.
00:36:53.000 They called it earlier today based on Biden taking a lead in Pennsylvania.
00:36:56.000 Again, this has not been litigated yet.
00:36:58.000 This has not gone all the way through the process.
00:37:00.000 Okay, and journalists were fighting mad about Trump saying this stuff.
00:37:03.000 They were fighting, fighting mad.
00:37:04.000 Now, as I say, For Trump to suggest that the only way he can lose is if it was voter fraud or voter irregularity is an overstatement.
00:37:11.000 He said it earlier this week, and I said it was wrong for him to say it then, and it's wrong for him to say it now.
00:37:15.000 He should not be saying, because no one should.
00:37:17.000 I mean, we saw Democrats saying it.
00:37:19.000 It's wrong when Democrats say it.
00:37:21.000 It's wrong when Democrats suggest that the only way that they could lose is through voter suppression, right?
00:37:25.000 I've been on this bandwagon for a while now, that it turns out that sometimes elections go the way you don't want them to, but for the media to immediately dismiss all possibility of voter fraud and voter irregularity or to suggest that anybody who's worried about that is a dupe or an idiot, that's not right.
00:37:39.000 That's not right at all.
00:37:40.000 Okay, so journalists, Of course, journalism's all over the place.
00:37:44.000 They lost it.
00:37:45.000 So, Jim Acosta and ladies, find you somebody.
00:37:48.000 Find you anybody who loves you like Jim Acosta loves Jim Acosta.
00:37:52.000 Here is Jim Acosta celebrating Trump's presidency is disappearing before our eyes.
00:37:56.000 I can't imagine why the trust in institutional media is at all-time lows because this guy's an objective journalist who's tubing all over the place.
00:38:03.000 President is watching the lights go out on his presidency right now.
00:38:07.000 That is what we're witnessing in real time.
00:38:10.000 As these votes are being tabulated and Joe Biden is catching up in Pennsylvania and in Georgia, the presidency of Donald J. Trump is vanishing before our eyes.
00:38:20.000 Okay, weird, I don't remember them saying this about Al Gore during the challenges of 2000.
00:38:24.000 I don't remember anybody at CNN suggesting that Stacey Abrams was full of crap after she declared that voter suppression was the rationale for losing her Georgia gubernatorial race.
00:38:31.000 I remember everybody at CNN for four long years declaring that Donald Trump was illegally made president by the Russians.
00:38:36.000 Okay, so no, I don't buy this kind of high-dudgeon nonsense from Jim Acosta, from Anderson Cooper.
00:38:42.000 Anderson Cooper came out, he trashed Trump, it's pathetic.
00:38:45.000 Which of course, again, you really want to up the faith in an objective media, continue along these lines.
00:38:49.000 Here's Anderson Cooper.
00:38:51.000 It's sad and it is truly pathetic and of course it is dangerous and of course it will go to courts, but you'll notice the president did not have any evidence.
00:38:59.000 That is the president of the United States.
00:39:01.000 That is the most powerful person in the world.
00:39:03.000 And we see him like an obese turtle on his back, flailing in the hot sun, realizing his time is over.
00:39:10.000 Oh, that's a reporter who's reporting without animus right there.
00:39:14.000 Yeah.
00:39:16.000 I'm sorry that the media saying that Trump wants to take the country down with them.
00:39:16.000 I mean, it's amazing.
00:39:20.000 Yes, our objective media declaring the president a fat turtle on his back in the sun.
00:39:24.000 Yes, I'm sure you guys... Slow clap for the journalistic establishment here.
00:39:29.000 Really well done.
00:39:30.000 Really well done.
00:39:31.000 Now, on CNN, I'd say probably four years ago at this point, I said you guys need to take the journalism-ing up to an 11, and you need to take the tenor down to a 1.
00:39:39.000 And they have decided to do precisely the opposite.
00:39:41.000 They're just going to assume out of hand that anything Trump says is unworthy of even considering the possibility of.
00:39:47.000 They're going to get into high dodging, and then they're going to do the... What makes Anderson Cooper, as a reporter, distinguishable from Rachel Maddow?
00:39:55.000 I'm missing it.
00:39:56.000 I don't see anything.
00:39:56.000 I don't.
00:39:57.000 I really don't.
00:39:59.000 Okay, well, here is the truth.
00:40:00.000 We're going to get into this in a second.
00:40:02.000 The reason that the Democrats are focusing in on Trump and they're focusing on the Trump-Biden race is because there is something else that happened in the election last night, and they don't like it very much.
00:40:12.000 There is significant unrest in the Democratic Party.
