More bodies have been found inside Israel's borders, and more details are emerging about what happened on the night of July 14th, including the number of terrorists who breached the border fence between Israel and the Gaza Strip and carried out the worst massacre of Jews since the holocaust. The death toll now stands at over 1,000, and the toll could be much higher. The situation in Gaza continues to be tense, and Israel is trying to regain control of the situation there, but it's going to be a long road to do so, and I'm here to tell you how Israel is dealing with the situation, and what we can do to stop it from happening again. 00:00:43.000It had drones, it had all sorts of material around it that made it very difficult to breach.
00:00:47.000Apparently, Hamas came up with a way to do it in technologically sophisticated fashion.
00:00:53.000They used cyber attacks, they used drones of their own to blow up the actual sensor towers.
00:00:57.000They then drove bulldozers through the fence and 1,500 terrorists at a minimum broke into the state of Israel and promptly engaged in the worst massacre of Jews since the Holocaust.
00:01:06.000The numbers, as of this moment, are approaching 1,000 dead Jews.
00:01:10.000Probably in excess of 1,000 dead Jews at this point.
00:01:12.000This was not a military operation in any real sense of the term military.
00:01:16.000These were Einsatzgruppen Nazis who were literally driving up to different Israeli villages.
00:01:35.000They literally just mowed down civilians, kidnapped civilians, brought them back to the Gaza Strip.
00:01:40.000According to the Times of Israel, the Israel Defense Forces said it had finally regained control over its suddenly porous border with the Gaza Strip on Tuesday morning, 72 hours after Hamas terrorists blew through sections of the barrier and launched an invasion that saw over 1,000 Israelis slaughtered or kidnapped.
00:01:53.000As Israel continues to grapple with the enormity of Saturday's massacres, and the military was formally notifying hostages' families that their loved ones were being held in Gaza, Air Force planes bombarded wide swathes of the Strip.
00:02:04.000More and more video is emerging at this point of exactly how terrorists broke into the various kibbutzim and various towns that are surrounding the Gaza Strip that's known as the Gaza Envelope.
00:02:16.000Here, for example, is a video of Hamas terrorists who ambushed people as they were attempting to drive into one of these kibbutzim.
00:02:26.000They're standing outside the fence, as you can see in this particular video.
00:02:30.000And they're waiting for someone to approach this thick iron fence.
00:02:35.000I think they're attempting to crawl underneath.
00:02:37.000And then you will see that they're going to ambush a car as it drives up and allows the gate to open.
00:02:44.000They then proceeded to go into this particular area and murder as many Jews as they could.
00:02:49.000One of the most horrifying discoveries yesterday is over a hundred dead bodies in one of these kibbutzim, a place called Kibbutz Bari.
00:02:57.000You can see that the car arrives, the gate begins to open, the terrorists come and they murder the civilians, they shoot them, and then they break into the kibbutz.
00:03:10.000This is, obviously, this is what terrorism looks like, this is what evil looks like.
00:05:12.000They're the worst that humanity has to offer.
00:05:14.000The situation there is so bad that because parents and children were killed together, and because the bodies were in many cases mutilated or obliterated beyond recognition, Israel has been using DNA to match up babies.
00:05:25.000Here is Trey Yingst of Fox News explaining.
00:05:28.000The answers will come to light in the coming days.
00:05:31.000In some cases, there's been a center set up here in Israel for families where they can give names and even DNA.
00:05:37.000And when you watch the Israeli press at night, you see scenes of parents showing up to... Sorry, it's difficult.
00:05:48.000But parents showing up to give hair of their kids to the authorities to see if they can match the DNA to the bodies.
00:06:21.000When the Allies were approaching near the end of World War II, the Nazis attempted to cover up their own atrocities.
00:06:27.000In this particular case, they celebrated, put it on social media, hand candies to their children, fired guns in the air while celebrating it.
00:06:34.000Here is some footage of what it looks like when you're... This is footage that was from the Electronic Dance Music Festival that was taking place near the Gaza border.
00:06:42.000Hamas terrorists were literally standing on the road waiting for people to drive up and then they were just shooting them.
00:06:46.000Here's video from dash cam of one of those situations.
00:06:51.000These are people attempting to escape the massacre that's happening at the Electronic Dance Festival.
00:06:56.000You can see a Hamas terrorist literally just standing out in the middle of the road and as this person slows down he's just going to start firing through the windshield.
00:07:06.000And continuing to fire on the car until the car ends up being put out of commission.
00:07:50.000Obviously make sure that they have slaked their thirst.
00:07:55.000And then they set fire to the kibbutz.
00:07:58.000The purpose of setting fire to the kibbutz is to drive all of the civilians out from their homes where they can then shoot them in the streets.
00:08:07.000Understand, anybody who right now is claiming moral equivalence, anybody who's claiming both sides, anybody who's calling for a ceasefire, you're part of the problem.
00:09:32.000These are just people who are supposedly being kidnapped.
00:09:34.000There's hostage number four, hostage number three.
00:09:36.000These are middle-aged or elderly people.
00:09:38.000And then as Hamas drives away, you can see their bodies stacked on the ground because Hamas has shot them before taking off for the Gaza Strip.
00:09:48.000They're just people who were massacred for the crime of breathing and being Jews.
00:09:53.000The pictures of hostages are now emerging.
00:09:58.000Today is going to be filled with awful video because Hamas has threatened and presumably will make good on its threats to behead hostages in return for Israel retaliating against Hamas and attempting to depose Hamas from its vicious tyranny in the Gaza Strip.
00:10:13.000Apparently schools in Israel are telling parents to remove TikTok and Instagram apps from their children's phones because videos of hostages begging for their lives are soon going to be released by Hamas.