00:40:15.000 The Democratic Party is on the verge of a breakup.
00:40:18.000 They have way bigger problems than the Republican Party, regardless of what happens with all the lawsuits, regardless of what happens at the top of the ticket.
00:40:23.000 I know everybody wants to pay attention to that.
00:40:24.000 The fact is, election night was a terrible night for Democrats, a terrible night for Democrats.
00:40:28.000 They lost 100 state legislative seats all over the country.
00:40:31.000 They lost state legislatures in New Hampshire.
00:40:33.000 They lost the governorship in Montana.
00:40:35.000 They did not pick up any of the state legislatures they needed in a redistricting year.
00:40:40.000 They are.
00:40:41.000 They're devastated and they should be devastated.
00:40:43.000 The Democratic coalition is not workable.
00:40:45.000 It is not a workable coalition that is becoming clearer and clearer, clearer every day.
00:40:49.000 And I have the evidence right in front of me.
00:40:51.000 We'll get to that in just one second, because the Democrats are, in fact, in disarray and they are on the verge of collapse.
00:40:56.000 And the only thing that is masking that is the possibility of a 78 year old geriatric, half senile man.
00:41:04.000 Supposedly going to act as the glue of the party.
00:41:05.000 Good luck with that, gang.
00:41:07.000 Good luck.
00:41:09.000 Good luck.
00:41:09.000 Even if Joe Biden emerges victorious.
00:41:11.000 We'll get to that in just one second.
00:41:13.000 First, let's talk about the watch that you wear upon your wrist right now.
00:41:17.000 So there are a lot of people out there who are going to try and sell you really, really cheap watches for very expensive prices.

00:42:44.000 That is V-I-N-C-E-R-O watches.com slash Shapiro.
00:42:47.000 Alrighty.
00:42:48.000 We're going to get to the absolute disarray in the Democratic Party because that really is the story coming out of the election.
00:42:53.000 I understand everybody still wants to focus in on the presidential election.
00:42:59.000 The reality is this was a bad election for Democrats, a very bad election for Democrats.
00:43:03.000 And that's why you're still seeing an enormous amount of despair in Democratic circles.
00:43:07.000 So wait until I tell you about this.
00:43:08.000 It's pretty incredible.
00:43:09.000 First, you don't want to miss another great episode of the Sunday special coming up this weekend.
00:43:13.000 We'll be joined by historian Victor Davis Hanson to discuss President Trump, his legacy for the Republican Party.
00:43:18.000 We'll be discussing America's context in history because he is a historian.
00:43:22.000 What does America most resemble?
00:43:24.000 Are we the Roman Empire?
00:43:25.000 Are we the Roman Republic?
00:43:26.000 Like, where are we in history right now looking at the United States?
00:43:29.000 Head on over and watch early at dailywire.com or listen to Sunday on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever else you get your podcasts.
00:43:35.000 Also, you may have noticed this has been an insane year.
00:43:38.000 You may have noticed that there is a movement afoot to basically rip away American history.
00:43:41.000 The woke skulls are out there to ruin your life and censor you.
00:43:44.000 You may have noticed that there is a real divide in American philosophy right now.
00:43:47.000 The number one question I get, I get it all the time from parents and from teachers and from just general people.
00:43:52.000 How do I get the people around me to understand American philosophy?
00:43:56.000 What do you mean when you talk about the Declaration or the Constitution?
00:43:58.000 And what do you mean when you talk about there are people who want to overthrow that stuff?
00:44:01.000 Why would they want to do that?
00:44:02.000 I wrote a book.
00:44:03.000 It's called How to Destroy America in Three Easy Steps.
00:44:05.000 It is more relevant than it was the day of the election.
00:44:07.000 This is the battle that is going to characterize America going forward.
00:44:10.000 Joe Biden represents a facade for the disintegrationists.
00:44:14.000 That has to stop.
00:44:15.000 Go pick up a copy right now of How to Destroy America in Three Easy Steps today at Amazon or BarnesandNoble.com.
00:44:20.000 You're listening to the largest, fastest growing conservative podcast and radio show in the nation.
00:44:23.000 So meanwhile, the Democratic Party is in complete disarray.
00:44:33.000 So don't let all of the focus on Trump versus Biden fool you.
00:44:35.000 The Democratic Party has deep, deep troubles.
00:44:38.000 They lost a bunch of seats across the country, and they are just, they can't stand it.
00:44:42.000 I mean, they're falling apart.
00:44:43.000 The DCCC chair, a woman named Sherry Bustos, she told House Democrats, per a person on a House Democrat call yesterday, quote, I'm furious.