00:10:23.000And so they're asking, this is what Hamas does.
00:10:25.000They torture people and then they murder them.
00:10:27.000And then they attempt to put it on the phones of the children of Israel.
00:10:53.000Because that is the way that aid typically works Hamas, the hundreds of millions of dollars that America has poured into that area, that has been going for Hamas to pay for rockets and pay for terrorist equipment and to equip its terrorists.
00:11:08.000And now to take that grain, use it for whatever they're using it for, and reuse the bags, the taxpayer money of Japan, reuse those bags for sandbags that they can use to commit acts of evil, is one of the people who is awaiting his death.
00:11:30.000A friend of mine, Michael Eisenberg, who's a tech CEO in Israel, has talked about the fact that other people that are members of his company, they've had entire families, cousins, who were taken away.
00:11:41.000Families with multiple children taken to the Gaza Strip, presumably to be murdered or already dead.
00:11:48.000Here's one mother explaining her children were kidnapped.
00:11:52.000Her sister was kidnapped with the children.
00:11:55.000She somehow escaped, and here she was describing the situation.
00:14:03.000Hamas is threatening to execute all of those civilian hostages.
00:14:09.000Even Anderson Cooper of CNN was struggling to speak after an Israeli woman made a harrowing plea for her kidnapped children again.
00:14:15.000These are mothers who are crying out because their children have been stolen from them and taken to the Gaza Strip where they are presumably to be murdered or terrorists will hide behind them.
00:14:23.000And understand that if Israel goes in and tries to kill Hamas terrorists and these children die, that is solely the fault of Hamas.
00:14:28.000When you hide behind a child, that makes you a coward.
00:15:33.00030 years of attempting to negotiate with Palestinian terrorists, and after 30 years of making concessions to them, and after 15 years of handing over the entire Gaza Strip to the tender mercies of Hamas, and giving them aid, and pretending that there was a peace process, and pretending that these people were anything but human debris.
00:15:49.000The leadership of Hamas, the staffing of Hamas, the government of Hamas.
00:16:50.000What you're really talking about is approximately 36,000 people, if they were killed in a day, in the United States, in multiple locations around the United States.
00:17:00.000It's the greatest catastrophe for Jews, as I've mentioned before, since the Holocaust, without any sort of doubt.
00:17:15.000The elderly were kidnapped, the elderly were killed, but a huge number of these people are children or at the very least they're young people, 17, 18, 19 years old, many of the people serving the military in Israel.
00:17:24.000The draft begins when you're 17, 18 years old.
00:17:28.000The rockets were being fired overhead as they were attempting to bury their dead.
00:17:52.000I know for my friends who are there right now, the sirens are going off all over Israel.
00:17:55.000They've been going off in the north because Hezbollah, as we'll get to in just a moment, has been threatening to come into the war on Israel's northern border, which would be the worst mistake they ever made.
00:18:04.000The rockets have been fired into Ashkelon, into Ashdod.
00:18:06.000These are cities that are near the coast in Israel or on the coast in Israel, just north of the Gaza border.
00:18:11.000They've been fired inland toward Beit Shemesh.
00:18:13.000The sirens have gone off in Jerusalem, which is actually a significant distance
00:18:31.000That is very, very normal under circumstances like this.
00:18:34.000And lest you believe that there are Palestinian moderates who are ready to negotiate,
00:18:37.000lest you believe that the Palestinian Authority is different in any marked way from Hamas
00:18:41.000or that Palestinian Islamic Jihad different any market way.
00:18:44.000Now here's just a reminder that the same people who did what they did with regard to Hamas were considered the world's peace partners for Israel for decades.
00:18:53.000Here's Andrea Mitchell talking with a former PLO spokesperson, the Palestine Liberation Organization, which was Yasser Arafat's terror group that was then legitimized by the world and turned into a legitimate group called the Palestinian Authority.
00:19:03.000They refuse comment on Palestinian terrorism, on Hamas terrorism, because of course they do.
00:19:07.000Because they've been complicit in that terrorism for decades at this point.
00:19:12.000Can you react to this threat from Hamas now to threaten to execute hostages who include women, children, the elderly, who were taken from their homes, you know, if there are any more air attacks?
00:19:27.000Andrea, this is the problem is that I don't think that this is put in its proper political context.
00:19:33.000This isn't just a war, this is actually an occupation that has gone on now for 56 years.
00:19:40.000So what Israelis are now living through over the past 48 hours is what Palestinians have been living through over the course of the past 56 years.
00:19:51.000But does that justify taking people out of their homes of all ages?
00:19:55.000We're not talking about military people.
00:19:57.000We're talking about civilians, children and elderly people, men and women, and taking them to Gaza and threatening to execute them.
00:20:07.000Again, Andrea, I'm not the one who's doing this, so it shouldn't be me who's asked to comment on it.
00:23:12.000Hamas will understand that by attacking us, they've made a mistake of historic proportions.
00:23:19.000We will exact a price that will be remembered by them and Israel's other enemies for decades to come.
00:23:27.000The savage attacks that Hamas perpetrated against innocent Israelis are mind-boggling.
00:23:32.000Slaughtering families in their homes, massacring hundreds of young people at an outdoor festival, kidnapping scores of women, children, and elderly, even Holocaust survivors.
00:23:45.000Hamas terrorists bound, burned, and executed children.
00:24:08.000Its first measure was to cut off the water and electricity to the Gaza Strip.
00:24:11.000One of the reasons for this is you don't provide actual resources to your enemies.
00:24:15.000The other thing is that Israel is attempting to move civilians out of many of these areas.
00:24:20.000When you cut off the water and power, that is an inducement to civilian populations to move out of these areas.
00:24:24.000Israel has been sending text messages to civilians in the Gaza Strip telling them to get out.
00:24:28.000Israel has been letting everyone know via radio, via whatever methods they can,
00:24:33.000that if you're a civilian you should get out of the area.
00:24:35.000They've been telling them to move toward the southern border, toward the Rafah crossing with Egypt.
00:24:39.000Egypt, for its part, doing great humanitarian work, has decided not to open that border and allow any of those refugees to enter into Egypt.
00:24:47.000So just remember, whenever you hear about the supposed atrocities perpetrated by the Israelis, understand that the Arab world has refused.
00:24:52.000for 70 plus years to take in any Palestinian refugees.
00:24:56.000They've instead decided to use them as a political tool.
00:24:58.000The civilians in Gaza, who by the way, voted for Hamas in 2006, 2007, and Hamas enjoys still significant popular support in the Gaza Strip by every available poll.
00:25:08.000Those civilians, Israel is taking care not to kill them, as much care as they possibly can take.
00:25:12.000They've been inducing people to move away from the most populated areas of the Gaza Strip and toward less populous areas of the Gaza Strip, move toward the South, move toward less military occupied areas.
00:25:22.000And they are being encouraged, the civilians by Hamas, to stay precisely where they are so that if Israel kills Hamas members, they also are going to be forced to kill civilians, which is a war crime.
00:25:30.000The entire purpose of the Geneva Conventions is to keep people in uniform, to keep soldiers soldiers.
00:25:34.000Terrorism is by definition an act of atrocity that involves civilians.
00:25:40.000If you hide behind a civilian, you are the person responsible for the death of that civilian.
00:25:50.000They locate their headquarters in mosques.
00:25:53.000They hide weapon caches in churches and mosques, specifically, so that if Israel has to blow those things up, then they can claim that it's some sort of human rights violation.
00:26:03.000They understand how the Western press plays this garbage.
00:26:05.000They understand the Western press pretends that there is some sort of moral equivalence between a Hamas terrorist driving into a kibbutz and beheading a child, and Israel attempting to minimize civilian casualties in the Gaza Strip and failing because Hamas is hiding behind children.
00:26:20.000Hamas is to blame for both of those civilian casualties.
00:26:22.000Hamas is actively encouraging people not to move from these areas right now.
00:26:26.000So when you see bombs dropping on Gaza, understand Israel, I mean, I've seen video of it.
00:26:31.000I've seen, I literally know this for a fact.
00:26:33.000Israel has called off strikes multiple, over the course of the last 30 years, uncounted strikes Israel has called off because there are civilians in the area.
00:26:42.000Israel cannot be held hostage by the ability of Hamas to use civilians as human shields.
00:26:49.000Here's what it looked like yesterday when Israel was bombing Gaza.
00:26:51.000One of the things that's fascinating about this video is what you'll see is secondary explosions.
00:26:55.000Secondary explosions only emerge if there's a weapons cache underneath the buildings.
00:27:00.000Because Israel will hit the building, there'll be an explosion, and then there'll be an incendiary that sets off the rest of the weapons cache.
00:27:06.000You can see that clearly in videos like this one.
00:27:08.000So Israel hits the building and then as you can see in the video there are secondary explosions.
00:27:22.000Those secondary explosions are a result of weapons being hidden beneath the ground, which is, again, what the Palestinian Authority, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, this is what they do.
00:27:31.000The Israeli defense minister yesterday talked about a siege on Gaza.
00:27:34.000This, of course, was seized upon by the left wing to claim that this is a human rights violation.
00:27:39.000When you're in the middle of a war, you don't continue to supply electricity and water to the people who have just murdered 1,000 of your citizens.
00:28:08.000Raping women, beheading children, human animals is a pretty good description.
00:28:12.000The question now is how far this conflict is going to broaden.
00:28:15.000The United States did something excellent yesterday.
00:28:18.000We moved an aircraft carrier into the Mediterranean off the coast of Lebanon and essentially threatened that Hezbollah should not make the wrong decision of opening up a second front against Israel in the middle of this.
00:28:28.000Hamas is the Iranian-backed terror group in the Gaza Strip.
00:28:30.000Hezbollah is the Iranian-backed terror group in the north of Israel on the southern border of Lebanon.
00:28:34.000They have turned the roads of the Middle East, Beirut, into an absolute trash heap because this is what Iran does.
00:28:40.000And so they have now permeated their cancerous tentacles around the Middle East.
00:28:44.000Hezbollah is a heavily armed terror group.
00:28:47.000They have at least 150,000 very sophisticated rockets pointed at the state of Israel.
00:28:50.000Should they get into the war, Israel will be forced to unleash the full might and power of its air force.
00:28:55.000America is also trying to dissuade Hezbollah from getting into the war, largely because America has a very strong interest in this not broadening into a regional war.
00:29:03.000Because if Israel is forced to face down Lebanon in the north, Hezbollah in the north, Syria in its northeast and then presumably Iran itself.
00:29:12.000This is going to escalate very, very quickly and Israel is prepared to take all of those steps if it falls under attack from those borders.
00:29:18.000America is using peace through strength here as well it should.
00:29:23.000announced the decision on the strike group, which includes an aircraft carrier and other warships, on Sunday, a day after Hamas militants launched an unprecedented multi-pronged attack on Israel's southern flank.
00:29:31.000Israel and Hezbollah have traded some fire this week, but they've stopped short of the devastating full-scale war they fought in 2006.
00:29:41.000And so, if Israel is forced to it, the one thing Israel does have is air superiority.
00:29:45.000Israel has not used its air superiority.
00:29:46.000What you're seeing from Gaza is targeted strikes.
00:29:48.000If Hezbollah gets in, those will not be targeted strikes.