00:44:51.000 Something went wrong here across the entire political world.
00:44:54.000 Something went wrong here across the entire political world.
00:44:57.000 Well, first of all, let me just say this.
00:44:59.000 The Democratic Party needs to start using ZipRecruit ASAP.
00:45:02.000 Like, ASAP.
00:45:03.000 Do you have any idea who's the head of the DCCC?
00:45:05.000 Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee?
00:45:07.000 You know who that was?
00:45:09.000 The head of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee?
00:45:13.000 Is Robby Mook.
00:45:14.000 You know what Robby Mook did before he was the head of the DCCC?
00:45:17.000 He was the head of Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign in 2016.
00:45:21.000 Okay, that qualifies you for only one job.
00:45:22.000 Head coach of the New York Jets.
00:45:24.000 That is the only job that qualifies you for.
00:45:27.000 Seriously.
00:45:27.000 Like, that's an amazing record.
00:45:29.000 I love that.
00:45:30.000 Can you imagine how that interview went?
00:45:32.000 He walks into the DCCC and they're like, oh, Robbie, good to see you.
00:45:34.000 And he's like, oh, good to see you too.
00:45:35.000 They're like, well, what did you do?
00:45:36.000 What was your last job?
00:45:37.000 He's like, well, I ran the most unsuccessful presidential campaign in American history.
00:45:40.000 And they're like, you are hired, my friend.
00:45:42.000 It's probably going to go great.
00:45:44.000 And then the DCCC obviously immediately falls apart on the job.
00:45:49.000 So there was a massive internal Democratic meltdown yesterday.
00:45:52.000 There was the Democratic caucus call.
00:45:54.000 And I'm gonna read this to you in its entirety because it is so indicative of the fact that the Democratic coalition cannot hold.
00:46:00.000 So Democrats since 2012 have been attempting to replicate the Obama coalition, right?
00:46:04.000 The Obama coalition was going to be minorities, gays, some suburban women, Some woke white folks.
00:46:12.000 And that was going to overturn the other 47% of the population.
00:46:17.000 It was a new ascendant plurality minority coalition and it was going to be durable and it was going to stick together.
00:46:23.000 The intersectional coalition was going to stick together.
00:46:25.000 And it turns out that that fell apart in 2016 when the intersectional coalition didn't show up for Hillary.
00:46:29.000 Well, it turns out the intersectional coalition also did not show up for Democrats in Congress.
00:46:33.000 The intersectional coalition may have shown up because they don't like Donald Trump very much.
00:46:37.000 But they did not show up to get rid of Susan Collins in Maine.
00:46:39.000 They did not show up to get rid of Tom Tillis in North Carolina.
00:46:41.000 They did not show up to get rid of Steve Daines in Montana.
00:46:43.000 They did not show up to get rid of John Cornyn in Texas.
00:46:47.000 In fact, the opposite happened.
00:46:49.000 A bunch of those suburban women turned back into Republicans in 2020.
00:46:53.000 In fact, Donald Trump got an outsized share of Latino and black votes.
00:46:57.000 And so Democrats are looking at each other going, wait a second, are you the enemy?
00:47:00.000 Are you the problem here?
00:47:02.000 Because here is the problem.
00:47:03.000 The Democrats have some fundamentally incompatible demographics in their coalition.
00:47:08.000 I'm not talking about racial demographics.
00:47:09.000 I'm talking about ideological demographics.
00:47:11.000 So you've got the squad who are declaring that socialism is the way forward.
00:47:14.000 And then you've got purple district Democrats who are like, hold up just a second.
00:47:19.000 You're going to get me kicked out of Congress.
00:47:21.000 You've got AOC suggesting socialism is the way forward and then you've got Latino voters down in Florida, Cuban voters and Venezuelan voters going, hold up, we just came from a socialist country and you are a crazy person.
00:47:31.000 That is not a thing I want.
00:47:33.000 You got a bunch of woke white people who are saying to black people, defund the police and black people looking at them like, are you insane?
00:47:38.000 We need cops in our towns.
00:47:40.000 Are you nuts?
00:47:41.000 You've got a bunch of people in the Democratic Party who believe that the top issue in America is allowing biological boys into girls' locker rooms.
00:47:49.000 And meanwhile, I got a bunch of working class white people going, I don't have a job.
00:47:52.000 This coalition cannot hold together.
00:47:54.000 It is fragmenting.
00:47:55.000 And that was perfectly obvious from the tone and tenor from the Democratic Party.
00:47:58.000 They're in a state of sheer panic right now.