00:29:51.000If Hezbollah gets in, Israel will unleash the F-16s and the southern border of Lebanon will be a parking lot because they're not going to have any other choice.
00:30:02.000When you are militarily stretched to your limits, at that point, survival is the only thing that matters.
00:30:08.000And you can't be stretched to the point where you have a two-front war in which it is your job to try and separate the wheat from the chaff in the middle of an existential crisis.
00:30:17.000That second front in Lebanon, I think, is unlikely to open specifically because of this.
00:30:22.000There was talk about Hezbollah getting more heavily involved.
00:30:27.000There have been a few gunmen who have been attempting to infiltrate in the north again.
00:30:29.000I think that's more as an attempt to draw resources north in Israel and away from the Gaza Strip.
00:30:34.000But I don't think that Hezbollah wants a full-scale war.
00:30:36.000If they did, as I say, it would be the worst mistake they ever made.
00:30:38.000The great irony of the situation is that for both Hamas and Hezbollah, the great insurer of their own survival is the fact that Israel is technologically sophisticated.
00:30:48.000The only reason that Hamas has existed to this point is because their rockets did not work.
00:30:52.000It's because Iron Dome was sufficient.
00:30:54.000Well, when they edged around that and killed a thousand Israeli civilians, at that point, the gloves are off and Israel is going to have to engage in a long, protracted slog through the Gaza Strip, attempting to avoid civilian casualties as best they can.
00:31:07.000And the West had better get ready for ugly images coming out of Gaza, all the fault of Hamas.
00:31:11.000It is a tragedy when a Gazan civilian is killed.
00:31:18.000And the media's attempt to draw moral equivalence, which will undoubtedly be unleashed over the course of the next 48, 72 hours, is disgusting.
00:31:26.000There's a difference between the man who's trying to protect his child and the man who puts his own child in front of him in order to murder the other man's child.
00:31:33.000Hamas is the latter, and Israel is the former.
00:31:36.000The Washington Post has now confirmed reports that Iran was in fact behind this attack.
00:31:41.000The Wall Street Journal reported that yesterday.
00:31:42.000The Biden administration, in a pathetic attempt to cover its own ass for its prior negotiations with the Iranian regime and its turnover of billions of dollars to the Iranian regime, tried to pretend that Iran was not involved.
00:31:53.000This was too technologically sophisticated and Hamas never would have launched anything like this without Iranian permission, considering their client state.
00:32:00.000of the Iranian government, according to the Washington Post.
00:32:02.000While Iran's precise role in Saturday's violence remained unclear,
00:32:05.000the assault reflected Tehran's years-long ambition to surround Israel with legions
00:32:08.000of paramilitary fighters armed with increasingly sophisticated weapon systems
00:32:11.000capable of striking deep inside the Jewish state.
00:32:13.000Hamas, the Gaza-based Palestinian militant organization that led the attack,
00:32:17.000has historically maintained a degree of independence from Tehran, but in recent years,
00:32:21.000Hamas has benefited from massive infusions of Iranian cash as well as technical help
00:32:24.000for manufacturing rockets and drones with advanced guidance systems, some of which
00:32:28.000which occurred in camps outside of Gaza.
00:32:31.000Information emerging that in Gaza they'd built an entire fake Israeli town and they'd been staging prep for something like this for quite some time.
00:32:39.000Current and former intelligence officials say the assault bore hallmarks of Iranian support and noted that officials in Tehran have boasted publicly about the huge sums in military aid provided to Hamas in recent years.
00:32:50.000I think unlikely to broaden out further from where it is unless Hezbollah makes a crucial mistake here.
00:32:56.000But suffice it to say that now that this has happened, no Hamas-associated person anywhere on earth should feel safe.
00:33:03.000Israel has a very long history of killing its enemies in far-flung places, and Israel will not sleep until the leaders of Hamas are dead.
00:33:10.000And they should not pretend that being in Qatar is any sort of protection for them.
00:33:14.000Meanwhile, the EU has reversed an announcement that it made suspending aid to the Palestinians.
00:33:19.000Originally when this happened, they came out and they said that they would reverse aid to the Palestinians.
00:33:23.000They would not be giving them hundreds of millions of dollars for use in terrorism.
00:33:27.000The EU has been extraordinarily supportive.
00:33:29.000of Palestinian terrorism for a significant period of time, flying in officials to pretend that there was moral equivalence, to pretend that it was all about Israel's so-called occupation of the Gaza Strip, despite the fact that, again, the Gaza Strip has not had a Jewish foot on it since 2006.
00:33:43.000Since Saturday, according to ABC News, support of the 27-nation bloc for Israel had been steadfast, including that the country had every right within international law to defend itself in the war with Hamas, but now they have reversed themselves.
00:33:54.000They said there will be no suspension of payments.
00:33:58.000The EU foreign policy chief, a person named Josep Borrell, criticized the EU, insisting the suspension of payments would have damaged EU interests in the region and would have only further emboldened terrorists.
00:34:07.000Yes, it's clearly giving them money is the way to dissuade terrorists.
00:34:12.000The EU says it's been the biggest donor to the Palestinians and has been advocating for years for the two-state approach that is completely dead at this point.
00:34:19.000It is dead because you cannot have a two-state solution in which one of the states wants to eradicate out of existence the other state.
00:34:27.000Again, it is worth noting here that Israel was providing free water and electricity to the Gaza Strip for years on end.
00:34:35.000Germany isn't suspending humanitarian aid, it provides it separately via international non-governmental organizations and the UN.
00:34:41.000So, leave it to the Europeans to continue funding terror groups throughout the region.
00:34:47.000Meanwhile, the UN Human Rights Council observed a moment of silence for the death of Palestinian civilians, because the UN is, as I've said before, the most icely of international politics.
00:34:58.000They're despicable and vile, and they're filled with Islamic and Islamist countries.
00:35:04.000that support the death of Jews. So here is the Human Rights Council, which again includes such
00:35:08.000wonderful players in human rights as Pakistan, in the past Sudan and Iran. They're observing
00:35:13.000a moment of silence not for the loss of 1000 Jews, but for the loss of Palestinians.
00:35:18.000There is a need for immediate steps to ensure the realization of the right to self-determination of
00:35:24.000the Palestinian people and also achieving a just two state solution on the borders
00:35:29.000of June 4, 1967 with East Jerusalem as the capital of the state of Palestine.
00:35:34.000We call on all parties to exercise restraint and honor the human rights obligations.
00:35:40.000We request observing one minute silence for the loss of innocent lives, including women, children, and the elderly.
00:35:46.000It is also an occasion to remember victims of decades of foreign occupation in the occupied Palestinian territory.
00:35:52.000I request you all to stand for one minute to honor those victims.
00:35:58.000These morally equivalent sons of bitches.
00:36:00.000I mean, some of the worst people on earth here.
00:36:08.000We'll get to more of the bad guys in one second, because there are rallies held all around the world in favor of Hamas.
00:36:18.000But credit where credit is due, the leaders of France, Germany, Italy, UK, and US released a joint statement, quote, today we, President Macron of France, Chancellor Schultz of Germany, Prime Minister Maloney of Italy, Prime Minister Sunak of the UK, and President Biden of the United States, express our steadfast and united support to the state of Israel and our unequivocal condemnation of Hamas and its appalling acts of terrorism, We make clear that the terrorist actions of Hamas have no justification, no legitimacy, and must be universally condemned.
00:36:40.000There is never any justification for terrorism.
00:36:42.000In recent days, the world has watched in horror as Hamas terrorists massacred families in their homes, slaughtered over 200 young people enjoying a music festival, and kidnapped elderly women, children, and entire families who are now being held as hostages.
00:36:52.000Our countries will support Israel in its efforts to defend itself and its people against such atrocities.
00:36:56.000We further emphasize this is not a moment for any party hostile to Israel to exploit these attacks to seek advantage.
00:37:01.000All of us recognize the legitimate aspirations of the Palestinian people and support equal measures of justice and freedom for Israelis and Palestinians alike.
00:37:07.000But make no mistake, Hamas does not represent those aspirations and it offers nothing for the Palestinian people other than more terror and bloodshed.
00:37:15.000I wish that a lot of Palestinians agreed with that considering that they elected Hamas and Hamas has continued to rule the Gaza Strip continuously since 2006.
00:37:21.000Over the coming days, we'll remain united and coordinated together as allies and as common friends over Israel to ensure Israel is able to defend itself and to ultimately set the conditions for a peaceful and integrated Middle East region.
00:37:31.000That of course is not the goal of Iran Rishi Sunak, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.
00:37:36.000He gave a speech yesterday that was quite excellent.
00:37:39.000I wanted to come here tonight to stand with you.
00:37:43.000To stand with you in this hour of grief.
00:37:47.000As we mourn the victims of an utterly abhorrent act of terror.
00:37:52.000To stand with you in this hour of prayer as we think of those held hostage and your friends and loved ones taking refuge in bomb shelters or risking their lives on the front line.
00:38:07.000And perhaps above all, I wanted to come here tonight to stand with you in solidarity in Israel's hour of need.
00:38:19.000As the Prime Minister of this country, I am unequivocal.
00:38:24.000The people who support Hamas are fully responsible for this appalling attack.
00:38:41.000That, of course, is true, and moral clarity is necessary at this point in time, considering how much lack there has been for decades at this point.
00:38:50.000In the city of London, there was a mass rally in favor of Hamas here.
00:39:18.000Which should say something about immigration policy generally.
00:39:22.000At the Sydney Opera House, Sydney tried to pay tribute to the state of Israel by shining blue and white lights on the Sydney Opera House.
00:39:29.000Instead, a bunch of pro-Hamas terror supporters showed up by the hundreds With Palestinian flags and they began chanting gas the Jews just in case you were in case you are unaware of their actual agenda in case you thought oh no these are just people who are looking for a viable two-state solution.
00:40:16.000Because, again, anti-Zionism is a cheap cover for hatred of Jews and the wish to destroy as many Jews as possible and kill them.
00:40:24.000Meanwhile, on the American domestic political front, the American people's vast ignorance of these subjects is demonstrating itself in polling data.
00:40:33.000They've been kept ignorant by a media that lies routinely about moral equivalence.
00:40:37.000There's also an enormous political movement in the United States that is far to the left and supports terrorism in ways both soft and hard.
00:40:47.000A new YouGov poll asks a very simple question.
00:40:50.000Do you think that Hamas is deliberately striking Israeli civilians, not actively avoiding striking Israeli civilian areas, or attempting to avoid striking Israeli civilian areas?
00:40:59.00053% of Americans say that Hamas is deliberately striking civilian areas.
00:41:04.00013% say that they're not actively avoiding striking Israeli civilian areas.
00:41:09.0006% only say that they're attempting to avoid striking Israeli civilian areas.
00:41:12.000Well, this is not a question that is up for debate.
00:41:13.000They are clearly deliberately striking Israeli.
00:41:16.000I mean, that is the entire story here.
00:41:18.000They literally went into towns and murdered babies.
00:41:31.000Six percent said that they are actually trying not to kill Israeli civilians, which is amazing because they somehow landed on killing a thousand of them.
00:41:39.000And twenty-eight percent said they were not sure.
00:41:41.000But where do those statistics begin to go insane?