00:48:00.000 The only thing masking the panic is the fact that they think Biden won.
00:48:03.000 That's the only thing masking the panic right now.
00:48:04.000 Because when you get behind the scenes, the panic is absolutely obvious.
00:48:07.000 So here's the proof.
00:48:09.000 Democratic caucus call yesterday.
00:48:11.000 So there's a congresswoman named Abigail Spanberger.
00:48:13.000 She's from Virginia.
00:48:14.000 She ran in a very, very tight race.
00:48:16.000 Okay.
00:48:17.000 And she was sounding off.
00:48:19.000 She was sounding off on her election battle.
00:48:24.000 She won her race by something like 5,000 votes out of 450,000 votes cast over Nick Frietas, if that ends up being the final margin.
00:48:32.000 She said, quote, we lost races we shouldn't have lost. Defund police almost cost me my race because of an attack ad. Don't say socialism ever again. Need to get back to basics is yelling. Right.
00:48:42.000 This is Erica Warner, Washington Post congressional reporter is yelling.
00:48:46.000 I love that.
00:48:47.000 I love that.
00:48:47.000 Okay, if we run this race again, we will get effing torn apart in 2022, Spanberger says.
00:48:52.000 Okay, then Nancy Pelosi, who has run this party directly into the ground.
00:48:56.000 Remember, her great legislative achievement under Donald Trump is a failed impeachment.
00:49:01.000 That's it.
00:49:01.000 You can't name any of the other things because they don't exist.
00:49:04.000 Pelosi came back on and says she disagrees.
00:49:06.000 They won the House and the presidency.
00:49:08.000 You lost seats in a year you were supposed to pick up seats, lady.
00:49:12.000 Okay, you may not have won the presidency.
00:49:13.000 We'll find out.
00:49:14.000 If you did, it was by the narrowest possible margin over a candidate you guys said was so historically unpopular that Joe Biden was gonna win 55% of the vote and 400 electoral votes.
00:49:25.000 And then Pelosi says, we have a mandate.
00:49:27.000 We have a mandate.
00:49:29.000 First of all, I hope that Nancy Pelosi believes that.
00:49:31.000 I hope that the House Democrats decide they're going to push forward with, let's force your kindergarten to learn that Sally has two moms.
00:49:39.000 Seriously, I hope that this is the Democratic Party platform moving forward.
00:49:42.000 Green New Deal.
00:49:43.000 Transgender rights.
00:49:44.000 Go for it.
00:49:44.000 Like, do it.
00:49:45.000 Go for broke on the cultural issues.
00:49:47.000 I'm begging you.
00:49:47.000 Do it.
00:49:49.000 Do it.
00:49:50.000 Yes, good, good.
00:49:53.000 Also, earlier in the call, Debbie Mercarsol-Powell, who lost her race in Florida, was crying and she mentioned how people can't pronounce her name and said, stop being negative on Twitter.
00:50:01.000 Then Hakeem Jeffries came back on to tell people to stop leaking and that reporters aren't your friends.
00:50:06.000 Then Representative Jayapal came on and told Jeffries to find the leakers.
00:50:11.000 Erica Werner says it just keeps going, as Pascrell now calling out Schumer.
00:50:14.000 Pelosi's done an amazing job, but where's Schumer in all this?
00:50:17.000 Says Pelosi has one hand tied behind her back.
00:50:18.000 Rashida Tlaib says before we make painful statements, we need to wait and see how the numbers come down.
00:50:22.000 Feels like I'm being asked to be quiet, and we need to appeal to certain people, and that's not right.
00:50:26.000 So Tlaib is like, you're trying to silence me!
00:50:28.000 One of the loudest members of Congress.
00:50:29.000 You're trying to silence me!
00:50:31.000 Then Tlaib says, they called Obama worse.
00:50:33.000 They called him a Muslim, a socialist.
00:50:34.000 You can blame these words, but if it wasn't on BLM, it would have been on something else.
00:50:39.000 Okay, no, the reason it didn't work on Obama is because Obama was not, in fact, easily paintable as a socialist.
00:50:45.000 You guys decided to run Bernie Sanders!
00:50:49.000 The Honorable Estimo Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez was a registered member of the Democratic Socialists of America and declares socialism is a good idea.
00:50:57.000 Barack Obama never did that because he's not an idiot.
00:50:59.000 You guys are idiots, okay?
00:51:01.000 That is the problem.
00:51:03.000 So that's pretty hilarious.
00:51:05.000 Okay, and then, So, Joe Biden has a mandate, said Speaker Pelosi.
00:51:09.000 Mhm.