00:41:44.000is in the age brackets and this is a reflection of politics young people in america have been twisted and skewed by the educational system and the media into believing absolute lies and falsehoods absolute egregious lies and immoral falsehoods in the group 18 to 29 only 32 percent of americans said That Hamas was deliberately striking Israeli civilian areas.
00:42:06.00021% said that they were not actively avoiding striking Israeli civilian areas.
00:42:11.00011% said they were attempting to avoid striking Israeli civilian areas.
00:42:16.000Only one third of people 18 to 29 could say that Hamas was targeting civilians.
00:42:20.000That is a blot on the media because the media are liars and they've been lying for years, drawing a moral equivalence between people who are murderers and terrorists and genocidal maniacs and people attempting to protect their own children and to avoid civilian casualties on the other side.
00:42:34.000By the way, when you look at the polling numbers on the other side, do you think Israel is deliberately striking Palestinian civilian areas?
00:42:56.000They put their own soldiers at risk in order to not strike civilians.
00:43:01.000When you look at the age breakdown there, if you look at the political breakdown, this is insane.
00:43:07.000The political breakdown suggests Percent of Democrats who believe that Israel is deliberately striking Palestinian civilian areas like they want to kill civilians.
00:44:12.000And of course, a lot of that is led by some of our most intellectually luminous members of Congress.
00:44:19.000People like Ilhan Omar, Jew-hater extraordinaire.
00:44:22.000She and the Hamas caucus continue to do their best to stand for terrorists.
00:44:26.000Ilhan Omar tweeted out, Gaza's two plus million population are mostly children who live under blockade in what Israel's own former intelligence chief has called an open-air prison.
00:44:33.000The overwhelming majority live in poverty.
00:44:35.000Many suffer lifelong psychological and physical trauma.
00:44:37.000Okay, let me point out at this point, Gaza has been entirely governed by Hamas since 2006.
00:44:43.000Anytime the Palestinians wish to actually engage in decent governance, they can.
00:45:38.000Palestinian residents of the West Bank have scarcely better lives than Gazans.
00:45:42.000With the routine destruction of their ancestral homes, destruction of their crops, and violent attacks by- I mean, this is all propagandistic nonsense.
00:45:56.000I should point out at this point that when she says that there's no better living standard in Judea and Samaria, the West Bank of Israel, which again, is largely governed by the Palestinian Authority.
00:46:05.000Janine is governed by the Palestinian Authority.
00:46:07.000Hebron is governed by the Palestinian Authority.
00:46:11.000These areas are governed by Palestinians.
00:46:13.000If you have failed to grow your own economy, that is your fault.
00:46:17.000You have the ability to actually elect people and put people in power who are not going to steal all of the money.
00:46:22.000Yasser Arafat, by the end of his life, is worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
00:46:25.000Mahmoud Abbas is worth hundreds of millions of dollars at this point.
00:46:28.000But I still, even in spite of that, I should point out that in the Gaza Strip, the GDP per capita is $876.
00:46:33.000In the West Bank, for Palestinians living in the so-called West Bank, Judea and Samaria, almost $2,000.
00:46:37.000And Israeli Arabs, Israeli Arabs, the GDP per capita among Israeli Arabs, The GDP per capita in Israel is almost $60,000.
00:46:50.000There's a reason why Israeli-Arabs are not clamoring to get into Palestinian-governed areas.
00:46:55.000Every single poll of Israeli-Arabs, you know, 20% of the population of Israel are Arab and Muslim.
00:47:00.000Every single poll shows they don't like Israel, and also nobody wants to leave.
00:47:04.000So governance makes a rather large difference.
00:47:05.000She's a liar, and she's a propagandist, Ilhan Omar, and she's a pro-terrorist stan, and this is what she does.
00:47:11.000Meanwhile, our colleges and universities continue to turn out the worst.
00:47:15.000Columbia Law School put out their usual pathetic statement.
00:47:19.000They put out a statement that basically was a bunch of mush mouth.
00:47:22.000According to the Washington Free Beacon and the Dean of Columbia Law School, Julian Lester released a statement on Monday, whitewashing the worst terrorist attack in Israeli history, lamenting, quote, the violence that erupted in Israel and Gaza.
00:47:32.000Not just erupted, did it like a volcano.
00:47:34.000It wasn't terrorists who broke through a fence and then murdered babies and kidnapped women and raped them and then murdered them.
00:47:41.000And that video that I showed yesterday of the Israeli woman, or she's actually a German woman, who was at a dance festival, was raped, murdered, and then paraded through the streets of Gaza?
00:47:52.000That was just an eruption of violence.
00:47:54.000The violence that erupted in Israel and Gaza this past weekend is nothing short of tragic, said Lester.
00:47:58.000I know many in our community have been affected, both directly and indirectly.
00:48:02.000There is no mention of anti-Semitism or Jews.
00:48:05.000By the way, the anti-Semitism that the dean of the Columbia Law School cares about is that at one point a swastika was found in a bathroom.
00:48:11.000And this should tell you what you need to know about.
00:48:13.000Far left views of antisemitism in the United States.
00:48:16.000They're significantly more deeply worried in some areas of the far left in the United States, or even in the traditional left of the United States, about a swastika on a bathroom door, than they are worried about the murder of 1,000 Jews in Israel.
00:48:26.000Because they've somehow created the psychological distance to believe that if a Jew gets murdered in Israel, it's not because they're a Jew, it's because they're an Israeli.
00:48:47.000Jonathan Greenblatt, I've had not a lot of kind words for Jonathan Greenblatt on this show.
00:48:50.000He is the head of the Anti-Defamation League.
00:48:53.000As you know, maybe a week and a half ago, I did an actual Twitter space with Elon Musk, very critical of the Anti-Defamation League.
00:48:58.000I think that Jonathan has done a lot of very progressive work, but he was excellent on MSNBC yesterday morning when he was confronted with the propagandism and lies of the American left attempting to recapitulate this conflict as some sort of moral equivalent between two quarreling sides, as opposed to the greatest mass terror attack In modern Jewish history.
00:49:20.000So while I am sad and trying to cope, I'll be honest, I am angry.
00:49:26.000I am angry with the world that allowed the dehumanization of Israelis and sanitized the terrorism of Hamas.
00:49:33.000I must say, I love this show and I love this network, but I've got to ask, who is writing the scripts?
00:49:41.000Hamas, the people who did this, they are not fighters, Jonathan.
00:50:43.000But yeah, that didn't stop MSNBC from doing its worst.
00:50:45.000Again, you wonder why the American people are very, very ignorant about this sort of stuff, particularly young people and people on the left.
00:50:50.000The answer is because there are people in the media who want them to be ignorant.
00:50:53.000Here, for example, was MSNBC suggesting that actually the best way to get hostages back would be for Israel to take Jews out of their homes in Judea and Samaria.
00:51:32.000If you're thinking that far ahead, and I think that's smart, getting to a Palestinian state, it becomes more difficult because of all the Israeli settlements in the West Bank, the supported by the government settlements in the West Bank, even though the international community condemns them.
00:51:49.000Does this make Israel rethink that, or do they just double down?
00:51:53.000Well, I was hoping Israel was rethinking that.
00:51:57.000The coalition of Prime Minister Netanyahu, which is substantially to the right of him, includes people who are very much for neutering the role of the Israeli Supreme Court and for expanding settlements into Area C and parts of the West Bank, which would make it impossible For there to be a contiguous Palestinian state.
00:52:18.000And rolling that back... These people are fools.
00:52:21.000Contiguous means territorially connected.
00:52:23.000There will never be a continuous Palestinian state because the Gaza Strip is on the left corner of Israel and the Judea and Samaria area is over here.
00:52:32.000So if you want a contiguous Palestinian state, that means a non-contiguous Israel, obviously.
00:53:34.000The peace process has been dead since the Palestinian Authority decided to turn down every available offer from 1994 onward to actually establish a Palestinian state and decided instead that they would set up full funding mechanisms for terrorism.
00:53:46.000There are streets named after terrorists, like actual people just murdered people at like restaurants in the West Bank.
00:53:52.000The Gaza Strip is a terror haven, obviously.
00:53:57.000But again, the easiest thing if you're MSNBC or CNN, oh, well, you know, there is more.
00:54:27.000There are a lot of people who are pretty sure that they know the right thing to do in the moment, and a lot of that feels like punishment and retribution.
00:54:35.000There are massive consequences to getting this one wrong.
00:54:40.000Oh, well, you have to look around the corner.
00:55:04.000Because those consequences will come home.
00:55:06.000Moral cowardice at home leads to surrender on every front.
00:55:09.000This is not just a matter of what happens in a place like Israel.
00:55:13.000Israel has always been a canary in the coal mine because the Jews are always a canary in the coal mine and this sort of stuff.
00:55:16.000But a society that loses its moral compass to the extent that there is nuance and complexity to people who are beheading babies, that is not a society that is destined to live.
00:55:26.000That is not a society that can withstand any sort of pressure at all.
00:55:30.000It collapses inward at the first sign of conflict.
00:55:34.000Speaking of which, here's CNN and MSNBC.
00:55:35.000Here's a moral equivalent supercut from these jokers.
00:55:39.000Provocations day after day, time after time, was non-stop and it seems like the Netanyahu
00:55:47.000government is not willing to bring any peace to the region.
00:55:52.000It's conflicting for me because you have people in there and innocent bystanders, they'll
00:55:56.000be involved in it, but at the same time, it's like, what other choice did they have?
00:56:01.000Do you condemn what Hamas did inside Israel to Israeli civilians?
00:56:53.000Oh yeah, you would expect, says Ali Belshi, that the Israelis who are protesting judicial reform should be out protesting in favor of Hamas.
00:56:58.000treatment of the Palestinians who live under Israeli occupation but that's just
00:57:24.000Some of them occasionally stumble upon it, even if they're not seeking it.
00:57:26.000And then you have the motivated actors who are more interested in their own pseudo-sophistication and moral equivalence than anything else.
00:57:34.000For the part of the United States so far, John Kirby, the NSE spokesperson, again, there's a willful blindness that has taken place because people The inertia of foreign policy is very, very strong.
00:57:46.000So John Kirby fully admits that Hamas has killed Americans, that Americans are currently being held hostage.
00:57:52.000We are also very, very closely coordinating with Israeli officials about the status of American citizens.
00:57:59.000We sadly know that a few have been killed.
00:58:01.000We also know that there are many more that are unaccounted for.
00:58:56.000The President still believes in the promise of a two-state solution, in peace and justice for the Israeli people as well as for the Palestinian people.
00:59:05.000And the President knows that Hamas doesn't speak for the Palestinian people.
00:59:09.000They don't speak for all the Palestinian people and all their aspirations.
00:59:13.000So in the United States, there will continue to be support for a viable two-state solution, which the President still believes is possible, but it's going to take a lot of leadership.
00:59:52.000Mahmoud Abbas was last elected as the leader of the Palestinian Authority, which is the governing party in Judea and Samaria, in 2005-2006.
01:00:00.000So he's currently serving the 18th year of a four-year term.
01:00:04.000But who exactly is he supposed to negotiate with?
01:00:06.000It's like the blinders on these people.
01:00:08.000The unbelievable blinders on these people.
01:00:25.000They're probably going to have to annex the Gaza Strip, meaning take full military control of the Gaza Strip because they tried it the other way and it didn't go amazing.