00:51:11.000 And then Jared Huffman, who's a Congress person from California, tweeted out, some of my colleagues are literally live leaking our internal Democratic caucus right now to CNN, The Hill, NBC, Politico, etc. I've gotten texts from three different reporters asking me to live leak juicy details to them. No, we, Dems in the media, need to stop this nonsense.
00:51:27.000 So first of all, I've been informed that leakers are patriots.
00:51:32.000 All of them.
00:51:34.000 So, I don't know what he's complaining about.
00:51:35.000 Second, if you're a Democratic congressperson, you could easily be forgiven for believing that members of the media are your friends.
00:51:40.000 Because they are.
00:51:42.000 Because they defend everything you do.
00:51:44.000 This is a major problem for the Democrats.
00:51:46.000 That coalition is not going to hold.
00:51:48.000 That coalition is falling apart, in fact, because it turns out the people they should be listening to, like Abigail Spanberger, are being cast out by the people from pure blue districts like AOC.
00:51:57.000 Democrats will never lose Brooklyn.
00:51:59.000 Democrats could easily lose Spanberger's seat in Virginia.
00:52:01.000 She almost lost her seat to a Republican in a very, very purple district in what was supposed to be a bad year for Republicans.
00:52:11.000 Okay, so that is going to break out into the open.
00:52:13.000 But Democrats have no capacity to run away from it.
00:52:15.000 That's the part that's hilarious.
00:52:17.000 So, this crystallized most of all in an exchange that happened yesterday via Twitter and other places.
00:52:23.000 Claire McCaskill, former senator from Missouri.
00:52:26.000 She was on MSNBC and she says, the problem with the Democratic Party is you guys are ignoring all the issues people care about in favor of your culture war bull crap.
00:52:33.000 Here's Claire McCaskill pointing out the perfectly obvious.
00:52:37.000 The Republican Party, I think, very adroitly adopted cultural issues as part of their main theme.
00:52:45.000 Whether you're talking guns, or issues surrounding the right to abortion in this country, or things like gay marriage and the right for transsexuals and other people who we as a party have tried to quote-unquote look after and make sure that they're treated fairly.
00:53:02.000 As we, you know, circled those issues, we left some voters behind and Republicans dove in with a vengeance.
00:53:10.000 Okay, so she is right about all of that, right?
00:53:12.000 You dove into the cultural issues, you ignored the needs of your own constituents, right?
00:53:16.000 This is a proper take.
00:53:17.000 In an election, remember, Democrats were supposed to win walking away.
00:53:20.000 They did not win walking away.
00:53:22.000 The simple fact of the matter is that if everybody who voted Republican For Congress voted for President Trump in Wisconsin, he would have won Wisconsin.
00:53:30.000 There are 49,000 voters in Wisconsin who voted Republican on House ballots who didn't vote for Trump at the top of the ticket.
00:53:38.000 Conversely, there were 69,000 Democrats who voted in Wisconsin and voted for Joe Biden at the top of the ticket and did not vote for a Democrat down ballot.
00:53:46.000 Which means that there are a lot of people who do not want Democrats in control.
00:53:49.000 There are a lot of people who may not have liked President Trump very much, and so that's masking the Democrats' utter failure the other night.
00:53:55.000 But that is a very shallow mask, okay?
00:53:58.000 And Claire McCaskill is pointing out that our coalition is not a durable coalition, right?
00:54:01.000 So what is the response of the squad, of the Honorable Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez?
00:54:06.000 Again, I keep calling her this because she has declared that despite the fact that her Twitter handle is AOC, we can't call her AOC because that's disrespectful to her and to women everywhere or some such nonsense.
00:54:15.000 And having been accused of catcalling her for simply suggesting that we have a debate, now Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez has declared you can't call her AOC.
00:54:21.000 So now I call her the honorable representative, the honorable, estimable, brilliant representative, Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez, D-Twitch.
00:54:30.000 She tweeted out, Why do we listen to people who lost elections as if they are expert in winning elections?
00:54:34.000 McCaskill tried her approach.
00:54:36.000 She ran as a caravan hysteria Dem and lost while grassroots organizers won progressive measures in Missouri.
00:54:41.000 Her language here shows how she took her base for granted.
00:54:44.000 Oh, please listen to the Honorable Estimel Representative Ocasio-Cortez.
00:54:49.000 Please listen to her, Democrats.
00:54:51.000 The wonders and wisdom of this woman?
00:54:53.000 Beyond the pale.
00:54:54.000 Beyond the pale.
00:54:55.000 I just, I love the fact that Claire McCaskill lost in Missouri to a Republican.