01:00:31.000They're probably going to have to set up a demilitarized zone that broadens the amount of space between the Israeli areas and the Palestinian-Arab areas in the Gaza Strip.
01:00:39.000That's probably what's going to happen here long term because there are no other answers and no one has provided any other answers because there's no other negotiating party.
01:00:46.000Israel, by the way, has tried to hand control of the Gaza Strip over to Egypt.
01:00:56.000Jordan said hell no so strongly that they murdered 20,000 Palestinians way back in the 70s during Black September and then expelled the rest into Lebanon.
01:01:06.000For people who don't know the history of the region, the notion that Israel has primary responsibility for a group of people who have been rejected by Egypt, Jordan, and Lebanon, among others, is pretty amazing.
01:01:16.000But, in the end, Israel's gonna have to do what it has to do to defend its own citizens, because Israel is a sovereign country.
01:01:21.000Just like America's a sovereign country, and we here in America have to defend our own citizens.
01:01:25.000America would never stand for anything like this.
01:01:27.000Imagine that the people who are crossing the southern border right now were all armed to the teeth, and were going to random villages killing 30,000 Americans.
01:01:34.000Do you think that the border with Mexico would currently be controlled by no one?
01:01:39.000Or do you think the American military would be in there?
01:01:41.000Do you think the Mexican government would even be functional?
01:01:48.000Well, in any case, Israel's gonna have to do what it has to do, and watch as the media, who are already moral cowards, turn their fire On the people who just watched their babies beheaded by terrorist groups.
01:02:22.000So there was a couple from the southern town of Ophakim.
01:02:26.000That is a town that's located a few kilometers Inland from the Gaza Strip, it was hit really hard.
01:02:33.000I have a friend who lives here, his brother lives over there, and he was waiting for the entire two-day holiday to find out whether his brother was okay.
01:02:40.000Dozens of people slaughtered in Ofakim, but there was one woman whose name is Rachel, Rachel in English, and she spoke to the media about what happened to her when these terrorists entered Ofakim.
01:02:53.000So the couple, both of their sons are police officers, and they were taken captive in their own home.
01:02:59.000And apparently, Rachel said to her husband, she said, if we die, we'll die together.
01:03:05.000The terrorists told the couple that they were going to become martyrs.
01:03:18.000So, apparently, the cops, they arrived, and they were then in negotiations with the terrorists, supposedly.
01:03:25.000Security forces realized they were being shot at from the building.
01:03:27.000Their first plan of action was to throw a grenade into the house to kill the terrorists, but as they were doing that, they were being told that there were actual Jews who were still in the house.
01:03:35.000So they opened negotiations, and the terrorists were demanding food and water.
01:03:39.000Morichal said, quote, I could see they were angry.
01:03:46.000David, her husband, said she drove them crazy.
01:03:47.000She kept asking if they want something.
01:03:50.000So, uh, as Rachel worked to distract the captors, the terrorists began to sing songs by the Israeli singer Lior Narkis, apparently.
01:03:57.000So, you know, again, Israeli culture is even taken up by, uh, terrorists.
01:04:00.000Outside the building, their police officer son, Evyatar, described the layout of the home to counter terrorism forces in preparation for breaching and rescue.
01:04:09.000The officers got right up to the entrance of the home.
01:04:12.000During the negotiations, one of the terrorists used a table as a makeshift barricade, holding a hand grenade over Rachel's head, having removed the pin.
01:04:18.000Another sat at the top of the stairs, aiming a gun at the police.
01:04:22.000So apparently, during the negotiations, the police signaled to Rachel not to give any indication that she was related to any of the people who were outside.
01:04:37.000She was asked by the police outside, they could see her, they asked her how many terrorists were in there and she held up her hand to her face in a casual movement with her fingers spread to say that there were five and she told the terrorists that she had a rubber head.
01:04:49.000The whole time apparently she was just offering them food.
01:04:52.000So she was offering them cookies and she was offering them coffee and the basic idea, she said, I was giving them coffee and cookies because hungry people are angry people.
01:05:02.000And so they were apparently basically all sitting in the room eating their cookies when the police broke in and killed everyone and killed all the bad guys.
01:05:11.000So apparently, according to her, she said, we were very close to the terrace.
01:05:21.000When rescuers entered the home, an explosive device was set off and injured one of them.
01:05:24.000The rest of the force kept going and freed all of the apparent hostages.
01:05:28.000The pictures from the home are filled with bullet holes and pockmarks and all the rest.
01:05:32.000So, again, an amazing story out of Ufaqim.
01:05:36.000Well, as I said yesterday, Thoughts, prayers, resources should be directed toward the state of Israel and toward the Jews who are going into harm's way, the members of the army who are going into harm's way, many of whom require resources.
01:05:49.000Refer to the description in today's show on YouTube for directions to links if you wish to give charity or if you wish to help out.
01:06:05.000There's a phrase in Hebrew that we use to describe The, um, what we hope happens to those who spill blood this way is HaShem Yikom Damam, which means, uh, may God avenge their blood.
01:06:18.000And, uh, as Rabbi Meir Soloveitchik points out, it draws on a bunch of different biblical verses paralleling a 13th century prayer known as Av HaRachamim, which commemorates people, uh, who were killed in pogroms at that time.
01:06:30.000The, the God of Israel does not sleep.
01:06:44.000I think that there are ulterior motives at play, whether it's your own pseudo-sophistication or whether you have baser and darker ulterior motives.
01:06:51.000Again, if you can't draw the distinction between people beheading babies and people attempting to protect babies, I don't know what to tell you.
01:06:58.000But this conflict is not going to go away.
01:07:00.000Not today, not tomorrow, not for a while.