00:54:59.000 And AOC is like, you know what?
00:55:01.000 Sorry, Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez, Honorable Estimel, detwitch.
00:55:05.000 She says that McCaskill lost because she didn't campaign as a hard left Democratic Socialist in Missouri.
00:55:11.000 Please, keep listening to that.
00:55:13.000 Do it.
00:55:14.000 Do it.
00:55:15.000 And Kermit the Frog meme.
00:55:17.000 Do it.
00:55:19.000 Please, I'm begging you, Democrats, listen to Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
00:55:23.000 Continue along these lines.
00:55:25.000 Suggest that Claire McCaskill is wrong, the culture war issues, the socialism, all of this is a good idea.
00:55:30.000 Follow the squad down the rabbit hole.
00:55:31.000 See, here's the problem for the Democrats.
00:55:32.000 This is a real problem for the Democrats.
00:55:34.000 They decided they were going to, they're a dying party in some ways, that they are going to live off the lifeblood of the intersectional coalition.
00:55:42.000 Like a 70-year-old Hollywood celebrity bringing in a 20-year-old and then having their blood filtered to them.
00:55:48.000 That's what the Democratic Party has become.
00:55:51.000 You've got 95-year-old Nancy Pelosi trying to live off the life energy of Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez and posing with her and Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine.
00:55:51.000 Almost literally, right?
00:56:02.000 That is the vibe.
00:56:03.000 Okay, well, it turns out, what happens if the 20-year-old whose blood you are living off of, what happens if that 20-year-old has a blood disease?
00:56:13.000 What then?
00:56:14.000 That's the problem, gang.
00:56:16.000 They have decided they're going to live off the energy of the woke socialists, and the woke socialists are not going to be complacent just being part of the coalition.
00:56:22.000 They want to drive the bus.
00:56:23.000 And because you need them, you cannot alienate them.
00:56:26.000 And that's why Nancy Pelosi refuses to acknowledge that the other night was a bad night for Democrats, even though everybody knows it was a bad night for Democrats.
00:56:32.000 If they acknowledge it was a bad night for Democrats, and that campaigning on Black Lives Matter, and the police are racist, and defund the police, and socialism is good, and transgender bathrooms, and everybody who doesn't like me is a racist, that that's a bad campaign strategy?
00:56:44.000 The minute they acknowledge that, they implicitly rebuke the squad.
00:56:47.000 But they need the squad.
00:56:48.000 They can't alienate the squad.
00:56:50.000 See, what's happened here is a process that the author Nicholas Nassim Tlaib has called renormalization.
00:56:55.000 So renormalization is the idea that if you have an extremely solid core of a small group of supporters who are intransigent in their beliefs, they can force everybody over to their side.
00:57:05.000 So take, for example, this is the example that Tlaib uses.
00:57:08.000 Take, for example, you have a family with one daughter who's a vegetarian.
00:57:12.000 And that daughter, who's a vegetarian, says to mom, listen, I'm a vegetarian, you can eat what you want, but I'm not eating anything you put on the table that's not vegetarian.
00:57:19.000 So mom now has two choices.
00:57:20.000 She can either cook two meals, one for intransigent vegetarian daughter, and one for everybody else, or she can just cook a vegetarian meal for everybody.
00:57:27.000 And then, let's say that that family goes to a block party.
00:57:29.000 And there are 20 families there.
00:57:31.000 And the family says, listen, our daughter, she's vegetarian.
00:57:33.000 You can just make one meal for her that's vegetarian, but we're all kind of eating vegetarian in solidarity.
00:57:37.000 And so, you know, you can make two meals.
00:57:39.000 Just give us the vegetarian meal and everybody else has the non-vegetarian meal.
00:57:43.000 And so the organizers of the party, they go, you know what?
00:57:45.000 It's not that much of a cost for us just to order one meal.
00:57:47.000 And it's kind of a hassle to have to organize too.
00:57:48.000 So now everybody's eating vegetarian because this one person is intransigent.
00:57:52.000 That's the squad.
00:57:53.000 The squad has said that we are willing to walk.
00:57:55.000 The squad has said we are willing to take down members of our own party.
00:57:58.000 The squad has said we want to rule the roost and we refuse to take a back seat to anybody, including the so-called moderates that we need.
00:58:06.000 And so we are going to take over the party.
00:58:08.000 And Nancy Pelosi has no ability to defend against this, particularly because they can use their tactics against Nancy Pelosi.
00:58:13.000 They can call Nancy Pelosi an old white racist.
00:58:15.000 They can suggest she's out of touch.
00:58:16.000 They can suggest she's too conservative, even though she's a San Francisco liberal.
00:58:20.000 It's pretty incredible.
00:58:22.000 So the Democrats have a world of hurt coming to them.
00:58:25.000 Conor Lamb is making that clear.
00:58:29.000 There's an article in the Washington Post today.
00:58:34.000 An angry dispute erupted among House Democrats on Thursday, with centrist members blasting their liberal colleagues during a private conference call for pushing far-left views that cost the party seats in Tuesday's election that they'd worked hard to win two years ago.
00:58:46.000 It was never about ousting Trump.
00:58:46.000 But here's the thing.
00:58:47.000 And this is what I said yesterday.
00:58:49.000 For Democrats.
00:58:49.000 I'm old enough to remember because I'm more than 30 seconds old.
00:58:51.000 When Democrats said, the only thing that would save our souls is ousting Trump.
00:58:54.000 If Trump remains in office, the world is lost.
00:58:55.000 nominee, Joe Biden, stands on the brink of achieving their biggest goal of the year, ousting President Trump. But here's the thing, it was never about ousting Trump.
00:59:01.000 And this is what I said yesterday. For Democrats, I'm old enough to remember because I'm more than 30 seconds old. When Democrats said the only thing that would save our souls is ousting Trump, if Trump remains in office, the world is lost. Now they think that Biden has won the election, and yet they are deeply unhappy.
00:59:16.000 Because it was never about their disdain for Trump's character or the fact that he was violating norms or anything like that.
00:59:16.000 Why?
00:59:21.000 They didn't care about any of that.
00:59:23.000 That was all an excuse to get rid of Trump and, hopefully, to get rid of Republicans across the country who they were trying to tie to Trump, right?
00:59:28.000 That was their whole campaign.
00:59:29.000 It turns out Americans didn't hate Trump enough for that, and they didn't hate Republicans enough for that, and they really, really hate the Wolksters.
00:59:34.000 They really hate the Wolksters.
00:59:35.000 That is the message of the election.
00:59:37.000 You know who knows that?
00:59:38.000 Everybody who's in a moderate district.
00:59:41.000 Other centrists, like Mark Vesey of Texas, made similar points.
00:59:45.000 Liberals, meanwhile, fired back.
00:59:47.000 Representative Pramila Jayapal, Democrat of Washington and co-chairwoman of the Congressional Progressive Caucus, argued that Democrats should not single out people and ideas that energize the party base.
00:59:57.000 Rashida Tlaib accused her colleagues of only being interested in appealing to white people in suburbia.
01:00:03.000 There it is.
01:00:03.000 There it is.
01:00:04.000 All the Democrats on the call are also racists who only care about the white racists in the suburbs, according to Rashida Tlaib.
01:00:10.000 You guys decided to feed the alligator hoping it would eat you last.
01:00:12.000 It ain't.
01:00:12.000 It's eating you first.
01:00:13.000 How's that feel?
01:00:14.000 How's it feel having those alligator teeth wrapped right around your sternum?
01:00:17.000 You enjoying that, are you?
01:00:19.000 Yeah, you had that coming.
01:00:21.000 To be real, it sounds like you are saying, stop pushing for what black folks want, said Rashida Tlaib.
01:00:26.000 Throughout the call, Pelosi sought to reassure her members the election wasn't as bad as it seemed.
01:00:30.000 Democrats, she argued, have held on to about 70% of the 30 Trump-carried districts they won in 2018.
01:00:36.000 She says we held the House.
01:00:37.000 We didn't win every battle.
01:00:38.000 We did win the war.
01:00:39.000 No, you lost seats.
01:00:40.000 You lost seats.
01:00:42.000 A Democrat's messaging is terrible.
01:00:44.000 It doesn't resonate to Representative Kurt Schrader, a Democrat of Oregon, a member of the Blue Dog Coalition.
01:00:48.000 When voters see the far left that gets all the news media attention, they get scared.
01:00:51.000 They're afraid this will become a super nanny state and their ability to do things on their own is going to take things away.
01:00:57.000 Several moderate Democrats said in interviews that Pelosi should have made a deal with Trump on a coronavirus relief package.
01:01:03.000 Pelosi said she was holding back for a better deal, but it was a huge mistake.
01:01:07.000 One lawmaker said it made us look like obstructionists instead of those up for the challenge the country needs.
01:01:12.000 It was a huge mistake.
01:01:13.000 Trump was like, I'm ready for a deal.
01:01:14.000 Make it bigger.
01:01:15.000 And Pelosi was obstructing.
01:01:17.000 Representative Cheri Bustos, Democrat of Illinois, the chairwoman of the DCCC, who nearly lost her seat, is also facing member wrath.
01:01:23.000 She defended her operation, argued that Republicans were forced to spend tens of millions of dollars playing defense.
01:01:29.000 But that's not true.
01:01:30.000 Republicans won a bunch of seats they weren't supposed to win.
01:01:33.000 This is according to the Washington Post.
01:01:35.000 Okay, not me.
01:01:37.000 Privately, Democrats in interviews over the past two days have said the answer is obvious.
01:01:40.000 The party in recent years has moved further left, with some members embracing such liberal ideas as free college, the Green New Deal, eliminating the filibuster and adding justices to the Supreme Court.
01:01:49.000 Many of the House's rank and file support those policies, though Pelosi and the DCCC have done their utmost to steer the caucus away from those ideas.
01:01:57.000 At the same time, one member noted 130 House Democrats face primaries this cycle, with such groups as Justice Democrats defeating Establishment Democrats seeking to punish members who aren't liberal enough.
01:02:07.000 One lawmaker said, there's no question that was a huge albatross on the necks of so many of our candidates who unfortunately went down.
01:02:12.000 There has to be a reckoning within our ranks about this because a lot of justice Democrats don't give a damn about the Democratic Party.
01:02:17.000 They're all about purity and orthodoxy, and it is damaging our opportunities.
01:02:20.000 Meanwhile, the executive director of Justice Democrats, Alexandra Rojas, she said they had one job and they blew it.
01:02:26.000 We need a Democratic Party that stands for something more than just being anti-Trump.
01:02:30.000 Conor Lamb, a centrist who barely won his seat on Election Day, said Spanberger was talking about something many of us are feeling today.
01:02:35.000 We pay the price for these unprofessional and unrealistic comments about a number of issues, whether it is about police or shale gas.
01:02:42.000 These issues are too serious for people we represent to tolerate them being talked about so casually.
01:02:46.000 Correct.
01:02:47.000 Correct.
01:02:47.000 But do you think the Democrats can let go of it?
01:02:49.000 You bet your ass they cannot let go of it.
01:02:51.000 They will never be able to let go of it.
01:02:52.000 Ever.
01:02:53.000 Because again, they are too attached to the message that everyone who opposes them only opposes them because they're racist.
01:02:58.000 They can never look at a Trump voter or even a crossover voter who voted for Biden and then a Republican down ballot.
01:03:03.000 Or somebody who didn't vote for Trump at the top of the ticket and voted Republican down ballot.
01:03:06.000 They cannot let go of the argument.
01:03:07.000 The only reason to vote against Democrats is because you are a racist.
01:03:11.000 This is why you saw late night hosts lamenting America last night.
01:03:14.000 Here are a bunch of late night hosts lamenting the state of America.
01:03:17.000 And listen, listen.
01:03:18.000 Honestly, when I am looking for moral guidance, the people I look to most are late night comedians.
01:03:23.000 When I look to the future of America, I think Jimmy Kimmel, Jimmy Fallon, Stephen Colbert.
01:03:30.000 These are the people I look to as the moral light of our time, the torchbearers for decency, who are our late night hosts lamenting that America is so terrible, so horrible, so bad, and then they go back to their palatial estates where they don't have to worry about any of these issues protected by private security.
01:03:44.000 He is a liar and a cheat who wants them to stop counting thousands of legitimate votes, and almost half of us are apparently okay with that.
01:03:53.000 Be careful, America.
01:03:55.000 If you let Trump do this, then voting could soon become one of those things that people do to feel better but doesn't actually do anything.
01:04:02.000 As usual, the state that got us into this mess was Florida.
01:04:05.000 Every four years, Democrats hope they'll take it.
01:04:08.000 But once again, last night, Florida was called for Donald Trump.
01:04:11.000 Florida's officially America's cheating boyfriend.
01:04:14.000 Why do we always think we can change him?
01:04:17.000 Okay.
01:04:17.000 Yeah, you guys, this is the way to win.
01:04:19.000 This is the way to win.
01:04:21.000 Call everyone you don't like a dupe or an idiot or racist.
01:04:24.000 Go for it.
01:04:24.000 Just go for it.
01:04:25.000 Enjoy and see how it goes for you.

01:05:06.000 You know, the Matt Wall Show, it's not just another show about politics.
01:05:10.000 I think there are enough of those already out there.
01:05:12.000 We talk about culture, because culture drives politics, and it drives everything else.
01:05:16.000 So my main focuses are life, family, faith.
01:05:21.000 Those are fundamental, and that's what this show is about.
